I shopped about 20 companies for our whole house window replacement project, and from the sales process with Rick Ritivoy, to working with the office to schedule my project in stages (bathroom windows had to go in first as a shower remodel was contingent on having those in before it could begin) to the actual work being performed, my entire experience was excellent. A lot of companies out there tried the hard sell, which fell flat, but DunRite was happy to work with me over email first and I went went them because of the double lifetime warranty on the windows, and the lifetime labor warranty, on top of having the best price for the types of windows I wanted.

Chris, Matt, Jason, and the rest of the crew that did my install were all very professional and accommodating to all requests. They were a pleasure to work with!

I've had a lot of contractors in and out of my house that last couple months, and DunRite far exceeded all other companies. I would definitely use them again!!!

Was referred by a neighbor said DRWD were great.  Should have done what I always do with contracts and information, start with the smallest print on the contract or webpage.  That is where the (3) window requirement verbiage resides.  So much for future business, referrals and projects down the road my job was too small.

Good window installation companies are hard to come by. Other have very high pressure sales tactics and use third parties to do the actual install. These windows were installed right on schedule, without making any false promises. The crew took their time to make sure the install was perfect. We will be using them in the future.

Please DO NOT reference my previous review! Since then, the owner of the company,Sal, has corrected any negative issues I've had
with the companies performance.  By correcting any and all problems himself, he restored confidence and renewed my faith in using his company's services in the future.

Our cat, Slinky, asked that I submit his notes from our installation. Though he was not permitted to oversee the installation process (he does not have any thumbs, is easily distracted, and likes to sit on things he shouldn't), Slinky highly approves of the visual clarity now afforded to him through the low-e kitchen window that lets in the light, keeps out the heat, and provides a fully optimized, high-def front-yard TV experience.

Slinky was so impressed by both the initial product performance and the installers who completed the project, that he requested we replace all remaining household windows immediately. This was a big hit with the rest of the cats, who can now enjoy high-def Pigeon TV on the big screen in both the kitchen and bedroom.

We used DunRite about 3 years ago when we had a new sliding door installed; it's been beautiful and functional ever since. Our kids got something jammed in the mechanism recently that called for a service visit from Tyler who was so professional and so kind. The issue proved to be more complex and called for back up from his boss JJ, who was just as professional and kind. They fixed the issue quickly, they were so personable, and made my day with their kind service!

Just got Anlin windows and doors installed last couple days by Dun-Rite.  What a great experience through the process of sales to the installation.  We got estimates  from about 5 different vendors and Dun-Rite gave the best value and service.  They sold many different windows and doors but they were selling the install as they had no preference on what window we selected.  They educated us on all the windows they sold and allowed us to choose not being biased to just one window company. It's been long process due to supply issues but they came through.  The installers David and Donovan were simply awesome.  They were on time, organized, and explained process of install.  The install was second to none and were very experienced.  These guys represent their company well.  Thank you so much for a great experience.

We hired DunRite to replace all our windows. From start to finish, communication was excellent. The salesman was not pushy..measuring and installing personal were friendly, kind and were a pleasure to have in our home. Ended up going with a different company due to a lower quote, but let's hope it doesn't nip me in the bud. Anyways, DunRite would've been my second choice. The quote/estimate process was simple and quick, Jan, the consultant, was cordial and honest during the whole process. No frills, no pushy upsell tactics, just straight to the point to meet your needs. Major pro was that I was able to get a same-day estimate. I'd recommend everyone to at least get a quote from DunRite if you are in the market for new windows to be installed.

We had a great experience with two teams working together from DunRite: Colin & Chris as well as Kevin & Matt N. They did a great job, worked extremely hard for two solid days, and made sure that we were satisfied with their work and their product. Colin went above and beyond dealing with some heavy furniture afterwards, too. The windows look fantastic! Our salesman was Tony and Estimator was JJ, who both were terrific. Thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Will be calling them back to do some awnings very soon.

I am very happy to say that my experience with DunRite Windows was excellent.  Colin and Jesse were great. Friendly , courteous , neat and clean.  Did I mention neat and clean ?!   Sal did warn me I might lose a window treatment due to the construction of my windows . I was fortunate , I lost one .  So I looked at it as a chance to update the front of the house window treatments. Which is perfectly ok with me ( My husband, Well......  
We also had an installation of a new security door to be installed then WHAM, COVID-19.  Oh well , as soon as things get more normalized I am sure Sal will contact me and we will continue our happy relationship !

One word. WOW. These guys are the real deal. From start to finish the job was outstanding. The install team was Mike and crew and were phenomenal the only negative was a slight lack of communication in scheduling install. I had to call them and follow up after 6 weeks. I chock it to COVID. The job Mike and crew did far made up for the communication error so all good in the end.

I recently used DunRite for a home I am completely renovating in Scottsdale, so I needed quite a few new windows and doors. Sal was incredibly easy to work with and super efficient. Very quick response time, and great customer service from the office team and also the team that did the install. DunRite was more reasonable than several other quotes I had received for the same product, and had a faster turn around time! Will absolutely be using them again in the future!

Where do I begin? My wife and I are new to home ownership and needed to have numerous windows replaced due to their age and failing seals, parts, locks, you name it. We reached out to a few window installation companies and quickly knew we liked DunRite.

Sal was from the get go very kind and flexible when it came to scheduling follow up meetings as we kept coming up with new questions every time we met, and he continued to have answers for us each time! Never once did he pressure us into buying his windows or services. We finally decided on moving forward with window installation using DunRite after reviewing the multiple bids we received from others in the valley, DunRite stood out as being the right choice for us. After  another measuring appointment or two they were ordered and then we waited for install!

After a couple of weeks the windows arrived and we were on the books for installation. The install crew were extremely polite, respectful, and did everything they could to keep our house and the surrounding areas near the windows as clean as possible. Collin was nothing but patient with us as my wife and I asked a million questions before, during, and after each day of install. They wrapped up pretty quick over all (roughly 3 days) and the windows look amazing! What a difference we are noticing in our house temperature wise and just the overall appearance of our house having been updated with these beautiful windows.

We have had some settling of stucco and the caulking used (inside and out) with the temperature changes but we were reassured this is normal and to our delight Sal was quick to respond and have JJ come out to do a once over of the windows and then fill in any openings from the material expanding and contracting. JJ by the way is just awesome, as well, having been here to measure in the beginning and now after the install was complete to ensure we are happy customers.

For two first time home owners and first time window project people DunRite has been there every step of the way for us. Sal, JJ, Collin, and the rest of the crew (sorry to not name all of you!) are some of the most trust worthy, professional, and truly customer oriented people I've had the pleasure of meeting. I feel confident that our windows will last for a long time to come and should something pop up, I know they are there to help. Keep it up and don't ever lose that customer focus. We work in a suite in the same building as DunRite and have watched them pleasantly come and go for years. Always thought we would get a bid from them if we ever needed windows.

Recently bought a house and it needed the locks changed. While the locksmith was repairing the locks we mentioned that we were also beginning to do window shopping. This 29 year-old house had inefficient single-pane windows.

He stopped, turned and said, I know a guy you have to meet. He did a door for me and his workmanship is second to none. He was speaking about Sal, DunRite's owner.

Needless to say, we called Sal and he came right over to measure. Then an ad appeared about another company installing 7 new windows for an amazing low price. Guess Google got our thread because we had 4 bids in a couple days' time.

DunRite was not the low bid - we found out windows are not created equal. We are happy we got to see other products. They make DunRite's look great.

The best part was discovering how passionate DunRite is about doing the right thing. Excellent communication. Thorough explanations. Truly professional and personable installers. Promises kept. Awesome follow-up.

Not trying to set the bar for every DunRite customer, but the second best part was they installed all 14 windows in ONE SHORT DAY.

When I requested a bid I was sure to add specific notes about what we were looking for AND asked the scheduler that the estimator was aware of our request so that we maximized our appt and he would be prepared. After I left a voicemail for the estimator making sure that he'd read the notes, so that we were on the same page, and ten minutes AFTER our scheduled appointment time, Sal called to tell me it wasn't going to work for them. I don't know which is worse, the lack of professionalism and arrogance in that statement or the lack of consideration for our time and the needs that were clearly stated two weeks ago. No doubt they will rationalize their bad behavior and try to flip it on me... Buyer beware. By the way, we did find an excellent custom installer with great communication and fair pricing. Please message me if you would like a referral.

If you're considering having new windows installed, do yourself a huge favor and give Sal a call. The guy's been in the biz for years and years and know his stuff!
Our house in in a resi neighborhood but traffic blasts past at 50 when the posted limit is 25 and if you have any noise issues in your home, ask Sal about STC (Sound Transmission Class) rated windows.

Just wanted to let you know the windows are in and the crews did an outstanding job!!  The 4 guys you sent were ROCK STARS in their own right. They were all super kind, courteous, respectful of our property, and observed the current safety protocols required these days, and my wife and I couldn't be happier. The finished products look remarkable - the color, the caulk job, everything - and you know how finicky I am when it comes time to windows, well, I couldn't be happier right now!

Dunrite just installed Andersen 100 windows and a custom ThermaTru door on our home. We are over the moon happy. All of our unique specifications for the door were done absolutely accurately. The install team were right on time and truly the nicest people you will ever meet. They laid plastic over everything even though they were super neat and didn't create any dust. They left our home ss clean as it was before they arrived. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use Duntite for your window or door needs. You will not be disappointed!

Sal explained all my options for windows suitable to my condo and the HOA requirements, along with the pros and cons of each.  I had 2 very large sliding patio doors and 4 windows to replace.  
The windows were measured carefully and the final design, color, style were reviewed.  Sal kept me informed of all the steps along the way and scheduled a tentative install date when we ordered the windows.  
The crew arrived as planned and carefully moved furniture out of the way.  They were professional and friendly.  They certainly were experienced and the install went smoothly.

I am very happy that I chose DunRite to replace my windows.  My older block home has steel window frames which required sawing through the block to remove them.  It also required interior plaster refinishing and exterior stucco repair.  The finished Andersen 100 series windows are beautiful.

This company is amazing! I moved to Phoenix from California about a year ago. I'm in the process of flipping a house in Scottsdale, and since I'm new to the area I needed to find a whole new team of contractors. I am VERY particular about who I use for anything. First, price-wise, Sal's quote was beyond fair. Leaps and bounds less than some other quotes I had received for the exact same product. Additionally, Sal has been an absolute joy to work with. He is incredibly responsive, super personable and easy to collaborate on a project with, and takes the complication out of everything - simple and to the point.  No fuss, no surprises - just an honest, authentic, to the point business. We chose DunRite hands down over three other companies that bid on our project and couldn't be happier with the result and service received. We did a full overhaul of new windows and slider doors for our home and were completely overwhelmed with all the different reviews and information out there going into the process. Unlike other companies we looked at, DunRite did not have a one-size fits all approach to choosing the product for our project. Their offerings are much more robust and we were confident in the product recommended based on our priorities and budget. Installation was seamless and in the end we had a higher quality product than what competitors could offer at a better price. Can't beat that. Don't even bother calling anyone else!

Very knowledgeable. Thanks for the help. I asked these guys if they did small door jobs. They don't however explained exactly what I'd need to do to fix my door problem. In 5 minutes I had the doors working perfectly and the home owner was more than pleased that we took the time to correct the issue and has given our painting crew even more work to do. Again thanks

We've had great experiences from Tony's home visit with an easy-going, no-pressure approach; measurements; finalizing details and install with owner Sal; and installation with a brief instructions and demonstration. We're so impressed with our new sliding doors!

Multiple issues with Sal and his team at DunRight. If you need 1 window don't call then, they have a 3 item minimum. Plan on spending at least 5K for the 3 items... Next the door they install actual was a nice install, but when I was scraping the class from the stain. The glass was soft and scratching. Cheap class, I guess. The Window install is my main issue with these guys. We had 2 windows installed. One window I noticed when I arrived home was scratched.  It's a dark frame so the scratch was very noticeable with the white scratch. I took pictures and called Sal the next morning. He accused me of scratching the window frame. Impossible, I just got home and noticed it. After being as nice as I can to Sal he agreed to replace the Frame. Great, 8 weeks later on the date of the install they did not show up for the appointment. (I took the day off work to be there)          
I called and they apologized.  When the frame was finally installed I was there. Sal installed it himself. Immediately when he was done I looked at the window. Another chip. About the size of an eraser at eye level. Mind you this is about 2000 dollar window. I asked if they have any touch up paint. He said yes and I will send you some. I said ok and figure that's all I can get at this point. Then 2 months later, no touch up paint. I had to call the window factory and I got some paint touch up at my house within 3 days. So these guys are high price, poor work and no customer service, stay away from them.

Sal is top notch! Very attentive to detail, meticulous, and a strong drive for giving the best customer service. Sal does not hesitate to prod for dynamic customer feedback and is willing to answer any questions. I had my Andersen windows installed by him and his team 2 years ago and with the quality work his team did under his direction, there have been absolutely no issues with any of them and all of the windows are better than expected. I would have easily given Sal 5 stars but had to give him 4 since on the second day of a 2 day project, his crew were no shows. Sal was very apologetic and assured me that this was the first time this had ever happened. The crew came back on the next business day to finish the job and Sal went above and beyond to make sure that everything was squared away with an additional follow up a couple days later. I will say if I ever need replacement windows installed again, I will not hesitate to call Sal!

Previously got a quote with Home Depot as they were to be the lowest priced reputable provider.  Before using Home Depot I was able to talk with Sal at Dunrite Windows and Doors.  Not only did Sal provide a higher end window at a better price, the install job went smoothly and I am completely satisfied. His installers were able to save me hundreds by being able to work around my shutters and not having to pay someone to come and remove then install them.

very Happy with the service from Dunrite.  they were the first to respond to our request for quote to replace all of our windows and a sliding door, and when one of their competitors came in with a lower quote they immediately matched it.  There was no high pressure sales pitch like with every other company, and the sales rep, Sean, was very pleasant to have in our home, we felt like we had known him for years.  The work crew who installed the new windows and door were not only on time, but a few minutes early!  They started immediately and were done in record time.  They laid drop clothes out to keep any materials off of carpet and flooring, and they cleaned up behind themselves as each room was completed.
