This morning Caesar came to service our Desert King windows.  He pulled up at promptly at our appointment time, 8:00 AM.  This is my second service call in the many years we have our windows installed and Caesar exceeded out expectations! He listened and then began to examine, open close, lock, unlock each window to determine what issues need to be adjusted, replaced etc.  Some windows were difficult to open/close-he checked alignment and lubricated, broken locks will be replaced on his next visit. Most importantly, he showed us how to remove the screens, some from the outside and some from the inside which allow us to clean the window under the screens.  I had a professional window washer come out who could not figure out the screens and could not wash them. There were some brittle tabs on the screens that broke easily, and those will be replaced.  He was pleasant and had a great personality!  Keep this FIVE STAR EMPLOYEE...he even liked our dog.

We just had our windows installed yesterday and their service was excellent.  The crew, Jose, Alonzo, and on the last day Gabriel were on time, very polite, and very professional.  They were careful to cover everything inside the room they were working on and they never stopped moving.  They even helped move furniture and remove existing blinds.  They cleaned up after each room, sweeping floors and removing the plastic covers from the furniture.  Of course, the installation turned out to be on the hottest day of the year, so we supplied some Gatorade.  Didn't want anyone passing out!  They were in the sun and the heat all day.
Would definitely recommend Desert King.  From the first person that showed up to give us a quote to the installers, everything was perfect.

Poor guys worked 11 hours putting in our windows. Probably needed a lot more help... but like every business... they are short staffed.

Very happy with the new windows I had installed. Chris and his team did  great job with the install and were very friendly and respectful of my home and belongings.

Had Desert King replace a window that had a small flaw in it  and as usual their service and accommodation was outstanding.  Nick and his assistant were polite, professional and courteous.  You really need not search further as Desert King will always get my vote and recommendation.

Stay far away from this business!! They lie!! We have waited for over a year for a replacement window and all we ever get is an email saying it was delayed again!! The owner is rude and the biggest liar of them all!! They sent a replacement glass and the installer showed up and the replacement was damaged and so he put the broken glass back in the frame only now it is wrapped in plastic and it it the front picture window of our home!  Stay very far away from this business!!

8 months and still no sliding door, just gets emails mostly saying it's delayed. Seriously 8 months!! Nothing is ever delayed for 8 months. Also I stalled my windows with no screens. Called them for the screens and they have no idea when I can get them. I called them and all they say is have patience the world is in a pandemic. Also they are not the manufacturer so the Waite is infinite

I ordered windows from Desert King and was initially told a 16 to 20 week build before installation. As I was in no hurry, I said no problem.  Signed contracts and about 5 weeks later was told my windows were in and ready to schedule installation.  That was scheduled for a few days later .... Christopher Garcia and his co-worker Melissa showed up and got to work right on time. They ran into a slight snafu on one of my windows, but Christopher quickly addressed the issue, fixed it and finished installing all 10 of my windows in just a couple of days. The work was excellent, he finished them off on the inside, so they look like they have always been there. The quality of the windows themselves was what sold me on Desert King to begin with.  I had one issue after the installation, with a screen being torn.... they fixed that within a couple of days.  Overall, I would recommend Desert King to anyone needing new windows.  I found the company to be very honest in every aspect, from the initial estimate, to the final measurements,  thru to the installation.  Christopher was very professional and respectful while working.

One of the reviewers Debbie S stated they would not come out unless you were replacing 4 windows and the owner Jayson S denied that in his response, disparaged another company, and asked for the review to be removed. However this is the exact answer I just got from Eli when calling to replace 3 very large windows.

After getting several quotes from local window installers, my husband and I selected Desert King. Their reviews were the strongest and their quote was competitive, but not the cheapest. After checking their references and learning how satisfied other customers were, we moved forward with the bid. Communication was some of the best I've experienced. All of the information was made available up front with with no surprises. Our order took 6 months with the supply chain constraints and we were sent updates routinely on the order status.

Our install went very well. The two-man crew was diligent and efficient. They left our home and yard cleaner than the way they found it. We inspected the work and it was flawless. Every window and door installed worked perfectly. They were great at communicating as they went along. I was impressed by their professionalism.

Hopefully we don't have to take them up on their warranty policy anytime soon, but I was assured throughout the process that the work and manufacturing was under warranty and I could call at any time with any issues. The windows look and work great!

We purchased a patio sliding door from Desert King windows along with several windows for our home.  The first door was installed incorrectly causing it to not close correctly. Desert King replaced the door as it was not repairable.  When they arrived with the replacement unfortunately the Installer dropped the door causing large scapes and dents in the frame.  The Installer named Mike informed us he would reorder another door.  This happened several months ago, we have reached out to Desert King multiple times requesting an update on the replacement.  To date our messages are not returned.  
We decided to go with Desert King as the sales person sold us on their reputation to stand behind their products, their tenure in the business, and  their customer service.
I would hope that they stand behind their warranty and take care of this issue as soon as possible.

We talked to several window replacement companies in the valley and settled on Desert King. The sales pitch was a total speech, which kinda turned me off initially, but we were definitely impressed by the non pushy approach. Yes they're proud of their windows, but they aren't so proud they needed to charge four times more than anyone. We are happy with our windows. The temperature difference is crazy in our 40+ year old home, and we hear less of the neighbors - bonus! It took much longer than they originally stated it would, but there was also a major glass and construction product problem that occurred shortly after we placed our order. The only thing I have a problem is that my slider door doesn't always close and lock the way it should, and the screen doesn't slide smoothly. We would recommend.

I had 10 windows replaced and 3 french doors (changed to custom sliding glass doors).  Daniel Gordon came out and educated me on the benefits of dual pane windows for heat, UV and sound protection.  James came to my house and spent hours getting accurate measurements for my house and answering my questions.  The installation team was excellent.  They explained what they would be doing over the next three days.  They covered all of the furniture, removed and re-installed the wood blinds and left my house cleaner that it was when they started!  I am so pleased with the work by Desert King Windows.  My house is brighter and cooler.  Thank you so much Daniel for your time and getting me to work with Desert King Windows.

They responded to my initial request promptly. They informed me that they had a 4-window minimum. I am only doing 3 windows, so I went with another company. Thank you...

I called and told them that I wanted 2 windows replaced and maybe my front doors. Later someone named Ron left a message that he'd come out and give me a quote. I called back and the lady who answered the phone now told me that they have a 4 window minimum and it would take 20 - yes, TWENTY WEEKS to install!!  OMG. Who would want to wait that long? That throws off our entire schedule, as we wanted to do the windows prior to other work planned. Stay away from this company if you need anything done in a timely manner.

This company was extraordinary!  The sales man who came to take measurements and the installers were all very pleasant.  They were open to any and all input we had concerning the purchase and modifications necessary during the installation of our new front doors.  The picture I included is the mess left behind....it's a beautiful mess!  After the hours spent on the construction of framework, the cleanup was over in minutes.  Six thumbs up from our household.

Desert King Windows installed 27 windows and 2 doors on our home. The look and feel of our home is wonderfully improved. Outside noise has been nearly eliminated, and the windows provide great relief from the heat (our largest bank of windows face southwest).

The team was professional and timely. The process happened on-time and under budget. We would hire them again without question. Don't pull the trigger on replacement windows until you talk to Desert King.

Had to have one of my largest window replaced.  They broke my drywall trying to push the previous window back where it should be.  It took them 6 months or more to finally replace the window and then said that they would get someone out to repair the drywall.  It's been a year and I haven't heard anything.  I have called until I'm blue in the face.  I have texted Johnny repeatedly.  I even had a long conversation with one of the owners and he apologized and promised that they would get right on it.  I don't like giving bad reviews but their follow up sucks and a year later I'm still looking at broken drywall.

My salesman Jim was very professional and knowledgeable. I received quotes from other companies, but Jim was hands down the best. No pressure, he just gave me the facts and showed me what they had to offer and told me to take my time, unlike other companies who pressured me into making a decision on the spot.
My installers were were all prompt, clean and professional. I had a crack in a window and Mike came out to replace it. I cannot say enough about how professional and customer service centered Mike was when he was in my home. He made sure everything was to my satisfaction and treated me with the utmost respect. Hands down Desert King has my recommendation to anyone looking for a quality product at a decent price with amazing customer service.

I recently had 6 windows replaced in my home by Desert King, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

The sales presentation was completely painless and there was no pressure. (The polar opposite of the Renewal by Anderson sales pitch...! I'll never get that time back.)

When I was ready to order, everything from measuring, order confirmation and scheduling was very professional, right up until the day of installation.

The installation crew was outstanding. They worked quickly, but very diligently to get all 6 windows in just right. They were friendly, easy-going, but very meticulous. They cleaned up as they went and once they were done, everything was left in perfect order.

Two things that set this company apart from other window companies I've used at previous homes: 1) The quality of the windows is exceptional. They're built very well, look amazing and do their job in keeping heat, noise and UV rays out. 2) The no-money-down policy. I did not have to pay until the day of installation, once I was happy with the finished job. I didn't expect that, but it was really nice to just have the whole thing paid for at once. The price was also competitive and better than two other companies quoted me.

Overall, my home looks completely different now. I've gotten so many compliments from neighbors in the two weeks since the windows were installed. It was a smart investment.

Now I look forward to saving up and having Desert King replace my remaining 6 windows next year!

I called requesting a quote for a new window, because the commercial that I heard was that this company would walk you through the process of properly measuring your windows, so that they can give you a quote over the phone. Well once the receptionist answered my call, he was quick to take down my information and then asked for the measurements. I told him that I was at the window, ready to measure and he was quick to abruptly disconnect from the call, saying that someone would call me back. It is now past the closing time for the business and no call, like promised.
Windows are not cheap and I will be taking my business elsewhere as I am not sure if I can trust a business like this, that does not keep their word.

PLEASED Do NOT buy windows from this company. It has been 5 months since I ordered my windows.  I called the office for about 2 weeks. I asked them nice to come to install my window that one of them said that the window was already there. After two weeks of calling them with No success, I strongly told them to keep the window. The receptionist was extremely rude and ended the call. Please consider other companies. I am extremely sorry that I got involved with this company.

We ordered new doors January 15th...the front double doors were partially installed on March 31st...one of the doors is already losing the rubber seal on the bottom of the door...the front doors needed some additional materials for the installation to be completed but we still do not have this job completed...we had an appointment on June 29th only to receive a call that morning they would not be able to come which is the only time this company seems to have time to call.  

The back door ordered originally was the wrong size and had to be reordered...they had already removed the door trim so we elected not to have them put it back so no more damage would be done to the surrounding area, we never realized it would be 3 months later and we are still waiting...we have called weekly since May trying to get someone to complete the job.

Hands down best decision to use Desert King Windows for my windows!!
Initially met with Daniel Gordon to get an estimate. He was on time, and very knowledgeable about the different benefits/features of the windows we discussed. Answered all my questions, gave me my estimate and was on his way. Absolutely no pressure...
Fast forward to install day...David and Donovan showed up on time- we had to reschedule do to an unforeseen issue at no fault of theirs but they kept me up to speed on EVERYTHING- and got right to work. Kept the place clean, THOUROUGHLY cleaned when they were finished, and made sure I was happy before they left. Both guys were polite and professional during the entire day, and I am beyond elated with the quality of work they did!
Im actually blown away at the lighting and temperature differences the new windows and sliding door have made; I have 6 other windows that will need replacing in the near future and Desert King will get my business no doubt.

Desert King was on our shortlist of potential contractors and after talking to Dan at the Home Show, we scheduled him to come out for a quote to replace all of our windows (19 plus a sliding door.) Working with Dan and the overall sales process was so much better than the other big name company who gave us a quote. He was on time, friendly, and most important - efficient. He answered all our questions and pointed out a few things that we hadn't thought of. The windows came in faster than expected and James was awesome working with us to schedule a convenient install date - we had to reschedule the install fairly last minute, but James was completely understanding and got us re-booked with no hassle.

The installer, David, contacted us the day before & showed up exactly on time every day. They were friendly, respectful and total pros. They finished on time. The windows are fantastic - the noise reduction is amazing and they look great - not at all like some of the replacement jobs you see with massive flashing around the outside edge. Getting all new windows was a huge investment for us, and we are impressed with the quality of Desert King's product for the price.

Our only real complaint is that they broke a window outside and didn't do a good job cleaning it up; there was glass along our backyard walkway, on the driveway, and scattered over the public sidewalk. Most importantly, they didn't tell us it happened so we could keep an eye out. I called Dan about it & someone came out that afternoon to clean up, but even after that, there was still a lot of glass. Jason, the owner, called to apologize which I appreciated, but it wasn't a great way to end an otherwise excellent experience. That's the only thing that kept me from a five star review, but even with that, I would highly recommend them.

Great company to work with..  the salesman was upfront, direct,  and knowledgeable.  The installation was smooth and handled well.  This is the fourth house that I have had to buy windows for during remodels, desert kings windows comes through for me every single time. I made the mistake of trying another company and regretted it for months.

Called Desert King Windows to schedule the FREE NO PRESSURE IN-HOME ESTIMATE to replace my sliding patio door. They refused to come out unless I replaced a minimum of 4 windows. I don't need 4 new windows, I only need a new patio door. So much for their NO PRESSURE.  Unethical business practice requiring you to purchase more than you need or want.

Desert King was perfect from our quote to installation. We had very old single pane, aluminum frame 80's windows that allowed in a lot of noise and dust. They helped make a couple suggestions like adding a picture window instead which turned out phenomenal and better than we'd imagined. Installers, Nick and Cooper were also incredible. Very experienced, thorough and were even able to work around the additional pool construction we had going on at the same time. Very very pleased!! Thank you!

The installation experience was very satisfactory. I did have to wait way longer than expected to get them installed. It took three and a half months from the time I signed the contract to have them installed. That being said, I'm very happy to have them done - and they did a great job.

Mediocre at best. Quoted 4-6 weeks delivery of door, been 7 weeks and still waiting for door. Called sales rep to complain no call back. The company is full of promises yet don't deliver. Don't use these guys.

Windows installed promptly and professionally by David and Donovan. Very pleased with the whole experience and my windows were everything they said they would be. Very happy.

We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and the installation. Windows actually came in a few weeks earlier than the estimated 8 weeks, and had them installed just before the heat of summer. What a difference the new windows are compared to the 44 year old single pane they replaced. There was an issue with a glaze bead that wasn't seated right on one window, Desert King came back out as soon as they could and had it fixed in a few minutes. Great company to work with, I highly recommend.

33 windows replaced and installed in 3 Days ! Just had new windows replaced and I must say we are more the pleased. From the start Dan Gorden  480-800-9707 our sales rep came out was so thorough with his whole presentation . We had several quotes but decided to go with this company . So professional and the install went so smooth. Couldn't be happier. These should be your choice if you want value and quality .

Had my windows installed today. The whole process has been great, it was about 12 weeks from order to Install and my windows look amazing.  What an upgrade, well worth the wait. The installers Jerry and Brian were awesome.  Very professional, friendly, took pride in their work and did a very nice job.

Desert King helped me design and install a custom ThermaTru front door for my house and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

These folks have changed hands. The new windows are terrible. The screens don't fit. The locks are flimsy. The installation has caused leaks and they are not getting back to us to resolve these issues. Keep looking for another company.

I had NO IDEA how excited I could possibly be about windows, until I got new ones! :) I am a Realtor, so I meet lots of people who are obsessed with them, but I didn't fully understand it until now! I bought an older fixer-upper a few years ago and knew that eventually I would have to replace the old ones, but I didn't think I could afford it yet. I noticed that certain areas of my home were really hot lately, so I decided to go ahead and get an estimate so I knew what kind of $$ to budget for in the future. I am SO glad that I met with Dan with Desert King first, because he ended up being about 40% less than Anderson Windows, so if I had met with them first, I wouldn't be sitting in my cooler home right now.
Dan Gordan came to our home and gave us a really impressive demonstration of their products. I learned that most windows aren't made for the extreme heat of the desert and theirs definitely are. He was friendly, professional and super knowledgeable. I also really appreciated that he wasn't some cheesy sales guy and not high pressure at all.

Excellent in every way!! Daniel Sales Manager was very polite and professional, having worked for RBA he knew the competition out there, he cut a great price with top of the line windows, no comparison to the other window companies. The crew that installed the windows were great, the two guys did a wonderful job installing with care and expertises, no mess, they removed each window, patio doors and cathedral windows with skill in two days. Taking away the old windows leaving everything perfect! They worked in a confined yard as we live in a condominium nothing fazed
them. I would give 10 star if I could! Buy from the local guys, forget the big box companies out there (RBA) you will be delighted with Desert King and you will have saved a bunch of money!!

Our experience with Desert King Windows has been stellar. They specialize in windows in locations with lots of sun and heat. Their solar heat gain rated windows were the best rated I could find and that is a big deal living in Phoenix.
The installation of all the windows was very quick and professional. They detected a tiny flaw in one of the slider doors and immediately brought it to my attention and ordered another door to replace.
Since we have a busy street behind us we chose to get laminated windows in the room facing the street and the higher STC rating made a big difference in dampening street noise.
I highly recommend this company. The quality of their product, their service and attention to detail was first rate.

Desert king replaced our windows last spring and we couldn't be happier. They delivered as promised and the windows were installed quickly and efficiently. We had one minor problem with one window and they came back and fixed it right away. The house is so much quieter and I don't have dust like I used to.  We Love how cool the house stays with the reflective glass.  We got a great value for the price and would highly recommend Desert King to anyone that wants to replace their windows.

We really like the windows and the sliding doors. For the most part, the installers did a good job on the windows.
When it came to doing the caulk on new door casings, they fell flat.
The caulk beads were very thick and rounded outward. There was no way to get an acceptable paint line.
 The technician came out to re-key a couple of locks. He indicated that he could not improve on what was there, and it was normal work.
I then spoke to a company VP and he looked at the photos the tech. sent.
 He thought it looked very good on the photos. I decided to just do it myself. I don't appreciate it when a company tries to tell me it is acceptable. I have been in the commercial construction industry for 49 years. The painters would not even attempt to paint over that uneven caulk line.
Not a huge deal.
Would I recommend this company. Yes.
I looked at quite a few different windows and the ones at Desert King looked great, and they work great. Their price was fair.

After doing some research and reading online reviews, I called Desert King to set up an appointment for a quote. They dispatched a salesperson (Jim P.) within 48 hours to my home. Jim arrived promptly and was incredibly friendly and professional--without being pushy, which is huge for me when dealing with contractors. He was super informative, answered the incredible amount of questions I had with ease and patience, explained the products, options and pricing thoroughly, as well as the installation process and timelines.

I signed up to have 9 windows and a sliding glass door installed. They offer lifetime warranties on the glass and installation, which are transferrable to a new owner if you sell your home within ten years of installation. I haven't seen that kind of warranty with any other company I've researched. They also do not require a deposit.

My windows arrived within the 4-6 week window as quoted and installation was scheduled. There was a little mixup with the install dates but that was the only small hiccup.

The install crew of David and Chris was excellent!!! They were very professional, personable and friendly - and I felt completely comfortable with them in my home. They worked nonstop and did an excellent job. They even handled my dogs barking at them well (which had to be annoying). Part of the install required them to cut into tile in my kitchen and guest bath; I was expecting to have to repair the tile but they did such a close cut that there was none to be done! Because I opted to replace the frames as well which required cutting into drywall and stucco, I was also expecting to have to do much more paint touch ups than it turns out I'll have to. High-fives to both David and Chris!

I knew my old windows were bad, but I didn't realize how bad until I saw the difference with the Amerimax. I absolutely love my new windows! The quality is outstanding. The view is now super crisp and clear (like high definition TV) and the evil glare is GONE. It completely changes the look and feel of my home.

My install is brand new, so I can't yet comment on how they fare with inclement weather and daily use (I've seen some reviews where leaks occurred) but I will update my post if I spot any issues. For now I am a happy camper!

It's been about 6 months since we had five windows and and two sliding doors installed by Desert King. We couldn't be happier! They were referred to us by some friends  that had used them twice before. From the first meeting at our home, to talk about the products they offer, to the installation, they have been complete pros. The sales rep was supper helpful and not pushy. The installation installers were respectful and did a great job.  We still need to have the front half of our homes windows replaced and we will be calling Desert King again.

We replaced all 23 windows in our home in Scottsdale. The windows are going great after two months. The windows reduced the heat that came through the old ones.  They also reduced sound from outside and are much better looking and functional than the old windows. The installers did a good job as well. We are very happy with our purchase and recommend Desert King.

We purchased a 20 year old home in north Scottsdale in Sept. the windows were all in need of replacement. We called Desert King and made an appointment. Jim P. Came out on time . He made a very thorough presentation, was not pushy at all. He gave us a very fair estimate to replace all our windows including a sliding door. We replaced all the windows over a 5 month period.  James who was in charge of measuring and scheduling was a pleasure to deal with. All three crews were hardworking and cleaned up afterwards. We had an issue with one of the larger windows and James had someone out to reinstall it with no issues. All in all we are very satisfied with this company. And would recommend them without hesitation. Oh and they didn't charge a dime until after the windows were installed and we were satisfied..

Great service, price and teamwork. Electric bill went down $80 from a year ago (May bill) with our new 35 windows. Was skeptical but proof is in the pudding $$$

I didn't hire them but I reached out on getting a window fixed. They actually took the time to respond and point me in the direction of the type of provider I needed and gave some recommendations that are also highly rated. I appreciate the honestly and help. Hard to find companies like this anymore.

We recently got two west facing windows and an east facing sliding door installed by Desert King Windows, and are very happy with the results! The company was professional and a pleasure to work with, from the initial visit to receive a quote all the way through to the installation process. They were easy to communicate with, always showed up on time (we had three visits: quote, final measurements, and installation), and we received a very fair and competitive price.

And let me tell you about the window quality! One of the windows we replaced was for my 2 year old's room. The first night after the installation, he slept until 9:45 in the morning. 9:45!!! I can only assume it was because his room was finally comfortable and quiet! If finally getting to sleep in on the weekend isn't instant gratification, I don't know what is.

Wow, where to start..........from the beginning of my initial phone inquiry with Ron Shortt I felt as though I was in reliable and capable hands.  Ron sent out Liz for our consultation and she was so knowledgeable and informative about Desert King Windows products and national guidelines regarding U-Factors and Solar Heat Gain Coefficients as they relate to our Arizona heat.  During our consultation, my husband and I never felt any high pressure tactics - if anything, she left us with helpful information and encouraged us to compare Desert King's windows to any other company out there and then contact her again to discuss any questions or differences, etc.  We met with a total of 6 window companies over 3 weeks and in the end we went with Desert King Windows ~ we experienced the good, the bad and the ugly during those consultations but are thrilled with the final installation done by James.  James was on time, professional, a skilled craftsman in his field of expertise and very efficient.  Our home was left in the condition it was prior to our 5 windows and new sliding glass door (looks just like French Doors, but it's a sliding door) being installed.  My husband couldn't say enough great things about how James went about the installation from beginning to end.  Both my husband and I are extremely pleased with the entire process as it relates to our purchase with Desert King Windows and will be using them in the future and recommending them to all our friends and family.  I realize that everyone has their own experience and some may not agree with mine, but felt that I had to share ours as Desert King Windows bent over backwards to help us with 2 different schedule changes we had to make due to family emergencies and knew that as our new windows/door sat in their warehouse they weren't making any money on this deal, yet they never said one negative word.  Instead, Desert King extended their concern and understanding which we appreciated as customers  Thanks so much guys!

This is a nontraditional review because we ended up going with a different company but we wanted to send a quick note about Daniel's amazing professionalism and knowledge!  He came out to estimate and talk to us on a Saturday, answered ALL of our questions (and more) and was kind and friendly--even when we contacted him and told him we'd gone with someone else.

The good and the not so good.
Good quality windows for the price and make quite a difference in the noise level and temperature.  Crews are courtesy and arrived when scheduled. The not so good is the cleanup. The patio was covered in dust, the crew dropped oil from their caulking gun on the carpet and I do not even think they knew they did. They broke a support for the valance and did not even mention it but I found it when I noticed the valance was sitting crooked. On the outside, the crew spilled great stuff on the ledge and did not clean it up. I was able to resolve all the cleanup issues but expect to have some post install work.

We are absolutely thrilled with our selection of Desert King Windows! The whole process start to finish was about 5 weeks. The quality of the Amerimax windows they offer can't be beat. In just 2 days they removed 9 windows and 3 sliding doors and replaced them with incredibly robust fixtures. The install team of Landon, Bryar and Tim were fantastic, attentive and treated my home like their own personal project. If that wasn't enough, the value of their work will last a long time and cost half of what other vendors were quoting. If you are even just considering new windows ( mine were 50 year old originals) you must check out DKW. I know you wont be disappointed! (My review comes unsolicited,but I just gotta pass on the good news) Now the house is soooooo quiet!! Cheers!

Recently had our new Amerimax windows installed by two teams - Dave & Donovan and Matt & Tanner.

It was a two day install hence the two teams. Both days everyone worked hard, cleaned up at the end of the day and were very polite and respectful. No music was played, no smoking on the property, they chatted with us and amongst themselves.

We met Desert King at the Phoenix Home Show in Glendale this year. Our salesperson, Dan, was knowledgeable, punctual, respectful and honest. He was GREAT!!!

We did thorough research on Desert King, checked ROC, researched Amerimax windows, looked at reviews for Desert King on several websites, asked for addresses of installs (which they gave) and referrals of installs that were over 5 years old (which they did) and I drove by all the houses to see completed and current installs and contacted the referrals, which spoke very highly of this company.

Desert King scheduled a measurement and the crew arrived on time (I am a stickler for punctuality). They received our windows in when they said they would and scheduled an install date straight away. Another great thing is they do not take a down payment, payment is made when they are done.

The only hiccup we had was on the first day of install one of the installers could not make it do to a medical situation but the company did not have anyone else to come out and start. At first they were going to split the install between a Tues and a Sat. We did not want that. In the end they were able to schedule us for back to back install days. Thank you Jayson!

Overall EVERYONE, from sales person to installers to owners, was VERY EASY to work with.

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company. As far as the windows we fell in love with them before they were installed. I expect no issues with them whatsoever and even if something does happen I know Desert King will be there to take care of any issues.

Salesperson did a good job of explaining the qualities of the windows and the installation.  The installers did a good job of removal of the existing windows and installing the new ones with minimal stucco disruption.  The installers noticed a minor hole in a screen and ordered a replacement which arrived in a few weeks.  The quality of the windows is good, and one of several brands recommended for the southwest.

just WOW!!! my family Could not feel more happier and safer with the high quality Titan security screen doors that were installed to my home recently. I can now leave my front and back door unlocked and open for not only security but for serenity! We should have had these screen doors installed years ago! Cannot say enough of the quality of work and standards that this company has to offer.. Thank you Desert King windows! i will soon
be using you to install the energy efficient windows to my home as well in the near future and will refer you to all my friends and family.. Thanks again

If you use desert Kings windows and anything g goes wrong. Watch out for the crappy customer service where they blame you for the issues

I needed new windows. Single pane just don't cut it in Phoenix. I got 5 quotes and actually had a couple more scheduled. The 5th quote being Desert King Windows.  Dan Gordon came out and I knew my search was over. I cancelled any further quotes. During installation I was a bit nervous but the crew was outstanding. they did a most excellent job and I would highly recommend.  I've had my windows for about 2 months now and they have been through several severe storms and I am more than happy with them. They look great, cut down on heat from the sun, and reduce the outside noise, which was an issue here. All things considered this was a great decision.

Desert King Windows delivered.  Not only was the gentleman that came out to discuss my windows with me not pushy or high-pressure in any way (unlike that OTHER company), but my windows look great.  My husband said the installers were very courteous. One of the windows was quite large and they installed all 3 to the point where you couldn't ever tell they weren't the original windows.  And their prices were almost half of the other 2 bids I received.  Would recommend calling these guys first!

We had our whole house of windows replaced. We were very happy with the process and our installers were great. We were called every morning to tell us when they would arrive. We highly recommend Desert King.

15 windows and a patio door done in 2 days. From the initial visit, through the installation process Desert King has been great!! We were referred to them from our neighbors who had them install windows previously, and were exceptionally pleased with them as well. I was nearly ecstatic when I saw how well they cleaned up after themselves as they were working and after completing the job. Lots of places will tell you they will do that, but they don't always follow through. Overall, the price was very reasonable, it took about 6 weeks for the Windows to be made and another week for the scheduled dates for the install to arrive. I have had 6 other window companies come by and give estimates over the last 18-24 months and Desert King is what worked for us. All vinyl double-paned windows that aren't welded in the corners, and are specifically designed for use in our hot desert climate and have the best overall warranty that I have seen. I just really can't say enough good things about Desert King, and if you need to have Windows replaced, you won't go wrong with them.

Can't say enough. Quality with a good price. Sales manager Jim was outstanding as was installer Brisr and helper. Windows arrived on schedule and are good quality Amerimax certified for our region. Theyveee also able to make some windows others could not. Like a 120 x 72 slider.

This is a great company! From start to finish everyone was friendly and knowledge.  Chris and David did a fantastic job replacing our 25 windows. They were always on time and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I would highly recommend this company!

Our meeting with Daniel was eye opening to replacement windows. His explanation, and demonstration of these windows convinced us 100%. We were in, and extremely excited. Daniel was personable, pleasant, and knew his window business. He helped us with filing our HOA paperwork, and even came by the house, again, to assist us with the application.

As promised, the windows came in within the expected time, and the date for installation was set. The two installers, James and Briar, showed up on time, they remeasured all the windows before they started the installation, and work began. The first 8 windows were installed the first day, and they cleaned up before they left the site. They told us they would return at 8am the next morning, and they came back promptly at 8am. The second set of 6 windows went in without a hitched. These two men worked very well together, each knowing what the other needed to do. They were very conscientious, polite, personable, and pleasant. The windows are wonderful! They look great, and we are enjoying the fact that we can open our windows for fresh air without having to go to the gym to build up muscles to do so. Our neighbors have complimented on the looks of these windows. We are soooooo glad we invested in these windows.

We had Windows installed that leaked... Caused damage to our house.  Had to take them to small claims court to get $800 judgement.

We had Desert King do all if our windows. 33 Windows 2 story house. They were excellent. Installers are very experienced and meticulous. Made sure everything was perfect. Cleaned up inside and out. Took 5 days to install all but it was done perfect. Owner on site several times to check work and always available to answer questions. They are lower in price from several I got estimates from. I went with them because the owner came out himself and worked with me. I highly recommend them if you are looking to have your windows replaced. They do great work and our electric bill was cut in half. Patrice Kreitler

We needed windows for our home in Sun City and requested estimates from three companies.  We chose Desert King Windows Co. and are very happy with our decision.  We are so impressed with the owners, salesperson, installers, and of course, the windows.  I was very worried that the tint of the new windows would limit the natural sunlight.  (We're from Michigan and the sunny weather is one of the reasons we moved here.)  The salesperson (Dan) said I wouldn't notice the difference and the installer (James) said the same thing.  Happily...they are absolutely right.  Also, we now have the added benefit of people not being able to see into the house as easily.    My husband is pleased with the help he received from the co-owner (Jayson).  The installers (James and Richard) were hardworking, conscientious and efficient.  They even thoroughly cleaned up any mess that was caused throughout the process.  With the information James provided, we were able to save over $150 because James knew how to rearrange the patio blind to accommodate the new patio door opening from the right rather than the left.  Would we recommend this company to family and friends?  The answer is definitely yes.
