Mike and his team are amazing and always able to locate the issue when we have a problem at a property.  His prices are fair and reasonable for all types of repairs.  Professional, on-time and explains whats going on with the units so you understand.

Have experienced many other companies both from my local area and from  farther out and Macs's tops them all with the way they handle the issues and the ac repairs.

Three days ago I was introduced to Clark Heating & Cooling.

Two days ago, I was told how and when they could fix my AC unit and how much it would cost. Two days ago, they sent their tech out to check out my unit to make sure they got the right parts - even had the tech come back out that night because he wanted to double check what he wrote down.

One Day ago, they sent me a text to let me know, Hey we got the part and will be there at 8 AM tomorrow to get your AC running!

This morning at 10 minutes until 8 AM, their tech arrived. By noon, my AC was working again.

Dave and his team have been consistent. The were here when they say they would be. The job took the amount of time they said it would. They charged me the exact amount they quoted me. They even apologized that they couldn't do the repair yesterday because they were already booked - remember, I called them at the last minute - they could have easily pushed me back, but they didn't!

They have earned my loyalty and I highly recommend them!

AC started going out in the Middle of June. Not a good time to be without AC got multiple bids and through a referral got sent to Martin at Grand Canyon.  He looked at my other bids and immediately was able to show me how the other techs weren't being completely honest with me. Their bids simply told me the brand name, not the SEER level or the model number. He explained how important it is for me to have all this info before making any decisions then have me a quote which matched up with the other companies but was a higher seer level, had a longer warranty and was completely up front with model numbers I could verify on the machines when they're installed. I felt he was the most honest of all the techs I'd worked with. Day of install they arrived early, worked late even in crazy hot afternoons and always cleaned up after themselves. I love my new units. They're soo quiet but I love the piece of mind that the job was done well and from an honest company that will back their work for year to come.

I can't say enough about Donley!  For the price of my spring tune-up, Michael changed 5 filters in my 12' ceilings, fixed a rattle that was driving me crazy in the air handler in my attic, tuned up my 2 units, and flushed out my water heater.  That is great service!!

Chris has been our technician and we couldn't ask for a better one. He is timely and professional. He is neat (even in this heat, don't know how he does) He speaks plane English and doesn't try to snow us with a bunch of technical terms we wouldn't know anyway. Very personable. Don't know how many techs Qual-Tech has but I can tell you  they don't have a better one.

I needed some parts to rebuild a refrigerator  and they were SO helpful! They were able to get everything I needed, fast! The prices were very reasonable.  To top it off... there was one part I forgot to order and they were able to get that one to me the same day! You rarely see customer service that outstanding these days!

Hands down the only company I will ever deal with for anything HVAC related. Valley's Best has replaced our AC unit in our old place and repaired our unit at our new house. On every encounter with them they have been professional, honest, respectful and have a great sense of urgency. The owner Chase is honest and knowledgeable. Marlene the office manager is incredible she truly goes above and beyond and is such a compassionate individual. The techs who came to our were super knowledgeable and quick to resolve the issues. Highly recommended this company for your heating and cooling needs.

Our AC went out during the record heat in July of course but Jason responded asap in spite of an already packed schedule. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. We felt the price was fair and the service was great. Highly recommend.

We got to know Sam before he started his own business.   We will follow him WHEREVER he is!  EXCEPTIONAL!

Reached out to get a quote for a new ac, Bill did a great job walking me through the different options I had and worked with me to get it scheduled. The installation went smoothly and now I get to enjoy a much quieter and more efficient heat pump.

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

This company is the best!!! We moved into an old home that needed a complete remodel but we had to live in it during the process.  There was no heat or air conditioning in the home.  North Mechanical was the only HVAC company in Payson that would work with us through the process, installing the system so we had heat and cool, and then completing the installation in stages as we progress with the remodeling.  Great company, friendly, understanding, prompt, efficient, fair pricing.

This is a company that I have been using for my A/C needs for some time. Usually I am very happy with the price and the service they provide but this last visit was so appallingly bad that I don't know if I would ever use them again. I don't know if they changed owners or if this was just a really bad day for a new tech but I was very disappointed. Tech showed up, took a quick look at the exterior part of my system and said something was terribly wrong with it because it was only cooling 4 degrees at the unit. He looked at few things, took his sniffer thing up in the attic and said it had a micro leak at the evap coil. He explained to me that this would cost 2800-3500 dollars to fix, recommended I replace the entire system and gave me a quote of 9500 to 11,500 dollars to do so. His report indicated that the unit was so low on refrigerant that he was unable to complete the check, and where the leak was on the coil. I wanted to price a new coil so I went up a couple days later to get a model number and found the tech had left some of the screws out so that the unit had a 1/2 inch open gap that leaked air when it was running. Bear in mind the heater functions fine, except that now I pay to heat my attic as well as the house because their tech did not bother with re-assembling my unit when he was done!!!!
Enter the next company that I called out for a second opinion. Ran the unit for a while, tested all the temperatures out and the came out right in range for proper operation (18 degree drop, which is at the lower end but acceptable). He then got his sniffer out and tested for leaks, both where the Wolff Tech said and all around the attic unit. Nothing. No leaks. He did recommend I add a little Freon, but it did not need much at all, they say it was little enough that it could easily be accounted for by what is lost from annual checks and maybe started a bit low when compressor was replaced but no big deal.
Bottom line? There was never anything wrong with my unit at all!!! Nothing. What the hell happened here? If I had listened to that Wolff tech and replaced my system I would have spent as much as 11,500 dollars to replace something that is working normally. If I had not checked their work I could have ended up paying to air condition my attic all summer because they didn't put my system back together properly. BE VERY CAREFUL IN TRUSTING THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend them! Very happy with the air conditioner. They check the system every few months and very friendly!

We purchased an A/C unit from these guys last summer through Home Depot.
This summer... we turn it on and it does not work.
We contact this company, they said they would send someone out that day from 3-7.
7pm, in Arizona, 95 degrees in my house.  We contact them, they said someone put the wrong date in the system.  They had put yesterdays date in.  HOW does that happen?  Your system lets you go backwards a day?  OK.. well it is 7pm are they going to send someone out?  NOPE.. they said there was nothing they could do.  (tho this site says they are open until midnight)
All night long it was HOT in my house.  My oldest daughter started to THROW UP because it was so hot!
My husband calls them in the morning.. they said they have some meetings.. but someone will be out.  9:30 AM.. and someone shows up.  Looks at the AC and stated that he did not have the tools to fix it because he was new and they sent him out without the equipment to fix it.  UGH!  So, he leaves and said he would be back.  Not sure if there was a communication error with the tech, or what.. but my husband said he should be back at noon.  I get off work early to be here... 12:30 and I call the company.. I get a lady on the phone who tried to help, but I am not too sure she knew what she was doing.  She told me to hold and she would get a supervisor.  I was on hold for 8 minutes.. she gets back on the phone and I was told she could not find a supervisor and she would return my call.
A few minutes pass and a lady named Shannon called me back.. She said.. the tech is on his way seriously.. no sorry.. nothing.. just the tech is on his way.
When I let her know I was irritated  because it seems no one does what they say they are going to do.. her response.. in a RUDE attitude.. I called you back didn't I?
Who talks to people like that?  
When the tech finally arrived back at my house he told me that the person who installed it didn't do what they were supposed to do.  Tighten something or other...
SO-we waited all night for someone to NOT show.. all night long sweated our butts off to the point that my daughter got sick. then someone shows with NO equipment to fix the problem.. to having to get off early.. to RUDE customer service reps.. and it was the PRIOR techs fault????
Home Depot should NOT have a contract with them.  I am embarrassed for Home Depot to have such a terrible company that they recommend and have their name associated with.
And if I was that tech.. I would find another job ASAP.. who sets their Techs up for failure?  The tech at least was friendly.
Awful company.. with AWFUL customer service.  I seriously STILL have not even heard an apology that my daughter was puking!
