We needed a new a/c unit which also included the gas heater. We received a quote from 2 other companies, each wanting a minimum of $8900. We are retired and just didn't have that in our budget.
We had used Mac's Air 3 or 4 different times since we moved here to the Province for maintenance and repairs, as he had received many good reviews on Next Door. Our unit is 15 yrs old and did give out on us last summer. He repaired it for $250 (condenser, I believe) but highly recommended we obtain a new unit by the summer of 2021. So I called Mike and within 48 hrs he gave us a quote for $5500 which included everything. It was installed within 10 days, though we told him we were in no hurry. The unit works super and is very quiet, along with being energy efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Could not answer the phone. Once they did the person (I think fell asleep) as they did not speak for a full five minutes after greeting me, during which I assumed they were looking for a time slot. Once I spoke again the person did not know why I was speaking to them. I asked if they were okay and the answer was they are sleepy and have no availability this week.
Not sure how they have all 5 star ratings if they can't get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment.

Almost 3 years later they respond. Lol. (I still haven't expanded the space you refused to go into and have had techs up there). What a joke of a company.

Answering service on weekends is lousy.  Receptionist has difficulty with English language, poor phone connection, does not seem to know what HVAC is.  Does not seem to know Donley's business services well.

If I could give this company a million stars, I would.  I have a friend whose wires had been chewed through on their A/C unit by their dog.  They called George Brazil and this company quoted them $400 to fix it.  It is supposed to be 118 degrees today and this dear family had NO A/C!  So I called Qual-Tech A/C.  They didn't answer, so I hung up.  Well, to my surprise (on a Saturday), a wonderful tech (Christian) called me right back.  I explained to them how this family did not have $400 and they were really looking for some help.  He said he would go check it out and if he could fix it, he would for just the service call charge.  I was praying like crazy that he wouldn't charge this family $400 to fix the wires.  Well, he just called me.  And yes, he could fix the wires without charging anything!  AND he hid the wires so that the dog wouldn't chew them again.  This is just so incredible that I am blown away by Christian's honesty, integrity and fairness.  This family now has A/C on this crazy, hot day.  I praise God for this company!!!

Excellent customer service!!! Got the part I needed for my AC the same day and they saved me 500 bucks vs having someone fix it for me! Also gave me a military discount.. Can't say thank you enough.

A man named Val came out and got our faulty A/C up and running within 10mins of arriving. We were worried we would have to sweat through the night before our problem would be fixed but this guy fixed it and had our house cooling back down in no time. We were surprised someone would come out so late too, we knew it was a stretch to get someone out so quickly and late at night on a weekend but these guys pulled through. True customer service. Thanks Val!

I was referred by Porterhouse Home Inspections to have Jason from A Savings Air look at the AC unit of the house my husband and I are buying. Communication with him was easy with calling and text. He was polite, courteous, and straightforward with his communication and he sent the inspection report within an hour of finishing his work. Thank you Jason!

We got to know Sam before he started his own business.   We will follow him WHEREVER he is!  EXCEPTIONAL!

Bill came out and serviced our 3 year old heat pump. He was very through and explained what he was doing and educated us on a few things since we are from another state and had never owned a heat pump before. I will continue to call Bill for all of our heating and cooling needs. He is honest and truly cares about the quality of his work.

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

We have our RV located in an RV park up in Pine, AZ.
Last June(2018), we had trouble with our AC unit and after calling around to different RV repair/service companies we were told they were booked out 2 weeks in advance and one RV repairman near Payson told us Pine was too far to come to work on an RV... Really ?
 So I called North Mechanical and they said Yes, not only will we come out the next day but we're certified for Dometic service. (Dometic is a common brand of RV AC units and refrigerators etc).
 The guy that came was on time, very polite and all around good guy and had our issues addressed quickly.
Tuesday 11/13/18 we arrived in Pine to find our propane regulator leaking. I found a regulator at a Payson hardware store and went home and installed it and when I turned the gas back on it began spewing propane out of the vent on the regulator. I thought I had used improper fittings after talking to just about every hardware, propane parts places, RV repair people who were as usual booked solid. Everyone had a different opinion as to why the regulator was doing what it was doing. Now I was confused and compressed highly flammable gas is nothing to mess with so I once again contacted North Mechanical, explained my situation and also I had no heat and couldn't use our cook stove. Night time lows were 20 degrees in Pine and it was a long cold night but Darin North juggled schedules and had a tech out to us that next day.
Again, problem quickly solved, another great tech who was very polite, professional and right on time.
We have heat and can cook again thanks to North mechanical.

I have been a customer of Wolff Mechanical for almost 8 years. During that time I have both purchased new Trane systems for two homes as well as contracting for their annual service contracts. Trust worthy professional and customer oriented describe them them to a T. Today they also added responsible to that list. They took responsibility for a mistake that they could have easily denied. The result was a significant amount of rework at their expense. No doubt they have a customer for life.

I purchased an annual service contract with Howard Air earlier this year.  This week I had a situation where my 3 year old Trane was having a cooling issue so I called and asked to have someone look at it.  Today, Henry from Howard Air came to diagnose the system and once he isolated the issued preceeded to repair it.   He took time to explain everything to me and why he was doing it made sure I knew the best way to operate the system now that it was repaired.  I know Howard Air is a Trane Comfort Specialist, an Elite dealer and appreciate Henry's knowledge and his professionalism.  I am so pleased with Howard Air and Henry who is the face of the company with the customer.  As a business owner, I so appreciate an employee that provides that level of customer service.  Thank you Howard Air and thank you Henry.

I'm going to say is BEWARE!
This company left me without air for 13 days and management would not return my phone call.  While I had a great technician come to my home for maintenance, I think that the management team deserves no stars. Even though they just serviced my Trane 2009 unit, management claims they thought my unit was York from 1998-1999!
