Thank you Mike! My mother in law discovered our downstairs unit wasn't working. I posted on a local Facebook page and Mike responded. Within 20 minutes he was at our house and it took him even less time to fix the problem! We were so worried we would have to wait until Monday to get it fixed and it's such a relief to have it taken care of do quickly!

Clark Heating and Cooling were fantastic!!!!   A/C went out on a Sunday, they responded within one hour.  Gabe came out and diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes.  He found that the blower motor and control board combo were faulty.  They contacted the manufacturer and found that my unit had 4 months left on a 5 year warranty.  They got the replacement motor and board, and all I paid for was labor.  Professional, efficient, and honest.  Thank you Clark Heating and AC!!!

When our AC stopped working  yesterday we called our warranty company to have it looked at and repaired. I was told it may take up to five days to have someone come out and with a toddler and newborn we just couldn't do that in the middle of summer. I explained our situation and fidelity called and scheduled an appointment with Grand Canyon Refrigeration for the next day.  Marcos was slammed with jobs for the day and when he had one that fell thru he called to see if he could come right then instead of us waiting until the next day. We were relieved when he showed up and diagnosed our problem within ten minutes, our motor had gone out. Marcos was thorough and explained everything he did and troubleshooted with. He not only came back the same day with the part we needed, he came back within the hour despite other calls he still needed to attend after. Our new motor was installed and our house cooled down in such a quick timeframe. Thank you for your haste and attention to detail when we were in dire need! We appreciate it!!

I called them for chemically cleaning my air conditioner coils, they were prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced.  I would highly recommend them.  Now I think I will replace my current maintenance company and hire them.

Christian was our technician.  I hate to say that because he was so much more: professional, super careful and meticulously clean in our home, knowledgeable without being arrogant and took care of the air conditioning issue with precision and accuracy.  So many times we have had techs from other companies come out and make excuses, leave messes, and say they had to come back, leaving us sweating.  Christian was just terrific and Qual-Tech is fortunate to have him and I hope the rest of their tech staff is trained and treats the customers as well as this exceptional young man!!!!  A delightfully positive experience!

Came in today and spoke with Brenda. Not only was she super polite she was also very knowledgeable. She quickly assisted us with the parts we needed to repair our dryer and also passed along the name and number of a repairman if we needed further assistance. It was amazing to find an appliance repair shop next to the laundromat :)) Thank You Brenda...

I used them through a home warranty company and these guys were TERRIFIC! They came out within hours, diagnosed the problem immediately, contacted our warranty company and got approval on the very same day they came out. Then, they got the part the very next day (which was a Friday) and came and replaced it on Saturday!!!!  I am so impressed with these guys and how responsive they were. We received phone calls alerting us of arrivals and expected work time, and Chase was absolutely first class. Do not hesitate to use them for your air-conditioning needs! Very friendly, very responsive and very professional. Nothing more you can say!

Had a leak to the heating/ac unit  where my brother lived. It's a HOA governed development. Thank God the management company was on the grounds that day, they turned the water off to the unit.  
The HOA referred Jasons company to me.  Nice guy named Mel showed up...no emergency happening now...because the water was already turned off, but $155.00 later and a estimate of 5,300.00 later, proved to be a joke.  2 estimates later the next weeks, Jason was clearly trying to take advantage of a situation, a gentlemen would not have.
Not going to work with the warranty company period..and no time to educate me on details.  
Do your homework...call a second opinion.

We got to know Sam before he started his own business.   We will follow him WHEREVER he is!  EXCEPTIONAL!

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

We have our RV located in an RV park up in Pine, AZ.
Last June(2018), we had trouble with our AC unit and after calling around to different RV repair/service companies we were told they were booked out 2 weeks in advance and one RV repairman near Payson told us Pine was too far to come to work on an RV... Really ?
 So I called North Mechanical and they said Yes, not only will we come out the next day but we're certified for Dometic service. (Dometic is a common brand of RV AC units and refrigerators etc).
 The guy that came was on time, very polite and all around good guy and had our issues addressed quickly.
Tuesday 11/13/18 we arrived in Pine to find our propane regulator leaking. I found a regulator at a Payson hardware store and went home and installed it and when I turned the gas back on it began spewing propane out of the vent on the regulator. I thought I had used improper fittings after talking to just about every hardware, propane parts places, RV repair people who were as usual booked solid. Everyone had a different opinion as to why the regulator was doing what it was doing. Now I was confused and compressed highly flammable gas is nothing to mess with so I once again contacted North Mechanical, explained my situation and also I had no heat and couldn't use our cook stove. Night time lows were 20 degrees in Pine and it was a long cold night but Darin North juggled schedules and had a tech out to us that next day.
Again, problem quickly solved, another great tech who was very polite, professional and right on time.
We have heat and can cook again thanks to North mechanical.

Dwayne called first and arrived as stated and performed a preventive maintenance check-up on my unit.  He was friendly, very professional,  and documentation was thorough.  Highly recommend.

Do not do business with this company. They are dishonest. Do yourself a favor and avoid them. Do not even try to resolve complaint, they just get rude with you. Very poor customer service. Avoid this company!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.!! Avoid this company, I cant begin to express what a terrible company this is...Completely incompetent and will try and will end up nickel and diming you for everything they can possible. The guy that runs the Tucson office Richard Gaona is completely useless and will generally try at all costs to avoid having to lift a finger to help out a customer. Their techs are untrained and have no clue what they are doing.

Oh and Terrible customer service. Showed up late and left without fixing the A/C in sweltering 110 degrees. Tried to sell the A/C unit to us when the issue was only to fix a small leak in the line..
Stay away from them!
