Mac's Air-cooling was great! I called him yesterday evening, he was out the next morning to fix it. He was fast, efficient, and inexpensive! Great service!!

Great service and quality work. We had issues with airflow in our home. David thoroughly explained all the options we had and explained completely what they would achieve and what they would cost. The price was good for comparable quotes from other companies. My wife and I decided to go with them and couldn't be happier. Our home is very comfortable now. Couldn't say enough about the quality of service and work. If your trying to decide, pull the trigger and go with Clark Heating & Cooling.

Martin with Grand Canyon is a compliment to his profession. Absolute professionalism and fair pricing. He was very clear with his communications and always responded in a timely manner. He installed our new Carrier heat pump on our roof and recapped the previous evap cooler opening since the old one was rusting. Everything looks great. I will be using them again in the future!

Answering service on weekends is lousy.  Receptionist has difficulty with English language, poor phone connection, does not seem to know what HVAC is.  Does not seem to know Donley's business services well.

I called Qual Tech and spoke with the owner. I explained that a strange smell was coming through my vents and from the attic. He was very concerned and came over immediately to make sure that I was safe. He also had his tech Chris meet him at my house. It was a fan motor that had burned out and was causing the strange smell. It was replaced  at the same visit. I was impressed with the promptness, professionalism, and overall caring and concern for my well being. On a side note, the owner fixed/changed out the light bulbs in my laundry room as is where the attic access is. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs heating and/or air conditioning  service.

Went to Kevins to get a micro switch and YES he had it and at a price that was better than the internet!  Service is great and the guys are both friendly and knowledgeable.  Local business that is GREAT!!

Had a leak to the heating/ac unit  where my brother lived. It's a HOA governed development. Thank God the management company was on the grounds that day, they turned the water off to the unit.  
The HOA referred Jasons company to me.  Nice guy named Mel showed up...no emergency happening now...because the water was already turned off, but $155.00 later and a estimate of 5,300.00 later, proved to be a joke.  2 estimates later the next weeks, Jason was clearly trying to take advantage of a situation, a gentlemen would not have.
Not going to work with the warranty company period..and no time to educate me on details.  
Do your homework...call a second opinion.

Reached out to get a quote for a new ac, Bill did a great job walking me through the different options I had and worked with me to get it scheduled. The installation went smoothly and now I get to enjoy a much quieter and more efficient heat pump.

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

Had an appointment for tuesday @ 8 to 9 a.m.  my wife waited for hours and no show. She called this company and the female that answered told my wife that she called and cancelled. So my wife missed a day of work and rescheduled for today. She and i both work so i waited ( 8 to 9 a.m.) about 10 i called and spoke with k____y. She said we did not have an appointment and insisted that my wife called to cancel the day before (which was not true) and did not reschedule. So wether it was k___ys mistake or not she was a bit rude and insisted how wrong i was and said she would call me back. She did call back and trying to be appologetic said some one would be here shortley. They did come as promised and are gone to find a part. Finally, i called work and said i couldn't come in due to this abortion of customer service. My wife and i both missed a day of work. I hope others have had a better experience.

We've used Wolff for years, our last annual contract with them for ac/heat checks ended, and we won't use them again. More expensive than competitors, and terrible customer service. Our last attempts at scheduling ended with a tech showing up 4 hours early, a tech not showing up at all, and a smart-alec phone rep who was unapologetic. I called last month to see if I could refund the remainder on the contract, the guy on the phone said 'no way, and if you wanted to it's above my pay grade.' I guess that means if the contract expires you lose tour pre-payment. There's far better companies doing it out there for less.

I was originally ok with paying a premium for Howard Air. They are more expensive but I thought had good warranty and service. For the past 3 years tried to get pricing for a thermostat with sensor. Excuse after excuse for not providing it. This year I was told to go to their showroom to see the options. Which I did and the people at the showroom were shocked I was told this since it was a 30 min drive for me and able to be discussed over the phone. No one had pricing since it was a new item. Was told a new thermostat installed was over $500 or if I wanted to buy it myself over $200 to install. I wanted it and it would work for how my house is set up and when the technician came I was told he would be an expert in setting this up because Howard Air does hundreds a day and that's what I'm paying for. Technician left me to connect to WiFi myself and was looking online with me for step by step guide to set up sensors. During the whole time taking about how complicated it was and his first time Installing them. Some $200 each expert I was paying for. Called the office while he was here, explained my frustration and just like Howard Air they said they would call me back and never did. No discount for having to set up the thermostats myself. Waiting for my warranty to expire then finding a new HVAC company.

I had two companies look at my air conditioning problem which was that one room at the end of the line was not getting as cool as other rooms on the same line using the same unit.

call center told me that they would test the lines for free. When I questioned free, the guy said okay, They will try to sell you an air seal service. And that is exactly what happened. The technician came out, looked into the attic (did not go into the attic) by standing on a ladder and peaking into the attic and taking a picture (actually not sure how he could get a picture of the area in question from where he was positioned). He assured me that the only way to solve the problem was by using a sealant that is blown into the ductwork and closes all the holes. He said first they would measure the airflow. That test that was supposed to be free actually costs $250. We decided to look for another company and we are so glad we did!

Technician: Brandon was absolutely perfect. His was very methodical in his approach to diagnosing and solving the problem and he kept me informed of each step of his work. He went into the attic, inspected and repositioned ductwork, adjusted vents to each room on the line, measured air temperature using a handheld device, and solved the problem. We actually have airflow to the room now and it is cooling down. The charge: $95 for the service call with NO attempt to upsell me or extend the call.
