Our property manager gave us Mike's info since I discovered, while visiting our house, we had a plastic drip pan that had always been a problem on one of our attic units and it was about to collapse and drip into the house again. I wanted him to replace the drip pan for one that's metal and sturdy. This unit was on its last legs since it was over 20 years old. Our neighbor down the street is an A/C guy and he told me back in 2017, 5 years ago, that this unit could 'go at any time'. Therefore when Mike told me we probably should replace the unit based on what he saw inside it, I knew he was telling the truth. Mike didn't at all 'press' me by any means. He did tell me about the new EPA regs coming out on Jan 2023. I did check this out and he was spot on, so I told him to please go ahead and replace it. He did an excellent job, was barely disruptive to the renters, and had it replaced in a single day and the renter was very happy with the performance of the unit and the lower electric bill.  He was very responsive to every single call and text to him and gave me all of the warranty and documentation for the new unit. It's refreshing to find someone who is reliable and has integrity. I thought I paid a very fair price for the unit, too.

Clark is so awesome I highly recommend them!!! I had called a few places with good yelp ratings for my Air Conditioner repair.  My home warranty company had already come to asses the AC unit, but did not cover the job.  This is important information if you have that diagnostic from a warranty co then you should be able to send that to other companies for a price quote without paying their service fee. I did send to it to 4 places. It was amazing to me how some places even on Yelp tried to charge me 4x the amount that Clark quoted. I think at the end of the season they  panic to get their quota.The receptionist Michelle was so nice and helpful and very empathetic that we had zero AC for 5 days in 111 degree weather. That next day Ivan came with a fan blade that I was told needs to be shipped over night by another company or take 15 days! Obviously not true. Clark got the fan from a local provider and fixed our AC so quickly and gave me advice as well. I will definitely use them in the future!!  MAHALO!!

After having a couple lower quality AC companies (via my home warranty) try and fix my AC unit, Grand Canyon came out and found errors that other companies have made. Martin is a great technician and I highly recommend him and Grand Canyon.

What a terrible experience. We were referred to Donley by a long time customer for A/C maintenance.  We called in 2 weeks ago and were given an appointment for today.  The time frame we were given was 12 to 5 so I cancelled all of our plans to make sure I was home.  We received a call around 9am telling us they were not able to send someone out and had to reschedule.  Well I called back and without even an apology I was told the soonest the could come out was a month from now, and the reason there was nobody coming today is because they had several people call out from work.  I explained we had already waited 2 weeks and they were going to make us wait another month ... The woman I spoke to said don't worry you can still use your A/C until then ... DUH!  So no apology and no type of compensation for waiting, like a couple bucks off.  I advised her we were going to a different provider and she told me to have a nice day and hung up.

I would absolutely recommend these guys! Fair, honest, and fast! I requested service through my home warranty late in the evening (after business was closed) they were at my house by 1130 am the next day, fixed my Ac in 20 minutes, all covered by my warranty. Chris answered all my questions and also gave me some info on my secondary swamp cooler that I have never used. I'm totally cool now

Came in today and spoke with Brenda. Not only was she super polite she was also very knowledgeable. She quickly assisted us with the parts we needed to repair our dryer and also passed along the name and number of a repairman if we needed further assistance. It was amazing to find an appliance repair shop next to the laundromat :)) Thank You Brenda...

Bill came out and serviced our 3 year old heat pump. He was very through and explained what he was doing and educated us on a few things since we are from another state and had never owned a heat pump before. I will continue to call Bill for all of our heating and cooling needs. He is honest and truly cares about the quality of his work.

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

Had an appointment for tuesday @ 8 to 9 a.m.  my wife waited for hours and no show. She called this company and the female that answered told my wife that she called and cancelled. So my wife missed a day of work and rescheduled for today. She and i both work so i waited ( 8 to 9 a.m.) about 10 i called and spoke with k____y. She said we did not have an appointment and insisted that my wife called to cancel the day before (which was not true) and did not reschedule. So wether it was k___ys mistake or not she was a bit rude and insisted how wrong i was and said she would call me back. She did call back and trying to be appologetic said some one would be here shortley. They did come as promised and are gone to find a part. Finally, i called work and said i couldn't come in due to this abortion of customer service. My wife and i both missed a day of work. I hope others have had a better experience.

I had a problem with my gas heat- no heat or flow in one zone of the house. I called Wolff for service. I do have an old two zone heating/AC system with the heater in the attic. The tech promptly came, and went up in the attic and said the limit switches are weak and he has adjusted them, and it will work. He said it takes an hour or more for me to feel the heat. He recommended a new system, and gave me a detailed quote for a new system, strongly pushing it. He also charged me $160 for the service call. After he left, there was no heat even after a few hours. I reluctantly went up on the attic myself to check, and found that the duct system that connects to the heater was completely disconnected and the duct was lying on the floor, with nice hot air spewing into the attic. I reconnected it and secured it with duct tape, and lo and behold, got heat in the house immediately. I am  unhappy that I was charged $160, though the problem was obvious and unattended to;  the tech was only interested in trying to sign me up for a new system. I needed to replace my old system, but chose another company based on this experience. I hope this was an an isolated problem since i do see good reviews from others.

We were one of the many unfortunate households to have our A/C unit fail on one of the hottest days this summer.  We contacted Howard Air as soon as we could, and understandably, weren't able to come over until the next day.  Our appointment window was 7-12, and on the morning of, our technician Dave contacted us when he was 20 minutes away.  He was prompt, courteous, and explained our options thoroughly.  He made the repairs, and the unit has been working great since.  Thanks again Dave, and thanks Howard Air.

I had these guys come out to my dads place to check out his cooler and the guy that came out kept spaying coolant in the air then he says my dad was low on coolant that the coil was bad he needed a new unit do not let these chiselers do this to you
