Mike is worse a/c guy i ever seen....he was late and drunk when show up! BAD SERVICE!   He used stolen parts on my a/c   scam!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Would never use this company again!!!

We were in Scottsdale to check on our vacation rental, when our A/C unit started pouring water...INSIDE the unit! With just 2 days before we were to leave, Dave was able to fit us in the NEXT day. He found the problem & was able to repair our A/C!  With summer approaching, it was imperative to have this taken care of & get ready for our next renters.

One of our units stopped producing cool air last night so this morning we were eager to find someone to come out & take a look. My husband called Grand Canyon around 6 am but decided not to leave a message & try another company. He calls another company/ left a message & as soon as he did the phone rings & it's a gentleman named Martin from Grand Canyon. He called back despite us not leaving a message to see if we needed anything. My husband explained our issue & just like that we were on his radar to come by & check out our AC unit. He was texting/calling letting us know when he would arrived throughout the morning as he was on other jobs which we appreciated.  Approx 1130am he arrived & by 1230 he was done. We needed a new capacitor & there was a loose connection within our unit. He gave us tips on what to look out for & how often service should be done. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Overall this was great service & would definitely recommend & use them again. Also, in case you're wondering- the other company called us back after Martin was already here working.

I recently had a failed compressor during the hottest days of the summer. I contracted with Donley for a new unit. Service was super professional from the free estimate, installation, and quality check up. Every member of their team was as knowledgeable as you'd expect from a professional company and their customer service was on-spot, friendly and made all expected follow ups. I would recommend them to anyone. Fair pricing and great customer service. A++

Shit bag company they can't even pick up the damn phone when you call them I'd never use this place if my life depended on it ever again these dumb jackasses can  off

If there are nicer people in AZ-I don't know where they are.  I can't imagine a situation that (even if it was screwed up) they wouldn't make right.  Needed parts for my fridge and they were great.  Is amazon cheaper-yes-but I sure felt better about the experience and was able to help a local business.  Plus they figured a work around on my part...which amazon would probably not do.

Hands down the only company I will ever deal with for anything HVAC related. Valley's Best has replaced our AC unit in our old place and repaired our unit at our new house. On every encounter with them they have been professional, honest, respectful and have a great sense of urgency. The owner Chase is honest and knowledgeable. Marlene the office manager is incredible she truly goes above and beyond and is such a compassionate individual. The techs who came to our were super knowledgeable and quick to resolve the issues. Highly recommended this company for your heating and cooling needs.

After Our AC unit fails inspection on the sale of our house we called Jason at A Savings Air, LLC and he took good care of us. All 3 units have problems, low in Gas, a Coil needed to be replace, etc.
They came and did and excellent job.

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

Had an appointment for tuesday @ 8 to 9 a.m.  my wife waited for hours and no show. She called this company and the female that answered told my wife that she called and cancelled. So my wife missed a day of work and rescheduled for today. She and i both work so i waited ( 8 to 9 a.m.) about 10 i called and spoke with k____y. She said we did not have an appointment and insisted that my wife called to cancel the day before (which was not true) and did not reschedule. So wether it was k___ys mistake or not she was a bit rude and insisted how wrong i was and said she would call me back. She did call back and trying to be appologetic said some one would be here shortley. They did come as promised and are gone to find a part. Finally, i called work and said i couldn't come in due to this abortion of customer service. My wife and i both missed a day of work. I hope others have had a better experience.

Tim was very professional and explained everything very well. I researched and found the A+ BBB rating and that they have been in business for over 25 years. I did not feel pressured or sold to, and I even cancelled another company as I found better service and professionalism with Wolff. He even gave me a sheet that compared systems in columns and broke down the cost. It helped me make my decision and not feel taken advantage of and helped me compare. In the end, I felt like I was making a more educated decision. They install tomorrow. I will update then.
Update:
They came as scheduled this morning. Three men all very nice, professional amd efficient. I am pleased with the heating system. It blows much better than what I had. It is quiet. Also, because it blows well, I think I will be able to have the heat set to lower temp (and hopefully in summer the AC set higher temp). They explained how to use my new thermostat. They used booties when in the house and then put canvas down to cover the carper foe hauling stuff in and out. They even vacuumed up afterwards.
Great experience.

We were one of the many unfortunate households to have our A/C unit fail on one of the hottest days this summer.  We contacted Howard Air as soon as we could, and understandably, weren't able to come over until the next day.  Our appointment window was 7-12, and on the morning of, our technician Dave contacted us when he was 20 minutes away.  He was prompt, courteous, and explained our options thoroughly.  He made the repairs, and the unit has been working great since.  Thanks again Dave, and thanks Howard Air.

This review will be ongoing. We had them out a few days ago to do a $39 checkup. The tech left, telling us the unit was good.
That night it started malfunctioning. For a few days it was not doing well, but functioning. Then on Tuesday, it quit.
We called the next day and got a tech out the following day (yesterday)
The tech let us know it was low on Freon (why didn't the first guy know that .... he also let us know that the first guy could not have checked it because the caps to check it hadn't been removed)
He installed Freon as well as selling us a one year service agreement.
It worked for the night, but we woke up this morning and it is once again not operating.
They HAVE gotten a tech out here in a timely manner.
He is checking it out right now.
I will get back to this as soon as I have more info.
I will change the number of stars if they do a good job

Very good work. Had to install a significant amount of Freon.  We really have no idea what happened yesterday ... but at least we should have a good night.
Maybe not to greatest experience, but I have to say... they have been johnny on the spot.
