Mike and his team are amazing and always able to locate the issue when we have a problem at a property.  His prices are fair and reasonable for all types of repairs.  Professional, on-time and explains whats going on with the units so you understand.

Have experienced many other companies both from my local area and from  farther out and Macs's tops them all with the way they handle the issues and the ac repairs.

Clark is so awesome I highly recommend them!!! I had called a few places with good yelp ratings for my Air Conditioner repair.  My home warranty company had already come to asses the AC unit, but did not cover the job.  This is important information if you have that diagnostic from a warranty co then you should be able to send that to other companies for a price quote without paying their service fee. I did send to it to 4 places. It was amazing to me how some places even on Yelp tried to charge me 4x the amount that Clark quoted. I think at the end of the season they  panic to get their quota.The receptionist Michelle was so nice and helpful and very empathetic that we had zero AC for 5 days in 111 degree weather. That next day Ivan came with a fan blade that I was told needs to be shipped over night by another company or take 15 days! Obviously not true. Clark got the fan from a local provider and fixed our AC so quickly and gave me advice as well. I will definitely use them in the future!!  MAHALO!!

After having a couple lower quality AC companies (via my home warranty) try and fix my AC unit, Grand Canyon came out and found errors that other companies have made. Martin is a great technician and I highly recommend him and Grand Canyon.

The people there were extremely helpful and professional. When my home unit had issues, they were able to come over the next morning to take a look at it. The Chris was very accommodating and friendly to my family (my little girl kept asking him questions, and he was very sweet to her). He explained things to us very well and helped us figure out the best steps to move forward. I even had second opinions on the system and they all said the same thing Chris did. Turned out we had a 15 year old unit and we needed to replace it. Not what I wanted to do right now, ya know? But Christian (the owner?) came over (on Sunday) to install an in-room temporary unit so we could sleep comfortably and gave me pricing. He gave me a great deal and was even able to make us a priority and had the new unit put in on Tuesday afternoon. While his crew was there they were all respectful and professional. They did a great job, made my plight feel like it was the most important and took care for me. He even replaced my intake vents (which I had been trying to do for a while but couldn't find at any hardware stores): they were so loud when the blower ran, it sounded like a hurricane, and an awesome new WiFi thermostat that came with a room sensor, so now it can read upstairs and downstairs so it makes the whole house more even (much better for sleeping)! I've noticed my new unit runs less often, quieter, and the whole house is much cooler and more comfortable. My only regret is not having done this sooner. Thanks guys, you were great! Should recommend them to everyone!

Everybody was super helpful! I am excited to find a place open on the weekends for HVAC!  It was my first time there, but I will definitely be going back !

I used them through a home warranty company and these guys were TERRIFIC! They came out within hours, diagnosed the problem immediately, contacted our warranty company and got approval on the very same day they came out. Then, they got the part the very next day (which was a Friday) and came and replaced it on Saturday!!!!  I am so impressed with these guys and how responsive they were. We received phone calls alerting us of arrivals and expected work time, and Chase was absolutely first class. Do not hesitate to use them for your air-conditioning needs! Very friendly, very responsive and very professional. Nothing more you can say!

End of last year I was told my A/C unit needed to be replaced. But Who wants to spend that money in December?
Fast forward to last month the last day of our summer vacation when I got a call from the housesitter your air quit working  YIKES!!!!
I contacted A Savings Air and they were great! They were able to send somebody out that same day and put a Band-Aid on it while they ordered a new unit.

Bill came out and serviced our 3 year old heat pump. He was very through and explained what he was doing and educated us on a few things since we are from another state and had never owned a heat pump before. I will continue to call Bill for all of our heating and cooling needs. He is honest and truly cares about the quality of his work.

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

Had an appointment for tuesday @ 8 to 9 a.m.  my wife waited for hours and no show. She called this company and the female that answered told my wife that she called and cancelled. So my wife missed a day of work and rescheduled for today. She and i both work so i waited ( 8 to 9 a.m.) about 10 i called and spoke with k____y. She said we did not have an appointment and insisted that my wife called to cancel the day before (which was not true) and did not reschedule. So wether it was k___ys mistake or not she was a bit rude and insisted how wrong i was and said she would call me back. She did call back and trying to be appologetic said some one would be here shortley. They did come as promised and are gone to find a part. Finally, i called work and said i couldn't come in due to this abortion of customer service. My wife and i both missed a day of work. I hope others have had a better experience.

I will never contact Wolff mechanical for business again and I recommend you finding someone else to fix your air conditioning. It took them a week to fix my air, A WEEK. No apologies from the actually company, just the repair who causally said sorry this took so long. It was something simple as the external rotating fan. And once they finally got around to actually fixing it, they were missing another part, which they never have ran out of before which then took another two days for them to come out again. We called them every time asking for updates or to set up times, not once did they initiate the call. Please choose another company to fix your air. Unless you want to be displaced from your home for a week.

We've had a maintenance contract for our A/C with Howard Air for years. They are great to deal with on all levels - excellent service over the phone, easy to schedule appointments (even on Saturdays) and they really do prioritize getting us help ASAP when we have an emergency since we have a contract. When we do need repairs, their fees are reasonable, and they get the job done quickly. I highly recommend them!

Last year we signed up for the annual maintenance program with Orangutan after having them come out for a free inspection that we signed up for at Rock the Zoo.  On the day we signed up they completed a complete check and cleaning of our three units.  There were few things that needed to be addressed on that day and the cost for those items were comped for signing up that day.  They even tossed in some reusable air filters.  

Since that day they have been out for a heating system check up and another A/C check up as well as a couple service calls.  All of the techs that have come out have been professional and courteous.  When issues are addressed I like the fact that they come with digital pictures on their phone or video (w/audio) of what they are seeing and thoroughly explain the issue and offer suggestions.  In the end my units are running very well and I am pleased with the service I have received from Orangutan.

As a point of reference I had another large and fairly well known service company out and feel I was taken advantage of due to a unit not working properly.  They diagnosed a rare and expensive issue.  We had the same issue occur this summer on the same unit and Orangutan came out and actually fixed the issue for 1/3 the cost.  In the end the Decision was easy to see and that is that Orangutan was much more professional and reputable.  For two years we have been completely happy with our decision to have Orangutan as our HVAC service company.
