Mike is one of the best business owners I have ever met.  He is prompt, professional and very reasonably priced.  
I had a problem with my air conditioning and called him.  He came the same day, listened to my explanation and knew immediately what to do. He fixed something that another company wanted $600 - $800 for, for a fraction of that price.  
I got the impression that he really cares about his customers and that he is not out to make an easy buck.  I heard about Mike through a friend of a friend and feel lucky I got that recommendation.  
I highly recommend this company.

I called RKS at 7am when they opened. No answer, I left a message. I caled Clark at about 8:30am..they said they would come out around 12:00.
RKS finally called when the Clark service men were leaving at about 1:00.
Clark turned out to be great. Very honest. Will use again.

Our old AC- Furnace died. There were some problems with the correct tonnage ordered by our home warranty company. People can praise great service when everything goes without a hitch. The real proof is how they respond to problems. Chase managed to get the correct unit for installation the next day! And brought us a great heater to keep our house warm yesterday and last night. They are indeed the Best!

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

We have our RV located in an RV park up in Pine, AZ.
Last June(2018), we had trouble with our AC unit and after calling around to different RV repair/service companies we were told they were booked out 2 weeks in advance and one RV repairman near Payson told us Pine was too far to come to work on an RV... Really ?
 So I called North Mechanical and they said Yes, not only will we come out the next day but we're certified for Dometic service. (Dometic is a common brand of RV AC units and refrigerators etc).
 The guy that came was on time, very polite and all around good guy and had our issues addressed quickly.
Tuesday 11/13/18 we arrived in Pine to find our propane regulator leaking. I found a regulator at a Payson hardware store and went home and installed it and when I turned the gas back on it began spewing propane out of the vent on the regulator. I thought I had used improper fittings after talking to just about every hardware, propane parts places, RV repair people who were as usual booked solid. Everyone had a different opinion as to why the regulator was doing what it was doing. Now I was confused and compressed highly flammable gas is nothing to mess with so I once again contacted North Mechanical, explained my situation and also I had no heat and couldn't use our cook stove. Night time lows were 20 degrees in Pine and it was a long cold night but Darin North juggled schedules and had a tech out to us that next day.
Again, problem quickly solved, another great tech who was very polite, professional and right on time.
We have heat and can cook again thanks to North mechanical.

We will never use another AC company.  We had several AC companies try to fix our old unit, and we felt Wolff was always honest and reasonably priced.  Our regular tech, Dave, was always knowledgeable and took pride in his work. Wolff even came out on 9 pm on a Saturday night within an hour after we called to fix our broken unit.  Eventually, when we had yet another problem with our old unit during an extreme heat wave, Wolff gave us the option to repair or replace the unit. We felt the quote to replace the AC was fair and because we trusted Wolff, we went ahead with the replacement without getting other quotes.  Wolff installed our unit the next day and the follow up has been great.

We were one of the many unfortunate households to have our A/C unit fail on one of the hottest days this summer.  We contacted Howard Air as soon as we could, and understandably, weren't able to come over until the next day.  Our appointment window was 7-12, and on the morning of, our technician Dave contacted us when he was 20 minutes away.  He was prompt, courteous, and explained our options thoroughly.  He made the repairs, and the unit has been working great since.  Thanks again Dave, and thanks Howard Air.

Warranty service through this company is a scam for up-selling unnecessary parts and services. Last month, I received a call for my elderly fathers' 6-month warranty-service checkup. The estimate was an astonishing $3719.10 to get the unit in shape. Breakdown: $2,474.10 to seal ducts that apparently were allowing insulation into the system with something called Aeroseal, $423 for some kind of oil management titled ACRENEW, $497 for a refrigerant MagicFrost injection, and finally $325 for a chemical coil cleaner. I told Joe that I would be getting a second opinion and to not do any work. After hearing that I'd be getting a second opinion, the price dropped from over $3719.10 to $1995 for everything or I could just get the coil cleaned and oil added for $748. Needless to say this sounded fishy to me and still way over-priced. I called a reputable company to take a look and give me a second opinion. Here is the report on the invoice from that company:  PREMIUM REJUVENATION COMPLETED AS PER CHECKLIST. ALL COMPONENTS OF SYSTEM ARE WORKING PROPERLY AT THIS TIME. INSPECTED THE DUCT WORK IN THE ATTIC, WHICH IS PROPERLY INSTALLED AND SEALED, AND APPEARS TO BE IN FAIRLY NEW CONDITION. I paid $109 to have this other company come out and do their Premium service checkup which they recommended for units older than 10 years. BEWARE of Orangutan's UNETHICAL practices. My fathers' warranty is good into 2020 but he will suck up the cost and never deal with them again. A similar report will be going up on the BBB site of which they are unsurprisingly not accredited.
