This is the 2nd time I have used Mike to do a repair.  The first time was a AC unit.  I called him at 8:00 in the morning and he was doing the repair at 11:30 that day!  I had a renter in the home with a baby!  I really appreciated his quick response and also I find him to be 100% honest and REASONABLE!  The second job that he recently did for me was regarding a heating issue.  He responded right away and took care of the problem.  He was super reasonable and honest and offered me 2 options, rather than raking me over the coals!  I highly recommend his services and WILL only use him in the future for all AC and HEATING issues.

I knew my 20 yr old unit was on its last leg and instead of waiting till it died I wanted to be proactive and install a new unit before coming home to a 100 degree house and having to wait for a new unit. I got approximately 8 different estimates. 2 of my estimates where from friends of friends and were both the same price. Dave came out to give me an estimate and was the only one (besides the friends) to actually go into my attic and inspect my whole system to see what I needed. None of the other company's did that. I was really impressed with Dave from the start, even after one of my 4 German Shepherds bit him on the butt, lol, he was still willing to check out my old system and give me a great estimate. When I told him that his estimate was about 190$ higher than my other 2 estimates he even said he would match it. They showed up on install day at 6am sharp and him and his team busted thier butts all day to install my new unit. I am very pleased with everything that Dave and his team did for me. Our A/C went out when we had family visiting from out of town on a sweltering 108 degree day and I panicked! I called Martin and he was able to come to our house right away. He fixed our unit promptly and literally saved the day. He was very professional and friendly and gave us some helpful tips for maintenance throughout the year. I definitely recommend Martin for your A/C needs. We will use him for any of our future service needs.

I recently had a failed compressor during the hottest days of the summer. I contracted with Donley for a new unit. Service was super professional from the free estimate, installation, and quality check up. Every member of their team was as knowledgeable as you'd expect from a professional company and their customer service was on-spot, friendly and made all expected follow ups. I would recommend them to anyone. Fair pricing and great customer service. A++

I asked my neighborhood Facebook page who they'd recommend for A/C services as ours died yesterday. They recommended Qual-Tech. I called at about 9AM and a technician was at my door at 10:45AM same day. He talked my husband through the issue and left to get the part needed. He returned 20 minutes later and had the issue fixed up in no time.

The work was done quickly and the company was great. The prices were reasonable. No complaints and we will definitely use them again.

Our experience with Valley's Best was phenomenal - one of the most honest and trustworthy experiences I've had with any company. Our heater broke and they came out the same day. When we realized the issue was only occurring at night/early morning (when it was cold), Chase was in constant contact with us to plan for him to come out to be able to diagnose the issue super early the following day. He quickly figure out what was wrong, and got the parts and did the repair within 24 hours all under the warranty of our manufacturer. I was 100% that we were getting honest services at a completely reasonable and affordable cost. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, he helped us brainstorm how we could address multiple other issues that were identified in our home inspection that we had been neglecting for a while. I will be using this company again.

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

This company is the best!!! We moved into an old home that needed a complete remodel but we had to live in it during the process.  There was no heat or air conditioning in the home.  North Mechanical was the only HVAC company in Payson that would work with us through the process, installing the system so we had heat and cool, and then completing the installation in stages as we progress with the remodeling.  Great company, friendly, understanding, prompt, efficient, fair pricing.

Wolff Mechanical is always extremely professional and can match or beat any other air conditioning company prices. They're beyond courteous when they are in our home, clean up after themselves and always knock before entering rooms and the house. We love them and will continue to use them as long as we're in Arizona!

i would leave 0 stars if i could. these jokers arrived at my house yesterday at 7am to install a brand new ac unit. ive waited months for this because the unit was on backorder. they worked from 7am to 8pm, taking up my whole day during which time i had no air conditioning. at 8pm, with the air running, they left. by 10pm the air was no longer working. im dissatisfied not only with the poor quality of the install but also the way it has not at all been rectified. i called the 24hour number both last night and this morning. both times i was told i woukd be receiving a call back from dispatch - one operator lied and said it would only take 10 minutes - but dispatch never called and i still don't have air. i will never recommend these totally uncool losers to anyone. save your money. i had air before they arrived and now i dont. con artists.

UPDATE: they sent someone over right away this morning to fix the problem and after another 2 hours of him working he told me he has to come back monday for ANOTHER 6 hour job. 20 hours i have to have these losers in my home. worst experience i've ever had with a business and i will be reporting them to the BBB

This is the worst company ive ever worked for if i could leave no stars i would. ive seen them actually manipulate a customer into buying products that they would not use or need. Also caught them destroying customer ductwork just to get sales when i confront them about it they threaten to fire me because i wouldnt lie for them most of the techs are worthless and knows almost nothing even the work they preform are terrible. Jordy. The owner as well as the other co owners are horrible people they sit in there office which has a bar mind you where they sit and drink all day while there employees cheat customers out of money and ive noticed they are way overpriced you could definitely find anything you need cheaper and better quality dont let this company fool you.
