Mike was the only one that answered us the day we called him which was unfortunately a sun. One other out of several called us later on Monday but the other four never even called us back. He offered to replace the part that went but I elected to just go ahead and replace the unit and we knew three ye ago when we bought the house it was on borrowed time. Both options were available to us next day. He even offered us portable ac units for the bedroom the night we were going to be without and at no charge to us. His employees were also some polite hardworking young men. I can't say much about price except that it was less than I expected and definitely no more than average for what google says. Lol

I've used Clark Heating and Cooling twice. Once to do an inspection of my heating and cooling unit after buying a house and most recently to repair a motor on one of my units. They have always been knowledgable, courteous and fair. They have helped me understand more about my cooling system. I trust and highly recommend them.

Honest, Trustworthy, and Humble are what comes to mind from the service experience we received from Martin and his team. They did an amazing job helping get our home's AC system back up and running in less time than expected!
What impressed the most was that Martin did not try to sell us anything that we did not need. Instead, he clearly diagnosed the condition of the existing AC system, provided service to help improve the issues we were experiencing at the time, and provided multiple quotes for longer term repair. We decided on upgrading to a York system with the 10 year warranty to avoid simply patching up aging equipment and for the entire family to better cope with the fierce summer heat.
Martin exceeded our expectations by his quality of service and with quick honest communication to any questions we had- regardless of the day or time.

Called Donley on a Sunday morning after the other guys that's hard to spell blew us off on a day that was 112. When I called they gave me a window of when the tech would be here to preform a diagnostic. Our tech Enes arrived on time.  He checked several things and found out it was only a wire that wasn't making contact. The unit had been serviced last year by another company. I can't say for sure but it looked a little fishy. The unit would work but not blow. The other company probably would have come back and told us we needed a blower motor. Enes fixed the thermostat wire, waited to make sure the unit would start to cool before cleaning up and being on his way.

A company not as trustworthy as Donley, or Enes could have taken us to the cleaners instead of only charging for a service call.

I will use them again for any HVAC needs and highly recommend them and Enes to all of my family and friends.

I would absolutely recommend these guys! Fair, honest, and fast! I requested service through my home warranty late in the evening (after business was closed) they were at my house by 1130 am the next day, fixed my Ac in 20 minutes, all covered by my warranty. Chris answered all my questions and also gave me some info on my secondary swamp cooler that I have never used. I'm totally cool now

I showed up to this place on a Friday afternoon at 4:45pm and they said they close at 5pm.  With one car in the parking lot, I thought for sure they closed early.  NOPE!  
I walked in and was greeted by the nicest lady. She took the part I brought in and compared it to what she had in stock.  She even took out her voltmeter and confirmed my part was dead.
She wasn't really sure if she had the correct part. So she called Kevin to confirm.  Kevin confirmed that she had the correct part.  
I'm a do it  myself kinda person.  Trying to get certain HVAC and other parts can be really difficult sometimes.  Kevin even gave me his number in case I had a question when installing the new part.

It's nice to have found an honest business with genuine people.  
I came home, put the new part on..... and I've got nothing but cool air going on now.

These were  the most amazing people I have ever seen. Our A/C had been out for 1 week.. but we survived.. I have to tell you that hands down people, this company is the best.. Chase came to our home evaluated the situation and was straight up  honest , he told us  it might take 3 days to get everything needed to replace the unit.. He was here on Tuesday 9/1 and today,9/4.. this morning some of the most hardest working young men came to our home and worked from early morning till after 3 in the afternoon. I wanted to buy them some lunch but they declined very graciously and told me I was one of the nicest customers they had ever met..I sure hope there are more caring customers out there.. Anyway .. Thank you everyone at Valley's Best A/C company for everything.. Lillian

End of last year I was told my A/C unit needed to be replaced. But Who wants to spend that money in December?
Fast forward to last month the last day of our summer vacation when I got a call from the housesitter your air quit working  YIKES!!!!
I contacted A Savings Air and they were great! They were able to send somebody out that same day and put a Band-Aid on it while they ordered a new unit.
From Michelle in the office, to Jason the owner and the 4 poor guys who were in and out of the attic in JULY. Great customer service, they know their stuff. We really appreciate it

Bill came out and serviced our 3 year old heat pump. He was very through and explained what he was doing and educated us on a few things since we are from another state and had never owned a heat pump before. I will continue to call Bill for all of our heating and cooling needs. He is honest and truly cares about the quality of his work.

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

Landmark Home Warranty sent another company to fix our air conditioner. Their guy tried to fix it, but after he finished, we still had the same problem. He came back, but couldn't figure out why it was still doing the same thing.

Decided to call North Mechanical and pay out of pocket to get the problem fixed right the first time. They sent out a young tech the next morning who has only been working for them for a month. After looking over the system for 10-15 minutes he figured out that the new fan had been mis-wired, fixed it and it worked fine. No new parts, so we were only charged for a service call.

I recently had Wolff Mechanical install 3 new a/c units and the furnaces/air handling units corresponding to them.  The representative I worked with was Tim Friederich and he did an outstanding and thorough job of explaining everything they would do, suggested features I should consider and was very professional.  In addition to Tim the installation crew (5) was very professional, friendly, prompt and left the areas perfect upon completion.   From custom fabricating a piece to make a unit fit in a very tight spot to the overall look and operation of the units Wolff did a great job.  Wolff Mechanical was one of 4 companies I met with and received quotes--they were not the least expensive but they were the one I was most comfortable with--largely due to Tim.  I am very satisfied.  CB

We were one of the many unfortunate households to have our A/C unit fail on one of the hottest days this summer.  We contacted Howard Air as soon as we could, and understandably, weren't able to come over until the next day.  Our appointment window was 7-12, and on the morning of, our technician Dave contacted us when he was 20 minutes away.  He was prompt, courteous, and explained our options thoroughly.  He made the repairs, and the unit has been working great since.  Thanks again Dave, and thanks Howard Air.

A/C blowing warm air. Called O. Tech comes out. On roof for around 30 mins.  Tech reports back that multiple items need to be addressed and/or replaced. Repairs would be in the $1700 to $1900 range plus the cost of recharging unit. Suggested since unit was 12 years old that it's best to replace it with a new unit.   Not prepared to pay $8k.  Paid the $79 diagnostic fee.  Tech leaves.  

Turned unit off. Waited about an hour. Turned unit back on and cold air!
Called Brewers in Tempe (same day).  Tech comes out. On roof for around 30 mins. Reports some items should be addressed or replaced. Unit checks out and readings are normal. But unit needs to fail when he is there. Pay $99 diagnostic fee.  Advises to call again when unit fails.  As he is leaving unit fails!  Back on roof determines it is a bad switch that controls the cutoff fan. Replaces bad switch.  Total cost $304 and no diagnostic fee.  

It's been 2 weeks and A/C has been working great!  Yes the unit will have to be replaced eventually but if we can get a couple more summers from it then great. We will though start saving now for a new unit!

Is O a bad apple or just sloppy? Don't know. Perhaps the tech was having a bad day. Or maybe the tech also works in sales. We are though grateful to have had a second opinion!
