Mike is worse a/c guy i ever seen....he was late and drunk when show up! BAD SERVICE!   He used stolen parts on my a/c   scam!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Would never use this company again!!!

My AC stopped working and the first company I called came out and told me that to fix my unit it would cost $2,000 and they recommended that I should just replace it for $8,000. The price seemed really high so I then had Clark Heating & Cooling come out. Gabriel Estrada was punctual, super professional and talked me through everything he was doing. He ended up finding the root of the problem and fixed my AC in less than an hour. He also cleaned up after himself (which the first AC company didn't do). The price to fix my AC from Clark Heating & Cooling was much less ($500) than the first company and now my AC works. I'm thinking that the first company didn't know what the root of the problem was so they just suggested I replace the entire unit. Clark Heating & Cooling has a customer for life and I'm definitely requesting Gabe to come out for anything AC related. Thank you again!

Martin once again fixed yet another issue.  This time our compressor was locked up since our unit is pretty old.  I appreciate the meticulous way you work. Attention to detail and quality traits that are hard to find among contractors today.  Thank you once again:)

What a terrible experience. We were referred to Donley by a long time customer for A/C maintenance.  We called in 2 weeks ago and were given an appointment for today.  The time frame we were given was 12 to 5 so I cancelled all of our plans to make sure I was home.  We received a call around 9am telling us they were not able to send someone out and had to reschedule.  Well I called back and without even an apology I was told the soonest the could come out was a month from now, and the reason there was nobody coming today is because they had several people call out from work.  I explained we had already waited 2 weeks and they were going to make us wait another month ... The woman I spoke to said don't worry you can still use your A/C until then ... DUH!  So no apology and no type of compensation for waiting, like a couple bucks off.  I advised her we were going to a different provider and she told me to have a nice day and hung up.

Literally can not say enough good things about our tech Christian who came out to save us today! So professional, honest and kind in how he assessed and fixed our AC issue. Highly recommend this company.

This guy is amazing. I had a terrible incident where my AC went out in the dead of summer and he talked me through the entire process and what I needed to do in order to fix it. He didn't try to scam me into anything and let me know all of my options and the outcome would be in each decision. This is the most amazing HVAC company and you won't ever find anyone as good and cares about quality. This man is genius I tell you go to him and you won't regret it!

Our old AC- Furnace died. There were some problems with the correct tonnage ordered by our home warranty company. People can praise great service when everything goes without a hitch. The real proof is how they respond to problems. Chase managed to get the correct unit for installation the next day! And brought us a great heater to keep our house warm yesterday and last night. They are indeed the Best!

We just moved to Fountain Hills and had the unpleasant surprise of our old heat pump blowing out cold air ( in the heating mode.)  Based on positive feedback I read on Yelp about ASavings Air, I gave Jason (the owners there) a call. Turns out, that was a wise choice.  Jason and Conrad were outstanding throughout the entire process. I own an electrical contractor in MN and know what separates the good from the bad contractor-wise. These guys are rock solid, recommending only what they would install / provide in their own home. My wife and I highly recommend A Savings Air.

We got to know Sam before he started his own business.   We will follow him WHEREVER he is!  EXCEPTIONAL!

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

Landmark Home Warranty sent another company to fix our air conditioner. Their guy tried to fix it, but after he finished, we still had the same problem. He came back, but couldn't figure out why it was still doing the same thing.

Decided to call North Mechanical and pay out of pocket to get the problem fixed right the first time. They sent out a young tech the next morning who has only been working for them for a month. After looking over the system for 10-15 minutes he figured out that the new fan had been mis-wired, fixed it and it worked fine. No new parts, so we were only charged for a service call.

My family's been using Wolff to service and maintain our HVAC system for years, and we've always found them to be professional, reasonably priced, and honest. We've had the occasional tech who's a little wet behind the ears, but even they've just taken a little longer to do the same work.

I have only seen Howard Air advertising on KTAR.com and saw their ad next to a comment by a KTAR regular who posted a racist message about blacks are at it again... then accusing a black man who was victimized by the police of simply looking for an excuse to sue so he could spend their time at the KFC drive-thru. I am aware of how much time and money goes into this targeted advertising and I learned all I needed to about a company who wants to appeal to racists and advertises on platforms that broadcast hate speech.

They may do excellent work but, as a property owner in this community, I think the values of a company who funds hate-filled message boards is a few-breaker for me. There are plenty of other HVAC businesses in the Valley who do not sponsor forums riddled with racism and hate speech.

I scheduled a routine plumbing service call for Saturday, 2/20 between 8:00 - 11:00 a.m. I received a call at 10:20 a.m. to say my service tech was on the way.  I called at 12:15 p.m. and again was told he was on the way.  I finally cancelled the service call at 1:30 p.m as the tech was still not here.  Rescheduled for Monday, 3/21 between 8:00 - 11:00 a.m.   Received a call at 7:30 a.m. stating that the service tech was leaving the office and we were his first stop (awesome).  At 10:30 a.m. we called the office and were put on hold - while on hold, we received an incoming call from the orangutan office informing us the service tech was called to an emergency and we would have to reschedule.  I DONT THINK SO - NOT impressed - finished trying with this company!  .
