Fantastic service.  I contacted Mike to come take a look at my unit.  He was in the area doing another service call and made a pit stop at my home and got me squared away!

Clark is so awesome I highly recommend them!!! I had called a few places with good yelp ratings for my Air Conditioner repair.  My home warranty company had already come to asses the AC unit, but did not cover the job.  This is important information if you have that diagnostic from a warranty co then you should be able to send that to other companies for a price quote without paying their service fee. I did send to it to 4 places. It was amazing to me how some places even on Yelp tried to charge me 4x the amount that Clark quoted. I think at the end of the season they  panic to get their quota.The receptionist Michelle was so nice and helpful and very empathetic that we had zero AC for 5 days in 111 degree weather. That next day Ivan came with a fan blade that I was told needs to be shipped over night by another company or take 15 days! Obviously not true. Clark got the fan from a local provider and fixed our AC so quickly and gave me advice as well. I will definitely use them in the future!!  MAHALO!!

When our AC stopped working  yesterday we called our warranty company to have it looked at and repaired. I was told it may take up to five days to have someone come out and with a toddler and newborn we just couldn't do that in the middle of summer. I explained our situation and fidelity called and scheduled an appointment with Grand Canyon Refrigeration for the next day.  Marcos was slammed with jobs for the day and when he had one that fell thru he called to see if he could come right then instead of us waiting until the next day. We were relieved when he showed up and diagnosed our problem within ten minutes, our motor had gone out. Marcos was thorough and explained everything he did and troubleshooted with. He not only came back the same day with the part we needed, he came back within the hour despite other calls he still needed to attend after. Our new motor was installed and our house cooled down in such a quick timeframe. Thank you for your haste and attention to detail when we were in dire need! We appreciate it!!

I wanted to say a big thanks you to Danny and Juan for ac repair this last week. They had an old house with a bunch of issues and they fixed the impossible. Both Danny and Juan did a great job and were very friendly. They both broke down the issues so they were easy to understand. I really want to thank them for that. It's hard finding a trustworthy maintenance / ac repair company, if I have any issues I'm definitely going to use these guys again.

I've got to give 5 stars to Qual-tech as they were so responsive to my needs during a recent air conditioning outtage. While I had to leave a message both times I called, they returned my call quickly.
Of course as things happen on a Friday I went the full weekend without air. The part they needed wasn't available but on Monday morning they quickly came and replaced the board for our air conditioner. The tech was friendly, thorough and efficient. Air is back working again and I highly recommend their service. Trustworthy, and does not overcharge or make up problems to earn additional money.

I needed some parts to rebuild a refrigerator  and they were SO helpful! They were able to get everything I needed, fast! The prices were very reasonable.  To top it off... there was one part I forgot to order and they were able to get that one to me the same day! You rarely see customer service that outstanding these days!

I have an older, remodeled home in North Phoenix. My A/C unit is a bit older as well so it needs a bit of TLC. I don't have to tell you about the heat of Phoenix summers so when I realized the unit wasn't cooling my house very well in mid-July I called these guys and they had a tech (John) at my home within one day. After the coil cleaning, re-sealing the duct entry on the roof and re-filling my Freon, we were good to go. John was super knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and communicated well. A few days later the same issue occurred & they sent the same tech out again on the same day and he discovered an additional issue with the duct work in the attic. It had separated over time and he quickly sealed it up. A week later the issue occurred again as we were approaching the hottest day of the year so far - 116 degrees. I called the after hours line on a Saturday evening and John was at my door within an hour. A different part of the duct work had separated and also needed to be sealed. He was done in about 10 minutes. Then, he committed to come back the next day (Sunday) and make sure the seal held as an extra level of service. As a bonus, they were also connected as a provider to my Home Warranty. We loved the quality of service we received and have already recommended them to some friends. Very glad they responded so quick so our family wasn't sweating it out in mid-summer!  They're definitely worth consideration if you need A/C work done.

I have used this company for a couple of years and I am always so impressed with them. Jason - the owner, takes great pride in treating each customer as if he was treating his own family. Not only is he reliable and trustworthy, but he keeps his prices reasonable.
This morning (Saturday), I woke up to find my AC was not working. I called Jason and by noon it was all fixed and running again. Jason personally came back from some time off to fix my unit himself. He is honest to the core and always recommends what he would do if he was the customer. It's never about selling up. I can't say enough about this company. I know you can never make everyone happy all the time but Jason always tries his best and he has great integrity. I 100% recommend him to anyone needing his services.

We got to know Sam before he started his own business.   We will follow him WHEREVER he is!  EXCEPTIONAL!

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

Landmark Home Warranty sent another company to fix our air conditioner. Their guy tried to fix it, but after he finished, we still had the same problem. He came back, but couldn't figure out why it was still doing the same thing.

Decided to call North Mechanical and pay out of pocket to get the problem fixed right the first time. They sent out a young tech the next morning who has only been working for them for a month. After looking over the system for 10-15 minutes he figured out that the new fan had been mis-wired, fixed it and it worked fine. No new parts, so we were only charged for a service call.

July 27th.

Update...AC is still blowing cold and working great!!  Thanks again!!

Came home Tuesday to AC blowing hot air.  Called another company, got them out ASAP, which was Wednesday afternoon(today).  Turned off AC Tuesday, back on two hours later and was blowing cold air.  

Wednesday, AC blowing cold all day, but still need unit inspected/serviced, kept our appt.  Service tech arrives, inspects our AC. Informs us a repair of $4400 will be required, as this unit will not last the summer(unit is about 12 years old) even with it currently working.  

Wanting a second opinion, called Wolff at 6:45 PM on Wednesday(today) wanting to set up an appt for tomorrow.  Spoke with a gentleman, believe Andreus, who was very pleasant.  Informed him of what I needed, he offered SAME DAY to have a service tech out.  I informed him I didn't want to be an inconvenience, he reassured me not at all.  Perfect, told me worst case, someone would be by before 8:30 PM.

Received a call from Jason, at 7:04 PM, let me know he'd be here with in 30 minutes, traffic permitting.  Jason arrives, within his stated time frame.  Introduces himself with a smile and handshake, and I tell him what's going on (AC blew hot yesterday, turned it off 2 hours, been cold since), he's replies let me gear up and I'll see what's going on.

Jason is on my roof for over an hour, has my hose up there, and is doing his thing.  Climbs down, and gives me the run down.  Let's me know system is working as intended, and he found system was over charged.  He filled the refrigerant to the correct level.  Tells me it is an old unit, so replacement will be needed sooner than later, but after I asked him about it lasting the summer, he informed me he didn't see why it shouldn't make it.  Awesome!  $200 later, AC is running cold, I feel confident in Jason's assessment, and when I do need a new unit, Wolff will be the folks doing the replacement.  Thank you again guys.

We were one of the many unfortunate households to have our A/C unit fail on one of the hottest days this summer.  We contacted Howard Air as soon as we could, and understandably, weren't able to come over until the next day.  Our appointment window was 7-12, and on the morning of, our technician Dave contacted us when he was 20 minutes away.  He was prompt, courteous, and explained our options thoroughly.  He made the repairs, and the unit has been working great since.  Thanks again Dave, and thanks Howard Air.

If I could, I would rate this company a -10. They screwed up big time. I spent thousands of dollars to buy an upscale Lenox unit from them and this is what happened after I paid. First, the unit came in was awful. The air handler made more noise than my 20 year old unit that I replaced with it. No fix on that. But this is not even close to what happened later. Since I bought 10 year extended warranty for additional $800 and maintenance plan, I thought I am covered for 10 years at least. Not even close again. About three years later, the guy called to offer a maintenance, which I gladly took. Then a week later, my A/C started to act weirdly. I called back and another guy showed up, claiming one part on my A/C is bad and need to be replaced. I said sure. Parts and labor included, just get a new part. Yeah, parts and labor included, but not some other things like nitrogen, solder. The price for those? $900! I could probably fill up a warehouse with the nitrogen I buy for $900! I called Edwin Gfeller I have worked with for years. He came and checked on the unit, then told me this: there is nothing wrong at all. Just someone loosened a valve and let the coolant out! Guess who touched my A/C the last?!  I called them to complain and got totally ignored. Then one thing even more outrageous came up. When they installed my unit, they did NOT register for the manufacturer's warranty, nor told me I should do it. They sent me documents claiming the warranty is taken care of instead. Now instead getting 10 years of parts from the manufacturer, I only have 5! And there is no way for me to get parts from them without paying ridiculous price for nitrogen et al. And the labor that is included? I just called for another problem and was told there will be a $45 diagnostic fee which is not part of labor. I don't know what goes into diagnostic other than labor. So, if you are too rich and look for a way to burn some cash, you can choose to give the money to me hassle free after or spend it on Orangutan and let them cause you headache years after.
