Mike is worse a/c guy i ever seen....he was late and drunk when show up! BAD SERVICE!   He used stolen parts on my a/c   scam!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Would never use this company again!!!

Great, fast, and professional service. They came through when other companies could not. The home warranty company provided a service that would have taken 4 days to make it out to the house. Completely unacceptable during the Phoenix summers. Dave had us up and running in minutes, highly recommend!

Put in a call last year with my home warranty company and they sent me someone that made a mess of my ac.  Home warranty called in the help of Martin and he fixed me up the next day.  Called Martin this year, returned my call within the hour. He went over my expectations and text me the next day to check on things to see if I needed help, which I ended up needing. Thank you Martin.

My experience with Donley Service Center treated me with professionalism and incredible care.

I had other bids from well known AC companies and they were trying to sell me $20,000 units that was way over the top and tried to take advantage of my situation.

I would like to thank Mike Carroll and Mike Donley for their personal attention. They were honest and treated me with respect, they did not try to oversell me and respected my budget. In addition, they provided me with a motor, at no additional charge (since mine was out) to get me through the few days before they were able to install my new AC unit.

Due to Mike Carroll and Carl, his supervisor, and Mike Donley's commitment to servicing their customers, they truly went above and beyond to take care of me.

My unit was installed yesterday and I commend the professionalism and hard work of Pedro, Julian and Jose. They were kind, courteous and hard working men. They were respectful of any debris created from the installation and they cleaned up meticulously, you would never know they were there for the day after they left.

All of the employees that serviced my home, Mike Carroll, Julian, Pedro, Jose, Chris and Kevin were on time and respectful. I will definitely refer my friends.

I called Qual Tech and spoke with the owner. I explained that a strange smell was coming through my vents and from the attic. He was very concerned and came over immediately to make sure that I was safe. He also had his tech Chris meet him at my house. It was a fan motor that had burned out and was causing the strange smell. It was replaced  at the same visit. I was impressed with the promptness, professionalism, and overall caring and concern for my well being. On a side note, the owner fixed/changed out the light bulbs in my laundry room as is where the attic access is. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs heating and/or air conditioning  service.

I know, there is nothing sexy or tasty about appliance parts, but if/when you need them, Kevin's is the place to go. The microwave died! Fortunately (or unfortunately for me since I wanted a new one) my engineer husband quickly learned what went wrong. He headed off to Kevin's where he received excellent customer service and good advice.
They had the $5 fuse he needed and he was going to get an additional part that he thought might be affected by the blown fuse  ($25) and was actually told to just buy the fuse--that was all he needed. Loved the honesty.

Being in a rental property can be frustrating at times. My A/C went out over the weekend and they had someone out that day they fit me in. Couldn't give me a time just said we will be there.

A young man named John came out and was amazing. Found out what was wrong, but because I go through a property management company he had to get approval before he could fix it. He waited as long as he could before he left because he had other calls. He called me and informed me of what was going on because I was at another job and all he did was apologize.

I understand that it wasn't him or the company. Policy is policy. Today Monday 6/27 they finally received the approval and they gave me a window from 10-2 they came out sooner than they thought and fixed it. John then came back because when I got home it didn't feel like it was working but he came back to make sure. He was great.

Then to top it off the owner called me just to make sure everything was ok and running good. You do not get this kind of customer service these days.

We had Jason come out to our condo 3 years ago to work on our rental AC.  Today he came  to our condo for AC tuneup..  Timely, efficient and super friendly.  Thanks Jason.

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

Landmark Home Warranty sent another company to fix our air conditioner. Their guy tried to fix it, but after he finished, we still had the same problem. He came back, but couldn't figure out why it was still doing the same thing.

Decided to call North Mechanical and pay out of pocket to get the problem fixed right the first time. They sent out a young tech the next morning who has only been working for them for a month. After looking over the system for 10-15 minutes he figured out that the new fan had been mis-wired, fixed it and it worked fine. No new parts, so we were only charged for a service call.

Technicians came and sealed up some holes in duct work and cleaned coils on AC.
They did a complete and thorough job and they even vacuumed up the insulation from my floors. Excellent service and on time too.

We called Howard Air today because our A/C & Heater socket went Kablooie. They said they would be here around 3 PM, but they over delivered. Theron our tech called a little before 11:30 am. He arrived before 12 pm. He figured out the problem and repaired our blown out socket and wired it back up in a jiffy. He made sure everything worked, meaning the heat came on, and the air conditioning worked and cooled as well. We need more people like Theron in this business. He deserves great accolades and I will ask for him again, when we need help. Thank you Howard Air, for making sure we keep our cool! Sorry, for the dad joke.  Because we need heat as well and that works too.

They have great customer service when they're trying to sell you something.  We purchased two brand new Trane units in late May 2018, and now the downstairs unit has broken down.  It needs a TXV part.  We are under warranty (thankfully), so repair and labor will be free of charge.

There is also confusion about my Home Warranty company.  Yes, we have American Home Shield, however, since we purchased the units direct from Orangutan, we are NOT using our home warranty company.  I have to remind the admin staff of this every. single. time. I. call.  I always get, I can't help you.  You need to call American Home Shield.  *sigh*

Onto my problem:

I called about the downstairs unit's issue on Tuesday afternoon, July 17th.  The gentleman came out and determined the cause of our troubles.  Unfortunately, he did not have the part on him and had to place an order for it.  I was told it would most likely be shipped and in stock within the next day.  Sidenote: my father was extremely frustrated and was voicing his frustration and the gentleman kept saying how rude he was and because he was being rude, he didn't have to help.  

Customer service 101 Pro Tip:  When a customer is upset and venting, DO NOT MIRROR their behavior.  It will only escalate tempers further.  Show some compassion, and for God's sake, DO NOT HIT ON ME AS YOU'RE LEAVING--IT IS UNPROFESSIONAL.  Yeah.  I had to deal with that little nugget too.

Anyway--

I called all day Wednesday to get an ETA on the repair and I kept getting told that I need to speak with the Parts Manager, Tina.  I could not get a hold of her all day and had to demand to speak with her, which I was finally able to in the late afternoon.  She told me that if the part was on the 10:30 am truck, it would be repaired today (Thursday, July 19th); however if it was on the 2:30 pm truck, it would not be repaired until *maybe* Friday, July 20th.  Tina stated she would call me in the morning at 10:30 to let me know.

Did she call me?  No.  So I called AGAIN at 11:45 today and was told that she would be calling me back.  It's now 6:02 pm, and I highly doubt she'll be calling me.  So needless to say, my repair isn't happening today.

Do you realize how hot it is in Arizona??  It's over 100 degrees outside and about 90+ degree downstairs.  My father has numerous medical problems and is on oxygen 24/7.  This heat is HORRIBLE on him,  his oxygen tanks, and concentrator.  I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
