What a lifesaver. Come home after work to a 90 degree downstairs. My wife found Mikes number,  called and 20 min he was over and fixed my AC... thank goodness because it was HOT.  Will definatly call again.

Gabe came out and inspected heat pump of a house I was contracted to buy. He did a thorough job and was terrific at explaining everything. Not pushy about trying to sell a new unit but provided options and cost.

My AC was blowing warm air so I submitted a claim with my home warranty. They sent someone that didn't take the time to troubleshoot the issue. Six hours later and $100 in the hole...my AC died!!
The warranty company wouldn't send anyone else.

I remembered Martin providing service to my unit years prior, I found his card. It is now 90 degrees in my house. Martin was busy but he was able to squeeze me in and showed up within 1 hour! Not only did he show up, he diagnosed a fixed the issue within 15 minutes.

If you want honest, quality service... I highly recommend Grand Canyon Refrigeration. Martin Youwanes is a man of integrity.

I will definitely call him for all future AC and Heating needs.

Answering service on weekends is lousy.  Receptionist has difficulty with English language, poor phone connection, does not seem to know what HVAC is.  Does not seem to know Donley's business services well.

Right from the beginning everything was done professionally and courteously.  Christian introduced himself at the front door and handed me his card.  He asked the necessary questions to start to diagnose the problem and then went right to work.  He quickly diagnosed the trouble and even took a picture of it to show me when he came down out of the attic.  He obtained the parts necessary and tested everything then re installed the parts and tested the system.  When he was finished he explained everything that he had done and provided a copy of the invoice.  Couldn't ask for anything more than that.  Highly recommend.  Hope I won't need them again anytime soon but won't hesitate to call if I do.

If there are nicer people in AZ-I don't know where they are.  I can't imagine a situation that (even if it was screwed up) they wouldn't make right.  Needed parts for my fridge and they were great.  Is amazon cheaper-yes-but I sure felt better about the experience and was able to help a local business.  Plus they figured a work around on my part...which amazon would probably not do.

Our old AC- Furnace died. There were some problems with the correct tonnage ordered by our home warranty company. People can praise great service when everything goes without a hitch. The real proof is how they respond to problems. Chase managed to get the correct unit for installation the next day! And brought us a great heater to keep our house warm yesterday and last night. They are indeed the Best!

Our AC went out during the record heat in July of course but Jason responded asap in spite of an already packed schedule. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. We felt the price was fair and the service was great. Highly recommend.

We got to know Sam before he started his own business.   We will follow him WHEREVER he is!  EXCEPTIONAL!

Reached out to get a quote for a new ac, Bill did a great job walking me through the different options I had and worked with me to get it scheduled. The installation went smoothly and now I get to enjoy a much quieter and more efficient heat pump.

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

Major disappointment. First, they were supposed to do our job 10 days ago. it took multiple calls to their office to finally get them to do anything after there initial diagnostic visit. In addition, they charged an outrageous service charge just show up the first time. then, as they needed to order a part,they then charged us another service call charge to install. The job took 5 minutes for their tech to do as they just needed to change out a minor part.

We used this company 3-4 years ago, and they were great. Very disappointing this time. So we will look for a new heating and cooling company for our future work. Do not recommend at all.

Update...AC is still blowing cold and working great!!  Thanks again!!

Came home Tuesday to AC blowing hot air.  Called another company, got them out ASAP, which was Wednesday afternoon(today).  Turned off AC Tuesday, back on two hours later and was blowing cold air.  

Wednesday, AC blowing cold all day, but still need unit inspected/serviced, kept our appt.  Service tech arrives, inspects our AC. Informs us a repair of $4400 will be required, as this unit will not last the summer(unit is about 12 years old) even with it currently working.  

Wanting a second opinion, called Wolff at 6:45 PM on Wednesday(today) wanting to set up an appt for tomorrow.  Spoke with a gentleman, believe Andreus, who was very pleasant.  Informed him of what I needed, he offered SAME DAY to have a service tech out.  I informed him I didn't want to be an inconvenience, he reassured me not at all.  Perfect, told me worst case, someone would be by before 8:30 PM.

Received a call from Jason, at 7:04 PM, let me know he'd be here with in 30 minutes, traffic permitting.  Jason arrives, within his stated time frame.  Introduces himself with a smile and handshake, and I tell him what's going on (AC blew hot yesterday, turned it off 2 hours, been cold since), he's replies let me gear up and I'll see what's going on.

Jason is on my roof for over an hour, has my hose up there, and is doing his thing.  Climbs down, and gives me the run down.  Let's me know system is working as intended, and he found system was over charged.  He filled the refrigerant to the correct level.  Tells me it is an old unit, so replacement will be needed sooner than later, but after I asked him about it lasting the summer, he informed me he didn't see why it shouldn't make it.  Awesome!  $200 later, AC is running cold, I feel confident in Jason's assessment, and when I do need a new unit, Wolff will be the folks doing the replacement.  Thank you again guys.

Vincent was very, very patient with my questions and explained in great detail for me how my heater was acting and why blowing cold air did not mean it was broken or out of refrigerant. He took the time to listen to my concerns and to offer a solution. I really appreciate the explanation he gave about my heat and wanted to let him know the heat is back on. That's a great employee!

terrible. bought a unit years ago. when installed it caused roof to leak, they came and said it was fixed, next monsoon there it was again but now they wouldn't fix it. new unit came with warranty and maintenance and every single time they came out they tried to sell something by saying something was broke etc. but they weren't excessively pushy until  recently. today during maintenance the service  man really pushed me aggressively to buy a new unit. I kept saying I would think about it and he kept pushing until he actually got condescending. i explained that I couldn't afford it now and he asked why. i explained my husband passed away less then a month ago and I have a lot to deal with right now. he got even push her saying that people are either proactive or reactive accentuating that i was reactive. my son said it sounded like a scam due to the pushiness and walked out then Josh the service tech said my son was offensive. i explained that we are grieving and my son felt the need to be protective of me. The tech said started in again about being offended and I told the tech to leave my house. although previous techs have tried to sell things they've never been so aggressive or rude which I'm sure was because my husband was here before. I didn't see him do anything to my system. he was on the roof and off quickly trying to sell me a unit.   I called to make a complaint and Miriam was very nice and understanding. She said she would follow up and pass the info forward. I did appreciate her.
