I moved into my home in 2020, new AC units were installed by Mike before I purchased it the home. Yesterday, the upstairs unit started blowing hot air. I called Mike yesterday and explained the issue, he stopped by this morning, switched out the part and in about 5 mins had it up and running. He didn't charge me anything (the part was covered under warranty) even though I had never met him before! Now that's customer service! Thank you for being fair! That's how you build a business. I will remember this for any future ac needs. Thank You!

Gabe Estrada from Clark Heating & Cooling left our house about an hour ago. I say this to emphasize how impressed my wife and I were with the service we received that we immediately wrote this review.

We called Clark mid-afternoon yesterday. I had some questions which the person on the line, Amy, thought would best be answered by David. David called me within 5 minutes and answered all my questions.

Gabe showed up on time today and quickly spotted our problem and fixed it. He pointed out we didn't have an automatic shut-off valve just in case our drain line clogged in our air handler. This had happened at our previous house and caused some damage to the floor and ceiling as the unit was in the attic. He didn't try to force us to do the work but explained the advantage of doing so. Gabe also found a small leak in the drain pipe and fixed that.

The price of the work done was fair. It was nice having a technician not having to call a supervisor for instructions. Not only was Gabe knowledgable and professional, but he was also a nice guy.

Martin once again fixed yet another issue.  This time our compressor was locked up since our unit is pretty old.  I appreciate the meticulous way you work. Attention to detail and quality traits that are hard to find among contractors today.  Thank you once again:)

My air conditioner went on the blink Sunday morning. I had seen the Donley truck at me neighbors, so I called for the phone number.
The Service Center person that took my call was friendly & knowledgeable. The serviceman arrived within a couple of hours and knew exactly what the problem was. He was in and out within 30 minutes.
Fantastic Service, in a day when most companies pay lip service to Customer Service. Thank you Donley!

Pretty typical AC business. The technician arrived on time. Didn't say much .. serviced the AC machine outside and then charged me for the work. Seemed to be more expensive than what I'm used to paying, but this was the first place to answer their phone after I called 4 other places so I went with them.

Had parts I needed today put ac guy could've gotten cheaper tomorrow. Spend a more then I needed on no returnable parts.

Being in a rental property can be frustrating at times. My A/C went out over the weekend and they had someone out that day they fit me in. Couldn't give me a time just said we will be there.

A young man named John came out and was amazing. Found out what was wrong, but because I go through a property management company he had to get approval before he could fix it. He waited as long as he could before he left because he had other calls. He called me and informed me of what was going on because I was at another job and all he did was apologize.

I understand that it wasn't him or the company. Policy is policy. Today Monday 6/27 they finally received the approval and they gave me a window from 10-2 they came out sooner than they thought and fixed it. John then came back because when I got home it didn't feel like it was working but he came back to make sure. He was great.

Then to top it off the owner called me just to make sure everything was ok and running good. You do not get this kind of customer service these days.

Jason from A Savings Air is one of a kind! He not only services my own home but my rental properties as well. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and always gives me options to help save me money. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation!!

We got to know Sam before he started his own business.   We will follow him WHEREVER he is!  EXCEPTIONAL!

Bill came out and serviced our 3 year old heat pump. He was very through and explained what he was doing and educated us on a few things since we are from another state and had never owned a heat pump before. I will continue to call Bill for all of our heating and cooling needs. He is honest and truly cares about the quality of his work.

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

Major disappointment. First, they were supposed to do our job 10 days ago. it took multiple calls to their office to finally get them to do anything after there initial diagnostic visit. In addition, they charged an outrageous service charge just show up the first time. then, as they needed to order a part,they then charged us another service call charge to install. The job took 5 minutes for their tech to do as they just needed to change out a minor part.

We used this company 3-4 years ago, and they were great. Very disappointing this time. So we will look for a new heating and cooling company for our future work. Do not recommend at all.

Interesting morning. Sitting at a red light and one of their drivers is honking at me like a maniac. Sorry I wasn't going to run a red because you were late.

I call the number on the van to tell customer service their driver is out of control and making their company look bad. She asks me for my name. I ask her why that's relevant and to let me give her the number on the back of this drivers van. She refuses to take the number and will not listen to the issue. At one point she asks me again for my name (what are you thinking)? At this point I ask if I can speak to a supervisor to give them this number on the van before I lose the driver. She then tells me my name is required. At this point the driver is gone so this is my only way to leave feedback to management.

I was simply trying to report a maniac driver and unable to do so due to the customer service representative. She was definitely the worst I have ever spoken with and she was trying to talk over me. I am not sure what is so hard about answering a call and taking down a number and reporting the activity? Apparently too hard for this customer service rep. I hope you guys record your calls to back and listen on 7am on 8/20/19.

My current belief is I must have called a small shop and reported the husband to the wife or something

No real explanation but stay away from these guys on the roads and stay away from calling their front desk.

Prolly would stay away in general. Unreal experience this morning and I rarely ever leave a review. I hope
Management sees an actions but I have a feeling management was the guy honking at me this morning trying to run a red light.

Schedulers and service folks are 5*.  But they service manger/company will not provide transparent pricing.  Parts and labor are lump sum and they will not break it out.  Statement: We provide book plus labor and it is competitive but we cannot break it out.  Cost is roughly 60% parts/40% labor.  But if you provide the parts then the cost will be 60% labor.  Yup, no transparency and sliding costs depending on the situation.

Got a call from their telemarketing group today. I let the sales person speak for a few minutes explaing their offer.

I asked a simple question,  how did you get my phone number and he hung up the phone.

Called them back and got someone who claimed to care and would call me back to find out why the sales person was so rude. Didn't hear back.

Money is their only motivation.
