Highly recommend!! Mike really knows his craft! Great communication skills. He either answers his phone or calls back promptly.  On time and efficient. He doesn't try sell us stuff we don't need. So grateful we found someone honest and talented!

I've tried several other AC companies in the Phoenix area and no one comes close to Clark.  They are smart, honest and accurate.  They solve problems and figure out solutions that other's can't.  My home warranty company actually did the unthinkable after 3 other companies failed to diagnose my AC problem:  they cut me a check and let me use Clark instead of their own listed providers.  That's how good they are.

I won't use anyone else ever again!

I can not say enough about how happy I am with Martin's service!! We have been having trouble with our unit for some time, since last summer actually. Our landlord has a home warranty company, which after 10 years of working in the HVAC industry office, I know it's a pain to deal with. Other company's would come out and not work on the unit because it was not currently in distress. Martin called me, listened to my issues and concerns and reassured me he would actually do something with my unit. He came to my home while i was at work and did everything he said he would. He kept me informed every step of the way, he sent me pictures and called me several times. When he left my unit was finally working like it should!! I am so grateful that my 7 kids and 4 dogs no longer have to suffer through the times of the ac not working!!! Thank you Martin, you are very appreciated!

My air conditioner went on the blink Sunday morning. I had seen the Donley truck at me neighbors, so I called for the phone number.
The Service Center person that took my call was friendly & knowledgeable. The serviceman arrived within a couple of hours and knew exactly what the problem was. He was in and out within 30 minutes.

We needed a replacement heating element for our oven which was 12 years old. Kevin's had the part in stock and the price was comparable to Amazon. Very knowledgeable staff and good customer service. Ordered another part for our refrigerator. They didn't have in stock but was able to order the part for next day delivery. Will definitely use again!

Hands down the only company I will ever deal with for anything HVAC related. Valley's Best has replaced our AC unit in our old place and repaired our unit at our new house. On every encounter with them they have been professional, honest, respectful and have a great sense of urgency. The owner Chase is honest and knowledgeable. Marlene the office manager is incredible she truly goes above and beyond and is such a compassionate individual. The techs who came to our were super knowledgeable and quick to resolve the issues. Highly recommended this company for your heating and cooling needs.

Overall a very good company to work with. Conrad performed some maintenance and repair on my home with dual AC units. He was professional, courteous, and communicated well. AC is working great, if your isn't, I'm sure A Savings Air can help.

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

Had an appointment for tuesday @ 8 to 9 a.m.  my wife waited for hours and no show. She called this company and the female that answered told my wife that she called and cancelled. So my wife missed a day of work and rescheduled for today. She and i both work so i waited ( 8 to 9 a.m.) about 10 i called and spoke with k____y. She said we did not have an appointment and insisted that my wife called to cancel the day before (which was not true) and did not reschedule. So wether it was k___ys mistake or not she was a bit rude and insisted how wrong i was and said she would call me back. She did call back and trying to be appologetic said some one would be here shortley. They did come as promised and are gone to find a part. Finally, i called work and said i couldn't come in due to this abortion of customer service. My wife and i both missed a day of work. I hope others have had a better experience.

Drivers should not drive down the turning lane because they don't want to wait.  Unsafe and luckily no one was hurt.  Truck number 86.

Howard Air Conditioning installed On a two
Story condo in Scottsdale..they did a wonderful job all the way around  even down to the clean up.

Originally American Home Services, Orangutan installed A/C, Water heater, solar water heating system, and water softener equipment in a home we purchased this year.  The account at Orangutan was transferred into our name from the original home owner.

Long story short... We have current service contracts on our equipment. Called them 5 times regarding 2 different issues. Never received a call back after multiple attempts at obtaining scheduled maintenance for the equipment they installed.

Last month the water heater burst internally. The insurance adjuster, the plumber and the restoration company hired to repair the damage all independently said that the reason it burst was due to installing the solar improperly.  Mickey Mouse wiring, and what-were-they-thinking were just two of the comments.

I would suggest not using this company for anything. My negative experience is not an isolated occurrence. I've brought them up in conversation with other homeowners and I get the same reaction... ewwwww. Sorry. They've got a poor public reputation and I can vouch for that.
