Our air completely died on Friday night. I left a message for a few companies and it was Calvin who got back to me right away. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He installed a new AC unit on our roof which was no easy task. The air is working better than ever!  I highly recommend this company!

Very happy with service.  Price for new AC unit was comparable to both small contractor and large one.  Work was done on time, and the installers, Josh and Matt were neat and professional. I would not hesitate in using them again.

These guys are great!  No hassle.  Low charge for service calls - I forget if it is $40 or $60, but either way, it's a good deal for an honest diagnosis.

I was referred to Aire Serv of Red Mountain to have an HVAC inspected on a house I am purchasing.  Clayton came right out for the inspection and found that another air conditioner company had installed a brand new unit but it was too large for the house and the duct work was leaking so it was not  running efficiently.   Clayton came back a second time to meet with the original installer who agreed that the unit needed to be switched out to the right size unit and all the issues corrected.  He went above and beyond to make sure all the problems were corrected, thank you Clayton!  I feel confident in referring Aire Serv of Red Mountain to all my friends and family.

We had two units that were getting old, and were builder grade to begin with. Robin and Fred came out, inspected the units and gave us a more than reasonable estimate on replacing both systems.
Their crew was out here the following week, and did a fantastic job. They stayed here for 13 hours the first day, to insure that we had one of the units up and running. (very tight attic for them to work in).
They returned early the next day, finished up, and cleaned up everywhere. They even vacuumed the stairs, even though they had covered it with plastic. I will definitely continue to use their services in
the future, as well as recommend them to anyone. Kudos to Azperfect!!!

Benny and Alfred arrive on time and complete the job efficiently. They are kind, understanding, and very skilled. I've used them a couple of times. Highly recommend.

Trae and Mark did a fantastic job replacing our 4 ton unit located on our roof.  They were prompt and professional.  Mark set the expectation and both he and Trae more than delivered.  On top of that, their prices were very competetive!!  We HIGHLY recommend Top Tier to anyone in the market for a new AC/heat pump.

Also nice when you when you have a problem and the people you hire solve it without any issues. I'll be looking forward to hiring all the Williams in the future for all my home repairs. Thank you

This company is awesome. Ray, Art and Victory came out to all of my properties and serviced all of my A/C units. They made this process so easy and they were very helpful, honest and gave me recommendations on what I should do 1st, 2nd and etc. If you're looking for a reputable, trustworthy and friendly A/C company then look no further because 911 Air Repair is it. I wanted a periscope dryer vent installed and he showed up to check things out before install and because of extenuating circumstanses I was (getting a new dryer and) going to need to wait until the new dryer arrived to use Honeycutt's services. While he was here I managed to find out that he has an L.L.C. and I hope I get this part correct, he works on hvac units, has remodeled entire condos and started doing this at the age of 17. So he has much experience. Lastly, he is extremely fair and honest. I would give him 10 stars if I could, because that is the kind of character he has.

If there was such a thing as minus stars I would give that to them. Please stay away from this company. Please check the BBB for any information

Took some time to get the required docs for my warranty claims but the install ran smoothly.
