Vetted by SRP to help customers reduce costs and improve energy efficiency, this company is very professional and knowledgable. Service by Buzz and Xavier was prompt and of the highest quality. I understood their clear and honest explanation regarding my 28 year old unit--they did not try to sell me a new one. However, I did intend to buy a maintenance agreement, which was reasonably priced. I've worked with many firms in the valley and believe these guys have a lot of integrity.

These guys are great!  No hassle.  Low charge for service calls - I forget if it is $40 or $60, but either way, it's a good deal for an honest diagnosis.

Amazing company!! Keola, Brennan, Devan, and one other tech (didn't get his name, sorry!) all did phenomenal jobs when they came out to install our new unit and cleaned our ducts and vents. Everyone was thorough, highly efficient, accommodating, very professional and honest.  They had everything timed perfectly which was quite impressive lol Communication was made quick and easy thanks to Julia and Nicole.  They answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerns and were able to schedule us quickly.  We can't say enough good things about this company.  They are our go-to AC company and would not recommend anyone else.  Thank you guys!

John from Aire Serv went above and beyond to accommodate all services requested. As I am out  of  state, he sent me  pictures and text every step of the way. Communication was top notch! He went aboove and beyond for me and my family! Thank you John!!!

This company saved the day for me about this time of year last year. They did a good job and made sure my part was covered by warranty because I had a five year warranty on my AC and they got my AC working again ASAP. So anyways, the last few days I have been having issues with my AC unit and I wanted to do business with them again but I forgot their name so I called my State Farm agent who referred me to them last summer. So they give me the number and I give AZ Perfect Comfort a call and they find me in their system but the lady that answered the phone didn't seem to eager to earn my business but she did answer some basic questions and then placed me on hold but since I was on break at work and it was 110 degrees outside I decided to hang up after about 3-5 minutes of being on hold. I am giving a one star because this company never called me back even though I was a previous customer and they had my contact information. I tell you customer service these days is horrendous in the customer service field and with the competition being so tight in the Arizona market you would think AZ Perfect Comfort would want repeat business but I guess they don't. I will call my State Farm agent and ask for a different referral.

Trae and Mark did a fantastic job replacing our 4 ton unit located on our roof.  They were prompt and professional.  Mark set the expectation and both he and Trae more than delivered.  On top of that, their prices were very competetive!!  We HIGHLY recommend Top Tier to anyone in the market for a new AC/heat pump.

William responded to my inquiry promptly, I was able to schedule my repair within the hour of my initial request. William showed up right at the scheduled time and worked efficiently to fix my drain. I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues.

Ray and the 911 Air team were awesome. They just recently installed 2 Goodman units at my residence. They were professional, on time, and finished the job in 1 day! I was amazed. I have utilized 911 Air in the past and have had excellent service. You can rest safe knowing they are honest and fair and I wouldn't use anyone but them. I am also a former AC technician so I know what good AC service is.

I just had a great experience with Cactus Valley! My AC broke at 5pm on the hottest week we've had so far this year. They answered the phone, and after a brief wait, I was scheduled for 7pm the same day. Even better, they were able to replace the broken part and get my house back to under 80 degrees in 30 minutes! 10/10 would recommend and will call them first for any future HVAC needs. Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would. They were dispatched for my AC service call through my home warranty but not available via phone. I was able to reach them on FB messenger and requested services. They said they could be available in 30 min for a fee of $125. I mentioned they were dispatched through my home warranty and they back peddled, giving all the excuses why they couldn't come unless I paid them $125 after already paying my warranty company for the service call. I had the home warranty company on the phone and the JUMBO AIR representative wouldn't cooperate with a phone call to hear they were authorized. What horrible customer service and not abiding by the contract. DO NOT USE them

Needed emergency service on our water heater.  They were able to come out right away.  Ended up needing a new unit and they got it in the next morning.  Price was very fair, techs were incredible (shout out to Curtis), and they even had financing. Very professional and tidy work.  I would highly recommend!
