I asked Mr. Garcia to provide me with a quote for three windows at our Tempe condo after getting what appeared to be an excessively high quote from Renewal by A. and I am so glad I gave a small business the opportunity!

Mr. Garcia's quote was a fraction of the one I'd previously received. The windows would be just as nice and of similar quality, i.e. dual pane/LoE. Every supplier and material is delayed, especially the big ones, so I knew I would need to be patient. Again, it was worth giving Garcia's a shot. They were communicative and courteous every step of the way. The day of install they were efficient and cleaned up like they hadn't been there , except for my beautiful, new energy efficient windows!

I called Garcia's Windows & More on a Saturday and spoke with Mark. After a few minutes discussing my situation, he scheduled a time to stop by to provide a quote. His written quote was reasonable and we booked an appointment. Mark and his team showed up on time, completed our project quickly and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Being a nosey home owner, I got to watch the entire process and got to know his team. What a great group of professionals. I guess this is their way of saying that they are not interested in the job. Why would anyone do business with a company which practices in such behavior is beyond my comprehension. If you need your time wasted, then this is the company for you.

Ordered some windows after getting a quote, and paying deposit on 4/20/21. I live out of town and was hoping a 3-4 week turnaround. It took longer than anticipated but was informed that it could take 20-25 business days. I understand several manufactures are behind do to the pandemic. Towards the end I did start getting anxiety that I had paid deposit and would not get the windows. I was able to text and e-mail Mark and he was very helpful and kept me updated. Mark scheduled me in once they came in and did a great job. Quality customer service and work. Thanks Mark.

I had a great experience with Mark. I texted him for a quote and got a response right away. He came out the next day (and sent a text update for when he expected to arrive). We needed broken glass replaced in a sliding glass door. He measured, ordered glass the next day, and then a few days later came out and replaced the glass (again, texting estimated arrival time). They removed the broken glass and cleaned up everything nicely. Replaced the glass and that was it. Very easy to work with and very polite.

I found Mark's company several years ago through Yelp. I'm finally getting around to posting a review and appraisal of his services. Mark has worked on 5 house projects over the last 4 years for me. So, it's fair to say that I know a lot about his workmanship, integrity and honesty.
First thing you should know is that he works his ass off. His operating hours (65 hours over 5 1/2 days). I'd bet he exceeds that number when the work load warrants it. When he worked on my 1st project it was around Christmas. I met up with him to pay him. He and his workers had been working 14 days straight, no off time. He wanted to meet the demand for his services. He is all at once working owner, manager and technician. And because he demands solid workmanship, he works 65 hours a week to ensure that it is.
I use Mark because is services and products are fair and affordable and I don't have to worry about getting the job done right. I have budgets to maintain and Mark always finds me cost effective solutions. He has a keen eye for the details of his profession and journeyman smarts when it comes to materials and repairs for my projects. He gets the job done and I don't have to micro manage him.
All of this explains why he is currently ranked in the top 3 window professionals with almost 100 reviews (he was number 1 I think when I originally found him on yelp). I always search first for the most reviews in yelp. 5-star reviews are meaningless if the company only has 7 reviews. For a smaller company to have the quantity and quality of reviews against much larger rivals is a huge achievement. That's why he's so busy and unfortunately folks get upset about that. But, believe me he is worth waiting for.
Garcia's Windows is my 1st and only choice for windows and sliding doors. I feel lucky that I met Mark and look forward to our future projects together.

Despite the fact that Garcia's quoted me a higher price for the same windows, I was going to go with them based on the high Yelp reviews. Well, maybe Garcia's treats their existing customers nicely, but they certainly treat their potential customers like complete garbage. I reached out to them a few weeks ago to get a quote for my windows. They texted me that they would get back to me later, then eventually sent a quote via text (all of my interactions have been via text. Um... okay). After a few days, I told them I would like to proceed and would they please come over and look at my windows. They said they would be able to come the following week.

They never came nor did they tell me why they never got back to me. So I texted them today asking if they were ever coming or if I should look elsewhere. They texted me back seven hours later that they now have a big job in Casa Grande that will take a month. Thanks. Buh-bye.

It's clear my small job isn't worth the time of Garcia's, but it's still possible to use manners and not waste people's time. I am now a couple of weeks behind on my window project, fixing the stucco, having my house painted afterward, which puts me going into hot weather--all because Garcia's didn't have the consideration to tell me from day one that my job was too small for their time. Highly recommend!! MARK called me immediately after i registered for a free estimated price for replacing the glass window on the Homedepot website. He quickly quoted me an affordable price over the messages. AND before he ordered the glass ,he came to my house to measure it with no hesitation even on sunday. today，MARK and his couson came in and helped to replace the broken glass window .THEY are the best friendly , professional and effective team. thanks a lot! Called to make an appointment. Set the appointment. NO SHOW. I called his cell multiple times - NO ANSWER. Finally he texted me asking to , leave a message. I proceeded to tell him that I am waiting for him as we have an appointment. I had to leave work early to be here on time. His response was absolutely inexcusable - he said his schedule go mixed up with all the rain from the previous week. Makes no sense and not an excuse in my book. This is a clear indication of an unprofessional and discourteous company. Their loss, not mine.

Mr. Garcia is 5 stars all the way. (as good as it gets)
I found him on YELP.
We have a rental property in Tempe that has a sliding glass door that was over 35 years old. Needless to say, it no longer slid like it used to. When Mr. Garcia gave me a quote that was 1/4 of the price of a different quote I got, I was suspicious. But he said after he was done it would slide like new. So I let him have the job. He is extremely professional and he did everything he said he would. I would definitely use him again....not just because of the price, but because he knows his stuff and performs.

I had the glass pane window replaced on my dual pane glass sliding door. Mark did a very professional job. The price was fair, and I paid additional to get the glass tinted and for new rollers. He also matched the tint to be the same color as my windows! From getting the initial estimate to scheduling the appointment, the process was smooth. I also feel reassured by the 5 year warranty. After calling several glass /window companies, I am very glad I went with this one!

I had the misfortune of accidentally breaking my kitchen window. Too add to my chagrin I did this right before the weekend and most businesses that were open were quoting hefty emergency replacement fees.

I called about 5 different spots to get estimates explaining the window was only about 3 feet tall by 2 feet wide. I was shocked at the quotes I was given. Most places charged a lot more than I expected, because the windows crank out so there is additional costs for putty and placement. The first couple of guys I talked to gave me their quotes, then told me that was standard pricing when I said I was going to call around more. The last guy was actually pretty rude about it. I decided to stop looking at the well known places and starting skimming the net for contractors.

I finally found Garcia's and was amazed when I was quoted about $200 less than at the other companies. The gentleman that came out was polite, professional and very clean (he even cleaned up some of the broken glass I had missed). He was done in just under an hour and the window looks great.

I would recommend this company to anyone for affordable service and quality work.

Side Note: It helps also to pay cash as contractors get charged fees to process debit cards.

One of the glasses of my french window frame broke and I was looking for someone that would help me with that. Searched on Yelp and found multiple companies but these guys came with the best price and they were knowledgeable, as well.

My order did take a little longer than planned but some of the delays were my own doing. If things started to drag, I would just call Mark until we got in touch. He was always polite, on time for our appointments, and accommodating with my many questions and inability to make decisions. He also helped track down the truck when they missed their delivery window, replaced some glass that was delivered incorrectly, and made sure I was happy with everything when he stopped by after the installation.

Great service, friendly, fast response, got the job done quickly and beautifully and cleaned up the site nicely all for a fair price.

I'm a business owner myself, so I know the value of providing outstanding service and affordable pricing. Garcia's Windows exceeded my expectations.

Had Mark come out to repair a sliding window that had the spring pop out. He asked me to text him a few pictures of the damage and measure the window dimensions so he could get the right parts and avoid a second trip. He did clear it with me to start texting back and forth before he actually did, which I thought was just fine. He quoted me what it would cost to fix with or without parts.

He arrived exactly when he said he would, and was able to repair the window without parts, which ended up being about $90 (this was about a month ago, so I can't remember the exact cost. It was definitely under $100).

Wouldn't hesitate to call him again if I needed another repair.

Hey not much to say they quoted a price over the phone on my rental property based off a basic measurement I gave them and they came out got started and was done before I even got there about 20to30 min they were there a little late in the day but still got it knocked out. Only suggestion would be a more detailed receipt,and a follow up call .I know hard to do but they would have got a thumbs up from me over the phone as well .

I have to say that I was very impressed with Garcia's Windows & More! After my lawnmower sent a rock through one side of our four foot sliding-glass patio doorpanic set in. I called several companies for quick replacement to no avail. I read the reviews for Garcia's and noticed many reviewers stated he provided quick and friendly service, I had to give them a call.

Mark answered his phone at 7:45AM said the magic words that he had the glass in stock and could be at our house by 3:00PM on a busy Saturday no less, I didn't hesitate to complete the sale.

As promised Mark and his helper arrived right on schedule and went to work right away. They meticulously removed the broken pieces of glass, carefully vacuumed the pieces up, and had the door re-installed in no time!

The service was friendly, quick, and the price was very fair. Thank you doesn't say enough.

I have worked with Mark Garcia and his team for a couple of years now, and every experience has been positive. Mark is a very nice guy, and has provided me with really quality windows for an affordable price. I've even needed him on the fly when our dog has broken several panels. Mark helped me out of a jam. When nobody would even think of coming out Sunday, even after my window was broken during a burglary Saturday night, Mark was there.
I have old school, mid-century crank windows that aren't exactly standard, but Mark was super nice and a total pro. He even have me words of encouragement on my rough day. I should have paid him extra for doubling as a therapist.
Overall, great work at an extremely reasonable price, especially considering the general pain in the a** prices anyone else would have charged for a weekend evening on no notice. Mark is a thoroughly good dude, and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Mark pretty much saved the day for me. As a result of a storm last night (of course a Sunday night), my tenant informed me that a window in my condo got rattled off the track and ultimately shattered, cutting up her roommate's arm. I was a nervous wreck all night, so got on the phone first thing Monday morning with the HOA. I thought I had to replace a whole window and had to go through the process of getting approval, then finding the approved window, etc. I was told it would take 10-14 days for it all to get done through a big-box store. I thought that was unacceptable, so looked on Yelp for a small business. Garcia's was one of the first I saw, with excellent reviews. I left a message and within minutes Mark called me back, and it was obvious he wasn't trying to take advantage of my situation. He asked me if I needed the whole frame or just the glass. In my panic, I didn't even think of that! I sent him pictures, and he got back to me right away with the good news: I just needed to replace the glass and he could do it the same day.

Not only did he know his stuff, but he provided excellent, professional communication, was prompt, and didn't overcharge me. My tenant says it looks better than new. I'm so relieved that this is behind me, and am so grateful to have found this company.

Great experience, the first company I'll call for all future window, glass, and door projects. Here's why:

I called to request an estimate for new bedroom windows and Mark remembered us from a year earlier when he'd come out to do an estimate for custom closet doors that we ended up not having made. He then arrived for the new estimate on time and was as friendly and knowledgeable as before, was careful to get the details of our order right (which included catching an important measuring factor that other companies never mentioned), quoted us a fair price, and ordered the exact product we wanted. He promptly let us know when the order had come in and scheduled the installation for just a few days later. He and a really nice, professional employee arrived on time to do the work and did a meticulous, thorough job.

Mark is all about customer service and quality products and work. If by chance we had been anything but fully satisfied, I know Mark would have done whatever was necessary to make it right. We look forward to doing another project with him.

I had the unfortunate experience of having someone try to break into my business by throwing a large rock through a side window pane. Luckily we have an alarm, so nothing was taken.
I called Garcia's glass and Mark came out that day gave me a quote and a next day repair time. I had a few quotes all very comparable. Based on his reviews I went with Mark. The work was lovely fast and fare and we were good as new. I even brought a window from home that had a crack in it which he repaired and gave me a good deal. This is what customer service should be like.

If you need windows be sure to contact Mark Garcia. He's busy and he keeps his overhead low so if he doesn't respond immediately be patient. He is worth the wait. Among 4 estimates his price was low. Yelp reviews along with meeting him gave me confidence to give him the order. My 53 x 95 window replacement was installed yesterday. The installation was on time, perfectly and professionally done. Called Mark shortly after I had my house broken into. He was able to provide me a quick verbal quote to get approved by the insurance company. He was kind, patient and very direct as to the cost, and what was necessary to complete the job.

It took a while to get approval from the insurance company and during that time he never called me to badger me on a sale or pressure me. When I was able to call back, we scheduled a time to replace the windows. Showed up before hand to inspect the damage and verify what we had discussed. He even had an opportunity to get the project done early and asked if it was possible. Even though time didn't permit, it was nice to be treated like a human in this whole break in process.

The job itself was done efficiently and beautifully. The exterior of the house was cleaned from broken glass. The interior was left in perfect order. The price was respectful (even not knowing about the insurance company costs). I am VERY happy with his work and I would recommend his services anytime.

I would highly recommend Garcia's Windows. Their prices are very reasonable and the service was outstanding.
During the recent Oct '10 thunderstorms that affected much of the Valley with broken windows and damaged roofs I had a couple of broken windows that needed immediate repair.
I must have called 15+ glass shops for estimates and how soon someone could come out. The owner of the shop called me a few hours later and was very apologetic that it took him awhile to get back to me. I explained my needs and he gave me a very fair quote compared to the variety of estimates I had already received. He was very accommodating to my schedule and came out to do the repairs very early the next morning.

The work performed was exceptional and I would definitely use Garcia's again if the need arises.

Mark and team were nothing but good straight from the start to the finish. They came out quickly after our initial call and gave me a very fair quote. We ordered the 90% screens for the back of the house as well as asked them to fix our sliding screen door. Less than 2 weeks later they were back (today) and quickly installed all 7 screens and fixed the sliding door. I think they were here for an hour tops. Great people, I will definitely call on them again.

If there were more companies like Garcia's Windows the world would be a much happier place. BTW, I'm still waiting for a call back from 2 different roofing companies. They won't get the job!

I also highly recommend Garcia's Window's. I'm an out of state landlord and rely on the feedback I read in Yelp. After a little research I decided to call Garcia's Windows. I was in the middle of an eviction and the tenant was not cooperating in scheduling the job.

The same day the tenant was moving out, I called Mark and he came that morning as promised and replaced the two large windows: one upstairs and one downstairs. He was in and out within an hour and did a great job! He was professional and did clean work. I also thought his emailed invoice was a nice touch. I would definitely call on them again.

I submitted a request via email to Garcia's Windows & More on a Sunday evening. In the email, I detailed out my request for replacing the windows in both the front and rear of my condo with the specifications that I was also looking for windows that reduce the sound since our condo is directly off Frank Lloyd Wright.

I received a call back from Mr. Garcia on Wendesday and he said that the email was very detailed and we spoke in great length about both the email as well as additional information. He said he would be out to see my condo within a week and would contact me back.

Nearly two weeks went by before I made a follow up email regarding the status. I received a response the following day and in it Mr. Garcia quoted a price but no details in regards to the product and number of windows.

I sent a follow up email asking if this was for both the front and rear windows as I outlined in the request below and Mr. Garcia stated he did not know there were windows in the rear.

I asked then for a follow up call and additional details in regards to the price quote and have yet to receive any follow up emails nor phone calls.

At this point, I would not recommend Garcia's Windows & More based on customer service since this is typically is a reflection of the style of business and work provided.

In the Phoenix hailstorm of 2010, the large window in the master bedroom of my house was shattered. Thanks to Yelp, I found Garcia's Windows & More. I was impressed by their 5 star rating, which beat out every other competitor I found. I called Mark Garcia and he was able to give me an estimate within a couple days.

The service and the quality of work I received from Mark and his staff was worthy of the 5 star rating. Mark did an excellent job replacing my broken window and several screens which were also damaged in the storm.

Not only would I highly recommend Garcia's Windows & More to others, I've recently called upon them again to replace a broken kitchen window and screen. I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else to do glass work in my house.

You would never think leaky windows in Arizona would be an issue, but then you have never seen the monsoons. The cost of repairs to my leaky window were very reasonable and they fixed the window quickly all in one visit. Mark is a nice guy and seems to really know what he's talking about. If you have window issues give him a call.

Update: Lots of rain last night and the window is leak free. So they are good guys.

I highly recommend Garcia's Windows. Mark Garcia was very professional and prompt. The price was very reasonable. I called Garcia's on a Thursday afternoon to have a window replaced after a break-in and Mark was out within a couple hours to take measurements. The window had to be custom-made and the replacement was installed only two days later. In the meantime, Mark had installed a couple glass patches on the window for temporary security and insulation.

I would definitely use Garcia's Windows again and would recommend their company to my friends.

Terrible at follow up and scheduling. TWO no-shows!! I originally called this company on 4/18 to get them to work on servicing our sliding glass door and followed up with a text to give them our address. After no response I texted again the next day to confirm the appointment. They agreed but on the day of the appointment, when they didn't show up I texted again to see where they were. They asked to reschedule for the following day, which didn't work for me, so I suggested another date. They didn't reply so five days later I texted them AGAIN to suggest another date for the appointment. We went back and forth on a few dates and they just stopped answering. After another week had passed, I decided to give them one more chance and texted them again to schedule the appointment. We finally got it scheduled for May 4th and guess what. They didn't show up AGAIN, and no explanation, no follow up call or text. Nothing. I'm done trying. Why is it so hard just to get an appointment scheduled?!! VERY unprofessional!! I've wasted two weeks going back and forth with them and have nothing to show for it!

Just accepted a contract to sell my home but had a cracked window needing repair. I found this co. from other reviews on Yelp.

On Friday, 8/21/15, I called Garcia's Windows for a quote. Mark Garcia, the mgr. answered the phone, nice. Initially, he quoted a few days lead time to come measure the window, pretty standard. When I explained there was an imminent home inspection, he agreed to come out and measure the window late that same day, after business hours, on a Friday! Done. Mark offered to call in the order first thing Sat. a.m. to help with delivery ASAP.

On Tuesday, 8/25, Mark sent me a text msg. that the replacement glass had arrived and offered to come install at 5:30 p.m.that same day. Again, the mgr., Mark, arrived promptly with an assistant. The installation was completed, cleaned up, and I am so Happy! Also, Mark was very professional yet personable.

Maybe, I paid a little bit more for Garcia's service compared to the rock-bottom price of a competitor. I do know his competition quoted me 4-day lead times just to come measure the window. Plus,the competition gave excuses about delays from their manufacturer, etc., without any option for expediting an order. For me, Garcia's windows was a bargain! I will soooo call him back if I ever need glass/window repair again!

FYI, AFTER final payment with my credit card, on site, (with an email receipt to follow), I told Mark how appreciative I was of his service. And, that I was going to write a glowing review on Yelp. I have not been compensated in any way for bragging on them... I just feel strongly that small business owners who provide exceptional service, deserve recognition.

NO NEED TO LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE!!!. Garcia's provided me with old fashion service that seems very hard to find these days. I had returned from a vacation to find my bedroom window shattered. The glass had not fallen out but was all cracked. After reading all the reviews on Yelp I contacted Mark Garcia in the evening. He promptly returned my call within an hour and scheduled me before his first appointment the following morning..for 5:30 a.m.. He measured for the new glass, removed all the broken glass (dual pane window) and taped the window that was still ok and ordered the new glass. 3 days late when the new glass came in he returned and completed the job.

Garcia's definitely deserves a 5 star rating. You will not be unhappy with Garcia's customer service or results of their labor.

He came by to view the window on a weekend, showed up when he said he would ( not making a customer wait around for 3 hours is a huge plus to me..), got back with an estimate quickly and did the repair in the same manner. I really appreciate service providers that use technology as simple as texting to keep customers apprised of their progress and schedule. There is simply no excuse these days for making customers sit around and wait in a vacuum of no information :) Mark fully embraces this and makes the process easy. I thought this would be a safe bet based on reviews I read here on yelp, but I was wrong. I sent in a request for a quote, which came very quickly though it was by text message. I didn't really mind getting a text, but it did seem unprofessional to me. I scheduled an appointment two days from that time, and didn't get any kind of confirmation. I sent a text about an hour before the appointment asking if they would still be coming and got no response. No show, no call, and no respect. Choose someone more professional.

We needed one of our upstairs bedroom windows fixed, one of the dual pane windows was cracked from a rock. Mark was able to give us an estimate based on my measurements via text. Then came out to get precise measurements. He worked with OUR schedule and was able to do most of the correspondence via texting (super convenient for me). I thought the windows were clear, but turns out they had a green tint to them, who knew? He did! Knowledgable and he was really friendly and nice. The wholesaler end up sending him a defective window, he spotted it and got them to do it right. He kept us up to speed on the whole process, so we knew what was going on and weren't left in the dark. Overall good experience, good service and convenient. Great work! I contacted Garcia's Windows & More after some dirtbag threw a brick through my Arcadia glass door and stole all my electronics. Mark showed up the same day and gave me an estimate, which was extremely fair. It was a custom glass size (of course), so it took about a week to get the glass in, but Mark showed up and got it installed in no time. I had a cracked pane of glass in an old 1950's window. I had contacted another company who came out after I had explained there was a Security Grate over the window.They not only said they couldn't do it because of that, (when they did know this prior to coming) but they had forgotten putty....wow. So I tried again, looked on Yelp and found Garcia's Windows and More. I emailed them, they contacted me 20 minutes later. I then received a txt and sent pics, they gave me a quote that day. I finalized an appointment with them. They gave me good heads up with time, and arrived when stated. They were very knowledgeable, fast and friendly and answered all my questions. We had a date of installation the Saturday after the Fourth of July however the place that he gets his screens was closed and he immediately contacted me apologizing for the delay and gave me a new date. He came today with his son and installed all our new screens and they look terrific! His pricing is very fair and he was a joy to work with.

We recently purchased a home in South Mountain that had a broken window. I contacted Garcia's based on positive Yelp reviews. Mark Garcia, the owner, came right away and measured the broken window plus all our windows for a screen replacement quote, and while measuring he noted that the glass in a large picture window in our dining room was completely coming out of the frame. Somehow the home inspector missed this dangerous situation. The slightest monsoon wind and the window could have fallen out. Mark ended up replacing both windows at a very reasonable price. He kept us apprised of the status of our order and he always arrived on time. During the installation, he was meticulous with his work and we are very pleased with the end result. Thank you, Mark!

Quick response and super helpful. The piece of glass was unusual. I thought it was tempered and tinted... he was able to properly identify the right type of glass (ended up being plain glass with tint film) and match it with a piece of tinted glass. The competitors wanted to special order tinted tempered glass which would have been unnecessary and expensive. They got the job done the same afternoon and also cleaned up the mess from the vandals. Super nice. I would use them again in a second.

Based on the excellent yelp reviews, I gave Mark Garcia a call when one of the original windows to our home (1950's) shattered. Mark wasn't able to make it out that day which was a bummer, however, because of the reviews on here, I knew he would be worth the wait. He came out first thing the next AM and took care of our window. In fact, his prices were so fair that we had him replace another window with a crack in it. Both windows were tedious...Mark literally had to chisel the glass out of our old fashioned windows and he did it all while humming along to his music...happy as can be!

I had one window broken from the 2010 hail storm that I never took care. I also had a bathroom window that I broke trying to swat a fly with my hand. I called Mark and left a message on his phone he called me back very soon after and was very nice and helpful. I found this company after doing a search on Yelp, all the reviews were positive so I decided to give Garcia's Windows & more a try. I contacted Mark Garcia and sent him some photos of our broken window. Our window in front of our house had cracked after being hit from a rock perhaps caused by the landscapers. The same day Mark stopped by and measured the window and gave me an estimate. In less than a week, he had a replacement ready and came by and installed it. Keep in mind this was a low-e coated window on a house built in 2008. Overall he did great job and was easy to deal with, the reviews do not lie. We found Garcia's Windows here on Yelp. After doing some calling around, we found Mark's price to be FAR better than anyone else's. Also, he has such great reviews on here that we decided to work with him.

He answered the phone on a holiday weekend, and was very helpful, answering all of my questions. He came out soon to check the type of glass we needed, and he found that we have low-e glass on the sliding glass doors. This is not that common and needed to be ordered, which only took a couple extra days. Also, he came out on a weekend to install the glass once it arrived.

Since we have dogs, we had been keeping them inside 99% of the time, until Mark came to fix the glass, because we were afraid the dogs would push on the glass and knock it out of the door frame. When he arrived and determined that we had low-e glass, and he let us know we would need to wait for the glass to be ordered, he carefully scraped off the outer layer of shattered glass, cleaned it all up, and taped around the edges of the remaining unbroken pane, so we could let our dogs out while we waited for the low-e glass to arrive. This was such a big help, and we really appreciated it. He was on-time, very friendly, and very professional.

We hope we don't need any more glass repair, but if we do, we will definitely call Mark! Thanks for your great service!

After our back sliding glass door broke late Friday afternoon we contacted a couple other local glass repair shops who claimed to specialize in emergency repairs. We were told no one could come out until Monday or we can try to squeeze you in but it's an emergency fee of $295-$395 just to come out. Needless to say I passed on those offers. I was lucky enough to find Garcia's Windows on yelp and gave him a call. Mark came out as soon as he could without charging an emergency fee took the measurements and made sure the area was stable enough and would last until the glass could be replaced. He came as soon as the glass came in and stayed late to make sure the installation was complete and the area was cleaned up. I would highly recommend Mark Garcia to anyone who needs any type of window replacement work done. He was prompt, professional and reasonably priced.

The level of service from Mark was unbeatable.
We were on a short vacation at our Scottsdale home and on a really tight schedule. We had a broken glass sliding door - Mark was the only guy who was willing to come out and provide a quote on short notice. All of the other glass companies wanted to schedule something for the followng week - when we would already be gone! I even explained our situation to these other companies, but they weren't interested in the business. Mark came out, was very prompt and is a really friendly guy. This company was great! I had to replace a broken window after a tenant moved out and Mark was professional, efficient and fairly priced. He gave me quick pricing over the phone and was able to schedule me pretty quickly. He emailed me written estimates before the appointment so I would have it right away for my rental paperwork and was always very helpful, friendly and conscientious. For example, he even took his shoes off when coming to put the window in because the carpets had been cleaned - something I hadn't even mentioned or would have asked! but he apparently noticed our shoes by the door and was considerate enough to emulate it.

Before leaving, I thanked him for his wonderful service and said that I would keep his card for any future needs. He replied, that he hoped I never needed to call him again but that I was welcome to refer him to others. Being interested in the greater good more than the bottom dollar - that is great customer experience in my book! I will most definitely recommend him!

I am so disappointed. Like others on this site, we had a leak that popped up at my son's condo during one of the recent storms. We always want to support small, local businesses and chose to call Garcia's because of the positive ratings on Yelp. I had a good conversation with them on Monday and gave them my son's information so they could set up the time to come check out the windows on Saturday. When he hadn't heard anything by Friday, I assumed they got busy because of the storms, so I sent a reminder text and then left a voicemail that evening. I got no return text, no call back, nothing. It would have been perfectly fine if we needed to reschedule due to it being a busy week...but no call or return text is such a disappointment. It is unprofessional and just bad business, not the customer service I expected from all of the great reviews. I will start asking friends for references for others to help do the work.

He even outperformed the 24 hr window glass repair places. Whereas Mr. Garcia did the work in 24 hours the other places were quoting me 3-5 days to get the work done. I needed to replace a broken double-paned sliding glass door window. I quickly learned that I needed to replace both windows as a unit, not just the pane that was broken. After extensive phone shopping, I selected Garcia's Windows and a large local company to give me a bid. The large company came first and gave me what I thought was an expensive bid. Mark Garcia came quickly, was very knowledgeable about the manufacturer of the slider, the type of glass and what was necessary to repair the window. In fact, he took the time to tape up the window for me so that it would not collapse before the new unit could be installed - and this was before he had the job. This is the third time we have used Garcia's Windows and More (found them on Yelp). Mark came out today (Independence Day) to install a window that came in late yesterday. Most companies would have waited until a non-holiday to do so. He previously replaced a window pane for us and installed screens on all of our windows. Mark does great work and has very competitive pricing. Extremely happy with their services. I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so!
