My family has been using them for years. They are by far the BEST in the valley. They always reply promptly, get someone to assist as soon as possible and are over all genuinely good people. You aren't just a number for them to complete but they treat you like a person. I recommend and will continue to recommend them to everyone! My appreciation for ALL of their assistance always is so appreciated.

From the first call to the finished work an overall exceptional experience.  I found my refrigerator failing in the evening and less than 24 hours, with AAA service my fridge was fixed. Inital call was informative about what to expect and AAA followed up to get me scheduled asap. They went above and beyond to help get the service done. Extremely grateful for the fantastic service, much appreciated!

I used American Air and the replaced the compressor in my 5 ton unit. Two months later the air went out. The same technician came out and was indecisive about what was wrong. He finally said it was the mixing valve. I decided to what until it started to get warm before revisiting the problem which I conveyed to the technician. I called another company and got a second opinion and the called American Air back. The owners wife said that because I called another company the won't warranty the compressor. The other company says the compressor is bad and American Air said it's the mixing valve. Basically American Air stole $2000 from me and will not make food on their parts. Do not use this company!

American Air and Appliance came highly recommended to us in 2013 and we have never been happier!  We have a 1998 heat pump and a 2001 Master Cool plus swamp cooler. Old units!

American Air and Appliance service technicians have always been punctual, call us at least 15 minutes ahead of their arrival and they always have a smile. The office gals are THE best in accommodating service days and times.

They get right to work and when they are done they explain everything they've done and patiently answer all of our questions.
With honest, punctual and knowledgeable employees, exceptional service and reasonable prices, American Air and Appliance is the gold standard in this industry as far as we're concerned! We will never use anyone else!

I was in a bind my ac was completely out & I needed a new unit. AAA appliance was referred to me by a friend & I'm so thankful.  They were on time each time I met up with them & they did a great job. Ian is very professional & knowledgeable. They're pricing is very reasonable for a new unit!! I would recommend them to anyone in need!

Yes, this company is wonderful and the staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and clean.  If you're lucky you get to speak to Bridgette who's amazing and calms you down and gets someone out to help right away.  My folks and I have been using them for years and they never disappoint.  Last night our AC stopped blowing cold air and today they sent someone and fixed it right away.  A capacitor was the culprit and it didn't break the bank to have it replaced.

So our a/c went out and I called AAA American Air & Appliance and they came right out same day. The technician was professional and friendly. Our new Install was done quickly. I definitely recommend this company.

We got several estimates but liked this company the best!  The price was right and we are happy with our new air conditioner!

I didn't actually use their services. I called today because I noticed that my refrigerator door had been left open all night. And while the freezer seem to be working okay,the refrigerator was warm. When I called and talk to the sweet lady on the phone, she told me to unplug my fridge and let it sit for a while to see if it would start working again. She didn't want to charge me for something that might not even be broken. You don't really find people like that anymore. Usually companies try to charge you for anything they can. I appreciate her honesty and her time and I will always use and recommend them in the future. Thank you again!

I don't normally use Facebook, Twitter or Yelp for this but I felt compelled to tell my friends in the valley that if you ever need any help with your air conditioner, heater or appliances I hope you use American Air and Appliance!  This isn't a sales pitch but I truly couldn't say enough wonderful things about this company.

They had two people to my house within 2 hours of my call yesterday. After assessing the problem, Ian the owner, explained it to me in a way that I could understand and didn't continue until I completely understood and had all my questions answered. He gave me a few options on how to go about fixing it and even recommend the easier (cheaper) way, not trying to up charge me. The two of them spent over an hour at my house fixing the drain and getting it to work properly for the evening so we wouldn't be out of air for another night.
Three guys (including Ian again) were here for 2.5 hours this morning, right on time, and fixed it completely. Ian explained it all the way thru, showing me the broken parts and making sure I understood exactly what they were doing.
All three guys were clean, professional, polite and friendly. They cleaned up their mess and even left my laundry room (access to the attic) cleaner then they found it.
Bridget in the office was kind, understanding and calming when I called to schedule the appointments. She also called this morning to let me know they were on their way. She was professional and knowledgable and relieved a lot of my anxiety.
As a single woman I like to research the problem so that I have at least the basic knowledge of the appliance. I don't want to get taken advantage of or feel confused about what is happening and what needs to be done. I never felt taken advantage of nor felt inferior. If anything I feel they gave me a phenomenal deal financially.  Truly a phenomenal company and I will only ever call them for all my needs.

I just got home and my house is COOL!!!

The girls who scheduled were very helpful in getting me a 1 hour window for the techs arrival.  They followed up the morning of to let me know the tech was on his way.  Patrick arrived and was very pleasant and easy to work with.  Diagnosed the issue very quickly, but took the time to do it right.  Also advised me on new appliances and what to look for, etc.  Overall great experience and would recommend Patrick and American Air anytime

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company.  2 weeks ago they fixed my mom in laws capacitor.  Not only were they timely but professional and polite.  Everyone from the receptionist to the technician are friendly and knowledgeable.  Then ironically my air conditioning went out due to a shorted out controller.  Again the same individuals were awesome.  Bridgette is so kind and Patrick is A+ --everyone does a superb job and so friendly.  Not only are they the best but I would refer them to family--anytime.

Ian was great. He diagnosed a furnace issue very quickly that another company had sent a technician out 4 times for. Ian also corrected the other technicians faulty work. Highly recommend American air & appliance. Quick response, after calling and very professional, knowledgeable service.

Great service. Came out within a short time of when we called about our air conditioner went out. Diagnosed the problem very quickly. Repaired unit and made sure it was working correctly. Very reasonable price. Would absolutely call again for work.

I was referred to AAA by my father-in-law who used them for his rental property, and they are absolutely amazing.  Both their communication and work was fantastic, and really made the whole process painless. They replaced our air conditioning unit, the entire ductwork, and removed an old gas furnace in the attic, and it couldn't have gone more smoothly.  My wife and I are truly grateful for their amazing work, and we can now live comfortably in our home.

During the recent hard freeze, our heating system didn't seem to be working properly. We called this company and they were slammed because of the weather.  They promised to come out - and they did.  It was in the evening and well past their normal hours, but the owner showed up and took care of the issue.  He had the house warming up in no time.  Excellent customer service.

My thermostat went out and the home warranty company sent AAA.  Wow!  Ben the service tech was informative, prompt and courteous.  I would recommend them to assist with any air con issues!  That you AAA!!!

I've used this company for my home, our business and have passed along their number to my in-laws and a few other people. They are always out quickly and honest about what you need and don't need. If you don't want the hassle of shopping around or getting 2nd opinions, skip it and just use these guys!! :)

Alas our air conditioner did not work this year, and I had to get it repaired.  I called a company the listed first on Google Search (Ace Air) and had a less than pleasant experience.  I then called American Air and appliance.  What a major difference!  Bridgette in the office was exceptionally helpful and they dispatched Micheal to my home within an hour.  After tracking down the leak (that Ace wanted to charge me an additional $250 for) Micheal explained to me the nature of the problem and gave me a total run down on the charges. After a call to the office, he repaired the issue, recharged the system and presented me with the bill.  I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was!  I will never call any other company other than these guys again for my a/c repairs.  Top notch!

I cannot begin to describe how great the service experience was with this company...our microwave quite working on Saturday morning and of course the following week is Thanksgiving...after filing a claim with my home warranty company I was contacted first thing Monday morning and even though they were overbooked for the day they managed to squeeze us in...the microwave could be repaired but due to the fact that parts needed to be ordered I did not expect to have it for Thanksgiving day dinner preparation...imagine my shock and surprise when the technician was able to locate the part needed to make the repair and even made the extra effort to come back Monday afternoon and make the repair...the microwave is working great and I am a lifetime customer of American Air & Appliance...customer service that earns all 5 Stars PLUS!!!!

If you live in North Phoenix American Air and Appliance is the way to go for air conditioning repair and/or appliance repair. As all of you know in Phoenix starting in June it can get to undesirable temperatures. On Friday at 3pm I realized my air was not working when it hit 85 in my house. I called around and searched on Yelp for advice from the public. No one was answering, one guy even said I have no interest in servicing up there. I left a message at American Air and Appliance that I was getting frustrated with no one picking up and next person who calls me back gets the business. In less than 30 minutes I received a call back from Ian's (owner) wife, who by the way was vacationing with their son at some lake in Northern AZ. She said Ian, her husband, could be there within the hour. This was at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. He showed up within the hour, 55$ service charge which is taken off if there is something that needs repair.

He tested the capacitor and other things on AC I dont know anything about and determined the capacitor was out. It took less than hour for him to cool down my AC unit (because it had overheated due to the capacitor being out and the motor still wanting to run), replace the capacitor and get it back to pumping out cold air. Throughout this process I tested him with questions and stories about scam artists in the business, he was very upfront and honest with me and showed/explained what was going on.

I would recommend this guy to anyone in the valley. He stayed home and worked over the weekend while his kid and wife were jet skiing up north. It is him and a partner who do the work and his wife runs the back office stuff for him. Ian is your man for the job.
