UPDATE: Manager came out and quieted the inside noise. Then he installed metal sheeting as needed to keep moisture and critters out. Thank you for being honest and listening to the customer.

old air conditioner was so quiet and new one is so noisy.

They already had to replace the compressor on the NEW unit and then they added a blanket to the compressor.

The techs were super friendly and they agreed that it was noisy. Each tech said they would talk to their manager concerning this inside noise and get right back to us.  Unfortunately, they never call back.

The new unit works fine but is very loud inside the house. We never ever heard inside noise from the unit they removed. Disappointed!

Don't get sucked in by their cheap annual check-up. I think all they're trying to do is get someone in the door to tell you that you need a new system.

I had a guy come out to check out my two 12 year old Trane heat pumps.  He wasn't here more than 15 minutes and said the units are old and should be replaced.  I told him that they seemed to be working OK, i.e. heat in the winter, AC in the summer, and he gave me a speech about how harder they have to work in the summer because of our high temperatures.  

I didn't need this guy to tell me that my 12 year old systems were 12 years old.  I especially didn't need him telling me they needed to be replaced without even checking for failing components.

We purchased a new Goodman heat pump, and they installed an Amana unit that has had 3 major repairs including 2 control boards and a motor, along with other parts. Now it needs a new coil for $2118 labor charge under warranty!
System is under 5 years old and has been a constant money pit.
Replacing a warrantied capacitor was $245.
Stay far away from Semper Fi and find someone that installs the equipment you pay for, and stands behind their products without exorbitant labor costs.
Additionally, they waited 2 months and 17 days to register the unit with Amana, which means we only get 5 year parts warranty rather than 10 years. They did not provide the model and serial numbers so we could register it ourselves.
One can only surmise why they would prefer to service systems out of warranty.

Used them before and they did the job they were paid to do.
Received a call about wanting to get service, set up an appt.  3 hr window and they never called or showed up.  About 2 hrs after appt. time they called me and I didn't want to hear the excuse so I just said you didn't show up or call so cancel appt.  
I will find a company that actually shows up or calls if there is an issue.  There is no excuse for this.  I owned my own company for 7 years and would never allow this to happen.

Don't use, don't trust!
Our AC was blowing warm air on Easter Sunday so we called Semper Fi. My husband is a veteran and likes to use veteran owned businesses.
They came out and said repairs were around 4500 for the parts and labor and we should consider a new unit at 13,000. As matter of fact they had a cancellation the next morning and they wanted us to say yes right then.
We contacted two other companies and come to find out we have a bad wire, easy fix. Air on and everything is good.
So terrible to try to rip off people especially ones that have defended this country.
Don't use, don't trust!

We had our air conditioner serviced by Thomas today and what an experience. Never ever have we had such an education on our system and it's workings. We were shown every step of the way what needed to be done and the satisfaction received was beyond belief. We definitely recommend this company highly for their thoroughness and honesty. After being told by 3 other companies over the course of time we needed a new unit we have finally found one that we can trust and will be able to get another 4 to 5 years of life out of current unit. This company has a home here at our address.

Don't let the name fool ya because the guy came over and he was an inexperienced technician and then he left and I had the same problem and they just want to upsell you all this stuff. They think you need ! It was supposed to be a inspection of my unit. I think he's probably checked three things. It was what you call a half ass inspection. Never again!!!

Had a brand new baby in the house and my A/C went out warranty company said it would be 3 wks, Semper Fi came out gave me a great deal and new A/C in a week. Best customer service. Thank you Terry Wade for helping with everything. Highly recommend this company.

Seriously if your looking for quality on the roof ac installation then pass on Semper Fi. 4 months later roof leaks. Roofing company says they did a small tar spot where they removed the support rail as well as depleted 60% of the life on surrounding shingles. Cold air leajed thru bottom opening until the supervisor finally came out and tapped it but failed to notice or care about poor workmanship. Owner would not return my calls in July. A second complaint with BBB has been filed with follow up with ROC coming. Used the company in April on my 2nd house with in attic/ground unit. Repeat customers mean nothing to this company just the money for the sale. I've got plenty of pictures, wish they could be posted on this place. Your ball Jessie.. come see your bad quality and stop excuses.

With a name like Semper Fi I didn't want to make a bad review.  That would be almost unpatriotic right?  But I gave these guys a lot of chances, like 10 chances, and they just don't listen.

They did a terrible job on my AC Thermostat replacement.  I wasn't going to write about it.  But after they finally got it right (took 3 trips and a supervisor), they began spamming me.  I received phone calls and emails weekly.  On the phone I told them stop spamming me and they would say oh sorry and 1 week later I get another phone call.  Emails were easier I just blocked them.  But now they are texting me.  I replied stop and also stop spamming but they just keep doing it.  Over 10 texts, 10 phone calls, and 10 emails- that's 30 marketing calls in less than a year!

I wanted a thermostat changed.  I never agreed to 30 more pieces of advertising.  Here's a tip guys:  good HVAC folks are hard to find.  If you actually did a good job the first time, you wouldn't need so much marketing.

Here's the story on my thermostat.  Simple roof HVAC AC/Heat pump combo, had an old thermostat from like 1970, the round kind with the mercury in it (people over 50 will remember).  I wanted the new digital kind, so I went to Home Depot and picked one up for $50.  I carefully matched the wire colors, diagrams, etc., but the fan wasn't working.  So I went to Yelp and found Semper-Fi.  They came out and said that the thermostat I bought was wrong, and that they would use their own, for $400.  Now I don't know why it costs $400 for a simple thermostat, this wasn't a touch-screen thing or whatever.  Anyway, the kid they sent was apparently new.  I said go ahead I just wanted to get this over with.  The kid couldn't do it.  So then he got on the phone, got walked through it by a supervisor.  Then he said he was done and he left.  Then I tested the unit, and it was blowing hot air instead of cold air.  (why didn't the newbie test it before leaving?)   I called back they tried to tell me that they could come back in 3 days.  3 days without AC in Arizona is unacceptable, especially when I just paid $400 for something that should have been $200 max ($50 parts, $150 labor).  After enough arguing the supervisor came back.  Oh the kid just switched the wires he said.  Yeah I get it, I'm in construction too.  Except I DON'T SEND NEWBIES ALONE TO FOLKS' HOMES!  Let him ride in a truck with an experienced tech for 6 months before you send him out!

So that was the story, first I was the guinea-pig for this newbie, then I was over-charged, and finally I'm spammed!  Yeah, you bet I'm pissed.  Ooo-rah my ass.  If this was the marines you'd be doing pushups until your hands bleed.  I know they don't allow such mediocrity in the marines.

They sent tech out for the maintenance check up. He called out the issues and offered repairs or a new unit replacement pricing on the spot. His prices were much much lower than the big Phoenix service companies. I am going to get other prices but feel that Semper Fi will earn my business.

It pains me to have to write a review like this, but here goes.  This will be a longer review, so if you're just looking for a quick recommend or non-recommend, than it is a hard non-rec for me.  

I'm a Marine.  My salesman, Billy, that came to my house is a Marine.  The owner of the company is a Marine.  Supposedly, a bunch of Marines work for the company.  I had shopped around for HVAC companies and knowingly spent upwards of $1500 and some change more by going with Semper Fi because I figured with a bunch of Marines and a company using the Marine Corps motto, these guys would have to be committed to service and stand behind their work, right?  I wish.

Our problems started with Billy and clearly he didn't do his due diligence to make sure our unit could be installed with no problems.  After we did start having problems, I reached out to him desperate for help.  He said he was tied up on a job but that he would call me later and make it right, but I never heard from him again.  He was quick to take my money, but avoided the hell out of me after he realized he screwed up.

We had a couple kids come out and do the install, which took just around nine hours to complete.  It was about 110 degrees that day, but those kids were working in the attic and outside, so I won't complain too much other than to mention that our house was around 92 degrees inside the whole day.

The kids ran into some kind of problem and couldn't get the unit to work properly.  They called their supervisor who then said we needed to call SRP to get more power because we have solar panels, even though we don't rely solely on solar and our old unit never had an issue with power.  These kids left us to figure out the power situation even thought the unit still wasn't working properly and so we had to cram into my son's room with our own personal portable air conditioner.  But not before we had to spend a couple hours on the phone with SRP, because lord knows they don't pick up for a while, to try to figure out the power situation to get our air working.  Hours after being on the phone with SRP, though, it was indeed a Semper Fi issue.

I'm not going to go into every detail and problem we had without a properly functioning unit only because I don't want to leave a 10 page report, but we were left in the heat for eight whole days.  Our unit would work on and off, but it wasn't consistent.  On the eighth day, they finally sent an electrician to us and it turns out our unit was being regulated by an energy sentinel, which is weird because our old unit wasn't regulated by this sentinel so not sure if it was hooked up like this by their techs?

My biggest complaint is that I never heard from a customer service rep apologizing for going eight days in the hot summer largely without an AC unit.  Not one person from Semper Fi's office reached out to us to at least say sorry.  Every time we called the office, it seemed like an inconvenience for us to be calling and complaining about our hot house that we just dropped $13k+ on.  When we asked for a portable AC unit to supplement ours, we were told that the house needed to be consistently 90 degrees and hotter and our 86 degree house wasn't enough.  We were never a priority as evidenced by our eight days without a properly functioning unit.  I even sent an email to the company stating that I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau as well as a lawyer for selling us a lemon, but still never heard anything from them.

These guys need to significantly improve their systems because they're broken in their current state.  I will give a shout out to Terry, their service manager, and Jonathan as both of these guys busted their butts trying to get us taken care of and were very empathetic to our situation.  But there was zero support from the office and I still have yet to hear from anybody regarding this issue.  Seriously poor customer service and that is really unfortunate from a company using Semper Fi as their name.  That name should mean something, especially from a bunch of Marines.  It means something to me, which is why I paid more to work with Semper Fi in the first place.

***UPDATE***
I spoke with Rosie Marshall, the operations manager for the company.  She was very apologetic, which she should be considering the treatment, and seems like she wants to improve the customer service process for the company.  She also stated she would refund the amount that we overpaid by going with this company, but we'll see how it goes.  I still will not recommend this company, though, based on my personal experience which still has me getting angry.  No one should have to go through what we went through after spending as much money as we did.  Still, I appreciate the effort and the promise to do better with other, so I increased their rating by one star.

Tried to do business with this company this week and it was not a good experience. I have a management company that takes care of homes for winter visitors and we have the authority to let anyone in and out to do repair. This company was very unresponsive. Could not get a call back finally got someone to talk to on the third call. They insisted the homeowner had to be there to let them in for the inspection. The homeowner lives in Canada and is traveling right now and unavailable but that did not seem to matter. I ended up using the Duke of Air and was extremely happy with their professionalism and their pricing.

No way.  You had 2 chances.  Spreading the word.  Referring my customers to Dukes of Air. They were great.

I highly recommend this company. Bill set up my installation and was professional and patient. Wayne and Austin came out and installed my heat pump. They were on time polite, professional, and courteous. They did a great job and I am highly satisfied.

The crew removed an old furnace and A/C, replacing it with a new heat pump. Good price. Great work. Efficient. Clean. Manners were outstanding.  Many neighbors have also used Semper Fi.  My husband and I definitely recommend them.

We have used Semper Fi a couple of times and have been totally satisfied each time. They arrive as scheduled while calling to advise that they are enroute to my home. They explain everything that they are going to do before and then advise what has been done upon completion. Troy was our technician this repair. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are very reasonable and the Veteran's discount is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Semper Fi and we will be using them again in the future.

After a 5-month journey from original install in July 2022 and providing then a 2 star review I hope my daily agony is over. Details are long and end results are that the company with new management stepped up and corrected errors and mistakes. Second fix crew Mike and Blake were awesome and fixed the prior install problems after the roof area was repaired. Little disappointed the owner didn't bother to acknowledge me in this process. But owners are busy from what I understand. Thanks for stepping up, not 100% positive for a 3rd hire just yet unless the fore mentioned techs are still working when needed. (For some reason Yelp would not allow me to edit the first review, thus adding an updated and new one).

We had called Semper Fi Hearing & Cooling and had a tech out within a few hours! The tech they sent out, Zack, was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about our system and took the time to explain everything to us in a way we could understand. Zack was extremely respectful and professional. This has been a FAR better experience than any other HVAC company I've had come by.

We knew it was about time to replace our 20 year old AC units.  We searched around and decided on Semper Fi due to a lot of good word-of-mouth reviews.  Long story short, the price was right, the installation was quick and smooth, the install techs were prompt and professional, and so far (2 days in) no problems whatsoever.  Very happy with Semper Fi Heating & Cooling.  Thanks guys!

Our air conditioner was making some funny sounds; plus, it was 22 years old.  I had been getting Semper Fi ads through the mail so I thought that I would give them a chance to repair or replace our air conditioner.  Travis did a very detailed examination of our air conditioner.  He showed us pictures and walked us through the I don't think your air conditioner is going to make it talk.  

We did our due diligence and called 2 other air con/heating companies.  One never called back and the other was priced so much higher than the quick quote that Semper Fi gave us that we knew we needed to go with Semper Fi.

Now flash forward to the install day:  Cesar and Omar showed up early in the morning to install our new air conditioner.  They asked a few questions and then got down to the business of installing our new air conditioner.  They were very polite, considerate and on task from the get go.  That afternoon while I was cooking, our new air conditioner came on and cooled our house really quick.  So much so that I had to turn down the air con so I could warm up a bit.

All and all we were very pleased.

Liars, cheats, Unethical .I had technian out last week to service my AC his name is Michael. He said my freon was low and that he couldn't service it because it wss R22 which is no longer used . He said the compressor was failing. High amps etc . so he said I probably best to replace unit.  So he was pushing me to buy a new one of course. that same  day with great deal of course, I said I'll get other options.  I hired 2  3rd party ac companies  to inspect my unit. It was not R22 freon as i was told by michael. And was not low.It was the right freon used nowadays. . Also the compressor was operating perfectly . This from 2 different companies. There was nothing wrong with my compressor or anything else. This was a total money grab by the technician and probably pushed by Sempa Fi their technicians to try sell me a $11,000 unit I did not need. BEWARE of the CROOKS. They  don't make money having 17.00 service calls so they rather make 11 grand selling u a whole new unit. I am going to post this on every review board. You. disgrace the marines. Have you owner call me if you dare.

These guys are professionals. You may be able to find a cheaper price but Semper Fi shows up on time, gets the job done correctly and stands by their work. It is refreshing to find a company that puts the customer first.

Bought a new 4ton Goodman unit April 7th and the install for the promised duct work was not done correctly. I called and informed them, spoke to manager and nothing happened, not even the normal quality check. I called back and finally someone came out June 8th to fix the issues.

Now on July 13th, less than 3 months later, my $16,000 AC is dead in the water. I contacted Semper Fi at 1pm, promised a tech between 4-7. No tech EVER showed up nor called. Now it is 8:22 and I have called again, no tech available. I have never seen such horrible customer service through and through from install to service. I lost a tank full of fish already and had to take my dog and child to family's house to get through the day, night, and now another day.

Save yourself the hassle and find another company. The pain won't stop at install, you will have a malfunctioning unit and a hot home for years to come. Veterans first my @$$. Disgusting.

Six-week update: Josh M. (who was awesome by the way) came out multiple times the week of July 13th and decided to order a new part to try and fix the issue. I was taught how to reset the machine every time it went down and how to read error codes...so now I paid to be a part time AC tech. Part was ordered and told 2-3 weeks and he will come install it. Six weeks later and no part. I cannot get the reset to keep the AC running more than an hour and had to call again. The excuse now is, there is a new person in parts. I am again waiting on a call back to see where my mysterious part is while my limited training in HVAC work has the brand-new unit dead in the water AGAIN.

I don't usually write reviews, but we had a terrible experience with this company. Our AC went out a few days ago so we had someone from Semper Fi come take a look.

The salesman told us there was rust in the unit that couldn't be seen. He said we either needed to pay $9000 to replace the part, or pay $10,000 for a new AC unit.  My husband felt a little rushed to make a decision and like the salesman might be trying to talk us into purchasing a new unit.

So we decided to get a second opinion from another company. This company said it was clear we had a leak, and within 2 hours, they were able to find the source of the leaking and weld it closed.

Semper Fi never even tested our machine for leaks. All in all, we saved about $8,000 by not taking Semper Fi at their word.

We will definitely not be using this company again.

Our a/c went out right before Memorial Day. Called Semper Fi who we have a yearly contract with. They came out on Memorial Day and installed a whole new system. Two wonderful guys spent about 5 hours on a HOLIDAY putting in our new system. They did a great job, very courteous, efficient, friendly and had the job done quickly. The price was very reasonable and we are very pleased with their work. Highly recommend this company for any heating or air conditioning problems. Thanks for a great job Semper Fi.

Hubby and I had two new AC / Heater units installed in our home in Fountain Hills last Wednesday. We are extremely happy with new AC / Heaters and the service we had from this company. They came here Wednesday morning ( hubby and I had coffee and donuts set up for them in our garage) , 5 guys I meet three of the guys Walter, Darian and Ernesto. They were all very polite and very informative, they let hubby and I know how to use the new thermostats During the day their supervisor came by to check to see if everything was going well and he came back the next day just to do double check that everything thing was done correctly. I would totally recommend this to anyone who needs new AC's . We found out about them from word of mouth. I will definitely let others know what great service we received and we are very happy with our new AC's / Heaters

We recently purchased a park mobile in the Silveridge RV Park. We knew the AC & Heating unit was 22 years old so we took advantage of the preseason check on our system. We decided to replace the system after learning the AC's freon was depleated and the R22 refridgerent is no longer available. The Semper Fi technicians (Dustin and Josh) arrived with the replacement unit and within a short time they installed it and had it tested and running. Dustin and Josh were very friendly and professional. All their work was neatly done.

Frustrating to say the least.

My poor parents have been getting the run around with this company for over a year. Please, do your research and hire a different HVAC company. The BRAND NEW units that were installed last July have been nothing but a headache for my parents. Technician after technician, call after call, repair after repair - save yourself the trouble and have someone come in on DAY ONE to properly install and service your AC.

My Dad, a veteran, has PTSD and health issues - and he thought by hiring a Veteran Owned business that they would be trustworthy and reliable. While we have had glimmers of respite and were told this was it when it came to repairs - it has never been the case.

The AC is now completely not functional AGAIN, and they're stuck with no AC for who knows how long. Over $20k and a year later, and we don't know when this will ever end...

My air conditioner/furnace leaking water all over the floor. I had called them last year and 2 men  responded quickly and unclogged it. This time 1 person showed up and said I needed a  new unit for $8000. Advised him that was not an option and would he just unclog the line. He said he could not
do that and it was a $70 service fee. I now have water everywhere. Called them yesterday and was advised a manager would call me today.  Just called and manager left for the day and tech said nothing he could do. They refuse to come out again. Looking for someone else. I asked for my $70 back. They will not refund it.

I went hook, line and sinker for the $17 AC check-up. I did not accept the $2,200 recommended repairs and $1,000 in upgrades. You should be ashamed.
FOLLOW-UP: An executive from the company called me to get more information. He said the person who I dealt with was no longer with the company and he apologized for the bad experience. He was genuine and respectful. Thank you.

Price, installation, service and plain old showing up is important.
Sempre Fi came in thousands lower than some of the other big name companies, showed up as promised, the staff is professional and their work was done with craftsmanship.

The Quote:  Starting with Gabe and the quote, he showed up with a ladder in hand to thoroughly investigate what was needed. Unlike some companies that show up to do a quote and look at nothing and just throw out a price. Also, because it was hot in the house, Gabe arranged for a space cooler to be delivered. It was dropped off to us within an hour.

The Installers & Installation:  Then a day later Mike & Josh showed up to do the installation of the unit. They showed up on time and prepared to do the install, meaning they didn't have to leave for parts. They put down drop cloths to protect the carpet and got right to work. Placed drop cloths in the room with the attic as well. After the installation, they cleaned up and the house looked like they were never there. The installation was clean and tidy. It took them about 6 hours, which I though was fast to replace the unit both outside and in the attic. All of the guys were very professional and easy to do business with. The installation was seamless. This was a replacement of a heat pump and an installation of a new thermostat.

I would highly recommend Sempre Fi!

so I had a technician come to my home and within 10 mins he told me my entire hvac needed to be replace because I have very little refrigerant in it.  He have ma an outrageous price and told me it needed replacement.  Zero options, zero information about the unit.  The next day I reached out because I have a home warranty and I need a technician report.  They tell me they have to send a new technician out he would come between 3pm-7pm.  He shows up exactly at 5pm.  I begin to tell him what happening and he cuts me off and tells me he cannot go by what another technician did or didn't do.  I was trying to bring speed to make things easier and he was extremely rude he cut me off and told me to turn on the unit. I immediately asked him to leave not dealing with anyone's bad day and it was apparent he was pissed it was after 5pm.

The guys just completed all new install on two new HVAC systems for my house.  They were great.  That included Mike, Blake, Josh and Francisco.  They showed up when they said they would, got right to work and worked non-stop until the job was finished.  They cleaned up better than what they got when arriving.  I also want to thank them for being so kind to me.  That was way beyond what they needed to do.  Also a shout out to Bryce for his working with me and helping me so much initially with the attempted maintenance on a 30-year old system and the final bid for services.

A few weeks back our a/c started making a whistling noise after shutting off.  The sound was a high whistling noise and after checking, and changing the air filter, the noise continued to bother us.  I contacted Semper Fi and they sent a service person, Tim, to investigate the problem.  He made a few adjustments but the noise problem was not located.  I made a video recording at his suggestion and called them again.  Tim returned, watched the video, located the problem and secured the loose, vibrating tube.  He secured the tube in several ways and the noise stopped!  I am very glad they honored the warranty and took care of this problem.  Tim was polite, professional and excellent in his problem solving! I highly recommend Semper Fi Heating & Cooling!

About a year ago, we had Semper Fi service our A/C. Hector told us we needed something installed which we approved.  We left for a trip shortly after that. Our house sitter called to tell us our house was really hot. Something went wrong with our A/C less than a week after Semper Fi's service.  It was running non-stop, 24-hours a day, for almost three weeks. Semper Fi came out to repair it and charged us an additional $480 even though, in my opinion,  their shoddy work was the cause of the failure.  Plus, our unit was under warranty and we should not have been charged at all. I've contacted them about a refund, but I haven't heard back from them.

Our air conditioner quit at 8 pm on a Sunday night.  I quickly made an appt for Monday on Semper Fi's website.  Ryan came before noon, gave us a quote, and our new unit will be installed on Tuesday!  Plus, they are delivering a stand alone AC unit for us to use until the other one is up and running.  You can't beat that kind of service!

My heater has been broken since December 13. Was told repair would be fixed the following Thursday December 15. Needed a part so repair was rescheduled to Tuesday December 20. NO SHOW. Rescheduled to Friday December 23. NOW CAN'T GET PART SO NO REPAIR AGAIN. I will be without heat for 13 days. I am an 80 year old senior and am literally freezing. Very poor service and I pay for a service contract.  Now they want to schedule for next Tuesday the 27th in afternoon. I would not recommend this company to anyone. So much for trying to support a local business. UPDATE a service man just showed up and he put a temporary fix so I can have heat till Tuesday.  Pray it lasts.

I had my air conditioning suddenly go out and the temp in my house was rising quickly. I called Semper Fi and they had my issue resolved in less than 2 1/2 hours, and they gave me a Veteran discount! I can't tell you how much this means to me, especially not sitting around for hours just to have them not show up (this recently happened to me).
I have been having all kinds of issues around my house this week (drip system, water leak, electrical, and now this) and not every company has been this professional or helpful. I will recommend them to everyone.

Don't fall for the $17 check up. They claim you'll need all these repairs. Get the check up and get a second opinion, you'll be surprised what you don't need for repairs. It's amazing how there's no bad reviews on his website and they're rating is so high. They've been removed.
Shame on the owner for using a sacred military term to lure in the military and patriotic Americans who want to support our military. Don't fall for it. Forget the military discount their prices are insane to begin with.

Former Marine's dilemma... I called these guys for a no cool on a hot June and they were nice enough to get out the next day, Kudos! But, as Brandon (HVAC Tech) was talking to me about my needing a new unit, he came across super salesy, or as we like to say in the industry, he reeked of commission breath. I don't know that I can fault Brandon, because this might be the tactic he's told to employ by Semper Fi. So, what happened was, that he quoted me an original price of about 12k, BUT then added all kinds of special discounts that I can only use by the end of the week and that dropped everything down to about 9k (Oh do I feel special). Then he says, we service members need to take care of each other, cheesy. Well, after consulting with a couple of other HVAC companies the cost was already going to be about 9k. I'm not up to playing games and as a former Marine, I take exception to this company using our motto and tarnishing it. I'm just saying look somewhere else before committing to these guys.

My previous honest and transparent feedback was removed so I'll try again. I had two houses w/annual contracts with Semper Fi over the last four years. Due to overly inflated inspection recommendations and more focus on sales than honest biannual maintenance and cleaning, unfortunately I had to find another supplier who said I didn't need their recommendations nor was I soon needing an entire new AC unit at one rental house. We're a Marine Corps family for over 50 years and it's disappointing that the marketing promises aren't upheld.

I bought a SEER 15 and they installed a SEER 14. They claim that parts they added would bring it to a 15. It was too late to cancel since they deinstalled my old A/C   Not recommended at all

This is how they left the job after paying $800+. The wires were exposed and the cover plate was gone. This is a rental house to a 90 year old lady so I didn't see it when the job when it was done. It took two months to get them out there to hide the exposed wire. They still didn't replace the cap. Stephanie in the office was the only plus, I was getting no reply from the service manager so she helped me out getting the job done.

We had Brandon come out and inspect our unit. I was at work so my wife was there. He informed her we had no charge left in the unit and it needed to be replaced quoted 8900 for new unit. I asked him to clean the coils, as they have not been cleaned. That service came to $384. I decided to get other quotes. The next guy came out and put his gauges on it and informed me charge was not low. He then checked my coils and told me they had not been cleaned he took pictures and cleaned them for me. Which made a big difference in my units operation. I have asked for a refund from semper fi, but have yet to receive a response

I called Semper Fi to replace my thermostat. The technician was nice, but that's about it. As he's about to leave, and I told him warm air is blowing. He said he would recheck the wiring. After making some changes to the wiring, he again was about to leave. I again said it's blowing warm air. He said the air coming from the ducts was 78, and it's just a hot day. (This AC unit is a work-horse. It blows very cold air.) A few hours later, my house is nearing 90 inside. I called them and told them it was an emergency because my dogs are starting to be stressed. She said the emergency crew would call me right back. No one ever called. A friend gave me the phone number of their AC guy. He called me back right away (it's 7pm by this time.) This morning, he came out and rewired and reprogrammed the thermostat. He showed me several things that were wrong. I still haven't heard from Semper Fi. They charged me over $400 for a $35 thermostat installed incorrectly. It was another very expensive lesson that these companies that claim to be honorable and trustworthy, when they are not.
UPDATE: It's been two days now and several phone calls - Semper Fi has never called me back.

Initially tried to charge $160 / lb for refrigerant. When I indicated my knowledge of the true value of it and what others charge they dropped to $79 / lb. On a typical 5 lb system that is an extra $405 they were trying to collect.

Bought a used mobile home an 2 weeks after moving in the AC unit bought the farm the park I live in was being impossible about the placement and size of the unit due to limited space 3 ac companies were unable to provide units the park would allow simper fi came over I dealt with a gent named bill explained the situation to him he took some measurements did some research on what they had in stock and what they could get quickly and 3 days later I had a new AC system everyone was top notch polite,professional and knowledgeable wouldn't hesitate a second to refer family or friends

This letter is long overdue. I wanted to send you the review I am going to submit to YELP and the Better Business Bureau.
On July 6, 2021 Semper Fi - after researching their A+ rating with BBB and top ratings on YELP - came to my house when my air conditioning quit. The unit was 4 years old. The tech spent many hours trying to find the problem, and finally said that 'maybe' it is a leak, put freon in, and left. But only after telling me it would cost $1060.00. I gasped and paid the bill.
July 16. My air was again not working and a different tech came out. Said he would check the dye, which I found out was standard use to check leaks. He put in dye and said someone would come back in a week. The temperature outside was 86 degrees.
A week later another tech.  NO leaks. He said sometimes the dye corrects the leak. I believed him.
But still no air. Tempe: 97 degrees. 99 degrees in my home. To stay that way for the next four weeks.
On August 19...44 h-o-t days without air - another tech came. Said it's the coil.
On 9/10 talked to office. Will check supply places for coil.
Terry Wade came out. Supervisor. Very rude. Agreed that it was coil. Another $1808.00 for coil. They agreed, grudgingly, to take off the previous paid amount. For fixing something that was not broken.
An appliance that is supposed to take hot air out of the room and cool it was brought in.  It brought the temp in my house to 95 degrees and my electric bill was as high as if I had air running.
The nightmare continued.
9/16 and 104 degrees and a tech came with coil.  And broke it!
9/24 - 86th day without heat on hot Arizona days...and my coil was installed.
No follow up. No apology. Nothing.
EIGHTY-SIX days...I would not recommend this company to anyone. Too many visits. Too many wrong diagnoses.  Too much money to fix things that were not broken.

I had Semper Fi check out my AC unit and was told that a temporary fix could be done, but the whole unit would die shortly and needed replacement.  I didn't believe the guy the second he said it.  I called an AC guy I used before, who is ,like myself, a former Marine.  He told me nothing is wrong with the unit and it should last for years.  I called Semper Fi to inform the owner about this, wondering if his employee was trying to make some kind of commision for selling me a new unit and perhaps the owner knew nothing about it.  The woman I spoke to said I would get a call back.  I never did.  It has been a couple of months now.  My AC works fine.  Take it from a former Marine, Semper Fi means nothing to the guy running Semper Fi.  They are scam artists!

On April 9th I texted him that I never heard back and he said it was an insane week and he would stop by the next day. Never heard back from him. The Military I came from (U.S. Navy) would have Court-martialed me for AWOL. Went elsewhere.

I was unfamiliar with Semper Fi but decided to get a quote from them for a new AC after hearing their ads and checking references.  Ultimately I decided to go with them after a very productive & informative convo with their salesperson.  

I was told this would be a quick and easy install and it took place as scheduled.  Unfortunately, things didn't go according to plan.  Through no fault of Semper Fi, I got a defective unit - and defective parts when they tried to make appropriate repairs to complete the install.  

Long story short, the real character of a company is displayed when there are problems - and I had plenty of them!  That said, the owner, the install & service team and everyone in the organization was on top of this and made sure I was satisfied.  It took two full days and much manpower to get the job done!

They were equally as frustrated as I was, but they did everything humanly possible to make certain that I was satisfied.  Kudos to them for being so customer focused.  Would I use them again - without hesitation!

Beware! Semper Fi Heating & Cooling is at the MERCY OF THEIR SALVAGE COMPANY for cleanup & disposal of old unit, packing material, residual of install  and trash.  It has been blocking my sidewalk for over 24 hours and still counting as I write this review. Never trust anyone that cannot clean up their own mess!!! The install techs were outstanding, professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions. They completed the install before noon and said the old unit and trash would be picked up after 1:30 pm yesterday. Called first thing this morning and called again after I received a call from community maintenance supervisor about proper disposal and possible leakage...do your own research and read all the reviews.

This is my second review of Semper Fi heating and cooling.  My first interaction with them was not exceptional and their pricing really turned me off.  The issue was that they wanted $700 for a new condenser fan motor and capacitor.  I thought that sounded high and I passed on their service.  He also had told me that I was low on freon and after a long conversation about parts and new quotes for A/C units we both forgot to add the freon on the first visit.  

I wound up repairing my unit for $125 from parts I ordered off Amazon.  The whole repair took me 26 min.  I am pretty mechanically inclined and the repair was very easy.  I had tried to get them to come down on their pricing but they didn't budge and it worked out in my favor.  

Fast forward two months and Semper Fi called me again to see if I wanted my A/C unit looked and we scheduled to have them come out and add freon.  This time I got Thomas and he was night and day different from my first visit.  He went out of his way to make sure I got a better experience from Semper Fi.  He even quoted me reasonable prices for a new A/C unit unlike the first time when I got a quote for $21K with financing for a 17.5 seer bosch unit.  This quote was for less than $10 for a 5 ton two stage Semper Fi unit (Goodman) which is what I already have installed.  

Thank you Thomas for making a very good impression of Semper Fi heating and cooling.  I went from not recommending Semper Fi to a company that I will probably have install my new A/C unit when the time comes.

I am a Marine (served 1971 - 1976) and years ago decided I would give Semper Fi a call when I needed a new air conditioner. The time arrived and I recently scheduled an in-home appointment to get a quote for a new air conditioner. The sales person was on time and that's about all I can say that is good. The salesman talked WAY too much. WAY too salesy. He was so new to the company he had no business card. He talked technical language to impress and confuse. The one number quote he gave at the house seemed high to me. I later called him and left a message requesting a detailed breakdown of the quote since it included a new unit and heater changes in my attic (plus all the labor). I never heard back from him so I called the office to talk to the sales manager. I was told the sales manager would call me back but again, no response in about a week. I am deeply disappointed this company would use a slogan revered by so many to attract business and then fail so miserably at upholding the honor and prestige associated with the Marine Corps. The pride associated with the slogan is sorely missing at this company.

I chose to go with this company because we are a family of veterans. And because of that, they gave us a beautiful discount. How beautiful and honoring! I wish more companies were like them. Professional, experienced, courteous and timely. I have called Semper Fi heating and cooling twice in recent months and have had nothing short of a FIVE STAR experience each time. The technicians have been fantastic. It's rare in this day and age to find a company that provides the necessary service WITHOUT attempting to upsell you or tell you that you need additional unnecessary parts or labor. The 2 techs, Andre and Daniel were not only professional and experienced, but were very courteous and willing to explain exactly what they were doing to correct the issue. My A/C and indoor vents weren.t working properly and the whole system was re-done for a bargain!! Thank you Jessie & Team!!! Very accommodating and thorough. They came back today for a 6-month tune-up and the fella was right on time, as he said he would be & was so kind. He made sure everything was working properly (which it was) & explained what he was doing as he was doing it. I am a 13 year Marine Corps Veteran that served under a Victor unit with 3 Iraq deployments and when my old AC took its last breath i searched for AC companies. When I found SEMPER FI Heating and cooling it immediately drew my attention because Semper Fi could only mean one thing;  its owned by Marine Veterans.  Josh, a bad ass Army Veteran was quick to come out asap at 10 pm  after working 12 hours day on his way home and spent until almost midnight diagnosing the issue. My unit was 15 plus years old so I figured it was time to get a new unit. Josh and the Semper Fi cooling team was not hesitant to help with a great price concerning inflation. The next day the install team (i forgot their names damn it) but they know they are; were super professional and helpful.  I will be using this company for as long as I live in my home state of Arizona!  Veteran or not they will hook you up!  Semper Fi !

It's been about 2 months since my installation. Could not be happier with the superior customer service received. My installers/techs were Omar, Christian & Jeremy.  The sheetmetal work by Omar was a bonus I was not expecting & it looks amazing. Great care of my home was taken & masks were worn . Before you read another word let's face a hard reality - no one in Arizona calls an air conditioning repair shop when it's 120 degrees for fun or just to chat. Having your AC go out in triple digit temperatures is more than an inconvenience, it's a very serious threat to the lives of everyone who lives under your roof and can be especially harmful to our furry indoor pet companions. So you call the first listing in the yellow pages and hope for the best. You're under duress and HVAC companies know that and now is when you learn that it's an industry full of scammers, charlatans and crooks. But here you are, reading this review about a company whose name starts with the letter S and they're making the same kind of claims most of the other AC shops are making except this one is hanging their hat on the service of our country's military men and women, police and other first responders. Is that reason to give them a chance or is reason to suspect a ruse and make you want to run the other way?

I started my search with this company based on the strong recommendation of a Marine Corps neighbor. It didn't hurt their chances of impressing me that my grandad was a Purple Heart recipient, my dad served in WWII, my brother is a Marine and many of my friends are doctors, nurses, police and others who devote their lives to serving others. But when it comes down to it I have to remember that I'm not wealthy and like everyone else I want the best value for my dollar. Plus I don't want to be cheated - I want to deal with someone who knows what they're doing when they have their hands inside my complex HVAC and is a first class professional.

I called on a Monday morning after heavy rainstorm had burned out the fan motor of my outdoor compressor unit. It was old and exposed to the elements and its age was working against me, it was only a matter of time, but this was a bad time for it to fail. By mid-morning the indoor temperature had already climbed to 97F and rising. Honestly my first impression of Semper Fi wasn't very impressive - they have two conflicting phone numbers on their website with no indication which to use. The first one rang maybe 10 times then an automated voice said the person was on the phone. So I called the less obvious number and a fairly gruff guy answered who kept putting me on hold and seemed to be distracted by something he was loudly typing on a keyboard. The number one thing he lacked was empathy as I tried to explain my predicament, like he has heard the same story so many times it had hardened him to caring about his callers like real people. But he did promise to schedule me the same day, then said he could make it earlier and after I agreed to do business with them I got a call from a friendly sounding lady who bumped the time up to almost immediately. I was very pleased.

The repair tech, who was named Thomas, called me a short time later to tell me he was on the way, and then called with his status a couple more times. When he arrived I had already learned from watching You Tube videos what I should expect and what might be hype. Within a minute I felt confident that he knew his stuff and his diagnosis was just what I expected and his quote, while slightly high, was balanced by me feeling confident that I was dealing with someone who knew what he was talking about and who would do a professional job. He did make some casual recommendations but none of that hard sell or fake fear that my house would burn down if I didn't pay him $10,000 for a brand new air conditioner on the spot.

I've hired many hundred employees in my career and Thomas would absolutely have a job with me anytime, he gave me confidence that yes I may pay slightly more at Semper Fi but I know the job would be done right.

Our Nest thermometer told us to have a tech come and check our heating unit. We called American Home Shield and they sent a tech out. Tech cleaned pilot light area and suggested we have the unit replaced as this was a temporary fix because unit was so old. We called a company for a second opinion, and they agreed we need a new unit BUT refused to do the work. The previous owner had surrounded the unit with plywood and then covered that in shredded paper insulation and blown in insulation.
Semper Fi came out and said not only would they replace the unit BUT they would contact SRP and get rebates applied to price of unit, gave us a military discount (my husband is a veteran) and gave us a discount because we decided to go with an air handler (switched from gas heater) and get our own electrician. The install took close to 7 hours instead of the normal 4 hours and the techs were WONDERFUL!!
We would highly recommend Semper Fi! The experience from sales to install was wonderful!

It starts with how may we make you smile? And ends with quality service. We began service with Semper Fi for regular maintenance. They provide service on your schedule, almost always next day.

Then our unit aged out and began to smell. When the technician took a look at it he said they could repaid hope but that all the parts were going to become very expensive very soon due to them no longer being made. While we didn't want a new unit, we knew that it was something that was going to happen soon. (Inspector to the house told us the same)

They replaced the unit and installed duct work to include our addition. They had us on schedule quickly and finished in a day. The one complaint I had was cosmetic drywall work from installing the vents. They fixed that quickly and professionally. We will continue to use them to service our unit seasonally and recommend them to our friends.

All technicians wore masks at our request and were professional and cleaned up after the job.

Purchased my 2nd AC unit from this professional Company this year.    1st was in start of July when my In-laws unit when out and we needed something done asap.  Terry visited me and I told him my story of needing help with this issue immediately.  Terry was nice enough to get right to the point and gave me a decent deal on a unit and it was installed 2 days later.  A few months later my AC unit was giving me trouble so I did my due diligence and had 3 different quotes and Semper Fi had the best and most honest price.  One thing that drives me insane is, when you get quotes and Companies bash each other and that is what happened with the other 2 Quotes.  I know when purchasing a Heat Pump one of the most important thing to look for is GOOD installation.  Well we had 2 amazing guys that installed our unit (Josh and Fransisco),  These guys were Fantastic!!!  They had to crawl up a little whole in my ceiling and take out old handler and get new one in and these guys were meticulous.  It took them over 8 hours for the entire install but they did it right and with care.  I will always call this Company 1st for my AC needs!!!

I called when our A/C failed at 8pm on a Friday.   They said they'd stop over this same evening and charge for a normal service call.   I was impressed.   Thinking I may need a new system,  the technician Ryan informed me I would only need a new compressor,  saving hundreds over what I thought my bill might be.
While performing the repair efficiently,  Ryan also informed me of the systems they sold and their benefits ... should the time come down the road when one is needed.   Mickey, Tanner, and Ryan were each friendly, trustworthy and professional.   I highly recommend!

They charged me $480 for a capacitor that costs $25 that takes honesty less than 5 minutes to change. My total for 45 minutes work was $1,105, and that's with my 20 percent discount!
My whole family has been military  (Korea, WWII, Vietnam, and Iraq) including my Mother a Marine who drove truck in WWII. My point is get bids, don't fall for this horrible pricing.

Called when our AC wasn't working at 9:00pm. Technician was here at 11pm same day! Very impressed considering it's the start of summer here in Phoenix and every AC place is booked up. Technician was very polite and professional. Quickly found the issue and resolved right away. Price was OK considering they came out same day at 11pm, not easy to find a place that responds so quickly. Paid a higher price than anticipated but at least it's working again now.

It's my 1st Summer in AZ. Doing a total remodel of our home. Down to the studs. 2 days ago our AC went out. The inside temp got to 99°.
I Googled HVAC near me. The soonest anyone could come out was Wednesday. I called these other companies on a Saturday morning. Then I called SemperFi. They came out the next day. Today. Father's Day.
Based on a recommendation from a coworker I called SemperFi. I'm a 9 year Veteran and retired FF. They give discounts for that BTW. I digress.
I tried fixing this myself. I'm sure I was close to electrocuting myself trying to do this as my brother talked me through it.
SemperFi showed up before I did any more harm.
They (Luke) just finished up a bout an hour ago. If he represents the rest of the company hands down the best HVAC company I've ever hired. I felt completely confident in his assessment not feeling coned at all. Honest as the day is long. I could go on and on.

Phenomenal Service! Quick, fast, and easy! I had an issue in my home Saturday evening where our AC unit went out and inside the house was 80F. My family members each dialed 4 different agencies prior to Semper Fi and each one had a hold time of over 10 minutes and some did not have same day service available. They called me and told me they had an issue at home, immediately I called Semper Fi and the receptionist was quick at getting my information and saying she would dispatch the nearest Tech to our home. Within 15 MINUTES SOMEONE ARRIVED TO OUR HOME TO REPAIR THE AC UNIT!!!!!! You guys are amazing in every sense of the word. I will always recommend you and keep you on my 1st call. Our A/C went out in Gilbert, AZ on one of the hottest steamiest days of the year. I did an internet search for an HVAC company. One of the first companies that I saw was Semper Fi. Their radio and TV ads had me familiar with their name, plus I am a big admirer of the men and women who have served out country. I called and got ahold of a very pleasant lady at their business. They sent out Brandon (army vet) who was awesome. He diagnosed the issue(s) we had on our units. We needed some costly repairs. He explained the costs and benefits of repairing the existing system, and cost of a new unit and warranty as well. We opted for a new 5-ton unit. Our family's military background gained us a nice discount, which helped a lot. They were able to schedule the work in two days, which at this time of the year I felt was reasonable. Also, what was great was them sending an angel Cordelle over that night with a portable A/C unit for our bedroom. This unit actually was able to keep the majority of our house comfortable. Huge Thanks!! The install crew of Hector and Jesus were equally awesome and got to work. It took them a while to accomplish all of the work they needed to perform. They had the best attitude, as did the others. Under 6 hours later we had cold air circulating through the house. It was much more work than I thought. These guys were working under pretty extreme heat, especially in the attic. Hector, the lead man, made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He installed a much easier to operate thermostat than we previously had. I was VERY pleased with the whole process. We ended up with a new unit with a great warranty for parts and service. I highly recommend Semper Fi for your needs should you be as unfortunate as us and have a unit go out at this time of the year in AZ! They all around took good care of us.

As our summer came we searched for a company that we thought would exemplify excellent customer service. This group is amazing, from the wonderful person who answered the phone to the technician who landed on our doorstep.
If you want quality you have to be willing to support a company that shows up and honors their word. We had a new air conditioning unit installed a couple years ago which came with free service on the unit for a limited time. It just so happened after that free service time was up, after our final check up, now the unit makes noise every time it starts up. As well my husband had to tighten up a piece on the outside unit. The company says we have to pay $70 for them to come look at it! Do yourself a favor and keep looking for a company that has integrity rather than this company.

Service wasnt bad but you should probably confirm with homeowner prior to beginning the work and give them the option to decide if they want to pay $400 (with my supposed veteran discount) for a $30 part and 20 minutes of labor. Dont hide under the Marine shield and then rip vets off

Responded quickly to the original call. Install day was a joke. They were at my house from 7am to 11pm and we had to tell them to go and come back the next day to finish. We have been trying to get someone to come finish the air return vents (cosmetic, but necessary) for weeks. My husband keeps getting told I'll have them call you).

They fixed what another company failed to address. We moved into a new build Dec 19. For the first year we had a warranty with another company. We complained about our noisy unit several times and in 1 year they sent a tech out 3x. Problem was never fixed. I called Semper Fi in April 2021 when my year was over for my Spring Tune up. They were able to immediatley find out the issue and address it. We tried to get the first company to fix it but their reviews hold true (very bad). Semper fi was great. Never tried to upsell us and fixed the issue promptly.

The owner, Jesse, is great to work with. True to his word, he makes sure the job is done and the client is satisfied. Won't lie, had some hiccups, but at the end of the day, Semper Fi got the job done and honored the price they quoted.

We had two evaporator coils develop leaks and both needed replaced. Semper Fi recommended some better coils since our unit was out of warranty. They improved the plenum boxes at the coils and did great work. A senior tech even came by a few days later to check on the work done by his crew and verify all was functioning correctly. Our home cooks better today than the day it was built new, only 6 yrs ago.

AC went out in my home, of course in July!  Called Semper Fi and immediately had an appointment with a service tech (Ashton, actually a manager) the same day.  He diagnosed what what wrong and went much more in depth than ANYONE else we have used in the past.   Had to replace the one unit and decided to do both.  Ashton took great care of us!  I will also add, the front office crew was great!  Everytime I called, they sounded like they liked their work.  Then the install came, and I was amazed at how awesome that crew was!  Joe, Jeff and Mo were beyond great.

Being an Army Vet I was concerned calling out a Marine to fix my AC.  Once I hid all of the crayons I felt it was ok to have Semper Fi come on out.  Joking of course, Marines are used to this kind BS from their Army brothers.  Trust me they have many Army jokes to come back with.  Ok, enough with funny stuff.  First, I called Semper Fi because you can count on a Marine, being on time, friendly (unless poked with a stick), fast and will tell you like it is!  Froy showed up and asked me a few questions.  He checked exactly what I asked and gave me repair options.  Froy was very professional, friendly and is an asset to Semper Fi.  I will always recommend them and use them in the future.  Thanks to Semper Fi for excellent service!

Semper Fi tried to repair an older unit but eventually a new unit was needed.  We were contacted and kept informed about the schedule for putting in new unit.  Workers were always on time even when it meant working evenings. Chris and Blake arrived with the new unit and had the old unit disassembled, new unit ready to lift and were ready when the crane arrived.  These guys effortlessly switched out the units, put in new thermostat, went over operation instructions and made sure cold air was going to get us cooled down asap. Great guys, professional and friendly.  We would definitely recommend this company if you need AC work done!

I cannot say enough kind words for the professionalism and reliability that Semper Fi provided. After dealing with my home warranty company and not getting resolution with another local AC company, by pure luck I came across Semper Fi. After being without AC in 115 heat, a technician (Bill) came out and looked at my unit and got it temporarily running until I can get a resolution with my Home Warrenty, unfortunately that never happened. After careful consideration and price shopping Semper Fi offer the best deal and I purchased a new AC unit. They brought out a room AC to use until the unit was installed. When the installers came (Abel & Enrique) they were friendly, professional and meticulous. I will be sure to recommend them to anyone in need of AC service, repair or replacement.

The worst company to deal With. They installed a new unit for me. It didn't work. The guys were 3 hours late, and it's now 1:32am I have no ac and two elderly dogs. DONT WORK WITH SEMPER FI!!!! They are the biggest joke in AC. The Technician just left without saying anything.

Just recent had a 3.5 ton roof unit installed, sale rep Bill and Jeff were awesome! Talked me through the option, very knowledgeable, respectable and helpful! At a great price! Chris and Wade did the install and were the right men for the job, install went great with a few hiccups, supply and return lines were backward to today's standards. Keep Cool This Summer -

With the upcoming change from R22 freon to R410A it was time to replace our 15 year old AC (which was barely hanging on) with a new unit.  We select an Amana and have been impressed with it's efficiency and quietness.  The entire staff from Jesse on were very professional and knew what they were doing. I had high hopes for this company after calling and getting someone out to look at our unit the same day when it had gone out the night prior. The technician was clearly a salesman as we were offered a $5000 option for fix a condenser or the alternative of buying a new unit for double that amount. We decided to get a second opinion the next day and found it was a simple issue involving a fuse that needed to be replaced and had the system up and running within 20 minutes. I've called to ask why we weren't offered that option on the day the technician came out and the customer service representative couldn't answer my questions. I asked to receive a call from someone who could and yet I have not received a call. If you're looking for a company that practices unethical sales practices by offering to get a new unit or leave you in 100+ degree weather with no solution then these are the people to contact.

My a/c would turn on for 10seconds and then stop. The temp was rose 6 degrees in 4 hours. I called Semper Fi, a lady answered right away and gave my information to the on call tech and said he would call me back ASAP. Bill called me 15 minutes later and said he would be here (Queen Creek) in 45 minutes. He was here in exact 45 minutes and was quick. Probably 40 minutes total. He checked in the attic and my system (3yr old) and said it was the compressor and motor cap. He replaced it and just like that out a/c works! He stayed and cleaned up and made sure multiple times (broken up) that it was in fact working and at a good temperature.

Mind you this all happened on a Sunday afternoon at 1545hrs that I called. I am beyond happy with the service that I received.

Tim was very thorough and detailed in his inspection on a home I was looking into buying.  His report discussed everything with clarity and left me with no questions.  He did not try to push sales or additional services  when they were definitely needed, but answered those types of questions with professionalism.  I did not get the car salesman vibe from him at all.  Tim was even approached by the seller of the home to do side jobs and adjust his report to his favor, and Tim handled it with integrity and dedication to the accuracy of the report and the services he was hired to conduct.  

I would highly recommend this business to anyone seeking heating and cooling services.

Jeremy was amazing!! He came right away and was so kind and worked so quickly! Our A/C went out all of a sudden due to some fried wires near the conductor and Jeremy found the problem within minutes. Discount for a fellow devil dog took it down to George Brazil rates.  And the tech couldn't even administer a leak sealant.  Horrible and expensive experience.  On top of that, they quoted me over a grand what a coil replacement should cost.  Won't bother with this company again.  Don't be duped - all you have to do is get some other quotes.  Wanted to like these guys but totally disappointed.

Wouldn't recommend this company and if I could turn back time I would have went with my gut and gone with a different company. Only reason 2 stars instead of one is the office/reception people were very nice. Reviewing here because I haven't heard back from a letter I wrote to the company. Short list of issues; I got 5 estimates for a four ton 16 seer unit. This co was not the lowest price but as a Vet I like to support Vet owned co. Ordered what I wanted, on day of signing all of a sudden the unit I need isn't made anymore or something. So opted for a 4 ton Bosch 19 seer which is cheaper than 16 and more efficient. Day of install unit was delivered, a 5 ton, no worker here to explain so I called office. They had to investigate, called me back and said salesman said the installers flip an internal switch to make it 4 ton. (So was I charged for a 4 or 5 ton?)
Installers came, I told them I was selling old unit since it still worked, someone was coming to pick it up when crane came. Long story short, they told the buyer someone else was getting it for parts (I was inside) so buyer left and company scrap guy got it. After install and not really running much since it was cool out, when it did get hot the unit short cycled. On for 9 min off for 3-4 min. continuous. I called service on a Sunday, two hours later he called and said he couldn't be there until after 10 pm (ok) but then insisted he doesn't need to come out because that's normal for the unit. I told him even I know that's not true. He said someone would be out after 10 the next day, cause ya know meetings and stuff in the morning. Different tech came out and after about an hour he said it was not hooked up correctly, one fan was not connected and it was set to 5 ton and other stuff...the unit was working ok for two weeks but is still short cycling now like I have all my windows open or something. Highly disappointed in this company, NO follow up at all, three different explanations from three different people on how the thing is supposed to work. Many other issues too lengthy to explain here. Should have kept my 12 yr old York and stayed with George Brazil. And, this company has the worst warranty, only two yrs labor but can extend for $ monthly but does not include check ups and non transferable.

WONDERFUL and HONEST PEOPLE!
We had a situation with putting the thermostat back up in the rent house we were leaving. All I needed was some help with which wire went where, and they had a technician help me on the phone!
That is amazing customer service!
I was not a customer at the time, but will be from now on. You can't go wrong with a company that treats everyone with respect even if you are not a current customer!

While out of town my AC unit broke, knowing I needed replacement unit, I called a few companies for quotes. Not only did Semper Fi immediately return our call, their quote beat some of the large box AC companies by 40+% (Yes, this was for similar services!!) I had my reservations trying to complete this process while out if town but they made it easy, had finance options, and installed a new unit within 24 hours (mind you this occurred over the 4th of July when no companies were answering). In the end, I came home to a cold home as a satisfied customer. I'd recommend calling Semper Fi and getting the work done correctly the first time (During their inspection, they located the failure and it was the result of improper service from a different company - put in larger load fuses the system could not handle).

One of our A/C units stopped working late one evening this week and we suffered through the night (slept in the other side of the house actually) and called Semper Fi early the next morning. They were able to come out that afternoon and diagnose and fix the problem for what I thought was a very reasonable price. We also talked about replacing both 17 year old units, which we'll need to do soon I'm thinking. They provided alll the information with no high pressure sales pitch, which I appreciated very much.  I'll definitely keep them in mind when we have to do that (ugg!). My wife and I returned from a trip at 9pm to find our A/C not working properly. I called to see if someone could come and take a look. A very courteous gentlemen who answered the phone sent a message to the tech on call. Within 1/2 hour, tech Jerry called me back and said he was 15 minutes away. He was very thorough and professional and solved our issue very quickly and we had cold A/C again. Excellent service from service tech very knowledgeable. After checking entire system he recommended a cleaning of blower cooling coils and ducts. House is three years old but in Arizona it is quite dusty. The cleaning made a big difference. It doesn't smell dusty now when heater comes on

What  relief it was to find a company with integrity and capability.  I contact a dispatch with Semper Fi at 10:00 am for a problem with my NEST thermostat.  I had only a small window of time when I could accept a tradesperson.  She made that work out.  Ryan was at my door on time, had a diagnosis (after some analysis) within a couple of minutes and was able to make the appropriate fix in short order.  The technician was competent, efficient, and friendly.  
Semper Fi is the real deal.  I'll call them anytime I have an HVAC issue and you should too.  They've served their country and now they provide great service for us!

Semper Fi heating and cooling just completed an A/C system tune-up for my home.  I have nothing but great things to say.
1. Dan the technician called ahead to remind me of the appointment and let me know he was a few minutes from arrival.
2. Dan was very professional. Arriving with a smile and firm handshake.
3. After discussing how I use the system, Dan was able to focus on areas that needed extra attention.
4. He went right to work on the outdoor unit, followed by the indoor unit and ducting.
5. After a thorough inspection he found two components that could use replacement in the future.  He also made recommendations to extend the system's life expectancy.
6. Dan was friendly, knowledgeable and hard working.
I highly recommend Semper Fi to those who need anything from inspection work, a tune-up, or repair/replacement.

My air conditioning was out when I got home. Called Semper Do. Technician  only took 20 minutes to arrive.  Fuses kept blowing. Made it very difficult to diagnose. With his superior knowledge the technician found prior problems from a another companies poor install. The bill was a bit higher than I thought it should be. Called the owner, he looked the bill it over and made changes. The folks at Semper Fi are Heroes for their  Service to our country. As well as our families Heroes keeping us comfortable in our home.

I had to find a new company to maintain my a/c unit. The last one I had was very sketchy the last time he was here and I felt overcharged me compared to his previous visit.  Derrick, from Semper Fi, was very professional and made sure any concerns or questions were answered. If I had any other issues or questions, he left me the business card along with his cell number.  He mentioned the preventative package but I explained that I had already paid for one and just handed my money out like it was growing on trees so I prefer not to purchase - no pressure but just wanted me to know of options I had. Jenny, who scheduled my appointment, is very pleasant and accommodating when I scheduled my appointment. She also follows up the day before so you don't happen to forget about the appointment and if necessary reschedule. Overall, an exceptional experience.

We had our A/c quit cooling on Saturday and called Semper Fi on Sunday morning.  They replied right away and sent sweet Froy out. He was able to get it up and running perfectly in no time at all.  He is so great.. super caring and friendly and very knowledgeable. We had our unit installed by Semper Fi  21/2 years ago and love it. Would highly recommend this company.. thank you again Froy

My carpet and area rug were cleaned by David today. He was very courteous and professional and took time to explain the procedure to me and how to take care of pet stains and what may or may not come out. I was pleasantly surprised to see the  end result. I definitely recommend Ohana Carpet Care.

Semper Fi is the absolute BEST! Our air conditioner went out over the weekend and the company who had just serviced it (biggest mistake ever not finding Semper Fi first!) basically told us to find someone else. My husband is a Marine Corps veteran and we are all about supporting local businesses, so when we found Semper Fi, which is run by Marine Corps veterans, we looked no further. Jesse saved the day! He was at our home within hours and had the air back up and running in 30 minutes after arriving. He was honest, friendly, professional, and extremely fair priced. Best service in the valley. You'd be crazy to use anyone but Semper Fi. Thank you, Jesse!

Stellar customer service! They were slammed today with appointments for their service guys, but managed to work us in for a repair this afternoon. Having two young kids and a dog in this AZ heat with no AC was no fun, but they really saved the day. Words honestly cannot express how grateful I am that they were able to squeeze us into their already busy schedule and send a very knowledgeable tech out same day. He tech quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away for us. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of AC repair. To top it off, they're Veteran owned, so they definitely get an A+ in my book!

Yesterday we had Semper Fi heating and cooling come out to see what was wrong with my air conditioner. Worried about how much it's going to cost. Ryan the tech that came out was great checked the unit out. Told us what was wrong and fixed it very fast. The best company to pick 100% vets that will give you a great job and very friendly. From now on they are my new company for our home. A company you can really trust. Give them a try and see for yourself.

Love this company. Called them to do a summer check up on my system which was free. I was skeptical as sometimes when it is a free check up they try to sell you something you don't need. They were on time, called to let you know they were on the way, courteous, professional and did a couple of extra things they really didn't need to do. Very happy with them. I should also say that doing this type of work in the Arizona summer is no easy task  yet the technician was neat, clean ,well groomed. So refreshing to find a company like this and the best part is that they are veterans. I will gladly recommend them .

Found Semper Fi H&C on accident searching for a previous company that serviced my AC.  Seeing they were Veteran owned and operated grabbed my interest because I am a Veteran andmost people that have served understand the value of honesty, integrity, fairness. The 20% discount is also very nice.  On initial contact Andylyn was extremely pleasant on the phone and I had a same day appointment in no time.  Like clockwork Ryan and Derrick arrived and walked me through the process of the diagnostic checks and services they were performing.  I must say, it is refreshing to talk with people that really know their trade and are able to explain it to you.  I also enjoyed the fact that there wasn't that used car salesman vibe.  In the end, we swapped out a couple switches in my 2 units from wear and tear to prolong the lives of my units, and they went the extra mile in replacing wires and insulation that was chewed up by my German Shorthair Pointers at no cost.  These 2 dads were very professional yet also interacted well with my grandson.   Honest, straightforward and knowledgeable.  My experience was great, I feel fortunate to have found them in an industry that can have a lot of deceit and will recommend this company to all family and friends.

Semper Fi was referred to me by my neighbor, who had recently used them and raved about them.  I had an equally fantastic experience.  The people on the phone were very nice and knowledgeable.  They set up the appointment quickly and Daniel the technician showed up on time.  He did a great job!  He was very nice and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. He was not in a huge rush and he fixed the problem.  I am so relieved and grateful!  If I have any more problems, I will be calling them again and requesting Daniel.  I would strongly recommend this company.

Excellent service from start to finish.  A friend recommended these guys based on the great service she experienced and I agree.  Everyone is super friendly and helpful, willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.  The guys arrived on time for the install and kept everything so clean, not a scrap of debris was left behind.  They answered all of my questions (even the silly ones!).  I was able to get a hold of someone after hours when I had an issue with my thermostat, the owner Jesse called me to get the details, and the tech came back at 8pm to install a new one.  Based on my research, I feel their pricing with the military discount is in line with the city averages for the size unit my home required.  I would caution people who get cheap quotes from the TV-ad companies to beware: you get what you pay for.  Definitely pleased with everyone at the company and the work they did for me.  Thank you!!!!

I was very pleased with Semper Fi heating and cooling, Mr. Bill the technician came out to check my system and explained to me the cooling system.  He was straight forward, honest about my system and what was needed to keep it running smoothly.
