I'm from Upstate New York, Burke is the name of my home town. After graduating high school in 1994, I moved to phoenix and graduated UTI with an applied science degree in HVAC. I was among the first in the state to be NATE certified.

I established my company in 2007,  we have achieved a level of success that I'm very proud of. With 30% growth year after year. These goals are achieved by not taking advantage of people. We certainly are not the least expensive company, we are also by no means the most expensive. We use the highest quality parts and our prices reflect that and the operating cost of a company our size.

So this will be part 1 of my review. This is just the quote process, which to me, is the most important.
Josh, the quoting tech, arrived when he said he would. Excellent. We chatted about what my strategy with the new unit would be. I told him that warranty and the company that installs the unit will guide our decision.
He went up and looked at our current unit, which, by the way runs perfectly, however, it's 15 years old.
I told Josh that I want to look at a more efficient unit now, rather than wait until the summer, when I would be captive for what's in stock and at peak season pricing. He gathered quotes for the two
Models I told him I'm interested I. And the. Called his boss for any discounts, above and beyond what he already gave me.
So, my wife and I will review our quotes and see if we go with a new heat pump or go with mini-splits. Stay tuned for part 2 if we decide to go with Bell and the heat pump.

I became concerned when our 23yr old American Standard heatpump started running upwards of 30 minutes to reach 70°. My husband and I decided we should probably look into a new unit. I called several companies that install Trane units. Jake, from Bell Air Conditioning, came and described several possibilities and answered my many questions.  I used his information for the rest of the estimates to come. It came down to 2 companies and Bell AC had the best price for the same unit, Trane 4 ton, 15 seer. We scheduled for the install to be done today, Feb 2nd, 2023. Dominick and Nick were here and waiting for daylight this morning. Very pleasant and efficient young men. They explained what they did, showed me how to use the new thermostat and were cleaned up and gone before noon. I'm extremely impressed with each employee I came in contact with.

We recently got a new AC unit, just in time for the heat to start. Our rep was Joe, who was friendly and knowledgeable about every question we had. The install was done by 2 very nice young men, Armando and Joey.  I know they had said it would take one day to do this, but I was still amazed at how quickly it was installed.  Then, Joe came back for the inspection, which got the thumbs up.  And, finally, Doug came to take care of the drywall, which was done within a few hours.  Overall, the process took a few weeks from signing the contract to the paint drying over the drywall.  

Thank you so much for making the process a lot easier than I ever remember it being.

Unfortunately my air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. I called Bell Air Conditioning in a panic & spoke with McKenna. She said she'd get someone to come within 2 hours.  In less than 10 minutes, Armando was at my door. So polite, so professional & so knowledgeable. He found my furnace unit had frozen & all was iced up. He unthawed it & got it running again, with no guarantees on how long it would last. He worked hard, looked everything over & gave me my options on a 17 year old A.C.. I knew it was time, so he wrote up a contract. He explained everything to me in detail, he answered every question & was very patient. He went & got a portable unit, just in case something happened before the new one arrived. Communication throughout the process, was amazing. Joey & Louis arrived as scheduled, with my new unit.  6 hours of working in the heat, was a long time. They were so professional, friendly, polite & knowledgeable. They showed me the unit & explained everything to me. The entire experience was amazing to me from McKenna on the phone, through the truck pulling up to take my old unit Away. I highly recommend Bell Air Conditioning. if there was a 10 Star rating, I'd give them that!

Let me start by saying I have had 1 good experience with Bell Air in the past.    Technician was able to come to my house fix the AC with no problems.

Now this last Technician came to my house with one goal in mind.  And that goal was to make as much money off of my 17-year-old unit as possible.  He wrote an invoice for a new gas valve and was going to charge us $683.  He told us a unit at that age is a money pit.  I told the technician I hope he knows what he is doing, because we just paid $700 to get the heater fix.  He responded by saying, it does not matter if the technician knows what he is doing.  That is when he told us a unit as old as ours was a money pit, that we will have to continue getting it fix because it is an older unit.

Well, guess what?  He was wrong.    After he left, my husband was not happy with the answers that technician gave us.  He, therefore, had someone we trusted to come and look at the unit.  There was nothing wrong with the gas valve.  It was a circuit board that needed to be replaced.   The board was replaced by someone other than Bell Air Conditioning.  The heater is now working without any problems.

I am now wondering if the first technician that came out last March to fix the heater fixed the right thing.    I think I only used the heater maybe 1 or 2 times after the first repair.  During the month of March in Phoenix AZ, the heater was not needed no more than a couple of times.  Now, with it being December in Phoenix, it is time to turn on the heater. Only problem, my heater is not working.

We will never call Bell Air Conditioning again or refer them to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My mother had a new AC unit installed and they left the manual under the heat exchange. She turned on her heat and the manual caught on fire. Her entire house filled up with smoke and ash continues to fall out of her vents. No one followed up with her so she had to call today. Some guy told her that's where manuals are kept. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! the customer service is beyond horrible and my mother could have died. What if she turned her heat at night and went to bed??? Unbelievable. I will continue to leave reviews like this until this issue is resolved. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Still have not heard from them. This is AWFUL customer service. Nothing was resolved.

If you are looking for a Heating and Air Conditioning company, that is honest, professional, efficient, and effective, Bell Air Conditioning is your only answer. We had an emergency issue just as the triple digits showed up. From the first phone call to having the technician respond within the hour, to our air conditioning unit functioning again was an outstanding, proficient and pleasant experience. Armando (the Service Tech), advised us when he was on his way, showed up on time, inspected the system, and in understanding our current situation, and after a consultation with Dan (the owner), we were presented with a solution. We set short-and long-term goals. From Isabel to Armando to Dan, this team had our system up and running quickly and efficiently- the best part was that they treated us like family not just another customer. We highly recommend Bell Heating and Air Conditioning!

Had Bell come out to do an inspection, all they could tell me was I need a new system. Called another company and they were able to actually diagnose my issue. Bell was a complete waste if time and resources.

If I could give them a ZERO I totally would!! The guy they sent was a jerk! (Jake)He overcharged us, was rude and left a huge mess!!! He was supposed to vacuum the mess he left. And he did not! DO NOT GO WITH THIS SERVICE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND LEAVE A MESS IN YOUR HOME!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!

My air conditioning went out at my home on a Sunday morning. I called Bell Air Conditioning based on favorable reviews. I'm glad I did. Josh Kunkes came to my home almost immediately and quickly was able to conclude that I needed a new unit. He was very professional and thorough in his evaluation. He helped coordinate the installation of the new unit and offered a very competitive price. The installation of the new unit was arranged  and Manny and Sean arrived as scheduled. The were both very professional and thorough in installing the new unit and my home was quickly cool again. I highly recommend Bell Air Conditioning!

I really wanted to go w Bell AC because they are local because I see their ad on local billboards and when I called to set up an estimate for a new unit they were super nice and quick. Whomever sets up appts and takes calls is great. After I got the email estimate customer service went down hill though, spoke w Dan over email who did not seem interested in answering questions and even seemed annoyed that I had them, he sent me a couple of matter of fact statements of how they would do the work period. I of course had more questions and someone called me and left a message and said if i had questions to call them...I had already asked the questions but guess I had to call and repeat them, not sure, never heard back. I am thinking they have plenty of business and do not need to deal w annoying people like me asking many questions and comparing notes w all 5 estimates I got before making a decision. All other 4 companies answered all my questions via email or call after their estimates. Bell was the lowest estimate by a couple hundred, maybe thats why they may think some will just pick them no questions asked, i don't really know, I just know my experience was bad in that aspect. They seem to me at least on paper and in reviews like a long standing company that does good business, but not in my case. Very disappointed.

truly just looking at options right now and I do not know what I want or need yet. I inquired about unit tons based on others opinions and research and was shot down quick.I was able to get information on tons, what may work best and what may not and why from all other companies, just not w Bell. You are right it is frustrating to buy an AC, especially when a company does not listen and thinks it is always right. The tech that came seems to have gotten the number of tons in my current unit wrong, which is totally fine mistakes happen but when I mentioned this it was ignored....Any who, I also hope all goes well for Bell AC too and I know other  customers will fair better.

Availability was good, able to come quickly but very pricey. Not sure the value was the best. Called around and could have gotten the part we needed for way cheaper.

Bell started off amazing. Went out of there way to help and explain things and go the extra mile at no charge. Then we signed up for semi annual maintenance and things kinda changed. Was told a part under warranty needed replacing since our unit was making a weird noise. The labor was around $300 for this part. We held off. Called another company who tested our system and verified everything was 100% ok and that the noise was due to a restrictive air filter. They replaced it and it's been great ever since.

Caleb is a top of the line professional. Listened to my problem, figured out where the trouble was and repaired it. At the same time, he installed a safety switch that should shut the unit down in the future before damage is done to my home. All of this was accomplished at what I considered to be a very reasonable price. I have used another service in the past but always felt I was being conned. Bell Air Conditioning and, more specifically, Caleb treated me honestly and fairly.

My AC/Heater quit working one day so I called a few companies and had them come out and troubleshoot the problem.  I also had them provide me with a quote for replacing the whole thing.  The first company said that a circuit board was bad and wanted over a thousand dollars to replace it. They said that I would be better off going with a whole new AC because there would probably be other parts going bad which were hard to find for my unit. They're quote was insane over $12,000 and they bugged the heck out of me by calling me 5 to 8 times a day worse than a car salesman.

I called Bell Air Conditioning and set an appointment for a quote.  Dan called me when he was 30 mins out and arrived on time.  He looked over everything and gave me an affordable quote. He was professional and patiently answered all my questions. We set up an appointment for the job and two of his techs came out to do the job. That morning the crew got stuck in a huge traffic jam due to a fatal accident caused by a wrong way driver. Someone from Dan's office called to advise me that the crew would be a little late.  The crew called me a short time after that and gave me the exact time of their arrival.

These two techs were a couple of the nicest guys you'd ever want a meet. They were very professional, respectful, and hard working. When they finished they cleaned up just great. They briefed me on the new unit and thermostat and answered all my questions.  We were totally satisfied with the work and the new unit. I strongly recommend that you call Bell Air Conditioning when you have Airconditioning and Heating issues. Thank you Dan and crew.

Well, so much for Bell Air Conditioning. I thought they were a great company, I had such a good experience with them the last service call. This time, a year later, we were experiencing the same problem, the drain line. The technician cleared the line and checked the system and the bill was twice what is was before. While I can appreciate some increase, I thought this was a bit excessive.

A kill switch was installed when the unit was originally installed. Not at this appointment. A small portion of pvc was replaced and the line blown out is all that was done. Again, a bit excessive charge for a minimal repair.

I had called Bell on Christmas Eve, I was in Sun City West visiting my Mom.
When we  had returned home and the Heating system was not working. I was giving  a 2 hour time frame.  In 15 minutes Jeff the Tech called and said he'd be there in 15 minutes. I had outstanding service. The problem was very minor but a few adjustments and everything was ok.
Bell Heating went above and beyond the call of Duty!

My Bell Air Conditioning Crew showed up right on time to remove my old HVAC system and install a newer, more efficient system.   From the moment they walked in the door I got the sense that I had professionals doing the job.  (That was the case from receiving my first estimate from Jeff, and all along the line in the days before the crew arrived; reminding me of our appointment, posting pics of the guys who would be coming to do the work, etc.)  The other Jeff supervised the installation and carefully detailed what they would be doing and made sure I understood every procedure. Their mode of operation was pristine, making sure my floors and surrounding furniture were protected, laying tarps and plastic covering.  And they cleaned up after themselves.   The work went like clockwork, every man on the crew busy in getting the job done.  From where they positioned my system, to the way they integrated the new in with my present venting was superb.  When the project was completed everything was cleaned up and the old system hauled away.  When my system was ready to be tested they fired it up and let it run, then instructed me on how to use my new Trane automated thermostat.  Going beyond the call, I had asked one of your young men (the one with the cast on his hand) if he might nail a bit of loose flashing back for me while they were on the roof.  He was so friendly and kind, did more than I asked, and would not take any extra compensation for his kindness.  I cannot evaluate whether Bell Air Conditioning is the cheapest, (I found there costs to be very reasonable) but I can certainly vouch that they are the most skilled, most professional and most courteous professionals I have dealt with during my 15 years in Arizona.  My older home in Sun City is not the easiest in which to install a new system.  But these folks had years of experience in homes of any age...and they proved it today.  My most sincere thanks to everyone I had contact with in your company; from the person who first took my call, to the schedulers, to Jeff who gave me that first estimate, and most certainly to all the crew who made this such a pleasant experience.

This is  a great HVAC company based on my limited interactions with them.  I had an AC unit break down a few weeks ago, and they offered to come out right away.  Ultimately I had another HVAC company come out who did a good job as well.

I also asked for a quote for a repair, and Dan responded right away with a competitive price. Based on these interactions I plan to use Bell Air Conditioning for future HVAC work.  There are some good companies on Yelp, and some great ones.  

I'm encouraged that Bell Air Conditioning could be a great HVAC company I can rely on.  I will update this review once I have more experiences with them.

They were able to come out that same day and complete repairs. They were here when they said they would be.

Excellent hvac service and repair. They have serviced my old ac unit twice a year for several years. When it came time for a new one they installed a Trane. Fast, courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

4 stars because they showed and fixed issue (replaced capacitor) within 2 hours. About 10 minute actual fix.. Much props for that.  Service dude was great.  Happy they didnt tell me I needed a whole new unit.   Was not so happy to find out after that the capacitor costs under $30.  I was charged around $300 for everything.  Again happy to have AC running so quickly and was really ready to praise this company.  Still grateful but can't help but feel a little red..  Not burned.  But will not blindly automatically call here again.  But much respect for prompt summer AC service.

After two other A/C companies with 5 star ratings told me on 07/07/18 they were too busy to come evaluate my broken A/C at 7pm on a Saturday I was getting nervous.  My husband, my infant, and I just sat inside sweating with the 115 temps outside.... we considered staying in a hotel but shout out to Bell Air for coming out within 2 hours and fixing the problem.  It was a capacitor problem and yes the markup of the part replaced was way beyond market value but I realize companies need to make a profit and they were courteous, very timely, and fixed my problem on one of the hottest Saturday nights so far this year!  It was totally worth it to sleep in comfort in my own home!!! Would use again if needed.

The visit was for a yearly check on the Furnace. Derek arrived on time. He checked the unit & said all working properly, now the unit will be ready for winter. That was the second time that Derek worked on the unit. He explains any questions I have. Also, took his time to clean the unit outside early this year to get it ready for Summer, I have no problems at all.
I will recommend Bell Air for Friends & Family.

BELL AIR IS BEYOND PHENOMENAL! Hands down, Mike and Asha are getting 10 STARS for there exemplary customer service!

I contacted my home warranty company by placing an online service request on a Saturday night at 8:30pm. I woke up early Sunday morning and was actually shocked to see that I already had a voicemail from Bell Air to schedule an appt. It was 113 degrees and a home warranty call. I had convinced myself that I'd be lucky if I heard from someone within 3 days, with how busy HVAC companies are during the summer months in AZ. I called back and to my surprise was told Mike would be out that afternoon between 2-5.

Mike called ahead of time to let me know that I would be his next stop and gave me an ETA  according to GPS. I really appreciated that call, as I had 3 dogs to put in another room before he arrived. Mike was professional,  knowledgable,  personable and  friendly. He diagnosed the problem, answered my questions and explained the next steps.

I've had to deal with companies that my home warranty company has sent out and they blatantly did not give 2 cares about anything except getting in and out. This was absolutely not the impression I had with Mike and I was so appreciative to be treated like a normal customer.

After getting the approval for repair the next day,  Asha from Bell Air and I spoke a couple of times. She followed up to keep me informed on the status of the paperwork between the home warranty company and the company who had the part I needed. When Wednesday arrived and the company still hadn't received the order from home warranty, Asha called and apologized (not her fault at all). She suggested I call and advocate for myself,  to see if I can get the order exedited so she could schedule my repair appointment and get my air working again. Done deal and taken care of! Impressed- Thank you so much Asha!

Within 24 hours,  Mike was back out here installing my new compressor.  Again, professional,  friendly and  maintaining a positive attitude while it's 110 degrees outside.

It's a very rare trait these days to find people that go the extra mile,  that care about the customer and that go out of there way to help you. When you cross paths with a company with these values and these types of employees, you thank them. You tell people about them, and you do business with them again!

Thanks so much Mike, Asha & Bell Air. Look forward to sleeping comfortably tonight with my air working.

* Don't forget to tip your repair guys and offer them water or gatorade. They do not have an easy job in this weather. It's brutal out there!

After replacing  two units on my home 2 years ago, I recently used Bell a/c  again to replace a unit on a condo that I rent out. I can't say enough of how happy I am with their service and pricing.
I needed to call my Home Warranty to service my condo unit and the tech suggested I replace the unit and gave me a quote. I then called Bell a/c and their quote was almost $2000 less. So glad I found this company on Yelp and will always highly recommend them.

Our heater was not blowing hot air so I called Bell Air Conditioning based on their rating. When the tech arrived he looked outside for about 10 minutes came back inside and said I might have a block in the refrigerant line. He informed me there's nothing he can do and proceeded to try and sell me a whole new system for $7,000. All this knowing how cold it's been and while I'm holding my 5 month old son. No REALISTIC solution provided. IM EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED WITH THE LACK OF SERVICE PROVIDED.

OMG...I just had the best experience with Bell Air. I called at 7:45 am and told them I needed my unit serviced. Was told Mike would be there between 8:00 and 10:00. Mike showed up at 8:45 and was so polite and introduced himself. Explained what he was going to do and got right to work. He got on the roof and checked things out and told me things were good. He explained about filters and looked at my dirty one and told me to change before it looks like that. He was so nice and represented the company so well. I spent hours on yelp last night and this is why I went with them. I will use them for all future air conditioning and heating issues. Thank you to Bell AIr.

Fantastic Service From Bel Air Conditioning. Had a New Trane 16 seer a/c installed with a matching furnace. From the start, Mike came out and went into great detail to explain all the details of the purchase. There pricing was very competitive. The technicians JJ & Ruben did a very professional job of install and cleaned up the job site. If I could give them 10 stars I would! They are now my GO TO A/C Company for taking care of me. Don't hesitate to give them a Call!

Summers worse nightmare. Hottest day of the year and the middle of the afternoon my a/C stopped working. First called a recommendation from a neighbor. They could not get here for 3 days. Next call was to George Brazil. Could not service us till the following day after 2pm. Called Bell Air Conditioning and they were able to get a technician to my house in 90 minutes. Jeff was the man that showed up at my door earlier then their office said. He was very polite and knew what he was doing. In less then 30 minutes we were back in working order. $50.00 service call which was the least expensive of all 3 calls. Price for parts and labor was very reasonable and even offered a 3 year warranty and discounted prices. Priority service calls. They also come twice a year to prevent any major problems. Will recommend them to any one and every one. Can not sing there praise enough.

Excellent service. The owner came by due to a mixup with scheduling, because they thought we needed a price for a new unit. We only needed an estimate on repair, and so he waived the diagnostic fee and sent someone back out an hour later. The person who came out quoted us a very reasonable fee, fixed everything we needed, checked to make sure it was working, and was very courteous and friendly. We'll keep you in mind in the future for any HVAC work. Thank you!

Wow!  Bell AC is awesome!  Our AC died in the hotest part of the day & within 2 hours JAKE was here!  He got us up & running & had the best attitude & personality!  There was no pressure & his first concern was to cool our home!  Yay!  We finely have a company & repairman we can trust!  We HIGHLY recommend Bell AC!!

I called Bell because of all of the great 5 star reviews posted here. My AC was not blowing cold air into the house and it was late in the day around 6:00 p.m. I called Bell and they were very courteous and responsive and had someone out to my home by 8:00 p.m. This is the reason for the 3 stars.

I was hoping it was nothing too major, hopefully something like the capacitor and was fully prepared to pay upwards of $400.00 in order to get it fixed that night knowing full well that a capacitor costs no more than 20 bucks. Hey, I understand companies are going to mark up their prices and that is the price you pay for someone to come right away and get your home cool after hours.

It turned out to be the blower motor and I was quoted a price of $1,840.00 and they would not have been able to repair it that night, so I gave the tech his 50 bucks and told him that I would get back to them if I decide to have Bell repair it. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

The next morning I got on the phone and started calling different AC companies and did not let them know what I was quoted by Bell. There were some companies that quoted me around and above $1000.00, but nothing close to the $1840.00 that Bell quoted me. I found an independent guy who came over and did the job for $853.67.

$1000.00 LESS THAN BELL!!!!! Are you kidding me?!!!!!

Again, I understand convenience and markups, however, this quote seemed extreme, almost to the point that I felt they were taking advantage of my predicament and desperation. I truly hope this was just an anomaly and not their normal course of doing business.

I would highly recommend Bell Air Conditioning! I had to call them on Memorial Day and the technician Jeff was so friendly and professional. We didn't feel pressured at all which was a nice change. He added freon to our unit to get it working right away and will be coming back next week to install a new coil at a very reasonable price. He even verified that the part was still under warranty so we will only have to pay for the labor. Thanks for the great service!!

Due to the high Yelp reviews, I contacted Bell for an A/C tuneup, which while making the appointment, I was told was on special for $39. He started outside by checking the freon and capacitor on the fan motor and told me they were fine. When he went into the attic to tuneup the air handler, the technician (Jeff) found a bad blower wheel in my air handler. No surprise to me, I knew there was a slight vibration in the unit. At that point he came down from the attic, never completing whatever he was supposed to do as part of the tuneup. He gave me an (in my humble opinion) outrageous estimate for the repair ($578). He actually tried to sell me an entire new system. After he left, I called around for quotes and 3 other companies, also with great Yelp reviews, came in at the mid to low $300 range, which seemed a little more reasonable. Needless to say, I had another company do the job the next day for $310. Quite a difference. It was obvious Jeff's goal for the day was to sell a new system. I know many Yelpers are happy with Bell, and that's fantastic. But, have you been paying too much? Lesson learned by me... Shop around and get at least 3 quotes for whatever work you need done.

Bell Air Conditioning consistently comes through anytime we have had any AC issues.  2 of the times that they come to the rescue were during emergencies and they have proven that we can always count on Dan and his great staff even with such short notice(when it matters most)!

After getting a quote on getting our air condition replaced we decided to go with Bell Air Conditioning.  The guys came in all of them polite, at 8:00 AM on a weekday morning and by 5:00 pm had completely replaced my unit and had the new one up and running.
The only reason I do not give them 5 stars is because there was an issue with the unit where it would run for a day and then cut itself off saying that service needed to be called. Mike one of the service manager who came out to check the issue checked different things and finally with him and Trane narrowing down what was happening with the unit they fixed the issue and I have had no further issues and everything is running very efficiently. My wattage use in my home has dropped by half and living in Arizona in the summer time that is a great savings on your wallet!
One other thing, the owner of the company Dan called and then kept in touch with me until the issue was fixed and I was satisfied and even extended all of my warranties for my inconvenience.
For fast quick and quality work and people who treat you with respect I would call Bell Air every time.

This company is AMAZING!! Second time we've used them and both times (different service men) were both amazing service. We own a business and both times they were out within a couple hours same day. Jeff came on Sunday morning and did a temporarily fix on our A/C in 110 degree heat.  New A/C and furnace were installed by JJ and Ruben a week later.  We are completely satisfied with the professionalism these young men displaced.  Cannot make enough positive comments about the whole experience.

Our air went out on 4th of July. They were able to come out in about 5 hours and Chris was professional and quickly fixed the problem. The problem was our condenser fan motor went out. Reason for 3 stars is the cost, we paid almost $700 just to replace a motor. This seems a bit high considering you can buy the parts for around $100.

They always provided excellent service in our previous home and recently provided excellent service in our current home. Their response time is great and they really work with the customer on a day and time appointment that works for them. Can't happen to anybody but us.... 112 degrees an our a/c fails. I call Bell Air at 1:25 pm an expect to hear, we can't get to you till next week because of how busy we are. But no, I hear we will have someone there in 1-1 1/2 hours! The tech shows up (Jeff) in 1 hour, fixes are unit and we are back up bu 3:15 ( bad capacitor) Great service, great tech Jeff

I am visiting my dad in Sun City and just received emergency service from Bell Air Conditioning, on a Saturday afternoon. I cannot express just how truly PROFESSIONAL this company is.

After being given the run around from supposedly other emergency air conditioning companies, who referred us to their call centers... who promised to locate a technician.... who would then call us to set up an appointment for someone to THEN come out to do a diagnostic....We are STILL waiting for a call from three of these so-called emergency service companies FOUR HOURS LATER! :-(

Bell has come and gone and we now have cool air!

When we called Bell, the phone was answered by Dan--who we later discovered was the actual OWNER himself! No call center on a 4th of July weekend: THE OWNER HIMSELF!! He assured us that a technician would be out to us within a 3 hour window.

Chris, Bell's technician, arrived within an hour. Chris is a consummate professional who is effective and knows his craft. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Mind you, we called our home warranty company many times in the last 10 days. Their referral company has been out to us to fix the same problem 3 times. With the interminable heat, my father had to leave his home to stay in a hotel because the house felt like Hades. They had told him that it would take a week to locate the parts. Our mom suffered heat stroke and dehydration in all of this. With a new compressor in place, the unit was supposedly fixed 2 days ago;  however, we lost air again today. That's when we decided to shop around. We thank God that He sent us to Bell.
We are going to cancel our current home warranty in favor of one who uses Bell.

I HIGHLY and UNRESERVEDLY recommend BELL. Their integrity and work ethic is truly unparalleled. I wish Bell serviced units in Los Angeles!!

I couldn't be happier with our experience with Bell Air Conditioning. Jeff the technician was excellent!! He showed up earlier for the appointment-when does that happen anymore-he was quick to diagnosis the problem and gave us several options and didn't try to force any decision on us. The 2 gentlemen who installed our new unit, JJ and Rueben, were fantastic, they had our unit installed in record time, they set up and then went over the new high tech thermostat with me which was greatly appreciated!! I cannot say enough great things about this company, highly recommend them.

We priced the same machines from Trane with four contractors for apples to apples comparison.  Bell was the least expensive of the four, with the top two being quite close to one another  except Bell also included duct cleaning in their proposal.  We stepped up to pretty sophisticated machines and control devices with variable speed components everywhere we could so it wasn't an expensive exercise to buy two sets.  The work was done on time and as proposed and works exactly as expected.

When you live in Phoenix, Arizona during the summer months and your AC goes out upstairs... I suggest calling Bell Air Conditioning FIRST! I choose Bell after reading the many satisfied reviews on yelp and google+. I knew this would be our new air conditioning company. They arrived on time and repaired the issue to our ac unit quickly(like less than an hour). We had cool air within minutes and on a 100 degree day that is beyond important. Thanks Bell!

Very impressed!  Our AC wasn't working right and in July that is not a good thing.  The home warranty repair company was a week out from being able to come so I called Bell.  Didn't even look up reviews for them..they were the first that came up in my search. I called at 10am and they were able to come out this afternoon on a holiday! Chris was on time and friendly and he was able to get our AC working properly and completed the repair quickly.  We paid for the repair out of pocket and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend Bell Air Conditioning!!

We called on a Friday night at 6:15 to just leave a message for Monday. To our surprise, they answered and said they would send someone out in the morning for no charge. We were shocked. Chris arrived promptly as promised and realized it was just our thermostat we installed over summer. We didn't realize we had to set the heat settings differently for gas vs our electric air. He had it fixed within minutes and didn't charge us a penny. Yelp users get that wonderful benefit. Be sure to mention you saw them on Yelp. Now, I feel I'm a good judge of character. Chris was genuinely caring and honest. Our unit is almost 18 years old, so it's getting to be that time to do. Guess who we will be calling? Yep. Bell Air. Thanks!

Bid job with three contractors; then three more.   I couldn't find one that I wanted to do the job; then I discovered Bell AC.  JJ and Ruben did an excellent job on a somewhat challenging installation, and it a pleasure to work with them.  Hopefully my new Trane will give me at least 10 years of trouble-free operation.  Bell's prices are very good and the crew is excellent. 5 stars.

Im not used to the extreme heat since I live in California but when I came out to visit my sister in AZ  during the summer and the A/C broke, I was dying. Since my sister was at work when I informed her how hot it was she immediately called several places but they were not able to come in a timely manner. Then she called BELL LLC and they were able to come sooner than the rest. The service was awesome as the technician was able to explain what was wrong and how soon it was going to be fixed. Thank you Bell LLC for such an amazing rest of my stay with my sister in her cooled off house.

I called Bell to find out what it would take to change my ducting for a remodel. Mike showed up and went right at my system to see what I had and what could be done. He changed settings on my unit to make it run more efficiently to start which was great. He then measured the house and came up with some good ideas for changing the ducts. Spoke with Dan the owner.  Told him what my issue was, meaning that my A/C isn't working.  He advised me that he will send a technician out, time frame 7-10 PM.  His technician Chris came out at 6:37 PM, ahead of scheduled time, which is a big plus in 100 degree weather, and got the unit fixed in a matter of minutes.  Great company, fast service, and very reliable.  If you need an HONEST service, this is the place to choose.  Keep up the good work.

Bell A/C is great, very professional and prompt.  They service my home as well as my office and are always very informative about what is going on with both of my systems and never try to upsell me with unnecessary products or repairs.  They also were life savers last year when we had an emergency on Labor Day at my dad's house, who wasn't even a customer at the time, and Dan sent over his closest technician to get the A/C back on and functioning properly.  It was a relief to know I could call someone that I could count on.  I highly recommend using Bell A/C for all of your cooling needs!

They were great. I had a living social coupon for routine inspection and maintenance check. They arrived on time and were very personable. He went right to work completing the inspection. Incidentally, I had noticed my electric bill had gone sky high the previous month but I didn't mention it to this guy. He then told me he had found a leak in my unit, and wanted to fix it, no extra charge to me, even though I expected to pay for anything above just an inspection and cleaning. Sure enough my electric bill was low again the next month and my AC didn't seem to be working as hard. I was very impressed!

I was initially hooked up with Bell Air Conditioning through my home warranty company and they have been doing my maintenance for the last few years. They are always very professional, courteous and have never attempted to sell me any unnecessary repairs . My AC stopped working around 9pm last night and I called Bell Air but did not leave a message. Dan saw the missed call this morning and called me back, which was really awesome. He came right out and it was all fixed up before 9am this morning. Thanks Bell Air Conditioning, you guys rock!
