After my home warranty company failed to fix the A/C in sweltering 116 F, I called Honest Air Care. They came out in less than 2 hours and fixed the A/C.
Thank you Rick for getting our A/C fixed when other company was trying to make money from us by suggestion to buy the A/C unit from them.

Carlos answered my initial request in just a few minutes and was able to schedule the repair same day. His work was efficient and reasonably priced. He also explained everything to me as he was working so I could understand the problem and his solution for repair. Highly recommend

I had my AC go out after hours on a Saturday with outdoor temp on 103 and was doubtful I'd be able to get service until the next day or Monday. I called McLaughlin Air and Bruce, the owner himself,showed up at my door in under 45 minutes and completed my repair about an hour later.  I expected to see a surcharge for after hours and weekend rates etc but was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no additional charge for time or travel. Super professional work and a very nice guy on top of that. Warrantied equipment and workmanship at a price that was more than fair. If you're in Maricopa and looking for AC repair or installation you can stop searching and give Bruce a call. Highly recommended!

Andre was the third (out of four) companies I had come out and inspect my broken AC. He came out on a Sunday and seemed to go above and beyond the others in terms of explaining the problem, providing possible solutions and ultimately his reasonable price. He and his crew did a wonderful job and I highly recommend him for all AC services.

We had a handyman out to our home to hang some patio lights. In the process, something happened where we could not get any electricity. I called Hope, and they came out the very same day. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem easily. They worked very neatly and efficiently. I will be using Hope from here on out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

My thermostat suddenly went dark and I wasn't able to even diagnose the problem. So I called HASSR, and Jeremy was able to come the next morning, figure out what's wrong and quickly fix the air handler power switch which was at fault here. Throughout the visit Jeremy was super professional, upfront with the costs and double checked the entire HVAC system to ensure that was the only problem I have.

Wouldn't hire anyone else. This team of professionals glided in and took care of faulty furnace/ air conditioner,  leaky ducts, outdated therrmostat, and more. They were professional,  knowledgeable,  courteous,  and worked harder than any group of guys I've ever seen. And boy did they ever pay attention to detail!  Great job, guys!

My AC broke in the middle of summer and it was miserable, called them and they were so quick to help me.. definitely gonna save their number in case this heat kills my AC again!! Thanks guys

Dec. 2014 i purchased a brand new 4 ton 13 seer a/c unit (Lennox) but the unit did not provide the appropriate heat. i contacted pro solutions air don (owner) & he was very understanding & very considerate regarding my problem. he came out & gave me a couple of options...i chose an option & component got installed...my problem got resolved.

Since Dec. 2014 ive had several problems with my unit (i.e. no heat, blown fuse, and most recently again no heat). don (owner) has always been there to take my calls & always willing to educate me about my unit. im not, & cannot personally blame pro solutions air for the problems associated with my unit because i know they did not build it. but im very happy with pro air solutions service, & would highly recommend them to anyone. however, im very disappointed on how this new unit has performed thus far.

Dec. 13, 2015 sunday morning it was very, very cold & my new lennox unit again was not generating any heat. so i contacted pro soluations air again & don was there to take my call as usual. i explained to him my problem & he assured me that they will come out tomorrow morning to resolve the problem a.s.a.p.  the next day don stop by as promised & found/fixed the problem so now i have heat again. this time i made a specific request to don to get my unit replaced if possible...he assure me that if i experience another problem he'll make a strong argument/effort on his behalf to have my unit replaced.

pro solutions air has always been there whenever i had a problem & has always assured me that they would always be there for his customers.

Scammers , after a huge argument he confessed my type of unit Doesn't need maintenance and refunded my money after my ac unit running worse after he touched it

The worst customer service! We had a new home built and is only 8 months old and already had compressor replaced! Three weeks later unit stops cooling! Bottom line Horrible horrible company to do business with do not!!!
