I called for an estimate and Brian walked me through my options after reviewing my inspection report. He gave me several options and helped me make the right choice for the situation. We ended up replacing two 21 year old a/c units. He was quick to schedule, had all the machinery needed to do the job and communicated throughout. He also researched rebates to make sure I could get the best value. Definitely worth a call! Great team.

Initial contact with this place was good. Came out quickly for a free estimate to replace my ac unit. I wanted to hire them for the install but after numerous emails and calls they never responded. I guess they were not interested in my $7k+ business. Not sure why they bother to give estimates if they don't follow through, seems like that would be an important part of any business.

If I could give this company 10 stars I  would!! My home warranty company sent out Carlos, owner of ADEX heating and cooling. I had no heating in the middle of this cold wave. He rearranged  his schedule so he could fit me in a day earlier.  He came to my home in the evening after he had been all the way in Mesa, I'm in north Phoenix. He was courteous, professional and friendly. He got my heat on quickly. The specifications sticker on my unit was faded so he called the manufacturer the next day to get more information if needed. He was thorough and didn't try to upsell me on other services. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone needing heating or cooling repair. Bonus points: he answers his phone when you call!!

I had my AC go out after hours on a Saturday with outdoor temp on 103 and was doubtful I'd be able to get service until the next day or Monday. I called McLaughlin Air and Bruce, the owner himself,showed up at my door in under 45 minutes and completed my repair about an hour later.  I expected to see a surcharge for after hours and weekend rates etc but was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no additional charge for time or travel. Super professional work and a very nice guy on top of that. Warrantied equipment and workmanship at a price that was more than fair. If you're in Maricopa and looking for AC repair or installation you can stop searching and give Bruce a call. Highly recommended!

Our furnace crap out on worst possible time, coolest day in January.
We call the Arizona Cooling company on 23th. Dave the owner come same day few hours later. Albrough, we have to wait for part almost a week
Jeremy come to instal it. He was on time, very polite. Pleasure to deal with him!  
We are very impress with Company, their customer service, punctuality and over all carness in response!.

We sign the contract for a year for coming inspection on our air Condition.
Definitely they are a keepers!!

I called Andre's with some ongoing thermostat issues he showed  up with in a reasonable amount of time.
He is very knowledgeable, friendly and very reasonable.
I have called and texted him several times with some advice on some issues I've been having and he has always responded within minutes.

We contacted Hope AC as a referral from one of our neighbors. They were a lot cheaper than all the other offers we received for the same unit installed. They did an amazing job installing the new unit and followed up a couple weeks later to ask if everything was alright.

I had to call them almost a year later to come out and see why the unit was not turning on. They came out the next day to troubleshoot the issue and found that one of the wires inside the Trane unit itself worked free from the housing causing the fan to not turn on. This was an issue on Trane's end and not Hope AC. If they did not have the experience/expertise to work on the unit it would have been a replacement order and time wasted waiting for the new part to come in.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

Came out on a Sunday, even though the business was closed. Fixed up my fridge for super cheap, even offered up places to buy a newer appliance for when this manufacturer defect requires us to replace the fridge. Kind man, would definitely hire again.

Wow! Michael was on-time, so knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I will definitely hire him again in the future for our business.

HASR was able to get a tech to my home the same day I called. The service technician (Jeremy) had the parts for our GE Profile refrigerator that enabled him to fix it quickly and at a very nice price. Well dressed, on time, professional, friendly, and from our conversations it was clear that he knew the appliance business, parts and repair aspects.

Ditto the review of Rivak H. and others about Jeremy and HASR.

We are thoroughly pleased with HASR which is a family business of four people who repaired appliances for Sears during several decades. They can fix most anything to include some plumbing and A/C work.

Courteous, professional, friendly, not pushy, has the customers best interest at heart.  That is how I describe Convenient Home Services.  James was there from day one of the audit, joined by Paul upon them returning to review the results of their findings.  Both were also present for the install and other HVAC related work ( and quite a bit of it- sealing, new ductwork, new return air vents, insulation of the attic, sealing air plenums, ) to our house.  These guys couldn't have been more honest and trustworthy.  They did not try and over sell equipment or extra services.  They sold what was best for my wife and I and our house.  We actually did upgrade equipment after discussing details of each of the units. Install work was scheduled for a 5 am start.  At 4:40 am, Five Convenient Home Services vehicles roll up to the house and they are ready with anything the job was going to require.  IMPRESSIVE.  Well planned and well scheduled, the team stayed on schedule just as they had said.  They put tarps down, wore white suits, and cleaned the house as they went.  Always kind and always courteous. I would ask many questions to each of the team members and all were very informative and polite.  I would recommend Convenient Home Services as a Preferred Rudd Retailer if you have such a thing.  The whole team, from their office staff to their field crew, along with James and Paul, are absolutely the best people in the customer service provider industry I have come across in a long time.

Don Wade is excellent in his field.  He also is very reasonable in price.  It was a Godsend that I found him by surfing the internet seeking repair or replacement for my broken air conditioner after another AC company came out and failed to repair it.  Don greatly assisted me in getting all my money back from the AC company that incorrectly diagnosed the problem, overcharged me for parts I did not need and did not fix the problem!  Don accurately diagnosed the problem and gave me options for repair or replacement.  I chose replacement.  Don installed a brand new Lennox air conditioner for a great price and it is running great.  I am very grateful and very impressed.

I had Meadow Air replace both the a/c units at my house this past weekend. I worked with Rob and he was so patient with me and always answered all of my questions. We were given a great price on the units; much better than others with less comparable equipment. The Techs who performed the installation (5 of them) were extremely professional and you'd never even know they did any work inside and outside the house. I will highly recommend your company to anyone I know in the market for new a/c units or service!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!  We have an AC unit that was installed by them on a new build and have had trouble since year one...they have been called every summer to fix the unit.  We called them at 3:30 am and were told we would hear back around 6-6:30am...we did not hear back so my husband called around 9am and two other times to get an estimated arrival time.  They told him they were working on warranties first then taking new customers, which they were told the first time WE DO HAVE A WARRENTY.  When we called the last time we were not even on the list!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And told the earliest they can come out is Wednesday afternoon! WELL ITS 115 DEGREES OUTSIDE....This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating....I have animals at home I cant take anywhere, I can only imagine if I had children.....Let alone we have a 3 year old unit that is giving us issues every summer, which in sure there just going to put a band aid on until the warranty is up then charge us immensely for major repair....and I wouldn't be surprised if the whole unit goes out shortly because its overheated ( and not shut off so literally don't know how it didn't start a fire) so many times who knows how that's damaged it.
