I can't say enough about Brian and Sorensen's Heating and Cooling! I went back and forth between companies, finally deciding to give Sorensen's a call after reading the yelp reviews.  Brian exceeded my expectations!  He was able to do an evening appointment, which I needed as I work late.  He was clean, respectful, honest, hard-working, and answered all of my many questions.  Brian was personable, knowledgeable, and never tried to pressure me into buying anything.  My furnace is working beautifully now!  Brian also went above and beyond, fixing the cut corners that other technicians had left behind.  What impressed me most about Brian was his commitment to integrity and his care for people ~ his family and his customers.  I will be calling only Sorensen's for all of my future heating and cooling needs.  Thank you, Brian!

Another contractor another Yelp find. This was one of my first to do's when getting our new place since my wife and I both have bad allergies and since it was previously a rental, who knows when the last time the air filter was cleaned out.

The guy who came out (sorry forgot his name, I think he was the owners brother though) was very friendly was able to work around all the construction projects we had going on around the house and the lack of working electrical outlets. He took off all the vents and washed them down too and pointed out some vents had mold on them. He was able to wash them off, put a treatment on it to prevent mold growth and gave us some tips on air duct maintenance. I also found out our air vents are over 55 years old so if we wanted to get newer modern ones, they wouldn't fit on the ducts, good stuff I wouldn't have known.

Anyway I know I'll feel much more comfortable in the house knowing our ducts were professionally cleaned by some of the best in the valley and we're not getting ripped off by the big companies.

Carlos answered my initial request in just a few minutes and was able to schedule the repair same day. His work was efficient and reasonably priced. He also explained everything to me as he was working so I could understand the problem and his solution for repair. Highly recommend

We highly recommend Bruce. He was professional, reasonable and punctual. Our AC started  blowing hot at 530pm. We called McLaughlin Air and was told he can come out at 6am. I said ok because that was the soonest we could get this fix. Well 30 mins later Bruce called and said he's on his way. What a blessing if you ask me! It's 926 pm and he's still here fixing our AC unit. He went above and beyond. Bruce provides great customer service and will definitely refer him to our friends here in Maricopa.

Our AC Air intake was not functioning. I installed a new Thermostat and a new Capacitor, but no luck. Having reached my limit on my HVAC skills, I messaged Arizona Colling Co that night, They scheduled an appointment for the next day. This surprised me as I am way out in AZ City.

Ben Sandoval showed up on time and immediately got to work on the diagnosis. He presented me with a full explanation of the issue and a more than fair price. I accepted. 40 minutes later, we were nice and cool.

I recommend this company and Ben specifically, as he went the extra mile to make my family happy and cool, even though he stayed well past dinner time to do so. Thanks, Ben! I will be calling you when we need a new full unit!

I am an investor who has had many properties who have suffered for summer heat. Andre understands the urgency of repair. He deals directly  with me while still being kind to my tenants.

We had a handyman out to our home to hang some patio lights. In the process, something happened where we could not get any electricity. I called Hope, and they came out the very same day. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem easily. They worked very neatly and efficiently. I will be using Hope from here on out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

Wow! Michael was on-time, so knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I will definitely hire him again in the future for our business.

Jeremy has visited our house twice and really helped us out. First time was our washer and dryer, fixed everything no problem. Second time was also for the dryer so he came out for free, figured out the problem and referred me to a company that could fix the issue. He also unclogged our garbage disposal while he was here, for free because of how easy it was. Once you've had the pleasure of working with Honest Appliances, you'll never need to call another company again. I would refer them to anyone having appliance issues because of how nice they are, how quick they are and how honest they are. Thanks again Jeremy, you're awesome!

I had them seal my duct work and install insulation to a r38 rating.  This is a great company and very reliable.  Chris made sure everything was done correctly.  I would highly recommend you get the energy audit for $99  bucks.

My AC broke in the middle of summer and it was miserable, called them and they were so quick to help me.. definitely gonna save their number in case this heat kills my AC again!! Thanks guys

Robert was great!!! We have tenants in our house and the Air Conditioning broke right in the middle of the 120 degree heatwave. Robert worked with our home warranty company and had the A/C fixed promptly. He was on the job within an hour. Great customer service and we will definitely be using him again.

Scheduled my units on May 8th for service, first slot they had open wasn't until July 23, between 1-5 pm. Received my appointment confirmation text message and email and follow up messages on July 22. Took time off of work to be here when the technician arrived, and then proceeded to wait all afternoon. Finally at 6pm I received a phone call saying they were ready to come over...really 6 pm! Called the company the next day and got the standard response we were really busy and sorry nobody informed you Never again, poor customer service, would not recommend.

Update: Received a call from Tammy (within an hour of posting) the customer care service manager who apologized for what had occurred and the actions that were not followed and went on to state this was not the expectations from her team regarding customer satisfaction and made it very clear she was addressing it (thank you) she also offered to have tech out to the house this very day. Mathew arrived about 30-40 minutes later (after giving me call that he was coming) and promptly went to work. He took time to provide explanations for my questions, was very professional and detailed, thank you Mathew!. While my first post pointed out why I was disappointed, they followed up with me, provided the service I requested, and sent a very good representative to assist me. This showed me that they take these kinds of incidents seriously, and go the extra mile  to make things right. Thank you Tammy and Mathew for your excellent customer service and going the distance with me. I will now gladly refer. Again thank you
