I called for an estimate and Brian walked me through my options after reviewing my inspection report. He gave me several options and helped me make the right choice for the situation. We ended up replacing two 21 year old a/c units. He was quick to schedule, had all the machinery needed to do the job and communicated throughout. He also researched rebates to make sure I could get the best value. Definitely worth a call! Great team.

I messaged them on Yelp for a quote and set up an appointment in the next day to replace an air filter grill. It is for a rental unit built in the 1980s. Perfect work.
They forgot to send me the receipt to my email, but did it right away after I reminded them. All messages on Yelp are replied within minutes.

Carlos responded immediately. He responded to my request on Sunday & was at my house on Tuesday morning!! He told me what was going on with my air conditioner unit & is coming back next week to help me on another issue that I had. He was great as far as communication goes & I feel safe having Carlos on my side!!!

I had my AC go out after hours on a Saturday with outdoor temp on 103 and was doubtful I'd be able to get service until the next day or Monday. I called McLaughlin Air and Bruce, the owner himself,showed up at my door in under 45 minutes and completed my repair about an hour later.  I expected to see a surcharge for after hours and weekend rates etc but was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no additional charge for time or travel. Super professional work and a very nice guy on top of that. Warrantied equipment and workmanship at a price that was more than fair. If you're in Maricopa and looking for AC repair or installation you can stop searching and give Bruce a call. Highly recommended!

Victor is the most professional and nicest contractor that we had the pleasure of working with!  He was able to come out within hours of calling him and his prices are super reasonable!  We called him for one project but quickly found out he does almost everything!  He installed new ac vents in our kitchen, new outlets on our patio and next to our back door, changed out all of our old outlets throughout our house, installed new fans, light fixtures, and the most dramatic, beautiful under cabinet led lighting in our kitchen! His customer service is superior!!!  He went above and beyond to help us with our house projects!  I highly recommend Victor for your home repair and projects!!

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

My sincerest apology to Hew's for the bad review.  As it turns out, our LG washer is a dropped model and the part required to complete the repair is no longer manufactured.  They were working on trying to find us a part somewhere.  My husband met with the technician the day of service and says he was timely, thorough and professional.  My bad judgement for jumping the gun.  There isn't anyone who can complete any repair without the right parts.

I contacted Pro Solutions Air to get the air ducts cleaned in our house. Jordan and Joshua were right on time, called ahead to let us know they were on their way and were very professional and courteous and did a great job. We've noticed that we've had practically no dust in our house since the service. During their service, they found that the plenum was not insulated correctly by the builder. This is something that was missed by both the company that did the inspection on our home when we bought it and another company that did a regular HVAC maintenance service for us. We're thankful for the attention and care of Pro Solutions and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.

Terrible business.  I had an A/C go down and called this business to have them fix the problem.  When they were here, they fixed the system without informing us of what the problem was in order for me to decide how to go about this.  They repaired a thermostat wire, but did a bad job with the repair.  A week later, the same problem came back.  They were trying to upsell us a new unit, because of the wire.  I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they never responded.  Just shows they are willing to rip you off and take no accountability foe their service..  Stay away from this business!

TRASH.......Worst experience ever. No business being a contractor.  Installed in my brand new home in 2018. 2.5 years and a hole has formed in my compressor coil. Instead of warranty your work for longer than a year. You choose to fuck people with outrageous quotes. 1900 in labor to fix their bullshit install.

YOU ARE A JOKE COMPANY. GET OUT OF THE VALLEY. YOU ARE A HACK CONTRACTOR OUT TO FUCK PEOPLE. YOUR WORK LASTED 2.5 YEARS.
