Sorensen Heating and Cooling are the valleys best kept secret. It starts with Cotillion working me in their schedule the same day on a Sunday when its over 100 degrees, i called all those other big companys but they didn't want to see me till
Monday.

Don't waste your time with those big companys that are going to sell you  capacitors and freon for hundreds of dollars that you don't need. Sorensen are honest and fair, Brian was very confident experienced and you could tell he knew what he was doing. They are friendly safe, the most experienced at the best priced, after all isnt that what we all are looking for.

Amazing experience!  I knew my vents were in rough shape and needed a cleaning.  I found Honest Air on Yelp after searching the BBB reviews for some of the duct cleaning companies on Groupon.  After seeing all the reveiws I didnt mind paying more to have such a reliable company come and clean my vents, and to be perfectly honest it wasnt that much more then the Groupon Deals.
Honest Air was on time, thorough  and quick.  I didnt know what to expect but I surely didnt expect to have two tennis balls rolling around in my duct work.  
I was very pleased with the service and would use them again as well as recommend them to anyone looking.

Carlos answered my initial request in just a few minutes and was able to schedule the repair same day. His work was efficient and reasonably priced. He also explained everything to me as he was working so I could understand the problem and his solution for repair. Highly recommend

We highly recommend Bruce. He was professional, reasonable and punctual. Our AC started  blowing hot at 530pm. We called McLaughlin Air and was told he can come out at 6am. I said ok because that was the soonest we could get this fix. Well 30 mins later Bruce called and said he's on his way. What a blessing if you ask me! It's 926 pm and he's still here fixing our AC unit. He went above and beyond. Bruce provides great customer service and will definitely refer him to our friends here in Maricopa.

Dave was so responsive and quick to respond. Our air conditioner broke on a Friday afternoon and this was the only company that picked up our phone call. He showed up on Saturday morning, found the problem, and fixed it quickly. I recommend this company to anyone having issues with your AC. He is honest and straightforward. Also great reviews on Google!

I had an AC system that was not blowing cool air. Andre was able to come out quickly to service the unit.  He showed up on time, thoroughly inspected the unit, located a leak, and quickly repaired it.  Prompt, professional, friendly service. You can't beat that.

We contacted Hope AC as a referral from one of our neighbors. They were a lot cheaper than all the other offers we received for the same unit installed. They did an amazing job installing the new unit and followed up a couple weeks later to ask if everything was alright.

I had to call them almost a year later to come out and see why the unit was not turning on. They came out the next day to troubleshoot the issue and found that one of the wires inside the Trane unit itself worked free from the housing causing the fan to not turn on. This was an issue on Trane's end and not Hope AC. If they did not have the experience/expertise to work on the unit it would have been a replacement order and time wasted waiting for the new part to come in.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

My freezer in my fridge recently stopped working so I needed a quick fix. Hews Repair showed up the same day to take a look. Unfortunately, my fridge was beyond saving but he told me what the issue was and didn't even charge me for the service call. These are stand up guys and I will definitely call them next time for my appliance repair needs.

Wow! Michael was on-time, so knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I will definitely hire him again in the future for our business.

Bruce came out and helped us with our washing machine repair. He is very personable and I felt comfortable with him. He got our washer fixed! I also received emails along the way about arrival and such. I felt very cared for.

I called Convenient Home Services to have a tune up on my AC units last summer. The customer service rep was very courteous and helpful, and that is probably the only reason why I would give this company even two stars.

The HVAC techs came out promptly at the time that were scheduled, but when I explained to them what was going on, they immediately said that it was likely I needed to replace the units. This is before they had even looked at the units! The lead tech then proceeded to be very pushy and  continually suggested to me how it wasn't even worth replacing and they should just install new units. Keep in mind the house is only about 10 years old, not brand new units by any measure, but not on their last legs either.

The units were low on freon, and I told the tech to put three pounds in each unit. After agreeing to this and receiving the final invoice, the tech put four pounds in each unit, stating, Three pounds would not have done anything. This led to an additional $290 I was invoiced for that I had not authorized.

Overall, I would suggest for you to spend your money elsewhere.

If it wasn't for these guys me and my family would've been living in a hotel for a week! Thank you so much for the fast response and reasonable price!

This company saved the day! My a/c was not blowing cold air and this happened mid day, I messaged a few businesses on yelp and Andrew was the first one to get back to me. They were able to come out later that night and check out what was going. They do charge a service fee but it does get applied to the overall bill which is nice as well. They were able to fix the problem with a recharge of my system and we now have cold air. I will definitely be using this company for any problems I have in the future with my HVAC. I highly recommend!

Literally worst company ever! No type of customer service and always get the let me check on it and I'll call you back with no call back ever!

My AC broke 5/22 I called warranty and they sent Pro Solutions Air after I had to contact them to get my appointment scheduled they finally came out 5/27 get my A/C back and running everything is fine and dandy less than 24hrs later the A/C stops working again without even turning on at this point. I call Pro air solutions again and they said they will be back out until 6/2!!!! Finally they come and diagnose it and inform me that my warranty needs to order parts... I call my warranty 6/8 and no part has even been sent in to be ordered from them! I myself had to call in the part! long story short almost 3 weeks later from initial visit and I still have no AC! I call pro solutions and no call backs no resolution not even a we can't get the part or we are too busy to accept your warranty job I literally harass my warranty until they give Pro Air Solutions an ultimatum and of course they won't even call my warranty back.

This is a joke of a company please save your money or if you have warranty save yourself the headache and don't let your warranty send them.

Scammers , after a huge argument he confessed my type of unit Doesn't need maintenance and refunded my money after my ac unit running worse after he touched it

Well, read about Chas Roberts AC being a family business and being a father myself that might be where our commonality stops.  Two days ago, we were scheduled for a service call from 3-7 pm about approximately 5:30 while my son was at a doctors appointment that stated that the tech was running late.  Then about 8:40 pm when my child was asleep, I received a 20ish minutes call but considering one of the controllers was in my child's room.  I ask to be rescheduled.  I then received a call from a scheduler who stated she had left a message they were running late.  I ask her when what she thought that meant to me and if that meant they could come anytime because of a voicemail left at 5:30pm  I did not realize Chas Roberts policy was to arrive from 3 to Midnight because the customer received a voice mail saying that would be a delay without notice it could be as late as Midnight.  Then not only was the appointment not rescheduled I was told to go back to Fulton Homes to rescheduled.  When I called Fulton Homes they relayed the customer must be at ChasRoberts schedule no matter when they show up.  Being largest AC Contractor in the Valleys and because I upset the orange cart by not wanting to wake my son any reschedule would be as far out as the Chas Roberts calendar could schedule.  Because they have contract with Fulton Homes I was provided a date two months out which I assume was as far out as their schedule could put me.  Fair warning if you are looking for good customer service stay away from Chas Roberts.
