Accurate Air

I had an ongoing issue with my AC unit, and had three different companies out to look at it. A friend recommended Accurate Air and I gave them a call. Their awesome service starts with the nice woman who answers the phone. As opposed to all the other companies who sound annoyed to be speaking with you- this nice person is helpful and courteous and doesn't make you feel like you are interrupting a Judge Judy marathon.

Chuck is the tech who responded to my house and he was just awesome. He did extensive trouble shooting and looked at every possible issue which could be contributing to the problem. Chuck installed a new fix and also educated me on how to watch for potential problems that may arise. I really appreciated his expertise and professionalism. There was never any attempt to up-sell anything at all. Chuck attacked the problem almost like he was fixing his own AC- which I appreciated. He wasn't rushed and didn't have to be in and out in five seconds like so many other companies. Chuck was very thorough and did a great job of educating me on what his thought process and how things work.

As a bonus- Chuck installed my new 3rd Gen Nest thermostat. Did you know if a Nest Pro installs your Nest- you get a free five year warranty? From the standard two years- you get an extra three- just by having a professional do it. How cool is that?

I'm so glad to have found Accurate Air and Chuck. No one wants to have AC issues- but I can tell you it's nice to have the best people standing by when you have that Aww crap moment and your AC is not working.  Give them a call and see what the Best can do for you.

Accurate Air really saved the day, or should I say night, by coming out late on Saturday to fix our broken AC unit! Anyone who's been a parent understands the panic after getting a toddler to bed only to realize the AC isn't working, we were really in a bind! Ethan at Accurate Air really came though for us and we greatly appreciate it!

Can't say enough good things about this great company! From estimates to troubleshooting to ordering and installation of new units, they are professional, reliable, and affordable. Our A/C unit stopped producing cold air in July, when we needed it most. David, our technician, didn't find any electrical/mechanical problems and freon levels were good.  He determined that a safety switch cut off power to the compressor motor due to excessive condensation levels. He blew out the condenser line and performed a 20 point inspection of our system at a nominal cost.  David did an excellent job of answering my questions.

Came out same day. Called first with ETA. Reasonable pricing. I also had Ethan look over the HVAC stuff the remodeled did for this flipped house I recently bought. He was thorough and gave me peace of mind. They are my new go-to AC company. Family friendly feeling. Honest and reliable. Hard to find.

I needed a company to fix something for me short notice because I was closing on my house, and Accurate Air delivered. I'm thankful for their fast and reliable service and would use them again in a heartbeat!

We have had our HVAC systems serviced and repaired by the Accurate Air team for several years now. (We had used others before that, and have been much happier with Accurate on both pricing and apparent quality.) The technical staff explain things well, and offer clear information about what's recommended and what's necessary. I understand they are not compensated on commission, which helps explain why--relative to some other companies--it's never felt like we're being pushed to do anything unnecessary. I appreciate the friend who referred us to Accurate, and have referred other friends to them too.

Tom and his entire staff have been helpful, honest, and transparent about the process as we made the decision to replace our air conditioners. The service has been top notch - they've earned lifetime customers.

I was completely blown away by this company's level of customer service! Accurate Air was recommended to me by another fellow Yelper and I'm glad I took the advice. They were honest and very dependable. They knew the situation that I was in and squeezed me in as soon as possible.

My condensation line was completely clogged which caused my ceiling to leak. The tech (who was very sweet) was fast and efficient to fix it. Lord knows this is a tough job crawling up someone's attic in a thousand degree weather. Bless you, tech man. Bless you.

Great customer service. They call to give you a Window of time for your service. Then your tech calls 30 minutes prior to arriving. They are thorough give detailed info and fixed issue!!

Yes they do treat the client like family!  The technician called when he was on the way and arrived actually 5 minutes early!  Serviced my unit and found only one small item which he took a picture of and showed me!  Very efficient and cordial!  I highly recommend Accurate Air!!

This company should be on your speed dial for air conditioning problems.  They are a family-run business, and treat the customer like family.  Tom's can-do attitude, and knowledge of the business are unsurpassed.  Following a really bad experience with two other companies, Tom and his crew have me up and running and better than new.  Chuck is an excellent team lead; Sean is the best installer I have ever met, and Frank is an asset to this Accurate team.  Shannon, in the office, is bubbly, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to talk with.  Honesty and integrity, combined with volumes of knowledge and professionalism are the characteristics of the members of this company.  They seem to take pride in seeing a job well done.  I can honestly say that I did not know my air conditioning system could be this great.  I highly recommend Accurate Air.

Love these guys!  We've been using them since we came to the valley in 1989. Honest, dependable, reasonably priced, family owned business.  They have always treated us well.  They are good people who have gone above and beyond for us. I would definitely recommend them to anybody!!

Accurate installed a Trane A/C unit at our house and it has required quite a bit of service over its first 2 years.  Recently, the thermostat broke and needed to be replaced -- of course on a 107 degree Saturday.  We had the technician come out and he told us that they do not carry the part with them and that Accurate does not provide access to the part over the weekend.  He wanted to put on a temporary thermostat but made it clear that he had no idea if it would work.  Given the fact the 2-year old unit has broken twice already and we had no idea if it would void the warranty, we decided that was a bad idea.  We paid him $146 for this call.  

We then called another provider who stocks the part (yes, even on weekends and after hours) and we got it replaced a few hours later, no hassles.  I do not understand how an authorized service agent of Trane does not stock parts over the weekend, particularly when we are talking AC during June in Phoenix.  As an aside, Accurate did call 4 days later, but not to try to resolve our issue but instead to make sure their technician followed the protocol of the company, which I guess he did.  

So, I'd say if you want quick service and expert repair, steer clear of Accurate.

Rarely do I give a 5 star - Accurate Air earned it.
Recently had them replace Air Conditioning systems (yes 2) - what a great way to do business. They were precise, detailed and followed up quickly with any questions or concerns. Gave confidence they would do job correctly first time. Then their cost was hard to beat when compared with others. I have used them in the past, so I know they will be around in future. Install was just as planned - they made sure they had enough team and all the right parts. On time and completed as planned - wow. Then they took care of all the paper work - warranties, rebates, and install registration. Then the surprise - they followed up and made sure I was completely satisfied and everything was working - I know they will be there for me.

My AC quit working on a late Sat night and I sent an email to describe the problem.  On Sunday I got a response with info for Monday.  First thing Monday I had an app with the estimate for repairs.  They arrived exactly on time and fixed the problem in an hour for the exact estimate price.  AC now works perfectly!

What a refreshing difference!! Tom did a thorough inspection of our entire system.  He made a series of recommendations from the least invasive to the most expensive.  I was really surprised (and very pleased and impressed) that he did NOT immediately recommend that I replace my AC system.  He said that I should try the other, much less expensive, things first, and only then investigate complete overhaul if necessary.  Best of all, he told me that it really didn't make much sense to do anything now that AC season is just about over.  Wait to make all the recommended changes and improvements until February or March!   Impressive.  I love these folks.  Highly recommended!

With the crazy electrical storms the past few days my AC unit exploded, yes really.  I wasn't sure what to do so from a recommendation from my sister I filled out the web form for Accurate Air on their website ( it was late when the explosion happened ). Their office staff called me promptly when they opened  in the morning and were very nice and sent George out right away.  George came and surveyed the damage and gave me a few options on repairing or replacing the exploded compressor.  I opted for a new AC unit.  They got one from the warehouse and had it installed the new morning in the morning all in about 24 hours.  I had really good luck with them.

I was very pleased with the professional, courteous service that I received from Accurate Air. I too had a part that needed replacing and my unit was under warranty. Even though the technician did not have the warranty part stocked on his truck, he was able to get my unit functioning for me until the warranty part arrived.

I really felt that the technician went out of his way to ensure my comfort until we were able to get the unit fixed with the correct parts. After some explanation from the technician, I understood how difficult it would be to keep stock of all parts for all kinds of units on their trucks. it was great that they were able to provide me with a stock part so that my family and I could endure the heat.

My family has been using Accurate Air for over 20 years and I personally have been using them for 8 years. They have great, friendly service. Very dependable, make an effort to get to you as soon as possible. Friendly office staff too. We use them for both A/C work and plumbing and have always been satisfied

On time, did a thorough a/c checkup, made sure to remind me to change the filters regularly (had not been doing so).  Charged me a reasonable fee for service.

We have used this business since the early 90's.  I highly recommend them.  I also recommend the yearly checkup where they take a look at your A/C.  Do this in the Spring, and get your A/C tuned up for the summer.  We have had the same technician, who's name I don't remember, come out here for years.  This is a family run business that appears to retain it's employees over the long-run, and that tells me something right there!

Fast, knowledgeable, and honest.  These guys don't work on commission like the other rip off companies.
