Senor Mist

As usual the crew at Senor Mist exceeded expectations with our spring start up for our misting system. Have been impressed with the Senor Mist service since the day of installation. Thanks to Rex, Debbie and Crew once again.

Wow! These guys are on it. We purchased a misting and heating system for our back patio. Rex came out and gave us a great sales presentation with no pressure, and we were off. It's only been a week and the heaters have been installed and the misting system is going in next week. So far this team has been very responsive and professional. I will add to this review with pictures once the job is complete. I have no doubt the final product will be amazing.

After several yrs of being a customer, I never thought I would rate them this low.

I had my 30+ nozzle misting system annual service just a few days ago. They flushed lines and replaced several nozzles. 2 nozzles not working right so I call Señor Mist. I am told that even though they serviced just 2 days ago, nozzles not working right is not covered?? Their remedy, this one time they would mail me 2 nozzles and I could fix it.

It baffles me that a company 2 days after servicing a unit says we are not responsible for it working right. Very disappointing.

BTW, this review is not at all about service tech, its about a company not standing behind its work.

Love the company.   They explained the installation, left us with no questions.  The installers were great ( Chance and Alan). Before leaving our home they explained everything.   I highly Recommend them.

The new operations manager Gary, and Silvestre came to turn on the system for the warmer weather. Both were extremely professional, friendly, patient and extremely efficient problem solvers.

I just had a misting system installed.  The service was great, as was the look of the system.  I have a medium size patio but high ceilings and the plan took that into consideration.  The piping runs to the patio are not obtrusive and they painted them to a perfect match with my house where they had to be visible.  The temperature drops substantially with the system on and will make my yard and pool much more usable during the summer.  The installation team took the time to review seasonal start-up and shutdown steps with me.  So great installation and service so far!  I recommend.

Came out to provide a quote. Gave quote and I asked a question and they never contacted me back. Seems like they should because you spend all this time coming out to peoples homes and then when they have a question no response. This was specific to sales person Jim. Will look for another vendor.

Excellent service from start to finish.  Rex has extensive knowledge about the various options for installing mist systems which was the first reason I chose Senor Mist.  He explained in great detail why it should be installed in x place vs Y (y being where the other company quoted me). He explained various options for managing calcium buildup,  remote control,  noise and maintenance.  His team,  yes an entire crew showed up for the install, and were there on time.  They installed the system exactly as it was explained it would be.  They showed me how to maintain the system, walking me through the pump, the lines etc.  couldn't be happier with their attention to detail and the final product.  I am ready for summer!

Decided to install a mist system so we could use our patio during the summer heat.  Researched various mist contractors and knew as soon as I met Craig that I would go with their company.  Their family business approach makes you feel comfortable and their knowledge and experience is evident.  In addition, their installation team were great.  They walk you through the installation and ask if you have any ideas or special needs.  Very friendly and professional.  We are now enjoying our mist system every evening during the summer heat.

Rex and his 2-man team came by today and installed misters on my patio and my enclosed garden.  It took about 6-7 hours.  I couldn't be happier.  The cooling effect was immediate, even on a windy day the patio cooled down about 15 degrees on a 110 degree day.  On top of the product Rex sells, I've never met a more ethical, honest and pleasant business man than Rex.  His 2 man team of Oscar and Lalo were as professional and pleasant as can be.  Come October, I plan on calling Rex to install some radiant heaters on the patio thereby completing my comfortable outdoor space.

We just moved to Arizona and wanted to add some outdoor cooling to our patio. As always, I use the Yelp family to help me choose the appropriate business for the job. Senor Mist was my choice and I couldn't be happier. Rex, the owner, came out and gave me a price for the work. I was completely happy with his quote, but I needed to have an exterior water supply installed first. Rex gave me the name & telephone number of a plumber that he used before, Brigham's Plumbing (623-210-6444). The owner, Brigham did the work himself. I'll be using Brigham's Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. Brigham is a true professional and his work shows it. Rex's crew from Senor Mist came out and installed my system the next day. His crew was professional and a great group of guys. The job was finished the same day. You would never have known that they were here, except the work was done. All my landscape lighting and drip system work fine after they left. I would recommend both contractors. Now we can enjoy our patio and the Arizona heat without breaking a sweat.

Senor Mist was very easy to deal with.  Karen responded to my initial email within an hour and Rex showed up to quote the job on time. The price was fair (these systems are not cheap as the parts and pump are all top quality) and the system has really performed well this summer.  

Install crew showed up on time and spent the majority of the day here doing this install.  Initially I had considered installing myself but seeing the pros do it made me so glad I paid someone to tackle this job.

We opted to do the entire run of patio and to install the foggers around the pool.  If the humidity is low the patio cools off between 10 and 20 degrees.  Pool a bit less cause it's in more sun on obviously higher humidity.  At night the foggers in the pool area look awesome around the water feature and landscape lighting!  I'll need to turn down the pump as the entire backyard can fog up.

Overall, very pleased we opted to have these installed by a knowledgeable, professional company that delivered on everything they outlined in their proposal, on-time and on budget.

I've already recommended them to 2 close friends and felt compelled to share here as well.

Love, love love this company.  The entire process was easy and friendly.  The system is working great and I'm confident that if and when I need them for service they will be there for me.  I have already referred them to 2 other families and they have had the same positive experience. I can't believe these guys the sold us a system for over 10 thousand dollars its have problems now they have our money and are leaving us high and dry with misters that don't work.We absolutely don't recommend these guys the are acting like a fly by night company.Be careful of these guys.

Senor Mist is a remarkable company. Karen and Allen were so great to work with and now I have a misting system that performs as it should. Allen is so knowledgeable and professional. He arrived and quickly assessed the situation and made logical recommendations and with Karen's support and communications was able to return the following day with the parts needed and now my system is better than it ever was. Rex and his wife came out and wrote us an in person estimate for a mist system for our backyard...we needed to wait a bit, but when we were ready, his team was super helpful. Lalo was extremely professional and showed us exactly how to operate the system.  We even decided to put foggers around our pool which they drafted and added to the proposal after the initial installation. We are beyond pleased with our patio now, and will be recommending them to out neighbors!

To everyone looking for an mister system, Senor Mist is the way to go. I had my system installed two years ago. Still loving it. I met with Rex the owner, he was on time, fair priced, and his crew did an amazing job. Over the last two years I have added some thing to the system, and again same great service. Also the maintenance has been performed just as good from Senor Mist.

Also Senor Mist installed my heaters. Great quality, service, and install.

Rex is just good at what he does. Plain and simple.  He is very personable and the prices are very competitive. In fact cheaper by $600.  His crew was so nice and they even helped me take down my string lights that were in the way and put them back up properly.  They came and got the job done with no problems.

I contacted Senor Mist to replace my aging, 15-year-old misting system which had become a nesting place for some local pack rats.

In a pre-sales phone setting, Karen, was very helpful in discussing options and sending me pictures and other information via email.  My lack of clarity, as to my requirements, necessitated a visit by one of their technicians to assess my needs.

Lalo came onsite, saw our patio environment and suggested a solution.  He even noted that one of our option was to run the old pump until it died (rare in a sales setting), but we decided to buy a misting system that was current and rodent-proof (more later).  He was both knowledgeable and a gentleman, patiently answering all my wife's questions to her satisfaction.  We were convinced that his price was fair so we agreed to the installation.

Lalo returned the next day, along with Zak to perform the installation.  Again, both Lalo and Zak were perfect gentlemen who took the time to perform a solid installation and answer / address all of my wife's issues.  Lalo even examined one of our patio fan settings to ensure that the mist would not etch the windows in our header.  He truly was interested in completing the job to our satisfaction.

We all know that such courteous and knowledgeable technicians are rare now-a-days.  It is for all the reason above I would given Senor Mist a 5-star rating.

PS: The new misting system design is fully enclosed removing any way in which the enclosure can be compromised by rodents looking for a nest.  Problem solved!

We LOVE our new mist system. Rex was fantastic to work with. He came out and gave a thorough estimate and didn't try to sell us what we didn't need. We scheduled plumbing to access soft water and his crew arrived on time and completed their work in a timely but complete fashion. We are very happy with Rex and Senor Mist, not to mention much cooler and we can enjoy our outdoor patio and pool area in the Phoenix Summer heat.

I am late in writing this review. We bought a home with a pre-existing mister system. The pump went bad and I searched all over town for a reputable company. We hit the jackpot with Señor Mist! Very professional and our pump is amazing. The guys installed it in no time and it is a much better pump than we had before. It seems they do some big time commercial work, but they did not make us feel like inferior customers in any way. I highly recommend them!

We had a wonderful experience with Señor Mist! The owner Rex, was personally involved from the initial layout  to the completion of the job. It's so refreshing to have someone take pride in their work! Additionally, the temp outside was 101 degrees  and with our new misters on our shaded restaurant patio, it was a comfortable 86 degrees. We are thrilled!!

My wife and I had the same experience with Karen and Rex that others seem to have had.  In addition to being extremely pleasant people, their cost was somewhat lower than the other quotes I had obtained, and they even managed to squeeze us into their busy schedule in just a matter of days.  We have drapes hanging on 3 of the 4 sides of our pergola, and their crew worked with us to figure out a configuration that would both work well and look good.  It turned out great, and we are very pleased with our mister system.

We were so impressed with the level of professionalism and competency that Rex, the owner of Senor Mist, exhibited when he installed our backyard misting system. We had a total of 4 estimates of local companies and by and large we felt the most confident with Rex and we are happy we went with his company. First off, it's a family owned local business so the attention you get with Rex and his team are really top notch. Rex is very knowledgable in his products. He and his crew were professional, clean, and quick. I had gotten numerous estimates and he had the best pricing along with warranty. The misting system works great and really helps cool things down. Definitely worth the cost after eating the money on DYI hose misting system....high pressure new one never gets surfaces or people physically wet and never drips after it shuts off! Rex and his crew did an excellent job for an excellent price.  Rex and his wife are a small company that does large and small commercial and residential systems.  He is very knowledgeable, did not try to over sell me and designed a perfect system for my front and rear porches. Great Company... I have to tell you....I am a hard sell. I am usually dissatisfied with most service companies these days. They always seem that their incentive is to make as much $$ as they can on one trip.
