TruTek has helped out twice now to address air conditioning unit problems, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for their response time and their value. This isn't another sales based company or business looking to increase their profit by recommending unnecessary stuff. Their owner Ron has been very honest and helpful and I have been happy to recommend him to others. He's treated them well with a quick response time and great pricing. I've learned my lesson and recommend others to reach out to this company even to do a check up and clean on your system to avoid issues!

We have been using Wise Mechanical for our air conditioning and heating repairs and maintenance for over a year now. Joe is outstanding and provides fantastic service. We moved into a 20-year old house last year and signed up for Joe's annual maintenance program. Within the 1st 6 months we had to have 2 or 3 repairs done and Wise Mechanical always came immediately and had our a/c up and running in no time. Thanks Joe!

James came by in the middle of summer- at 330 pm ( heat of the day) and got up on our roof and did an amazing job cleaning the coils - inside and out, checked my system and said said everything was working perfectly. Comfort One installed a new Ac on our home a couple years ago.  At that time, our one AC finally bit the dust. Comfort One installed a new AC. But while their, they also did basic maintenance on our second unit at no cost. They found a couple of issues that should have been covered under that unit's warranty.... we learned the prior installer screwed up the install and screwed up that warranty package.

Comfort One worked with the warranty company and got us back on track with the second unit and its warranty.

Fast forward to this past weekend. We came home and BOTH units had been offline.  They came out, figured out the glitch, then invoiced us at ZERO dollars as it covered under the warranty.

Nice to know the company has a solid work effort, strives to make clients happy, and does that little extra you like to see in customer service.

Rusty came to our rescue late on a Friday afternoon, after we received an exorbitant quote from another company. He was friendly, professional, and helped us out with some coolant to last us until he could get the needed parts and replace them.
Since we were experiencing 100 degree days without air conditioning, that was a huge blessing!  The other company was going to charge us at least 1/3 more than Rusty and they did not supply us with emergency coolant. Pretty bum deal when we had used them a few times,  and come to find out we were overcharged for a bandaid service than an actual fix.
You can trust Rusty to be fair and honest!

I had a Saturday at 8:00 am appointment to change a toilet.  I wanted a round seat, dual flush to replace a habitually clogging toilet.  (I was NOT going to pay the last plumber I used, referred by home warranty, $900 to replace it.)  Anyway, I went to move my car out of my garage at 7:45 am (to make access easier) and Sam had just pulled up.  He brought exactly what I had asked for and Sam and Gregory had it installed in a snap.  While they were there I asked Sam to take a look at my HVAC.  Although I had the exhaust line vacuumed a few months back, there's some signs of moisture.  Sam pulled the cover panel (last guy didn't do that), put some water into the drain pan and showed me that it's draining slowly.  He blew out the line and it drained faster.  He also went outside to make sure the water was making its way out and it sure was.  He also looked at my filter and told me to change it out monthly - buy the cheap one and change it monthly!  He said call him next year and he'll do the full HVAC cleaning service ($185), which I didn't need today.  All he charged me for today was the toilet, at the previously quoted price, and they were done in under an hour.  I asked Sam for business cards - he gave me a fridge magnet and a few cards.  The magnet is on my fridge and Sam will be my first call for plumbing and HVAC!  And I will give out his cards!  Thank you, Sam!

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. Will definitely only go to them for all my hvac needs

Jose came out for an annual check up for our AC. (We had only been customers for about a year). He checked it out and made two recommendations. I hesitated but accepted the recommendations, and I'm so glad I did. He installed an improved capacitor and a 3ton hard start kit.

Now the unit (right outside our bedroom) is so quiet it can be difficult to tell if it's running. Plus the unit is not working so hard and should experience a longer life.

I trust Jose and Yavapai Plumbing and Heating to make truly helpful recommendations, not just for the sake of making a sale.

We now use them for heating AND plumbing.

Wish I could give a better review but the dude never showed up. I don't understand people that set appointments and don't follow through. The awful part is that he had my address and phone number, and who knows what he'll do with it. He didn't call, didn't message, nothing. I finally responded through Yelp and told him I was sorry that he didn't show and that we would be seeking assistance from another business. His response was a vague sorry for the inconvenience. No reason, no explanation, nothing. Do NOT recommend using this business.

Brian came out yesterday and serviced and repaired my air conditioning.  This is the second time we have used them. Brian spent a lot of time working on my units, explained everything and gave us numbers to help me understand.  Then let us make choices.  He was so very nice, polite and thorough.  Have never had a nicer person do repairs.  Amy, who answers the phone, was very nice also.  

Both experiences with them have been wonderful.  Highly recommend them and will use again.

Huge shout out to these guys.  I returned from a vacation and found that the thermostat had been damaged by a recent storm.  Needless to say the house was very hot!  Within 90 minutes of my call, they were on site, went the extra mile to get a temporary stat to get me cool, and then replaced the original one the following day.  What really got me was that they could easily have said that they would have me up and running the following day when they got the part, and I would have expected that.  But, the didn't.  They went to the  effort of getting a substitute part immediately, and actually had to do the work twice just so I could sleep cool that night.  This was all at no cost to me since the system was under warranty, therefore, the didn't get any additional revenue for the extra work.  Very responsive to say the least!

I would have though that a call from customer service would have been made. No Dice.

So I decided to go with the summer  A/C tune-up special. 29.95 per unit with a donation of can goods. I called them back and scheduled. Charles arrived at 4pm in my 12-4 window given. He greeted me and I showed him in and explained that it was perfect timing that the units are in need of coolant and that the lower unit had some freezing on the coils. (They had been working hard with the recent increased humidity) I should have kept my mouth shut.

I understand why A/C units freeze and low coolant suggest a leak. I know for a fact that it has taken 3 years to get to this point with a leak. (Yep same thing from 3 years ago when I had a A/C company top it off.) Within a matter of 10 minutes I was told Charles that I need 2 capacitors plus the coolant at $79 per pound and a chemical wash for a total of about 900 dollars OR i could pay $1600 for a 5 year service plan and todays repairs would be included.

1st off the bait was a A/C tune up. To me that should include some kind of cleaning. I hear adds all of the time and the usually off up to a pound of coolant.

2nd Capacitors are cheap parts and take a matter of minutes to replace.

3rd the whole Idea was to get into my house and sell me a over inflated service agreement that included a whole 10% off to replace my unit.

I told Charles to add the coolant since I knew it was needed. I am not really sure he loaded the amount of lbs. that he said but I really did not care at this point I just want this to be over. Afterwards when it was time to pay he offered me a 2 year agreement for $700. I declined and paid them $440.00 which include the tune-up fee for 2 units.

I will never do business with Emergency Air and beware of calls for low price A/C tune-ups.

By the way the can goods are still sitting on my counter.

Cannot say I am very happy right now; my 4 yr old AC system (warranty 5 years) seems to be doing poor job today.  Yes covered, but not the service call on weekend.  So either you suffer or pay.  Guess all that small print is where they hide that info.
