I had a warranty issue which was more of a manufacturer issue....112 degrees and they definitely are getting tons of calls, no problem as Mark & Brett were on the issue in less than 12 hours. I can't say enough about these guys and their responsiveness. They are first class and treat your call as it's the most important request they have. You can't go wrong with Mark of Excellence!

Had a great experience with A.C. Infantry today! If you're looking to have an AC check up, Dacoda is your guy. Responsive, professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be using AC Infantry for future maintenance calls and/or repairs. I know when my unit needs replacing in a few years, I won't look anywhere else! Highly recommend.

I had to post a review this company is over the top. My 3 1/2 year old LG refrigerator stopped cooling. I called Felix Appliance Repair and they sent Mike out, we talked with him earlier because he was having a hard time getting the compressor, we ended up ordering it. Mike came out the next day and installed it, it cooled for about 12 hours then stopped. Mike came out the next day when I called even though it was Saturday and they don't normally work that day. He worked on it for awhile and said they would send Kevin out Monday since he was the expert with LG's. Well, Kevin couldn't fix it, so unfortunately she was sent to the scrapyard. The owner Robert Felix came to our door today with a refund for the service since they couldn't repair it. He didn't have to do that, but I very much appreciate it. If you ever need appliance repair, this is your guy.

TruTek has helped out twice now to address air conditioning unit problems, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for their response time and their value. This isn't another sales based company or business looking to increase their profit by recommending unnecessary stuff. Their owner Ron has been very honest and helpful and I have been happy to recommend him to others. He's treated them well with a quick response time and great pricing. I've learned my lesson and recommend others to reach out to this company even to do a check up and clean on your system to avoid issues!

This is one great contractor to have inspect, service or replace your system. The technicians were Honest, Truthful, and true to their word. I would call or hire nobody else in the Payson area. PLEASE Give them a chance to earn your trust in great local Ac/Heating Contractor, I recommend them 110%.

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. Great local small business. The kind your grateful for having the phone number for. Mike answered the phone, cam over same day and fixed my AC on the spot. I thought it was going to be the compressor but it was something much less expensive. Very fair price and very professional.

James came by in the middle of summer- at 330 pm ( heat of the day) and got up on our roof and did an amazing job cleaning the coils - inside and out, checked my system and said said everything was working perfectly. We live in a home where Chas Roberts installed the AC so we knew there would be issues but the first year was even worse than we thought. We had to call them out multiple times with the issues we were having and each time they said they fixed the problem. Too bad it was never actually fixed. I don't know if they were lying, incompetent, or both, but I got sick of it so I had Rustys come take a look. They found the actual issue within 20 minutes which Chas Roberts took multiple visits to miss. Chas Roberts told me I would have to wait 5 months for them to come and fix a mistake they created so I had Rustys fix it at a great price in less than a week. Rustys should be the go-to fix for all the shortcut problems and run-around games that these big HVAC companies try and pull with their customers. Our house feels comfortable for the first time since we moved in thanks to Rustys.

We needed 2 sets of shut off valves repaired. Sam offered very competitive pricing compared to other plumbing companies. He was communicative, friendly, and professional. He showed up early, came prepared with booties and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely recommend again in the future. I know who our go to plumbing guy is now!

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. Will definitely only go to them for all my hvac needs

We wanted a water softener since city water is so hard and loaded with chlorine.  Sales rep called on us and was very helpful and knowledgeable.  Walked thru what we had and recommended what we needed.  Time of appointment for installation crew of 2 plumbers showed up and installed our desired system.  In addition, I needed an new faucet installed in our house which they did quickly and efficiently.  We are very pleased with the process and people with whom we dealt.  System is working very well.

There aren't enough stars for AZ Dynamic Builders. Seriously, they are the absolute best. In the last month or so AZDB handled two projects for me -- both were replacing vanities and light fixtures in bathrooms. In both instances there were unforeseen complications -- plumbing fixtures, incorrect shipments from manufacturers -- beyond their control. These guys didn't blink; they walked me thru the issues and the possible solutions, then adjusted on the fly. They never even considered throwing in the towel and saying, Hey, not our problem. Requests for estimates and scheduling are handled promptly, and the guys couldn't be nicer or more capable. Do yourself a favor and hit them up for your next project -- you'll be very glad you did.

I have been using A & M Mechanical for all of my Heating & A/C needs over the years. I have found them to be extremely reliable and honest.  The level of customer service is one that is more the exception than the rule today. They are outstanding.  They are not the cheapest, nor are they the most expensive.  I feel that the pricing is within the industry standards.  What sets them apart, is their focus on detail and doing the job right.  When I refer them to my clients, that's exactly what I want them to do: Get it right, Be on time, Be Honest, and Be Fair Market Priced.  I get it all from A & M Mechanical.  I will continue to use them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has heating & A/C issues.

our air-condition went out several weeks ago and Wickenburg Air was kind enough to complete our request quickly, they are always on top of their game, know exactly what the problem is and how to fix it.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I found this amazing company via a Facebook ad, and was not disappointed! Caleb came out and was knowledgeable, straightforward and super friendly. He explained our options and HANDS DOWN GAVE US THE BEST PRICE OUT OF FOUR DIFFERENT ESTIMATES/COMPANIES to replace our 12 year old unit. Their price out the door is HALF THE PRICE of their competitors! A+++

Joseph came out as a second opinion after our warranty company denied our ac repair.  He was professional and helpful in explaining what needs to be done.  We may end up needing to replace the unit,  but his report will hopefully help to get reimbursed by the warranty company. Highly recommend.
