Rocket Plumbing did a great job and made the repair I needed.  They even replaced a faulty stop-valve for me, which saved me time and another appointment.  They were prompt and completed both repairs within my budget!  I will use them in the future for any plumbing issues.  Really great guys too.  Thank you!!

Truly an amazing company.  I originally called Chicago sewer and Drain for an issue I was having relating to my furnace drain in the wall.  My home warranty company later assigned their own technician, so I cancelled my appointment with Chicago sewer and Drain.  The company selected by my warranty,  didn't do anything so I called Chicago Sewer and Drain back and they were able to come same day.  That was truly amazing.  With in a matter of minutes he was able to diagnosis the issue and give me an upfront transparent price with no hidden hourly rates or fees.  The technician was honest, transparent, and confident.  I also forgot to mention I'm active duty military and this is a rental property, so we were able to complete the entire experience via phone.  He additionally documented his work by allowing me to see the issue via video and to hear the problem.  I've never had any technician go above and beyond like them.  They are trustworthy, honest, fair and I will use them again and highly recommend.

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Their service and professionalism far exceeded expectation. I had several pipes in a really old building burst. I messaged Windy City Plumbing at around 6pm on a Monday evening regarding emergency service. The owner, Jose, replied in less than 15 minutes! Amazing! He was able to schedule service for the following day in the afternoon. It just kept getting better! I couldn't believe how well this was going. The next day, my assigned technician called to let me know when they would be on the way...they were an hour early!! I was fully prepared to wait around for hours, but these guys are prompt and professional. The job turned out to be a particularly large one and I had maybe four different technicians working over the course of three days. Each one was friendly, professional and explained what was going on at each stage of the job. They completed the job proficiently and made me feel very secure in their work. It was very easy to communicate with the technicians as well as the owner. They return phone calls and text messages very quickly...even when they are out on other jobs. Their customer service is unparalleled. I will be contacting them for ALL of my future plumbing needs, no question. If they navigated my nightmare of a job so proficiently, I am confident they can handle just about anything. I cannot imagine a better company to work with. I was very impressed with the fast response time and honest opinion of First Chicago Plumbing.  I am currently selling a property and the buyer asked to have the rusted gas pipe to the grill outside replaced per the inspection.  I contacted First Chicago Plumbing for an estimate and they got back to me within an hour to schedule an appointment that afternoon! Unlike some other companies I contacted, they did not charge to come out and look at the issue to provide an estimate which I appreciated. Upon looking at the pipe, our plumber, Eugene, stated that the rust was purely cosmetic and was not impacting the functionality (no gas leaks or weak spots); it was just normal for a pipe being outside.  He recommended leaving it alone because the new pipe would rust in a year again anyway and there was nothing wrong with it. I asked for a write up of his recommendation that I could provide to the buyer and he promptly got it to me the same day.

While I did not have any work done, I will definitely contact them in the future for any plumbing needs as I appreciated their honesty and was more than happy with the estimate they provided if, in fact, the pipe were to be replaced.

Sound installed a new hot water tank and pump for our 110-year-old condo building the Summer of 2018. They were outstanding from my very first conversation with them, and their work was impressive despite the challenging idiosyncrasies of a large, old building. Their quote was competitive and the work finished right on budget and time.

After two less confident plumbers were unable to perform the job, Jesus was the plumber that was able to cautiously open a 50+ years old main sewer cap to clear a main line without damaging the clean out pipe at my building. He even rodded the main line twice to make sure the line was completely clear. Before securing the clean out cap back on the pipe, he cleaned and lubricated the threads. He then installed and remove cap twice to make sure it will seal correctly and wasn't cross-threaded. What he charged for the job was very reasonable. Jesus arrived earlier than expected at the appointed location. He is honest and polite. Very knowledgeable and meticulous at performing his job. If you hire Jesus, you definitely need to check out his work truck. You will see and understand why he takes great pride in his profession.

This gentleman is professional, generous, helpful, and kind. He solved my problem via text over a long holiday weekend. He didn't even know me! I will definitely call him if I run into any plumbing issues that require a repair. He was so knowledgeable, and he saved both of us time and aggravation. I am so grateful!

Our ejector pump went out in the evening and Brandon was here within the hour to diagnose and replace. He explained the issue and left everything cleaned up before he left. Would recommend this service to anyone!!!

I needed a plumber at short notice. I did Yelp reviews and I found ABV. We worked out a time for us to meet. Chris was prompt and met me at the front door. He put on booties to keep the floor clean and started looking.  He found the problem quickly, went out for a part, was back soon. He finished up installation (including being nice about a propane torch smell) and cleaned up well. Price was good. We're going to start using him more for our work at home.

Dmitry was quick to respond to our call Monday evening when our bathroom drain was clogged and my husband couldn't fix it with drano or a snake. He sent Lenny the next morning who wore a mask and put booties on so our floors wouldn't get dirty. Lenny was very professional and knew what he was doing! He was honest and gave my husband tips on other plumbing issues/questions. Great service overall and will definitely call them again and recommend them to family and friends!

Believe the 5 star reviews, Mike is awesome! It's so nice to have a plumber in my contacts who I not only know will do great work, but is also fair and 100% trustworthy. Mike is also super responsive, dependable, and takes great pride in his work. And to top it all off, we actually had a really fun day together when he came by! Great guy + great work = no brainer on reaching out to him for your plumbing needs.

Our ejector pump broke.  They had someone out immediately, gave us a fair price, were clean and efficient.  Can't ask for more!

We have used Noel at Five Plumbing multiple times and he always does a great job.  He is an excellent plumber and is very conscientious, reliable, and fair.  Noel just replaced our sump pumps and and did a great job.  He came out right away and we are very pleased with the work he did.  Highly recommend.

Called to have a leaky toilet fixed.  Geoff was out the next morning, on time, called to let me know they were on their way.  He showed me the problem from the last plumber and he fixed everything!  Great job!  Will definitely be using Apex for ALL my plumbing needs from now on!

We unfortunately had our water heater go and leak water all over our basement bedroom over the holidays.  Vanguard Plumbing not only fit us in quickly and completed excellent work; but they went above and beyond to correct additional existing issues that may have caused us further issues in the future.  Jan was responsive and provided excellent value for the cost; particularly given the timing between Christmas and New Years and the below zero temperatures.  He and his crew stayed well past 9 PM to ensure the old water heater was removed (requiring the destruction of a partial wall), the new one was installed, our pipes/drainage were re-routed, a gas pipe was resealed, and the entire area was cleaned.  While we wished we didn't have this urgent plumbing issue, we were beyond satisfied with Vanguard Plumbing and plan to use them for all plumbing needs going forward.  Highly recommend for quality of service and customer service.

Victor is a rock star!  He rodded my kitchen sink that had a bad grease clog.  He took out the rusting pipes and replaced them with PVC.  Plus he's the nicest guy ever.  I would have paid three times as much with a different plumber.  He had the best estimate.  I highly recommend him!!!

Eddie was a life saver! He is meticulous and worked through a very tricky ceiling fan replacement till he was done. I find him very experienced and capable and I will definitely use Fixer again in the future. Thank you!

I have a sewer drainage issue and Drain Works Plumbing was very responsive and accommodating at short notice. They were able to rod and open the main sewer line. The workers were very informative and knowledgeable. I was impress with their service.
