A+ Company!!!  They turned a garbage disposal disaster around quickly. 3 hours before 20 people were to arrive for dinner, my garbage disposal backed up and flooded my kitchen as well as the condo below me. The plumber i usually use was not answering the phone. I called Rocket Plumbing and they had someone over within the hour. The issue was repaired and at a reasonable price too!  They are great to work with and really nice folks!  I'll be going back if any issues arise in the future!

David and the crew were great on time and ready.Very good detail explaining my issue, my main line clogged he clean it and made sure the pipe was good to go turn out to be on the city end of the pipe had thick roots.

We had a major plumbing problem, actually it was a nightmare. We needed an inside sewer pipe rerouted, which I new from the start. I called a 3 different plumbers to see who I felt comfortable with and knew what to do. The first plumber saw what needed to be done and ran. The second plumber seemed ok. Then Jose came out, he knew what the problem was and guaranteed his work 100%. This company is the absolute best company I've ever dealt with and I've dealt with many. They came out when they were suppose to. They were very upfront and the only company that was a completely confident in what needed to be done. They worked till 11pm until the job was finished. When have you ever seen that???They cleaned up!!! The cracked sewer pipe is now in the past....  I had Jose come back and re-install my garbage disposal which 3 other plumbers supposedly fixed. All of the other plumbers were to lazy to cut the connecting pipes properly so it wouldn't sit on an angle and leak. I can't believe it took 4 plumbers to fix the problem. It  took Jose less than a half  hour  to fix it...  Don't hesitate one moment to call this company. You won't ever meet better people. Thank You Jose, Bill & Brian !!!!

First Chicago is my plumber of choice for all our General Contracting company's plumbing projects. They do top quality work at very reasonable pricing, I highly recommend them!

I was really impressed with the service provided by Jesus. I received an immediate response for a quote which was fair and accurate. He repaired my kitchen drain sink Monday morning after requesting quote on Sunday. It was refreshing dealing with a honest and skilled professional! Will definitely use him again for all of my plumbing needs.

couldn't even get this guy to commit to go out there. he suggested i contact the original installer......duh, i did which is why i contacted them.  No one wants to work these days.

The toilet handle broke & the flusher needs to be replaced. Adam Avizius was great， showed up on-time & was very friendly. Explained to me what was needed & the cost of repairs. Had one part wasn't in stock, he was kind enough to ran to the store to get the part & installed everything. Loved the service. Price was very fair. Highly recommend Adam.

Sims & Sons removed track lighting and installed can lighting in our West Town living/dining room in April 2021. They did an outstanding job. Darrell walked me through the project in a patient and helpful way, suggesting layouts for the lights and answering any questions I had. His team, Enos and Arel (apologies for any misspellings), worked efficiently and with great care for our home. I give Sims & Sons my highest endorsement.

Super thrilled with this service! Lenny was fabulous, super quick, and effective at diagnosing and treating all of the complicated issues with our ~80 year old bathroom toilet, sink, and tub. He knew just what to do to make things work smoothly again. I also appreciated that he was very careful with covid precautions (mask, booties) and respectful throughout. I would absolutely rehire for any future plumbing needs. An easy 5 stars from me!

I had a really bad kitchen sink clog that I tried snaking it myself with no luck.  Was referred to Mike, called and left a message, and had a return call within 30 minutes.  Mike juggled his schedule to come by same day and had my problem fixed in short order.  Highly recommend calling Mike when you have a need.

Juan and his team are top notch.  After promptly responding to my request for a quote, he came over the next day to inspect our broken faucet, drain issues, and shower leaks.

He described why the problems were happening, and explained the fixes in plain language.  This helped me understand what was behind the costs he was quoting.

We were so impressed, that we had him fix the broken faucet on the spot.  He charged us the right price, and no more.

We plan on having A&Y back again for our other needs.

We have used Noel several times now and I've yet to find anyone in Chicago more reliable!  He always answers the phone right away and makes himself available when quick repairs are needed (i.e. for water/plumbing leaks, etc.)  His service prices are always reasonable, too, and he explains all services and product recommendations in great detail.

I had a significant sewer issue in a newly-purchased home that nobody really knew the full scope of.
After a horrible experience with another contractor, and a big name plumber unable to come inside of a week and a half, Apex was able to show up within a few days, quickly diagnose the problem, and form a plan of action with a reasonable estimate.

They were super timely and efficient with their work. They also provided thorough information on my plumbing problems with different options for fixing it.

It was Saturday and our water heater tank began to leak from the top and bottom.

I scrolled through Yelp and found this business. I gave it a try and called the number. I spoke with Victor and told him my issue.  He gave an estimate and told me he will come out as soon as he was done with his current job.

A little over an hour later texted he was picking up a new water tank and would be on the way. He was professional and kept us updated on the steps he was taking.

He replaced our water tank and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Victor.

Ricardo came out to help me demo some drywall and tile around an insert fireplace we're going to have replaced. He was on-time, extremely friendly, and efficient. He helped me clean up, too. We finished earlier than expected so we also added some time with another side project, hanging some coat racks. I'd heard good things about Fixer and I can now confidently say that I too have had a great experience! Ricardo, in particular, is excellent.

Eric is the best. It's so hard to find honest and knowledgeable people and we are lucky to have found him. Eric came out when our basement was flooded and within 2 hours of our call have the drain opened and the water gone on a SATURDAY! If you need a plumber look no further he's your guy!
