We bought a new home and uncovered a few items we needed a professional to look at and fix. Worked with Rocket Plumbing in the past, so we gave them a call again. Jake arrived and took care of everything we raised concerns about, and provided a few other recommendations with an estimate for things we should consider fixing/ correcting in the old home. This gave us peace of mind knowing the job was done correctly. Will be asking for Jake to come back - highly recommended both him and Rocket.

Truly an amazing company.  I originally called Chicago sewer and Drain for an issue I was having relating to my furnace drain in the wall.  My home warranty company later assigned their own technician, so I cancelled my appointment with Chicago sewer and Drain.  The company selected by my warranty,  didn't do anything so I called Chicago Sewer and Drain back and they were able to come same day.  That was truly amazing.  With in a matter of minutes he was able to diagnosis the issue and give me an upfront transparent price with no hidden hourly rates or fees.  The technician was honest, transparent, and confident.  I also forgot to mention I'm active duty military and this is a rental property, so we were able to complete the entire experience via phone.  He additionally documented his work by allowing me to see the issue via video and to hear the problem.  I've never had any technician go above and beyond like them.  They are trustworthy, honest, fair and I will use them again and highly recommend.

First Chicago is my plumber of choice for all our General Contracting company's plumbing projects. They do top quality work at very reasonable pricing, I highly recommend them!

Kevin is a amazing.  He's helped us a few times with plumbing tragedies.  When we first called him to figure out why our washing machine wasn't draining he fixed the problem and rerouted the mess of pipes under our sink in a more efficient way.  He's done some other work for us, always friendly, and always reasonably priced.  He responds quickly and always tries to work us into his schedule whenever we have an emergency.  He's a great find.

Seems very nice people, but quoted me $400 to open a drywall hole, which doesn't seem right.

By far the best plumbers in the business! We were leaving out of town and our basement backed up and they were able to send someone out same day. Our sump pump failed at night and I reached out to ABV on Yelp and they responded even after hours to address my concern.  They came the next morning and changed my existing sump pump and even showed me exactly what was wrong with the first one.  Ivo was very friendly and helpful.  I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing service.

We had a series of plumbing tasks that needed to be done and we were disappointed in the experience that we had with another plumber in the area. Reviewing yelp and other resources, we felt that CJ plumbing and heating was the next firm we wanted to try out. Lenny was our assigned plumber and he did a fantastic job. He reinstalled three toilets in our home and replaced the associated shut off valves, giving us confidence that we would be ready for the holidays.  He arrived within 4 minutes of the appointment, used booties to protect our floors, wore a mask to protect our mutual health, cleaned under the toilets before reinstalling them and left everything spotless. Every detail was taken care of. The owner checked in with me to verify I was satisfied and I couldn't find a thing to nitpick. They're not cheap but they are clearly one of the best craftsmen in the area. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I did the Yelp thing where they send out requests for quotes to a few vendors and Mike replied right away, and once I had a chance to call him he was able to get to my place about an hour later and fix my kitchen water pressure and connect the water line to my refrigerator. Mike was cool and personable and obviously good at what he does, and the price was fair and in line with a couple other guesstimates I had looked at. A good experience overall and I will call him first next time I need a plumber.

About 1 week  ago my water heater broke ... I called several plumbers and they were the only ones to respond right away and come out same to replace the water heater.  Most other companies told me it would be a few days.  Plus their rate was definitely reasonable.  I would recommend, refer, and use again if need be.

Noel was recommended to me by a friend whose loved his work, and I'm glad she did. Noel's had to come over a few times in a pinch. He's quick and thorough. Works great with modern tools like mobile phone pics of what's wrong so he's prepared when he gets there. Accepts Venmo. Great guy. Great plumber.

We woke up to water pouring through our condo ceiling and called Apex as we'd used them before for plumbing. They were very busy and said they might not be able to make it out that day, but then moved things around to fit us in because it was an emergency! The plumber came quickly, called with a 30-minute heads up when he was on his way, and diagnosed the problem right away. The upstairs neighbor's plumbing was involved, so he had to communicate with her too, and wound up replacing her toilet. He did his due diligence of making sure the water stopped dripping in our place before confirming that was the problem, which we appreciate as we've had less diligent plumbers in the past. He got everything done quickly and wore a mask and gloves really appreciated too, as we are super paranoid right now. I will say I'm a bit on the crazy side about covid so I was disappointed that he didn't have shoe covers, and the mask was a basic surgical mask, not the N95 advertised on their site, but he was very careful and considerate the whole time, and I think his precautions were all reasonable and professional - plus I can understand they might not be able to access N95 masks right now.

There is no other company you should use.  To put into perspective, I had another company out.  They rodded a bathroom sink for 30 minutes and charged 250.  They told me the other issue (no hot water pressure) was going to need something replaced and cost about 700.  I didn't trust them/like them.  George from Vanguard came by and FIXED the issue in about 15 minutes, showed me what the problem was, and I was charged nothing beyond the normal hourly rate.  With other issues in my house he showed me what was wrong, how to avoid having problems in the future, etc.  Very professional company you can trust.  Not much else you can ask for.  George and Jan...thanks.

I've hired some Plummer's since I've own a house , but none is as hard working as Vic, first he clean the slowly draining tub  , and next day he replace my heavy 60 year old concrete laundry tub in my basement and hook up new water lines n drain ,  excellent work Vic and thank you , I would recommend him to friends n relatives that needs plumbing service , god bless .

Eric at Drain Works was at my location in 3 hours same day to take a look at a sub pump issue that turned out to be a back flow problem.  He diagnosed, explained my options, got the new part and fixed it.  Extremely personable and they know what they are doing.  Very happy with Eric and Drain Works and will be on my speed dial as its hard to find good honest plumbers....especially in the city!
