I called and these guys were out the first day to make an estimate and check out what was going on with my water heater.  the next day Ben and George came out and installed a brand new water heater in addition to doing a lot of great pipework that was needed. I definitely recommend both of these guys to anyone as they make a great team and a very quick and efficient. I had some concerns about smelling a little bit of gas the next couple days and Ben came out right away on his off day to double check all the work to make sure there was no leaks. I would highly recommend Rocket plumbing and an extension Ben and George for their great work.

A few other things to note, I had recently torn my ACL and they were very accommodating. Furthermore they were very friendly with my 1 year old dog.

I set up an appointment with them and they never showed up or called. When I called them 2 hours later asking if they were still coming, they said that the plumber got caught up in another project and wouldn't be able to come until the next day. I had taken the day off work for this appointment and was very disappointed in their disrespect of my time.

Excellent service,  friendly staff, arrived before the time frame which was perfect. This will be my go to plumber from now on as a new home owner & I will recommend them to everyone.  Thank you chris & your assistant for finding the leak and resolving the issue. Windy city is ther best!

Vasyl from First Chicago Plumbing was just here and was great. Very professional, and remedied our toilet issue quickly and without issue.

We hired Kevin to do the plumbing when we rehabbed our kitchen. He moved our sink over two feet along with all the water lines and installed a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The job was more complicated then what we originally talked about but he was very flexible and did a great job. His estimate was accurate and the amount he charged for his services was very reasonable.  His work was high quality and he was prompt, reliable, thorough, and courteous. Kevin also did us the added favor of cleaning our pipes to restore water pressure to our second story unit. I would recommend Kevin, without hesitation, to anyone in need of plumbing services.

My water heater failed in the middle of the night and I woke up to a laundry room streaked with rusty water going down the floor drain. At 5:58am I requested Yelp quotes from 8 local contractors and Jesus was the first to respond. He could be there that day and at a very reasonable price. I received other quotes that would take 2 or 3 days, some even said it would take them a week, and at prices that were outrageous.

A real family business, Jesus and his son had hot water in our home by 1pm. Excellent service, I highly recommend J Sewer & Drain.

We got 3 estimates for a really difficult job - 1 was really high, #2 didn't really want to do the job, and Green Tech was amazing!

Danny and team did a very good job. Mike the owner was very pleasant and nice They are very knowledgeable and skilled in this field. I had to get the rodding and hydro jetting service and they did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again for all my plumbing needs. Thanks again Danny, Mike and Jose!

I called this morning around 7:30 to service a leaky toilet that was making
a mess, and Adam Avizius showed up by 9:30 to fix it. He and his teammate Andy were in and out in under 30 minutes. They were professional and clean and fast. What more can you ask for!? It wasn't the cheapest, but I didn't have time to get a bunch more quotes and I doubt other companies would have been much cheaper.

When trying to hire them for a job, I received a text stating they would schedule an appointment for an estimate, not to do the work. Days later, I received a text giving me a time slot, not asking me if it would work for me. Still, I accepted. Ultimately, no show, no text, call or email. Nothing. Good thing I didn't hire them, they probably wouldn't show up. Totally unreliable!

Our sump pump failed at night and I reached out to ABV on Yelp and they responded even after hours to address my concern.  They came the next morning and changed my existing sump pump and even showed me exactly what was wrong with the first one.  Ivo was very friendly and helpful.  I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing service.

Extremely poor communication. Dmitry wanted to handle everything through text (which is completely fine) and I sent him all the details and pictures I could. He said he was good with the info I sent but his estimate on the work was very vague so I asked for clarity and didn't get any. I then asked if he could email the details and proposal to me, he said Saturday which was 4 days away. i understand he probably has other jobs so I waited.
On Sunday still nothing...followed up saying I want to move forward with the work based on the initial estimate but just need the detailed quote to make sure...he asked for home address and that was it. Monday I follow up again and then said he will send out a proposal once I confirm I am interested in scheduling and it still wouldn't get sent out for another day.
As you can see how frustrating the communication has been. Maybe he does good work once you get ahold of him and seems fairly priced as I compared to other plumbers but if you don't get a quote in a couple days after providing the scope of the job, just move on if you're hoping for something sooner than later
*response: again the issue is poor communication. I did tell Dmitry I was looking for service immediately and it took a week for them to tell me they are 4 weeks out. They did not offer in person, only a follow up call that was not even needed. Screenshot of that conversation is below.

Great, fast service from Mike the Plumber. He came on short notice to remove then reinstall my kitchen sink plumbing after I had some new counter tops installed. He even fixed my bathroom toilet (slow to fill up) and unclogged my bathroom sink.  The price was very reasonable and he performed everything very quickly. If I ever have any plumbing issues I will be sure to call Mike.

We had a leaking garbage disposal that we found out about on a Friday night. Juan came out the very next day and replaced it for me at a very reasonable price. He also fixed a p trap that was about to leak with some spare parts that he had in his truck.

On top of that he also gave me some great advice on some other plumbing projects that I'm working on.

I will be reaching out to Juan for all my future plumbing needs.

Noel was awesome!  He was was prompt upon arrival, very friendly, and explained the issue and how he would fix it.  He quoted me before he arrived and it was a very fair price for the work.  I'll definitely give Noel a call whenever I need some plumbing help again!

We woke up to water pouring through our condo ceiling and called Apex as we'd used them before for plumbing. They were very busy and said they might not be able to make it out that day, but then moved things around to fit us in because it was an emergency! The plumber came quickly, called with a 30-minute heads up when he was on his way, and diagnosed the problem right away. The upstairs neighbor's plumbing was involved, so he had to communicate with her too, and wound up replacing her toilet. He did his due diligence of making sure the water stopped dripping in our place before confirming that was the problem, which we appreciate as we've had less diligent plumbers in the past. He got everything done quickly and wore a mask and gloves really appreciated too, as we are super paranoid right now. I will say I'm a bit on the crazy side about covid so I was disappointed that he didn't have shoe covers, and the mask was a basic surgical mask, not the N95 advertised on their site, but he was very careful and considerate the whole time, and I think his precautions were all reasonable and professional - plus I can understand they might not be able to access N95 masks right now.

In selling my home I needed Jan to investigate a suspected leak.  Jan was attentive and did a thorough investigation and validated that there was no leak.  I needed his typed-up inspection report quickly and Jan fulfilled my request.  I would recommend Jan based his professionalism and the great customer service I received from him.

I arrived home to my gas water heater making noise. Victor responded well and replaced it the same day. If you're looking for someone honest, reliable and responsive, Victor is your guy for the job.

The fixers were very nice and did a great job.  I think pricing is a bit high but then again you can schedule something on a moments notice and that is worth the cost.  They guaranteed their work and we're very easy to work with on billing.  That is another thing you won't always get if you hire an individual a cheaper price.  So their are a lot of pros that come along with the increased pricing.  I would recommend highly, unless your on a tight budget.  I would definitely hire again.

Had an issue with the hot and cold water to my washing machine, they showed up the next day and fixed it when others wouldn't. Great stuff
