Sadly I am leaving a less than favorable review.   We had issues with our kitchen faucet which reduced the hot water to a trickle. Rocket Plumbing came out and deemed we needed a new kitchen faucet. We were told one was on the truck which was $200 and the installation would cost $300 in labor.  We were also offered the purchase of a faucet at wholesale cost.  My husband and I purchased a Kohler faucet through Amazon Prime for $185 and was offered expert installation for $93 which we took.

We had them come out for hydro-jetting. We have the 1st floor condo in a 3 unit building. The 2 units upstairs have garbage disposals which lead to lots of food buildup in the pipes. We had backup into our kitchen sink (all the smelly food particles sitting in the pipes). I called Chicago Sewer and Drain at 6pm and they came out the next day at 11:30. They jetted out the pipes and had the sink working again. He was also helpful in providing suggestions for how to clean the pipes more regularly so they don't have to come back to hydro jet again. If only the upstairs units would get rid of their garbage disposals...

Promptly set up appointment to install garbage disposal. My mistake though, because I did not already have it purchased. Jose's crew were polite and recommended brands for me to buy. They came later and installed it well.

So great! They gave me a competitive quote, the communication was quick and easy, and they did a great repair job! I had zero complaints, they were very transparent and just all around perfect.  My new go to company for plumbing!

Kevin rocked our world. Our slow drain in the bathroom crawled to a stop and he was there the next day in a snow storm to make it all better. Kevin returned my phone calls and texts immediately, charged us appropriately for the work and was simply a kind, affable guy throughout the process. I will not only use him in the future but will happily recommend him to friends.

I am writing this review almost 2 months late. We Yelper's are quick to give a bad review and lag to give a good one but I am looking to change that. My sump pump went out on a weeknight. I called J Sewer & Drain at 10pm with no expectations to actually speak to a person at that time of the night. A gentleman by the name of Eric was able to assit me and get me set up with a replacement the next morning. I was off at work the next morning but my wife saw that the work be completed. Nothing but good remarks from the wife. The work looked to be professionally done as I had hoped. Reasonable pricing and very accomodating to last-minute needs. Definitely Recommend.

We got 3 estimates for a really difficult job - 1 was really high, #2 didn't really want to do the job, and Green Tech was amazing!

Mike and team are extremely responsive, professional and accommodating. They do an excellent job in troubleshooting and explaining to you the actual problem and your potential solutions and options.

The effort was put in but the issue still persists after spending a $1000. Our issue is still not resolved

I've had the privilege of working with Sims for two projects in one week. First of all, they're incredibly responsive. Showed up within an hour in one case. We had an electrical issue in one case, and then a few days later, a major plumbing issue. I contacted them in the evening, we talked over the issue by consulting photos and then they came the next day to fix it. All around terrific.

ABV was great. They were assigned to my home warranty case for two leaky shower faucets. A previous plumber was afraid to even touch the faucets because the handles would not come off easily. ABV took on the challenge and both faucets are fixed. There was a 3rd faucet that would not get hot but was not covered under the home warranty they fixed that as well while they were here for a very small fee. If I ever need a plumber again I will tell my home warranty I want them to send these guys.

We've used CJ plumbing twice now with good results both times. The service was timely and the plumbers knowledgeable. 5 stars!

Noticed our garbage disposal was leaking on a Sunday and sent Mike a text. An hour later, he was at my place installing the new unit. Fast, super friendly and got the job done without any issues. Quality experience across the board!

Juan gave me a fair quote right away.  He and his brother drained my old tank took it back to the store with me and got the new one brought it back and hooked it up.  They even helped get a snake out of my basement that crawled up the drain hole.
Very kind, polite honest.  I would recommend then to anyon.

I had 4 plumbing issues going on and called Noel based on his stellar Yelp reviews.  I wasn't disappointed!  He is friendly, thorough, punctual and knows his pipes.  Rarely does one find a professional, competent and nice service person like Noel these days.

Geoff was awesome! Remely professional, efficient, and very considerate and helpful. He kept on his mask, put on covers for his shoes, moved quickly and explained everything to me on a basic level. He did everything efficiently and they have reasonable rates. They came promptly after my service call was made yesterday and work with me to get this done quickly.

I have used Apex for big projects as well as for small projects and I highly recommend this company. He also has a great demeanor and spent a few moments to talk to my toddler who kept asking him questions! Ask for Geoff!

Exceptional service!  We had a plumbing emergency and after reading reviews on yelp, we decided to give Vanguard a try since we had some bad luck with plumbers in the past.  I called and scheduled an appointment the next day, and Jan showed up right on time.  He fixed the leak in our kitchen sink and explained everything thoroughly.  He also walked me through my apartment and gave me a Plumbing 101 lesson, from what water lines lead to what appliances and how to drain my hot water heater in the event of leak.  I now feel fully prepared in the event of a plumbing emergency.  Vanguard's prices seemed reasonable and I even got a $50 discount for finding them on Yelp.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vanguard to anyone in need of a good plumber.

Could not ask for better service! I reached out via Yelp at 10pm on a Sunday when we had water in our basement and Victor responded right away helping to diagnose the problem using pictures. He offered to come at night be I chose to wait and he came first thing the next morning. Professional and took precautions (mask, shoe covers, used side entrance) he also explained the problem to me and showed me what he did to fix it which I found helpful. Would not hesitate to contact Victor again for plumbing needs!

Gwen T was awesome! Our first time checking out Fixer. We botched hanging a curtain rod and needed it hung properly as well as the bad install covered up. Gwen was on time and was able to take care of the cover up a d install in under an hour. She even took the time to hang the curtains. Throughout she made sure it was how we wanted by asking questions I hadn't even thought about, like if we wanted it centered in the room or over the window as these two things are not quite the same in this room. Also, exactly how far we wanted the rod to extend on either side.

Eric is the best. It's so hard to find honest and knowledgeable people and we are lucky to have found him. Eric came out when our basement was flooded and within 2 hours of our call have the drain opened and the water gone on a SATURDAY! If you need a plumber look no further he's your guy!
