Very fast to respond to my problem, extremely professional and polite.  Unfortunately, my problem was with my radiator and Brian was not able/qualified to fix it.  He did share a few other tips on my plumbing system in my basement, though.  Would try them again for a non-radiator issue.

The condo building I live in had a serious sewer backup issue that impacted two garden level units.  We called around to a few places, and Thomas was quick to respond to the initial request.  We spoke one evening, and he was out out the next morning (with a couple of employees) to diagnose and provide solutions for the issue.  We did our due diligence by getting estimates from a few other vendors, but went with Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals as they provided the most comprehensive fix, with plenty of details on the process.  Thomas was also very patient with the many questions we had.

As the company name says, they really are 'professional'.  Everyone was polite, and focused on their work.  The job was done within the expected timeframe and for the amount quoted. Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals got the things done for a great price, and I highly recommend them.

Need more details?  Here's an example:  When getting a quote from another plumbing company, I described what Thomas and his team did to diagnose the problem.  The rep for the other company looked at me and said, Oh...they (referring to Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals) were using some of the best equipment possible.  I don't even have that sort of stuff on my truck.  If that's what they found, then that really is the issue.  It helped our HOA make our decision on who to go with, and we are all very happy with the results.

Do yourself a favor, and just give them a call.

Had pipes burst at 1AM on Friday morning.  *PSA1* know where your main water shut off is!!  After 30 minutes of panic-stricken searching I was able to get the water to turn off.  Msg'ed Windy City Plumbing on Yelp and heard back shortly after 8AM.  Scheduled for an appointment the next day (SAT) between 12-1.  Received a phone call at 12:15 that they had arrived.  Took just over an hour to find TWO of these bursted pipes.  

*PSA 2* consider getting an outdoor heater for your garage.

$275 for first break and $175 for any additional breaks.  Workers (Chris and Isaiah) were friendly, prompt, professional, and great to work with.  I received a call within half an hour for payment by CC.  Receipt via email in seconds.  Entire process took less than two hours.  I highly recommend this company!

Just finished my appointment with First Chicago Plumbing, and after the disasters I have been dealing with from other contractors I've used, I felt compelled to leave this review on a business that does things right. Eugene was quick to respond and very professional over email. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they were able to make it out the same week.

Jorge and Sergio (I believe that was his name) were the ones on site. They were nice and explained everything to me. There was some work that was up in the air on whether it needed to be done, and ultimately they were able to get the job done without the additional work.

The biggest part of my work was correcting a disposal hook up my contractor horribly botched during my kitchen renovation. They were able to correct everything and hook it up correctly. It looks SO much better (see before and after pictures attached).

Everything was cleaned up and then tested in front of me to make sure it worked.

I thought the price was fair and very close to the quote I received. It's the city, so if you want good work you can't cheap out (as I've learned the hard way). Ultimately I was just happy to have actual licensed professionals who knew what they were doing.

I'll definitely use these guys again and keep them on my speed-dial for any future plumbing needs!

I hired Sound for two jobs--one doing some small repairs on sinks and toilets, and another installing a new faucet on my kitchen sink. The booking process was quick and easy, and the plumbers who came out were efficient, friendly, and knowledgable. I will definitely work with them again!

My clients and I were so impressed with Jesus from J Sewer and Plumbing.  Jesus came to do a sewer scope inspection for my buyer clients.  He was professional, timely, and reasonable.  He also gave my client a thumbnail drive and video of the sewer line.  I will definitely refer Jesus to other clients and use him myself.

We needed a plumber ASAP. I quickly looked at Yelp reviews and Green Tech stood out as: honest, reliable & nearby. I called Kevin at 8:10am. By 9:30 he himself was at our home and solved the problem quickly. It wasn't cheap, but it was an emergency & I don't feel cheated. He also gave us recommendations to help avoid the problem in the future. We'll be calling Green Tech next time we need plumbing service.

Never calling another plumber. These guys were outstanding...an amazing crew from start to finish! Danny and his team were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. We called late Monday night because our basement drains were backing up. They were out the next afternoon and after diagnosing the issue walked us through our options and never made us feel pressured to go one way or another. Great communication from start to finish and they took us through every step as they were performing their work. True professionals! We've used some pretty crappy plumbers in the past and we've used some pretty average plumbers. We've found our forever plumbers! These guys are the best. I contacted this company based on there reviews because my basin was full and not flowing to ejector pump.  Bob arrived assessed the problem then rodded the line, water started to flow. However 4 days later, water returned in basement. Open cap, full again.  Called company back Dan was sent out.  Dan rodded from front clean out, ejector pump, water flows out.  Now today, March 29 the pump is FULL NOT FLOWING TO EJECTOR PUMP. So, we are again with high water in tank, not flowing, minimal usage of water.  How many plumbers does it take to resolve this issue in a 1200 square foot home,  with 2 bathrooms and 4 occupants?  I am extremely frustrated.  

As a result, we are looking for another company to investigate the root cause of these plumbing issues.

After Jesse visiting my home again with no additional charge, I am changing my rating.  The only problem at this point is why 3 different plumbers needed to visit my home.

Excellent experience using this company. They were able to come same day, even though they were busy. Christian and Ramaro were thorough, patient and did a great job explaining the issues and alleviating safety concerns. Would definitely use again.

Excellent plumbing service.  They responded quickly when I sent a request.  Pricing was very fair compared to others.  I had them replace an outdoor water faucet that was leaking.  Ivo did an great job and was so friendly and helpful.  I would highly recommend ABV Plumbing and will use them again for my next project.

We had our injector pump in the basement fail, which caused sewage to leak all over the finished and unfinshed parts of the basement.  Dmitry and his crew came super fast, identified the problems quickly, and provided accurate estimates for all repairs before executing the work.  They also provided a great recommendation for a rehabilitation and repair company.  They were fast, honest, and knowledgable.  I am a customer for life.

They also wore masks and were very good about taking proper COVID precautions so there was no problem in letting them inside the house for them to do their work.

I had a really bad kitchen sink clog that I tried snaking it myself with no luck.  Was referred to Mike, called and left a message, and had a return call within 30 minutes.  Mike juggled his schedule to come by same day and had my problem fixed in short order.  Highly recommend calling Mike when you have a need.

My basement flooded after a night of rain. Called Juan to come give an estimate and he was at my house within the hour. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and replaced by sump pump right away. I will definitely recommend Juan and will use him for all my plumbing needs.

APEX Plumbing has been our go to plumbing on a variety of projects from rodding work, installing a new gas line for a stove or the latest project was to replace our 75-gallon commercial water tank. They are always responsive, fair pricing and do great work. These are the local guys you want to support.

I needed a plumping inspection and report and this was the only company that responded. They came out and inspected everything. Gave me a lot of tips and suggestions. I did not have any repairs made but if I do have some repairs needed down the road I will definitely be calling this company.

I booked several services 3 weeks in advance. I gave detail about what needed to be done  and all of it was simple stuff(changing batteries etc). I told them I had high ceilings (estimated at 15 feet actually 13). At 7pm on the  the night before 9am scheduled  visit I got a txt saying we have reviewed and (despite nothing changing since I booked) they would be sending a second fixer at an additional $139//hr.  When I texted back they said that since it was 15 ft  they had now decided a second person needed to hold the ladder at a cost of $139/hr. I wasn't  asked if it was ok. I wasn't asked if the ceiling were really 15 ft( I measured. They aren't)   Needless to say I cancelled this service.

These guys were fantastic.  They scheduled quickly and where there the next morning.  Eric walked me through the issue and all steps of the project. The problem with fixed and our basement is DRY...  Hire with confidence.
