I am an out-of-town landlord, so when things go wrong at my condo and my tenants call, it can be a bit of a logistical issue to get things coordinated quickly. Rocket Plumbing made my life so much easier!!

My tenants called to say that the garbage disposal wasn't working and the pipes underneath were leaking. I immediately called Rocket Plumbing based on a Yelp recommendation. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely polite and professional, and he said it would be no problem to coordinate an appointment that was convenient for my tenants while sending me the bill and taking care of payment over the phone. So easy.

Fast forward to this past Friday evening. Sam contacted me after assessing the garbage disposal and pipe situation. Turns out it wasn't the garbage disposal but rather a HUGE clog deep in the pipe that needed professional attention. He patiently walked me through the problem and what he would need to do to fix it, and then he got to work. About an hour later, he called back to say that he had taken care of the issue. I was able to pay with my credit card over the phone and Sam quickly followed up with an email containing my invoice and receipt. Easy easy!

David was great. They came right at the time they said and they were really professional and efficient. I had bad plumbing companies before but with them was a total different experience I will definitely use them again.

Last year I called to have my sewer line rodded out and needed it done immediately. Unfortunately Jose said he couldn't get anyone out the same day but because he was the first plumber to actually return my call I told him I would think of him next time. I have to do this every year so I tried him again this year and thankfully I didn't have to have same day service. He sent out Chris and Robert who could not be more professional.

They also showed up earlier than expected (another plus) and were finished in under an hour. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

I have to add that my brother is a plumber and I would still call Windy City. Well worth the price which was also fair and reasonable.

We had a persistent sewer gas issue in our house for a long period over the winter. It was an awful experience that leaked raw sewer smells into the basement, which was subsequently vented into the whole house through the central air system. We were unable to escape outside due to covid and cold, and it led to a miserable wintertime. I would not wish that on anybody.

We had multiple other companies out to try and address the issue, and nobody seemed to offer much help.

We had Eugene and his team out many times to try and address the root cause, and found a whole host of issues, probably caused by the interior drain tile installation (Reliable Basement).

Eugene and team were professional, on-time, patient, and dogged about trying to find the root case. We ultimately found issues with cracked pipes along the drain tile system, a crack in the floor drain, as well as a collapsed pipe on the city side. All of which was difficult to diagnose due to our house being quite old.

I cannot speak highly enough about First Chicago Plumbing, and would never hesitate to get their assistance.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I needed new valves under the kitchen sink and all new parts for my shower. Mitch and the Sound Plumbing team responded to my call immediately and got to work within a day. Their team is one of the nicest groups of people around and the entire experience was amazing. I will use this shop for all my plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Jesus and I got an estimate upfront on my water heater installation, which was around $1485 for the water heater and labor itself. He came the next day to install and kept a very clear communication of what was going on. Long story short, my house is very old with a lot bad piping and he end up having to replaced my pipes, a 2-3 hour job for him became a 5 hours job, which he had to cancel his other jobs and only charged $500 more for changing out all the pipes and drilling a hole through the wall to make it work. Jesus is friendly, personable, and charges reasonable. He also told me the problem is within my chimney and needed inspection and cleaning. He also told me to call him for any issues and to follow up with the situation. I couldn't be of more grateful, thanks guys!

After trying to work with several other plumbers on a shower repair, we reached out to Green Tech.  First, they were flexible with scheduling and we had someone at the house when we could accommodate.  He was able to assess the problem, get the needed piece and complete the repair in several hours.  Went as well as I could have hoped.

Grease trap for my 15 unit condo building was completely full and needed pumping and hydro jetting.
The guys came out with their commercial duty truck and was able to complete the job in less than an hour.
The price was very fair in comparison to the estimates I received from other companies.
They did a good job and I shall use them again in the future.

I dropped an earring down the drain.  Not worth a lot, but very sentimental.  I submitted an inquiry through Yelp and 4 out of the 5 companies got back to me right away.  (The one who didn't respond until much later had a very rude woman handling the phone. Good luck if you happen upon them). Extremely impressed with all of the others, but I went with the first one which was Captain Rooter.

Captain Rooter asked all of the right questions and gave an approx quote.  The process was surprisingly fast.   They were out the next morning and found the earring in approx 15 minutes.

I was extremely happy with the experience.  I contacted the manager/owner later in the day to let them know how happy I was with them and he was so kind in thanking me for the feedback.

Will definitely connect again if I need assistance.

Circuit breaker had issue. Called Darrell and he had guys out right away. Anel, Christian, Graham, and Romero were out and identified the problem and had it fixed right away. Price was on point and would definitely contact them again for any electrical needs!

VERY Happy!!  Dmitri showed  up on time wore a mask, took off his shoes at the door and went right to work.  He did a great job installing my new faucet and even disconnected my sprayer and suggested a soap dispenser I could install - I couldn't be happier!

I just got a condo and bought it knowing the master bath did not have a working toilet, no water in the tank even with the valve turned on. I sent out the general yelp estimate search and Mike gave me a call back right away. I told him the issue and he was able to come out same day. He got my toilet working fast and helped me with my new shower head. The price was great and will definitely be calling him when i need things done in the future.

My basement flooded after a night of rain. Called Juan to come give an estimate and he was at my house within the hour. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and replaced by sump pump right away. I will definitely recommend Juan and will use him for all my plumbing needs.

I have used Noel and Five Plumbing for jobs large and small, and he is simply the best. Workmanship is A+ and he couldn't be a nicer guy. Even during Covid, all precautions with masks and distancing were done spot-on. Highly recommend.

We had an emergency (leak) and they came out same day 2 hours after I called. The techs were courteous and knowledgeable. Price was fair. They finished up in an hour and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!

I talked to Jan to have both ejector pumps in my home replaced. I was also planning on getting the anode rod in my water heater replaced, however, due to its placement and the difficulty in getting access to the old one, I decided to against it. I definitely appreciated the time Jan took to discuss options and he wasn't pressuring me to go in one direction or another. After that, he quickly gave me an estimate for the ejector pump replacement, got it scheduled, and ended up charging less because the job took 1.5 hours less than estimated.

Victor was the only plumber I contacted who could see me the same day. He assessed and fixed the problem quickly at a very reasonable price. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and I feel confident the fix will hold. He was professional, polite, and friendly. I won't hesitate to call him for my next plumbing problem.

Luis from Fixer unclogged a basement sink and repaired a washer hose leak. Friendly, fast service that was far less expensive than my regular plumber. This is the third time I've hired Fixer for repairs, not only because they're extremely competent but because I like their social mission. I see that now during the pandemic they have video service calls so you don't even have to have someone come to your home, but can still get expert advice.

Drain works was great and responsive. They got back to me quickly and had the work completed within the week. Eric was very helpful
