My husband and I used Rocket Plumbing for an issue we were having with our shower.  The tech was super helpful trying to point us in the right direction in terms of what pieces to get from the manufacturer.  We had a few communication issues with the manufacturer but after a few trips over, Rocket Plumbing was able to fix our problem at a pretty reasonable cost.  I would definitely use them again.

Two plumbers came to my home during an urgent home issue on Sunday. Right away they identified the problem, provided solutions and information on how to avoid the problems in the future. They were  timely, courteous and honest. Highly recommended and will be using them in the future for drain maintenance.  Thanks David

We just finished up a pretty major plumbing and repair job that included replacing the main sanitary pipe that connects to village.  We had the same work attempted several years ago but job was done poorly and water started leaking in through wall every time it rained.  The job was done correctly this time and included an outstanding patch and plug through foundation wall.  Communication and responsiveness was excellent throughout the entire process and everyone involved in the job was extremely professional, friendly and courteous.  I couldn't recommend Windy City Plumbing more if I tried!

We had a great experience with First Chicago. We were having a pest problem with our sump and ejector pumps, but, being new homeowners, really had no idea what to do. I didn't even know what an ejector pump was! First Chicago was informative and responsive. I particularly appreciate their ability to answer questions over email, if it's difficult to talk on the phone during the day. They took the time to understand the problem and recommended a great course of action. They were also the lowest quote we got for these services. Highly recommend!

They've handled a few plumbing emergencies over the years. They are dependable, honest, and fairly priced.

It's never fun to need a plumber, but Jesus was a pleasure to deal with. He was quick to respond, arrived promptly, and fixed my problem quickly and cleanly and at a super reasonable price. I'll definitely use him again if I need another plumber.

There's a reason they have 5 stars. I reached out through Yelp and explained my situation. Kevin replied quickly with suggestions on things to trouble shoot before scheduling someone to come out. When those ideas didn't work, it was easy to set up a time to have someone come out. I was prepared to take a full day off of work, but was shocked when they arrived on time, and were in and out in less than 10 minutes. It was an easy fix, no upselling or gimmicks. Even told me to call back if I started having the same problem again and let me know what next steps would be.

It's such a relief when you find a company that's reliable and honest. I went in to work relieved that the issue had been addressed and that I know who to contact with any plumbing issues.

Side note: so respectful of my home. Wore a mask and booties, didn't leave a mess, and greeted my pup.

The team from Midwest Hydro Jetting showed up to my house fast to help clear the line to my basement. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly, and literally saved my basement from flooding. After the line was clear the team took the time to clean up standing water in my basement. The pricing was fair and the extra time the team took to show me what was happening and how to prevent it in the future was outstanding. It took me years to find a company I can trust in my home and I'll never call another.

We've basically had two separate complicated and emergent issues that Adam from Captain Rooter diligently worked on. He's truly a conscientious, dedicated technician and I would 100% recommend asking for him when calling Captain Rooter.

We had a drain fly issue that had persisted for over a year. We suspected it was a plumbing problem coming from the mechanical room but had no idea where. Adam came and did not  give up. He was determined to find the source. Not all technicians would have that tenacity and it was much appreciated. He even went above and beyond and implemented other measures to ensure the drain flies couldn't get in. He was great at explaining what the issue was and how he found and fixed it, with total transparency.
 
We called Captain Rooter another time and asked for Adam, specifically.  Two toilets in our basement had stopped flushing. Our plumbing situation was pretty extreme as it wasn't noticeable for a while. Adam was, as expected, diligent and determined and explained that our ejector pump had stopped working. Before installing the new one he showed me the broken one and explained the mechanism that was causing the issue.

Adam truly puts my mind at ease because I trust his dedication and quality of his work. He's extremely personable and professional as well as trustworthy and dependable. It's worth repeating that you should definitely request Adam to help whenever calling Captain Rooter.

It could not have been more difficult to schedule an appointment with Darrell. He tried rescheduling THREE times when I specifically told him when myself (and our tenant) would be available. He had no understanding that as a landlord, we can't just walk into their unit. We need to give them notice. It was incredibly stressful finding a time that worked for both of us and I ended up having to find another plumber to come out. Why make it so difficult for a customer to schedule an appointment? Because of this, I did not trust him or anyone on his team to come to our building.

Very professional. Super clean. Came prepared with parts and equipment. Highly recommended.

My kitchen garbage disposal clogged and backed up last Friday, so I needed an emergency visit. My regular plumber couldn't get here until Tuesday of this week so I called CJ Plumbing based on these positive reviews. Dmitry answered the call and agreed to get someone over to my house right away.  Lenny was in the area and arrived in about 15 minutes which was amazing!   He is very personable (had no problem wearing a mask and booties), took apart the drain pipe to clear the clog, and put everything back together quickly and correctly.  I so appreciate the quick response, and Dmitry texted on Saturday to make sure everything went well. I had an emergency leak from the bathtub and Victor was able to come by the same day, complete with a van full of tools and a second person. I was so impressed and grateful for his prompt help. Even though it was an emergency, his price was reasonable. Would recommend without hesitation!

Four electrical outlets were not working. I contacted Fixer via the Yelp app at around 10pm and received a response from Josh within minutes! Went to the fixer website in the morning to select a time for a person to come out and in two text messages found a time for that same day for someone to come out. D'Angelo was right on time, was respectful and helpful and fixed the outlets extremely quickly as he knew by experience what to look for first. Payment was handled automatically since I registered on the website and saved my card info there. Seemless experience, and from what I can tell, at a competitive hourly rate.

Drain works was great and responsive. They got back to me quickly and had the work completed within the week. Eric was very helpful
