I've used Rocket Plumbing now twice for various plumbing concerns. The first, our dishwasher broke and we found out our hot water valve didn't shut off fully. It turns out our valves were so old they had rusted and needed to be cut out. Our plumber, Sam was nothing but honest and straightforward, he noticed the pipe was also leaking and didn't pressure me into replacing it but said I should keep an eye on it... well, when he grabbed the pipe he pushed a hole into it with his hand.. yep it needed to be replaced. Sam did a great job and also looked at all the other pipes in my condo. A few months later, we were switching to the single sink from a double sink and I called Rocket Plumbing, Sam came out again and did an awesome job re-arranging the configuration and installing an air gap. Everything was done professionally and I would not hesitate to call again for any plumbing needs!

David and his team were very professional. They were able to solve my issues and happy with the results.

They're all super nice guys who do great work without trying to gauge you on the price. After bad experiences using other companies, I will NEVER use anyone else in Chicago.

I am so happy I finally found a great plumber! Jesus is great. He is reliable and affordable and extremely fair. I had a leak in my place and was told by the building maintenance man that I needed new valves.  Jesus gave me a quote by when he got there and he diagnosed that the valves were fine and just needed tightening. He was honest and fair and only charged for the time it took. It's nice to know you can trust someone. Highly recommend!

I had a water tank split and leak on a two tank system. The location of the tanks was very tight. Green Tech had a tech at my home within two hours to assess the situation. I had two new 50 gallon tanks installed by 2pm the next day. And they fixed the half-assed job the previous tenants had done in installing the tanks. Great job! Fair pricing!

I had a toilet that would not stop running. I thought I was able to self-diagnose, but I was completely off. Nevertheless, I contacted Mike from Midwest Hydro-Jetting and Sewer Service over the holiday season and he was able to send Danny over very quickly. Danny did an outstanding job of not only correcting the true issue at hand but course correcting what I had thought was the issue with my toilet. Danny was knowledgeable, helpful and very efficient in his work. Mike and Danny charged what they had quoted and I found their prices to be extremely competitive. I would absolutely go back to Danny (and Mike) for future work.

Brandon's team saved us last month when our sewer line started backing up. Of course it was over New Year's Eve and a weekend, but they came out right away and the price for emergency services was on par with what we expected.

Unfortunately it was an issue we soon found that would require a lot more time and equipment than they could get that day, as everything was closed for the holiday. They quickly lined up the shovel and pipes they needed and came back as soon as they possibly could (which was the Monday or Tuesday immediately after the holiday). They worked TIRELESSLY for days to get us the use of our drains back, staying quite late.

Wonderful caring company and team and we will absolutely be using them again in the future.

I am in the process of selling my condo and suddenly needed a fast adjustment on my circuit breakers, and Darrell knocked that out real quick and easy for me. And i will say, I shop around on prices being offered and Sims and Sons was clearly a contender in that field! Highly recommended!

My parents are elderly and have a hard time keeping up with their house. I was visiting from out of state last week and noticed that their bathtub drain wasn't working. I did a little research and knew it would be an involved process, and worried that they might be taken advantage of.  After reading some online reviews, I called CJ Plumbing. They asked a bunch of questions and had me send photos before providing an estimate, and were in close contact as we scheduled the work. Lenny came out exactly on time and was so efficient that they charged less than we expected! That's a first, and it gives me peace of mind to know they have a trustworthy plumber.

About as honest and straightforward as it gets.  Great guy and even better plumber!  He explained everything that was going to be done, was flexible around our schedule and most importantly fixed the issue we were having.  I'm glad to find a go to plumber we can depend on with fair and transparent pricing.

They were very responsive and came out quickly to our condo. They assessed the cause of the leak and took action to fix the problem. The plumber was very helpful and professional. We would definitely recommend Apex and will use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Jan and George unclogged a deep clog for me. They gave me an appointment within 24 hours, were courteous throughout, and explained what they were doing throughout.

I highly recommend them, and will definitely be using them in the future.

Having said all of that, the price was a bit out of my range, but I needed the work done. $150/hr. Took five hours.

Victor is the most honest and efficient plumber I've ever worked with! I  found him through the recommendation of other plumbers I had called to help fix our main sewer line which had overflowed into our house. It was definitely a happy accident. He came to our house day-of to work on the issue and to start the process of getting a permit and installing a clean out. We have worked with many plumbers who gave us crazy quotes and tried to do other work that could have potentially flooded our house. I highly recommend calling Victor if you want someone knowledegable and great to work with!

Generally, they are overpriced. But the biggest problem is their expanding into new markets when they are completely understaffed. I'm in the Seattle market and scheduled a follow up appointment to an original appointment 2 months ago. I get confirmed for the appointment and wait three weeks. The fixer arrives and tells me he doesn't have the time to complete the job today. They try to reschedule me and tell me the earliest is two weeks out. Why did they incorrectly estimate the time it would take to do the job and only find out the day of the appointment? Why did they not reschedule me right away when I booked three weeks ago? Why do they not try to rebook me ASAP as I'm waiting on them to complete a job I originally scheduled almost 2 months ago? Taking my business elsewhere.

Eric at Drain Works was at my location in 3 hours same day to take a look at a sub pump issue that turned out to be a back flow problem.  He diagnosed, explained my options, got the new part and fixed it.  Extremely personable and they know what they are doing.  Very happy with Eric and Drain Works and will be on my speed dial as its hard to find good honest plumbers....especially in the city!
