These guys are honest and fair. Needed two grab bars installed in the bathroom for my father and Julio charged us a very fair rate. He even came out in advance at no additional charge just to make sure the quote given was accurate based on the layout and what needed to be done. The initial quote was 150-250 and after coming he said it would be 175 (that's a sign of someone honest, because he could have easily just said 250 just to get that extra money). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get grab bars installed. They didn't even crack the tile in the shower when they drilled into it. They take pride in their work!

Called Rob about replacing a water softener and he was really easy to work with.  I had the new unit and sent him a few photos of the setup.  He texted me back a quote and came out a couple days later and did the job.  His price seemed fair based on a couple other quotes that I got.

Danny certainly does fix it! He does it all! I called him to fix a toilet handle. He ended up fixing my front door which wouldn't open from the inside, and a shower head that my brother ripped off. He's friendly, he's professional, he's fast. Would recommend him to anyone!

Great service. Called Mike for a for a quote on a water pressure regulator and he was able to come out for an inspection right away. When he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and very thorough with his inspection, which was at least 20 minutes and free. After, he gave us an exact estimate for the service we needed and no pressure to accept his offer. Installation was just as easy and we haven't had any problems since. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have never written a review, but this drove me to do so. I set up an appointment a few days in advance for a 2-4 PM window. They called me at 4 and asked for a me to change to 4-6, which I reluctantly agreed and showed up at 5:30. I thought I had a very simple job (installation of two toilets). I let them know I know nothing about toilets and if there is anything I need to get besides toilets. They assured me that any toilets would be fine after looking. On Saturday, I immediately went to Home Depot and picked out a couple of toilets and then followed up with them. They gave me a 2-4 Pm window on Sunday. I called multiple times Sunday morning to confirm my reservation which they seemed tentative about. They never called and when I called at 1 PM, they said they were shorthanded for the holiday and would need to reschedule. I didn't have a choice and took an appt for the following day between 2-4. They then called me MONDAY morning and asked if I could move to Tuesday!! I said absolutely not and they came AFTER 4 on Monday. Hector came, and was really great and helpful. However, he couldn't finish installing because we didn't have a long enough hose. I let them know that I asked what I would need and no one said anything about a hose. After a couple more phone calls, they were able to come the next day and brought a hose. Hector was great and they made good after multiple disappointments, which is why they weren't a 1 star, but if you want someone reliable and helpful, I would go in another direction.

I have used Bigg Tree Rooter two times, and both times were quality jobs for a reasonable price.  I can tell Adam is genuinely interested in his customers.  He will do a good job.

I had a copper pipe burst behind my wall of the laundry room and had water damage to the drywall all under the subfloor of my house. Luckily these guys were prepared for anything and had all parts on hand. Both Joseph and Victor went above and beyond with communication from issue to solution. Couldn't have asked for more professionalism & on the job skill that both of these gentlemen displayed. I would definitely recommend Mr Rooter Company again & again after this service. Not to mention pricing absolutely reasonable. I wish I could give them more than five stars. Thanks again you guys!

Absolutely fantastic company. I have used many plumbers in the past. It's a challenging trade to find someone who is honest, keeps their commitment and well priced. This company hits all of those strengths. They kept our house clean and very professional around my family. Highly recommend them!!!!

Came to fix my dishwasher drain! Found the problem and fixed it quick! It happens that the Guy who replaced my sink garbage disposal didn't  poke a whole for my dishwasher drain!  He gave me discount too!! Very nice guy!  Hire him!

We have a few properties up on the mountain.  John has been fantastic to work with on everything from whole house repipes to dripping faucets.  He is super organized, prompt, trustworthy and is great at helping out during emergencies.  Works great with other subcontractors on larger projects as well.

I have referred John to many people on the mountain and have heard nothing but the best about him from their jobs as well.

It took me a month to realize the sewer sump pump at the back of my property was not working. Not knowing what lurked underground, I needed help fast.

Edwin came to the rescue.

Other plumbers on Yelp indicated they had knowledge of sump pumps. But Edwin was clearly the most knowledgeable when we first talked. It was well worth waiting until the next day when he was available.

Edwin showed up exactly when he said (rare in a contractor), showed me what the issue was, explained what was required to fix it. He also provided me with options to save some money.

It turned out to be a big job. The original sump pump was improperly installed 2' underground with the access pipes over the lid, making it impossible to open up the pump to see inside. Just to see inside took an hour, digging and cutting away the pipes. The pump was filled with roots.

After discussing my options, Edwin returned the next day with a new sump pump. He recommended installing an alarm to prevent the same problem in the future. At first I opted out on the alarm to save money. But later realized he was right; an alarm would help me maintain the new pump instead of replacing it every few years (a much larger expense). He also suggested installing a plate above the pump to avoid having to dig out the 2' of soil each time annual maintenance is done. Edwin goes beyond what you'd expect - he's researched getting a plate made!

Edwin is a gem: very thorough, helpful. He explains how everything works in an easy to understand way. He even sent me photos when I was not on site. And he's clean! I didn't have to clean up after him.

It's assuring to find a contractor as honest, friendly and reliable as Edwin. I've started an Edwin To-Do List. I'll be calling him again and I strongly recommend you do to.

I own an apt bldg and Fred (the owner) has always provided top notch service. His technicians are knowledgeable and always discuss what needs to be done in layman language.  My favorite tech is Randy.  Fred has addressed many issues that when fixed as recommended, has ended the merry-go-round of repeat problems.  

I believe you get what you pay for and this company has been worth the investment. They will be honest in their recommendations and you will pay a fair price for their service.

Within an hour or so of calling, Jacob came to look at a pre-existing problem. Both of bathrooms have some water damage. He had assest the problem and explained what would be needed. Gave me a reasonable estimate for the repairs. He seemed very knowlegable, kind and understanding to my situation.

Joseph is very knowledgeable and professional
and was able to fix my clogged toilet with no issues.
