I asked for a quote last night at midnight and was pleasantly surprised that they responded right away. They were able to schedule me in the morning. They were polite and used masks when they arrived. They did a great job at fixing my plumbing issue.

Called Rob about replacing a water softener and he was really easy to work with.  I had the new unit and sent him a few photos of the setup.  He texted me back a quote and came out a couple days later and did the job.  His price seemed fair based on a couple other quotes that I got.

Danny certainly does fix it! He does it all! I called him to fix a toilet handle. He ended up fixing my front door which wouldn't open from the inside, and a shower head that my brother ripped off. He's friendly, he's professional, he's fast. Would recommend him to anyone!

Four years ago I left a review about Dan's Plumbing (MIKE).  He installed a faucet.  A month ago he immediately came over when I had a flood emergency, a pipe burst, in my garage.  He fixed the problem and also installed a new shut off valve, which was broken.  Today he fixed a very clogged drain in my kitchen sink.  A major snake job was needed, in two separate places.  A big and tiresome job. No complaints, neat, polite, orderly, etc.  What more do you want.  Call Mike when you need a GOOD plumber and a good guy.  I'm in El Sereno.

I was so shocked to see how fast they got over to the site, got the inspection done, had a person come out the SAME day to get started and had everything done the very next day. These guys are super efficient, clearly are very skilled and take their jobs very seriously. Not a single gap in communication was missed and I was being updated on new information right away. Definitely will be using for any future issues!

I had an emergency. Laundry room clogged the main drain line and was back in up to my bathroom. Flooded it and I needed to get it cleaned quick. The main was connected to two neighbors as well. It was a mess. And It's was in the evening and Gabriel was quick to respond and get one of his guys out to me within the hour. He was able to get the main line drain cleared rather quick. Saved the night for me and my neighbors. Definitely recommend!!! Came through exactly when needed.

PLUMBER RECOMMENDATION  I recently had my water heater replaced by Jose of J.R. Rooter & Plumbing (818) 233-2255.  I called them the afternoon that I discovered my heater had failed.  We agreed on a price and set up an appointment for the next morning.  Jose and his helper arrived early with everything needed.  You really find out how good a business is when things go wrong.  In my case, the first brand new, never unboxed water heater that Jose installed turned out to be defective.  Jose had to drain and remove that heater and take it back to his supplier for exchange.  Then he had to drive back with the new one and redo the installation.  Fortunately, the second one worked perfectly.  The whole job was far from easy.  My laundry room is tiny and my washing machine had to be disconnected and moved out of the way.  This was a problem too as the 30 year old hot/cold shut-off valves were bad, so the water for the whole house had to be turned off before the washer could be disconnected and moved out of the way.  Jose fought through all these problems with a great attitude and honored his price even though the job wound up taking all day. I highly recommend J.R. Rooter & Plumbing.

Met John at my house today and he was prompt, honest and seemed like an all around great guy. I work with a lot of contractors being a Real Estate Broker and John would definitely be someone I could recommend. He was honest enough to tell me he could not do the job since he was short staffed. I appreciated his honesty but will refer him business when I can.

I would NOT recommend Power Plumbing unless you wish to pay much higher rates than other plumbing companies. It was pretty simple plumbing work such as replacing faucets and shower cartridges. They gave me an estimate of more than triple the price of other plumbers. They asked me 550$ just to replace the new kitchen faucet. Don't be surprised, it is the price excluding parts.
Do not even try to get a quote from them. They charged 99$ just to get an estimate. Non-refundable, what a non-sense!!!!

Edwin Martinez came out to quote an extensive project - adding an outdoor sink with drainage, creating an outdoor spigot for hose and setting up a drip system line.  He was very professional, friendly, and worked hard for two days to get the project done.  His craftsman ship was excellent.  He also noticed two other issues around the water heater and fixed those free of charge as well.  He was generous with his time and expertise and could not say enough good things about him and about West Side Plumbing.  Will always return here.

I needed them to come out and hydrojet my area drains and initially they had a few small snafus but they did a great job and made sure I was pleased with the job they did.  They showed up wearing masks, as safety is very important right now.  They were punctual and polite.  Can't say enough about the job they did.  Would definitely call them again

My dad told me a plumber was coming by while I was home alone (not the most fun thing to hear as a young woman because people can be weird) and I'm glad that it was Jacob (and his apprentice) that my dad hired! Jacob was super friendly and had great manners, he made a point to ask my name and wipe his shoes thoroughly before entering the house. My dad had quite a bit of tasks for Jacob to take care of and he got through them all in good time with a great attitude. He even checked out an extra issue in our upstairs bathroom that was not part of what he came over to do. My dad told me an estimate of how much it should cost since I was going to have to deal with the payment and the amount Jacob's total came out to matched it so he was honest with me about the price even though it was clear I don't know anything about what he was doing or the pricing. We will definitely be going to Jacob again for any other plumbing needs we have and are excited to try his homemade Thai chili beef jerky that he gave us a massive piece of. Thank you Jacob and your apprentice!

We detected a water leak issue yesterday morning.  Called Mattucci after four other plumbing firms could not confirm we could be serviced same day.  Mattucci was available and serviceman Donald immediately found the source of the leak in the wall.  Leak was fixed and we are happy.  Thank you Donald and Mattucci Plumbing.  Will use you again if an unexpected problem should arise.
