Caesar from JC Plumbing was super professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They quickly identified the issue with my kitchen sink not draining properly, and made it right. They were very clean during the process and cleaned up quickly when they were complete. My shower drain was clogged and all this nasty black water started coming up out of it. The water from the bathroom sink was coming up into the shower too. I got onto Yelp to search for a plumber and read great reviews about Rubio's so I decided to try them out. I called Rubio's Plumbing and left a voicemail and I got a call back within a few minutes. I spoke to Robert- he was really nice, asked about the problem and gave me an eta as to how early he could get here. It was the same day so it was perfect for me. Fernando showed up and was also super polite and kind, just like Robert. He got to work right away and fixed my shower drain. I felt the price was fair and the customer service was right on. I will definitely use Rubio's again and I will also recommend them to my friends and family. Oh, and Fernando was really clean, he didn't leave a mess or anything. That's always appreciated.

I would like to thank you for terrific services to Adam C. and his team.  We had main sewer backing up and the root cause related to tree roots that went in the main sewer and clogged for multiple points.  To fix this problem, I got recommended to change to sewer pipe that I think it was reasonable and I accepted it.  Adam C. and his team worked hard, responsive, and respected the property. He also shared with me a lot of tips and knowledge about plumbing related information.  I would like to recommend this team to help you if you have any plumbing related problem and services.

PLUMBER RECOMMENDATION  I recently had my water heater replaced by Jose of J.R. Rooter & Plumbing (818) 233-2255.  I called them the afternoon that I discovered my heater had failed.  We agreed on a price and set up an appointment for the next morning.  Jose and his helper arrived early with everything needed.  You really find out how good a business is when things go wrong.  In my case, the first brand new, never unboxed water heater that Jose installed turned out to be defective.  Jose had to drain and remove that heater and take it back to his supplier for exchange.  Then he had to drive back with the new one and redo the installation.  Fortunately, the second one worked perfectly.  The whole job was far from easy.  My laundry room is tiny and my washing machine had to be disconnected and moved out of the way.  This was a problem too as the 30 year old hot/cold shut-off valves were bad, so the water for the whole house had to be turned off before the washer could be disconnected and moved out of the way.  Jose fought through all these problems with a great attitude and honored his price even though the job wound up taking all day. I highly recommend J.R. Rooter & Plumbing.

These Guys are THE BEST! Our water heater went out so I called and talked to Cathy who was very nice. She had John come out and give us a Free Estimate. Turns out we had one of if not the absolute CHEAPEST G.E. water heaters in the house we bought. It was only 6 years old but it was already discontinued and not even the manufacturer had the replacement part we needed. John went Above and Beyond the call of duty to get us the part! Then... came out in the snow at 8pm on a Friday Night to get us back Up and Running! God Bless Them! We will ONLY use these guys for our future plumbing needs!!! I cannot recommend Power Plumbing highly enough. As a property manager who has constant plumbing needs, I consider Power Plumbing an invaluable part of our team. They respond to all of my needs, at all hours of the day, quickly and efficiently. I've worked with many plumbing companies in the past and Power Plumbing is by far the best. Their customer service is fantastic, their scheduling system makes my life so easy, they are fantastic with my tenants, and they do an excellent job of leaving work sites cleaner than when they found them.  Power Plumbing has an excellent staff who is not only very friendly, but most importantly can explain everything and make me feel very well taken care of. Edwin is a great plumber and thorough professional.  He took on a great challenge in helping us get on line into our new house during the Covid-19 LA lockdown. His expertise and dedication are valuable to anyone  needing courteous service and great results.

TRUST - when it comes to your house, that's the only word that matters. Let me explain why I trust these guys, with a summary of two interactions. [Long story short, I reached out to plumbers 7 times, and only twice did I get an honest inspection. Both times, it was Mr. Speedy.]

1. A few months ago, we smelled a gas leak coming from the rear exterior of the house. In a panic, we dialed 4 different plumbers to get quotes for an urgent inspection. Gas line inspections are not cheap, all but one quoted me several hundred dollars. Freddy at Mr. Speedy asked me a few questions and was the only one that said for my specific issue, I should call SoCal Gas cause they'll inspect it for free. Freddy was the only one that recommended I call the gas company. Sure enough, SoCal Gas agreed and said the specific issue I had was their responsibility. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it, for free.

2. We've had problems with our second floor shower for years, and this month we decided to spend the money, whatever it takes, to finally fix the problem once and for all. We called 3 plumbers for estimates and two of them said we need to break all the tile and replace the entire shower. The only one that gave me a thorough/accurate estimate was Mr. Speedy. Juan and Randy came out, inspected the shower, as well as the piping underneath the house and realized the root cause was an old/damaged pipe underneath the house. They explained that replacing/re-tiling my entire shower would be a temporary fix, I could just replace the shower valve and the remaining money is better spent fixing the root cause, underneath the house. They took photos to show/explain the problem and brought out their specialists, Edwardo, Angel, and Carlos to fix the pipes. Edwardo took additional photos so I could see the before and after, the shower works great now, and ultimately, I spent less than the two other plumbers quoted me.

And that's trust.

Got an expert to come out same day when our house didn't have any hot water. They were prompt, efficient, and professional.

I contacted Jacob about a non functioning garbage disposal. I'd tried several times to clean out the drain and fix it myself, but finally had to call in some help. Jacob responded quickly, asked for a few clarifying details, and then talked me through the procedure. I got my disposal working again, thanks to his help.

I needed some reissues around the house and they were the first to respond promptly and courteously.

We scheduled a day for them to assess the tasks I needed done and they provided a detailed invoice before proceeding.

I appreciate the fact how accommodating and polite they were on the phone. The job was finished to our standards and we would more than likely use Mattucci again. Grazie ~
