We had been introduced to Ben at All Star Stair Railing through our contractor. We were in the middle of a big renovation and decided we could not live with the ugly pony walls that we had through out the house. Ben texted me right away. Came out to measure the following day. Sent his quote out hours later. Worked out our design and adjustment and we were off and running. He was able to start earlier than projected. They take real pride in craftsmanship and what a pleasure to work with.

Alex and his brother helped me with a railing for an outdoor staircase and ledge. He let me know when we started working together that he was really busy but they seemed like one of the best so I was determined to work with them. Even though it took much longer than I would have liked I was amazed with how it turned out. They achieved exactly the look I was going for and the install was a simple one day project. No fuss. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mario is great. He was out right away and we received a professional shortly after. Communication was great throughout. They were always on time. Mario works as hard or harder than his employees. They demoed part of my wall to expand my gate and rebuild a pillar. We went with all metal due to the lack of composite slats. It was about the same price and it looks great. It will be less maintenance in the future.
Mario even called a week later to make sure I was satisfied.

Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.

Dave and his guys (and Kellie in the office too) did a fantastic job on our personal pool deck resurfacing project.  Dave came out in-person to discuss the job, make suggestions, and hear our expectations.  The price estimate was very fair. The crew was on time, had great skill, was respectful, and cleaned up thoroughly. The finished project looks amazing. Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Ray and his team did a wonderful job on our pool deck and garage floor. I plan to help him out again at another property. I've also referred him to others.

We were hit by the EF1 Williams (Junipine Estates)Tornado that took out 13 sections of our fence, among much more; found Brust Fencing on Yelp and sent him a message on Sunday, and was amazed and delighted that he contacted us immediately, and came out that same day to assess the damage! I honestly have to say, WE NEED MORE Businesses like Brust Fencing; so responsive, honest, and really works hard to take care of his customers!!!! They do beautiful work, and are a dream to work with!!!!

If you need a new fence or repair of what you have; do yourself a favor and call Brust!!!! And, NO, we had never had any dealings with Brust Fencing prior to the disastrous tornado!!!!

I just had my observation deck resealed, and it turned out great. Adam workers did a great job and barley knew they were there, no banging or dropping tools. The project took about four days with the drying of the stuff they put in the roof, but showed up and completed the job very professional. I would use him again, and Adam will Answer his phone when called.

Had a great experience with this group. Called on Monday 10/18- literally yesterday 10/20 the repair to my  pool deck was completely done. Would highly recommend. Also something to keep in mind- they were willing to do a repair to a certain section of my deck as the rest of my cool deck is in really good shape. A lot of companies- like literally all but two that I called- will not do this sort of job AT ALL and will only do the entire deck.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

It's unfair and disrespectful Not to provide a quote to the customer when you have promised. The person came to my home, checked my problem and said that he would let me know how much it would cost. More than a week past, no response! I called the company- the person said that he was still working on getting this quote!
What the hell, I said to myself! I said ok, I will wait. It's been over 1 month, still nothing. Of course, I am not waiting for a call anymore. He could have been honest right from the beginning so that at least I am not going to rely on this company. I explained my problem well over the phone even before he came to my house.
Be Honest and Transparent from the beginning! Do not hide! If you would not be happy with the money you would make or whatever the reason is, just say it.

Matt got our 12' pool, Kool deck, motor, valves and removal of Oleanders done in two weeks. I had 3 other quotes. Matt us the guy to go with! 623-255-2239

The company specialists came back 7/12.
The height of the gates/posts is now correct.  
A problem I hadn't mentioned in my original post was 2 of the entry way fences were initially installed fully touching the concrete.  Mike (FI) took those back on his next to last visit, had them cut/repainted & they were installed 7/12 (no longer touching the concrete).  
They also drilled the cane pull holes (in the concrete) larger, so I don't have to wrestle with the pulls.
We appreciate having these items resolved; but it's a disappointment they were not installed properly in the first place.  

The item that remains outstanding is the damage to the gates and posts.
This is where my expectations as a customer and (according to conversations with the company's owner - which, at one point, left me in tears) are different.
To be clear - this is what I expected:
1) professional installation
2) no damage to the products (we expected imperfections, but not damage)
(we didn't pay for damaged gates - well, I guess we did, since that's what we have now).
What the owner explained to me - regarding the damage, is this is big, heavy iron, if someone told you there would be no nicks/dings, they'd be lying.
As a customer, I wasn't aware that I should ask what their acceptable tolerance for damage is.  Obviously, my tolerance is zero.  

As far as what exactly IS the damage - the largest scratch (down to the metal) is approximately an inch in length - spanning the whole corner, the crest of the large RV gate was scraped significantly (in my opinion - obviously, the owner feels differently).   There are several other scrapes on a large post and then multiple dings (again, to the bare metal) on all 3 gates.  The company did touch up the scrapes with paint, but damage is damager - it's noticeabe.

I hope putting our experience on Yelp will help others make an informed decision.

I was referred by a friend after a bad storm had revealed a leak in our new home. With another monster storm about to hit us, I reached for a consultation and Geremy drove an hour and a half out of his way on his own time to look at what was going on. Gave me a quick and honest assessment, when asked how much, he was beyond reasonable, and offered to handle the job on the spot, so the next storm wouldn't damage my house! You will regret using this company! My roof guarantees it!

We love our courtyard gate and we get many compliments!  It fits great, gives us more privacy and looks great.  We're so glad we got it!

Horrible horrible horrible!!! Expensive gates that are installed by people that have no idea what they are doing.  We spent over $10,000 with this company and both installations have been nightmares. When you try to talk to customer service (Jennifer) they treat you like a child in a condescending voice. I wish we never used them. I had a gate installed Friday and it is Monday and it is half hanging off my house. I was told it was safe. Such a liability to my family. Jennifer needs to be fired as she is so rude and told me it was my fault. Please stay away!  
Update: no one has reached out from corporate. Another installer was sent and he made a bigger mess (photos attached) gate is still not installed. He asked us to make the wall secure by cutting a piece out and our general contractor said it would be a horrible idea and lead to rot over time.) they also said my wall wasn't supportive but all the holes show it is a masonary Wall!!!!
