We had been introduced to Ben at All Star Stair Railing through our contractor. We were in the middle of a big renovation and decided we could not live with the ugly pony walls that we had through out the house. Ben texted me right away. Came out to measure the following day. Sent his quote out hours later. Worked out our design and adjustment and we were off and running. He was able to start earlier than projected. They take real pride in craftsmanship and what a pleasure to work with.

Although I haven't yet done business with Alex at Integrated Metal Structures, he has been MORE than helpful in talking over my ideas with me. Alex and I have exchanged emails with different ideas, suggestions and quotes for my front yard project. He has been more than patient, has a great sense of humor, and is candid in his approach. Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.

Dave came and measured our pool cool decking area and we thought he was very professional and he told us that we would receive a written quote by email within the next 2 days.  However, we did not get it.  I texted to find out if they had the right email and was told they decided that they did not want to service the East Valley. Very disappointing because we gave up the time for his visit and did not even get a written quote with this explanation.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about Ray and his guys.  Aztec Decks is the company that you hope to find and work with.  They are there when they say they will be and are very hard workers and talented craftsmen.  We used Aztec Decks to redo our pool cooldecking with travertine, fill in our out dated spa, replace the pool cap tile with travertine veneers and install a new water and fire feature.  Ray understood our vision and had some really good ideas to make it even better.   Glad he made an 'executive decision' on something he knew would look better.  He was right.  Highly recommend!

Joel was fantastic. He was meticulous, careful, comprehensive, and absolutely honest. Our back decking in Flagstaff was in need of refurbishment. Instead of trying to talk us into a full redo, he was able to find the structural issues with our railing and steps, walkthrough a repair of a concrete pillar, showed us where there were opportunities for small restructurings for reinforcement, and gave us a dead honest estimate. When we looked to add a few things, his add-ons were priced fairly, and he also discovered a few issues which he repaired without extra cost. He came when he said he would, he completed the work when he said he would, he documented with photos and videos and sent them to us. We paid him ahead for materials, we paid him at the end for labor. I was absolutely pleased with his work, and would definitely call him again should the need arise.

I just had my observation deck resealed, and it turned out great. Adam workers did a great job and barley knew they were there, no banging or dropping tools. The project took about four days with the drying of the stuff they put in the roof, but showed up and completed the job very professional. I would use him again, and Adam will Answer his phone when called.

I had a completely positive experience with Jonas cool deck.  They came out to provide an estimate the same day that I called.  I found their cost estimate to be thorough and reasonable and they were able to start the work the very next morning!  They arrived when they said they would and took great care to mask off and protect my pool and surrounding landscaping.  I was having some relatively large areas repaired and they thoroughly prepped the surface, matched the color and the texture.  The deck looks brand new again!  They did a great job of the cleanup and finished exactly when they said they would.  I have zero complaints amd I highly recommend their service.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

David and the rest of the team at Deck Services are amazing. Our deck had some areas where the original paint started to peel off and parts of our pool's cantilever were broken and chipped.
David showed up numerous times to give us a proper estimate of the work and go over the options and details with us.
Once the work started, they did a great job keeping the backyard as clean as possible after each day of work, they protected the pool with plastic sheets to reduce the amount of dust that fell into it.
The last few days were when the art started. Watching David and his team handcrafting each artificial flagstone with the Kooldecking material was an amazing sight. But not less important, the final two days when they did the cleanup and touchups, as well as how they left the backyard at the end was amazing. They did a full cleanup of the yard, vacuumed the pool using a special tool to get all the debris out, and washed the entire backyard to an amazing and pristine state.
Not only was the price reasonable, out of all the deck guys we talked to, but their work and the quality of the result was top-notch.
I would recommend David and his team wholeheartedly to anyone.

The salesman was knowledgeable and efficient. We knew what we wanted so the initial appointment didn't take long.  He explained that delivery and installation would be a few months away at that time.   Happily, they installed our door weeks before they estimated.   We are pleased with our purchase and would recommend First Impression to anyone needing a screen door or security door.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. I can say we had a great experience with First Impression Ironworks from the start. Derik our salesman was on time, kind, detailed and patient. Placing an order was smooth sailing. We even made a change to the frame size to make sure our doorbell still fit since they no longer drill holes in their wider frames for a doorbell.

We paid half up front and the rest the day of installation. Our door was scheduled to be ready 4 to 6 weeks out. Ours ended up being ready in just over 3 weeks. Time frame is based on demand not supply.  We received a message of the installation date. No need to call back unless it didn't work for rescheduling. We then received a call from the installer if the estimated time the morning before to confirm a  2 hour window and he would call if he would be earlier. Instalation took less than 30 minutes for our particular project. Gus was great and informative.  We looked over the door to make sure it didn't need any touch up. He went over some mechanics with us and we were all set.

They make sure that no light shines around the frame and they install trim all around along with a large door sweep at the bottom which I recommend not stepping on. Sealed well from tiny critters. Things other door vendors don't do.

I do feel I gave us an advantage by addressing concerns after reading other reviews and If your project will be getting wet often you will want to get the additional zinc protection. I feel it should be a rep's standard to go over ALL options as one may not know they have choices. Especially thinking of weather, door bell issues screens etc. that a customer may not think of or know about. I feel that is the sales person's job. It prevents issues, disappointment, customer changes and buyer regrets.

I have had a few quotes through the years. Our door blows the other vendors out of the water. The quality is awesome and again we are so happy.
