We had been introduced to Ben at All Star Stair Railing through our contractor. We were in the middle of a big renovation and decided we could not live with the ugly pony walls that we had through out the house. Ben texted me right away. Came out to measure the following day. Sent his quote out hours later. Worked out our design and adjustment and we were off and running. He was able to start earlier than projected. They take real pride in craftsmanship and what a pleasure to work with.

We used IMS to add decorative iron gates to the front courtyard of new home. We got a couple of quotes, but IMS was more competitive.  They were completed and installed just as estimated. The finished product is beautiful!  The gates really add elegance and character to the front of our home. Alex was super nice and very professional. We are very impressed with the quality of the gates and their installation. Highly recommend.

Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.

AMAZING!!! We resurfaced our pool deck and concrete patio and New Look Kool Deck did an awesome job! The crew, Manny and Angel, were amazing with great attention to detail and cleanliness. Dave, the owner, was very professional and friendly as well. He checked the job site several times a day and kept us informed with details. He genuinely cares and guarantees the outcome and durability for years to come. This was a great experience for us because we are very particular regarding perfection...and good help is hard to find nowadays! Price was very reasonable as well, which was a great help since we are senior citizens. He really treats his employees well too and helps them clean up at the end of the day! Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Ray and his team did a great job at our house.  Ray, from Aztec Decks was recommended to us from our pool repair company and they worked hand in hand to bring our 1970's pool back to life.  His estimates were very reasonable and his attention to detail even better.  We had a chip in the concrete, without asking any questions (could've been there before) he just repaired it, moved our existing pool equipment and took the initiative to paint the plastic piping to protect from UV rays and labeled each pipe to its function.  Communicated with me throughout the process what his schedule was and when he would be able to complete tasks.  He was very patient, thoroughly explaining how he was going to lay out the work and would troubleshoot little challenges that seemingly always pop up.  His crew was polite and respectful of our property. Ask to see his portfolio of previous jobs, he has done some beautiful work on high end homes.  I would highly recommend their work to my closest friends.

Joel Brust deserves this Yelp review simply due to his excellent work, transparency and punctuality. He walked me through the costs involved during the quote process here at our home, which were perfectly reasonable. Within a week he was here on the dot of the time scheduled. He spent the next 3 days building this absolutely stunning Redwood Privacy Fence that is floating above our short cinderblock wall. The engineering in his design, being that our wall (as shown in the pics) is tiered-down to different heights with multiple steps-down to each tier--was highly impressive. Joel delivers extraordinary custom work and reliability to say the least. Not your everyday carpenter. You won't find a better Fencing & Gates Contractor in San Diego.

I just had my observation deck resealed, and it turned out great. Adam workers did a great job and barley knew they were there, no banging or dropping tools. The project took about four days with the drying of the stuff they put in the roof, but showed up and completed the job very professional. I would use him again, and Adam will Answer his phone when called.

It's funny how I wrote a review on this company and it disappeared. I had my pool cool decking refinished back in Sept. 2018.  This was suppose to have a 3 year warranty.  I started my contact with this company back on 8-4-20 emailing them asking for them to come back and repair the cool decking that was breaking away.  No reply.  3-18-21 sent another email.  No reply.  I tried calling to leave a message, but mailbox was full.  I called 602-423-8016 someone said someone would call me back.  Cindy, daughter of owner, called and asked me to send pictures which I did.  Sent pictures to 602-478-3234.  3-22-21 Cindy said she would send message to Eric, her brother, who did the work and will send him another message to get a hold of me.  7-7-21 almost a year and still no response.  I have now sent a letter to Better Business Bureau, Arizona Registry of Contractors and now a review on Yelp.  Please do not give them your business if you need cool decking.  They don't stand behind their product or warranty and you will have to get repairs done before two years end.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

David fixed my deck at the beginning of the spring this year. He was able to provide a reasonable quote and complete the repair quickly. David's work matches perfectly to the current color and style of the deck. I would recommend David's work to anyone looking for a deck repair.

its almost a year and still pool not done, now there is not much left and now the holidays are coming. Oh well I would say don't expect much with this company. i'm sure now that i posted something someone will call. My husband and i were told this would not take a year, well its almost a year, and they got their money for what they have done so far, so i guess that means the customer can just wait. just very disappointed, I would say look for a different builder, that might have more workers and better communication. They are very nice people, but as far as communication, not so great, but hey they got their money, I'm sure when it comes time and I have to pay they will want all their money really fast, to bad I can't put them on the back burner. oh well.

I have used this company now twice and was very disappointed with the second usage. Not only did the final measurement person measure 5 of the 15 windows completely wrong. Each of those 5 windows should have had one screen, this person measured for two. Not only that, the measurements were completely off so the instillation couldn't be completed. Now I'm waiting for a correction, with holes in my window frames that were not suppose to be created, paid for window cleaning that now has been ruined, and zero compensation. They are correcting their error in creating single screens like I originally ordered which is appreciated but zero care that I budgeted for window cleaning and the ability to pay them in full. I understand human error but this is a joke!

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. Purchased French doors and a matching security door for my house approx 3 years ago. Workmanship is breathtaking. They add so much to our house I am still so thankful we did this.  Highly recommend. As they say. Expensive but worth it.

We had our door installed about 6 months ago and when the weather stripping started to come loose First Impression did not hesitate to come over and make the repair. They really stand by their work. I really appreciate a company that values their clients and make repairs without any hassles. I recommend this company hands down.
