We had been introduced to Ben at All Star Stair Railing through our contractor. We were in the middle of a big renovation and decided we could not live with the ugly pony walls that we had through out the house. Ben texted me right away. Came out to measure the following day. Sent his quote out hours later. Worked out our design and adjustment and we were off and running. He was able to start earlier than projected. They take real pride in craftsmanship and what a pleasure to work with.

Alex and his brother helped me with a railing for an outdoor staircase and ledge. He let me know when we started working together that he was really busy but they seemed like one of the best so I was determined to work with them. Even though it took much longer than I would have liked I was amazed with how it turned out. They achieved exactly the look I was going for and the install was a simple one day project. No fuss. I would recommend them to anyone.

We can not tell you enough how delighted we are with Mario & Georgegina and to the guys who all worked on our railing project! Someone on Nextdoor recommend Pool Remodeling Brothers. Based on their recommendation I reached out to Jose for an estimate. They were responsive and got our pool fixed within a week of contacting them. We had some cracks in our pebble in the steps and we couldn't get anyone to call us back or do the job because it wasn't worth their time for what they would make on the job. Because they took on our little job we will be using them for our pool remodel in 2-3 years because our pebble is old and wearing out.

Dave came and measured our pool cool decking area and we thought he was very professional and he told us that we would receive a written quote by email within the next 2 days.  However, we did not get it.  I texted to find out if they had the right email and was told they decided that they did not want to service the East Valley. Very disappointing because we gave up the time for his visit and did not even get a written quote with this explanation.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

We HIGHLY recommend Aztec Decks! Ray and his crew are absolutely amazing. They updated our 24 year old cool decking around our pool with travertine tile around the pool and our whole backyard patio. We have a brand new backyard living area and are extremely pleased.  Ray was very professional and friendly. His whole crew worked so hard and their craftsmanship was amazing.  Ray was always checking in with us to make sure that everything was what we wanted, which it was, PLUS more!  Thank you Ray! You're the BEST!!

Joel replaced our gate and a small section of fencing. Showed up in time and got the work done in one day. Communication was excellent from the start. Very professional and knowledgeable highly recommend

Adam was great! He did a really great job on our deck which ended up being a lot more work than anticipated and the weather was uncooperative! He was professional, communicative, and did a good job for a reasonable price.

I had a completely positive experience with Jonas cool deck.  They came out to provide an estimate the same day that I called.  I found their cost estimate to be thorough and reasonable and they were able to start the work the very next morning!  They arrived when they said they would and took great care to mask off and protect my pool and surrounding landscaping.  I was having some relatively large areas repaired and they thoroughly prepped the surface, matched the color and the texture.  The deck looks brand new again!  They did a great job of the cleanup and finished exactly when they said they would.  I have zero complaints amd I highly recommend their service.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

It's unfair and disrespectful Not to provide a quote to the customer when you have promised. The person came to my home, checked my problem and said that he would let me know how much it would cost. More than a week past, no response! I called the company- the person said that he was still working on getting this quote!
What the hell, I said to myself! I said ok, I will wait. It's been over 1 month, still nothing. Of course, I am not waiting for a call anymore. He could have been honest right from the beginning so that at least I am not going to rely on this company. I explained my problem well over the phone even before he came to my house.
Be Honest and Transparent from the beginning! Do not hide! If you would not be happy with the money you would make or whatever the reason is, just say it.
Disgraceful

Matt and his team did a great job resurfacing our fiberglass pool in just a few days. Matt was straightforward with the price, did what he promised, was done on time, and cleaned up nicely. I would recommend Matt's Magic Pools to anyone who needs their pool resurfaced. We'll done fellas.

I am happy to report that I am now a satisfied customer.  This is due to two very special people at First Impressions.  Shannan in Customer Service, and Alan who if he had been my original installer would have spared me all of the negative posts.  First impression is lucky to have these two working on their team.  They cared enough to turn this experience around.  

These are quality doors, as I stated in my previous post.  Unfortunately, I had to spend a lot of time to make sure my door was installed to my satisfaction.  That is why my final rating is three stars.

Ok, so here's the update:  The door I ordered was delivered and installed.  The door is great quality,  everything I had hoped for and why I paid 3 times the price for a security door, and chose not to go the big box store route.    The installer upon completion explained that it may take a few weeks for the weather stripping around the door to give way enough, so that I would not have to pull extremely tight on the door to close it.  It was tight, but the door was also sealed nicely all away around.  The day after the install I realized that the the door was not flush with the frame.

Prior to my install I got a call from Shannan in customer service , she was calling in advance of my install to make sure everything went well and that I was satisfied with my purchase.  I thought that was a nice touch,  and it was nice to have a contact just in case there were any issues.   When Shannan contacted me after the install to see how things went, I told her how much I liked the door, but explained to her that there were issues with the door and sent her pictures.  Shannan, promised me she would work with me to get the door installed correctly.   She  got the installer to come back out to take a look at the door frame and to make some adjustments.  

So here's where it gets really bad:   the adjustments they made included literally bending the door frame,  removing the weather stripping, re chalking with 2 different colors.  I am now left with an extremely damaged door, with huge gaps to where I can see outside.  It really is so disturbing, that the fix they put in actually looks worse than the original install.  What a mess.  

I immediately contacted my customer service rep and notified her of the issues and sent additional photos.  I was told by Shannan, that I would be contacted by this Alan guy.  I am still waiting to hear from him.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. Needless to say, if you need a roof and need it done correctly, Geremey with Elite Construction Services should be your go to!

I Have two security doors at my home manufactured by this company and they are great. I decided to have a gate made for my front porch that matched the doors and had it made. Everything went great and the gate was installed on time. About a month later the gate started to sag. After calling customer service the repairs were made and everything was back to normal. A couple of months later the sag returned. Upon calling customer service I was told that this can happen due to the construction of the decorative posts that the gate is attached to and they would not make any additional repairs unless I hire a mason to reinforce the post at an expense above the cost of the gate.  Had they informed me of this problem at the time of the sale I would not have ordered the gate. Now I have this great gate that sags and will not close.
