We had been introduced to Ben at All Star Stair Railing through our contractor. We were in the middle of a big renovation and decided we could not live with the ugly pony walls that we had through out the house. Ben texted me right away. Came out to measure the following day. Sent his quote out hours later. Worked out our design and adjustment and we were off and running. He was able to start earlier than projected. They take real pride in craftsmanship and what a pleasure to work with.

Although I haven't yet done business with Alex at Integrated Metal Structures, he has been MORE than helpful in talking over my ideas with me. Alex and I have exchanged emails with different ideas, suggestions and quotes for my front yard project. He has been more than patient, has a great sense of humor, and is candid in his approach. I had Hernandez make a custom RV Gate for me and I am truly impressed.  Everything done was top notch.  Everytime someone comes over, they mention how nice my gate looks.  You get for what you pay for and if you want quality, one-of-a-kind, look no further, excellent craftsmanship.

Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Aztec Decks did not come back and finish the work as promised.

They do great work but do not come back to finish the forgotten odds and ends.

The walkway from my gate to the patio looks wonderful but it is crooked. Rather than make Ray and his crew take it up and redo it; we agreed that he would come back and take up my old walk (and replace with same stones) from the gate out to the driveway.  It has been almost a year and I still have a crooked walkway and no replaced walkway from the gate to the driveway.

I found Joel Brust through his IG page, brust_carpentry. A friend who hired Joel's company to install fencing in her yard referred me to him. I rarely post Yelp reviews, but the professionalism, craftsmanship, reliability, and demeanor Brust Carpentry brings to the job site, was too outstanding to not login and write him a review. I had completely rotted out front gate posts, old rusty hardware, and a malfunctioning gate that would drag on the concrete pathway when opened. He was 5 minutes early to the job. Removed/demo's the existing old gate. Went the extra mile with cleaning out all rot and applying concrete along with the pressure treated/ground contact 4x4 posts that he brought for the job. Not to mention him and his employee, Collin were of the utmost integrity a homeowner could ask for. They built a custom gate to match the existing framing and pickets to the rest of the fence, and it looks amazing. It's unbelievable how sturdy and diligent the completed work is. And there was not a single piece of scrap wood left behind. Don't shop anywhere else, these guys are gems.

Adam was great! He did a really great job on our deck which ended up being a lot more work than anticipated and the weather was uncooperative! He was professional, communicative, and did a good job for a reasonable price.

Had a great experience with this group. Called on Monday 10/18- literally yesterday 10/20 the repair to my  pool deck was completely done. Would highly recommend. Also something to keep in mind- they were willing to do a repair to a certain section of my deck as the rest of my cool deck is in really good shape. A lot of companies- like literally all but two that I called- will not do this sort of job AT ALL and will only do the entire deck.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

Got our deck and patio redone a few months ago. The whole process went fairly smoothly. I was interested in their Koolstone look. The owner came out for the estimate and answered all questions. Once I said yes to the estimate, we agreed on a start date. The crew finished in the estimated time.

A few points:

-Deck looks great. They applied their surface material in a flagstone style. Very happy with the color palette and how slip resistant the surface is. Is it as cool as our original authentic Keystone Kool Deck coating? No. But it is cooler than other surfaces I've encountered in the valley.

-We have a pool net with hooks that fasten into metal eyelets drilled into our pool deck surface. The crew was able to preserve the eyelets so we can continue using our safety net, no problem.

-The owner told us that we'd see a white powder appear soon after installation, that it was part of the curing process and would eventually wash away. I was slightly alarmed to see the once pristine finish spotted with the powder, but he was right. A few months later, and the powder spots are nearly all gone.

-Cash or check only. (50% down at start. 25% after initial prep work. 25% when complete).

Very happy with the outcome. We now look forward to spending time at the pool instead of cringing while looking at an ugly, chipped surface.

Matt and his team did a great job resurfacing our fiberglass pool in just a few days. Matt was straightforward with the price, did what he promised, was done on time, and cleaned up nicely. I would recommend Matt's Magic Pools to anyone who needs their pool resurfaced. We'll done fellas.

I rarely am completely satisfied with a purchase, but First Impression did it for me. The Gilbert showroom was excellent, although understaffed with only one person. Stan kept his cool and politely juggled myself and 2 other couples and was able to finally answer all my questions and fully explained the product line, plus the manufacturing and installation process.

A few days later Stan came to my home (on time) and took the order/measurements and offered options. My door needed a wider outer frame to install properly which he said they would take care of at no charge. Didn't try and up-sell features and took his time making a full set of measurements. My installer Clay was just as professional and did an outstanding job with the install. Again, on time, pleasant and professional.

Door looks and works beautifully. My wife and I love it.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. Needless to say, if you need a roof and need it done correctly, Geremey with Elite Construction Services should be your go to!

Poor quality and terrible warranty. We spent over $8K for 2 doors and a gate  and they looked beautiful for the first 2 years. They are now 2.5 years old and there are rust spots. One door that is rarely used has a hole where the powered coating has peeled off. It is clearly from poor workmanship (they custom made the door) and they want $1200 to fix it. The tell you the warranty is lifetime but what they don't tell you is that is only on certain parts. The majority of the door/gate is actually only a 2 year warranty. For the price we spent, it should last longer than two years. I have life time warranty on power coating for patio furniture from another company made locally and it has never rusted or had issues. Way better quality. I tried to work with First Impression customer service but they a very slow to respond and refuse to accept or acknowledge that their work was crappy. Nothing we need fixed is covered by their limited warranty. I've seen better quality from doors and gates from home depot or Lowes. This is not worth the cost!

Excellent experience! Roger, our sales consultant, was professional and very helpful in guiding me to make the best decisions regarding color, style, material, and measurements. The wait was quicker than I thought and the installation was perfect and professional. We had a large security door installed on the front door, one in our master bedroom (now we can sleep with the interior door open) and we had 4 cross bars installed for decoration. Everything went without flaw and everyone at First Impression was professional, happy, and helpful. I would refer them to family, friends, and neighbors.
