Alex and his crew did a phenomenal job on our side gate and sliding RV gate. Everything is custom, and comes with a quality guarantee. They managed to get everything done less than a month after hiring, plus hauled away the old rickety gates at no charge. We even had a hole in our metal awning on the new place we bought, and with rust running through, and they managed to patch that up. Needless to say, if I have ANY welding needs, I'll be calling him. Well worth going with the little guy over one of the bigger companies.

Someone on Nextdoor recommend Pool Remodeling Brothers. Based on their recommendation I reached out to Jose for an estimate. They were responsive and got our pool fixed within a week of contacting them. We had some cracks in our pebble in the steps and we couldn't get anyone to call us back or do the job because it wasn't worth their time for what they would make on the job. Because they took on our little job we will be using them for our pool remodel in 2-3 years because our pebble is old and wearing out.

AMAZING!!! We resurfaced our pool deck and concrete patio and New Look Kool Deck did an awesome job! The crew, Manny and Angel, were amazing with great attention to detail and cleanliness. Dave, the owner, was very professional and friendly as well. He checked the job site several times a day and kept us informed with details. He genuinely cares and guarantees the outcome and durability for years to come. This was a great experience for us because we are very particular regarding perfection...and good help is hard to find nowadays! Price was very reasonable as well, which was a great help since we are senior citizens. He really treats his employees well too and helps them clean up at the end of the day! His employees have been with him for many years, which also says alot! Don't hesitate to contact Dave if you need concrete coatings. Definitely an A+ business!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Unfortunately, I would love to give these guys a better review because the work they do is awesome however; the follow up on warranty work is absolutely horrible!!! Ray will not return calls for warranty work! Anyone who has had a pool for several years has experienced the proverbial deck cracks and chipping etc. and if you replace the cool deck and offer a warranty then you should back it no matter how many times you have to make the trip and make the repairs. This isn't a one and done warranty. It was for several years and twice now I have had to hound him and only once did he finally call me back, come out and make the necessary repairs. The second time, haven't been so lucky. Sorry but I'd rather give my business to someone who really appreciates their customers!!!

Adam was great! He did a really great job on our deck which ended up being a lot more work than anticipated and the weather was uncooperative! He was professional, communicative, and did a good job for a reasonable price.

I had a completely positive experience with Jonas cool deck.  They came out to provide an estimate the same day that I called.  I found their cost estimate to be thorough and reasonable and they were able to start the work the very next morning!  They arrived when they said they would and took great care to mask off and protect my pool and surrounding landscaping.  I was having some relatively large areas repaired and they thoroughly prepped the surface, matched the color and the texture.  The deck looks brand new again!  They did a great job of the cleanup and finished exactly when they said they would.  I have zero complaints amd I highly recommend their service.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

We made arrangements during the summer to have the deck redone November. David provided good pricing and the work was completed by 2 guys over 5 days. Workmanship is excellent. David with some negotiation added some small details that helped finish the deck the way it should be. Some small issues with the workmen using my tools and bucket in the backyard and not cleaning them afterwards.

We had a courtyard gate installed and the install was done wrong due to the salesperson not correctly detailing the order. And trying to get it fixed was extremely difficult because it took so long for someone to return a call, as the process needs to go through multiple departments. The person who handles issues with installs is a separate department, and according to him, fifteen people needing attention are ahead of me. In the end, they refused to make it right without charging me significantly more.

Read through the reviews and you will see a consistent trend - incentives for 100% of money up front, poor installs, horrible customer service.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. Not a great first impression. I came to the office off of Dysart and met with Mark. It started off on the wrong note, when he did not greet me coming inside the door. It became worse with conversation. He did not go over the designs with me. Did not get a quote/estimate from him. He seemed like he did not even want my business. Every question I asked was a short response.

I am use to sales consultants upselling products not no selling lol. The doors are beautiful, hence why I wanted to visit the business but the customer service was not up to par.

Very disappointed in this experience

We had a beautiful new iron door with screen and gate installed. When a company is stand out positive I want to share.
