We used IMS to add decorative iron gates to the front courtyard of new home. We got a couple of quotes, but IMS was more competitive.  They were completed and installed just as estimated. The finished product is beautiful!  The gates really add elegance and character to the front of our home. Alex was super nice and very professional. We are very impressed with the quality of the gates and their installation. Highly recommend.

Mario is great. He was out right away and we received a professional shortly after. Communication was great throughout. They were always on time. Mario works as hard or harder than his employees. They demoed part of my wall to expand my gate and rebuild a pillar. We went with all metal due to the lack of composite slats. It was about the same price and it looks great. It will be less maintenance in the future.
Mario even called a week later to make sure I was satisfied.

Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.

We decided to repair and update our deck. It was getting pretty faded and in need of repair. We used New Look Kool deck a few years back to do some repairs and really were impressed with their work. We went with them again for the complete job this time. Glad we did they did great work and the patio looks better then ever. Thank you Dave and your team. You guys rock. Great job!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

We HIGHLY recommend Aztec Decks! Ray and his crew are absolutely amazing. They updated our 24 year old cool decking around our pool with travertine tile around the pool and our whole backyard patio. We have a brand new backyard living area and are extremely pleased.  Ray was very professional and friendly. His whole crew worked so hard and their craftsmanship was amazing.  Ray was always checking in with us to make sure that everything was what we wanted, which it was, PLUS more!  Thank you Ray! I found Joel Brust through his IG page, brust_carpentry. A friend who hired Joel's company to install fencing in her yard referred me to him. I rarely post Yelp reviews, but the professionalism, craftsmanship, reliability, and demeanor Brust Carpentry brings to the job site, was too outstanding to not login and write him a review. I had completely rotted out front gate posts, old rusty hardware, and a malfunctioning gate that would drag on the concrete pathway when opened. He was 5 minutes early to the job. Removed/demo's the existing old gate. Went the extra mile with cleaning out all rot and applying concrete along with the pressure treated/ground contact 4x4 posts that he brought for the job. Not to mention him and his employee, Collin were of the utmost integrity a homeowner could ask for. They built a custom gate to match the existing framing and pickets to the rest of the fence, and it looks amazing. It's unbelievable how sturdy and diligent the completed work is. And there was not a single piece of scrap wood left behind. Don't shop anywhere else, these guys are gems.

From the initial quote to the completion of the job, Adam and his team were amazing. My deck had several areas where boards needed to be replaced. Other contractors told me they would need to tear off the entire deck because repairs areas never look good once it is finished. Boy were they wrong. The deck and stair case they repaired and refinshed looks beautiful. I am completely delighted!

It's funny how I wrote a review on this company and it disappeared. I had my pool cool decking refinished back in Sept. 2018.  This was suppose to have a 3 year warranty.  I started my contact with this company back on 8-4-20 emailing them asking for them to come back and repair the cool decking that was breaking away.  No reply.  3-18-21 sent another email.  No reply.  I tried calling to leave a message, but mailbox was full.  I called 602-423-8016 someone said someone would call me back.  Cindy, daughter of owner, called and asked me to send pictures which I did.  Sent pictures to 602-478-3234.  3-22-21 Cindy said she would send message to Eric, her brother, who did the work and will send him another message to get a hold of me.  7-7-21 almost a year and still no response.  I have now sent a letter to Better Business Bureau, Arizona Registry of Contractors and now a review on Yelp.  Please do not give them your business if you need cool decking.  They don't stand behind their product or warranty and you will have to get repairs done before two years end.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

Got our deck and patio redone a few months ago. The whole process went fairly smoothly. I was interested in their Koolstone look. The owner came out for the estimate and answered all questions. Once I said yes to the estimate, we agreed on a start date. The crew finished in the estimated time.

A few points:

-Deck looks great. They applied their surface material in a flagstone style. Very happy with the color palette and how slip resistant the surface is. Is it as cool as our original authentic Keystone Kool Deck coating? No. But it is cooler than other surfaces I've encountered in the valley.

-We have a pool net with hooks that fasten into metal eyelets drilled into our pool deck surface. The crew was able to preserve the eyelets so we can continue using our safety net, no problem.

-The owner told us that we'd see a white powder appear soon after installation, that it was part of the curing process and would eventually wash away. I was slightly alarmed to see the once pristine finish spotted with the powder, but he was right. A few months later, and the powder spots are nearly all gone.

-Cash or check only. (50% down at start. 25% after initial prep work. 25% when complete).

Very happy with the outcome. We now look forward to spending time at the pool instead of cringing while looking at an ugly, chipped surface.

Good job to all! These guys moved heaven and earth during a supply chain shortage to get my pool built and completed! It looks awesome!

They have come out and corrected all issues in a fast manner. Kudos to the company for stepping up and fixing any issues.

I found G's Hone Services on Yelp, requested a quote, he got back to me within 20mins of my request & quoted me a fair price. I hired him for the job & he nailed it. Great service, great work, I highly recommend.

Everything went well except the installation.  During the initial installation in November 2014, the door bolts were not drilled straight and went through the door frame.  The  installer apologized & informed us that he was only 3 weeks on the job.  He said a technician will come to fix it, I never received a call.  I had to call and explain what happened during the initial installation.  After two separate visits by two different technicians because they did not have the correct tools. The door bolts were reinserted and wood putty in the holes by a 3rd technician at the end of December.  Unfortunately for us, the last technician drilled a gouge into our front door while reinserting the bolts.  I called the company, he also apologized and said to send pictures.  I sent pictures and no response.  At this point, I just want others to be made aware.

They may know doors, but my experience with them installing two gates on the side of my home was horrible.  Apparently, on the TINY print on the back of their contract, when you sign, you are agreeing to accepting unfilled holes and stucco damage.  Pictures say it all.  Do not have them install a gate for you.  Communication on install was a mess as well.
