We had been introduced to Ben at All Star Stair Railing through our contractor. We were in the middle of a big renovation and decided we could not live with the ugly pony walls that we had through out the house. Ben texted me right away. Came out to measure the following day. Sent his quote out hours later. Worked out our design and adjustment and we were off and running. He was able to start earlier than projected. They take real pride in craftsmanship and what a pleasure to work with.

Did a great job repairing my gate.  Quick response and they were out the next day.  Outstanding experience......that is how it should be done.

I had Hernandez make a custom RV Gate for me and I am truly impressed.  Everything done was top notch.  Everytime someone comes over, they mention how nice my gate looks.  You get for what you pay for and if you want quality, one-of-a-kind, look no further, excellent craftsmanship.

Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.

I could not even imagine how good my old concrete deck would look. The new deck is so beautiful, I keep going out to look at it. Everyone was so nice, and helpful. Not to mention skilled. These guys went above and beyond to make it gorgeous. The photos speak for themselves. Thank you to everyone at NLKD!!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

We HIGHLY recommend Aztec Decks! Ray and his crew are absolutely amazing. They updated our 24 year old cool decking around our pool with travertine tile around the pool and our whole backyard patio. We have a brand new backyard living area and are extremely pleased.  Ray was very professional and friendly. His whole crew worked so hard and their craftsmanship was amazing.  Ray was always checking in with us to make sure that everything was what we wanted, which it was, PLUS more!  Thank you Ray! You're the BEST!!

Had my side yard gate removed and replaced, including resetting the concrete post. Joel took care of everything - materials, demo, haul away, assembly and prime/paint per HOA design and color. He came out quickly for a quote and did exactly what he promised to do. It is quality and will last. Process was really easy. Love his portfolio of other work too. Highly recommend!

Adam was great! He did a really great job on our deck which ended up being a lot more work than anticipated and the weather was uncooperative! He was professional, communicative, and did a good job for a reasonable price.

It's funny how I wrote a review on this company and it disappeared. I had my pool cool decking refinished back in Sept. 2018.  This was suppose to have a 3 year warranty.  I started my contact with this company back on 8-4-20 emailing them asking for them to come back and repair the cool decking that was breaking away.  No reply.  3-18-21 sent another email.  No reply.  I tried calling to leave a message, but mailbox was full.  I called 602-423-8016 someone said someone would call me back.  Cindy, daughter of owner, called and asked me to send pictures which I did.  Sent pictures to 602-478-3234.  3-22-21 Cindy said she would send message to Eric, her brother, who did the work and will send him another message to get a hold of me.  7-7-21 almost a year and still no response.  I have now sent a letter to Better Business Bureau, Arizona Registry of Contractors and now a review on Yelp.  Please do not give them your business if you need cool decking.  They don't stand behind their product or warranty and you will have to get repairs done before two years end.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

Got our deck and patio redone a few months ago. The whole process went fairly smoothly. I was interested in their Koolstone look. The owner came out for the estimate and answered all questions. Once I said yes to the estimate, we agreed on a start date. The crew finished in the estimated time.

A few points:

-Deck looks great. They applied their surface material in a flagstone style. Very happy with the color palette and how slip resistant the surface is. Is it as cool as our original authentic Keystone Kool Deck coating? No. But it is cooler than other surfaces I've encountered in the valley.

-We have a pool net with hooks that fasten into metal eyelets drilled into our pool deck surface. The crew was able to preserve the eyelets so we can continue using our safety net, no problem.

-The owner told us that we'd see a white powder appear soon after installation, that it was part of the curing process and would eventually wash away. I was slightly alarmed to see the once pristine finish spotted with the powder, but he was right. A few months later, and the powder spots are nearly all gone.

-Cash or check only. (50% down at start. 25% after initial prep work. 25% when complete).

Very happy with the outcome. We now look forward to spending time at the pool instead of cringing while looking at an ugly, chipped surface.

Good job to all! These guys moved heaven and earth during a supply chain shortage to get my pool built and completed! It looks awesome!

The salesman, Michael Pargas, was knowledgeable and helpful in the design of our security gate and french door metal screen door.   They were honest about the timeline for delivery/install date and we did not feel at all pressured when he was at our home.
The installer, Mark Starr was really a star.  He provided accurate updates on his arrival time, and took special care and time to ensure our products were installed properly.  He even took time to show us some tips on cleaning and caring for our gate and door, and was very knowledgeable about the products.  
We are very helpful with the product and service we received from First Impression Ironworks.

I found G's Hone Services on Yelp, requested a quote, he got back to me within 20mins of my request & quoted me a fair price. I hired him for the job & he nailed it. Great service, great work, I highly recommend.

I thought this was a reputable company, as they advertise being the longest running security gate company in Arizona. I wish I would've done more research. The problems started initially when I was told it would be 2 weeks from purchase date to install. It ended up being 6 weeks. I've had my doors now for about 27 days and already have problems. The anchor on the French door is stuck in an out position leaving my security doors stuck open and 100% not secure. I spent over $1,600 for security doors and could not be more disappointed. When I called to have the problem fixed, they told me they'll have someone come out in 3 weeks. When I said my security was at risk, the Customer Care agent named Jennifer could not have cared less. She told me to go spend more money on silicone spray to fix the problem and that I should already know the solution because I should have read the owner's manual. I never received a manual. Regardless, I was hoping this would fix the solution so I bought the spray and applied it. Of course, this didn't fix anything. I called back about six times and nobody answered. I've left messages with both their main inbox as well as Jennifer's manager Samantha, but nobody seems to care. Do not use this company.

As of 12-13-19, still no call or email from anybody in upper management at first impression Ironworks. As expected, they promised and then did not deliver. Just more of the same folks, keep searching if you're looking for gate companies.

You So Called Project Manager told his flunky to call me and tell me to Remove the temp pool Barrier panels before they were to arrive the following day. Then called after we removed the panels and said that they were not going to arrive the following day in fact put it off for several days, leaving my pool  expose. Don't even argue this point with me lady, CLEARLY you don't know what you're talking about. Call me if you have a complaint about my post.
Your Entire response is an absolute joke! You have my phone number, in your last reply, you said someone from your company would be reaching out to me. Nobody has called me, nobody had sent me an email, no one has sent me a text, they didn't even send a damn Christmas card! You could've at least called me an SOB, your project manager did on the phone when he thought the phone was hung up. this project took no less than six months start to finish! I don't know where you're coming up with one month, maybe you're making up your own numbers again! Your company seems to be good at that.
