Someone on Nextdoor recommend Pool Remodeling Brothers. Based on their recommendation I reached out to Jose for an estimate. They were responsive and got our pool fixed within a week of contacting them. We had some cracks in our pebble in the steps and we couldn't get anyone to call us back or do the job because it wasn't worth their time for what they would make on the job. Because they took on our little job we will be using them for our pool remodel in 2-3 years because our pebble is old and wearing out.

The team at NLKD did an AMAZING job resurfacing our old pool deck that had the original chipped expansion joints and worn surface. The team was professional, quick and we couldn't have asked for a better final product. They even worked with our tile guys to make the drain install between the two seamless! Thanks!!

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. I can't say enough good things about Ray and his guys.  Aztec Decks is the company that you hope to find and work with.  They are there when they say they will be and are very hard workers and talented craftsmen.  We used Aztec Decks to redo our pool cooldecking with travertine, fill in our out dated spa, replace the pool cap tile with travertine veneers and install a new water and fire feature.  Ray understood our vision and had some really good ideas to make it even better.   Glad he made an 'executive decision' on something he knew would look better.  He was right.  Highly recommend!

Our side fence/gate was rotted and needed to be replaced.  Joel was easy to get a hold of, gave me a large selection of options to choose from, and answered all of my questions before starting the job.  He showed up early, worked non-stop all day and finished our side fence and gate on time with fantastic results.  He was polite and I felt he was very trustworthy.   I highly recommend this business for anyone!

I just had my observation deck resealed, and it turned out great. Adam workers did a great job and barley knew they were there, no banging or dropping tools. The project took about four days with the drying of the stuff they put in the roof, but showed up and completed the job very professional. I would use him again, and Adam will Answer his phone when called.

I had a completely positive experience with Jonas cool deck.  They came out to provide an estimate the same day that I called.  I found their cost estimate to be thorough and reasonable and they were able to start the work the very next morning!  They arrived when they said they would and took great care to mask off and protect my pool and surrounding landscaping.  I was having some relatively large areas repaired and they thoroughly prepped the surface, matched the color and the texture.  The deck looks brand new again!  They did a great job of the cleanup and finished exactly when they said they would.  I have zero complaints amd I highly recommend their service.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

Got our deck and patio redone a few months ago. The whole process went fairly smoothly. I was interested in their Koolstone look. The owner came out for the estimate and answered all questions. Once I said yes to the estimate, we agreed on a start date. The crew finished in the estimated time.

A few points:

-Deck looks great. They applied their surface material in a flagstone style. Very happy with the color palette and how slip resistant the surface is. Is it as cool as our original authentic Keystone Kool Deck coating? No. But it is cooler than other surfaces I've encountered in the valley.

-We have a pool net with hooks that fasten into metal eyelets drilled into our pool deck surface. The crew was able to preserve the eyelets so we can continue using our safety net, no problem.

-The owner told us that we'd see a white powder appear soon after installation, that it was part of the curing process and would eventually wash away. I was slightly alarmed to see the once pristine finish spotted with the powder, but he was right. A few months later, and the powder spots are nearly all gone.

-Cash or check only. (50% down at start. 25% after initial prep work. 25% when complete).

Very happy with the outcome. We now look forward to spending time at the pool instead of cringing while looking at an ugly, chipped surface.

Great end product but a painful project. The salesman came to our house and help us select a door and gate. When the installer came to put them in, he put the gate on backwards. He said the gate was made incorrectly so he had to put it on that way.

The gate was made correctly but now we needed installed correctly. The was weeks of back and forth. They wanted the sent out the same installer but I refused. The also were not good at returning my calls so I had to go down to the showroom.

They finally sent a competent installer to install the gate the right was so we are happy now.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. I love my new security doors!  They are beautiful and everyone who sees them comments on the quality of the door.  First Impression does an excellent job and their staff were all very professional!
