We had been introduced to Ben at All Star Stair Railing through our contractor. We were in the middle of a big renovation and decided we could not live with the ugly pony walls that we had through out the house. Ben texted me right away. Came out to measure the following day. Sent his quote out hours later. Worked out our design and adjustment and we were off and running. He was able to start earlier than projected. They take real pride in craftsmanship and what a pleasure to work with.

They did a great job replacing/repairing the hinges and connecting bars on my iron gate. I found them responsive, friendly, reasonable and easy to work with. The turn-around time was excellent and I would highly recommend them for any metal installation or repair. Mark was easy to communicate with and seemed to care about the end result. 5 Stars!

Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.

All the positive reviews on this company are true, I talked to several companies then decided on New Look to replace our old Kool Deck and add an Epoxy floor covering to our garage.  Dave was very honest and up-front from day one. We went over costs, he set a date and Manny and Angel came out at the exact time that was set. They worked for 4 days (110 degree weather) and did a great job on both the deck and the garage. They were at the house on time every day and did a great clean-up when done. Having work done at your home is usually stressful, they made it easy! Best team I have ever worked with!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

I can't say enough good things about Ray and his guys.  Aztec Decks is the company that you hope to find and work with.  They are there when they say they will be and are very hard workers and talented craftsmen.  We used Aztec Decks to redo our pool cooldecking with travertine, fill in our out dated spa, replace the pool cap tile with travertine veneers and install a new water and fire feature.  Ray understood our vision and had some really good ideas to make it even better.   Glad he made an 'executive decision' on something he knew would look better.  He was right.  Highly recommend!

Joel was fantastic. He was meticulous, careful, comprehensive, and absolutely honest. Our back decking in Flagstaff was in need of refurbishment. Instead of trying to talk us into a full redo, he was able to find the structural issues with our railing and steps, walkthrough a repair of a concrete pillar, showed us where there were opportunities for small restructurings for reinforcement, and gave us a dead honest estimate. When we looked to add a few things, his add-ons were priced fairly, and he also discovered a few issues which he repaired without extra cost. He came when he said he would, he completed the work when he said he would, he documented with photos and videos and sent them to us. We paid him ahead for materials, we paid him at the end for labor. I was absolutely pleased with his work, and would definitely call him again should the need arise.

From the initial quote to the completion of the job, Adam and his team were amazing. My deck had several areas where boards needed to be replaced. Other contractors told me they would need to tear off the entire deck because repairs areas never look good once it is finished. Boy were they wrong. The deck and stair case they repaired and refinshed looks beautiful. I am completely delighted!

Such a great company. I callled for an estimate after realizing that our pavers were no longer made and not wanting to stare at our ugly grey concrete that abutted the pavers. They were able to add acrylic decking, which made it blend so nicely. We ended up having them also do the front porch and have a flakes grey coating in the small garage. The quality of the work was great. Also, their pricing was great!

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

David fixed my deck at the beginning of the spring this year. He was able to provide a reasonable quote and complete the repair quickly. David's work matches perfectly to the current color and style of the deck. I would recommend David's work to anyone looking for a deck repair.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. We had an entry gate to our courtyard installed two weeks ago. The installer could not figure out the salesman's drawing and measurements so improvised and installed it the way he decided it should be. Now the gate is not centered at the point of entry which left a wide gap on one side between the support post and house. He filled in the gap with about 10 silver colored shims at all three mounting points. Terrible eye sore. When I asked if he couldn't somehow cover them he told me I would have to hire a separate contractor to fix his mistake. The gate does not hang level or even. Contacted customer service the next day. Supplied pictures of the problems (there were more than I listed above) at their request and was told someone would be contacting me within 72 hours. Never happened. Two more calls and both times the person answering at customer service said they would refer it to the management team. I tried to explain that it had already been assigned to the management team. Both times it fell on deaf ears and I was told I would be contacted within 72 hours. Called again today. Same result. Now the gate has pulled away from the house. Apparently the installer didn't anchor it to a stud. We were hoping to order matching security doors. Yeah, that's not going to happen

UPDATE
I have been in contact with Tim Cornelius (owner of First Impression) since the installation and customer service complaint started. Today an installer (Clay) arrived to finally remedy the problem. Clay should be the only installer for FI (I know, that's not possible). Clay was on time, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The gate now hangs perfectly and we could not be happier with the final result

Geremy installed floating wood shelves in the kitchen and did a good job. They're sturdy and look good, but could have been finished better in the end. Putty was left to dry and I had to have my handyman sand it all down as well as add more where there were some noticeable gaps at joints. I didn't ask Geremy come back to finish because it wasn't the end of the world to have to have someone else finish, it just would have been nice if he had completed the job himself. There was also an incident where he accidentally leaned against the stove knobs, turned on the burner and melted plastic on my brand new stove top that had never been used. It wasn't able to be cleaned up complete which is a bummer, but the worst part is he didn't tell me about it- I had to hear from my handman.

I hired him for a second job- a pergola over my back patio. After he rescheduled a couple of times and then didn't show up another one or two times, he finally came, but came so late in the day that he ran out of time and couldn't install my string lights. I went ahead and paid him the full amount for the job but I've never been able to get him to come back to finish the lights that he said he'd be back to hang the following day. After a lot of excuses, several texts and a phone call and continuing to tell me he'd come back to hang them, he still hasn't finished the job. I've been waiting since May 20th and now he isn't responding to my messages at all.

It's a shame because his work is good, but reliability and communication are terrible.

Everything went well except the installation.  During the initial installation in November 2014, the door bolts were not drilled straight and went through the door frame.  The  installer apologized & informed us that he was only 3 weeks on the job.  He said a technician will come to fix it, I never received a call.  I had to call and explain what happened during the initial installation.  After two separate visits by two different technicians because they did not have the correct tools. The door bolts were reinserted and wood putty in the holes by a 3rd technician at the end of December.  Unfortunately for us, the last technician drilled a gouge into our front door while reinserting the bolts.  I called the company, he also apologized and said to send pictures.  I sent pictures and no response.  At this point, I just want others to be made aware.

I purchased a gate from them a few years ago, so I was happy to go back to them for a second gate.  The design/sales person showed up in the window of time given, took pictures and measurements.  We discussed what I was looking for and that I wanted to match the other gate as closely as possible.  She then told me I would hear back from her in 2 or 3 days.

Well, after 2 weeks of hearing nothing I received an email with the soft quote.  She informed me they had a few people out with Covid and that was why it took so long.  Not really an apology for being forgotten about, just an excuse.

I then contacted customer support and that person refused to give me the contact information for someone to talk to about my experience.  It was like being on a Merry Go Round.  Round and round we went and no answer was forthcoming to my very simple question of, whom can I speak to about my poor experience with your company?

Very sad, but I will never do business with them and like all upset customer will tell EVERYONE that I know about my experience.
