The team at Integrated Metal Structures were great! I had an issue with a rusted fence that had fallen over and submitted several requests for quote on Yelp and Angi's List. Alex and Marc were the only ones to respond to my plea for help. I shared pictures so they could get a feel for the work that was needed, then Alex came to the house to personally inspect the area and take measurements. The next day Blake showed up and did a great job with the repair. E was professional and worked quickly to get the job done. He cleaned up the work area after the project and made everything look great. I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend these guys!

Someone on Nextdoor recommend Pool Remodeling Brothers. Based on their recommendation I reached out to Jose for an estimate. They were responsive and got our pool fixed within a week of contacting them. We had some cracks in our pebble in the steps and we couldn't get anyone to call us back or do the job because it wasn't worth their time for what they would make on the job. Because they took on our little job we will be using them for our pool remodel in 2-3 years because our pebble is old and wearing out.

We decided to repair and update our deck. It was getting pretty faded and in need of repair. We used New Look Kool deck a few years back to do some repairs and really were impressed with their work. We went with them again for the complete job this time. Glad we did they did great work and the patio looks better then ever. Thank you Dave and your team. You guys rock. Great job!

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Aztec Decks did not come back and finish the work as promised.

They do great work but do not come back to finish the forgotten odds and ends.

The walkway from my gate to the patio looks wonderful but it is crooked. Rather than make Ray and his crew take it up and redo it; we agreed that he would come back and take up my old walk (and replace with same stones) from the gate out to the driveway.  It has been almost a year and I still have a crooked walkway and no replaced walkway from the gate to the driveway.

Joel Brust deserves this Yelp review simply due to his excellent work, transparency and punctuality. He walked me through the costs involved during the quote process here at our home, which were perfectly reasonable. Within a week he was here on the dot of the time scheduled. He spent the next 3 days building this absolutely stunning Redwood Privacy Fence that is floating above our short cinderblock wall. The engineering in his design, being that our wall (as shown in the pics) is tiered-down to different heights with multiple steps-down to each tier--was highly impressive. Joel delivers extraordinary custom work and reliability to say the least. Not your everyday carpenter. You won't find a better Fencing & Gates Contractor in San Diego.

Adam was great! He did a really great job on our deck which ended up being a lot more work than anticipated and the weather was uncooperative! He was professional, communicative, and did a good job for a reasonable price.

It's funny how I wrote a review on this company and it disappeared. I had my pool cool decking refinished back in Sept. 2018.  This was suppose to have a 3 year warranty.  I started my contact with this company back on 8-4-20 emailing them asking for them to come back and repair the cool decking that was breaking away.  No reply.  3-18-21 sent another email.  No reply.  I tried calling to leave a message, but mailbox was full.  I called 602-423-8016 someone said someone would call me back.  Cindy, daughter of owner, called and asked me to send pictures which I did.  Sent pictures to 602-478-3234.  3-22-21 Cindy said she would send message to Eric, her brother, who did the work and will send him another message to get a hold of me.  7-7-21 almost a year and still no response.  I have now sent a letter to Better Business Bureau, Arizona Registry of Contractors and now a review on Yelp.  Please do not give them your business if you need cool decking.  They don't stand behind their product or warranty and you will have to get repairs done before two years end.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

David and the rest of the team at Deck Services are amazing. Our deck had some areas where the original paint started to peel off and parts of our pool's cantilever were broken and chipped.
David showed up numerous times to give us a proper estimate of the work and go over the options and details with us.
Once the work started, they did a great job keeping the backyard as clean as possible after each day of work, they protected the pool with plastic sheets to reduce the amount of dust that fell into it.
The last few days were when the art started. Watching David and his team handcrafting each artificial flagstone with the Kooldecking material was an amazing sight. But not less important, the final two days when they did the cleanup and touchups, as well as how they left the backyard at the end was amazing. They did a full cleanup of the yard, vacuumed the pool using a special tool to get all the debris out, and washed the entire backyard to an amazing and pristine state.
Not only was the price reasonable, out of all the deck guys we talked to, but their work and the quality of the result was top-notch.
I would recommend David and his team wholeheartedly to anyone.

its almost a year and still pool not done, now there is not much left and now the holidays are coming. Oh well I would say don't expect much with this company. i'm sure now that i posted something someone will call. My husband and i were told this would not take a year, well its almost a year, and they got their money for what they have done so far, so i guess that means the customer can just wait. just very disappointed, I would say look for a different builder, that might have more workers and better communication. They are very nice people, but as far as communication, not so great, but hey they got their money, I'm sure when it comes time and I have to pay they will want all their money really fast, to bad I can't put them on the back burner. oh well.

Great products but I had the strangest installer. I bought 3 products with three different installation dates. The same installer for all jobs. The company has you sign off on the completed work and complete a satisfaction survey while the installer is staring at you. Awkward. The installer had to borrow an extension cord on the third job. At the end, he never bothered to wrap up the cord to return it to me. He left it strewn across the driveway. I was glad to get rid of him.

Geremy installed floating wood shelves in the kitchen and did a good job. They're sturdy and look good, but could have been finished better in the end. Putty was left to dry and I had to have my handyman sand it all down as well as add more where there were some noticeable gaps at joints. I didn't ask Geremy come back to finish because it wasn't the end of the world to have to have someone else finish, it just would have been nice if he had completed the job himself. There was also an incident where he accidentally leaned against the stove knobs, turned on the burner and melted plastic on my brand new stove top that had never been used. It wasn't able to be cleaned up complete which is a bummer, but the worst part is he didn't tell me about it- I had to hear from my handman.

I hired him for a second job- a pergola over my back patio. After he rescheduled a couple of times and then didn't show up another one or two times, he finally came, but came so late in the day that he ran out of time and couldn't install my string lights. I went ahead and paid him the full amount for the job but I've never been able to get him to come back to finish the lights that he said he'd be back to hang the following day. After a lot of excuses, several texts and a phone call and continuing to tell me he'd come back to hang them, he still hasn't finished the job. I've been waiting since May 20th and now he isn't responding to my messages at all.

It's a shame because his work is good, but reliability and communication are terrible.

My wife and I were hesitant to use First Impression's at first, but we are happy we chose them in the long run. Initially we met with a sales rep in Scottsdale and we were not impressed with the customer service he provided so we chose to go with another company. We then received a call from Paula (Customer Service) who said she would get us another sales rep. We also expressed our concern over the online reviews and she assured us they no longer used those installers. We agreed to meet Thomas (Sales rep) who was enthusiastic and easy to work with. Thomas got us a great deal and we bought the Naples door. We then received a call for the install date. Our concern grew when the install date was changed twice but we were advised it was because the door didn't pass quality inspection. The install day finally came and Thurman (Installer) installed our door. Thurman was awesome! We told him the handle he was installing was wrong and he assured that this would be corrected soon. We received a call from Jennifer (Customer Service) the next day who said there was a miscommunication about the door handle and that she would get it corrected. Two days later the correct door handle was installed. Apparently Thurman went out of his way to pick up the correct handle. Prior to all of this, Jennifer had also gone out of her way to pick up the correct handle. I would like to thank Paula, Thomas, Jennifer and Thurman for a job well done. Just had our front gate installed, and we love the design. Shauwn our salesman was helpful and knowledgeable, and the installers were polite and completed a quality job. The installers were a bit late due to another job, so I suggest pinning down a time with them on the morning of the installation.
