Alex and his brother helped me with a railing for an outdoor staircase and ledge. He let me know when we started working together that he was really busy but they seemed like one of the best so I was determined to work with them. Even though it took much longer than I would have liked I was amazed with how it turned out. They achieved exactly the look I was going for and the install was a simple one day project. No fuss. Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.

Dave came and measured our pool cool decking area and we thought he was very professional and he told us that we would receive a written quote by email within the next 2 days.  However, we did not get it.  I texted to find out if they had the right email and was told they decided that they did not want to service the East Valley. Very disappointing because we gave up the time for his visit and did not even get a written quote with this explanation.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Aztec Decks did not come back and finish the work as promised.

They do great work but do not come back to finish the forgotten odds and ends.

The walkway from my gate to the patio looks wonderful but it is crooked. Rather than make Ray and his crew take it up and redo it; we agreed that he would come back and take up my old walk (and replace with same stones) from the gate out to the driveway.  It has been almost a year and I still have a crooked walkway and no replaced walkway from the gate to the driveway.

Josh responded immediately to our request we will meet him next week to look at our project.

Adam was great! He did a really great job on our deck which ended up being a lot more work than anticipated and the weather was uncooperative! He was professional, communicative, and did a good job for a reasonable price.

It's funny how I wrote a review on this company and it disappeared. I had my pool cool decking refinished back in Sept. 2018.  This was suppose to have a 3 year warranty.  I started my contact with this company back on 8-4-20 emailing them asking for them to come back and repair the cool decking that was breaking away.  No reply.  3-18-21 sent another email.  No reply.  I tried calling to leave a message, but mailbox was full.  I called 602-423-8016 someone said someone would call me back.  Cindy, daughter of owner, called and asked me to send pictures which I did.  Sent pictures to 602-478-3234.  3-22-21 Cindy said she would send message to Eric, her brother, who did the work and will send him another message to get a hold of me.  7-7-21 almost a year and still no response.  I have now sent a letter to Better Business Bureau, Arizona Registry of Contractors and now a review on Yelp.  Please do not give them your business if you need cool decking.  They don't stand behind their product or warranty and you will have to get repairs done before two years end.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

David and the rest of the team at Deck Services are amazing. Our deck had some areas where the original paint started to peel off and parts of our pool's cantilever were broken and chipped.
David showed up numerous times to give us a proper estimate of the work and go over the options and details with us.
Once the work started, they did a great job keeping the backyard as clean as possible after each day of work, they protected the pool with plastic sheets to reduce the amount of dust that fell into it.
The last few days were when the art started. Watching David and his team handcrafting each artificial flagstone with the Kooldecking material was an amazing sight. But not less important, the final two days when they did the cleanup and touchups, as well as how they left the backyard at the end was amazing. They did a full cleanup of the yard, vacuumed the pool using a special tool to get all the debris out, and washed the entire backyard to an amazing and pristine state.
Not only was the price reasonable, out of all the deck guys we talked to, but their work and the quality of the result was top-notch.
I would recommend David and his team wholeheartedly to anyone.

its almost a year and still pool not done, now there is not much left and now the holidays are coming. Oh well I would say don't expect much with this company. i'm sure now that i posted something someone will call. My husband and i were told this would not take a year, well its almost a year, and they got their money for what they have done so far, so i guess that means the customer can just wait. just very disappointed, I would say look for a different builder, that might have more workers and better communication. They are very nice people, but as far as communication, not so great, but hey they got their money, I'm sure when it comes time and I have to pay they will want all their money really fast, to bad I can't put them on the back burner. oh well.

I like our front door to our dream home.  For 7 grand you would think First Impressions would come out and clean the door once last time after construction.  NOPE.  Maybe for 8 grand they would clean their final product.  The FORD Family.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. Beautiful custom work.  Everything about this company was extremely professional.  The salesman was personable and knowledgeable.  Scheduling was easy and the installer was quick and did a great job.  We love the door and it was exactly what we wanted.  The old door was a Home Depot door with 2 sidelites.  We paid good money for it and it was a waste of money. The old door lasted 10 years before it started to come apart in the door frame.  The First Impression door is extremely solid.  What a difference.  I think our house will fall apart before this door does.  I would highly recommend this company.
