We had been introduced to Ben at All Star Stair Railing through our contractor. We were in the middle of a big renovation and decided we could not live with the ugly pony walls that we had through out the house. Ben texted me right away. Came out to measure the following day. Sent his quote out hours later. Worked out our design and adjustment and we were off and running. He was able to start earlier than projected. They take real pride in craftsmanship and what a pleasure to work with.

Both hinges on one of the swing gates on my RV fence was broken so I went online at yelp.com and requested free price estimates from local Fences & Gates professionals to do the repair.

Alex from Integrated Metal Structures (IMS) responded very quickly to my request.  I explained that I needed 2 new heavy duty hinges welded onto the gate and post then reinstall the gate .  He gave me a very reasonable price quote and we scheduled the work for the next business day.

Alex and another worker arrived at the scheduled time and went right to work. They did a great job welding the new hinges and the reinstalled gate was perfectly plumb.  Then they noticed the other swing gate was was out of plumb.  They explained that the gate had sagged and showed me where the gate mount had separated from the wall where it's mounted.

This created extra work for them because they had to use a jack to lift the sagging gate, re-align it, then set both gates in place.  They went the extra mile and did the work without a complaint.

They were very professional, highly skilled, hard workers, and they did a great job.  I highly recommend IMS.

Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.

I recently contracted with Dave Sheehan and NLKD to repair and resurface my deteriorated, 14 year old pool Kool deck. This was a decision that I made after receiving 4 other estimates  and looking at the available reviews on the internet. Dave also had the lowest estimate of the other companies that I had contacted. After checking their calendar, the office contacted me and said they could start the job on Sept. 14 th and it would take 2-3 days to complete. Kelly, at the office advised that Brandon and Angel would do my wrk and would arrive between 8 and 9 on the 14th. Kelly called me on the 13th to let me know that they were running a little behind on the previous job and that Brandon and Angel would be at my home on the 14th but won't be there until around 11 AM. At approximately 11 AM Brandon and Angel arrived and immediately got to work. These two guys are the best workers that I have ever encountered. In a short time, they had my pool bubble wrapped and everything around the pool masked off to prevent any damage from overspray. Unlike many workers, these two guys showed up when the said and worked efficiently while they were here. On Friday they competed the job and my decking has never looked so good. The guys uncover my pool and removed the masking they had done and cleaned up the area around the pool. One note that I would like to add is that when Dave estimated the cost to repair, he included a $300 cost for some areas where he felt that the cement needed some special attention and a sealer coating. As it turned out, after those areas were sanded, Brandon decided that the cement was ok and did not need any special attention. This information was relayed to Dave, the owner, and he let me know that I had a $300.00 refund coming to me. Several days later Dave stopped by and refunded the $300.00. This company and their employees are undoubtedly the best that I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them and their services to everyone and will definitely use them in the future should the occasion arise. Thank you guys for your integrity and craftsmanship. Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Ray and his team did a great job at our house.  Ray, from Aztec Decks was recommended to us from our pool repair company and they worked hand in hand to bring our 1970's pool back to life.  His estimates were very reasonable and his attention to detail even better.  We had a chip in the concrete, without asking any questions (could've been there before) he just repaired it, moved our existing pool equipment and took the initiative to paint the plastic piping to protect from UV rays and labeled each pipe to its function.  Communicated with me throughout the process what his schedule was and when he would be able to complete tasks.  He was very patient, thoroughly explaining how he was going to lay out the work and would troubleshoot little challenges that seemingly always pop up.  His crew was polite and respectful of our property. Ask to see his portfolio of previous jobs, he has done some beautiful work on high end homes.  I would highly recommend their work to my closest friends.

We had some damage to our back gate - Joel fixed several boards, re-stained them and put user-friendly latches on both doors. Joel was absolutely wonderful to work with - fast response, a great communicator, even sent me video of the work he did (we live down in Phoenix and rent the house). Pricing was very reasonable - I would work with him again in a heartbeat! Thank you Joel!!

I just had my observation deck resealed, and it turned out great. Adam workers did a great job and barley knew they were there, no banging or dropping tools. The project took about four days with the drying of the stuff they put in the roof, but showed up and completed the job very professional. I would use him again, and Adam will Answer his phone when called.

I had a completely positive experience with Jonas cool deck.  They came out to provide an estimate the same day that I called.  I found their cost estimate to be thorough and reasonable and they were able to start the work the very next morning!  They arrived when they said they would and took great care to mask off and protect my pool and surrounding landscaping.  I was having some relatively large areas repaired and they thoroughly prepped the surface, matched the color and the texture.  The deck looks brand new again!  They did a great job of the cleanup and finished exactly when they said they would.  I have zero complaints amd I highly recommend their service.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

Got our deck and patio redone a few months ago. The whole process went fairly smoothly. I was interested in their Koolstone look. The owner came out for the estimate and answered all questions. Once I said yes to the estimate, we agreed on a start date. The crew finished in the estimated time.

A few points:

-Deck looks great. They applied their surface material in a flagstone style. Very happy with the color palette and how slip resistant the surface is. Is it as cool as our original authentic Keystone Kool Deck coating? No. But it is cooler than other surfaces I've encountered in the valley.

-We have a pool net with hooks that fasten into metal eyelets drilled into our pool deck surface. The crew was able to preserve the eyelets so we can continue using our safety net, no problem.

-The owner told us that we'd see a white powder appear soon after installation, that it was part of the curing process and would eventually wash away. I was slightly alarmed to see the once pristine finish spotted with the powder, but he was right. A few months later, and the powder spots are nearly all gone.

-Cash or check only. (50% down at start. 25% after initial prep work. 25% when complete).

Very happy with the outcome. We now look forward to spending time at the pool instead of cringing while looking at an ugly, chipped surface.

its almost a year and still pool not done, now there is not much left and now the holidays are coming. Oh well I would say don't expect much with this company. i'm sure now that i posted something someone will call. My husband and i were told this would not take a year, well its almost a year, and they got their money for what they have done so far, so i guess that means the customer can just wait. just very disappointed, I would say look for a different builder, that might have more workers and better communication. They are very nice people, but as far as communication, not so great, but hey they got their money, I'm sure when it comes time and I have to pay they will want all their money really fast, to bad I can't put them on the back burner. oh well.

Gary from the design center listened to our needs and made some great suggestions. Mike the installer was very personable, he had taken the time to answer all of questions, he completed the install quicker than he had estimated. Thank you for having a professional and knowledgeable team. They are the best.

I was referred by a friend after a bad storm had revealed a leak in our new home. With another monster storm about to hit us, I reached for a consultation and Geremy drove an hour and a half out of his way on his own time to look at what was going on. Gave me a quick and honest assessment, when asked how much, he was beyond reasonable, and offered to handle the job on the spot, so the next storm wouldn't damage my house! You will regret using this company! My roof guarantees it!

I have had various issues with their product and installation. Every fix requires additional money. Nothing that breaks or sags is  covered by warranty.

I cannot say this strongly enough: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I, like you are now, read the reviews and did not take heed- I read the customer service was poor but I can tell you it is.non- existent! I paid thousands foe my security doors and the problem? I.CAN-T OPEN OR CLOSE THEM!!! The slim line locks that they install break so easily, that within the 3 years I have had to replace them twice because I couldn't even open or close the doors, much less lock them. I now need to replace.them for a 3rd.time
Because they only warranty the WELDS on the door, (they take the 5th on the handle and locks)  I am S.O.L. YET AGAIN. They do.not replace.them- I was told I have to go to a special.place in Gilbert and replace at my cost and have a handyman or someone to replace.for me YET AGAIN.
They are doors. They have one job. This company will not stand by the product, the handle or locks, that allow them to function as that- as doors! The fact that they don't open or close, much less lock- they don't see as a problem with their doors. I Do see that as their problem.
I have nothing but regret and contempt for this company. No attempt on their part to make things right. They take no responsibility whatsoever.
