Best Deck & Railing Contractors in United States
Ben was very responsive and easy to communicate with, always following through. The railing came out beautiful! Very professional workmanship!

The team at Integrated Metal Structures were great! I had an issue with a rusted fence that had fallen over and submitted several requests for quote on Yelp and Angi's List. Alex and Marc were the only ones to respond to my plea for help. I shared pictures so they could get a feel for the work that was needed, then Alex came to the house to personally inspect the area and take measurements. The next day Blake showed up and did a great job with the repair. E was professional and worked quickly to get the job done. He cleaned up the work area after the project and made everything look great. I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend these guys!

We want others to know how pleased we are with the service and product Hernandez Ironworks delivered. They listened to us as to how we wanted to make the gates express our taste and then they perfectly executed the requested changes. The quality of their gate construction far surpassed our expectations.
We highly recommend Hernandez Ironworks to all who are considering custom ironwork.

Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.

Had these guys come and touch up my pool decking. Really happy with the outcome. My backyard now looks so much better The process is very thorough and took several days. They really know what they are doing. Looks like a brand new pool again. Big thumbs up.

Checked the roof and it looks good. The seams around the vents look very watertight. The shingles looks like it's held down tight. They also do wood work. They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine. They're registered with the state of AZ. They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles. They also finished within 2 days.

I would highly recommend this company! I worked with Ray and he was very responsive and very helpful with all of my questions. We had an area that needed to be patched on a pool deck and I was concerned about how it would look like compared to the rest of the pool deck, but he explained the amount of time it takes to weather and everything, and I am very happy with how it turned out.

We were hit by the EF1 Williams (Junipine Estates)Tornado that took out 13 sections of our fence, among much more; found Brust Fencing on Yelp and sent him a message on Sunday, and was amazed and delighted that he contacted us immediately, and came out that same day to assess the damage! I honestly have to say, WE NEED MORE Businesses like Brust Fencing; so responsive, honest, and really works hard to take care of his customers!!!! They do beautiful work, and are a dream to work with!!!!
If you need a new fence or repair of what you have; do yourself a favor and call Brust!!!! And, NO, we had never had any dealings with Brust Fencing prior to the disastrous tornado!!!!

I just had my observation deck resealed, and it turned out great. Adam workers did a great job and barley knew they were there, no banging or dropping tools. The project took about four days with the drying of the stuff they put in the roof, but showed up and completed the job very professional. I would use him again, and Adam will Answer his phone when called.

I had a completely positive experience with Jonas cool deck. They came out to provide an estimate the same day that I called. I found their cost estimate to be thorough and reasonable and they were able to start the work the very next morning! They arrived when they said they would and took great care to mask off and protect my pool and surrounding landscaping. I was having some relatively large areas repaired and they thoroughly prepped the surface, matched the color and the texture. The deck looks brand new again! They did a great job of the cleanup and finished exactly when they said they would. I have zero complaints amd I highly recommend their service.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost. I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work. Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

My pool's Kool deck was in dire need of repair or replacement. I decided to go with
Deck Services because of their various A ratings. And, the fact that they have been
in business for 40+ years (but, now Angie's List it shows 60+ years). If they've been in
business that long they must be doing something right. The owner was punctual
& professional. His workers were nice however, we never knew when they were going
to show up, how long they'd be gone for lunch or what time they left. I asked them to tell
us since we had 2 dogs locked in the house while they were working. The finished product
looked pretty good, from what I could see, since it was too cold to get in the pool. I didn't like
it at the separation between the pool & the in-ground spa. The owner sent them out,
weeks later, to fix the area. By the end of the swim season I started seeing some hairline
cracks, etc. I called the owner again but, he had just lost a loved one. So, I gave him several
months before asking him to send them back out. They did eventually come out & fixed the areas.
Once swimming season started again I started seeing all kinds of hair line cracks, a rather large
crack by the steps & some sort of gouge right by the top step. Again, adequate seems to be the
new norm.

its almost a year and still pool not done, now there is not much left and now the holidays are coming. Oh well I would say don't expect much with this company. i'm sure now that i posted something someone will call. My husband and i were told this would not take a year, well its almost a year, and they got their money for what they have done so far, so i guess that means the customer can just wait. just very disappointed, I would say look for a different builder, that might have more workers and better communication. They are very nice people, but as far as communication, not so great, but hey they got their money, I'm sure when it comes time and I have to pay they will want all their money really fast, to bad I can't put them on the back burner. oh well.

I echo the other reviews listed here. Ordered a very expensive door (8k) after a friend used them and said they had a wonderful experience and received a fantastic product. Sales process was great and the salesman was fun to work with.
Door arrived 4 weeks later and the measurements from the salesman were off, as in 3 inches too tall and an inch shorter on both sides. The installers are subs-so just know you are not dealing with first impressions installers (my sub was good though). Because the measurements were off, they had to literally cut into my house/stucco/drywall-which of course I am now responsible for painting and repairing. The sub was unable to get touch up paint to work and did not have the correct length threshold cover-said he'd call me that night to schedule when he would come out-no call and he didn't answer my calls or texts the next few days.
Finally had to call the Customer Sales Dept. after the sub blew me off and yes, had to send pictures to them. Also discovered the low e glass I paid extra for was not installed so they had to reorder the correct glass and have yet another sub come out to install. I only caught this because they left the sticker from the glass manufacturer on the glass insert by accident. However, they were truthful when I asked them to check on the Low E because the sticker never said it was Low E.
They didn't seal the outside of the door with caulking against the stucco (not sure if that's included but feels like it should be). They also forgot the peep hole and had to get another sub to come install that and the threshold cover.
When I complained to customer service they basically said the company was growing and this is an example of growing pains. That's admirable to acknowledge it but if you read the reviews listed on yelp, they haven't fixed it so...lots of neighbors asking about my door and I haven't referred first impressions to one of them.
Once the saga is over, it will be a beautiful door, but it's been a long frustrating process when it didn't need to be. I am happy your company is growing, but you will lose future customers if your service doesn't improve and your reviews don't get better.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. Needless to say, if you need a roof and need it done correctly, Geremey with Elite Construction Services should be your go to!

Everything went well except the installation. During the initial installation in November 2014, the door bolts were not drilled straight and went through the door frame. The installer apologized & informed us that he was only 3 weeks on the job. He said a technician will come to fix it, I never received a call. I had to call and explain what happened during the initial installation. After two separate visits by two different technicians because they did not have the correct tools. The door bolts were reinserted and wood putty in the holes by a 3rd technician at the end of December. Unfortunately for us, the last technician drilled a gouge into our front door while reinserting the bolts. I called the company, he also apologized and said to send pictures. I sent pictures and no response. At this point, I just want others to be made aware.

They were first class from sales, design and install. We especially Adam Schaubrock who was our initial contact with First Impressions Ironworks. We were able to design our our and they put it together and did an excellent job.
