We used IMS to add decorative iron gates to the front courtyard of new home. We got a couple of quotes, but IMS was more competitive.  They were completed and installed just as estimated. The finished product is beautiful!  The gates really add elegance and character to the front of our home. Alex was super nice and very professional. Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.

I saw the New Look Kool Deck truck in my neighborhood and thought this must me an omen as I needed edge repair on my Kool Deck by my pool steps. I called the number and the truck and had a delightful  conversation with Mary. She thought Dave may be able to stop by and give me a quote before he left. That didn't work so Dave showed up on time the next day to give me a quote. Dave provided a very competitive quote, not the least expensive, and stated that he would emil the quote to me. The conversation focused on repairing the edge and at least one square and painting the entire surface. After several days i called and asked when I would get the quote. I got the quote 7 days later from the visit. The quote was missing the major component; fixing the edges by the steps. I called and asked if i could add the extra work, sign and return. Mary stated that she would have to defer to Dave. I received a revised quote the next day that nearly double to verbal quote that Dave provided in person but now include all the work we discussed. I did not use New Look as it appeared that they did not want to do the job based on the absurd quote and lack of attention to detail. I did not chose Dave or his firm to do the work. Make sure your quote is accurate!

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Aztec Decks did not come back and finish the work as promised.

They do great work but do not come back to finish the forgotten odds and ends.

The walkway from my gate to the patio looks wonderful but it is crooked. Rather than make Ray and his crew take it up and redo it; we agreed that he would come back and take up my old walk (and replace with same stones) from the gate out to the driveway.  It has been almost a year and I still have a crooked walkway and no replaced walkway from the gate to the driveway.

Josh responded immediately to our request we will meet him next week to look at our project.

I just had my observation deck resealed, and it turned out great. Adam workers did a great job and barley knew they were there, no banging or dropping tools. The project took about four days with the drying of the stuff they put in the roof, but showed up and completed the job very professional. I would use him again, and Adam will Answer his phone when called.

I had a completely positive experience with Jonas cool deck.  They came out to provide an estimate the same day that I called.  I found their cost estimate to be thorough and reasonable and they were able to start the work the very next morning!  They arrived when they said they would and took great care to mask off and protect my pool and surrounding landscaping.  I was having some relatively large areas repaired and they thoroughly prepped the surface, matched the color and the texture.  The deck looks brand new again!  They did a great job of the cleanup and finished exactly when they said they would.  I have zero complaints amd I highly recommend their service.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

We had a traditional pool deck that was over 20 years old and badly in need of replacement. After obtaining three bids, we went with David and Deck Services. A real pleasure to work with! Estimate process was simple and straight forward. He answered all our questions in a timely manner, responded to e-mails/phone calls quickly and had samples available of the drain replacement and color options. Fortunately, he had an opening to begin work immediately.
This is an incredibly messy job but Adrian and his assistants were fantastic about cleaning up at the end of each day! They protected our pool so clean up was not nearly as bad as we feared. Adrian is a master at what he does and was so helpful with some additional feature choices.
The job was finished within the stated time frame - actually they finished early.
The final product is AMAZING! We are beyond thrilled with the results!

I hadn't intended to get a security door when I called First Impression (thinking I wanted an entry door), but when I saw how beautiful they were and reasonably priced, I placed my order and was pleasantly surprised about how quick the process was and how gorgeous my new door is.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. We had our beautiful door installed this week. Not only was the door great, the installers were too!  
The installers were professional. They did a quick install and cleaned the area afterwards.
Allen(Shotgun), our lead installer, was very helpful in giving us cleaning and care instructions for our door.

From start to finish, this process of ordering security doors and having them installed by First Impression Ironworks was seamless.  The sales representative showed up on time, wore a mask, answered our questions thoroughly, made a few minor changes based on our request, etc.  I can't say enough good things about the sales representative.  When the doors were ready, I received a call telling me the date and time the doors would be installed.  I wasn't able to answer the phone when they called but the message they left gave me all the information I needed to book my flight to Arizona (I live in Denver).  The installer showed up on time, was professional and explained what he was doing as he worked.  I have nothing to say other than positive things about this company and now that the doors are installed, I am very happy with the finished product.  They look great on my house and I feel much more secure now when I am there alone.
