Alex and his brother helped me with a railing for an outdoor staircase and ledge. He let me know when we started working together that he was really busy but they seemed like one of the best so I was determined to work with them. Even though it took much longer than I would have liked I was amazed with how it turned out. They achieved exactly the look I was going for and the install was a simple one day project. No fuss. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mario is great. He was out right away and we received a professional shortly after. Communication was great throughout. They were always on time. Mario works as hard or harder than his employees. They demoed part of my wall to expand my gate and rebuild a pillar. We went with all metal due to the lack of composite slats. It was about the same price and it looks great. It will be less maintenance in the future.
Mario even called a week later to make sure I was satisfied.

Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.

AMAZING!!! We resurfaced our pool deck and concrete patio and New Look Kool Deck did an awesome job! The crew, Manny and Angel, were amazing with great attention to detail and cleanliness. Dave, the owner, was very professional and friendly as well. He checked the job site several times a day and kept us informed with details. He genuinely cares and guarantees the outcome and durability for years to come. This was a great experience for us because we are very particular regarding perfection...and good help is hard to find nowadays! Price was very reasonable as well, which was a great help since we are senior citizens. He really treats his employees well too and helps them clean up at the end of the day! His employees have been with him for many years, which also says alot! Don't hesitate to contact Dave if you need concrete coatings. Definitely an A+ business!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

I would highly recommend this company! I worked with Ray and he was very responsive and very helpful with all of my questions. We had an area that needed to be patched on a pool deck and I was concerned about how it would look like compared to the rest of the pool deck, but he explained the amount of time it takes to weather and everything, and I am very happy with how it turned out.

Had my side yard gate removed and replaced, including resetting the concrete post. Joel took care of everything - materials, demo, haul away, assembly and prime/paint per HOA design and color. He came out quickly for a quote and did exactly what he promised to do. It is quality and will last. Process was really easy. Love his portfolio of other work too. Highly recommend!

From the initial quote to the completion of the job, Adam and his team were amazing. My deck had several areas where boards needed to be replaced. Other contractors told me they would need to tear off the entire deck because repairs areas never look good once it is finished. Boy were they wrong. The deck and stair case they repaired and refinshed looks beautiful. I am completely delighted!

Such a great company. I callled for an estimate after realizing that our pavers were no longer made and not wanting to stare at our ugly grey concrete that abutted the pavers. They were able to add acrylic decking, which made it blend so nicely. We ended up having them also do the front porch and have a flakes grey coating in the small garage. The quality of the work was great. Also, their pricing was great!

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

Got our deck and patio redone a few months ago. The whole process went fairly smoothly. I was interested in their Koolstone look. The owner came out for the estimate and answered all questions. Once I said yes to the estimate, we agreed on a start date. The crew finished in the estimated time.

A few points:

-Deck looks great. They applied their surface material in a flagstone style. Very happy with the color palette and how slip resistant the surface is. Is it as cool as our original authentic Keystone Kool Deck coating? No. But it is cooler than other surfaces I've encountered in the valley.

-We have a pool net with hooks that fasten into metal eyelets drilled into our pool deck surface. The crew was able to preserve the eyelets so we can continue using our safety net, no problem.

-The owner told us that we'd see a white powder appear soon after installation, that it was part of the curing process and would eventually wash away. I was slightly alarmed to see the once pristine finish spotted with the powder, but he was right. A few months later, and the powder spots are nearly all gone.

-Cash or check only. (50% down at start. 25% after initial prep work. 25% when complete).

Very happy with the outcome. We now look forward to spending time at the pool instead of cringing while looking at an ugly, chipped surface.

Matt and his team did a great job resurfacing our fiberglass pool in just a few days. Matt was straightforward with the price, did what he promised, was done on time, and cleaned up nicely. I would recommend Matt's Magic Pools to anyone who needs their pool resurfaced. We'll done fellas.

From our visit to the showroom, to the installation, everything was done professionally, and with a high degree of quality. A special shout out to Alan & his brother, who did the installation. Plastic was put up to keep dust out of the house, and everything vacuumed up, before they left.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. Needless to say, if you need a roof and need it done correctly, Geremey with Elite Construction Services should be your go to!

Not worth our time for me to write the whole story, my experience was terrible, I did finally end up with a door that I was happy with, took months to resolve with no communication from them, one of the worst installation and customer service experience I have ever had. I heard their business has exploded and they are having a hard time keeping up, well if they keep giving the service they are currently providing, they will not have the growth problem anymore. Too many options!

If I could give zero stars I would. Poor craftsmanship and even worse poor customer service. We purchased a front door, entry gate and backyard gate and it has been a nightmare working with this company.

1. The backyard gate design pattern was installed uneven. The semicircular metal pieces didn't line up. I just called and the lady I have been working with Wendy Walsh quit 3 weeks ago. No one called me to inform me of this. I had been emailing her since June and it is now mid September.
I last emailed her a month ago and she was unaware that this was not taken care of.

2. The installers where jumping over our small retaining wall in the front of the house when they j installs the entry gate. Unfortunately, they cracked it. That took 2 months for them to fix, which just included putting glue in the crack. It's still noticeable. However, what makes me even more upset is that they lied about it. They said it was already there! It's one thing to break something, but please be professional and own up to it.

3. There is a space between the entry gate on one side. It wasn't measured properly. I don't have the energy to fight about this. They dug up and cut our water lines, which caused our front yard plants to die while I was waiting to have my Landscapers fix it.

The doors may look nice, but their costumer service is horrible! I spoke with Jennifer the manager this morning who first told me she took over the case but then never reached out when her staff member quit. How is this good customer service? Buyer beware!

Jennifer with customer service contacted me to via email. There's nothing they can do to improve this or make up for the months of lost time, multiple unreturned phone calls and emails. Waste of time. Future and potential clients should be aware.
