I am a new home owner, and I've worked with a few local plumbing companies in the area but Pink Plumbing takes the award for best customer service and quality. I live in a mid century home where the pipes are not the newest, and Pink Plumbing  was able to give an accurate evaluation of the root cause and remediate the issue. They also updated our hose bibs just for security. I will always call Pink Plumbing and Sewer. Also a huge THANK YOU to Lou for being kind and informative.

I paid $250 for a camera inspection on my sewer line to assess the orange berg plumbing at my house. I wanted to have the inspection completed and get a quote for replacement or any other suggestions the company had prior to renovating my backyard. When I originally contacted the company, they were prompt and pleasant to work with in scheduling an appointment.

Here is the sequence of events:
1. June 2021: Initial appointment and payment of $250
2. Never received the video or any quotes for additional services, despite verbally discussing with technician
3. I contacted the company, who told me the camera inspection has a data corruption file and they'd return to redo the inspection at no charge
4. July 2021: Second appointment for inspection
5. Never received the video or any quotes for additional services (again)
6. August 2021: Contacted the company several time requesting the video - we went back and forth several times throughout August and September. I was told they have not been able to get all of the USB drives in yet. If I do not receive it the next couple of days we will touch base again.
7. After ZERO contact or reply, November 2021: Asked for a refund, as I did not receive any of the services I paid for

Since then, I have attempted several times to work with the company to get the services I paid for OR a refund. They replied ONE time, only when I threatened to report them to the BBB on Feb 15, 2022. Since then, no replies again.

I understand that many businesses are busy right now and understaffed. I am simply asking to receive the inspection I paid for or receive a refund. I am shocked to find the company's business practice includes having people pay for things, delivering nothing, and then ignoring them to hope they forget. I've tried all reasonable efforts to communicate with the company to rectify the situation and have had no luck.

Hansen Family Plumbing is a great company and I've been nothing but impressed with their work and professionalism after two jobs.  They are straightforward and talk to you about what they are seeing and doing and are honest with their estimates.  I thought we were going to have to jackhammer our some concrete but found myself pleasantly surprised by what a professional plumber can do.

Lawson Family Plumbing is now my go to plumber.  The company is awesome, especially Jason!  He has been to my house twice to fix various leaks, remove a tub and cap everything off.  Jason is very knowledgeable in his field, personable and courteous .  One can see that he enjoys his job.  Kudos to Jason, he deserves a raise.  Thanks for everything Jason and keep up the good work!!!    You ROCK!!!

I paid $89 for a quote with the understanding it would be applied to any service I paid for. Their pricing was very high so I forfeited the $89 rather than to hire them. I found another plumber who saved me hundreds even with the forfeited $89.

Mike P and Cody were fantastic.  They were professional and very efficient.  They made sure I had water the first day, since I had been dealing with water off and on for 2 weeks.   They explained all that they were doing and how and why.   They had the huge job of repiping the entire house along with new Plex lines under the trailer, up to the showers and sinks and new valves and also replaced copper and the old hose bibs, plus added a new one to my back yard.  Along with a few extras that needed to be up to code without the extra cost.  I also got a discount on the new larger hot water tank.  
The customer service was top notch, from the emails and texts reminding me of the appointments,  to the phone calls and follow ups after the job was done.  This a fantastic plumbing company and I will be calling them if I need them again, along with referring them to anyone in need of plumbing.  Highly recommend!  :)

I have used Lawson's for my primary residence (water heater installation, Faucet installation) and my rental (faucet installation, valve replacement, and drain stop replacement) .Always punctual, professional , leaves my place clean and debris free. They do things right and the prices aren't cheap, but they are honest.

I want to give a review to Elite Rooter they came out to my house evaluated the situation took a camera and showed me the situation and gave me a wonderful price. The people there are wonderful Gilbert Suarez who was in charge of my job. He worked tirelessly and exceeded all expectations did a beautiful job a very professional very polite the other gentleman Keith Shannon was very to the point. What he waid that was going to do be done, was done. They did it in a very timely manner very professional and I would recommend them to everybody not just anybody but everybody these are the people that you want in your home very honest and upfront there's no gimmicks there's no games there's nothing they are wonderful. Dave within a couple days and was able to rebuild our custom copper fixture that needed replaced to do a slow leak! Really nice and accommodating as well!

I would give more stars if I could to Michael and his crew. They have helped me replace leaky shower faucets, installed bidets, and replace my old worn out circulating pump and timer. When I have an emergency, a potential leak or the hot water is not working, they make it a a point to come out the same day to help investigate. Their prices are fair and the work is impeccable.

I just moved in to my new house used Yelp to help find a licensed plumber. I need a new regulator on my built in gas grill. Sound plumbing responded and came to my home for a quote. Brian was on time and came back the next day with the parts and completed the installation. Thanks now I can have a house warming party.

We had a leak appear from our upstairs shower onto our downstairs ceiling. I called 100% plumbing and they got Angel out there within an hour. Angel opened up my ceiling and found that the issue was not related to a plumbing issue. He then put me in contact with a tile guy and he got a restoration company out to my house for me. There was no charge for his time and the company did not try to gouge me for something they couldn't fix. Very honest and helpful during a very stressful situation. Definitely recommend this company and Angel.

I had purchased a new toilet and needed it installed as well as the old one disposed of.  It arrived a day before expected.  I had scheduled Allegiance for the following day.  Then my husband decided he should install it....a nail biting moment for me.  Fortunately, the old toilet had been cemented in and he told me to go ahead and use them.  I called and they were able to provide service me same day and only a couple of hours after I called.  Eloy was kind, skilled, expedient and communicative.  He took care of everything and my husband sent me pictures!  I breathed a sigh of relief as my family was coming in from out of state and would be there this evening!  I would definitely recommend them.  They charged exactly what they quoted and although I could have found cheaper, those prices did not include disposing of the old toilet.

Man, is this a great Company!!! We called and Mario was here in an hour! They charge by the job not by the hour so no surprise $$$$$ Bills or upselling. Mario was so great and so professional we were very impressed and pleased with the kitchen drain snaking and clog busting. These are the people we will call in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Near me plumbing and drain replaced (Two) Moen Magnetix Shower heads in our new home.  Jordon also installed a salt free water softener system. He not only built an inside loop in the garage wall but he went over and beyond. I got an inside salt free water spigot-faucet, a shutoff water valve behind tanks (Great for washing your car) and a beautiful sleeve for my tanks Inside my garage. I still have my outside spigot and water shutoff vale on the outside. I would recommend Jordan to anyone, he was professional, polite, helpful, did excellent work in a timely manner, and left the place clean. Most important the Water Taste Great!!!

Had a pretty epic issue with the sewer line at my house. It couldn't have come at a worse time. My wife and I were in the process of finishing our costly landscaping project. Our sewer line stopped up in the house. No flooding which was good. We hired the first company that could come out( not Hay's). They removed the blockage and put a camera down the line. They located what they thought was Orangeburge sewer pipe. They quoted me an insane amount,$5000 to dig a 2ft x 2ft x 3ft hole to confirm their finding. I was floored, that is insanity. I started searching again and found Hay,s. Brett showed up and was ready to rock. I explained the time restraint concerning the schedule of landscapers and the issues with the sewer line. He assured me it wouldn't be an issue. After scoping the line and digging the initial hole, for a fraction of the price the other company quoted mind you, he confirmed it was Orangeburge. He gave me a quote and walked  me thru the pipe bursting process. This was a Thursday. I accepted the quote with a fist bump( COVID protocol) Fast forward to Monday and I had a team of guys ready to go. They dug a hole in my front yard and one in my back yard, this is for pipe bursting. They also trenched a section in my back yard, to avoid damaging existing utilities. The pipe bursting process took a little over an hour. The trenched area was laid by hand. The entire process from digging to back filling took 3 days. You can barely tell they were here. Amazing to think I have a brand new main sewer line from the back yard to the city tie-in. The price was fair, the peace of mind is priceless. Thank you Brett , for leading the project start to finish and Nick, for answering all my stupid questions as well as the entire Hay's team for making a difficult situation truly painless.

The guys at King AC and Plumbing are the best. They saved me thousands of dollars. I first had my AC unit looked at by one of the big AC companies here in the valley because it was vibrating very badly. I wont name names, but let's just say the original owner's last name is the same as a large South American country where the World Cup is taking place right now. After the big guy's service tech failed attempts to convince me that I needed a brand new unit ($5,000), he told me that the blower motor needed to be replaced and would cost $1,300 with some sort of VIP package. A few days later I saw Brendon with King AC in my neighborhood working on my neighbors unit. It was already pretty late in the evening, but after a quick conversation with Brendon, he gladly climbed on to my roof to take a look at my unit. He came down and said there was an issue with the blower motor but it would be nowhere near the $1,300 I was originally quoted. He also informed me that the other guy that came out never even opened a single panel on my unit to come up with his expert diagnosis. The next day I received a call from the owner Terry who told me that the motor was a specialty order part and was quite expensive, but again nowhere near the original amount I was quoted. He also informed me that most likely the motor didn't need to be replaced, but the squirrel cage probably just needed to be cleaned out so it could spin properly. With Terry's advice in hand, I spent a couple of hours that weekend cleaning out the very dirty squirrel cage which was super easy to do and cost me $5 worth of cleaning solution. After I put a couple of panels back on and started up my unit again, the heavy vibration had completely disappeared. Today I had Brendon come out to take a second look over my work and make sure everything else was tip-top. He informed me that my unit needed a couple pounds of Freon and everything else with my dinosaur of a AC unit looked great. Now my unit blows colder than ever and stays on half the time that it used to, which is going to save me a small fortune on my electric bill. I have nothing but compliments for this company and their employees. All around knowledgeable and honest guys. I will never call another company for any of my AC or plumbing needs. I know with King I will receive an truthful recommendation at a good price. No scare tactics, up-selling, or commission based sales. The world needs more genuine people out there who work to help others and not take advantage of them. Thanks King AC!
