I didn't end up getting any service done by Pinks but when I called they were responsive with up front pricing and honest with when they would be able to get to my request. They ended up giving me a referral to a company that was just as great!! I think that says a lot about this business in itself !

Called them for leak around base of toilet, upon arrival pulled toilet and there were roots all around the flange and base of toilet.  They pulled all roots out of the and put new wax ring and reinstalled toilet. No toilet leak but the toilet was wobbly when you seat . Everything was done less than 20 minutes and I was charged $370+.. they forgot to give me invoice . they send me invoice return back and fix the wobbly toilet, they found another problem in the toilet kit and they charging us again. I think the charge was not reasonable.

Really nice experience having them help with my food disposal. They not only did they fix the problem on same day but also provided necessary tips and tools to avoid it in future.

Replaced my faucet in kitchen, very professional and friendly, did a great job, will use them again. Thank you.

We have had the greatest experience today (Sunday) w Larry at our home to replace our sink and disposal. Larry's work was great especially around cutting into counter top to allow for a perfect fit and install of our new sink.
    Larry was quick and clean! He took the all the old junk away and vacuumed around his work area.
   My initial communication w the the Owner, Chris was equally quick and clean. There were no surprises and we happily paid exactly what Chris had quoted us. I highly recommend this company for all your Plumbing needs.

We called Bumble Bee because we thought we had some corrosion on our plumbing pipes, and we were concerned that it might leak. They were prompt and very helpful in pinpointing our problem. Unfortunately, the problem was with our solar hot water system which they don't service, so they could not complete the repair. Their guidance was extremely helpful. We will definitely use them for any plumbing needs.

This is the second time I've hired Lawson Family Plumbing, and both times they did a great job.  

The first time I had a toilet clog and I was cleaning water off the floors at 2:00 am.  I asked for estimates on yelp at around 5:00 am, and within a very short time Lawson and one other had answered.  I checked the reviews and references on both, and decided to go with Lawson, figuring it would probably be the next day at least.  To my surprise, they were here the same day, and it took them about 15 minutes to fix it.  The toilet had never worked so well before.  Perfect job, and a good price.

So today I had to replace the valve in the toilet tank... 20 years in there you know, and unfortunately, the line under the tank snapped when replacing the valve.  Turned off the water to the house (the valve from the wall was corroded, and I was afraid to do anything further for fear there would be problems behind the wall or something if I twisted anything else.  There was no question... I called Lawson.  John (the same guy as the first time) showed up after he finished the one he was working on, gave us an estimate, which was less than what I was expecting, and had it fixed within about an hour.  Same day again!  Great job, and friendly service.  

Honestly, these people are great.  When I called them, Melinda said that they were really booked up, but after looking for just a few seconds she told me John could do it today.  They are friendly, understanding, and the prices are in line with what they should be.  

Go ahead and call them.  You won't be sorry.

As usual ProSkill was there when we needed them. Same day service with very professional technicians. They are the best Air Condition Service I have ever had. On time and very knowledgeable. Got the job done!! Both technicians that did the work were great. Would highly recommend.

On Thursday night, we discovered that our kids' toilet had been leaking for several days, maybe even weeks.  Upon investigation, my husband found a pin-sized hole in the supply line.  Instead of just fixing the supply line, we decided to replace both of our toilets which were from 1979 with new water efficient toilets.  On Friday, I contacted a few companies from Yelp and Elite Rooter responded within a couple of hours and they were able to schedule their technician to come out the following day.  The other companies couldn't even get us in until the following week.  On Saturday, the technician, Brian K., called to let us know he was on his way.  He was courteous, professional, and you could tell he knew what he was doing!  After he installed the new toilets, he noticed that one of them didn't flush quite right and he worked on it to ensure that it was working properly before he left.  Apparently, it was something that happens often with new Kohler toilets.  He left the work areas as clean as when he arrived too, which is a huge plus!!  Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and adhered to Covid protocols - I would highly recommend Elite Rooter and plan to call them again when we have plumbing issues in the future.

My shower had severe water damage due to a leak. Somers Plumber gave an estimate and different options for the situation. Amazing work, the price is just right! Definitely my go to plumber now. Extremely friendly, explained in clear details about the situation. Professional and reliable.

No comment on the quality of their service, but I asked for a quote on a toilet repair three days ago.  Still no response and no longer interested

Uncommonly good experience.  Solid work too.  Very reasonable pricing.  So glad I hired Sound Plumbing to install the water softener I bought at HD.  They also had to install the Plumb lines as the house wasn't built to accommodate a water softener.

Mont answered my call and right away I was struck by his courteous, thoughtful, and thorough demeanor. I explained that we had a nanny at home and he was thoughtful enough to ask her name and get any important information to ensure that she felt comfortable with the technician. They utilize this great service that shows you a picture of the technician as well as notifies you as to when they are en route to the house.
We called because our water softener was leaking and turns out, we just put in too much salt (oops!). I was shocked that we were given great instruction on how to properly use the water softener but weren't charged anything for the consult. It is an excellent and honest business practice and 100% Plumbing has our customer loyalty from here on out.

We love Justin! Seriously. I love him; my boyfriend loves him; my cats love him, and my plumbing DEFINITELY loves him. We moved into a new (to us) house after doing some plumbing renovations with a different company. In a matter of days, problems started happening due to the other company. After reading Yelp reviews of Allegiance, I called Justin. He gave a clear and accurate estimate. When we contracted him to fix the problems, he scheduled us promptly and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. (I should note that Justin was quite professional about the prior plumber's workmanship even while I was casting aspersions on said previous plumber.) When additional problems (NOT caused by Justin) cropped up, Justin made it a priority to get to the house fast and address the issues. Just as impressive as Justin's workmanship, work ethic, and communication is his knowledge of water issues in the Phoenix area. I guarantee that we'll turn to Justin for any future plumbing - water or gas - issues or upgrades, and I recommend you do, too. He's reasonably priced with exceptional workmanship and customer service.

Had a main line stoppage on a Sunday afternoon. Nothing like a shower and bathtub full of you know what. Called a couple other places, seems wanting your drain unclogged on the same day that you called constituted an emergency, and premium costs. Called Rooter Ranger, explained my situation and was told they would call me back with an ETA of the nearest plumber. In less than five minutes I was informed that the employee would be at my house between 6 pm and 8 pm. I was sent text messages updating that the plumber was enroute to my location. Gust Isotalo arrived on time and unclogged the drain within fifteen minutes. The price was excellent, as was the service. I will definitely use Rooter Ranger whenever I have plumbing issues. During this Covid-19 time, the employee, Gust Isotalo, practiced the recommended protocol of wearing a face covering and maintained appropriate social distances. Over a very good experience.

Highly recommend . Tommy our plumber was so prompt and very good to deal with . It was an usual problem but he fixed it . Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant .

Open on Sunday and same day service. I was happy with the price and time needed to complete the job. I would definitely call again when needed.

This Plumbing service was awesome! The appointment was set between 1-3, but Cori (technician) was early. He was professional and explained the problem where my 85 year old father could understand it. The problem was fixed, comes with a 14 day warranty! Thanks Cori for extraordinary customer service!!

On time, knowledgeable, and good communication make these guys the best I've seen. They take the time to explain the situation face to face in layman's terms and make recommendations. Unlike the other guys who mumble technical jargon while they're on the run and hand me a big bill. Hayes techs are invested in the work and seem happy to help. They also have expertise, and even corrected some issues created by previous companies.

The guys at King AC and Plumbing are the best. They saved me thousands of dollars. I first had my AC unit looked at by one of the big AC companies here in the valley because it was vibrating very badly. I wont name names, but let's just say the original owner's last name is the same as a large South American country where the World Cup is taking place right now. After the big guy's service tech failed attempts to convince me that I needed a brand new unit ($5,000), he told me that the blower motor needed to be replaced and would cost $1,300 with some sort of VIP package. A few days later I saw Brendon with King AC in my neighborhood working on my neighbors unit. It was already pretty late in the evening, but after a quick conversation with Brendon, he gladly climbed on to my roof to take a look at my unit. He came down and said there was an issue with the blower motor but it would be nowhere near the $1,300 I was originally quoted. He also informed me that the other guy that came out never even opened a single panel on my unit to come up with his expert diagnosis. The next day I received a call from the owner Terry who told me that the motor was a specialty order part and was quite expensive, but again nowhere near the original amount I was quoted. He also informed me that most likely the motor didn't need to be replaced, but the squirrel cage probably just needed to be cleaned out so it could spin properly. With Terry's advice in hand, I spent a couple of hours that weekend cleaning out the very dirty squirrel cage which was super easy to do and cost me $5 worth of cleaning solution. After I put a couple of panels back on and started up my unit again, the heavy vibration had completely disappeared. Today I had Brendon come out to take a second look over my work and make sure everything else was tip-top. He informed me that my unit needed a couple pounds of Freon and everything else with my dinosaur of a AC unit looked great. Now my unit blows colder than ever and stays on half the time that it used to, which is going to save me a small fortune on my electric bill. I have nothing but compliments for this company and their employees. All around knowledgeable and honest guys. I will never call another company for any of my AC or plumbing needs. I know with King I will receive an truthful recommendation at a good price. No scare tactics, up-selling, or commission based sales. The world needs more genuine people out there who work to help others and not take advantage of them. Thanks King AC!
