We've had an issue with intermittent sewer odor around the kitchen sink for weeks. After another plumber misdiagnosed our issue, I wasted money replacing the garbage disposal. When Chris heard the symptoms of our problem, he not only diagnosed the issue correctly, he suggested an easy, and free, way for us to confirm that we were heading down the right path.

Today, Chris and Lou came out, opened the wall, and found just what we expected. Lou was able to replace the cracked vent pipe quickly and cleanly. Most importantly, he added a flexible joint to ensure that the issue doesn't reoccur.

Pink Plumbing were more thorough and knowledgeable than other plumbers that I've worked with. They were also very professional and friendly. Though I hope not to have plumbing issues again soon, at least I know that I can rely on Pink Plumbing when I do.

We called Diamondback Plumbing to fix a slab link in the suspected area on a bathroom.  The technician came out with the sounding equipment and identified where he thought the leak was.  To verify he cut into one wall and cut the hot water pipe coming from the manifold into the bathroom and then kitchen. He reworked the hot water pipe manifold so we could have hot water in the rest of the house. Before going he stated that they would get us a full repair quote the next day and get us on the repair schedule since we had no hot water in the kitchen.  The next day by noon we had no quote or phone call.  We call and was told that it normally takes 1 week to get a quote.  We explained the situation and what was told us.  We were told the technician was in classes for the next few days.  After we talked to a supervisor, he got us a quote.  However that afternoon we found that there was water leaking into our garage from the wall the technician worked in.  We called and left word that we were having leaks.  

Next day, no word from the company so we called and emailed the supervisor and advised of the continuing leaks and our disappointment.  Now 3 days later and more leaking, still no communication even though we paid for the preliminary work done.  To solve the temporary fix, we had another plumber come out.  He determined that the original technician did not put a cap on the cut line and the water is backflowing from the kitchen sink cold water through the hot water line when the faucet is turned partway hot.  So we are not several hundred dollars out of pocket with no communication at all  from Diamondback Plumbing.  

I'd avoid this company and wish there was a way to get all or part of our money back.

Good communication did what we asked and did what they said they would do. Quoted us a price and stuck to it. Even called back to follow up and to see if everything was fine.

I had plumbing work done in my kitchen in December of 2017. There was a long-term leak in some old plumbing (from the 60's), which required demolition of part of the wall to repair.  Jason K from Lawson was very expert in diagnosing the problem and did a fantastic job on the demolition portion and the repair of the plumbing.  I also had an outdoor leak repaired at the same visit.  In addition to doing a great job on the two problems, he noticed that the pressure control valve (PCV), which was installed by a different company 2-3 years ago, had already failed.  He repaired that as well.  Furthermore, rather than just charging me the initial estimated price, he charged for the actual time it took to repair, so that the total job, including the PCV add-on, was less than the initial quote.  The service was exceptional from the initial contact and everything following. Jason was not only very knowledgeable, but genuinely friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this company.  Their reviews are well deserved.

Came home this afternoon around 4:30 to find that we had no water to the house for some reason. Yikes!  After further investigation, it appeared that our pressure value busted.  I called Chris who was very responsive and said they would have someone out within 90 minutes.  

Less than one hour later, Rich arrived to save the day. He fixed us up right away and was very personable and professional.

Mike P did it again! I purchased a new home and I knew right away that the water heater would need to be replaced, unfortunately it didn't even last two months before it started leaking. The work done prior was very poorly done. The trey was not installed efficiently and it started leaking into my cabinets. One reason why we keep going back to bumble bee is the level of installation is beyond what I have ever seen. The piping and the level of detail with each installation is far superior than other plumbing companies. I will add pictures to help explain. Mike added two shut off valves to give me peace of mind and he always adds a tube going off of the concrete platform for trey so that it doesn't leak into my home or cabinets. I also purchase a water softener from him and I paid just a tad over from other quotes I got because I knew the quality of work from Mike and bumble bee is worth it. I also purchased their warranty and it is so worth it. They come anytime I have a concern and never charge a fee to quote or come out. I had the worst experience with the plumber my home warranty sent it took 3 days to get them to approve them to reimburse me in order for me to use bumble bee. I waited 3 days without a water heater just so I could give them my business. As consumers we have to reward good quality work. The plumber my warranty company sent me was crooked and beyond rude. There was no way I was giving them my business. I can not recommend them enough, everyone I have ever spoken to is highly professional, I found my plumbers for life!

What a fantastic company! I've used them twice now and couldn't be more pleased. They've always been competitive as far as pricing, they have no hidden fees and they don't nickel and dime you. This last time, I needed a utility sink installed. I thought I had bought the wall mounted version, but it turns out I didn't. Tony mounted it to the wall for me at no extra charge. He even did a shower head install at no additional charge. Talk about above and beyond service! Thank you!

I came across Pro Skill Plumbing during a random search online for an affordable 40 gallon water heater.  I was already armed with quotes as high as $1400 (water heater only) to midrange $999 (heater and installation) to bargain $700 (heater and installation).  Price was not my only consideration since I work until 5pm everyday and live alone, so I needed a company that could work with my schedule.  Pro Skill blew all of them out of the water with a quote of $650 for a 50-gallon water heater installed this past Saturday morning.  Juan arrived on time and installed my water heater with courtesy and professionalism.  This family-owned company will be at the top of my list for any future plumbing needs.

On Thursday night, we discovered that our kids' toilet had been leaking for several days, maybe even weeks.  Upon investigation, my husband found a pin-sized hole in the supply line.  Instead of just fixing the supply line, we decided to replace both of our toilets which were from 1979 with new water efficient toilets.  On Friday, I contacted a few companies from Yelp and Elite Rooter responded within a couple of hours and they were able to schedule their technician to come out the following day.  The other companies couldn't even get us in until the following week.  On Saturday, the technician, Brian K., called to let us know he was on his way.  He was courteous, professional, and you could tell he knew what he was doing!  After he installed the new toilets, he noticed that one of them didn't flush quite right and he worked on it to ensure that it was working properly before he left.  Apparently, it was something that happens often with new Kohler toilets.  He left the work areas as clean as when he arrived too, which is a huge plus!!  Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and adhered to Covid protocols - I would highly recommend Elite Rooter and plan to call them again when we have plumbing issues in the future.

Dave within a couple days and was able to rebuild our custom copper fixture that needed replaced to do a slow leak! Really nice and accommodating as well!

Michael came out within a couple of hours and replaced the valve on the water line into our home. Very nice guy and the job was completed as requested.  Price very fair. We plan to use Ascend the next we need a plumber. Thank you!

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

I used Terry from King Plumbing, Heating and AC about 6 months after we bought our house. We needed service done on our heater, AC unit, and garbage disposal. Terry went right to work, got everything done in a few hours, including installing a programmable thermostat. He helped us get full use out of our home warranty plan and cleaned up after everything was done. Highly Recommended!
