I am in love with Ma's Cleaning.  I had a house that hadn't been really cleaned for a good number of months and I have cats and dogs.  Dogs aren't bad, but I have cat hair EVERYWHERE and the dust to go with it.  Well, these delightful ladies worked so hard, and so fast, and left with this place shining like a new penny.   I also have a very full etagere which has probably not been dusted in my lifetime!  Sparkles!  I have no words glorious enough to praise them with.  When I move to my new home, they are coming with!!!

My small house needed a deep cleaning after this crazy year, so I requested some quotes on Yelp.

It was a little tricky to get answers all to my questions at first, but I think that may actually be Yelp's fault, because Leslie said their interface made it hard for her to see what I asked in my original quote request. When we did actually speak on the phone, Leslie was nice and seemed happy to explain things and talk over details.

The date of my appointment got messed up as well at first, but again, that could be an issue with Yelp's system. It led to a bunch of confused calls and texts from Leslie when I wasn't available to let a cleaner in on the wrong day, a week before my actual appointment! If I was going to hire this service again, I would probably just contact them directly instead of requesting a quote through Yelp, since that seemed to cause a bunch of problems for both of us.

In the end, actual cleaning was good. My cleaner was super friendly, efficient, and pretty thorough. She got my tub cleaner than I had ever seen it! I discovered a couple little spots she missed after she left, but overall I was pretty satisfied.

She was very accommodating about starting with a three-hour deep cleaning and then adding an additional hour on the spot when there was still some work left to do. It was great to have this option.

In terms of value, the price seemed fair, though I have gotten a better deal in the past working with an independent cleaner instead of a service that acts as an intermediary. (I found myself wondering how much per hour the cleaner actually receives.)

Payment was super easy using Venmo.

One last thing: when we spoke on the phone, Leslie said that her cleaners always wear masks while at appointments, but my cleaner took hers off for most of the time she was here. Since I am fully vaccinated and therefore figured there was minimal risk to me, I didn't bother her about it (I just wore mine the whole time she was here in case she was not vaxxed yet, just out of extra caution); however, I don't know if that would be an issue for others who have medical issues. I think it would have been better for this to just be consistent since we're in this weird time when some people are fully vaccinated and others are not, so there's still risk of COVID spread.

had to clean showers after every time they came. complained multiple times to owners who told me "they couldn't reach that level of detail" I just want the shower walls not to have hair and dirt on them after they come.  Worst cleaning service out of 4that  I have used in 10 years

I wanted to have a 5 star experience here. I wanted a deep clean, like baseboards, walls and windows level deep and I added all the extra service charges appropriately. However on cleaning day I was told 7 people would come due to the scope of the house and stay approximately 3 hours, only 2 came according to our security foots and they were there about an hour. As a follow up or regular cleaning service it would have been fine, but I needed that deep clean to get to a place where recurrent lighter cleaning would be all that was needed. I paid for the deeper cleaning as well. When I arrived home and saw that the job was not done as agreed and reviewed the footage for the number of workers the company was quick and courteous in agreeing to adjust the price to a standard clean. I didn't want it free because that's unfair to say that no work was done and I couldn't have someone come back to try again. Service was responsive and polite and if I needed a regular clean in the future I would consider booking here to try again because the website really is fabulously easy.

Emma and Crystal spent 5 hours doing a deep clean for me recently. They did a fantastic job. Everything looked great, including some areas that were in bad shape. They were on time, efficient and very easy to work with.

Great service, professional, easy-to-schedule, and reliable. They are slightly more expensive than my previous cleaners, but the fact that they are part of a company vs a person working independently makes it worth it (no worries about them not having insurance and also no worries about tax issues). Also, they have service available on Saturdays, which some other cleaners do not. Give them a try! You will soon be a regular.

Priziella and Carlos came to clean my house today and did such a nice job. My dogs liked them (always a good sign) and they left the house smelling super clean. There was a ton of dust everywhere and it's all gone, everything has been polished, plus my dishes were cleaned and put away (!!!) I'm really happy with the service. They were even able to clean my boyfriend's (a mechanic) shower which can be difficult with the grease that sometimes builds up.

I have used house cleaning services on and off for about ten years and this is the fourth provider I have had.  By far the worst cleaning.  I am pretty sure the master shower wasn't touched at all but I can't even list in every aspect it was the absolute worst cleaning.  The week prior I had a deep clean by another company scheduled last minute for family coming in town and my intent was to hire ecomama bi weekly starting this week in anticipation for Easter company.  So even though the house had been cleaned a week prior and it was fantastic; eco mama couldn't even do a basic touch up job.  I will be going back to the prior company.  Also if you need green cleaning my previous cleaning review is the company I would recommend instead.

Nikki was absolutely fantastic!

We had her come to the home I'm in the process of moving out of. It was definitely a challenge! She took that house from looking like an on fire garbage can to looking better than brand new!

I have never met someone as kind and as thorough as Nikki! She was super friendly and worked her butt off!

I happily give Opulence Cleaning 5 stars for going the extra mile to make my condo sparkle.  I was out of town and never saw the finished product but Rebecca gladly sent me several pictures showing their attention to the dirty knobs, crevices, and grooves that were now clean and I also got a firsthand report from my daughter who said the place looked wonderful.  I know they were extremely busy the day they did the cleaning but I wasn't slighted at all and they did a very thorough job.  They are a very professional and organized cleaning service and I will definitely used them again.

Excellent service. I had an initial deep clean done on my home after about 2 full months of not cleaning by myself/husband due to our schedules. They did a fantastic (and faster than expected job). The cleaning was both better and faster than the last professional clean we had done. They pay good attention to carpets and fixtures in addition to standard surfaces. We have decided to go with monthly services after seeing their work.

If I were to make a critical comment, it would be that some pictures and "nic-nacs" were not put back in the same place. Not a big deal, but since we have now signed up for monthly service I'm sure they will just get to know the house better.

Fantastic service, I had Orozzco's clean a house we just closed on which was a mess. There were items like the tub I thought were stained beyond cleaning and figured I'd have to replace soon.  The home was so clean once they were done I was in awe.  They've definitely extended the life of the home. I absolutely recommend their service.

Jennifer did amazing job for Deep cleaning of my house. She is very dedicated, friendly and double checks once she cleans it.

These folks are great. We rarely get our house cleaned. In fact we kind of never do but since we started working from home more, things have gotten messier and the will to clean seems to be nonexistent. So the fiance and I agreed to start hiring cleaners once or twice a year in between our own feeble cleaning attempts.

My fella contacted the company and spoke with Milka. They asked some questions about the size of the house, how many rooms we needed cleaning, and what we needed to have done. After scheduling 2 lovely ladies showed up with cleaning equipment in hand. We got out of their way and they zoomed through cleaning the house. It only took an hour but they really got every nook and cranny. We couldn't be happier. About to hit them up again.  They'll never know the impact that having a clean house has on my mental health... but it is so appreciated. Thanks for the wonderful work Quantum!
