Best Cleaning Services in United States

This company works really hard to clean a very filthy house in nine hours and got it ready to put on the market for me. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

I wanted to give one star, but they offered me a 20% refund for my experience. (Still haven't gotten it yet though, so we'll see what happens)

I chose this company based on the 5 star reviews on Yelp. It's hard picking a company you trust to clean your home during a pandemic. I am so disappointed in my choice.

Booking: I booked my move out clean online. I'll say, what's the point of booking online when I then received a LONG phone call going over every little detail of the cleaning before they could book my cleaning. That was weird to me. Why offer online booking if you require a phone consult?

Day of cleaning: I left my key hidden for the cleaner. I was never notified that they were on the way, or that the cleaning was completed. So I honestly had no clue if anyone even showed up. This was a move out clean, so I wasn't not living in the residence. I had to reach out to the company to ensure that someone showed up. This seems unacceptable for a move out clean. This was the beginning of my frustration.

Post clean response: I received an email back after 6pm confirming that my clean was completed. They attached one picture, and said there was a problem area in the shower. Why was I not contacted while the cleaner was there? Why did I have to contact them in order to hear about the problem? They offered to come back the next day to try to clean again. I asked if there was an extra charge- and never got a response. I really needed this done. Nobody came back the next day, and my email was never responded to.

My findings when I evaluated the cleaning: I ended up cleaning the shower myself the next day, because I needed to turn my keys in. The shower cleaned easily with a magic eraser. The walls of the shower were untouched- still had obvious soap scum. I then found both of my sinks with horrible spots around them. The outside of the kitchen cabinets still had obvious grease/food marks. I think the only thing that looked "good" was the vacuum lines on the carpet. *eyeroll*

I hired Maid Easy because I was moving across town, and didn't have the time to come back to do this cleaning. I'm so disappointed and frustrated that I paid someone a lot of money for this cleaning. I could and should have done this myself. Lesson learned.

The online reviews: They call you and email you after asking for your review. Which explains why they have so many.

The follow-up: I was only contacted about my disappointment after I filled out the email review. I then received 2 phone calls and an email immediately. They offered a partial refund. I wish I could get all of the money back I wasted on this place.

Look elsewhere.

Robert cleaned the carpet in my 3 bedrooms today, they look and smell great!  He was on time and answered my questions.  I had a rug that needed to be cleaned but it was too thin for them to clean, and he said that my tile/grout really didn't need to be cleaned yet.  I appreciate the honesty!!

I will definitely use Valley's Best for my tile/grout cleaning when it's ready.

They fit us in with short notice, 3 ladies showed up, on time, went to work with no breaks!  They had all the cleansers needed for the stovetop, floors, windows, etc, as well as a light clean of the carpet.  Fantastic!  They're efficient and we're going to keep using them for our rental.

I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!! They seriously are so kind and they did an amazing job!! We had our house deep cleaned, we added the ovens to be cleaned the walls, it was beautiful. And the house (we are moving into hadn't been deep cleaned in 18yrs!) so u can imagine all the dust and what not. But they tackled it and did great. Working with Ryan who handles the scheduling was so nice and helpful! I chose this company because of the Yelp reviews, and now I know why they were so highly recommended!! Seriously don't look any further this is the best you will get for your money! And their prices are phenomenal, they beat everyone else's :) Truly happy!

I am so, so happy with the way my house looks and even smells after Eco Mama Green Clean comes to clean our house!!   She takes great care in making sure everything is so clean and fresh.  I also love how their cleaning products are all natural and very effective.  I'm so happy I chose this company to clean our home!

Wow! I am so thankful I found this service! The proprietor came and cleaned my house touching every surface and every item was cleaned under and nearly place back in order. I have used two services in the past months that were horrible. Only touched what was in their "list" everything costs extra. This is a fair fee for getting an absolutely sparkling clean domain. She is prompt, great communication and an absolute pleasure to work with. Run don't walk to hire Proficiency Cleaning!!!

I hired Opulence cleaning to perform a final cleaning when I moved out of my apartment. The owner, Ms. Williams, was professional, thorough, and detailed in her cleaning. Upon move out, I wasn't charged by my apartment complex for any cleaning issues and received my cleaning deposit back in full. Opulence Cleaning was a real life saver, as I work 2 jobs and I'm a single mom. I just didn't have the time and energy to do the final clean out, especially since I was in the process of moving! A big thumbs up and highly recommended!

We have used Simply Housekeeping for almost two years. Rose and the office staff are always supportive and make doing business with them extremely easy. Quick response times on email makes asking questions and rescheduling/skipping cleanings a breeze.

And TEAM 1!! Anabel and Rosalva do an amazing job and keep us extremely clean. We look forward to having them every other week - they are friendly and kind while doing great work. We've also been impressed by their safety precautions this year - masks, gloves, booties every time. So very grateful!

Awesome job!! I am a bit picky when it comes to having folks clean and I didn't need to worry. Melvin and Gloria are responsive , flexible and I highly recommend. Gloria and her team do an A+ job. I started off with the deep clean and today started the monthly cleanings and I feel so relieved that I don't have to try to keep up on my own!!

We had a mess from our renters and needed a quick turnaround getting it cleaned. They fully cleaned the carpet, couch, tile flooring etc. They were very thorough, responsive, professional, tidy and efficient.
