This company works really hard to clean a very filthy house in nine hours and got it ready to put on the market for me. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

Great attention to detail and cleaned everything I asked very thoroughly! Also gave me the best price and exceeded my expectations! Will definitely be using Leslie's house cleaning in the future.

We had our house cleaned top to bottom in preparation to sell. To say they did a phenomenal job would be an understatement. Piedad, Becky and Teena were so thorough it literally made me tear up. The toilet paper rose was the cherry on top and Becky went the extra mile to show me how to do it. I would highly recommend this company and these ladies to anyone looking for stellar cleaners. We will definitely be hiring them again!

I wanted to give one star, but they offered me a 20% refund for my experience. (Still haven't gotten it yet though, so we'll see what happens)

I chose this company based on the 5 star reviews on Yelp. It's hard picking a company you trust to clean your home during a pandemic. I am so disappointed in my choice.

Booking: I booked my move out clean online. I'll say, what's the point of booking online when I then received a LONG phone call going over every little detail of the cleaning before they could book my cleaning. That was weird to me. Why offer online booking if you require a phone consult?

Day of cleaning: I left my key hidden for the cleaner. I was never notified that they were on the way, or that the cleaning was completed. So I honestly had no clue if anyone even showed up. This was a move out clean, so I wasn't not living in the residence. I had to reach out to the company to ensure that someone showed up. This seems unacceptable for a move out clean. This was the beginning of my frustration.

Post clean response: I received an email back after 6pm confirming that my clean was completed. They attached one picture, and said there was a problem area in the shower. Why was I not contacted while the cleaner was there? Why did I have to contact them in order to hear about the problem? They offered to come back the next day to try to clean again. I asked if there was an extra charge- and never got a response. I really needed this done. Nobody came back the next day, and my email was never responded to.

My findings when I evaluated the cleaning: I ended up cleaning the shower myself the next day, because I needed to turn my keys in. The shower cleaned easily with a magic eraser. The walls of the shower were untouched- still had obvious soap scum. I then found both of my sinks with horrible spots around them. The outside of the kitchen cabinets still had obvious grease/food marks. I think the only thing that looked "good" was the vacuum lines on the carpet. *eyeroll*

I hired Maid Easy because I was moving across town, and didn't have the time to come back to do this cleaning. I'm so disappointed and frustrated that I paid someone a lot of money for this cleaning. I could and should have done this myself. Lesson learned.

The online reviews: They call you and email you after asking for your review. Which explains why they have so many.

The follow-up: I was only contacted about my disappointment after I filled out the email review. I then received 2 phone calls and an email immediately. They offered a partial refund. I wish I could get all of the money back I wasted on this place.

Look elsewhere.

Extremely wonderful service. The girl who cleaned our house did a fantastic job and did a little extra since she so kindly said our house was so clean (it was not lol). We also had our carpets cleaned and microfiber couch steam cleaned, and they did a fantastic job. They were very considerate of our time and scheduled he services back to back to be convenient for us. We will be using them again! Thank you!

I think "WOW" is the best way to describe how impressed I am with the house cleaning service I received from Tidy Casa.  My coworker was singing their praises, and I thought to myself that they had to have been getting paid for their word-of-mouth recommendation - there's no way they were that great.  Boy was I wrong!  My appointment was at 1PM and the cleaners were right on time.  There was no standing around, after I described exactly what it was that I needed and wanted, they went right to it. They were so meticulous and ensured that they got ever nook and cranny - I swear, my floor boards have never looked so white :)  

The speed and efficiency that the cleaners worked with were also impressive. Totally thanking my coworker for the reference and will refer Tidy Casa to all of my friends in Phoenix for home cleaning!

Eco Mama Green Clean is without a doubt the best cleaning service in the valley! I've been using their services since they began operating 5 years ago. Sarah, the owner is wonderful and puts her heart and soul into this company. All of her staff are extremely professional, friendly, and hardworking. The service is always detail oriented, thorough, and the end result smells heavenly too! Sarah also sells her amazing multipurpose cleaning product (she makes it herself!) so you can use it in your home, car, and office. Very satisfied with this local business and will continue to support them! You should too :)

Nikki was absolutely fantastic!

We had her come to the home I'm in the process of moving out of. It was definitely a challenge! She took that house from looking like an on fire garbage can to looking better than brand new!

I have never met someone as kind and as thorough as Nikki! She was super friendly and worked her butt off!

I was having back problems and needed a last minute cleaning of my home before family came to town for Thanksgiving. I ended up hiring Z &S cleaning and was so happy I did. I have never had a cleaning company clean to my expectations let alone go above and beyond. The owner is extremely easy to work with and knows how to clean quickly but most importantly efficiently with perfection. Great find!

After making arrangements online, Nikki was good about confirming her visit, and was even able to come a little earlier than the agreed time.  And, WOW, does she work!!!!! I needed help getting my house clean prior to staging it and putting it on the market. Lots of detailed cleaning, and she did such a great job.  She even stayed past the four hours scheduled so that we could get it done.  It was so good to have someone who saw what the needs were and did them. She was great at pointing out areas that wouldn't come clean and that need touch up paint. She also cleaned behind the appliances. Quite a yucky job, but she did it in short order.  Then, before she left, she helped me take all the stuff that I had to donate out of the garage to where it needed to be for pick up.  She's so sweet and clearly likes what she does. It felt good just to have her in the  house. She is a real professional, and I have great respect for that.  I'm very glad I chose Nikki, and I plan to use her in the future.

Best house cleaners!   My house is immaculate.  They are reliable and efficient.  My house shines like the top of the Chrysler Building. Rebecca is wonderful.  She makes sure everything is to you liking and great communication. Personal touches....chocolates on my bed.  Highly recommend them.

Housekeepers did a great job. The misleading information and sales tactics of the booking lady were the reasons I couldnt give this business five stars. If I could hire the cleaning team direct without the office involvement, I would!

To anyone looking to book for service, proceed with caution. Ask for them to specify exactly what the estimate will be, in writing. Hourly vs. Total vs. Hourly per worker, and how many workers they were actually going to send out.... caused about $100 difference in cost.

Also, first booking was not done in time scheduled with hours of waiting for arrival - and had to rebook and find time in my schedule. With all of the runaround and unexpected rise of cost, I should have just taken the afternoon off of work to do it myself. Would have been much easier, less time consuming, and I would have saved money. Lesson learned.

*Update:

While I appreciate the business made an attempt to reply to the review for the perception of their business, the concerns were not addressed and the respondent called me by the wrong name, assuming and hoping they'd give the public my full name? Idk. You decide. But it goes to show how "ethical" she/they really are.

Enough said.

Tip for locals: I've got my service now scheduled with Maid Easy. MUCH better business practices and professionalism at much better pricing.

Phenomenal service and very flexible! They truly do make your house sparkle - notably the floors, windows and shower doors (hard water is GONE). I've had them over 3x now and it's consistently great. Hire them, don't hesitate.

Jennifer did amazing job for Deep cleaning of my house. She is very dedicated, friendly and double checks once she cleans it.
