I am in love with Ma's Cleaning.  I had a house that hadn't been really cleaned for a good number of months and I have cats and dogs.  Dogs aren't bad, but I have cat hair EVERYWHERE and the dust to go with it.  Well, these delightful ladies worked so hard, and so fast, and left with this place shining like a new penny.   I also have a very full etagere which has probably not been dusted in my lifetime!  Sparkles!  I have no words glorious enough to praise them with.  When I move to my new home, they are coming with!!!

They were fantastic! They were professional, communicative and prompt. We had to reschedule due to circumstances on our end and they were very accommodating. We had them clean a rental after tenants had moved out an  they called with updates on time and even sent pictures along the way. I will be using them again for all our real estate and personal needs.

Let me start by saying, this review is not at all reflective of the interaction I had with the schedulers/customer service reps/cleaning techs - they were all very professional and sweet. That being said, I want to leave an honest review regarding the actual services, as I am so reliant on them myself. My initial deep clean was scheduled and the cleaners (2 women, one was training the other) arrived on time and finished in a timely manner (4hrs). Our home is always kept very tidy, and the company requires this, prior to your cleaning, meaning no clutter/laundry/dishes etc.

However, when I came home I noticed a great deal of surfaces including picture walls,doors, frames, tops of lamps, baseboards, window sills that were still visibly dusty/dirty and some dead flies. I immediately photographed these issues and text them to our cleaning coordinator/rep. They were very responsive, but informed me that there were certain parameters and limitations to their "deep clean", and that if I wanted a "wet dust" I needed to specify this and that they only clean one window, one door and one wall, which surprised to me to say the least. Despite my disappointment, I accepted a "reclean" as part of their 100% satisfaction guarantee. The woman and her trainee that had initially cleaned my home came back the next day, did a brief once over and left 20min later.

The second cleaning service I booked, was okay nothing extraordinary or terrible. The third was my final shot at using this company and although the young girl that cleaned for us was very sweet/responsive, she did leave some major oversights - and the bed was not even made. I so wanted to be blown away by this company, as it came highly recommended and has great reviews but perhaps my standards of clean are too particular and I am just not accustomed to so many stipulations on cleaning services, I just wanted it sparkling!

Appointment was easy to make and the cleaners were on time. Had to reschedule for the next day and came right out the and completed the job. This was my first experience and overall I was satisfied with the service.

They did an awesome job cleaning our grout and tile.   They arrived on time, we polite and professional. I was very happy with the pricing and the quality of the work.  I was very pleased not to be given a sales pitch to purchase more services than I had booked.  They also were able to fit me in last minute.

Great service, professional, easy-to-schedule, and reliable. They are slightly more expensive than my previous cleaners, but the fact that they are part of a company vs a person working independently makes it worth it (no worries about them not having insurance and also no worries about tax issues). Also, they have service available on Saturdays, which some other cleaners do not. Give them a try! You will soon be a regular.

The Tidiest Casa you could possibly imagine.

After six months of remodeling my condo and not cleaning it once, it is fair to say that I needed a house cleaning if I wanted my girlfriend to stay. So this last Saturday, I finally gave in. The cleaners came in at 11 AM and left at 1 PM. The team lead was named Veronica and she was understanding, very detailed-oriented, and helpful. After the two hours that the cleaners had been there, this is what I noticed: the floors felt brand new in bare feet; the kitchen was spotless (they even washed our dishes and cleaned an uncleanable range!!); every surface in the house was dusted; the bathroom smelled like flowers (the whole house actually smelled like flowers); and they left a little delicious bar of soap showing their appreciation. I also suspect they went to Hogwarts because there is no way they should've been able to do what they did in the time they did it in.

Eco Mama is amazing. This review will not even justify the amount of stress that has just been lifted off of me. I am a young mother of four all 5yrs and under and a small business owner that works from home. The girls that came to clean yesterday completely transformed my comfort in my home. I told my husband that I dont even think our house has been this clean before and I am typically stressed out at the cleaning that always needs to be done in between of working, caring for the kids, running errands and etc. I have just booked them for a weekly cleaning and it will be the best investment I have made thus far. I am so grateful for coming across Eco Mama!

Nikki was absolutely fantastic!

We had her come to the home I'm in the process of moving out of. It was definitely a challenge! She took that house from looking like an on fire garbage can to looking better than brand new!

Unreliable. "No Showed" without having the professional courtesy or consideration to contact us. I certainly would NOT recommend this cleaning service.

This is rating is just for their customer service as I didn't get to use their services, but was really impressed with how Nicole, the owner, tries to work with all potential customers. I needed a last minute deep cleaning done for my relative's home that had been trashed by one of their tenants. Nicole was so accommodating. I was on a very limited schedule and needed someone to come on a specific day. She offered to work in the evening outside of her normal hours so that I could ensure a timely cleaning of the home. All other companies I called couldn't do it as their schedules were already booked for the week. If I ever need cleaning service again I will definitely reach out to Proficiency Cleaning.

I have been very impressed with the cleaning service offered from Simply Housekeeping. Rose who schedules all my services is friendly, polite, and professional. So far each team assigned to service my home which is two levels has not disappointed me. As soon as the crew arrives they confirmed what exactly is to be done then get right to work. Because of the quality of service offered I decided to schedule house cleaning service on a monthly basis. Thanks to all of the ladies for doing an excellent job. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

Phenomenal service and very flexible! They truly do make your house sparkle - notably the floors, windows and shower doors (hard water is GONE). I've had them over 3x now and it's consistently great. Hire them, don't hesitate.

We had a mess from our renters and needed a quick turnaround getting it cleaned. They fully cleaned the carpet, couch, tile flooring etc. They were very thorough, responsive, professional, tidy and efficient.
