Trinidad, Morgan, and Yesenia took care of me and my home cleaning needs from start to finish. This was my first time working with Dirt Busters. I needed some help getting the house cleaned after our last house keeper ghosted us (I hope she's okay). I was so impressed by the attention to detail. Not only with the cleaning, but with the customer service side of scheduling the appointment and follow up. The handy web portal is awesome and much better than texting and writing checks. I was disappointed in the level of service that was provided for how much we paid. We selected the move-in package, which was to include a deep clean for all the areas which you'd expect (oven, kitchen drawers and cabinets, tubs, blinds, etc.). Upon thorough inspection after the team left, the oven was still horrendous, the tubs had dust in them, there were crumbs in all the drawers in the kitchen, and the blinds/closet shelves were still dusty. I work remotely so when asked to do the walk-through before they left I was in the middle of something and just did a quick inspection of things. I didn't think it was my duty to check every square inch of the house. I realize that perception is different for everyone, but the amount of crumbs I vacuumed out of my kitchen drawers/cabinets couldn't be mistaken for one persons' level of clean vs. another: it purely wasn't done.

I couldn't let the oven slide. I did call the company back and they sent the team back immediately. It took 45 minutes to get the oven clean, and they did a great job. The team was very nice, pleasant and friendly and did a great job on the floors and countertops, but to me I could've saved myself half the cost and done that part myself. It wasn't a terrible experience, but I won't be a repeat customer.

I reached out to a few cleaning services through Yelp, and found Valley's Best quote to be the best. They were very responsive and clear about their approach, price, and coverage. I was also able to schedule our cleaning quickly and at a convenient time.

While one of the associates had an emergency at the last minute and could not join, Jennifer, who serviced our house, was awesome! Besides the great job with the cleaning, we liked her professionalism, attitude, and flexibility to work with us to prioritize the areas we wanted to cover and also stay longer to make up for the missing team member. She was also fully immersed in her work in the planned service window and we appreciated that.

Overall, we were very satisfied with Valley's Best, and especially with Jennifer's work, and plan to engage them on a recurring basis.

My overall experience with them is always positive from talking to Rose on getting a quote to the teams (especially team 6) showing up to clean my house. Everyone is so friendly and so professional. They have been doing a great job keeping the house clean!

Phenomenal service and very flexible! They truly do make your house sparkle - notably the floors, windows and shower doors (hard water is GONE). I've had them over 3x now and it's consistently great. Hire them, don't hesitate.
