Jovanna and crew were great. I needed a deep clean after tenants moved out, they were quick to get me scheduled and took as long as it needed, not just a set # of hours. I highly recommend and will be sure to use them again.

I have not personally used them as of yet. I wanted to share how positive their response was and their effort to communicate was beyond professional and efficient. I appreciate their effort to want to truly help. That means something. Truth has no agenda. ( no matter how many accounts one may have on the internet internet regarding clients) Perhaps the clients are not even aware of that fact. Go to the source. I used and recommended this company to a number of people for years. In the process of preparing my year end books I noticed considerable increases in the automatic payments they have been receiving. First of all, have to say I've probably had more communications with them than most of their customers because their practices of sending numerous people to my home doesn't work for me. I have dogs and I don't appreciate having new people each week or giving out my security codes. We seemed to have gotten over that but then it starts all over again because they can't hold onto employees. I recently learned of the % the actual cleaners get and I am appalled. They don't pay them mileage or for cleaning supplies either. Back to the final straw...they increased each cleaning by more than 20% without even mentioning it to me. When I called today they stated they sent an email  seriously? $200 + unauthorized from my account. This company is unethical and I'm sorry it took me so long to realize the extent of it.

We had some scheduling issues in the beginning, but once that was resolved the team that was sent to my home did a great job. I will continue to use their services.

Would definitely recommend this company! They were prompt getting back to me and scheduling an appointment. We received a text that someone was on their way, they were on time, professional and did a great job on our rug! Thank you!

My house had reached a level of dirtiness that was totally not cool and downright humiliating, but as I work 50+ hours a week on average AND am getting my Master's, sometimes these things happen. I reached the point that I was grossed out and overwhelmed, so was willing to part with $100 to get my house cleaned up.

I've only ever had my house cleaned once, and it was through HomeJoy (now out of business). I was expecting them to sweep, mop, clean the toilet and tub, and vacuum my house, but they went WAY above and beyond that! I went upstairs to grab my laptop, and they were on a ladder cleaning my (super disgusting) fan. I heard my blinds being aggressively cleaned (which I've never done in 4 years), and they haven't even come downstairs yet and my whole condo already smells lemony fresh.

100% recommend and will book again. Also, super sorry to the lady on the crew who's allergies my disgusting house set off. She was a total champ, even through the massive sneeze attacks (seriously, I feel so bad!). I couldn't be happier about the work done!

I have used cleaners before for a move-out, but when I walked into my cleaned apartment I was blown away! It was immaculately clean from top to bottom. I have 2 pets that shed so after moving everything out I realized just how filthy everything was despite keeping a clean house. Tidy Casa was no hassle to book and even followed up when they saw I asked for a move-out clean but didn't select specific services to ensure a thorough move-out clean. I didn't have to be there to let them in or when they were done. I'll definitely use them again and you all should, too!!

Eco Mama has been cleaning my house for over a year.  I am extremely sensitive to chemical smells and so have been hesitant to use a cleaning service.  But Eco Mama does a fantastic job without using harsh chemicals.  Plus I get to feel good about using an ethical company.  I highly recommend them.

Nikki was absolutely fantastic!

We had her come to the home I'm in the process of moving out of. It was definitely a challenge! She took that house from looking like an on fire garbage can to looking better than brand new!

I have never met someone as kind and as thorough as Nikki! She was super friendly and worked her butt off!

We called and they were able to get us in for a cleaning in under a week. And honestly I'm so glad my coworker recommend them. (we've tried 2 other cleaners in the past and have not been impressed for the price) They were on time, very professional, extremely thorough (can we say baseboards are dust free now!) all for an exceptional price. We will absolutely be using them consistently going forward. Zinka and team were simply amazing.

I consider myself very fortunante to have Rebecca and team as my cleaning angels. I live out of town and not only do these gals do an awesome cleaning but they look after my place as though it is their own and whenever I need anything (e.g show a potential renter the place), they are "johnny on the spot". Simply Housekeeping does such a fantastic job cleaning!  The girls who come to my home are extremely professional and work efficiently.  The owner is always available for questions and is quick to respond!  I always look forward to having my home deep cleaned once a month!!

Awesome job!! I am a bit picky when it comes to having folks clean and I didn't need to worry. Melvin and Gloria are responsive , flexible and I highly recommend. Gloria and her team do an A+ job. I started off with the deep clean and today started the monthly cleanings and I feel so relieved that I don't have to try to keep up on my own!!

Jennifer did amazing job for Deep cleaning of my house. She is very dedicated, friendly and double checks once she cleans it.
