I am in love with Ma's Cleaning.  I had a house that hadn't been really cleaned for a good number of months and I have cats and dogs.  Dogs aren't bad, but I have cat hair EVERYWHERE and the dust to go with it.  Well, these delightful ladies worked so hard, and so fast, and left with this place shining like a new penny.   I also have a very full etagere which has probably not been dusted in my lifetime!  Sparkles!  I have no words glorious enough to praise them with.  When I move to my new home, they are coming with!!!

I was having medical issues and was not up to cleaning the house. This business was prompt, had great communication and the team delivered a gleaming house!!!! I highly recommend Leslie's!!! I am now scheduling my ongoing service!

I had Lorana R. Clean my house a few days ago.  This lady knows how to clean.  She goes right to work, she cleaned everything well.  She is just the best. I appreciate Satchel R. for her excellent customer service.  I  love knowing my technician will arrive when scheduled.   Thank you Dirt Busters!

This company was 4 hours late and then literally never showed up. I'm pretty frustrated as they wasted my entire day. Would not recommend. Edited to add that the manager called me and offered me another cleaning free of charge and was very kind and apologetic.

I am moving out of state on Saturday and wanted to get a complete cleaning for my apartment, including carpet cleaning, prior to leaving. I scheduled both apartment cleaning and carpet cleaning with the same company, Valley's Best Cleaning. I scheduled both more than a week ago. The apartment cleaning was scheduled for today and the worker, Ms. Selena, is doing a great job. The carpet cleaning was scheduled for tomorrow at 8 am. The owner called me at 5:30 pm to ask questions about carpet cleaning logistics. He ended up telling me that they could not clean my carpet due to logistics, because they lack necessary equipment. When I told him how upset I was, he became irate and told me that most customers will ask if they can clean carpet for apartments on the inside of a complex. Why would I know to tell him that? Isn't it his responsibility to determine the location and logistics prior to accepting the job. Due to his ineptness and unprofessional action, I must spend the rest of the day trying to find a carpet cleaner. If you, the business owner, does not have all the equipment necessary to complete the job, please do not offer your services. I wish that I could give less than a one.

I have used this company in the past and each time they have come to clean they have done a great job. The crews already know what to do because of sophia the Secretary who is always there and listens to what i need done in my home. The company makes you feel that you are a priority and that your house is always left clean.

Super communication, and the job was awesome in details.  I hold back a star for just nit picks, I wish I could give half a star because except for missing a few places I had to clean myself on the wall and a light switch I was wow'd by the job.  

The window was sparkling, the very messy floor was pristine, the counters were lovely.

Thank you with putting up with my illegible handwriting on my note and for calling the customer rep to call me to clarify.  Also great, great, great customer reps.  I was panicing slightly the night I came to spackle the nail holes because I couldn't find my hammer and nails, but she had put them in the garage with cleaners over them (that's why I didn't see them in the first few times I went through the house).  That knocked me for a loop, but next time I will (in legible handwriting) make a note on anything I want left where I want it... that was my fault.

So my only nitpick was the post by the kitchen and the remote light switch that I needed to clean myself.  I really  was going to give 4 stars, to me it is 4 1/2 so for kindness I will do 5.  It was actually a lot of work as I had left it pretty dirty and so I think I am just being way too picky when I think back on everything had to be vacuumed, swept, etc.

On my part, I would write more legible notes, and also I would suggest to those planning your move out cleaning -- if you want to do some of the cleaning yourself like frig and cabinets, schedule to do your own cleaning first and then have the service come in because you will have to clean where you clean so to speak..... After I cleaned the frig I had to reclean the sink.  My fault entirely.  Just something I wanted to pass along to those in the planning stages of a move.

They dont train their employees properly, pretty much just throw them on the floor and told to clean to the best of your ability. No background checks are done, and they steal. Manager is completely rude.  Watch out!!

Nikki was absolutely fantastic!

We had her come to the home I'm in the process of moving out of. It was definitely a challenge! She took that house from looking like an on fire garbage can to looking better than brand new!

I have never met someone as kind and as thorough as Nikki! She was super friendly and worked her butt off!

She is worth every penny, and then more!

Parker's service is so great! His work is very detailed and efficient! He makes the appointment so clean and bright! The move out cleaning is definitely recommended to everyone who needs!

Paid $350 for deep clean on a home we were about to move in. Came back after the two hour service to find spider webs in plain sight, shelves either not wiped at all or given a quick once over missing the corner. Counter top was supposedly wiped but debris and dust could be felt when we ran our hand over it. The price and the fact it was a deep clean made us think they would clean the appliances but they only wiped the exterior of them. We called and were told they would come back to make it right. Did not hear back from them but at this point we are moved in and did our own cleaning. Do not recommend. Waste of money.

I've only needed their services twice but the owner is always a delight, and the job is always well done.

I was searching for a house cleaning service for my mom and I read the reviews on here and decided to give them a call.  They definitely lived up to the great reviews!  I spoke with Rebecca and she was so accomodating to what my mother was looking for, and very nice and professional! The ladies that came to clean Yuri and Fabi did an excellent job both on the initial clean and all of the following cleanings!  I recommend Oppulence, Rebecca and her staff 100%!

Rose's team is wonderful!  Thank goodness I have found them.  I had gone thru several different cleaners trying to find someone that did a great job...in a reasonable amount of time and...did not leave shoe prints on our travertine floors.  The service has been consistent from visit to visit with the house looking great each time.  I would recommend giving them a try...you will not  regret it!

Phenomenal service and very flexible! They truly do make your house sparkle - notably the floors, windows and shower doors (hard water is GONE). I've had them over 3x now and it's consistently great. Hire them, don't hesitate.

Jennifer did amazing job for Deep cleaning of my house. She is very dedicated, friendly and double checks once she cleans it.
