Jovanna and crew were great. I needed a deep clean after tenants moved out, they were quick to get me scheduled and took as long as it needed, not just a set # of hours. I highly recommend and will be sure to use them again.

I think they may be overloaded. The first cleaning was great. They did not add us to their regular cleaning schedule as planned. I requested they add us to their regular schedule. The day they were to come... the cleaning never happened. I called them again and got an interesting story where allegedly I told them I was out of town and "humg up" on them. verifying the phone number, that is not something that happened. I am taking my business elsewhere. Such a shame. All I wanted was regular house cleaning.

Jill Bonnington does an excellent job every time.  She is polite and respectful.  I love coming home after she has been there.

Dawn did an excellent job. She arrived as scheduled, was thorough in her prestart discussion, got to work quickly, worked fast and finished up in a timely manner. After she was finished, she did my final walkthrough so that I understood and could verify that all was done as discussed. Excellent job indeed!

I really hate to give out a poor rating for this company. The owners seem like fairly decent people who want to satisfy their clients; however, I do not feel honest giving them a good rating based on their employees.

The company gives you a rate for "deep cleaning."  The cleaning people, of course, stretch the work out twice as long as originally contracted for, then tell you they're only going to do their regular cleaning for that higher priced deep clean.

Then, they start in your bedroom, where most people keep their valuables.  They were in there for more than two hours.  When they left, I noticed costume jewelry missing.  Makes me wonder what other valuables I'll realize "vanished" months from now.  Also, a souvenir bottle I kept in my vanity is missing, which I think I heard break but the gal never said a word about it.

After four hours, their regular clean did not include our family room or laundry.  When I was obviously upset, they both quickly cleaned the family room. (Maybe because they spent too much time "cleaning" my bedroom???)

I've hired lots of cleaning people in the past, and there's good ones and bad ones.  Many companies play their little games to bump you up, but this was the first time I've ever had something taken by a company that said they're insured. Maybe they need to be bonded?

I'm giving them two stars because the owners gave me a $30 discount off their $270 bill. I should note, the two girls that came out, wanted to charge us an additional $350, which was ridiculous!  ( And Since when does deep cleaning not include dusting under sofas and tables?)

I kinda feel like a victim of a scam.

Note:  I did call the company and let them know about the above issues, as I thought they would want to know.  That's when they gave me a $30 discount.

I still had a gnawing feeling about how their "service" was delivered, and write the above post. Then I received the following text from the owners:

"Hi Mary!  This is Nate from Valley's Best Cleaners.  I wanted to reach out to you regarding your experience.  We truly feel awful any time someone is not satisfied with our service but I can tell that you had a really poor experience.  The last thing we want anyone to feel is that they were victim of a con-job!  We care about our customer experiences and our reviews so I am reaching out to see if there is anything that I can do for you to leave you feeling a little better about us.  I have spoken to both of the cleaners and they both swear up and down that they didn't remove anything from your home or break anything either.  I know that doesn't help much but they have worked with us for a while now and I've never had any other complaints about this kind of thing happening before...and I am watching them both very carefully now that you have shared your feelings. That said...once again I ask, what can I do so you don't feel all we were trying to do is take advantage of you.  If I were to give you a sizeable refund, would you feel that I tried to make things right and consider improving the rating score?  Is there anything at all that I can do for you to get you to consider leaving us a 4 or 5 star review?  Please think about it as we really do care about customer feedback and poor reviews kill small family owned companies like us.  Thank you for time.  Please let me know."

My response was:

"I'm sorry, but I cannot accept money to change my review as that was not my honest experience.  Best of luck, Mary"

Then, the owner responded:

"I understand.  But let me suggest...from the way I read the review, it seems to me you feel that one of the problems is that the service was not worth the price.  So I am trying to address the problem and offer a solution to give you a price that is more in line with the service you received.  And if I was willing to offer resolutions like this for any customer that has a poor experience, wouldn't that make it the kind of company that you feel you could recommend to others? Meaning...I am not directly offering to pay you for a better review, I am offering to give you a refund to address your major complaint.  But I am pleading...if I were able to address your complaint in a satisfactory manner...i am asking for you to tell others that while you didn't have a great experience, at least the owners was willing to try to make it right.  I totally understand if you still don't feel right changing the review. And I appreciate your consideration."

I've posted their response, as well as my own, because of their response to my Yelp review. Their response makes it seem as though this company "had no idea" what happened during our cleaning experience; in reality, I had already called them and had the above text conversation BEFORE they posted their Yelp reply.

Perhaps if this company cared more about their customer's first cleaning experience as much as their Yelp reviews, they'd get all those 5 star ratings honestly.

AZ Clean Pros is absolutely the most horrible company out there. They have caused over $700 worth of damage to our home by breaking our wood blinds and defacing our stainless steel stove. My sweet husband purchased their services as a gift to me to clean our home after the tile was installed. They have completely ruined such a sweet gift by destroying parts our home. This is not how you run a business!

I am just so impressed with the amazing job Alexis did. What started as a very dusty home ended with everything being so shiny and beautiful . It is a very cluttered home and she cleaned behind every picture frame and trinket in the house. She has basically given us a new home. For 5 hours of deep cleaning it was around $400 so it is pricey but the whole experience was so easy and just overall amazing. I would definitely do it again even though I originally said it was a one time thing. Also if you want the best cleaning person then definitely request Alexis!

I have been using Eco Mama for almost 2 years.  Several members of the family suffer from asthma, and I have horrible reactions to most cleaning supplies.  I love knowing that EcoMama's cleaning products are safe for my family, and the smell is HEAVENLY!  My kids even comment, "mmmm, the cleaners were here!"  The staff is trustworthy and always willing to do what I need, and I love that they are willing to work with my budget to meet my needs.  I know that if I ever have a concern they will be sure to address it, but I usually find them exceeding my expectations.  I teach music classes from my home, and I am constantly getting comments like "Wow your house is so clean, and it smells AMAZING."  I'm happy to recommend Eco Mama!

Nikki was absolutely fantastic!

We had her come to the home I'm in the process of moving out of. It was definitely a challenge! She took that house from looking like an on fire garbage can to looking better than brand new!

I have never met someone as kind and as thorough as Nikki! She was super friendly and worked her butt off!

Parker's Commercial Cleaning is WONDERFUL! We called and spoke with Daniel about cleaning our office. Daniel was polite, professional and was punctual. After discussing our office cleaning needs, Daniel went above and beyond our expectations. We will continue to use Parker's Commercial Cleaning.

We called and they were able to get us in for a cleaning in under a week. And honestly I'm so glad my coworker recommend them. (we've tried 2 other cleaners in the past and have not been impressed for the price) They were on time, very professional, extremely thorough (can we say baseboards are dust free now!) all for an exceptional price. We will absolutely be using them consistently going forward. Zinka and team were simply amazing.

Wow! I am so thankful I found this service! The proprietor came and cleaned my house touching every surface and every item was cleaned under and nearly place back in order. I have used two services in the past months that were horrible. Only touched what was in their "list" everything costs extra. This is a fair fee for getting an absolutely sparkling clean domain. She is prompt, great communication and an absolute pleasure to work with. Run don't walk to hire Proficiency Cleaning!!!

Had Rebecca come and give estimate-she's prompt, thorough, knowledgable, polite, and affordable. She and Mary spent nearly a full day and gave our new home a top to bottom cleaning. Nothing was overlooked. Ceiling fans, light fixtures, furniture, counters, floors, outside table and chairs, window blinds--they did it all. Bathrooms, especially sliding glass shower doors, are undoubtedly cleaner than the entire time previous owner lived there. We our looking forward to their next visit.

I had a very good experience today and it left me very happy. I had my first cleaning from "Simply Housekeeping" and it was outstanding. Every detail was attended to and the result was perfect. The ladies were very through and when they finished my house was perfect. I will be a recurring customer!!

Awesome job!! I am a bit picky when it comes to having folks clean and I didn't need to worry. Melvin and Gloria are responsive , flexible and I highly recommend. Gloria and her team do an A+ job. I started off with the deep clean and today started the monthly cleanings and I feel so relieved that I don't have to try to keep up on my own!!
