Best Cleaning Services in United States

I am in love with Ma's Cleaning.  I had a house that hadn't been really cleaned for a good number of months and I have cats and dogs.  Dogs aren't bad, but I have cat hair EVERYWHERE and the dust to go with it.  Well, these delightful ladies worked so hard, and so fast, and left with this place shining like a new penny.   I also have a very full etagere which has probably not been dusted in my lifetime!  Sparkles!  I have no words glorious enough to praise them with.  When I move to my new home, they are coming with!!!

I have been using Dirt Buster since 2014 off and on. The last 2 years I have specifically been working with one cleaner for the last 2 years and last week last minute I was told they were no longer going to send her. They had made a decision for the cleaner that my home was too far even though the cleaner did not feel that way. When I spoke to the operations manger (Jennifer) she told me that they had grown so much that my request to have one cleaner could no longer be honored. Please keep in mind my request for one person coming to my home and not changing cleaners is too avoid the spread of Covid for my family. I have 2 young kiddos:(. I understand that changes occur for a business to grow but the fact that I had the same cleaner for 2 years and last minute they decided to change things up without much concern for my family is extremely disappointing:(. We have canceled our service.

We are new customers and have only had one cleaning so far but would like to say the experience has been great so far. We have a 1500 sq ft house and need the whole place cleaned.  We do have one small dog and cat, and a large dog, so it's a lot of cleaning.

The booking process was easy over the phone and I am very happy with communication up to cleaning day. I received text messages when our cleaner Meko was en route on the day of our cleaning, and when she had arrived. Meko did an absolutely stellar job on the areas that she cleaned. Every single bit of pet hair and dust was gone and the house looked way better. Unfortunately there was an upcharge for the amount of pet hair she encountered but that seems reasonable for a one time charge.

I would say for the price and the amount of cleaning needed, this company offers a pretty good deal compared to other local companies. We have requested our cleaner Meko back next month as well.

I really hate to give out a poor rating for this company. The owners seem like fairly decent people who want to satisfy their clients; however, I do not feel honest giving them a good rating based on their employees.

The company gives you a rate for "deep cleaning."  The cleaning people, of course, stretch the work out twice as long as originally contracted for, then tell you they're only going to do their regular cleaning for that higher priced deep clean.

Then, they start in your bedroom, where most people keep their valuables.  They were in there for more than two hours.  When they left, I noticed costume jewelry missing.  Makes me wonder what other valuables I'll realize "vanished" months from now.  Also, a souvenir bottle I kept in my vanity is missing, which I think I heard break but the gal never said a word about it.

After four hours, their regular clean did not include our family room or laundry.  When I was obviously upset, they both quickly cleaned the family room. (Maybe because they spent too much time "cleaning" my bedroom???)

I've hired lots of cleaning people in the past, and there's good ones and bad ones.  Many companies play their little games to bump you up, but this was the first time I've ever had something taken by a company that said they're insured. Maybe they need to be bonded?

I'm giving them two stars because the owners gave me a $30 discount off their $270 bill. I should note, the two girls that came out, wanted to charge us an additional $350, which was ridiculous!  ( And Since when does deep cleaning not include dusting under sofas and tables?)

I kinda feel like a victim of a scam.

Note:  I did call the company and let them know about the above issues, as I thought they would want to know.  That's when they gave me a $30 discount.

I still had a gnawing feeling about how their "service" was delivered, and write the above post. Then I received the following text from the owners:

"Hi Mary!  This is Nate from Valley's Best Cleaners.  I wanted to reach out to you regarding your experience.  We truly feel awful any time someone is not satisfied with our service but I can tell that you had a really poor experience.  The last thing we want anyone to feel is that they were victim of a con-job!  We care about our customer experiences and our reviews so I am reaching out to see if there is anything that I can do for you to leave you feeling a little better about us.  I have spoken to both of the cleaners and they both swear up and down that they didn't remove anything from your home or break anything either.  I know that doesn't help much but they have worked with us for a while now and I've never had any other complaints about this kind of thing happening before...and I am watching them both very carefully now that you have shared your feelings. That said...once again I ask, what can I do so you don't feel all we were trying to do is take advantage of you.  If I were to give you a sizeable refund, would you feel that I tried to make things right and consider improving the rating score?  Is there anything at all that I can do for you to get you to consider leaving us a 4 or 5 star review?  Please think about it as we really do care about customer feedback and poor reviews kill small family owned companies like us.  Thank you for time.  Please let me know."

My response was:

"I'm sorry, but I cannot accept money to change my review as that was not my honest experience.  Best of luck, Mary"

Then, the owner responded:

"I understand.  But let me suggest...from the way I read the review, it seems to me you feel that one of the problems is that the service was not worth the price.  So I am trying to address the problem and offer a solution to give you a price that is more in line with the service you received.  And if I was willing to offer resolutions like this for any customer that has a poor experience, wouldn't that make it the kind of company that you feel you could recommend to others? Meaning...I am not directly offering to pay you for a better review, I am offering to give you a refund to address your major complaint.  But I am pleading...if I were able to address your complaint in a satisfactory manner...i am asking for you to tell others that while you didn't have a great experience, at least the owners was willing to try to make it right.  I totally understand if you still don't feel right changing the review. And I appreciate your consideration."

I've posted their response, as well as my own, because of their response to my Yelp review. Their response makes it seem as though this company "had no idea" what happened during our cleaning experience; in reality, I had already called them and had the above text conversation BEFORE they posted their Yelp reply.

Perhaps if this company cared more about their customer's first cleaning experience as much as their Yelp reviews, they'd get all those 5 star ratings honestly.

I just used AZ Clean Pros again, and the service is truly unparalleled! They do amazing work, and the pricing is very fair...i highly recommend!

These folks make it so easy to use their service. Scheduling is easy. Contacting them is easy. Paying is easy. Giving specific instructions about how to handle entry or a specific item is easy. I travel a lot for work and don't have time to fuss around with getting my cleaning scheduled.

I like having a service that checks out the cleaning team for me, so I don't have to worry about it. I tried them when I had a small apartment and liked Maribella and Granier as my team, and then I moved to a larger house and they sent Lida and her team is fantastic. I hope they continue to send Lida's team as they did with the other team.

The cleaning is very good. No complaints. The price is just fine. And my house smells clean when I get home. Thanks, Tidy Casa!

Absolutely wonderful service by this team. They took care of every nook and every cranny with minimal prompts. They knew exactly what I needed with just a quickly penned out prompt. Super thorough, cooperative and so very sweet. It was the best cleaning we've had till date, and we've had a lot with a toddler in the house. Definitely coming back for maintenance cleans. This company is literally a life savior! I needed to book a same day, super last minute job and they accepted it and did a brilliant service. Also, Nicole is super caring and communicative and she passed all the instructions to the cleaners.

Opulence Cleaning has been hands down the best experience I've had with cleaning services!  Her team is extremely thorough and highly reliable. I own a vacation rental property and she takes all the stress away when it comes to the cleaning. I don't leave reviews often but had to leave one for this company! 5 stars!

Rose's team is wonderful!  Thank goodness I have found them.  I had gone thru several different cleaners trying to find someone that did a great job...in a reasonable amount of time and...did not leave shoe prints on our travertine floors.  The service has been consistent from visit to visit with the house looking great each time.  I would recommend giving them a try...you will not  regret it!
