This company works really hard to clean a very filthy house in nine hours and got it ready to put on the market for me. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

Very happy with my experience! They responded to my request quickly and I was able to get on the schedule the following week. My house needed a deep clean and my cleaning professional did not disappoint! Reasonably priced and efficient :)

I thought I had found the answer to bringing my condo up to par. Wrong. I told the lady on the phone that my toilet was especially dirty. She said not a problem. I wanted my home to be cleaned twice a month to keep it clean. I felt relieved that this problem was solved. $199 dollars was charged to my card and I was happy.
   Day of cleaning was very quick. The maid took pictures and I received a phone call. They were not going to clean. My bathroom was too dirty. They would refund my money and refer me to someone who would clean.
   No referral and no refund. So I called my credit card and contested their non service. I would not recommend them because they made 3 promises and kept none of them.

I have a scheduled service with them and Michelle always does a great job. She's super polite and gets the job done- often by herself in my 2000 sq ft home. Anytime I've had an issue with anything (not related to Michelle) I call in and they address any and all concerns with ease. I'll continue using this company as long as they provide thorough services.

I just had a construction/remodel clean up done by Arizona CleanPros (note, I had some trouble finding the Yelp account, there are a few folks using similar names, make sure you have the right one).

Team #3, Cecilia, visited my house.  I called the office and talked to Nancy (?) to schedule, and she was very straightforward, and suggested based on my square footage (I said 1700 sqft since there was some space I wouldn't have them clean) that a team of 3 would likely be on site for 3 to 4 hours.  Having used some miscellaneous housekeepers in the past (not a company) I thought that seemed too high of an estimate.  

Turns out Nancy was spot on, and it was definitely worth it.  Cecilia arrived at 8:30 with a team of 3 (granted about 30 minutes after scheduled, but at least Nancy called at about 8:15 to let me know they were on their way). She asked for an introduction to the house, which I admittedly did a pretty bad job at (my wife would have done a better job).  Nonetheless, they were amazingly thorough.  Without introduction, they ferreted out pretty much everything, figuring out where all the trashcans were, the linens, etc. etc.  

They spent a full 4 hours at my place, but the cleaning was incredibly thorough - there is lots of stuff in this house that has never been touched by a maid, and there was enough staining in the toilets and such that my meager attempts in the past (with a pumice stone) had me thinking they were destined for replacement.  Turning the water on and off in a 1953 house with a little galvanized piping still in the walls does that.  Everything this crew touched was sparkling - including the toilets, and including under the rim.  

More impressive, I had quite a bit of "junk" in the house - we're still moving back in from a storage trailer following the remodel, and there are boxes stacked up and piles of clothes being unpacked.  I had asked them to clean around this stuff and not worry about it, but it turns out they didn't want to leave the corners untouched.  They neatly moved and restacked all of this stuff, and there was no spot on the floor, nor on any countertop that was uncleaned.  Of course they hit all the windows and shutters and vacuumed the AC ducts, and all that good stuff.  Meanwhile, they also happily picked up a couple of other things I asked them to do - clean out the refrigerator and fold some clothes - and I'm not sure the inside of my refrigerator has ever been this sparkly.  Meanwhile, I didn't monitor these ladies or give them any input while they were cleaning - I was on conference calls the entire time.  Given the scope of work, the independent maids I've used couldn't have touched this cleaning in 12 man hours.  I'm impressed.  I'm not sure what the other teams are like, but team #3 is a keeper for me.

What a great company! Ryan was exceedingly gracious and accommodating in our need to reschedule. The gals who did our cleaning did a wonderful job and even washed a few dishes I had in the sink. Great attention to detail. Very pleased. Highly recommend.

We called and they were able to get us in for a cleaning in under a week. And honestly I'm so glad my coworker recommend them. (we've tried 2 other cleaners in the past and have not been impressed for the price) They were on time, very professional, extremely thorough (can we say baseboards are dust free now!) all for an exceptional price. This has to be one of the best experiences I have had with cleaning service. I called and Rose answered the phone and was so pleasant and accommodating. I requested a deep clean of our entire home as a birthday present to myself. She quoted me a price that was reasonable and fair and scheduled my cleaning at a convenient time. The day of the cleaning the ladies arrived right on time and immediately started working their magic. Rose called about halfway through to give me an update and made sure I was aware of the price (I was because she was very clear during our initial call). I got home a little early to find the ladies finishing up the floors. They were so sweet and didn't want me to have to leave for them to finish up, but I didn't want to get in their way. When I returned the house was SPOTLESS!!! Every surface was dusted, the window tracks were clean and my whole house smelled AMAZING! I will use this company again and again and you should too!!!

We had a mess from our renters and needed a quick turnaround getting it cleaned. They fully cleaned the carpet, couch, tile flooring etc. They were very thorough, responsive, professional, tidy and efficient.
