I am in love with Ma's Cleaning.  I had a house that hadn't been really cleaned for a good number of months and I have cats and dogs.  Dogs aren't bad, but I have cat hair EVERYWHERE and the dust to go with it.  Well, these delightful ladies worked so hard, and so fast, and left with this place shining like a new penny.   I also have a very full etagere which has probably not been dusted in my lifetime!  Sparkles!  I have no words glorious enough to praise them with.  When I move to my new home, they are coming with!!!

Leslie and her team are so great with updates ~ so polite and friendly. The crew, two women, did the most fantastic job, often frequently asking me to comment on the clean areas, making sure it's what I expected. I'll be using Leslie's from now on.

had to clean showers after every time they came. complained multiple times to owners who told me "they couldn't reach that level of detail" I just want the shower walls not to have hair and dirt on them after they come.  Worst cleaning service out of 4that  I have used in 10 years

My experience with Maid Easy was fantastic! I was given a window of time which they would be arriving and they were on time. Both women were friendly and jumped right into their work. I also left my small dog at home when they came and felt comfortable doing so. When I returned I was so happy to see everything so clean and dust free!

Hello Brian. I decided to post this review since I have not received any feedback from you. A couple of things to address. PLEASE DO NOT take this as a NEGATIVE review of Carrie. It is meant as a suggestion for her future assignments.
I had already cleaned most of the items in the house, days before Carrie's scheduled date. She was very pleasant and accommodating, worked straight through for 4 hours even refusing an offer of a break, and as a result, I had no qualms about paying her. She did kindly offer to accept only 3 hours since she was late, however, I declined her offer because she was here 4 hours!! Among many of the things that Carrie did was wiping the baseboards, window sills, cleaned several windows (she forgot I said that was not needed) cleaned a couple of the light fixtures and a glass top table in addition to some other things.  However, after paying and checking the house once I spoke to you and after Carrie left, I discovered a few things that disappointed me.
(1) The stand-alone shower in the master bath had not been touched. (Which means it was not completed)
(2) The clear plastic shower curtain in the guest bath was not cleaned. (Which means it was not completed)
(3) The top vented area of the microwave still had as much buildup of grease as previously. (Which means it was not completed)                                                                          I did bring this to her attention, and she said she had cleaned it, but it required more than one cleaning.
(4) The kitchen appliances did not look much better than before her arrival
I did NOT follow her around but took her word that she had completed the tasks that I had discussed and written down for her.
My sense is that the assignment was too large, she needs a bit more training or requires another person to accompany her as a helper.

Just finished having my house cleaned by Arizona Clean Pros and loved the result. Highly recommend this team. And reasonably priced as well. I plan to continue having them clean my home.

After reading the seemingly endless 5 star reviews, I was expecting a lot from this company. The cleaners had arrived promptly within the time frame given and they got right to work.

The good:
-The cleaning was acceptable. The house smelled clean and everything was organized.
-The cleaners were very nice and assured me that they would lock the house when they left, which they did.
-The booking process is as easy as it gets! Pretty much 0 effort.

The bad:
-When the cleaners arrived, they didn't say anything and just walked into my house. I knew who they were, but still a little weird.
-After looking through the house, I could tell that this was probably a rush job. There are areas where it seems like they neglected to sweep/mop and there were numerous surfaces that had not been dusted. There are even crumbs and debris left on the kitchen counters! Some surfaces looked as if they were just given one wipe with a wet rag and nothing else.

Overall, I would use this company again. The ease of booking and the flat rates they charge make things a breeze. I just wouldn't expect a detailed and stellar cleaning. You get what you pay for and I can't be upset about what I got!

Edit:
-The more surfaces I'm finding that are not cleaned is mildly frustrating. These aren't just surfaces that you would never think to clean, they are in plain sight. The top of the microwave, the little coffee station we have, shelves... the list goes on. Just a little frustrating but enough for me to take a star off.

Edit 2:
- I gave a star back for the awesome customer service. I was contacted by the company and offered a re-clean, however, I did decline due to getting the missed spots myself. They were nice enough to discount the service, as was mentioned in the reply, which was not necessary. At the end of the day, I would highly recommend tidy casa due to their extreme dedication to ensuring a pleasant customer experience!

Eco Mama's owner got in touch with me personally and made sure that I was refunded properly for a plate their cleaner broke.

She also offered a complimentary cleaning service for the next time.

Nikki was absolutely fantastic!

We had her come to the home I'm in the process of moving out of. It was definitely a challenge! She took that house from looking like an on fire garbage can to looking better than brand new!

I have never met someone as kind and as thorough as Nikki! She was super friendly and worked her butt off!

She is worth every penny, and then more!

Parker's Commercial Cleaning is WONDERFUL! We called and spoke with Daniel about cleaning our office. Daniel was polite, professional and was punctual. After discussing our office cleaning needs, Daniel went above and beyond our expectations. We will continue to use Parker's Commercial Cleaning.

Wonderful service, meticulous cleaning by Z&S. Will definitely use them again. Cleaned everything to above satisfaction - including dusted ceiling fans, cleaned light switch plates and power outlets, wiped fingerprints from cupboards, swept all dust bunnies away and even did the blinds. I cant say enough wonderful things about Zina. Will definitely be calling on her again for my cleaning needs in the future.

We recently purchased a condo in Phoenix.  Unfortunately, when the last tenants vacated, the place was left in deplorable condition.  Being from out of town, I was not familiar with any of the cleaning companies in the Phoenix area.  After reading the amazing reviews and guarantee for satisfaction, I decided to give Opulence a try.  I could not have been happier.  I needed the team to come in and clean before I could even have the place painted, the carpets cleaned and the tile floors deep cleaned and sealed.  They did an awesome job!  I am very particular in my own cleaning and they reminded me of myself and then some.  They went top to bottom using all types of cleaning tools and getting into all the grungy little crevices that can be found in bathroom, kitchens, etc. Before they left, Rebecca came and made sure that not only I, as the customer, was satisfied with their work but also that she was satisfied with the work that had been performed.  I cannot express how satisfied I am with the work of Opulence.  I wish they were in Ohio!!! Kudos to Rebecca and the team that cleaned our very dirty condo - It was definitely sparkling before they left! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

We had a mess from our renters and needed a quick turnaround getting it cleaned. They fully cleaned the carpet, couch, tile flooring etc. They were very thorough, responsive, professional, tidy and efficient.
