I am in love with Ma's Cleaning.  I had a house that hadn't been really cleaned for a good number of months and I have cats and dogs.  Dogs aren't bad, but I have cat hair EVERYWHERE and the dust to go with it.  Well, these delightful ladies worked so hard, and so fast, and left with this place shining like a new penny.   I also have a very full etagere which has probably not been dusted in my lifetime!  Sparkles!  I have no words glorious enough to praise them with.  When I move to my new home, they are coming with!!!

We had Leslie's house cleaning come by and clean our house, it was amazing everything was spotless it felt like I came home to a new house!! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely, recommend this company for all your cleaning needs. They have outstanding and accommodating  customer service and the ladies who cleaned our home were amazing!

I have used Maid Easy services for one-time cleaning twice now, and I am seriously considering signing up for regular cleanings. I love being able to book online. Our most recent service with Erica was great. She was friendly and communicated well. She understood our cleaning needs easily and worked efficiently. I can tell she focused on the areas that are most important. Coming home to a clean home is so worth it!

Very affordable and my oven and microwave look brand new! We will be using them when we move out too!! Michelle was extremely helpful in setting everything up and Jamie and Tami did a great job cleaning!

This is the absolute WORST cleaning company to use. DO NOT under any circumstances use them to do any of your residential or commercial cleaning needs. Here is what happened to me:

A little background-we have used Arizona Clean Pros for about 4 months and were fairly satisfied with the job they did. I did notice that the quality went down the longer we used them, but having had cleaning services for many years, that seems to be the trend when it comes to cleaning services-I think they get used to the house and go on auto pilot and do the same thing every week regardless of the condition of the house. That being said, we were satisfied enough to keep using them. We had them come every other week. We were having an outdoor party one week and I asked them to add on cleaning of the outdoor space and a deep cleaning of the kitchen for that week in anticipation of the party. I was told by Alyssa (the scheduler) that the team did not have time to complete it, but if they did get any extra time, they would do it. They didn't end up having the time to complete it, so I did it myself. I requested to have an additional cleaning done in the week in between our regular cleanings, and was told a "different" team would be able to do a full house cleaning later that week. This is where things went south fast.

1. The team was over a half hour late to that appointment.

2. When I came home, nothing was cleaned at all-in fact, my husband and I weren't even sure if they had come at all, the only way we knew they had come was because the key was put back in a different spot under the mat and there was a razor blade on the edge of my countertop in easy reach of my two toddlers. That's right, they carelessly left a razor blade out.

3. My account was charged $119 dollars for the "cleaning"

4. When I wrote Alyssa to find out what happened, she said "There was a misunderstanding about the notes in the work order." Meaning, they had done the deep cleaning on the kitchen and outdoor area and had not touched the rest of the house. Let me tell you-there is absolutely no way anything was cleaned except for possibly the sink was wiped down. There was dried food on the counters, outdoor furniture, and floors.

5. Alyssa apologized and said our regular team would come out the next day and do a cleaning of our home at no charge, since we were charged for who knows what the day before. She also never mentioned the razor blade issue at all. We agreed that that was fine to have our regular team come out and clean the following day.

6. The night before the team was scheduled to come "make it right" by cleaning the house again at no charge, I got an email saying that the supervisor would like to come out and basically make me prove how poorly it was cleaned the day before. They requested that I  be there to meet him or her to show them the food that was still dried on everything. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Take time out of my work day to meet a supervisor to prove to them that their team did a crappy job?! Also-in the same email she informed me that I would be charged to the cleaning on the parts of the house that were not cleaned when their team "Misunderstood the work order." RIDICULOUS! I did the deep cleaning on everything I wanted before the party and now somehow I am paying for their mistake, I don't think so.

The last and final straw that really put me over the edge is that they left a razor blade on the edge of my countertop, in easy reach of my two toddlers. Alyssa failed to address this ever in her emails, and in my opinion, that is complete careless work and totally inexcusable.

I have cancelled all future appointments with them and recommend that you do not ever use them.

I had heard from other people that the customer service was poor, and I know I am not the first person to have our relationship with this company end this way. In fact, if you look back at these reviews, you will see that they are very into social media mud slinging and defending themselves against any negative accusation. I guess the whole theory that making your customer happy is important is not in play here. I feel completely ripped off and believe the $119 charge is fraudulent-as no work was done as far as I can tell. Even when they are given the chance to maintain a customer and make things right, they somehow try to make the customer at fault. Absolutely ridiculous and has no place in my life.

I found Tidy Casa on Yelp and they did not disappoint! Today they cleaned my apartment and did a fabulous job! They did so good, my mom will be using them as her new house cleaning service. Thank You, Tidy Casa!

Mary did an amazing job cleaning, she was friendly and efficient. They even charged me cheaper than quoted for the amount of space i had her clean ! Will definitely be using again. Thanks Mary and Sarah!

Nikki was absolutely fantastic!

We had her come to the home I'm in the process of moving out of. It was definitely a challenge! She took that house from looking like an on fire garbage can to looking better than brand new!

I have never met someone as kind and as thorough as Nikki! She was super friendly and worked her butt off!

Wonderful service, meticulous cleaning by Z&S. Will definitely use them again. Cleaned everything to above satisfaction - including dusted ceiling fans, cleaned light switch plates and power outlets, wiped fingerprints from cupboards, swept all dust bunnies away and even did the blinds. I cant say enough wonderful things about Zina. Will definitely be calling on her again for my cleaning needs in the future.

Was looking for a monthly cleaner and I have no more reason to search. The only reason I wouldn't do 5 stars is due to a late start on our initial cleaning. But I'm sure now that we are scheduled for monthly that will be corrected.

After extensive drywall work in our house, I felt completely overwhelmed with dust and grime. Based on YELP reviews, I contacted Rebecca through the Opulence website requesting a "post construction cleaning". She communicated back within the same day and was able to work us in within the next 5 days. It wasn't a small job as it required 5 people for 6 hours of deep cleaning. THEY WERE ALL AMAZING. With Rebecca as the lead, they all worked together and cleaned every surface (from every light fixture down to baseboards) and left the house feeling like it was brand new. I was so concerned about the drywall dust that the thoughtfulness of leaving chocolates on the beds and our throw blankets/decorative pillows looking like the house was staged for a photo shoot upped my joy factor beyond belief.

These folks did a great job. They were very thorough, polite, and professional. Based on this initial performance we have engaged them for ongoing service. Very happy.

Phenomenal service and very flexible! They truly do make your house sparkle - notably the floors, windows and shower doors (hard water is GONE). I've had them over 3x now and it's consistently great. Hire them, don't hesitate.

Jennifer did amazing job for Deep cleaning of my house. She is very dedicated, friendly and double checks once she cleans it.
