Gate repaired and looks great. However have tried to reach him to finish the repair to the gate handle/door knob. I paid for the repairs he has done but he said he would have to order special parts. Never heard from him again.
Update: company responded to me, said the parts needed are on order still, and it sounds like they might not be able to get them. However I do want to change my rating. Because the gate looks great and I'm very happy.

Kevin was professional,  confident  and helpful in selecting the perfect security door with me.  The installer did a wonderful job as well. A perfect experience.

Residential Gate Replacement: From start to finish Sunset Gates provided excellent service. Each of the staff we interacted with on the phone and at our home was calm, competent, professional, knowledgeable, and a good listener. They answered all of our questions and offered thorough explanation of the process, time frame, materials and features of the gate. When on site they wore masks and observed social distancing protocols. Pricing was competitive and work was completed without interruption.  Our new gate is beautiful!  Sunset Gates is highly recommended!

Prompt, high-quality service! We had our aging side gate replaced. Juan found time to stop by, discuss our options, and take measurements earlier than anticipated. The finished product is immaculate - best gate on the block by a mile. What I liked most was the fine-tuned frame he added, so that the pressure of closing is distributed across the entire frame instead of all on the latch. That frame also offers excellent privacy.

So glad we found Paul! We recently purchased a cute 1930's house that had a deteriorating wooden gate and Paul's artistic touch was the perfect addition to the exterior of our home. The corrugated metal panels and patina are such a perfect fit for the house's aesthetic. He really is a true artist and such a great guy! The cost was comparable to wood which seems insane when you think about the longevity of metal AND having such an artisan doing the work.

They did a beautiful front porch railing fabrication and installation between two arches.

Our gate was in need of updating, and on top of it, we had pavers put in which meant the gate needed to be raised up.  Called Geoff and within a few hours he responded.  I sent him a picture of the job and he gave me a fair quote.  Luckily he was able to get the job done within a few days.  Our RV gate looks amazing.  He is responsive, honest, and cares about what his customers have to say.  Very easy to work with.  I highly recommend Geoff!

I put in a request on the Sunset Fence website for a free quote. A day later I receive and email from a sales guy saying they can provide an On-Site consultation for $65 (applicable towards work done by Sunset Fence).  In disbelief I write back to the sales guy asking why there's a fee for a free quote.

Never received a reply. Won't do business with this place.

I have an RV gate that was falling off my wall... I called Designer Gate and he came out and fixed it for me. He was very friendly and professional. I had called a couple different companies & this was the BEST price. I highly recommend Ron for all your gate needs

He followed up when he said he would which means a lot to me. It was so refreshing working with a company that actually did what they said they would do. I HIGHLY recommend Steel Creations & Fabrications for all your gate/fence needs. They do amazing, beautiful work too!!!

Michael is the BEST!  He knew exactly what we needed and that is what he gave us.  He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable!! We needed a fence installed in order to get our spa finished.  He knew the codes, exactly what we needed to comply and came to install it in just a couple of days at a very fair price so we could get the spa finished asap.  Of course it passed inspection, and our spa is now done.  Then; as if I couldn't say enough good things about him, he came out and removed the fence as well.  We have no children in our house and did not want to be fenced in since it wasn't necessary.
Please hire him if you're looking for a  fence,  he IS the best!

We just got our 30 year old, rusty pool fence and gate replaced by AZ Pool Fence and we are so happy.  Rob's estimate was correct and it didn't change (which other companies did after the first meeting).  I interviewed 3 companies and their estimate was slightly lower than the others.  The workers were courteous, quieter than we imagined and clean!  They left our backyard cleaner than we expected.  I recommend this company and their employees!

We can not tell you enough how delighted we are with Mario & Georgegina and to the guys who all worked on our railing project! We are so blown away by their execution, creativity and sense of quality....workmanship!  We absolutely love how their iron rail work turned our home into contemporary elegance!  We are so grateful we were able to work with them!  They were so timely and accurate and always made sure they cleaned up after the days work.  Incredible sense of design and work ethic!!!

We are so very happy we are with our new gate and our entire experience with Tim and Carol.  They are a very personable, husband and wife team who promptly came out to give us a quote to replace our existing RV gate.  They exceeded our expectations on every level.  The custom gate they built for us is stunning!  We originally shared our design idea with Tim and asked if he could customize the gate so that we could have the option of when we wanted out dogs to be able to see out.  He created a very beautiful, functional gate with a privacy plate that can open and close at the bottom.  It works beautifully!  They also reset 4 posts in to our concrete driveway so that we could hang our shade sail up.  Not only did they provide the best customer service and beautiful customized gate, they also were very reasonable with price.  I am so happy we chose Just Gates to do this project for us!  Thanks, Tim and Carol!
