Once again, I must give a shout out to another OUTSTANDING Arizona business.  We purchased a home in Prescott Valley earlier this year.  We have lived in the Valley of the Sun for 28 years.  During those years we've built several homes.  We've had security doors built for each of them.  So, when we purchased our home in PV, we knew we'd be having a Security Door installed.  The security doors on our first AZ home were built by another Phoenix based security door company.  Those doors were just 'OK'.  On our 2nd and 3rd valley homes we decided to go with First Impression Ironworks.  An amazing difference in quality.  Though at first they looked very similar in construction, there was a clear difference in the quality.  A few of the many feature of First Impression Security Doors are the 14-gauge AMERICAN MADE steel used, the top quality powder coating, the hidden vault pins (for added security), the double cylinder locks (for added security), optional Kwik Set or Schlage lock and many more options.  Each door is custom built right there in Gilbert , AZ by First Impression employees.  There is NO OUTSOURCING for any parts or components.  100% made in the USA!   We were thrilled to discover they have a sales representative in this area.  Aaron came to our home to discuss our ideas.  After submitting and getting our door approval through our HOA, we contracted to have our First Impressions, 'Elite Horizon' door built.  One of the many things we love about their doors is the ability to change out the screen to either another screen (multiple color options), or glass or a perforated steel screen (which we have in the valley).  For dog lovers, they can even build their steel doors with a built-in doggy door (we have 2 in the valley).  First Impression has ALWAYS been wonderful to work with.  TOP NOTCH customer service!  Our door was completed and installed in less than 3 weeks from contract signing AND BEST OF ALL, no special work had to be done to prep our door frame for their installation.  I encourage anyone thinking about having a security door, iron interior door, iron or wood gate, trellis, window guards, security screens or a host of other products built, consider visiting their website. Or, better yet, give them a call to discuss your needs.  I promise, you won't be disappointed.  Remember, they might be based in Gilbert, AZ (with multiple showrooms in the valley), but they also have an active business and large clientele in northern Arizona.  

Oh, for those who think I write reviews for businesses for pay, I don't!  I just believe businesses who offer superior products and services deserve to be recognized!

It took a little longer to complete than I had been told but the fence is perfect and the installers were friendly and proficient.

The reviews on here are absolutely true. Bob is professional, detail-oriented, honest, and a pleasure to work with. I interviewed multiple other fence companies before I decided to go with Ace Fence.

To be honest, I'm usually used to being at least somewhat disappointed with work that is done on my house/yard; it never seems fully up to par. It was a breath of fresh air to work with Bob and to see the quality of his work. I didn't have to go through at the end and have the team fix things (which I have had to do with other contractors unfortunately). That's because Bob is there and constantly has his eye on the quality of the work.

I have a rental proerty in Tempe. Both the back RV gate and side gate weren't looking to good and the RV gate was becoming an issue to open.
Good service over the phone, showed me written prices, I like this because its prof that they give everyone the same prices and that they believe that they are priced correctly.  
After a phone quote they went out and made sure that the price was right for the door size.
After that they called me up, did everything over the phone, credit card and appointment time.
After the install I got a call to check it out, which i did an was very pleased with the result.
Sunset Gates made this task easy. Gate looks good. I will definitely recommend them.

Alex and his crew did a phenomenal job on our side gate and sliding RV gate. Everything is custom, and comes with a quality guarantee. They managed to get everything done less than a month after hiring, plus hauled away the old rickety gates at no charge. We even had a hole in our metal awning on the new place we bought, and with rust running through, and they managed to patch that up. Needless to say, if I have ANY welding needs, I'll be calling him. Well worth going with the little guy over one of the bigger companies.

Such a great company!  Punctual, affordable and knowledgeable. We really appreciated their work and will certainly be recommending them to friends and neighbors!

My gate was a horrendous mess of rotting wood and peeling paint! (It was probably the original one from 1997.) Geoff created an absolutely beautiful replacement in exactly the right color. He and his crew were friendly and professional, and they left no mess behind. They even installed it on a Sunday!

I couldn't be more pleased!  From speaking with Amy to meeting Bob onsite, everyone was friendly, professional and informative.  I had a block side wall being pushed up by a pine tree, which created huge gaps and instability.  Bob came out to assess the situation, provided a fair quote and work started swiftly.  The wall was rebuilt from the bottom up and pine tree roots were cut as well. They did such a great job, arrived on time and completed the wall same day.  I would never hesitate to contact them again - fantastic job and fantastic people!

Truly WOW!  What a beautiful door.  I was originally hesitant about spending the extra money versus a cheap Home Depot solution but I'm so glad I invested in a quality door.  My door at my old house allowed bugs to crawl underneath but this door is sealed bug tight even at the bottom.  Words can't do it justice you need to give these guys a call from the initial sales call with Mike to the install everything was superb!

I was at a clients house a few months back and noticed the quality of their mesh pool fence as compared to others I've seen. She gave me Michael's contact info and assured me his price was the best of 4 quotes.  Michael came out within a few days of contacting him for a quote.  It was very reasonable.  He's a very personable and professional guy as well as his employee Joaquin.  Being a contractor myself, I could not be happier with the finished product and we feel much safer while my 17 mo old granddaughter is in the back yard!

This company doesn't care about safety.  They install crummy quality. It broke immediately, this is why they only take cash or check, no recourse. They will  not come fix the broken gate that they poorly installed or the sprinkler line that installer broke.
They showed up on time for sales pitch, but late for install. Nothing good to say they lie,they are rude after sale. Run fast away from this company

Great experience! We had 4 quotes. We based our choice off of professionalism and price.
Mario is great. He was out right away and we received a professional shortly after. Communication was great throughout. They were always on time. Mario works as hard or harder than his employees. They demoed part of my wall to expand my gate and rebuild a pillar. We went with all metal due to the lack of composite slats. It was about the same price and it looks great. It will be less maintenance in the future.
Mario even called a week later to make sure I was satisfied.

We love working with Gabe. We hired Dig It Design to completely redo our front yard. Sacred Steel handled all the custom steel work, including edging and planters (rectangle and V-shaped). Gabe was very knowledgeable and executed the work beautifully!

Just had my gate installed by Tim and his wonderful wife Carol. They were great throughout the process offering a consultative approach for a pretty small custom gate. The prior gate was the original gate from when the house was built in 1980 so it needed an upgrade. Needless to say I decided to move forward with Just Gates LLC based on the response time and ability to customize the gate to my liking. Competitors didn't offer privacy straps or the customization that Just Gates had. They did a fantastic job. Next time I won't even waste the time speaking with other companies. Thanks for the great craftsmanship and high quality customer service.
