Lev did a great job repairing my security gates.  He was on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently.  I was super impressed with this young man and would recommend him to anyone who needs to replace the wooden slats in your gates! Super Job!!

Very professional company. From first contact through installation they kept us informed. It was a couple of week wait for them to come out to give us a quote and then several more weeks for the items we ordered to be delivered and installed but they met every given deadline. The person who came out to give us a quote was knowledgeable and took accurate measurements. The installer was very professional and did a great job. One of the doors had a part that was not working right and he put in the request for service and the office immediately scheduled a time to come out and fix. The doors are beautiful and everyone has commented on what a nice addition to our home they are. These are so much better than the ones we have had installed on previous houses. You notice the quality every time you look and open the doors. I cannot recommend this company enough, these doors will last a couple of lifetimes.

Abraham responded to a quote I requested on Angi's list.  He responded the very next day, set up a time to view and quote the project.  He texted he was on his way, and arrived right on time.  His estimate was one of the lowest, and I really appreciated that he reused most of the materials from our fence oops.  He scheduled a day to do the project and I was shocked how quickly it was done.  It looks great!  Awesome communication, held true to the estimate, please with the end result.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. So So refreshing to have an honest hard working person. Bob gave us a quote, told us it would be 2-3 weeks out. We had a conflict with another contractor; Bob and his crew came out the next day. We never once questioned or worried about what they were doing. Bob and his crew are perfectionist, you could see they took the time to make sure the pool fence and gate were perfect. They were neat, quiet, and extremely professional. Love Love them!

Our pool company's demolition subcontractor damaged our existing side yard gate. So I had to get it replaced because one panel is literally pulling the stucco off the side wall of my house! I contacted several businesses and Sebastian (Gates The Right Way) came off as efficient, honest, and knowledgeable. He came out, did the measurements and gave us a bid. In a little over a month, we have a brand new gate installed the right way (with a new metal post in concrete footing instead of attaching it to the side wall with toggles). The gate looks great and we are already getting compliments from our neighbors.

We could not be more happy with JM Custom Iron Works.  Juan came out years ago to measure our doors.  He was professional and extremely helpful.  They designed our security gates and installed them beautifully.  We get so many compliments on our doors.  We loved them so much that we ordered more a few months ago.  We have saved a ton of money on our electrical bill as well.  We open our doors at night and feel safe knowing the security doors are locked.  In the morning our house is cooled and it lasts all day.  We don't have to run our air conditioning until June.  I highly recommend this company.  It's an amazing upgrade to your home.   The doors could not be more beautiful.

I recently contacted Alex to have my RV gate fixed after a landscaping company took it down and didn't reinstall it properly, ever since then it would blow completely off the wall in the storms- he responded to my message the next morning, came out that day- and completed the job the same day at an extremely reasonable price! Couldn't recommend anyone more!!!

The wrought iron fence that we had installed was done well. However, the painting of it was not. I am doing my 2nd major touch-up in less than 2 years since it was installed in May of 2018. They also came back once to touch it up after 10 months of installation, which makes 3 times. However, there is only a one year guarantee. I am going to have to have the fence completely repainted in the near future and it is not a small fence. Buyer beware.

I am very very happy with the result of our gate. It was dragging on the ground, the lock latch had broken off, and it needed a new staining/paint job. Such nice guys and did a terrific job in about 2 1/2 hours. Great price in my opinion also. Would totally recommend them

I'm impressed just by the help I received over the phone. The young lady(I apologize I didn't get your name) who helped me was able to answer a lot of my questions even before I asked. Then gave me some references to my side of town and who might be able to help us out sooner. I really like everything that was covered over the phone and Thank you for all the help. Just completed a project with Mike Stocker  at Steel Creations & Fabrications. Reputable, reliable and honest are great ways to describe this experience and these folks. And.......their work is top notch! They replaced my exterior fence and it looks beautiful!

We had a fence put in and it was quick and easy! They did a great job and the fence looks amazing.

Our mesh fence was installed yesterday by Chad Jr. and we could not be more pleased! We just purchased our home and the landscaping/design of the yard was not exactly built for a fence. With two kids a fence was a no brainer, but we were concerned that the fence would take away from the beauty of the yard, however Chad Jr did such an amazing job- going above and beyond to make sure it looked right and we love it.

Also, I want to mention that our original consultation with Rob was great- we were yet not living in town at the time, but he met with a family member at the house. I instantly thought he was awesome when he knew we were away and text me a photo of a package that was at my door! Rob gave his best advice on location of fence ect and updated me with photos. Im really glad he recommended a brown fence because it looks great! Thank you!!

Our side gate was in horrible condition with the bolts no longer staying in the cinderblock wall, cracking and peeling paint, and rotting wood.  It took two people just to open or close it.  After discovering a new gate could cost thousands, my husband and I decided to live with it since we couldn't afford to replace it.  Eight years later we decided it was time, however during my research to find a company to do the job I found Just Gates.  It had never occurred to me that the gate could be repaired, so I decided to call.  After I described the dimensions and composition of my gate, Tim quoted a price over the phone of less than $250.  This stunned me.  For that amount of money, my husband and I figured if it worked, we would save a ton of money, and if it didn't we wouldn't be out that much.  Tim came to my home prior to the installation to measure and fully assess the job.  He confirmed the price and appointment time.  The work took several hours and when he completed his work my gate looked BRAND NEW.  You would never know it was the same gate.  Now it works perfectly and I am SO pleased with the value and outstanding workmanship provided by Just Gates.  My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner.
