If you are looking to replace your gate, seriously do not look any further.  Jim is great! He did an amazing job on my gate. Looks beautiful and better than what I expected.  His work is seriously top notch and his prices beat any other company I looked into. He responds quickly,  gets the work done quickly,  and leaves the area clean and better than his it was before.  So happy I found him ( by reading other reviews) and had him replace my gate. Hes wonderful!

If I could give zero stars I would. Poor craftsmanship and even worse poor customer service. We purchased a front door, entry gate and backyard gate and it has been a nightmare working with this company.

1. The backyard gate design pattern was installed uneven. The semicircular metal pieces didn't line up. I just called and the lady I have been working with Wendy Walsh quit 3 weeks ago. No one called me to inform me of this. I had been emailing her since June and it is now mid September.
I last emailed her a month ago and she was unaware that this was not taken care of.

2. The installers where jumping over our small retaining wall in the front of the house when they j installs the entry gate. Unfortunately, they cracked it. That took 2 months for them to fix, which just included putting glue in the crack. It's still noticeable. However, what makes me even more upset is that they lied about it. They said it was already there! It's one thing to break something, but please be professional and own up to it.

3. There is a space between the entry gate on one side. It wasn't measured properly. I don't have the energy to fight about this. They dug up and cut our water lines, which caused our front yard plants to die while I was waiting to have my Landscapers fix it.

The doors may look nice, but their costumer service is horrible! I spoke with Jennifer the manager this morning who first told me she took over the case but then never reached out when her staff member quit. How is this good customer service? Buyer beware!

Jennifer with customer service contacted me to via email. There's nothing they can do to improve this or make up for the months of lost time, multiple unreturned phone calls and emails. Waste of time. Future and potential clients should be aware.

Requested a quote and received confirmation online right away.
THE GUY DID NOT SHOW!!!  When I called him at 9am he did not sound like he even knew he had an appointment, then said he was in Tempe and could make it to Phoenix in 30 minutes.   I called again 30 minutes later and he started to make excuses that he did not have my number.....
What happened to the info on the online confirmation!   Needless to say
I did not make another appointment.   If ACE Fence Co gives this type of
customer service, I can only image the quality of the work.

I contacted Sunset Gates, made a quote appointment.  They arrived as scheduled and was very professional.  Their prices were very competitive.  Measurements were taken that day, we were given a 4-6 week turnaround time.  Add the end of the third week we received a call and scheduled the installation date for the next week.  They arrived as scheduled and we could not have ask for any better service.  From the beginning to the competition of our gates everyone was top notch.  Great job!!!

Alex and his crew did a phenomenal job on our side gate and sliding RV gate. Everything is custom, and comes with a quality guarantee. They managed to get everything done less than a month after hiring, plus hauled away the old rickety gates at no charge. We even had a hole in our metal awning on the new place we bought, and with rust running through, and they managed to patch that up. Needless to say, if I have ANY welding needs, I'll be calling him. Well worth going with the little guy over one of the bigger companies.

Juan is amazing! The craftsmanship of the door is such an incredible quality. He did excellent with what we wanted in the design. He was very thorough and friendly. Such excellent customer service and very reasonably priced.

Everything from the design, fabrication, to the installation was flawless and easy. I would highly recommend Juan and JM Custom Iron Work.

Paul truly does beautiful work. Using only a couple references he was able to create exactly what we were looking for. His fabrication is top notch, but his patina and finish work created a true one of a kind product. He communicated clearly throughout the process, and actually listened to our responses. He finished the work per his stated schedule and cleaned up the site before he left. I couldn't recommend him more.

Alex came out the same day I called, which was a Saturday, to repair my gate. My gate was opened too far and a weld broke and it was also dented. Ales pounded it out to straighten it and installed the new bracket and welded it on the spot. After touching up the paint, it looks better now than it did when it was new. I hope I don't need any gate repairs or iron work done in the future but if I do I will only call Alex to get it done the correct way the first time. Very dependable, does quality work and I would use him and recommend him without hesitation.

We highly recommend Aldo's! Great company. Jessica was great to work with as was the to workers, they really took pride in there work. We would use Aldo's again for sure.

Geoff and Cam did an amazing job on our gate and garage doors! They were prompt, friendly, considerate, and their work was awesome!! Would highly recommend them for your gates and garages!

I'm impressed just by the help I received over the phone. The young lady(I apologize I didn't get your name) who helped me was able to answer a lot of my questions even before I asked. Then gave me some references to my side of town and who might be able to help us out sooner. I really like everything that was covered over the phone and Thank you for all the help. I will be calling again.

Super responsive and awesome work. Called Ron on Monday gates installed and done before noon Wednesday. Gates look great and seem heavy duty. I would absolutely recommend Ron, he's friendly and fast. One thing he said that stuck with me was get it done right the first time and let me tell you, he doesn't disappoint. Great job Ron!!!

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Mike of Steel Creations. He was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. When he said he would be here, he was. He followed up when he said he would which means a lot to me. It was so refreshing working with a company that actually did what they said they would do. 5/16- Gina I am not a competitor just an UNSATISFIED customer. Instead of accusing people of doing things to hurt your business try being professional and courteous. Your response is super LAME but goes along with what I expect from your services.
The only interaction I have had with this company is talking with Gina on the phone.  I decided to go with a different company after talking to Gina a second time.  After I asked what day she thought they could come out, she rescheduled my appointment to 2 weeks after the original date.  Then she told me I had to have faith in them and be patient and someone would be out.  She also told me that she was the owner and that she had a bunch of employees quit and that its been really busy there.  Maybe that's not the best information to give to prospective clients, it just shows that I should not have faith in you and what happens if everyone quits the day before youre scheduled to come out to my home, or have confidence in your employees to do the best possible job.  Gina also is rude and has a bad bedside manner.  Go with a different company!

We can not tell you enough how delighted we are with Mario & Georgegina and to the guys who all worked on our railing project! We are so blown away by their execution, creativity and sense of quality....workmanship!  We absolutely love how their iron rail work turned our home into contemporary elegance!  We are so grateful we were able to work with them!  They were so timely and accurate and always made sure they cleaned up after the days work.  Incredible sense of design and work ethic!!!

I had at least half a dozen architects and contractors look at our master suite project, but none of them had the skill, vision, or knowledge of Sacred Steel AZ.  From understanding how to preserve the original block (I had master masons tell me that wasn't possible), to knowing the structural constraints of the wall, to working within the overall aesthetics of our home, Gabe Castle demonstrated professional expertise that surpasses his competitors.  He worked meticulously on every detail of our slider door to ensure a perfect, unique final product.  He also took time to collaborate with me about different decisions during the process.  Sacred Steel did all of this for a fraction of the price of other bids...and for 100% custom work!  The true beauty and quality of this project has far exceeded my expectations for only a fraction of the price.  Now I'm eager to see how Sacred Steel can blend more steel features across the exterior of the home.

I just had my RV gate repaired by Just Gates. They were quick, cost effective and Tim kept in communication with me through the process. He even sent me before and after photos! Would definitely go with these guys again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for good service!
