Our old wood gate had been neglected for 20 years.  Handy gate man restored the wood and metal to just like new, looks great!  Very happy with the results.

Had security door installed a couple of weeks ago.  While they were installing I told them the steel mesh screen didn't fit tight to the frame.  Installer said maybe they could screw it down more.  I told them it would bulge between the screws and that at these prices I wanted it to fit right.  He said they would have someone from repair department call me back.  In the meantime I called repair myself and was told I'd have a call back within 24 hours.  About 15 minutes after installer left he called me to say he spoke to repair department and it turned out they put the screen frame on backwards and he was coming back to turn it around!  This is their so-called professional installers that only work for them?  They should certainly know their product!  About 2 weeks later I started having trouble opening the door and unlocking it from inside.  I called repair department and was told someone would call me back the next day or the day after that.  That was a week ago and still haven't heard from anyone.  The door is beautiful which is why I gave them 3 stars, but their customer service department is terrible and I don't think their installers are experienced enough.
2-21-17  I was contacted by Phil of First Impressions about the problems I've been having.  He was very apologetic and promised he would see to it that everything was made right.  True to his word, he sent out a man to correct the problems with the lock.  I was happy, then a couple of days later I had problems again.  I called Phil and in less than 24 hours a new person arrived to fix the problems.  He was great, he replaced the lock mechanism and re-keyed the lock.  He made sure I was satisfied with the way the lock was working.  I can now say I am very happy with my First Impressions security door!

I'm so happy we found this company on Yelp! Very responsive, friendly and professional. We have had a single post mailbox  since we moved in and finally got a sturdy stucco one built !

Bob built a gorgeous wrought iron pool gate for child proofing our pool for our children.  He advised us on the right location of the fence with his vast experience and insight on keeping the pool and pool area child free.  The fence is clean, painted precisely and done by a real professional.  His price was GREAT and very reasonable.  We added a self closing gate with a Magna Latch for additional safety for our 9 month old and 3 year old. I would highly recommend Bob and his team of professionals on their quality and efficient work!

Originally they came out in early December to do a walk through and quote me. They were very transparent about timeline and installed within the deadline they promised. I had two custom gates that were very heavy duty and they accommodated it all well. Really happy with how it all came out looking and the customer service they provided.

Alex and his brother helped me with a railing for an outdoor staircase and ledge. He let me know when we started working together that he was really busy but they seemed like one of the best so I was determined to work with them. Even though it took much longer than I would have liked I was amazed with how it turned out. They achieved exactly the look I was going for and the install was a simple one day project. No fuss. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had two metal awnings made and installed by JM Custom Iron Works to go over sliding glass patio doors. The awnings needed to match existing ones that were in place over our windows. The final product looks EXACTLY as I hoped it would. The craftsmanship is excellent and the installation solid. I wish I had more projects for JM to work on as I have complete confidence they would be done well. It was also easy to work with JM. Juan seems like a really good guy.

Paul and I collaborated on a 16' RV gate build, and he is clearly an experienced and resourceful welder, especially fabricating on-site in the field. Paul has the skill and experience to complete your project on time and on budget.

I am amazed at the quality of their work and prompt completion of the project. I had two ugly and worn out RV gates with a few broken slats and they were very weather worn from the sun. What a beautiful job they did. They repainted the ironwork, added new bolts and I had redwood slats put in. I am so satisfied with the appearance of the RV gate now. The RV Gate looks new. My neighbor and I split the cost of replacing the wooden fence between our yards with block. This was a large job, as in total I believe 4 separate homes were involved. Jim was our project manager (for lack of proper title) and did a great job communicating and keeping me informed throughout the project. They showed up on time and go to work right away. These guys know how to get things done! Demo, haul away, and almost my entire wall was up in just 2 days! The crew were friendly and focused and did a solid job. Further, Ruben identified an issue with the leveling performed the prior day, which meant he & his team had to do about 4 hours of re-leveling and cutting blocks in order to rectify it. The integrity he displayed is sadly lacking in far too many people, but not this man. He easily could have pretended not to notice. I may have never known, but he did the right thing when nobody was looking,  and should be highly commended for that. I only even know about this, because I saw them doing the work over and asked him about it. One of my sprinkler lines was busted during their prep work, which was my fault b/c I had no idea it had been run diagonally, and by the next day when I showed my yard guru what needed to be fixed, I discovered it had already been repaired. I asked Jim about it and indeed, it was him. Outside the scope of his job, but another example of going the extra mile. While they've still a bit left to do, I'm beyond pleased thus far and would recommend this family owned and run business to anyone who asked me for a referral. Oh, and Amy in the office was great to work with as well.

Absolutely terrific experience with Steel Fabrications!  Mike Stocker visited our home, discussed what we desired, and took measurements for the bid, which came promptly--and reasonably.  Mike even assisted in expediting the approval process of our HOA.  Later measurements and installation were done quickly and satisfactorily--which is an understatement.  The gate we acquired from Steel is beautiful.  The entire operation of Steel Fabrications is first rate, professional, and friendly.  Great business and great people.

We are so very happy we are with our new gate and our entire experience with Tim and Carol.  They are a very personable, husband and wife team who promptly came out to give us a quote to replace our existing RV gate.  They exceeded our expectations on every level.  The custom gate they built for us is stunning!  We originally shared our design idea with Tim and asked if he could customize the gate so that we could have the option of when we wanted out dogs to be able to see out.  He created a very beautiful, functional gate with a privacy plate that can open and close at the bottom.  It works beautifully!  They also reset 4 posts in to our concrete driveway so that we could hang our shade sail up.  Not only did they provide the best customer service and beautiful customized gate, they also were very reasonable with price.  I am so happy we chose Just Gates to do this project for us!  Thanks, Tim and Carol!
