Couldn't be more pleased with Lev's work and service.  He communicated well, was clear about pricing and delivery (both excellent), and was true to his word.

Purchased custom gate, scheduling was a bit difficult, communication was lacking.  Biggest problem is the gate didn't come with a stop nor was it recommended that I add that on.  The gate did put a hole in my stucco on a new house.  When I reached out it was just basically said you should get a stopper and it's an internal debate as to if we should offer those upon installation. Regardless I like the gate but not so much on the customer service.  Many options in the area for these products.

The gentleman came out for measurements after giving me a quote. (I had given him a rough measurement.) He was on time and I accepted his offer. He gave me a due date and exceeded it by a week. The gate is beautiful and much better quality than the old! I'm very pleased with his work.

The whole process was a breeze - I was given pricing on the first phone call, they came out and measured same day, and we had a new gate constructed and installed in less than 2 weeks. Residential Gate Replacement: From start to finish Sunset Gates provided excellent service. Each of the staff we interacted with on the phone and at our home was calm, competent, professional, knowledgeable, and a good listener. They answered all of our questions and offered thorough explanation of the process, time frame, materials and features of the gate. When on site they wore masks and observed social distancing protocols. After basically being scammed by a neighbor who claimed they could put in a gate for us and knew what they were doing these guys fixed what was wrong. They were fast affordable and communicative. Before they came slates of our gate were falling off constantly these guys fixed it.

We just got our new RV 10 ft wide gate installed yesterday July 14th and could not be more pleased ! From my initial contact for a quote the staff was awesome to work with,  they came out exactly  when they said. Salesman  Mike who provided the estimate  was professional  and not pushy but the quality  of  product sales itself. They provided  drawings and samples for HOA approval. They also provided  a temporary gate after removal of existing  gate.  The customer  service  throughout  the process including  accomodating us with working around pool construction was impeccable. The craftsmanship  of our gate and the installation  of it was 100 % the definition  of perfection!  I highly and sincerely  recommend Steel  Creations  & Fabrication.

I had at least half a dozen architects and contractors look at our master suite project, but none of them had the skill, vision, or knowledge of Sacred Steel AZ.  From understanding how to preserve the original block (I had master masons tell me that wasn't possible), to knowing the structural constraints of the wall, to working within the overall aesthetics of our home, Gabe Castle demonstrated professional expertise that surpasses his competitors.  He worked meticulously on every detail of our slider door to ensure a perfect, unique final product.  He also took time to collaborate with me about different decisions during the process.  Sacred Steel did all of this for a fraction of the price of other bids...and for 100% custom work!  The true beauty and quality of this project has far exceeded my expectations for only a fraction of the price.  Now I'm eager to see how Sacred Steel can blend more steel features across the exterior of the home.

Sounds like Tim and Carol build very nice gates but unfortunately waiting three weeks for them to come out and measure and then another week for an estimate was just too much.  Carol told me that I would have a bid today and when I asked her if it was available she said no not yet, maybe tomorrow.  sounds like they build excellent gates from what other reviewers say but their customer service skills are really lacking and that was a deal breaker for me.
