I had Lev install a new RV Gate. From the start, he was a professional.
1. Lev got right back to me with an initial quote, and within 2 hours he had been to my house and gave me an exact quote with some options.
2.Lev sent me a picture on what part of the wall/original gate would be taken out and where the new pillar would be.
3. Lev scheduled his masonry partner (Alvaro) for 8 a.m. on Saturday, Alvaro was their promptly at 8 and was finished with the work around noon.
4. The masonry had to dry for a couple of days, Lev scheduled to come out at 9 a.m. on Tuesday was promptly their at 9 was finished with the gate install by 1:15. Which I might add is awesome looking.

I would highly recommend Lev.

My wife and I were thinking about replacing our wood front door with an iron one for some time when we stumbled across First Impressions. they had a good variety of options and displayed the level of service and professionalism we like in a business.  We immediately pulled the trigger and had our new front door installed a few weeks later. the door had a couple of scratches in an obvious location. It took a couple of visits to completely remove the obvious scratches and we couldn't be happier with our new door. They told us if we weren't happy with the repair, that they would replace the door. A few weeks later, we purchased a matching courtyard gate and are just as happy with the product, service and installation. Good company!

I can not comment on the actual work of this company but the owner no showed two appointment times. The first time, a four hour window was given. Waited for 5-6 hours, no communication, no apology. Set up another time, said he couldn't make it an hour before the scheduled time. No apology. Don't schedule your day around an appointment from this company.

We have a pool and a young (toddler) grandson. We knew we wanted to put a fence around it for his protection and safety. We got bids from a few people, but we were really impressed with Bob and his bid. First, he agreed to come on a Saturday, so my husband could be here.  My husband has over an hour commute every day so meeting Monday through Friday can be impossible and finding people willing to accommodate a weekend time can be tough at times. Bob listened to what hubby wanted with the fence and didn't try to convince him to do something else (as another company had wanted him to do). The fence around the pool is absolutely gorgeous. Bob worked with his workers to get the job done. He didn't farm it out, but was here from basically start to finish. We also had him put in two side gates. That work also was very good and looked very professional, etc. We caught him in a time that he was very busy with a lot of other projects but he kept us informed of how long the wait would be and was within days of what he said the wait would be. He didn't demand a deposit up front but got paid at the end of the work. We don't have any more gates or fences to put up, but it we did, we would definitely use Bob and Ace Fence Company. He is worth the wait. You won't be disappointed.

We were thrilled from start to finish with Sunset Gates! Everyone was extremely helpful including John and Justin who installed the gate. The price was reasonable and they helped to get us in quickly! The gate looks great and we would use them again.

Company was responsive given their busy workload and the holidays. Came out quickly to measure and were back within a week to complete the replacement of wooden slats for my RV fence. Did a great job at a fair price.

Work is high quality and very focused on customer service. Definitely would recommend you give this company a shot for your business

They did a great job on our side gate. It was a small job that other businesses weren't as eager to take on.

Paul truly does beautiful work. Using only a couple references he was able to create exactly what we were looking for. His fabrication is top notch, but his patina and finish work created a true one of a kind product. He communicated clearly throughout the process, and actually listened to our responses. He finished the work per his stated schedule and cleaned up the site before he left. I couldn't recommend him more.

The whole team at Gate Repairs and Mobile Welding was so pleasant to work with. Communication, information and their work was impressive. Araceli communicated our different choices and the related price differences for our gate repair. A team member verified and approved the plan, everything agreed on was listed detailed in writing. We knew stucco work is not covered but referral was given. At the end, very minimal stucco work has to be done. We received appointment reminders, were informed when the team was on their way and payment was easily done online. The team reinstalling the gates did such great work. Our gates look like new. I had Aldo make a gate and privacy barrier at our home in CantaMia. He did a great job, and we moved down the road to another home and needed a security gate fabricated and installed. It is absolutely beautiful and we are so happy with his work. I strongly recommend Aldo's Metal Fabrication.

These guys do great work, everything from removing the old, worn panels to prepping to frame for painting, cutting the new panels to size.  Like-new condition with a fresh coat of paint and composite panels to withstand our brutal sunshine.  I couldn't be happier with the outcome, and highly recommend Gates by Geoff for your gate refurbishing project.

I put in a request on the Sunset Fence website for a free quote. A day later I receive and email from a sales guy saying they can provide an On-Site consultation for $65 (applicable towards work done by Sunset Fence).  In disbelief I write back to the sales guy asking why there's a fee for a free quote.

Never received a reply. Won't do business with this place.

Recently widen our RV gate and Ron followed up when he said he would and got the stucco guy to come out (even though it was a new contractor for him) when planned and he did a great job on the stucco.  The gate looks great and Ron's pricing was very fair.

I met with Mike Stocker last week and had to post a review because he is great! He was very honest, wasn't trying to just get money from me and he has been very helpful! I highly recommend Mike and this company!

We had a fence put in and it was quick and easy! They did a great job and the fence looks amazing.

We are happy to have our fence and the finished product is great however the communication was poor. Gina scheduled us for an appointment without confirming a time/timeframe and also didn't inform us what their methods of payment were. The morning of fence installation we received a time after reaching out to them. At the end of the installation we learned that they do not accept Amex which would have been nice to know before hand. Gina informed us that it's standard for the company to provide us with method of payment info and that she wasn't sure how we weren't informed. I showed her the texts that she sent and not once did it come up. The installer was great and did a great job, just wish the communication was better.

Mario is great. He was out right away and we received a professional shortly after. Communication was great throughout. They were always on time. Mario works as hard or harder than his employees. They demoed part of my wall to expand my gate and rebuild a pillar. We went with all metal due to the lack of composite slats. It was about the same price and it looks great. It will be less maintenance in the future.
Mario even called a week later to make sure I was satisfied.

Interesting that I wrote a 5-star review for Just Gates only 10 months ago and now that I am having problems with the gate, my review and subsequent edit have disappeared from yelp.
Customer service when ordering the gate was good, initial look of the gate was good. But rusting of the metal, coming right thru the paint, is unacceptable. They have had to come back twice in the 10 month period to patch it up. What's go no to happen when the rusting comes back again?
To everyone out shopping for a new gate...look elsewhere than here! Find someone who takes more pride in the quality of their product! You
