We just completed installation on a beautiful new iron door.  It looks just like my inspiration picture (maybe better).  Team was responsive and I knew what to expect every step of the way.  I asked if it was a one day installation and they told me that they couldn't commit to that because sometimes they run into some issues when they Geri to the install.  Sure enough, our old casing had some problems.  They scheduled the follow up with a day and we're out to complete as scheduled.  Overall great service.  Special shout out to Melissa P.

Bob built and installed our pool fence 14 years ago.  It is still in PERFECT condition - as good as the day it was installed.  Our pool has unusual contours around the perimeter, and I figured that he would simply weld straight pieces of fencing to somewhat match the general contour of the pool.  Instead, Bob carefully shaped the fence to match the exact contour of the pool.  I didn't even know this was possible.  It looks like something out of a magazine that highlights the backyards of the rich and famous, and believe me, I am neither rich nor  famous.

About a week ago, I decided to install a metal gate to protect the pool equipment from our dog who likes to chew anything - shoes, PVC, metal pipes, anything.  Bob came out within an hour of my call to give a quote.  He installed it the following week.  What can I say?  It is truly a work of art.  Bob is a master with wrought iron - a true expert craftsman.  You will not just be getting an amazing fence, you will be getting the best workmanship available.

He came highly recommended from my mother-in-law who had him install a pool fence a few months before he installed ours.  She got his name from a friend of hers who just raved about his work.  I imagine that most of his business comes from word-of-mouth recommendations.

I am sure that there are second-rate fence companies out there, but you don't need to worry about the quality of work from Ace Fence Co.  I assure you that you will not be disappointed, and you will want to jump on Yelp to shout his praises.  It actually seems weird to get so excited about a pool fence, but once you see the quality of his work, you will completely understand.

I can't speak on price as I didn't do a lot of shopping around, but also felt comfortable not doing so. I forgot the mans name that came out to do the measurements on 7/5 but he was professional and helpful. He said there was a lead time of 1 month but he would see what he could do as I'd just had some new concrete work done and my yard was exposed as there were no gates.

My gates (alley and double swing for the front) were installed this morning and I'm very happy with the outcome. This was a great experience as far as I needed a service, I paid for the service, the business did everything they said that were going to do, and went a above as they delivered much sooner than originally anticipated.

Alex was great from the start with communication through yelp and text.  The door to our courtyard was rusted and had broken a hinge.  His team fixed the door, replaced the hinge, and also gave it new life with a fresh coat.  The timing was to be expected with a fix and we are happy with the finished project.  We would recommend IMS to anyone looking for a gate or repair.

Sebastian did a gate repair on my backyard alley gate, it was very efficient and clean.  They were in and out in no time, very professional & highly recommended!

They did a beautiful front porch railing fabrication and installation between two arches.

Seamless install.  Under an hour and just like that our 1987 gate got a fresh new, modern, and structurally safe look.  Professional and pleasant to work with. Love the finish!

I'm impressed just by the help I received over the phone. The young lady(I apologize I didn't get your name) who helped me was able to answer a lot of my questions even before I asked. Then gave me some references to my side of town and who might be able to help us out sooner. I really like everything that was covered over the phone and Thank you for all the help. Owner responded with a sorry I don't do that kind of work the end.  Didn't ask me to clarify my wants or if you ever need xyz...obviously doesn't need my business!   If I ever need whatever he does do, I wouldn't bother with him!

contacted Az Fence Company for a pool fence four months ago. i basically was told they were really busy and wouldn't provide an estimate as i was still getting pool bids. now that I have a permit, they are contacting me.  too bad - didnt want my business then,  aren't going to get it now.

Like most home owners I had a vison of what I wanted done at my home but did not know how or where to begin. I came across Gabe Castle, owner of Sacred Steel AZ's work on Offer Up and was intrigued by the many unique projects Gabe completed. It can be intimidating reaching out to a company you have never worked with but I decided to reach out to Gabe and am very thankful I did.

From the moment I contacted Gabe I was impressed with Gabe's willingness to actively listen to my thoughts while answering questions and offering suggestions. Through the entire project my thoughts were at ease knowing that Gabe was on job and that's a piece of mind money cannot buy.  While we are on the subject of money I felt Gabe was honest with the cost of materials and did his best to get the maximum yield out of material to help stretch my dollar further. Gabe's labor cost was fair in relation to the type of work he performed. (I later learned he was well below the average cost of his competitors.) When it came time to compensate Gabe for his work I had no reservations on the price as I felt it was deserved based on the wonderful outcome.

Each time I pull in my driveway and see Gabe's work it brings a smile to my face. I have had countless compliments on my projects originality and coolness and feel that others should give Gabe an opportunity for their projects, you would be in good hands.
