I am updating my review. The initial install was wonderful and I was extremely happy with the new gate. However, shortly after install, it rained and the slats seemed to be retaining water and there was some staining on the bottom of them. I reached out to find out if that was normal and if it would eventually go away or if it could be fixed. I received a quick response to the initial message but after I provided my address, for him to look up the information, I never heard back. The water stains are still on the bottom of the slats. Disappointed in the follow up.

I was referred to this company from a neighbor. When I got the initial contact and quote, I was a little agast at the price. But, when they were installed, I was totally understanding of the price. Perfect fit and open and closed perfectly. The installer was courteous and mindful of any mess he made. He also needed to trim some rock facia to to mount the door frame. They were very heavy duty screens that were so clean that you could see through them like they weren't there. After a month or so, I did have some weather stripping coming off. He returned on a Saturday to my house in Payson in his own vehicle to fix the problem. He even left me some extra stripping. I have recommended First Impressions to my friends and family.

Had a block fence with storm damage. Abraham was responded to my request for an estimate the same day and gave me an on-site estimate the next day. 35 feet of block fencing was replaced in 2 days and it looks awesome.  I highly recommend his services.

I searched around for a Fence Contractor, and finally settled on Bob.  I needed to replace the pool fence around my patio, and to take down an existing section of the deck perimeter fence.  He gave me a more than reasonable estimate, and I signed the contract.  Due to his workload, he was backed up 4 weeks.  On 02/19/18, he finally arrived and completed the work order.  The crew of Mike and Fred were fabulous.  They were meticulous, professional, and installed the pool patio fence I wanted.  Little did I know what shoddy work I had previously.  They carefully removed the section of the fence I wanted down.  After installation of the pool patio fence, they arrived the next day to paint.  Both Mike and Fred carefully put up protective sheathing around the windows and covered the deck, outside furniture and artificial turf with tarp to ensure no spray paint damage would occur.  What a great job!  Needless to say, I am very pleased with the fence and workmanship of the installation crew.  You can easily tell everyone knows what they are doing, and they take pride in their work.  I highly recommend Bob to anyone who is in need of fencing.  I was lucky to have chosen Ace Fence.  This company gets the job done, the right way...If I could give them 6 stars, I would have...Thank you Bob!

Excuse me, but I was NOT offered a dinner, just a $25 gift card (which may have been for dinner, although the person I spoke with, who, I'm assuming, is you, Shawn, never mentioned what the gift card was for, just the amount.)

In any event, I neither was nor am interested in a peace offering, or, to my mind, a bribe of any sort. I am interested in great service first and foremost.

And I did not need a list of any other so-called reputable companies because I had already received an estimate from another company - one whom I immediately engaged and who came out on the scheduled day, at the scheduled time, and who did an excellent job. And I'd like to pose a rhetorical question to you, Shawn: Why would I want a recommendation from you for *any* company, given what happened? The answer is that I wouldn't, and my recollection is that I declined such a recommendation both because if your company functions in such an abysmal way, so would your recommendations and because I knew I would be calling the aforementioned company immediately after speaking with you.

Yes, I did hang up on you: we were going around in circles and, at that point, you had insulted me by implying the issue was my fault.

You're correct, though, something *DID* slip through your euphemistically named fail-safes: your professionalism and integrity. It was, after all, a woman in your office who set up the appointment. And, as I wrote in my initial review, when I called and mentioned the 1/2-hour in advance call, I was told, 'Yes. that's us.'

If she or any of your other office workers don't know how to set up an appointment properly or err in another fashion, YOU needed to take responsibility for that, not blame me or any other customer - and not try to buy a potential customer off with a peace offering so that they don't leave a review such as mine. And if I am outside of your service area, well, make certain ALL of your employees know what your service area covers so that errors of this sort do not happen again.

You may pride yourselves on excellence and integrity, but anyone can be delusional in his self-assessment.

We used IMS to add decorative iron gates to the front courtyard of new home. We got a couple of quotes, but IMS was more competitive.  They were completed and installed just as estimated. The finished product is beautiful!  The gates really add elegance and character to the front of our home. Alex was super nice and very professional. We are very impressed with the quality of the gates and their installation. Highly recommend.

I needed a gate repaired due to anchors loosing ! They came out the same day and replaced new solid anchors fo the gate in a block wall ! It was done ok less than an hour ! And he readjusted the door to have it centered !
Excellent service ! The price was 175 . Which was a little higher than other quotes but he was fast and very professional work !

Juan was very responsive to all my requests.   He went over and above expectations.  His price was good and the quality of the work was outstanding.  The gate is perfect and I highly recommend his services.

Terrible to work with, unreasonable, overly sensitive when given feedback that he made something different than what I asked for.  He had the nerve to say it's my best piece yet! after I told him that something wasn't what I wanted and talked about that there's a certain level of artistic license that he can take...hate to break it to you Paul, you're a metal fabricator not an artist and I hired you to fabricate something for me the way I WANT it not the way YOU want it.  
See pics of planters he made and less than a year the top coat is peeling. and when I reached out to see if he could fix it....ABSOLUTELY NO ANSWER! Completely unprofessional! Do yourself a favor and use one of the other 5 metal fabricators in the area..they can't be any worse!
Update: as you can see..overly sensitive to feedback! I didn't pay the remainder because you did not deliver what I asked for and 2 of the things you made for me I had to ask you redo and PAID TWICE FOR IT bc of your mistake and that best piece yet gate of yours was the worst piece and no longer exists bc it was hideous and was replaced with a much better one from a more professional and talented fabricator.

Overall good price and job on my project. I highly recommend Gate Repairs and Mobile Welding.

I had Aldo make a gate and privacy barrier at our home in CantaMia. He did a great job, and we moved down the road to another home and needed a security gate fabricated and installed. It is absolutely beautiful and we are so happy with his work. I strongly recommend Aldo's Metal Fabrication.

My gate was a horrendous mess of rotting wood and peeling paint! (It was probably the original one from 1997.) Geoff created an absolutely beautiful replacement in exactly the right color. He and his crew were friendly and professional, and they left no mess behind. They even installed it on a Sunday!

They couldn't help me but gave me advice on who to call t get the wrk done that I need.

Absolutely terrific experience with Steel Fabrications!  Mike Stocker visited our home, discussed what we desired, and took measurements for the bid, which came promptly--and reasonably.  Mike even assisted in expediting the approval process of our HOA.  Later measurements and installation were done quickly and satisfactorily--which is an understatement.  The gate we acquired from Steel is beautiful.  The entire operation of Steel Fabrications is first rate, professional, and friendly.  Great business and great people.

I give this company less than zero stars... I called to make an appointment. After being told I couldn't get anyone to come for two weeks, I proceeded to wait. After waiting all day for someone to show (between 12 and 3 they said), I finally called to find out they didn't even have me in their schedule. Instead of accommodating me, given the fact that I had already waited so long, they proceeded to schedule another appointment. This review has nothing to do with the quality of their work, as I couldn't even get an estimate in the first place. Good luck...

Working with Hernandez Ironworks was AMAZING! I had worried about finding a professional gate company to make custom gates to fit my vision, style, and security needs and Hernandez truly delivered. I texted their office frequently to discuss materials, colors, and sizing to make sure they offered exactly what we were looking for in our backyard. They were so helpful in finding the right solution for our gates.

We ended up getting 3 custom steel gates with them to pass our city pool inspection. They turned out beautiful and they are all amazing quality, knowing they will last forever and provide security and aesthetic appeal in our backyard. They also followed up with me a month later to grease our springs and repaint any areas that had been scuffed during our yard construction. I am thrilled with my new gate from Tim and Carol @ Just Gates! I asked for a bid on a gate for the interior of my patio that would be similar to the entry gate already there. I was a little concerned when there was a delay for installation.  But no need to worry!  The installed product was well worth the wait. The gate is beautiful and matches the existing gate perfectly!  Thank you Tim and Carol.
