I called for an estimate and they were able to come out the next day to measure everything. I was on a tight schedule and needed the fence posts installed in the next couple of days since my decking was scheduled in 3 days. Ace Fence was able to come later that same day and install the posts, then came back in a couple of days after the decking to finish installing the panels.

I'm very happy with the outcome it looks really nice and feels solid and sturdy. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

Although my initial experience with Sunset Gates was less than stellar, the owner, Shawn, really stepped up to make things right and delivered a 5-star experience.

On the day of the installation, I was impressed with the crew that installed the gates. They were friendly, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, some of the cedar slats on the new gates were splintered and one of the privacy straps we ordered was not installed. We called to express our disappointment and the installer returned to replace the damaged slats and our missing privacy strap. While he was replacing the slats, he informed me cedar is very difficult to obtain due to supply chain constraints and the slats may not be as expected. While it wasn't great to hear since we specifically wanted cedar, not composite, it's not the fault of the business given the impossible COVID situation.

Several months later, our gate needed to be adjusted and the owner came out to ensure it was corrected and we were happy with our gates. He also offered to have all the slats replaced to ensure we were satisfied. While the initial product may not have been flawless, the fact that Sunset Gates is (1) a small business dealing with the constraints of COVID, and (2) owning up to their mistakes and making things right speaks volumes.  It is almost unheard of these days to have such great customer service but Sunset Gates really came through and we would certainly use them again in the future.

Alex and his crew did a phenomenal job on our side gate and sliding RV gate. Everything is custom, and comes with a quality guarantee. They managed to get everything done less than a month after hiring, plus hauled away the old rickety gates at no charge. We even had a hole in our metal awning on the new place we bought, and with rust running through, and they managed to patch that up. Needless to say, if I have ANY welding needs, I'll be calling him. Well worth going with the little guy over one of the bigger companies.

Did a great job repairing my broken gate. Would definitely use him again or refer to anyone needing gate repair.

Paul came out and did a repair on my 110 year old cast iron printing press. I was nervous about it as an antique but he came out quickly, put my mind at ease, and did a great job. The weld should hold up well. I won't hesitate to call him if I have any other issues with the press. Thanks!

Michael did a great job on the fence around my mom's pool! It was a quick easy process and very affordable too. She was nervous about her small dogs getting into the pool when she let them outside because they have trouble getting out on their own. Now she lets them out with no worry. We are happy to have our fence and the finished product is great however the communication was poor. Gina scheduled us for an appointment without confirming a time/timeframe and also didn't inform us what their methods of payment were. The morning of fence installation we received a time after reaching out to them. At the end of the installation we learned that they do not accept Amex which would have been nice to know before hand. Gina informed us that it's standard for the company to provide us with method of payment info and that she wasn't sure how we weren't informed. I showed her the texts that she sent and not once did it come up. The installer was great and did a great job, just wish the communication was better.

Like most home owners I had a vison of what I wanted done at my home but did not know how or where to begin. I came across Gabe Castle, owner of Sacred Steel AZ's work on Offer Up and was intrigued by the many unique projects Gabe completed. It can be intimidating reaching out to a company you have never worked with but I decided to reach out to Gabe and am very thankful I did.

From the moment I contacted Gabe I was impressed with Gabe's willingness to actively listen to my thoughts while answering questions and offering suggestions. I did not feel any pressure from Gabe and at no time felt rushed when explaining my vision. My project involved working closely with another contractor which can be challenging but Gabe did not skip a beat and worked hand in hand with my paver installation allowing both companies to do their best work. Gabe showed up on time, every time with strong communication skills that kept me in tune with the project completion and was also patient with me when I asked to modify the plans on the fly. At the end of day, Sacred Steel aims to please.

If you are considering getting any type of metal work done I would highly recommend Gabe at Sacred Steel AZ. Through the entire project my thoughts were at ease knowing that Gabe was on job and that's a piece of mind money cannot buy.  While we are on the subject of money I felt Gabe was honest with the cost of materials and did his best to get the maximum yield out of material to help stretch my dollar further. Gabe's labor cost was fair in relation to the type of work he performed. (I later learned he was well below the average cost of his competitors.) When it came time to compensate Gabe for his work I had no reservations on the price as I felt it was deserved based on the wonderful outcome.

Each time I pull in my driveway and see Gabe's work it brings a smile to my face. I have had countless compliments on my projects originality and coolness and feel that others should give Gabe an opportunity for their projects, you would be in good hands.
