We are extremely happy with our gate! Our builder's grade gate rusted out and I reached out to the Handy Gate Man for a quote. His response was immediate and comparable to other places I checked with. He showed up the next day to take measurements and told us our gate would be ready in about 3 weeks. Once it was ready, he called us and installed it the next day! Everything was very no nonsense and easy! We LOVE our new gate. You can tell it's great quality and he made sure it was up to safety standards, etc. 10/10!

First Impressions is a great company to  work with that offers a top notch door.  This is the second time we have used First Impression.  You might pay a little more up front but the door will last a life time. Service and warranty are second to none.

Abraham was a pleasure to work with! Outstanding work ethic, professional, reliable, and with timely communication.  We wish we found him a long time ago. We needed 60 ft of block wall, with a zig zag and stucco to match the house and 1 existing wall. The first day, his team prepared the site and poured the footings. Second day, the wall was up and stuccoed.  Arrived 7 a.m. sharp both days. Professionally dressed and groomed. Friendly, happy team.  2 days! Done! Awesome! 10 stars!

100% worth the 3 weeks I had to wait for installation!  The quality and workmanship is outstanding-- something you don't usually see nowadays as crews rush from one job to another.  Ace is a family owned business and Bob and his sons deliver old school customer service, honesty and integrity.

The level of detail they put into my fence was unbelievable. They even removed and hauled away my old fence! Everything is custom made at their shop and assembled on site. The pieces are fitted, welded, primed and enameled on site as well.  Each board/plank was custom cut and fastened individually.

I highly recommend Ace Fencing.  Their website isn't very exciting, but once again, Bob is old school.  Give him a call, you won't be disappointed.

Sean from Sunset Gates responded quickly to my request for a quote on expanding my RV gate opening and installing a new gate. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Alll the staff who worked on our project were excellent, especially Alex, the block mason. Sunset Gates are a pleasure to deal with.

Alex and his crew did a phenomenal job on our side gate and sliding RV gate. Everything is custom, and comes with a quality guarantee. They managed to get everything done less than a month after hiring, plus hauled away the old rickety gates at no charge. We even had a hole in our metal awning on the new place we bought, and with rust running through, and they managed to patch that up. Needless to say, if I have ANY welding needs, I'll be calling him. Well worth going with the little guy over one of the bigger companies.

We love our gate!! Sebastian took the time to answer ALL of my questions. He quickly picked up on my attention to detail (ok, ok... OCD) and catered to that. He made sure our wants and needs were heard, and provided an exceptional customer service experience. He was friendly and confident. Highly recommend!

It may seem a little strange to review them when they did not do the work.  I requested a quote to redo a post that was leaning so our gate did not shut.  As it turns out, they have an $1800 minimum for work.  This is common and the gate people (Action Gate) had already warned me that I would have trouble finding any one to do this small of a job.  However, Bob M, the owner, took to time to email me and make suggestions about how it could be done.  One of his employees will do the work.  I think this speaks volumes about their customer service, so I would use them any time I needed work done.

Super responsive and awesome work. Called Ron on Monday gates installed and done before noon Wednesday. Gates look great and seem heavy duty. I would absolutely recommend Ron, he's friendly and fast. One thing he said that stuck with me was get it done right the first time and let me tell you, he doesn't disappoint. Great job Ron!!!

Just completed a project with Mike Stocker  at Steel Creations & Fabrications. Reputable, reliable and honest are great ways to describe this experience and these folks. And.......their work is top notch! They replaced my exterior fence and it looks beautiful!

My wife an I recently bought a house in the area and with a toddler we were desperate for a pool fence to be installed before we moved in.  I found Michael from Clear Choice here on yelp and am delighted I did.  From our initial phone conversation Michael was engaging and a pleasure to talk with and I could tell then this was someone I wanted to do business with.  I met Michael at our house and he took a look and the job required and said it would be no problem, I asked if he needed a deposit from me as I was going to be out of town and would not be back in a month, he told me no and I would only pay once the job had been completed and I was satisfied with the work. The day of the install Michael sent me pictures once the fence was installed and when I arrived back in town he gave me a couple of days to make sure I was happy with the fence and only then I paid for the great work that Michael had done.  I would highly recommend Michael and Clear Choice to anyone looking to have a pool fence installed.

I orginally decided to go with Maloney's because the owner was a firefighter and spoke English. Moreover, Tim  seemed to be professional and knowledgeable.  I contacted Maloney's in late November to clarify the estimate we had been given during the summer. My husband and I were torn between buying the material from Maloney's and installing it ourselves our have.  During a conversation with my husband Tim reduced his original estimate by $75 (from $845 to $775) which we found to be very agreeable.  The day of install (Friday 12/12/11) the installer showed up with the wrong color of fence and gate.  At the end of the day the installer told my husband they did not have a black gate and would bring the correct gate on Monday the 5th.  By Monday afternoon I did not hear from anyone from Maloney's so I contacted their office and spoke to Gina -- who knew nothing about the gate.  I asked at that time that one of the $400 charges to my credit card be reversed since the job was not complete and apparently she had no idea when it would be.  At the time I was also upset not only that they charged me for a job not completed but charged for an amount different than what we had been quoted over the phone ($775 became $800),  I did not hear from Maloney's for over a week and a1/2 regarding the gate and what I was told was the were issues with manufacturing and they would get back to me when it was available.  I had to dispute the 2nd $400 charge because Maloney's did not credit me for 5 days after my first phone call.  I called Tim with Maloney's on the 20th because I noticed my credit card had been charged without my permission on the 19th.  He promised Gina would get back with me that day to discuss the issues we were having and apologized for my card being charged. Maloney's charged my credit card TWO more times without my permission (had to cancel credit card and send final payment as a check) and prior to the gate's final install on January 4th.  I definitely would not recommend Maloney's -- good product but very poor customer service and follow through.

I had at least half a dozen architects and contractors look at our master suite project, but none of them had the skill, vision, or knowledge of Sacred Steel AZ.  From understanding how to preserve the original block (I had master masons tell me that wasn't possible), to knowing the structural constraints of the wall, to working within the overall aesthetics of our home, Gabe Castle demonstrated professional expertise that surpasses his competitors.  He worked meticulously on every detail of our slider door to ensure a perfect, unique final product.  He also took time to collaborate with me about different decisions during the process.  Sacred Steel did all of this for a fraction of the price of other bids...and for 100% custom work!  The true beauty and quality of this project has far exceeded my expectations for only a fraction of the price.  Now I'm eager to see how Sacred Steel can blend more steel features across the exterior of the home.

Just had my gate installed by Tim and his wonderful wife Carol. They were great throughout the process offering a consultative approach for a pretty small custom gate. The prior gate was the original gate from when the house was built in 1980 so it needed an upgrade. Needless to say I decided to move forward with Just Gates LLC based on the response time and ability to customize the gate to my liking. Competitors didn't offer privacy straps or the customization that Just Gates had. They did a fantastic job. Next time I won't even waste the time speaking with other companies. Thanks for the great craftsmanship and high quality customer service.
