We needed 60 ft of block wall, with a zig zag and stucco to match the house and 1 existing wall. The first day, his team prepared the site and poured the footings. Second day, the wall was up and stuccoed.  Arrived 7 a.m. sharp both days. Professionally dressed and groomed. Friendly, happy team.  2 days! Done! Awesome! 10 stars!

When reading online reviews, you never know what you're really getting. In this particular case I am so happy I chose Bob and his crew at Ace Fence, based on his online reviews.  Their workmanship is amazing, the prices were very reasonable, and the job was done on time and on budget. Our pool fence looks amazing!

These guys are awesome! We bought/had built our house a little over a year ago. We had an eight foot gate put in but didn't think about the fact the builder would cut that opening by about 4. We need to put our utility trailer behind the gate but of course it won't fit. This is on top of the fact that the gate was very poorly built and the slats were coming loose all the time. So we called Sunset Gates who came immediately to give us a quote. The gate looks awesome and is very solidly built. They worked with us to make sure the opening would allow the trailer to be put behind the gate. The only problem was how long it took to build the gate. They are so good and have so many new customers that it takes 4 weeks to get it built. But the VERY next business day they were out here and had the gate installed quickly. Highly recommend them.

Alex was great from the start with communication through yelp and text.  The door to our courtyard was rusted and had broken a hinge.  His team fixed the door, replaced the hinge, and also gave it new life with a fresh coat.  The timing was to be expected with a fix and we are happy with the finished project.  We would recommend IMS to anyone looking for a gate or repair.

Sebastian came out and gave us a quote.

Not only was the price one of the most reasonable of all we received, the photos he showed of prior jobs impressed us. stainless steel bolts and powder coating the gates were suggested upgrades at a minor cost increase.

His mason (paid separately) actually set the 3 posts in concrete, where other quotes were 2 and affixed to the existing columns. This was extremely important to us, as the other companies wouldn't guarantee against sag and stated in contract sag correction would be an additional fee!

He included upgrades as standard some things other companies offered as additional cost options, or not at all. Like using 3 posts, privacy panels (not sure what he called the panels), and using 4 straps to secure the slats to instead of three.

He was able to get the work done and gate installed many weeks earlier than the other quotes too.
The 12 ft gate looks fantastic, and I know we made the right choice in selecting Gates the Right Way for our project.

Minor hiccups: powder coating delayed by one day as the coater was only doing white the scheduled day. Sebastian's quote could have been a lot more detailed, but in our case he remembered everything we talked about and it was not an issue in the end.

Over all, I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Absolutely fantastic in every way! Extremely friendly and responsive in getting us a quote, setting up a consultation, and keeping us apprised of the progress. Our new gate is absolutely gorgeous! The wait time was extremely reasonable, and it was installed immediately when it was ready. I didn't even have to be home for the install, and I was updated every step of the way. Everything about this service was above and beyond: incredible craftsmanship, excellent customer service, and reasonable prices. I cannot recommend this company enough, and we will certainly be repeat customers (although not for this particular gate, as the quality is such that I expect it will last forever!).

Paul and I collaborated on a 16' RV gate build, and he is clearly an experienced and resourceful welder, especially fabricating on-site in the field. Paul has the skill and experience to complete your project on time and on budget.

This is one of the best companies I have worked with in several years. They take pride in their work, their communication is amazing, and their pricing is fair. We had a lot of questions about our gate, as we were removing part of our block wall to install an entirely new gate, as well as replacing an old gate, and they always took the time to respond to any questions we had. They went out of their way to drop samples off to us, they recommended a fantastic mason who could help with our block wall removal/repair, and they created and installed absolutely beautiful gates. Each member of the team we worked with - Araceli, Alex, and David - were all very professional, kind, and patient. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for great customer service and beautiful gates!

This is THE place to work with!! Amy was kind and committed to my concerns. I was worried my wall was weak and that it would fall and hurt someone. She went out of her way to help me understand masonry and my situation. We ended up not needing any work done and they didn't charge me a dime. (They said my wall was good for at least another 6 years). It seams like a small thing,  it whenever someone like Amy does her job with that level of professionalism, it truly lightens my day.

Recently widen our RV gate and Ron followed up when he said he would and got the stucco guy to come out (even though it was a new contractor for him) when planned and he did a great job on the stucco.  The gate looks great and Ron's pricing was very fair.

I met with Mike Stocker last week and had to post a review because he is great! He was very honest, wasn't trying to just get money from me and he has been very helpful! I highly recommend Mike and this company!

AZ Pool Fence is the company to use. We replaced another fence from another company and the quality is so much better. It looks great! The man who installed was so sweet and respectful. Great customer service from the office also!

I have never left a negative review in my life, this company is literally THAT BAD, that I felt a responsibility to write this. I reached out to Just Gates a week ago and asked for a quote on my RV Gates. The owner , Carol, said she might have time The following day (Saturday) to come by, but said she would let me know.

So, Saturday comes around, haven't heard from Carol, no big deal . I'm out with my family and all the sudden I get a call, it's Carol, and she says she's out front of my house. Weird? I was a bit thrown off and I think she could tell due to the confusion in my voice. So she immediately says I'm sorry, I realized earlier I was calling the wrong number and leaving messages on the wrong voicemail. But we are here. Mmmmmm-k? To this day I still don't know if I'm upset with her pathetic excuse, or impressed she had the ball sacs to use it on a new customer.. I think I'm a little bit of both. Moving on. So I explained that I was out with my family, and due to her not calling ahead of time, I couldn't get there to meet her. I gave her permission to measure the gates and take photos without us there, she did, and she said I'd get my quote on Friday of the following week (today). I had gotten quotes from 2 other gate companies that ran numbers and gave me a quote on the spot (I always get three quotes prior to making large purchases) , so I thought a week was steep, but due to some of the positive reviews I read I decided to go along with it.

Today rolls around and I get an email from Carol stating due to unforeseen circumstances, my quote will hopefully be ready on 8/25.. which is over a week away. I replied to her email pointing out the fact that I've seen previous reviews call out the fact that her company is wish washy with timelines and commonly fails to complete things when they say they will. I informed her that her services are no longer needed etc. I then fired that sucker off to her and thought that would be it ‍

This is where this company went from being wish washy to complete shit show in 2.5 seconds.

Carol literally replied back stating .. and I quote.. We are sorry you feel that way. Would you mind forwarding those bad reviews . We are so busy we haven't been able to follow up with reviews. .

Carol (idk why I keep saying her name, I think it just reminds me of all the carol memes out there.. they have all the sudden become relatable) LITERALLY asked me to send her over her OWN COMPANIES REVIEWS cause she's just that busy. The worst part?? I fuckin' did it!!  .
