I can't say enough about my experience with first impression. From the first call to the end result. Everything was handled with the utmost care.  Our installer Richard Kenyon was the best.  He was knowledgeable, on time. Wore a mask the entire time.

He came over same day to give me a quote. He measured everything. I told him what I wanted. He quoted me at 13,000 for the work needed to be done. I even sent him alternatives for a quote. However when he sent me the official quote after he asked for my email he sent me via TEXT MESSAGE basically the same thing which did NOT include my neighbors half and broken out according to the different options I was considering. Am I supposed to foot the whole bill???? EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Bob is amazing. The fence we got was better quality than the other vendors we quoted and we even got it for less without the hard-sell extras the other guys tried to sell me on. It looks GORGEOUS! Residential Gate Replacement: From start to finish Sunset Gates provided excellent service. Each of the staff we interacted with on the phone and at our home was calm, competent, professional, knowledgeable, and a good listener. They answered all of our questions and offered thorough explanation of the process, time frame, materials and features of the gate. When on site they wore masks and observed social distancing protocols. Pricing was competitive and work was completed without interruption.  Our new gate is beautiful!  Sunset Gates is highly recommended!

They did a great job replacing/repairing the hinges and connecting bars on my iron gate. I found them responsive, friendly, reasonable and easy to work with. Very prompt, which is impressive considering that the job was scheduled on a Sunday. Wonderfully detailed and thorough in that they completely refurbished the gate, more than replace the wooden slats. Sebastian and his partner provided new, pre-treated wood slats and stripped the metal gate. They cleaned, refurbished, repainted and re-leveled the gate. They even replaced the spring. Whoever needs their gates worked on, go with Gates The Right Way!

I am so happy with the gates Paul created and installed. I wanted heavy duty durable metal gates for my front and back. Paul did not disappoint. He designed exactly what I had envisioned. From the onset of communication to the day of installation Paul was very professional and accountable. I found him on Yelp and messaged him. He returned my message promptly same day. He came over the next day to discuss and measure the job. Within 2 days he emailed me an estimate. He showed so much more initiative than any other contact that I had made for the job. Not only that, I really like his reviews on Yelp. I am going to have him do some additional work for me in the near future. I highly recommend Paul for your home improvement needs. I recently contacted Alex to have my RV gate fixed after a landscaping company took it down and didn't reinstall it properly, ever since then it would blow completely off the wall in the storms- he responded to my message the next morning, came out that day- and completed the job the same day at an extremely reasonable price! Couldn't recommend anyone more!!!

They installed a wood gate with metal frame for the back yard. Redwood stain and I love it!

We recently expanded our front porch and contacted Deisgner Gates for the fence. They were extremely easy to work with through the entire process. We were provided with multiple options and selected the model we liked best. The quote came in accurate, they arrived on time and only took 2 hours to install!

Absolutely terrific experience with Steel Fabrications!  Mike Stocker visited our home, discussed what we desired, and took measurements for the bid, which came promptly--and reasonably.  Mike even assisted in expediting the approval process of our HOA.  Later measurements and installation were done quickly and satisfactorily--which is an understatement.  The gate we acquired from Steel is beautiful.  The entire operation of Steel Fabrications is first rate, professional, and friendly.  Great business and great people.

First off, if you are reading this, You need to choose Michael for your pool fencing job. Long story ahead, but worth the read.

On the quest to find a pool fence provider, I looked into the top places on YELP and back checked with BBBaz. Come to find out, alot the top companies listed on yelp were either too busy to return my multiple requests or were straight up condescending (Ex: you should be lucky I even return your call peasant). Well, apparently, they didnt want to earn my business.

Enter Michael from Clear Choice. When I reached out to him, he immediately responded. He was funny, cordial, and we hit it off right away. His price was well under my budget and way below the competitors. Did I mention we hit it off right away? He loves to talk and is extremely knowledgable about every topic. We talked about everything from my installing pool fence to Subsaharan African politics from the 1970s. He was bar none, the most fascinating individual i've ever done business with on yelp (IN A GOOD WAY). I could easily see myself talking with this guy over a cold beer at some pub in South Africa.

As for the job, he is a one man crew. He came and showed up on time as promised. Got the job done, proceeded to talk to my wife about a variety of topics just as he did myself. He's like that world traveled Uncle who can tell you amazing stories from his adventures sailing in the pacific to working in Dubai. Once he was finished he EVEN offered to fix our busted gate for FREE. That was amazingly generous.

Anyhow, our pool fence looks fantastic and his workmanship and pride are evident. Quality work. He did an amazing job and I would recommend him over the other pool fence places INSTANTLY. Michael is the best in the valley and his other reviews prove it. Plus, his stories are worth the price of admission. The icing on the proverbial cake.

We are happy to have our fence and the finished product is great however the communication was poor. Gina scheduled us for an appointment without confirming a time/timeframe and also didn't inform us what their methods of payment were. The morning of fence installation we received a time after reaching out to them. At the end of the installation we learned that they do not accept Amex which would have been nice to know before hand. Gina informed us that it's standard for the company to provide us with method of payment info and that she wasn't sure how we weren't informed. I showed her the texts that she sent and not once did it come up. The installer was great and did a great job, just wish the communication was better.

I really wanted to go with this couple due to the reviews of quality workmanship. They have great pictures on their website of finished work. I did read a review that mentioned a very long wait period, sure enough I gave all my information and was told I was on a three week wait list, 4 weeks went by, I finally gave up. 2 stars for at least staying in contact, but not being accurate with the estimate wait time.
