Lev  helped resolve a sagging gate - re-poured the footer for part of the block wall, rebuilt the wall and even painted it with color matched paint. The gate was rehung and it works great. We thought the lock may have been broken, and he stated that the lead time was a few months - he called me the next day to say that he had a used one from an old project and could help me out with it for a really fair price, installed. I got the lock working and didn't take him up on the offer, but I have to say that Lev is very responsive and the entire process was straightforward.

We really needed a new door and I'd seen advertisements for First Impression Ironworks. They did not disappoint! Chris showed up on time to give us an estimate and go through all the options. We approved our CAD drawing a few days later and 4 weeks later our door was installed. Jorge & Juan did an awesome job with the installation. They were courteous and respectful of the surrounding. The job was done quickly and they cleaned everything perfectly. We are delighted with the new door!!

Had appointment scheduled with a two hour block. They did not show up or call. I called and was told they could try another day. No apologies for not showing up and not calling.

I had the absolute best experience with Ace Fence! Bob sure knows his stuff! My experience with fence companies is a little different than I'm sure what most people experience...

We initially had our pool fence done by a DIFFERENT company (subcontracted by our landscapers). This different company was completely unprofessional, and didn't seem to know what they were doing. We have a curved iron fence following the travertine decking. The curved fence was not level, panels were different sizes, gate didn't close well, welds were terrible, panels met the posts at different spots, and the list could go on and on. I would prefer not to remember that experience.

Bob and Ace Fence came to us when we got fed up with the other company. We asked around and found out that one of our neighbors had used Ace. We loved our neighbor's pool fence so we decided to give them a shot. Bob was absolutely phenomenal! He seriously knows his industry. He takes pride in his work and will give you an incredible finished product! We are beyond happy with our new fence! I would recommend ACE Fence to anyone! You will not be disappointed!

I recently had Sunset out to replace my 15 year old sun battered side gate. I cannot remember the last time I have been so satisfied with a home improvement project. The gate is beautiful. The quality and installation were both top notch. My only regret is not having done the upgrade sooner. I've gone out and opened and closed the gate probably 70 times to enjoy the silent and smooth operation. Worth every penny.

They did a great job replacing/repairing the hinges and connecting bars on my iron gate. I found them responsive, friendly, reasonable and easy to work with. The turn-around time was excellent and I would highly recommend them for any metal installation or repair. Mark was easy to communicate with and seemed to care about the end result. 5 Stars!

The company installed a beautiful backyard gate for us. They were very honest, responsive, and reliable. They did install the new gate on time and without any issue. I would definitely recommend them.

Juan and his team at JM Custom Iron Works did an amazing job fabricating and installing our RV and Pedestrian gates!  They are gorgeous.

Everything that Juan said he would do, he did.  He came out to our house multiple times... consulting with us, measuring, validating our support posts, etc.  He sent us several gate style and powder coating color options so that we could have several to review with our HOA. He never once pressured us (unlike others who came out.)  The bottom line is that his work was impeccable, his installation was precise, and his price was very reasonable, and actually half of the quote from one competitor.

Called and Paul came out same day to assess our gate repair. He then came back the next day on a weekend to do the metal repair onsite (hard to find!). He was very fair and reasonably priced, even pointing out the other repairs our gate had received previously so we knew what to expect for the future. His craftsmanship top notch. Would highly recommend his service.

There are not enough positive adjectives to describe this business, the owners, their workers and the overall job they did for us.  They completely rebuilt our RV gate and it looks amazing!  Alex, the owner, took the time to listen to our needs and made sure he understood how we wanted things done.  The end result was more than we could have imagined - not only is it beautiful but the way it was constructed was over and above our expectations.  Not only is the workmanship fantastic, but the actual working together, their communication, their professionalism...all of that was also over and above our expectations.  From the time we made contact, to the day he came out, which was only a couple days later ON TIME! Then came out again for additional measurements and details (again, SO VERY professional) and then the actual installation, was a few weeks later.  And during that time that our gate was being built, pictures of the progress were sent to us the entire time.  Again, not enough positive adjectives to describe this business.

They did a beautiful front porch railing fabrication and installation between two arches.

Appreciate the communication of Geoff , the ease of scheduling and timelessness of the work performed. The gate looks great and accomplished what i was seeking which was a complete slat replacement with colored composite wood to ensure good looks through rain or shine.   Thank you Geoff and his partners for doing a great job.

Asked for a quote to replace our fence. Not only did they respond quickly, they gave a lot of quality information via email. We haven't started a project yet but once we do sunset fence is who we will likely call first.

Great working with designer gates. My old tired gate was in need of replacement and I found this company on Yelp.  They were very responsive and the owner called me personally to walk though options so I could tell the difference between a quality gate and one that would not last. I went with composite material which looks good but will also last much longer than wood.  Pricing was great and installation was done perfectly.  We had the gate done and installed within a week of when I sent measurements. 3 business days to be exact!

Just completed a project with Mike Stocker  at Steel Creations & Fabrications. Reputable, reliable and honest are great ways to describe this experience and these folks. And.......their work is top notch! They replaced my exterior fence and it looks beautiful!

Thanks to Yelp and Request a Quote, we were connected with Michael from Clear Choice for our new pool fence! I got quotes from about 5 different companies through Request a Quote but Michael got back to me the quickest, and had the best pricing! He was an absolute DREAM to work with. When he came over to give us the official quote, he was SUPER informative (about his many many years of experience, the product, layout options, etc.) and friendly (also, a dog whisperer - our sheepie loved him!) He explained all of our options, colors, etc. And together, we came up with the perfect plan for our pool.

I absolutely LOVE the color. On install day, he showed up right on time at 7:15 AM and installed the entire fence in just a little under 3 hours. How amazing is that?

He also didn't make us pay any deposits up front, which is very rare these days! We would recommend him a million times over. Thank you so much for making our pool nice and safe for our baby, Michael! :)

Maloney's Pool Guard installed our pool back in 2007. We love the service then and we love it now. We have a home in Mesa but live up north for the summer. We came down for the weekend and noticed we had an issue with the fence. We contacted Pool Guard and they sent someone out to look at it. They determined that it was under warranty and replaced the materials free of charge. I wanted to share this with people to let you know that Pool Guard is a great company to work with even years down the road. We are still very happy with the product and service.

We can not tell you enough how delighted we are with Mario & Georgegina and to the guys who all worked on our railing project! We are so blown away by their execution, creativity and sense of quality....workmanship!  We absolutely love how their iron rail work turned our home into contemporary elegance!  We are so grateful we were able to work with them!  They were so timely and accurate and always made sure they cleaned up after the days work.  Incredible sense of design and work ethic!!!
