Amazing!  Found this business on Yelp after a very quick search and skim of reviews.  We had two gates with traditional latch systems and wanted to upgrade to knobs and deadbolts following a break in.  Lev answered in minutes, provided quotes based solely on two pictures, arrived two days later and did exactly what we needed (for exactly the price he quoted).  The prices were very reasonable and worth every penny.  The guy who built our fence quoted us 50% higher.  Stop looking.  He's your guy.

We had a beautiful new iron door with screen and gate installed. When a company is stand out positive I want to share. This company is amazingly professional, fair pricing and their customer service is top notch. The entire process from choosing our iron door and gate to the installation was effortless.  I highly recommend First Impression Ironworks.

No decent contractor ever looks for a 4 hour window. I they do I'll never use them..

We are very happy with the job Bob and his son did installing 300 feet of fence and two gates around our pool. We had estimates from two companies we researched on Yelp and Ace Fence was a couple hundred dollars lower than the other one. There wasn't one instance when I called Bob that he didn't pick up and he explained the process from start to finish. He was ready whenever I said let's go. The fence was installed and painted in one day and it looks great! We highly recommend calling Bob at Ace Fence!

Happy, happy dance. My shabby front and rear fence gates have been replaced with wonderful, beautiful, maintenance-free gates by Sunset Gates. No more scraping the back of my hands on the block wall every time I open my front gate. No more rear gates falling apart and held together with bailing wire.

Over the last several years we had gotten a couple of estimates from other gate companies and always put it off because the cost was always outrageous. Sunset Gates came in with an estimate 30% lower than other gate companies. Shawn, the estimator/sales person, was on time for his appointment. He had already emailed me their brochure so that I could consider my options in advance of the appointment. The installers were on time and did a fabulous job. The gates are very heavy duty and well made.

They did a great job replacing/repairing the hinges and connecting bars on my iron gate. I found them responsive, friendly, reasonable and easy to work with. The turn-around time was excellent and I would highly recommend them for any metal installation or repair. Mark was easy to communicate with and seemed to care about the end result. 5 Stars!

Needed to replace an old wooden fence. Gathered 5 quotes, decided to go with this company based on the other great reviews. Also, Juan was courteous and professional right from the start. Great communication, answered all of my questions and was always on time. The entire process was a breeze, very impressed. And just look at that beautiful fence!! Installing the gate didn't take too much time, and they left my yard free of debris.

We own a house with a decent sized backyard in central Phoenix and are looking to purchase a trailer, which we want to store in our backyard.  We decided there was a section of fencing that would be perfect to replace with a gate, so we went to Paul to have something built from scratch and put in.  From the very start to the end of the project he is great to work with.  Good communication and followup, great ideas and he got the whole job done just as envisioned, quickly, and right on budget.  We couldn't be happier with the gate and just how the whole process went.  Not only do we have our gate now, but we have something that is truly unique and beautiful - really adding something to the backyard (and curb appeal) other than just the functionality (which is also top notch).  Highly recommended, and I will not hesitate to give him a call again for my next project!

Our gate is very solid and beautiful. He paid attention to detail, and did not leave until we were sure every keypad work properly, along with the wifi controllers.  Then they carted away our old, ugly gate, and we were left with the beautiful finished product for our home.  They even included a free magnetic locking system!

I used Yelp Project to find a company to refinish my mom's RV and side gate. Submitted to several vendors and Geoff was the first to respond with an great quote. Scheduling was a breeze and they showed up on time. They did an excellent job and we are very happy with the results!

The professional and helpful treatment started with the online quote from Amy.  From there I made a phone call and spoke directly to Amy.  Again she was kind, patient, and very helpful.  Jim came out and gave us a quote/estimate and was very professional, helpful, and prompt.  We had an extra block added to our 25+ year old block wall for privacy and safety with a pool in our yard.  They were able to match the painted block and it looks great!  They were fast, and completed the work in several hours.  The four gentlemen who did the work (and Jim) were very positive, helpful, and attentive to what we needed.  The workmanship is excellent.  I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a fence.

Recently widen our RV gate and Ron followed up when he said he would and got the stucco guy to come out (even though it was a new contractor for him) when planned and he did a great job on the stucco.  The gate looks great and Ron's pricing was very fair.

I met with Mike Stocker last week and had to post a review because he is great! He was very honest, wasn't trying to just get money from me and he has been very helpful! I highly recommend Mike and this company!

Michael is great. We called him a few days before our scheduled pool inspection, he came out and gave us a quote that was half the price of another company (who was pushing us to install more concrete). On installation day Michael was early and efficient. The city inspector complimented the safety barrier Michael installed for us. We passed with flying colors. Glad we hired Clear Choice Pool Fence.

Excellent customer service. I called on a Monday and on Friday we had a fence. The cost was reasonable, communication was great, and the fence looks nice.

We've had the fence two months now, and noticed that two of the sections had strange gaps and were canted at an angle. I called around 4pm, and despite saying that they were very busy and likely wouldn't be able to come out until next week, the tech has just left my house (it's now 10:30am) after adjusting the tension and adding an additional connector at no cost.

Mario is great. He was out right away and we received a professional shortly after. Communication was great throughout. They were always on time. Mario works as hard or harder than his employees. They demoed part of my wall to expand my gate and rebuild a pillar. We went with all metal due to the lack of composite slats. It was about the same price and it looks great. It will be less maintenance in the future.

Like most home owners I had a vison of what I wanted done at my home but did not know how or where to begin. Through the entire project my thoughts were at ease knowing that Gabe was on job and that's a piece of mind money cannot buy.  While we are on the subject of money I felt Gabe was honest with the cost of materials and did his best to get the maximum yield out of material to help stretch my dollar further. Gabe's labor cost was fair in relation to the type of work he performed. (I later learned he was well below the average cost of his competitors.) When it came time to compensate Gabe for his work I had no reservations on the price as I felt it was deserved based on the wonderful outcome.

Each time I pull in my driveway and see Gabe's work it brings a smile to my face. I have had countless compliments on my projects originality and coolness and feel that others should give Gabe an opportunity for their projects, you would be in good hands. Tim came to my home to give me an estimate on 2 new backyard gates. [My husband had built ours more than 30 years ago out of Redwood & with the sprinkler system hitting them for the past 25 yrs. they were literally falling apart]. I had researched gate builders for months, when I happened across  'Just Gates'. [I had Lowes out to give me an estimate a couple of months ago & was not happy. They would be just 5 ft. tall which would have reduced my privacy by a foot]. After reading reviews & looking at pictures, I felt confident this was the company I wanted to build my new custom built gates. They were installed today & to say I am pleased is an understatement. They are so well built & beautiful. The cost? Around the same that Lowes was going to charge for a prebuilt frame that didn't fit. I do not generally write reviews but after the months of trying to find a reputable company & finally finding 'Just Gates', maybe I can save someone else the time of looking. This company is VERY trustworthy & does excellent, professional  work!
