Horrible horrible horrible!!! Expensive gates that are installed by people that have no idea what they are doing.  We spent over $10,000 with this company and both installations have been nightmares. When you try to talk to customer service (Jennifer) they treat you like a child in a condescending voice. I wish we never used them. I had a gate installed Friday and it is Monday and it is half hanging off my house. I was told it was safe. Such a liability to my family. Jennifer needs to be fired as she is so rude and told me it was my fault. Please stay away!  
Update: no one has reached out from corporate. Another installer was sent and he made a bigger mess (photos attached) gate is still not installed. He asked us to make the wall secure by cutting a piece out and our general contractor said it would be a horrible idea and lead to rot over time.) they also said my wall wasn't supportive but all the holes show it is a masonary Wall!!!!

I found Abraham on Yelp and he was fantastic! He came to my house (mask on of course!) and gave me a free, and fair, estimate for removing a slab of concrete and replace it with pavers. He came the following week, on time, and finished quickly. My project came out great and I plan on hiring him for future updates to my house.

We called many companies and Bob knew his stuff and was in the middle with pricing. I will gladly pay a little more for someone that is experienced, legal workers and has a Veteran on the team. We had a new pool fence put in per the adoption code, it was 73 Lineal feet and a custom fit at that.
The fence is beautiful and we get lots of compliments about it. I highly recommend Ace Fence Company they are on the ball, very polite, and do quality work.

  If you are looking for a pool fence stop you just found them!!!

I have a rental proerty in Tempe. Both the back RV gate and side gate weren't looking to good and the RV gate was becoming an issue to open.
Good service over the phone, showed me written prices, I like this because its prof that they give everyone the same prices and that they believe that they are priced correctly.  
After a phone quote they went out and made sure that the price was right for the door size.
After that they called me up, did everything over the phone, credit card and appointment time.
After the install I got a call to check it out, which i did an was very pleased with the result.
Sunset Gates made this task easy. Gate looks good. I will definitely recommend them.

We used IMS to add decorative iron gates to the front courtyard of new home. We got a couple of quotes, but IMS was more competitive.  They were completed and installed just as estimated. The finished product is beautiful!  The gates really add elegance and character to the front of our home. Alex was super nice and very professional. We are very impressed with the quality of the gates and their installation. Highly recommend.

This company is terrific- the iron railings and spiral staircase they built for us are built so well, the welding is so good!  Juan is easy to work with and he most definitely keeps in communication all through his projects. His work crew is made up of good guys, esp his Dad. Pricing is very very fair.

I wanted to give a shout out to an amazing artist who replaced my ugly rickety old gate with this beautiful electric gate. His first name is Paul and his business is called Full Spectrum Art Works. He is absolutely the most polite and responsive person and I would highly recommend him to all of my neighbors looking to upgrade their gates or just looking for unique metal artwork.

I couldn't be more pleased!  From speaking with Amy to meeting Bob onsite, everyone was friendly, professional and informative.  I had a block side wall being pushed up by a pine tree, which created huge gaps and instability.  Bob came out to assess the situation, provided a fair quote and work started swiftly.  The wall was rebuilt from the bottom up and pine tree roots were cut as well. They did such a great job, arrived on time and completed the wall same day.  I would never hesitate to contact them again - fantastic job and fantastic people!

Owner responded with a sorry I don't do that kind of work the end.  Didn't ask me to clarify my wants or if you ever need xyz...obviously doesn't need my business!   If I ever need whatever he does do, I wouldn't bother with him!

Absolutely terrific experience with Steel Fabrications!  Mike Stocker visited our home, discussed what we desired, and took measurements for the bid, which came promptly--and reasonably.  Mike even assisted in expediting the approval process of our HOA.  Later measurements and installation were done quickly and satisfactorily--which is an understatement.  The gate we acquired from Steel is beautiful.  The entire operation of Steel Fabrications is first rate, professional, and friendly.  Great business and great people.

Micheal worked with our specific needs and got us in quick. We moved into a new home and need a fence put in ASAP as our 2 year old likes to crawl out the doggy door. Great company! With a personal history of working in a pediatric emergency department, I have seen my fair share of drownings that could have been 100% avoided if safety precautions had been put in place. It's a harsh reality. As a new parent myself who purchased a home with no pool fence, I contacted this company and requested an estimate sooner than later as my own little one is already crawling. I am not going to take any chances with my kids no matter what developmental stage they are in. I think a pool fence is always better installed sooner than later. In fact, I wish it was a thing to add pool fence installments as a baby shower gift. Can you tell I'm passionate about this subject!?

AZ pool fence was a great experience from start to finish. They sent someone out to provide a free estimate and thoroughly explained the process. I really appreciated how they took the time to listen to my vision and answered all of my questions. After that visit, I felt really comfortable moving forward with the installment. The gentleman who came to install the fence was very professional and kind. It took him only a few hours to get everything set up. The results were exactly what I envisioned (if not even better).

Not going to lie, I did have a slight cringe moment before the installment thinking the pool fence would hinder the view of my landscaped backyard. It's a small price to pay for safety. I ended up choosing the desert sand mesh fence and it actually blends in beautifully!  I love that the mesh fence is durable, the perfect height, and the best part is that it's also easy to remove if I am having an adult pool party or needing to get work done inside of it.

The icing on the cake was that this company was also able to fix my sliding glass patio door which has had multiple issues and had been permanently stuck. I had previously contacted another company who came out and stated they had no clue how to fix it. This door was a mess, totally jammed with wires stuck inside everywhere. AZ Pool Fence was able to send a pro over who was able to fix the sliding door in no time. It works perfectly now.

I am very happy with my pool fence and sliding glass door! Everyone from this company was so friendly, clean cut, prompt with answering all of my questions, and was able to go above and beyond making sure everything was properly installed and in place. I highly recommend their services and have told all of my neighbors about them as well.

We can not tell you enough how delighted we are with Mario & Georgegina and to the guys who all worked on our railing project! Like most home owners I had a vison of what I wanted done at my home but did not know how or where to begin. I came across Gabe Castle, owner of Sacred Steel AZ's work on Offer Up and was intrigued by the many unique projects Gabe completed. Through the entire project my thoughts were at ease knowing that Gabe was on job and that's a piece of mind money cannot buy.  While we are on the subject of money I felt Gabe was honest with the cost of materials and did his best to get the maximum yield out of material to help stretch my dollar further. Gabe's labor cost was fair in relation to the type of work he performed. (I later learned he was well below the average cost of his competitors.) When it came time to compensate Gabe for his work I had no reservations on the price as I felt it was deserved based on the wonderful outcome.

Each time I pull in my driveway and see Gabe's work it brings a smile to my face. I have had countless compliments on my projects originality and coolness and feel that others should give Gabe an opportunity for their projects, you would be in good hands.
