Got an estimate done the day I called, and told me it would be about 2-3 weeks for the gate to be made. Got it made and installed in 2 weeks and it looks amazing. I'm so happy with how the gate looks, and would absolutely recommend them.

We had our door installed about 6 months ago and when the weather stripping started to come loose First Impression did not hesitate to come over and make the repair. They really stand by their work. I really appreciate a company that values their clients and make repairs without any hassles. I recommend this company hands down.

I contacted Abrahams to provide a quote to replace an existing block wall fence at my community. It's a major project (@$90-100,000). While he offered a fast response to answer the RFP, what he relied with was only 1 of the 3 options we requested, and the option he did provide was at the wrong linear footage, so incorrect. He was contacted to update the proposal, and he promised to do so, but it was never done. Even though I contacted him several times

I had the absolute best experience with Ace Fence! Bob sure knows his stuff! My experience with fence companies is a little different than I'm sure what most people experience...

We initially had our pool fence done by a DIFFERENT company (subcontracted by our landscapers). This different company was completely unprofessional, and didn't seem to know what they were doing. We have a curved iron fence following the travertine decking. The curved fence was not level, panels were different sizes, gate didn't close well, welds were terrible, panels met the posts at different spots, and the list could go on and on. I would prefer not to remember that experience.

Bob and Ace Fence came to us when we got fed up with the other company. We asked around and found out that one of our neighbors had used Ace. We loved our neighbor's pool fence so we decided to give them a shot. Bob was absolutely phenomenal! He seriously knows his industry. He takes pride in his work and will give you an incredible finished product! We are beyond happy with our new fence! I would recommend ACE Fence to anyone! You will not be disappointed!

Called, made an appointment for a week out.
Guy came out, measured for a gate. Said he would write up a bid. Been 2 weeks, haven't heard a word from them.
I have to rate based on lack of performance on their part.

Sebastian is fair and honest with his pricing and gates. I had received quotes from 5-6 other company's and they were either more expensive or booked 6-8 weeks out and I did not have time to wait. From the day he came to measure the wall to give me a quote to the day of install the process was seamless. He showed me examples and I really liked the gates he does as you are not able to see through the slats like other gates. He was able to get my gate done within a few weeks and installed in an hour. I highly recommend using him for any gates that you need, I had a 14ft rv gate installed with composite slats. I will use him in the future if needed, thank you again!

Amazing! Truly amazing! The RV gate I got was worth every penny! The owner communication was incredible, he let me know every step of the way when he would arrive, how much it would cost and all the details into installing the gate. WOW! If only all contractors were like this business, from start to finish, it was a great experience. The office staff and scheduling were pleasant and easy to deal with, they showed up early for both the quote and the job but let me know they were going to be early. I couldn't afford the entire job so they were willing to do a smaller portion which I really appreciated. They did such a good job fixing my fence, I could not be happier. I absolutely recommend and would use them again.

The wrought iron fence that we had installed was done well. However, the painting of it was not. I am doing my 2nd major touch-up in less than 2 years since it was installed in May of 2018. They also came back once to touch it up after 10 months of installation, which makes 3 times. However, there is only a one year guarantee. I am going to have to have the fence completely repainted in the near future and it is not a small fence. Buyer beware.

Love my gate. They made it look great. Love the color and how easy it was to schedule on short notice. Highly recommend this small local business.

Sunset Fence just finished our 120 feet of block wall.  They arrived when promised and finished on time (a bit early).  The quality was clear, and everything was done to code and plans.  They even helped obtain the permit.  In terms of price, they were in the middle of our bids but with quality consistent with our higher bids.  They also fixed a small loose brick as a courtesy, outside the original scope.  I was very impressed and I would use them again without hesitation.

Had an old side yard gate that wouldn't open or close properly anymore, had the owner Ron come and take a look and we decided the best course of action was to take out the equally broken block wall and turn it into an RV gate. Everything was measured and custom built for the space, and 48 hours later I had a brand new gate perfectly installed. Excellent craftsmanship and Ron was very professional.  My wife loves that we can now use our gate again! I would highly recommend Ron and Designer Gates for any and all of your gate needs.

Mike Stoker and his team at Steel Creations are the finest steel fabrication shop in phoenix.  They have done work for myself and many of my friends.  True custom work is their specialty.  If you are looking for gates, pool fences, front security doors or most anything else made out of steel.  

All my friends who have used Mike love him and the work his firm has done.

After all the great reviews I set up an appointment with Michael. Unfortunately he never showed up for the appointment and never reached out to reschedule. Eventually we ended up going with another company. I understand sometimes things come up but the total lack of communication was very unprofessional.

This is to update my review that I wrote on Arizona Pool Fence.  
My husband finally got someone to come out ( without a service charge) but before I continue I have to let it be known that when I spoke to Gina, she actually said to me.   You have to pay a service charge because we're going to send someone out, on a service call, to your home and they're going to put that fence up 1, 2, 3, so easily and  it will be a service charge.
Well, the service man that came out struggled and could NOT put the fence up either !!  He actually had to get some tools out, re-adjust things and then and only then, could he put it up.
The only reason I did not give them a better rating the second time around was because they should have called us back and said something like.......  We're so sorry we assumed it was your fault about the fence but our technician told us that the problem was on our side not yours. If you have anymore issues please don't hesitate to contact us.

Very rude people. We had everything just about wrapped up for the quote when I asked a couple of questions for clarity - he saw I had another quote and insisted I tell him who it was from, when I refused he snapped, fine, we're done here, we are not your people, they are. They stomped away. They never stopped at my neighbors to give them a quote as promised either, cited an emergency. They lost two jobs in a matter of seconds.
Who are they to think people don't have the right to get more than one quote. Seems pretty arrogant if you ask me.
I would not recommend them.
