Lev did a great job repairing my security gates.  He was on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently.  I was super impressed with this young man and would recommend him to anyone who needs to replace the wooden slats in your gates! Super Job!!

security door not  only looks great, but the service guys did an excellent job on the installation.  The only recommendation would be to use two pneumatic closers on a door this heavy.  It either slams,  or doesn't fully close.  Should be able to open and release about 12-14 inches and shut fully without slamming.

Abraham's crew has done a couple of projects for us and has done a great job on all.  We've had our back fence concrete wall repaired and they built and installed all new iron fencing and gates.   I've since had some modifications to the wall and gate done (to adjust for new drainage plan) and he made a decorative iron trellis for the house.  He's my go-to for iron and concrete block work.

Great work! Super busy guessing a lot of worn out gates but they squeezed me in a week after order...great job!

Like others here, I had a great experience with Sunset Gates.

We had three gates (side, alley, and RV) replaced with the Select Series #234. The gates are strong, sturdy, and look amazing. Honestly, the gates looks better than I imaged they would. Everything about them says quality and they've definitely increased the curb appeal of our home.

Shawn (founder & operator) is easy to work with and takes his time to make sure everything goes smoothly from the initial meeting through post-inspection. Without a doubt, he takes pride in his work and goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy. (Thanks for the great experience Shawn!)

I could not be more pleased with my beautiful stair case.  Each phase of the project was done professionally and great communication. The picture first do the steps justice. If you are ready this, just call them now. They won't let you down.

I needed a gate repaired due to anchors loosing ! They came out the same day and replaced new solid anchors fo the gate in a block wall ! It was done ok less than an hour ! And he readjusted the door to have it centered !
Excellent service ! The price was 175 . Which was a little higher than other quotes but he was fast and very professional work !

I highly recommend Juan and JM Custom Iron Work! I wanted to replace my old wood slat gate with a solid metal gate that provided more privacy and I am very happy with the finished product. I never thought I would be so excited about a gate but it is extremely well made and has a beautiful oil rubbed bronze finish that looks so much better with our home's paint color. The price was very reasonable and I appreciated that I was able to customize the type of lock I wanted. Juan was very responsive, easy to work with and super friendly, overall great guy and company!

We had a two small projects, one residential and one commercial, that we worked with Paul on. He was easy to work with and responded immediately to any questions or concerns. He was able to problem solve, complete both projects in a timely manner and stayed on budget. Geoff is the best! We had reached out to 3 other companies to do our gates and in one way or another they all let us down tremendously! Not Geoff! He scheduled us for an estimate within a reasonable time, came to that scheduled appointment on time, helped us to understand what was best for what we were looking to do, estimated a reasonable price, and kept us in the loop on the timing of getting the custom gate made. When it came to installation I could not be happier. They did a great job! I would recommend him 100 times over.

The professional and helpful treatment started with the online quote from Amy.  From there I made a phone call and spoke directly to Amy.  Again she was kind, patient, and very helpful.  Jim came out and gave us a quote/estimate and was very professional, helpful, and prompt.  We had an extra block added to our 25+ year old block wall for privacy and safety with a pool in our yard.  They were able to match the painted block and it looks great!  They were fast, and completed the work in several hours.  The four gentlemen who did the work (and Jim) were very positive, helpful, and attentive to what we needed.  The workmanship is excellent.  I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a fence.

Ron is a good guy. Straight shooter. I liked his old school way of handling the project. Very easy to work with. The most important thing was the communication was good and he kept me informed with any changes that  needed to happen to complete the work. I'll call him again when I need another fence/gate installed.

Mike Stoker and his team at Steel Creations are the finest steel fabrication shop in phoenix.  They have done work for myself and many of my friends.  True custom work is their specialty.  If you are looking for gates, pool fences, front security doors or most anything else made out of steel.  

All my friends who have used Mike love him and the work his firm has done.

Michael was quick to respond to e-mails, had great prices and installed very quick! Our pool fence look awesome and we would highly recommend him.

I orginally decided to go with Maloney's because the owner was a firefighter and spoke English. Moreover, Tim  seemed to be professional and knowledgeable.  I contacted Maloney's in late November to clarify the estimate we had been given during the summer. My husband and I were torn between buying the material from Maloney's and installing it ourselves our have.  During a conversation with my husband Tim reduced his original estimate by $75 (from $845 to $775) which we found to be very agreeable.  The day of install (Friday 12/12/11) the installer showed up with the wrong color of fence and gate.  At the end of the day the installer told my husband they did not have a black gate and would bring the correct gate on Monday the 5th.  By Monday afternoon I did not hear from anyone from Maloney's so I contacted their office and spoke to Gina -- who knew nothing about the gate.  I asked at that time that one of the $400 charges to my credit card be reversed since the job was not complete and apparently she had no idea when it would be.  At the time I was also upset not only that they charged me for a job not completed but charged for an amount different than what we had been quoted over the phone ($775 became $800),  I did not hear from Maloney's for over a week and a1/2 regarding the gate and what I was told was the were issues with manufacturing and they would get back to me when it was available.  I had to dispute the 2nd $400 charge because Maloney's did not credit me for 5 days after my first phone call.  I called Tim with Maloney's on the 20th because I noticed my credit card had been charged without my permission on the 19th.  He promised Gina would get back with me that day to discuss the issues we were having and apologized for my card being charged. Maloney's charged my credit card TWO more times without my permission (had to cancel credit card and send final payment as a check) and prior to the gate's final install on January 4th.  I definitely would not recommend Maloney's -- good product but very poor customer service and follow through.

I had Hernandez make a custom RV Gate for me and I am truly impressed.  Everything done was top notch.  Everytime someone comes over, they mention how nice my gate looks.  You get for what you pay for and if you want quality, one-of-a-kind, look no further, excellent craftsmanship.

I had at least half a dozen architects and contractors look at our master suite project, but none of them had the skill, vision, or knowledge of Sacred Steel AZ.  From understanding how to preserve the original block (I had master masons tell me that wasn't possible), to knowing the structural constraints of the wall, to working within the overall aesthetics of our home, Gabe Castle demonstrated professional expertise that surpasses his competitors.  He worked meticulously on every detail of our slider door to ensure a perfect, unique final product.  He also took time to collaborate with me about different decisions during the process.  Sacred Steel did all of this for a fraction of the price of other bids...and for 100% custom work!  The true beauty and quality of this project has far exceeded my expectations for only a fraction of the price.  Now I'm eager to see how Sacred Steel can blend more steel features across the exterior of the home.

Sounds like Tim and Carol build very nice gates but unfortunately waiting three weeks for them to come out and measure and then another week for an estimate was just too much.  Carol told me that I would have a bid today and when I asked her if it was available she said no not yet, maybe tomorrow.  sounds like they build excellent gates from what other reviewers say but their customer service skills are really lacking and that was a deal breaker for me.
