I should preface this by stating that I am a very meticulous person with a Type A personality.  So when I enter into most customer service type arrangements, it comes with quite a bit of anxiety and trepidation that things will not be done in the correct way requiring sometimes tense discussions.  That being said, I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Jorge for an excellent experience when he was at our home in Goodyear yesterday.  He was like an anxiety pill in human form.  Very respectful and required pretty much no follow-up discussions after the initial walk thru.  I say pretty much because any follow-up discussions were one of the following:  1) I had questions about how different things worked in his experience just to satisfy my curiosity or 2) he attempted to do things based on how I thought they should be done with the supplies he was provided (by us) only to come back to show us that it didn't look as good or pass his satisfaction test.  For #2, he educated my husband and I how painting it the way we thought it should be done resulted in a sub-par result and then doing it the way he suggested resulted in a more blended appearance without you being able to tell there was a touchup done in an area.  I think he took one break during the hours he was painting the interior walls and garage walls despite us asking him if he would like to take a break...we could go get some beverages/snacks.  Great work ethic, attention to detail, complete cleanup leaving no trash/drips/overspray behind and was there exactly when the office said he would be.  I can't speak for the rest of the crews with the company but I highly recommend and will ask for Jorge again if we ever need painting services.  Thank you J&M for your stellar customer service and such a high caliber of an employee.  Great job young man and we wish you and your family nothing but the best!

Rising Phoenix did a fantastic job on the exterior of our house. Detailed and professional.  They even removed an old satellite dish for me. We feel like we have a brand new house when we drive up to it. The stucco repair was well done and they took the time to ensure that the whole house was washed and any peeling paint was scraped off. I can see the quality difference compared to other houses that have been repainted in our area. We will definitely use Rising Phoenix for any painting job that we need done. Juan was on top of everything.  Quick responses and honest quotes. He even told us that he was probably not the cheapest because his crew ensures quality work. They were worth every dime.

A huge thank you to Joe and his crew Hector, Ricardo and Flaco for your hard work in painting the exterior of my house. From start to finish each person was very positive, friendly, service-oriented, and easy to work with! I had a lot of cracks around the windows and trim, which were caulked. New stucco was applied to many areas damaged by woodpeckers. These were all repaired prior to the prime and paint - they even washed off all my window screens! They did an excellent job and the end result was a sharp-looking house that looks amazing. They didn't leave the job site until everything was to my total satisfaction - to me the customer service and warranty coverage is a cut above the rest. Thank you EMP company!!

I contacted Bob, the owner, who did deal w/me personally all the time.  He did a great job and I even got the $100 YELP discount.  The painters were on time, taped and cleaned up well and the job was done in a timely manner.  The bid was competitive and made the job of choosing easier because YELP had such good reviews.  Thanks Bob and i'm glad you also picked up a couple of referrals from just being in the area. That's always a good sign.  I wish they took credit cards though :)

Excellent job. I contacted Alex, he came out to look at the house and gave a quote. He quoted for other items too. He power washed the house a couple days later. They removed chipping, flaming paint. Patched halls and cracks. Everything looks beautiful and fresh. Amazing and great pricing, and fast work!

Crash of Rhinos was a gem of a find.  One of those rare businesses that value integrity and a job done well, thoroughly, and to the customer's satisfaction.  It was a pleasure working with them from start to finish.  I just wish all businesses operated the way Crash of Rhinos does!

Hate leaving bad reviews.  I had Alex came and painted my office.  Price was fair.  He finished the job and Right away I noticed a few areas that needed to be touched up.  I told him I want that to be taken care of first before I pay him.  But he said to trust him he will come back to get it done and if i can give him the money first.  I knew there is a high chance he never come back but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and handed him the money.  It has been more than a month and texted him 3 times,  he never came back to finish his job.  So moral of the story don't give contractors money until they get everything done first.

I contacted AZ paint company to paint the exterior of our house. The painters were great! Luis and Jaime did and amazing job. When they were finished and we did the walk through they touched up anything that I was unhappy with. They were very punctual and when they finished they clean up was great as well. These two guys did a great job. I would definitely recommend AZ Paint company with these two painters! Thanks Luis and Jaime!

Family referral to use Cris and his team for painting my I kitchen cabinets. Very professional, prompt and efficient. The workmanship was impeccable. We already loved our new house but Annie transformed our garage door into a thing of beauty.  We went with the faux wood finish and it looks amazing.  Our family, friends, and neighbors all compliment us and have asked for Annie's contact info.  In addition, we had to change our schedule a couple of times due to construction delays.  Annie was accommodating and juggled numerous other projects to keep us from waiting.  We received samples to compare which finish we wanted and then on install day, Annie made a couple other suggestions.  We love how this project turned out and refer everyone to Frogstar Faux Finishing.  Thanks, Annie!

Rob checked off all the boxes for us as we were looking to paint 2 of our bedrooms. He provided us with a reasonable quote, quick turnaround for start and completion of job (about 1 week from quote to start, with the job taking less than a day), and was friendly/approachable and took time to explain everything to us as we worked through picking the right color.

He and his son arrived on time for the job and we couldn't be more pleased with the final product. Save yourself some time and start directly with Rob, you won't be disappointed!

Great painting company! Definitely would recommend to anyone who likes fast, efficient, reliable and affordable painting and drywall services! The owner Justin was very polite and very professional about his work! They did an amazing job repairing our drywall and painting our new home! We will be getting our exterior painted shortly by them as we are very pleased with the interior work completed!

I called around and got several estimates for painting my 10 year old home. Got several over $3000, some under $2000, Terry at CertaPro came in the middle. He invited me to go buy a few other houses he was painting in my neighborhood. The quality looked great and the neighbors had nothing but great things to say about the work done.

When Terry came out he gave me a great price and listened to my concerns and made sure he addressed each one. His crew, Carlos and his son, not only went above and beyond, but they made great suggestions. Top quality work, would definitely recommend them.

Mike and his team went above and beyond.  They added in extras like painting our pool wall, fixing the trim around the garage door and house, and painting the screen door and front door, among other add ons.  They also communicated with the neighbors to let them know what they were doing on a daily basis.  

We wouldn't reach out to Mike and his company for future paining needs and we highly recommend.

Executed a quote for repainting the concrete front porch of an historic home downtown.  Quote was high but not entirely unreasonable for high-quality work, but what I received was far from that. Very little surface prep or removal of old paint was completed.  Paint was applied just hours after pressure washing.  Even a novice painter knows that this is poor workmanship. Additionally, the onsite employee's wife (presumably unpaid) assisted in the work after bringing him lunch.  The newly applied paint began to peel and separate in some areas within days of application.  Notification of this fact to the company via text was essentially met with indifference and a recommendation that we touch it up ourselves.  I consider myself lucky that I did not hire Red Rock Painting for the full exterior paint job on the home and cannot in good conscience recommend their work.
