They did great work, friendly people, slightly slow communication but that's due to being busy and quality of work. Put great detail into it. Had a question/minor issue and the owner called me to clarify. That's the definition of professionalism. Issues arise and they nip it in the butt right away. Would I use them again yes!

Had a full interior refresh done. Crew did a phenomenal job, worked fast without sacrificing quality. Pricing very competitive and fair. No complaints at all, great experience.

Had a rental property that needed a new interior paint job asap. Patricia came out the next day to give me a quote. I told her I needed them to start the next day and she needed to come in under budget. They were able to begin the following day and came in under budget. Joe was responsive in email and accommodating. His painters did an excellent job on the exterior of my house. The painters were pleasant and willing to to accommodate as well. We didn't ask for much but they seemed eager to please.

I hired Arizona's Best Family Painting to paint the interior of my home. In addition, I paid extra ($500) for wall paper removal in two bathrooms. In the initial conversations with the company, I was also told they had a workmanship warranty.

The paint job was horribly done, and I did endless touch ups myself. However, the most concerning part was the wallpaper removal. The walls looked horrible, nothing like other walls in the home. I contacted AZBFP multiple times via phone and email, sometimes with a response, sometimes without. I initially asked for it to be re-done, it was never scheduled. I then repeatedly asked for a refund, it was never received. The paint job was finished in October, it is now April and I hired and paid another contractor to re- do the work. I would not recommend Arizona's Best Filmily Painting to anyone.

Look no further! Alexander Juarez painting exceeded our expectations.  They're the best pricing, and provide the best services compared to others in The Valley.  They came to pressure wash the house a day before and repaired all of the old surface flaws .  My house looks refreshed (updated).  We have received nothing but compliments from our neighbors. Pics don't do any justice .  Thank you again Alexander and team for the outstanding service provided .

Mike and Kim were super professional and the job the team did was amazing. I cannot believe I did not do a review when they did our house in January 2014. The house looked amazing then and even today it is  beautiful. I am sorry the review was not done in a timely manner but this is first rate company and they use the highest quality paints. The results speak for themselves. We have also used them to paint our concrete block wall and it made our backyard so much nicer!

Had two bedrooms painted and they look great! He was very responsive and was quick to come and give a quote and very reasonably priced. They had both rooms painted and looking great in less than 4 hours. Highly recommend this company!

The owner Justin was very polite and very professional about his work! They did an amazing job repairing our drywall and painting our new home! We hired them for popcorn ceiling removal & retexturing. Their pricing was very fair, & they were professional & courteous. Terry, the franchise owner, kept us well-informed regarding scheduling, & the crew showed up on time every time. They were the only company that included caulking around the edges of the ceiling to avoid gaps after the popcorn was off & the ceiling retextured. Everything looks amazing, & the crew left the jobsite very tidy. I would highly recommend this franchise.

I am a Realtor as well as a house flipper. I was referred to State 48 by a colleague. I have worked with many many tradesmen & Mike and his crew were by far the best I have ever worked with. I needed painting in my home done which included some very detailed work. State 48 is now my go to painting company. I can not recommend them enough. It is very hard to find good people in construction. They showed up on time, cleaned up very well, did a fantastic job, & checked with me through out the project to make sure they were addressing all of my needs. I wish everyone run there company like these guys.

I did not have a good experience with Ralph and Red Rock Painting. I truly believe in supporting small business, however, if that business doesn't deliver or follow through then that's when feedback needs to be provided as in this case.

I submitted a request for a quote via YELP this past Sunday. I received and email from Ralph requesting more information. I contact him by phone on Monday morning and gave detail of what I needed a quote for - interior painting on a commercial office space (including a wall with stripping) and exterior paint on a larger commercial structure. Ralph said he  could come Wednesday but had a doctors appointment and would come in the afternoon.

I called this morning (Wednesday) to confirm the appointment and try to get more definitive time. I also shared with him that I couldn't be onsite but that he would meet directly with my client whom I doing the project for. He again stated he had a doctors appointment and another quote.  I told him I would text him the contact of my client and asked that he come closer to 2pm. He agreed and told me he would call me when he was on his way. I text the requested information to him.

At 1:45pm my client got a phone call stating that Ralph was onsite. He did not call either of us to say he was en route. My client headed to the location and arrived in less than 5 minutes. Only to find that Ralph expressed that he was not going to sit around and wait on someone, left his business card and left.  

Upon hearing this I called Ralph and asked what happened. He claimed he had been waiting for 15 minutes (which is untrue) nor did he ever reach out to either myself or my client to let us know he was on his way or waiting. He offered no apology, nor did he even attempt to offer to make things right.

Definitely not an example of customer service or B2B relationship building. And for him a loss of what could have been multiple projects.
