Jeff came out to do the initial quote for painting the exterior of the home. I was debating between just the fascia trim or the whole home (including fascia). It turned out, that although more expensive it was more cost effective just to do the whole house.

Jeff arrived on time for the initial visit and was very professional. Among the other quotes I received, theirs was a reasonable amount (not the lowest, nor the highest for what was being done). I liked the fact they use Sherwin Williams paint, a plus in my books because it's one of the brands the HOA wants.

In terms of the quote write up, it was very vague (especially when trying to compare apples to apples with several companies), I had to go back and forth a few more times having to ask questions to figure out if the service was right for us. The administrative staff was really good about answering questions and getting back to me in a timely manner. Ultimately I decided to move ahead with J&M and scheduling a date was pretty reasonable (they had dates available within the next two weeks).

The morning of the start date for painting was off to a rough start. The administrative staff had advised me they would be here between 7am and 8am. Unfortunately, around 6:30am J&M's painter was on our roof banging around - talk about a rude awaking! I just don't get the point of confirming what time they are coming, only to be woken up much earlier? Had I known 6:30am was the start time, I would have prepared accordingly...

I did let Jeff know about my frustration then being woken up, a couple of times, (once by phone and one by text) he finally apologized.

Another issue with the painter starting before I was able to meet with him, is that we had patio furniture to deal with. I was advised we would receive some help in moving it, by the time I was able to throw clothes on and get outside it had been all moved. Which moving the patio furniture in itself isn't the problem, moving the patio furniture under trees with lots of birds uncovered is another issue. I ended up having to rummage around the garage for tarps and garbage bags to protect the furniture.

Ernesto did a wonderful job when it came to the actual painting and covering of windows etc. The best part of the whole endeavor was the final product on the paint job. The process took three days, though I'd say the first and last day were half days of work, with the middle day the longest.

The only complaint I have with the actual painting, is that some things that shouldn't have gotten paint on them did. Some plants did, I was rather worried about the one as it looked like it was going to keel over. It hasn't died yet, but has been a little sickly as it has a fine coating of paint on it (from the spray settling I presume). Inevitably some of the paint debris settled into the pool, I ended up shocking the pool to keep it from getting out of whack. The brackets for the outdoor curtains had some paint on them along the edges. Lastly, the most upsetting are the three garden lights with drops of paint on the tops. I was hoping I would be able to pull the paint off, but it seems to have adhered permanently to the finish of these lights. Unfortunately, anything I try to remove the paint, is removing the finish as well. I am most disappointed about the lights getting paint on them because it's the most obvious of all, and at the time we got the house painted they were brand new... I mean at least if they were older I could somehow justify they would have to be replaced soon.

All and all there were some good things and bad things with the job (which is why I have given them a mixed rating of 3/5). Would I recommend them or consider them again? Maybe. J&M isn't awful. J&M could improve most with better communication, they certainly would have received at least a four star rating with better communication. A five star rating would be reserved for a near perfect or perfect experience, but I can't justify that here with the outlined hiccups.

I didn't bother contacting Jeff about the paint splotches on the lights, because I didn't notice them until a couple days after when I was tending to the plants in the garden. I was also hoping to get the paint off the lights myself (nothing seems to be working). I also wasn't entirely sure how much Jeff would even care, because it seemed he was a little nonchalant about the whole start time episode I mentioned earlier.

Rising Phoenix Painting recently painted the interior of our garage, which included a lot of stucco and drywall repair. Juan was so easy to work with and has exceptional customer service skills. He was able to schedule the work very quickly for us when we were on a tight timeframe. His crew did an incredible job! We are so glad we found this company and can't recommend them highly enough.

Alex did a great job on the exterior of my house, his work was excellent and he was very accommodating for my schedule with the hoa. Very reasonable pricing and quality work, would strongly recommend him again.

This company is great!  Joe and his crew came out and painted my massage studio, and did a fantastic time.  They were very prompt, responsive and thorough.  The studio now looks wonderful!  I highly recommend Extra Mile Painting.

The owner, Bob, was very pleasant to deal with and gave us a competitive price.  They  weren't able to start right away due to a large industrial job, but when they came they were there when they said they would be, and did the work quickly and well.  To rate five stars in my book, a crew has to leave the house almost as they started; there was less for us to clean up than I've seen from almost any other contractor I've hired.

Carlos, the head of the work crew, did a marvelous job and earned a large tip.  He had enough experience with houses that he could work as a handyman in addition to the fine work he did with painting.  As always, there were a few things that needed to be adjusted, and he did those quickly and efficiently.

They did a great job with the power washing before painting.   A lesson-learned for me is that when you have your house power washed: seal your doors and windows, as loose paint flakes will find their way behind the screens, and a tiny crack under the door may let water under it to swell the wood of the thresholds and adjacent floor.   Arizona's Best Painting did a great job of sealing around the outside, but we should have added some additional sealing from the inside as well because of the tremendous pressure of the water.

I would hire this crew again any time, and enthusiastically recommend  Bob and Carlos' team to others.

Alex and his team helped me out a couple weeks ago.  It was a small project and some touch up on the exterior of my home, but they showed up on time and did a good job.  I plan to hire them again.

As good as it gets, for sure! I received estimates from 4 companies. Decided on Crash of Rhinos because of price/ time to get the job done/ and consultation. They were very professional, on time, and thorough.  The weekly updates and constant contact were all bonuses. They completed the job on time and did a beautiful job. Very, Very impressed.

Hate leaving bad reviews.  I had Alex came and painted my office.  Price was fair.  He finished the job and Right away I noticed a few areas that needed to be touched up.  I told him I want that to be taken care of first before I pay him.  But he said to trust him he will come back to get it done and if i can give him the money first.  I knew there is a high chance he never come back but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and handed him the money.  It has been more than a month and texted him 3 times,  he never came back to finish his job.  So moral of the story don't give contractors money until they get everything done first.

I recently used Arizona Painting Company to paint my house and had a terrific experience. The estimater was friendly and straight-forward, and gave us some good tips for selecting paint colors. Victor and Mike then did all the repairs and the painting and did a fantastic job with great communication and attention to details along the way.

Do NOT due your due diligence and then Cris will provide you a quote.  Questions I asked came from a Consumer Report:  How to hire a painter; however, Cris stated that I asked too many questions.  According to Cris, his customers don't ask questions.  Although I see a few reviews dating back to 2016 and only 3 reviews in 2018, it's suspect.  When asked if he could provide me with references...pretty much he told me to read yelp.  He mumbled something that gathering references wasn't going to be easy for him.  Also, I asked him if he had a painter's liability and workers' compensation insurance certificates he said he did along with his licenses but none of this info would be provided to me unless I accepted his bid. I find his response very interestingly unprofessional.  Glad he didn't provide me with a quote; however, I am sure it would have been very entertaining since it seems like he charges a la carte for many things.  Cris did mention several times...everything costs money  Note:  A consumer understands the concept of paying for goods rendered but when it's not clear what they're paying for, a consumer should have the right to understand exactly what s/he should expect.

We just had Annie come out and refinish our garage door, and could not be happier. It looks AMAZING! We recently updated our house, and the garage door stood out as really orange and dated. After lots of research, we chose Annie based on great reviews and beautiful samples of her work. She and Liz did the work in 2 days, getting our input along the way, and the end result is better than we had imagined. It's a rich brown that hits all the right notes, and looks completely like real wood. She is truly an artist and also delightful to work with. We'll continue to recommend Frogstar to all our friends and neighbors!

So very glad we chose this company to do our interior painting.  They were on time each day, kept their work area organized and clean, respecting our home.  Exceptional paint job, could not be more pleased.

I called around and got several estimates for painting my 10 year old home. Got several over $3000, some under $2000, Terry at CertaPro came in the middle. He invited me to go buy a few other houses he was painting in my neighborhood. The quality looked great and the neighbors had nothing but great things to say about the work done.

When Terry came out he gave me a great price and listened to my concerns and made sure he addressed each one. His crew, Carlos and his son, not only went above and beyond, but they made great suggestions. Top quality work, would definitely recommend them.

Mike and his team went above and beyond.  They added in extras like painting our pool wall, fixing the trim around the garage door and house, and painting the screen door and front door, among other add ons.  They also communicated with the neighbors to let them know what they were doing on a daily basis.  

We wouldn't reach out to Mike and his company for future paining needs and we highly recommend.
