Great choice for painting your house in the Phoenix area - look no further!  I researched a bunch of companies, and besides the great reviews they also have some of the best rates around as well.  J&M sent a great crew to paint my 2 story house and it turned out great!  We encountered some issues with our HOA along the way and J&M was very patient with the delays and worked with us on everything.  J&M is an A++ all the way!

Juan and Angel did such an awesome job with interior painting at our new house! They were extremely easy to work with from scheduling an estimate appointment to performing the actual job. They answered all of my multiple questions and provided valuable advice from start to finish. Best of all they were quick! We thought it would take a couple days but they were done in 1 day and everything looked amazing. I appreciated the calls to check in afterwards to make sure we were completely satisfied....which we were....but I definitely know if we had any issues they would remedy anything. Refreshing to work with a genuine and honest company Overall it was great experience and we look forward to working with Rising Phoenix again for future painting jobs!

Robert and his team were fantastic. From the get-go, he was quick to schedule a competitive estimate and was able to schedule the job right when we needed it. The painters were courteous, detail-oriented, and did a really nice job. The exterior of our house looks great and we've already had neighbors asking about the team that did it. They also spent a day inside touching up every day wear and tear and it looks great. We should have done it years ago! We'd certainly recommend the Robo Painting team!

From the minute I scheduled an appointment great customer service meeting with Patricia for a reasonable estimate to downloading app Patricia suggested for color to Alex's guy coming over to tape and paint everything was soo seem less! I also got to meet Alex such a nice genuine person who def knows his craft! I love the colors I choose and the impeccable job! Would support them and recommend any day!! Don't waist your time. You fill out a form online, You get a email reply to call a number, You call the number and get directed to another number, You call and leave a detailed message, You get no callback. You call back to tell them they had their chance.  I guess they are too busy to call so.... You call somewhere else.  Notice the review has a lot of You but no they or them.   Lots of options out there.

Great guys and reasonable prices. Fixed my ceiling paint peeling due to roof water leak.

These are the best and most professional painters I have ever met. I was aware of what was going on every step of the way. My house came out beautiful. My house truly stands out now. They repaired the stucco and I can't even tell where the damage was. All of this and for a reasonable price too. I would highly recommend them.

I recently used Alian Painting to paint the ceilings in a home I've been working on. They were beyond amazing. The owner Alex came out promptly to give me a quote which was affordable and competitive. The day the work was completed, they showed up on time and completed the job in a very efficient manner. What took them five hours would've taken me days. They took their time to make sure the furniture and non painted surfaces were protected. I couldn't be happier with the results. They had three options you can choose from ...Bronze, Silver or Gold.  chose the GOLD package, The Gold package offers a 10 year warranty with Sherwin Wiliams duration 100% acrylic with Permalast technology & 12 to 15 years estimated life before the next exterior repaint. This is the best warranty option n Arizona and they warrantee the paint job for a full 10 years! The Gold package is for those two don't plan on selling in the foreseeable future.

I was very pleased with the product and especially the technician: Jesus Machado! He was AWESOME! The painting of my home started off with a crew of four or five  people... and then it dwindled down to four, three, then two... at that point I complained and spoke to a supervisor and he brought me out his best painter... That was Jesus! He answered every question, every concern, and even allowed me to look and see what he was doing! He was very careful with everything in terms of prep, details and the paint. He always had a smile on his face and was always willing to do the best job ever! I highly recommend if you do use this company, that you ask to have Jesus Machado as your painting technician! He took care of all the hard work, all the clean up from the previous crew, and even corrected more than a few things from the previous crew that they missed! If you're able to give this man a RAISE for his professional work... I HIGHLY suggest you do!!  Jesus Machado IS THE BEST PAINTER YOU'VE GOT!!

Our boring beige garage doors have been bothering us for years. We live in a beautiful neighborhood where the houses are being updated all around...so we decided to call FrogStar!  Annie came out and did an absolutely beautiful job making our doors look like real wood. It completely updated the entire front of our home. Worth every penny! Thank you Annie.  You are so talented!

We used Attention to Details Maintenance recently to paint our kitchen and master bathroom.  Robert was very helpful in selecting paint colors.  He did the job in two days and we are very happy with his work.  We plan to use his services again in other rooms in our home.

The owner Justin was very polite and very professional about his work! They did an amazing job repairing our drywall and painting our new home! I called around and got several estimates for painting my 10 year old home. Got several over $3000, some under $2000, Terry at CertaPro came in the middle. He invited me to go buy a few other houses he was painting in my neighborhood. The quality looked great and the neighbors had nothing but great things to say about the work done.

When Terry came out he gave me a great price and listened to my concerns and made sure he addressed each one. His crew, Carlos and his son, not only went above and beyond, but they made great suggestions. Top quality work, would definitely recommend them.

Mike and his team were fast, efficient, reliable, and did quality work. We had a tight timeline and they did a great job being flexible and completing the job in a timely manner and with a great result. Mike also referred us to his designer to help choose colors which helped a lot. His pricing is competitive as well. They did our entire house- walls,trim, cabinets, bannister, and it breathed new life into our home. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I did not have a good experience with Ralph and Red Rock Painting. I truly believe in supporting small business, however, if that business doesn't deliver or follow through then that's when feedback needs to be provided as in this case.

I submitted a request for a quote via YELP this past Sunday. I received and email from Ralph requesting more information. I contact him by phone on Monday morning and gave detail of what I needed a quote for - interior painting on a commercial office space (including a wall with stripping) and exterior paint on a larger commercial structure. Ralph said he  could come Wednesday but had a doctors appointment and would come in the afternoon.

I called this morning (Wednesday) to confirm the appointment and try to get more definitive time. I also shared with him that I couldn't be onsite but that he would meet directly with my client whom I doing the project for. He again stated he had a doctors appointment and another quote.  I told him I would text him the contact of my client and asked that he come closer to 2pm. He agreed and told me he would call me when he was on his way. I text the requested information to him.

At 1:45pm my client got a phone call stating that Ralph was onsite. He did not call either of us to say he was en route. My client headed to the location and arrived in less than 5 minutes. Only to find that Ralph expressed that he was not going to sit around and wait on someone, left his business card and left.  

Upon hearing this I called Ralph and asked what happened. He claimed he had been waiting for 15 minutes (which is untrue) nor did he ever reach out to either myself or my client to let us know he was on his way or waiting. He offered no apology, nor did he even attempt to offer to make things right.

Definitely not an example of customer service or B2B relationship building. And for him a loss of what could have been multiple projects.
