Dan is the best!  I am super picky, and Dan met all my expectations.  From the time he met with us to pick out the cabinetry through the install, he did what he said he would when he said he would so it. He helped us pick out the best cabinets for our kitchen and our style, and he made great suggestions based on his experience. The price was fair. His crew was professional and cordial, and we really enjoyed working with them I recommend BTN Kitchens without reservation and would definitely use them again.

Jeff replaced some of the old wood that was damaged. I was so happy to see that.
We did all new drawers with soft closed feature. Also had many lower cabinets made into large drawers. We did a garbage pull out too. We are so happy with our new kitchen. We reorganized and the kitchen is so much more functional.
I asked Jeff if he could resurface a couple of the inside bottoms of a couple of cabinets that had damage from the previous owners. He did and it looks fantastic!

It took a poor review to get the owner Noah Perry to finally call me directly It should have  never had to go this far. I appreciated the fact that he knew exactly what had gone wrong and was ready willing and able to make it right . We set up an appointment and our issue was taken care of. In the end I feel like they just had no idea of what was going on and that our salesman had really mishandled every thing. In the end I was glad it was taken care of and looks good. I also appreciated the personal note that was sent as follow up

I just stopped in here to ask a few questions about cabinets and repairs, because I unfortunately did business with another local company (KitchenAZ Cabinets Chandler) and needed some help.  Unlike KitchenAZ, they were super KIND and helpful; they explained brand differences, quality, and manufacturer warranties to me.  I wish I had gone with them in the first place!  I bought a cabinet touch up kit, and got a referral for someone to help with my current cabinets.  Thanks so much to Beth that helped me!  I will be coming back to get my guest bathroom vanity from you!

Very good and what I liked about working with David is that he did exactly what he said he'd do, showed up on time, provided accurate information and installed without any hassles at all.  We had purchased a half slab from The Yard, David picked it up and cut it for a bathroom counter top and we had the remaining piece cut for a shelf on our rooftop viewing deck.  All good, I'd recommend David and Discount Granite to anyone interested in a reasonably priced good quality result.

I had an excellent experience with Matt. He did an amazing job refinishing my nightstands with a quick turn around time. I will be using him for all my home projects!

All I needed was a replacement piece to the back of one of my kitchen drawers. I had gone to lowes, Home Depot, etc. no one would help. My kitchen drawer front broke off, and I needed the back piece of wood with a router cut in it. I found Arizona Custom Cabinets via search near me. I went there and explained my issue, and showed the gentleman who helped me the piece of broken wood. He said oh yeah let me look in back. 5 minutes later he returns with a freshly cut (exactly measured) piece of wood to replace my broken piece. You've saved me! How much do I owe? The gentleman says 10 dollars. All I had were credit cards so he says I don't deal with cards just bring it by next time your around. Seriously? What excellent, immediate customer service!! I drove to the nearest atm and returned with $20. He wanted to give me change and I said no, an extra $10 is the least I could do for his professional, immediate, courteous help.

I don't need new cabinets, I just needed the one piece and they saved me! I do know if I need any type of cabinetry work done in the future I will go to Arizona Custom Cabinets! Sir, if you read this, thank you again!

Save yourself a lot of time and energy in researching the best and go with Phoenix Cabinet Company. I'm using them for the second time for another project in Scottsdale because I was so impressed after the first project. They are professional, diligent, detailed, fair priced and they ensure you are in love with the finish product. We worked with Jess and he was amazing. Always great at getting back to us and following up. Set realistic expectations of the process.  Straightforward pricing. No games like we experienced elsewhere (even another DKB location).  Cabinets took a while to get but that's just the way it goes these days. Install guy was great.  The only hiccup we had was with Marlam for the counter install. But even then Jess was helpful and got involved when we needed.
