Better than New Kitchens did a great job refacing our master bath and guest bath cabinets along with our laundry room cabinets. Dan and his team did it with professionalism, pride and on time.  It was a pleasure working with Dan from beginning to end.

I can't say enough good things about Grapevine and Jeff. For one thing, he has been the most punctual contractor I've ever worked with. My wife and I initially had him out to quote us a refinishing job. Then we decided to go with a complete refacing job. For those two appointments and each subsequent visit to complete the job m, he was always on time.

We were able to customize our project to get more utility out of our kitchen instead of just making the cabinets look better. We were able to add slide out drawers in our pantry and base cabinets, as well as  soft close  for all of our drawers. I talked to Jeff about removing the center support on each cabinet front to make the cabinets more accessible and to allow the pull outs. He removed the center supports skillfully.

The end result was not only did we get a beautiful looking kitchen, but we have all the utility of brand new cabinet designs that are popular today.

We had 2 closets done. Overall the install went great. Communication has been horrible though, from the beginning. Email responses are slow.
The problem though was during install. There were supposed to be 2 drawers only in one of the closets, and they were jewelry drawers. They were being installed way too high for jewelry and when mentioned, he said they weren't noted as jewelry drawers and the sizing wasn't correct for it.
I've tried emailing our sales person, heard back once that these are 'standard size' and won't return another email. Guess that's what happens after you pay.
Also, the side railing is not installed properly and is popping off.

Make sure everything is done correctly and the designer understands what you want before moving forward with this company!!

Reached out to a few places for quotes, and pricing was not too far off from anywhere else. The pricing for Quick Response was just slightly better, but we decided to go with this one as the tech (Scott) that got our measurements seemed more knowledgeable. They were quick and friendly in their communication, and got us on the books the same week.
Evan S came out to install our cabinets, and he arrived a bit early, which we had no issues with. They send you a text with a picture of the rep so you know they are on the way. Evan was very helpful and flexible as we made a last minute adjustment. It required more trim to satisfy our needs, and Evan was able to do it for us. Love our cabinets, will definitely use them again and 100% recommend!

Would recommend them any day. I had the pleasure of working with Joe. He's a great guy and made us feel like a priority every step of the way. My time is very limited and he was able to work with him via email. This meant I was able to continue my daily work/household responsibilities without any negative impact. Once we had a good design, since we reconfigured our entire kitchen; we were able to come and select colors/countertops. Joe even helped us select the space between our counters and island. So grateful because the final work is great.

We have worked with Chris on multiple projects and have referred him to friends who have had equally good experience.  He is in high demand so don't expect a quick turnaround, but you will be rewarded for your patience.

They exceeded my expectations on the new kitchen cabinets. Good value for my money, easy to work with, and was completed in a timely manner. Pleased with the process and final end result.

David was extremely professional and his work is flawless. I am very happy with the way my counters turned out. He installed quartz countertops in my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I will definitely use him in the future for new projects. I highly recommend! (please keep in mind the backsplash is not finished in the photos that I uploaded, but just the counters alone look amazing!)

This is my dream closet! Chad and his team were stellar through every step of the process, from design to estimate to updating design through install. He's super responsive and his pricing was right in line with the quality of the finished product and service.

We have a crazy small closet with loads of angles. The install team had to work hard to ensure everything came together flawlessly.

Had Matt redo my 6 dining room chairs from silver to metallic gold with a clear coat over.
They came out Fabulous! I'm going to have him redo this small wood table to silver his idea.

All I needed was a replacement piece to the back of one of my kitchen drawers. I had gone to lowes, Home Depot, etc. no one would help. My kitchen drawer front broke off, and I needed the back piece of wood with a router cut in it. I found Arizona Custom Cabinets via search near me. I went there and explained my issue, and showed the gentleman who helped me the piece of broken wood. He said oh yeah let me look in back. 5 minutes later he returns with a freshly cut (exactly measured) piece of wood to replace my broken piece. You've saved me! How much do I owe? The gentleman says 10 dollars. All I had were credit cards so he says I don't deal with cards just bring it by next time your around. Seriously? What excellent, immediate customer service!! I drove to the nearest atm and returned with $20. He wanted to give me change and I said no, an extra $10 is the least I could do for his professional, immediate, courteous help.

I don't need new cabinets, I just needed the one piece and they saved me! I do know if I need any type of cabinetry work done in the future I will go to Arizona Custom Cabinets! Sir, if you read this, thank you again!

Save yourself a lot of time and energy in researching the best and go with Phoenix Cabinet Company. I'm using them for the second time for another project in Scottsdale because I was so impressed after the first project. They are professional, diligent, detailed, fair priced and they ensure you are in love with the finish product. They do custom and they are a dealer of Soliid so it's great to be able to mix and match! Call Kevin, he's my favorite. He will take care of you!

My neighbor recommended me to you guys and I was not disappointed. The cabinets are standard soft close which is a plus. The sales rep and designer were very helpful through my appointment. Amazing quality!

My family have been dealing with this company for almost a year now and still have an incomplete kitchen. They have placed an incorrect slab of granite,  bad and expensive mistake,but not by our part. They are very argumentative to solve this issue....won't own to their mistake.
UPDATE-
STILL INCOMPLETE kitchen over. Year later...paid in upfront. Of course needed more $ to finish? A bunch of BS.  Biggest mistake is giving them ANY $ to get no work done.

I have had an excellent experience dealing with Diamond Kitchen, and most especially with their salesman Logan Peterson. He has been so helpful in coordinating the delivery and install of my kitchen cabinets! I ran into several delays during the renovation of my property, and he was able change the dates for me so that things went more smoothly. He was courteous and friendly, and I couldn't be happier with my cabinets. They look great, and I would most definitely recommend both Logan Peterson and Diamond Kitchen for your cabinets!
