Dan and his crew were very organized and efficient. They did an outstanding job refacing our kitchen into the kitchen of our dreams. They were polite and considerate to us and each other. Even going with last minute minor changes. They left our home neat and tidy and finished sooner then expected. Extremely happy with our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I read the other reviews and thought, this is too good to be true.  Then we had an estimate done and couldn't believe the great pricing.  Then we had the work done and I'm telling you, it was all amazing.  He is by far the most reliable contractor we've ever hired.  He shows up exactly at the time he says and is so friendly.  The work area was clean and organized.  You really can't go wrong!!

Ours was a very simple project, 2-4' x 8' garage cabinets.  We talked to a few companies, liked the quality for the price and so far we're very pleased.  The guys arrived in the schedule timeframe and completed the job quickly.  Cleaned up as if they were never there.  Of course time will be the true test, but so far so good.

The entire process from scheduling an estimate online to someone coming to give me an estimate to the actual install was super easy. Brandon did a great job! We love the product and would absolutely use Quick Response Garage Cabinets again!

I went in to the their new store in Tempe,AZ. Immediately Jared was there to help me with my needs. There prices were great and service over the top exceptional.

I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for cabinets or doing. Remodel.

Finish on wall unit was bad...........

Worker used air compressor spraying black paint inside my new house trying to fix poor paint-stain job.. He coated floors, counters, furniture and walls with a black paint powder. Because the A/C was on it blew the black paint all over my house!!!!!!!!!! I called and talked to Paul expressing my anger and asked him to come out and see what my new house looked like. He said he didn't see any need to come out. The first attempt at touching up the wall unit not only trashed the house but in some areas of the wall unit it looked worse than before the touch up.

It took two days of cleaning to get my new house cleaned up. No one even attempted to apologize until I unloaded on Paul (good guy) that I was really angry that neither he nor the carpenter offered an apology... once I said that he said he was sorry. Paul seemed thoroughly  unimpressed with the black powder in the house until my wife ran her hand over a leather couch and showed him that her hand was now black.

After two days of cleaning (on our own) Chris offered a cleaning company for the living room and kitchen.  I told them we would finish the cleaning ourselves and the kitchen and living room were not the only areas that were trashed. Again I told them the paint was all over my house, not just in the kitchen and LR.

A few days later they sent out a finish person that fixed most of what was wrong with the wall unit....

The build quality was good.

They exceeded my expectations on the new kitchen cabinets. Good value for my money, easy to work with, and was completed in a timely manner. Pleased with the process and final end result.

Chad did a great job with our built in desk and shelves for our home office. From consultation to finish the process was very easy and the work was done well.

I had an excellent experience with Matt. He did an amazing job refinishing my nightstands with a quick turn around time. I will be using him for all my home projects!

All I needed was a replacement piece to the back of one of my kitchen drawers. I had gone to lowes, Home Depot, etc. no one would help. My kitchen drawer front broke off, and I needed the back piece of wood with a router cut in it. I found Arizona Custom Cabinets via search near me. I went there and explained my issue, and showed the gentleman who helped me the piece of broken wood. He said oh yeah let me look in back. 5 minutes later he returns with a freshly cut (exactly measured) piece of wood to replace my broken piece. You've saved me! How much do I owe? The gentleman says 10 dollars. All I had were credit cards so he says I don't deal with cards just bring it by next time your around. Seriously? What excellent, immediate customer service!! I drove to the nearest atm and returned with $20. He wanted to give me change and I said no, an extra $10 is the least I could do for his professional, immediate, courteous help.

I don't need new cabinets, I just needed the one piece and they saved me! I do know if I need any type of cabinetry work done in the future I will go to Arizona Custom Cabinets! Sir, if you read this, thank you again!

Nothing but good things to say!!! They beat the competitors pricing, worked with my time frame & the product quality is impressive! Kevin came to take measurements & helped me configure the kitchen the best way for my space & budget. There was no pressure from them and all the contractors were friendly.

I have referred them to multiple people now & will continue!

My neighbor recommended me to you guys and I was not disappointed. The cabinets are standard soft close which is a plus. The sales rep and designer were very helpful through my appointment. Amazing quality!

They don't deserve any stars. I am so disappointed and upset with this company. A gentleman below explains exactly what happen to me. I wish I would've checked their yelp before dealing with them.

This Phoenix store needs major help with communication skills and customer service. I'm in the middle of doing a big home remodel. I called them up for an estimate. They mentioned they would come out to do measurements at a cost but it would be returned to me. They hire private contractors to come out and they pay them with your funds. Next day they came out and the following day we got a design. I had questions and that's when everything went downhill. My questions weren't answered for a few days, I had to follow up repeatedly. They responded days later with a bad attitude and like I was a bother. The responses were very short and didn't seem to care much. Nothing was ever over the phone besides scheduling the measurement service. I never knew who I was talking to. It was not personal at all. When you're going to make a big purchase you want to feel like you have a rep/sales person. I felt like I gave my money to anybody and never got what I needed. I finally received a quote with cabinets that I did not pick. They just picked any cabinets. I told them what cabinets I wanted from the start and now they can't provide me with a quote with those cabinets.

To top all this off, I called corporate, spoke with a Sonja and she was not helpful and hung up on me because I said i have received a shitty service and want my money back. I told her I wanted to speak with someone else. I mentioned that I didn't want to leave bad reviews but that this was getting ridiculous. She said you can do as you feel. You would think someone would care about the reputation of their company but I guess not with this company. So, here I am. Hopefully they hire people that care about their customers and company.

It's very unfortunate to go through all of this when you're pregnant and trying to get cabinets ordered.

Please stay away from this company as a whole. You will get nowhere.

Randy at the Tatum/Tbird location has been designing my kitchens for close to 1O years now. As a contractor I cannot stress how important accuracy, quality ..... ...and most of all affordability are. Randy gets it done every single time.

Premium Wholesale Cabinets is a horrible business.  Dishonest and untrustworthy.  Took deposit but never refunded after no purchase was made, after needing money for funeral expenses for my father.  Requested itemized receipt for deposit, they refused.  BBB complaint filed.  Much better cabinet businesses out there.  Stay away from them!

We worked with Jess and he was amazing. Always great at getting back to us and following up. Set realistic expectations of the process.  Straightforward pricing. No games like we experienced elsewhere (even another DKB location).  Cabinets took a while to get but that's just the way it goes these days. Install guy was great.  The only hiccup we had was with Marlam for the counter install. But even then Jess was helpful and got involved when we needed.
