My home's circa-1999 kitchen and bath cabinets were hammered: builders-grade materials, poorly taken care of by previous owners. Somehow the interior boxes had escaped abuse and were in good shape, so I decided to reface.

I searched hard for a company I could trust. Online and through friends--most of whom had had bad experiences with cabinet work of their own. They described delays, wrong materials--complete frustration. One said, I just wanted it to be over. Great confidence builders...

By the time I found Better Than New Kitchens, I had become very skeptical. Dan O., the owner, came to my house, confirmed that refacing was the way to go, and gave me a preliminary estimate--along with a referral list of 32 recent clients. 32 references--who does that!?! So I started making calls. After talking to 7 customers in a row who couldn't say enough about BTN's work, I hired them.

Dan and Erick, the crew chief, came and measured, did drawings and formalized the estimate. We scheduled for 8 weeks out (they're that busy). The work was estimated to take 3, maybe 4 days (they finished in 2). They said the crew of 4 would be dedicated to my job only. (They were. There IS only one crew, and nobody skips out to go to another job.)

They told me there would be minimal clean-up. In fact, I was told I could leave most everything in the cabinets. WHAT??? I've had nightmare clean-ups before with dust and debris everywhere, but they told the truth. I cleared about 3 inches of space at the front of each cabinet and didn't live to regret it.

The craftsmanship and materials are beautiful. The hardware is top-of-the-line. You can find less expensive companies out there, but for me, with BTN, the age-old adage was true - I got what I paid for. If you're looking to reface your cabinets, I highly recommend Better Than New Kitchens.

By far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. I chose Grapevine over other contractors because of all the high reviews online but also after getting my estimate. It was clear to me at that point that communication and customer service was at the highest standard.

I can't stress enough on the quality of product and attention to detail. The finished product far exceeded our expectations. I am so glad we didn't paint our old maple cabinets. The beauty of the products Grapevine Cabinets uses is night and day better than anything else presented to me.

Love our cabinets built and installed by Space Solutions for both garage and indoor for extra storage space. Cabinets were very affordable and many colors to choose from, they came out great and techs came out and installed on target date without delay! Definitely recommend Space Storage Solutions!

Super great job...our garage was transformed into a great man garage for my husband and a great storage place for me with all my Christmas stuff, etc.  Our worker was one of the hardest workers I ever saw with excellent craftsmanship.  He arrived at 9a and finished at 7p.  He also added cabinets in our Laundry room.  Thanks again for an excellent and transformation!  Steve and Kathy Conrad

Went in to C4L and spoke to Robbie Logan. Just went through a nightmare renovating another home in Cali so  explained to him the importance of time, quality and productivity.

He was a JOY to work with. Not only did he listen, made recommendations and did a great layout that doubled the size of our cabinet space and entire kitchen...the cabinets were manufactured and installed within three weeks time. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with my product and the company. I will be purchasing an investment property and will definitely use C4L and work with Robbie again. Overall awesome!!!

Chris did a beautiful job designing our custom cabinets for us. With his help and design we were able to knock down a useless space  and totally transform our kitchen area ! He was very responsive and a pleasure to work with!

We stopped in to get a quote on some cabinets. Our salesperson Connie was friendly and very knowledgeable. Price was competitive with other quotes and turn time was significantly faster. Less than 3 weeks cabinets arrived and installed. Quality is great. Highly recommend for your cabinet needs.

I found Mike on Yelp after purchasing a Ring Doorbell. I had some issues getting our old one removed and needed help. Mike was quick to respond and we got something set up. I loved that he actually showed up on time and texted me as soon as he was here. He was friendly and not only got the doorbell installed but helped me get my app set up as well.

As far as pricing, Mike was so affordable. Some of the other guys I found were trying to charge double what he did. So, A+ for value and service. I'm gonna be using him again for sure!

David was a pleasure to work with for installing my new granite countertops. He responded quickly to all inquiries, was very informative and helped me to make my final selection ( I knew I wanted black counters, I just wasn't sure if I wanted granite or quartz ), and he and his crew were complete professionals and did a fantastic job.  Another big plus was that the removal of the old counters, haul away and installing the new plumbing was all included so there were no added costs or need to hire another contractor.

My husband and I downsized to a much smaller home after becoming empty nesters. Our new home came with a very small master closet and no storage area. To solve this problem, I wanted to expand our master closet by making a doorway from our closet leading into the adjoining bedroom. I spent months looking for a general contractor and closet company for this project. The job was too small for the contractors and no closet company could do the prep work required before building the closet. Then I found Organized by Design on Yelp. Chad and his wonder assistant, Marcus, were able to handle every aspect of the job - tear out of old closet and wall, drywall repair, moving electrical lines, installing new flooring - and then building a beautiful closet. From the design process with Jennifer, the demolition, rebuild of walls and flooring to the actual build of the new closet everything went so smoothly. Ten stars were earned by the entire crew. They were always punctual. They cleaned up after work everyday. They were so easy to work with. I felt like I had always known them. Chad and Marcus made sure to ask me about every detail before they proceeded to make sure it was what I wanted. They even measured our clothes to make sure the clothes rods were at the level I wanted. Chad's trim work around the curved baseboard was far superior to the work done in our previous custom home. Everything was built to exact detail. They also built beautiful cabinets in our garage. I highly, highly recommend Chad with Organized by Design.

I had an excellent experience with Matt. He did an amazing job refinishing my nightstands with a quick turn around time. I will be using him for all my home projects!

My neighbor recommended me to you guys and I was not disappointed. The cabinets are standard soft close which is a plus. The sales rep and designer were very helpful through my appointment. Amazing quality!

I just went into the store to ask questions about cabinets for an upcoming remodel. The question I am left with is: what did I do to make the salesman go back to his desk and make me come to him with any question I had? I was also told to find it online when I asked about sizes. Not very helpful. But the cabinets look good.

Randy Smith was super helpful, very knowledgeable and help my husband and I through the massive kitchen remodel.  He was patient and made the process fun! We spent more than we thought, however the end product was worth it and so beautiful!!  You cannot go wrong with Randy. The professional that came to do install, Greg Phillips, was wonderful.  He is a wizard and so hard working.  He aims to please.  All good news!

Premium Wholesale Cabinets is a horrible business.  Dishonest and untrustworthy.  Took deposit but never refunded after no purchase was made, after needing money for funeral expenses for my father.  Requested itemized receipt for deposit, they refused.  BBB complaint filed.  Much better cabinet businesses out there.  Stay away from them!

Called them to ask questions and was reassured that they have special relationships with cabinet makers therefore they get better quality items and lower prices. I made an appointment and went in. I already had 2 bids from other stores for kitchen cabinet replacement. My experience here was awful. I felt like I was at a used car dealer. Took 2 hours to come up with a schematic of my kitchen (which is small) and a bid. The bid was DOUBLE of the first 2 I had. The salesman could not give me a price himself he kept having to go to the back room behind closed doors to speak to the managers to get pricing. Then I asked for an itemized bid and was told they don't do that. My other 2 were itemized. When I showed my other bid to the salesman at half of his price he got mad and threw his pen and started putting down the other store. So unprofessional and I felt very played.
