Best Cabinets in United States

It was after our kitchen countertops were installed, that we decided to update our cabinets as well. Being that we didn't want to rip out counters to update our cabinets, Better Than New was able to resurface the existing cabinets. This basically means that everything is new, except the box that's glued to the wall.

I was skeptical until I saw photos of other resurface jobs that this company has done. I couldn't tell the difference.

We now have all new doors, drawers, pull outs, hardware, etc.. etc.. for a huge savings compared to a full replacement. You couldn't tell we had oak cabinets last month!

Expect these guys to be in your house for a few days. They take their time at every step in the process, from the initial on-site sales/review, to piecing together the beautiful molding.

From the moment, I walked into their store to the finished product I was beyond satisfied and very Happy  with the customer service, the design to the finished cabinets! They turned out beautiful! I had an amazing experience! Roberto helped me design, my salon, suite! It turned out gorgeous! I get compliments daily! The owner Jeff did a nice job refinishing our cabinets. Jeff showed up right on schedule every time. Matched the color we requested perfectly. Did the work in a timely manner. Was very easy to deal with. New his job well. Reasonable pricing.

Had Quick Response (QR) install garage cabinets. They turned out  beautiful. QR responded quickly, sent a text message when coming to the home with a picture of the technician. They were professional, highly recommend this company.

Cabinets4less now has a Scottsdale store on MacDonald next to the bike store. I have priced cabinets and made the rounds with local stores and contractors and feel they have been the most helpful. Connie is who helped me, and really walked me through the process. It's way out of my comfort zone and she made it be so much easier!
The way it works is you pick out your cabinets, they are manufactured in Mesa, and they give you a list of contractors to contact and set up. I want to say this store is helpful and beautiful. Nice and bright in there and you can see your cabinets.
I will be back after my installation to talk about the process, my cabinets, the finished product etc. I'm really excited about this!

David was a pleasure to work with for installing my new granite countertops. He responded quickly to all inquiries, was very informative and helped me to make my final selection ( I knew I wanted black counters, I just wasn't sure if I wanted granite or quartz ), and he and his crew were complete professionals and did a fantastic job.  Another big plus was that the removal of the old counters, haul away and installing the new plumbing was all included so there were no added costs or need to hire another contractor.

I cannot say enough great things about this company, Organized by Design.  My husband set up an appointment with Chad Turnwald, who came out on time on the scheduled date.  He is very professional, courteous, patient, and friendly.  After getting the measurements of the closet and an idea of what I wanted, he put in all on his laptop computer. As we talked and looked at the design, I got some ideas & suggestions from him and within a few minutes, he made the desired changes on his computer!  I really enjoyed working with him.  We set a tentative date for install in January, and I thought of some other questions. So I called and we talked about a couple other changes. He then emailed me the new plan. Two days before installation day, Chad called to firm up the arrival time that was convenient for us. He also had Kathryn bring out two rolling wardrobe racks to use for unloading our clothes. This was extremely helpful and we got to keep it a few days after the installation. On the scheduled day, Chad came with Mike, his installer, to get started with the demolition of the closet. The majority of the closet was completed that day, and the remainder only took 2 hours the next morning. Mike did an excellent job on the install. Chad even put up my husband's homemade hat rack high up on the wall to help us out. The quality of the closet is fantastic and drawers are dove tail construction with full extension! Thank you Chad, Mike & Kathryn for all of your fantastic work on this project. WE LOVE IT!

All I needed was a replacement piece to the back of one of my kitchen drawers. I had gone to lowes, Home Depot, etc. no one would help. My kitchen drawer front broke off, and I needed the back piece of wood with a router cut in it. I found Arizona Custom Cabinets via search near me. I went there and explained my issue, and showed the gentleman who helped me the piece of broken wood. He said oh yeah let me look in back. 5 minutes later he returns with a freshly cut (exactly measured) piece of wood to replace my broken piece. You've saved me! How much do I owe? The gentleman says 10 dollars. All I had were credit cards so he says I don't deal with cards just bring it by next time your around. Seriously? What excellent, immediate customer service!! I drove to the nearest atm and returned with $20. He wanted to give me change and I said no, an extra $10 is the least I could do for his professional, immediate, courteous help.

I don't need new cabinets, I just needed the one piece and they saved me! I do know if I need any type of cabinetry work done in the future I will go to Arizona Custom Cabinets! Sir, if you read this, thank you again!

Nothing but good things to say!!! They beat the competitors pricing, worked with my time frame & the product quality is impressive! Kevin came to take measurements & helped me configure the kitchen the best way for my space & budget. There was no pressure from them and all the contractors were friendly.

My neighbor recommended me to you guys and I was not disappointed. The cabinets are standard soft close which is a plus. The sales rep and designer were very helpful through my appointment. Amazing quality!

HORRIBLE. I stopped in tried to get some information on cabinets. I wanted to understand what the materials were in the cabinets how its stacked up against a Home Depot cabinet etc. Just basically asking common sense questions. I personally dont know anything about cabinets Im trying to learn. The guy in the back right who was helping me was extremely aggressive on every question I asked kept saying I dont know this is just the way we do it. Umm ok buddy. If u dont I dont know either Im the customer. At the end he made a sacrastic comment and after an akward silence I just walked out. Stay away unless u want really bad service.

My experience with this company has been a very frustrating one! I found them online with all the great 5 star reviews. I had to look for new cabinets due to a water flood from a burst pipe in my kitchen. This is all new to me and I expect the experienced company to be guiding and telling me details about the cabinets I am ordering. Upon delivery of my cabinets there was damaged pieces. And the toe kit (which I have no idea about) was never even ordered.  They did work with me to get them replaced. Mind you this process started in March and it is now the end of May. The toe kit finally arrived and one of the  new skins that came to replace the damaged original skins was also damaged with a large gauge at eye level. Very poor quality control from their cabinet supplier. Also the cabinets ended up all being smaller inside once they got installed and a lot of space in my kitchen was wasted the way the cabinets were built and not extended all the way to my walls. Lots of lost storage room compared to my old cabinets that I wasn't expecting.  Now I have to store kitchen items in my garage. They didn't inform me that certain shelves were 1/2 shelves for the bottom cabinets. When I found out I was stunned and ask why they didn't tell me about this. I was able to get full shelves but, they would cost more. I need as much storage room as possible in my smaller home. They do not give you all the information needed and being new to this buying of cabinets I had no idea what I am suppose to ask or be aware of.
I have to say their installer, Cameron, did a great job at putting in the cabinets. Very even and great at detail! He was very nice to work with.
When the replacement skins came and the toe kit, the next installer did a terrible job with the trim work. It's a joke, so unprofessionally done. The top piece was attached angled with a large open gap between the cabinet and trim. Now I have to go and complain and get that fixed. The one new skin also had a gauged area( looked like termites ate the wood) at eye level and he's trying to get me to accept this after I pay thousands of dollars for new cabinets. Excuses were damage with being delivered, natural knot in the wood, the next piece may also have issues as it's natural wood.
Now they are telling me 6 more weeks to get a new skin and finish installing!!! Do some quality control and maybe you wouldn't have to return over and over to the customer. All I want is my kitchen finished. Stop bringing me damaged goods! And send me an installer that knows how to do trim work. Please.

Went there over 6 weeks ago.  Greg helped us and still haven't followed up with a complete proposal.  I guess the don't need my $20,000 worth of business!  Don't wast your time with these used car salesmen!
