We were ordering new furniture but wanted to keep a few existing pieces that we love.  The problem we had was - do we order new furniture with the same wood as our existing pieces or have the existing pieces refinished.  If we refinish, how can we be sure we're going to get a good match?  The furniture store recommended Better Than New and advised they work with them all the time.  

You can handle the logistics yourself or, for $135 each way, they have a 3rd party take care of it.  The form they had us sign was intimidating, and it did cause us to think twice but we decided to move forward anyway.

We received the finished pieces and they absolutely are better than new.  The quality of the work is stunning - minor scratch on one piece is gone and they match our new furniture beautifully.  I can't say enough about the work they did and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We are extremely happy with the outcome of our cabinets. One of our friends thought we bought new cabinets. Grapevine did a beautiful job. They were punctual and nice to work with.

Space Solutions recently completed our remodel for our business.  We used this company 11 years ago when we first opened and were happy to use them again for our updated look.  Everyone from the receptionist who scheduled my appointment, to the salesman, Matt, who showed up on time and was quite helpful in helping us design our office, to Adam, the installer who was courteous, professional and very tidy-  they all exceeded our expectations.  Going through a remodel while trying to remain open for business can be a little trying.  Space Solutions made our difficult process go so smoothly.  I was impressed with the selection of cabinets and countertops we were given, along with the precise installation to complete our modern updated look.  We've had numerous compliments on especially the cabinets and how great they make our clinic look!  We are thrilled with the job they did and cannot recommend this company enough!  Very pleased customer!

Great communication and always kept us informed on arrival times. From the office personnel to the technicians, they run an organized, professional program and provide you with all the information and details of what they will be doing. Would highly recommend them to service, repair, replace or upgrade your current garage doors.

First, let me say that for the price of these cabinets the quality is great. They use 1/2 plywood instead of your cheap particle board that a lot of companies try and sell because they are affordable. They also come with modern features such as soft close as a standard option.
They also had no issues with customization and had an array of options to give you exactly what you are looking for.

Second, the customer service was rocky in the beginning but I was transferred back to trey who I had originally began speaking with on the design and had a great experience. They were constructed quickly and delivered in a timely manner. There was one hiccup in the job but they were quick to make the necessary changes and made sure everything was right and I was satisfied.

I did not have them measure or install as I did not need the assistance but it was a service offered. All in all I would not hesitate to use these guys again or refer them to other contractors in the industry. They provide a great cabinet for a very reasonable price!

Finish on wall unit was bad...........

Worker used air compressor spraying black paint inside my new house trying to fix poor paint-stain job.. He coated floors, counters, furniture and walls with a black paint powder. Because the A/C was on it blew the black paint all over my house!!!!!!!!!! I called and talked to Paul expressing my anger and asked him to come out and see what my new house looked like. He said he didn't see any need to come out. The first attempt at touching up the wall unit not only trashed the house but in some areas of the wall unit it looked worse than before the touch up.

It took two days of cleaning to get my new house cleaned up. No one even attempted to apologize until I unloaded on Paul (good guy) that I was really angry that neither he nor the carpenter offered an apology... once I said that he said he was sorry. Paul seemed thoroughly  unimpressed with the black powder in the house until my wife ran her hand over a leather couch and showed him that her hand was now black.

After two days of cleaning (on our own) Chris offered a cleaning company for the living room and kitchen.  I told them we would finish the cleaning ourselves and the kitchen and living room were not the only areas that were trashed. Again I told them the paint was all over my house, not just in the kitchen and LR.

A few days later they sent out a finish person that fixed most of what was wrong with the wall unit....

The build quality was good.

They exceeded my expectations on the new kitchen cabinets. Good value for my money, easy to work with, and was completed in a timely manner. Pleased with the process and final end result.

These cabinets are solid. You have many many selections to choose from, different colors and styles. They will custom design whatever area you're looking for. They are made with solid wood, soft closing, don't waste your time with IKEA or a lesser grade.

My grandson and myself have been redoing his bedroom. The previous closet doors were sliding doors. They limited your view to only half the closet when opened. The bifold doors that Mike installed solved that problem. The new bifold doors give a full view into the open closet now. Thanks Mike! Greatly appreciated!

Loving our quartz countertops! David was wonderful to work with. We reviewed the website he orders his slabs from and were able to stop by and pick up a sample. Once we made our selection, the process was easy. We purchased a sink on Amazon and shipped it directly to his shop so he could measure to fit. He was able to install the countertops within a week and did an exceptional job. The countertops are flawless! He even set up a plumber to come by to hook the sink and faucet up. We also got a great backsplash referral from him. High quality work and great service. Very highly recommended. See the before and after pics!

Amazing company to work with and the quality is fantastic! Highly recommend them if you're looking to update that old room!

They came out Fabulous! I'm going to have him redo this small wood table to silver his idea.

All I needed was a replacement piece to the back of one of my kitchen drawers. I had gone to lowes, Home Depot, etc. no one would help. My kitchen drawer front broke off, and I needed the back piece of wood with a router cut in it. I found Arizona Custom Cabinets via search near me. I went there and explained my issue, and showed the gentleman who helped me the piece of broken wood. He said oh yeah let me look in back. 5 minutes later he returns with a freshly cut (exactly measured) piece of wood to replace my broken piece. You've saved me! How much do I owe? The gentleman says 10 dollars. All I had were credit cards so he says I don't deal with cards just bring it by next time your around. Seriously? What excellent, immediate customer service!! I drove to the nearest atm and returned with $20. He wanted to give me change and I said no, an extra $10 is the least I could do for his professional, immediate, courteous help.

I don't need new cabinets, I just needed the one piece and they saved me! I do know if I need any type of cabinetry work done in the future I will go to Arizona Custom Cabinets! Sir, if you read this, thank you again!

Save yourself a lot of time and energy in researching the best and go with Phoenix Cabinet Company. I'm using them for the second time for another project in Scottsdale because I was so impressed after the first project. They are professional, diligent, detailed, fair priced and they ensure you are in love with the finish product. They do custom and they are a dealer of Soliid so it's great to be able to mix and match! Call Kevin, he's my favorite. He will take care of you!

I love my new cabinets. The choices were just enough and not overwhelming! The sizes available were a little off for some areas like above my refrigerator but other than that, I'm happy.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. If I could put negative stars I would.  This is my experience and it's very disappointing (should have looked a yelp first!!):  

I was very excited in the beginning and even more excited when we first received our cabinets. What is disappointing is the communication with this store and every time we would call in, either Mike or Patricia would answer and 9 out of 10 times we would not receive a call back OR we would have the sense that we (my husband and I) were being ignored once we mentioned our name (which is why the last two times I called I waited on the line and then the last call I refused to give my name and wouldn't you know it, I got Alex. Alex is the sales rep we've been working with).  It was sad that I had to resort to e-mail in order get some sort of response.  We were told, by Patricia,  that the handles and the soft close hardware would be mailed separately.  Handles comes in, but come to find out the soft close hardware were supposed to be with the cabinets when we drove to the store location and picked the cabinets up (the correct info came from the third party contractor Rob).  The original measurements of the kitchen were off, but that was due to the warped pantry wall, and Rob not seeing that issue when he first came out.  

NOW, we have to change two of our bottom cabinets, return the crown molding (No where in the instructions, and none of the reps informed us that we needed to place two by fours behind the upper corner cabinet, to make up 3 inches on either sides to make sure all would align and so that the crown molding would not bump into the cabinet door), and STILL have to wait for these items to be shipped to us. I requested a refund for the entire setup via email AND verbally, but they sent the contractor to remeasure and resell us on solutions (which we've been asking for solutions for the past 2+ weeks!).  

In the long run, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. This has been a learning experience and I will definitely be using a different cabinet company in the future.

Had a full kitchen cabinet designed and installed by Diamond.  They made sure everything was right and sent a couple of cabinets back to be remade. Logan was attentive and patient during the design process and personally made sure everything was correct and we were happy. I highly recommend using Diamond.

I really can't say enough good things about PWC. I realized early in the course of my kitchen remodel that I wanted quality, affordable American-made cabinets, so I naturally gravitated toward Waypoint. That's what got me in the door of PWC's showroom, after having already worked with another designer on my kitchen layout. When the contractor I selected (not affiliated with PWC) ended up falling short midway through my remodel, that's when the value of working with PWC really became apparent. Eric took pains to understand my predicament, even coming out to my home a few times to inspect as-built conditions and giving me good recommendations for next steps. PWC's installers Troy and Will were consummate craftsmen, skillfully rectifying my previous contractor's shoddy work and getting my kitchen remodel back on track. Almost 18 months after installation was completed in February 2020, just before COVID-19 shut everything down, PWC helped me quickly resolve a minor warranty claim with Waypoint. Highly recommended.
