I have had David Bond do work for me both in the commercial aspect and the residential field and he has never disappointed!!!!  He is so thorough and if he finds anything else wrong he will fix it as well!   He's always on time and does what he says when he says it!!

I had them come out to look at a clogged sewer line and their guys were very responsive and honest.  Will be my go to plumber from now on.

Mr. Korin did a thorough job for Mr. Rooter  solving the problem of a stuffed city sewer drain which impacted my drain. He explained what had happened clearly, solved the problem efficently for my drain and gave advice to call the city and have roots removed in their outlet

Came the next morning after I called. Had to order my parts and installed the same day they received them.

Recommended and installed necessary additional components to reduce the chance of failure in the future.

Fixed a leaky faucet and plugged sink. Very friendly and responsive. I would use them in the future.

I've used this woman-owned company a few times for the following:

* fix a toilet that continuously runs no matter how you fiddle with it
* fix a kitchen disposal that doesn't go no matter how you fiddle with it
* fix the bathroom drain that drains *very* slowly

Their phone receptionist is courteous and efficient - getting me scheduled usually within the same day.

Their contractors are knowledgeable, kind, and quick. On two occasions they recommended options for DIY and for ways to save money. When they had to get a part and install it, they did it next day. And I've had no problems with any of their work since they were here.

Bonus: Lauren, the owner, is a neighbor (Bernal Heights) and is really nice.

I cannot say enough good things about Joven. We live in an older home with older everything and Joven always comes through, whether it's a clogged bathtub or issues with our garbage disposal. He's very responsive, honest and does a great job. Also VERY reasonably priced! We are grateful and lucky to have him just a few blocks away from us!

Ronan was recommended to me by a friend, and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber. Top notch.

Gavin is professional, very responsive and gave me a reasonable quote. He arrived on time today and even helped us flush the pipe before actual backflow testing. The test went very smooth. I'd recommend him.

Greg did some fireplace gas line work for me, and I truly can't recommend him enough.

I got quotes from multiple plumbing companies. All of the rest gave me ranges (some 2-3x of what Greg gave) and gave them with the caveat that it'll probably go up once they did the work. Greg committed to a ceiling (instead of a floor) that was supremely competitive and detailed - he mapped out exactly where lines would go. He was super easy to schedule with (we texted, for those who hate phone calls) and showed up on time w 2 helpers to make it go faster. When they were here, I didn't feel the need to supervise or manage and felt very comfortable with them at home. Gives so much piece of mind to have a plumber on speed dial who you like and trust! Just had one of the most unpleasant experiences with one of the drivers that works for this company. I was taking a right turn (at a red light) and did not notice a car coming. The driver clearly thought that I was attempting to cut them off as he buzzed by me, and aggressively swerved right in front of me while yelling at my car. He almost hit my car/ran me off the road in a residential part of sf. I followed him to see where he works as I noted that he was in a worker's van with writing on the side if it. He noticed me tailing him, slammed on the breaks, exited his car and screamed at me at the top of his lungs (to be clear he screamed his company's phone number at me! Made it all the easier to call his supervisor asap, thanks!). Cannot say that I will ever hire a company that employs people with rage issues. Cannot imagine how this guy deals with customers on a daily basis. I suggest that anybody who reads this else takes their business elsewhere as the employees here are clearly unprofessional and do not respect the fact that they are driving a car that is a moving billboard! Such a shame that this employee is so angry and vindictive...maybe they do good work! Get help, mental health is important!

We had water coming out from carpet who help on finding root cause going down crawling space and up attic then open the wall. thanks Luis help on stop leaking 1/13/2021.

Bedr helped us out with a few projects at our place and did a great job on everything we asked for. He was quick to provide a quote and flexible enough to add a couple extra projects in as our needs grew. I've had Chung Wah do a variety of plumbing work in my house over the last 8 years. Steve is super knowledgeable and can pinpoint the issue within a few minutes. Most importantly, he's honest and trustworthy.

Any time I've had an emergency, Steve is extremely responsive and takes care of the issue the first time around.

I highly recommend Chung Wah for your any of your plumbing needs.

The only reason is a 3 star and the one is because Dave was very pleasant to work with , did his job and explained everything during the procedure.

I had a water leak in my house  almost 2 weeks ago that required to cut in to the wall to find the leak .
Dave and Soul came the day after Dave already cut one hole in to the sheet rock and couldn't find the leak .
After they cut a  piece of stucco and found the leak the job was done very quickly , 2 hours in and out .
The problem is that Soul promised my wife someone will come over to patch the stucco the next day for additional $300 after I already paid $600 .
No one came the next day and no one called .
I waited one day and called Soul, he said the guy was busy and will come the next day . No one came and no one called .
I waited 2 days and called again! Same answer, same result .
So bottom line , customer service is sucks .
Eventually I found someone for $150 to fix the stucco.
It's been almost 2 weeks.

The water continued to flow non stop after flashing in my Moms' toilet .. so we have to call Bill for rescue. I left a message in Bills' voice mail and He has returned my call promptly and was at my Moms' house exactly as promised. He looked at the problem and was able to fix it in 5 minutes !!! and refused to get paid for the services rendered. Normally, others will ask for a minimum charge, which I believe is very fair... but not Bill !!! My Mom was so happy not because of the FREE service but because of meeting such an honorable man with such GREAT & OUTSTANDING work ethics .
Bill deserves more than 5 Stars !!! I highly recommend Bill !!!

Needed to replace a toilet seat.  Looked up part on Home Depot's website.  Seat not available at stores (online only).  Not wanting to wait for delivery I stopped into WB plumbing.  After a short wait, I approached the counter and told the staff what I needed.  I showed him photos that depict how the seat was mounted.  The young man looked up part and gave me a price ($1 more than Home Depot).  He went and came back with a box.  I started to ask questions hoping to confirm that it was the correct seat for my toilet.  Another worker overheard my questions and jumped in to assist.  The second worker suggested a different seat and sure glad he did.  The replacement seat worked out perfectly at a competitive price.  Thank you WB!
