I'll never use these guys again.  Wrote and explained what I needed and was told it would amount to $75. Guy came out, got the door opened, replaced a latch and then told me the total bill was $145!  I was charged $30 for the latch, not even the complete replacement cost of the assembly, and $40 for the entire 20 minutes he was here, INCLUDING the $75!  Not to mention I was never informed, nor did I sign off on, any extra charges. I was told afterwards.  I should not have paid.

A rip off and I'd advise you look elsewhere.

Victor was very nice and showed up on time and did a great job and not only did he re-key the locks, but, he also lubed them so they work well. We would definitely use VC's Lock and Key again. Thanks Victor!

Needed a second key and remote made for our car. Pop-A-Lock was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. They were able to give me a quote on the phone, Ryan texted me to let me know of time of arrival and he finished the job in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service, fast and efficient!

My VW Passat had an issue where the steering wheel locked and the ignition would not turn. I couldn't turn the vehicle on rendering it disabled. Eric responded to my request within 15 minutes on a Saturday. During our phone call I could tell, after to talking to other vendors, he had seen the issue before and knew how to fix it. A faulty steering lock was the culprit. We scheduled a service time for the next day. He let me know when he was on the way. The service took a little over an hour and the issue was completely fixed.

Overall: Great Communication, Expertise, and Experience. Couldn't ask for more.

Forgot to mention this service took place on a Sunday as well.

Levi was awesome from start to finish! When I made the appointment for him to replace broken front entry locks, he told me what to pick up. He called to let me know when he was 15 minutes away, he worked quickly and very efficiently and was even tolerant of our little dogs who were very curious about what was going on. I only wish other tradespeople would provided the same great customer service!

I accidentally locked myself out of my house tonight (around 7pm) on New Years Day of all days. Luckily, Johnny Locksmith was open 24 hours and was able to send someone over within about 20 minutes. Unfortunately I had a lock which couldn't be picked because of the way it was made. Avi spent about 30 minutes using practically all the tools in his toolbox to get the door open because he had to drill the lock out. There's no way I could have done it myself and I'm grateful for the quick, professional and friendly service. I thought the price was fair too, especially on a holiday. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Outstanding company!!!! Terry came to my house and re-keyed every exterior door at our new home. He was on time and very respectful. He was so much cheaper than the other crooks I had called. His prices are better than fair. Terry cares about his customers and his work is top notch.

I had expected the worst when I asked for their services but honestly I received the best service I have ever had. I just can't say enough about Terry and his company. They advertise that they are a veteran owned business and they sure conduct business like they are. I am a veteran and I try to give all my business to veteran owned businesses.

You are crazy to call anyone else.

"I can be there in 15 minutes" is exactly what you want to hear when you've just brought your friend home from the hospital and her lock is broken so she can't get into her own house. Alon was responsive, amiable, and so helpful. Despite a malfunctioning lock, he was able to get the door open without breaking the doorframe and replaced the lock competently and efficiently. We are so grateful and highly recommend his services.

Peter is the best locksmith in the game. He was able to service my moms house and did a good job.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

Very friendly. Very respectful.  Highly recommend and will be using their services again if needed. A little more than others. For me their tone and demeanor over the phone was it. At the end of it very worth it.
