Victor was very professional and extremely responsive (responded to my texts on the weekend and gave me a call while I was at Home Depot picking out locks). His prices were roughly what others were quoting, but he is well-spoken, knowledgeable and friendly so I went with him. I would recommend him and will use him again in the future if needed.

Osher is fantastic. After losing my keys late at night on the 4th of July somewhere between a restaurant and home he met me at my place in about half an hour and had my front door open and a new remote start key made for my jeep an hour later. I needed important items inside my vehicle and of course my home before getting to work in the morning and he saved the day!! Absolutely terrible customer service.  This man does not know how to speak to customers.  Condescending and rude.  Apparently he didn't get the answer he was looking for over the phone so he says "OK, let's try this again" and asked the exact same question the exact same way.  Problem was, I had already answered his question.

I would like to praise CJ from 24/7 lock smith. He wasn't able to come out but he was texting me and helping me find someone reputable to come out to my business cause we got broken into at 1 am and needed a lock replaced. He didn't stop at all until he found me one. Amazing service from the gentleman. This will mmake me do business with this company even though they were not able to be of service tonight.

I had lost my key for my car and the locksmith nicole who came out was very nice and did a great job. Very good pricing and I was pleased with her work. I needed a key replacement and she was quick and had great customer service. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
