Had Victor come out for a standard re-keying with a couple of fixes for the doors not latching properly as well. It was super easy to set up the appointment, he was straightforward and friendly and helped me understand a bit more how locks work. Overall great service and well worth getting it done professionally!

My husband and I locked ourselves out of the house and had no other way to get in and had to do a quick search for a 24hr locksmith. Pop-A-Lock was the closes to our home and the customer satisfaction ratings were high, so my husband called them.

Eric was very helpful with great communication before coming to do the work. Arrived on time, very professional. He was  knowledgeable about my Mercedes, immediately pointing out the features that related to the key. He was fully prepared with the key blank and key cutting equipment in addition to programming the key. The work was done right first time, great experience.

Most people don't think about the need for a quality locksmith until they need one. I'd say that Levi definitely passes the muster as far as competent professionals go; in addition to being punctual, expedient, and personable, the man's encyclopedic knowledge about keys and locks is impressive.

I'd like to say I walked away from the experience knowing there's more to keys than "stick the thing in the hole, turn it, and hope for the best", but having Levi's number in my phone insures that I won't have to (for better or for worse). In summation, this man is great at charming obstinate doors. The end.

Arthur was very responsive to my needs and expectations.
I needed to get in my house through the garage as my movers were coming in within 30-45 minutes.
As you know moving is very stressful and high anxiety. Arthur came in to save the day and I was stress free.

Jeff earns his 5 star review. He is the example of professionalism. I called on Wednesday. He was more than willing to come out that same day. But I made an appointment for Thursday. He was on time and called before coming over. He also told me how much it was going to be before he even came out.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

Todd was awesome!  I had called someone else on YELP who referred me to Todd.  Todd was so responsive, showed up when he said he would and communicated in between and most of all had notes on what he quoted me and charged me exactly what he quoted.  I will be using him for whenever I need a locksmith and I have already told all my friends that if they need a locksmith, that he is the guy to go to.  
Customer service is so important to me in this day and age and it just seems to be lost.  Todd is someone who prides himself on running his business with integrity and putting his customers first.  His phone rings off the hook and I heard him on the phone treating every customer exactly the same - with honestly and respect and kindness.

Customer service is an absolute lost art these days. That said, the family at The Lock Shop definitely have a passion for perfecting that art and providing that to their customers.

To preface this review, I had been having car starting issues. I had a very old and janky remote/ chip key and the car would intermittently start.

I placed two calls into AAA the first of which sold me on a new battery. The second call when I continued to have issues assured me it wasn't my battery but was my key.

So when I finally placed a call into "the LOCK shop" I was clearly a bit exhausted with all the running around.

The LOCK Shop eased my frustrations from the very beginning of my experience. The representative on the phone was very knowledgeable, asked all sorts of questions and actually listened. Within 30 minutes I had a technician, Jeff, I think his name was, out to my house to swoop up the key and cut it at the shop. He was back to my  house within 30 minutes and programming my key.

Jeff was able to  diagnose the starting issues I was having to be an overlooked joint on my battery that was loose that he ended up tightening down for me which resulted in my car starting every time. So,  while I didn't necessarily NEED a new key right away, I got one as a result of AAA telling me it was my key and I was GLAD about it even though It was their overlooking the problem that caused me to spend an unexpected chunk of money on a new key.

Thanks to Jeff and the rest of The  Lock Shop, I now have a brand new  key which works amazing, my car starts every time, and I can rest assured knowing they gave me the best deal and the absolute best customer service.

Went out for a night of shopping only to return home at 11pm and discover we were locked out of the house.  CJ was the only service provider to answer the phone at that hour and was there to assist within 35 minutes- exactly when he estimated he'd arrive. He even texted to advise when he was 10 minutes away!  It only took him a few minutes to skillfully pick the door lock and we were back home.  Great service, fair price and very professional. A HUGE "thank you"!!

Locksmith came out super quick. Gave us a heads up he was on his way. Over all he had a great attitude, great customer service. He got the job done great.

Dean came as planned and completed tasked professionally and at the agreed about price. I would use Kwikkeys again for my locksmith needs.
