The locksmith was nice but he was so expensive. He gave me a quote and was a lot higher in person than requested.

Needed a storeroom lock opened that had been wrongfully locked. Came ontime, great service, fair price, and then rekeyed to match our other locks.

I bought a used car and the ignition key did not work well in the door locks. I also needed my new remote programmed. I had called a different locksmith and they said they would not program a remote purchase elsewhere, which is why I called Johnny.

Johnny made two new keys that work great, plus programmed the new remote.

I lost the key fob for my Mazda 3. He was helpful for me to find a replacement even though I didn't buy one from him, but he programmed the replacement for me at a very reasonable price. He was very prompt to respond to my need. He arrived on time. Both he and his van are very professional. His work is exceptional. (Terry is also a good guy). He will be my go-to guy for any future locksmith needs.

Very simply Jeff is THE MAN...I had probably the smallest job...replace a mailbox lock..Jeff said there were no small jobs..came out and replaced the lock lightening fast.  If you ever have the need for a locksmith use JEFF! I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

This is my first time using Alcatraz and if I ever need a locksmith again, I will be calling Alcatraz. Joshua was extremely courteous and professional, he addressed all my concerns and was very knowledgeable. I called them about 3pm and they were here and gone by 430pm. Im impressed to say the least. The Lock Shop has been excellent to work with! They have assisted with rekeying my parents home and ours. Jeff was very professional and completed everything very quickly. We had to order special deadbolt locks through them and they have been overall easy to work with, courteous, and great communication. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
