Victor Crewdson, the owner, responded to our problem quickly. He asked me to send him a few pictures of our malfunctioning locks. He called me back with an estimate and let me know that he was closing out a job before ours and would text me when he was on his way. We were very impressed. He is a very skilled professional. He tops it off with great customer service, good eye contact, great organization of tools. Clean, neat, friendly, and highly skilled--We are very grateful. Thank you, Victor!

I found Levi on Yelp, and he responded immediately by phone after receiving my Yelp message. Since I called on New Years Eve, he scheduled to come out to our house on January 2, and arrived promptly as scheduled. He began working on our needs and completed them very quickly, left us with master and secondary keys, and was really great in completing the tasks. Moreover, we asked for something that Levi doesn't do, and he was able to refer us to another vendor that was able to come out and install our garage key pad that afternoon. Everything was accomplished exactly as we asked, and all in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. I cannot complement Arizona Keys Locksmith (Levi) enough, and highly recommend his services and company to anyone needing locksmith services.

Can't expect anything better from a locksmith! I called and within an hour had one of Johnny's guys at our house. The pricing was reasonable and within an hour we had 5 locks rekeyed. They were extremely communicative and in too of things and very friendly. A++

Very responsive and knew exactly what my issue was (door latch bolt stuck and couldn't open door). Easily scheduled him the next day and was able to get the latch out and replace it. Price was very fair for how tedious and frustrating the job was (tried to do it myself for hours). Highly recommend.

I was skeptical about all the great Yelp reviews -- I mean really, we're talking about a locksmith here -- but it's all true!  I needed all my locks re-keyed so a single key could open front, garage, side, and back doors.  Jeff came out the same day -- arrived on time -- and delivered the goods at a very reasonable price.  

Even though one of the existing locks had a different length of key (6-pin vs 5-pin) he was able to key it the same as the others.

Great service, and probably cost the same or less than buying all new matching deadbolts at the hardware store, not to mention the time I would have spent installing them all.

Besides all of that, Jeff is a really nice guy and I enjoyed meeting him.  Definitely will call him again next time I need a locksmith.

They are very fast to respond, which is exactly how a locksmith should be.  My situation wasn't an emergency, I wasn't locked out, but they treated it as if it was and that's my kind of service.  I do not write a lot of reviews so you know this is a high level of service.  Thank you for doing a great job

CJ was amazing!

Wow, the guy gets customer service in a day and age when no one gives a rats about the customer. So my story starts with a panic phone call that we're locked out of the condo and it's a Sunday, UGHHHH. I won't name who locked the screen door but let's say it wasn't me.

My options were limited to either heading to the hardware store and buying a drill or calling a locksmith. So I open my YELP app and locate Cory. I dialed and wow he answered ASAP. A live human answered phone I was in shock on a Sunday morning . I explained my issue And he said "No Problem I'll be there in 45 mins"! I was stunned. Told me the price of $85 and I agreed. Really like I was gonna shop around come on.

So 45 minutes later CJ texts me saying he's at the gate. Punctual I love it! I greet him and show him the lock. CJ opens he bag of safe cracking tools and in 5 minutes he's opened the screen door, THANK GOD. $85 then exchanges hands, I'm happy and he's happy and his job is done just like he said it would be Iin less than 1 hour from my initial call.

I'm 100% satisfied with his service. This man is worthy of a 5 Star review and I recommend you make sure you use his service if your ever in a jam. Thank you so much for assisting us in our time of need, your the best!

Bo was great. He arrived same day and completed the service also the same day. He answered all of my questions and performed the service faster than what I expected. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a fast, fair and speedy locksmith service. I hope I don't have to use him again anytime soon but if I do,  I wouldn't hesitate to call him back out, thanks Bo.

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
