Gave me tips and replied quickly and were reasonable. Fast response and actually showed up (novel concept - sarcasm).

I had a lock out issue late in the night and the owner responded promptly via Yelp . This was the first time I used a locksmith. He was able to create a duplicate key and was able to let me in ! He quoted a very reasonable flat rate for late night service and didn't charge anything more. Was able to pay with a credit card as well.

Bill has helped me out with my rental properties in Phoenix several times. Can't beat the price, courtesy, customer service or the work. I wouldn't use anyone else!!

Eric was fantastic! I reached out to him last week and scheduled an appointment for the following week. His communication was great. He showed up on time and completed the job within 30 minutes. I needed two different vehicle keys. He programmed each of them and they both worked like a charm! His price was more than fair too. I would highly recommend him for any vehicle key replacement needs!

Levi the locksmith lived up to the glowing reviews left by other on Yelp. I initially found him on Yelp and contacted him on account of his 5 star average. He was very responsive when I left him an initial voicemail and he returned my call on the same day to set up an appointment for the following Monday.

The following day, Levi realized that his schedule was too full and that he would need to reschedule. He was very prompt in letting me know and apologized for the need to reschedule. I appreciated that instead of trying to fit my house in to his schedule and doing substandard work, he moved my job to the next day.

When the appointment time did arrive, Levi was on time and did a fantastic job. His services are reasonably priced and well deserving of a 5 star review.

Arthur was very responsive to my needs and expectations.
I needed to get in my house through the garage as my movers were coming in within 30-45 minutes.
As you know moving is very stressful and high anxiety. Arthur came in to save the day and I was stress free.
I would definitely use him again in the near future (if anything happens again LOL)

Would definitely refer him to anyone in need of a locksmith in the Phoenix area.

They were super fast, friendly and affordable. Would definitely recommend. I called at 1p on a Sunday and they were here by 330 and done with in an hour; they had to break into my car and then make a new key.

Jeff is honest and really good at what he does. This is a shady business and to come out on a Sunday eve to a home I was staying at to replace the key (I lost) w a new lock and key for under $100 is probably UNheard of. Probably would have paid $300-$600 elsewhere. Be cautious.

Alon was so persistent to get me into my house when the deadbolt failed. It was a high security lock and he worked at it until he got in! Absolutely would recommend his company for even the toughest job!

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

First Class job!!! Originally called my lock guy & he said he doesn't install deadbolts call Craig Chase.Called Craig & he came the same day, what a blessing.He was very professional,up front, honest, great energy, knew exactly what I was trying to do,even though it was a bit tricky but he pulled it off, got the job done correctly, was in & out, had very fair prices.He is also a member of the BBB, certified, bonded & lots of life experience with locks. I'll definitely use him again & I have already referred him to a friend.

He quote about $75 the hour. I ended paying $375 for two hours. I asked for a invoice disclosure. So that I place a claim on my insurance. And I still waiting

The lock mechanism on one of our French Doors broke and, without The Lock Shop's involvement, we would have ended up having to replace the entire door set. Window Mart (who manufactured the doors) was being problematic in honoring their lifetime warranty because the hardware had been discontinued (but was still available aftermarket). Kathy at The Lock Shop worked with Window Mart to settle our warranty claim and order the parts. Stephen came out several times and had to do some modification to get the parts to fit, but he kept at it and now our doors are as good as new! He was polite and professional and a pleasure to have in our home. We are very grateful for everything The Lock Shop did to help us get this resolved without having to replace what were otherwise perfectly good doors. Two thumbs up!

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
