I'd been having trouble with my house key for a few days but today I got to the door and I couldn't even get the key in the lock at all. I called Levi because he had alot of 5 star reviews. He was on his way to another appointment but he called and asked them if they could wait a little bit till he got my front door open for me. Luckily they said sure and he was here in 15 minutes. He was amazing. He's so skillful and works quickly to solve the problem. He made sure every little detail was corrected to perfection plus he's such a super nice guy. I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Todd is amazing! I'm in California, I had a truck driver in Phoenix, locked out of his truck with his phone and keys inside. I called one company, it was going to be two hours before they could get there, and they recommended Todd. I called him and he said he could be there in an hour. Yay! Todd kept me apprised the whole way, until he found my driver on the side of the road and got him back into his truck and on the road to finish his deliveries. And, he was back in California early enough so he can make his deliveries tomorrow too. Anyone who has customers counting on them knows how important this is. And Todd has a great sense of humor! He quote about $75 the hour. I ended paying $375 for two hours. I asked for a invoice disclosure. So that I place a claim on my insurance. And I still waiting

So I locked myself out of the house today. I was freaking out. The only thing I had was my phone.. I had no water, no car keys.. nothing. I was starting to panic as my husband I'm driving home from LA and won't be back until tonight. I called the Lock shop.. I felt stupid and worried all at the same time.. they got someone to my house in 15 minutes and it took the tech about 30 seconds to open the door leading to the garage! Thank you so much to the Lock shop for being fast, friendly, affordable and most of all getting me back in my house!!!

Excellent service with fast, professional response.  Will definitely use again.  Ari called to confirm the appointment and showed up right on time.  All fees were communicated clearly ahead of time with no surprises.

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
