Great company. I needed my garage door opened and had lost the key. They showed up about 20 minutes after I had called and had the door opened and a new key made for me in about 30 minutes. Couldn't have been more satisfied with the service.

Eric is responsive and knowledgeable. He wanted to make sure the programming of the fob worked before he cut the key. Then he made sure the key was cut correctly. He took his time to make sure everything was working.

Levi is "the man" - he is prompt, courteous, professional detail-oriented, thorough, and expert in his craft. Arthur was a total life-saver! I lost my car keys and didn't have a spare so was without transportation and needed a new key made (without the original obviously) as soon as possible. Arthur was prompt in answering my request on Yelp, provided a very reasonable and affordable quote for the product and labor/travel, and was at my house within 30 minutes of a phone call. I needed the locks at my house re-keyed and called A1 because of all the good reviews on yelp. Since Jeff was not available to come immediately when I called and I had to get to work he made an appointment to meet me at my house at 7:30pm and also mentioned he does not charge after hours fees. Jeff was also very upfront with the cost that would be involved and was able to quote me over the phone.

He called when he was on his way as promised, showed up on time, and got the job done. Him and his son who came out were even able to help me get the latch on my alley gate up and running again! They were very nice and professional and were able to get the job done even though there were a few kinks with the types of locks I have. The fees are reasonable and it all cost much less than me buying new locks from Lowe's and replacing them myself.

I would highly recommended them to anyone in the future! Call A1 before you call anyone else!

Requested a quote and within minutes had a response, The technician was on the way and within the hour or-so, my antique family China hutch was open!

I was in a desperate situation - locked out of my car and late for work.  I called three other locksmiths - one of whom didn't even answer, and the other two took messages and said they would call back.  The Lock Shop answered immediately, put me on hold to see where their technician was, and since he was nearby, sent him immediately to help me.  I thought the price was a bit high, but I greatly appreciate their prompt response.  I am recommending them to everyone I know.

CJ came out within a couple hours and had the job done in less than 30 minutes. My deadbolt broke in the locked position. He was able to fix with no damage and installed a new lock and door handle. Awesome service, thank you! I chose him based on his good Yelp reviews.

We locked the keys in our running car on a Saturday. After getting the runaround with many different locksmiths (all with hidden fees) we called Ace Locksmith. Best call we have made. They are honest and do not BS in any way. Gave us a guaranteed quote prior to arriving which was affordable and fair. Other companies would not quote over the phone.
