I lost my mailbox key and needed the locks replaced. I placed an inquiry on Yelp and Michael answered right away.  His quote was $75, which is in line with what I am used to paying.  He came within 15 mins and was done 10 mins later. key works great, better than before.

Victor was very professional and extremely responsive (responded to my texts on the weekend and gave me a call while I was at Home Depot picking out locks). His prices were roughly what others were quoting, but he is well-spoken, knowledgeable and friendly so I went with him. I would recommend him and will use him again in the future if needed.

You know that scene in Duplicity where Michael Keaton is explaining that a copy of a copy is just a little off? Well it's true. I needed to make a copy of my key, but I only had a copy of a copy of a copy. Not knowing of any locksmiths in my area I came across Pop-A-Lock on Yelp. Bill, the owner, answered my call and came out within the hour to rekey my house. He did a great job and didn't leave a mess. I give Pop-A-Lock an A+++.

My VW Passat had an issue where the steering wheel locked and the ignition would not turn. I couldn't turn the vehicle on rendering it disabled. Eric responded to my request within 15 minutes on a Saturday. During our phone call I could tell, after to talking to other vendors, he had seen the issue before and knew how to fix it. A faulty steering lock was the culprit. We scheduled a service time for the next day. He let me know when he was on the way. The service took a little over an hour and the issue was completely fixed.

Overall: Great Communication, Expertise, and Experience. Couldn't ask for more.

Forgot to mention this service took place on a Sunday as well.

Levi was awesome! First, he responded incredibly fast when I originally contacted him, and was able to come the next day. Not only did Levi change all of our locks, but he also upgraded many of our door handles to ensure we couldn't easily get locked out (something I never thought about!). He pays close attention to detail, you can tell he truly cares about getting the job done perfectly. Levi also installed a keypad for our front door, that works great and is so useful! He came right on time and did a fantastic job - highly recommend.

If I could give ten stars I would. Today started out great, but nearly ended on a very awful note. After spending half my day in the East Valley I received a call from one of my kids that they managed to somehow lose their key out of their key fob. The entire freaking key broke out and after searching for hours it was nowhere to be found. Luckily we could get in to the car itself with the key fob, but after calling the Honda dealer and having to possibly have the car towed we were told that they had no keys for his car in stock and their was a wait list for them. The key we needed has a chip so I'd have to call around. Just great! Did I mention it was nearly 4pm so I was stressed places would be closing soon. I then got on Yelp of course to search for some local locksmith options and after reading a few reviews I'm so glad I called Rapid Response. Arthur picked up quickly and after explaining my situation he not only said that he had the keys I needed, but that he could get to me within the hour. I didn't need a tow, I didn't have to wait days for the dealership to get some; my son would be able to have his car within an hour for school and work tomorrow. Arthur was friendly, knowledgeable and a lifesaver! After an already stressful day he really helped us out big time! He even was able to make a second spare key at a discount incase something if ever happened again as this was the only key we had from when we bought the car used. The technician was on time, efficient and courteous. You need to trust your locksmith- right? I had full confidence when the job was finished and the cost was spot on, in a good way!

I inquired about a mailbox lock replacement on Tuesday. He communicated with me in minutes of my post. By Wednesday (the next day) Terry was out here replacing my lock. He's prompt, friendly and does the job quick. I found my new locksmith. I highly recommend him. A+ Service.

Fast and professional service!  Jeff was great and we would definitely use him again.  We needed 4 doors rekeyed.  He texted on his way so we would have an eta. His pricing was upfront and very reasonable.  He had all the doors rekeyed quickly and even repaired a tough to turn deadbolt at no extra cost.  He really knows his stuff and was super efficient.  5 star service for sure!!

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

Alcatraz locksmith run by Todd is a fast and proficient locksmith. Todd was able to do for me what others could not. He made a key for my 1971 International Scout - making a key from scratch is a lost art, especially nowadays.

I saw a sticker inside his van that mentioned veteran owned. I definitely support this business. Todd was a paratrooper in the army so I want to thank him for his service, back then and now!

I want to thank Ace locksmiths we ran into a small speed bump this Memorial Day weekend I have my daughter visiting from out of town unfortunately she lost her car keys and the keys had the electronic chip in it and we were not able to get the car started we called up Ace locksmith they came out within a half hour 45 minutes diagnose the problem made new keys on the spot and reprogram the vehicle to work with the new set of keys extremely pleased and happy with the service they provide for us and recommend them highly considering it was Labor Day weekend and they came out as fast as they did we are extremely grateful awesome company
