Had a leak and called them to repair it... Kyle was great, he was very knowledgeable and patient. They did a great job and were in and out quickly. I would definitely use them for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

I wanted to highly recommend our plumber Henry Sanchez to everyone. He has done amazing work, he did piping repairs and later installed a new water heater. He is highly skilled, professional, prompt, reliable, trustworthy, and very helpful in explaining the work that will be done. He never pressured us to do extra work or add ons.
As a new homeowner, it was hard to find a trustworthy plumber, but Henry has been the best!

FINALLY a plumbing company I know I can count on!  After using a few others for some minor plumbing problems, I looked again on Yelp to get a third opinion on a continuing issue.  V.J.s looked  promising, reading the reviews.  I appreciate a family run company as I feel they are more dependable and a contractor you can rely on for years to come.  
I was not disappointed and very appreciative for the quick response I received.  Kesh was just here and all said and done, no major problem, he did the ugly work and gave me a few tips.  Again, a family run company gets  bonus points from me.  I now have a plumber in place I know I will be able to depend on!!!  I will be passing their name on to the others in my complex!

Manuel the plumber was very professional.  He stopped by to service our water heater very detailed in his work and explained everything in was doing,  in addition he was a very nice guy. Great customer service and honest. I will highly recommend him to our friends and family... Thank Manuel!

John and his team were great. Our teriyaki restaurant had some issues with our sink pipes that required replacement. We called SJ plumbing and John arrived quickly to diagnose the problem and provide us a quote. They were very accomodating to our needs and have very good pricing for their work. Our sinks are running great. Definitely recommend!

We had to find a new plumber since our longtime plumber retired during the pandemic. We got a really competitive price to get our tankless water heater annual flush. It was really easy and we even were able to get a slight discount by rounding up our neighbors in our condo complex who also had tankless heaters flushed at the same time.

Warren came to fix a leaky faucet. He was on time, had the necessary parts with him, fixed the leak and charged a reasonable sum. Much appreciated!

I was looking for laundry hook ups and a new main water pipe out to my water meter. I came across A-1 and got a quote from Eric. He was extremely straight forward and made myself and my husband feel confident in his initial quote. We had another contractor give us another quote and he was $600 more than what Eric was quoting us at. So, naturally we went with A-1 and let me tell you I am so glad WE did! Both Eric and Charlie came to our house and did a clean, quick and very professional install! A-1 will be my go to contractor for all my plumbing needs! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to everyone! I used Tony's Plumbing yesterday as my water heater stopped working early in the morning.  Tony's Plumbing had fabulous customer service and had a rep out IMMEDIATELY. I never felt that they were ripping me off.  Quality work and on time!!

I had a GREAT experience with Michael about 2 months ago.  I called several plumbers, but Michael returned my call right away.  I should have done my review right away because this was 2 months ago and my memory is not good, but what I absolutely remember is that he returned my call fast, did a fabulous job in my 4-plex, unstopping one tenant's kitchen sink AND the sink above her on the 2nd floor; then he changed out the bathtub faucet which was spraying wildly, PLUS after I saw that he did such a good job on those two jobs, I asked him to check the tenant's bathtub faucet across the hall and he once again he came through for me.... he knew EXACTLY what to do right away -- no trying to figure it out.

One of the things that made Michael so special, is that he had all of the parts needed on his truck and didn't have to go to the store and come back, which always runs up to bill .... but ALSO I want to mention that the 2nd tub that he replaced the faucet on, I had hired a different plumber the day before to fix it, but that plumber, who was very nice, but had a hard time trying to figure out how to fix it...  he tried several different things, including going to the kitchen and seeing if he could use the trap door on the other side of the wall to get to the tub ... he finally settled for a repair that was a little better but STILL not working properly.  I paid him anyway, but when Michael from AAA came the next day, he went right to his truck and replaced the faucet in MINUTES.  Everything that I asked him to do, he did promptly and expertly AND TOP IT OFF WITH VERY VERY reasonable price.

Again last week I needed an emergency repair with another tenant who had a problem on a early Saturday afternoon.  Michael called me back within minutes after he got off the freeway and apologized that he couldn't get to me until probably after 7 p.m. because he was on his way to a wedding.  HOW CONSIDERATE IS THAT ... WOW! I didn't want him to rush his family outing so I wished him well and called another plumber who was able to come through for me.

Michael, at AAA PREFERRED PLUMBING is definitely a keeper ... and his lovely son was so nice to pitch in and help with the roto-rooting and final cleanup while Michael was working on the next job upstairs..... I LOVE to see family working together building skills for the next generation coming up.  You will love this company .... (my reviews are usually 5-star or 1-star because I'm a little picky and don't like to give a bad review to someone, thinking maybe I am too picky -- so I usually only review the EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD or the real scammers,' and prefer to give the others the benefit of the doubt.

Cody has answered every plumbing emergency I have had. He is a good and honest man. I can not recommend Polansky plumbing enough. You will not go wrong.

Thank you LR! The gentlemen that came over were quick and professional, I appreciate them. We tried snaking our bathtub drain with the Drano kit from Target and it got stuck. They came out the same day and removed it and cleared the clog. If I have any additional problems they'll be the first company I call.

I am finally writing this review after using Daniel's team and services for a couple of years now. Daniel and Angel are actually working on our house as I type.

I cannot stress enough how great Daniel is. He is highly responsive to all calls, often answering almost every time you call, and takes his time to hear what your needs are. Many times Daniel arrives with his team to talk with you further about the issues before handing it over to his staff, all of which are nice and competent in the plumbing work they do. Daniel has extensive knowledge about plumbing, but even shared some info with me about some of the history of SM's water, why we have certain piping and about the possibility of getting a rebate from the City (finger's crossed!).

What really set's Daniel apart from other plumbers is his willingness to tell you exactly what is going on, exactly what is needed, and what the price is going to be - before any work is done. I appreciate that he takes the time to tell me exactly what is wrong or needs fixing and how he's going to do it. Today I had the opportunity to hear him working and training his team member, and he is amazingly kind, patient and really a great teacher. It is evident in his work with his team that he cares, that he wants them to do good work and wants them to take pride in the work they do. I think that's pretty amazing to witness! Daniel is a really nice, stand up guy that oozes honesty and quality work.

We have had Enviro Plumbing replace our hot water heater, replace a bathroom stopper, flush our shower and replace a dripping pressure valve. I won't call anyone else across the West Side!
