Came over on Christmas day for a severely clogged kitchen drain. Phil was so kind, competent, thorough, clean and we will be calling them again! He taught us about how to properly use a disposal as well as how to clean it. He had very competitive prices and gave us a discount as well. His friendliness is unmatched by others!

We had some Thanksgiving drama with clogged bathrooms, Henry responded to Quote request within 15 minutes, we discussed what the  potential issue was and he committed to come out with a few hours (after finishing another service call). ***Reminder*** This was Thanksgiving day!!!

He came out, the service took a few hours but he and his son were professional, thorough, clean and very friendly.  A big Thank You to him for committing to our family and finishing the job before he joined his family late for holiday dinner.

Highly recommend, great service, clean, great price, I could not recommend a company any higher.

FINALLY a plumbing company I know I can count on!  After using a few others for some minor plumbing problems, I looked again on Yelp to get a third opinion on a continuing issue.  V.J.s looked  promising, reading the reviews.  I appreciate a family run company as I feel they are more dependable and a contractor you can rely on for years to come.  
I was not disappointed and very appreciative for the quick response I received.  Kesh was just here and all said and done, no major problem, he did the ugly work and gave me a few tips.  Again, a family run company gets  bonus points from me.  I now have a plumber in place I know I will be able to depend on!!!  I will be passing their name on to the others in my complex!

Here's the thing. I called Nexgen to repair my dual zone ac system. The repair people were nice. I will say all the people that come to the house are trained well and know how to talk to customers. They assessed my system and said that my 20+ year old system needed a compressor (about $5000). I asked how much for a new system. I will admit that I needed two units, two zones and I went for the more expensive slim line models since the area where I was placing them was limited.  I was told the. installation would take one to two days after the gentlemen took pictures of my attic, my ducting, etc.

They cashed my deposit check, and we started. After the first day they did not even finish the demolition of the original unit. What was supposed to be no more than two days took  4 days with them constantly missing the mark on timing. Then, two weeks later one zone was blowing hot air. And, a week later that same zone is blowing hot air again.

The problem is when you call them, you speak to someone trying their best to sound professional who has no idea when the person who can help you solve the problem will get back to you. I consistently had to wait until the next day for someone to return my call(s) during business hours the previous day. I cannot help but wince when I see the billboard guaranteeing their system for life. I paid over 36,000 and I have to wait overnight for someone to call me for service on my brand new AC system. With Nexgen, say NEXT.  I would look for a mom and pop store if I had to do it all over again.

I highly recommend Barcena Plumbing! I have now used their services four times. Teresa, the office manager has always given me a call at least 30 minutes before a plumber is expected to arrive. She's happy to answer any of my questions and gives me an honest answer. The plumbers, Pablo, Daryl and Steve have all been on time and very polite! They take the time to explain what they are going to do and how long it will take and always clean-up their work after they are finished. The prices are very reasonable! They are my go to for any plumbing issues in my home and my rental property.

I used SJ Plumbing to install a new water heater in my Mission Viejo condo.  Working with their office was very easy and they were very accommodating while scheduling the service.  I really appreciated receiving a text message letting me know when they were in-route and they have a super easy (and secured) online payment option.  They were very professional and will use SJ Plumbing again.

Teo is a gem. He is honest, knowledgeable and cares about his customers (the exact opposite of a couple of other plumbers I have used in the past year, whom I found on Yelp) . He came to fix a clogged kitchen drain 2 weeks ago and cleared it. But we had an issue again last week and he came immediately and spent over an hour clearing the drain and fixed the problem and did not charge for the second visit. He really cared about fixing the problem and he explained everything he did. I will always use him for any plumbing or electrical issue I have. I am planning to use him in the next couple of weeks to do some painting/drywall and electrical work. I strongly recommend him and it is very rare to find a handyman like him.

Highly recommend active rooter. Offered fair and upfront pricing and when the job suddenly got a lot more complicated due to a drain issue Alex didnt panic and handled the situation as a pro. Someone less experienced would have probably given up or tried to up sell me on an easier solution. Alex got the job done as well as I could have hoped.

My long-time plumber got really lazy and started charging me a lot of money so I was in search of a reliable trustworthy plumber that would not rip me off. I went through yelp and found a A-1 performance. They sent out Harry Who arrived on time and did a wonderful job.  He was also very funny too.  He listened to my concerns made suggestions and did not rip me off. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.   Thanks again Harry :)

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I contacted Tony's Plumbing back in July to get estimates for repairs for a home we were purchasing. Tony came out, was efficient, knowledgeable and offered competitive estimates for repairs needed. Several months later, after we moved into our new home, we contacted Tony again to get an updated estimate (some things were fixed and there were some new concerns) and get the work started. Again, Tony came out to offer fair prices and we got the job scheduled.
The day the work started, Kevin H. and Juan arrived exactly on time. They were thorough, friendly, and honest as they went through the MANY repairs. They worked quickly and had all the various repairs done faster than expected.

I had a GREAT experience with Michael about 2 months ago.  I called several plumbers, but Michael returned my call right away.  I should have done my review right away because this was 2 months ago and my memory is not good, but what I absolutely remember is that he returned my call fast, did a fabulous job in my 4-plex, unstopping one tenant's kitchen sink AND the sink above her on the 2nd floor; then he changed out the bathtub faucet which was spraying wildly, PLUS after I saw that he did such a good job on those two jobs, I asked him to check the tenant's bathtub faucet across the hall and he once again he came through for me.... he knew EXACTLY what to do right away -- no trying to figure it out.

One of the things that made Michael so special, is that he had all of the parts needed on his truck and didn't have to go to the store and come back, which always runs up to bill .... but ALSO I want to mention that the 2nd tub that he replaced the faucet on, I had hired a different plumber the day before to fix it, but that plumber, who was very nice, but had a hard time trying to figure out how to fix it...  he tried several different things, including going to the kitchen and seeing if he could use the trap door on the other side of the wall to get to the tub ... he finally settled for a repair that was a little better but STILL not working properly.  I paid him anyway, but when Michael from AAA came the next day, he went right to his truck and replaced the faucet in MINUTES.  Everything that I asked him to do, he did promptly and expertly AND TOP IT OFF WITH VERY VERY reasonable price.

Again last week I needed an emergency repair with another tenant who had a problem on a early Saturday afternoon.  Michael called me back within minutes after he got off the freeway and apologized that he couldn't get to me until probably after 7 p.m. because he was on his way to a wedding.  HOW CONSIDERATE IS THAT ... WOW! I didn't want him to rush his family outing so I wished him well and called another plumber who was able to come through for me.

Michael, at AAA PREFERRED PLUMBING is definitely a keeper ... and his lovely son was so nice to pitch in and help with the roto-rooting and final cleanup while Michael was working on the next job upstairs..... I LOVE to see family working together building skills for the next generation coming up.  You will love this company .... (my reviews are usually 5-star or 1-star because I'm a little picky and don't like to give a bad review to someone, thinking maybe I am too picky -- so I usually only review the EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD or the real scammers,' and prefer to give the others the benefit of the doubt.

Definitely a great plumber I would recommend. Cody was very quick in responses to my urgent questions and was very informative. He fixed a pipe issue I had and was very honest with other questions I had too. Thanks Cody!

First rate all the way! What a pleasure to deal with Daniel, the owner, and Angel & Pepe for what turned out to be an aggravating, complicated job. The removal of a water heater shouldn't be so, but since we just moved in this year, & found out the previous owner should've definitely replaced, we called Daniel's co. That's when we found out that the builders had built a closet tightly around the water heater--on the roof, 4 flights up (!), making it very challenging to remove, & then equally as challenging. Daniel had Pepe and Angel, clearly experienced plumbers working on it for much longer than originally thought, but didn't charge us extra for all the extra time and effort.  The guys also moved our disposal, & some other small jobs--all w/a smile, professionally, & quickly (after the water heater!)
Professional, reliable, accommodating & knowledgeable--won't hesitate to use them if we need to in the future.
