Phil was a life saver.  My water heater went out late in the evening.  I'd already gotten a quote from Phil because I knew it was on its last legs, but had put off dealing with it.  I emailed Phil late in the evening when it died and he got back to me right away.  He was able to come out and replace it the next morning.  He's also given great advice on maintenance and improvements that I should do, without being pushy.  I will definitely use Phil and American Plumb Method for my next project.

I was referred to Valor Plumbing by a friend several years ago. Henry is now my go-to plumber. His pricing is fair and his work is thorough.  Henry has helped me with various plumbing problems including water heater issues, a leaky toilet, clogged toilet and leaking pipes. With the leaking pipes, he even provided a video of the problem taken from under the building.  He is prompt, dedicated to excellent service and very knowledgeable. Henry genuinely cares about his customers.

VJ's is great.  VJ and Kesh and their employees are wonderful. Pleasant, respectful.  I had a water heater that was leaking and they came out the same day to look at it and then came the next day to fix it/install a new one.  I totally trust them and will call them again.

They replied in a timely manner, sent a plumber out who was HONEST, polite, knowledgable, and understanding.  Wow, what a relief!  I was imprssed and pleased.  Two days later we had a plumbing issue at our business and we called them.  They fixed that problem and now they are my GO TO PLUMBER.  Highly rcommend them.

Teo was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I booked him to install a chandelier for us and a new junction box. After messaging over 10 companies on Yelp, Teo was the most prompt in his replies and the most reasonable in pricing. He also called and explained the process and sent an invoice with all the work that may need to be done in extenuating circumstances. Very professional and timely. We will invite him back to do other work in our home very soon.

Our shower had a leak and we needed a repair. We reached out to Activate Rooter and Plumber and they got back to us right away. We had the wrong handle and they provided the correct handle and explained what the problem was so we could better understand. They had very reasonable pricing and were very quick and professional when they came in and got the job done.

Warren came to fix a leaky faucet. He was on time, had the necessary parts with him, fixed the leak and charged a reasonable sum. Much appreciated!

I contacted through Yelp, they were here in 25 minutes. Friendly professional service, careful with mask and covid protocol.
I had a routine kitchen sink blockage and he snaked it right out. I will use them again when needed.

Eric Carter the technician came several times to my property as a result of a miscommunication on my behalf.  He was kind enough to come in a total of 3 times and charging me only for the initial visit.  He was kind and professional.  He explained to me all I needed to know about the plumbing issues I have in my residence.  He took the time to explain about water flow, diameter of different pipes with relation to the city code, piping material.  He used the best materials in his repair.   He used copper piping type L (the good and thick 'stuff') while other plumbers take a short cut using cheap copper piping called 'type L' (the thin and crappy 'stuff').  He also was kind enough to throw into the already good deal on entire house re-piping a brand new water heater (American Standard).  Eric was timely at the job site in the 3 times I met him.  He is quick, clean, and professional.

Kevin came out this morning and helped us with a pipe leak. He was professional, efficient and found out the root cause if the issue. he went above and beyond what we expected.

I had a GREAT experience with Michael about 2 months ago.  I called several plumbers, but Michael returned my call right away.  I should have done my review right away because this was 2 months ago and my memory is not good, but what I absolutely remember is that he returned my call fast, did a fabulous job in my 4-plex, unstopping one tenant's kitchen sink AND the sink above her on the 2nd floor; then he changed out the bathtub faucet which was spraying wildly, PLUS after I saw that he did such a good job on those two jobs, I asked him to check the tenant's bathtub faucet across the hall and he once again he came through for me.... he knew EXACTLY what to do right away -- no trying to figure it out.

One of the things that made Michael so special, is that he had all of the parts needed on his truck and didn't have to go to the store and come back, which always runs up to bill .... but ALSO I want to mention that the 2nd tub that he replaced the faucet on, I had hired a different plumber the day before to fix it, but that plumber, who was very nice, but had a hard time trying to figure out how to fix it...  he tried several different things, including going to the kitchen and seeing if he could use the trap door on the other side of the wall to get to the tub ... he finally settled for a repair that was a little better but STILL not working properly.  I paid him anyway, but when Michael from AAA came the next day, he went right to his truck and replaced the faucet in MINUTES.  Everything that I asked him to do, he did promptly and expertly AND TOP IT OFF WITH VERY VERY reasonable price.

Again last week I needed an emergency repair with another tenant who had a problem on a early Saturday afternoon.  Michael called me back within minutes after he got off the freeway and apologized that he couldn't get to me until probably after 7 p.m. because he was on his way to a wedding.  HOW CONSIDERATE IS THAT ... WOW! I didn't want him to rush his family outing so I wished him well and called another plumber who was able to come through for me.

Michael, at AAA PREFERRED PLUMBING is definitely a keeper ... and his lovely son was so nice to pitch in and help with the roto-rooting and final cleanup while Michael was working on the next job upstairs..... I LOVE to see family working together building skills for the next generation coming up.  You will love this company .... (my reviews are usually 5-star or 1-star because I'm a little picky and don't like to give a bad review to someone, thinking maybe I am too picky -- so I usually only review the EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD or the real scammers,' and prefer to give the others the benefit of the doubt.

I am beyond disappointed. I called at 7:52am, to see if someone could come out and light my hot water heater. I was told I needed to pay the emergency after hours fee, because they don't open until 8am. I called back at 8 and was told someone would come out between 9-12. At 12:44 I got a text saying someone would be out between 4-6pm. I called after 6pm and was told someone would call me back. I received a text saying that I would be contacted after they finished a job they were working on. I was okay with that, but at 10:32pm I got a text saying just getting done we have to come tomorrow.  Never again! I searched for a few hours to find this company because I forgot the name and I wanted to support their business.

Daniel and Jose are the TRUTH! They're professional, resourceful, prompt, attuned to urgency, honest, friendly, and--most importantly--expert.

They've handled complicated and/or time sensitive work without sacrificing attention to our needs or our HOA's role.

I've always found it easy to discuss the issues with them. Explanations without jargon or justification. They have a can-do attitude and they're willing to go the extra mile with a personal touch.
