What can I say about these guys other than they're are absolutely amazing! Our water heater burst and soaked through our floors, water was coming up from the flooring when stepping on the floor! I called and Phil was there in under 30 minutes. He was professional and polite and reassured us that our problems could be fixed.They quickly assessed my situation, called in for a new water heater, even called in restoration guys to come and clean up the water and to dry everything out! Amazing top of the line service. I highly recommend American Plumb Method!!

I wanted to highly recommend our plumber Henry Sanchez to everyone. He has done amazing work, he did piping repairs and later installed a new water heater. He is highly skilled, professional, prompt, reliable, trustworthy, and very helpful in explaining the work that will be done. He never pressured us to do extra work or add ons.
As a new homeowner, it was hard to find a trustworthy plumber, but Henry has been the best!

I called VJ's after seeing the Yelp reviews and was also very happy with them.  The plumber they sent was clean, courteous and seemed very competent and professional.  He completely renovated both my toilets for what seemed like a very reasonable price.

Well everything was going great until code enforcement came by and shut them down for no permit after about 3 hours! Even though the supervisor that came by the day before to give me his sales pitch told me 3 times that they would pull permits in the morning! So now I have to reschedule for another day and take another day off work!
The code enforcement officer came by my house again on Thursday to talk to me about this.
He told me Nexgen had an expired license! What the heck?
It's 4 days later. No word from Nexgen.
Then I saw on my camera that they came by unannounced at 8AM today (Friday). No ones home guys!
You need to call or text and reschedule, that's the way it's done. Don't expect me to be here waiting for you, I do have a job!!
For a big company, your not making any new customers pulling these rookie moves!
I hope I get some sort of compensation for the trouble you put me through!
Today, Saturday, I just received a $750 fine in the mail from the city . Thanks nexgen!  BTW, they did not install Mitsubishi, they installed Daikin.
Also Mitsubishi, who I originally made the appointment through on the Internet  did not take any responsibility for this as they said they just hire contractors!  That's a nice way of say SCREW THE CUSTOMER

Great company!! Our water heater went out on a Thursday night, by Friday morning we had no hot water. Our plumber retired a few months ago and our heating and air conditioning guy, who's also a friend, recommended Pablo and company. I called the emergency line just after 7 am, actually got a human being who took the message. Pablo called back within 10 minutes, asked all the correct questions - he didn't want to install a new one until he was sure we needed it - and said that he'd have the office call after 8:30 am and they'd send someone out. They called, asked more questions to make sure of the size, sent their guy to pick up a new heater just in case. We made an appointment for between 2 and 4 pm (the same day!!), they called a little after noon and asked if it was OK to arrive earlier - I said come on. A plumber named Steve arrived, in a uniform (I know it sounds like a commercial but its real), quickly diagnosed the problem (11 yr old heater was shot) and started to work. He was the most professional plumber I've ever witnessed. Had all the correct parts and tools on the truck, expertly un-installed the old one and installed the new one. It was a little tough because it was in a small enclosure but he did an amazing job at a fair price with a complete 6 yr warranty. We had hot water that afternoon. Cannot recommend this place highly enough, they are fantastic. A++++++++

Super fast, friendly and efficient. Responded to me request within an hour, came on the same day and fixed my leaky, clogged sink very quickly. Will definitely use them again!

My neighbor recommended this plumber saying that Warren is great -- and I'm upgrading that to fantastic. If I actually said all the things I liked about his work, this would sound like a fake review.

Suffice it to say that he accommodated my level of urgency, calmly walked me through his analysis of how to address my under-slab sewage clog, explained the costs and options and made me feel that I was making the best choice for my needs. He went above and beyond what was necessary with a great bedside manner throughout.

Dario and Tony showed up only 10 minutes after calling them. They quickly diagnosed the issue and got to work at unclogging the two back to back shower drains. They were prompt, friendly, and did great work. Definitely keeping them as my go-to plumbers for future needs.  BTW, they also adhere to all COVID safety measures wearing face masks and gloves at all times, plus shoe coverings to protect your floors.

I called A-1 to unstop my kitchen sink. Chris was the most professional and honest technician that I have ever encountered(and unfortunately I've encountered a few). I will definitely use A-1 Plumbing for any future problems and will advise anyone looking for a plumber to at least have them come out and give you a quote. Be sure to ask for Chris.

Tony's Plumbing installed a new tankless system at my house.  They worked with the city, and the system passed inspection without any issues.  They do quality work, and I would highly recommend them.

Worst plumber I have ever dealt with. He works with our management company and he constantly has to come back to fix the same issue over and over again in almost every case. I've heard the same complaint from many of our neighbors and our manager knows about it as well.

Our building had a major problem with the pipes being backed up. My neighbors bathtub was full of water and wouldn't go down. This plumber removed the cover from a pipe on the side of the building and sewage spilled all over the driveway. He had his kid get a hose and put it into the bushes on the side to hide it.

Don't do business with this guy. Not sure if he's just a terrible plumber or is a scammer that wants to get paid over and over again.

Cody was very easy to work with.   I needed to have my toilet reset as it was leaking from the bottom.

His preferred method of contact is through text message.  I texted him my issue and sent along a few photos and he got back to me very quickly.  Even though he was fully booked he agreed to come at a non-standard hour (6:30am!) and take care of my issue.  

He took care of the problem and double checked everything else to make sure all was in working order.  I would highly recommend.

The original plumbing in my home busted and I remembered seeing this plumbing company participating in the King Day Parade a few years ago. I called them. They came within 2 hours, found the problem, gave me an reasonable estimate to replace the pipes and answered all of my questions. I felt at ease with Owen, his customer service skills was top notch and I felt proud seeing my brothers out working and taking care of business. The next morning they arrived and 4 hours later the problem was all fixed. Great job! Here is another satisfied customer

UNBELIEVABLE!!! Daniel quoted me a really fair price on a clogged drain that turned out to be much much more work than anticipated.  I had a  mass of roots growing into the pipes.  It took two men a couple of hours to clean and fix the problem.  It was obviously going to cost much more than originally quoted, BUT Daniel was so kind by keeping the price the same--$100--what a blessing! I cannot tell you how relieved I am to have a reliable, clean and honest plumber with Daniel and his crew, Jose and Pepe, at Enviro Plumbing.  I have been hiring him for a few years now, and I must recommend him to everyone in this area.  Fast, friendly and fair.  Wish I could give more stars!
