We had an issue with one of our bathroom sinks. Found these guys on yelp and called. They had someone out in less than an hour, and the service was completed efficiently and effectively.

Kyle was so nice and took care of everything. He was in and out, and we were able to pay with card.

Highly recommend this company. They even have text message notifications on service arrival, when service is complete, and email receipts.

Henry has been doing work for me for the last 3 years. He's honest, a great communicator and takes a lot of pride in his work. I've recommended him to all my friends and family. Super reliable and all around good guy!

So here is the problem. I have used this plumber for about 20 years. Mostly for small items but occasionally for major problems. I have never not paid a bill and have never questioned their invoices. The only complaint I had in the past was that they leave the area in a mess.

On Friday December 15th we had a major pipe break under the floors. I immediately called him and he came out and shut off the hot water and was to return on Monday. We discuss insurance coverage and he felt it would be covered.

On Monday he tells me we have to pay everything in advance because it is company policy not to deal with insurance. This is the first problem. He is the company. Don't hide behind the company when it is you. As a result he will not defer payment until State Farm pays. (P.S. I have had them and our family has had State Farm for over 80 years. They always pay.)

Next I ask we we can defer payment for a week and half. Its an unexpected expense and I just need that time to get the money together. The cost will be a minimum of $1800.00 and involves tearing up the floor. He does not respond. So now we are without water for 3 days so far.

If you want to keep long term customers, maybe you should alter the company policy when asked once in over 20 years. Whats the point of building up a long term relationship with smaller jobs when you cannot respond to a true emergency in an unbending manner.

Our sink was backed up for over a week I called other plumbing companies and they couldn't come out and help me Josh from Next Gen came out cleared our kitchen sink was very knowledgeable very helpful very quick clean I highly recommend Josh with NextGen heating and air conditioning I will definitely be calling them again for any other issues that they can help with I highly recommend

I don't know if it's the same guy, but I called them to install a water heater.
A gentleman named Steve came over and did an alright job.
but I did notice he smelled of beer I don't think I'd recommend them or use them again!

Wow! This is how a business should be ran. John is extremely honest and transparent. We recently moved into our new home. My drain pipe (1960s home) which my brand new washing machine connects to kept spitting back water. I called a few plumbers and actually had one plumber come out. He looked at the drain and said we gotta open up the dry wall and replace it. It'll be $785!! He wasn't even at my home for 2 mins when I told him no thanks. Apparently our drain pipe is 1.5in instead of the standard 2in that more modern homes have. After calling several plumbers and quoted around the same price of $700+, I called John and after explaining what I needed done, he said the drain is clogged, rooter it. Lol! After stressing out all day thinking I was going to spend a ton of money, John really saved me. He's honest, down to earth, understandable, compassionate, and isn't here to screw anyone over. I appreciate his craft and is definitely my go to plumber if I need service done in the future. Highly recommend John!

Teo is very knowledgable, skilled, polite, professional and reliable. I hired him to do some patching, painting, etc. after receiving a very fair quote. He works very efficiently and cleans up after himself. He concentrates on every detail and treats the job as if it were his own home. I highly recommend Teo!!!

Last week I was in search of a plumber and stumbled uptown Active Rooter and Plumber, I contacted them and Alex the manager was such a great help at answering all my questions and was at my home within an hour. Great customer service would definitely recommend to all my friends and family!

My tub faucet stems broke and I had a plumbing emergency.  Warren came to help me immediately and I was forever grateful for his responsiveness .  Please don't hesitate to call Warren.  He's the best!

I've used Rave Plumbing on more than a few occasions. One of the things that impresses me most about them is their consistency. Consistency to deliver great quality services at a fair price. Now there may be some out there that read this review and say, if their service is so great, why do you have to keep calling them out every few years? Here's why, the house I live in is a very old house. Many, many years ago we had our piping redone. The plumber we used started out great. Friendly and accommodating. Quoted us what we thought was a fair price for the services we agreed upon. Well that experience was a learning lesson. It turned into a nightmare. The plumber was licensed and he started the job but then gave the work to other people. Parolee's and ex drug addicts (the ex was questionable) were now doing the work. There was even a fist fight in front of my house between them over getting paid. To make a long story short they charged us for high quality part and bought substandard materials. (Thanks again Juan for bringing that to our attention.) Unfortunately, we didn't find that out until a few years ago.

Now fast forward to Rave Plumbing...Juan was the first one I had contact with. Have a look at my past reviews for more on him. So yesterday I called Rave and spoke with Juan and ask him to come down for an issue we were having with our bathroom sink. Today, Ozzy show's up. Young guy. Based on my past experience, my red flags went. I trusted Juan, I've seen his work and was very comfortable with him. I talked to Ozzy for a few minutes and he came off as a professional, knowledgeable person. Polite and courteous. He came in, took care of our plumbing issue and left our bathroom floor cleaner than it was. I tried telling him not to worry about the cleaning. His response to me was you shouldn't know that we were here. That's the same thing Juan had said to me the first time he did work for us. That tells me that high standards, great quality of workmanship and professionalism are the foundation of this company. That is so rare now a days. Please thank Ozzy for a great job. It was a pleasure meeting him. If you're in need of plumbing services, Rave Plumbing is your best choice.

On Tuesday, 3/25/20, I looked online for assistance to see plumbing business around my area and called three plumbing offices.  I called A-1 Performance Rooter & Planning after business hours and the Office Manager (Savannah I think) responded.  I told her my plumbing problem and she forwarded my plumbing issue to Bradley.  After 1 1/2 hours Bradley called and within 25 minutes he was at my house.   Told him that there was noise of running water underneath the house and under the kitchen sink.  Bradley listened to the leak from the side of  house and used his flashlight to check the leaking water underneath the house.  Bradley turned off the Water meter and said he will be back in the morning at 10:15 AM.  The next day Bradley called at 10:15 and that he's sending Eric to do the job between 12:15-12:30 pm and will inform me what needs to be done.  
         At 12:15 p.m. Eric was at my front door and on time with a friendly attitude. (Good communications between office and plumbing staff).  Eric asked me where's the noise coming from.  He took his flashlight and took a peek and then asked where's the crawl space.  Eric went back to his truck, put on his white uniform to check the leak problem underneath the house.  After a few minutes Eric came out and told me the problem and that he could fix it he had the supply in his truck to fix the problem.  Told him to go ahead and fix it - needed water due to my great grand-daughter being with me.  In less than one hour Eric was done - terrific job Eric!

I've been using Tony's plumbing for many years. My hot water heater went out and I replaced it with a tankless the best decision I made concerning my water heater.  Every year I have it serviced and I've never had any issues with it.  any plumbing issues I can always rely on a service rep to show up in a timely matter. The prices have been reasonable as well. I would recommend trying them before anyone else.

I had a GREAT experience with Michael about 2 months ago.  I called several plumbers, but Michael returned my call right away.  I should have done my review right away because this was 2 months ago and my memory is not good, but what I absolutely remember is that he returned my call fast, did a fabulous job in my 4-plex, unstopping one tenant's kitchen sink AND the sink above her on the 2nd floor; then he changed out the bathtub faucet which was spraying wildly, PLUS after I saw that he did such a good job on those two jobs, I asked him to check the tenant's bathtub faucet across the hall and he once again he came through for me.... he knew EXACTLY what to do right away -- no trying to figure it out.

One of the things that made Michael so special, is that he had all of the parts needed on his truck and didn't have to go to the store and come back, which always runs up to bill .... but ALSO I want to mention that the 2nd tub that he replaced the faucet on, I had hired a different plumber the day before to fix it, but that plumber, who was very nice, but had a hard time trying to figure out how to fix it...  he tried several different things, including going to the kitchen and seeing if he could use the trap door on the other side of the wall to get to the tub ... he finally settled for a repair that was a little better but STILL not working properly.  I paid him anyway, but when Michael from AAA came the next day, he went right to his truck and replaced the faucet in MINUTES.  Everything that I asked him to do, he did promptly and expertly AND TOP IT OFF WITH VERY VERY reasonable price.

Again last week I needed an emergency repair with another tenant who had a problem on a early Saturday afternoon.  Michael called me back within minutes after he got off the freeway and apologized that he couldn't get to me until probably after 7 p.m. because he was on his way to a wedding.  HOW CONSIDERATE IS THAT ... WOW! I didn't want him to rush his family outing so I wished him well and called another plumber who was able to come through for me.

Michael, at AAA PREFERRED PLUMBING is definitely a keeper ... and his lovely son was so nice to pitch in and help with the roto-rooting and final cleanup while Michael was working on the next job upstairs..... I LOVE to see family working together building skills for the next generation coming up.  You will love this company .... (my reviews are usually 5-star or 1-star because I'm a little picky and don't like to give a bad review to someone, thinking maybe I am too picky -- so I usually only review the EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD or the real scammers,' and prefer to give the others the benefit of the doubt.

My plumbing company told me that they only handle drainage problems.  Thank heavens for that as it led me to Cody.  After reading his reviews I wanted to try him.  I was pleasantly surprised he was able to come the very next morning.  I had a issue with my bathtub faucet that he fixed without me having to buy any spare parts.  Very honest, just saw the problem, did some adjustments and it was fixed.  I wondered if he could recommend someone to fix my furnace. He asked what  the problem was and within a few minutes he had that fixed too!! GREAT morning for me!!  To quote someone else, he will now be my go to guy.

I received a call from my tenant explaining a pipe burst and water was everywhere. I initially called my homeowner's insurance company only to be given the run around regarding appointment and arrival times.  Upon not being able to secure an evening appointment, I called LR Services Plumbing. I received prompt and courteous service.  In fact, a plumber was at my tenant's door in 30 minutes. I was well taken care of...not to mention the emergency service call fee was less than I have ever paid.  My issue was resolved in less than 45 minutes.  I appreciate their speed and efficiency and would highly recommend them.

This was my second time using Enviro Plumbing and they were just as wonderful this time around.  Professional, competitive pricing, on-time and did an excellent job.
