Had a leak and called them to repair it... Kyle was great, he was very knowledgeable and patient. They did a great job and were in and out quickly. I would definitely use them for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

OUTSTANDING!!  Outstanding service.  I called and a live human being picked up the phone and no buttons needed to be pushed.  This seems to be very rare these days!!  There was no robot, no layers of voice mail, just a simple phone call that went straight to a person.  We were able to make the appointment right then and there.  I did not have to wait around for someone to return my call.    

I dealt their Technicians Art R and Jesus.  We scheduled to have our thermostat professionally installed for 9:00am.  They called an hour before to let me know they were going to arrive at 9:00. And they did, ON TIME!  

Art was a very polished professional Jesus was a trainee and very professional too.  While Art was installing our thermostat, Jesus was cleaning out the coils in our heater and doing some minor routine maintenance.  When our thermostat was installed, both Art and Jesus went into our backyard checked over our air conditioner and completely cleaned out our air conditioner.   DID I SAY ALL THIS CAME WITH THE THERMOSTAT INSTALLATION?!?!  The price for all this was very reasonable and well worth it!

The plumber that was dispatched to us was extremely unprofessional and did not do a good job. Our toilet was leaking from the bottom and he said it was just the wax that had to be replaced. He was here for a really long time then left abruptly. He didn't even give me a chance to check the toilet while he was here. I went to check as soon as he left to make sure it was fixed and it was not! He made the issue worse! As soon as I flushed it the water rose up and overflowed. I grabbed some towels and cleaned it up and called the company to let them know. He came back and immediately started questioning me and accusing me of lying. He said there was no evidence of water and I said that's because I cleaned up the water and mess you left behind. He then demanded to see the plunger that I used. I gave him the plunger and he broke it. He didn't have a plunger of his own so he asked me for another one. I said don't you have one and he said no, we have snakes not plungers. I called his manager and complained but sadly I doubt Teresa cared. She seemed unbothered about the whole thing. Now this guy has made a huge mess in my bathroom and all he had to say was well you have another bathroom you could use. PLEASE DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY'RE THE WORST!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL, SLOPPY AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!

SJ plumbing saved us when our water heater leaked into the walls of our neighbors condo and flooded their garage.  SJ was able to find the leak and and repair the pipes and walls with very little damage. Thank God we found them!  Highly recommended!

When other plumbers wouldn't work at night, Teo came to rescue. He even did extra fix not directly related to the service I requested. He only accepted the service fee we agreed on and refused tip I offered. Definitely will call him when I need service next time.

Warren is the best! Our rental property was experiencing countless issues with our sewer drain lines from years of buildup and neglect. He was able to clear out the gunk from each our lines and even convince our stingy landlord to replace a drain line in desperate need of replacement.

With each visit Warren walked us through exactly what was going on. I didnt know anything about plumbing before and now I feel like a pro from just shadowing Warren as he fixed our rental. An amazing and kind professional, you can't go wrong with Warren and My Plumbing Doctor.

Ozzie and Gilbert came out, they seemed like nice guys. Checked out the problem, started to their truck to get the power snake, then hit me with the up-sale. For $250-$350 more they would us their jetting device. I declined, they tried snaking the clog from a couple different clean outs. No success. I suggested maybe we needed to use the jetting device after all, but then was told the clean outs readily available were too small, but they could fix me up with a new 3 clean out for $1600. Again I declined, asked what I owed them for the work they had done. They billed me $100, I paid them and they went on their way.
I bought a hand operated snake at Home Depot for $30, ran it down a vent on the roof and down each of the two clean out they used and PRESTO!  Toilets flush, showers and sinks drain, birds are singing and life is good again.
I'm not going to bad-mouth these guys as this is one experience, but I couldn't recommend them.

In 2010, I purchased my first home, a fixer which required EVERYTHING.  After much work by a contractor/plumber, I encountered troubles within the first couple weeks  with the new kitchen layout and added stack-able washer/dryer.  My contractor/plumber was not able to come back and help with the problem, so I called A1-Performance from a recommendation.

The gentleman from A1 was kind, polite and very nice.  Checked everything out first, and attempted to snake the line.  Unfortunately the new sink location and washer/dryer add-on overwhelmed the drain.  Well,  my contractor/plumber left my drain in it's original location creating horrible turns that just backed up everything going through it, including the snake.  I hate slab floors.   A1 then ran the camera next and showed exactly what we were dealing with.  

Scott from A1 came to my home and listened to me talk, checked everything out and offered me some re-do and to finish the job ideas.  I jumped on it.  They capped off the under slab kitchen drain line, relocated a new one for my sink and washer to the outside (backyard) wall, trenched and ran the new line around the parameter of the house.  Two Clean-outs on this line, both very accessible.  

The crew was fantastic.  They each saw how I was taking photos of everything they were doing, welcomed it, and even called me over from time to time for angles I wasn't even thinking about.  All the work was done with great professionalism and very timely.  

Added:  Tank-less water heater filter.  As they ran the drain line around my house, they pointed out how my tank-less was not completely properly installed.  It had a improper emergency drain value, mixed metals fittings which was already corroding after a few months, and missing was a filter that could void any warranty of the tank-less itself.  They offered to correct the problems, made it right and only charged me for the filter itself.  Oh, and actually showed me how to work it.

Back to my drains, the camera was showing breaks and holes in the original clay drain in the front, out to the street.  Yes... weeds and BUGS!! YUK!!!  The front was trenched and clay replaced with proper drain line.  However, this trench also exposed the replaced incoming line that previous owners must have done and yes...it was done with standard sprinkler line...  So, that too got replaced with copper incoming.  

Again, the detail, the testing of leaks, the constant measuring for proper angle drop on the lines, just everything gave me so much security that this old fixer was turning the right corner to have plumbing properly addressed. It was quality work.

Needless to say, I have had no problems until today, four years later.  A slight block in the drain that was backing up into the kitchen washer overflow.  I called A1 and they came out with hours.  Scott was back.  We reviewed all the photos I had taken four years earlier and he was off.  Snaked from outside and pushed on out...perfect.  

I look forward to my next job on my fixer and 100% intend to call A1.  Probably the bathrooms or maybe the spaghetti nest of lines in the walls/floors and attic, that previous owners have left me to deal with.   A Fixer is a Fixer, but when the jobs gets done right, and you trust who is doing it...it makes it all worth it.

Called this morning about a leaking dishwasher. After describing what we thought was the problem, we were given a two hour window and a generally quote. Mark showed up on time and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. Mark was professional and knowledgeable. We will be calling Tony's Plumbing again when we need a plumber and we will be recommending them to others.

Worst plumber I have ever dealt with. He works with our management company and he constantly has to come back to fix the same issue over and over again in almost every case. I've heard the same complaint from many of our neighbors and our manager knows about it as well.

Our building had a major problem with the pipes being backed up. My neighbors bathtub was full of water and wouldn't go down. This plumber removed the cover from a pipe on the side of the building and sewage spilled all over the driveway. He had his kid get a hose and put it into the bushes on the side to hide it.

Don't do business with this guy. Not sure if he's just a terrible plumber or is a scammer that wants to get paid over and over again.

Cody was such a nice guy. He came out same day we called. I had a minor thing stuck in my kitchen sink and he was able to fix it quickly and was done in no time with a great price. He was very friendly as well. I would highly recommend this guy! Thanks again.

OMG!!!! These guys were soooooo hot!!!  Not to mention they were on-time courteous and professional. My sewer was clogged, and after getting several ridiculously high estimates from other local plumbers, LRS gave me a very reasonable estimate. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Daniel quoted me a really fair price on a clogged drain that turned out to be much much more work than anticipated.  I had a  mass of roots growing into the pipes.  It took two men a couple of hours to clean and fix the problem.  It was obviously going to cost much more than originally quoted, BUT Daniel was so kind by keeping the price the same--$100--what a blessing! I cannot tell you how relieved I am to have a reliable, clean and honest plumber with Daniel and his crew, Jose and Pepe, at Enviro Plumbing.  I have been hiring him for a few years now, and I must recommend him to everyone in this area.  Fast, friendly and fair.  Wish I could give more stars!
