I've used Henry a few times now. I can't recommend him highly enough! He's professional, friendly, knowledgeable, dependable, honest, and he does amazing work! I've exclusively used him for commercial work on my business, but I have recommended him to several clients for residential jobs and they have all called to thank me for the referral. I trust Henry implicitly. He won't do anything unless it can be done right and his work is always extremely clean and thorough. I called VJ's after seeing the Yelp reviews and was also very happy with them.  The plumber they sent was clean, courteous and seemed very competent and professional.  He completely renovated both my toilets for what seemed like a very reasonable price.

Had Aaron over today to check a leak under the kitchen sink. After 10-20 mins of checking and q/a he figured out the clog causing the leak. He was able to resolve the issues quickly and honestly. Provided the solutions to fix the problem. Thank you again AAron!

We initially contacted a different plumber to diagnose our system because the water pressure gauge by our tankless water heater was displaying a PSI higher than safe levels. The plumber attached his water PSI gauge to our hose spigot but received no reading. Apparently, his gauge was broken, and he even admitted it. However, he still recommended we replace our pressure regulator valve at a quote of $930, even without a functioning water PSI gauge! I told him I'd shop around.

I contacted SJ Plumbing and John, the owner, was polite and responded quickly. David came to our home and had a working water PSI gauge which he attached to our hose spigot. The reading was 60 PSI, which is considered normal, so it was actually the water PSI gauge by the water heater that was faulty. The pressure regulator valve was functioning properly, and they recommended no replacement, so we ended up saving hundreds of dollars. We'll be contacting SJ Plumbing in the future because they are honest and professional.

Teo is a gem. He is honest, knowledgeable and cares about his customers (the exact opposite of a couple of other plumbers I have used in the past year, whom I found on Yelp) . He came to fix a clogged kitchen drain 2 weeks ago and cleared it. But we had an issue again last week and he came immediately and spent over an hour clearing the drain and fixed the problem and did not charge for the second visit. He really cared about fixing the problem and he explained everything he did. I will always use him for any plumbing or electrical issue I have. I am planning to use him in the next couple of weeks to do some painting/drywall and electrical work. I strongly recommend him and it is very rare to find a handyman like him.

Responsive, affordable and friendly. Did a thorough job and will have them come back for sure! Glad I made the leap because he's just starting his own company and only had a handful of reviews.

Warren came to fix a leaky faucet. He was on time, had the necessary parts with him, fixed the leak and charged a reasonable sum. Much appreciated!

What a great honest technician that came by for a sewer line inspection in San Pedro.  He was on time, very pleasant, and very honest.  The camera work showed that the lines were new, and no issues worth addressing.  He didn't try to trump up the one thing he noticed and suggested we don't do anything.  I'd definitely trust these guys and will be calling them if I ever have any issues in the future.

Kevin and Paul came out to do a Cold Water reroute for us after springing a slab leak. They were super professional and fast! Prices are fair and work is top notch. Would definitely call them for future needs.

Mike did a plumbing job next door, to the joining condo,  and put the tools through our drywall into our dining room. He admits to doing it but will not fix my drywall as he said he would in the beginning. He has insurance to cover excess damage he causes. I'm still not finished with him yet. He hung up on me.

There's nobody better. Period. Cody comes through again and again and again. I've been using him for my triplex for years. Always reliable, always reasonable, and always gets the job done. Now if I could just find all the Cody's in all the other trades, I'd be set. Thanks again man!

I called Enviro Plumbing at 11:30 AM, desperately hoping for a same-day service call on our hot water heater. The pilot light had gone out and refused to relight. The parts had been sent under warranty and we'd been without hot water for three days. Andrea answered and very sweetly said someone could come out the next day. I thanked her and hung up, ready to call other numbers. Within seconds, Andrea called me back and said she could have Daniel there by 1 PM. Wow! Now, as it turned out, Daniel did not show up until almost 6 PM, but both Andrea and Daniel texted me all afternoon with updates, with the promise that he would definitely be there. When he and Pepe arrived, they set up lights and started assembling the parts. Each time there was a snag or problem, Daniel came to me, explaining exactly what needed to be done. By 7:30 we had hot water!
Now, a lot of servicemen would have either called and said it was too late or simply not shown up at all. Daniel apologized for being late and promised to complete the job before leaving, which he did. The cost was literally HALF of what two other companies had quoted me. Andrea and Daniel texted me throughout the afternoon, keeping me updated of his status. When I was ready to pay Daniel, he told me that the invoice was already in my email, just to pay it on-line!
Here is a company that has jumped into the future, successfully using text, email and on-line invoicing to maximize their customer service. So. Technology, friendly customer service both by phone and in person, keeping the client in-the-loop with any issues before and during the service call, working well past normal working hours with no added fees, more that competitive price ... you tell ME what more you could ask for! Enviro will have my business for life, and they'll have my recommendation to anyone who asks. I'm a believer.
