no show 2x. said he ran late on saturday 10/2 but promised he would be able to come out first thing sun 10/3 with an eta of 12pm again a no show.  his excuse his grandfather had been in the hospital for a couple of days and that's all he has been able to concentrate on anything else  a couple of days if my math is correct would mean he had been dealing with family issue since friday at least.  normally i would be sympathetic to his situation but i call bullshit  so this company is liars they are very unproffesional, unreliable,  and  inconsiderate of my time  i would stay away from this company no matter how good the quote  a company like this will more than likley requote a higher bid once out to the job. these guys are untrustworthy

Andy returns phone calls quickly and scheduled my service.  He and his worker got the one queen palm I have cleaned up and looking great! The service was quick and easy!  I would recommend this company and definitely will use them again!

First of all they were scheduled to arrive between 8-10am. I heard nothing from anyone. No call explaining a delay. About 10:15 I tried to call the office and the voicemail box was full so I emailed and almost immediately got a callback. She said one crew was out sick so they were working short but she'd make a call to find out when they would be arriving. They finally showed at 11:30. NOT Arborists by any stretch of the imagination. The Company names is very deceiving! The guy that comes to do the estimate spoke like he really knew a lot about various trees so I actually expected an arborist would be coming. Silly me!
However 3 very nice Hispanic guys, with only one barely able to speak/understand English, got right to work. Unfortunately I had to show them repeatedly, on both my trees, what dead branches still needed to be trimmed. They didn't require ladders and were done in 45 minutes for $250. I should of asked my usual Hispanic landscaper to do the job for 1/2 that fee. Oh AND the English speaker was surprised to hear from me that I was told they had a crew out sick. He said that wasn't true, they were just very busy and running late.

These folks are professionals in every sense of the word. Our first experience with them was after we were discussing several bad cuts on a mesquite tree with our neighbor. The sap leaking constantly and the growth pattern was so bad that we were actually discussing removing the 50' tree. So glad I reached out to Arbor Care! Not only did they fix the canopy issues and thin out our tree with some great cuts, but they helped explain why the tree was leaking sap. They cut back the problem areas so our cars and driveways weren't getting stained and also helped shape the tree so it would thrive. Today, it's healthier than it has been in a long, long time and it's directly related to their care and expertise!

This is the third year we're working with them. They've worked on healthy trees, problem trees and storm-damaged trees, which they've managed to rescue for us. These folks aren't random landscaping people or someone who had a chainsaw put in their hands last week. They're highly knowledgeable and incredibly skilled professionals - from the front office and the pros who come out to assess trees all the way to the guys physically on the job. No job is started without a trained arborist coming out to inspect the trees, determine what you need and give you options to consider. They're respectful and have never tried to upsell or push you into doing work that you don't need done. After receiving a formal estimate, the office will schedule a team to come out. Everything is completed with utmost safety - not just talking about workers' safety, but also an eye on safety is put on your property and any neighboring properties. The clean-up process is amazing - no branches, twigs or leaves anywhere. Other than the beautiful looking trees, you'd never know they were there! You can't go wrong with them!

The crew did an excellent job. The trees on my newly purchased property were overgrown and threatening mine and the neighbor's roof. I will definitely use them again . Communication was very responsive and professional. They also did a stellar job with cleanup. I felt for these guys working so hard in 115 degrees

Jesse was very quick to get to our house for an estimate and advise on trees and landscape. He was VERY knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Definitely will not go anywhere else for any of our landscape needs!

Timely, responsive and great work! Can't be more pleased with the work done. Highly recommend. Eric was the lead person who managed our cleanup. Everyone was courteous and they got right to work and finished in one day. The following day we had a crew come for stump removal and I'm sorry I didn't get anyones name but they were again courteous, prompt and did great work. Both crews made sure the yard was cleaned up and looking great!

Nice work removing a 20 year old Jacaranda that was taken down by the past couple of hot/dry years. Trunk ground and all debris removed. Quick, thorough, clean and reasonably priced, thanks guys

Wow! Finally I found a tree trimming company that can do it all.  I had such a great experience working with Az Desert Tree Care.  They were responsive, professional and most  importantly experts at tree trimming. They provided advice on how to trim my mature trees and then came in with a large professional crew and got the job done.
They even made modifications mid stream to make sure we were happy with the results.   Our trees look amazing now and I feel like we got a lot of value out the work they did.  Highly recommend them!

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Quick to come and give me an estimate and was able to come provide service within a week. Extremely responsive and great finished product.

There was a bad wind storm here in early February that ripped out my beautiful 20 year old ficus by the roots and into my pool. That tree was about 40 feet tall and very full. I called Joe pretty much right after it happened and he answered the phone right away. He was so nice and kind. He told me he could come out to give me a quote the same afternoon and did so. He explained everything in detail and I hired him on the spot. His crew came out a few days later and did a fabulous job. They were very professional and friendly and worked diligently. Joe had mentioned that another tree could be planted in the same spot and showed me photos. It is a beautiful red push pistache and it will soon grow to fill the bare spot to provide privacy as my old tree did. I also had a stump ground and and the crew planted a total of two trees that will beautify my yard!  Joe is an arborist which was a god send to me. I wanted an expert and that he was!  I'm looking forward to Joe and his crew performing more tree work for me because they do it right. It's hard to get quality expert service like this. Very reasonable and honest service from a company that really cares about their clients. Don't hesitate to call this company. They really are fantastic!!  Highly recommend!

Two gentlemen showed up and did an excellent job.  They trimmed 5 palm trees in no time and did a great clean up job after.  The first time I had this done by another company and they left my pool a mess with much debris.  These guys considered the pool and the shrubbery around.

I am so happy to have found Valentin and the crew at Valley Verde Lawn Care. They have done several jobs for me, including a full clean-up/makeover of our front and back gardens that left the spaces looking better than ever before - and for an incredibly reasonable price. They also removed a stubborn vine root ball from deep under a perimeter wall, and their thorough work was the only thing that finally stopped it regrowing. Great service

I called four different companies for a quote for a one time clean up and removal of a dead palm tree. Valle Verde was significantly lower than the others and they removed the tree completely (Two of the others would only cut it down to a stump). Valentin was responsive to communications, was able to schedule me quickly and showed up exactly when he said he would. He even texted me a few minutes before to let me know he was on his way. I would definitely use Valle Verde again.

Hayward Tree service did an excellent job. The big silver oak tree in our back yard was very tall and had dead branches at the top that needed to come down before monsoon season.  There are power lines in the alley that made it inaccessible and the front yard was pretty deep for a crane to get close.
They managed to trim the tree branches.  Very large and thick heavy limbs were taken off. Our tree was on the property line with a clock wall and no damage was done at all. My neighbor is also happy with the job.
I had called 4 companies for quotes...two others looked at the job and did not want it...one never got back to me. Hayward gave me the confidence to go with them. They also cut back a messy orchid tree on property line 4 feet back from wall.  All in all a job well done.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

I called Haywood for an estimate on trimming my four palm trees. The rep was at our home within two days and suggested to us that we also needed to have our palms injected with a nutrient mix that would help them survive better in the upcoming summer climate. Within a week of that visit Haywood was back at our home and performed all the work we asked for. Quick, efficient and reasonable. I'd have them back again.

I called on Monday, Ana came out the same day and did a free estimate.  She had them out here Wednesday morning and they did an incredible job on my yard!!! Super friendly, on time, and it even rained on them and they stayed to get the job done.  Also very hard-working. Absolutely recommend!!!

I called Tree Pros to diagnose a sick Jacaranda tree. As usual, I requested my favorite arborist, Kyle Thoma. I had come to trust him when treating some sick Queen Palms. Within minutes of showing up, Kyle identified the problem and solution. I appreciate that kind of experience. Kyle is personable and knows his trees. It is refreshing to find someone so competent.
