Gave me a fair quote and followed through with the job in a timely manner. I needed an extremely large pine tree in my backyard cut down because it was too close for comfort next to a power line/telephone line. Roy's team came out, realized they had to knock down my back wall to get to the tree so also brought in a crew to knock down and re-build my wall all the while they cut down my pine tree. This was done in a matter of days and they communicated with me every step of the way. When I came to pay, I paid the price they quoted. Couldn't ask for a better job!

Andy and Steve and their crew did an AMAZING job cutting down our huge Mesquite and Palo Verde trees!!  It was fascinating watching them work and they made a very dangerous job look easy!  They were so thorough, thoughtful and respectful!  We are so happy we found Veteran Family Tree Service!!!

ArborCraft came out quick to give us a quote and during this we felt no pressure from them. Ronnie and his crew came out and did the job very efficiently. They also left the yard cleaner than when they found it!

Only reason they received 4 stars instead of 5 is because they called me the evening before saying someone rescheduled and they could schedule us for the next morning from 8-10 am. I called Patricia at 11 am asking where they were/an updated timeline as I work from home and moved meetings around for this. The crew called at 11:45 letting me know they were 15 minutes out and I never heard back from Patricia.

I'll definitely be using them in the future and recommend them to you yelpers, as well as our friends.

I hired Arbor Care to come out to my house in Carefree to evaluate a large Mesquite tree that seemed to be having some health issues.  They sent out a certified arborist who was very knowledgeable and quickly put my mind at ease, explaining that the leafless branches I was concerned about were normal for a tree that had never been pruned.  He said that they could cut away the dead branches and remove the mistletoe, but that my tree was very healthy and would do fine with no special care or watering at all.  I would definitely hire Arbor Care again.

These guys are great.  Biz owner, J.R., came out & gave me a reasonable quote to trim a huge ficus tree overhanging backyard fence & making a mess in my yard & pool.  Neighbor agreed to cutting back 3 ft from fenceline.  The crew was on time, professional & very nimble (got way to the top of the 30 ft tree to trim). Will definitely use again!

After Yelping tree service near Buckeye, Az. I found Next level tree service. They responded quickly to my price request. Sent them a couple
of pictures of tree I wanted removed. They gave me a price which seemed fair. We scheduled a day, which, ended up being a week out as,
they are busy.
Texted me to let me know they were on the way. Took down tree and ground the stump in about 30 mins.
Would recommend them to anyone needing tree service.

Hello everybody I'm not a big review Person...
Recently we went to Moonvalley nursery I thought it would be any other but our eyes was in Ahh it was like a Jurassic park trees flowers it was very beautiful. We met the nicest sales associate KC we were there for a good three hours he went through every question and got very educated...  Highly recommend Moonvalley nursery...

At first he appears to be very nice and willing to complete the work but then became polar opposite, unresponsive and indifferent to the work. Leaves yard rubbish behind. Lacks clean and detailed service. Several occasions I had to remind him to please take the garden waste they had left from last time they were here. Gave him time (6 months) for the opportunity to show value to his services but continuously fell short from. I told him I would pay extra, but that we just wanted nice detailed work. They would not rake the pebbled yard.

Accurate estimate provided over Yelp with photos.  Crew of two showed up and trimmed my two trees and an overhanging limb efficiently and at a very reasonable cost.  Clean up was done well.  Very satisfied.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Had my date palm trimmed yesterday by Gonzalez Palm and Tree services. Called for price quote and Stephan was courteous and professional. After I text him a picture of the tree, I received a quote within 10 minutes. Also said since he was working nearby he could do the job later that same day. He came by with a couple other workers, I showed him a picture of how I would like it trimmed and they got right to it!  Trimmed, cleaned up and removed in about 1 hour. I am very impressed with the response time, the fair price and quick completion of the job. I am only giving 4 stars because we felt clean up could have been better, we had to pic up some loose debris after they left. But happy enough with this business to recommend their service. We will definitely use them again.

Talked to Jose on the phone scheduled a time to come and give me an estimate. He sent his son and we agreed on a price and he wrote me an agreement for $700. They cut off a limb and it fell and did damage to my house at which point the son called his dad, Jose, and he came out and said he doesn't work for free and that if I wanted him to finish the NEW PRICE was $1500! MORE THAN DOUBLE. I said we had a written agreement for $700 and that was all I was going to pay.

I tried to reason with him and asked him if he had finished the job and I told him I was only going to pay him half of what we had agreed on what would he say. He kept having to use his son as a translator and we were getting no where.

He said, We are leaving, and didn't pick anything up and even left a huge limb that they had already cut hanging in the tree 30 feet up which could fall and due damage to my fence or someone standing under the tree. I cleaned up everything he left on the ground but I still have to hire someone to come and finish the job as well as paying a contractor to have the damage done to my house repaired. I'm guessing that will be around $1200 to 1500.

As far as recommending this business, proceed at your own risk. I don't think they are insured because they did not offer to have the damage repaired or give me their insurance information. That's why he wanted to charge me more to pay to fix the damage they had caused. When I have a written agreement I expect to pay that not double what we agreed on. That is why you have them come out and give you a price in writing so there are no issues later. He did not keep his word, damaged my property, and then just left. If you use ANYONE, ask if they have insurance and MAKE SURE YOU GET IT IN WRITING TO PROTECT YOURSELF.

Ridiculous pricing. I have a very small yard...mostly just a front yard and they wanted $120 per month to maintain it. Other companies charge $60 per month.

They provided a quote for a tree stump removal that was anticipated to be a 1-2 hour job. The stump ended up taking all day to remove. But they kept their original quote even though they had to stay longer. Great guys!

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

This was the easiest transaction ever. The crew was amazing, professional, had their system down to a tee and it was a sight to behold. The price was amazing for the service they provide. They removed two dead trees from our yard and they were done within an hour. I would highly recommend them!

After using their services for my office move, I hired Bryan and Alisha to move me across the country. Their team handled packing, cleaning, and moving for my large two-bedroom apartment at a rate much lower than the big corporate movers. They were professional and very pleasant to work with, and showed that they can handle any surprises that come along the way. Highly recommend these guys.

I received an unsolicited text message from Tree Pros advertising their services and requesting I contact them for more information and to set up a a time to get an estimate for any requested work.  I have never contacted Tree Pros in the past or have they ever performed services for me previously.  I texted Tree Pros back after checking recent reviews on Yelp that were less than positive regarding their customer service and their professionalism, to inform them that due to Yelp reviews, I would encourage them to address those areas of complaint before I would consider hiring them for work.  They responded that they had a 3.5 star rating with Yelp and appeared to be quite happy with mediocrity.
