I contacted AbrorCraft and Burt was quick to respond and come to my home for an estimate on Palm tree trimming, stump removals and a tree removal.  He's extremely knowledgeable and offered suggestion for my landscape that would look great, albeit no financial gain to him or his company.  I scheduled my palm tree trimming and expressed concern that the last company I used let all of the trimmings/seed pods fall in my pool resulting in many hours of cleanup.  When his crew arrived (on time) they did such a quick and efficient job and they left my pool looking better than when they arrived.  Highly recommend and will be contacting them soon for stump removal and other services.  Thanks, Burt!

These guys were great. They were super responsive and very knowledgeable about what I needed. They were very fair with the quote and gave me several solutions to my problem and didn't try to up sell to get me to choose the most expensive option. They got me on the schedule within a week and did an amazing job. Since I was at work, they sent me photos of everything that had been done and recommended future work in the spring and summer.

I will definitely recommend these guys going forward!

Ok soooo I have a not so great update that is bringing the originally top service down in the dumps. We bought 2 chinese pistache trees, and were convinced to buy a 3rd Brazilian pepper tree. We were talked into the Brazilian pepper tree that was not native to AZ or ok with desert climate and well, it died. They replaced the tree as they had guaranteed... BUT I was told that they would wave the ($100) delivery cost if I paid for another ($100) warranty. I declined this and it was delivered at no cost. They did replace the dead pepper with one of the chinese pistache that we already purchased that does very well here yadayadayda. Well, they gave us the smallest tree that likely has a fungal disease from what I have researched so far . The leaves were shriveled up upon its arrival and they still are looking this way even with watering it (in addition to our irrigation).  

Why give us the smallest and sickly looking tree?
We still have plans to landscape our entire front and back yard... so dumb.

We had a tree with branches over our roof and didn't feel comfortable taking it down ourselves. Misael gave us the best price and did amazing work. A giant tree gone and two stumps done in 3 hours. I'm definitely saving his number for any more tree and stump removal jobs.

Misael came and removed a dead tree from the front yard in less than an hour! They took everything with them as well making it an easy process. Highly suggest Misael & will be using him again in the future!

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

I had looked for a business with people who knew what they were doing.  As I was leaving the neighborhood (gated)  I saw a man in an impeccable truck trying to get it...I thought it was via Angie's List and for me but in fact it was Edward from AZ TREE CARE looking for one of his regular customers.  I had him go to my house and was so so impressed I immediately hired him to take care of a neglected tree in my front yard.

His bid was less than the guy I typically use who is not a professional arborist, and didn't do an even decent job. I settled, which is never a good thing!  Edward and his crew showed up when they said they would and did so, dressed in uniforms and did their job.  They had cool equipment I have never seen in my neighborhood, I could understand them, even put up my flag for me!  Would not let me get on a ladder and were such gentlemen.  Any negative comments?  Really?  Not possible!

My neighbor is using them now too!  YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.  Take care of your trees people.  Don't let trees near your roof/house.  And, I am not a relative or person paid to give a great review!  Sounds like it though, right?!

Bassett Tree Service removed a great big Ficus tree in my yard and they did an excellent job!

They did OK service, but very dishonest business practice.  I had storm damage tree branch that fell on my neighbor's driveway.  I called and agreed to a price with the owner Jose.  Even texted him picture of the branch.  He texted me a price to cut and take branch to trash with them when done.  I had to go to work, but my wife was home.  When they arrive, they told my wife price was only to cut branch and leave it at our curb side for bulk trash pickup, which was probably not for another month or 2!  That was not an option.  If we wanted them to trash the branch, it was going to cost more.  This is only one branch, not even a huge branch, which he has seen picture before giving quote.  Since we had to get it done, I was not home and had stop looking for another service when we made the appointment with him, had no choice but to pay him the extra.

After searching for an arborist and reading other reviews we decided to call and have them come out and look at our 2 trees that had not had leaves for over a year. They were great. Sadly we were too late in calling and we had to have the trees removed, but they were able to tell us exactly what killed them and how to save the rest of our plants. We had a gall mite infestation. They even walked my husband through how to treat them ourselves. We thought the service was so great that we recommended them to a friend needing help with their palms and they used and like them too. We will definitely be back.

I don't normally write reviews but had to in this case. Fabulous from start to finish! Swift , free estimate, no pressure, excellent ofc follow up, great ease of scheduling. Jon Bora and his team are the best- they professionally trimmed our very overgrown and twisted front palo brea tree and backyard tangled Chilean mesquite without butchering them. Trees look amazing and just in time before the big storms- certainly we would have lost at least one tree with likely property damage had they not trimmed them so expertly. Yard areas completely cleaned up when finished, and neighbors' yards cleaned up, too.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

My experience with Hayward was excellent in every aspect.  I submitted an online request for an estimate.  Philip showed up on time, gave me an estimate and emailed me a written quote.  Monday afternoon I received a call to schedule my tree removal.  Wednesday at 8 a.m. - on time - 3 men came and removed my tree, cleaned up behind themselves and you would never know that a very tall and full palo verde tree had been in that small corner of my back yard.  They were friendly and great at their job.  I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

After using their services for my office move, I hired Bryan and Alisha to move me across the country. Their team handled packing, cleaning, and moving for my large two-bedroom apartment at a rate much lower than the big corporate movers. They were professional and very pleasant to work with, and showed that they can handle any surprises that come along the way. Highly recommend these guys.

We just moved into our new home in July and Sadly our tree out front didn't make it. I contacted tree pros because of their good reputation and reviews. They were responsive and able to send out Mike for a quote the next day!

It was very easy to schedule the appointment and the quote was crystal clear regarding what would be done and what each component cost.

I got a reminder call the day before. When the crane showed up (on time), the gentleman talked to my husband through the door bell system and was very professional and made sure the crane was parked in an appropriate place that wouldn't obstruct our ability to get in and out of the driveway.

The job took about 45 minutes. Everything was cleaned up beautifully and they did a great job.

Stump removal happens tomorrow!
