Roy and his team were excellent from start to finish. I contacted 3 different arborists for quotes to take down a towering pine tree in my front yard, and Roy's promptness AND price beat the others by a serious landslide.

Roy and his team showed up exactly when he said they would (down to the minute) and worked diligently throughout the day to take the behemoth down. They cleaned up the area so well that you can't even tell there was ever a tree there to begin with.

I sent an inquiry via email and Gabriel got back to me within an hour and came out for an estimate just a couple days after. He called and came a bit earlier than scheduled, which was great!
We needed to plant a tree and few shrubs to meet our HOA's guidelines. Gabriel read the guidelines very thoroughly and made notes. He recommended the type of trees and shrubs.
After we accepted the quote, he went to the nursery and took pictures of the tree and shrubs to help us provide to our HOA for approval. He was more than happy to be looped in for the approval process with the HOA!
On the scheduled day for the planting, the crew came right on time and did a beautiful work!!! Andy stopped by few days later to check our irrigation. He came after work hours to look at it and came back the next morning to fix everything and made sure all are working properly. The amazing part, he didn't ring a bell or asked for us. I found out that he came by checking our security camera! :)

We had been having problems with our two huge Sissoo trees for the last several years, and after another irrigation line was broken from roots we finally decided to take the plunge and have them removed. Clayton came out to provide a quote within a day. He is extremely knowledgeable and also provided recommendations for replacement down the road.  The following week, Lenny, Ronnie, Aaron and Jose came out and efficiently and quickly removed two giant trees,and it looked as if the trees had never been there.  This company is wonderful. We have since recommended them to friends who also had them remove their trees.  Highly recommended!

I have used this crew twice now and I have nothing but good things to say. They are prompt to answer my messages through yelp and very flexible when it comes to scheduling. This group was the only ones that I was able to get them within days compared to other companies that I would have had to wait for a week minimum to get my trees taken care off. They are very puntual, do their job in a timely manner and clean after themselves. Their prices are the most reasonable I found around the valley. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They did a phenomenal job with our trees at the best possible price.  We have a Texas Mesquite which is just covered in thorns, and they were able to handle it with no problem.  Super friendly, explained everything they were doing up front, and left the yard even cleaner than when they first arrived.  Will absolutely be calling them again in the future!

Loved that I was able to handle everything remotely for my rental property. Tammy was very helpful and responsive.  The crew that came out to complete the work called ahead of arriving, took care of removing a few large bushes and sent pictures of the completed job. Very satisfied!

We had been neglecting our yard since the monsoon season ended and there was some serious weeds and overgrowth, not to mention dead palm leaves everywhere from our two trees. The owner responded within 20 minutes with a very fair rate. We scheduled a morning and he arrived right on time. They were efficient and professional. Misael included the tree trimming for our two giant palms in the price and they look great! He definitely has our business for monthly maintenance!

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Yesterday Edward and his crew came out to trim several large trees for us. They were so careful with everything in our yard. They moved everything out of the way, put it back, and left everything spotless! In the 22yrs we have lived in our home (in Desert Ridge) they have been the best. His price was very competitive. I would highly recommend.

He showed up did the job but didn't quite finish. I had already paid him thinking it's a reputable business. Calling him back all the time and not getting back to me. I wanted to praise my service to my neighbors. I think not.
Next time I'll just use a landscaper.

Did a great job removing a fallen Saguaro cactus in my yard. They were prompt on arriving for their scheduled time and got right to work. Once everything was removed they took the care to clean up properly and make the area look as nice as possible. I'll be having them back for more work in the Spring. Highly recommend!

Great work, especially with that sharp machete and my towering monstrous...that's the name of the cactus. This team showed up on time and quickly got to work. I asked for leaves left on the palm tree so there would be a little bit of shade. Leaving leaves on a palm helps it to grow slowly, which is great when you need shade.

I called Valle Verde for a one time yard cleanup that involved a lot of hedging and trimming and waste removal that I couldn't do myself. They came in with a great quote for all the work, were right on time and finished the job in a timely manner. They even went above and beyond on a few items and left my yards looking great. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for all my landscaping needs!

After the snow, yes snow, in north Scottsdale our trees suffered severely from broken branches from the snow's weight. It was worse than any wind damage. Jon gave us a fair price, complete with photos of the affected trees. He was very responsive. His crew came exactly as scheduled and they were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job shaping (and repairing the trees' form.) Jon also medicated our Museum Palo Verde and instructed us on what was causing its stress in addition to the heavy freeze. This is the business that we will call again, and recommend to our friends and family.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

We had secured the services of another tree guy to remove our tall, dead pine tree, the second or third tallest tree in the 'hood. My wife requested that he bring his Certif. of Insurance. He never showed up. I called Hayward, they gave an estimate just a bit higher than the other service. On the appointed day, Mr. Hayward and his crew showed up, and laid the tree low in less than an hour. The APS line to our house ran under one of the offending branches, but that was no obstacle. They moved several obstructions in the yard in order to complete the job. Highly recommended! They do good work. If he left a magnet on your door, you likely need his services, and they do good work!

We had a massive amount of backyard weeds. It had become a fire hazard.  I reached Ana and she put me in touch with Benito. He and his helper were there within 20 minutes, gave the estimate and went to work. Night and day. They work fast and efficient. Would hire again.

I called Tree Pros to diagnose a sick Jacaranda tree. As usual, I requested my favorite arborist, Kyle Thoma. I had come to trust him when treating some sick Queen Palms. Within minutes of showing up, Kyle identified the problem and solution. I appreciate that kind of experience. Kyle is personable and knows his trees. It is refreshing to find someone so competent.
