I first contacted Roy through the portal in Yelp and got pretty quick feedback with a fantastic price so I was ecstatic but skeptical despite having provided him with pictures of the job. I took it as my low bid and collected two more. Those prices were much higher. I considered it, but since I had to paint my house saving a few bucks was important. I (at this point) was texting directly with Roy. It took him up to a week to respond. He's give me a short Window to get the job done and by the time I responded he was 'booked'. This went on for a month or more.

I went back to his reviews and see that he's not that reliable, and he underbids the job and upcharges upon arrival. Be very careful. I ended up getting the work done by a more reputable landscaper who gave me a written estimate after a site visit, providing proof of insurance, and giving me a satisfaction guarantee.

Andy & crew showed up on time and completed job. They did a great job and excellent clean up too. I'd recommend them and if I need tree service I know who to call.

Price was right.  2 out of the 4 trees they quoted look great.  

However two trees ended up unbalanced and incomplete.  I asked them to continue thinning but they wouldn't.  

Would not recommend.

We have a Palo Brea tree (the ones with the horrible prickers) and the team did a wonderful job trimming and thinning it out! Prices were very fair and the cleanup was spotless. We have had three other houses on on our street use this company!! You won't be disappointed! Thanks Al and team!!

Excellent service and response time. Jesse added our tree job into his busy schedule for our 25 ft  palm tree skinning the trunk all the way up.  That Palm tree which is in the front yard was ugly before, but now  adds to the curb appeal of the home ~ ! His pricing was very reasonable and his work and clean up was the best ever. Do not hesitate to call Next Level Tree service.

I purchased a large tree from Moon Valley by telephone and just had it delivered and installed today.  I was impressed with the entire process.  The tele-salesman took a photo of the tree he picked and emailed it to me before I bought, which was a real time saver.  Then Nate and his crew called me this morning to say that they were on their way.  They arrived right on time and were very fast and efficient in planting my new 24 inch box tree.  The tree was in perfect condition and the installation crew was fast and efficient.  I was very impressed with the entire process.  I highly recommend Moon Valley Nursery.  Jim

We had a tree with branches over our roof and didn't feel comfortable taking it down ourselves. Misael gave us the best price and did amazing work. A giant tree gone and two stumps done in 3 hours. I'm definitely saving his number for any more tree and stump removal jobs.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Edward is a class act - a true gentleman in the tree business.  I sent him a couple of pictures of a tree that had to be removed and within 30 minutes he called in with a quote and described his services and what needed to be done.  His crew arrived as scheduled and cut down the tree in a very clean and efficient manner taking care to leave the rest of the landscape untouched.  His stump grinding machine went out of commission so he said he would fix his equipment, come back to grind the stump, and only then take a payment. He promptly followed up and took care of things. Throughout the transaction he demonstrated that his company is truly top notch and I really enjoyed doing business with his company. If you are still thinking about using him, stop reading and make that call.  You will not be disappointed.

I called Joe because my boyfriend, who's a General Contractor in another state checked out the stump removal businesses online for me.  He decided Bassett Stump Removal appeared to be the most professional.

I called Joe for a quote, and he was easy to communicate with.  We settled on a price, and Joe came over, and removed a stump and two rose bushes.  He was excellent at communication, his price was extremely fair, and the best part, he did a fantastic job!  I'd definitely refer him to everyone.   He was fast, honest and very easy to work with!  A+ and 5 stars!!

Stephen and his crew are great. Used them for trimming our four 40'+ palm trees and wrapping them in lights. They also wrapped our three 20'+ cactus in lights. Excellent job. They arrived as scheduled, communicated any questions, cleaned up after, and had fun while doing it. I highly recommend them!

Amazing service! I called in, sent in pictures on my phone, received a free estimate and Jose was at my house the next morning. He was in and out super quick and both trees look great. I will be using this service again in the future.

I called Valentin in need of a lawn care person to do some clean up around my house due to some overly concerned neighbors.  Called and he answered his phone which does not happen all the time, told me would call back and he did.  Visited my lawn called back with a price and would do the job the next day.  Got home from work on the day he said he would do the job and it looks GREAT.  He did everything you would expect and more.  This crew is amazing and they work magic with your yard.  Would recommend him to the world.  GREAT job guys and thanks for the great job.

Fabulous!  Jon, the owner of this business, is knowledgeable, in fact, expert in the tree business. His kindness and integrity are evident as soon as you spend a few minutes with him.  Jon has provided service to us in the past, giving skilled care for our trees at a fair price.

That's why I called him when I moved to a new property.  Jon's crew, Dillon and Zack, came on the day of our appointment at the scheduled time.  They went to work, and the results exceeded my expectations.  The bonus was that these young men were friendly, skilled, professional, and a lot of fun!

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

I hired Hayward Tree to remove trees from my property.  The owner came out a few days before, walked the property with me and showed me videos of previous similar jobs they had done.  He was quick and professional.  Gave me a verbal quote on the spot followed up later in the day with a detailed written quote via email.  The office followed up with me to schedule the job.  On the day of the job they gave me plenty of notice of their arrival.  While here I was impressed with the efficiency and teamwork of the Hayward Tree crew.  They take great care not to damage anything using sturdy mats before driving equipment onto the property and using protective screens while grinding tree stumps.  The clean up was excellent with little sign they were even here.  The crew was hard working and they even cut a few logs for me to keep.  I highly recommend Hayward Tree!

We just moved into our new home in July and Sadly our tree out front didn't make it. I contacted tree pros because of their good reputation and reviews. They were responsive and able to send out Mike for a quote the next day!

It was very easy to schedule the appointment and the quote was crystal clear regarding what would be done and what each component cost.

I got a reminder call the day before. When the crane showed up (on time), the gentleman talked to my husband through the door bell system and was very professional and made sure the crane was parked in an appropriate place that wouldn't obstruct our ability to get in and out of the driveway.

The job took about 45 minutes. Everything was cleaned up beautifully and they did a great job.
