We need our 5 large trees trimmed and called Roy's. They scheduled to come and do an estimate but never showed up, never called and did not even return our calls. I took time off of work to meet them. If you're going to set an appointment with a potential client, you should show up. If you can't show up as scheduled, you should contact the client and let them know. If you get a call from a client asking for a return call, you should return our call. Roy's Trees are a fail for us.

Andy and his crew arrived on time and were ready to do the job the tree  location was between a pool and a block fence they brought tarps to help contain the chips and branches from the tree keeping my pool covered and almost debris free I was extremely happy with the way they completed the job I know its just trimming a tree but when you see a group of individuals work as a team to get the job done is amazing they cleaned up the place were very open with communication professional and finished with a smile again THANK YOU Andy and Crew...

Arborcraft tree service was very easy to contact and to set up an appointment to get a bid on the work we needed done.  Two big trees needed trimmed and we needed a consultation on the roots growing into grass area. We decided to get trees trimmed and they gave us some ideas how to deal with tree roots. Decided not to trim roots.  They arrived the next day and did a great job.  Brian and his crew trimmed up trees nicely and cleaned up completely.  I highly recommend Arborcraft tree service.  Professional tree service who does the job right.

Arbor Care Tree Service was absolutely amazing!  They showed up at our home the day after we Yelped several companies for an estimate and looked at the trees (a giant pine tree and a giant eucalyptus tree).  The offered a quote that was $1000 dollars less that any other company and scheduled the day they would come and get the job done.  The showed up on the morning they scheduled the job and had the trees and everything cleaned up in under three hours!  I honestly thought this would take a day or two because of the size of the trees!  Their team was quick, thorough and polite!  A better job simply could not have been done!  We can very highly recommend Arbor Care to all who need help getting rid of very old over grown trees!

JR and his team really know what they are doing, he was very knowledgable when it came to my ficus trees.  I had 3 tall ficus trees in my backyard that they have been servicing for years now, but after 6 years it was time to say goodbye. If you need someone to trim your trees or have them removed this is the company to call.  I'm even happier to be supporting a small business with outstanding service. We just bought a ficus tree and we're not happy with it.  We we're given a second tree that we thought wasn't any better. We picked out a third tree that was awesome!   Moon valley worked with us in a very professional and caring manner, they went over and above to make sure we were happy with our purchase.  We give them a five star plus+++!  Crew manager  Tyler Kraus was extremely respectful of us and very patient as well. His team was the best at planting our tree.  Also many thanks to manager Layne for his help in making us happy buyers!  We Will recommend Moon Valley Nurseries to all our friends and family!

I spent thousands of dollars on 5 trees.  I had to have everyone replaced, thank God for their warranty.  They have no idea about root systems and if a tree is suited for your yard.  I had to take 2 of the trees out or they would have lifted my curbing and my patio.  Take heed, they are twice the price of anywhere else and do a song and dance.  They have gone through so many managers and (tree experts) that present to know what they are talking about.  BS they just want your money.

Misael tree service was not only fast & responsive they also did an amazing job cleaning up the yard at our first house & Maintence service at our 2nd house. Their pricing is extremely fair compared to other in the area. We will be using them moving forward for all our houses. They are the best in the valley

The team did an excellent job for a very reasonable price.  They are a small service so they don't use stump grinders or chippers (at least not yet) but you'll pay much, much more with a bigger company.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

This company did a great job with removing a palo verde tree that fell during a windstorm. They came out the same day to give us a quote (more on price later), and removed it early the next day. However, you should definitely get multiple quotes before using this company. We felt the need to do it quickly since the tree was leaning on the house, and the owner gave us a price that was way too high, despite saying it was neighbor pricing.  In the end, it's my fault that I paid too much, but I don't appreciate companies that try to swindle customers when they do a one-time job. This company was good at what they do, but dishonest in their quotes.

Joe is a huge help over the phone. He responds immediately and cares about his customers. I have a dying tree and I texted pictures to him for advice and he instructed me how to help it survive. I owe him one for sure. When I'm ready for my mesquites, ficus and palms to be trimmed , he is my go to guy. Thanks

We needed some last minute emergency tree trimming (who knew that was even a thing?) and Jose was able to come out to give us a quote and perform the work the same day! He was so great and his prices were so reasonable that we ended up having him do twice as much work as we had originally planned!
He and his team trimmed our lemon and palm trees as planned, then removed two dead trees we had as eyesores in the yard and gave some much needed pruning and TLC to our VERY overgrown olive tree! On top of all of that, they hauled away every last twig and leaf!
I've been recommending them to anyone who will listen, and would definitely use them again! I also love that he communicates via text (a big bonus for me since I hate talking on the phone)

I called Gonzalez Tree Trimming and left a message, but I also text him per his request on his message. We communicated back and forth via text message, I sent him a picture he gave me a very reasonable price and showed up first thing the next morning to trim my palm tree.
I'm glad I googled searched for a palm tree trimmer finding a good dependable one with good Yelp reviews.
Originally I had inquired on Home Advisor, most was unreasonably high priced the one I had chosen never showed up. I called him twice both times he said he would be here in 20 minutes, never showed up.
So far to date Home Advisor is 0-3 for having responsible contractors on 3 projects I've inquired with them on.

Really impressed with this company! Did a great job with our palm tress and very considerate of my time. I only had two palms to trim, and most companies didn't even bother calling me back. Always gave me a heads up about the time they'd be coming, who was coming, and very reasonably priced and knowledgeable about lawn care - happily answered a lot of my questions about more trees that needed trimming, replanting grass seed, etc. Will use them again!

They provided a quote for a tree stump removal that was anticipated to be a 1-2 hour job. The stump ended up taking all day to remove. But they kept their original quote even though they had to stay longer. Great guys!

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

Can't say enough positive about this tree company. Great crew, friendly and efficient. Big tree and using their crane made great sense. Fair price too. Excellent clean up. Showed up when promised. They have our recommendation MM in Scottsdale

I requested help moving through the Yelp app. Bryan was one of the first to respond. His price was a little high but I agreed. They were to unload our U-Box and put it on their trailer and drive a couple miles unload the trailer and move everything into the 2nd floor apartment. They were fast and efficient and also unloaded our SUV into the apartment. It was an extremely hot day and took them about an hour from start to finish. We had mainly boxes, 3 mattresses and box springs. I would most definitely call on Bryan and his crew again. Thank you so much again for all your help.

One year ago they charged me $300.00 to trim two palm trees. This year they quoted $700.00. I don't think so but nice try.
