I recently needed a dead tree removed from my front yard and requested bids from several companies, Roy's was the most cost effective for me. The work was done neatly and in a timely manner and the surrounding area was left free of any debris. I highly recommend Roy's services to anyone. Thank you for your work ethic

They were out quickly to to give us a quote  It was very reasonable for what we wanted done We setup a time to have the work done. They arrived on time verified what they were going to do. answered all of my questions and went to work. They did a great job pruning the trees and did a great job cleaning up after. I planned to remove one ficus tree and two palm trees in my backyard. Clayton stopped by to give me a quote. He is really easy to work with. He gave me details on how they are going to remove my trees and when. He also gave great price.

On the day for tree removal, the whole crew was on time. They work quick and efficient. Christian and Anthony did a great job remove all the debris in my backyard.

If I could give this company Arbor Care tree service a 10 + I would.

I called and sent the pictures of my tree that needed to be removed and another tree that needed trimming and I heard back right away.

I had a situation with the original tree that was compromising the structure of my block fence and Arbor Care sent their best crew out that took care of the removal and in one hour. They were here and gone and cleaned up.

Their lead was faced with some unhappy individuals (who know more than an arborist) that did not want the tree to go, but let me tell you, the lead Terry (apologize if I got the name wrong) was hands down VERY PROFESSIONAL during this time and directed them to me.

And kept on with the job I hired them to do. I appericiate the professionalism, customer service and kindness that was on display today.

Before and after pictures and when I say you can't tell there was a huge tree that's all Arbor Care!!! These folks are 100% legit and if I had more stars to give I would.

This is our second time purchasing a Christmas Tree from Moon Valley. This year was very last minute - we walked onto the lot and were immediately greeted by a representative who wanted to know what our wants and needs were. As we were walking through the lot looking at tree options any other team member that noticed us smiled and said hello as well - you can tell they are focused on good customer service which is something that you don't see very often anymore so I really appreciated that. Leon checked us out and was very friendly, by the time we were done checking out our tree was cut, wrapped and already loaded in our vehicle. Thank you Moon Valley for a great experience!

After a cactus died (which my HOA wasn't thrilled about) I reached out to several landscaping companies for help.  

I knew it would be a challenging request because I needed the dead cactus cut down within a few days (to avoid a delightful HOA fine) and because I was out of town during this time.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Terrible customer service and the technical expertise leaves a lot to be desired. They did a poor job on a mesquite tree by butchering it leaving a lot of dead branches. I gave them the opportunity to come back and give an opinion of the tree but after they 2 cancelled appointments on me after waiting at home for them, I said no more and told them I would take my business elsewhere.
I do not recommend them.

I have a ginormous mesquite tree that has not been seriously trimmed for 8 years. I got three quotes and Bassett was low end for what all sounded like the same work. They showed up as scheduled and made really quick work of it, including cleaning up every bit of sawdust. I am ecstatic with the results. Really beyond what I expected. I almost can't stop staring up into what had been kind of a nuisance and is now simply gorgeous. Thanks, Bassett! Fantastic job.

This company is incredible!!! I found them here on Yelp and reached out to get a quote and Valentin got right back to me. We were not able to sync our schedules to meet face-to-face so I just described what I want and he came by and then texted me a quote which was more than reasonable. They then came by and took care of my front yard making it look better than it has in years. I have a lot of desert landscaping that went totally crazy with all of the rain and they were able to trim back and weed the whole yard. When they were done he then texted me pictures of their work and I loved that I was then able to just Venmo him the agreed to payment.

I highly recommend Valley Verde Lawn Care and I will absolutely be using them again.

I don't normally write reviews but had to in this case. Fabulous from start to finish! Swift , free estimate, no pressure, excellent ofc follow up, great ease of scheduling. Jon Bora and his team are the best- they professionally trimmed our very overgrown and twisted front palo brea tree and backyard tangled Chilean mesquite without butchering them. Trees look amazing and just in time before the big storms- certainly we would have lost at least one tree with likely property damage had they not trimmed them so expertly. Yard areas completely cleaned up when finished, and neighbors' yards cleaned up, too.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

I had a very large, very old pine tree in the front yard that needed to be cut down and the debris from a lemon tree in the back yard removed also. They arrived well within the 4 hour window provided and were done in a very timely manner. Cleaned up the yards very well, even cleaned up my next door neighbors driveway because the tree was close to the property line. Outstanding service and a great price! Would definitely use them again.

We had a massive amount of backyard weeds. It had become a fire hazard.  I reached Ana and she put me in touch with Benito. He and his helper were there within 20 minutes, gave the estimate and went to work. Night and day. They work fast and efficient. Would hire again.

Thr arborist Paul that was assigned to give me a quote calls on Easter during dinner and wants to come over on Easter Monday. I told him my faith celebrates Easter and Easter Monday and to call back on Tuesday after the season is over. While speaking with him he was very snarky making a comment he's been to my place hundreds of times. If ge's been here hundreds if times, why does he need to come over to give me a quote? Normally after a couple times, I'm able to remember the beautiful trees I see. He never called back and Amanda who runs  the Customer Service Relations for the company tells me the quote would be taken care of. Nada a week later. I've moved on.
