Horrible follow up customer service.  They asked for a picture of my tree to see the scope of the work.  I sent it to them immediately and never heard a word from them.

I highly recommend Veteran Family Tree Service. I was looking to remove a palm in my backyard and  requested a few quotes through Yelp! A couple of companies scheduled appointments to come out and check out the palm but they either never showed or kept trying to reschedule. Veteran Family was quick to reply and they were very professional and courteous. Gabriel came out to do the quote and although I had to go back to work during our scheduled appointment, he was able to get a look at the palm and was able to provide the quote without me being there. Their price was fair and I scheduled to have the palm cut down. Andrew and his crew came over and took care of the palm quickly and did a great job. I was expecting for my yard to look like a mess afterwards but they did a phenomenal job cleaning up after themselves and even cleared out all the leaves that had piled up around the palm. I will definitely be using them again in the future and encourage anyone that's been looking for tree services to give them a call.

I called Arborcraft and they came out very quickly to give me an estimate. I have used them in the past and know how busy they get. I didn't expect them to come back a week later, during Monsoon season to trim my huge Palo Verde and 2 25 foot fan palms. Ronnie was my contact person for the job. He informed me of everything that they were going to do. They also did my neighbors fan palm. Did a great job, as they always do. What impressed me most was how clean they left my property. The fan palms were over the pool. The pool was filled with debris. The next time I looked there wasn't a speck of anything in the pool. Pretty impressive. Ronnie walked me through the finished work, he wanted to make sure everything was perfect, and it was. They are the only ones I would call. A few of my neighbors feel the same way. Great company with fair pricing.

This is a competitive business to take part in, tree trimming and removal. We hired Arbor for a mesquite tree removal and the communication from beginning to end was excellent. Did everything they said, on time and very price friendly.  Best there is...and I've used 4 of these services from others in the past few years...I'm not going anywhere...

Al and his crew were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.  I will use them again next year when my palms get unwieldy.

The entire group from picking out the plants/trees, stump removal, planting and follow up has been a dream to work with. Azael and his team removed two trees from our backyard and did a great job. They were on time, professional and communicated well beforehand. When they finished Azael met with me to review their work to make sure we were happy before the left. They also replaced an irrigation pipe that was in the way of the trees and cleaned all of the debris off of our patio (including all of the leaves that were there prior to them coming). I would definitely recommend them for tree removal!

Reasonably priced and did great yard work. Even said they would pick up some of my dog waist if needed. And took out the backyard trash. Would totally recommend

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

This company did a great job with removing a palo verde tree that fell during a windstorm. They came out the same day to give us a quote (more on price later), and removed it early the next day. However, you should definitely get multiple quotes before using this company. We felt the need to do it quickly since the tree was leaning on the house, and the owner gave us a price that was way too high, despite saying it was neighbor pricing.  In the end, it's my fault that I paid too much, but I don't appreciate companies that try to swindle customers when they do a one-time job. This company was good at what they do, but dishonest in their quotes.

I will definitely call Murphy's Trees again when my mesquite tree needs it.

With all the rain, the mesquite in my front yard was taking over the neighborhood. Murphy's Trees gave me a fair quote, scheduled quickly, arrived on time, trimmed my tree beautifully, and left my yard clean.

From start to finish, the whole process was easy and efficient.

I contacted Stephen for a quote to thin and trim our sissoo tree, he got back to me within the hour. He let me know that they would be able to take care of everything the very next day!

He communicated very well, let me know when they were on their way. It was all finished in a hour or so! They worked very efficiently and cleaned everything up great.

I will certainly be using them moving forward for yearly maintenance.

This guy has a lot of good reviews, but I was definitely not satisfied with the pricing. He quoted me more than double the price I normally pay and then haggled down to the price I expected to pay. That's just offensive and I won't use his service. I would not recommend this service if you don't want someone trying to take advantage of you.

Valentin and his crew are great! They are very reasonably priced, timely, and do excellent work and clean up. I really did my research before selecting a company to trim/remove some palms in my new house. I'm so happy I went with Valle Verde. I've had them out to the house twice since then, to help repair some sprinklers/ bubblers and to remove and trim bushes. Valentin even took the time to advise me on how to get my grass to grow in, how to use my mower, and was patient while I took notes while he was explaining my sprinkler system to me!! Who else would do that?

We called Jon to see about getting 7 big trees trimmed and to remove one that was right up next to our house.  He responded quickly, got us a quote within 24 hours and we were on the schedule within a short amount of time. Now my trees look fantastic!  These guys know what they're doing, they're not just hacking at branches, they actually make them look good.  Even more impressive though, the crew that came out was the most professional group of guys I've ever hired.  They came to the door and introduced themselves so I'd know they were there.  They got right to work and worked steadily all day long.  They cleaned up everything, including some big branches my husband had left in the yard previously.  Nothing was left undone, no trash was left anywhere, my yard looked better after they got done than when they started.  They even closed the gates behind themselves so I could let my dogs out.  Just an all around wonderful experience with this company.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

We live in an area of South Tempe with hugh pine trees. I called Hayward for an estimate to remove a large pine 40 inches from the house. Definitely needed a crane to get out safely. A week after accepting the very reasonable quote, Hayward showed up with two trucks, 7 men, a large crane, chipper, and stump grinder. They had the tree safely removed in 11/2 hours. The men were all hustle, no swearing, and totally professional. I'm a retired construction manager and believe this contactor is about as good as they come. I highly recommend.

Needed to have a large pine tree removed. I watchd them for a while and they knew exactly what they were doing! Real pros. Highly recommend!!!
