My HOA required that the 4 trees bordering the rear backyard wall needed to be trimmed where the canopy of the trees would be 10 ft above the ground.  Roy came to the house within a week to provide and estimate.  His estimate was about half of what his competitors provided.  He was pretty busy so he could not come to do the work for about two weeks which was ok.

Three workers showed up and provided the service requested.  Roy did not show up himself and reviewed the scope of work over the phone with his crew lead.  I then went over the scope again with the crew lead to be sure we were all in agreement.

The work was performed satisfactorily.  I would use them again for a small job, but not sure they are equipped to handle a large tree removal.

I sent an inquiry via email and Gabriel got back to me within an hour and came out for an estimate just a couple days after. He called and came a bit earlier than scheduled, which was great!
We needed to plant a tree and few shrubs to meet our HOA's guidelines. Gabriel read the guidelines very thoroughly and made notes. He recommended the type of trees and shrubs.
After we accepted the quote, he went to the nursery and took pictures of the tree and shrubs to help us provide to our HOA for approval. He was more than happy to be looped in for the approval process with the HOA!
On the scheduled day for the planting, the crew came right on time and did a beautiful work!!! Andy stopped by few days later to check our irrigation. He came after work hours to look at it and came back the next morning to fix everything and made sure all are working properly. The amazing part, he didn't ring a bell or asked for us. I found out that he came by checking our security camera! :)

Ed and his team did a fantastic job removing a big Ash tree hanging over our house.  They responded immediately, came out to the property, and gave us a very affordable quote.  

Because of the location of the tree, a crane was needed to remove the tree piece by piece.  They were extremely thorough removing a giant stump, and eliminating all the roots.  We're now able to build an additional room where the tree used to be.

I would highly recommend Core Tree Service to anyone in need of tree removal on the their property.

Mr. Jesse Heywood came by my house in May/June of 2019 (I know, way late review but I don't get on Yelp often).
I had one of those lovely friendly reminder HoA letters about some palm tree frawns hanging. They were out of reach on a couple of the tallest trees in my yard. Mr. Heywood was polite, fast, and efficient at trimming said offending frawns. 10/10 would (will) use again.

Moon Valley, due to the great customer service of Sheldon Muecke, knocked it out of the park.! I had an issue which required a watch and wait in order to see what the best solution may be. Sheldon followed up and made certain my situation was not only addressed, but continued to follow up well after resolving. Nice job Sheldon! So happy to see that some people and companies still have work ethics and believe in customer service! Will be back in the future with our landscaping needs.

They did an amazing job. Had a few estimates and Innovation was the best. Sent pictures of trees I needed trimmed and he sent the estimate over the phone right away. Comminication was great and very professional. Very detailed oriented. Cleaned up everything after they were done. I will definitely use them again.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

We contacted Gonzalez Tree service and they were extremely responsive and were able to come out the very next day. The prices are reasonable and fair! Don't look any further for your next tree service!

Valle did a great job of cleaning a large saguaro which had fallen at a reasonable price.

Hayward Tree service did an excellent job. The big silver oak tree in our back yard was very tall and had dead branches at the top that needed to come down before monsoon season.  There are power lines in the alley that made it inaccessible and the front yard was pretty deep for a crane to get close.
They managed to trim the tree branches.  Very large and thick heavy limbs were taken off. Our tree was on the property line with a clock wall and no damage was done at all. My neighbor is also happy with the job.
I had called 4 companies for quotes...two others looked at the job and did not want it...one never got back to me. Hayward gave me the confidence to go with them. They also cut back a messy orchid tree on property line 4 feet back from wall.  All in all a job well done.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

I called and described my situation (I have two large Eucalyptus trees in dire need of trimming and oleanders), they said they would have the schedulers call to set up an appointment for sometime on Monday.  I Never received the 2nd call to set up the appointment.  They just showed up.....I thought ok, maybe some miscommunication.  

They looked over the tree and my wife (i was not home due to miscommunication) asked they call me since I had more in depth knowledge about what is needed.  They never called.  After several days I called them.  

Their response Oh we decided not to give you a quote....sorry.  Maybe once they arrive they do a great job but honestly it took a lot of time and effort to get that response.

Velasco guys came on time and worked all day clearing out high weeds on our  property.
We live on a acre lot, so it was a lot of ground. They hauled everything away, and they were
nice guys too!
