Promptly responded to my call regarding a dying tree. Andres arrived and surveyed the tree and developed a course of action.
Staff arrived when scheduled and quickly cut the tree. Advised a future course of action to encourage new growth.

Extremely satisfied with this company! They not only give a great price but they are fast and clean!  We had a total of 6 trees to be removed. With 7 stumps to be ground they got here at 10a and we're done and cleaned 12:45p! Amazing! Definitely going to call for my smaller bushes and stumps on the side of the house. But I'm loving it!

My husband and I are relocating to AZ so we were totally in the blind about hiring different trades.  This was my first experience with Yelp!  I left an email message for Al who promptly responded that day.  We arranged a time to meet and discuss different options for our citrus tree.   Al quickly arranged to have  branches removed that were encroaching on our roof/house.  His crew did an excellent job in addition to cleaning up when the job done.  Without hesitation, we would recommend Al and his company for tree service!  Al was professional, yet warm and friendly.  What a pleasure it was having him take care of this for us.

I can't say enough good things about Next Level Tree Service! Jesse and his crew were prompt, professional, organized. They took down an extremely large 50 year old pine tree in my front yard and ground the stump completely in one day. Jesse is extremely knowledgeable about all things trees, pleasant to deal with, and very fair with pricing. Highly recommend and will use again!

I recently went to Moon Valley nurseries Surprise AZ location for a tree and some other plants to replace what we had lost from the extreme heat we had this summer. We needed a considerable amount of replacement plants and wanted to make sure we chose correctly to avoid repeat loss. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by Mike Perez and Bianca who listened to what we were trying to accomplish and proceeded to walk us all over the property showing us our best options. They helped us pick the correct plants according to sun/shade exposure as well as keeping us in our price range. They were amazing.  We purchased our plants and scheduled a date for our tree to be delivered and planted. The date of the delivery came and I called to confirm delivery and see if they could give me a time. Sheldon answered and proceeded to find out when my delivery was taking place and followed up with me later in the day to make sure we had been taken care of. When Michael (who is new to AZ from Chicago) and his delivery team arrived to plant our tree they were all wearing masks and planted our tree quickly and efficiently. Michael told me how to care for the tree over the next couple weeks and made sure I didn't have any questions before leaving. The overall professionalism of each person we encountered throughout this process was exceptional and extremely impressive. I don't make it a practice to take the time to leave reviews-positive or negative but given the incredibly positive experience we had I couldn't let it go unsaid. Thank you to everyone mentioned and we will certainly return for our future needs.

Wow - what an incredible company and great job they did! I received a quote quickly, and it was about half the price of other quotes I had received. Scheduling was a piece of cake and they came out swiftly. The clean up was exquisite, great service easy payment and amazing to work with! HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Edward just came out with his crew and they did an INCREDIBLE job! The customer service was impeccable (while I was juggling a sick toddler and two dogs), the job looks AMAZING, and the clean up was perfection. We needed a major trim up on 4 trees and two tree removals. Edward was able to come out, quote us and then within a week, he got the job done at a very affordable price. We also added on fertilizer for the trees. We highly recommend their services and will be using them again in the future! Thanks, AZ Desert Tree Care! You saved our trees!

When I asked for a few quotes on Yelp. Joseph was very fast and quickly returned my message. His quote being the cheapest one out of all 4 quotes that I have (highest one is about 2500$) for removing 3 medium Chinese Elms and 1 palm tree. After agreed on a price, he said that he would check his schedule and let me know later. Few days passed by, when I thought Joseph forgot about my quote, he then messaged and scheduled me on Wednesday. He sent out a team of 5 people very early morning and they quickly chopped off all the trees down within an hour, they spent the next hour or two to clean up afterward. My three Chinese Elms are only 3-10 inches away from the side of my neighbor and mine roofs, which made me feel really nervous that something could go wrong. The team took a good care of cutting down the trees, even cleaned my neighbor and roofs afterward. Joseph stopped by the next day to check on the job and collected payment. I am very pleased and I would choose Bassett Tree Service again.

Professional, fast and a great price. Drew even pulled out an old stump on the property for no extra charge. They really went above and beyond. I will definitely use them for any tree work I need in the future.

We had a bad storm that split a pretty large tree in half and another one that was growing into our power lines and I requested a quote to remove the dead tree and clean up the other and they came out the very next day, gave me a more than fair quote so I scheduled. They fit me in within 2 days and even stayed until after 6pm on a Friday to not just finish the job (they did an amazing job by the way) but they even cleaned up all the branches and leaves that were already on the ground (not just the stuff that fell from the trimming but that was on the ground before they started).  I'd highly recommend them for their professionalism and great work for a good price.

I have had this company out two times and their work is great. They never try to fix things that don't need to be fixed but do proved suggestions. I will continue to use this company for all my sprinkler and lawn repairs.

Hayward Tree service did an excellent job. The big silver oak tree in our back yard was very tall and had dead branches at the top that needed to come down before monsoon season.  There are power lines in the alley that made it inaccessible and the front yard was pretty deep for a crane to get close.
They managed to trim the tree branches.  Very large and thick heavy limbs were taken off. Our tree was on the property line with a clock wall and no damage was done at all. My neighbor is also happy with the job.
I had called 4 companies for quotes...two others looked at the job and did not want it...one never got back to me. Hayward gave me the confidence to go with them. They also cut back a messy orchid tree on property line 4 feet back from wall.  All in all a job well done.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

Hayward did an awesome job, renmoved 2 queen palm trees under 30 minutes and cleaned up area as if they were never there.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Bryan and his team. First, they were quick to respond and communicated efficiently. I knew when they were on their way to both locations and they were some of the nicest guys you'll ever work with. Then, they took great care of my things during the move and the things they were moving were not easy. Very big bulky couch/chairs. I just moved here, and already know that when I move next, I will be contacting Bryan and his team. Thank you again!!

Schedule a quote that was competitive with others.  Put down a thousand dollar deposit then two days before our appointment they called increasing the quote by 1000.  They stated the alley was too small, even though they had to see it for the quote.  Sketchy stuff.
