Excellent work by Roy's Trees!  We had to remove a ton of bushes and 3 mature trees in preparation for an in-ground pool.  They gave us a GREAT price, and we had received a couple of other bids.  Everything was done as agreed upon and they cleaned up afterwards.  I will be recommending them to all of our friends and neighbors!

I called Andy and he was ready to come out the same day to take a look. I asked him to come out the next day, and he called ahead like promised.  Straight shooter with what I think was an excellent price considering the complexity of the location and shape of the tree. Definitely will use again and recommend.

After a lightening fast quote, this company delivered! Very large cottonwood tree was sectioned, sliced and diced in about an hour and a half thanks to a hardworking, efficient crew, who spent time on cleanup as well.  All the guys were safe and pleasant. Thanks also to Patricia who worked with our schedule and our wallet.  We would definitely have them back.

I had two massive dead mulberry trees on my newly purchased property. They gave me a reasonable quote and were on the job site within a week. They saved me a headache, since those trees were intruding upon the neighbors property, a power line, and my roof. The only thing they don't do is stump grinding, but I did that myself and it was easy with a rented grinder. Thanks, Core Tree Service!

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

I sent a request through YELP looking for assistance in having some trees removed. The response back from Bassett Tree Service was Sorry, I am booked for this time. He did not inquire or attempt to see if a later service would suffice. I replied back and stated that was not a problem. There are more companies to choose from. Honestly, I would not work with a business that lacked any customer service.

Short version: The price was fair, the quality of work exceptional, and I'd definitely recommend you use them!

Long version: I had a pine tree in my backyard that I wanted gone. I'm looking to start a grass lawn and I've been told that pine needles don't play well with grass. I called and had John come out and give me a quote on a tree removal plus stump grinding. He was even kind enough to provide me with some ideas on what trees I could plant once my lawn was established. As I had no baseline for what a fair price is I called a few more people, and when they all quoted me the same price, I went with All American Arborist based on their reviews and my experience with John. They were able to fit me in to an earlier time slot than expected, which was great. Within an hour of the crew arriving the tree was gone, and the stump ground. Not only did they work efficiently, they also cleaned up after themselves AND they cleaned up the pine needles my tree had shed prior to their arrival.

After they left I noticed the mound where the tree stood was still raised, and after raking away some of the fill I noticed a few roots just under the surface. I called John and he sent out the stump grinder again. They didn't have to, but they were still gracious enough to grind the roots down even further, which is going to save me a ton of time and labor when it comes time to plant my grass lawn. I'm blown away by how they're willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.

A company's reputation isn't just built on the quality of the initial service, but also on the way they handle any issues that occur afterward. To that end, these folks deliver. If you need a tree gone, definitely call them first. I'm extremely happy that I did.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

I needed two trees removed and a limb over the house taken off.  I saw that Hayward Tree Service had the best reputation on yelp.com of the tree services.  Their estimate person was top notch, no hassle, honest, and great to work with on the estimate.  I got  3 overpriced estimates from other tree services and Hayward was the only estimate that was in line with similar past work that was done on our property by other tree services that did not overcharge.  The tree crew came at the time requested, did an outstanding job, and cleaned up the job site extremely well.  I highly recommend Hayward for tree removal.  My experience with them was outstanding.

We had time to choose our moving company and time to move. Hence, I did my homework. Bryan and his wife were the only ones to come to the house, check out what we had and get a lay of the land. We're talking a 2-story, 3000 square foot home... no small task!!! Bryan gave a quote and stuck to it even though we had extra items. He and his team arrived early, were professional, and efficient. They had to move some very old antique pieces which they handled with exceptional care. I hope I don't have to move for a long time. However, if I do, I'll re-hire Bryan and his team in a heartbeat!

One year ago they charged me $300.00 to trim two palm trees. This year they quoted $700.00. I don't think so but nice try.
