Moved into a new house 2 years ago and have nothing but good things to say about these guys. They updated my water lines, re-routed drains during a kitchen remodel, and even suggested better ways to save me money when reviewing the scope of work. They do great work and will do their best to get what you want. Legit would not go to any other plumber so long as these guys are in business.

I had reached out to A Solution Sewer & Plumbing Inc. for a plumbing issue that I was having. I had found their business information on the BBB website. I highly recommend this company for any major plumbing repairs. When the plumbers come out to assess the damages, they will have all of their equipment with them. The plumbers that work for this company have good customer service. They are honest, straight to the point, and they listen to the customer. Also, I had used this company as my second opinion company to assess the damages.

The Problem: My main home sewer line was breached and damaged by some shrubs in my front yard. My shrubs' roots were clogging my main sewer, causing my sewer water to come back into my basement. The plumbers told me that I needed to have a portion of my sewer line replace to fix the clogging issue in my front yard.

The Solution: This company had to perform an excavation in my front yard to repair the sewer line. Their treatment plan was to replace the damaged part of the sewer line. Included with the treatment, they had installed an outside cleanout valve to the main sewer line and removed and destroyed the shrubs and their roots in the yard that was damaging my sewer line. This company also coordinated with the City of Chicago by pulling city permits to perform the excavation.

Post Repair: As for my home sewer line, everything is working fine with no problems. This job took two days to repair. The first day was to unclog the line and triage the line to use my plumbing. The second day was to finish off the repair and coordinate the certification of proper sewer line replacement by the City of Chicago.

Scott came out to fix a leaky kitchen faucet. He was very pleasant, got right to work and gave me some great tips on Moen's lifetime guarantee on parts, which it turned out I didn't need. He was here and done in about 10 minutes and refused to charge me. I am a new, but now loyal, customer!! Thank you so much!

Denny came through even during a difficult week for him due to curl instanced out of his control. I had a lengthy list of home repairs that he was able to easily fix. Whether it was adjusting tub handles or replacing screen doors, he did everything quickly and with great care

Fixed our sink. Very reasonable price. They were delayed in arriving. They left to get the needed part, came back & fixed the problem. They even cleaned drain at no extra charge. Will use them again.

Our shower had a steady leak. I called Michael and left a message. He returned my call quickly, asked me detailed questions to suss out the problem, and gave me a fair price for the repair.
Miguel called me the next morning and came over immediately to fix the leak.
He was very professional.

I just had Dominic come out for the 3rd time. This time it was for a precautionary measure. Dominic is the most honest plumber I know. We ran several tests and told me that everything looked and seemed normal.

My toilet and bathtub were backed up due to a broken drain pipe that he had to dig a 4 feet trench along the side of the house to take care of.  I am thankful for this company's services! I've lived in many houses & have  had to deal with many plumbers. This particular company however is quite unique &special.Not only are they fairly priced, flexible, & reliable;they are incredibly We'll managed. What I mean by this is that the owner of the company often deals with you personally. You don't have to go through layers of people to get some  thing done. Bill the owner, Actually Calls customers back himself He is very responsive and available.If you have a problem during the day you can text him and he'll get back to you. If it's after hours & you have anything from a plumbing crisis to an EXTRA You've requested you can usually find him working late at the office taking care of details .He has  diligent employees from the skilled workers to the support staff reflecting what the company  prioritizes from the top down..You'll  often be dealing with Bill rather than  him being called in if something goes awry He's truly caring and very hands-on which only servers  to make his customers feel

Martin was phenomenal!! He was very patient with the whole process. My boyfriend got the wrong wall mount unit, and Martin waited for him to run next door to get the right wall mount. He was very quick with the installation and once we got the right unit the tv was up within 30 mins. He then spent about 15 minutes making sure everything is nice and neat. He bounded all the cables together with electrical tape and wiped down the area after he was done. Absolutely a great experience!! Highly recommended!!

We've had Fixer five times now and have been super impressed with their reliability, skill level and communication.
