We had a great experience working with Joe. He did a big plumbing job for us, adding a bathroom and sump pump in our basement. He was always quick respond to emails and calls. He and his team arrived when they said they would and did great work. We reached our later to address an unrelated leaky pipe. He had an opening and was able to come the next day. From now on we will call Joe first.

All I can say is, if you are looking for a amazing reliable plumbing service you can't go wrong them. They were extremely professional. I was trying to figure out the issue with my plumber for years. Other plumbers could not figure it out. Only seemed like that they were only interested in making a quick buck. But A Solution came out figure out my issue explained everything to me and if I had any questions they answered them. Very cost effective and efficient. You can't go wring with A Solution. Wow, great service on a tricky problem.  We had sewer backup in a flood drain, flood control issue and a clog.  Reeg thoughtfully diagnosed and fixed all the issues quickly and cost effectively.   Very responsive and friendly team.  Can't say enough about Reeg, they certainly get my business and recommendation.

Dennis answered my call promptly and was able to come over the next day to help patch my hardwood floors after I scratched them with my drum set's pedal (get a rug, not a mat). Price was reasonable, especially for giving me some piece of mind.

We needed a quick job of capping off some existing plumbing in our new basement, and these guys were awesome. Oscar was extremely responsive and on top of communication. We've used Preferred Plumbing before and always have found them quick to respond with great service. However, after today's encounter with them, I wanted to take time to leave a review. I failed to get the plumber's name, but initials on the invoice are MJ.

Late last night I was cleaning out cabinets and tossing various items into my garbage disposal. Without too much thought, I poured in a half bag of dry black beans. After awhile, the sink stopped draining and I knew I'd made a huge error in judgement. I scooped out a lot of the now chopped black beans in hopes that would do the trick. Also suctioned out all of the extra water in the sink, and tried a plunger ... all fails! Fessed up to my husband who called Preferred Plumbing.

I was NOT looking forward to facing the plumber with my confession. One other time, I'd stopped up the disposal with flower stems (thinking they were like vegetables) and had gotten a friendly lecture from the plumber (not from PP). However M. J. could not have been nicer or more professional. Never once did he reprimand my error in judgement. He was pleasant while he took apart the drain (which was totally clogged with now hardened black bean pieces). When I apologized again he jokingly said that he'd heard that garbage disposals are a plumber's best friend and that I was not alone in all of this. He was friendly, efficient, cleaned up everything and when I offered him a tip for his positive attitude, he tried to refuse it. It was truly a pleasure working with him. He made a very positive impression on me (and I'll try not to dispose of other items just to see him in the future!).

Great service! Dominick came out within about two hours on a Sunday night. Figured it out right away and told us the problem and what he did to fix it. He was quick, efficient and professional. Labeled the parts so we know who installed them and when. Would definitely use Sinks-N-Sumps again.

Our kitchen sink was backed up so I gave these guys a call. Kristen was super nice taking my call and had a technician out to us in LITERALLY 20 MINUTES! Andrew came out and took care of the backup-the whole process took maybe an hour tops. Andrew was very friendly and professional-my cats who are normally super shy really liked him too haha. It was a reasonable price-$135 but they also gave me a 10% discount for paying cash.

Super grateful and happy with these guys!

We had a leak and the issue was resolved quickly and at a fair price. The guys that came out to do the service were personable as well. We will use this Company again in the future.

Jake and Brandon came out extremely fast to remove and replace our well pump. He explained everything up front, and quoted me a approximate price and did the job fast and they even moved a heavy fountain that was in the way. Some others locally weren't as professional on the phone and even one came to the house in a argumentative mood. I had to send him away. Not Jake. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and won't hesitate to call him again. Excellent service/job.

I have been dealing with 4S plumbing for few years, every time they provide excellent service that make me come back.

Two days ago we had problem with bathtub faucet leaking issue, I called 4S, they sent great plumber, Marcus, he is so professional and very nice guy, he diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly with very competitive price.

Definitely will keep working with 4S plumbing and I believe they are providing the best plumbing service in Chicago.

Martin is an excellent handyman and a reminder of why it's best to leave it to the professionals.

I had several pending home projects, and he completed them quickly and accurately. He even offered suggestions on where certain items should be placed.

Fixer did an excellent job replacing the basement front door on my house.
The door is not standard dimensions, so the job took two steps:
1. Have Fixer order the door and wait for it to come in
2. Have Fixer pick up the door from Home Depot, abd Fixer install the door.
