As someone new to the area in need of a plumber, I did what I normally do when looking for information - I turned to Yelp. Great reviews always get my attention and Moody had them. So I called and left a message. Joe was quick to respond, had me take a few photos of the plumbing under the kitchen sink and email them so he could give me a quote for the garbage disposal installation.

He responded with an estimate that was significantly lower than another I had received, and we got it scheduled. Martin showed up at 7:30 AM, right on time, put his shoe covers on and got right to work. He was pleasant, efficient, and made sure everything was working properly and without leaks. And when he finished he gave me the invoice and it was $100 less than the estimate! When does that ever happen? That's the way to earn repeat business! I'll certainly keep Moody Plumbing in my approved contractors file.

Have used A Solutions several times over the years for jetting our sewer line and they have always been very responsive, professional and answered all of our questions.  Highly recommend!

I had the opportunity again to use Reeg Plumbing. I wanted to replace my old water heater. Chris called back within minutes to give me a quote and I hired his company again without hesitation. Dennis showed up on time and did a great job of reattaching my kitchen sink to the granite counter-top at a reasonable cost. He also replaced some of the older rusted pipes with new ones that he ran out to buy to complete the job. He was pleasant to work with and I will use him again when I have the need.

Construction and services replaced 3 toilets and hauled away the old toilets. The work was good and the cost was reasonable. Would certainly use again.

Excellent service! Dominick and Howard were great to work with and addressed all the issues with my kitchen sink. Replaced the valves and the kitchen faucet so there are no more leaks or concerns. I woke up to gas leaks this AM and was shut off by Nicor until they were repaired.  I contacted Andersen's after none of my local plumbers out here in the cornfields could had time for me.  Erin was very understanding and asked if she could have a few minutes to see if she could rearrange schedules and get someone out to me.  Within minutes, I got a call back from Erin to let me know that Gabe would be here in just a couple hours.  Gabe, very personable and a true professional who explained what he was going to do and had it knocked out in a very short time.  They have won me over and are going to be my go to from now on.  I highly recommend Andersen's.

I had just closed on my house on 03/26/20 Wednesday, and then discovered a little puddle of water in my basement by the floor drain and furnace today, 03/28/20 Sat. I have not even moved in my house yet so I was freaking out. The home warranty company I purchased, American Shield Home Warranty, were horrible! When I called them to send a plumber, they said they would send one asap and have them call me. Well, I kept calling them, and gave up after waiting for three hours since no one would follow up on my service request.

So, I decided to do a google search for plumbers and found Mr. Burris' company. I decided to call them. Mr. Burris called me in less than an hour and asked what the problem was. When I told him the problem, he said that he was coming right away.

Not only did Mr. Burris diagnose the problem right away, he fixed it. The water turned out not to be anything major. Mr. Burris was honest and he did not try to advantage of me since I was a new homeowner. He went above and beyond his duty. He educated me on my heating, cooling, and plumbing system and that is priceless.

Thank God for Mr. Burris. I highly recommend him

Jake was awesome!!! I called on thanksgiving expecting to get voicemail, but Jake answered in the first three rings!!! He came out promptly the next morning and had the water up and running before noon!!!! Best experience I have ever had with any home repairs. The service was awesome and Jake was very friendly. He answered all my questions. I'm truly impressed with the service. Call Jake you won't regret it.

I would like to say that 4S plumbing was great but unfortunately I was never contacted or serviced for my scheduled estimate. I reached out for a help with a project via Yelp on 3/8/2021. The response from 4S was timely and provided me with all the information necessary to schedule my estimate. It was recommended that I schedule my estimate by texting William/Bill for the quickest response.

I texted the number provided on 3/9/2021 and scheduled an estimate for my project with William/Bill for 3/10/2021 between 1pm and 3pm. It definitely was a quick and efficient way for scheduling a time that worked for both of us.

A little bit before 1pm on 3/10 I texted asking for him to let me know when he was en route to my location so I could crate my dog prior to his arrival. I never heard back. I never received a phone call or text. Heck, not when even an email which he had as he asked for it when I provided all of my contact information. Nothing. Zilch. Zero.

This is unfortunate and has lead me to be believe that I will most likely not be reaching out for 4S for an future plumbing needs.

Martin hung my aerial hammock up in under an hour! When he first came in, he assessed the ceiling in my studio and realized it was too hollow to hold an aerial apparatus so we unfortunately couldn't hang it up there. But he noticed the beam near my door was fully concrete so he suggested we try handing it up there. Martin will not only offer professional advice but also solutions if any problems arise. He's a pleasure to be around and an incredibly skilled worker.

Fixer did an excellent job replacing the basement front door on my house.
The door is not standard dimensions, so the job took two steps:
1. Have Fixer order the door and wait for it to come in
2. Have Fixer pick up the door from Home Depot, abd Fixer install the door.
