Needed a repair in a hurry as a piece of my siding came off my house and the wood behind it was rotted.  It was at a 4 foot height so I hoped a handyman would be able to repair.  I contacted others who either wouldn't do this type of repair or never responded.  Rossi Handyman contacted me quickly and asked for photos of the repair.  Said he would confirm later that evening if he could schedule me in.  He replied exactly as he said he would and was able to come out the very next morning.  Mo was on time and pleasant to deal with.  He did a wonderful job replacing the rotten wood panel and checked the other areas to make sure there were no other damaged spots.  I could see he was meticulous about the details and took pride in his work to do it right the first time.  He was careful not to leave any debris or nails on the ground.  I will be happy to have him back whenever the need for a handyman arises.  Thank you so much!

We had a bad situation in our crawlspace with water escaping from a blown check valve. A&T came out within the hour to stop the water and replace the sump pump that was old. The line was also rodded out. The work was done timely, efficiently and professionally. We are happy with the service and highly recommend to others. Also, the company is very knowledgeable in mold and offers corrective remediation solutions.

As someone new to the area in need of a plumber, I did what I normally do when looking for information - I turned to Yelp. Great reviews always get my attention and Moody had them. So I called and left a message. Joe was quick to respond, had me take a few photos of the plumbing under the kitchen sink and email them so he could give me a quote for the garbage disposal installation.

He responded with an estimate that was significantly lower than another I had received, and we got it scheduled. Martin showed up at 7:30 AM, right on time, put his shoe covers on and got right to work. He was pleasant, efficient, and made sure everything was working properly and without leaks. And when he finished he gave me the invoice and it was $100 less than the estimate! When does that ever happen? That's the way to earn repeat business! I'll certainly keep Moody Plumbing in my approved contractors file.

All I can say is, if you are looking for a amazing reliable plumbing service you can't go wrong them. They were extremely professional. I was trying to figure out the issue with my plumber for years. Other plumbers could not figure it out. Only seemed like that they were only interested in making a quick buck. But A Solution came out figure out my issue explained everything to me and if I had any questions they answered them. Very cost effective and efficient. You can't go wring with A Solution. Thank you so much so grateful to have found your company.

I've used this service twice and each time was happy! The estimate they gave me to root my sink was lower than a competitor for the first visit. For the second visit, they allowed me to purchase my own replacement kitchen sink disposable which saved me money. They also replaced my faucet.

Dennis showed up on time and did a great job of reattaching my kitchen sink to the granite counter-top at a reasonable cost. He also replaced some of the older rusted pipes with new ones that he ran out to buy to complete the job. He was pleasant to work with and I will use him again when I have the need.

Great craftmansship. Oscar fixed my toilet i was unable too. I paid him $200, he then ordered parts, showed up the next day, installed and fixed it for good for additional $80. Faor price, great work, he showed up again to make a little extra to finish a job being paid $200 upfront.

The preferred plumbing van was dangerously tailgating me today and when I called to complain about it I got the driver who blamed me for driving by looking in my rearview mirror. He's a menace to the road.

Great service! Dominick came out within about two hours on a Sunday night. Figured it out right away and told us the problem and what he did to fix it. He was quick, efficient and professional. Labeled the parts so we know who installed them and when. Would definitely use Sinks-N-Sumps again.

We had a leak and these guys were so immediately responsive and communicative and they were able to fix our issue so quickly. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

We had Patrick and his guys do a major concrete, trench drain replacement job for our condo association.  Patrick was able to secure premium materials at an excellent price and get the job done under budget.

In my experience the worst part about working with contractors is reliable estimates and timeliness. Patrick showed up when he said he would, he got the job done in the time he said he would, and he did it all under budget.

The work he and his crew did is perfect and we couldn't be happier.

We will all be recommending these guys as our primary sewer and plumbing resource from now on.

I read a lot of positive reviews and was really excited when my home applience insurance company sent me information that Affordable Plumbing will come and unclog my kitchen sink.
On Wednesday 11/24/2022  Noe(owner) came to look and as I was hoping he would help me to fix the problem.
I knew that I was supposed to pay my service fee $65 which I did before he even bring his tools and start working . He said that I can't use credit card and I can only pay check, cash or transfer money by Zelle.
During that time Noe called my home insurance  which sent him to do the job and find out that company will pay him for his job only $150 and rest of it needs to be paid by me {additional $85). I was pretty sure that
my $65 and insurance $150 would be enough to cover cost of unclogging the sink and refused to pay additional $85.
So, Affordable plumbing became not affordable to me.
Since, it was Thanksgiving long weekend and I realized that I need kitchen sink to be fully functional I called him back and said that I will pay him additional $85 but he answered me that I already left and I have other customers He couldn't tell me when he can come back and did not responded to my texts on Monday.
Tomorrow is a week as my sink supposed to be unclogged if Noe was more Affordable plumber. Not $65+$150+$85
I got Valpak mail with local plumber who can do this job for $89.99
I understand that I lost my money but I decided to share my negative experience.

Our kitchen sink was backed up so I gave these guys a call. Kristen was super nice taking my call and had a technician out to us in LITERALLY 20 MINUTES! Andrew came out and took care of the backup-the whole process took maybe an hour tops. Andrew was very friendly and professional-my cats who are normally super shy really liked him too haha. It was a reasonable price-$135 but they also gave me a 10% discount for paying cash.

Super grateful and happy with these guys!

My second floor bathroom shower valve was leaking after twenty years of wear and tear. Jason and his partner David were very knowledgeable and professional in in assessing what the job would require to sucessfully complete the repair or replacement of the valve.
Jason determined that the delta cartridge would only require replacement not the valve itself. The job was performed in a professional and timely manner! Thank you Anderson plumbing as a prevouis quote from another company would  have cost me $1,900 to replace a valve that wasn't necessary.

My husband found Mr Burris after a quick google search of African American plumbers. We called about 1pm that afternoon by 4pm Mr Burris was at our home. We have had a slow draining/clogged kitchen sink for over a month that my husband just could not get cleared. We called 2 other well known plumbing companies, they wanted to cut open our wall to clear the clog with a VERY expensive price tag.
Mr Burris was able to unclog the sink quickly and was able to tell my husband how to prevent this from happening again.
Timely service at a great price  from a man who is obviously very well skilled at what he does. Thank you Mr Burris we appreciate you.

Jake came out on a Saturday Labor Day weekend to help with standing in my basement. He was so friendly and professional explained everything and it turned out to be just a jammed float in our ejector. He refused to even charge the full service fee and just took a small amount of money! Blown away! Highly recommend and will definitely be calling them when we need to do the next project! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I can save a singe customer from the experience I have had over the past month! I had a pipe burst around Christmas and this service came out to defrost my pipes. Since they responded I decided to use them for a rerouting. The plumber was not only late but showed up at 7pm and stayed till midnight rerouting. The plumber had to come back several days later to finish the installation because my contractor had to redo some framing. One of the laundry valves they installed  leaked and it took the plumber several days to come out, however the valve was never replaced. After almost a week of no shows and no communication, a different plumber showed up and installed a wash tub hook up that was supposed to be done at the same time as the laundry. As he was leaving I said there is a leak and he told me he had spilled water. Pipe was still leaking about 2 hrs later I called them to come back... the plumber tried to tell me it was ground water leaking until I pointed out the leak in the cold water valve they had installed the week prior. This is how they left my new drywall.... I'm praying their work holds up but am skeptical! Please save yourself the headache and heartache! Hopefully their contract holds up if there is any further issue!
*****update... as you can see by the owner's response he holds no responsibility for the people he employs. I was in contact numerous times with him and his plumbers. Many reschedules and no shows and it took me going to the BBB and my credit card company to reverse payment for services to get someone out. Another company had come out on Christmas Eve and fixed my busted pipe. His company came out on Christmas and defrosted my pipes causing one to burst while they were there and they had to fix it. I went with them after several estimates because they came out on Christmas and it was nothing but a headache and hassle to get the work done. As you can see by the photos below they do inferior work, and had to put multiple holes in my drywall to put pipes through and wrote on my walls. They did not wrap the rerouted pipes they placed and I have  to have someone now come out and fix their work. Plumbers were late and at my house till almost midnight to reroute pipes, and several other plumber's mysteriously showed up late in the evening to help this plumber finish his job, their in dependability set my contractor back a whole day waiting for their plumber to show up to finish the job he was supposed to be there for at 8am, and didn't show up till close to 2pm after multiple calls to this owner and his plumber.Believe who you want.... But again, use at your own risk. This company embellishes the extent in which they respond and perform their work. Look at some of their other online reviews and you will see similar complaints!  Just admit the mistakes and do better for the next person!

Martin hung my aerial hammock up in under an hour! When he first came in, he assessed the ceiling in my studio and realized it was too hollow to hold an aerial apparatus so we unfortunately couldn't hang it up there. But he noticed the beam near my door was fully concrete so he suggested we try handing it up there. Martin will not only offer professional advice but also solutions if any problems arise. He's a pleasure to be around and an incredibly skilled worker.
