Well, I read all these great reviews but unfortunately, I had a very different experience with Mo's work. He was hired to switch out an over the sink bathroom light. The job took less than 20 minutes and he charged $230.00, I felt it was a lot high for 20 mins of work, but I agreed. Anyway, he didn't center the light over the sink, and I was very unhappy with the result and let him know it. He got very defensive telling me that it was impossible to center the light over the sink, without moving the electrical box housing the wires, this would entail him putting a hole in the wall, patching the wall and that would cost an additional $180.00 to do and he didn't have the time that day and would have to come back when he was in the area. That brings the cost now to install to $410.00! I was so upset that after he left, with my mother's help, I removed the light from the wall and located the electrical box behind the fixture. I found that all I had to do was remove the 3 anchoring screws on the holding plate, move the holding plate over an inch to be centered over the sink, reinstall the screws in new hole, then rehang the light, to center over the sink.
The next day, though he told me that he rarely comes to my area, he wanted to come by and center the light, and make that easy $180.00. I told him I no thanks and goodbye.  I don't like feeling that I was taken advantage of, but I was.

Needed a new sewer pump and they replaced it in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend. They are very efficient. They answer right away. Good customer service.

We had a few major things that need to be done and this crew worked with our budget and got the job done under schedule. This is what you want in plumbers, right? Good and friendly crew. Best of all they were unfazed by my very excited dog. Well, actually, the best part was they got the job done.

I called around 1 pm, and already had an expected time window between 2-4pm. Mr. Rivera came out and explained every little detail on what was happening. He was extremely punctual, fast, and super honest. He even gave good advice for the future in making our plumbing more efficient. I will not work with anyone else now! Awesome experience!

I have used Reeg a few times. They come out quickly, work fast, and do a great job. They are super professional and their rates are competitive. They are my go to.

Dennis answered my call promptly and was able to come over the next day to help patch my hardwood floors after I scratched them with my drum set's pedal (get a rug, not a mat). Price was reasonable, especially for giving me some piece of mind.

Highly recommend for plumbing needs! Oscar came out to fix an issue with our dishwasher and garage disposal. He was responsive, punctual, and was able to fix the issue quickly. Would absolutely use these services again!

We've used Preferred Plumbing before and always have found them quick to respond with great service. However, after today's encounter with them, I wanted to take time to leave a review. I failed to get the plumber's name, but initials on the invoice are MJ.

Late last night I was cleaning out cabinets and tossing various items into my garbage disposal. Without too much thought, I poured in a half bag of dry black beans. After awhile, the sink stopped draining and I knew I'd made a huge error in judgement. I scooped out a lot of the now chopped black beans in hopes that would do the trick. Also suctioned out all of the extra water in the sink, and tried a plunger ... all fails! Fessed up to my husband who called Preferred Plumbing.

I was NOT looking forward to facing the plumber with my confession. One other time, I'd stopped up the disposal with flower stems (thinking they were like vegetables) and had gotten a friendly lecture from the plumber (not from PP). However M. J. could not have been nicer or more professional. Never once did he reprimand my error in judgement. He was pleasant while he took apart the drain (which was totally clogged with now hardened black bean pieces). When I apologized again he jokingly said that he'd heard that garbage disposals are a plumber's best friend and that I was not alone in all of this. He was friendly, efficient, cleaned up everything and when I offered him a tip for his positive attitude, he tried to refuse it. It was truly a pleasure working with him. He made a very positive impression on me (and I'll try not to dispose of other items just to see him in the future!).

I just had Dominic come out for the 3rd time. This time it was for a precautionary measure. Dominic is the most honest plumber I know. We ran several tests and told me that everything looked and seemed normal.  

I would recommend Dominic to anyone. He is reliable, hard working, really makes sure you understand the problem and beyond fair with pricing.

We had Patrick and his guys do a major concrete, trench drain replacement job for our condo association.  Patrick was able to secure premium materials at an excellent price and get the job done under budget.

In my experience the worst part about working with contractors is reliable estimates and timeliness. Patrick showed up when he said he would, he got the job done in the time he said he would, and he did it all under budget.

The work he and his crew did is perfect and we couldn't be happier.

We will all be recommending these guys as our primary sewer and plumbing resource from now on.

Noe is very professional. Price is very reasonable. He fixed the water pressure of my showers both bathrooms and they work great now. He also installed a bidet spray on my toilet - all within an hour. I will definitely be using him in the future. Thanks Affordable Plumbing!

Over the years, I've come to only use Anderson Plumbing for my plumbing needs. They're quick to respond, have great staff from the office to the service people and do good work.
We recently had a major leak at my mom's house and the only company to call was Andersen. I can't say enough positive things about Mario, who has done numerous jobs for us, both at our home and at our rental properties. Like always, he gets the job done, is friendly & respectful and is one of my favorites.

Punctual, friendly, experts at what they do. You name it. I'll definitely be using them again when I need any plumbing done, and I highly recommend them to one and all.

if you delete one review, Yelp will delete all the older ones. So I'm leaving this one here to say that a billing issue was resolved. I'd gone from a 5-star review to a 1-star review on Friday, but the owner emailed and texted me to resolve the issue in less than 24 hours. I don't want to wipe out my complimentary reviews below, but yesterday was chaos. I'm glad this company didn't completely let me down (permanently), considering I'd been one of their biggest cheerleaders for three years straight. I STRONGLY recommend they carefully choose outsourced work though.

I can always depend on Martin to do terrific handy services at our home. He's dependable and completes requested tasks in a timely manner. Also, his work is neat and clean. I highly recommend Martin!
