Had a leak from my condo shower to the unit below me. Mo was quick to respond, showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed the issue within the same day. All at a fair price. I'm pretty handy and it was easy to tell he is experienced and knows what he is doing. Doesn't get any better in the handyman business. Will definitely call again for future needs!

Needed a new sewer pump and they replaced it in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend. They are very efficient. They answer right away. Good customer service.

Can't say more positive things about Joe at Moody Plumbing. He was a fraction of the price of others, very quick to respond to emails and got in and out (replacing two valves, a toilet valve and flapper and a building water shut off!) In under 40min.

Don't look anywhere else. This guy is the bomb. Customers for life here.

Very responsive and reliable. A pipe bursted. Multiple plumbers either never called us back or confirmed an appointment and then never show up. Trent and Mr Rivera were fast and efficient. Wow, great service on a tricky problem.  We had sewer backup in a flood drain, flood control issue and a clog.  Reeg thoughtfully diagnosed and fixed all the issues quickly and cost effectively.   Very responsive and friendly team.  Can't say enough about Reeg, they certainly get my business and recommendation.

We needed a quick job of capping off some existing plumbing in our new basement, and these guys were awesome. Oscar was extremely responsive and on top of communication. My wife and I own a duplex condo where the lower level is below street level.  We had been experiencing a sewage smell which had been worsening over time.  The smell was emanating from what I thought was a sump pump, so I searched on Google for a plumber who could assist with this issue and found Dominick.

Dominick was fantastic.  When I first called, he answered the phone and asked me to send him some photos of the sump pump so that he could diagnose the issue.  Dominick immediately informed me that I had a sewage pump, not a sump pump.  Also, someone who apparently was not a plumber had installed a backup sump pump, instead of a backup sewage pump, which was completely improper and was causing some of the problems.

Dominick quoted me a price to come over and replace the pump with a new sewage pump.  He was very thorough and spent about 7 hours removing the old pumps and installing a new sewage pump. He also replaced some PVC piping which had been incorrectly installed.  He sealed the piping and the metal cover over the sump pit.  Dominick additionally replaced a valve in the piping which had been loudly slamming shut every time the sewage pump expelled wastewater; he installed a type of dampener which eliminated the slamming sound.

I am very pleased with Dominick's work as the sewage smell is completely gone and the new sewage pump has been working well.  I would definitely hire him again, particularly for complex projects.

My second floor bathroom shower valve was leaking after twenty years of wear and tear. Jason and his partner David were very knowledgeable and professional in in assessing what the job would require to sucessfully complete the repair or replacement of the valve.
Jason determined that the delta cartridge would only require replacement not the valve itself. The job was performed in a professional and timely manner! Thank you Anderson plumbing as a prevouis quote from another company would  have cost me $1,900 to replace a valve that wasn't necessary.

Mr. Burris has managed the plumbing system of our family's properties for over 10 years. Mr. Burris has alot of expertise & great professionalism. It has been great doing business with him. Mr. Burris also manages the entire condominium's plumbing system.

Jake came out on a Saturday Labor Day weekend to help with standing in my basement. He was so friendly and professional explained everything and it turned out to be just a jammed float in our ejector. He refused to even charge the full service fee and just took a small amount of money! Blown away! Highly recommend and will definitely be calling them when we need to do the next project! Update!  When the backflow valve was installed, I put a camera in my front window to document the whole process.  When the owner learned of this, he asked if he could have a copy of the video for his own marketing purposes.  I said sure, even made a time-lapse of the footage for him.  He said he'd give me a free cleanout (annual maintenance) in exchange.

Well the time came to schedule the annual cleanout, and despite my previous issues with 4S Plumbing, I figured I may as well cash in on that free cleanout.  I contacted 4S and scheduled the work, and the guy who came out was a contractor who had his own processes and knew nothing about the deal I had with 4S.  He gave me an invoice, I wrote him a check, and hoped the owner would honor his word.

I even texted him about it.  He said he never got the footage.  So I resent him the link, again hoping he'd figure out how to download it and...honor his word.

Well you can probably guess where this is going...sure enough, that check got deposited, and no further word from 4S about my alleged free cleanout.

This company is trash.  Avoid at all costs.

Martin is so bad, he charged me $100 for put two lights and hang two paintings for 30 mins work, he overcharged me, please be careful ask the price first! Never never use he again!!!

This past winter, our pipes froze so we had to cut a hole in the wall in order to access the pipes. Months went by and we kept putting off getting the hole patched. The Evanston Moms FB page had recommended Fixer so I reached out and they were able to respond quickly and with a competitive quote. They did a great job patching the hole, were very quick and quiet, offered to take off his shoes and wore a mask, and at the end of the day, the guy pointed out my walkway had both a dead bird and a dead mouse (eww) which he offered to dispose of if I could get him a bag. I told him I would take care of it but I really appreciated his kind offer and going that extra step to do something completely unrelated. The best part? I referred my sister to their services and I got a credit! I'll definitely be reaching out to them for future jobs.
