Can't say more positive things about Joe at Moody Plumbing. He was a fraction of the price of others, very quick to respond to emails and got in and out (replacing two valves, a toilet valve and flapper and a building water shut off!) In under 40min.

Don't look anywhere else. This guy is the bomb. Customers for life here.

We have used Reeg plumbing for over 20 years. Recently we needed to replace washers in powder room bathroom.  When you call to leave a message,  1st question is always are you a customer presently
When plumber came he did not have the part.  part was ordered and 2 weeks later was installed.  When I received invoice there was a charge for initial visit and subsequent installation visit. It cost over $300 to replace washer.  When I questioned the charge, I was told I got a break, and the 'old poor me about hard it is staying in business.'  The plumber was in my home for less than half an hour-not my fault he did not have part and had to return.  Very disappointed and very expensive

Dennis showed up on time and did a great job of reattaching my kitchen sink to the granite counter-top at a reasonable cost. He also replaced some of the older rusted pipes with new ones that he ran out to buy to complete the job. He was pleasant to work with and I will use him again when I have the need.

Our basement flooded on a Saturday afternoon after running our washing machine, so I put out a request through yelp and Oscar responded within 5 minutes. He was there within two hours, diagnosed the problem and then came back the next morning (Sunday) to replace an ejector pump. His price was very competitive and he worked really hard to solve the problem the right way. Also, Lilly was very reassuring over the phone that they would get the problem diagnosed correctly before doing any work. Most importantly, I didn't have to wait for great service. So, this review isn't so much for the job that was done, because I ended up getting scheduled with my building's maintenance man instead, but I felt compelled to leave a comment on the customer service alone. I was mid-anxiety attack when I called Dominic about my leaky toilet and though he was unable to fit me in on that same day, he had me send him a picture of what I was looking at and then talked me through how to temporarily stop the leak. Which temporarily stopped my anxiety. And probably saved my floor and the ceiling of the person below me. For that alone, much gratitude!

Edited to add: and then came the plot twist: Dominick IS in fact my building's plumber!

So now I can speak on his service, which was quick and thorough. With great personality to boot! Aside from that time I spent almost 12 hours on 5-hour train ride (don't ask), I've never been so happy to see my toilet. All is well once again!

My second floor bathroom shower valve was leaking after twenty years of wear and tear. Jason and his partner David were very knowledgeable and professional in in assessing what the job would require to sucessfully complete the repair or replacement of the valve.
Jason determined that the delta cartridge would only require replacement not the valve itself. The job was performed in a professional and timely manner! Thank you Anderson plumbing as a prevouis quote from another company would  have cost me $1,900 to replace a valve that wasn't necessary.

I never received a call from your business. You failed to show for this appointment. When I contacted your business directly no follow-up was done to complete the work. My number is a Cell number and I'm always available due to the nature of my job. Like I stated I waited all day with no call from this business. I had to find another plumber that did the work after hours.

Jake came out on a Saturday Labor Day weekend to help with standing in my basement. He was so friendly and professional explained everything and it turned out to be just a jammed float in our ejector. He refused to even charge the full service fee and just took a small amount of money! Blown away! Highly recommend and will definitely be calling them when we need to do the next project! I think I've reviewed these guys before -- they've certainly done good work for me in the past, which is why I called them in to install my garbage disposal. Did a great job at a great price, and when something went awry, they came back out fast and fixed it. Will definitely use again!

Martin went above and beyond for a minor repair, he not only answered my call and gave me a same-day appointment (without upcharging like some do), he also arrived, looked at my bathroom hose, realized it needed replacement and not fixing, and that the company that provided my bathroom sink/hose also provides a lifetime warranty. He even offered to place the service call for me. But then he realized it might take a week to get it replaced by the company, and given it is the only bathroom I have, he said he will see if there are alternatives. 10 min later he calls me and tells me he went out to BestBuy he found the needed part and asks if it's ok to come back and replace. Now tell me if you ever had a handyman who also cares, well now you do. Thanks Martin!

The bots and text messages are a coverup for a lack of communication and customer service.

We made an appointment with Fixer during a weekday, for which my wife stayed home from work. 15 minutes after the time they were scheduled to arrive, we received a text saying that they wouldn't be able to keep the appointment, asking us to reschedule and offering a $50 discount. My wife makes well over $50 a day!! This bad news was sent via text and after I responded and prompted a reply, we heard no more from them.

The $50 discount would've been easily absorbed by the Fixer's exorbitant fees. I'm leery of a home repair company that can't even honor their own appointment schedule. I understand that things happen, but at least take full responsibility and go above and beyond to remedy your mistake.
