Had a leak from my condo shower to the unit below me. Mo was quick to respond, showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed the issue within the same day. All at a fair price. I'm pretty handy and it was easy to tell he is experienced and knows what he is doing. Doesn't get any better in the handyman business. Will definitely call again for future needs!

Needed a new sewer pump and they replaced it in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend. They are very efficient. They answer right away. Good customer service.

Can't say more positive things about Joe at Moody Plumbing. He was a fraction of the price of others, very quick to respond to emails and got in and out (replacing two valves, a toilet valve and flapper and a building water shut off!) In under 40min.

Don't look anywhere else. This guy is the bomb. Customers for life here.

Have used A Solutions several times over the years for jetting our sewer line and they have always been very responsive, professional and answered all of our questions.  Highly recommend!

Scott came out to fix a leaky kitchen faucet. He was very pleasant, got right to work and gave me some great tips on Moen's lifetime guarantee on parts, which it turned out I didn't need. I have a condo that needed to get rent ready for the next tenant. It needed quite a bit of work. He managed it beautifully. Identified some things that I was not aware of that were of concern. Easy to communicate with and on point with the work.

Fixed our sink. Very reasonable price. They were delayed in arriving. They left to get the needed part, came back & fixed the problem. They even cleaned drain at no extra charge. Will use them again.

My first encounter with the Preferred Plumbing team was when they installed a new hot water heater in my home 5 years ago. Over the years I've had a couple of other plumbing issues that required work. I have met Mike, Russ and today Miguel, who did an outstanding job.  ALL of these gentlemen repaired the plumbing issue(s) in my home quickly and proficiently; they are honest, professional and very polite; each time leaving the work area cleaned up and neat. I felt the cost for their work seemed fair, I never felt like I was being gouged or taken advantage of. Don't let the nice lady who answers the phone fool you. These guys will not do the job and will steal your money. They came out 3 times in 1 month and never once did what I asked and I'm a professional. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Jake was awesome!!! I called on thanksgiving expecting to get voicemail, but Jake answered in the first three rings!!! He came out promptly the next morning and had the water up and running before noon!!!! Best experience I have ever had with any home repairs. The service was awesome and Jake was very friendly. He answered all my questions. I'm truly impressed with the service. Call Jake you won't regret it.

We stumbled on to 4S Plumbing unwittingly through a referral from another plumber that wasn't able to help us. It was a happy accident though. Our plumber Tim was not only professional but an all-around nice guy who was happy to answer questions and look at other plumbing and leak issues around the house.

Tim had come to replace a kitchen faucet, but by the end of the visit our jammed garbage disposal was working and our previously useless upstairs bath had water pressure. Except for the faucet, these were all relatively simple fixes that a less scrupulous plumber could have easily have used to run up the bill. At the end of the day, half of our household maintenance list was checked off, and our bill was less than $400.

As for the backend, Bill responded immediately to our call, scheduling Tim's visit within a few hours. Billing was prompt, and all labor and parts charges were clearly delineated in an email receipt, which we were able to pay online.

In short, 4S is prompt, professional, modern and above all incredibly honest.

Tim, thanks to you, my spouse will be able to take her first hot bath since we moved in.

He does not waste time, he had to take the toilet off a few times to get the seal perfect, all of his work has held up well for over a month.

Will def hire again in the future.

The bots and text messages are a coverup for a lack of communication and customer service.

We made an appointment with Fixer during a weekday, for which my wife stayed home from work. 15 minutes after the time they were scheduled to arrive, we received a text saying that they wouldn't be able to keep the appointment, asking us to reschedule and offering a $50 discount. My wife makes well over $50 a day!! This bad news was sent via text and after I responded and prompted a reply, we heard no more from them.

The $50 discount would've been easily absorbed by the Fixer's exorbitant fees. I'm leery of a home repair company that can't even honor their own appointment schedule. I understand that things happen, but at least take full responsibility and go above and beyond to remedy your mistake.
