He replaced a light fixture in our bedroom,it was an older electrical setup,he was able to figure it out and installed a new fixture.This is the second time I've used him and will be calling him again,I highly recommend him.

Needed a new sewer pump and they replaced it in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend. They are very efficient. They answer right away. Good customer service.

Had a gas line issue and needed to get a section of pipe replaced quickly. Luckily I found Moody Plumbing as they did an incredible job. Not only were they very fairly priced, they came out quickly and were very professional. The work they did looks great and they even came out same day.

Can't give these guys enough praise and it was great to find honest and reasonable plumbers who clearly know their stuff. I would strongly encourage you to at least give them a call if you need plumbing work done.

My first encounter with the Preferred Plumbing team was when they installed a new hot water heater in my home 5 years ago. Over the years I've had a couple of other plumbing issues that required work. I have met Mike, Russ and today Miguel, who did an outstanding job.  ALL of these gentlemen repaired the plumbing issue(s) in my home quickly and proficiently; they are honest, professional and very polite; each time leaving the work area cleaned up and neat. I felt the cost for their work seemed fair, I never felt like I was being gouged or taken advantage of. I have never written a review before but joined Yelp just to write one for Dominick.  I had a clogged toilet that I had tried augering and plungering but nothing worked.  He provided a pretty clear cost estimate over the phone, but when he came over he used a diagnostic trick to identify a cheaper way to fix the problem, and in the end he charged less than the lower end of the range he had quoted.  Other plumbers I talked to took a look and didn't even bother using creative problem solving to find a solution, and they quoted triple what Dominick charged.  I will never use any other plumber, ever, as long as I live in Chicago.

Patrick and his crew were on time, efficient,  thorough and personable! My toilet and bathtub were backed up due to a broken drain pipe that he had to dig a 4 feet trench along the side of the house to take care of.  I am thankful for this company's services! I will use them again for my next project.

Noe was fantastic! Super friendly and knowledgeable, and provided us with excellent service for an affordable cost. We recently purchased a new condo and the shower/tub was leaking into the ceiling of the unit below us. So grateful for Noe's help, would highly recommend!

Over the years, I've come to only use Anderson Plumbing for my plumbing needs. They're quick to respond, have great staff from the office to the service people and do good work.
We recently had a major leak at my mom's house and the only company to call was Andersen. I can't say enough positive things about Mario, who has done numerous jobs for us, both at our home and at our rental properties. Like always, he gets the job done, is friendly & respectful and is one of my favorites.

Jake and Brandon were terrific ! They came out at short notice (didn't charge an emergency or late fee because he's a decent human being!!!) and replaced two sump pumps. We only bought the house a month ago and with the threat of heavy rain, needed to have these checked out. He walked in and in 10 seconds diagnosed our issues. Within 30 minutes two new pumps were in. He showed us how they work, what they're made of, etc. He truly knows and takes pride in the work that he does. Cash or check only, but HIGHLY recommended!!

if you delete one review, Yelp will delete all the older ones. So I'm leaving this one here to say that a billing issue was resolved. I'd gone from a 5-star review to a 1-star review on Friday, but the owner emailed and texted me to resolve the issue in less than 24 hours. I don't want to wipe out my complimentary reviews below, but yesterday was chaos. I'm glad this company didn't completely let me down (permanently), considering I'd been one of their biggest cheerleaders for three years straight. I STRONGLY recommend they carefully choose outsourced work though.

The repairs were done quickly and professionally. This was much easier and quicker than I thought. Prices are great and they are very transparent about costs. Definitely recommend!
PS: I was able to book them and communicate with them online and with texts which is another big plus for me that I didn't have to make any phone calls.
