I just found my new plumber!!!
After the pilot light on my water heater would not remain lit, I called Delta Bay Plumbing.  Within 45 minutes, Dave was at my house with the parts needed to fix my water heater.  Dave was professional, friendly, responsive to my questions, and explained what needed to be done to fix the water heater.  The costs were fair and I'm confident that the work was completed without error.  Hopefully, I will not need any plumbing services in the near future, but if I do, I know who to call!

Great and fast service! He arrived on time (6:30 a.m.) and was finished before I had to leave.  Very reasonable prices.  Oscar is very professional and pleasant to deal with.  He will be our go-to plumber from now on!

I needed a faucet and disposal unit attached to a new sink. Orlando did great work for a good price and showed up at my home exactly when he said he would. Very friendly and efficient. I will definitely use him again.

I called City Plumbing and Rooter for an issue with our Sewer Line. Paul, Luis and Pablo came out to inspect the line for free. They ran a Camera along the Line and detected a broken sewer line, backing up our sewer. Paul personally took care of the issue and came back later in the evening to be sure if this is a job he could take on and if there was no alternative fix for our issue. While other plumbers will gauge you on estimates and hydro jet and inspection fees before they do anything. They earn the right to serve you.

I told him I trust him and he came in with his crew the next day to take care of the issue and replaced the broken pipe. Finally the issue was fixed and they did a great and very professional job. Paul keeps his promise and will go above and beyond to fix your problem. I can only recommend City Plumbing and Rooter. A+ Job!

I had a dishwasher that leaked only to find out when my replacement dishwasher arrived, there was water damage and mold. I had several restoration companies come out to give an estimate. I was extremely worried about the cost and saving as much as my kitchen cabinets and countertops since I just had my kitchen redone 5 years ago. Merco with dry pro restoration was the ONLY company that said my countertops could be saved by supporting them with wood while the restoration occurred. Merco and all his employees were extremely professional and respectful especially during COVID. Whole job was completed in 3 days and I am happy. They were reasonably priced, addressed any concerns I had immediately and did the job well. I would recommend this company to anyone. I hope I never have to deal with something like this again but if I do, this is the company I will call.

My sink pipe had a foul smell at work. These gentlemen came in and fixed the problem quickly! We couldn't be happier with their services. I definitely recommend them!

Brandon was Johnny on the spot. On short notice and late in the day, he quickly set up the rooter and had the job done in no time. Price is very reasonable.

Alberto was referred to me and was everything I could ask for and more. He answered his phone right away when I called on a Saturday morning. He practically diagnosed the problem over the phone as tree roots. He already had two jobs, but said he would get to my house about 2pm and he was spot-on. I like that he uses a camera and can show you live footage of where the problem is located and what needs to be done. As he suspected, it was tree roots. He went the extra mile and cleaned out another pipe that wasn't causing a problem as a precaution. We opted for the hydro-jet method. Thank you Alberto! Professional, courteous, clean, and fair.

I had a different company show up for a simple drain. They ran their snake and told me it gets stuck, meaning the pipe must be broken. They quickly ran an $8000 bill for us to use different machines to see if problem can we solved ... John from A-1 Total Service Plumbing was referred to me by a friend, he opened my drain two days later, no problem! I will only contact this company next time I have any issues. Thank you

We have used Fearless Plumbing Service a couple times. They are one of the few that will take home warranty. I have called them a couple times for things I wasn't sure if the job needed plumbing or not and they are always straight and honest!! I have also called them at 6am with a break and they came right away! They fix what is needed and don't try to do more just to make the money. I recommend them.

Guardian plumbers came to the rescue! I needed work completed asap to finish a remodel of a house. Original plumber let me down last minute with holiday weekend coming up. These guys understood my situation, took on a complicated job and completed a replumb for new laundry area in record time and on budget! When complications came up, as they always do, they did not complain just updated me and did the job as needed! That's so rare these days! These guys are definitely a find!

Incredibly Incompetent, Dishonest, or Both!

Originally we had an appointment on Saturday 1pm; I called Christian at 1:10pm to confirm appointment, he told me he needs to reschedule to 4:30pm, almost 3.5hours late!  Now that should have been a warning sign already; .....

...he shows up for the appointment at around 4:20pm.

Had a leaking sprinkler line under the pavement, Christian diagnosed issue; agreed on a price to fix for $700.

On the actual day of work, he said could not find the leak and surprise-surprise, he wanted $2500 to complete job.  We told him no and he left without cleaning up.  

Be careful of the Incredible Plumber; this fella is either incredibly incompetent, dishonest, or both.

Just had the American Drain Team complete waterline leak.  Job well done and exceeded expectations on what could have been a very bad day.  Totally professional from beginning to end, reliable and quick assessment of situation.  Thank you!!

Woke up with water / sewer back up into the tub from the main line on the Thanksgiving day.  After making about 10 phone calls, Sam not only are the first one return call promptly but show up in less 30 minute.  He work diligently, run snake through the  main line repeatedly to clear out trash etc, and use camera to identify any other problem. He was able to clear out enough trach so all the plumbing in the house are back in business.
He also identify the main problem and offer two solutions (quote) how to fix it.
I am very thankful Sam show up to save my Thanksgiving, He is a true professional !!

Jake came out and took care of 5-6 plumbing needs at our new house. He was professional and walked us through what he was doing. We had the work done he recommended and it's been going great since the work was done a few months ago. I definitely recommend Die Hard for your plumbing needs.

Robert & crew have been our go-to plumbers. Great service and fair prices. Downright old-fashioned if you ask me.
