Dave is wonderful -- very professional and organized.  He comes on time. His bids are accurate.  He pays attention, works very hard, and is very conscientious. He focuses on quality, and clearly does things beyond what he needs to.  We are very happy with his work, and would recommend him without hesitation.

Update: Dave is great.  We had a leak in the bathroom and needed help fast.  Dave came and fixed in a jiffy.  You can't go wrong with him.

Mr Plummer did a pretty darn good job here, no more leaky pipes so that's good right! They were quick and polite and would definitely recommend. I just couldn't give that last star because of the mud one of their shoes tracked in. Thankyou, enjoy pipes not leaking like they should be!

I needed a faucet and disposal unit attached to a new sink. Orlando did great work for a good price and showed up at my home exactly when he said he would. Very friendly and efficient. I will definitely use him again.

Manny and the crew are amazing! My main waste line backed up in the middle of the night. Manny was out here within a half hour, found our cleanout, and got us functioning temporarily while he ordered the pieces we needed. The old cast-iron plumbing was cracked and leaking under the house. He showed me where the problems were so I could verify every step of the way. He and his team were back first thing in the morning and got everything fixed as quickly as humanly possible.  They were also really nice to my family and my pets. Manny is a great guy with a really friendly and honest personality. Five stars. Highly recommended. Definitely will use them again! :)

Had a clogged washing machine drain, and City Plumbing did a great job doing what was necessary to clear it out. Friendly and knowledgeable technician.

Omg Merco saved my butt!!!!!

I came home from a trip to discover my downstairs had suffered damage from a nasty leak - soggy walls, soggy floors and everything.

Since I was a first time homeowner, I had no idea what to do in a situation like this. So I went on yelp and looked up the first result for drywall repair and serendipitously met Merco.

He and his guys started on work right away - tearing down affected drywall and drying it out to prevent mold.

Usually in situations like these, a lot of contractors would try to take advantage of me due to my homeownership naivety. But what really put my heart at ease is that Merco kindly walked me through how to navigate the insurance side of things.. and provided estimated breakdowns and gave the insurance his contact info so I could get my money's worth.

He and his crew finished up the leaked area and repaired it all in a manner of few days. And my insurance in the end said they would cover it.

It was a stressful ordeal but thanks to Merco he made it feel like nothing ever happened it all!

Will definitely go to him again if I encounter another drywall emergency. Thanks again Merco!

My family and I had JUST finished moving into our beautiful home that day, and our welcome gift was a BIG, messy, germy surprise ‍

When sewage starts coming up through your toilet past midnight and no one has even used it, this is a VERY unhappy discovery! So you can imagine how distraught I was when I frantically searched for plumbers with good reviews in my area.

I found Carlos/I Love Sewers on Yelp and immediately called him. I informed him of the situation and he and a colleague came within 5-10 minutes, no exaggeration. Their prompt arrival made me feel hopeful that this would all be sorted out! They were very professional and courteous, first examining the inside and outside areas before even working on the problem. They were trying to figure out the most cost effective way to take care of the problem, making removing the toilet the very last option.

Upon a thorough inspection, to their surprise they discovered there was no drainage release! That left us with two choices, to run a camera through the street manhole or to run it directly through the toilet. After a lengthy discussion of pros and cons and answering a LOT of our questions/exploring several different options (I had my husband, brother, and 2 friends with me), we all came to an agreement and they began working at the actual bathroom. They made us feel good about the decision, and explained pricing and worst case scenarios with full transparency.

It turns out almost all the plumbing conditions were working against our favor. They even showed us on camera what was happening in the MAIN LINE... misaligned pipes, old pipes and roots all contributed to the overflow in our toilet. Upon even further investigation, because our property is a duplex and how the pipes are structured, they discovered the other two tenants on the property would ALWAYS contribute to the clogging but never have to suffer because our pipes would always overflow first!! What a bummer for us!!

The good news is, they were able to unclog the many clogs in the main line, and we were able to use our other toilets and sinks again! Unfortunately the root cause will need to be addressed still, but since we are renters it is up to the owner to address this. As a matter of fact, yesterday when I showered in the master bath, we discovered it caused a leak in the pantry!!! Urgh!!!

This whole ordeal took about 3.5 hours. Carlos explained everything they were doing and you could really feel the level of experience he and his colleague had. Carlos went above and beyond for us in service because of the severity of our situation, and for that we are forever grateful.

I awoke to a blocked sewer line early on a Saturday morning.  At 8:00am I called Harry's Rooter and someone immediately picked up the phone.  I explained the problem and they told me how much it would cost.  I thought it would cost much more since it was a weekend.  They were out to my house within 20 minutes and cleared the clog.  I was so happy with the job performed I gave the man a nice tip.

Alberto (owner) and Ernesto came to repair fairly extensive faucet and pipe damage in my home.  They were on time, clean, honest and professional.  That has NEVER happened in my experience with plumbers. Alberto gave me a very fair estimate and STUCK to it!  Even gave me the senior discount.   I've had several plumbers in my home over 20 years but those  days are over. I'm sticking with Just Rooter and Plumbing from now on!

My bathroom was flooding and called almost every plumber in my area, but no one could do the repair same day! I spoke to Alex who was able to have it fixed in a few hours! My experience as a client was great. Contacted the plumbing team to have the bathtub drains unclogged and repair 2 bathroom faucets. They haven't been working as great ever since more people moved in. Thankfully the process was quick and easy!

Guardian plumbers came to the rescue! I needed work completed asap to finish a remodel of a house. Original plumber let me down last minute with holiday weekend coming up. These guys understood my situation, took on a complicated job and completed a replumb for new laundry area in record time and on budget! When complications came up, as they always do, they did not complain just updated me and did the job as needed! That's so rare these days! These guys are definitely a find!

Luis is officially my personal plumber. Very reachable and available for emergencies. I think he's a one man show but he's the only man I need. Does it all. Installed an earthquake shut off valve for a reasonable price when other companies charged twice as much. He was not the cheapest quote I got but something inside me told me to stick w Luis. Just got him for another job so will update the review as needed but so far , I highly recommend Luis.

We called Christian aka Incredible Plumber for an estimate on a big job here in the Glendale Hills.  His price and timeframe was very competitive, so we hired him.  Our plumbing has never worked so good!  He really knows plumbing, is nice, and honest.  We recommend him to all our neighbors and friends.  Fantastic work done professionally and promptly.

Tim the owner and Alex and his crew did a magnificent job on rerouting my kitchen line and adding a clean out in front of my yard.  Unfortunately, Tim discovered my sewer line needed to be replaced as well.  He showed me with his camera how bad it was.  It was almost completely blocked, broken at some instances and saw root intrusions.  That was why my toilets where not flushing right. Although it ended up costing much more than we expected with the original job of rerouting the kitchen line, we were glad we did it with this company.  I originally contacted the plumbing company we usually goto, but we did not like how they would have done the job.  They would not have done trenchless pipes.  Instead would have to break my driveway to lay the pipes and break though my bathroom floors to install the new sewer line.  Alex the foreman, and his crew went the extra mile and dug at least a 5-6-foot hole and tunnel 7 feet under my concrete foundation to get to both of my bathrooms to install the trenchless sewer line underneath the foundation to the main sewer line in the street.  The only time they came into my house was to install 2 new toilets (thank you for both of them by the way :)).  After the job was done, they did an excellent job at making sure to leave my house looking like they were never there and providing us with as little of an inconvenience as possible.  They did great job of putting back the grass where they dug out the trench on my lawn in which Alex watered every day to keep it alive.  Tim thank you for giving us the confidence with choosing your company and Alex for going above and beyond what others would not do.  We will recommend this company to others.

On Christmas eve we had a plumbing emergency, we decided to call Valley United Plumbing & for our surprise they came out so quick! In 30mins Sam was at our house fixing our issue. He honestly did an amazing job at fixing our issue! I highly recommend their services. They were quick to come out & also their pricing was fair and he also gave us tips so that we would avoid running into the same issue we called them out for.

Ernie is the absolute best!! We just bought a home and had him come over to  clear two drains. He ended up going above and beyond and fixing several other small things at no cost, including teaching us how to repair something that would have cost us a lot to have him to do. I've never had someone do this before--I so appreciated not only the money this saved us, but the time he took to explain how to do it on our own. He was friendly, efficient, had a great sense of humor, and was very thorough. I also love how Good Guy Plumbing is easy to use as a customer--their website is easy to use to book services, I received text messages when Ernie was on his way and emails with updates and invoices afterward.
