Contacted company on a Friday morning and was connected with a technician, who said he could be there late that afternoon.  I provided a contact number to coordinate a specific time, but we never heard from him.  Called an alternate provider Monday morning.

I needed a faucet and disposal unit attached to a new sink. Orlando did great work for a good price and showed up at my home exactly when he said he would. Very friendly and efficient. I will definitely use him again.

After reading reviews and messaging 2 other plumbing business, I made the right choice. On a Saturday, the others replied call on Monday. Robert responded and set an appt for Monday with a very short, 2-hour window that fit my schedule. Joe arrived on time, cleared the tub drain, and came back today to secure my water heater with earthquake straps. High praise all around. Thanks, Robert and Joe, for excellent service! Certainly will use your services again.

I made a significant mistake in the morning time of 25 January while drilling through my floor, and hit a water line. An instant disaster, I sent a message on Yelp. MVP was the first to respond. At 10:30, Ignacio arrived. To his credit, he is a jack of all trades and did a fantastic job. He was a consummate professional. He was careful and methodical as he had to remove a section of flooring to uncover the damaged pipe. Nelson, one of the owners, provides excellent customer service and goes above and beyond with his transparency and ability to resolve any customer concerns.

We've had a weird, super unpleasant smell in the house for a couple of days. We thought it could be a plumbing issue, or sewer gas, so we asked a city Plumbing and Rooter for an quote/appointment through yelp. They got back to us nearly-instantly and were very professional.

Jimmy arrived the next morning, early into the appointment window! They even called me 15 minutes before they arrived, which was great.

Jimmy was friendly and honest, and while our issue wasn't plumbing-related, he was able to refer to me another company that could help with our problem.

In our case, pretty sure it's a dead rodent, so off to pest control we go.

If we have plumbing problems in the future, we'll be back.

These guys are awesome! I had a malfunctioning washing machine that caused a leak in my kitchen and bathroom. Merco, the owner, was super responsive when I first called and he was over the next day to inspect the damage. I really appreciated how he walked me through the entire process and even worked with my insurance adjuster. Long story, short - the guys got rid of all the mold and reconstructed my home to my high standards. Merco was always accessible and even came by a couple of times to check on the progress. Needless to say (and knock on wood), if I ever have another issue, Dry Pro will be the first ones I call!

TL;DR: Carlos and his team are responsive, efficient, and great value

My toilet over flooded in the morning and almost flooded far into my kitchen, I found I Love Sewers on Yelp and immediately gave them a call. They picked up immediately and Carlos helped walk me through the process and he was so reassuring. I was definitely panicked and stressed out, but he was so calm and patient, which was exactly what I needed.

He and his team arrived within an hour and was able to quickly identify the blockage and clear it. Carlos also helped me contact a restoration company to come clean up the damage inside the house.

I definitely recommend contacting I Love Sewers especially for any emergencies.

We used to have good service from them, but lately it has gone downhill. Most recently, our kitchen faucet broke. They came out, they said that they could replace it so we purchased a new faucet waiting for the serviceman. in addition, we had six other non-emergency items for them to work on. Rather than come out twice they rescheduled it for five days later to do the whole work order.

That was fine until this weekend when the faucet pipe burst. We left them a message, but they didn't call back until this morning.  (They don't have an after hours: emergency number).  When we complained about their lack of response this weekend and that we would need to start looking for an alternate  plumber, they canceled the service for tomorrow but didn't tell us they were canceling it until this evening. By that time it was too late to get another plumber out.

We are now without a working kitchen sink
for almost a week. Not good

I called today just before 5:00 PM after my neighbor alerted me that a pipe in front of my house unexpectedly burst causing water to pour onto the lawn and down the street. Since it was late afternoon on a Friday, I was concerned that my experience with whoever responded would be less than favorable. I could not have been more surprised/ wrong . Albert was responsive, had an easy disposition, was very professional, and very affordable.

When the drains in our house backed up, and our plumber, for the first time ever, couldn't snake them successfully, we called A1. They came out immediately, and brought a camera, which clearly showed the problem(s)--invasive roots in the main sewer line and places where the line had broken. Over the next two days, they worked efficiently to prepare and install a sleeve in the entire line--ultimately far more than they had initially planned, but without increasing the cost. All the workers that showed up were professional, personable, very hard-working, efficient, and took obvious pride in their work. They left our property in pristine condition--you couldn't tell they were here despite digging two deep trenches along the way to access and repair the line. George was the first on the scene, and the last, and worked alongside some top-notch specialists/co-workers until the job was done. His dedication to resolving our plumbing crisis, and his detailed explanations of the entire process, including photos, were really appreciated.

Luis was terrific with setting up the appointment. Luis the plumber was courteous, on time, wore booties, mask, and had all necessary tools. Entire service was just 30 minutes. Also had gloves the entire time. He replaced the garbage disposal for me. Luis treated my home like his. Was very clean, especially the booties. I loved that touch.

After some miscommunication with a staffer, Ed the owner stepped up and went to great lengths to make everything right. Thank you, Ed!

Great service from initial phone call with Phyllis to Trenton arriving on time.  He was knowledgeable, efficient and had our problem kitchen sink draining in no time. Don't hesitate to give them a call, we certainly will be using them for future plumbing issues.

Luis, is what many plumbers are not. He's honest, reliable, and dependable. I needed some work done and he answered almost immediately. He pointed out the problem and gave me some options on how to correct it. The following day, the job was complete. Barbosa Plumbing is going to be my go to plumbers for any and all plumbing needs. I highly recommend Luis and his service.

These guys are awesome! Being in the industry I know how many low class plumbers that are out there... Tim and Brandon were the heroes of the heroes! Had a big project in Simi valley that I couldnt get done without some help, these guys came out in a white truck and made my company look good! They had all the right equipment and a cool monitor I was able to have my customer which was in Vegas seeing exactly what was on there screen (really cool app they have). They helped so much, jetted the lines in the house out for me even had the extra guys I needed to finish the very large dig we had going on. Very affordable and made us look more professional then we already do. I will recommend them to every plumber I know, if you need some big guns on the job these guys are it. Didnt try to steal my customers and acted like they worked with me the whole time. If your a fellow contractor American Drain Company comes highly recommended in my book, and they didnt cost me an arm and a leg. I would have given them 10 stars if I could and I am sure the way they treated there fellow contractor tells me all there residential/commercial customers have found there plumber for life!

The other reviews were spot on - thank you fellow Yelpers!  Sam's availability was much appreciated on a Sunday.   He assured me he had a supplier of pressure assisted toilets that I learned are not available locally to the general public and arranged to pick it up (supplier open Monday) AND come out first thing in the morning to install.  As others have noted, he was true to his word, did a great job, efficiently completed with his trusty assistant, and charged a very reasonable price.  These are qualities I have learned not to take for granted, and it is my pleasure to add another 5-star, high recommendation.

From my call to set the appointment to the guys arriving, my experience exceeded expectations. They could have left me in the same situation with a leaky tankless water heater while I waited for a part from the manufacture, but Mike put on his MacGyver hat and resolved the issue.  I felt fairly treated without any fast talk and up sales.  Fingers crossed I don't have any plumbing issues in the near future, but if I do I know exactly who to call.

Received a referral from a friend who had a great experience with Good Guy Plumbing and also read the consistently excellent reviews on yelp. I was very impressed by both Robert and Ernie for their customer service and knowledge of our issues. Robert was very courteous, quick to reply, and accommodated our request for an estimate before beginning work. Ernie was very respectful of our home and wore shoe covers to keep our house clean. He efficiently completed 3 jobs in under 3 hours. He also explained to us in detail what was wrong and how he fixed our issues. Was very impressed. Thank you for the great work!
