Dave was very quick to respond.  He kept me apprised of his schedule and was at my home at the exact time promised.  The price was fair; even less than his initial estimate.  He was quick installing my kitchen faucet and cleaned everything perfectly before he left.  I am thrilled with my lovely, WORKING faucet.  I will definitely call Delta Bay Plumbing if I require any more plumbing help!

No one ever wants to have to call Mirko, but when you need him you can always count on him for a prompt response. This time around, we had an issue with our guest bathroom.  The hose had come off the pump inside the toilet tank, so every time someone flushed-- the water spewed strongly upwards and out the back of the tank cover, going straight down the wall to the baseboard and then pooled on the floor.  

Unfortunately, no one noticed the issue for weeks so we needed to dry out the bathroom with fans and dehumidifiers before starting repair work.  Like last time, his team sealed off the space to contain the workspace.  Their work was seamless, and done within 3 days.  You'd never know anything was done.

Update on last year's job:  Mirko definitely stands by his completed work.  While his team was here working on my guest bathroom, I had mentioned that the ceiling work they did last year in the dining room had a few hairline cracks that appeared not too long after completion.  Mirko made sure that those were taken care of the very next day (patched, sanded and then entire ceiling re-painted)!

And lastly, I called Mirko AGAIN a week later about my pipes because I felt like their was an odd smell coming from our upstairs bathroom drains (paranoid of a repeat leak/ drain blockage).  Mirko came all the way back to my house with his camera to personally do the inspection himself.  No blockages, thank goodness.  He did point out some potential work that would eventually have to be done with the remaining original cast iron pipes, but assured me that it was not imminent and could wait until at least next year.  He did not charge me for that service call and told me he did it as a courtesy since I am a repeat/loyal customer.

Like I said, no one ever wants to have to call Mirko- but when you do, you can always count on him and his team for fast, reliable work-- at a more than fair price.  Very trustworthy!

My first interactions with this company happened today. My water heater burst a leak and I needed assistance urgently. The second call was less than ideal. I voiced my displeasure.

I got a call from Carlos because he wanted to know what happened. I explained to him exactly what happened from the first interaction through to the second one. He was very apologetic and said he would investigate as to why staff was curt and abrupt the second time. I really appreciated the outreach. Carlos cares about customer service and it shows!

I have used many plumbers and can honestly say these guys top the list.  They are very responsive, quick and also mindful of cost.  They will always spell out the options clearly and offer up the most cost effective solution.

The water heater at my parents' house sprung an unrepairable, slow leak. I checked with 3 different plumbing companies and ended up selecting A1. They provided me with an estimate for a heater replacement (which was comparable to those from others)
The staff at A1 (from customer service staff, (Lexie), Manager (Alex) provided exceptional and prompt service; always polite/cordial with follow up as needed via phone, text and email.
The service tech (Jose) was prompt and completed the job in a timely manner.  The tenant was pleased with his professionalism as well. I would highly recommend them for your water heater issues/needs.

Not sure why my name shows up as being in San Francisco.  The work was conducted in the Boyle Heights District of Los Angeles.

I needed my new home to be scoped as soon as possible before contingency were removed. I'm talking about having someone come out the next day! I called about 5 different places and almost all the prices were between $250-$300 which I was expecting already. The only issue was no one was available the next day... Fearless Plumbing Service was able to come the next day though! Not only paying 250 which is the lowest but the quality of work was efficient and well explain. Evening the payment was  very professional. I had to wait for an invoice to come through. They are awesome!

I called Guardian Plumbing and they sent someone out right away. That's not easy to find these days! They were in and out, and affordable. Highly recommended! They are my forever go-to for all things plumbing.

Matt with Highsmith and Daughter replaced several fixtures and the price was reasonable. I was able to get an estimate and schedule an appointment with no problem. He called when he was on his way and showed up on time. He was clean and paid attention to detail. I will be using Matt for all my future plumbing projects.

Luis, is what many plumbers are not. He's honest, reliable, and dependable. I needed some work done and he answered almost immediately. He pointed out the problem and gave me some options on how to correct it. The following day, the job was complete. Barbosa Plumbing is going to be my go to plumbers for any and all plumbing needs. I highly recommend Luis and his service.

I rarely deal with plumbing issues but when I do I call Incredible Plumber they are quick and knowledgeable as well excellent customer service after the job was completed the owner called to do a follow up I recommend incredible Plumber 100%

Our bathtub had stopped draining and our toilet was flooding. I'm so happy we found american drain company! Tim and Cody came out and flushed our main line and solved the problem in 30 minutes. They arrived on time, they charged a fair price, and they cleaned up after themselves really well. We will definitely be calling them again. Thank you!!

I am so excited I found a plumber who is honest and good at what he does! I highly recommend Valley United Plumbing! They are fast clean and Courteous! Chris was the absolute best! This is the second time that he came to the house. He is just a really honest guy, professional, and knowledgeable. He knows his stuff. Its so hard to find a reputable honest plumbing company and plumber but Die hard plumbing and Chris is the guy that meets everything i was looking for. They are my go to for all my plumbing needs for life. I will be calling them again for other work i need done in the near future. I usually dont write reviews but i was so pleased with how everything went i have to. Ask for Chris you wont be let down.
