I just found my new plumber!!!
After the pilot light on my water heater would not remain lit, I called Delta Bay Plumbing.  Within 45 minutes, Dave was at my house with the parts needed to fix my water heater.  Dave was professional, friendly, responsive to my questions, and explained what needed to be done to fix the water heater.  The costs were fair and I'm confident that the work was completed without error.  Hopefully, I will not need any plumbing services in the near future, but if I do, I know who to call!

I found Mr Plumber on Yelp and gave them a call. Oscar answered right away and made time on his busy schedule to come fix our clogged bath tub. His services were quick, honest, and friendly. I would definitely recommend him.

Exceptional service! My shower had been leaking for almost 2 weeks, I requested a quote on yelp and they responded in less than an hour. Orlando fixed our leaky shower and was kind enough to fix our loose toilet as well. Definitely would recommend Archi's Plumbing.  There's also a bonus that he spoke Spanish!

I had a few leaks around the house so I used yelp messaging to contact the plumber and received a response within minutes and they were at my door within an hour. All of my leaks were repaired. Fast service and would definitely recommend!

The plumber they sent was Ignacio Sr.
I sent a request to replace our Garbage disposal and told them that we already have the item just need to replace. The plumber that they sent didn't seem he knows what he was doing. He didn't use all the parts that was included in the box. He re used the items to make his job easier and didn't have a clue regarding the new disposal.
Next time I need a plumber I will definitely call somebody else.
They get 2 stars for participation and Ignacio Sr did connect the new disposal just didn't use all the new parts.

I recently hired this company for a plumbing job and unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience with the initial plumber, Ignacio Sr. However, the company more than made up for it with their commitment to customer satisfaction. The owner or manager, Nelson, reached out to me personally to address my concerns and make things right. He sent another plumber, Franco, to my home the same day and Franco did an excellent job in properly installing the garbage disposal and using all the parts included. Franco was very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed with the company's willingness to take responsibility and make sure the job was done correctly. As a result of their efforts, I am happy to change my initial 2 star review to a 5 star one. I would definitely consider using this company again for future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to others.

We were preparing to sell a home that had we discovered had mold in and around the water heater, the laundry area and the kitchen.  Merco came out and gave us a comprehensive quote and timeline for the remediation and repairs. (Note: Many places will only quote the mold part and then you have to find a contractor to repair the wood/walls -- Dry Pro does it all, end to end)  

The crew started the work a couple days later and had it done in a few days.   The work was well done and cleanup was top shelf.  

I highly recommend calling Merco/Dry Pro if you have any mold issues or concerns!

Harry's plumbing is great; knowledgeable, courteous and fair!  They've even talked me through a few fixes myself.  Jeff, Steve and Brandon are excellent!

These days, It's hard to find honest professionals who give honest prices and do great work. Alberto and team were courteous, professional, showed up on time, and finished in a reasonable time. They didn't add any hidden fees at the end of the day either. I highly recommend Just Rooter and Plumbing for the job. You won't regret it. And if you don't believe me, I've never written a review for anyone on Yelp. I signed up just to post this, as I was so refreshed with his genuine approach and quality service.

Raymond Gray and his employees at A-1 Total Service Plumbing are the best contractor/plumbers I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Background Story: I came home to find that 1/3 of my house had flooded with raw sewage. In a panic I called a highly recommended competitive plumber who drained the blockage and quoted me 35% above fair market value for the huge repair I would need done. After researching plumbers, my brother contacted Raymond Gray: our hero!

Raymond took our call after 8PM and stayed in contact through the evening addressing ALL of our questions. Raymond and his employees showed up at 11AM the next morning and began work immediately. He quoted a fair price and completed the massive sewage job to the main line in the street in 36 hours during Christmas week! Raymond worked with our neighbors and coordinated with the previous contractor who made the errors resulting in our backup. Raymond and his employees were courteous, kind, friendly, trustworthy, reliable, and reachable 24 hours a day! He held my hand through the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who needs significant plumbing/sewage work completed.

Raymond also put us in contact with the 911 Restoration who came the same day and, at Raymond's request, began work immediately. He made a crummy holiday disaster exponentially better!

Called this plumbing team  on a recommendation from a friend, and we are so glad we did. They came in, were able to give us a quote and do the work right then and there, no rescheduling or change in price. Very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely call them in the future if we need more work done.

Alen was a very responsive and helpful plumber in repairing a clog in my toilet.  I appreciated his timeliness and reasonable, clear pricing.

They worked on a leaking kitchen sink garbage disposal and were very professional (and cordial) when they arrived. Masks, booties, etc were all part of their gear which I appreciated. The job was very smooth and problem free and I'm enjoying the fruits of their leak-free labor for the past couple days.

As a new homeowner, it is very difficult to find folks you can trust. Well, after Luis' treatment and attentiveness, he will be the person I will call for all my plumbing issues. He was straight forward, to the point, and quick. If you need a plumber, Luis is your guy!

Incredibly Incompetent, Dishonest, or Both!

Originally we had an appointment on Saturday 1pm; I called Christian at 1:10pm to confirm appointment, he told me he needs to reschedule to 4:30pm, almost 3.5hours late!  Now that should have been a warning sign already; .....

...he shows up for the appointment at around 4:20pm.

Had a leaking sprinkler line under the pavement, Christian diagnosed issue; agreed on a price to fix for $700.

On the actual day of work, he said could not find the leak and surprise-surprise, he wanted $2500 to complete job.  We told him no and he left without cleaning up.  

Be careful of the Incredible Plumber; this fella is either incredibly incompetent, dishonest, or both.

Amazing! Brandon was so great to work with. I am a real estate agent and called his company to get a sewer line worked on at our clients home. I got a quote from another plumber for replacing three sinks, wanted to get a second opinion and found Sam.  He came, measured, and checked everything out and his estimate came in almost $500 less than the other company.  Sam and Robert came and replaced all three sinks within 2.5 hours, they were very friendly, didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all, and they were very upfront about all of their work and had me check everything out.  I would definitely recommend their services.

Good Guy Plumbing is the company to call if you have an emergency repair or planning a project that consists difficult plumbing. On one occasion where my tub's mixing valve cracked in the wall causing water to flood into the walls of my home. I call other plumbing companies in the area, that I won't name, they never even showed up, most likely because it was a tough job, I had to stay in a hotel for days because I had to secure water to my house and could not find a plumber to help me, until I finally called Good Guy Plumbing. Robert and Ernie from Good Guy Plumbing were at my house within an hour, investigated the problem and gave me a quote that was well under what I expected, they replaced the mixing valve with one that came with isolation valves so if the problem happens again I can stop the leak at the source and not have stay at a hotel. I was also very impressed with Ernie's soldering abilities, most of the time you see spatter and burn marks everywhere, not with Ernie it's a clean job. I have used them more than once now, on such jobs as placing in plumbing to my new kitchen, they saved me hours of labor and money, and ensured I had quality piping and appliances installed.
