Hired a plumber from another company to replace a toilet base gasket, only to be scolded by telling I needed to replace the entire toilet. After declining and scheduling the repair serviced, they failed to show up.

I ended up calling Dunbar, and they were nice to accommodate me last minute. I appreciate they work evening hours, and were able to replace the gasket without up-selling  unnecessary services.

For the actual rendered service, they were able to go above and beyond. Not only did they replaced the gasket as requested, but also replaced the flapper to improve flushing. Overall excellent service at a fair price.

They do accept Venmo as a payment option, so that appeals greatly to us younger folks.

We had a leaking faucet in our tub, not even five years after we completely redid the bathroom.

We also had no plumber, we've never really needed one in Frankfort. I went on Yelp and found this establishment.

They were just what you wanted; they replied quickly, came exactly at the promised time, fixed everything, cleaned up, explained it all to me and left.

We are not only drip free but he blew out the line so the water is running like never before. That was a great gesture and shows that he understands the awful water we have.

Can't thank Above the Rest Plumbing enough for fixing our emergency plumbing issue. They came out on a Saturday didn't charge me for the visit came back Sunday morning and with in few hours the issue was fixed. They do great work, honest, dependable, and efficient. I can't recommend them enough.

Ronnie to the rescue at 10pm at night!  When our sump pump alarm went off, we called Goode and Ronnie came out right away. Sure enough, there was a clog.  I cannot say enough about this company and Ronnie. They are professional, honest and dependable. Our Condo unit will only use them moving forward. Do not hesitate to contact Gino and Excellent Plumbing!  Our original call was for a kitchen sink leak.  We scheduled for next-day service (which is amazing in itself) and he called same day because he was in the area.  Leak fixed in about 20 minutes.  I asked on a whim about replacing 3 toilets in our house...2 days later the entire job is DONE!  Gino consulted us and purchased the toilets, replaced, and hauled the old ones away...impeccable, courteous, clean, and incredibly fast service.  (Also followed absolute Covid safety protocol at all times.) I cannot recommend this company enough!

I had the drain to my sink and garbage disposal back up on me over the weekend. I called All Plumbing & Sewer on Monday morning and they were at my door within an hour. I had a bad sewer backup and got the number for Glennon Sewer from a trusted friend. I was so blown away! They scheduled an appointment quickly, assessed my issues and worked quickly and efficiently. Shaun and Luke explained what was needed, what would be done and gave me a thorough overview of their work. Price was fair, everything works and I'm so grateful that I called them.

Had Chuck come out to look at my sewer back up. He responded quickly and did a camera view of my drain.  I could see there was an obstruction due to a cracked drain tile just in front of my home. He had to dig up my front lawn and replace the broken drain which was about 8 feet below.  They stayed working on it and completed the job well. They also added a clean out for future use if the drain needed cleaning.  I was extremely pleased with the results and have recommended them to others. Chuck is a honest and diligent plumber that is highly knowledgable.  I will definitely recommend his services again.

Yep, good as it gets. Reliable's been around for a long time -- their dad started the business and now two brothers carry on the tradition. Josh quoted a price to us for finally resolving our sump pump/gutter problem. He ran into a problem because of tree roots gone wild in the parkway -- making the job more labor intensive than he thought. Didn't make any difference. He was prompt, courteous and, like the company name says, reliable. We couldn't be more pleased.

While he worked around rain days, our hot water tank bit the dust. We called Josh and four hours later we had a new hot water tank at a very reasonable price.
