They were reliable nice on time great woork and Iam very happy !

Dunbar's, Mr. Dunbar replaced a toilet flange and shut-off connection for my bathroom toilet. He responded to my call within thirty minutes and was at my father's  home within the hour time frame.

Mr. Dunbar called me upon arriving and assessed the problem and provided photos from start to finish.His price was fair and I was pleased with his work and professionalism. He also travels throughout the the city.

We also had no plumber, we've never really needed one in Frankfort. I went on Yelp and found this establishment.

They were just what you wanted; they replied quickly, came exactly at the promised time, fixed everything, cleaned up, explained it all to me and left.

We are not only drip free but he blew out the line so the water is running like never before. That was a great gesture and shows that he understands the awful water we have.

Don installed a sump pump in my basement. Other plumbers weren't sure how to fit it in around the other utilities in the space. Job was done well and quickly. Very satisfied.

Ralph recently handles two jobs for me at a rental unit in the city.  He did a great job, showed up on time and communicated the issues to me.  Couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely use Ralph again in the future.

Ronnie to the rescue at 10pm at night!  When our sump pump alarm went off, we called Goode and Ronnie came out right away. Sure enough, there was a clog.  I cannot say enough about this company and Ronnie. They are professional, honest and dependable. Our Condo unit will only use them moving forward. Our technician, Martin F., was great! My family and I had been dealing with a kitchen sink that would not drain for quite some time now, and had literally been draining it ourselves with a bucket and dumping the water into the toilet every time we washed dishes. We tried everything from plungers to Drano to using a drain snake and everything in between until we finally gave in and decided to call a professional. Our appointment/arrival window was from 10AM - 12PM but Martin arrived between 5-10 minutes before 10AM which we definitely appreciated! He was very friendly, willing to answer any questions we had, and got right to work to assess the situation. He set clear expectations about all the possible outcomes as well as what it everything would cost and gained our consent before starting the work. At the first attempt to rod the line it did not seem to work and the sink still would not drain properly, but he did not give up there. Instead of just telling us we may need to have the kitchen re-piped, he did his best to find out why it didn't work. Turns out it was just because of the way our house is, and the set up of such older pipes, the rod was going upward towards the roof vent instead of downward. Martin then tried it again but this time guiding the rod the best he could in the opposite direction (down). I am grateful to say that he was successful in clearing the line and our sink now drains the way it should! Very happy with the level of service we received and the cost was reasonable. We had sewage backing up into our basement after heavy rains. Recently, our connection to the sewer was clogged and it shut down our ability to use water inside the home. We had two other plumbers come out and suggest $2,500 - $4,500 worth of work to solve the issue.  Last, I called ALL PLUMBING & SEWER SERVICES and left a message.  Sue called me back right away. Keith and Collin were at my home to diagnose the problem within 2 hours. They returned the next day at noon, installed an access valve on the main stack, rodded the outflow clog, extracted our non working garbage disposal, installed new piping, cleared a bathroom sink drain, and repaired a toilet seat in two hours flat. And they did it for LESS THAN HALF of the two previous estimates.  The staff provided basic education on the problem and even made recommendations on how to maintain the health of our plumbing so we don't have continued issued. I will continue using these guys, and I definitely would recommend them!!

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

Was able to come out same day, which is the only person that wanted to do so after calling late in the day without overtime fees.  Family run and oriented business.  Knowledgable, gave good options, and did good work.  Very happy I called and Victor came out.

Paul and his crew were quick, clean and reasonably priced.  I really have had bad experiences with plumbers, usually they're condescending and aggressive. Never have I experienced that with the two times I've had to use Glennon plumbing in these very old house of mine.  Seriously use them, the best!  Thanks Paul!!

I called this company 3 times a day for 3 days straight and I received no response. I can be swimming in my basement and this plumbing company could not help. Do not waste your time!!!

Yep, good as it gets. Reliable's been around for a long time -- their dad started the business and now two brothers carry on the tradition. Josh quoted a price to us for finally resolving our sump pump/gutter problem. He ran into a problem because of tree roots gone wild in the parkway -- making the job more labor intensive than he thought. Didn't make any difference. He was prompt, courteous and, like the company name says, reliable. We couldn't be more pleased.

While he worked around rain days, our hot water tank bit the dust. We called Josh and four hours later we had a new hot water tank at a very reasonable price.

My tenant called me saying the kitchen sink was leaking (only when the water was turned on) and he couldn't see where it was coming from. I gave Matt at Park Ridge Plumbing a call at 6pm on Wed and he was out at 8am on Thursday. Ended up being a extremely simple fix (the kitchen pullout needed to be tightened). He had it done under 2 minutes and didn't even charge me! I'm keeping him on my list of go-to contractors!  Wonderful experience.
