Urban Desert was actually the second pest control company we had come out for our ant problem, and unlike the first company, Urban Desert actually resolved our issue!

From my very first interaction to the service being completed, my experience was positive. The lady that answered the phone was incredibly friendly and did an awesome job describing the service, answering my questions, and scheduling. Dax was the one that came out, and he was very professional and courteous, and based on our total lack of bugs, effective too!

I would highly recommend Urban Desert and plan to use them again - the service was great and the price was right!

I am now going on my 11th month with Insectek, and they are phenomenal. Whenever I call and identify as an existing customer, I get a live person immediately. The people who owned our home before us did NOT believe in pest control, so there's been a few times I've needed Insectek to come out in between regular services to spray. Thats never been a problem, and there's never additional charges. I've never had to wait longer than a few days for service. They are prompt, courteous, attentive to my concerns, and effective. Now that the weather is warming up, we still have not seen a single scorpion yet this season (knock on wood!). While having a desert house comes with bugs, Insectek has truly helped us keep the population at bay and provided us with peace of mind. I'm hoping, thanks to the hard work done these past 10 months, we will continue to see less and less creepies. Thanks, Insectek!!

Have used this company for a couple years now for our pest control. We really like them. Josh came yesterday and did a thorough service, even replaced our glue traps in the garage for us. He was quick, as I had to leave (normally they come when we aren't home and do the outside - inside is done only if you need/want it after the annual inside treatment). Hopefully we will get Josh ongoing as our technician. We have never had to call them to come back for a Re-treat in between services. Thanks for taking care of our yard and house, Simply Green!

Wes came to spray my house today after he gave me a very fair and reasonable quote for quartlery sprays.  Super nice guy, efficient, and put on shoe protectors without me asking so that he didn't get our floors dirty.  I received a few updates on my phone and e-mail to alert me that he was on his way.  I would highly recommend West Coast.

Merrill Pest Solutions was my solution.  They have earned my future business.  Initial text contact was responsive and complete.  Drew arrived as scheduled.  He was knowledgeable, efficient and well mannered.  Although I had an immediate concern of a bee swarm, Drew reviewed the company's services.  Merrill Pest Solutions is in my phone contact list.  J.

These guys are a great company to do business with. Gemma came out and  promptly gave us excellent customer service. Michelle in the office is very nice. Have to highly recommend them to anyone. The unfortunate thing for us, a competitor gave us an extra yr warranty. If it wasn't for the business decision, with out a doubt we would have gone with Bill. Our experience dealing with Bills was outstanding.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

I had a great conversation with the woman in the office, she's wonderful, my husband was pleased with the guy who came to spray our house and there's lots of dead spiders which was our main problem. Good price and reliable service is hard to find, I recommend this place for any pest control issues! Five stars! Two thumbs up!

Austin and Sean from Arizona Heat Pest Services were both friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. They answered all of my questions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. If you need pest control, I highly recommend this company!!!

I am new to Arizona and went out of town for a month over the Thanksgiving holiday.  I came home to a large amount of weeds in my newly landscaped yard and was shocked that they grew so fast.  I contacted Custom Weed & Pest control based on all the positive reviews on Yelp and they were able to send someone out right away.  Paul just left my house, he sprayed all areas where weeds could be a problem and explained that everything was guaranteed for 6 months and to call if any weeds came back.  He was very nice and I could not be happier with the service, just wish I had found them before the weeds started.  I would highly recommend them to anyone that has problems with weeds or to anyone that wants to prevent weeds from starting.  It is such a pleasure to deal with a company that stands by their work, something that seems to be uncommon these days.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

Alex and the entire crew at a copper state are super awesome! I've had pesky wasps at my pool for a few summers and alex has been diligent in trying all sorts of things to get rid of them. It's tricky because we don't know where they're coming from, but he has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND continually to get rid of them. He's also been spraying my house and property for a couple of years now. I have no complaints! Alex is simply awesome.

From my first call until my follow-up service this company did an A+ job. The sales person was knowledgeable and gave me different options to satisfy my needs. I have been having issues with ants and I must say I have not seen any since my first service.
Also, for each paid service this company will plant a tree. That is something that I totally love. Thank you Frontino for such a great experience.

I just wanted to take the time out to show my appreciation to this awesome company, from the first interaction with the individual who sent up my account all the way down to the services that was provided.
My jaw was left wide open with just how in depth the initial treatment was. Duane was my technician for the first visit and he put my wife and I completely at ease about... the cockroaches in our garage, Duane assured me that it wasn't anything that had to do with my cleanliness (which I was very embarrassed about) he explained what they were and how he was going to resolve the problem. I feel like I made the right choice with going with pro active. Duane even made sure that I completely understood what the service was and made sure I had proper expectations. I can't thank this company enough, mainly because now my wife is happy and not freaking out about going into the garage.
We had the start to our regular bi-monthly service which was conducted by Danny. Danny is an absolute gem, he assured me that if I have any issues or even concerns that I can reach out to him and he will help out, he even let me know that if pest activity spikes up in between that they will come back to address the issue, literally at no cost! We needed the interior treated on this visit... mainly for peace of mind, I felt so bad because I ran out to Danny's service vehicle and asked if he didn't mind treating the interior(totally spaced my mind that my wife wanted that done)  he said no problem and put his gloves back on and grabbed his hand sprayer and did was needed.
These guys go above and beyond! You have a customer for life!
