I was very impressed at the level of service and expertise that Urban Desert Pest Control provided to my home this month! From the inception of the service, Emily was great at communicating via text and yelp when they would come out for the initial walk-through and the actual service date. When Chad showed up as the reviews talk about he definitely impressed me!!! He took the time to explain to me the type of treatments performed on my home before and what they would be doing that sets them apart. He was very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions and walking through my property and the total cost of treatment.  On the actual date, Matthew Lane showed up just as scheduled, very polite, professional, and helpful. He took the time as Chad did to tell me what he would be doing and that he wanted to ensure that when it was all done that I was very happy with the service. I was extremely happy with how helpful he was in assisting me to move things out of the way and put them back. It truly felt great having them service my home as they treated it like it was their own! I look forward to doing business with them in the future. Thanks, Chad and Matt!

Wayne has the best attitude! After a long hot day he still has a smile on his face and fun stories of other people's pests! Always happy to see him and as always, I feel very safe having him in my house (something I can't say about most pest companies in the east valley). Please keep this man happy so I can continue to have him as my technician!

Wow amazing service, the service was fast, booked a service with less then 24hrs, came over to my house sprayed everywhere. Knew exactly what to do. I did a monthly service with them they are truly amazing.

These guys were so awesome!!  My new puppy brought in a dead rat and a dead bird within a 24 hour period. I was totally freaked out and sent out for quotes/appointments for pest control immediately.  I received quotes from 5 different companies.  West Coast Pest Control had incredible competitive rates.  Best yet, they were willing to come the next day. Most of the other services I spoke to could not schedule me until the next week.  

Not only did they have competitive rates and quick scheduling but there customer service was outstanding!  The owner Wes came out to my house and really took time to talk to me and find out what the issues were around my house.  He took the time to look and investigate areas that I thought might be problems and even personally moved some bamboo items I was storing in my yard as they could attract nests.  

I had to set a rat box in my yard that can be continues or for 1 time use and he even offered to come back and check the box for me 1 time for free to see what type of service I needed.  

I have definitely found my new pest control service and highly recommend them. He was polite, kind and professional.  As an added bonus, without even asking, he wore shoe protectors around my house on my carpets!

We were concerned about termites and called Bill because of good reviews on Angies LIst.  I was astonished when they came out - inspected our place and told us everything looked good.  No charge.  Call us if you need anything.  Nice to know there are honest, hard working small business owners out there.  Will definitely call Bill whenever I have a need.

Austin Munn is always dependable and on time. He addresses my
concerns and provdes updates after each visit. I am lucky to have him as

I requested a quote on on Thursday night, and Matt replied that same night with a great quote and answered any questions I had. Super friendly and responsive! The technician (Jordan) came out today to spray, he was very friendly and thorough. It was just the first session today but so far we're very happy with our decision to go with this company!

They do honest work and it's s not too expensive. I had a HUGE termite problem in my garage and Ben is so knowledgeable and so Reliable. Everyone that works at Soto's are kind and hard working. I'm telling you you won't be let down hiring Soto's pest and termite control. I know I wasn't!

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

Happy with Bulwark for over 4 years now. Tech Joel Robertson is the man in the Surprise area. Always on time and always very courteous, respectful. Bugs don't stand a chance in these parts after he's done! Thanks Bulwark.

I highly recommend this company.  Jon came out quickly and gave me a quote letting me know everything that needed to be done for my termites.  He made me feel better about the situation.  I just had my patio redone and they told me it had to be drilled  but Dean did his best to minimize the impact.

These guys are amazing!! Chris came out to my house the very next day after calling.. Someone had watched my house while I was out of town and after I had been back found out they had bed bugs in their place. I also spend a lot of time at their house and was getting bites all over me. So I figured they either brought the bed bugs with them when they house sitted or I was bringing them home with me when I would visit. After Chris came out to search my house, a very thorough, search he found no bugs and stated I was probably getting bit at their house. As a preventative measure and at a very low cost he sprayed my house and even gave us a package deal to treat the other house so I wouldn't bring the little hijackers back.

He was super informative and went above and beyond to alleviate the problem. I was adamant to do the heat treatment and was convinced I had these nasty bugs in my house. He was honest and told me there were no bugs. I believe other companies would have taken advantage of my complete freak out and given me a treatment I didn't need. As I was more than willing to do whatever it took.

Thank you so much for your honesty and if I ever do get any creepy monsters I will for sure call you guys! Chris rocks!

I have nothing but good things to say about these guys.  I've been using their services to spray my yard for weeds for a couple of years, and I'm very pleased.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

I called copper state on a whim and when alexes answered I told him my situation, I told him my worst nightmare came true and I found bedbugs on my sons bed.
I am already going through so much and now this!!
Alex helped tremendously! He was kind, he listened, he helped and squeezed me in same day!!!
When he came to my home I had a few heavy bags I needed to take to the trash (I didn't risk keeping anything so I had lots to throw away) anyways, he helped me take those outside!
He treated every room , every outlet, every corner of my home and gave me warranty AND is coming back in 3 weeks for another inspection and treatment!! Did he have to do all this?? No, probably not, he saw how anxious and scared I was and he helped me finally calm down with lots of reassurance and of course treating my home!!  he truly cares about his clients and he will care about you as well. I will be recommending him to everyone I know!!

I submitted a request on Tuesday night (after hours) for help with and and spider issues around our central Phoenix home. I also wanted to get ongoing maintenance to ensure no more bug issues around our house. Brandin contacted me first thing on Wednesday morning to discuss our issue, size of property and to get me an accurate quote. He made himself available the same day and was out at our house right when i got off work. Brandin was punctual, communicative, and did a great job explaining his assessment and what steps he would take to remedy. He was very polite and professional and completed all work he said he would include problem areas we showed him. It was a great first impression and a job well done. We'd definitely recommend Frontino Pest Co. if you need a great pest control company.

Orange Pest Control works with you and your schedule to make sure you get service. Also their tech Stephen is awesome. Just a personable guy that does his job well. The combination makes for a great all around experience. Definitely worth checking out
