Very friendly and efficient. They did a great job insuring that we no longer have roof rats and then sealing up any possible entry points to keep them away.

We have been very happy with Simply Green so far. We were being overrun by crickets and then caught a scorpion in the house, so we got quotes from several companies. Although it wasn't the lowest quote we got, Simply Green's pricing was very competitive and we decided to try them based on all the positive reviews. They have been extremely easy to do business with. They send reminders before they come so you know exactly when they will show up. The technicians have all been very prompt, polite and knowledgeable. And best of all, they have completely resolved the cricket problem.

Here to say this company should be your first call when needing ANY pest related control for your property or business. They offered timely responses to our needs with a detailed professional response unmatched ( we had reached out to three other companies). We are extremely happy with our results and service, they provided excellent customer service and very competitive pricing.

We recently signed up for the bi monthly service and are very happy so far. We did see an increase in bugs after the first visit, but they told us this was normal and expected, and now we've noticed fewer and fewer bugs outside and inside. Very professional as well!

I reached out to several exterminators in a panic due to a..situation Nick was quick to respond and calmed me immediately. I talked to him Wednesday and he was out Friday morning taking care of our...situation. Not only was he super friendly and efficient but very reasonably priced. I hope I don't have to see him again BUT if the need arises, he will be the only peat control expert I will use.

Upon discovering one too many of the above species in our new house, we decided it was time to call an exterminator.  Of course, I searched Yelp and came across Bill's Pest & Termite Company and their positive reviews...

I literally made the initial phone call and was able to set-up our appointment for today!  My interaction with the service team was really positive right away, and their pricing seemed reasonable ($70 for the initial visit) compared to some of the other companies.

They gave us a 30 minute window of when they would be calling / arriving and they were a little late, but aside from that, everything was five star worthy... at least for now.  We'll see if we have any return visitors in the days/weeks to come.  I'll update this review if necessary, but hoping that our visit from Bill's will keep the critters away for awhile!

I am so happy that I made the switch to Green Magic Pest Control!  Scott, my tech was personable, and provided excellent customer service.  He texted me 30 minutes out of his arrival, so he was able to treat the inside of the garage, in addition to the outside.  This company goes above and beyond to accommodate its customers, which shows how much they value their clients.  Matt the owner is wonderful to work with also, he is always friendly.  I appreciate the custom service that Green Magic Pest Control provides, and recommend their services!

Bulwark is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Hiring incompetent people who can't do their jobs. Shows up when not requiring any service, wondering if they ever really spray when your not home.  I have made sure all my neighbors know how corrupt they are. Never ever use them you'll be sorry BUYER BEWARE! They are thieves. When they say they were there and sprayed and make fake receipts up. Plus we still see scorpions after they say they were there. Never use this company!

I had a great conversation with the woman in the office, she's wonderful, my husband was pleased with the guy who came to spray our house and there's lots of dead spiders which was our main problem. Good price and reliable service is hard to find, I recommend this place for any pest control issues! Five stars! Two thumbs up!

Yup the hype is justified.  They rock.  I've gone round and round with landscapers... Had that weird stressful expectations not being met and needing to ask them to fix their work or switch to another company thing -- all while paying 100 a month or so and...

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

I have pigeon dropping issues on the front side of my rental home in Laveen. Brandin & team helped to clean up and put up spikes within 2 days. Due to access driveway issues, Brandin & team came back to complete the job later without extra charge & share pic for completed work. Thanks for the excellent work done timely at a reasonable price - highly recommended!

I woke up to a huge bee hive in my backyard tree. My husband called several companies but orange was the most affordable and they were here in 30 minutes!! Zach was VERY informative and professional! I will DEFINITELY recommend them to my friends and family!

Pro Active Pest Control answered the phone the first time I called.  I told Jeff what the problem was and they scheduled me for the very next day. Andy came out and he was very professional.  He called the day before to let me know he will be coming to do my house the next day.  He called the day of service to notify me of when he will be there.  He presented his business card right away in case I needed anything.  During the time he was here I was asking him to please look at this,  please spray here, will you be doing this or that, and he always said yes, (with a smile).   He even called the day after to check in and see if there were any problems.  There were none.   Customer Service is Still Alive!   I highly recommend (and I never give 5 stars unless they are perfect) Pro Active Pest Control.
