Their number was well below that of a competing quote from one of the nation wide majors.  They answered all my questions to help me be comfortable that I was getting an 'apples to apples' quote, including the warranty.

They showed up ontime and completed all the work as agreed. The home and yard were cleaned up with nothing left for us to do except not worry about termites anymore.

We've hired insectek to come out to our place a few times this year to help get a head start on keeping our house and property roach free. They always do a great job and we're very happy with them. Caleb came out to our place yesterday morning and he was awesome, we really liked the fact that he had detailed notes and knowledge on the whereabouts of where we've spotted roaches in the past and how to keep them from coming back. This pest control company truly works wonders and has great customer service! I have had cricket problems at my townhouse in Scottsdale and they were able to have someone at my house the next day. The man did a very throughout spray inside and outside. They came again the next month and no crickets so far! I am excited to continue my bi monthly service to avoid crickets jumping around!

They also text me when they are about to arrive so I can make sure I am not in a zoom meeting to let them in. Love the professionalism!

I needed treatment for a small area of termites and Wes was great. The quote was honest and thorough, and he was very responsive afterwards for questions here on Yelp messenger or via text. To make a long story short, my condo flooded with sewage water and I had a lot of water damage work that had to be taken care of. The crew would leave my sliding doors open while they worked. So one day, I open my dish washer and a giant roach comes out!! I just about had a panic attack. Besides that, I was finding silver fish all over my condo from the moisture of the water damage. I called Nick the owner and told him my issues (he also answered his phone on the first ring which doesn't always happen with busy business owners). He sent someone out that afternoon! Not only were they super responsive and quick to come out, but I signed up for a monthly spray and they always text me a few days before my appointments to let me know when they're coming and they're friendly and thorough. Moral of the story- my silver fish infestation is gone and I haven't seen a roach since!

Lisa came for initial inspection visit and was more thorough than the other pest outfits we called for bids. She went through every room inside as well as outside. Our home and garage was very cluttered but for a small fee they agreed to move the piles of stuff so that they could get to the infested areas. Not only that, but Donovan the technician and his helper moved all the items back in place! We plan to keep them on a forever basis as needed. They are courteous timely and professional. We feel better educated and armed with knowledge now as they provided time frames and actions to take if we see the mud tunnels again.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

We recently had a scorpion invasion when they started building new homes next to ours! I called AZ Pest solutions and they came quickly!! They have been spraying for us over the last 3 months and are very much affordable. We've only had 1 more scorpion show up and he was already dying in the garage. I would highly recommend!

Found Custom Weed & Pest after going through the wringer for WEEKS with our usual (now former) landscaping company to actually give us a date for pre-emergent services we agreed to.

While it's obviously too early to review how well the pre-emergent worked, we could NOT be happier with how easy, professional and simple working with Custom Weed was. Communication was absolutely clear and everything went down exactly as expected which seems to be something other companies we've used in the past struggle with.

A phone call was given the day prior to services to confirm the time window of arrival. The gentleman who came out to spray arrived 4 minutes early even! He was polite, smiling and professional.

I'm impressed. Was skeptical since I just bought a house in Laveen AZ but in an actual neighbor I figured I would give it a try. They are very nice gentlemen and explained in great detail. After a spraying last week had an influx of earwigs in my bathroom! Called and they scheduled a redo for free! Micheal discovered their entry n even cleaned up before he left. He redid spraying around my lawn sprinklers as I had to have many replaced so dirt was disturbed. Much better experience than my son had with Truly Nolan-- they are scam artists!! Sticking with this company.
