So glad I went with UDPC after some research. Jose aka Scorpion King is also king of professionalism. He was prompt, explained everything, asked questions, listened well and took his time to get our home pest free. He had a great positive attitude! He has given us much confidence in UDPC services and their guarantee.

My rental is having tick issue, and I call Insectek (base on the good review on Yelp) for help. I was so glad I did. They has been so helpful and putting lots of effort into getting rid of these bugs for me that I can't write every great things they have done for me here. So, I will do a short summary with the helps that I appreciate most.

Insectek sent a technician out to do the initial treatment inside and outside of the house and was only supposed to come back after two weeks for a follow-up treatment. A week later, my tenants complained that they still see ticks crawling around outside the patio and even inside the house.

Understanding the situation, Insectek quickly sent out a senior technician to do another emergency treatment for FREE and, as the same time, assessed the situation.
After the assessment, the technician found the source of the issue: the ticks were hiding in the weep screed. Special treatment was performed. Lots and lots of ticks died. Insectek sent another technician out the following week to do another treatment and did a reassessment. The office called me after the treatment was done, explained the findings, and suggested a plan in detail.

Although the tick is not completely gone since Insectek still has to come back to do monthly treatments for a while, I am really pleased with the services provided by Insectek. Below are some of the best business practices provided by Insectek:

       1. Every interaction and communication with every employee of the company has been         provided with professionalism and helpfulness.
       2. Always receive reminders for the upcoming appointments in my email and phone.
       3. Appointments are always on time.
       4. Follow-up calls from the office to update completed services and discuss next steps.

My house is an older house and recently noticed that there were tube like tunnels near my front and back door.. after googling and asking around I finally realized it might be termites.

Josh is who helped me at Simply Green and because I am not experienced in this area he was able to set up a free inspection in a timely matter.  Sadly, it was termites and needed to be handled. I let the tech know I wanted sometime to shop around and felt no pressure.

Much like car shopping, I kept getting different prices because every company is different and when I asked one guy what they used it wasn't the same as some of the others.

Joshua gave me a call back and was super kind and friendly and was able to answer my questions because I started to learn a little bit about the process. I decided  I wanted only the best stuff for the safety of my kids and my dog.

I gave Joshua some of my quotes from multiple companies and thankfully he was able to give me a better quote so that I was ensured to get the best results for the money I was unexpectedly having to spend. He also informed me their company uses top of the line products to treat my home. That instantly made me feel better! I would definitely recommend this company. I cannot give this company enough stars! Wes has been very professional and excellent at helping us with our pest control needs. When we moved into this rental house we immediately noticed a cockroach infestation in the kitchen and bathrooms. My husband found Wes online and gave him a call. He came out and dusted,laid down bait and sprayed. After the first treatment the roach population went down considerably. It has been one to two treatments since then and we are roach free! The pricing has been very reasonable when compared to other pest control companies in the area. Wes's professionalism is outstanding. He always calls 15-20 minutes prior to showing up, promptly responds to texts and thoroughly answers all questions and concerns. I highly recommend going with West Coast Pest Control. I just had my first visit by Soto's. It was the owner! 40 years of experience, 30yo family business. Showed up on time. Explained the pest (Darkling Beetle, in this case). Gave good advice. Friendly.  There is nothing negative I can say.  His son, who helped me with the initial inquiry, was also great.

I know there are a small number of reviews. That is unfortunate, as I always assess companies on quantity and ratings, but I am glad I chose this company.

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.

Jon just treated our house for termites. He provided us with the best quote, worked around my schedule and showed up on time. On top of all that he was just a pleasure to work, I thought customer service was dead until I met Jon.

It takes a classy operation to come to your house & tell you that you do not need their services, & Arizona Heat is that type of operation. Chris came to my house, took the bed apart, looked behind all the furniture, & told me that he honestly could not see any evidence of bedbugs (he even found a live mosquito that was probably the culprit for the bug bites). Chris is fantastic - he's professional, friendly, informative, & he showed up 30 minutes early for my same-day appointment. I would call Arizona Heat again in a second if I ever had more concerns, & I highly recommend them to anyone with bedbug issues.

We have used this company for years to keep the weeds out of our acre of property.  They show up on time and we don't see weeds for the entire year.  We have tried other companies in the past and the weeds would always pop up within a few months.  Also a positive is they have never killed any of our plants in the process, other companies have.  I would highly recommend Custom Weed & Pest Control.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!
