We switched to Urban Desert a few months ago and could not be more happy with the decision. Communicating with the office/scheduling/billing is so convenient, and the techs do an amazing job. Tony did a fantastic job today; he was thorough, made sure we weren't having any current pest issues, and was super nice and friendly- which is always an added bonus. We wanted a pest control that would be safe for our dogs and grandchildren to still play in the yard.  On the initial visit the technician was very thorough at explaining the process, asking questions about our needs and he was very friendly.  He spent a LONG time looking at all corners of the property and setting things up.  We are so impressed!  Looking forward to a long relationship with Simply Green Pest Control.

Been using West Coast since we bought in AZ a couple years ago! Been very happy with them and best of all, no critters, bugs, scorpions, roaches etc. Wes is super friendly and helpful. We call and he can get us an appt within a couple days.  He calls or texts when he's about 30 minutes out too. He's prompt and quick... seen him outside working and spraying and taking care around our plants etc too. I think

Wayne at Truforce is outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable. He addressed our concerns when he came out to spray.  Because of Techs like Wayne I have been a very happy customer for all these years.

I love these guys.  We just moved here and had a severe pisgeon problem.  The were able to come out in a timely manner and assess and resolve my situation.

So, G found some termite tunnels and I totally freaked out. We both started researching and came to the same conclusion at the same time - Bills is the place to choose. They offered to come out for an inspection but I just scheduled the treatment - we knew we were dealing with termites and it didn't make sense to have the inspection first.

This was a definite 5 star experience! I wish all businesses I deal with were this good. Seriously. Our tech, Donovan, arrived 5 minutes early. He didn't seem irritated that I was pulling into the driveway as he knocked on our front door. We walked the house together. He pointed out the tunnels we hadn't noticed. Then he explained what he was going to do in detail. He answered my silly questions. He explained how the treatment works and why it kills them. The treatment took about an hour, we paid and he explained what to do over the next month to verify the problem was resolved. The service comes with a year warranty so if we notice any more of the pesky buggers hanging out we can call and Donovan will come back out and take care of them and for $150/year we can extend the warranty and they'll come back and treat the house. I'd prefer not to have another problem, obviously, but if we do I won't hesitate to call Bills.

A young man by the name of Kaiman was sent to my home for pest control. He was sent in followup as the original tech previously sent did not complete the job, but also failed to return as promised. I will admit, I was more than skeptical as I had been around and around with various individuals at Buckwark. I won't go into the long drawn out story. What I can tell you is that I was pleased with Kaiman's professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. Between him and John the Mgr for the West Valley Weed control, they earned my respect. Rather than canceling my service I will continue to use them as my pest and weed control provider. Thank you John and Kaiman for going above and beyond.

Very knowledgeable, personal and professional. Our new build was being swarmed with bugs like crickets, silverfish, spiders and we even found a scorpion. After the house was sprayed, we haven't been having issues like before, and even found another scorpion-however this time he was not alive.

We're very happy so far with the first service and will continue to use them if this stays consistent.

Called for an inspection on a 7000 sq ft building that we have and they promptly came out the following day, completed the inspection, and gave us options for repairs and treatment. I asked them if we could finish this by year end (so in 5 days) and they were able to complete the entire treatment within the weekend!  Ben was extremely professional and provided me with the details of the warranty and of the job completed. I would HIGHLY recommend them for termite services!!

We used to live in Buckeye. A simple phone call to Bulwark and they sprayed our new residence the week we moved in. This last Saturday, Alex M. did the bi-monthly pest spray. He was polite, quick, and made as little trouble for my dogs as they would get. He was also within the first hour of the four hour window that was set by the email notification system.
Then today, Joshua D. came out to spray for weeds. A new service they offer, and something I took advantage of with the small trees in my backyard. He told me what to look for in the next seven day and what to do if it doesn't rain in the next 30 days. Just like Alex M., Joshua D. was very friendly, conscientious of my dogs, and had both front and rear yards sprayed within 30 minutes. He did show up in the second hour of the two hour window, but they're still way better than the cable guy!

Finding termite trails in your home is a BIG surprise.  What do you expect from a termite exterminator -- expert knowledge, thorough termite eradication, reasonable price, professional and on-time completion as estimated -- of course.  I was referred to Arizona Pest Solutions with the premise that they are the best in the business for termite extermination.  And, John and Cecil delivered as expected.  

Quick response time.  The estimate was provided on a Friday, job was completed the following Monday.  Very much appreciated that they were careful to place the necessary drill holes for reaching the subterranean termites in locations which are not cosmetically noticeable.   Totally pleased with their professional execution from start to finish.

We had just gotten back from a road trip with some motel stops and suddenly were seeing several blood sucking bugs in our bed. PANIC.
I called Arizona Heat Pest Services, that specializes in bedbugs and Tyler was fantastic. He set me up with an inspection that afternoon.
Chris come over that afternoon while we were washing and drying (high temp) all our bedding, clothing etc. and within minutes he said they were not bedbugs but some kind of desert kissing bug and not to worry.
He was wonderful and inspected the whole house and said we should spray an outside exterior barrier.
The company is great and we will certainly be using them in the future!

I am very happy with Custom Weed. & Pest, Control found them thru NextDoor per another review.  They are reasonable. Schedule was within a week and they kill bugs! I can't rave enough!  Great job!

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

After one of my son's friends caught West Nile and ended up at children's for two weeks with meningitis caused by west nile we decided to fog for mosquitos.  After Alex was out there were significantly less mosquitos in the yard!

Brandin came out and diagnosed my situation. He even found and identified three different black widow nests that I had no idea were on my property! I'm his notes he explained that he treated the foundation of the home, the edge of the yard and the surrounding fence line. He even put some stuff in the grass that will fix my ant issues! I saw that he treated all of the cracks in my brick wall and he said that's why he guarantees scorpions will he gone.

I'm glad that I called Frontino and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a bug guy. They were on time, here for more than an hour treating our house, and I actually enjoyed my convo with Brandin.

We've been using Orange Pest Control since we've moved into our new house 4 months ago and haven't seen a bug inside the house since. Ronald has been our tech and is great! Always very informative and has the answer to any question we throw his way. Hopefully he will be our permanent tech for all future visits :)
