Amazing service! I had a major leak in my master bath! from my first call they were so friendly and helpful! Lou and Adam were so amazing, efficient, courteous and polite!! I would highly recommend this company!!!  Amazing!!!

Excellent company. I've always used for minor things but they really stepped up with a major slab leak. My home warranty company keeps using other companies that leave a lot to be desired. After dealing with another company that took 2 weeks to even think if repairing a slab leak causing water on my foundation, these guys were out in 2 days (cause I had to work my schedule to be home not because they delayed scheduling). They did a major re routing of my plumbing that other company couldn't even plan for. Way to go diamondback plumbing. Definitely will be on my favorites list.

Called them and they were onsite the same day. Sent out a great plumber and her got if fixed asap. All around fast response, great communication and quality work.

We were in the market for a water softener. Had big name company (P&P) give estimate and sales pitch and then had Lawson come out and their estimate was 1/2 of the other! Joe at Lawson was wonderful to work with! Very knowledgeable and took the time time to explain everything to us.Came out the same week to install! Very happy with this experience. Oh yeah really like that they use local company to source the water softener !! I feel Very confident I made the right decision.

This review is to express how thankful I am that I called Flush King to unstop a toilet in my home. I initially called one of the larger plumbing companies that I had used before, but they couldn't get anyone out for several days. So much for their internet ad which says they provide 24-hour service. I checked the internet for other plumbers and called Flush King, primarily based on the company name because of the issue at hand.
Chris was cordial and efficient during our call and he said Larry would be out to my home within 2 hours. Larry arrived much sooner the 2-hour estimate. He was finished with the toilet in a matter of a few minutes.

Now for the best part. I am having my pool re-done and the gas line to the heater needed to be repaired/replaced. I asked Larry if they work on gas lines and he said yes, sure. Well, Flush King and Larry saved me over $11,000 (not a typo) based on an estimate I had received from that larger company I had used before. The other company, without doing any digging or investigation said I was going to have to run an entirely new line from the heater to the main connection point, approximately 90 feet away. I asked this company if they would be able to make a repair at the point where the piping was damaged and the response, again without any investigation was that an entirely new line was needed. When I asked Larry to take a look and give me an estimate, he did a little digging and determined he would be able to replace a small amount of piping and a couple of connections.
I asked Larry to proceed and he was done in a couple of hours. He even replaced all the dirt he dug up and the rocks that were atop the soil. Flush King is professional and responsive and sensitive to its customers needs. Based on the service and the pricing, there is only one plumbing company I will call in the future; FLUSH KING!! Flush King should be who you call too.

We had a water heater issue, I did research and found them highly rated, requested a quote and got a call back in minutes.  Richard came out, he was awesome, super knowledgeable and helpful.  Turned out the water heater was badly corroded and needed to be replaced.  Richard helped me understand my options and the pros and cons.  He already had one on the truck and got it installed quickly.  Really friendly and easy to talk to.  Will definitely use again.

Amazing service.  This company goes out of the way to assure I was happy and they consistently exceeded my expectations!  Highly recommend this company for any plumbing need!

It was easy to schedule and they provided good communication throughout. Text alert when tech was on the way + email invoice and photos provided afterwards. The tech was on time, friendly and knowledgeable (Deon E).

The only downside is that it was a real bummer to pay an extra $125 for After Hours Fee, especially since the repair ended up being $500+ alone (3lbs of refrigerant + leak sealant). It seems like a fee like that should be waived at a certain price point and I would urge the owners to reconsider this policy. I scheduled on a Sunday at 7:30am for an 8-10 window and the tech was completely done by 10am, so I do understand if they feel the right to charge extra for that quick of a response time.

Had some issues in the beginning but they resolved it. Brian as always is amazing. Always willing to go above and beyond.

Michael came out within a couple of hours and replaced the valve on the water line into our home. Very nice guy and the job was completed as requested.  Price very fair. We plan to use Ascend the next we need a plumber. Thank you!

Uncommonly good experience.  Solid work too.  Very reasonable pricing.  So glad I hired Sound Plumbing to install the water softener I bought at HD.  They also had to install the Plumb lines as the house wasn't built to accommodate a water softener.

I recently had 100% Plumbing out to take care of some shower valves that needed replace.......the replacement cartridges were difficult to find according to a previous plumber.   100% came out , verified the necessary parts, got them ordered and stayed in contact with me while the parts were ordered......... communication is a rarity in business today but these guys did it very well.  They got the parts and the plumber Eddie came out, masked and went right about his business and took care of the replacements.   Very impressed from start to finish with this company,  thanks for taking care of my plumbing issue........you will be hearing from me in the future on any plumbing issues I have.

Highly recommend . Tommy our plumber was so prompt and very good to deal with . It was an usual problem but he fixed it . Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant .
