I wish I could give 10 stars! Jason came out to address a couple small issues and ended up helping us identify some massive issues we had no idea about and saved us thousands in the long run. He was so knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured to have any work done. Needless to say though, we did all his recommended fixes and not only was it amazing pricing but we are so thrilled with what an amazing job he did. Jason and this company take a lot of pride in the work they do and it's so nice to find a company you can trust. Will never go anywhere else!

Levi came out to hook up my disposal and a new faucet.
He did a great job and the price was more than fair.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them at all they are professional honest and very fair.
I had estimates from other plumbers and I just felt like I had no choice but to pay a escalated price until I spoke with Steve.

Our toilet flooded downstairs and we weren't able to clear the blockage on our own. I reached out to this business and they were able to get to me right away. Like that same afternoon! They fixed the clog that was in the main line and all is working again. I feel like the service charge was reasonable for the work they did. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others!

Had an after hours emergency pipe burst and could not turn off the water at the house or on the street with the backyard flooding.

Called Lawson while freaking out and the person on the phone asked questions and informed me of the after hours costs calmly and didn't get flustered as I continued to freaking out at the problem.  just get here!

A short time later, Lawson's plumber showed up, was SUPER friendly and took a few hours to fix the problem and everything is right with the world again, so, they were great, great price and calmed me down during an emergency!

Called this company to come over a take a look at a few items we'd been having trouble with. Response was quick and scheduled an appointment the next day. Chris came out and fixed each issue, even one that other plumbers were unable to fix. Really happy with the service and results.

Adrian did a bang up job. Gave us options for our work. Very professional and informative. Did the job in a quick manner. We would definitely call them again.

I used Lawson at a previous home and they were great so this review is long overdue. Most recently, I had a garbage disposal issue so I scheduled an appointment which Lawson accommodated the very next day. A friendly technician named Dishawn arrived to my home and solved the issue in less than five minutes. Guess what, I wasn't charged a nickel, not even a trip fee. That is what I call good old fashioned customer service which is so rare these days. This continued a pattern (a good one) from when Lawson came to my previous home years ago. They don't nickel and dime you, and only do the work that is necessary in a professional and skilled manner. I cannot recommend Lawson enough and they will be the only plumbing service I use for as long as I live in the Valley.

Pro Skill- Scott- came to home and did a lengthy review of our HVAC system and needs.   He came up with a plan and explained it, and then followed up with a quote for the work that was more detailed than any other bid I received.  I was given options as to SEER and quality ratings i wanted in selection of the units.    We decided to replace 2 electric cooling units and 2 gas furnace heating units.
The crew came to the house on time, were pleasant, task oriented and answered all our questions with patience.  They cleaned up the work site well.   2 weeks after the job, the quality control person -Keith- came out and spent almost 2 hours going over all the work that was done, adjusted one blower speed, and again, answered all our questions.   For a final wrap-up, Scott came out again, delivered paperwork that had been requested and the completed rebate forms for the energy savings allowed.   Im happy with the work, the price was competitive, and their concern about doing it right was evident.

We had an emergency on a Saturday night and Elite Rooter responded quickly to our call. We had the pleasure working with Joel who was very professional and went above and beyond and stayed until the job was done. Two days later Soro came to do a checkup to make sure that everything was working great. In the ten years that we lived in the house we had have many different Rooter company's that comes out but none have never found our clean out . Soro found it within half an hour. we are so please on professional and knowledgeable team is we will continue to use Elite rooter in the future and also recommend to are friends and family

Dave within a couple days and was able to rebuild our custom copper fixture that needed replaced to do a slow leak! Really nice and accommodating as well!

I don't usually write reviews but I had such a great experience with Element Plumbing that I had to write a rave review.  Our water heater was spewing water all over our ceiling and I was in a panic, I was sure it was going to cost a small fortune.  A friend recommended Element Plumbing so I called and Mike was able to come over within a couple of hours.  He was very professional and friendly.  He knew what the problem was right away, explained it all to me thoroughly, had all the parts he needed with him and fixed it quickly and he was very reasonably priced!  I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be using him for all of our plumbing needs.  He was awesome!

Uncommonly good experience.  Solid work too.  Very reasonable pricing.  So glad I hired Sound Plumbing to install the water softener I bought at HD.  They also had to install the Plumb lines as the house wasn't built to accommodate a water softener.

100% Plumbing did a couple jobs at our house and did a great job.  Super friendly, great quality and reasonable price.  Highly recommend.

Allegiance Water Services is a great company. They fixed our problem as quickly as they could, with care and attention. They fixed someone else's poor workmanship by using the right material, the right way by trained and experienced technicians. They also stuck to the quote. I'll call Allegiance every time I have a plumbing or irrigation problem. Thank you Tom and Miguel.

This job was way over priced in my opinion, nearly $8K to repair the sewer line just before Christmas.  They told us it would be a very deep dig, and would need to be done by a special machine, a master plumber,  and that they would be finished in 3-4 days.  The price seemed high but worth it to get'er done before Christmas, and done right.  They put 2 laborers there to 'start' digging but never got the machine.  

For 3 very long days one or two guys dug with shovels, using flood lights after dark.  They had to use their own tools, and were not trained well for safety, but these laborers had a great attitude and worked hard.   My husband had to stop them and call the supervisor to complain that the hole needed to be shored up or it might cave in on them.  The supervisor  dropped off wood and left.  They did their best but needed more guidance.  The laborers were great, never complained, and seemed happy to have my husband watching out for them.  It has been over a year and we have had no problems, so it did get done right, which is why they earned 3 stars.  

Even if they paid the laborers $25 an hour for 100 man-hours of digging/filling in that's $2500.  The 'master plumber' that sold us this job was in that hole for 2 hours max, let's give him $500/hour.  No expensive machine.  For overhead, insurance,  $1500.  That's $5000.  We just felt ripped off once we saw that most of the job was digging by untrained labor and very little supervision!

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

Called Lawson and set up an appointment to have my outside fountain snaked. After arranging my Saturday around the appointment, they showed up and said we dont do fountains. I asked why would you schedule appt then? No good answer. They have done it in the past as ive used them for years. Guy also told me they've never serviced my house ( they have for over 15 years). Very poor customer service and communication

Robert came out today and did such a great job. I have used Option one for almost 10 years and I will continue to. You can always reach them! They come right away even late on a Saturday. They are prompt, professional, easy to work with and always come through. I highly recommend them for any job big or small.

Wow!!!! I just had an install today of two new units. I can't say enough about the quality of salesmanship and installation we received. I would highly suggest Hays for any services that they offer. Their team is knowledgeable and cordial. They also came way under a price quote from a competitor and doubled the warranty. We also got a wifi thermostat was the hi-light of my husbands day!!!  Thanks Hays we are customers for life.

I have never interacted with an AC company that was so knowledgeable and informative, taking the time to address customer questions and concerns in order for consumer to make best purchase decisions.  Luis was the tech, and I'm impressed with how much he cares that one doesn't purchase some product and then later regret it.   I have had this challenge before when the timing, or the order of getting certain services such as Duct cleaning, re-sealing ducts, buying Air Scrubber, and or new HVAC, counter acted other purchase if not done in certain sequence.
