He was the only company willing and able to perform the needed job. I can't  say enough amazing things about Diamondback Plumbing, specifically Brian and Barry. Two other companies were out before them to clear a cast iron shower drain in an older home, neither successful and quoted more than 6k to fix. I called for a 3rd opinion, and am I glad I did. They came out the same day, we're professional, polite, and I felt comfortable immediately. They were confident in their ability and reassuring they would do all they could. They were successful in doing what everyone else said couldn't be done, all for under $190. I've already begun recommending them to my family and friends. They've earned a customer for life. I've hired Hansen Family Plumbing a few times for various projects. Erik the owner is prompt to respond, efficient and knowledgeable. Robert, has always been on time, does great work and leaves my place clean. I'm not comfortable with plumbing jobs so Hansen Family are my guys!

Terri did a great job removing and installing a new propane water heater for us.  He went out of his way to help me clean up a separate water leak that happened to occur while he was here.  I really appreciated his courteous customer service driven attitude he had. He had the best mannerisms of any plumber I've ever worked with.  GREAT GUY and I'll be asking for his help again on another issue in the near term. Good job Terri!!

I would strongly recommend Chris to anyone in need of residential plumbing services.  He installed a hot water recirculating pump at our home in less than 90 minutes.  Chris owns his business and he does the work himself, a great combination.   He was extremely responsive in providing an on line quote for the project and he was prompt in his arrival at our residence.  What's more, Chris' pricing was the most competitive in the area.

We had a water heater issue, I did research and found them highly rated, requested a quote and got a call back in minutes.  Richard came out, he was awesome, super knowledgeable and helpful.  Turned out the water heater was badly corroded and needed to be replaced.  Richard helped me understand my options and the pros and cons.  He already had one on the truck and got it installed quickly.  Really friendly and easy to talk to.  Will definitely use again.

Called on New Year's day for issues with my electric water heater, they were able to send someone out that afternoon.  Mike arrived on time to asses the damage.  He was knowledgeable and offered two options.  Based on his recommendation We chose to replace the water heater due to its age.  The cost was on the lower end of the average based on some brief internet searches. They were able to install today and within a few hours we were back in business.  He also provided general maintenance procedures and some suggestions for cost savings in the future.  I would use this company again and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Our water heater decided to quit, and it never happens at a convenient time. After finding a hybrid water heater at Lowes, you'd think the install would be a breeze. Not so. The subcontractor they use (BSJ Plumbing - see separate review) is unreliable when it comes to communication and quick scheduling. Even the employees at Lowes say they have problems sometimes.
When I finally got ahold of the owner, he said he'd check on an install time and call me back. Well guess what? I'm still waiting for the callback.
I drove to Lowes, loaded the water heater in my vehicle, got the extra parts and came home - now on day 5 with no hot water. I did a Yelp search for a plumber in my area, and Proskill was the first that came up with amazing reviews. It was a Saturday AM, so I wasn't confident it was going to be easy. I left a message and unfortunately, had to move on to the next call. That person said they could install.
No sooner did I hang up, than Garrett from ProSkill called. I told him he was my first choice, but because it had been days with no hot water, I needed to find someone ASAP. He totally understood. Asked me some questions to make sure I had the right material and told me that if something should happen with the other company, to call him (even Saturday evening) and he'd see what he could do?
So here's a guy who's not even going to be getting paid, making sure I have what I need with the right info, etc., and offering to come help anyway, if I need it.
Subsequently, I've stored Proskill's number in my phone and it will be the first one I call when I need something in the future. TREMENDOUS customer service.

I had a plumbing issue that needed to be addressed immediately and submitted the project to 5 plumbers on Yelp. Elite Rooter was able to provide the soonest availability and I had a plumber at my home that same morning. Alex was courteous and extremely helpful. He was able to quickly determine the issue, obtain the parts that were needed, and fix the problem efficiently and at a fair price. Any time you have a sudden unexpected home repair issue, you want someone who has expertise, professionalism, the ability to walk you through every part of the project, and to treat you fairly. Alex easily delivered on all fronts and I would highly recommend him and Elite Rooter to anyone who encounters a plumbing issue.

Needed to replace a shower cartridge for a rental.  I want to have the place ready before the weekend.  Called around and Michael was fast and efficient.   He was able to address the issue that same day.  It was a little on the higher side, but they are dependable with good ratings.

I had a small leaky pipe in attic and had another company come out for quote (name starts with H ends with A) and they wouldn't just fix the problem without installing all new pipes for over $1400!! Total ripoff. I called Sound Plumbing and Dylan came out a few hours later and finished the job on the same day!! He was nice and informed me of his plan: which was NOT to repipe the attic, but to FIX THE PROBLEM. It was reasonably priced and I was very happy that I made that 2nd call for another opinion.

The tech arrived 1 hour beyond the 3 hour window with no phone call.
The estimate to replace two faucets ( I supplied Kohler ) I was told that it is a flat fee for the first and 20% off for the next. Also asked about new shut offs.
That too was a flat fee for the first with the 20% discount for the remaining 3.
After having a minor attack when the numbers were finally given, I said I would need to think on the national debt. He said he would e-mail the estimate. That was 34 days ago and no estimate yet. The faucets are however replaced at 1/3 the cost quoted and in about 3 hours.

I emailed (via yelp) this morning for a quote on a leak detection, to which they responded in three minutes.  They honored a complimentary inspection, showed up exactly on time, and helped diagnose our problem.   Although we are not moved into our house just yet, we will be calling once we are up and running to have them fix our irrigation system.  This experience from start to finish (so far!) has been exceptional.  Amazing customer service!

Jordan is a really good guy. Got me pointed in the right direction even thou we didn't end up working together.

We've used their services twice now; a couple of months ago to replace a leaking kitchen sink faucet and today to replace a toilet. Both jobs were done properly, promptly and quickly. As promised, all plumbers who visited wore their masks, as did we.

I have used this plumbing service twice now.  Back in 2015 and just last month.  Great job, very reasonable prices and professional staff.  Thank you Option One for coming to my rescue - you have a customer for life!

Just the facts:
After reading this, also look at the PS that resulted from the owner's attention.  I was out of town and received a call that a heater in a rent house was not working.  Called Hays--first time I used them.  They told me that a service call was $70 plus repairs and that the technician would call to authorize repairs.  When the call did not come I called the tenant.  The technician had come and gone--discovered it was only the gas valve in the off position--turned it on, furnace was working, and left.  Got a call from Hays asking for $160.  According to the technician, the extra $90 was for the safety check.  I mailed a check so they have no cause for complaint.  
This does not square with all the previous glowing reviews.
Does this deserve one star?  Yes--they should have been more up front about the charges.

PS.  The owner called and admitted a mistake in the charges.  It has to do with what the technician writes down and this technician was new to the company.  A refund is being processed.  Will raise the rating another notch when received.  I will try them again and then Hays may deserve a 5 star rating.
PSS: Received a refund of $90.
