Our shower wasn't draining and I had called around to get quotes. One of the companies said they could come 4 days later. Since this plumber had good reviews I decided to give them call. I called them today at 9 am. They told me a price and that they could come at between 12 and 2. They were able to come earlier and they were here by 10:30 and the problem was fixed 20 minutes later. I would highly recommend them.

Great company! Love the 24/7 service with no additional costs! We had an issue on Saturday and they were there within the hour no extra charge. Completed it quickly and efficiently. Explained all issues. Were Covid careful and invoiced easily. Took cc and a check. Not sure about Venmo. Really recommend this company.

We called Bumble Bee because we thought we had some corrosion on our plumbing pipes, and we were concerned that it might leak. They were prompt and very helpful in pinpointing our problem. Unfortunately, the problem was with our solar hot water system which they don't service, so they could not complete the repair. Their guidance was extremely helpful. We will definitely use them for any plumbing needs.

I was referred to Elite Rooters by our realtors and couldn't be happier. Although it's never fun to have to tackle sewer repairs, Alex & Soro did an amazing job, were extremely responsive, quick & easy to work with. They were minimally invasive, kept me up to speed with everything, patient with all my questions & provide a great warranty. Great experience!  He is hands-on with his own company - he understood and knew what he was getting into before he arrived but still asked questions before he did anything.  Always nice having someone with experience.  Confirmed we didn't have a recirculating pump before cutting off the water, etc.  Dave explained what he was going to do, got us the matching 1/4-turn piece (which others charged more for) and knocked the job out.  He charged what he said he would charge and I am happy (my wife is happy).  Good price and I would rather tip because of a good job then agree to the highest and hope.  
I will use him again for future jobs and recommend to my friends and clients.

Had an issue with the Main water line to the house.  I did my review on yelp and saw that there were some customers that had a similar issue as me.  They had positive reviews which led me to a selection of this company.  No disappointments.  Ascend called me within 15 minutes to set up a free inspection which led to setting up the repair the next day.  Mike arrived on time and kept in contact with me as to his arrival time.  Work took about an hour and issue was resolved.   No complaints.

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

My water heater started leaking and quit Heating water. So I got on the web and called Allegiance. Just my luck, David  answered and quickly went to work  on getting me quickly scheduled fir a tankless water heater install. The price  was right,  and I've been wanting a tank less as I had one in another home.   The Installers came out the next day and within a few hours, I had running hot water with a recirculating pump too!  They were both very professional, completed the job in a timely manner.  Great all around experience with this company! I highly recommend Allegiance and their top of the line tankless water heater. Best investment ever!

My experience was not very good and I was very upset they did not do the job and it pissed me off how long it took for them to get a job I really hope that they can get better company and better stuff

They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.

Option One plumbing was a wonderful choice! Andrew and his team took great care of our home while under a major renovation project, and they completed all of the work (and then some) within the original estimate and timeline. They worked around the clock to get it done and went above and beyond. They were very trustworthy, kind and so helpful. Everything was left clean and tidy and ready for the next project. We would recommend them to anyone and would use them again and again!!

UPDATE: Received an e-mail from Steve Kenyon last night and a call from Chris Hays this morning. Both apologized and conceded that they made substantial pricing error. To be 100% fair, I want to point out that the $300 repair I had done would be equivalent to what Hays would consider a Rescue motor that they feel would be inadequate, but I want to make sure we are apples to apples with what I had done, and they would have been $700ish for the rescue motor, which is in line with what others quoted for an OEM Motor replacement. They also revised their estimate for the OEM motor install (That they feel is necessary and I don't disagree) to $950ish (Still substantially higher than others).
I do appreciate their followup very much and their handling of this has been very professional polite, and they offered to refund my service charge which I appreciate but wasn't expecting, so I'm updating my review from a 1 Star to a 2 Stars

SHAME ON YOU!!!! The AC died at our business today and what do I do.... I go you Yelp Call the highest rated company and scheduled a service call. Guy shows up early PERFECT Relief soon!
After 30min or so the tech come in and tells me The fan is dead and your unit will need an OEM fan because the Rescue fans we keep in our vans wont work with your unit. On top of that, the compressor overheated and we wont know if it will reset until it cools, so it could need more than just a fan.
I say okay, what are we looking at? He said Our Rescue fans run $700-$750 but since yours needs an OEM fan your probably over $1,000 shocked I ask for a quote so we can talk to our building owner and make a decision. He says sure, no problem. He goes to his van and come back a few minutes later and e-mails me an invoice for the $79 service call and a $1,250 Estimate to JUST swap the fan... If the compressor was bad then that would be a whole other thing. We happily paid him for the $79 service call and told him we will let him know what we want to do about the fan once we speak to the building owner.
After the Hays tech leaves, I call the building owner and she referred me to the guy that has worked on the unit in the past. I call him and let him know what Hays said and he choked at the $1250 and said I'll be out in a little bit, but I suspect I can replace it for you for $400-$500 Tops. He said if you can go up and get me the the fan motor HP Rating, RPM and Shaft size I can grab the correct motor on my way and get you up and running. He did agree that we are still hoping that the compressor survived but that's just the chance we have to take.
I'm a fabricator and a mechanic and a general smart guy so I climb up and get all the info off the motor including the Model and part number. I call the guy that the building owner referred me to give him the info and after getting off the phone I decide out of curiosity to google the Model & Part number...... and holy crap!

I can buy it all day long for under $88. I own an auto parts business and by no means am I expecting to pay internet price to have some one come and replace a fan, but lets be real here.... I would expect to pay $250'ish for the fan motor and $250 TOPS for 30min in labor it will take to swap that fan. This sort of predatory business practice is shameful. I have a call into them about this and before she told me she would have a manager call me she said We guarantee our work WOW that must be some guarantee.

Branden did a great job installing a new hot water heater. He even knew how to properly install the recirculating pump. I am in real estate and have seen a lot of plumbing work. They are knowledgeable and speedy.
