They responded really quickly with an estimate and a visit.  The price was good.  When the leak got worse, they were willing to send someone on the weekend, a couple of days before schedule.  Unfortunately the leak hadn't been completely resolved but they came out again the next day and fixed it without further charge.

Excellent company. I've always used for minor things but they really stepped up with a major slab leak. My home warranty company keeps using other companies that leave a lot to be desired. After dealing with another company that took 2 weeks to even think if repairing a slab leak causing water on my foundation, these guys were out in 2 days (cause I had to work my schedule to be home not because they delayed scheduling). They did a major re routing of my plumbing that other company couldn't even plan for. Way to go diamondback plumbing. Definitely will be on my favorites list.

I've had Lawson come out on two occasions and both times they were very professional and honest. In the first case, it was an insurance situation they couldn't handle and they refused to take any compensation for their time.

After calling several of the big guys in town to address a Sunday afternoon plumbing emergency  and not getting a response or being told they were too busy, I am so glad I trusted fellow yelpers reviews and called Chris. He was professional and courteous from the minute he answered the phone through his handshake after the job was completed. He told us he would arrive in approximately two hours and bit only showed up on time but diagnosed the problem and expertly fixed it --all for a price that was completely fair. We will absolutely make him our first call from now on for our plumbing needs.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how great bumblebee plumbing was! They arrived on time, quickly evaluated the problem and gave me a reasonable estimate. Once they started the work they were done quickly and the bill was down to the penny on the estimate. I will definitely use them again!

I wish I could say I had such a positive experience as the others who have left reviews. In May 2021, I had their technician come out for a dripping tub faucet, to install a kitchen faucet, and new garbage disposal. He advised me on the faucet and disposal, but said he'd need help on the dripping faucet in the bathroom. He came out again with another technician, and they replaced a part for the tub faucet. He said, this should help... $385 (for the part he said he needed) and still drips the way it did when he walked in the door (twice, I might add).

I called in July letting them know it still dripped. Their scheduler said they'd send out someone more senior. Couple days later, the same technician showed up and wanted another $300 for 2 parts (to hopefully get whatever was causing the drip). He said he had to find the part(s) however, which apparently wasn't easy.

I sent an email through the company's website detailing the entire experience. No call, no email, no text.

To date, I have still never heard anything back. I'm guessing they don't work on mobile homes much, but was a really expensive, negative experience.

Had a tankless water heater system along with new water softener and carbon filter system installed. Steven E and Caine were here all day and did an amazing job with the installation, programming, education and clean up! Steven's attention to detail and his high standards when it comes to installation and service are top notch and best I have had the pleasure to witness.
Everything went well and I know ProSkill stands behind their products and service. Highly recommend!

BRIAN Kaib with Elite Rooter was personable and professional the entire time he was in our home. He did an amazing job putting our new drainage in our home! He was also clean and had a tidy work area ! He stayed till the job ws complete.  I would have to say he is dedicated to his team. Thank you Brain!

He communicated when he would be arriving and to explained everything that needs to be done and very fair pricing the repairs were done. Ascend plumbing responded in record time was patient with my time frame and got the job done quickly and efficiently. All in all they were great. The price was also a lot better for the sinks than most others. 10/10 service.

Out water heater leaked (2 in less than 4 years - horrible job from Pulte). They came out over the weekend, explained everything, swapped out the heater (was covered in warranty), and charged a much reasonable cost vs others. Great working with them !

Last night my sink got clogged and my wife and I were really worried about both getting it fixed, and the cost of getting it fixed as well. I looked on Google and Yelp and saw how close Rooter Ranger was to us and some of the positive reviews and decided to give them a call in the morning. It's a Sunday on a holiday weekend so I didn't have high hopes, but to my surprise they were able to come in quickly within 4 hours of my call. The plumber who came was friendly and courteous, and told me how much it would likely cost and how much time it would likely take before he started. As the process went on he gave me regular updates until it was complete. He was able to effectively unclog the sink, and gave me some advice for how to keep it from clogging in the future and to regularly maintain the line. Overall, extremely good service, and a very good price for what he did.

Will hopefully not have to use a plumber in the future, but inevitably when I do, I will definitely use Rooter Ranger.

They were quick to respond with out needs for a water softener. I appreciated the details the tech representative had with the materials and he knew his stuff. I asked questions and husband too that made us comfortable to do business with him. I asked him why them and not their competitors and provided a solid statement and his reason why he works for them. I paid a little more more than another company but also felt confident that they work as a team and are happy there to stand by their words. Thanks for your pride in the work you do!

I call 6 AM told them I had a problem I had somebody out here by 8:30 AM for an out for better service Craig was very good very formal would definitely recommend Lawson Family.     . Great service!  I used this company after I had paid $130 to another company who did NOT clear my drain.  This company was prompt and efficient and had no hidden costs or fees.  I will use them again!

Two stars for the friendliness of the tech who came out...other than that?  Needed a sink replaced-I have a garbage disposal and water purification.  I was buying everything-sink/faucets/hardware....just needed someone to take out the old (drop in) and replace with my stuff. $1450.00 estimate...nuff said!
Follow up:  Had another service come out and replace and install AND replace the water valves...$500.  Hays said it would take all day...took three hours. Moving to one star also-why try to rip people off?

I found King heating, plumbing, and AC LLC when my home warranty company  (Old Republic) sent Marc out to take a look at my AC unit that was not producing cold air. I cannot say enough good things about Marc. He was extremely nice, honest, trustworthy, and took the time to explain to me the problem and what can be done to fix it. He took his time and made sure the job was done right. The problem was that we were low on refrigerant and he made sure there were no visible leaks before pumping more refrigerant in the unit. He was able to fix our air conditioner and now my family doesn't have to live in a hot house anymore. This is by far the best experience I've had with a heating/cooling and plumbing company. I highly recommend this company and I even more highly recommend them sending Marc out to your house!
