SO happy to have professional, responsive plumbers that I can depend on. Water emergencies are so stressful. This company responds to calls within 5 minutes. You can easily submit a quote request with photos on Yelp. They are so patient with my plumbing knowledge deficit and anxiety regarding plumbing issues. Lou is great. He is thorough and professional.They take time explaining to me and showing me what is involved. Their pricing is not always competitive unfortunately.

1-24-16 I had back out issue from a toilet from my complex. And Steve the manager on call told me they would come within 2 hours. They show up in 4 hours. Problem did not solve and they left. We have to get the technician back to do the work.

We had major work for repair the pipe for the clear out. The clear out is on the major drive way. After the pipe fixed under the ground, they had the clear out about 3 inches above the ground. Everyday cars pass by hit the clear out. We followed up with the company about 3 weeks. Many calls. They went back Fixed it. Now it is half inch above the ground. Cars still hit the clear out everyday.

1-26 -16 Heather called me that if I do not use their service later on. They would not research the case.  Manager Keith called back correct wrong charge for half hour work charge 2 hours and apologized for wrong doing for not check out work before leaving.  And offer fix the high clear out the next day.   -   I was impressed.

1-28-16. Credit card still with higher charge. and have not heard anyone came to fix the high clear out on drive way. - will keep everyone update.

The owner on the phone was great, but the actual service performed by the worker and price was not worth it.  The worker was very polite/nice too.

The service amounted to be a basic snake clean-out that took maybe 30 minutes, and the worker left a new mess on the floor.  Some of the debris stuck in the line came out with the snake, and it was just left for me to clean up, in a previously clean room.

I paid $150 for around 30 minutes of work, where I had to help carry the equipment down the stairs, I had to pull the washing machine out to access the clean out, I had to pick up the sewer junk pulled out of the line off the floor, and I had to shove it all back.  Which I was more than happy to do expecting a basic clean out rate because the worker was doing a very basic and quick task.  What ended up being a routine service should have run closer to $75, mainly because if you snake a line and pull out sewer debris and leave it on the floor, you don't just pick up your tools and take off.

Edit (to reply): The flat rate included an extra charge for pulling a toilet because I didn't think I had a clean-out available.  When I found a clean-out, the toilet no longer needed to be pulled from the floor.  I've worked with many plumbers in several properties in a few states and I can tell you the worker cut corners and didn't perform close the service I paid for because his wife or someone on the phone was bugging him (call/text).

I would like to highly recommend this business....especially if you have concerns over the current safety precautions this pandemic is causing.  I had a plugged bathtub and as someone in a high risk group was nervous about having someone in my house.  I called Lawson based on their Yelp reviews.  James arrived promptly at 8 a.m. wearing mask and gloves. I sat in my front yard, directed him to the bathroom.  He put on shoe covers, went in, figured out what was wrong and cost, came back out, removed shoe covers and gave me price. He then fixed it, came back out with invoice and asked if I wanted to have him put in my credit card number.  No contact whatsoever.  Professional, pleasant, I felt very secure about the whole process.  Will definitely use again!

Chris came out promptly and literally spent 1.5 - 2 hrs for a drain line clean and camera inspection. Ran numerous mechanicals down the vents, provided camera footage and answered all questions honestly with many options.
Emphatic thumbs up for Chris and would definitely recommend him to all.

Bradley's customer service skills are amazing and almost unseen these days. He was very thorough explaining things, friendly and honest. He was cautious due to possible mold and didn't jump into fixing something that wasn't leaking.  I'll definitely call them again.  I will note that I thought the reps on the phone seemed annoyed with me when they had to repeat something for me or when the phone cut out and I didn't like that so much So that's why it's 4 stars instead of 5.

This is the second time I used Lawson Family Plumbing and I will use them again! A washing machine repair man said that we needed a new valve so we called Lawson. They took a look and said the valves were fine. It's great to know that you can trust a company to not manufacture a problem so that they can make money. I trust Lawson family plumbing completely!

If you live in North Phoenix or Anthem, these guys are the real deal. Recently purchased a no hassle / no haggle hot water heater with install from them. They cared more about me as a customer and getting it right rather than focusing on a sale, which they ended up getting anyways! Great job and will keep coming back.

Good job Stephen and Jr. They unclogged my backed up bathroom sink drain. They continued different methods until we had success. I appreciate their customer service and honoring the quoted price of $77.  Along with a 30 day guarantee,  this was a good deal. I will use this company for future needs.

Dave came in and fixed the broken valves for our washing machine and on top of that fixed our leaky shower. Dave went above and beyond as he was only going to change the trim kit for the shower but he ended replacing the shower valve due to a leak. He stuck around and finished the job and then cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use Somers Plumbers again.

Things will break. They will argue it's not their fault. Absolutely would not recommend.

Brian is one of the most honest men I've ever met in the industry. His knowledge goes beyond what I was expecting and his customer service was excellent. I highly recommend using his company.

We moved here from California and were struggling with how the drip system worked, when and how the sprinklers worked, were scratching our heads on where the sprinkler timers were and when the heck was the best time to water! Holy heck!!! Not only did we call over the memorial weekend, but they actually came out within a day of our distress call! Mr Cook was patient with us. Walked our entire with us in this crazy heat 106 degrees. Took us step-by-step on EVERYTHING!!!! Even showed us how to turn the house water off when we take vacay. He went above and beyond! He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and just an all around great guy! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Really...our fruit trees will survive, our veggies garden will produce, our plants are happy and the little birds are singing with joy! Everything will be watered regularly and our days of losing plants is over! Finally! 5  s !!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Mario snd Jesus. It was a Friday night on a holiday weekend and my toilet was stopped up. They were running behind and came out at around 8:30 Pm. Because it was later than they said they would not charge us. That has never happened!  What plumber would come out, do a stellar job and not charge you?  In fact, they would charge more for a Friday night.  Thank you Mario and Jesus. You are now our plumbers for life!!

Are you looking for a reputable, honest AC company?  Look no further than Hays.  Excellent service, honest technicians and an owner who cares about his customers.  

When we realized it was time to replace our unit we got 4 quotes.  Hays quote was competitive and their labor and parts backed up by a warranty.  Chris (the owner) took his time measuring our home and answering our many questions.  Install was quick, painless and on time.  Not only did Chris follow up, but we received a thank you card a few days later.

I've recommended Hays to many friends and family without hesitation.  More companies should conduct business like Hays does.

I know this company has great reviews, in fact, I specifically asked my home warranty to assign them because of that,  but I had a really bad experience with them and I felt like they totally wasted my time and were dishonest. This review is based solely on my phone calls and service call to my house.   They did not actually fix my plumbing problem.  

I have Old Republic Home Warranty and this is the company that was assigned from my home owners insurance.   I made arrangements to work from home and set up an appointment for Monday, to which they cancelled, last minute, saying that the home warranty company cancelled the work order.  When I called the home warranty  company they told me King's Plumbing canceled the call because they were to busy to take it. I called the company back and reported this to which they denied it being true and rescheduled.  I then planned a second day to work from home to have them come out again. We were set for an afternoon appointment block to which they showed up in the morning unscheduled.  The plumber looked at my issue and told me they can fix it the following week.  Never, mentioning they were not willing to fix my issue bc they were to busy.   

After they left, I then received a call from the home warranty company telling me that Kings Plumbing denied service because they were to busy. When I called Kings, the gentlemen on the phone, did in fact confirm,  they are not accepting the job because they are to busy and short staffed.  The entire interaction was just weird.  I felt like they were not honest with their intentions and wasted my time, forcing me to work from home on two different days when they were not in a position to take the job to start with as they are over worked and short staffed.  I know have to stay at home a 3rd day for a new company to come out and give me an estimate.
