Fantastic response.  They really answer the phone 24/7.  Service was prompt and everyone I talked to was very courteous.  Jason was great and the fee was very reasonable.  DON'T EVER USE ANY OTHER PLUMBER!!!

We called Diamondback Plumbing to fix a slab link in the suspected area on a bathroom.  The technician came out with the sounding equipment and identified where he thought the leak was.  To verify he cut into one wall and cut the hot water pipe coming from the manifold into the bathroom and then kitchen. He reworked the hot water pipe manifold so we could have hot water in the rest of the house. Before going he stated that they would get us a full repair quote the next day and get us on the repair schedule since we had no hot water in the kitchen.  The next day by noon we had no quote or phone call.  We call and was told that it normally takes 1 week to get a quote.  We explained the situation and what was told us.  We were told the technician was in classes for the next few days.  After we talked to a supervisor, he got us a quote.  However that afternoon we found that there was water leaking into our garage from the wall the technician worked in.  We called and left word that we were having leaks.  

Next day, no word from the company so we called and emailed the supervisor and advised of the continuing leaks and our disappointment.  Now 3 days later and more leaking, still no communication even though we paid for the preliminary work done.  To solve the temporary fix, we had another plumber come out.  He determined that the original technician did not put a cap on the cut line and the water is backflowing from the kitchen sink cold water through the hot water line when the faucet is turned partway hot.  So we are not several hundred dollars out of pocket with no communication at all  from Diamondback Plumbing.  

I'd avoid this company and wish there was a way to get all or part of our money back.

Kitchen clogged occurred again but not just my tenants sink but also the neighboring sink next door. Knowing we shared a common line between six units built out of copper and galvanized pipes - we asked Eric to cut out the 1960 design of copper pipes with modern day PVC pipes.

He was efficient and was very prompt to answer a call at 7am Monday morning. He was put there in two hours and worked on it for 6 hours with his partner.

The service was excellent and was very thorough in his work and explanation of reasons why he was taking an approach versus another option.

$800 later we have new updated plastic pipes shared between the units, no clogs, smooth sink drain and satisfied tenants and owners. Now it's all up to HOA to take ownership of this charge - but that's a different issue, not relevant here. However Eric offered to be our technical advisor should anyone have questions about why the pipes were replaced.

We were in the market for a water softener. Had big name company (P&P) give estimate and sales pitch and then had Lawson come out and their estimate was 1/2 of the other! Joe at Lawson was wonderful to work with! Very knowledgeable and took the time time to explain everything to us.Came out the same week to install! Very happy with this experience. Oh yeah really like that they use local company to source the water softener !! I feel Very confident I made the right decision.

I went outside this morning to find that my primary water intake riser had developed a pin hole leak in the soldering of one joint and water was spraying out continuously. I called Flush King and they sent Larry out three hours later. He quickly determined the necessary repair and replaced the defective section of pipe, properly soldering the new piece in place. While he was at my house, he also was able to replace a shower/tub mixing cartridge that had started to fail, restoring full water supply and pressure to the shower. Larry and Flush King were prompt, courteous and professional. Emergency repairs are never inexpensive, but I found Flush King to be reasonable for the quality of work performed.

Top Notch! We had new countertops and sinks installed and needed our faucets installed and plumbing hooked up. From the beginning with online chat with Courtney to scheduling; staff was amazing! The whole process was quick! In fact they were able to come the next day unlike other companies who gave us appointment times a week out. They emailed appointment reminders and texted you to let you know who would be headed to your home. We had the pleasure of working with Dan. He was fantastic! He was honest, efficient and definitely a pro with 34 years of experience. Can't get better than that. Everything came together perfectly. DeeDee followed up to make sure service was completed to our satisfaction. Very professional and caring. They are not the cheapest but you can't beat the quality. As the saying goes you get what you pay for. We will use Bumble Bee Plumbing for our plumbing needs in the future.

We will definitely keep Lawson Family Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. They came and installed a toilet for us and did some other repairs. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Great work!

New to area.  Found their ad in 85086 magazine.  Picked them over other ads because it was family owned, in Anthem AZ, offered no service charge to diagnose the problem (that was huge to me), they will tell me what price is upfront (again-huge), etc.  I called them because AC unit wasn't working when I came home from work.  It was a Friday night.  The owner Tyler called me back within 30 minutes of my voicemail and scheduled an appointment for Saturday between 8-10am with Joseph.  Joseph arrived within that window.  Joseph was clean and respectful and put on foot booties when entering house.  Diagnosed problem and told me up front what charges would be.  Prices were fair.   Helped answer questions about being new to the area and helped me with questions about water softener and whole house filtration system.  This was NOTHING we have experienced before.  It was the FIRST time I have used a Heating/Cooling company in my life that I didn't feel violated!

Great experience!  He is hands-on with his own company - he understood and knew what he was getting into before he arrived but still asked questions before he did anything.  Always nice having someone with experience.  Confirmed we didn't have a recirculating pump before cutting off the water, etc.  Dave explained what he was going to do, got us the matching 1/4-turn piece (which others charged more for) and knocked the job out.  He charged what he said he would charge and I am happy (my wife is happy).  Good price and I would rather tip because of a good job then agree to the highest and hope.  
I will use him again for future jobs and recommend to my friends and clients.

WOW! I called these guys to audit some work, and Mike did everything for free over the phone. I took pictures, provided a description, and he shared his professional opinion. I was blown away that someone would go out of their way on a Saturday!

I just moved in to my new house used Yelp to help find a licensed plumber. I need a new regulator on my built in gas grill. Sound plumbing responded and came to my home for a quote. Brian was on time and came back the next day with the parts and completed the installation. Thanks now I can have a house warming party.

We have been having the same problem over and over - not their fault - McKinley came - fixed and was awesome !  Vert reasonable priced and fast. I have had a consistently outstanding customer experience with Allegiance Water on a series of service visits. I have had a new whole-house water softener and RO system installed as well as new bath faucets, toilet tank updates, and a water heater health check. All services were performed expertly and efficiently; all my questions were addressed and they were careful to ensure that all areas were pristine prior to leaving the site. Highly recommended.

I had issues with my garbage disposal. After contacting several plumbers, Rooter Ranger Plumbing was the only one with immediate availability to address the situation. They were very professional and reached out right away to confirm a time that worked for me. A.J. came out to assess the situation and found the problem. He took care of everything in a timely manner and was very informative about what was going on, without mansplaining, which I appreciate. I asked him to check another problem I was having with a wobbly toilet. He made sure I was aware of what could be causing the issue before moving forward and even contacted his supervisor to ensure I was getting the correct service, which was also appreciated. I have had situations where the plumber dispatched made recommendations that were not correct and they did not seek any higher up recommendations. Rooter Ranger Plumbing provided the proper solution and were able to take care of all my necessary repairs the next day. As a single woman it's hard to trust repair recommendations in any field but Rooter Ranger Plumbing was honest and very capable of handling all of my repairs. Near me plumbing and drain replaced (Two) Moen Magnetix Shower heads in our new home.  Jordon also installed a salt free water softener system. He not only built an inside loop in the garage wall but he went over and beyond. I got an inside salt free water spigot-faucet, a shutoff water valve behind tanks (Great for washing your car) and a beautiful sleeve for my tanks Inside my garage. I still have my outside spigot and water shutoff vale on the outside. I would recommend Jordan to anyone, he was professional, polite, helpful, did excellent work in a timely manner, and left the place clean. Most important the Water Taste Great!!!

I have dealt with a lot of plumbing companies and service companies. But dealing with option one plumbing was so easy and nice. The service repair guy that came out his name was Deric great guy good attitude walked me through everything that needed to be done. So if you're looking for a plumbing repair place option one is your bed to go with. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will definitely use again if needed. I just want to say a big thank you to everyone at option one plumbing for being kind patient and caring.

I hope everyone sees this review.  I just moved to Arizona from Georgia, not knowing anyone.  The AC unit on the condo I purchased died a few weeks after I arrived.  I wasn't in a position to purchase a new unit, but with 106 degree temps I had to figure something out.  Not knowing who to call, I simply responded to an add on the radio and hoped for the best.  Hays immediately came out and did the best they could to keep my current unit running to help me have a little time to figure out what to do, then once it would no longer run they connected me with Jack Zwiers.  He immediately came to the rescue, did I mention it was July 4th, when every other company refused to work?  He was knowledgeable, professional, and was able to answer all of my questions.  Hays offers great financing and made it where I could get my new unit installed immediately. Their prices are competitive and the service you receive is outstanding.  My home has been wonderfully cool and just when I thought everything was done I receive a call from Hays scheduling a quality check. Even though everything is running good, they still come out afterwards and make certain everything is running properly.  I'm definitely one that believes if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't, but please believe me when I tell you Hays Cooling is legit.  I'm already recommending coworkers at my new job to them.

Branden did a great job installing a new hot water heater. He even knew how to properly install the recirculating pump. I am in real estate and have seen a lot of plumbing work. They are knowledgeable and speedy.
