The whole experience was great! They picked up the phone immediately when I called! It was after hours so the wife called me first thing in the following morning to schedule. Got me in same day and my water heater was replaced and ready to go that day! Best home help service I've ever had!

This company advertises free estimates, they wanted $225 dollars to come out and look.... I will move on to other companies, if they are dishonest with just their advertising, what else are they going to say?

I called with an urgent and rather advanced problem (the plunger and snake had reached the end of their usefulness) and -- I kid you not -- within 30 minutes Robert arrived at our door ready to go up on the roof and do some magical plumbing work. Magical work he did, because now all our drains are working perfectly. I am so grateful for the excellent service of EH Plumbing (and Robert)!

Gabriel visited our home on Tuesday to fix a leaky shower faucet. He gave us a quote of $1186. We contacted another plumber. The plumber fixed the leak within 30 minutes, and the charge was $233.

I used Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers to fix a leak in my water main. Chris was great. He was very communicative, responsive, and did a great job. He appeared to be very organized and really cared about doing the job well and quickly. I thought the pricing was very reasonable too. We have a young toddler too, and Chris was very accommodating with texting instead of ringing the doorbell so as not to wake the sleeping kid. He exceeded my expectations and I will definitely call him again if I have another plumbing need.

I had a service call today to find out why i was having chemical fumes coming up from my kitchen drain for over a month, it was starting to become a mystery...Dan was my plumber & he was so nice & courteous & got right to finding the problem, he explained everything in detail & answered all my questions & i was so pleased with having him make this service call,  customer service was also wonderful as well...if you need a plumber, Bumble Bee is where to go & ask for Dan,  .he knows his stuff well....their prices are very good too..i would give them 100+ stars if i could....Thank you again Dan!

Great experience all around. They scheduled me for the same day and were able to come earlier than expected.  Rooted my clogged drain from the roof and got everything back to normal quickly. Nick was friendly and helpful, and I was able to use the Yelp coupon to save a few bucks.

ProSkill Services is the GO TO company for home and service repair. I have used them countless times and they are by far, the cost friendly company in the Valley. Their experience is unparalleled to others and provide an resource we hope to never need. Thankfully, their technicians are intelligent and will do their best to repair what is broken rather than total it and refer you to someone else. They have said me thousands of dollars and I wish I could give a better review.

These guys did a great job. Needed my sewer line replaced from house to city connection and they were very responsive. They were the lowest quote and also had the quickest turn around to get it down. I would recommend them again for sure.

After our usual plumber let us down several times I took to Yelp and found Somers Plumbers.  Its a huge challenge when you are reaching out trying to find a decent person to work in your home.   Someone that doesn't just pull down the first $ number that comes to their head and someone that you can trust to be there when they say and do what you ask.

I am really happy to have been able to find Dave Somers.  Dave is a truly knowledgeable plumber coming from over 16 years working for someone else, Dave now turned his experience over to becoming an ROC Licensed Plumber and business owner recently

He was quick to respond back to questions and rough pricing through Yelp, his communication skills through text/Yelp & phone are fantastic.  I always knew where I stood with Dave.

I set Dave up with 5 different faucet replacements which included new drain/plugs and a challenging hands free kitchen faucet.  Dave came through perfect on everything.  If I didn't have the right part, he had the parts on hand or knew where to get them.   He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.  

I am already figuring out his next project.

Go no further - you have just found a plumbing company that is meticulous, on time, professional and efficient. In 2 days they replaced 2 toilets (1st plumber did not show up). It started with call to the office where Ana was helpful and so nice.  The installation done by Mike and Matt was on time and looks better than any plumbing I have ever seen. Could not be happier with this well organized and well run company. Our highest recommendation and we are picky.

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

Mont answered my call and right away I was struck by his courteous, thoughtful, and thorough demeanor. I explained that we had a nanny at home and he was thoughtful enough to ask her name and get any important information to ensure that she felt comfortable with the technician. They utilize this great service that shows you a picture of the technician as well as notifies you as to when they are en route to the house.
We called because our water softener was leaking and turns out, we just put in too much salt (oops!). I was shocked that we were given great instruction on how to properly use the water softener but weren't charged anything for the consult. It is an excellent and honest business practice and 100% Plumbing has our customer loyalty from here on out.

I was in the market for installing misters around my patio. After talking to several companies I opted to go with Allegiance Water Services and was not disappointed.  They installed the system using my soft water system and housed the motor in the garage.  Mike the Project Manager and Jake the technician were a pleasure to work with. The overall system was very competitively priced.  I'll use them for my other water needs that arise in the future.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and was told they would send a technician out to diagnose the problem for free. The technician didn't even turn on the sink or disposal to see what was happening. He charged $47 to run a snake through the access line, after which he told me that the problem was so severe that it would cost $250 just to run a camera through and see what was going on, and only then would he be able to estimate the full cost of the extensive work that would need to get done. Before committing to that, I got a second opinion, who recommended putting drain cleaner through the sink and that has solved the issue. I feel like I was being conned into paying more money by someone who didn't even attempt to try an easier solution.

I cannot recommend Jordan enough. He is timely/professional/ and most importantly keeps his word. He fixed some loose handles in my guest shower and warranted his work. Unfortunately there was a faulty washer that allowed the shower to drip. Jordan was back out immediately to fix this issue along with a leak in my other shower and honored his warranty. He is great and I will continue to use him as my plumber for as long as I am in Arizona. He is a plumber you can trust!

Mike was outstanding. He explained everything from start to finish He completed the job and cleaned everything  up. I highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing, especially Joe and Mike.

Tim came to service our home after 5 pm on a weekday, and we could t be more thankful, as we had no water! He showed up in a very timely manner and was extremely friendly. The price was very fair and the customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be contacting Option One Plumbing for all future issues! Thank you.

I have two AC units and have to get them checked annually to maintain a Trane manufacturer extended warranty.  I had been using a company called Bob Brown Service Experts, but I got tired of the no-call no-shows and poor customer service (See my 2-Star review of them on YELP as well.)  I decided to pick another company and selected Hays based upon the number of excellent reviews.

I called and scheduled an appointment.  A pleasant young woman took my info and said that I would be getting an email with picture of the tech the day of the service.  I never received the email, but did get a phone call about 45 minutes prior to arrival.  (4/8/16 Update: the email with technician picture was found in my junk mail.) Jerry was the tech.  I found him  to be pleasant and professional.  He took pride in his work and spoke highly of his company.  He went into the attic and checked the air handlers.  This took around 20 minutes per side.  Then he went outside and checked the ground units.  Freon and capacitors checked out to be fine.  Jerry had to use new screws to attach covers, as the previous screws were a little stripped.  Total time spent at my house was around 1.5-2 hours.  The cost $79 per unit.

Constructive criticism:  My previous company charged around $100-$120 to check both units and to me seemed to do a little more.  My previous company would blow out the condensate lines then pour water down the lines to ensure that they are open.  This company did not do that.  This company's website also says that a tune-up includes oiling the blower and outdoor fan motors.  I watched closely and did not see this done.  The site also says the indoor coils would be checked for buildup.  This also was not done.  I was never asked about my indoor filters or if I would like them to be changed.  The site says a 33 point inspection...I don't think so...maybe next time.  I should have asked up-front for what my $80 service per unit included.  I feel that the price is a little too high for what I received.  If I am going to spend that much, a company had better do what is says it will do.  It would also be nice to get a discount for a second unit as the tech is already on-site.  I asked the technician about a discount for a second unit, and he commented that the service fee was already discounted.  I knew the price going in so I did not make it an issue.

A second issue I had was the arrangement for payment.  The technician was required to manually punch in my credit card number into a tablet-type device, including my 3 digit security code.  In no way do I think Jerry would try to do anything illegal, such as stealing credit card information.  I have had other companies do service at my house and like it when the technician simply swipes my card, bills wirelessly, and never sees my full credit card number long enough to write it down.  Only the last four digits of my credit card appear on the receipt visible to the technician.  (4/8/16 Update:  I am watching my credit card statement, and still have not seen the transaction appear.  I do not like this.  The transaction supposedly took place a few days ago.  Why no record?  I'm feeling a little uncomfortable.4/8/16 Update:  I called to inquire and was informed that Jerry's machine/swiper was broken and that my credit card will be billed manually next week when Jerry comes into the office. Little awkward.  I guess I will be watching next week for the transaction.)

Over-all, I generously rated this company 4 out of 5 stars, as I saw definite room for improvement.  Based on the service and price, I guess I am a little hesitant about whether on not to use them next year for tune-ups.  My units were already in top-notch condition and needed no repairs.

From the moment I called in they were professional, nice, and knowledgeable. Randy and Brendan installed the water heater and they were super nice and quick! Great service and great pricing. Really a wonderful experience!! Thank you!
