I used Diamondback Plumbing for a slab leak repair a few years ago and they were awesome. So we called them again a few weeks ago for a leak at the kitchen sink and again this morning for a massive leak in our front yard. For the kitchen sink leak, a technician was out in a couple hours on a Saturday, and it was within an hour or so for this emergency with the main line leak. These guys are reasonably priced - even for an emergency call - and they do really good work. I will continue to call and use them when in need of a plumber. Reliable, quick, and affordable companies are hard to come by!

Very satisfied with punctuality & service. Eric called me back within 2 hours after contacting EH Plumbing through Yelp. Technician Robert arrived the next morning & took care of my issue. Robert fully communicated his plan to fix & estimated costs prior to starting the job.

Called them up due to a good reputation on yelp and was not disappointed. The gentleman that came to my house showed up on time and fixed the issue the same day for a reasonable price and did a very professional looking job. Very happy with the service I got from Lawson. Chris and Larry are lifesavers! A simple toilet water valve replacement went south on me and the next thing I knew I had a damaged supply pipe and had to shut the water off to the house on a SUNDAY morning. I called for help, Chris answered and let me know that he could dispatch Larry within a couple hours. Larry actually showed a little bit before the scheduled time window and had us back up and running within 30mins! We are beyond grateful for their expertise, EXCELLENT customer service, before fair pricing and awesome quality of work. We will for sure be using them in the future for all of our plumbing needs!

I had Michael come out very last minute to make some repairs to our house before we sell. He arrived within 1 hour of my call, knocked it out super fast and did a great job. He was friendly, accommodating and repaired quickly. I was very happy with service and love supporting local small businesses.

Great service, we're first time home buyers and we know nothing about plumbing. It took more trips coming out then we thought so it took longer for the job to be finished. Everything is working perfectly now, they fixed our piping, replaced a toilet, and fixed our leaking master shower. We loved the guy that came and helped us out. We'll definitely call them again with any plumbing problems, just hope it doesn't have to be for awhile LOL

Called Proskill hoping for a water softener repair but unfortunately it was not repairable.  Chance and Harlin were extremely professional, respectful and courteous.  They explained everything including showing us what was wrong with our old unit.  We are more than comfortable referring them into your home as well.  I know that is who we will call when the next thing needs repair or replacement.

Had Soro and Joel here. I just moved into this house and needed to locate the sewer clean out drain so I could drain my pool. They located it 6ft underground dug it up and brought it to ground level for me. They were very professional and courteous and informative. They let me know what they were doing. I feel they were very reasonable and didn't nickel and dime me. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for any plumbing needs. They will be my go to guys before I ever call anyone else.

Dave within a couple days and was able to rebuild our custom copper fixture that needed replaced to do a slow leak! Really nice and accommodating as well!

I've used Michael on a number of occasions and he has been nothing but the most professional contractor (not just plumber) that I've ever hired, and I hire contractors for a living. He's exceptionally clean, communicative, and second to none when it comes to customer service.

I had a small leaky pipe in attic and had another company come out for quote (name starts with H ends with A) and they wouldn't just fix the problem without installing all new pipes for over $1400!! Total ripoff. I called Sound Plumbing and Dylan came out a few hours later and finished the job on the same day!! He was nice and informed me of his plan: which was NOT to repipe the attic, but to FIX THE PROBLEM. It was reasonably priced and I was very happy that I made that 2nd call for another opinion.

Had water dripping through my kitchen ceiling yesterday from the upstairs bathroom.  I didn't want to wait a few days for the home warranty people to come out.  I found their info on NextDoor and called them right away. They had a technician out within 2 hours.  He explained what he was going to do and was up front about the cost of diagnosis.  He determined it was a faulty seal on a recently installed upstairs toilet.  He fixed the problem.  Everyone was professional.  I think the repair and reseat of the toilet cost was fair given it was an emergency call.  I asked him if he should check my other upstairs toilet that was recently installed and he took a look and told me he didn't believe there was an issue with that toilet and he didn't want me to have to pay for him to pull the toilet and then reseat it if there was nothing wrong.  I would use them again for sure.  No negatives.

I was very impressed with Rooter Ranger Plumbing! They responded quickly and were able to have a technician out right away! Jesus assisted with the estimate/problem solving and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Adrian performed the service and was quick, thorough and was cautious keeping things clean. I highly recommend Rooter Ranger!!

They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.

Open on Sunday and same day service. I was happy with the price and time needed to complete the job. I would definitely call again when needed.

A special shout out for Andrew and Robert Garcia from a valued neighbor. They did an outstanding job quickly fixing a difficult to reach leak in the neighbor's attic. The job involved excellent teamwork as they crawled into a very tight space to complete the work. This was the second job by Option One for our neighbor. A few weeks ago Robert also responded to replace a section of a clogged vent pipe located inside a brick wall. In both cases a job well done!

Our 13 year A/C stopped working last night, or should say the Blower stopped working.  I can do some A/C stuff, so went up on the roof, but couldn't get it working.  Called Hays at 7 AM, they said someone would be there between 9 and 11 AM.  They called back at 7:30 AM and asked if it would be ok if the guy showed up between 8:15-8:30 AM.  Of course I said no problem.   They were there at 8:25 AM, So time estimates where dead on!

I explained what was going on, we went up to the roof and they did a quick test to bypass the thermostat.   It worked, so I went back down and set the thermostat to on, it worked again.  They also recommended switch the fan motor for LOW to HIGH.  I inherited this A/C when I bought the house 3 years ago.  What great guys to explain how it was hooked up, I said let's do it. What a big difference that made in the house, really blows now, covers the rooms better (1954 house)!  They checked the freon, cap, etc and said it all tested good.  

They also told me, if it happened again most likely it means it's the circuit board, which I believe, he tapped the relay's on it before bypassing the thermostat.  The Circuit board is showing some burnt spots etc.  They did not recommend to replace it at this time, it might last 5 years, it might last 2 days they said.  If the issue occurs again, the board probably needs replaced.

They charged me standard $69 service fee, and 1/2 hour of labor.  Sounded right to me!  I cannot stress how great it was to find honest A/C service techs.  Hay's is my new #1 A/C company!
