Wonderful company!!!. We had a leak from our second story bathtub down into our kitchen. The plumber that arrived was courteous and very professional. Turned out to be a leaking drain and overflow pipe. He didn't have the part we needed on his truck, but he came back the next morning, Saturday, to finish the job. Great work.

What was above and beyond, was their customer service. I received an email invoice, but it was not the same price as I was verbally quoted. I called and Chris honored the verbal quote, even though it was below what is their standard charge for the work they did. This kind of integrity is hard to find these days and it earned them a customer for life from me.

5 star rating again for great customer service and response time. Your tech,Levi was very dedicated to getting our line unblocked for me.He hung in there till it was open and made sure there was no more restrictions in our line. We feel Levi is a great asset to your organization and would like to see him do more of our plumbing calls in the future. Once again your service was excellent as always! Thank you!

I had a main water line leak back in 2012, and the company that did the line replacement left the city sometime since then. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, instead of installing a single line from the meter to the home, they put a coupling towards the end, and that section was the weak spot. It started leaking in December 2023. Hansen provided me with an estimate and then diagnosed the plumbing situation. The original installers had done some very non-standard installation practices, and Hansen's team had to figure out not only what they did, but also find an even better solution to do the repair. They worked on coming up with a solution for several hours and even brought in a seasoned expert to examine the previous job that was done. I really admired that about the company because their concern was doing a professional repair job and making sure I was satisfied. In the end, they came up with a solution I was happy with and confident would last. They didn't just come in and say, This is what we're doing, take it or leave it. Instead, they worked with me and were very accommodating. In the end, I couldn't be happier. I wanted a family-owned business, which is why I picked them over companies that charged less, but I'm positive I made the right decision because I got good value for my money. Side note: They even restored my landscaping and left the place as they found it.

Lawson Family Plumbing is very responsive and fair. Harley came out and replaced the shut off valve and the flap in the tank but the toilet still runs, turns out the toilet is 11 years so, instead of taking it apart and looking for the problem it may be worth it to just replace it with a new one. I'm looking around now for prices on toilets and installation.

Company was not up front about fees to come and bid a water heater replacement. We were told after the fact what we would have to pay for the technician to come out. Bid was also higher than any bid I've ever had for a water heater replacement.

Just needed a faucet nozzle replaced. Get scheduled for a day but no time given. Then on the day of appointment They said running behind can we reschedule for next week!  I waited all day, very annoying.

My upstairs shower was leaking inside my master closet and ruining my shoes. With the holiday season I worried I'd be stuck with a huge problem until after the new year. Until Megan answered the phone. She was super nice and set up an appointment the same day! Nick was right on time (actually a few minutes early), quickly did an assessment and was able fix in less than 2 hours! Worried that my birthday week would doomed, this experience definitely cleared the looming black cloud feeling you get when thinking about leaks and home repairs.

Our A/C went out when it was in the 100's, I called George Brazil to come out figuring they are larger and have less overhead. Their service was horrible, he kept telling me he had 5 more appts. that day and I needed to hurry and make some decisions on the new unit to purchase.... The service with them was sub par.

Proskill just happened to be tuning up my next door neighbors A/C on the same day and I went over to see if they could come look and give me a price for a new unit. My neighbor highly recommended them as he knew them personally. G.Brazil gave me a price for a 16 seer York for almost $10,000, the same seer unit except a Trane brand was thousands cheaper. Proskill came out the same day to look it all over and had it replaced within the next couple days. They did a beautiful job, they had to rebuild our attic access, it looks better than it did to start with, had to pour a larger slab and they went the extra mile on everything they touched. They kept my home super clean despite all the insulation up in the attic and the A/C is awesome!! These are my go-to guys from now on!! Highly recommended, so lucky I found them. :)

I accidentally flushed a 6 inch makeup brush down the toilet. This is my 1st time using a plumber and I really thought I was going to get ripped off.  Elite Rooter gave me an estimate of $77 to remove the makeup brush.  I was like score, I couldn't afford any additional charges. The Technician knew what his was doing.  He came in with a shop vac and sucked out my makeup brush! He was here probably for 15 mins.  I definitely recommend this company for your Plumbing needs!

Amazing customer service from Somers Plumbers.  I used them for new plumbing installations and I highly recommend them. Very thankful to have found them through the Yelp bid request.

Austin felt it was only fair to not charge me because - it was NOT BROKEN...just needed a lowering of the h20 levels - in the new toilet !

5 star rating is not enough! After replacing the fill and flush valve in my toilet myself, (I think I'm Miss DIY) water was spraying from the supply line and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Jordan came out and found that it was missing a gasket that was stuck in the old part. He took it out and screwed the water line in, made sure that the toilet was flushing the way it should. I was surprised that it was such an easy fix and felt like an idiot. Another company told me I might have to replace the entire water supply line, but what surprised me even more, was that Jordan refused to charge me saying, I didn't do anything, even after removing a hose that was stuck in my backyard and checking my shower head. I was floored and asked him multiple times to charge me for his time, and gas but he refused. Such an amazing experience.  Most companies would have never taken a simple job like mine or would have charged a service call. I will be calling again and referring him to everyone I know. It is so hard to find honest, reliable, kind people. Thank you so much Jordan, you are amazing!

I want to commend JOE with Lawson Family Plumbing!!!  On time, professional, knowledgeable, very clean, work done with in a very reasonable time, courteous, outstanding communication.

Option One was nothing short of professional and our go to for our plumbing needs. They were running very behind with their appointments and I got two calls letting me know if the severe delay. They ensured my appointment would still be kept even on a Friday night. Matt our technician was professional, and knowledgeable. Our issue was resolved within 20 minutes.

If only all contractors could be like Hays...  *sigh*

My HVAC system, while I'm sure worked fabulously when it was installed in my home in 1992, had slowly become my little housing nightmare.  Like clockwork, it would crap out on Christmas Day, or July 4.  After spending too much money band-aiding it over a few years, it was time to replace the system.

I had Hays provide a quote, along with 2 other contractors.  I ended up selecting Hays, and besides going back to my natural hair color, it's been one of the best decisions of my life.

I was given a firm date and time for my install, and sure enough, the crew showed up on time, ready to work.  It was incredibly well orchestrated.  It's not like they arrived in waves, and stood around on the driveway, waiting for direction.  Every person who showed up knew exactly what to do, and set to work doing just that.  It was quite something to watch, actually.

8 hours later, I had a brand new HVAC system.  And, they even cleaned the floors.  lol

The owner, Chris, came towards the end of the install, and I thought that was a really nice touch.  How many owners actually bother to check on installs anymore?  I had my pool redone, and never saw anyone above the project manager.  So, it meant a lot.

Since the install was completed, I received a few initial follow-up calls from Hays to make sure everything was working fine, and I was happy.  The sales person came a week later to take heating/cooling measurements, to make sure the system was calibrated properly (!).  Better yet, since it's been about a year since the install, the girls in the office actually call me to set up my scheduled service appointments.  I don't remember these things, and if you miss your appointments, it voids your warranty, so I love that the employees stay on top of this for me.

The system itself works perfectly (nothing stops a Trane!  lol), and my bills are 25-30% less per month than what I paid with my old, tired system.  

I couldn't be happier with the experience with Hays, and I have such peace of mind knowing I can rely on them in the future.

Highly recommend King Plumbing!  Extremely fast to respond for service.  Very prompt,  extremely efficient and very knowledgeable in their field.  Everyone I spoke with and worked with was very polite as well.  In the future if I need service they will be number 1 on my list to call!
