Had a really Sh**ty situation. Lou and Anthony came very quick to help on a SATURDAY! They were quick to get to work and went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected and got a restoration team to come right away to help with the cleanup! Lou was very professional, explained the issues and resolved them right away! Really appreciate the quick response and help! Highly recommend!

My first call to Rooter was at 9:30 on a Sunday morning. By noon a brand new water heater had been installed, the old unit taken away, and with a very competitive price. Can't ask for anything more.

I work graveyard shift, I expect bad sleep when I have any service call.  I specifically asked for 1st appointment or after 2pm.  My appointment was made three days early and this wasn't an emergency.  Staff said they start making calls at 7:30 the day of.  At 7:45 I call and she said I should be getting a call shortly, two hours later I have to call and am told when they are coming.

Garbage disposal replacement.  I explain I don't want the cheapest and not the most expensive but somewhere in the middle.  The price with the service club is cheaper so I say sure and the price is $850.  As it is explained, a pipe is installed wrong and this also needs to replaced.   A search on Home Depot for these items is 109.00 (disposal) and $5 (for the 1.5 inch P-trap pipe).  $850.  Initially I tell them to start and then change my mind and agree to pay just the service call fee.  

A 'mandatory' call to the office by the tech after that and they bring it down to $494.  The fact that you can just drop the price $350 tells me that you are overcharging customers who aren't plumbing savvy.  No, will not be using this company again.

My garbage disposal broke. So I googled a plumber and these guys looked friendly enough. Luckily, they said they could come today. Phew! I don't have to go the weekend without a disposal.

Joe called me before he was on my way to my house. He tried to unclog the disposal and found some plastic and a toothpick. Oops. He turned back on the disposal and it was making a soft humming sound. After he tried a few other things, he told me my motor is dead so it would actually need to be replaced. While he was doing that he found one of my pipes was cracked and that's why it looked all brown on the outside. He replaced that too.

I appreciate the honesty Joe showed. He didn't just try to sell me on a whole new disposal right away. He tried to fix the disposal before recommending a new one. He was fast, professional, and friendly. I would definitely have Joe help me out with a problem again. So, thanks Joe! I appreciate the work you did for me and I hope to not need to see you too soon. Haha. But I will definitely recommend you to my friends.

This is the second time I called on this company because my first experience was great. They are very fair and reasonable with their estimates. Both guys during those two different service dates were professional, very polite and took time to explain what's going on. Fernando was the last guy who we worked with and he was very responsive to my calls and scheduling needs. He accomplished the job efficiently and he cleaned up his work area. He was definitely very helpful. I just hope this company continues what they are doing to keep these well trained and professional techs with them. I am glad to have found my go to plumbing company.

Dave came in and fixed the broken valves for our washing machine and on top of that fixed our leaky shower. Dave went above and beyond as he was only going to change the trim kit for the shower but he ended replacing the shower valve due to a leak. He stuck around and finished the job and then cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use Somers Plumbers again.

We had a leak appear from our upstairs shower onto our downstairs ceiling. I called 100% plumbing and they got Angel out there within an hour. Angel opened up my ceiling and found that the issue was not related to a plumbing issue. He then put me in contact with a tile guy and he got a restoration company out to my house for me. There was no charge for his time and the company did not try to gouge me for something they couldn't fix. Very honest and helpful during a very stressful situation. Definitely recommend this company and Angel.

Able to schedule over the weekend. Estimate was 700 less than another company.  Very reliable and professional. Great job.  Romel did a great job. He came to do one thing and then I asked for several other things and he fit it in and for a much better price.

My restaurant was backing up and an employee of ours recommended Rooter Ranger. They did a fantastic job. They had me back up and running within hours and I did not have to shut my restaurant down . I will be using them anytime I have an issue! They were great!

Tony is the man! Came to see our (pretty gnarly) plumbing situation, got us a very fair quote, and was back a couple days later to do the work. It was a pretty big job and Tony did a great job of keeping me informed and walking me through what he was doing, and he was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again if we need plumbing help and I would highly recommend them overall

The heat at my office wasn't coming on, and my employees and customers were cold!  When I first called Hays, they said they couldn't get out until the next afternoon so I was going to check around to see if I could get someone out sooner.  Hays called back a few minutes later to say a cancellation had opened up a time that same afternoon.  It turns out they still weren't able to make it that afternoon, but Mike was at my office promptly at 7:00 the next morning.  He was police and professional.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and clearly outlined my options.  I was pleased with the service and will definitely call Hays again if I have any heating or air conditioning issues, either at my office or at my home.

Our daughter's house had a plumbing issue and water leaking from the kitchen. I had called a couple other plumbing companies in the area but no one could come out right away, some were booking 2 weeks out. I called King Plumbing around 2 pm. The repairman arrived before 5 pm and had the repair complete inside of 1-2 hours. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that did the repair but he was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The cost of the repair was also reasonable. I do recommend this company and will use this company again if needed.
