I called Pink Plumbing to help with a shower not getting hot enough. Not only did Lou and Adam fix it within minutes (literally couldn't believe how quick it was!) they were also the friendliest and kindest people to work with. I couldn't recommend Pink Plumbing more if I tried. They will be my new go to plumbers. Thank you so much!

Had a very bad experience with this company.  We had used them in the past with no problems.  Called yesterday AM & asked for help with a clogged kitchen sink.  They said someone would be the late afternoon.  Checked again late afternoon & they said we were still on the schedule & someone would be there by 7:30.  Called again at 8P & the night tech said someone would be there in 2 hrs.  I gave up.  We never heard back today from them.  We would never use the again

Have used EH Plumbing twice for two different toilets. Both times the service was prompt, professional and the rates were very reasonable. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

On time, prompt response to yelp message, they were one of the only companies that gave me a quote, most of the other companies wanted to charge a fee to come out, and then they would tell me the cost, and even if I declined they were going to charge the consultant fee.  Will definitely use Flush King again. Shower faucet decided to quit working and water was leaking by the buckets so I went to YELP to find help. I came across this company and based on reviews, decided to give them a shot since this was pressing and of course on a Saturday. Mike arrived on time assessed the problem and provided multiple quotes for various ways to make the repair.  It wasn't a cheap fix but Mike knocked it out quickly, was very detail oriented, pleasant and trustworthy. I would call on them again and recommend them to others.

Of course over the last Thanksgiving weekend, our hot water heater went out. We were able to get in touch with Lawson and they sent somebody out the next day, even though we didn't have an appointment. That was Friday, and unfortunately all of the suppliers were closed. However they made room for us Saturday, obtained a new hot water heater, and put it in at the end of the day. Nick and Paul, I believe was his name, did a great job. I also learned a lot from Nick about hot water heaters in general while they were putting it in. Very personable and did a great job as they always have. This is not the first time that I have used Lawson and the reason I keep using the company!

Update 02/08/2021: Greg and the GM reached out over the weekend and had Greg come out in the morning today to take a courtesy look at my work (I installed a sink over the weekend myself). They helped fix a tiny barely dripping nuisance cold valve supply line and ensured everything was done properly as spoiler alert: I am not a plumber. They also made things right with the sink. I will chalk this up to a very green technician needing some coaching rather than an overall bad business.

Still taking a star off for the initial encounter but the response warrants a 4 star rating. We could potentially do business in the future as long as experienced, seasoned techs come and do work here based on the service after the first experience.

Brian came over to fix a clogged disposal. He was extremely personable, professional and thorough. He was eager to help us and explained everything that was going on. He also came to our home to fix a leak and again was very thorough. I could tell it was a challenging leak and he was determined to fix it working extremely hard late into the evening. We will recommend Brian to anyone who is ever in need of this service. Brian also spoke very highly of his company which I thought was nice to hear.

Sound Plumbing did a great job for us today. We had a few items for updates and repair, Brian was very professional and knew his stuff. Definitely will call again for any plumbing needs.

Not sure about other plumbers but Eden is the best I've seen. He has been out several times and is all about saving his customers money! A lot of companies up charge! He is honest and lets you know the facts so you can decide! Solid company and solid guy!

Outstanding help on my irrigation system.  The technician, Tom, was prompt, Courteous, knowledgeable.  He went right to work and diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. He explained  Everything as he went along. Would rate higher than 5 stars if it were available.

Jarod is awesome! Best plumbing experience in ages! He told me when he'd arrive, was on time, and did very efficient, outstanding work in unclogging a shower drain. Very quick service -- he was available the same day I called. Very experienced and personable, patient, and willing to answer questions and make recommendations. Absolutely no issues or problems. Price was fair and very reasonable. Jarod also promptly returned my call with a follow-up question, what more could a customer want or ask for? :) Outstanding service and he's now my plumber for life! Two thumbs way, way up! I virtually never write reviews for anyone, but Jarod went the extra mile and deserves it.

5 star rating is not enough! After replacing the fill and flush valve in my toilet myself, (I think I'm Miss DIY) water was spraying from the supply line and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Jordan came out and found that it was missing a gasket that was stuck in the old part. He took it out and screwed the water line in, made sure that the toilet was flushing the way it should. I was surprised that it was such an easy fix and felt like an idiot. Another company told me I might have to replace the entire water supply line, but what surprised me even more, was that Jordan refused to charge me saying, I didn't do anything, even after removing a hose that was stuck in my backyard and checking my shower head. I was floored and asked him multiple times to charge me for his time, and gas but he refused. Such an amazing experience.  Most companies would have never taken a simple job like mine or would have charged a service call. I will be calling again and referring him to everyone I know. It is so hard to find honest, reliable, kind people. Thank you so much Jordan, you are amazing!

We have been in AZ for the past 4 years,  and went through many mediocre to lousy plumbing companies.
our water heater that we have bought from another company and was 3 month old was not working, the original company APS gave us the run around and wanted us to call the warranty company to come out to have it fixed, till a friend of ours recommended Lawson Family plumpbing, what a surprise, from the moment they answered the phone to scheduling the appointment, for the next morning, the tech Kevin was  so friendly and kind and patient, diagnosed the problem and had it solved at no time, saving us hassle and expense.
I could tell you that they have a customer for life from us, we highly recommend Lawson Plumbing to everyone, do not waste your time and money by Going to any any other company.

Brandon and Randy arrived to replace the under-sink water-heater and had the job knocked out quickly, professionally and were very personable - I enjoyed the conversation while they were getting the old out expeditiously and the new in so we have instant hot water again for dishes.
