More than I expected to pay, but he went above and beyond to locate my main water line valve. As well as replace my broken valves.
Would definitely hire them again for any of my plumbing emergencies.
I appreciate their immediate phone call to me and reassured me over the phone after I uploaded photos.
Their tech also provided me with a brochure and verbally told me about a solution for my next possibility of a water softener that doesn't involve salt. He also respected my social distance and was a very respectful human being.

Happy Thanksgiving!!  If I didn't love these guys before, they seriously walk on water after tonight!  I noticed around 7:00 p.m. water coming out from under my sink.  When I opened the cabinet, it was pooled on the bottom and dripping down the edges.  I couldn't see a leak when the water was off but every time I turned on the water, it would start up again.  Cooking Thanksgiving dinner without being able to use my sink had me feeling pretty disheartened.  On the off chance that someone was working, I decided to call Diamondback (they've always been great before).  The person who answered the phone couldn't have been nicer and said their on-call person would call me back shortly.....  Wow!  Now, admittedly, I am not mechanically inclined, but he listened to what was happening and literally walked me through how to fix it on the phone.  Service call fee saved, Thanksgiving cooking fest saved, Diamondback to the rescue again.  These guys are AWESOME.  And a very special thank you (thank God) to Brian - Happy Thanksgiving :-)

We had a water valve connected to our sprinkler and pool pipe system frozen closed and needed ASAP attention. We called Lawson and they had James out within an hour! James was very professional and polite, explained every step necessary to get the system working properly again, and proceeded to replace and repair a very complex copper pipe system in just a few hours. He went the extra mile to make changes in the system to make it more efficient and reliable, and offered us a price that was very fair and more than competitive. I couldn't be more happy with the result. I highly recommend this company, and will use them again if I ever have the need.

Contacted Chris and within an hour he was at our house. He diagnosed our ceiling leak - which turned out to be an issue with our ac. He called someone out to deal with the demolition and repair and they showed up within an hour as well. Very satisfied with Chris's professionalism.

Really responsive to request for quote on Yelp - requested quote late last night - got an immediate response and scheduled onsite visit at 9am today! Good communications via email and received a heads-up call 30 minutes prior to schedule. Jim arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Provided quote and performed work on first visit. Cleaned up work area afterwards. I was very impressed with Bumble Bee Plumbing from first interaction all the way through completed work. They will be my go-to source for all plumbing needs from now on.

If you are looking for reliable, honest service then Lawson family plumbing should be your choice.  I've had them come out to my home a couple of times now and have never been disappointed.  Everyone working there is very knowledgeable.  I've used other companies before and they have not been on time, upfront and honest like Lawson Family Plumbing.  They've replaced a toilet, shower valve and given advice that has saved me over $100.  I will continue to use them as well as recommend them to family and friends.

Wish we never called this company to come in our home! Our master bathtub wouldn't drain so they sent someone out and he snaked the pipe and cracked it. This caused water to come out of our ceiling and then they tried hard to push their restoration company on us.

We ended up calling a different plumbing company who really educated us and said that pipe should not have been snaked and we did not need a restoration company involved.

Because of Elite Rooter we had to pay for dry wall, fix the crack pipe, and that didn't even cover the root cause of what was causing the clog in the first place. This company costed us close to a thousand with damages and didn't even fix the issue.

Called Somers Plumbing based on Dave's experience & customer reviews and he lived up to all of it! Quick response, explained the problem & fixed it quickly! A nice guy. You're crazy if you don't call him & support this entrepreneur and his new business!

I asked questions and husband too that made us comfortable to do business with him. I asked him why them and not their competitors and provided a solid statement and his reason why he works for them. Thought I had an issue with the water heater, so I decided to give Lawson a call. Ken came over to the house to check the system and found it to be functioning ok and even educated me in some of the things in regards to water heaters and the associated plumbing. I never realized that our system had a tempering valve, which is apparently a requirement since about 2016 for new installations. It requires the temp setting on the water heater to be dialed up more than what I was used to, and it then regulates the temperature output into the hot water line. It basically allows the 50 gallon tank to act like an 80 gallon tank...learned something new! After throughly checking out our perceived issue, I was all prepared to pay up for his time, but I was told that there was to be no charge for this visit. Wow!! That's good value and then some! If you're looking for friendly, courteous service from the office to the techs, please give them a call. They just added another loyal customer to their list.

I had 2, twenty-one year old Trane units at my house that were still running fairly well.  Thought I was on borrowed time and decided to replace them.  Received three quotes from reputable firms in the valley and they all came in about the same price range.  The sales rep from Hays, Bill S., was very thorough in his presentation and fully explained the install processes.  He took the time to explain how the install would be considerable better than what I currently had and that an actual Follow-Up inspection would be performed several days later to confirm the install was correctly done and that I was totally satisfied with the operations of the units.

The installs were completed in one day as promised and everything was completely cleaned up and double checked.  I am amazed as to how much of a difference in the comfort level there is now and how much quieter they operate.  Difference between night and day.

The driving factor of our decision to go with Hays was the Yelp Reviews.  Hands down so much higher ratings than the competition.  Not a doubt in my mind that we made the right choice!
