These guys  are awesome. They respond quickly, get the job done right the first time, and are fairly priced. With our old house, we'll be using them again, I'm sure!

We needed emergency service to repair a leaking pipe in our attic! Diamondback Plumbing was so quick and kept great communication with us.

I called Eric with a massive leak under my kitchen sink and he talked me through the fix over the phone -- turns out it was just a loose connection at my pull-out faucet.  He could have made an appointment to come out and charge me for a service call, but he didn't, and I SO appreciate that -- he saved me a ton of money and he will definitely be my go-to guy for any plumbing issues going forward.

If all companies exhibited integrity, honesty, and efficiency like the people at Lawson Family Plumbing, this world would be a more excellent place. Having a hot water heater decide to fail is tough, but when the shower/tub faucet also went wonky, it felt like the pipes were actually conspiring to put a dent in my track record of moving through the day like a speeding train. Chris was sent to put these two things into right order--which he did--and now all is back on schedule and running on time. Chris went above and beyond to problem solve and I appreciate him, and his work, very much.

Very satisfied with the service I received from Chris tonight for emergency service to clear my clogged drains.  Responded promptly on a Sunday night and went through a thorough process to resolve the immediate issue as well as identify other less urgent future potential issues with the pipes in the house.  Reasonably priced.

Everyone wants and hopes that their renovation goes smoothly.  Reality shows that isn't always the case.  We have hired Bumble Bee plumbing to help with remodeling 3 bathrooms and a kitchen.  Everything went well until the final bathroom.  We had a leak with the shower valve that we couldn't get to stop.  Mike and his team came out several times, worked with the manufacturer of the valve to get and replace several parts before it was determined that we needed a new valve installed.  This meant tearing out some of the tile and cutting a hole in the wall.  Nobody want to hear the news that their newly tiled shower needs to have a hole cut into it.  The Bumble Bee team was there for us every step of the way.  They worked tirelessly on our behalf to make sure that the shower was perfect, and that we were satisfied with their service.  Hopefully your project will come together smoothly.  But what a great insurance policy to know that you have a team on your side when they don't.  I'm not a robot, a paid promoter, or someone who received any sort of compensation for this review.  It's real, Bumble Bee plumbing is the real deal.  I won't have any other plumber help with my plumbing needs, and you will rest comfortably knowing that when you hire them you will get the same amazing service.

I called for a tankless water heater problem that was reoccurring and they sent a tech out within a couple hours. Mike showed up and got on the phone with a service rep and did some minor adjustments to what may have been causing the problem and was very helpful in explaining what he did. I definitely have found my plumber to use in the future. Thanks again, great customer service.

We were planning on replacing our heat pump this year but a mid-summer air conditioning failure moved it up on our priority list.

As snowbirds we had anticipated waiting until we were in AZ for the winter but Tyler and Michael were so easy to deal with that we did most of the up-front work via e-mail and phone.  Tyler was very patient with my evolving requirements and never ending questions. The day came a week ago and the crew arrived on time and ready to work. Despite a few unforeseen challenges, including having to relocate the new water heater as it wouldn't fit in the original space,  the job was done professionally, on time, and on budget. We even had them replace our toilets with great new Toto units!

I would highly recommend than to anyone needing repair or replacement of plumbing or HVAC. Their work is great and their prices are reasonable.

Communication 2 stars.  I never knew what was going on, they did not communicate with me once they were hired.  They did respond when I complained about the work quality.
Price 3 stars.  Were very expensive, but I assume consistent with other plumbers.  I did not get multiple estimates for $2k work - should have.

Absolutely the best! Got right down to the problem and fixed plugged kitchen sink. Fast, efficient and reasonable. Couldn't ask more than that!

I had a small leaky pipe in attic and had another company come out for quote (name starts with H ends with A) and they wouldn't just fix the problem without installing all new pipes for over $1400!! Total ripoff. I called Sound Plumbing and Dylan came out a few hours later and finished the job on the same day!! He was nice and informed me of his plan: which was NOT to repipe the attic, but to FIX THE PROBLEM. It was reasonably priced and I was very happy that I made that 2nd call for another opinion.

Not having hot water in your morning shower is not the way to start your day, finding your garage flooded doesn't make it any better. Thank goodness I found 100% Plumbing.  Mont told me how to turn the water off and Eddie & Evan (I'm horrible with names so I hope this is correct) came a couple hours later and changed our hot water tank and patiently answered all my questions!

Frank came out and was able to get the job done. Initially Whitney came out, but we were still having issues. Frank took his time and ensured the job was completed. He was friendly, patient and knew what he was talking about. Also, made sure he really got into the pipe. We recommend everyone to call Frank!

Jordan and team answered my call and got me on the schedule right away! After accessing the problem, Jordan communicated the issue and provided solutions to ensure it would be fixed quickly. He provides quality work at great prices and he cleaned up the area once done. Will absolutely call again in the future!

UPDATE----- YELP works for those owners/manager/executives that care.  I posted a comment/review with a one star rating due to the issues stated below.  The owner was aware that there were issues but thought they had been taken care of.  Unfortunately they hadn't and there wasn't much follow up until I posted the review.  I immediately received a call from Jeff Lawson with an apology and willingness to make it right.  They had a technician back out to fix what issues hadn't already been taken care of by our team.  Jeff is very concerned with the quality of work and how his technicians represent the company.  I am pleased to say they continue to work hard to repair the issues and my confidence in their company. Because of this I am updating my rating to 4 stars.  As with any company it is difficult to control and oversee all employees and their work.  I am chalking this up to a one time bad experience which will hopefully never happen again.  Jeff---thank you for the continual follow up, please continue to care about your company, its quality of work and the way your technician represent the company.  

 Had them come out to quote work to reroute some water lines, install a hot water heater and tie into an RO system.  I spoke with the plumber and approved the price and project.   Project got completed but not without several issues.  They forgot to mention that they would have to cut into the drywall to add support for the water heater but would not repair the drywall.  Found this out after I had accepted the quote the same day they were supposed to do the work. Water lines from the RO system to the water heater were run in poly,  the were mounted but crooked and not running straight. A few extra pipe clamps would have gone a long way.   They also pulled out ceiling tiles to mount the water heater.  Mounted it so high that the ceiling tile wouldn't fit back in and never put the other ones back.  They couldn't even take the time to cut one ceiling tile so that the ceiling grid was closed up.  The final straw was when they left a pile of insulation in the hallway where they had been working on rerouting the water lines. A message was sent to the plumber about the issues.  I did receive a voicemail from the owner on over the weekend asking about the issues, but by that time we'd already hired a handyman to come in and clean up their mess.  It is amazing what people will try to get away with when they think nobody is looking.  They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive when it comes to cost but the quality of work definitely leaves something to be desired.  Other than one voicemail, no additional follow up was ever done. Pretty disappointing!

On time, knowledgeable, and good communication make these guys the best I've seen. They take the time to explain the situation face to face in layman's terms and make recommendations. Unlike the other guys who mumble technical jargon while they're on the run and hand me a big bill. Hayes techs are invested in the work and seem happy to help. They also have expertise, and even corrected some issues created by previous companies.

They were very friendly and personable. And to top it off they were inexpensive, thorough and fast! I had a great experience and will definitely be using them again. Hopefully not for another clogged kitchen sink...
