Lou Hernandez and his apprentice Adam of Pink Plumbing and Sewer are the guys to call for all of your plumbing and sewer issues.  They are  knowledgeable and efficient as well as friendly while taking care of your problems.  Our building has some pretty serious plumbing issues and he knows just how to take care of them.  I cannot recommend them enough if you are having plumbing or sewer problems.  Thank you so much, Lou and Adam.

We called Diamondback Plumbing to fix a slab link in the suspected area on a bathroom.  The technician came out with the sounding equipment and identified where he thought the leak was.  To verify he cut into one wall and cut the hot water pipe coming from the manifold into the bathroom and then kitchen. He reworked the hot water pipe manifold so we could have hot water in the rest of the house. Before going he stated that they would get us a full repair quote the next day and get us on the repair schedule since we had no hot water in the kitchen.  The next day by noon we had no quote or phone call.  We call and was told that it normally takes 1 week to get a quote.  We explained the situation and what was told us.  We were told the technician was in classes for the next few days.  After we talked to a supervisor, he got us a quote.  However that afternoon we found that there was water leaking into our garage from the wall the technician worked in.  We called and left word that we were having leaks.  

Next day, no word from the company so we called and emailed the supervisor and advised of the continuing leaks and our disappointment.  Now 3 days later and more leaking, still no communication even though we paid for the preliminary work done.  To solve the temporary fix, we had another plumber come out.  He determined that the original technician did not put a cap on the cut line and the water is backflowing from the kitchen sink cold water through the hot water line when the faucet is turned partway hot.  So we are not several hundred dollars out of pocket with no communication at all  from Diamondback Plumbing.  

I'd avoid this company and wish there was a way to get all or part of our money back.

Hansen Family Plumbing did a fantastic job on repairing a drain leak we had in the kitchen! Eric was responsive  and came out quickly to assess the repair. Dishawn and Jesus came out the next day after calling Eric to fix the drain pipe. They were respectful, responsive and explained the work they did in detail. If you want a family owned plumbing company that will do great work and that is truly there to help you I would recommend Hansen Family Plumbing.

I'm so glad that I called Lawson Family Plumbing to replace my water heater. Our plumber, Kevin, was on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and answered all my questions. The price was very reasonable too! Next day, their customer service manager called me to ask if everything was working well. Call them when you need any plumbing service.

These guys saved my life. The plumbing got backup and foul things were flowing into my tub. They came out right away and fixed the problem quickly and at a very reasonable price.

This company came very highly recommended by a friend. I needed work done on my master bath because of a finding in an inspection when in the process of selling my house. Due to my own procrastination I had limited time to have it completed. The company was very accommodating. They came out same day, were very nice/professional, and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs plumbing work!

I don't know if it's the economy/inflation, but had a tune up done again this year and the guy that came out didn't have filters for the air handler.  Did it last year, and they brought new ones.  The excuse was that he didn't know which filters to bring , but considering they knew what to bring last year and the fact that I had purchased the system from them, it should be in the computer/notes of some sort.  No biggie, it was a last complimentary tune up, hence the 4 stars, but people should know ahead of time before booking a tune up.

Brian came over to fix a clogged disposal. He was extremely personable, professional and thorough. He was eager to help us and explained everything that was going on. He also came to our home to fix a leak and again was very thorough. I could tell it was a challenging leak and he was determined to fix it working extremely hard late into the evening. We will recommend Brian to anyone who is ever in need of this service. Brian also spoke very highly of his company which I thought was nice to hear.

Dave came in and fixed the broken valves for our washing machine and on top of that fixed our leaky shower. Dave went above and beyond as he was only going to change the trim kit for the shower but he ended replacing the shower valve due to a leak. He stuck around and finished the job and then cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use Somers Plumbers again.

It was a snow day and the owner took the time to answer my frenzied questions. Based on the timely and helpful responses alone, we were able to solve our problem. Others had basically had automated responses about getting scheduled 3 days out not even bothering to ask if that would be the appropriate solution. We had dropped a ring down the shower drain and with their help we figured out how to retrieve it. If and when we need plumbing, I'm calling them first!

I just moved in to my new house used Yelp to help find a licensed plumber. I need a new regulator on my built in gas grill. Sound plumbing responded and came to my home for a quote. Brian was on time and came back the next day with the parts and completed the installation. Thanks now I can have a house warming party.

Called to get an estimate for a pressure reducer (common in some areas throughout Phoenix) due to a sprinkler issue. They showed up same day evaluated the piping, explained the process and quoted. We pulled the trigger and in about an hour everything was done and top notch. Very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional job. I highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs.

This is such a great company! Every tech they've sent out to us has been personable and professional. Today, John Gonzales came out to winterize our misters and troubleshoot some issues we were having. He was efficient and knowledgeable. We highly recommended Allegiance because pricing is fair and their staff is top rate.

Barney and Calvin were very professional and courteous. I am very very happy with the service. They came a bit early wish I liked and were very efficient and unclogged my toilet within minutes.

Jordan was very efficient, detailed  and thorough.
We were so glad to find someone so responsive and easy to work with especially when dealing from another state.

As a first time homeowner, my first plumbing problem in my house was scary and stressful. I took to yelp to look for recommendations on which of the many plumbing companies would be most affordable and trustworthy. Lawson Family Plumbing lives up to their 5 star review!

From the first call, the ladies at the front desk put me at ease with their cheerfulness and flexibility with my schedule. I did have to wait a few days for someone to come out but luckily my toilets were still flushing.

Kevin, the technician, ended up coming to my house a total of 3 times. The first time was to unclog my main sewer line. He pulled up a bunch of roots that had infiltrated the line. I was able to use the yelp/Groupon deal which helped ease the cost of that first experience. He let me know he would need to come out again to camera the line to see exactly where the roots causing my problem were and that the main sewer line would ultimately need to be dug up and have a section replaced.

He came a second time to run the camera and found the spot that was causing all my problems. He emailed me a video of what they found. I didn't look at it until the day before he came out a third time but found it was not the video of my pipe.  I mentioned it and he said he'd follow up and have someone send me the correct video. Not a big deal to me, but would like to have it on hand.

At this point, I already felt like I had spent an arm and a leg on the process so far. When he gave me the quote for the final step, which was to dig out the section and replace it, I was in tears. This quote included a discount associated with the previous work from the camera.

I'd much rather spend $1600 on a Hawaiian vacation or literally anything else but the tube that transport poop out of my house...  but it needed to be done. Just to be in the safe side, I asked a few friends familiar with plumbing work if this quote was unreasonable. They both said it was a really good price for the amount of work it would take to access the area. One of them even suggested i ask if they would offer a discount if we dug the area out ourselves. I contacted the company and said they would be willing to offer a discount if we dug the hole ourselves.

It was a TON of work and literally took about 10 hours of intense digging to access the area. Digging out the area ourselves saved us half of the original quote. This was hard, intense labor that would be worth 100% of the hundreds of dollars they were going to charge us had we not been willing or able to do the work ourselves.

I am so grateful to Lawson Family Plumbing for their honesty, trustworthiness and professionalism. They were accommodating with my schedule and budget and completed the job with the highest quality work.  I will be using this company again in the future and will be referring them to friends and family. Thanks again for everything!

Their work is fast, complete, clean, what else can I say?  Usually the same day you call.  I'm absolutely impressed.

I must say that I am impressed with the owner of this company.  After my post yesterday, he called me and left me a message to call him.  I was very busy yesterday, however, even if I wasn't, I still would not have called him back because I didn't want anything  (I told him this as well).  I wasn't looking for financial compensation or anything, I was just frustrated with the circumstances and wanted others to know to be careful.   We own three businesses ourselves and understand mistakes happen, however, as per my previous posting, I was not happy with the way everyone but Steve had handled the situation.  Today, July 22, Steve and Chris (the owner) came by my store first thing.  I was shocked, but completely impressed.  The owner wanted to make things right.  He apologized profusely and told me the changes they were going to implement to ensure these issues don't happen in the future and offered a complementary 2 year service plan for the troubles I had.  As mentioned, I was not looking for any compensation, and I told him that it wasn't necessary, but he insisted.  I was very happy to see a business owner take ownership of the mistakes.  He could have just left things as they were, but actually coming to see me in person showed me just how much he cares about his business.  So many people who own businesses loose sight of these things and Chris has not.  Handling staff can be a headache, especially during busy times, however, it's what the company does to resolve issues I believe that sets them apart, and Chris has now set his business apart for me and I will refer many people to their company because of Steve and Chris.  Thank-you again Chris and Steve, I am very impressed with the way you have handled things for me.

We've used KING Plumbing Heating & AC (KING) in the past for a plumbing problem. My late Father's Day gift late last night was our AC unit stopped cooling. I sent a text to KING that I would contact them in the morning (Monday). As in our previous experience, the response was quick and by 10:45 our unit was up and running. Fast response, taking care of customers and personable guys who treat people with respect and understanding... yeh, I'll be calling on KING every time.
