We had a water leak in our wall between the bedroom and garage. We called at 8 am For an apt, they scheduled an afternoon apt but Zach called 45 minutes later and said he would be there in 20 minutes if that was ok.

Zach cut a small hole In the wall and was able to locate the leak first try.  He replaced the pipe and explained everything to me as he was doing the work.  

He also called a restoration co to come check the water damage.  

I'd definitely recommended them to anyone.

Disappointing. My 4 year old AO Smith water heater began to leak gas, so I called over the gas company. They used their magic wand detector and told me it was the regulator that went bad, something that was under warranty. Since I am new to replacing water heaters I called AO Smith and they sent a new regulator and recommended diamondback on their site.

After a missed appointment and a delayed one a day later they showed up, replaced the entire regulator unit and discovered only afterward that it was just the gas hose that was leaking.

My issue with them is that I told them I suspected it was the regulator. As a professional company, I would imagine they would test this theory and do their own troubleshooting, unless of course, they wanted the much larger service fee for the regulator, which I suspect.

What makes this even worse is 1. They charged me without testing what was wrong for the larger issue, 2. Didn't have a connector hose so I had to buy a $30 dollar part, 3. Told me to install it, and 4. Took the other good part away, probably for resale.

I would have expected a great company to outperform their customers expectations by determining the issue first before replacement and then shipping back the part to save AO Smith money on a replacement nad the customer money on an unneeded service charge for a part that was not bad. Oh, and not expect a customer to fix their own water heater when that is what they were called to do.

I've hired Hansen Family Plumbing a few times for various projects. Erik the owner is prompt to respond, efficient and knowledgeable. Robert, has always been on time, does great work and leaves my place clean. I'm not comfortable with plumbing jobs so Hansen Family are my guys!

We had a water valve connected to our sprinkler and pool pipe system frozen closed and needed ASAP attention. We called Lawson and they had James out within an hour! James was very professional and polite, explained every step necessary to get the system working properly again, and proceeded to replace and repair a very complex copper pipe system in just a few hours. He went the extra mile to make changes in the system to make it more efficient and reliable, and offered us a price that was very fair and more than competitive. I couldn't be more happy with the result. I highly recommend this company, and will use them again if I ever have the need.

Quick turnaround and service was solid.  I know plumbing and when the leak was behind the wall with minimal invasion they got the drywall cut perfectly and then got the issue with little fuss.  Thanks.

First they are ridiculously expensive and I don't mean just a little.  
Labor to install 2 kitchen faucets I bought plus 4 shut off valves that run about 10 bucks each at Home Depot.  $1,723.00. I hired another company that sent two guys and they spent about 2.5 hours replacing the two faucets.

I was so glad to hear Sunday that you could have a technician here on Monday so we could have our washing machine hooked up ok on Wednesday.  And the young man who was our technician was such a nice fellow and a good worker.  Both jobs we ask to have done went well. They come to your home all nice and caring saying they'll patch a pvc pipe that's leaking for $400.  Sounds fantastic, right? 10minutes later it escalated to $800 because it's behind something. 1 hour of doing nothing and it's $1800 because the spoiled brat doesn't want to get his hands dirty and has to cut into the home instead if reaching around. I'll make sure I inform all my neighbors, church, work, and community about this garbage company.

My shower had severe water damage due to a leak. Somers Plumber gave an estimate and different options for the situation. Amazing work, the price is just right! Definitely my go to plumber now. Extremely friendly, explained in clear details about the situation. Professional and reliable.

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

Mont answered my call and right away I was struck by his courteous, thoughtful, and thorough demeanor. I explained that we had a nanny at home and he was thoughtful enough to ask her name and get any important information to ensure that she felt comfortable with the technician. They utilize this great service that shows you a picture of the technician as well as notifies you as to when they are en route to the house.
We called because our water softener was leaking and turns out, we just put in too much salt (oops!). I was shocked that we were given great instruction on how to properly use the water softener but weren't charged anything for the consult. It is an excellent and honest business practice and 100% Plumbing has our customer loyalty from here on out.

Wow this company is first class the digital experience of letting you know when they're going to come with the picture over the top in a good way! Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

Always reliable and trustworthy. Which is what you want in a plumber. Not the cheapest but youget what you pay for!

Andrew came out to give me an estimate on replacing my sink. He was communicative and considerate. He even wore shoe covers in my house. He provided me with some valuable information on the water pressure coming into my home and a referrals for my quartz countertops. Thank you Andrew.

Just had a new HVAC system installed last week.  Bill, the sales person was nothing but professional.  The installation went very smoothly with both Dan and Jacob on time, detailed and clean.  I will see how the new system works over time, but so far would highly recommend!

The guys at King AC and Plumbing are the best. They saved me thousands of dollars. I first had my AC unit looked at by one of the big AC companies here in the valley because it was vibrating very badly. I wont name names, but let's just say the original owner's last name is the same as a large South American country where the World Cup is taking place right now. After the big guy's service tech failed attempts to convince me that I needed a brand new unit ($5,000), he told me that the blower motor needed to be replaced and would cost $1,300 with some sort of VIP package. A few days later I saw Brendon with King AC in my neighborhood working on my neighbors unit. It was already pretty late in the evening, but after a quick conversation with Brendon, he gladly climbed on to my roof to take a look at my unit. He came down and said there was an issue with the blower motor but it would be nowhere near the $1,300 I was originally quoted. He also informed me that the other guy that came out never even opened a single panel on my unit to come up with his expert diagnosis. The next day I received a call from the owner Terry who told me that the motor was a specialty order part and was quite expensive, but again nowhere near the original amount I was quoted. He also informed me that most likely the motor didn't need to be replaced, but the squirrel cage probably just needed to be cleaned out so it could spin properly. With Terry's advice in hand, I spent a couple of hours that weekend cleaning out the very dirty squirrel cage which was super easy to do and cost me $5 worth of cleaning solution. After I put a couple of panels back on and started up my unit again, the heavy vibration had completely disappeared. Today I had Brendon come out to take a second look over my work and make sure everything else was tip-top. He informed me that my unit needed a couple pounds of Freon and everything else with my dinosaur of a AC unit looked great. Now my unit blows colder than ever and stays on half the time that it used to, which is going to save me a small fortune on my electric bill. I have nothing but compliments for this company and their employees. All around knowledgeable and honest guys. I will never call another company for any of my AC or plumbing needs. I know with King I will receive an truthful recommendation at a good price. No scare tactics, up-selling, or commission based sales. The world needs more genuine people out there who work to help others and not take advantage of them. Thanks King AC!
