A different plumbing company came out to address an issue with our toilet but I was not thrilled with the service experiences and after they fixed the toilet, it was left very wobbly. I wanted to bring somebody out who knew what they were doing to fix this and after looking at several different plumbers, I decided to go with Pink Plumbing & Sewer. Communication with their team was excellent and getting the appointment set was easy. The plumber who came out was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He provided a clear explanation of the problem(s) and presented options with recommendations for how to proceed. I was thrilled with both the end result of the work and the overall experience.

Less than a week later, we had ANOTHER issue pop up with a leaky pipe and Pink Plumbing & Sewer was my first call. We had the same plumber come out and again his knowledge, demeanor, and work product were great. I've gone through several plumbers over the past several years and really haven't been impressed by any of them but Pink Plumbing & Sewer is my new go-to if/when something needs service or repair in our home.

Rob came out to address a concern with a water drip on my ceiling.  He ran several tests and was very thorough in making sure the problem assessed properly.  This company shows they are willing to go beyond what is needed to be on time at a set schedules and be efficient.

My mom's house needed new shutoff valves. The plumber I previously used surprised me with a high estimate. Hanson Family Plumbing gave a much more reasonable estimate and they followed that up with friendly, professional service. We will be calling HFP in the future.

Was so impressed with this company for plumbing issue, especially their service tech Kevin, that I had them do my two partial BR remodels. Once again they were fantastic. Kevin was awesome! He was on-time and if running a little late he always communicated with me. He was polite, cleaned up any mess that was created, and very skilled. He worked to save me money where he could. Felt very comfortable leaving him in the house without my being there. Also, no surprises in the end - held to the estimate to the penny. It's hard to find workers today that really care about the quality of their work and doing the best they can for their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and if you can get Kevin you'll have the best.

Bumble Bee came today for a minor plumbing repair. They were communicative, prompt, friendly, and willing to work with my schedule for the appointment. In addition to fixing the issue, they looked at all my faucets, showers, toilets, and water heater and let me know of potential concerns. No higher pressure sales, just informing me of things to watch out for in the future.  I would highly recommend this company.

We called Lawson Plumbing since we live in Gilbert and they had great reviews. Being family owned was a plus. We just put in a new floor and needed to have our new toilet installed. We had already removed our old toilet and the rusted flange. Everything was clean and ready to go. When we heard the cost we were a little taken back at $525 dollars but we were given a deal at $412. Being we had family coming into town and needed the work done we agreed to pay the $412.  I did some research after and that cost across the board seems to be very high. We already purchased our toilet and paid over $200 for it plus a new flange. We thought we would save $ purchasing the parts but were told our flange was not good only to see the plumber had the same one. So he used his flange and double high wax ring. Then had to set in the new toilet which was one piece. He chalked around the base and was finished in an hour. The chalk could of been done better as it's starting to crack already. So far everything works well and there are no leaks. I think the job was way over priced so will make sure to get a couple estimates or do my research prior to agreeing to have the work done when I am questioning the price.

Had our air conditioning serviced . They were on time ; did a thorough inspection of our system. Recommend a few things that needed to be fixed . Did the repair . Leonardo was very nice , explained everything with pictures of before and after work was completed. Definitely would recommend them .

Yes they were cheaper than most the other plumbers. But they also did a mediocre job. They didn't even bother to strap the pipe down after they were done and just left things hanging. Would not recommend them or be having them return.

Let me preface this review by stating I am not a plumber, but am probably in the 99th percentile of homeowner's who will tackle projects themselves. I have plumbed a bathroom, replaced every faucet/sink in my house, added a garage sink, repaired my roof, installed new floors, landscaped the yard, installed an irrigation system, etc. etc. We had a clog in our main drain I discovered around midnight last night. I tried to snake it myself for about an hour, but with nothing to show for it with my 15 ft snake. Removed both toilets and tried from our washout, but couldn't get it. Enough about me.

Dave came out in less than an hour from when I first contacted him, charged an incredible price, and fixed the issue in about 45 mins. I won't mention what he was able to pull out of the drain line, but his customer service is excellent and quality of his work was outstanding. I have some scar tissue from getting gouged by plumbers in the past, and feel confident going to Dave for any and all future plumbing needs! He is a one man show, so you don't have to deal with a scheduler or multiple field folks. Save his contact info. 10/10 recommend Dave!

Element Plumbing is the best plumbing company in the PNW!! Michael is very trustworthy, honest, and caring! And his pricing is very far too! I highly recommend him and his wonderful company to everyone I know!! Thank you Element Plumbing for always taking great care of myself and my clients!!

Anyways..  Brian was great.  Found my water heater leaking and he came out the next morning.  Just quick and easy for me..

Today is our first experience with 100%, they installed a new water heater and 2 bathroom faucets.  They are punctual, courteous, professional.  Eden did a fabulous job!  Do not hesitate to use them for your plumbing needs!

Excellent communication and fair prices. They were able to schedule me for next day service. The technician was very friendly and explained things well.

Jordan, Jarrod and the rest of the Rooter Ranger crew are awesome!   We have an historic bungalow in Downtown Phoenix.  The plumbing was original in the home and the main line to the alley.  We had everything replaced and couldn't be more pleased!  Jarrod was patient with our questions, professional and gave us confidence in their work.  Jordan was great with the price of the job and even worked with us when they ran into an unexpected situation with eclectic historic homes.  

Their our go to plumbers for sure!  Thank you guys for great work, a wonderful demeanor, and reassurance during the construction.

I needed a plumber...stat. The water line to my misting system burst and the company that installed it did not put a cutoff valve on it. I had to turn the water off at the main...no water to the house. I called Near Me Plumbing and was told they could have someone here at 10 AM. The tech showed up exactly on time and assessed the problem. He spliced the line where the pipe had burst. He thought the pipe may have burst due to vibration from the misting system compressor and the fact the pipe was against a block wall so he wrapped it in a rubberized leak sealing tape to prevent it from happening again (hopefully)...BUT he also installed a cutoff valve in case it did. The repair was quick, the work area was left clean and the tech was very professional and friendly. Near Me Plumbing will be my first call for all plumbing needs in the future.

Called in last night(1030pm) for emergency plumbing services and was assured that someone would be coming out last night for the repair. Was waiting up all night for a call that never happened.

I am always grateful when people review contractors, plumbers etc. These guys are great! I've used them on several occasions and they are honest and reliable! Today they were 2  hours delayed, they called early to let me know, offered to reschedule. But I know they take care of their customers, so if they are late it's just for that reason! I really appreciate these guys!! Thanks Chuck!

We love Hays! Nick Pratt was just here to service our tankless hot water heater. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, very pleasant to deal with and was able to take care of the issues we were having. The entire office staff is professional and pleasant to work with! The window of time they give you isn't half a day so you aren't stuck waiting, they call when they're on the way or if they're running a little late (which rarely happens). I wouldn't call anyone else for our heating, A/C and plumbing needs!

We had a leak from the condensate drain clog in the attic. Terry from King Plumbing was great, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He did a great job. I am extremely satisfied with his work.
