Had a leak in my kitchen sink drain that had water running out through the exterior brick wall of the house. Pink plumbing was able to generate a quote for the work from the photos I sent them by email which was convienent. They were able to fix the leak in a day and were very helpful when it came to negotiating with the home warranty company for compensation.

Called this company for multiple days trying to get somebody out to my house to do an estimate I've got no return phone call then got a return phone call from somebody who is on call today voice my opinion on how I felt about the customer service that I received and he told me we don't need to do business with somebody like you

I had an issue with a leaking shower and called the Hansen to Plumbing. From the first call to the technician arriving everything was amazing. During the time from our first call to the arrival we also found a leak in a toilet. The technician never hesitated and took care of both issues quickly and he was very courteous. They have a customer for life now, added them into my contacts just in case I need them in the future.

It's hard to find a good plumbing company but I took a chance on Lawson Family Plumbing. They were able to come that day and fix a pipe that was leaking in my wall. Ken was awesome very respectful and knew exactly what needed to be done. He did a beautiful job and the price was very reasonable.

I would highly recommend this company.

I gave them 2 stars because their service was great.  The plumber was great.  However they grossly overcharge.  They replaced a part inside my toilet and charge me $148 for a 19.99 part.  He was here 10 minutes.  I generally do the work myself but have company and could not do it.

Michael came to my rescue! Kassie that managed the scheduling was phenomenal. Companies like this are the reason I ALWAYS support local businesses. My water heater went out Saturday, called my home warranty company, Kassie at Lawson got me scheduled for Tuesday - I called back to see if I could get in earlier, she got me on Monday, then called and said a
tech just finished nearby and he could be there in 30m!!!! Thank you for caring, going the extra mile and making sure I didn't have to take a cold shower! I would highly recommend Lawson to anyone in need of prompt service with friendly, humble service people. #yayhotshower

A big shout out to Brian and Junior for taking care of our plumbing emergency.  They worked long hours into the night to complete our pipe replacement.  They were courteous and polite at all times during their time at our residence.  These guys definitely had plenty of experience and displayed expertise in their trade.  Thanks Elite plumbing!

After our usual plumber let us down several times I took to Yelp and found Somers Plumbers.  Its a huge challenge when you are reaching out trying to find a decent person to work in your home.   Someone that doesn't just pull down the first $ number that comes to their head and someone that you can trust to be there when they say and do what you ask.

I am really happy to have been able to find Dave Somers.  Dave is a truly knowledgeable plumber coming from over 16 years working for someone else, Dave now turned his experience over to becoming an ROC Licensed Plumber and business owner recently

He was quick to respond back to questions and rough pricing through Yelp, his communication skills through text/Yelp & phone are fantastic.  I always knew where I stood with Dave.

I set Dave up with 5 different faucet replacements which included new drain/plugs and a challenging hands free kitchen faucet.  Dave came through perfect on everything.  If I didn't have the right part, he had the parts on hand or knew where to get them.   He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.  

I am already figuring out his next project.

Leaks, water softeners, RO, faucets, drains, toilets.  Dave does them all.

Michael came out within a couple of hours and replaced the valve on the water line into our home. Very nice guy and the job was completed as requested.  Price very fair. We plan to use Ascend the next we need a plumber. Thank you!

Brian was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. He patiently answered all of my questions before I hired him. When all my questions were answered he offered to get the job done that same day! The job was well done and I couldn't be happier with Sound Plumbing.

Eden was super-helpful in getting a new faucet & new shut-off valves installed.  Pricing was good and installation was quick and looks great.  Will use again.

We were told they were only charging us the trip fee and we gave the tech our credit card.  That was it. Then,  nearly a year later we called for service and they told us we had to give them a hundred bucks for the last service call! Excuse me?!  We ALWAYS pay the bill at the time of service, and we also had never received any bills or notices that anything was owed. I had to contact Option One Plumbing on a Saturday night when my hot water heater gave out on us. They were not only responsive and sent someone out the next morning but they put me first on their schedule and worked tirelessly to get the job done promising not to leave us without hot water. Their prices are very fair but most importantly their customer service is 5 star

We had a service appointment for 5-7pm last Friday June 6th.  (our upstairs AC vents were not blowing properly in our multi zone house).

A lady from the office called us around 6pm to say that our service person was running a bit late as he had to pick up some parts.
**After that phone call...nothing.  
**No service person, no other phone call to let us know what happened.  It's tough being stood up :)

We called the on call number the next day (Saturday) to ask what happened and to get a message to the company.  The on call person was very nice and apologetic and promised to get the message passed on right away.
**Again...no phone call, no communication.  We received no call back.
**We awaited a call from the office on Monday.  
**Again....nothing, no communication from Hay's.

So, yet again, we called.  They didn't apologize nor acknowledge the missed appointment, but they did schedule a service person (who showed up!).

Michael was very polite and courteous.  And- BONUS- he put booties on over his shoes while he was in our house (love that).  
**He said our AC unit was way undersized (it was 4 tons, and we absolutely needed 5 tons) for our house.   This is not the case at all and would not logically explain our issue.  This would not explain why only one zone was not cooling. The other two zones cooled like champs!

This technician then said a comfort specialist would be in touch with us with to discuss remedies.

Out of the blue, another person from Haye's called us, saying he'd read the notes and he wanted to send out someone who specialized in multi zone systems.  The notes did not seem correct to him.
**Why was this not done in the first place?  Our notes from our initial call were very clear that we had a 3 zone house.
**Had this person not happened to read our notes, this would've gone undetected and we'd have gone down a road of repairs that would perhaps not fix our issue.

The zone specialist -Mike-came out today.   He was phenomenal.  (kind and courteous as was the prior technician)
As we initially expected, the problem is with the damper not closing / opening properly.
He was great and we already have the quote and are awaiting scheduling.

Overall, we are disappointed in this experience.  We understand things happen and appointments cannot be kept.  But, this must be communicated.
At the very least, please acknowledge the inconvenience and the issue.  We waited 3 + hours on a Friday night.

Secondly, I'd expect our notes to be read thoroughly and a qualified, multi zone technician be sent out.

There were zero missed calls from Hay's to us.  I have the call logs.
Last communication from Hay's to us was Friday evening around 6pm or so- as i mentioned letting us know the driver had to make a stop for items.
There is no way 6 calls were missed, as they stated.  It's absurd.  
Additionally, why was there no follow up after we phoned the on call service on Saturday?
The fact that we had to keep chasing you down- making yet another call on Monday to find out what's going on is unacceptable.
A no show is acceptable as long as there is sufficient communication.
Please don't state 6 calls were made to us that were unanswered as that's demonstrably false.
Let's pretend that IS true.  Why were there no voice messages left?

King Plumbing provided my family with the absolute BEST plumbing service we have had in our 50+ years.  Not only was the work professional, on time, well organized with no gimmicks, but the technician was polite and efficient.  He was the most on-task person we have ever met.  We will call King Plumbing for all future plumbing needs and encourage others to do teh same.
