Mike showed up on time, followed all COVID protocols that the company stated they would use and walked me through what he did. He completed the work in a timely manner (replaced 1/4 turn angle stops for 2 sinks) and cleaned up any mess that was made. Would highly recommend.

We have used these guys a couple times. This time Brian came out right away on a Friday night after 5 and helped us solve a problem we thought we had with our toilet, without taking advantage of us! Thank you so much, will continue to use this company!!

What a great company!! I needed a back-flow prevention valve put in so I can install sprinklers in my backyard. The thought of hiring a plumber in the blind is a bit nerve racking. So many choices, and so many levels of quality and competence. I knew I could feel confident about these guys because of their amazing Yelp reviews. I gave them a call on a Monday and they were out the very next day. The technician was able to do the install that same day, and before I even realized it, the job was done and it looked fantastic. I thought the price was very reasonable, and it includes a 1-year warranty. I will be changing out some sink fixtures in the near future and I will definitely be giving them a call! ProSkill came out yesterday, just for routine maintenance on our AC/Heater.  I can't say enough good things about this company.  Technician, Gaquar Moore, was right on time, sent text to let us know he was on his way, his picture was included so we would know him when he arrived.  He was friendly and courteous.  Even slipped on booties over his shoes to keep our floors clean.

Yair came over for an issue we had and from the absolute very beginning he was very respectful and professional. I would gladly recommend this business. Thank you guys so much for a prompt response and great work.

My septic tank alarm started going off a few months after moving into my new house. My wife called me panicking not knowing what was going on so we called Element plumbing to come to our rescue. Michael figured out the problem very quickly. He said our septic pump had stopped working and was no longer pumping everything out into the drainfield. It most likely stopped working when a different company came out before we bought the house and inspected the pump but did not replace one of the seals causing the pump to burn out. Michael very quickly fixed the problem by replacing the pump and the seal. He was so professional and efficient that I called him again to come out and fix both my leaking garden hose faucets. I just moved in to my new house used Yelp to help find a licensed plumber. I need a new regulator on my built in gas grill. Sound plumbing responded and came to my home for a quote. Brian was on time and came back the next day with the parts and completed the installation. Thanks now I can have a house warming party.

A truly great experience. We had a gas leak in our outdoor BBQ and Firepit/Firepots. We asked for recommendations and several neighbors suggested 100%. Cause two leaks inside my house. Tore up baseboards and drywall to dry left and never came back.called owner in December no one has called back. Paid them over $4000. Ruined our holiday season.

Update Rooter Ranger finally called back after this review, they sent someone out to see the damage and supposedly to finish the work. At that time he said we will make things right first we will refund us fully if not at least half of what we paid and we will send someone o jet the pipes today. Since then no one has come or called me back. They refunded half of the price we paid them through the finance company, without letting us know by phone email or text. We got an estimate to repair our home from the damage they caused and it will take about $3500 to repair the floors and walls not including the water soaked new rug and the bathroom vanity. We will be ramping up our efforts through the board of contractors and social media to get satisfaction.

Jordan was amazing. He came out one day to fix a leaky hose fixture and he got me on the schedule the next business day to fix my sinks (I needed to buy new faucets before he could help me out with those). All around great service, fast response time, and very nice!

This was my second interaction with Lawson.   The first time was a blind call on my behalf and was in ever lucky.   The insides of my toilet needed to be replaced and they did a great job.   They also advised me that something is was doing wrong in using chlorine tablets contributed to my problem.   I also had them look at a sink that needed attention too.  Well they did an excellent job on that too.   There was also a calcium deposit in the sink that I had no idea how to get rid of and again the technician told me how to get rid of it.  I tried his suggestion and to my delight it totally took care of the problem.   Lawson is the best it is the only plumbing organization i will use.   The second time I called was I saw a post on FB regarding having your hot water heater flushed and they had a coupon on Angies list.   The service is normally  $99 but with the coupon  $59 so called they came out did the work took all of 30 minutes.  One of the most refreshing part of this call was they found no problem and did not try to sell me anything . Sorry for being so long but didn't know I could post here so just giving Lawson their proper due.

Bathroom sink valve broke on a Sunday night. Called 2 plumbing companies and no response. 3rd times a charm. Hated to pay the emergency but was leaving the next morning. Thankful they have good plumbers on call. Will start using them for all needs

I would definitely recommend Hays to someone with heating or cooling issues.  Mike came out right away and fixed the a/c unit and explained exactly what the problem was.  We are in a condominium unit where the units are not easy to get to.  Mike had a 32 foot ladder which he used to climb up on the roof and take care of things.  We will certainly recommend Hays Cooling & Heating to our friends!

The guys at King AC and Plumbing are the best. They saved me thousands of dollars. I first had my AC unit looked at by one of the big AC companies here in the valley because it was vibrating very badly. I wont name names, but let's just say the original owner's last name is the same as a large South American country where the World Cup is taking place right now. After the big guy's service tech failed attempts to convince me that I needed a brand new unit ($5,000), he told me that the blower motor needed to be replaced and would cost $1,300 with some sort of VIP package. A few days later I saw Brendon with King AC in my neighborhood working on my neighbors unit. It was already pretty late in the evening, but after a quick conversation with Brendon, he gladly climbed on to my roof to take a look at my unit. He came down and said there was an issue with the blower motor but it would be nowhere near the $1,300 I was originally quoted. He also informed me that the other guy that came out never even opened a single panel on my unit to come up with his expert diagnosis. The next day I received a call from the owner Terry who told me that the motor was a specialty order part and was quite expensive, but again nowhere near the original amount I was quoted. He also informed me that most likely the motor didn't need to be replaced, but the squirrel cage probably just needed to be cleaned out so it could spin properly. With Terry's advice in hand, I spent a couple of hours that weekend cleaning out the very dirty squirrel cage which was super easy to do and cost me $5 worth of cleaning solution. After I put a couple of panels back on and started up my unit again, the heavy vibration had completely disappeared. Today I had Brendon come out to take a second look over my work and make sure everything else was tip-top. He informed me that my unit needed a couple pounds of Freon and everything else with my dinosaur of a AC unit looked great. Now my unit blows colder than ever and stays on half the time that it used to, which is going to save me a small fortune on my electric bill. I have nothing but compliments for this company and their employees. All around knowledgeable and honest guys. I will never call another company for any of my AC or plumbing needs. I know with King I will receive an truthful recommendation at a good price. No scare tactics, up-selling, or commission based sales. The world needs more genuine people out there who work to help others and not take advantage of them. Thanks King AC!
