Pink plumbing is an incredible company! The owner Chris is a reputable kind guy who takes the time to explain every situation to you. I've gone with other plumbing companies who just didn't compare to them. He broke down the long term and short term options for fixing my issues, and took the time to explain and show me what the issues were and what would be the consequences of not fixing things. His scheduling team is always kind and understanding and down to earth. They made the huge job of lining my main sewer line seem so simple. I will absolutely be going with them in the future and will recommend them to anyone I know.
PS: Any 1 star reviews have to be coming from some really entitled and rude individuals because they have always gone above and beyond every time I've seen them! Even after working out in the sun and sweating they never approached me with anything but kindness and understanding.

Don't waste your time waiting for these guys to give you a bid.  Use someone else.  I called these guys on a Thursday to get a bid on running a gas line for a Dryer.  They only stop by if they are in the area, so I waited a week but didn't hear from them.  I called them a week and a half later to see if they were going to stop by; I was told that they did stop by and were preparing a bid. I called a couple more times that week and was told they were working on the bid. I never received a bid, I wasted 2 weeks and still need to find someone to run this line.  Start with someone else, it'll be faster.

Walked into garage and found a puddle in the drip pan under my water heater.  Immediately contacted Hansen Family Plumbing and Erik got me scheduled for the same day.  Technician showed up and diagnosed the issue, quoted me on a replacement water heater and had it installed the same day.  They were knowledgeable, professional, and affordable.  Would use again and recommend to family and friends!  Thanks Hansen Family Plumbing!

I had a water pipe leak in the wall and they were able to come out the same day to replace the section of copper pipe. The person who came out was very friendly and got the job done quickly. I appreciate the quick turn around. Highly recommend them!

I live in a condo and I was backing out when I hit the waterline to my neighbors house and caused a leak. I needed it fixed right away, so as usual I looked on Yelp. I picked Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers/Flush King, because they had great reviews. I sent a message through Yelp and Chris the owner responded within minutes. 2 hours later the leak was fixed... and it was done without any inconvenience to my neighbors. It's obvious they care about their customers, as well as doing a quality job. I will use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent company! very professional office staff and technically knowledgeable plumber on site. Mike repaired my do-it-yourself home improvement job I was engaged in. He explained every option and every work step down to detail. Super nice guy as well!

UPDATE: Monday (7-25) Mike from Quality Control reached out to me and Lawson Plumbing has decided to refund us the total amount of our water bill. My family and I thank the company for coming to this decision.

I am so conflicted with Proskill my wife had reached out to them multiple times and received the usual canned answers on questions to invoice and cost.  Only when a poor review was posted did the owner of the company get involved and took control of the situation actually writing me a personal note which I sincerely appreciate.

My confliction is that I wonder how many poor reviews are left and then the owner has to follow up and clean up the issues.  Are all these 5 star reviews really real?  

I do believe the owners the of this company went above and beyond in addressing my concerns.  Their follow up was impeccable and provided a solution to my concerns.  I personally just wish that this situation never had to get this far.

Elite Rooter had a technician on-site same day, they were prompt friendly and got the issue resolved quickly. I highly recommending using this company for your plumbing needs.

Dave came out to the house within 10-15 minutes after I called him on Saturday after seeing water in my garage. He quickly figured out it was a drain pipe in my upstairs bathroom. He had to come back another day for fix it after flood company dried everything and removed vanity. Everything was fixed and his prices were more than reasonable. Also, great communication

Michael was very quick to answer my phone message.  He was booked solid but scheduled a day to come and fix my problem.  Unfortunately I had to get it done sooner.  HOWEVER, because of his professionalism and kindness I recommend him, and would definitely hire him in the future.  I wish all contractors were as responsive as he is. I am giving him 5 stars based on his responsiveness and professionalism.

I hired Brian to come replace an under-counter sink the kitchen after several other plumbers declined to do the work or gave me a ludicrous estimate. Brian showed up and talked me through all of the different options. Once we decided on a path he was extremely helpful not only arranging his schedule to align with mine but also went to the hardware store with me to select a sink and other parts.

I must stress that this job was highly nonstandard and extremely difficult. It involved carpentry, plumbing and craftsmanship. Brian worked all day, approximately 12 hours so I wouldn't have to go without a kitchen sink for more than just one day. The end result was outstanding. He found a way to remove my 20 year old sink and install a modern beautiful single basin stainless sink in its place. I could not be more thrilled or more impressed with Brian's professionalism, skill and just being a generally great guy. He left the worksite extremely clean and followed up to ensure all went well.

I highly recommend Brian and Sound Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate for second to hire them again.

The name says it all. Fast, courteous and professional. Had a water pressure reducer installed, the piping was old and constricted and installation by the owners son was meticulous. He explained everything, was very knowledgeable and we couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend

Justin and his crew are a great team! They provided excellent service! We had a hot and cold reroute done on our home and everything was performed as promised. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

REVIEW UPDATE
My original request was to have my clean out pipe checked for blockages. In the past I've had oleander roots in the pipe. Previous plumbers had used a auger on the end of the cable to scrape out roots.
I called Rooter Ranger and they came out quickly. They ran their cable thru my clean out pipe without finding any blockages. I didn't specifically ask for a rooter with an auger, I just assumed that all rooter jobs used them. When Rooter Ranger found out that I wasn't happy about the job, they got in touch with me right away to see if they could fix things to my satisfaction.In retrospect, I think most of the problems were due to poor communication between the company and myself. I would use them again, but try to be more clear on what I wanted.

Are you looking for a reputable, honest AC company?  Look no further than Hays.  Excellent service, honest technicians and an owner who cares about his customers.  

When we realized it was time to replace our unit we got 4 quotes.  Hays quote was competitive and their labor and parts backed up by a warranty.  Chris (the owner) took his time measuring our home and answering our many questions.  Install was quick, painless and on time.  Not only did Chris follow up, but we received a thank you card a few days later.

I've recommended Hays to many friends and family without hesitation.  More companies should conduct business like Hays does.

I used Terry from King Plumbing, Heating and AC about 6 months after we bought our house. We needed service done on our heater, AC unit, and garbage disposal. Terry went right to work, got everything done in a few hours, including installing a programmable thermostat. He helped us get full use out of our home warranty plan and cleaned up after everything was done. Highly Recommended!
