We called Pink On Tuesday for a leak under the sink and a backed up bathtub.  They were out first thing Wednesday AM as promised.  Brandon came out and made an easy fix to our under sink leak and took a look at the bathtub back-up.  Unfortunately, we had to do some demo of walls to get in under the bathtub to replace some piping that was done several years ago.  Chris, Lou, and Aaron got the job done correctly and quickly.  

We also needed valves replaced for a new washing machine, so had Pink Plumbing (Omar) do this as well.  A job well done.  A bit pricey, but seems it's the norm and similar range to other companies.

Finally, (yes, we've had a lot of plumbing issues recently), we had Lou and Adam back out to replace our kitchen sink faucet.  We have a beautiful new faucet that doesn't leak, as well as a corrected hose that no longer has sludge sitting in it.

Everyone we've had from Pink Plumbing is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.  We will be using them again soon for a water heater flush, but then hope to take a break for awhile!

Despite the owner dismissing this to be an attack from a competitor (clever), this is not. I called and left a message on Sunday, 08/06 @ 7:28pm @ 602.674.3255.  I received a call back from someone on call @ 7:41pm from 602.819.6705.  He acted like he could come, but his guy is already somewhere and wouldn't be done for an hour, but he would come if I really needed him to.   I said that I did need him to be over as soon as he was available.  He agreed , but still dragged on his answer by saying that it could be longer than 2 hours, it could be midnight, he wasn't sure.  I then pressed him by asking he isn't coming at all, is he... .  His answer was   there is a good chance that he won't.   So.. how is this a 24 hour service?   I appreciate that the serviceman was overworked, so it's not his fault that the company isn't staffing correctly to fulfill the 24/7 service promise.  Just take the feedback and improve your service.

Our diposal stopped working and smelled funny, so I hopped on yelp to look for a recommended plumber. I called at 8pm and Eric answered!! He said to try the reset button but because of the smell we may have a lemon and burned out our motor. For a flat rate of $325 his service could replace our disposal! We set up an appt and Edward came out to fix our disposal a day later. He said it was just jammed and he showed my husband how to fix that issue going forward.  NOT ONLY was our disposal ok, but he didn't charge us a service fee at all. He said We are not here to rip you off.
THIS IS THE TYPE OF OLD SCHOOL SERVICE/COMPANY THAT HAS GONE MISSING FROM AMERICA. We will never use another plumber again!

Another company told me I had a slab leak and needed a camera inspection of my pipes. I called Lawson Family plumbing based on their great reviews and I couldn't agree more! A technician came out on a Saturday (which several others wouldn't) and showed me that nothing indicated I had a leak (showed me the pressure difference didn't change when the water was off). They could have easily charged me for the camera inspection based on what I had told then but they didn't charge me a dime!  I had also had this other company tell me that I needed a new water heater because it was too old to be flushed. My technician with Lawson Family Plumbing revealed that this is one of the tactics that companies can use to get you to purchase something. I told him I had just spent $3,000 on the other plumbing companies recommendations and my technician with Lawson Family Plumbing looked up the same items I had done and I found out that I could have saved about $1,000 if I had gone with Lawson Family Plumbing. Because of this I am going to cancel my contract that I have with the other plumbing company (which was part of a maintenance plan through Goettl and Sunny plumber) and just going with Lawson if I have any issues. Thank you so much for running an honest business, you have earned my trust!

It's the third time using Flush King. ( we are in a 1964 Condo). So needless to say... we will always have problems.
When I woke up this morning.. and felt water bear my toilet... I called Larry.  Told me to call Chris ( owner) to put be in the schedule. Well with in 1 hour... Larry was on his way.  Honestly.... Incredible.
It turns out it wasn't a seal..... it was a hairline crack in the tank. So.... Decided on new toilet.
Given the option to pick it out or have Larry choose.  We trust him so much... yes.. please... you choose.
Came back with a nice one and had it installed within the hour.
I know we will be using them again.

Mike P did it again! I purchased a new home and I knew right away that the water heater would need to be replaced, unfortunately it didn't even last two months before it started leaking. The work done prior was very poorly done. The trey was not installed efficiently and it started leaking into my cabinets. One reason why we keep going back to bumble bee is the level of installation is beyond what I have ever seen. The piping and the level of detail with each installation is far superior than other plumbing companies. I will add pictures to help explain. Mike added two shut off valves to give me peace of mind and he always adds a tube going off of the concrete platform for trey so that it doesn't leak into my home or cabinets. I also purchase a water softener from him and I paid just a tad over from other quotes I got because I knew the quality of work from Mike and bumble bee is worth it. I also purchased their warranty and it is so worth it. They come anytime I have a concern and never charge a fee to quote or come out. I had the worst experience with the plumber my home warranty sent it took 3 days to get them to approve them to reimburse me in order for me to use bumble bee. I waited 3 days without a water heater just so I could give them my business. As consumers we have to reward good quality work. The plumber my warranty company sent me was crooked and beyond rude. There was no way I was giving them my business. I can not recommend them enough, everyone I have ever spoken to is highly professional, I found my plumbers for life!

Knew exactly what the potential issues were, talked me through the possibilities, and quickly worked through them. (thankfully it was the first and easiest to fix) Larry did a great job. They called a couple times when they knew they would be able to arrive early. I'm already planning on using them again.

I probably had the most thorough annual AC inspection, tune-up and cleaning today than I have ever had.
Karl arrived on time per scheduled appointment  and did a complete inside and outside exam of both my Trane AC units.  He answered all questions that I had and addressed all of my concerns.
Upon finishing, he showed me pictures of every piece of equipment with recommendations if needed for any follow up.
He was pleasant, professional, attentive and highly thorough in his assessment.

I found my lifetime plumber.   Soro was professional and did an awesome job fixing my plumbing problem.   Best part was he left no trace he was there from the time he walked in until he left.  A plumbing business that you don't have to clean up after.

Dave within a couple days and was able to rebuild our custom copper fixture that needed replaced to do a slow leak! Really nice and accommodating as well!

Ascend plumbing responded in record time was patient with my time frame and got the job done quickly and efficiently. All in all they were great. The price was also a lot better for the sinks than most others. 10/10 service.

Sound Plumbing did a great job for us today. We had a few items for updates and repair, Brian was very professional and knew his stuff. Definitely will call again for any plumbing needs.

Our backyard spigot had sprung a leak.  Every attempt to loosen the existing hose connection resulted in potentially blinding the entire spigot as it was frozen.  100% Plumbing's operator Rebecca immediately scheduled us and technician Tim came out within 3 hours.   Price and solution were both extremely reasonable.   Highly recommend these guys.

David is an honest person!!! I asked him if he could provide a product and he told me who to get the product from and explained to me how to save money!! This business reminds me of a business from a small town where the employees are good and honest people and not try to take advantage of you. I will definitely call David next time I need a water softener! This is definitely a business where they know you by name. I will continue to only use David now from here on out! Thanks David, you've earned by business!

We have used them several times in the last few months and each time a different tech came out. There were all professional, prompt, efficient and nice. The receptionists are professional and nice too! The quote let us know how much the job was going to cost before they started.

Tony, the last tech that came out told me everything he was doing step-by-step.. He did a neat job and was methodical about his work and I can say that about the other techs as well. Unfortunately I don't remember their names.

MY ONLY CONCERN is Lawson Family Plumbing will grow too big and they'll lose that personal touch of customer service. If that happens, I will have to find another plumbing company.

Ian helped me out today and was awesome!! I called at 9 and he was here by 11:30 on a Sunday!!  The drains are clear and working properly and the prices can't be beat!! I'll definitely be calling them again for any needs :). Thank you so much!!

Hays was quick to set an appointment for my yearly AC check up and was great with communication. The tech was running a little behind the morning of my appointment but Hays was very proactive in contacting and updating me. To clarify, I was not bothered by the tech running behind--I have no doubt they are swamped with AC needs in the AZ heat! My tech, Sam, arrived and was super friendly then got right to work. He did a very thorough job, explained everything to me clearly and didn't pressure me at all. They honored the online coupon/discount and Sam told me about the yearly preventative maintenance plan they have but did not try to pressure or up sell me at all. I will for sure be contacting Hays in the future for my AC needs.

Our daughter's house had a plumbing issue and water leaking from the kitchen. I had called a couple other plumbing companies in the area but no one could come out right away, some were booking 2 weeks out. I called King Plumbing around 2 pm. The repairman arrived before 5 pm and had the repair complete inside of 1-2 hours. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that did the repair but he was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The cost of the repair was also reasonable. I do recommend this company and will use this company again if needed.
