We had a leak under the kitchen sink.  Jason came out and immediately knew what the problem was and had it fixed in no time! (A new disposal) He was neat and clean with his work-call this company!!

Came out to give an estimate. Plumber said he didn't have the right part and I could pay $200 to keep their supply depot open after hours or come back the next day. I opted for them to come back the next day to repair the leak. The plumber said the office would call with a total and get permission to commence repairs and collect payment. The next day came and went. It's been 6 days and I never heard from them again. Seems my issue wasn't going to make them much money so they completely ignored my business. There are plenty of other great plumbers in the valley that are grateful for your business, I'd look to them instead.

We had a new water heater installed 11 months ago and it stopped heating.  Lawson was out as soon as they could and replaced one the lower heater core.  If anyone know about the reliability of products and the proverbial bathtub curve, some products do exhibit early life failures (this was a Rheem electric water heater), fortunately for us we had it installed by Lawson and they were able to get us back up and running with no charge.

So happy with this company. They came right out and handled the job immediately. The price they charged was much lower than I expected. Love this company

Bumble Bee plumbing was actually our second call for an emergency after the first company was going to be 3+ days before they could respond.  Mike P came out, assessed the situation and gave us our options on this confirmed emergency.   Mike was extremely professional and knew his plumbing.  Mike had no problem answering our questions and was most friendly doing it.   Mike fixed our major leak quickly and the end job looked fantastic.

When you need plumbing and need it NOW, these are the guys to call.

My tenants contacted me early on a Sunday morning that they had no hot water.  I was worried I wouldn't be able to find someone to come out on a Sunday.  The first place I called never returned my call, second wasn't open and third call was to Lawson.  A very nice woman answered my call immediately and scheduled for someone to come out a few hours later.  They were there within the time frame specified and had the issue fixed same day.  My first call will definitely be to Lawson if I'm ever in need again!

Fantastic! Had Greg install a water softener system and reverse osmosis system and we love them. Installation was clean and quick. The cost was reasonable and worth it. This company is very professional. My friend referred them to me, I referred them to another friend, and I highly recommend them.

While visiting our daughter, one of her bathrooms had a leak and was flooding the downstairs. Took a look at Yelp and gave Elite Rooter a call. Dispatcher/receptionist was quick to respond and had Brian there within the hour. Despite a series of issues from prior poor maintenance/workmanship that he had to work through, Brian was pleasant and helpful. Since we were from out of the area, we were definitely thankful for the honest reliable service!

We needed a new faucet and under-mount sink installed. Somers Plumbers was the only reply that would at least look at installing an under-mount sink and after inspection gave us a very competitive quote. Dave came out the next day and installed the sink and faucet in no time and everything has been working great.

We will definitely use Somers Plumbers again for any of our plumbing needs.

We just moved to the area from out of state and I called around to several local plumbing companies that got top marks here on Yelp and Google for a quote to fix our toilet that wouldn't stop running. Element Plumbing was by far the best to work with in terms of professionalism, expertise, price, and friendliness. Greatly appreciate Michael's communication, care, flexibility (when we changed last minute from swapping out an entire toilet to just fixing the current one) and expertise. Highly recommend and will definitely call again if we're in need of a plumber --- tho fingers crossed not anytime soon! ;)

I cannot say enough thing about this company!!!  I couldn't shut off the water to my house and the valve wasn't working. I found this local company and they came out very quickly, had great communication, professional work and charged me a fair price. He also answered all my questions and was very honest. I feel like he went above and beyond and walked me through the whole thing. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

I had an angle stop break, flooding my kitchen. My normal plumber wasn't available. In a panic, I googled emergency plumber Phoenix and Rooter Ranger came up. They were so kind and responsive. Within a matter of hours after receiving my call, they had me fully up and running! Thanks for helping me make the best of a bad day!! Definitely recommend these guys-especially in a pinch. They may be more expensive than some, but they guarantee their work and they were here for me in an emergency. Worth every penny, in my opinion. Thanks Rooter Ranger!

They were quick to respond with out needs for a water softener. I appreciated the details the tech representative had with the materials and he knew his stuff. I asked questions and husband too that made us comfortable to do business with him. I asked him why them and not their competitors and provided a solid statement and his reason why he works for them. I paid a little more more than another company but also felt confident that they work as a team and are happy there to stand by their words. Thanks for your pride in the work you do!

We have been in AZ for the past 4 years,  and went through many mediocre to lousy plumbing companies.
our water heater that we have bought from another company and was 3 month old was not working, the original company APS gave us the run around and wanted us to call the warranty company to come out to have it fixed, till a friend of ours recommended Lawson Family plumpbing, what a surprise, from the moment they answered the phone to scheduling the appointment, for the next morning, the tech Kevin was  so friendly and kind and patient, diagnosed the problem and had it solved at no time, saving us hassle and expense.

Robert came out to snake our kitchen drain. Got it cleared in record time. Suggested some possible things to do down the road but with no pressure.  Robert was very polite and friendly and shared a funny story about drain cleaning job he had once. As a follow on to Stepheni M.'s review, I wish I could give Hays 6 stars.  From design, estimation, through installation, setup and finally follow-up, everyone and everything exceeded expectations.  We were treated beyond what they said in the video advertisement.  We replaced 2 almost 20 year old 10 SEER mixed parts (mostly Trane, some Payne) systems with 2, 16 SEER Trane systems and then had them blow in more attic insulation, put some transom vents for air return in rooms where the doors are almost always closed, and add a supply register in a room that needed one.  When I say replace, I mean replace; they also said our plenums were way undersized so they replaced those too and what they said they were so spot on.  These units blow so much more cool air all through out the whole house so much better - they don't short cycle like our old system did, which was leaving hot spots (and probably higher electric bills).  So it was much more than just replacing old with new, they made sure that our system as a whole was operating better.  I'm convinced now that while some companies may be able to install new A/C and furnace units, but can they make sure everything is working well together like Hays did, that to me is a huge differentiator.  We found Hays based completely on web reviews and am so glad we did.  BTW, our OCD dog AJ already misses the guys!!!!

I've used King Plumbing, Heating and AC twice now. Once for an AC issue and once for a plumbing problem. Both experiences have been wonderful! They arrived on time and figured out the problem quickly and completed in it in the same day. I felt very confident in their work and will definitely use them in the future.
