Bryan was the plumber who provided our service. He was very quick and efficient, and repaired the pipe leak in short order. He was very polite and pleasant. This was probably the best plumbing experience I have ever had.

Great service and communication! I felt very confident hiring E H Plumbing from the moment Erik first responded to our message about a hot water leak. Good communication is just as important to me as doing good work and he made a great first impression on this front.

On his initial visit, he talked me through our plumbing repair and clearly answered all of my questions. I had been worried that the slab leak was going to be a major ordeal, but he and his team assured me that it's a common repair and nothing major to worry about. They finished the job all in one day as promised, and things are back in good working order.

I have called Bumble Bee Plumbing twice this year for separate issues.  Both times they responded in the same day.  1st issue was a leaking bib outside.  2nd issue was an underground leak on my irrigation system.  The staff responded within 2 hours and started with up front estimates for the cost on the repairs.  There weren't hidden fees or costs.  The water leaks have been fixed and come with a 1 year warranty.  I am very pleased with their quick response time and professional service!  Thanks Michael and Cody!

Repeated customer of Proskill last 8+ years, they have done every job we've request perfect! My girlfriend recently inherited a house, and it feels like every other weekend there's a new problem that comes up that needs fixing. Not only do the bills build up because of it but so does the stress. So this morning when a nasty smell started emanating from the bathroom sink, we expected another expensive and stressful house repair. After shopping around with other plumbers and discovering a small leak, Elite Rooter came along and quoted a job significantly cheaper than any other plumber had so far. And the plumber they sent- Joel Garcia- was one of the most genuine, approachable and professional we've had working on the house thus far. It was clear he was trustworthy and cared about doing good work. He understood our stress and made the whole experience pain-free. Thanks Joel for the great work!

After our usual plumber let us down several times I took to Yelp and found Somers Plumbers.  Its a huge challenge when you are reaching out trying to find a decent person to work in your home.   Someone that doesn't just pull down the first $ number that comes to their head and someone that you can trust to be there when they say and do what you ask.

I am really happy to have been able to find Dave Somers.  Dave is a truly knowledgeable plumber coming from over 16 years working for someone else, Dave now turned his experience over to becoming an ROC Licensed Plumber and business owner recently

He was quick to respond back to questions and rough pricing through Yelp, his communication skills through text/Yelp & phone are fantastic.  I always knew where I stood with Dave.

I set Dave up with 5 different faucet replacements which included new drain/plugs and a challenging hands free kitchen faucet.  Dave came through perfect on everything.  If I didn't have the right part, he had the parts on hand or knew where to get them.   He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.  

I am already figuring out his next project.

Leaks, water softeners, RO, faucets, drains, toilets.  Dave does them all.

Really wonderful. Not only was Ascend fair and competitive with pricing, an installation of three new toilets was clean and neat. The project was done at a home where my elderly parents live and they told me how kind and professional Michael was during the job.

I cannot say enough thing about this company!!!  I couldn't shut off the water to my house and the valve wasn't working. I found this local company and they came out very quickly, had great communication, professional work and charged me a fair price. He also answered all my questions and was very honest. I feel like he went above and beyond and walked me through the whole thing. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

I had a water leak in my house that I wasn't able to find, as well as an RO system that needed the filters replaced.  Justin (the owner) and Michael came out as scheduled, and both were especially polite and professional.  The price for the RO replacement was VERY reasonable, and Michael was able to handle it quickly und Justin's watchful eye.  

Justin then investigated the water leak, isolated it to the pool.  However, he didn't have the part with him (they do pool service too! they'll be my pool company).  He showed me the part that needs to be fixed, and I said that I could do that with a part from Leslies, and he agreed.  No charge at all for that!

100% recommendation, with absolutely no reservations!

We called at 5:30 pm and they said they had a driver in N. Phoenix and we live at 75th Ave and Camelback and the service man was at our house at 6:45 pm.  We paid $47 and couldn't be happier.  Great job Rooter Ranger. WOULD recommend this company.

Called Lawson Family Plumbing for quote on tankless hot water after seeing so many 5-star reviews on Yelp. Had already gotten phone estimate from another 5-star Family plumbing firm in same area. Lawson's estimate was ~20% lower because their guy VOLUNTEERED to suggest that they could use an adapter if our gasline was less than 3/4 diameter instead of re-piping system with larger pipe, plus they sent a guy out for the estimate (other outfit declined to do that due to COVID). I called other Family to see if they could reduce price by using an adapter and they said no. Lawson's plumber (Jason) did great job last Friday w/the install: careful, efficient, complete, and left garage cleaner than when he arrived.
*But wait...for the and then some: Saturday morn the shower temp was not staying as warm as w/the old tank we had just removed, and I was having buyer's remorse. Called Jason and he arrived at the house 15 minutes(!) later (did I mention this was a Saturday?). Checked it out, explained intricate software regulation involved w/tankless system, suggested a slightly lower temp setting, and left saying see how it goes and let us know; we want you to be satisfied. Have now tested it under many circumstances and it's working just fine. Great experience. BTW, the original gasline diam turned out to be 1, i.e., even more than the minimum needed for tankless.

Fernando was great. Super professional and informative, and really friendly. Although the price is steep for the fix, and I'll likely not use them for this particular job. I will highly consider them for other projects and repairs. Thanks Fernando!

Had tech Charlie out, I needed a new unit due to the hail damage, their install team of Chuck & Kenny were the fastest install team I have seen and unit is up working keeping it 75* in the house while it gets 100 * outside. Everyone there was great I will make Hays Cooling & Heating our go to guys!!!!!!!
