We had another plumbing company here a couplenof weeks ago, but they failed to solve the problem. BRANDON at Pink plumbing came, identified the problem, and got our toilet working the way it should. He was very friendly and professional.  I will be keeping Pink plumbing in my phone for future plumbing needs for sure! Thank you, Brandon. Full disclosure,  our linoleum did rip due to overzealous caulking (not theirs), which was a bummer.

A clogged toilet that I couldn't plunge or snake out myself is bad. But when it happens the night before my parents are due to arrive in the morning to stay at my house for the week, it's really bad.

I called a few places first thing in the morning. Most couldn't get me in that day. Some would come out, but would only do it after hours and would have to charge extra. But Diamondback was able to squeeze me in during a 1:00 to 5:00 window. It was also the only company willing to give me a ballpark figure on how much I should expect to be charged for the job (Every other place would only tell me that there is a call out fee that would be waived if they did the work, and the plumber would determine the charge on site).

The plumber came in the middle of the four hour window I was given. Unclogged the toilet in just a few minutes. And then gave me a discount since the job was so easy and fast. He probably wanted to insure that a first time customer would definitely give them a glowing review, recommendations, and use them again.

Guess, what? It worked.

They did a great job for a reasonable price. I would hire them again without any reservations.

Once again Chris and his crew came through! This time around I got the pleasure of working with Tom who was super nice and even texted me when he was on his way!

Tom arrived, polite, wore a mask for my wife and I , got a walk through of what we needed, and quickly got to work. He gave me a quick run down of what he was about to do and after that I let him rock and roll!

He left basically zero mess! And most importantly everything looked perfect, from what I as the consumer can tell, and all is working! He replaced an aging fridge water line and removed an old reverse osmosis system so we could get more space under our sink back.

All in all I was again impressed with the quality of the work, polite professionals, and ability to get to us quick. I have used Chris and his teams skills numerous times now and will continue to do so!

The person who answered the phone was very kind and efficient. I was able the get an appointment same day.Ken came to the house for a water heater issue we had. He was great - very knowledgeable and did a great job of making it understandable to someone who doesn't understand plumbing. I will ABSOLUTELY call them again when the need arises. THANK YOU!

Honestly, I'd give Greg six stars! He was professional, knowledgeable, understanding and went beyond his call of duty to help me with the insurance company, a septic company and told me to call him if I need him to help with either of these companies once they start their thing. Not only will I recommend this company to anyone who asks I am calling them for some little plumbing projects I've been putting off due to being nervous about professionals. GREAT JOB !

Quoted us $79 to unclog the pipes.  A technician came to the house but did not fix the clogged drain.  Instead, this company quoted us $1200 to use a hydro jet to unclog the pipes.  However, they till took my $79 when they did not fix the issue.  I had to go to another plumber with a much more honest way of doing things and helped us unclog the drain for a lot less money than $1200.  Never using this company again.  We've found our forever plumber.

Michael just left my house after completing two tasks for two separate issues. He was responsive when I began my search for a plumber and was timely and efficient while completing the jobs. Super friendly, down to earth, fair prices, honored schedules from calls to showing up, actually caring about the end products.

Called them after another plumber service made me wait 2 hours and wanted to charge me 220.00! The tech guy Chip came out and came within an hour. (it was Thursday evening when i called for service). He was very nice and knowledgeable. Explain the issue with me and cleared the drain. Everything took about 15 mins from the time he walked in the door, fixed the issue and billed me. They are very reasonably priced!!! I was able to finished my laundry and go to sleep in my bed with clean, fresh smelling sheets.

I needed a plumber...stat. The water line to my misting system burst and the company that installed it did not put a cutoff valve on it. I had to turn the water off at the main...no water to the house. I called Near Me Plumbing and was told they could have someone here at 10 AM. The tech showed up exactly on time and assessed the problem. He spliced the line where the pipe had burst. He thought the pipe may have burst due to vibration from the misting system compressor and the fact the pipe was against a block wall so he wrapped it in a rubberized leak sealing tape to prevent it from happening again (hopefully)...BUT he also installed a cutoff valve in case it did. The repair was quick, the work area was left clean and the tech was very professional and friendly. Near Me Plumbing will be my first call for all plumbing needs in the future.

This is the only plumbing company I use. Honest straight forward approach. Today Nick came out today and simply tightened the leaking faucet. Recommend replacement in the future with an explanation to help me understand the value.

My kitchen sink has been an absolute nightmare since I've moved in to my own two years ago! It finally gave out on me (the day I was hosting 10+ guests in my home for New Years Eve).

Called around yesterday trying to find someone short notice to analyze sewer pipes on an older home (1950's) we are purchasing in downtown Phoenix.  They had one of their professionals (Nick) call and explain the process.  He was able to to do the camera inspection the following day.  The house had three separate additions with 3 different types of sewer pipes.  He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the pipe dating back to the 50's and what had been done over the years.  Super impressed with his report back and professionalism overall.

Branden did a great job installing a new hot water heater. He even knew how to properly install the recirculating pump. I am in real estate and have seen a lot of plumbing work. They are knowledgeable and speedy.
