We were having an issue with our toilets refilling properly and contacted Pink Plumbing at 10pm. They sent out Lou Hernandez and Adam to diagnose the problem the very next morning at 8am. Lou was very meticulous in diagnosing the problem and made sure to check everything from the main line down to the individual faucets throughout the house. I am very happy with the service received and will definitely be using Pink Plumbing in the future.

This company is very professional and will go out of their way to accommodate you. We had tried two other plumbing companies and they couldn't schedule is for about 5 days out. We really needed someone to come soon as we had a faucet that wouldn't shut off. Diamondback was very accommodating and could schedule us in 3 days. Our tech was Cabe and he was on time, very courteous. He got right to work and installed two new faucets in the bathroom and replaced our garbage disposal. We were very happy with the way things turned out and would highly recommended this company and we would use in the future!

Update 3/3/23: Shortly after writing some reviews Jessica reached out to touch base with me about what had happened. There was a misunderstanding and they sent out the wrong tech. They refunded the charge and were very proactive about it. I appreciate that she reached out so quickly and got it taken care of. They've earned a star back from me as a result. I hate giving reviews that are less than 4 stars but I'm honestly not happy and feel I need to be honest about my experience.
I reached out to these folks for a quote for a repair I already knew I needed since they had such good reviews. I like to get at least three quotes for any work being done on my house. They were super responsive which was great and they were able to get out to see me within the week which was fine as the unit is running, just needs a part replaced before summer comes rolling through. So I set up a time to get a quote and the techs arrived on time and were great. I told them I just needed a quote for the part I need replaced which is also what I told the person I spoke to via the Yelp quote system. Things went a bit downhill from there. The tech didn't seem to know that they weren't here to do a service and I wound up spending money for something I didn't need.
I wasn't told there would be a charge to get a quote for something that I already knew was wrong. They did diagnostics which I didn't need because, again, I already knew what was wrong. They also quoted me for the whole system and not for the part that's needed. Two other companies have already been out to look at it and I don't need an almost $6k replacement unit, just the controller needs to be replaced. The unit isn't going to blow hot air out of the top when it's only 54 degrees outside... That doesn't mean I need a whole new unit, it just means it's too cold for the a/c to be running. I mean come on. I'm not replacing a unit that's running just fine with the exception of one failing part. The unit isn't even 7 years old.
The techs were nice, punctual, and I liked them but I was caught off guard by the fact that I was being charged for what should have just been a simple quote. I didn't need diagnostics, just a quote for a part being replaced. If I had been told ahead of time that I was going to be charged for diagnostics and a quote for a whole system replacement that I don't need I wouldn't have had them out.

First they are ridiculously expensive and I don't mean just a little.
Labor to install 2 kitchen faucets I bought plus 4 shut off valves that run about 10 bucks each at Home Depot. $1,723.00. I hired another company that sent two guys and they spent about 2.5 hours replacing the two faucets.

Honestly, I'd give Greg six stars! He was professional, knowledgeable, understanding and went beyond his call of duty to help me with the insurance company, a septic company and told me to call him if I need him to help with either of these companies once they start their thing. Not only will I recommend this company to anyone who asks I am calling them for some little plumbing projects I've been putting off due to being nervous about professionals. GREAT JOB !

He said he could not get to my home that day but would come back out the next AM. He was a total NO SHOW. Never even answered my call. This is the worst customer service i have seen in a long time. Appointment was easy to schedule and the technician was early - which was also communicated prior to arrival. Once diagnosed, the office called and went over the proposed repairs and cost. This job was way over priced in my opinion, nearly $8K to repair the sewer line just before Christmas. They told us it would be a very deep dig, and would need to be done by a special machine, a master plumber, and that they would be finished in 3-4 days. The price seemed high but worth it to get'er done before Christmas, and done right. They put 2 laborers there to 'start' digging but never got the machine.
For 3 very long days one or two guys dug with shovels, using flood lights after dark. They had to use their own tools, and were not trained well for safety, but these laborers had a great attitude and worked hard. My husband had to stop them and call the supervisor to complain that the hole needed to be shored up or it might cave in on them. The supervisor dropped off wood and left. They did their best but needed more guidance. The laborers were great, never complained, and seemed happy to have my husband watching out for them. It has been over a year and we have had no problems, so it did get done right, which is why they earned 3 stars.
Even if they paid the laborers $25 an hour for 100 man-hours of digging/filling in that's $2500. The 'master plumber' that sold us this job was in that hole for 2 hours max, let's give him $500/hour. No expensive machine. For overhead, insurance, $1500. That's $5000. We just felt ripped off once we saw that most of the job was digging by untrained labor and very little supervision!

Jason from the company called me and we spoke extensively about this and he apologized for Darryl's behavior. His phone call meant a lot to me for him to take the time with me to address this. I will definitely give Lawson Family Plumbing another try if we have anymore plumbing needs. Thank You Jason, your phone call to me went a long way.
We had a problem with our Water Heater shutting off and having to re-light the pilot light since the igniter was not working. Called our Home Warranty and they had Lawson Family Plumbing come out and Darryl was the technician. You can tell from the beginning he had a twinge of an attitude. He never introduced himself to us at all and proceeded to look at our water heater. He never touched the water heater at all, he never said anything to us about what might be the problem, he just told us he would be right back and was at his truck for about a half hour. He comes back and proceeds to tell us that our claim was denied with our Home warranty because we tampered with our water heater. Well we had to remove a cover in order to light the pilot light since the igniter was not working in order to get hot water and I guess that's what he considered tampered with because we did not put the cover back since we did not want to have to constantly take off that cover to light it. I called our Home Warranty immediately and they proceed to tell me that did not deny it, the technician just said he could not find nothing wrong with the water heater and that we just needed to clean the dust around the water heater and it should be good to go. Well needless to say I was a little confused on why Darryl had a different reason to us then what he actually told the Home Warranty place. He never said anything about the dust. He could of went about this differently and explain things so much better then he did. Needless to say after he left the water heater did not work and we could not even light the pilot light. We then called the Home Warranty and had another plumbing company come out the next day, mind you without any hot water that night because Darryl could not find anything wrong. 4 Fathers Plumbing comes out and they find that our Thermocoupler needed replacing. They replaced it and our water heater was working once again. I am sorry but the way Darryl conducted himself was not professional at all and we would never use this company. I don't know if he had a bad day but I am sorry that is no excuse

Purchased a condo Feb 2011 and needed a knob for the water shut off fixed. They came out handled it and gave me great service. I paid the first payment for the service call with my debit before they fixed it and then after it was fixed I paid again. Over the last 15 months I have received 3 calls from them saying I didn't pay, after getting a message last month again I called them back and talked to a very nice lady who said not to worry she would take care of it. Again today I get a call from a woman claiming to be a manager advising me I have a past due balance and I needed to pay ASAP!!! I again told her I had already paid and she began to argue with me. I asked her if I really owed this balance why it took 15 months for them to take care of it, she basically called me a liar and I asked to talk to her manager, and she stated she was it ( she didn't have a manager ) I then asked who the owner was and asked to be transferred to his voicemail, she said he didn't have voicemail and refused to allow me to speak to anyone else. I finally told her if she didn't stop harassing me I would file a claim with the BBB and hung up. Seriously they need a better bookkeeper and need better customer service!!!

I had 2, twenty-one year old Trane units at my house that were still running fairly well. Thought I was on borrowed time and decided to replace them. Received three quotes from reputable firms in the valley and they all came in about the same price range. The sales rep from Hays, Bill S., was very thorough in his presentation and fully explained the install processes. He took the time to explain how the install would be considerable better than what I currently had and that an actual Follow-Up inspection would be performed several days later to confirm the install was correctly done and that I was totally satisfied with the operations of the units.
The installs were completed in one day as promised and everything was completely cleaned up and double checked. I am amazed as to how much of a difference in the comfort level there is now and how much quieter they operate. Difference between night and day.
The driving factor of our decision to go with Hays was the Yelp Reviews. Hands down so much higher ratings than the competition. Not a doubt in my mind that we made the right choice!

My wife and I just moved to Tempe. There were a few plumbing issues; to say the least. I was refereed to King by my agent. Terry was very pleasant on the phone. He was also able to accommodate me by sending a plumber the next day. The plumber was Randy. He was AWESOME. Very personal and informative. He did not talk down to me or treat me like I was an idiot for not knowing how to fix the problems. It was like he was helping a buddy and not some guy that just called. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Unless we move away we will never use any other plumbing service.
