I had a small leak with my water heater that was 14 years old. Had pink plumbing come by to fix it and they recommended a new water heater. Within 3 hours we had a new water heater and it's been working great for the last two weeks. Thank you and great job!

We used DiamondBack two years ago and were extremely pleased, so when we had another backup of our system we reached out to DiamondBack to do another jet cleaning.  They sent Chris and he was running late, he spent half hour, while my husband was home.  By the time I got home 2 hours later we had backup again.  I called the next day and they tried to send him again, but his truck broke down, so they sent Dane.  He was wonderful but did not have the jet system.  8 days later the back up was back.  They sent Chris again all at no charge except this time we wanted it camera, we paid for the camera.  Chris only did the main pipe that went north and south, but not the pipe that went east and west.  DiamondBack was very responsive, Dane was great, but I would ask for someone other than Chris to do your service.

Fantastic experience! Had an unexpected leak in one of the upstairs bathrooms, which required us to shut off water to the whole house. Within 40 minutes there was someone outside our door! The plumber showed up wearing a mask and was very friendly. He fixed the cause of the leak, and also replaced a part for the downstairs toilet as well as did a quick check of our water pressure at my request. Couldn't be more pleased. We will save this number and will call again for future plumbing needs!

3rd time we've had them out for issues..all fixed and done in good order.  Just had David C visit to replace a toilet and was an easy and pleasant experience to schedule and get the work completed

TOO rich for my blood. 4 small repairs a shower valve a toilet valve and replace two outside faucets. 530 bucks ????? parts would have been 75 bucks tops from Home Depot a plumber could have done it all in 1.5 hrs. I've done these myself before in an afternoon. I think he wasn't really interested in doing it so they quote you through the roof to move on. I could fly my father in law the plumber in from Edmonton Alberta house him for a week then send him home for less.

Stephen was great to work with. Friendly and helpful with diagnosing the problem. Brian and his guy, Alvaro, were professional, always cordial, and gems to work with. I am grateful for all the hard work Brian did and will make sure to send business when anyone wants a referral!

I had a gas leak in my outdoor grill. I called them this morning and they scheduled someone to come out the same afternoon to look at it. Gave me a quote when they arrived on site and got the repair done the same day. Brian was very professional and courteous and did a great job with the new gas pipe.

Mont answered my call and right away I was struck by his courteous, thoughtful, and thorough demeanor. I explained that we had a nanny at home and he was thoughtful enough to ask her name and get any important information to ensure that she felt comfortable with the technician. They utilize this great service that shows you a picture of the technician as well as notifies you as to when they are en route to the house.
We called because our water softener was leaking and turns out, we just put in too much salt (oops!). I was shocked that we were given great instruction on how to properly use the water softener but weren't charged anything for the consult. It is an excellent and honest business practice and 100% Plumbing has our customer loyalty from here on out.

We have a large irrigation system which will at times require some repairs.  We have used Allegiance twice now and have received prompt and quality service.  They are always available to schedule an appointment, have great communication and fix the problem at a reasonable price.  Will definitely recommend.

I had issues with my garbage disposal. After contacting several plumbers, Rooter Ranger Plumbing was the only one with immediate availability to address the situation. They were very professional and reached out right away to confirm a time that worked for me. A.J. came out to assess the situation and found the problem. He took care of everything in a timely manner and was very informative about what was going on, without mansplaining, which I appreciate. I asked him to check another problem I was having with a wobbly toilet. He made sure I was aware of what could be causing the issue before moving forward and even contacted his supervisor to ensure I was getting the correct service, which was also appreciated. I have had situations where the plumber dispatched made recommendations that were not correct and they did not seek any higher up recommendations. Rooter Ranger Plumbing provided the proper solution and were able to take care of all my necessary repairs the next day. As a single woman it's hard to trust repair recommendations in any field but Rooter Ranger Plumbing was honest and very capable of handling all of my repairs. I definitely will be calling them back with any future repairs or services. Thank you!!!

I contacted Lawson Family Plumbing about replacing all of my under-sink shut off valves. They were kind and courteous when I called to schedule and they showed up on time and even offered to wear booties when they came to the door. I really appreciated that. I thought the price was fair. Highly recommend.

great company!  I was quoted rates of $200+, and to rent the equipment and pay someone to do it would have been $150.  They showed up, ON TIME, handled it, didnt try to up sell me on stuff i didnt need!  They were professional, easy to deal with and would highly recommend!

Mightily impressed with Hays Cooling from 1st phone call about our 13-year old malfunctioning A/C unit August 20!  Jerry came to the house within a few hours and diagnosed the problem!  Then Jack discovered that due to the old configuration on the roof and it being a Thursday night (in the middle of a lightening storm) he promised us a new unit on the roof and operational by Monday morning.  IT IS DONE - Monday 9:00am!  This company came as a word-of-mouth recommendation and I will continue to spread the word about this excellent business!! Terry and Brandon came out to address a problem today that was left by a previous company (they refused to come back out). They were completely professional, kind and took our concerns very seriously. King fixed the problem and made sure we were satisfied, telling us they would come back out if we had any further concerns. I look forward to using them again.
