I had a problem with the water not draining in my sink and sewage backup.  I called Pink plumbing because of the good reviews on yelp.  They came out and looked at my pipes with their camera.  Plumber told me pipes were blocked and I needed to  hydro-jet my pipe at my rental to clear it out.  The cost $1200!!!   Wow I said isn't that expensive?   The plumber said that was average cost.   He said he had to get the machine to do it.  2 hours later still no one called or came out.  So I called another plumbing company and asked them how much to hydro-jet my pipe.  $300 they said.   So I called Pink plumbing back and cancelled.  Soon afterwards the owner Chris called me and asked why I cancelled.  I told him that he was ripping me off $1200 for a $300 job.  He told me the plumber that came to my house misquoted me for the entire house hydro-jetting.   Sorry not my fault your plumber doesn't know how to quote correctly.  He told me he would have refunded me the extra $900 (I thought sure he would).   The only good thing about Pink plumbing is he didn't charge me for the camera when he came out the first time.  I would not use them again.   Seemed like a scam to me.  The other plumber used a better camera and was more knowledgeable and found my problem when Pink plumbing could not.  I didn't need any hydro-jetting!!!!

This company is a complete HACK. I called for a leak in the wall. They sent out a guy who Smelled VERY strong of alcohol. As he tried to put his words together he openly admitted to me that the company only offers Patch Repairs. He said they come out and put a patch to hold you over until the problem needs a permanent fix which is not what I wanted behind my walls. They only use Shark Bite fittings. My dad is a plumbe t and told me these fittings are known to FAIL ,Causing you more repairs and more $$.  Go with someone else, this company doesn't have good intentions behind their work.

Robert showed up on time wearing a properly fitted mask.  He performed the repairs we asked for and I would definitely ask for him in the future.

We've have had them out for multiple plumbing issues and they always target and repair the issue same day. ( At least in our case they have had the hardware needed to make the repairs)
Friendly, on time and great pricing. We use them now in all our houses (rental properties included)

Flush king came out to our rental property in Scottsdale within 90 mins of me calling and fixed the toilet that was causing a leak in our unit. Only reason for 4 stars is that $379 to replace a wax ring is highway robbery.

Well all I can say is they came out to educate us on fixing our running toilet
After 30 minutes of education and a quote of $1200 to replace our Krohler toilet with some sub standard toilet they had on their truck we had a handyman fix it for $60
Was just a bad customer experience all around

Not long after I wrote original review had call from owner.  I was impressed.  They are sending someone out right away. I do have to admit I am extremely frustrated that I have called numerous places that say they are 24/7 and had not had anyone answer or call me back- Just at my wits end. Thank you so much!

Original post:Called today to see about having someone look at my kitchen sink. Yes it is Sunday but says they are open 24/7.  First time - disconnected. Not sure if I was hung up on or not- phone didn't say call failed but will give benefit of the doubt as my cell gives me problems in the house.  Called back and phone was promptly answered and asked to hold.  I was on hold for over 5 minutes.  From the reviews I thought this was prompt and courteous service.

Very responsive and pleasant receptionist. Job well done, Chase and Michael. Thank you for fixing our refrigerant leak. Good service and fair price.

We live in Peoria AZ and had a toilet back up. Well we thought it was the toilet. I bought a toilet auger and was not successful unclogging the blockage. The auger went through the wax ring plastic and I could not go in either direction. I had to remove the toilet. I was ok with that as we were considering a new one. Once removed I used my upstairs bathroom and it over flowed. I have one of 5 tri-levels just north of Olive ave.  Of course we have a full bathroom in the basement. After removing the toilet I became the lowest spot and water would flow out.

I knew I needed professional help so we found Elite Rooter. They offered a 15% military discount. At this time we thought the blockage was between us and the street.

Elite responded quickly. Yair Vicencio was the tech. He ran his snake/auger back into the house through the clean out, then all the way to the street, the full length of his equipment. We still had a blockage. He called a team member with the video and even with the line full of sewer water they could not tell where the blockage was. This was all for $90. At this point I elected to have them hydro jet the line for $1250.  

After several hours and complete hydro jetting I still had a blockage. At this point Yair suggested I look into the cleanout of my neighbor across the street. He had water backed up too. But since his lowest drain was 4 feet higher than mine he was not affected yet.

At this point I called the city of Peoria. After convincing them we had exhausted all possibility of a blockage on my property the sent out a crew and discovered the blockage was 4 blocks north in the middle of Olive avenue.

The story has a happy ending as the city cleared the blockage and the shit went downhill. We will file a claim against the city but they actually really did a good job.

Highly recommend Elite Rooter. Very well priced and accountable. They had 3 people on with the owner and stayed till my problem was resolved.

Dave came out to repair my clogged toilet in our guest bathroom this morning. He was on time and very responsive and very reasonably priced.

Highly recommend and will use again if we have any issues

Element Plumbing did a very professional job replacing all my water valves so they are up to code, and came up with a great solution for the water line on my fridge so I could fit a newer model in that has an icemaker.

Anyways..  Brian was great.  Found my water heater leaking and he came out the next morning.  Just quick and easy for me..

We had a leak appear from our upstairs shower onto our downstairs ceiling. I called 100% plumbing and they got Angel out there within an hour. Angel opened up my ceiling and found that the issue was not related to a plumbing issue. He then put me in contact with a tile guy and he got a restoration company out to my house for me. There was no charge for his time and the company did not try to gouge me for something they couldn't fix. Very honest and helpful during a very stressful situation. Definitely recommend this company and Angel.

We had accumulated a long list of water related/ plumbing needs. Allegiance was awesome from start to finish! Scheduling was a pleasure, as the phone service was friendly, detailed and accommodating. Eloy, our service tec , was prompt, thorough, friendly, knowledgeable & specific as he explained what he was doing and could or could not do. Pricing was fair and honest. Very grateful I found this company. Cannot recommend them enough.

Simple. They all over charge and under perform. Sloppy, unprofessional hacks that jerk me around and waste my time.

I contacted Lawson Family Plumbing about replacing all of my under-sink shut off valves. They were kind and courteous when I called to schedule and they showed up on time and even offered to wear booties when they came to the door. I really appreciated that. I thought the price was fair. Highly recommend.

Reached out to this company about a week ago to get a quote on a furnace mounted humidifier. The sales person arrived on time and was friendly. Before he left he said I'd have a quote before COB. That never happened. I called the next day. The person on the phone said they would look into the matter straight away and I would receive a quote shortly. That never happened. I called for the last time the following day. Yet another person said they would elevate and I would without fail receive a quote. That never happened.
Everyone can decide for themselves if they want to do business with these folks. It's clear to me how they value their customer. I'm moving on. Jeez.

Randy and Marc showed up on time and were friendly, helpful, and very professional. They found simple solutions that 2 other plumbers hadn't found and wanted to charge us a ton of money to fix. One was the recirculating pump, which wasn't working. These guys figured that it wasn't plugged in! (It still needed work, but....) We also had no cold water in the master shower. A previous plumber told us it was a cartridge that was hard to get to, and would cost $1000. Randy handed me a rubber piece and said someone put this rubber piece on backyards and it blocked your cold water intake. I'm 63 years old. This was the best plumbing experience I've ever had!
