This was hands down the best plumbing company and team that I've ever had service my place. They were incredibly responsive, reliable and hard working. I made a call on a Wednesday, they were here the next day, ahead of schedule and fixed two toilets and a shower head in under 25 minutes. I even had them work on an extra project and they did so no questions asked. Thanks Mike and team! I will definitely be using your services again.

On Memorial day I woke up to a flooded kitchen. Jerry showed up on time and was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they didn't charge extra because of the holiday.

Lawson sent Jason out to help me with a potential leak in my wall. Jason was great about explaining the process, giving me my options (and his advice), he even helped me navigate issues around insurance. At the end of everything, the leak was actually from a neighboring unit so Lawson did not charge me for the two visits and exploratory work. Working with Jason and Lawson was great. I highly recommend the company and Jason to anyone who needs a repair or any plumbing related work. I hope I don't have any plumbing issues in the future, but if I do I will be calling Lawson!

I am just blown away at this company! We had a big plumbing issue the day before I was to be induced, so needless to say we were in a bit of a time crunch. My husband called and they were out to our house very quickly, with friendly and honest service that we really appreciated. We had to have them back the next day for one more thing and they were also super friendly and we enjoyed talking with them. We got home from the hospital to a congratulations on the new baby card with hand written well wishes & the staff all signed it!! This was our first experience with Bumble Bee and we are totally blown away, they definitely have our business for life and we are going to recommend them to any and everyone! I had a leak that I thought was my main water line. I called and had a service call set up for New Year's Day. Response was fast and friendly.  There was no service call and no holiday rates. I went through some challenges and the issues were diagnosed and pricing provided with no upselling. Turned out my main water line was fine and it was issue with irrigation system. My other challenges were solved in real time. Mike was fantastic, informative, and friendly. Great experience!

I don't know if it's the economy/inflation, but had a tune up done again this year and the guy that came out didn't have filters for the air handler.  Did it last year, and they brought new ones.  The excuse was that he didn't know which filters to bring , but considering they knew what to bring last year and the fact that I had purchased the system from them, it should be in the computer/notes of some sort.  No biggie, it was a last complimentary tune up, hence the 4 stars, but people should know ahead of time before booking a tune up.

I used Elite Rooter Phoenix to get our pipes and  tub/shower faucet replaced. Kevin Mon at Elite Rooter Phoenix was very professional and did a great job. I would high recommend them!

I needed two faucets replaced. Dave was good in communicating price, appointment time, etc. He arrived on time, did a great job. Price was reasonable.

Michael came out within a couple of hours and replaced the valve on the water line into our home. Very nice guy and the job was completed as requested.  Price very fair. We plan to use Ascend the next we need a plumber. Thank you!

I had a small leaky pipe in attic and had another company come out for quote (name starts with H ends with A) and they wouldn't just fix the problem without installing all new pipes for over $1400!! Total ripoff. I called Sound Plumbing and Dylan came out a few hours later and finished the job on the same day!! He was nice and informed me of his plan: which was NOT to repipe the attic, but to FIX THE PROBLEM. It was reasonably priced and I was very happy that I made that 2nd call for another opinion.

Mont and his team were amazing. They came out on the same day to give us a quote for a huge job and fit us in two days later because we were in a time crunch. He gave us a fair price and worked all day to finish the job in one day. I messaged him on a Sunday evening about a potential follow-up problem, and not only did he respond, but he sent someone the next day to have it fixed. 100% plumbing will definitely be our go-to plumbers from now on.

Outstanding help on my irrigation system.  The technician, Tom, was prompt, Courteous, knowledgeable.  He went right to work and diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. He explained  Everything as he went along. Would rate higher than 5 stars if it were available.

If there is such a thing as Karma, Raul--with Rooter Ranger--will be leading a charmed life. Suddenly we were without hot water. Raul helped us find out if our warranty was still good (which it was) and then made three visits, including a Saturday, to locate the elusive problem. He was able to locate the problem as an electrical one. Because it was not a plumbing problem, he said it was no charge! You heard right--no charge. You can bet that we will be taking all our future plumbing problems to him and recommending him to all our friends. Thank you, Raul for your honesty and expertise!!!!

They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.

Always reliable and trustworthy. Which is what you want in a plumber. Not the cheapest but youget what you pay for!

I was so very pleased to have this company come out to fix our badly clogged kitchen drain. Robert sent a personal message with his picture included so we would recognize him when he arrived. We received service within 3 hours of our call! Robert was courteous, pleasant, efficient, quick, and did a great, professional job in short order. Option One was relatively inexpensive, too. We were so sure it was going to be a fortune. I would recommend Option One to anyone. Just now passed along their info to my mom, who is having a similar issue.

I am very happy with the quality of service I received from this company.
I had a $6000 HVAC installed on my roof a couple of months ago. They showed up on time, were respectful, installed the unit in a timely manner, and had a very competitive price, (I got six bids for the job). After the initial installation, a quality control person came out and inspected the installers work. Then, six weeks or so later they came back to do a another maintenance on the unit. Nice job Hays!

I found King heating, plumbing, and AC LLC when my home warranty company  (Old Republic) sent Marc out to take a look at my AC unit that was not producing cold air. I cannot say enough good things about Marc. He was extremely nice, honest, trustworthy, and took the time to explain to me the problem and what can be done to fix it. He took his time and made sure the job was done right. The problem was that we were low on refrigerant and he made sure there were no visible leaks before pumping more refrigerant in the unit. He was able to fix our air conditioner and now my family doesn't have to live in a hot house anymore. This is by far the best experience I've had with a heating/cooling and plumbing company. I highly recommend this company and I even more highly recommend them sending Marc out to your house!
