I am absolutely satisfied with the overall customer service we have received from pink plumbing. We were in need of service asap and as soon as we called the person we spoke with she was very helpful and delivered such amazing customer service to us. I am so happy with the quick service we received especially since it was on the same day and they sent the technician in an hr. We can't say how grateful we are to have found such an amazing service. Omar was very quick and friendly. We thank you for an amazing, quick and overall experience. We would recommend your business to everyone.

My fiance and I have 4 houses, and I have used this company 6 times in the last 3 years. NEVER AGAIN!

The last time they came to my house for a service call, three days later my son was having the same problem.  After talking with them a couple of times, they finally said they would come back and redo it and only charge me about $40.  I was happy.  I gave them my credit card number since I was not at that property and they said they would charge my card.  I thought everything was done.

Several days later, my son called me and said they had charged his card for both services, AND had charged MORE the second time they came out than they had originally charged.  It had overdrawn his bank account.

I called Diamondback and they argued with me about the quote I had been given for the second appointment, and also admitted they had charged the wrong card.  They talked to a supervisor, called me back and said they would fix the charges.  I thought they were going to take the charges off my son's card and charge mine, but I'm not sure what they did.

TWO MONTHS LATER, I get a call from Beth (who is apparently the VP, and owner's wife).  She had first called my fiance and told him she was taking me to court because I owed them money and had I had reversed the charges on my credit card. HUH?  I called her myself and asked what she was talking about, I had never reversed anything.  Her response was Oh, you never reversed your charges?  You never reversed your charges?  Well, I'll see you in court!  Then she HUNG UP ON ME!!!  What?!?!?  My fiance called her back after I talked to him and she said that I had been yelling at her and used the F-bomb!  Then he just wanted to get this whole thing taken care of so he said he would bring them a check.  They said if he came to the office they would call the cops because they felt threatened!  It went on and on...needless to say, it was the craziest phone call either of us had ever received from a company, and I would never do business with them again, and will tell everyone I know the same.  MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS EVER!!!!!!!

First of all.  I found Hansen Family Plumbing on yelp.  The reviews speak for themselves.  They are by far one of, if not the best, experiences I've had with any contractor I've had in my house.  They are prompt, efficient, and do really high quality work.  I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.  I've worked with a few of the professionals they have and they are all phenomenal.  They answer the phone, and respond quickly and schedule appointments even faster.  They have a text and email based system for reminders and are way more technologically advanced than I've experienced.  Definitely use these guys for everything.

Fair price for good work and friendly service. I've used Lawson a few times for a business I own and I have been happy with the results each time. They do prompt work and don't gouge prices.  When something is leaking or backed up, it's hard to shop around. With Lawson, there isn't a need to.  Every time I've called, they fix the issues we have and charge a totally appropriate price.  Thank you for being a trustworthy plumber.

11 year old hot water heater started leaking. Adrian and Joel came out the very next day, determined it needed replacement, and presented our options.  We decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater.  Yes, it was the more expensive option up front....but much more efficient to run long term and should have a longer life too (with less maintenance).  That same day they went and got the unit, came back and installed it, and some sort of a pump to help move water through the lines to the furthest faucets away from the water heater.  When they were done every faucet was tested.  I'm now getting hot water in less than a minute at every faucet in the house!!!  I never expected that side benefit. And my jacuzzi garden tub on the opposite end of the house fills to the brim with hot water...and hubby can take a shower afterwards and he had hot water too!!  We are a tankless water heater fan now, and so glad we made that decision.  Adrian and Joel were efficient, professional, courteous, and left zero mess.  Makayla and the others in customer service were so nice too.  This is the type of business that make a large expenditure feel like it was worth it from conversation one to the end....and even the follow up phone call later to make sure everything met our expectations.  I'm pleased to say our expectations were exceeded!  Thank you Bumblebee Plumbing!!!

EDIT: the company reached out to me to apologize for their error and refunded me the cost of the initial repair. I believe my first experience was a fluke. They more than made it up to me with their excellent customer service.

I had someone come out to fix our toilet that was not flushing properly. Someone came out, we were charged several hundred dollars, and assumed the toilet was working fine. It's a toilet we rarely use, so a few days passed, and when we went to use the toilet, it still would not flush unless the lid was off of the tank. I called and left a message to have someone come back out to fix the problem, and no one ever returned my message. We decided to use a different plumber.

One of the best customer service experiences I've had from beginning to end. Ever.  My water heater wasn't producing hot water so I did a quick google search and found these guys. I checked their website and they offered free diagnosis and no trip charge. Wow. I did a quick help search and saw stellar reviews so I called to schedule a visit. Jackie on the phone was awesome and scheduled a tech to be here within 2 hours!  Impressive. John H the technician was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. He's an excellent representative for your company.  Give him a raise!  He got my heater working super fast and I couldn't be happier.

My girlfriend recently inherited a house, and it feels like every other weekend there's a new problem that comes up that needs fixing. Not only do the bills build up because of it but so does the stress. So this morning when a nasty smell started emanating from the bathroom sink, we expected another expensive and stressful house repair. After shopping around with other plumbers and discovering a small leak, Elite Rooter came along and quoted a job significantly cheaper than any other plumber had so far. And the plumber they sent- Joel Garcia- was one of the most genuine, approachable and professional we've had working on the house thus far. It was clear he was trustworthy and cared about doing good work. He understood our stress and made the whole experience pain-free. Thanks Joel for the great work!

After our usual plumber let us down several times I took to Yelp and found Somers Plumbers.  Its a huge challenge when you are reaching out trying to find a decent person to work in your home.   Someone that doesn't just pull down the first $ number that comes to their head and someone that you can trust to be there when they say and do what you ask.

I am really happy to have been able to find Dave Somers.  Dave is a truly knowledgeable plumber coming from over 16 years working for someone else, Dave now turned his experience over to becoming an ROC Licensed Plumber and business owner recently

He was quick to respond back to questions and rough pricing through Yelp, his communication skills through text/Yelp & phone are fantastic.  I always knew where I stood with Dave.

I set Dave up with 5 different faucet replacements which included new drain/plugs and a challenging hands free kitchen faucet.  Dave came through perfect on everything.  If I didn't have the right part, he had the parts on hand or knew where to get them.   He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.  

I am already figuring out his next project.

Leaks, water softeners, RO, faucets, drains, toilets.  Dave does them all.

Had a leak under the kitchen sink and needed the faucet replaced. Mike and his team was responsive and upfront with his pricing and estimates. His work was quality and I would definitely call him again for future work!

I cannot say enough thing about this company!!!  I couldn't shut off the water to my house and the valve wasn't working. I found this local company and they came out very quickly, had great communication, professional work and charged me a fair price. He also answered all my questions and was very honest. I feel like he went above and beyond and walked me through the whole thing. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

A truly great experience. We had a gas leak in our outdoor BBQ and Firepit/Firepots. We asked for recommendations and several neighbors suggested 100%. Jason explained what he was going to do and why it was the best course of action. A couple of hours later it was all finished and working. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you!

Allegiance Water Services was great to work with. Justin came out and had the toilet installed in a timely manner. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He also helped me with an unrelated home question I happened to have. I was so happy with the service I received. The owner also called a few days later just to make sure everything was working well and we were satisfied. Excellent customer service and very good installation.

Called last night as they are a 24 hrs of operation company, or at least they say they are, the woman who answered the phone was rude and told me no one would come out that night, I only have one bathroom in my house and was forced to go outside until a different plumbing company was able to show up and resolve my issue, mainline turned out to be shatter with roots and its going to be a massive project starting Monday and I would recommend you all use someone else, thats fast reliable and they will come out the same day. DO NOT USE ROOTER RANGER!!!

5 star rating is not enough! After replacing the fill and flush valve in my toilet myself, (I think I'm Miss DIY) water was spraying from the supply line and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Jordan came out and found that it was missing a gasket that was stuck in the old part. He took it out and screwed the water line in, made sure that the toilet was flushing the way it should. I was surprised that it was such an easy fix and felt like an idiot. Another company told me I might have to replace the entire water supply line, but what surprised me even more, was that Jordan refused to charge me saying, I didn't do anything, even after removing a hose that was stuck in my backyard and checking my shower head. I was floored and asked him multiple times to charge me for his time, and gas but he refused. Such an amazing experience.  Most companies would have never taken a simple job like mine or would have charged a service call. I will be calling again and referring him to everyone I know. It is so hard to find honest, reliable, kind people. Thank you so much Jordan, you are amazing!

Jason from the company called me and we spoke extensively about this and he apologized for Darryl's behavior. His phone call meant a lot to me for him to take the time with me to address this. I will definitely give Lawson Family Plumbing another try if we have anymore plumbing needs. Thank You Jason, your phone call to me went a long way.

We had a problem with our Water Heater shutting off and having to re-light the pilot light since the igniter was not working. Called our Home Warranty and they had Lawson Family Plumbing come out and Darryl was the technician. You can tell from the beginning he had a twinge of an attitude. He never introduced himself to us at all and proceeded to look at our water heater. He never touched the water heater at all, he never said anything to us about what might be the problem, he just told us he would be right back and was at his truck for about a half hour. He comes back and proceeds to tell us that our claim was denied with our Home warranty because we tampered with our water heater. Well we had to remove a cover in order to light the pilot light since the igniter was not working in order to get hot water and I guess that's what he considered tampered with because we did not put the cover back since we did not want to have to constantly take off that cover to light it.  I called our Home Warranty immediately and they proceed to tell me that did not deny it, the technician just said he could not find nothing wrong with the water heater and that we just needed to clean the dust around the water heater and it should be good to go. Well needless to say I was a little confused on why Darryl had a different reason to us then what he actually told the Home Warranty place. He never said anything about the dust. He could of went about this differently and explain things so much better then he did. Needless to say after he left the water heater did not work and we could not even light the pilot light. We then called the Home Warranty and had another plumbing company come out the next day, mind you without any hot water that night because Darryl could not find anything wrong. 4 Fathers Plumbing comes out and they find that our Thermocoupler needed replacing. They replaced it and our water heater was working once again. I am sorry but the way Darryl conducted himself was not professional at all and we would never use this company. I don't know if he had a bad day but I am sorry that is no excuse

If I could give Hunter 10 stars I would! He thoroughly investigated the clogged drains and recommended a snake treatment. He worked extra hard to get the old corroded pipes off and snaked around all corners to really get the clog out. Every other company tries to sell me a camera check or a hydro jet. I have 11 properties and only use Option 1 because I can trust them to do the right thing even if I'm not there.

Chas was Great...Water heater finally gave in; he was professional quickly assessed what needed to get done and very patient with all my questions.

Highly recommend King Plumbing!  Extremely fast to respond for service.  Very prompt,  extremely efficient and very knowledgeable in their field.  Everyone I spoke with and worked with was very polite as well.  In the future if I need service they will be number 1 on my list to call!
