This is a top-notch plumbing company. My water heater was going out, so I requested quotes from a few companies. Some never responded and some just said it would depend and they would have to see when they arrived (and charged me for the trip, of course). Based on the reviews, I called Pink Plumbing. Chris was fantastic; he talked me through my various options and  provided me with exact, fair prices over the phone. I called back and selected the 75-gallon Rheem Marathon, and I decided to also have them replace my garbage disposal (and again Chris gave me an exact price). Stephanie called a few minutes later and was able to get me scheduled for the following morning.
Lou and Zack showed up exactly on time. They were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. While they were here, Lou also fixed my shower (the water pressure was very low and I asked if it needed new piping, and he figured out in about 5 seconds that it was just the type of shower head I had, and he fixed that within a couple of minutes -- for free!).
Pink Plumbing already earned a 5-star rating, but I would now give them a 10 if I could. After they left, I realized that a valve in the backyard that works with my pool's auto-fill feature was overflowing (the seal failed when the water was turned on and off). Lou and Zack came back and, despite this not being their fault at all, replaced the faulty part -- again, free of charge! I cannot praise their work highly enough. I will call Pink Plumbing for any plumbing needs in the future. And Lou and Zack were terrific!

The person that took my call was very nice. She asked if it was an emergency and I confirmed that it was not.  So, we scheduled an appointment for 2 days later at 9am. 9:30 came, and I called to verify that I hadn't written the appointment down wrong. She verified that I had an appointment and said the tech was running late. She said he would be calling me to give me an eta.  When the tech called me he had no idea about the appointment.  He asked if it was an emergency?.... I said no. It's not an emergency, I have an appointment. He said, well my friend, I've got 12 emergencies in front of you. I think he thought it was funny for some reason. I hung up and called another company. There are plenty of plumbers in the Phoenix area. Call one that's dependable. Not these people.

I hired Lawson Family Plumbing to work on my home on 06/29/22 because my bathroom had a clogged drain, after they finished their initial work order, the following day both my bathrooms on the east wing began gurgling water and wouldn't flush properly,  same company but a different tech were called out and claimed that the guest bathroom shower needed to be unclogged and they performed that work at no cost, then the (3rd) day after those events, I was doing laundry and my other guest bathroom toilet on the west wing began to leak and flood water into my home, and from there work exceeded for about 2 months, including work that was not necessary and I was charged over $6k in fees. I was told that it would have costed 5k to get work done they started to do it then they told me that it would cost an extra 2k to digg in a diffrent spot. when I asked the reason why they couldnt tell me other than it needed to be done. Once I couldn't get an answer from techs I asked for more clarification from manager mike. Before Mike came to further inspect, I checked my ring activity for the day of techs work on my new pipe installation and there was 30 seconds of a black out on and no activity on the camera was recorded, including audio, and then the scene clips back to the techs filling the dirt hole and you can see the hole is filled about 90% between the 30 seconds of the ring footage. I went back and watched all videos never had that happen on my ring. I also reviewed more videos and found out they knew where to dig the whole time. I began to really question their work and looked further into the company and company reviews to find similar complaints about the plumbing technicians adding work to their homes that didn't need to be done and being charged outrageously for it or the past customer felt they were taken advantage of. But the biggest issue is that I found out they are not individually licensed plumbing techs and the Lawson Family Plumbing co is licensed as an LLC and allowed these unlicensed plumbers to work on my home and cause additional plumbing damages and fees. I tried to discuss my concerns with Mike and told him about my ring camera being compromised during the techs work, and Mike verbally admitted that the techs on site did touch and move my ring camera during the time of the pipe reinstallation, where they dug an unnecessary pit and performed unneeded work.  Doing this, they caused more damages to my abandoned pipes and cracked part of my pool deck because they were so adamant that the plumbing issue was being caused from a pipe that was placed in the middle of my back patio and pool deck (all of which are concrete so I was told they would need to drill the whole space out)  but after hiring another plumbing group for a second opinion, we learned the pipe that the Lawson Family Plumbing Techs claimed needed to be drilled out, was abandoned prior to me owning the home and that plumbing group found the issue was located in a completely different area of the house and the pipe was easily accessible and no patio drilling or anything we were quoted for from Lawson Family Plumbing was actually necessary. Spent over 3 months with lawson back and forth just to tell me it would cost 17k to fix an abandon pipe. The other company got issue done under 9k. I spoke with owner eventually and received an apology and a refund. I was told by owner he would find a pool company and help me resurface my pool deck in august and never heard back from him. I don't like writing reviews but when you have a company take advantage of you this bad I want to make sure no one has to go through similar experience.

So in summary this company:
- Takes advantage of people (women from what I see in other reviews)
- Techs are not licensed which per law anything over 1k they need to be
-Must work on commission so will take advantage to make a buck
-Do not know what they are doing  
-Wont get to the root of problem in a timely manner(probably because they arent licensed and experienced)
-Techs  Harley Talian, Nicholas Bishop were the ones to touch camera and attempt to take advantage of me.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!  Had 2 serious plumbing issues in the past month, with gross black sewage looking material coming up in the showers and the toilets not flushing properly....it was time for a professional!  Chris called me back right away and was out within a couple of hours and got everything flowing again. He is super knowledgeable and gave me some insights on the sewer line and how to make sure I am covered since my house is old and built in '61.  He even fixed my low flow kitchen sink in like 5 minutes that is brand new but the installers didn't install the line correctly.  The price was great too, I was super worried he would try and sell me all kinds of things I don't need (as other companies do) but he didn't.  He came out, did the job, gave me a TON of helpful information and was on his way.  Cannot recommend enough!!

This was no easy project since I live in a second floor condo. Currently there is no washing machine in place.  I had gotten a few bids for the job but Ken made the difference when he assured me he was up to the job.  Part of the job required them to dig a three foot hole 7 feet long at the base of my building. They worked hard and non stop all day. Joel and MJ were polite young men and all three got along well all day, despite the 100 plus temperatures. I had no idea the job was going to be so extensive. A camera had to be installed to locate the drain. Which was done in advance to assure me the project could be accomplished in the first place.  Dispatchers Craig and Cheyenne kept me informed each time a crew was enroute with an accurate arrival time to my house. Ken was there for the first visit and saw the project through the end. Questions were answered throughout the day and they even helped to document this part of my complete kitchen makeover by taking pictures for me inside the hole they had dug. I won't look anywhere else when the time comes to install the kitchen plumbing. This was a positive experience. Ken, Joel, and MJ made the difference.

I called Lawson on a Friday for help with a plumbing issue. We scheduled an appointment for 6 a.m. the next morning. The technician was right on time, he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed two separate issues right on the spot. I'm not sure how they compare on price, I didn't get other quotes, but the Lawson quote seemed reasonable, and I didn't have time to waste. Lawson called me the following evening (Sunday) to ask if the work had been completed to my satisfaction. They told me that if for some reason the problem wasn't solved they would send someone out first thing on Monday to make sure it was taken care of. I was so impressed with that level of customer service which I find to be very rare. I was left with the impression that this is indeed a family company that cares about their customers.

Lief was extremely professional, courteous, and informative. Ran late but informed me every step of the way. Installs were seamless, leakproof, and look fantastic. Highly recommended. Friendly. Have used Proskill before and will continue to use going forward!  Extremely affordable and reasonable. No hidden charges. Can't say enough.

Jose Ventura was very professional when he came into my home. He was properly wearing a mask, had booties on, and gloves. I felt very comfortable letting him into my house due to COVID. The work he did was impeccable and his work area remained clean and organized. I totally recommend Elite Rooster and Jose to anyone. Absolutely the best! Got right down to the problem and fixed plugged kitchen sink. Fast, efficient and reasonable. Couldn't ask more than that!

I hired Brian to come replace an under-counter sink the kitchen after several other plumbers declined to do the work or gave me a ludicrous estimate. Brian showed up and talked me through all of the different options. Once we decided on a path he was extremely helpful not only arranging his schedule to align with mine but also went to the hardware store with me to select a sink and other parts.

I must stress that this job was highly nonstandard and extremely difficult. It involved carpentry, plumbing and craftsmanship. Brian worked all day, approximately 12 hours so I wouldn't have to go without a kitchen sink for more than just one day. The end result was outstanding. He found a way to remove my 20 year old sink and install a modern beautiful single basin stainless sink in its place. I could not be more thrilled or more impressed with Brian's professionalism, skill and just being a generally great guy. He left the worksite extremely clean and followed up to ensure all went well.

I highly recommend Brian and Sound Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate for second to hire them again.

Had an excellent experience with 100% plumbing! After calling around the week of Christmas and not having success finding someone who could clear our kitchen drain quickly, I was happy to find them. They were prompt, professional, courteous and took care of the problem exactly as promised. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Another EXCELLENT job by the folks over at Allegiance Water Services. We had a pipe leak last night and I called but did not leave a message figuring I'd call later. Eloy recognized my number and called me instead almost immediately and walked me through shutting off the main. This morning John came out (on his day off no less) and made the repair so we could get our house up and running. Allegiance installed my irrigation system, just recently installed a new hot water heater and water softener, and their prices and workmanship are second to none. Obviously, I recommend them and they continue to be my go-to plumbing company. When you make that call, most likely David will answer and you will be so glad you did!

They were extremely quick to respond, provided a quote immediately, and gave me an arrival time right away. All rare quality's that are more than appreciated as a vacation property manager.

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

Used this biz several times for water heater and clogged pipes. Never had an issue with service . Always courteous fast and thorough. I recommend

Guy showed up at my rental was there 10mins. Said he couldn't get it unclogged.  Told me he would have to pull tub to get it unclogged have me a quote of $1200.   I called my handyman, he went out the next day and had it fixed in 20 mins.   Option one charged me $51 for their plumber to show up do nothing but try to up sell me.  The best part is my tenants got to listen to the plumber fighting with someone on his phone the entire 10 mins he was there.
I have called option one and asked to talk with manager (Amy) on tuesday, weds, thurs and Friday. She has yet to return my call.   Their customer service sucks.

I will never use them again and I'm going to protest the charge with my cc company

Dan from Hays Plumbing & Drain..I found them on Angies list. When I called to make the appointment they were very professional took my info ad within 24 hrs. Returned my call. When he came he looked at my problem , gave me a solution wanted to make sure I knew what the repair entailed.He gave a price with a guarantee, signed the paperwork..went to get the  parts.returned and completed the job. He was very professional,easy to talk to.cleaned up after himself . I would use him again.

This isn't about their work . I posted that review months ago .This is regarding their honesty, i e Zack. I was called the other day , which is always annoying since I'm busy . I assumed it was a solicitation.  Instead he informed me of an overcharge from their last visit . I would not have caught this until 04/21 at the earliest . I am always impressed when someone is honest . Yes, it should go without saying but I have learned from experience it does not .
