I recently had a big problem with a toilet back up due to my child stuffing stuff down the toilet.  I called Pink Plumbing and spoke to Chris but they weren't able to come out right away.  Chris however explained exactly what I needed to do to fix it.  After taking his advice I got my toilet up and running.  He offered this advice even though I didn't pay him.  Top notch company and will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

This company is very professional and will go out of their way to accommodate you.  We had tried two other plumbing companies and they couldn't schedule is for about 5 days out.  We really needed someone to come soon as we had a faucet that wouldn't shut off.  Diamondback was very accommodating and could schedule us in 3 days.  Our tech was Cabe and he was on time, very courteous.  He got right to work and installed two new faucets in the bathroom and replaced our garbage disposal.  We were very happy with the way things turned out and would highly recommended this company and we would use in the future!

Arrived on time, and even gave a text notice of when they were on their way. That is very helpful. They were wearing masks and very friendly!  Solved our problems in our office quickly and reasonably. I would definitely recommend Hansen family plumbing, and will use them again for any future plumbing issues.

I had an outdoor faucet/bibb that needed to be replaced due to a leak. Communication was easy for scheduling. I received a text message stating the plumber was on his way rather than a phone call - wasn't exactly sure of ETA from it, but he arrived a few minutes after the proposed time. Work was done quickly and without issue. The price would have been higher than other companies I received quotes from had it not been for a Yelp discount. However, they were able to do the job on a Saturday without additional cost which not all plumbers will do.

Bumble Bee Plumbing provided great service and actually were able to come to my house a day earlier than orginally scheduled to replace my garbage disposal.

My new tenants just moved in and reported that several drains were draining slowly. I called Lawson yesterday afternoon, and they agreed to send Jason K. out today.

Jason K. called about 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Once he got to the property, he quickly identified the issue and provided a reasonable quote to fix. After I provided authorization, Jason resolved the issue in short time. Not only that, but he also advised then new tenants about what should and should not be put down the drain.

Jason K. (and Lawson Family)'s quick and effective service allowed me to maintain a good relationship with my new tenants. For that, I will certainly be coming back to Lawson for my future plumbing needs.

In the last two years we've had ProSkill replace our HVAC system, water heater, add an electrical outlet and install a water bypass valve to isolate our irrigation drip system.  Today we had the water heater replaced by Decio.  He was on-time, honest and did a great job.

Absolutely terrible service, they came Friday to retrieve something from our toilet that our two year old flushed down, but were unsuccessful. The worker, Jesus, then told us he got his tool stuck and he needed to replace our brand new toilet for $650. I said no thank you as this was way too much for replacing a toilet. I asked for him to have his owner, or whomever in charge because he did not seem competent and I wanted to get our issue fixed. The icing on the cake is the way he left the toilet and pipe exposed. Jesus was incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could.

Thank goodness for these guys! My stupid sink started backing up in my kitchen. Being a first time home owner is stressful and I wasnt prepared with a trusted plumber yet.  Got referred to Element and am so happy to have a plumber that i can trust. Michael worked around my work schedule and even gave me info about how to maximize my hot water tank output. He let me know that my leaky faucets in my shower could be fixed with a few quick adjustments (and that I didn't have to get new fixtures) and that my drain being plugged.... was from 12 feet under my unit. Cool to know the dirty details.

He was very clean, respected my house, didn't make a bunch of noise and disrupt my space. Even sanitized my sink after clearing the clog.

We are in the market for a kitchen sink install and garbage disposal so I will update with pictures once he comes in and installs it. We have already re-hired him for job number 2!! Thanks for making this a manageable project.

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

Mont and his team were amazing. They came out on the same day to give us a quote for a huge job and fit us in two days later because we were in a time crunch. He gave us a fair price and worked all day to finish the job in one day. I messaged him on a Sunday evening about a potential follow-up problem, and not only did he respond, but he sent someone the next day to have it fixed. 100% plumbing will definitely be our go-to plumbers from now on.

Provided plenty of advance notice prior to arriving, even GPS position and ETA!

The main sewer line on the house was clogged the other night, 3/20, around 8pm. I called around and the other plumbers that actually bothered to call back all wanted $400+ to come out and clear the line. I called Rooter Ranger after seeing the $47 drain clear offer on line, I figured there would be additional after hours charges, etc. but $47 sounded like a good starting point. The first person I talked to said it would be just the $47 along as there was access, which there is, and said the tech would call shortly. I got a call from the tech, Adrian I think, within 5mins and he was at the house with in 40mins. The tech was very nice and polite, worked promptly to snake the line, no up sells, no we'll have to come back tomorrow and charge more, which I have to admit I was expecting. He got it cleared and gave me the bill for $47!!! Great service, great company, they made a customer for life.

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

Had a tough time identifying where a leak was coming from in our walls, but their plumber took on the challenge and didn't give up until he found it. Did an excellent job and getting it repaired quickly.

Devin, the plumber that came out to fix my mother's two bathrooms, left the bathroom and the guest bathroom in shambles!!

Tons of dust covering furniture, bedding, shelves in the guest bedroom. And he damaged the paint and baseboards in the bathroom.

My mother and I paid $4000+ for Option One to fix our plumbing. But obviously, they sent us an amateur who is NOT details focused!

BTW, it took us several hours to clean up the bathrooms, shelves and bedding of dust and dirt.

UPDATE as of March 20, 2020

Larry, the owner was awesome to make this right. He was not aware of the damages. He sent over a professional contractor to fix the damages in the bathroom. Everything was fixed to my mother's satisfaction w/in two days.

The contractor, Luis, is polite and competent.

Loved that they showed up with in a mask, as safety is number one right now. We had new AC's back in April, and since then, they have come back 2X already to check to see everything works. The staff is super friendly and easy to work with. They do work with another party, if they need to put a hole in your wall to change the thermostat.

Quick response. Honest guy. Replaced the part needed quickly on the spot. Great value. I will be calling next time I have a problem. Thanks king plumbing!
