Came out quickly (same day service!) listened to me, and fixed the problem in no time at all. The tech was knowledgeable and competent, polite, and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

I needed a new shutoff valve installed on my house. Dane showed up on time, did the work correctly and quickly, and tested the valve. It leaked! So he tore the whole thing out, redid all the work with a nondefective valve, and made sure everything worked and was right before he left. He even had to disconnect the house line from the street meter because it wouldn't shut off all the way (note to Peoria city lol). This was on a Friday afternoon around 4pm, and I'm betting I was his last job. But he made sure it was functional and not leaking before taking off. Dane did a great job, and made sure it was done and done right. Diamondback's office/scheduling folks were great too, and the price was exactly what they told me before they started the job- no nonsense or bs. I'll be sticking with these guys, and you should too.

Our tech was super friendly and very knowledgeable about our water heater, and how to take care of our house plumbing in general. Will absolutely be calling them for anything else in the future!

Very happy with Lawson Family Plumbing.  I was having a hard time finding a plumber who could get to my property quickly, and my tenant was having an active leak, and while not an emergency, just wasting lots of water.  They came out quickly, and my bill ended up being less than the original estimate because they were able to repair/rebuild part of the old system (the stems for a bath/shower fixture).  Will definitely use them again in the future.  Thanks!

New to Arizona/Phoenix/Scottsdale. Hot water not working in the house the day we moved in. Found reference to Bumble Bee on the hot water tank. Not sure I have had service like this in any industry, let alone plumbing. I have never met a more humble, conscientious, hard working tradesperson. Javier was a pleasure to have in our home. He quickly provided an array of options for us to fix the problem, and also identified a pressure valve and shutoff valve issue at the same time and got that fixed. The kind of service Javier (as well as the others I interacted with) delivered is cultural in a company, established from the top down. Not just an individual. Hands down one of the least stressful experiences I've ever had with a service company. My old water softener in the garage started leaking despite the bypass being engaged. It filled with water over night. After finding them on Yelp, I called t schedule an appointment. They didn't have any same day appointments, so the scheduler transferred me to a manager to troubleshoot. He determined the bypass was failing. I shut the water off to my house in the meantime. They called later that afternoon to say they had something open up. Jeff responded and promptly removed the water heater and had my water back on within 30 minutes of getting there. He was prompt, friendly, and very professional. They even hauled the old one away! I will definitely use them again if I ever need anything.

This was the first time using them. I was impressed by the call by Greg reviewing the job, serviceman Aron was exceptional, good clean work in a very timely manner! Very polite and helpful!

I needed my front hose bib replaced. After calling most of the plumbers in the southeast valley the best offer I had was for $250, other offers were to be charged $50 to just come out and give a quote! Luckily I called Elite Rooter before I gave up. They came out the same day for a free quote, only plumbing company I found that would do that. Later that week Michael Chavez came out and had the job done in a half hour, for a fraction of what the other companies would have charged! This company is great, professional, and won't overcharge. From now on when my friends need a plumber I will strongly suggest Elite Rooter. Seriously, I got very lucky by calling this company.

My septic tank alarm started going off a few months after moving into my new house. My wife called me panicking not knowing what was going on so we called Element plumbing to come to our rescue. Michael figured out the problem very quickly. He said our septic pump had stopped working and was no longer pumping everything out into the drainfield. It most likely stopped working when a different company came out before we bought the house and inspected the pump but did not replace one of the seals causing the pump to burn out. Michael very quickly fixed the problem by replacing the pump and the seal. He was so professional and efficient that I called him again to come out and fix both my leaking garden hose faucets. If you're in need of a great plumber call element plumbing.

The original company that was supposed to follow up at my mom's house once my husband opened up the wall for a leak was unable to come until Tuesday. Being a Friday it was just too long to wait as the leak ended up being active unless the main was off.

I hit Yelp again and Sound Plumbing was thr first company that I called that could make it before then. Dylan showed up the same day, but didn't have the parts to fix until Tuesday as thr parts stores would be closed for the holiday weekend and he was booked for Monday, He was able to stop the water from leaking where the main could be on which bought us some time. He was professional, super polite. Great guy. I would recommend!

The tech arrived 1 hour beyond the 3 hour window with no phone call.
The estimate to replace two faucets ( I supplied Kohler ) I was told that it is a flat fee for the first and 20% off for the next. Also asked about new shut offs.
That too was a flat fee for the first with the 20% discount for the remaining 3.
After having a minor attack when the numbers were finally given, I said I would need to think on the national debt. He said he would e-mail the estimate. That was 34 days ago and no estimate yet. The faucets are however replaced at 1/3 the cost quoted and in about 3 hours.

Fixed my drip system and did a complete professional job. Would highly  recommend their services.

First service was great, lowest price and quick service. So good of service that I called them back again thinking it'd be another good deal. Nope.
I called them, they told me several leaks were in the water system and that I'd be cheaper to just get the whole house repiped for 10k. I come to learn later, through someone else who went under the house to see the water damage under there, that it was 3 small leaks that could have easily been fixed for a small fraction of that cost. Then the water damage. They called a company to come take care of the water damage. Never showed me any of the extensive water damage that was under the house. On top of that, to fix the water damage in the kitchen, they ripped out half of the kitchen, its currently unusable. Its been over a month since this started and I still don't have a usable kitchen, all thanks to the company they brought in to take care of the extensive water damage that barely did any damage at all, you don't have to be trained to see how little damage there was from the water. The repairs for water damage are nearly another 4700. The warning signs were clear too, I should have called BS and stopped them immediately upon them calling a company to take care of the damage on my behalf. Guess I know now, just because I had one good service with a company, it doesn't mean I should trust them with another service. Great first service, completely scammed by both them and the company they called to take care of the extensive water damage.

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

I have been using Lawson for many years, even been recommended and used by family and friends. Technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile. I also like they do not use pressure or fear tactics to sell - They show and explain best option, leave the final decision to you. Strong recommendation, if you're military or a Veteran ask for the doscount

They fixed our toilet quickly and on time. We appreciate the work they did, although they did try to charge more than they quoted twice.

Had a pretty epic issue with the sewer line at my house. It couldn't have come at a worse time. My wife and I were in the process of finishing our costly landscaping project. Our sewer line stopped up in the house. No flooding which was good. We hired the first company that could come out( not Hay's). They removed the blockage and put a camera down the line. They located what they thought was Orangeburge sewer pipe. They quoted me an insane amount,$5000 to dig a 2ft x 2ft x 3ft hole to confirm their finding. I was floored, that is insanity. I started searching again and found Hay,s. Brett showed up and was ready to rock. I explained the time restraint concerning the schedule of landscapers and the issues with the sewer line. He assured me it wouldn't be an issue. After scoping the line and digging the initial hole, for a fraction of the price the other company quoted mind you, he confirmed it was Orangeburge. He gave me a quote and walked  me thru the pipe bursting process. This was a Thursday. I accepted the quote with a fist bump( COVID protocol) Fast forward to Monday and I had a team of guys ready to go. They dug a hole in my front yard and one in my back yard, this is for pipe bursting. They also trenched a section in my back yard, to avoid damaging existing utilities. The pipe bursting process took a little over an hour. The trenched area was laid by hand. The entire process from digging to back filling took 3 days. You can barely tell they were here. Amazing to think I have a brand new main sewer line from the back yard to the city tie-in. The price was fair, the peace of mind is priceless. Thank you Brett , for leading the project start to finish and Nick, for answering all my stupid questions as well as the entire Hay's team for making a difficult situation truly painless.
