I would HIGHLY recommend Noel to any Lakeview homeowner. The basement toilets in our duplex down suddenly stopped flushing today. I called Noel at 2 PM thinking it was just a clog. He arrived less than 2 hours later and uncovered that we had a broken ejector pump. He offered to wear a mask (We have a baby at home.) and took the time to educate me on our home's mechanicals. He even gave me good tips to keep our plumbing in tip top shape! He had a replacement pump and all the tools necessary to finish the job in 3 hours. We have a very tight mechanical closet so it wasn't an easy task.

Noel is a consummate professional and a very kind person as well. We will be repeat clients!

We had a couple plumbing issues in our recently purchased townhome (kitchen sink began backing up and needed to replace faucet with a newly purchased one), so we reached out to Noel based on recommendations from our neighbors. He responded same day, asked for pictures to assess the situation, and was able to come out two days later.

Noel arrived on time in the morning and quickly diagnosed the sink problem, which was unfortunately a bit worse than we anticipated. The piping had originally been installed in a way that did not promote efficient flow and had resulted in near 100% blockage throughout the entire pipe from years of build-up (see pic, yikes!).

Noel clearly explained all of the mechanics and his recommended solution before proceeding to remove/cap the old pipes and install a new pipe configuration. It was certainly a larger job than we all anticipated, but he was efficient and still able to complete the job that day, in addition to installing the new faucet and replacing the garbage disposal which we also determined was well past its lifespan and had exposed electrical wiring.

Two weeks later, everything continues to flow perfectly. We are very happy with Noel's work and will definitely hire him again for any plumbing needs!

Noel is what I expect from a plumber. He was thorough and so old school when it came to plumbing tactics. He even came in with a bucket full of tools instead of a toolbox.

The beauty about this is that he got to the root of the problem, used the pseudo tool box as a bucket to catch the running water and issued me a hand written invoice just the way I would expect it from a plumber.

Noel did ask to take pictures prior so he knew what mess he was going to deal with so to that extent, he was tech savvy but the savvy-ness ends there. He'll tell you as it is with no BS. He also took a picture of my drain for future reference in case he needed to reference back to my unit in the future.

He was fast and met me within an hour of initially requesting his service.

I'll definitely use Noel again for any plumbing needs.

I hired Five Plumbing to perform a check of eight condominium units to determine the source of excess water usage.

- Communicating with Noel was easy. He was quick to respond
- The price was reasonable
- Noel was available, on a Saturday, with only a few days notice

- Noel provided a lot of excellent advice for unit owners: know where your water valve is, turn it off if you'll be gone long, place a pan under your water heater, place water sensors near your water heater, change out your toilets and water heater every X years, etc.

Super happy we worked with Noel. He came highly recommended from friends and was timely, professional, courteous, showed up on time, and left the job in a clean and tidy manner. I would highly recommend Five Plumbing to anyone for plumbing issues/fixes. I contacted Noel about a low flowing faucet in my condo. He responded the same day, asking for and evaluating pictures of the plumbing in order to best approach the problem. He even took the time to recommend purchasing a returnable replacement faucet, as it would save both time and money. On the scheduled day, Noel called me to confirm timing and walk through his recommendations before arriving. Once here, Noel did a phenomenal job replacing the faucet quickly and efficiently.

I appreciated the fact that he suggested that I first purchase a replacement faucet ahead of time in case the entire faucet needing replacing. He called out that this would save me money in the end because then I wouldn't need to pay for him to come out twice (once to take a look and a second time to replace the faucet). We ended up needing to replace the faucet and with his recommendation I had the replacement on and and we were able to get everything fixed and replaced in one appointment.

We have used Noel twice in the last year and if we need a plumber again, I wouldn't even look elsewhere. He is the real deal.

He asked us a lot of questions up front each time, requested pictures, and then when he showed up to do the work, he had the parts he needed already- super efficient. Price was the price he quoted up front so no surprises there.

Sometimes the third time is the charm. We had an insidious leak from our upstairs bathroom to our main floor. We had two other resources come out and no one could figure it out. I saw Noel's sterling Yelp reviews and decided to give him a try.

First, he asked me specific questions on the phone, giving me some possibilities and also providing me with a strong comfort level. There was no hard sell; he told me it was fine if I wanted a few days to think it over. I hired him on the spot and once here, he diagnosed the problem with lightning speed -- it was a tub/pipe issue from our guest bathroom. Noel needed to open the ceiling and cleaned up the entire mess before he left. His price was reasonable, considering the time and effort he put in.

I'm in awe of Noel! Everything you read here on Yelp is absolutely true. I will be recommending him to friends and to the entire Yelp community. He is an absolute gem!

I called Noel a little after noon today as my disposal finally seized. He was very polite, asked me to take pictures of it, and he would send me a quote. 10 minutes later I received the quote - he arrived about 2:15 to install it! Very nice and proficient.

He finished in about an hour - the new unit works great and the cost was just as he quoted it.

Had to turn off water to fix a valve and then he helped me figure out to get the resulting sediment out of kitchen faucet. We called Noel this morning to inquire about installing the drains and faucet in our new sink. He spoke with us about the project and gave us a time and cost estimate. His price was reasonable and we asked when would be the soonest that he could come out. He understood our situation and offered to come the same day at 5PM.

He called when he was on his way and gave us an ETA. When he showed-up he assessed the scene and got right to work. He completed the work a little longer than he had planned but didn't change the price he quoted over the phone.

I'm no plumber but his work looks quality and we're happy with how well it looks. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. I'd hire him in a heartbeat again and think that everyone should too.

I contacted Noel and left a VM stating my needs. He contacted me later that day and asked I text him photos as I was having him replace a kitchen sink faucet. He texted back the 2 hour window he could come and his estimate. Noel came through for this first time homeowner! My water heater broke and began leaking at 10am on a Saturday and I texted Noel. He immediately responded even though he was in route to a job and continued to communicate with me all day to help. With a combination of my willpower to get a new unit myself that day, with his ability to squeeze me in on a Saturday afternoon, I had a new water heater up and running within 10 hours of it breaking. Additionally, he showed me how to use features on the new unit and explained what is most important in an emergency scenario. He also was nice enough to remind me to register the product in case something went wrong. Noel went above and beyond what I would have expected and helped me remain sane in an emergency situation. I will absolutely keep him on speed dial. There's a reason this conpany has 5 stars on yelp!

Noel returned my call promptly and was able to change his schedule to come out to my house the next day to repair a bursted pipe. I had discovered it when I turned on my garden hose for the first time at the start of summer. He gave me a fair quote and clearly explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. I am writing this review for other first time home buyers (like me) who don't have much experience dealing with plumbers and contractors.
I recently bought a multi-level townhouse and after a few months of moving in noticed some water stains in living room ceiling due to some leakage in guest bathroom upstairs. I reached out to Noel after reading all good reviews here and sent him pictures after our phone conversation. I didn't hear from him for 2 days and then suddenly on Saturday when I am out shopping, he calls and wants to come over to diagnose the problem. Though it was short notice and very unprofessional, I allowed it. I asked him how much it would cost (a rough estimate range) but he didn't answer and said it could take 5 min or 2 hour based on what he finds and he charges $135/hr. Considering my handyman had already told me that most probably it was a drain pipe leak, I thought it will be an hour maximum.
He arrives on time (3PM) but I was running 5 min late due to traffic. I let him in around 3:08PM when he came with few tools and had to make a few more trips to his van to get more tools and ladder during the 2+ hrs he was there. He also made 2 big holes in living room ceiling and 1 in guest room den to tell me what my handyman told me without even touching anything. Noel did find some other minor issues with shower head. All the hole digging was done by 5PM but he was lounging around my home until 5:20PM and then gives me a bill for 2.25 hrs ($309). He also wanted to recommend someone who could cover the drywall and paint it. I was like WTF--you spend max 2 hrs and honestly what was done in 2 hrs could have been done in 1 hr or less if he had not insisted on me examining what he found and unnecessary chatting. He asks to pay me $300 as he worked his B*** off in this job (I was like isn't that the reason why you charge $135/hr). I work as an IT consultant but I never charged anyone for my inefficiency- I guess his previous Lawyer experience still guides him.
The next day he gave me an estimate of 3 hrs to fix but I rejected and told him the reason- I didn't like his work ethics. He sent me a refund check for 0.25 hrs and this is why he is getting 1 star from me. My handy man fixed the leak, covered the drywall and painted the following day for $250. Henceforth, I will stick with my handyman and reach out to others if he cannot do something.
Suggestion: Charge a flat rate for diagnosis and hourly for fixing.

Nole came out the same day I called. I had some water coming thru my ceiling after my wife took a bath. Nole quickly isolated the issue to the overflow drain and waste drain seals. He replaced both using elbow grease and years of experience. I would have ruined my tub trying to get the waste drain out but Nole didn't even make a scratch. Thank you so much Nole. I would recommend you to ANYONE who needs a plumber.

Noel is the best! We are new homeowners who found themselves with the most uncloggable toilet ever just a month after moving into our 1912 house in Chicago. Being motivated DIY'ers, we attempted to unclog the toilet ourselves, but after water started seeping out beneath the toilet, we knew it was time to call a professional.

We found Noel on Yelp, and, after reading many of his great reviews, decided to give him a call around 7:30 in the morning. Noel came out to our house by noon that day. Turns out we didn't have a clogged toilet... we actually had a collapsed pipe beneath our basement. Noel diagnosed the problem and came back on a Saturday at 8 a.m. sharp to breakup the concrete in the basement and replace the pipe. While working on the problem, Noel also offered many maintenance suggestions and ideas for the kitchen renovation we plan to do in the spring.

We'll be using Noel for any and all future plumbing issues, and we can't recommend him enough.

This review is a bit overdue. Our kitchen sink stopped draining the day before Thanksgiving. Noel came out the same day I called, fixed the issue quickly. It was that fast and painless. Noel is excellent. You should hire him.

If you need more than that, fine. I called Noel on a Saturday because I had to get some pipes repaired on my gas stove top and I needed plumbing redone and a new faucet installed all due to new countertops being put in. I was moving in on Monday and needed this done ASAP. I fully expected Noel to tell me he could come out on Monday at the earliest.

No, not Noel. He came out that day. Within about 3 hours. He showed up, got both projects knocked out and was just a pleasant guy to hang with the whole time. He really took care of us and I hope I never need a plumber again, but I know I will. And when that happens, I'm calling Noel.

So in conclusion, Noel is excellent. You should hire him.

As you can about imagine, I'm not interested in fussing with maintenance people. I like them to respond to a call, assess the situation, and fix it in a timely and (hopefully) a cost-friendly manner. Noel did just that.

He answered the phone the first time I called and was able to stop by my condo that same day! He had one look at the food disposal line break under my sink and knew exactly what to do. He walked out to his truck, grabbed a few things, and fixed everything in less than an hour. Not only did he fix the pipe break, he helped me understand how why and how it happened--poor (not so) handywork and piping used by the plumber before him.

Five Plumbing was so good, I immediately recommended them to my friend who had an issue about a month later. She got the exact same response and service for a completely different kind of plumbing need. Two for two in my book means a five star rating. Call Noel next time you have a plumbing need!

This is my second experience with Noel - and I can't say enough how amazing he is. Both times he was available on a short notice -- even on a weekend, came promptly, his work was fast and expert, and he was always extremely detailed about what needed to be done, providing estimates prior to performing the actual job. I found Noel on Yelp a while back for a clog and now he has done 4 projects for me - including a burst pipe emergency in January and he was right here to get it taken care of! He is the always informative, walking through the current problem as well as what we need to consider down the road for preventative measures (if necessary). The best thing I can say about a person is that they know their stuff, and Noel does! Yesterday, we thought we had a problem, Noel came over right over today to check; ended up it was user error - kind of a funny mistake on our side ; but he made no judgement and walked me through what needed to be done. He is very focused when working - to get the job done as thoroughly yet as quickly as possible. He is the cleanest plumber too, very attentive on keeping his work area clean as he works and the area always looks as good (maybe even better!?) as when he started. Noels work ethic is excellent, professional and as I said before, he knows his stuff!! One thing I have learned is that anything with water/plumbing needs to be done right the first time and without shortcuts; with Five Plumbing, you won't need to worry.

I had a mystery wet spot on my carpet, right outside the master bathroom. At first, I blamed my cat even though it was very unlike him. I cleaned it up and went about my day. Several hours later it was still damp. Once it stayed damp for several days, we knew we had an issue. There is only concrete under the carpet, no pipes run there, and no water spots on the walls or ceilings. A complete mystery!

The first plumber that came out looked around for literally 3-5 minutes and suggested it was our toilet. It could be... but seemed like a guess. Next 2 plumbers did not return my call. (Sound familiar?) I was getting frustrated.

I then found Noel and gave him a call. I am so glad I did!! He came out that day and spent an hour with me pulling up the carpet, running tests with the shower, toilet & sink and allowed me to be involved during the entire process. (Which I love!) He gave great advice on how to move forward, charged a reasonable price for his time and even fixed an issue with our other toilet on his way out! He was very professional and super nice! Noel is my new go-to plumber.

I am so excited to finally have a plumber I trust in Chicago. I was having drainage issues in a bathroom: toilet flushed fine, but the other pipes in the bathroom were gurgling every time I flushed. And there was an awful sewer smell coming in. After researching on my own, it appeared there could be a major issue with the plumbing vents. I called a few places who were going to charge 300+ to come out and look at it. After calling Noel, he immediately asked: how often do you use the shower in there? I said never. He said the u pipe under the shower drain likely dried out which was why the water swishing sound was happening in the drain. He had me run the shower for 30 seconds. It was a miracle - that simple suggestion fixed it! No more smell, no more gurgling. He also took time over the phone to explain the plumbing setup to me (I like learning these things). I am happy i finally gotta guy for my future plumbing issues in Chicago as Noel was a good samaritan today and fixed a problem over the phone others were going to charge out the ass for. Thanks Noel! Noel helped us out while we were in a pinch. Or, better said, while we were about to be pinching loafs.

Basically, our shitter was broken. My lovely better half decided to flush beef stew down the toilet instead of pitching it in the garbage, and no amount of plunging and DranO pushed out the blockage. Worse, it was St. Patrick's Day, we had a green beer keg, and guests' bowels were moving into dangerous explosion territory.

Our maintenance guy, who was out of town, gave us Noel's number, so we gave him a call. Vision was fuzzy but he seemed to arrive fairly quickly. Shortly after arrival he shoved his snake in our hole, pushed in and out for a few minutes, and soon after our pipes were cleaned, our toilet was flushing, and smiles were on our faces. I am convinced he even fixed something in the commode... you know, when you have to jiggle the handle to get the water to stop running? Fixed. BONUS. He declined my offer of a green beer on the way out; for his quick work, he deserved it!

We would have paid big bucks to get out of this digestive traffic jam but the price was on point for emergency service.

Noel was hired to fix a clogged bath drain a couple of weeks back - and he fixed everything perfectly.

He met our tenants at our rental property and fixed the drain so it's working seamlessly. His receipt was very thorough detailing the steps he'd taken in fixing the clogged drain; he also included recommendations for the future.

He was incredibly kind, friendly and very timely (even available on Saturday).

Noel is Great!!
I called to schedule some minor plumbing work (I thought), and Noel called right back. He was able to estimate the cost over the phone but mentioned that the cost could go up a little if there was not a separate water shut-off for the appliance I was removing. (I had a water fountain in my Laundry Room that the previous owner put in as a joke). Sure enough, no separate water shut-off and Noel needed to get some extra parts. There was an additional $40 charge. Noel did an exceptional job!! I will call him again.

This man deserves any amount of business he wants in this world, or the next, if they have pipes up there.

In the late 1990s I needed a plumber to untangle the Three Stooges hornet's nest of plumbing in my old house, and was referred to Noel. Fast forward to the flash freeze of January 2013, which burst the water pipes behind my drywall: Noel responded in minutes, came over within an hour, provided a very fair estimate and finished the repair in a day.

Two additional factors aren't make-or-break, but are telling of the kind of work and business ethic Noel exemplifies, which I thought vanished a generation ago: First, he approached the problem with great care, pinpointing the source of the problem and minimizing how much drywall he would have to remove... saving me hundreds of dollars on the NEXT contractor I'll need to call. Second, when I thought the job was done and he would be out the door, he asked me if I happened to have a broom and dustpan... and proceeded to leave the work are cleaner than he found it.

One cannot ask for more of any kind of service provider.

I never write a review, but I found Noel on Yelp! and wanted to make sure that others know what a great find Noel is. I had a toilet issue and only have 1 bathroom so it was rather urgent that it needed to be fixed. He asked me to text him a picture of the issue so he knew exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done, what he needed to bring, was able to work me in within a few hours, gave an estimate up front - no surprises, text me when he was on the way, clearly knew what he was doing and on top of all of that is just a SUPER nice guy. I woke up at 5:00am to an exterior spigot which busted due to the cold weather. Wouldn't you know it, it was on the morning before flying out for a long weekend get away. Left a message for Five Plumbing LLC around 6:20am, and Noel got back to me in a jiff. Maybe 30 minutes later at most, what a relief! I shut the water to the house, scheduled an appoint with Noel for 8:00am on the first morning upon my return. Noel texted me the day before to confirm his visit. Noel is fantastic. He was very responsive and communicative before he even showed up to review the problem.He spent 11 hours dealing with some incredibly difficult roots that had grown into the pipe and stayed until 8:30pm knowing I couldn't stay home from work the next day. Noel is a nice guy, but not above overcharging:

For two hours of work, a sink faucet, a bathtub faucet, and a few of those wire mesh drain covers, he charged me $495. I looked up the prices for those parts online. He definitely made over $100 an hour for the labor, which is a pretty penny.

He still did a good job, but I might look elsewhere next time.

After we attempted and failed to fix a recalcitrant kitchen sink drain issue mere days after purchasing our first home, and with family in town and staying with us, we called a handful of plumbers to get it fixed the right way. Half of them didn't call back, the others either called back way later and tried to schedule for the next day or quote us a price without asking any questions abut the problem.

Noel answered the phone right away, asked a handful of questions to get a better idea of what could be wrong and what kind of building/plumbing set up he had to work with, as here in Chicago both access to the pipes/system and compliance with code can be varied depending on the age of the building and whether it was inspected. He came out in the early evening so I didn't have to scrap dinner with a bunch of family in town and walked us through the immediate issue, showed us how our system was likely set up in our newly purchased house, and even found another potential problem (that the previous owners had rather incompetently diy repaired themselves), but didn't at all try to force us to fix it right away, just telling us to keep an eye on it and what to watch out for. That said, we'll probably be fixing it soon just to be safe, and we'll definitely be hiring Noel to do the job.

He even managed to place my father-in-law's southern English accent within minutes of arriving and we had a lovely side conversation about soccer while he fixed our kitchen.

Great guy, and a true craftsman. I'll be recommending him to any of my friends in need of a plumber.

Had Noel and his fellow plumber in to clear two very slow drains, a tub and shower. They showed up during the one hour window they said and had the drains flowing within a half hour. Their end price was what I was quoted on the phone. Noel made some recommendations about keeping hair out of the drains and an easy tool to get for clearing hair from drains. I don't write too many reviews but finding a good plumber you can use for life is impossible so I felt I should post this. I have gone through a half dozen and I'm happy to say I finally found the Company I can count on and use as long as I live in Chicago land! Recommended by a friend, I have used Five Plumbing on several occasions and all of the anxiety is out the window. I would trust these guys to do work when I'm not there, it is done right the first time, everything is explained to you, they are realistic about what can and can't be done, and their prices are competitive. I have gone the 'cheap' route several times and it does not work. I have the 'redo' bills and water damage to prove it. Stop reading, call them if you need some work done.

Noel is a great plumber. Arrived exactly on time to fix my leaky faucet that had created a pool of water on my kitchen floor. I rarely feel compelled to write a yelp review but this guy deserved my time and more. I called him in the morning as I happened to have the day off and he came by immediately, assessed our problem, encouraged me to call my husband at work when I was unsure what to do/what decision to make (never pushed me to do the pricier option in terms of repair work), then quoted me, bought parts and fixed my issue in a matter of hours. He was courteous, aware of snowy boots, etc, and I felt that he was honest and professional and in general, just a good hard working guy. I found Noel of Five Plumbing solely from the rave reviews he has received on YELP, and my experience with him is entirely consistent with those reviews. Noel is outstanding ... everything you want in a contractor. I hired him to repair leaking kitchen sink pipe, and to remove a non-working garbage disposal and install a new one. He provided me with a reasonable estimate over the phone, he showed up on time, and he is as professional as any contractor I have ever employed. Based upon our interaction on the phone and throughout the couple of hours he devoted to this work, Noel struck me as being very knowledgeable, eminently honest and exceptionally conscientious. The leak is repaired, the new disposal installed and working just fine, and I could not have been more pleased with the service.

Noel was very easy to work with. I wasn't at the property where the problem was. He called when he said he would, described the problem, gave me a quote, fixed it, and it was done. Easy peasy. I was also able to conveniently pay him via Chase Quick Pay so my tenant wouldn't have to be involved in any exchange of money. I will definitely use him again.

Noel is friendly, professional, and great at his work. I called at 6pm with a leaking bathtub drain, he was at my condo within an hour, and had the problem identified and fixed within 45 minutes. He explained everything he was doing and clearly showed me the problem and the solution. All for a very reasonable price, especially considering it was after normal business hours. I will absolutely call him for all my plumbing needs from now on. Great experience.

I'm a landlord and I had somewhat of an emergency plumbing issue at one of my buildings. My plumber I've used for years has become less reliable and responsive, so I checked out some plumbers on Yelp and called a few. Noel was the quickest to respond, most professional, and moved his schedule around to help me with my urgent issue. He coordinated directly with my tenant from there, made it very easy on me, communicated the steps he was taking and kept me in the loop the entire way. He fixed everything without delay and helped save me from what could have been an ugly situation. And even with his rush response (called him in the evening and he was there first thing in the AM the next day), his pricing was extremely fair. I'll be using him again and recommending him to friends and colleagues.

Wow. 5 stars from nearly 50 reviews! After meeting Noel for the first time yesterday, I understand why. Extremely knowledgeable and couldn't ask for a nicer more trustworthy person. We had a leak under our kitchen sink. Noel diagnosed the problem quickly and had us up and running in about an hour. He even followed up the next day with a text to make sure we were able to return the problem faucet. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I chose this plumber based on the reviews on Yelp and they were not wrong. Noel did a great job. He showed up on time and was very professional. We live in a very old row house (circa 1890) and the plumbing is old so mistakes can be costly. He installed a new shut off valve and replaced an outdoor faucet. He also fixed a problem with a hot water pipe in the bathroom. I will definitely call him next time I have a problem.

Wow!Noel is the best!! Got an appointment for the next day...it wasn't an emergency, so that was great! His knowledge, professionalism,work ethics, cleanliness etc, just can't rave enough! He explained everything my project entailed, and how he was going to accomplish it, from looking at the situation, and he was right on! He went to work and , BAM! Done! Pretty awesome experience. I called yesterday to get a quote for replacing a garbage disposal that quit working. Since it was so old, I wanted to replace it rather than repair it. Noel asked me to send pictures of the existing disposal and when he received them he communicated that there might be an issue. We agreed that he'd come out and take a look at either replacing it or repairing the existing disposal if the issue really was a problem. Surprisingly, he was able to schedule me for today which is less than 24-hours from when I called him. This was no emergency but I really appreciated that he was so responsive. He quoted a time to arrive and kept me posted on his progress within the time range quoted. He took a look at my disposal and was able to replace it and without a problem. Two things I want to share. First, Noel was professional. He was quite fast and very thorough. He made sure to test the unit and showed me a couple of things that I might need to watch out for with my existing pipes. Second, his prices are incredibly competitive and more than fair. All good here and I'll call him again if I need a solid plumber.

Noel is the best. He just left. Super nice guy. I only had a minor sink issue and he showed me how to fix it myself so I don't have to call next time. Pretty affordable and very clean. No complaints. Highly recommended.

Called Noel on Friday afternoon and he came out early Saturday morning. Replaced a check valve that was leaking, repaired an outdoor drain that was the wrong height, and fixed a leaky toilet.....all in about an hour.

Mr. Noel is an independent plumber. He works for himself so he has total control of his schedule. He tells you exactly when he is available (not a ridiculous two hours window). and shows up on time. He does not charge an exorbitant fee like others do. What a pleasure to do business with him!

The services I received lived up to all the other yelp reviews. I discovered water on my kitchen floor one Saturday late morning, Found a leak under my kitchen sink. Called Noel, who called back and asked me to text pictures from my camera phone. He was able to diagnose the situation from the photos and showed up within an hour an a half with all the equipment ready to go. He was very professional and efficient...had a drop cloth to keep from making a mess. He showed me where my old plumbing had failed and what he had done. And in no time, my problem was fixed and I was back to my regular Saturday routine. The last plumber I had out for an issue with my toilet was cocky and condescending and did a half a&&ed job, slapped a magnet on my refrigerator and told me to write a review on Yelp about him. With Noel, I had to ask him for his card, plan to pass his name along to my condo neighbors and WANT to write about him on Yelp.
