Everyone I spoke with at this company is kind, timely, and helpful. Yani and Miriam went above and beyond on a holiday to help me get an appointment quickly! Definitely recommend!

I have a rental property in Santa Ana in Orange County that once again had a clogged main sewer line that was backing up into the home. My usual plumber said he would be there in between 10 and 2, then he said between 2 and 6, my tenants were getting worried that they would be left with no functioning restroom and so was I. As the early evening hours had arrived I looked on Yelp for a local plumber in the area. As I spoke with Mike I knew that there was hope for a  plumber to pull through for me in our time of need. He was able to clear the drain blockage that night so my tenants could use the facilities take hot showers etc. He provided me with options as far as long term solutions to my drain issue's. I chose to repair the main sewer line using the Trenchless sewer repair system that he had as a option. He knew exactly what to do and the job went super smooth, Mike event sent me pictures and a short video to keep me updated on the job witch was above and beyond what I expected. This guy is so awesome! We had him out to help with some work I had to do on my garage and he was such a great help. He gave me some great ideas on how we could execute the plans I had and was very open to all the details that for me, were totally crucial. Needless to say, I've hired him for several more jobs since then and will continue to do so indefinitely. He has such a strong, positive attitude and thinks creatively and on his toes. My garage is the nicest it's ever been now and anything that needs fixed up around the house happens quickly and painlessly. If I could give him more than 5 starts, I would. My kitchen sink became clogged recently and Hotline said they could check it out the next day! Plus, the next day was a Saturday--unbelievable! I don't know that they can always respond that quickly but it was impressive. They kept me updated on arrival time and were able to complete the job within an extremely reasonable time frame at an extremely reasonable price.

Originally, the sink clogged a few months ago and the plumber from my home warranty company said he couldn't completely clear the clog--something about access points--and that next time it'd be a bigger job and be very expensive (not covered by the warranty). So either he didn't know what he was talking about or he was trying to drum up business for his company.  

Anyway, Hotline will now be my first and only choice. They're honest, punctual, efficient and Giovanni is super nice.

I have had several dealings with Right Price Rooter over the past couple of years and they have been great!  I am a contractor and a landlord, and I have rooter needs from time to time, for sure.  Mick sent his guys out to deal with a property that I have, to clear my main drain, which I have been doing about once a year for the past 15 years.  We have root intrusion and even though I have replaced sections of the main, there is a section that runs under the nicely finished driveway, that I have opted to maintain in this manner.  Mick tried his best to get through for me but after cutting his jetting hose on my collapsed pipe, said the pipe needed to be changed and refused to take any money, as the work had not had a positive result.  I dug down and did change out a section of pipe that seemed to be the problem after that, but was impressed by his ethic.  This past week, I again had an issue, on the same line, further down.  Mick, remembered the last time out and explained his concern about coming out, but agreed to.  His guys were fantastic and cleared my line.  The backup at the cleanout, had resulted in a bit of a mess around the cleanout area.  They cleaned and hosed down the area before leaving.  I like this company!  Thanks Mick.

I called Harry at 7 am the day after Christmas when we came home to a plumbing emergency. He was there in an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done and began the work. Harry is extremely knowledgeable and completes the job as he would if it was his own house. He stands by his work and nothing makes him happier than a satisfied customer who will refer his business to friends and family. I am one of those satisfied customers--can't thank Harry and his crew enough and look forward to passing his info on to anyone in need!

Armando and his partner were very friendly and courteous when they show up. My toilet was clogged and my husband tried to flush it out with the drain bladder. But water started to filled up in my bathtub and sink. It was beyond my husbands ability at that point. I started looking for a plumber through this app with my questions. Armando was quick to respond. I was afraid of what it would cost, but he told me if they are unable to unclog it, it would be no charge. That was enough for me to have them come over to do the work. They were here within an hour and unclogged my toilet within 10 minutes. He also went underneath my house to see if my pipes were in need of replacement. He gave me some quotes and advice for the near future. I would definitely recommend Armando and his partner for your plumbing problems.

Jay and his partner (dad?) were amazing. They arrived on time, communicated easily via text and phone call, and we're up front about costs. Jay provided options for my garbage disposal repair based on best practice and price, and showed me what was going on every step of the way. I am a mom who was at home with a 1 year old, and they were so good with being respectful and even chatting and playing with my daughter.

Highly recommended, and I would call them again any time I have another plumbing need!

We've used Scotty for years and absolutely love him.  He is super professional, prompt and great at what he does.

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
