Best Plumbing Services in United States
We had such a great experience with Avant Rooter! Our toilet was leaking so we called in the morning by early afternoon they were here! Matthew and Nate were not only fast but safe as well. They wore masks and shoe coverings before entering. They also called the following day to follow up with us. We will always call Avant Rooter for our plumbing from here on out! Thanks guys!

Very prompt and reliable. Mike was very knowledgeable on the phone. Appointment made quickly. Rick came out and replaced our leaking water heater. Would definitely call again.

James replaced my hot water heater after it started to leak. He was great to work with right from the first call. He showed up on time which doesn't sound like much but seems to be rare these days with trades workers sadly. He did excellent clean and professional quality work. The workspace was cleaner when he left than it was when he arrived. And as an added bonus he is super friendly and an all around good guy. I wouldn't hesitate to call him for anything else in the future. Thanks James!!

I rarely write reviews for this sort of work but Anthony and the entire team at Olson Superior Plumbing are a 10-star company!!! Anthony was very thorough, transparent, detailed and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company; you won't be sorry! Anothony has done work in our house and our daughter's and everything was done perfectly. A true professional!

I bet I am still waiting for the OTHER water heater plumbers I called for an emergency fix of our no hot water issue at home.
Luckily, Macias Plumbing was the only plumber that answered my call Saturday morning at 9AM.
By 10:30 they had already showed up and assessed the problem and by 11AM, the work was complete.
Ross, our plumber, was amazing at breaking down what might have killed our hot water and even gave me a few pointers on fixing some valves on my own.
Thank you for making our Christmas season hot again...with steamy hot water! Lol give them a call, they will not disappoint.

Can you give zero stars? I called to get someone out to fix my showers water pressure and they said they'd stop by between 1-3pm and would call 20min prior to arriving. At 3pm no one had called or showed up. I called their number and it went straight to voicemail. Left a message and have never heard back. Very unprofessional and just rude.

I sent a quote request through Yelp on Sunday and arranged for a visit on Thursday. The reply back was very quick and painless. As soon as Mick arrived, he saw the solution to my clogged sink drain and dishwasher - A reset button I did not know about! Needless to say, the time from assessment to diagnosis to cure was about 2 minutes flat - at no charge . I will be calling again if any plumbing needs arise in the future. Thank you Mick for your professionalism and kindness!!! You should be working with a cape, really.

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.
I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!
First I was going through a remodel.
Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.
He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.
We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.
We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.
He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!
So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.
If you want to support a small family business support his work! You won't regret it!

I called them up on sunday morning because my kitchen sink was backed up. Half my sink was full with old water and food particles and i didnt want to wait until monday to get this fixed. Jay came by in an hour and fixed the issues.
This is where he earns all the stars. My kitchen pipes werent the main issue. He went up to neighbors apt because they had issues too and he then went up to my apt complex roof to fix it since the clog was so bad. He charged me way less than i was expecting after all the work he had to go through to fix it. Hes a good plumber and he delivered when i needed it most.

Usually Yelp doesn't steer me wrong but I guess my luck has finally ran out. I really didn't get anywhere near five star service and value from this plumber's visit. I had an issue with my bathtub being backed up. First they told me they would be at my place after 1pm and then they came 2 hours earlier. Normally thats fine but there was no warning they just showed up at the door unexpectedly. No call or anything.
They proceeded to use a rooter to unclog the plumbing. They arrived at 11:10AM and left by 11:35AM, total time=25 minutes. Now how much would a good plumber charge for something that involved a total of 25 minutes of labor? $100? Maybe $150? How about $255! Yes he wanted over 500 dollars an hour to stick a rooter down a drain. No materials mind you, just labor. Of course I brought that up with him and he gave me the that's what we charge line. What would you like to pay? I replied $150 and he actually barked back Hell no! I'm not coming out on a Saturday for $150! Of course he never mentioned that his rates go up for supposedly coming out on a Saturday until that point. So after a little terse back and forth he let me go with $200. Still way too much in my opinion for the work, professionalism (or lack there of) but at least not quite as obscene.
He didn't even put the stuff back that he took out from under the sink, which for over 400 bucks an hour you'd think he might do. He even had a helper. But I guess that was just too much help. Maybe I should be happy, at over 8 bucks a minute that few minutes of cleaning up could've really added up. Now I get to go upstairs and clean up the mess, fun.
Maybe I got him on his bad day, I really don't know. He did root the line and the clog seems to be gone. The bath is draining. Still not quite as well as I'd like but decently. He did also mention not to use Drano on these old pipes since it is an acid, unless they have been changed. Well, did he check the pipes? Obviously not since they had been changed years ago to all copper in the house.
He also didn't ask many questions. He didn't seem to care if this might be part of a larger plumbing issue or if there were other factors that might be in play. He seemed to come to root the plumbing, get paid and get out.
Now mind you that I don't often give out such bad reviews. I think this is the second one star review I've ever given out. I would probably had given him two stars but his hell no response kind of negated that. Plus, on the receipt he did not check mark any of the boxes that guarantees his work for at least 30 days. Good to know if I have problems again tomorrow that he will expect at least another 200 bucks. In this little whirl wind of an event he did mention that he was getting too old for this. I guess that's one thing we can both agree on.

Awesome service! Called in the evening with a busted water heater. Some pics was all Mac needed to offer a competitive quote. By 9am jolly Mac shows up ready to go and was all done a couple of hours later. Knowledgable, professional, quick, competitive!

Full disclosure: No services were rendered to me.
Rescue plumbing customer service was great and got me set up for a same day estimate for a shower cartridge repair. The two plumbers that came out were very polite and knowledgeable and did confirm it was a bad shower cartridge.
The reason for the lower review is the pricing. I was given an estimate of around $500-$600 for parts and labor, or if I purchased the part myself it was a flat fee of $385 for labor which seemed very high for an easy replacement.
In the end I ended up buying the part for $100 from a plumbing store and used YouTube to guide me through the cartridge repair which took about 30 minutes. No more dripping shower!
I'm still open to reaching out for estimates from Rescue Plumbing for future needs just based on the responsiveness and customer service.

I am very pleased with the service and cost from Scotty's Plumbing. He waited for me to get home from work without rescheduling. Went to get additional connection hoses that would work for my kitchen faucet replacement, and fixed a pipe with a large hole, all for less than his initial estimate. Highly recommend. Will be my first call for any other plumbing issues.
