We had great service, they came out right away! They took great care of the problem we were having and didn't charge us an arm or a leg for it! I would definitely recommend Avant Rooter.

Had a pretty bad issue at my house with tangled roots in the main sewer line. A friend of mine tried to snake it and had no luck. My dad found All Service Plumbing online and sent me the number. I called and they were at the house in under the 2 hours quoted. Dan was the service technician that came out. Him and his crew used the hydro jet and got the pipes clear in no time. Dan put in a lot of the work himself and brought my girlfriend and I outside to show us on the camera exactly what was going on. Very solid company with trustworthy people. Super impressed with them and would highly recommend!

Awesome customer service, was able to get James to come in within a couple days of contacting him, very reasonable fee, super happy with the results. Thank you so much! Will definitely contact James in the future when we have more work to do :)

EXCELLENT service, Lyle called 20 minutes before arriving, sworn was though with no corners cut. Extremely clean and professional. This is now my go to company for all plumbing needs. I just can't express in words how happy Iam with his work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible, horrible company. I called on a Saturday morning for a broken water pipe. He said that he would come at 9am for a complimentary estimate. A few minutes later he texts me to say that the minimum service charge is $300. I text him back to confirm that it is a free estimate. He calls me to say that there is a minimum charge.

I told him that I would take a free estimate and then if he performs service I would pay for it. He raises his voice and says that he is going to take another job from a paying customer. I hung up the phone. He texts back that he's sorry.

This is in response to Ros' reply. The story that your nephew gave you is untrue. I told him everything that was going on including the fact that the management company had been unable to be reached. Your nephew then said that he would come out for a free estimate, and that after the quote was delivered if I wanted I could pay for his service and then get refunded by my management company. I agreed.

Then, probably 15 or 20 minutes afterwards he texted me that the minimum charge was $300. I suspect that this probably came free you, by the sounds of it.

He totally changed the arrangement we made and when I reminded him about his promise of a free quote he began to get animated on the phone about how he was going to go to another job that actually paid. I hung up on him at this point because I don't deal with unethical people who go back on their word. You guys have good reviews, who knows if they are legitimate or not but the public should know about how your nephew, who was acting on your business' behalf at your request, treats potential customers.

My toilet was clogged and I needed a plumber fast! I tried using yelps request features and for multiple responses. Mick was the fastest and friendliest of them all! Within in minutes of speaking on the phone, he was on his way to my house! 10 minutes later he was done! Even to waive the fee as it was such an easy job and it was his way to the next! What an amazing service and family business! Definitely my go to for all plumbing issues! Love supporting local/family owned businesses!

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

If you want to support a small family business support his work! You won't regret it!

Recently moved into my new home & came across problems with my kitchen sink. I made several calls to different local Plummer's, and Harry had the quickest response time! He solved my issue no problem. Pricing was fair! I appreciated the way he conducted himself as if he was in his own home. Would 100% recommend!

Armando was so nice and helpful. He looked at my issue gave me good advice and then didn't charge the service fee because it was a quick fix. Very friendly and respectful.

Great service and was available on very short notice! Will continue to use services for future projects. Highly recommend!

I was in a hurry trying to find someone to declog my bathroom sink. It wasn't fully clogged, but the water was draining SO slowly to the point I couldn't wash my face. Called Jay, he picked up right away and we set our appointment on the same day. He was able to catch the big fish which was a huge hair gunk just stuck inside, and was done in about 20 minutes. Quick, friendly, and very efficient!

I recently had a hot water slab leak.  That is not a problem you want to have when you've just purchased a new home.  It's like someone telling you your house has diarrhea and the only way you can cure it is by destroying the house itself.  Luckily, I found Diaz Plumbing.  Adrian came in and helped save the day.  After being jerked around by other plumbers for a week, many of which suggested I knock down my walls and repipe my entire house for thousands and thousands of dollars, Adrian was able to come up with some creative solutions and work-arounds which saved me A TON of money.  In addition to that, they even arranged a delayed payment plan to help me out.  They were awesome and very professional.  Diaz Plumbing will officially be the plumbers I turn to from now on.

I texted Pat on Yelp and got instant reply. He sent Lou to come over right next day! I was very impressed by their fast response. The job is done. However, you'd be sure to set the timer. Lou called at 12:31, came in almost 1 pm and went out to buy some tools for 15-20mins. He finished the job around 3:40. At that time I asked him about the price. He told me he would charge me 3 hours. I replied him it should be around 2.5 hours. He just said whatever and charged me 2.5 hours. I was happy with his detailed job but got upset by his attitude after discussing the work time. I did not insist to get the $49off Yelp discount in the end... (I don't know if I should pay the time for him to buy extra materials and fill his job report ?)

Lesson learned: make sure you set up the timer when the plumbers come.
Overall, except the work time, I'm happy with this company! Efficient and well communication.

We had an issue with a water heater in our condo years ago and Mac helped us get the problem fixed the same day so when our water heater went out in our house, we knew who to call. This time it was a full water heater replacement. He was again able to come out the same day and rather than just charging us for a new water heater, he recognized that our water heater was still under warranty and helped us navigate getting a replacement the same day even though it was the weekend. He saved us A LOT of money and had us up and running within a few hours of initially calling him. I would definitely recommend Mac to anyone in need of water heater repair or replacement.

Pete and Noah came to my new place twice in three days, always within the given time and with smiles on their faces. Pete broke everything down for me in an understandable way, and went out of his way to make sure I wasn't paying for anything unnecessary. He always made sure to ask what I wanted to do, and gave me options for each step. In the end, they saved my kitchen plumbing and prevented what could have been a terrible situation for a new homeowner. Take Pete and Noah out to lunch!

Highly recommend Scotty - he was very responsive to emails and it was easy to schedule an appointment, although I caught him during a busy period.  He was prompt to the appointment, even gave me a call when he was 30 mins away.  His plumbing work was good as was the pricing. While my issue was relatively minor in scope, I would trust him for any job.

Will be using him again and highly recommend his services, although I hope I don't have to anytime soon!  Knock on wood....

Chris handled our indoor & outdoor needs knowledgeably and with a great can-do attitude. Prices were fair; he was on time all 3 occasions. I highly recommend Rocket.
