Jim showed up with his mask down below his nose.  He took a look at the area where my basement had flooded during the rain.  A quote never came.  In the interim, a leak from my refrigerator was detected.  He came out again and emptied the pan declaring it to be condensation.  When it turned out that he'd misdiagnosed the problem, I called him out again and after the appointment time, I called to see what was going on only to find he was sick.  Ok, we rescheduled for 3 days later and again he didn't come, I called, he was sick again and wanted to come next week.  Quote never came for the basement.  Very bad way to do business!

I've been dealing with a clogged kitchen sink for the past 10+ yrs that I have been living in my house in Tustin. Early on, I use to snake the line myself, but theses days I call the plumbers.  Over the past 3 yrs, I've had other rooter companies come out an clear the clogs about once a year.  I got sick and tired of it, so I found the 5 star reviews of All Service Plumbing, and called them up for an appt. Mike came the next day, and after telling him about the history, he recommended a hydrojet.  He didn't have the proper equipment with him, so he cleared the drain with a snake so I could actually use the sink.  He came back the next day and started the hydrojetting.  I was there to see what they did, and they were very meticulous, and didn't stop until the pipe was completely clear.  He also used the camera multiple times to make sure he was getting the problem areas.  After years of dealing with this, we found out that there was a ton of grease that was clogging up the pipes.  Thankfully, Mike took his time, and made sure he got everything cleared out.  Thanks Mike!  2 months in, and still no issues!!!

James is amazing! I was looking for a handyman because my closet railing was falling apart and also my floating sink vanity was sinking a bit. He gave me a reasonable quote and was able to come take a look at it the next day. He fixed both issues quickly and I asked him to take a look at a few more things, which he happily looked at and was able to fix for me.

One of those things was a stubborn sliding door that was not sliding correctly. He even went out to buy materials and came back to re-install the mount. It was still not sliding correctly, so he came back the next morning to shave down the bottom of the door and re-mount it again. In the end, it was fixed and I am a happy customer!

I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday night so I called on Monday morning first thing. I spoke with Ross who was very helpful and accommodating - I had to shut off my water until the issue was fixed and he rearranged some things and got some guys to come out immediately. Plumbers are busy this time of year but Ross prioritized my job. My family couldn't do our normal day to day activities until the issue was resolved because I had to shut off the water. His guys worked clean and did great work, and were fairly priced and the issue was resolved before noon! I recommend calling Macias Plumbing if you need a plumber. They also fixed a broken PVC pipe in my sprinkler system which was above and beyond what we discussed when they arrived. All in all I have nothing but positive feedback for them.

I am still so happy with this company. They have continued to be my go to plumbers on my rental property with tons of plumbing issues. Even during the Covid pandemic, they arrived in full masks and shields and exhibited excellent safety protocols while working. Victor was our technician and he did a fabulous job fixing our drainage issue. I was very happy with their service and they always have the best price.  GREAT guys!

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

Harry was extremely professional and extremely quick to respond to our needs. Harry arrived in less than 30 minutes and he unclogged our toilet and shower within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Harry's company to anyone. Thanks again Harry!!

These guys are great. They came in a jiffy last night to check out my shower that isn't getting hot water. The fixture is a cheap single dial knock-off deal that has bad parts. Armando's didn't charge me anything for the quote and explained exactly what they would do to fix it when the landlord agrees. Thank you for your time guys!

They were GREAT! Hardworking and showed up twice over the week of Thanksgiving to check out a leak coming from the light fixture. They came after hours and took the time to find the real issue rather than just taking out the ceiling which would have been easy for them to do. I really appreciated them being careful and they ended up fixing the issue in 40 minutes without opening the ceiling at all! I love this father son duo. They were respectful and polite! I will definitely be using them for any future issues! They also called to follow up!

Adrian just left, and I am so grateful he came on a Friday evening!  I had a leaky bathroom sink that wouldn't turn off today, and I couldn't turn the valves underneath the sink because the angle stops were stripped away.  Adrian got to my place in 10 min and stopped my sink so my landlord can take a look tomorrow!!!  He is really nice, professional, and courteous.  He took the time to show me the problem as well as what needed fixing, and why.  Thank you Adrian!!

If you need a challenging job done then Pat is your guy. He went over and above. There were several issues and many people would have given up but he got our gas line switched so we could install new washer and dryer.

Quick, professional and reasonably priced. Definitely the lowest quote that we received for our water heater and service. Will be recommending to my condo units and friends.

I just purchased a home and the pipes to the washing machine were leaking in the basement, they replaced the pipes, mounted it to the basement wall and made everything look so neat and clean. 2 days later they came back to put gas lines in extending 50 feet from the furnace around my basement because there were no gas lines (the dryer and stove were electric) it was an extensive job, but they completed it in 3 hours and their price was over $1000 less than other quotes I got. The work was done well, it looks neat and thorough. Vincent and his team were amazing, very nice, with excellent customer service. I will never use any other plumbing service ever again.

Ultimately drain cleared so going to write this off to initial frustration

Owner has been highly professional

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
