I have a rental property in N. Pomona and I've used Mike's services for a couple years now.  I highly recommend Mike.  He provides hard to find honest and awesome service at a very reasonable price. Our tenant's washer was leaking and backing up the kitchen sink and Mike came out immediately and fixed the problem. Thank you Mike!

I confirmed an appointment to repair a small section of my ceiling 2 weeks prior through Yelp, so I would be able to take some time off work.

The appointment was for 8a-10a on Yelp, so I messaged James at 7:50am to make sure he can find parking in my condo and alerted the doormen to save him a parking spot in the guest lot.

At 8:15a, he messages me back that his truck is not functioning and will message in an hour to confirm if he can or cannot fix the ceiling. 2 hours later he messages that he might be able to come back next week to fix it, but he is still unsure.

I understand that cars break down, but messaging 15 minutes after an appointment and having to be prompted to respond to a message is very inconvenient. Pretty unreliable overall.

Continued 5-star service. Anthony and Daryl came out to install a tankless water heater. We spent a good half-hour going over all the logistics and options for things I had not anticipated, such as venting and condensate draining options.

Once the plan was set, I left them to their own devices, but when it came time to test, it didn't work! They methodically troubleshot it, found some factory settings that weren't quite right, but it still just wouldn't fire up. It turns out that my water inlet and outlet were reversed! They crossed-connected the lines and that sucker fired up immediately. They conscientiously used red and blue supply lines to ensure that it was clearly evident that the lines were crossed deliberately. That is real professionalism.

Along with 2 clogged sinks. Saturday night our toilet clogs and Sunday morning there's no sign of it getting better. So I looked for a local plumber and Macías comes up. He Answered our call said he would take 3 hrs for him to finish another job and would head on over. Unclogged everything. Price was reasonable for a Sunday emergency. Mr. Ros Macías was very nice and informative.

We've been searching for a good plumber for a while, and we are glad we found Hotline Plumbing. They have done several things for us now, and we've been happy with the service we've gotten. Geovanni, Ben, and Geraldo are great. Good customer service and work all around. Would highly recommend!

Mick was great. He accidentally missed a meeting but was super apologetic. Then he came out after hours and diagnosed/fixed my issue without selling me a new water heater (what I was told I needed by others)

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

I had a great experience with Harry at Sewer Man. My fairly new shower had very little water pressure and a constant drip. He quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed it. So happy! He had a very pleasant demeanor, explained everything and gave me some tips as well. He was very quick on phone and text response, was able to come out quickly and completed the work in a very cleanly manner. Highly recommend and will definitely use him again in the future.

Needed to move relocate the heater gas line and open a new one for a dryer.  Armando was quick to respond, gave a very affordable quote, and worked with our schedule to perform the job.

Armando did a thorough job, was punctual, quick, and efficient. Before leaving, he ensured that his work was inspected and approved. I would gladly recommend him to anyone needing his services and would definitely hire him again!

We are so happy we found Adrian and Diaz Plumbing.    We had another plumber come out and say that they needed to put a $1000 a main line clean out access.  I decided to get a second opinion and had Adrian come out and within 5 mins he found a main line clean out access, was able to just snake everything out and had the plumbing working in less than an hour!  Diaz plumbing was honest, timely, very well priced and pleasant to have at our house.

Pat did a fantastic job.  I called him when my garbage disposal and kitchen sink clogged on Christmas, expecting to get a voicemail, and instead reached a very friendly receptionist who scheduled the service.  Pat came out the next day to fix everything.  He was very professional, quite efficient and was upfront with me about the cost before fixing anything.  He checked to see if he could fix the garbage disposal before replacing it and also gave me a tutorial on how I can try to fix it myself should something go wrong in the future. He did a great job and was a very friendly guy.   I will definitely use him the next time I have a plumbing issue (which hopefully will not be for a while!).

Great service! I can not recommend enough. Great quality work and timely service. 5 stars all the way around. I would use again for sure! Service was prompt and he went right to work to install a new hot water heater. I can't say enough how great the work was.

Highly recommend Pete and Noah. Our condo association has worked with them for some time now and you can always count on friendly, dependable service. We had a small leak in the basement that wasn't continuing, but we thought it best to have them come out and ensure we weren't ignoring the warning sign of a bigger problem. Pete and Noah did a thorough drain check for all three floors and concluded there was no leak, but rather it was likely a one-time issue of a tub overflowing / showering with the curtain not tucked in or something. Appreciate their professionalism!

They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. I had a variety of plumbing issues on a condo I purchased. Scott was great, he was quickly able to diagnose the problems. After he knew what components were needed, he quickly ran to the local hardware store, came back with what he needed. He was thorough in addressing the problems and didn't leave until he was satisfied things were working properly. I highly recommend him, and will absolutely use him for any future issues.

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
