Ivar came out quickly, at the promised time and did a great job. Really knowledgeable, communicative, efficient and great value. Only $69 to clear our blocked drain. I spent $30 and 3 hours the previous evening trying to fix it myself. Next time I'll just call Ivar straight away.

I called this morning to see if the plumber worked on hansgroph faucets. The lady who answered checked with her husband and he said yes they did but parts were hard to get.....no worries cause I had the shutoff valves to replace the leaking ones. we scheduled an appointment for this afternoon.
The plumber and his assistant came as scheduled.  Walked into the bathroom and said , oh you want both valves changed?  That will be $195x2
I said I was quoted $195 .  He looked at me and I said that's not right, he then said ok, I'll do both for $250.    I told him to leave.  
We start out at $195, then go to $390, then go to $250.   Sounds fishy to me!
I wasn't looking for a bargain but I wasn't looking to be taken advantage of either.

We had James repair some dry wall patches, replace a broken door, and match paint at our business. He responded quickly, got us on his schedule and completed the job in a timely manner!  Really happy with his work and will definitely use him again for all our handyman needs.

James from Olson superior was AMAZING!! He was insanely on time, personable, and fixed our problem in a minutes time. Literally he was soooo quick. Not only that, but also asked what else he could check out since he was already here. Fixed another slow draining sink, showed us where our pressure regulator was, gave us tips that were truly helpful and told us to go buy this handy dandy tool for futures sake. I would advise anyone use them. Honest and they have a great reputation. 5 stars for sure.

Service was promp, efficient, and courteous as well as reasonably priced.  Ros took care of a gas leak test in my unit in the same afternoon I called him.

Ben and Geraldo are very professional, educated, very observant, and know what they are doing. They do very clean work, don't leave a mess when they leave. Very affordable prices, and are worth every dollar. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. They will not disappoint you so give them a call!

I have now called Right Priced Rooter 8 times on 2 separate occasions this week and last.  They have never returned one of my calls.  Yesterday when i called they told me they might not be able to keep a scheduled appointment because Joe Paterno died and the owner went to Penn State.  Unusual but okay.  They never clled me back as promised so I called them and they told me they would come out between 3:00-4:00.  I called them at 2:15 from my friends house to see if they were still on schedule and they told me they had already come and gone.  They said they called me but that was simply not true my phone never left my side and there were no missed calls.  Today when i called to complain and asked to speak to the owner I got a guy named Mike on the phone.  When I said did you go to Penn State he said no that was my father.  I said well i would like to speak to him, and he said no he's retired (he was the owner the  day before according to the guy I talked to who was Mikes younger brother).    I never raised my voice, I never used any profanities, and I never lost my cool.  
I was simply lied to over and over and over again.  I WOULD NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN.  NEVER!!!!!!!  THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE AND YES THAT DOES INCLUDE TIME WARNER.

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

Harry at Sewer Man Plumbing came out to my house at night within an hour of my call for help with my clogged sewer pipe! He was very polite and very professional with up to date professional gear and gave me a VERY reasonable price for the service.

Armando and team did a great job.  He kept me informed of the progress and challenges.  He offered a solution and delivered a great project.  Definitely recommended.

Wow they were so quick to respond, as long as your within distance! They try and figure out the least expensive way to fix the problem vs rip you off! Jay was great and his dad is awesome as well! Definitely recommend them!

Called them around 1pm and they came out the same day. They fixed our stubborn tub clog! Friendly, quick service at a reasonable price. I'd recommend them.

I had a very quick response when i called Drain-EEZ - They assigned Lou Agosto to us and he showed up promptly within the time period described to me one day later.

Lou very clearly described the problem with my tenants toilet leak. He had photos on his mobile of every problem he encountered due to the previous, and very poorly done, installation. He documented every fix that he implemented and walked me through exactly what he had done and why. In addition the steps were all explicitly documented on the bill for my records.

He finished the work quickly, the price of which seemed very normal to me - and after the installation was done, he took a little extra personal time to generally discuss water quality in the city of Chicago and steps that any responsible home owner should take to protect themselves from waterborne pollutants (important when you own a hundred year old building)

Lou was knowledgable and a pleasure to talk to - I had a great experience. I will be calling these guys again for my next plumbing need.

These guys were great.  They arrived within 30 minutes of calling and replaced our water tank within an hour.  Great value, great service and very friendly.

Scott is a tremendous find! Plumbers can be so expensive and many are kind of unreliable, but Scott is responsive, a great communicator and, most importantly, a very skilled plumber. He fixed our non-working shower in under an hour at a very reasonable price. He's also very friendly--we really enjoyed talking to him and our dog adored him. Highly recommended!

Chris handled our indoor & outdoor needs knowledgeably and with a great can-do attitude. Prices were fair; he was on time all 3 occasions. I highly recommend Rocket.
