Evan came out and provided me invaluable insight into my plumbing issue.  He was honest, professional and explanatory about my drainage issue.

We had clogged yard drains and were somewhat skeptical as to whether the hydro-jetting would work.  Mike came out with large hydro-jetting equipment and worked hard to clear our lines.  My husband was very pleased but noticed that a few still needed to be done.  I called Mike and he came back the next day and worked on the additional drains and we couldn't be happier.

Awesome customer service, was able to get James to come in within a couple days of contacting him, very reasonable fee, super happy with the results. Thank you so much! Will definitely contact James in the future when we have more work to do :)

Anthony and the team is very professional, super responsive, and the quality of work is fantastic. We need to install our freestanding bathtub and faucet in our master bathroom and because of the complexity with the tub we purchased, Anthony had to do lots of research prior and during the installation. Talk about honest! It is a rarity these days. After our scheduled plumber was a no call no show I went to yelp to find a new one. I believe that everything happens for a reason. Our no call no show plumber was a blessing in disguise because it led me to call Hotline Plumbing and talk to Geovanni who instead of trying to sell me on needing to replace my garbage disposal walked me on how to troubleshoot it first. In seconds I was able to fix our issue. My husband and I were blown away at the step by step instructions. He even told me that that is just what they do for their clients. They definitely have the secret on how to retain clients. And how to spread the word. I will be using and recommending all of my plumbing needs to them from here on out.

Btw our last two plumbers we used both told us that we need to replace our 1 year old insinkerator garbage disposal because it wouldn't be worth fixing because they break down easily. It is unbelievable how they will try to sell you on the worst case scenario before trying to help you.

Mick made room in his schedule today and came over to access a clog in my bathroom sink. It turned out to be a bigger issue than he thought. He wasn't able to clear the drain right away, but recommended how to proceed and said he'd come back to finish the job. Here's the kicker, he wouldn't take a penny because the drain was still clogged. How many Plumbers do you know who would do that for you? Answer = NONE. These guys are as good as it gets. Look no further.

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

I called Sewerman in the middle of a party when all toilets and tubs stopped working. Her texted in less than 5 minutes and was at the house in under and hour. He cleared the sewer in about 15 minutes! A remarkable response/repair/clean-up performance! I can't recommend him highly enough. Professional, polite, and exceptionally knowledgeable. Words cannot explain what Diaz Plumbing has done for my household. Adrian and his crew were the most professional,  hard working crew that I have ever had at my house.

Adrian just didnt tell me what was wrong with the plumbing, he showed me. That made me feel so good knowing that he was showing me the problem rather then making it up.

The communication between myself and Adrian was remarkable. Any time I called him with a question or if he said his crew would be here at a certain time, he answered and they showed up when they were supposed to.

I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone with any plumbing problems. Who ever hires Diaz plumbing, just know that your in great hands.

Usually Yelp doesn't steer me wrong but I guess my luck has finally ran out. I really didn't get anywhere near five star service and value from this plumber's visit. I had an issue with my bathtub being backed up. First they told me they would be at my place after 1pm and then they came 2 hours earlier. Normally thats fine but there was no warning they just showed up at the door unexpectedly. No call or anything.

They proceeded to use a rooter to unclog the plumbing. They arrived at 11:10AM and left by 11:35AM, total time=25 minutes. Now how much would a good plumber charge for something that involved a total of 25 minutes of labor? $100? Maybe $150? How about $255! Yes he wanted over 500 dollars an hour to stick a rooter down a drain. No materials mind you, just labor. Of course I brought that up with him and he gave me the that's what we charge line. What would you like to pay? I replied $150 and he actually barked back Hell no! I'm not coming out on a Saturday for $150! Of course he never mentioned that his rates go up for supposedly coming out on a Saturday until that point. So after a little terse back and forth he let me go with $200. Still way too much in my opinion for the work, professionalism (or lack there of) but at least not quite as obscene.

He didn't even put the stuff back that he took out from under the sink, which for over 400 bucks an hour you'd think he might do. He even had a helper. But I guess that was just too much help. Maybe I should be happy, at over 8 bucks a minute that few minutes of cleaning up could've really added up. Now I get to go upstairs and clean up the mess, fun.  

Maybe I got him on his bad day, I really don't know. He did root the line and the clog seems to be gone. The bath is draining. Still not quite as well as I'd like but decently. He did also mention not to use Drano on these old pipes since it is an acid, unless they have been changed. Well, did he check the pipes? Obviously not since they had been changed years ago to all copper in the house.

He also didn't ask many questions. He didn't seem to care if this might be part of a larger plumbing issue or if there were other factors that might be in play. He seemed to come to root the plumbing, get paid and get out.

Now mind you that I don't often give out such bad reviews. I think this is the second one star review I've ever given out. I would probably had given him two stars but his hell no response kind of negated that. Plus, on the receipt he did not check mark any of the boxes that guarantees his work for at least 30 days. Good to know if I have problems again tomorrow that he will expect at least another 200 bucks. In this little whirl wind of an event he did mention that he was getting too old for this. I guess that's one thing we can both agree on.

I called Mac at FastPlumbing247 on a Wednesday afternoon for a water heater repair. He was able to swing by my condo just an hour or two later to have a look at things. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the water heater fixed Wednesday night because it required an older, not so standard part. Mac told me he would swing through a few plumbing supply warehouses the next morning then give me a call when he found the part. He came through and was able to fix the hot water heater the next morning. Very nice guy, very responsive, pricing is fair, all around good guy to know for future repairs.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Scotty is definitely our new go-to plumber.  He's thorough, careful, knowledgable, and dependable.  He showed up smack on time, knew exactly what he was doing, passed muster with our building engineer, and did fantastic work.  What impressed me even more, though, is how careful he was with the work.  He knew about the unique problems presented by high-rise buildings.  He made sure that the fixtures we were buying were going to be safe to use with our water pressure.  He insisted on seeing the spec sheets and brought with him all the valves, hoses, and supplies that were correctly rated for our building.  In short, he prevented me from making a mess of things.  I can not recommend him too highly.

Chris handled our indoor & outdoor needs knowledgeably and with a great can-do attitude. Prices were fair; he was on time all 3 occasions. I highly recommend Rocket.
