I woke up this morning and black sewer water was overflowing from my toilet. I'm not talking about a slow dribble. Poop-smelling-water was gushing out like Old Faithful leaving me standing in ankle deep black water. I've worked with a few plumbers in the past so I called both of them, but none of them were available to come immediately. Thanks to Yelp I found Avant and Chris came to the rescue and arrived in less than an hour.

Chris came and used a snake to unclog our drain and discovered plant roots were growing inside our pipes causing our water to not drain. He spent sometime pulling out all the roots and gunk from our clogged sewer drains. It was absolutely disgusting and I'm forever grateful for Chris. One thing I greatly appreciate is him wearing shoe covers when he stepped into our house. I unfortunately had several plumbers and electricians come into our house during COVID and none of them wore shoe coverings. Chris was able to clear out all the pipes and even put a camera down the drain to show me what the problem was. He is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. After working with a few plumbers this year, I have to say Avant Rooter has the best pricing and the most professional workers. From here on out, they will be the first company I call if our house has any plumbing issues (*crossing fingers* no more overflowing toilets). Thanks Chris for your help today!

Read all the fantastic reviews on Yelp and gave them a call.  Rick was fantastic......very fast response to my phone call and arrived exactly at the time scheduled.  His quote was spot on and the quality of his work was superb.  Very polite, honest, fast, clean, and did we mention FAST!   Will call Rick again for all our future plumbing issues.  Thank you!

Excellent experience with Olson Superior Plumbing. Jacob squeezed me in for a next day appointment. Phil, our service tech was friendly, on-time, and professional. He walked me through every step of his process, providing a valuable education along the way. We hired Olson for annual descaling of our tankless water heater. He also cleared a bathroom sink drain. Efficient, quality work, and local to South OC. What's not to love!

I had tried to contact another plumber for two days due to our water heater going out but he never showed up so I looked on Yelp to find another. I wNted to find a family owned business and found Macias plumbing. I called and Ros answered the phone promptly. We set up a time when he could come out the next morning and he was very prompt. We went to Home Depot to get another water heater and got a Veterans discount since he is a Veteran. He transported and installed it within a few hours. He was very thorough and friendly.  The price was  very reasonable! I will definitely use him for any plumbing or gas issues that I have in the future!

The only thing hot about hotline plumbing is their price and their lies. A company without honor or integrity.

I'm docking stars for the following:

1. Misleading- Quoted me a blind, over-the-phone price of $250 to a maximum $960 at my request for a pipe repair and the next day raised the price to $1500-$1800.

2. Overcharging - Ended up charging me $1800 when their worst case scenario price was not to exceed $960.

3. Unprepared- Told them to be prepared to finish the work at the newly quoted $1500-$1800 price after they expose the faulty pipe and they agreed. Once they located the faulty pipe and exposed it (demolitioned it), made me wait another day to finish repairs because they didn't have their tools with them.

4. Disrespectful - The repair guys spoke exclusively in Spanish in front of me thinking I didn't understand. They made it clear (of course in Spanish) that no matter what, they were going to replace two pipes. This was a logical continuation of their plan to nickel and dime me because the final price was $1800.

5. Without Honor - At the conclusion of their work, I asked if they would give me a military discount as advertised and they let me know that they wouldn't because they already gave me a discounted price at a whopping $1800. They also mentioned that they gave me free cement, when cementing a job site was an agreed upon item. They misuse their veteran discount as a ploy to benefit off of veterans who fought for their freedom.

Highly Encourage Using Another Company!

We had a dislocated saddle on our sewer line and needed to have the street dug up to repair it. We also had a trenchless pipe burst to replace our 6 clay pipe. Mick and his team came in at the best price and took care of everything from permitting to inspections. Once they got the go ahead from the city (which is a miracle in its own right given the current situation) they came in quickly and professionally to get the job done right. Even though there were a couple hiccups on the way, they were forthright and honest and stuck to their original quote despite the extra work.

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

Called on a Saturday for a clogged toilet and Sewerman showed up the very next day. Harry was very professional and informative! Overall it was a really great experience and will be definitely keep his card hand for all my future plumbing!

Armando and his brother came the same day when we contacted him. He got things done quickly and cleaned up his work afterwards. Very professional. I will be using him again in the future.

He was great. Very polite and did a wonderful job on the toilet and somehow getting new rubber wheels on the shower door!

While they weren't able to help us with our strange sewer issue, they were upfront and punctual.  Plus they threw in a couple tips for us to look out for whoever we end up getting the work with. Great integrity, threw them on the short list should their services be needed in the future.

Fastplumbing 24/7 Water Heater Repair is just what it is. (Mack is the man!) They are no joke! They are super reasonable and came to my house on a SUNDAY morning to replace a water heater in my building. This is a family-owned business and they take pride in their work! The price was just right and the service was fast and great. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and experienced with this service. I would recommend them to any homeowner.

I called rescue plumbing to install a new shut off valve at 8 am and by 10:30 they had already come and finished the job - Javier was very knowledgeable and great to work with - I have been very frustrated with plumbing companies in the past as they always seem to try and oversell you but I can't say enough good things about the guys who came and did this work for me - would recommend to everyone

I had a variety of plumbing issues on a condo I purchased. Scott was great, he was quickly able to diagnose the problems. After he knew what components were needed, he quickly ran to the local hardware store, came back with what he needed. He was thorough in addressing the problems and didn't leave until he was satisfied things were working properly. I highly recommend him, and will absolutely use him for any future issues.

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
