Juan and Raul were very knowledgeable and explained exactly what the descaling process was for my tankless water heater. They also worked on our gas leak involving our high-end stove. Juan explained exactly where the leak was and how he was going to fix the issue. We are very happy with their professionalism, quality of work, and they both went out of their way to assure we were satisfied with their work. I would recommend both Juan and Raul at Avant to anyone who needs a licensed and professional plumber!

Jesse came and saved the day! My laundry room drain backed up and needed the main line Hydro Jetted. Now I am back in business thanks to Jesse He worked hard for me up and down steps of my building! I would have him out any time I have a problem.

I didn't need plumbing work done today, but I did need to gain access to a hidden label on my water heater to take a picture for insurance purposes.  I called one plumber who quoted me $125 simply for showing up; I know that time is money, but that seemed high.  I then called Macias Plumbing and Rooter. Mr. Macias listened and offered to take care of my situation for free!  I offered to compensate him for his time, but he said that I was close and it was a simple thing.  I am grateful for his professional generosity and goodwill. I'll definitely be calling on, and paying for, his services in the future.

I had a clogged kitchen sink. Made the mistake of calling another plumber (one with hundreds of five star reviews on Yelp) and they couldn't open the clean out. Their proposed solution was to make an entirely new clean out ($1400) and hydro jet ($400). Glad I got a second opinion. Mauricio and William came the next day, Mauricio did quick work of the original clean out, snaked the line, and closed the clean out all for a decent price. This is my third time using Hotline's services and they've been honest, practical, and reasonable.

I've had a bathroom sink that keeps on getting clogged so much so I've called multiple different plumbers to unclog it each time and to try to figure out why it keeps clogging up so I can hopefully get it fixed. My home is only a few years old so this shouldn't be happening. None of the prior plumbers could figure it out. I talked to Mick yesterday night and this morning he and Fernando came to my house and literally within 1-2 minutes they were able to tell me exactly what was causing the clogs and were so patient in answering my questions. Finding the right professional certainly makes a huge difference! Now that I know what's wrong, I can stop it from happening again. Huge sigh of relief! Thanks guys for your help today! You are now my go to!

This company should be called the
We Flake on You Plumbers or We Don't Show Up Plumbers. I called them on Monday for a slow drain I had in our bathtub. They said they'd come out on Tuesday. Guy calls on Tuesday and says he was backed up at another job and could come out the next day Wednesday. Fine, no biggy. Well Wednesday I call to confirm a time and they say between 4-5p. That time comes and goes. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED. Completely unreliable. Thank goodness I had a backup plumber scheduled for Thursday. Rockstar plumbing is THE BEST!!

Just moved into a new house and after the first bath with the kids both toilets started to flood to the point that we needed to turn off the water to the toilets. Called around for plumbers the following morning, and Armando's was so fast and efficient showed up within the hour of calling. Turned out to have a mainline clog due to roots growing in the pipe. A couple of hours later everything is back to normal. I am so grateful and appreciative for the fast work armondo and his team provided. I will definitely use in the future if needed!!!

I called Pat on Friday afternoon about our garbage disposal that wasn't working. Gave a fair quote for removing it and putting in a new pipe. He showed up early on Saturday to handle the work. When he looked at it, he immediately knew the issue and got it working again in about 15 seconds. He also saw that one of the pipes was severely rusted and would have broken so he replaced it. Came in well under the estimate. Great service!

Fantastic service!  I called Fastplumbing247 after the flame in the bottom of my hot water heater stopped working and I was stuck without hot water.  Fastplumbing247 was so quick and so good that they responded to my call immediately, had me send pictures, and fixed the problem over the phone!! I kid you not, I had hot water back within an hour.  I was blown away with the service and will certainly be calling Fastplumbing247 for my future needs.

Scotty is definitely our new go-to plumber.  He's thorough, careful, knowledgable, and dependable.  He showed up smack on time, knew exactly what he was doing, passed muster with our building engineer, and did fantastic work.  What impressed me even more, though, is how careful he was with the work.  He knew about the unique problems presented by high-rise buildings.  He made sure that the fixtures we were buying were going to be safe to use with our water pressure.  He insisted on seeing the spec sheets and brought with him all the valves, hoses, and supplies that were correctly rated for our building.  In short, he prevented me from making a mess of things.  I can not recommend him too highly.

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
