We needed our fireplace gas line moved back several inches and they were able to help us. Chris our service technician was great. He was thorough and explain what our options were. He was able to move the gas line within a couple of hours and did a great job.

Main drain line stoppage, ASP came out to service and repaired major leaks in kitchen lines and main drain line that connects to city line. Very professional and would recommend to all my friends and family. Truly a company that you can TRUST.

I called James over the weekend to fix my toilet. He came out on time and quickly figured out what the problem was.  He was very courteous and very  professional.  He explained exactly what happened and what he did to
fix it. I highly recommend James. If I ever need a plumber or a handyman he will be the first person I call.

I needed to replace a toilet and they were very easy to setup an appointment with. The installation was quick and efficient. There were no hidden fees or anything. The estimate was the price I was charged. I haven't had any problems with the toilet at all. I highly recommend them!

Wow, finding a trustworthy plumbing service is like finding an honest mechanic.  These guys are are top notch.  After my uncle complained of an incredibly slow main drain I called two companies in his area.  Right Price Rooter showed up quickly and completed a huge job, which included digging up a 4 x 4 foot plot of land to install a new clean out access valve and power rooting the drain in one day.  

Mick stayed in constant contact with me during the job and explained all the necessary steps in completing the job efficiently.  The price was much less than anticipated and the he went as far as contacting the city with video of the problem.  This was necessary since the more root intrusion was discovered further downstream in the city pipes.  

Do not hesitate to call these guys.  They are honest and hard workers.

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

If you want to support a small family business support his work! You won't regret it!

Harry came promptly and shot me straight about what he should fix and what was probably under warranty which led him to cut his initial estimate--already competitive--in half. He even threw in a free fix for my garbage disposal which wasn't what he came for and he taught me a trick so i could do it myself in the future.
Glad I found a plumber I can trust!

Armando's Plumbing saved the day again. We had a bathroom leak which started on Saturday afternoon and they came out first thing on Sunday morning at 7:30AM to diagnose the issue. Armando gave me two options(to repair or replace) and I chose the replace option. The issue was fixed within an hour.

Very Talented and organized Handyman, super happy with the results, very trustworthy. He was very responsive and able to give me an accurate delivery date and a good price. Out of many handymans that ive hired, I have not been satisfied with results as much as With this company, highly recommended

Lucky to have found this company - Jay and his teammate are very professional!  My bathroom sink bursted on Sunday and Jay (owner) came by the next day for the fix even though he was already booked all day.  What I appreciated most is they cleaned up after themselves, which in my experience is rare!  THANK YOU, JAY, for taking care of me with patience.

1.  When he juggled his schedule to accommodate my emergency hot water failure situation he did it effectively so as not to inconvenience his other scheduled clients.  
2.  Communication:  Judging from the way he responded to my questions and concerns and his follow through, it's obvious he listens and is resolution oriented.  
3.  Cleanliness and Attention to Detail:  He and his workers are conscientious about respecting their workspace and cleaning up.  
4.  Timeliness:  Worked very efficiently and communicated and coordinated to ensure that things were kept on schedule.
5.  Exceptions Handling:  There were a couple of items that got overlooked BUT Adrian and his crew still get 5 stars, because they were quick to acknowledge and rectified immediately with care.  

This 5-star rating was well-deserved by Adrian and his crew, knowing it comes from a customer who has high expectations and researches parts and labor requirements in advance of hiring.   I would hire Adrian without hesitation in the future and do highly recommend him to the yelp community.

Called on a Friday - was able to get an appointment on Saturday. Pat called before he came, arrived promptly during the time he said he was going to arrive. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my toilet and made the fix. Also let me know what else was going wrong with it and how much that would be to fix - and let me make the decision on whether or not to fix that part too. I really appreciate his honesty.

Overall - highly recommended. Will definitely call again if I need a plumber. Happy to have the name of a good plumber in the city. :)

Needed to replace our 13-year old water heater with a new model and called Fast Plumbing 247 after reading all their 5-star reviews on Yelp. Spoke to Mac on Saturday and he was able to have two guys out first thing Monday morning with a 75-gallon power vent unit ready to go. The crew was courteous and (given that this is in the midst of the Coronavirus quarantine) very considerate. They wore masks and gloves the entire time, made sure that we understood everything they were doing before proceeding, and were quick, clean and efficient in their work. Will definitely call Fast Plumbing 247 the next time we have any plumbing needs.

Great group of people. I called for a catch basin repair and they came the next day and installed an entire new basin in one day. Pete was especially awesome and guided me through the process perfectly.

They were respectful and did a great job fory Granny. I'll call you guys anytime.
