I recently bought a triplex and had multiple plumbing projects. Over the last year, three different plumbers had recommended I replace or line my sewer system. At the same time, I was also adding a bathroom to my front property. I had several bids for all the work. Avant was the most competitive and straight forward (no upselling). They gave me very reasonable prices and were very flexible--fixing some work in progress which had been done incorrectly. Ivar and Pedro were very friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working. We passed the initial city inspection with no go-backs. Greg also has a construction business, and I will consider his company for future business.

I needed a replacement water pressure regulator. Olson Superior Plumbing was able to get someone out to me the same day and at a bargain rate. Garett performed the replacement quickly and professionally. He then conducted a full house inspection for free! I will be using Olson Superior Plumbing in the future.

I needed a line to the ice maker installed and I called Ros because of the reviews here.
He was prompt, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.  There were unforeseen problems during the installation and it turned out to be much more work than he quoted but he was willing to stand by the insufficient quote!!  I was so surprised by this!!  I will definitely be calling Macias plumbing for all my future plumbing needs and I will recommend him to everyone I know.

It's been a long time since I had a plumber I feel I can trust, but now I do.

Hotline did complete testing to verify the source of a leak and quickly executed a complete repair.

Work was performed around my schedule. All elements of the repair were communicated clearly and demonstrated mastery of the profession. Cost for repair was along initial estimate and more than reasonable given expertise with which it was executed. While there was additional work required, this was fully explained and only minimally charged, covering unanticipated sink parts, which crumbled during the primary repair. This actually saved me from a later leak when the sink p-trap would have failed.

Beyond the repair to the drain, referral for small wall patch work was provided and separately arranged with ease.

Mick told me that we needed a two-way clean-out. The drain that needed to be dug up turned out to be a lot deeper than expected but Carlos kept at it. It took days to complete but they honored the original price quote.

Albert is fantastic. Great service. Came out last minute and handled a plumbing issue right away. Highly recommend him for any plumbing issues.

Honestly if I could give over 5 stars I would. We had a sink that wouldn't shut off and an issue with our bathtub/shower all caused by a plumber who is a family friend. Well, we decided not to call him back to fix it and I came on yelp to find a plumber we could trust. After calling multiple places I stumbled across Armando's Plumbing Service.

I called and Michelle was so nice. She understood my issue and immediately gave me a time that Armando would be out. I was extremely happy about this because water continuously running is expensive and we were stressing out over here. Michelle also called me to let me know when Armando was on his way which was really great customer service, especially since I work from home. It gave me a good heads up on when to expect him.

When Armando got here he fixed our sink issue in like 5 minutes I kid you not. He also explained the issue and checked with us before doing any additional work. He was so nice and clear about the repairs. When he went to our problem bathroom he found the problem in no time and went to get the parts to fix it. When he came back he fixed it so quick and explained everything to us.

My grandma and I know very little about plumbing but Armando explained it to us so we knew what was going on. He fixed everything in a timely manner and was very polite. I hope we never have plumbing issues again but if we do, we're definitely calling Armando. We have his card ready and will definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone we know. Teddy came by and helped me hang a large mirror and installed curtain rods. He was very quick and efficient. He also came right on time and was flexible with changing the time day of due to an emergency. He also helped me with a faucet and another minor furnishing in the bathroom.

This is the third time I am using this company. This time they replaced my leaking broken water heater to thankless water heater. Every thing is working very good. I am very satisfied with this company. Recommended to all my relatives and friends.

I had a pin hole leak in a copper water pipe under my house.  I called Adrian on a Sunday afternoon and although he was unable to make it out the same day he was able to get a crew out to my house the next morning. Marcos, the crew leader was very nice and got started right away.  He told me up front what the repair would cost and he was done with the job in 45 minutes.  I will definitely use them again for any needs I have.

I called at 8:30pm on a Monday night because my dishwasher was leaking even while not running, which had begun to flood the ceiling of the floor below it, and I couldn't figure out how to stop it.  Pat picked up my call right away even though I was not a previous or existing customer, listened patiently to my description of the issue, asked me to text him a picture of where the leak was coming from, and then helped me get it stopped just by talking me through it over the phone without needing to come on site.  He was patient, professional, and extremely helpful even during evening hours when other plumbers I've worked with before did not even answer the phone or call me back.  Next time he will be my first call.

Mac was very helpful an fast! Replaced a 20+ year old water heater in a few hours, reached out the next day to ensure everything was working smoothly. Knowledgeable and efficient, would recommend and will use again when plumbing needs arise.

Pete and Noah provided efficient and courteous service for our toilet and its aging parts. They deserve a lunch! I will use this company again when we are able to replace our non-working garbage disposal.

I was referred by a friend who has an old building with lots of problems and emergencies and not a lot of money to fix all of them at once.  Scott has always been able to come through for her to fix the problem correctly and at a fair price so I called him to help me move my drain and prepare for a new vanity to be installed.

I have had a similar and positive experience as well.  He quoted the hourly up front, but doesn't pad it charging your for every dang second and then rounding up as he takes 20 minutes to write an invoice. ( I've used many great plumbing services who gouge so much in this way, even though they are good at what they do I avoid using them when I can because I am always left feeling a bit like I just got mugged in an alley). I don't get that with Scott:  He's upfront, responsive, on time, efficient, friendly, fair and knows what he's doing. How rare is that?  He doesn't cut corners either.   I want the problem corrected, not patched.

He's coming back tomorrow to finish up and I'll post an update and maybe even a photo....stay tuned.....

Chris handled our indoor & outdoor needs knowledgeably and with a great can-do attitude. Prices were fair; he was on time all 3 occasions. I highly recommend Rocket.
