Needed a quick cleanout of our sewer line - covering about 120 feet. Walter was on-time, efficient, courteous, and answered questions very well. Fixed the problem, shared his insights, and was on his way.  Will definitely contact Avant next time we need assistance!

My tenant's hot water heater stopped working during Memorial Day weekend & I called around for help but not many plumbers were available (or nice about it) Luckily I talked to Ros who gave me a couple options even though he was unavailable to come by that weekend. I followed his introductions & was able to schedule him to come out. We replaced the water heater tank and everything going that day! Ros was attentive & professional. I would definitely recommend him!

These guys were originally referred to us by a neighbor for a sewer line blockage.  Since then, they have handled every plumbing issue we've encountered.

They are professional, personable, and most importantly, completely transparent.  Every. Single. Time.

Most recently, our main water line burst underground in our front yard.  This was obviously extremely stressful.  We called Hotline plumbing and they came out to assess the same day, and scheduled the massive job of replacing our old corroded galvanized steel pipes with copper pipes.  They came back two days later and did the entire job in one day, for much cheaper than any internet estimate suggested I would need to pay.  They helped me keep the cost low by suggesting different options for how to run the line.  They were compassionate, hard working, and got the job done flawlessly.  They eased the anxiety of the situation immensely.

I cannot recommend this company enough.  If you are in the SF valley, do yourself a favor and call these guys for your next plumbing job.

For ten years, I have been searching for a reliable plumber in Hollywood. Finally I have found him.  His name is Jay and he is very professional and reliable. I've read all of the other reviews here, and I agree with them.

For me, Jay took on a massive challenge of replacing the main sewer line on a steep hillside. He gave me a very reasonable price, he started the job exactly on time and finished ahead of schedule.

The work was very difficult because of the hillside location and yet he never complained. He just got to work and did it fast and well.

The job was extra complicated because the digging and pipecutting and replacement were done in a neighbor's yard on the hillside above their house. As you can imagine, this is a very difficult request for a neighbor to accept and get comfortable with. But I did get permission and I promised my neighbor that Jay would do the job without any disturbance. Jay did not let me down.

Jay and his crew were supremely professional. They were so quiet and so efficient that my neighbor did not even notice they were there working until I texted to let them know that the job was already done. Afterwards, there was literally no trace of the digging.

The other thing I noticed about Jay is that he uses state-of-the-art equipment.  He showed me the scope down the sewer line, which is hundreds of feet in length, and it was all very clear in color on the video monitor. He also used a metal scanning scope to find the pipe on the hillside and he has a state-of-the-art system to line the old pipe with a fiberglass sleeve.  I felt very confident about his ability to do the job correctly.

Jay is a good communicator. He explained to me very carefully every step of the repair job in advance.  At each major step during the repair, Jay climbed up the hill and invited me to come down and inspect the work.  I like knowing that the plumber is not afraid to show his work and is willing to explain it to a customer.  Not all plumbers want the homeowner inspecting their work. Jay is okay with it because he does good work.

In sum, I recommend Jay highly.  He is trustworthy, reasonably priced, prompt, thorough and reliable. You can't ask for more.

(Also, I have previously hired four different plumbing companies, including the two big ones, and they were very disappointing. Three of them created more problems than they fixed. From now on, I will only go to Jay for all my household plumbing jobs).

These guys are amazing! Super-fast response time, very informative and extremely professional. They walked me through the steps they took to fix my problems and answered all of my questions with friendly smiles. I will always use them in the future for any plumbing issues I have!

After a great experience back in June when I first called Drain EEZ for help clearing a clogged drain in my bathroom tub, I knew I would be calling them again for anything else that came up with the plumbing. This time, I needed help with a clogged sink in the other bathroom and a leaky toilet. Pat was able to come to my house the next day, and this time he brought his helper Kevin. They were both great! Pat gave me expert advice about what caused the leaky toilet issue and gave me different options based on what I could afford, which I really appreciated. Drain EEZ will continue to be my go-to choice for plumbing services.

We had issues with dishwasher which overflowed onto our floor and nasty water was coming up through the sink drains.  Pete and Noah came out and were extremely professional and took care of the clog in no time.  They also let me know that our garbage disposal flange was rusted and would eventually needed to be replaced.  He didn't pressure me at all to replace just as an FYI which was super helpful.  If we ever need a plumber again, we'll  be sure to contact Rescue Plumbing.

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
