I'm not sure why it works out this way, but holiday weekends are the best time for my kitchen sink to get plugged. Friday night I was cleaning up and getting ready for the weekend when I noticed the clog. I did all the things that I know how to do (baking soda & white vinegar, the plunger, etc.) and alas, the clog remained. I waited until Monday, Labor Day, to start calling plumbers. I knew - just knew - that I'd pay dearly since it was a holiday, but not so with Avant Rooter. Not holiday double charge for them! They're right in my neighborhood, responded quickly, were friendly, cleaned up after themselves and were oh, so professional. Their magnet is on my stove for the next time. I'm so happy to find them. Jim and Mike are a great team and while I hope that I don't need to call them again soon, it's a comfort to know that they can get here fast and charge a fair price. Thank you Avant Rooter!

Don't hesitate to call these guys.  They're friendly, honest and respond promptly to your calls.  Ask for Mike, he clearly explained the problem and was able to fix it in a timely manner.  Can't go wrong with them!!

I reached out to James with a strange request as we just moved into a house and it had a very very old treehouse in the backyard on a pedestal that I wanted to knock down and have removed 100% before my kids arrived.

So I called Macias Plumbing to get a leaky kitchen faucet and a rusted out bathroom sink repaired.  The plumber they send out says he is going to be at my house at 2pm but 2 rolls around nothing, 3 goes by and not a peep. Around 4 pm he  alls and says he is can't make it so he will  be at my place by 9am the next day.  I told him that I had to take the day off but I really needed these items repaired  and he promised to be there at 9am.  9am the next day rolls around and no plumber.  I call Macias Plumbing to find out when he was going to show and they said they couldn't get a hold of the guy and so I have to wait.  Finally at 11am he shows up.  I find out that the guy they send out is the worst plumber that I have ever had to deal with.  First off he was a subcontractor from a place called 3 Snakes Plumbing (I kid you not) and he  really didn't care about the job.  He fixed the kitchen faucet just fine but kept trying to get me to change out the whole sink and cabinet instead of changing out the rusty sink like I wanted.  The guy tried telling me the undermounted sink replacement I needed was hard to find. When he said that I immediately Googled it and found two different brands of the same sink in the same dimensions for sale on Amazon.  He told me that he would have to order the sink and the he would call me the next day.  I was busy that week but on day 5 I tried to call him with no luck.  I call Macias Plumbing and they say that the guy is a subcontractor and they have nothing to do with him I need to call him.  An hour later I get a text from the plumber saying that he didn't have time to order the sink and change it out so it would be easier if we change out the whole sink cabinet.  I decided that I am going to find someone else with integrity that will do the work.

I need to be better at writing a review each time this company comes to my house. It feels really good to feel like you found a dependable company that you can keep reusing as your go to. Last night our kitchen sink clogged up and it's kind of a nightmare when you have so many dishes with a toddler.

First thing this morning, I called Gio and he was able to send someone out between the hours of two and four. I got a phone call before two and then a couple of follow ups so I knew they were on their way.

Shout out to Mauricio and Luis who were very friendly and professional. I love how this company also wears the little booties inside our house! I want mention that this is my second house I've owned and I've always used this company. While my toddler was napping, they were able to unclog the drain which I think was filled with dried oil. They provided me clear explanations, ways to prevent it, and offered a deal on the price.

I can't recommend this company enough and you won't be disappointed!

Plumbing issues can always be upsetting but Mick came to our rescue and did a fantastic job. He sat with us and explained everything that his crew would do to repair our aging pipes. The work was completed very quickly and efficiently with very little disturbances. These are honest and knowledgeable people and it turned out beautifully. We would highly recommend them!!!

Adrian is my new plumber. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very customer centered. I called on a Sunday expecting to get a recording, but Adrian answered and spelled out different options for my issue, without doing a hard sell. That impressed me. I called him the next day (a holiday), again he answered and within 20 minutes he was at my house giving me a very fair estimate. Less than an hour later, he completed the job and I could not be a happier satisfied customer. Adrian is quite simply the best. Glad I called!

I got a letter from my condo assoc saying that my plumbing was leaking and causing damage in the storage unit below. Lou came out here and within 5 minutes had recognized I was not the root of the problem. He did a write up on the spot for me to give to my property manager (even tried to call them on my behalf) and truly could have not been more professional. On top of all that he was kind enough to silicon my shower fixture free of charge. I ended up paying WELL below I had expected, after thinking my Friday/weekend would be ruined, he actually made my weekend. Outstanding. I had a problem with my water heater and they walked me through all the steps to troubleshooting and resolve without an expense house call. Finding a decent plumber is so hit and miss, so I will definitely use them going forward

Our kitchen sink backed up on New Year's Day evening. Rescue plumbing (not a call service) answered our call and arranged an appointment first thing in the morning. We worked with Ben and Sam, who were on time, courteous and professional. They fixed the issue quickly at a reasonable price, recommended preventative maintenance we can do for free, and cleared our slow running powder room sink. We have tried a lot of plumbers in this town (our old building has very sensitive pipes), and we would definitely work with Rescue Plumbing going forward.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Definitely took the customer service to another level with that. Plus, the 10% coupon helped..

We've used Scotty for years and absolutely love him.  He is super professional, prompt and great at what he does.

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
