On a Sunday morning, we had a backup and called Avant Rooter. They came out the same day within hours. They were professional, knowledged and explained to us exactly what the problem was and what our options were to either fix the problem temporarily or permanently. They have a large team of plumbers with expertise in heating, plumbing, gas and electricity. They fixed our backup and we also had them replace our old, leaking water boiler. They were all extremely courteous, professional and punctual.

I am a real estate agent and had a problem that was called out during the home inspection. I called and asked if they could look at the issue and correct it. The problem was addressed and fixed in the time frame promised. The quality of the work and the professionalism was excellent. I would definitely use All Service Plumbing again as well as recommend them.

James is amazing! I was looking for a handyman because my closet railing was falling apart and also my floating sink vanity was sinking a bit. He gave me a reasonable quote and was able to come take a look at it the next day. He fixed both issues quickly and I asked him to take a look at a few more things, which he happily looked at and was able to fix for me.

One of those things was a stubborn sliding door that was not sliding correctly. He even went out to buy materials and came back to re-install the mount. It was still not sliding correctly, so he came back the next morning to shave down the bottom of the door and re-mount it again. In the end, it was fixed and I am a happy customer!

These guys are awesome!  They answer the phone immediately, inquire as to your needs, schedule a service call, and show up on time.  They text you before the plumber arrives.  I've used them twice and both times they performed above and beyond the call.

The entire process from start to finish was extremely seamless.
My water heater broke down, we called Macias Plumbing late that evening, they picked up the phone and was able to schedule us in for the next morning.  Ros was very upfront and honest about the issue and pricing and completed the work right away.   Excellent service, great communication, great pricing and answers calls!  Will not hesitate to recommend!

Hotline is still the undefeated champion when it comes to plumbers I can trust. Called them out last week to look at my disposal, which had stopped working the night before. Geovanni arrived on time, figured out how to get the disposal started within a few minutes, and didn't even charge me. Service like that is why when big stuff happens, I trust them enough just to call them without trying anyone else. I saw the one-star review on this page and cannot fathom their experience happening as they describe it. They've been nothing but solid all four times I have used them, so they will earn my business again.

I've had a bathroom sink that keeps on getting clogged so much so I've called multiple different plumbers to unclog it each time and to try to figure out why it keeps clogging up so I can hopefully get it fixed. My home is only a few years old so this shouldn't be happening. None of the prior plumbers could figure it out. I talked to Mick yesterday night and this morning he and Fernando came to my house and literally within 1-2 minutes they were able to tell me exactly what was causing the clogs and were so patient in answering my questions. Finding the right professional certainly makes a huge difference! Now that I know what's wrong, I can stop it from happening again. Huge sigh of relief! Thanks guys for your help today! You are now my go to!

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

Great price to install my new kitchen faucet!  Armando was very nice and professional. When he couldn't make the scheduled appointment due to unforeseen backlog, he gave me a 10% discount on an already great price. I'll definitely call him for future plumbing needs. I would've given him 5 stars except he didn't tell me he couldn't make the scheduled appointment time until I called him 30 minutes after the appointment time. Good thing I didn't have to take time off work for that. It all worked out.

Teddy actually saved me money by replacing parts of the bath doors and sliding doors instead of all of the doors. I needed the same day service and he was able to come same day. He is reliable and responsible. I will use him in the future.

My Water Heater was leaking. I called Plumbing Rooter For You and spoke with Jay. He told me he will be at my house in an hour. He was on time!!!! He was able to show me that it was really broken, explained it all, went out and got me a new water heater and installed it immediately.  He took the old one away.  I can't say how much I appreciate his honestly and his rates.  I would recommend this Company to anyone who got Plumbing issues.  Thank you PLUMBING ROOTER FOR YOU.

I have to say Adrian is the quickest responding plumber I have ever worked with.

The 2 times I have called for service, he's either answered the phone on the 1st or 2nd ring or called back within minutes.

This last time was for an elderly friend of our family.  She had a leak in the ceiling of her bathroom and wasn't too worried about it, just have a plumber come by but since I work in the emergency restoration industry my wife convinced our friend it needed to be dealt with NOW, not knowing how long it had been leaking before it came through the ceiling.

I went to our friends house, did the attic crawl and found the leak.

I called Adrian.  He answered immediately.  He was very informative and started to explain that a lot of the time with leaks such as the one in the ceiling, it could take some time to locate the leak and that of course would affect the final invoice.  

I let him know I had located the leak so the troubleshooting wasn't a big concern.

I appreciated his thoughtfulness in wanting to make sure we weren't sticker shocked had they needed to take time to locate the leak.

His crew was on site within an hour and made the repair quickly.

They were organized, worked efficiently and neatly.  Very polite.  They even asked about putting shoe covers on before they came in the house.
I could hear the shop vac running as they were cutting away the ceiling in the bathroom minimizing the drywall dust which is always appreciated.

When all was said and done, the final invoice was very reasonable...actually less than I had anticipated based on my experience with other plumbers.  Our friend was very pleased as she is on a fixed income so $$ is always a concern.

Bottom line....I would recommend Diaz Plumbing to anyone of my own customers, family or friends putting my reputation on the line.

These guys are so awesome and professional. I found them on Yelp and called them on a Friday evening and left a message after calling a bunch of companies. Pat called me back right away and apologized for missing my call. We chatted about my situation that involved a grease separator leak in our house(yes, very ironic). I loved that he didnt rush me off the phone, instead he explained exactly what would need to get done, etc. He had me text him a few photos and gave me a quote right away on the phone and told me his plumber Lou can come out at 1pm on Tuesday. We honestly wanted someone to come out right away and fix the issue, but Pat was so great over the phone that i just wanted to give them the business. So we did, we waited till Tuesday(today) to fix it. We were quoted that the job would take 3 hours and instead Lou got it done in 2 and saved us some money. What a great guy, so nice, knowledgable and got the job done. I am so glad that we found a company that we can count on. Everyone knows how hard it is to find good and reliable people in this industry. These guys are doing it right!

I called them and Max picked up. I stated my name and asked if they have a handyman who has an experience uninstalling a bidet. He yelled at me and said that they're not handmen but plumbers. I said okay handymen. He then yelled again to stop calling them (I only called once) and that I should just go on craigslist. What's the matter with him? The one who installed our bidet was a plumber.

Kitchen sink not draining. Tried home remedies. Rescue plumbing came out that afternoon. They couldn't clear it by rodding so recommended jetting.
Since they didn't fix it there was no charge.
They returned the next day. jetting is more like flushing. I worried about old pipes but it was not forceful. They went in through the catch basin.
Then they inserted a camera to check inside.
Also used the camera on the sewer line. Had some tree roots evident and Paco recommended power rodding in the future.
It was not cheap. $1700. cheaper if you don't have video. But Dex, Brian and Paco worked efficiently, communicated, cleaned up and did not complain about the parking...always an issue in this neighborhood.

They were respectful and did a great job fory Granny. I'll call you guys anytime.

Scott responded right away, was very easy to work with, solved the problem and charged a very reasonable rate.

I've dealt with plumbers who are good at their work, but bad at communicating, and others that communicate well but don't do the job very effectively.  Scott is the best of both worlds.  He sent me several texts over the course of 24 hours updating his status and ETA.  That's a real comfort when you need the plumber there right away.  Highly recommended.

Ultimately drain cleared so going to write this off to initial frustration

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
