Evan came by on Sunday just about an hour after I had called. He arrived with a big smile and positive attitude, which was necessary as he was taking care of a tenant's issue and she rarely smiles. He took care of the backed up sink promptly, professionally and left the area nice and clean. He even got a smile back from her. Thanks, Evan!

Had 2 blocked drains in recent months. Called All Service to handle both, because they're local, and they've gotten excellent reviews on Yelp.

Both times, Mike came out, took care of business, and went onto his next appointment. He's polite, efficient, detailed and tidy. Also appreciate his upfront pricing to root out blocked drains.

Haven't used his services for anything major, so you'll need to read other reviews, But I wouldn't hesitate to call him.

My tenants' garbage disposal broke down late Friday and I called around for a plumber. James' pricing was the most reasonable and he also seemed the most knowledgeable so we decided to go with him. My tenants said he was prompt, got everything done quickly, and was also great to work with. If my tenants are happy, I'm happy - thank you James!

Had a backed up toilet that I just could not clear with a plunger or this pricier tool I picked up at Home Depot so I decided to get a professional.  Called Olson Superior Plumbing in the morning, Lyle came by in the early afternoon (had said between 2-4 pm but then Lyle called me saying his last project finished early could come at 1:15 pm if I was available and I was) and quickly took care of the blockage.  On time, courteous (mask and booties), and very informational.  Would definitely call again if I have any plumbing issues that the old plunger can't handle.

Had a new plumbing  emergency and Ross returned to fix this new issue. Ross is professional and swift with getting to work.  I can't tell you what a relief it is to have a trusted plumber that my family can rely on.

It was Saturday and our shower drained slowly and I knew something was off.  We're new to the neighborhood so I had to call around for a plumber and no one was available until Tuesday. Giovanni responded immediately and had an opening that same afternoon.  He saved the day.  He showed us that there wasn't a problem and he could have charged us for the work.  He didn't charge us and asked for a good review.  Thank you Giovanni!  Will call you again if we have a different plumbing problem (crossing fingers).

Having my sink fixed  was great, but finding Right Price Rooter is  what I'm really happy about!

As a new home owner, I've been dreading finding a reasonable and honest plumber. After finding them on Yelp, I was able to get an appointment for the next morning on a weekend after calling at 8pm the night before. Mick not only showed up on time, but early, quickly unclogged our garbage disposal, and provided excellent customer service, for a very reasonable price. He also went out of his way to help us with a faucet issue. I'm amazed that there's still businesses out there like this. Thank you!

We just bought a new home (built in the 1950s) in September 2021 and during the inspection process we found out about some cast iron drain pipes under the house that would eventually need to be replaced. We put it off (of course) until this past weekend when our shower started backing up. We currently only have one shower, so this is a problem. We tried clearing it ourselves with no luck. Of course this happened to be SuperBowl Sunday, so we called around and Harry said he could come out first thing the next morning (Monday).

He arrived on time and as promised and got to work right away. He tried several different things but was not able to unclog the shower drain. He then went under the house and confirmed that we had several leaks and showed us with videos and pictures. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way we could understand.

We were now in a position where we HAD to move forward with the repairs of the old drain pipes, or we would be without a working shower, as that was the cause of the problem. Harry gave us a fair and competitive bid for the work and told us he could start first thing Tuesday morning.

He once again arrived on time as promised the next day and he & his crew got to work under our house. It was a BIG job and they were under there all day. Like from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm - it was dark outside when they finished! They worked really hard and we're able to complete the work so that we could have warm showers that night! We are so incredibly thankful to Harry and his team for their hard work, their knowledge, and just overall promptness and care and consideration for the situation we were in. We highly recommend them and will be calling them again whenever we have plumbing needs.

This was the first time that I did business with them, and it was great. I cannot complain. They were excellent. They were professional. They were polite. The service was reasonably priced. I would recommend their services to anyone. The job got fixed in an accurate and profesional matter.

I couldn't recommend Jay more. He is professional, fair, and shockingly fast at getting the job done. He replies immediately and knowledgeably. What's more, he and his father, who work together, are friendly and kind. Call them when in distress.

Do you suffer from crippling Plumber Anxiety due to past experiences with inept, rude plumbers? I did. And I found the cure: Adrian Diaz.
I had a substantial number of things that needed replacement:  hot water heater, outdoor shut-off valve, hot and cold shower pipes, all of the shower hardware, sink faucets. I am attached to my 1930s bathroom and didn't want the wrong person messing with it. Adrian scheduled the estimate right away, and explained each part of the job. He never tried to sell me work or parts I didn't need.He was flexible with timing, and showed up when he said he would. Everyone on his crew was prompt, nice, and expert, with careful attention to detail. In other words, a perfect plumber!

Called on a Friday - was able to get an appointment on Saturday. Pat called before he came, arrived promptly during the time he said he was going to arrive. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my toilet and made the fix. Also let me know what else was going wrong with it and how much that would be to fix - and let me make the decision on whether or not to fix that part too. I really appreciate his honesty.

Overall - highly recommended. Will definitely call again if I need a plumber. Happy to have the name of a good plumber in the city. :)

Mac at Fastplumbing247 got my highest level of recommendation.

My 20-year-old water heater was dead on a Friday morning and I was referred to Mac. I called him in the afternoon and described my situation on the phone. Mac gave me a quote right then (a price nobody can beat) and squeezed me in for an appointment first thing the next morning.

Mac and his assistant Chris showed up right on time and started rolling right away. Within an hour, a brand new water heater is standing in the utility closet already. They cleaned up after their work really well too. Mac also showed me everything I need to know and to do. We are able to enjoy hot shower again!

High quality work, fast speed, working around customer's schedule, unbeatable price, friendly smiles - what else do you expect from your plumbing contractor? If you need your water heater repaired or replaced, look nowhere.

Called yesterday early afternoon to schedule an appointment to have a new bathroom vanity installed and a new faucet in a second bathroom.  They were able to send Pete and Noah out that same afternoon to do the work.  The pair were very pleasant, did a great job of explaining any issues they encountered and what it was going to cost to do the jobs and were neat.  Great experience with a plumber and will use them again when we need a plumber.

Scotty is great! He's always arrived on time and is very communicative. I was making some updates to my kitchen and needed him to install a new sink. He even advised on the size of the sink (he was familiar with my kitchen from a previous visit) and suggested a company to purchase the sink from since I was having trouble finding what I wanted at Home Depot and Lowes.

Ultimately drain cleared so going to write this off to initial frustration

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
