We had a cracked PVC pipe underground in our front yard. Avant was quick to respond via Yelp and connected me with Pedro, one of their plumbers. The leak wasn't catastrophic, but Pedro still agreed to come out on weekend evening to asses the issue.

Pedro arrived the next morning (a bit later than we agreed to, but we had no urgent plans) to fix the pipe. He got the work done in quick time and also alerted us to some problem spots that could be an issue down the line.

I got some quotes ahead of the work and found Avant's pricing to be fair and within range of the others.

All in, I'd definitely hire them again. But obviously hope to not need their services any time soon.

I have only written one other review... so writing a review is a big deal for me.  When I called Mike the first time, I had to leave a message bright and early... within 30 minutes, he returned my call... and he showed up just as he said he would.  

Unfortunately, less than a week later, I woke up to the same problem... the downside... I had to leave to go out of town... so I called him and scheduled a appointment for the day I returned... he showed up on time... and took care of the problem once and for all.   It is assuring to know that I have a reliable person whom I can depend on when all goes south in our plumbing.

The reviews are true y'all, James is super knowledgeable and easy to work with. He's up front about what work is required and has fair prices. Any type of work being done in your home is stressful so it's really nice to have someone who is professional and an all around nice guy being the one do it. 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone. Daryl and Olsen team did a fantastic job addressing several piping issues I had. First off they provided a thorough inspection of my pipes given I was moving into an older home. Turns out the pipes were all updated and new. He outlined what I needed to keep a close eye on.

I needed to convert my water heater to tankless. Daryl outlined the installation in laymen terms so I could understand and learn as well. He was very professional while being efficient with the install.

In addition the Olsen team installed the Halo 5 water system. It's a fantastic water conditioning system that provides clean tasteful water throughout the home while removing chemicals known to cause hard water spots. Anthony worked on this install and shared the scope of work and benefits.

Lastly, Daryl went above and beyond by helping me fix an issue with my P trap in one of sinks. This issue happened a different day. I reached out and thankfully his schedule allowed for the quick stop. He walked me through what to look out for in the future and how to repair it.

A well versed team that was responsive, flexible, efficient with installation and repairs while shared by the process earned this review. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

Armando was really helpful, he came during the Thanksgiving weekend gave me a free estimate while others I called charged $100 for an estimate. He was very professional with the job came and fixed it within hours. The job required some digging in our bathroom, after he was done he cleaned it up with no problem. I highly recommend him to any person out there. The Big Plus was the price, I dont think anyone could beat his prices.

Jay has done a few jobs for me now, of various size, and it always goes well. Very reliable, always on time and always easy to get ahold. The work is top quality, I would and have recommended this plumber to anyone that needs one!

My home needed to be connected to the city sewer for the first time. The first phase was to locate the lateral pipe to the property line that had never been connected to but was laid down in the 1960's per city records.
No other plumber charged by the hour for the work to dig up driveway to try to locate the lateral.  Estimates were lump sums in the thousands.  Those other plumbers did not get the work, Diaz did.  Adrian applied the cost of the dig/locate to his estimate to redirect the house plumbing to sewer, not septic. They did a great job for a fair price and now my house is connected to sewer!

Had a basement leak and called late on a Sunday night to arrange Monday appointment. Pat was very helpful in helping us figure out the problem and temporarily fix it until he came out the next day. He came out right on time explained what needed to be done and was able to replace the pump quickly. Of course time will tell if the problem is fully fixed, but I have additional plumbing work to do down the road and I would certainly trust calling Pat again.

You've all had that morning: that morning when you wake up, go to take a shower, and all that comes out of the shower head is a pissed off hiss and gurgle minus any sign of hot water. Then you try the bathroom sink. Then the kitchen sink. Same thing. Then you realize something went way south. So you crawl down to your basement (or the closet holding the hot water tank) and realize your 25 year old rusted rotten hot water tank decided it was more fun to piss 40 gallons of hot water all over the place than work. Cover your kids ears: F*cking  gaw*mmitt!

After that one minute of creative loud cussing and realizing a shower isn't in your near future, you get online to find someone to replace the hot water tank. Why? Because your clown car can hold no more than a six pack of beer and your favorite lady, sure as hell not a 40 gallon hot water tank to do it yourself. So you stumble on Mac and fast plumbing and see these great reviews. You've been tricked before but you go for it anyways. You call. It's 8:09 am (I just looked at my phone time stamp). Mac answers. You tell him what's up. He laughs and says no problem. You ask how much. Mac gives you a fair price. Mac says he'll be there within the hour. Mac shows up within the hour with his Rad Assistant. Mac and Rad Assistant remove hot water heater. Mac and Rad Assistant install new heater. You show mac a broken copper pipe to the garden hose that leads outside. He fixes that for free, cuts the busted portion and throws a Shark Bite valve fitting in line. Mac makes some jokes. You laugh.You get checkbook. You happily sign it over. You start writing this at 9:45 AM, 20 minutes after Mac and Rad Assistant left, literally, 1 hour and 16 minutes after you made your call (I just looked at my phone time stamp). When's the last time something that easy ever happened to you? Like never. I'd smash the 10 star button if they had one.

Use these dudes. You won't be disappointed.

Dex saved the day AGAIN! We have called on Rescue Plumbing and Dex many, many times now, and he will always be my go to. He fixed frozen pipes over the holidays, routed the sewer, undertook major sewer repair work in a very fast turnaround, and has cleared drain backups. We have done both small and large plumbing projects with him, and he is always responsive, fast, and more than fair in pricing. We have scheduled same day service with them multiple times and could not be happier with their reliability, responsiveness, and workmanship. Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation.
