A technician came out to fix a leak. He completely misidentified the source as the toilet upstairs and because I was under a lot of stress, I did not make the connection that there was no possible way the leak could have come from the bathroom upstairs because the bathroom upstairs was not above the leak. He charged $350 to tighten the loose toilet he identified as the source and left without giving me a receipt. When I called a week later to inform them the leak was continuing, the same technician came back, gave me the run around, and then told me I would need to get a leak detector to come out and that he could get one here for $750. Long story short, they did not credit me for the work done on the misidentified source of the leak and then price gauged the additional work (FYI, leak detection should be around $350). I decided to go with another plumber (Good Guy Plumbing) and they have been incredibly fair, trustworthy, and reasonable.

Mike was Super responsive especially at 9pm at night. I had a new water heater put in earliar that day and couldnt hook the gas up because of a leak in a pipe. I contacted multiple people at 1 time via Yelp and he was the first and pretty much the only one to respond within minutes. I sent a pic of the water heater set up and he gave me a qoute and told me they would be there as soon as the AM. Ricky showed up great guy very knowledgable and helpful and also told me whats needed for an inspection. He Replaced and fixed all within 30-45 min. Awesome Co, will def call them again for work needed and would def recommend.. Thanks guys...

I hired James to paint two rooms in my apartment recently and I was more than satisfied and impressed with the quality of work and how fast and efficient he was in completion. The Canadian handyman was very courteous and easy to work with and I will definitely be using his services for the next project I have to get done.

Nate at Olson Superior Plumbing saved the day!  It was late in the afternoon and my husband decided to install our first bidet. Well it didn't work out well and the tank started leaking ... the entire tank filled with lots of water.  Yeah this was going to get messy if we waited until morning.

It was after hours for most other companies but Nate came in 30 minutes and fixed the problem by replacing a part. He also installed the bidet and the other 2 bidets upstairs. All at a very reasonable price and cheaper than the other after-hours emergency plumbers.

Nate also explained what we did wrong as he was repairing. Friendly and professional service!  Thank you for saving the day and our bathroom.

Ros Macias is exceptional. He cleared a clogged laundry machine drain pipe for us on a Saturday on short notice. While he was here, my husband asked him to also replace two garden hose bibs and to fix undersink valves and lines that were installed incorrectly by the previous owner. Excellent repairs, communication, timeliness, and pricing. We will call him for all future repairs and highly recommend him. He's very honest and personable.

We had a leak that I thought was from a shower.  Maurice traced it back to a bathtub.  No more leak!!!

So happy I stumbled upon this awesome family business!  Another company that had been recommended to me wanted to charge way more for a service call and called me after waiting all day to cancel and tell me they couldn't make it until the next day.  My hot water heater was broken and I had no hot water and didn't want to waste any more time in fixing it.  So I took to yelp and found Right Price Rooter.  Mick answered the phone and was ready to come check out the problem within an hour!  The business is him, his four brothers, and his father (who started the company).  He was honest, professional, fast, and did clean work.  He gave us multiple options with different price points and also gave us his recommendation.  So glad we found them and will be using them for any home repairs in the future.  Thanks Mick!!

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

I needed a plumber because our bathroom sink was horribly clogged and nothing was working! I sent out a general request on Yelp for a couple plumbers and Harry at Sewerman responded immediately. He gave me an accurate quote which was on par with the other quotes I had received, and he told me he could come as soon as he was done with his other job. When I worked with him, the same person who owns the business personally answered the phone, gave me a quote, and personally came to unclog the sink. There were some others in which I was clearly sent to an answering service, who then would contract a plumber to come, but even then, they weren't able to come immediately. Harry was quick, helpful, honest, and fair! I would definitely contact him again the next time I need any plumbing services!

Armando was so nice and helpful. He looked at my issue gave me good advice and then didn't charge the service fee because it was a quick fix. Very friendly and respectful.

He was great. Very polite and did a wonderful job on the toilet and somehow getting new rubber wheels on the shower door!

Had a leaking water heater. Gave Jay a call and three hours later I had a brand new water heater installed. It looks more professionally installed than the previous one. I couldn't give a more favorable recommendation, Jay is outstanding.

Mac installed a tankless water heater, his quote was for far less then my original quote.  He was able to do the quote over email with a couple of photos, so I did not need to take off work.  He came to my condo quickly and installed the water heater.  He was very professional.

Receptionist was very responsive & helpful, hence the additional star for what would've otherwise been a 1-star review. I was quoted a 2 hour timeframe the same day for an in-person consultation. The 2 plumbers who came arrived early. Wore masks, booties, etc. I wanted to like the company but the plumber quoted me on average 5x more than the other 2 companies who came out shortly thereafter for a wax ring change. Compare quotes before choosing them!!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Great service at a great price! We had an issue with our garbage disposal and a back up in the plumbing. Scotty fixed the issue quickly and we haven't had any issues since!

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
