Our kitchen sink completely clogged, and Avant Rooter were able to send a technician within a few hours on the same day. The technician's name was Miguel. He was very professional and punctual. He explained all the costs up front so there was no hidden fee. He did a good job removing the clog, explaining what was going on during the work, keeping the site clean, as well as cleaning up afterwards. Over all, we are very satisfied.

They responded quickly. The guy who came out was nice and professional, but was a little reluctant giving me an estimate for repairs since I wasn't the home owner. I explained the situation and I got a verbal, rough estimate. I was told that I would be emailed an estimate within 20 min and I never got one. Looks like the search for a plumber continues

James fixed all our drawers in the kitchen and the master bath. The fronts were coming off and the hardware was broken and had been driving us crazy for the past few years. I finally found James and he came and completely solved out problem. Our quality of life has now been improved! Thanks, James!

First off I will say that the two guys who came and reran my water pipes did an awesome job.

Problem was charged more than my quote, $1300 more. Whether the guy messed up I don't know. For sure my written quote was way less and I was told the quote was only to run one pipe even though the quote did say for hot and cold pipe. I gave them the benifite of the doubt and agree to pay the so said extra $1000 for the added cold pipe. Then I was charged $300 for a leak test that I said from the get go I don't need as I know where the leak is and I want the pipes reran anyway so for sure I don't need a leak test.

Long story short left messages  and of course no one replied. I forget plumbers are on the same plain as used car salesman and will gouge you any opportunity they get as it usually in tells an emergency.

Shame. Great job but felt ripped off.

I had such a good experience using Macias Plumbing.  I called in the morning with a brief description of what we were experiencing.  He knew right away we were probably experiencing a blockage and was able to come service my home within a few hours. He was able to clear the blockage in less than an hour and even picked up some of the debris in the area.  I will definitely use this company again.

Red Tag plumber, hope I wish to rate below 0. I called him for sewer lateral video inspection and he came with an old machine and put a camera 8-9 feet and said it doesn't go inside. After paying the fee he was supposed to email me the report, I called him 4-5 times but never received the report until week. Never give him a job, you will waste your time and money.

Mick answered my call and responded to our needs immediately. He and Pablo were thorough in their inspection of our gas leak and treated us like humans vs. a job. He ended up giving us advise that saved us thousands. We know who we're calling if any other issues arise. This is a family company who take great pride in what they do.

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

My sewer line was backing up about once a year and it seems to decided to back up only at night when every plumber has clocked out for the day. So usually I'd call and have to wait til the next day for someone to come out to snake the sewer lines. That means no one gets to brush their teeth or shower unless we want poop water to start flowing back into the bathtubs. GROSS!! I decided to call Sewerman this time and Harry came out right away at 10 pm. He took care of the clog and when I mentioned my sewer problem, he said he could come back the next morning to run a camera down the pipe to see what was going on. It turns out that there were holes in the sewer lines causing build ups. He gave me a couple of options to fix the issue and explained the pros and cons of each. Once I decided what I wanted to do, Harry was back the next morning and took care of the problem once and for all. The icing on the cake? Since I had service line coverage on my insurance policy, Harry took the time to work with my adjuster to get the work covered. An awesome plumber and all around nice guy. He has a customer for life!

Two thumbs up!  I couldn't be more grateful for Armando's Plumbing Services.  Our church kitchen sink was clogged up and needed help quick.  One phone call was all it took.  Armando was actually on another work site, but took the time to talk to me.  Armando responded back to me within less than 10 minutes top to confirm they will be on the way.  They were polite, professional, courteous and assured me things will be taken care of.  They didn't leave a mess, area was clean and cleared once they were done. I have to say Adrian is the quickest responding plumber I have ever worked with.

The 2 times I have called for service, he's either answered the phone on the 1st or 2nd ring or called back within minutes.

This last time was for an elderly friend of our family.  She had a leak in the ceiling of her bathroom and wasn't too worried about it, just have a plumber come by but since I work in the emergency restoration industry my wife convinced our friend it needed to be dealt with NOW, not knowing how long it had been leaking before it came through the ceiling.

I went to our friends house, did the attic crawl and found the leak.

I called Adrian.  He answered immediately.  He was very informative and started to explain that a lot of the time with leaks such as the one in the ceiling, it could take some time to locate the leak and that of course would affect the final invoice.  

I let him know I had located the leak so the troubleshooting wasn't a big concern.

I appreciated his thoughtfulness in wanting to make sure we weren't sticker shocked had they needed to take time to locate the leak.

His crew was on site within an hour and made the repair quickly.

They were organized, worked efficiently and neatly.  Very polite.  They even asked about putting shoe covers on before they came in the house.
I could hear the shop vac running as they were cutting away the ceiling in the bathroom minimizing the drywall dust which is always appreciated.

When all was said and done, the final invoice was very reasonable...actually less than I had anticipated based on my experience with other plumbers.  Our friend was very pleased as she is on a fixed income so $$ is always a concern.

Bottom line....I would recommend Diaz Plumbing to anyone of my own customers, family or friends putting my reputation on the line.

Pat is great!!  Responsive, friendly, honest company.  We were on vacation and a friend was staying at our house.  Water starter presenting itself in the basement in a bathroom and utility room.  We needed a new injector pump.  Pat came out and replaced it.

Mac was awesome!  My water heater started leaking on a Saturday night, and I immediately started searching for someone to come out the next day, since I had a 9 month old child and needed hot water.

I reached out to Mac after searching through Yelp and seeing great reviews.  He asked that I send him pictures of the old water heater, where it was leaking, and a few different other pictures near the water heater.  He was at our house the next day (Sunday at 10am) and ready to install the new water heater.

Super friendly, explained the whole situation, what needed to be done, and advice for future maintenance/issues.  He was able to install everything and take the old water heater all within less than 2 hours and that even required doing some work on the piping.  I would definitely recommend Mac for any future jobs.

We've had Rescue Plumbing come out a couple times now to our building. They have been nothing short of fair and professional each time. They will come when your appointment time is (or, often, before when its scheduled) and always take the utmost care you leave your place clean (or as clean as can be with plumbing issues). This latest time, Logan and Djenkis helped unclog a kitchen sink drain for us. They took time walking us though the issue, answering all of our questions, and, most importantly fixed the issue. Rescue Plumbing is always out building's go-to to fix any plumbing issues!

It's not easy finding a good plumber but super glad we had a good experience with Scotty. The gentlemen is knowledgeable, inquisitive, listens, and gets to work. He is able to anticipate the problem, explain it directly, and offer suggestions and tips for maintenance.

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
