Cost was right and they did a great job.

I have only written one other review... so writing a review is a big deal for me.  When I called Mike the first time, I had to leave a message bright and early... within 30 minutes, he returned my call... and he showed up just as he said he would.  

Unfortunately, less than a week later, I woke up to the same problem... the downside... I had to leave to go out of town... so I called him and scheduled a appointment for the day I returned... he showed up on time... and took care of the problem once and for all.   It is assuring to know that I have a reliable person whom I can depend on when all goes south in our plumbing.

James is a true professional plumber. He's knowledgable, quick to respond and reliable. He has a positive attitude and takes pride in his work, which he guarantees. He also is quite handy around the house with repairs and maintenance projects. Plus, he's a nice guy. I highly recommend James.

This morning we noticed that our ceiling was leaking in the kitchen. I reached out to Olson Superior Plumbing, and although they were fully booked, Emilie was able to send Lyle a wonderful and knowledgeable tech to help us with the leak. Lyle was pleasant, kind, respectful, and customer oriented. Lyle determined the origin of the leak and quickly fixed it. If we have any future plumbing needs, we definitely will be asking for Lyle. Also Emilie was so helpful in scheduling Lyle's visit. She too was professional and kind and made sure she was able to help us out today. Olson Superior Plumbing really seems to care about the customer and their needs. If you have any plumbing needs, definitely call them to help you out, because we definitely will.

Great service.  Called him and he responded right away.  Showed up quick and offered free estimate. Others tried to charge for service call and estimate.  Most important he was honest and did a great job at a reasonable price.  Very knowledgeable, friendly and cares about his customers.  Would definitely call again.

Ben and Geraldo are very professional, educated, very observant, and know what they are doing. They do very clean work, don't leave a mess when they leave. Very affordable prices, and are worth every dollar. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. They will not disappoint you so give them a call!

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

Our kitchen faucet was leaking - Armando and crew came right out and gave us a quote and even told us we could save a little money by buying our own faucet and they would come back to install.  That's exactly what happened and they were quick and fairly priced.  Real nice guys too.  Would recommend :)

Jay was a lifesaver!!  We just bought a house and then had it fumigated before we moved in.  The fumigation company had the gas turned off, but then did not have it turned back on...and didn't tell us!!  I found out only a few days before our move date.  I found Plumbing Rooter for You on Yelp.  I can confirm that all of the wonderful 5 star reviews are earned and accurate!  I called Jay late in the afternoon on a Wednesday.  He was free on Thursday morning and actually ended up being able to come by an hour earlier than planned.  He immediately identified and understood the issues and put me at ease.  He then made a special trip to buy a specialty piece of material so that our furnace could be properly attached to the gas line the same day.  He addressed all of the issues flagged by the gas company.  He then noticed that the gas line that we will need for our washer/dryer was capped, and he installed a valve.  This was an issue that none of our pre-purchase inspections had even flagged.  Jay was so patient with me and took the time to explain not just the work that he was doing, but other things that I need to be aware of as a first time homeowner.  I honestly don't know what we would have done without him (actually...I do know - taking cold showers and ordering lots of take-out for the foreseeable future...).  I would highly recommend Jay to anyone in need of top notch, affordable plumbing services.  In fact, I already sent his card to my realtor and told her that going forward, she should call Jay instead of the obviously unskilled plumber that did our inspection and missed several significant issues.

And once again, Diaz Plumbing came to our rescue! The sewer line got clogged. I called Adrian in the morning and to my surprise... he remembered me! He sent his team the same day and they fixed the problem. I hope not to have any more situations like this one but if there are any in the future, I know I'll be calling them every time.

So my landlord ended up allowing us to hire Drain-EEZ to fix our ejector pump. I tried to book an appointment with them ASAP, but they were very kind in letting me know that no one was available for about a week. While I was trying to contact another plumber for an appointment, I got a call from Pat who heard I was having trouble booking a slot with them, and he found time in the schedule to send someone out the day after tomorrow. Amazing! Lou came right on time, was very friendly, professional, and efficient. He successfully finished the job within a few hours, and we even left home while he finished up in our apartment. So impressed and grateful for Drain-EEZ!

Our water heater went out last night and I gave Mac a call and he was able to come to our place and do a hot water heater repair first thing this morning. Very knowledgeable and got the work done fast. Great guy and would definitely recommend.

The plumber, Pete, was polite, punctual and personable.  He replaced a broken shower cartridge in our condo.  Pete was conscientious about returning calls and texts. He and his son, who was helping, left the bathroom area as clean as they found it. My only reservation is that the price seemed high, at least compared to online estimates for the job, and their bill did not include an itemized cost list of the parts. That said, Rescue Plumbing was able to get the work done in a reasonable time frame so perhaps that's worth the higher price.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Definitely took the customer service to another level with that. Plus, the 10% coupon helped..

Scotty is great! He's always arrived on time and is very communicative. I was making some updates to my kitchen and needed him to install a new sink. He even advised on the size of the sink (he was familiar with my kitchen from a previous visit) and suggested a company to purchase the sink from since I was having trouble finding what I wanted at Home Depot and Lowes.

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
