Yesterday I would have given it a two BUT they truly  guaranteed the quality of their work. Initially a younger less experienced plumber came and misidentified the problem. Upon request, they sent a more experienced plumber, Daniel, who throughly  examined the situation. He was able to identify the problem and was clearly able to explain what was happening and rectify the situation. The supervisor I spoke to was very efficient and understanding and we are getting  a reimbursement because the job that really needed addressed was less involved and less expensive.
If I don't receive my reimbursement I will let you know but all in all I have to say this is a company that stands by their word and work from my experience thus far.

Called ASP out for a clogged drain on a Sunday night, they sent Levi. He was able unclog our drain, and showed us with his sewer camera that our pipe needed to be reinforced. The option he gave us really went well, they did a trenchless liner, and finished the job in 2 days. It was such a relief.

James the Canadian handyman was excellent. We had a problem with the sink in our bathroom and he sorted it out in no time. He even went to the store to get extra parts he needed. Everything was left clean and tidy. He did a great job and I'd highly recommend him.

I had a great experience with my installation of my tankless water heater. Unfortunately the extremely nice and knowledgeable technician moved states so is no longer working here. However he made the process seamless and efficient. Fast forward 6 months later the warranty registration wasn't completed so Eric T contacted me and is helping me finish up the warranty registration for my water heater. Without him checking I would never have known. Thank you!

I searched for a local plumber through my number one resource, Yelp of course. I scheduled 3 estimates. I needed all the plumbing done in what would be our new home. The house was in bad shape so it was completely remodeled.

Ros came across as a down to earth guy, who you can trust. My biggest issue with the contractors is that they all seemed a little shady. I felt like Ros was a neighbor helping out on the whole project. He was both extremely knowledgeable, and his price was fair compared to the other estimates. We chose Ros to be our plumber.

We hired Ros to do a lot! He installed our gorgeous Farmhouse Kitchen Sink, one bath tub including fixtures, one shower including fixtures, two bathroom vanities including fixtures, two toilets and the water heater.

He worked extremely well with other contractors, with our time line and stayed within budget. He made suggestions along the way of needed or optional updates, his experience really kicked in over the course of the project. He knows plumbing extremely well but his knowledge of remodeling and other trades is what put the icing on the cake. All his helpers were always pleasant.

We worked with many contractors on this project but Ros is the only one everyone asks about and remembers. He's a great guy.

My toilet was overflowing on a Friday night at 11pm. Messaged this company and was pleased that they quickly responded. We agreed that they would come check it out the following morning. Unfortunately they never showed. No call. No message. Nothing! Absolutely unprofessional. Wasted my time waiting around when I could've had someone else take a look.

The owner is now claiming that I called him early on sat morning and cancelled. You were the only company I was in contact with since you agreed to come between 9-11am. I never called you once as we only spoke via Yelp. I wasted 2 hours of my day waiting for you. Unprofessional and dishonest.

Mick from Right Price returned  my message immediately and said he'd be at my house between 10am and 12pm. He showed up promptly at 11am ready to go. He also diagnosed my problem over the phone and said my main line was probably stopped up and needed to be cleared. He then clearly described the 2 processes they use to clear a main line, snaking and water jetting. Water Jetting was a bit more money ($150 vs. $250) but that's what I went with.

I also told him I needed my tubs and sinks looked at as a previous plumber from a different company had told me they all needed to be cleared as well as the main line with a possible Main Line replacement, quoting me $100 each per drain. I had six total drains plus the main line which from the different company quoted a start price of $850. Mick said clearing out my Main Line would take care of all the stoppage from the other drains and Right Prices quote was only $250, $150 if I wanted to snake the main line.

After Mick  water jetted my main line he came in and inspected each of my other drains, plunged a few of them and removed debris from a few and they all drained!!! What thorough, honest, professional service!! Thanx Mick and Thank You Right Price!!

I requested a quote and within minutes received a reply. Armando was at our house the next day for a kitchen drain clog. He explained the process every step of the way with a successful resolve. Definitely will be calling them for any future issues.

Our guest toilet wouldn't flush and was backed up. I called Diaz Plumbing and they answered right away and where at home in less than an hour. The plumber assessed our problem and fix it right away and for a great price. Was not aware that was 3 yr old was flushing baby wipes. Lesson learned.  Thank you so much Diaz Plumbing

Was 8pm and I'd just gotten home from work. Had water streaming out of the booster pump in the basement. Called Pat @Drain-eez. He told me they were full up with orders. But he spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with me walking me through how to disable it and which valve did what. And in the end, informed me of the cost of replacing the pump.  After a moment of sticker shock, he let me know that I could probably coast on city pressure. He was right. He's saved my evening and my money. So, the least I could do was leave a positive Yelp review. I've actually relied on Drain-eez in the past (to more than satisfactory results) and was startled to find I hadn't yet left one. So, this is actually overdue.

Out with the old and in with the new!  I had a been biding my time with getting a new water heater (mine was from 2006 and had been dripping for over a year).  I had planned on going with Mac and Fastplumbing247 from the get go based on what others had said, but on a Thursday this past week I went ahead and requested a few other requests and specs.  Mac was the first to respond with a reasonable quote!  Gave him a quick call, sent through the pictures of my current water heater, and the next day (friday) I had a new water heater in and hot water flowing by 11 am.  

Mac came with his son (Jimmy); both were knowledgable, professional, and fun to talk with.  They were able to get my old decrepit water heater out and a nice shiny new one in under and hour and half.  Really happy that I went with them - Mac made the process quick, easy, and honest - highly recommend.

We had a clogged kitchen sink. We called rescue plumbing and they sent out Javier. He was professional quick to see what the problem was and resolved it even faster within an hour. He snaked our sink and everything's working fine. I would call him in a minute for any of your plumbing needs.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Definitely took the customer service to another level with that. Plus, the 10% coupon helped..

Great service at a great price! We had an issue with our garbage disposal and a back up in the plumbing. Scotty fixed the issue quickly and we haven't had any issues since!

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
