ASP sent out plumber named Izaiah to fix a clogged sink at my house. Izaiah said he could not snake the drain and needed to crawl under my house to inspect the pipes. Next thing I heard was Izaiah yelling turn off the water main! I turned off the water main and found Izaiah coming up from under my house covered in mud. Izaiah then told me he found a paper barcode sticker covering a hole in a pipe and when he removed it water began to gush out. He also proceeded to tell me my pipes are old, corroded, impossible to snake and he wanted $10,000 to re-pipe the entire house. My house was completely re-piped 5 years ago when I remodeled the home so I knew this was a lie and also knew there was no way a paper sticker would hold back water pressure in a pipe. I told Izaiah I would need to get a few other quotes before agreeing to work with anyone. The next morning I had a trusted plumber named Marquez Bros that my father referred me to and had them inspect the problem. Marquez Bros fixed the leaky pipe and snaked the drain for $200. Also Marquez Bros brought me the section of leaky pipe and showed me a obvious freshly made sawcut and insisted that Izaiah from ASP plumbing cut my pipe intentionally to create more work and scam me. In addition after Izaiah from ASP came to my house Izaiah called me several times using high pressure sales tactics saying he would give me discounts and even offered me a Military Veterans discount knowing that I never served in the military. Fast forward 30 days later my wife heard the sound of water flowing under my house. I looked under the crawl space and found a pond of water pooled up and another leaky pipe. Once again I called out Marquez Bros and they quickly repaired the pipe and showed me yet another piece of pipe that was obviously cut with a saw and recently. I hope that nobody ever has to experience what I went through and I am very lucky that I did not fall for their scam. I now need to monitor the pipes under my house looking out for any other saw cuts ASP made to my pipes. I also have a mold specialist coming to inspect for mold and water damage as this leak was going for a long time I assume.

These guys are awesome!  They answer the phone immediately, inquire as to your needs, schedule a service call, and show up on time.  They text you before the plumber arrives.  I've used them twice and both times they performed above and beyond the call.

Can you give zero stars? I called to get someone out to fix my showers water pressure and they said they'd stop by between 1-3pm and would call 20min prior to arriving. At 3pm no one had called or showed up. I called their number and it went straight to voicemail. Left a message and have never heard back. Very unprofessional and just rude.

I've had a bathroom sink that keeps on getting clogged so much so I've called multiple different plumbers to unclog it each time and to try to figure out why it keeps clogging up so I can hopefully get it fixed. My home is only a few years old so this shouldn't be happening. None of the prior plumbers could figure it out. I talked to Mick yesterday night and this morning he and Fernando came to my house and literally within 1-2 minutes they were able to tell me exactly what was causing the clogs and were so patient in answering my questions. Finding the right professional certainly makes a huge difference! Now that I know what's wrong, I can stop it from happening again. Huge sigh of relief! Thanks guys for your help today! You are now my go to!

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

If you want to support a small family business support his work! You won't regret it!

We are very pleased with the service from Harry of Sewerman Rooter.  Harry was quick to respond to our request.  In fact, I texted him late at night from the Yelp link never expecting an answer that late at night.  But he texted with the first available opening.  After that job we had a related issue and he promptly returned to take care of it.  Service-oriented and cooperative attitude too!  We will definitely call Harry again when needed.

Our toilet was clogged and water came up from shower on  late Sunday evening, Armando responded to my call and resolve the issue within half an hour.
After 3 weeks we have a minor clogged again and Armondo show up the next day without extra charges ( he gave one month warranty on his job).

Jay is fantastic.  I got bids from several plumbers for a kitchen sink plumbing issue I had, and Jay not only gave me the best rate, but he also showed up in less than an hour and worked tirelessly to make the job perfect.  After he was done, he checked and rechecked to make sure everything was working as it should and he left my kitchen impeccably clean.  Couldn't recommend him more.

Our water heater was leaking and they came out right away, were incredibly personable and honest, gave us a very reasonable quote and got the work done within 24 hours. We had another issue with our faucet in the bathroom which they were able to fix easily rather than just telling us to spend $300 to replace it, as another company had. The staff was courteous and did a great job. We'll definitely be using them again!

I was in a bit of a panic when our kitchen sink clogged up and wouldn't drain. I wanted the problem solved quickly. I called, left a message and was called back within the hour with an apology they didn't answer the phone. Understandable but I appreciated the kindness and professionalism. The lady gave me a reasonable estimate and a 2 hour estimate of when the plumber would be here. It would only be a couple hours after we talked!

The plumber called and said he was 20 minutes away and was within the window I was given. When he arrived he took off his shoes and went to work. After fixing our kitchen sink he even looked at our bathroom sink that we mentioned to him wasn't draining very quickly. He pulled out some hair and gunk and didn't charge us for it. The total price was the low end of the estimate with the Yelp discount. Overall couldn't have been happier. Lou, the plumber was friendly, professional and knows his trade well! If you need a plumber call and ask for Lou!

When our water heater went out most other places wouldn't come out for a week. So happy that we were able to find someone that was able to come out and replace our heater the morning after we called!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
