Ivar and Pedro solved our problem with hot and cold shots in the showers!  They installed pressure balance valves and changed out the 2-handle shower levers to single handle levers.  Checked out other possible plumbing problems and assured us they weren't problems.  Felt they were honest, accommodated the date I wanted the work done (2 1/2 weeks after the initial consult).  Had to warn 5 neighbors in our condo complex that their water was going to be turned off, so needed Avant to do the work when we scheduled it.
Ivar suggested we purchase the shower trim and valves ourselves to save money.  He wanted to approve them before we ordered them to make sure they were the right items.  He was so busy (probably helping those with plumbing emergencies), that he wasn't always able to respond in a timely manner.  Thankfully, we have Amazon prime.  However the trim did not have Amazon prime delivery and arrived while they were working on the project.  
Would definitely hire Avant Rooter again!

These guys are Awesome! We just moved in to our new home and all of our drains were backed up. They diagnosed and identified the issues and had prompt reliable service . They had the equipment to get down to the root of the problem . We were able to use our toilets again that evening, I'm so glad we called them.

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

I was pleased that we hired Harry for our recent plumbing issue. I found him to be competent at what he does and he is friendly as well. He was quick to respond over text and yelp. I sent him pics of the issue over yelp and he was able to give an initial estimate with that. Then it was easy to schedule a time for the actual estimate and also schedule the repair with him over text. He did not deviate from his initial estimate.
Few days after he completed the work we found that the issue had not completely gone, so I texted him and he replied right away and promptly scheduled a time to come back to take care of it. Initially another plumber quoted me a lot more and wanted to do more work than necessary for the job. Harry did not try to make the job bigger than it was and only replaced whats absolutely necessary - for that I think he is an honest person and trustworthy.

Armando picked up my call, and initially said he could come assess my work the next day at 7am, after I explained my dire situation to him since another plumber had dug up my bathroom, taken out drywall, he asked for the address and promised to stop by at the completion of the job he was doing. Armando showed up about an hour later to my surprise ( I was expecting he would show up late evening). He explained the situation and gave me options, I instantly knew he's very genuine. Armando and his team showed up early the next day, tackled the job with dexterity and completed the job same day, the other plumber told me it might take 3 more days if they could find the source of the slab foundation leak, and they had already been searching for the leak for 3 days prior!  Armando is genuine, professional, prompt, and his team left my home clean. Teddy actually saved me money by replacing parts of the bath doors and sliding doors instead of all of the doors. I needed the same day service and he was able to come same day. He is reliable and responsible. I will use him in the future.

Having a Great  Plumber who is honest, reasonable,reliable and pleasant is of extreme importance and very comforting as far as I am concerned. Adrian is an awesome guy who shows up when he says he will and does an efficient professional job. I look forward to seeing him because he is a really cool person and I know our plumbing is in good hands!

Pat returned today to double check the small leakage from my kitchen sink to make sure it wasn't from his previous work. If you are looking for a trustworthy plumber who gets the job done and is transparent with his customers, he's the guy! He explained to my brother why there was a leak and gave me an update as well. We had a water heater (1 of 2 in a multi unit building) start leaking in the middle of the night a little over three years ago. These folks answered the phone, looked at some texted pictures and walked me through taking the pressure off the water heater to slow or stop the leak. They showed up first thing in the morning with a new one. When the other water heater started to leak, we knew who to call. They returned my text within 20 minutes, and were out to take a look within an hour. They started to drain the bad water heater, went and picked up a new one and came back and replaced it. I contacted them at 10:30am, they were done putting a new water heater in by 3pm. They even had to take out a slop sink and put it back in during that time. Super fast. Super knowledgeable. Super simple to work with. Nicest guys I hope I never have to see again for many years.

Logan showed up today and helped cleaned the kitchen drain for us. He is on time and very professional. 5/5 recommend!
