Our kitchen sink completely clogged, and Avant Rooter were able to send a technician within a few hours on the same day. The technician's name was Miguel. He was very professional and punctual. He explained all the costs up front so there was no hidden fee. He did a good job removing the clog, explaining what was going on during the work, keeping the site clean, as well as cleaning up afterwards. Over all, we are very satisfied.

Wow! I contacted Mike at 8:45 last night, he responded back to me by 8:55! Our upstairs shower backed up last night and we needed some help! He said he could have someone out between 8-9 am.... Pablo was here at 7:55! Are you kidding me... a company that shows up 5 min before their window!! Pablo came prepared, he wore his own booties while walking through our house. He snaked out our shower and the drain is once again flowing. Pablo was very professional, and just an all around nice guy. We had some other plumbing questions, and he was more than happy to answer them all. We would definately use this company in the future. Thank you for proving there are still some good companies out there!

I hired James to paint two rooms in my apartment recently and I was more than satisfied and impressed with the quality of work and how fast and efficient he was in completion. The Canadian handyman was very courteous and easy to work with and I will definitely be using his services for the next project I have to get done.

When I noticed our water heater acting up, Olson Superior was very quick to schedule a plumber to inspect. When I turned on our hot water and Johnny Ornelas, our plumber, saw that it was flaring up, we realized it was time for a new water heater immediately. He came out around 3pm and stayed very late, around 8:30pm, to get us set up with a new tankless water heater. So far everything is working great. Follow up has been awesome as well.

Ros Macias of Macias Plumbing & Rooter, arrived on time to repair my plumbing issue.  My bathroom sink had very, very slow drainage and the water was not going down.  He repaired my sink expeditiously, kept the job clean and was most friendly with his helpful attitude and advise.  Overall, he did an outstanding job.  I would highly recommend his company.

We've used Hotline Plumbing several times over the past years.  Back on Monday afternoon, Geovanni (the owner) sent a team member to fix our garbage disposal and found a dime inside, and not surprisingly charged us minimally for their SOP site visit fee.  They are excellent technicians with extremely fair pricing.  Great work again!

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

I am so thankful for Harry and his crew for fixing our plumbing concern so quickly and efficiently. He was quick to respond , quoted us very reasonably and has the work done the next day. We will definitely be saving his number for all of our plumbing needs.

Our toilet was clogged and water came up from shower on  late Sunday evening, Armando responded to my call and resolve the issue within half an hour.
After 3 weeks we have a minor clogged again and Armondo show up the next day without extra charges ( he gave one month warranty on his job).

We called Teddy in the morning with an urgent request that needed to be done before the day was over.  From the beginning he was responsive and offered a fair price to come out.  Once he arrived he was friendly and efficient.  He got on our roof to reposition a tarp that had blown over and also installed an exterior light fixture.

I called them up on sunday morning because my kitchen sink was backed up. Half my sink was full with old water and food particles and i didnt want to wait until monday to get this fixed. Jay came by in an hour and fixed the issues.

This is where he earns all the stars. My kitchen pipes werent the main issue. He went up to neighbors apt because they had issues too and he then went up to my apt complex roof to fix it since the clog was so bad. He charged me way less than i was expecting after all the work he had to go through to fix it. Hes a good plumber and he delivered when i needed it most.

I had a garbage disposal that was no longer working properly and it was leaking, so I called Diaz Plumbing to come out and assess the situation. They were very responsive and worked with my schedule. When they came by, they told me the disposal just needed to be replaced, and quoted me a very reasonable price including actual cost of the replacement plus labor. When I indicated I was considering doing it myself instead, they didn't pressure me at all to use their services and just told me to call if I ran into problems. It seems to have gone smoothly and that won't be needed. But my positive experience and their goodwill has shot them to the top of my list of who to call next time I need plumbing services!

These guys fit me into their very busy schedule when I couldn't even get a call back from other plumbers. They arrived early, were very efficient, and rates were very reasonable. Now I have a sink I can use again. Would def recommend to others.

Walked into my place to hear a loud hissing sound from my water heater to later discover it had sprung a leak. I quickly Yelped for a local repair service and found Mac from Fastplumbing247. He immediately texted me requesting photos of the water heater and told me exactly what to do to slow the leak. It was already 11pm and he assured me we would be ok until morning. He came over first thing in the morning with a brand new water heater. Took 2 hours to replace. Mac is by far the BEST service person I have ever hired. We was honest and very friendly. I just purchased a home and the pipes to the washing machine were leaking in the basement, they replaced the pipes, mounted it to the basement wall and made everything look so neat and clean. 2 days later they came back to put gas lines in extending 50 feet from the furnace around my basement because there were no gas lines (the dryer and stove were electric) it was an extensive job, but they completed it in 3 hours and their price was over $1000 less than other quotes I got. The work was done well, it looks neat and thorough. Vincent and his team were amazing, very nice, with excellent customer service. I will never use any other plumbing service ever again.

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
