Avant will now be my go to plumber.  I used them on another small job in my house and price compared with other plumbers in the area (who were upcharging).  I called them again for an out of the box job with my hot tub and they delivered again.

James sanded and refinished and painted (2 coats) to 14 large old wood cabinet doors in my kitchen. Doors were about 25 years old and very worn. The job took time and the end result was well worth the time and effort spent. James is a hard worker and a perfectionist and an artist when it comes to his work. I highly recommend Canadian James for handyman work. He will be my go to handyman from now on.

Hello.  I needed Olson to relocate my gas line behind my stove so I could install my new stove they were able to accomodate without any issues.  I would definitely recommend simply because they were:

We had a fairly bad clog.  Ros showed up when he said he would and, once he diagnosed the problem, gave us a very fair price to run the 3/4 cable to clear it out.  it was a pretty rough main line clog, but he worked on it until it was clear, which meant running that cable a few times.

Ros is easy to talk to, very friendly, and not trying to rip people off.  So refreshing!

Hotline plumbing did a great job fixing my clogged toilet. Ben and his partner took they time to fix the problem and double check the work. I recommend this company.

I finally found a plumber who I can call for plumbing problems. Harry, the owner, was wonderful explaining the problem and how he's going to fix it. He knows what he's doing. After price comparing with other plumbers, he gave the best price and he was fast in responding. I know how it is to find a good and honest plumber these days, but trust me, you can't go wrong with Harry.

I worked with Armando on behalf of my uncle from about 3 hours away. He was professional and punctual and put me at ease. He responded to my request for a quote in about 5 minutes and even gave me multiple choices of appointment windows. He found that the problem required more than snaking, and was able to come back the next day to replace a length of corroded pipe. He sent pictures of the decayed pipe and the finished job. Everything has been working well, and the price was fair. I will definitely use them again if necessary.

I called Pat on Friday afternoon about our garbage disposal that wasn't working. Gave a fair quote for removing it and putting in a new pipe. He showed up early on Saturday to handle the work. When he looked at it, he immediately knew the issue and got it working again in about 15 seconds. He also saw that one of the pipes was severely rusted and would have broken so he replaced it. Came in well under the estimate. Great service!

We had two very old toilets that were in dyer need of replacement. We've hmmmed and haaaed about doing this for awhile. Basically, knowing we need to do this, but it's going to take a plumbing or house guest emergency to get us off our tails to do it!

Turns out both sets of parents are coming to town in four days. We contacted multiple plumbers in desperation as any good procrastinators do. Most quotes us three week waits, outlandish prices and all sorts of plumber jargon. But not Mac. Mac was friendly, truly speedily and easily accessible by phone and text. He and I spoke Saturday and he had out toilets in Monday afternoon! Mac was able to install both toilets while we were at work and stayed in constant communication with us.

Mac was a true delight to work with. He is a straight shooter, no hassle and no shady salesmanship. We love our new toilets. Both sets of parents love our new toilets and we love Mac! Thanks for keeping things real- working with fast plumbing was truly a breath of fresh air!

09/2018:
We have to write another 5 star review for Mac and his crew! My family and I moved into a new condo this weekend only to find the inspector checked the wrong water heater and ours was actually leaking. No hot water meant no hot shower after a marathon move day.

Mac saved the day. He first helped us troubleshoot by phone. He talked an exhausted partner and myself through every step with patience, kindness and humor! When were not able to remedy the situation by phone he showed up the next day (a Saturday) to replace the entire unit. He did this in a little over an hour. We are so grateful for his work and his attitude. A huge shout out to you guys!

Rescue Plumbing to the rescue again! We have had Victor and his helpers out to our house twice this month to take care of a leak under our sink and a new faucet install. Both times, the guys were amazing. They explained the issues thoroughly, went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, and gave us excellent advice about things we can do moving forward. Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Scott responded right away, was very easy to work with, solved the problem and charged a very reasonable rate.

I've dealt with plumbers who are good at their work, but bad at communicating, and others that communicate well but don't do the job very effectively.  Scott is the best of both worlds.  He sent me several texts over the course of 24 hours updating his status and ETA.  That's a real comfort when you need the plumber there right away.  Highly recommended.

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
