When we got bad leaks and needed plumbing help we found them on Yelp and got them out the next day! So helpful and professional, helped us fix our issues, gave estimates for future problems and gave us all the information we needed. So thankful for them. Will definitely keep them as our plumbers!

These guys are the best!  I run an art studio for children so a functioning bathroom is very important.  Our plumbing has had continued issues and Hotline always does their best to come out as quickly as possible and to also provide us with reasonable quotes and long-term solutions.  Every person I've interacted with at Hotline has been friendly and extremely helpful.  They go above and beyond to make sure everything is working as it should be and that the process is as smooth as possible.  They also leave the space leaving it super clean!  They are considerate and respectful.

Carlos and Fernando came this morning and did a hydro jet to my main sewer line. They Also did a visual inspection using a camera on a cable snake. They were able to show me and explain what is causing my plumbing to back up. They used the jetter to clear out TP, roots and other stuff. It was amazing to see inside the pipe and have the pros explain what i'm seeing. So very glad I hired this company. When it's time to do a full fix to my sewer, I'm calling here. BTW - I received quotes from $200-800 to do the hydrojet service from various plumbers. Right Price Rooter came in at a great price with excellence customer service and service. Mick, followed up with me in person and explained everything in great detail. Very cool guy. Highly recommend this company.

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

I am so happy I found Sewer man.  Harry is professional, honest and very dependable. He responded to my initial call within minutes.  I described the issues I was having. He gave me a quote and charged exactly what he quoted. He explained what he was doing and made sure I was satisfied with the work before he left. He is very friendly and didn't try to do more work than was necessary.  Also, I like that he texted me when he was on his way and showed up on time.

Armando and his brother came a few hours after my husband called him. They came and fixed our plumbing issue real quick. They were very professional and knowledgeable about our problem. I had a faucet that kept dripping.  I called them about noon, and Jay said he could be here around 4pm.  He showed up right on time.  He was easy to work with and quick.  He was offered to do the replace the stem that was needed, but when I asked how much to replace the whole faucet, it was equally inexpensive.  He went to the store, bought the faucet, and installed it within an hour, and also replaced the hoses... and I just paid him the full invoice when the job was completed.  I'll definitely call him again.

I've used this plumber Adrian Diaz for the last 8 years and other plumbers in between but he has been the best so far.  I have been giving him my business after others failed to keep their schedules or their rates changed.  He has been my plumber exclusively for the last 5 years.  

His prices are fair and always communicates with you over the phone.  Very flexible and goes above & beyond.  Yo can tell he loves his job and wants to continue to do business with people.  I highly recommend Diaz Plumbing.

We've used Mac twice and he's been great!  Our old water heater started leaking everywhere on a Sunday morning a few months ago. We called Mac after finding him on yelp and he came out the same day to replace it.  He was friendly, quick, and reasonably priced.  Then a few days ago, we found water on the ground again in our mechanical room.  We called Mac again (around 6:30pm on a weekday), and he showed up within an hour.  We thought it was the water heater, but turns out our condensation line on our A/C broke.  He fixed it quickly and charged us a very reasonable price again.  Highly recommend!

Victor is the best! Overall, Rescue Plumbing was one of the easiest companies to work with too.

We detected a leak in the basement and called them first thing in the morning. Rescue Plumbing had someone available right away! However, we weren't available until 4pm and they were able to accommodate.

Victor called when he was heading our way and they arrived right in the middle of their estimated time window. They were quick with assessing what work they needed to do, and clear with the costs. They got started right away and were very thorough in their assessment. They pinpointed exactly where the leak was coming from and the solution and costs.

I was very impressed with their work and not only highly recommend their service but would call them again for any future plumbing issues.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. I was referred by a friend who has an old building with lots of problems and emergencies and not a lot of money to fix all of them at once.  Scott has always been able to come through for her to fix the problem correctly and at a fair price so I called him to help me move my drain and prepare for a new vanity to be installed.

I have had a similar and positive experience as well.  He quoted the hourly up front, but doesn't pad it charging your for every dang second and then rounding up as he takes 20 minutes to write an invoice. ( I've used many great plumbing services who gouge so much in this way, even though they are good at what they do I avoid using them when I can because I am always left feeling a bit like I just got mugged in an alley). I don't get that with Scott:  He's upfront, responsive, on time, efficient, friendly, fair and knows what he's doing. How rare is that?  He doesn't cut corners either.   I want the problem corrected, not patched.

He's coming back tomorrow to finish up and I'll post an update and maybe even a photo....stay tuned.....

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
