I needed a toilet repaired. The Avant technician said that I needed to hydrojet my main line for $350. I told the tech that I did not think that was the issue. The tech also tried to upsell me with a main line repair and never addressed the toilet that needed to be repaired. HORRIBLE service and DISHONEST.

I called they answered immediately took my information gave me a three hour window of when the person would be here instead of an eight hour window the person was here within that timeframe actually a little bit early and then for me that he would be a little bit early job is done in five minutes can't beat that. Elijah was here and he was a professional as knowledgeable and as efficient as anyone I've ever seen

James replaced our faulty shower faucet and fixed a toilet that was incorrectly installed by a plumber. He did a great job and we will definitely use him again!

Ros is everything the former Yelp reviews stated!  Punctual, professional and MOST important, HONEST!  Called him the evening before in a situation (frustrated) with our Rheem water heater (boo, for cold water on these cold nights).  Said he'd be there next morning before 10am.  Texted me next morning at 8am to confirm.  Pulled up at 9:45am!  Fixed my issue, discussed preventatives, solutions, and most importantly, confidence with the whole situation!  Human kindness goes a very long way...and although fee's can be involved, it's the way a business person handles the transaction.  He is top notch!

Mick has had my back from my first phone call to him in April on a mysterious leak inside my first floor apartment of an older multi story building in LA. The HOA was slow to respond in hiring a plumber of their own to perform a diagnosis when I called on Mick's help..

When the leak happened the second time, several months later, Mick was responsive and flexible, fitting me in into his busy schedule. He spoke to me several times explaining what appeared to be going on from his perspective experience with such issues. He was upfront about the snaking of lines to be a temporary solution which needed further work up by the HOA. Almost felt like I had a brother who happens to be a plumber.

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

Harry did a great job. He promptly replied to my message with a competitive quote, showed up on time and was very courteous throughout the entire process. He also gave me a competitive quote to permanently fix the problem. I will probably be contacting him again for future jobs.

I have been experiencing plumbing issues with my bathroom sink. It's been so frustrating that I finally decided it's time to call in the big guns. I submitted a request a quote and Armando responded in such a timely matter and offered a free quote. We scheduled a next day appointment 10-12. This morning I receive a call from Michelle asking me if it's ok that he was 45 mins away. I thought WOW amazing I get a call and he will be here early. He showed up with a worker wearing a mask and put on booties! By far the most professional and clean. He pulled an insane amount of hair that was clogging my sink. He also mentioned before starting the work how much he would charge to snake the drain and if it didn't work then there would be no charge. I'm so impressed by his professionalism and work ethic. I would recommend him all day everyday to family and friends.

He was great. Very polite and did a wonderful job on the toilet and somehow getting new rubber wheels on the shower door!

I read the reviews, called to get a quote and Jay came out and explained everything in detail.   I had 2 inspectors at this house to look at the plumbing during escrow.   Jay found and spoke to everything that was called out by the inspectors.   He was fair and seemed very honest.  I would definitely use him again.

I read the 1 star and it seems to me like this person is a renter who does not understand what quality work costs.  As a homeowner I do NOT want the cheapo plumber who is doing crappy work and cutting corners to save me a few bucks now and then cost me thousands later in damaged floors and walls.  No thank you.   Sorry renter guy, let's see what you would say if you actually owned the place.  You probably never paid for quality work because you don't have to live with the consequences of poor workmanship.  You get what you pay for, its a lesson hard learned for some.

I highly recommend Jay.  He was very timely.  He is extremely professional.   And as a single woman who is concerned about getting screwed and about feeling safe with a stranger in my home I would highly recommend Jay to any other woman who has these same concerns.

Fast, on time, honest quote.   I already had to cancel a different plumber who gave me an original three hour window and didn't make it.....I'm a renter so couldn't authorize all of the work and they are communicative and worked with what I could authorize to get my sink working again.  Would absolutely recommend

Pat is the first honest plumber we've dealt with in this city.  We called Drain-EEZ after having two other plumbers examine our bathtub over the course of four years.  The first ones charged us hundreds of dollars to snake the drain, didn't fix the problem, and told us we had to entirely re-do our condo's plumbing in order to get the tub to drain.  A second plumber offered a similar diagnosis of our non-draining tub, only by his assessment we only had to partially replace the plumbing.  Pat was skeptical of these accounts over the phone, came by with his kinetic water ram and fixed the drainage issue in 5min.  And charged less than either of the other plumbers to do it, by the way.  We've since employed him to replace a leaking faucet as well, with similar great results.  Pat does quality work, won't hesitate to tell you if your idea isn't a good one, and we appreciate his honesty.  And having hired a lot of plumbers, his rates are on-market, but we'd pay a premium for the honesty.

These guys are great!  They came the next day and replaced my 15 year old water heater that was leaking all over the place.  They even improved the way it was installed to reduce future issues.

I called rescue plumbing at 7pm not expecting a call back. They answered and immediately sent someone to help me, as my hot water was not working. Dex and his assistant arrived, and they immediately told me my water heater was too old and not working. They told me I would have to replace it, and I assumed they would have to come back, but Dex told me they could take care of it that night itself. They went back to their office, got the new heater, and installed it that night, and were done in less than 2 hours. They also wore covers on their shoes and put protection on the hardwood floors so as to not get anything dirty or damaged. They did amazing work, and were very quick, friendly, and professional, and I had hot water immediately. Thank you Rescue Plumbing and Dex!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Ultimately drain cleared so going to write this off to initial frustration

Owner has been highly professional

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
