Had numerous plumbing issues that needed to be dealt with: new sink and faucets to install in bathroom, replace caulking and fix faucet in kitchen, replace plumbing in second bathroom, and bringing the water heater up to safety code.  Josh and Alfredo did a great job.  Solid work and at a fair price.

My experience with this company was very strange. I asked how much it was to Hydro jet six storm drains and was quoted $2500 over the phone. For that amount I could have installed brand new drains. The quote I received from the other plumbers were anywhere between $250-$500. No attempt was made for them to visit my place for a quote.

James was fantastic, and I would 100% call him again for anything plumbing-related! He was able to come the same I day I called him, was super courteous and friendly, did a great job fixing the sink and all within the span of less than an hour. Thank you so much!

We love this company. They have remarkable employees like Zach Bosco. He was early, efficient and clean. My Mom is 95 and he was so patient with her it seemed like she was his relative. She asked a ton of questions and he answered everything patiently and completely all while doing his work. He was fast and knew what he was doing. When it was all over he cleaned up and even got us a new customer discount. This is our go-to plumbing company from now on. Thanks!

Rosendo was so personable, quick, and awesome. I had an emergency water heater issue, called and he was able to fit me in at a moment's notice. He fixed the issue right away and was reasonable in his pricing. I'd highly recommend him and will definitely be using him again if I have another emergency.

These guys were great. They showed up when they said they would, snaked the toilet and handled a few other plumbing tasks around the house. Will not hesitate to call them again.

I've been using Right Price Rooter and Plumbing for years now. The person I've been dealing with has been Mick, and he's great. Fair, honest, and dependable. When my toilet or faucet had a leak, he was able to fix it. Now my garbage disposal isn't working, and I have an appointment for next Tuesday for them to come out. I'm sure Mick can fix it. He's also super friendly and it's a joy having him work on my home repairs.

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

Harry quickly accommodated to an emergency plumbing job. He came 1 evening to asses the situation, reported his findings and advised on a solution. The following day he came and completed the job. I haven't had any issues since then. Thank you.

We had two bathroom faucets  and a shower head replaced. Our plumbing is older and it wasn't easy to remove the old faucets, but he didn't complain, just did it.  He cleaned up the work space and left the bathroom better than when he arrived.
Teddy is honest, hardworking and a professional handyman.
We were very pleased with his work and his desire to help us.
He is definitely on my list to give him a call for more household work.

If you need plumbing service, I totally recommend to call this company. For me, it's really hassle to call plumbers because seldom they make you wait and wait.. And next thing you know you can't make it to work anymore.

But this company is totally different. First thing in the morning, our kitchen greeted me with a leak. Called this company and not even 20 mins they were already at my house. They did a very great job and very professional.

I had an issue w my water heater and searched yelp. Diaz Plumbing had many great reviews, which made me feel comfortable scheduling an appt. I spoke w Adrian late afternoon on a Friday. I explained my situation w my water heater and he asked for pictures to be sent. He called back and stated that he would be able to do the work.  Adrian quoted me for $155-$195.

Adrian was unable to do the job himself, but sent his father the next day at 8am, which I was grateful for. It took one hr for him to realign the pipe on the water heater, and replace the hoses. He was also kind enough to install a hose for my gas dryer (while I supplied the hose). At the end of the job, he was checking for leaks. What I thought was odd... and UNSAFE... was that he used a lighted flame :/ now, if there was a leak, couldnt that be very dangerous?!?

He charged me $245. When I stated that Adrian had quoted me for less, he said it was bc of the parts... which I think is odd, bc if Adrian saw the pics, then the price quoted should've included the parts needed. Which was a valve and hose.

After he left, there was a strong odor of gas... I called Adrian and he was very pleasant to speak w. He said that he would send his father back out to check. Sure enough, the hose to the dryer was not tightened enough and was leaking.

Had I been charged the amount I was quoted for and if everything was checked thoroughly for gas leaks (and safely), I would have provided 5 stars.

Wow! Our sink was leaking and I called Drain-EEZ and talked to Pat. He asked a few questions, then asked if I would mind walking over to my sink. He guided me to a simple check and it immediately fixed our leak. This was all over the phone, no charge. The fact that he would take the time to have me do a simple check on something that he knows is a frequent leak causer is a true testament to this company's character. Thank you, your honesty and helpful advice is very appreciated!

Our water heater went out after a powerline replacement and we called Matt after reading the reviews. He answered the call and went above and beyond to help us. He tried to help us troubleshoot over the phone and confirmed we did need a new part. He found it in the suburbs and drove to get it and came to our house at 7pm on a Saturday night. He was so kind and professional and had our hot water repaired in under an hour. We will definitely be calling him the next time we have an issue!

Amazing experience.   Our problem was that we were having reduced water flow in our Jacuzzi bath.  Other sinks and outlets were fine.  When I called I was impressed with how professional the company was in understanding our problem.  I was told that  someone would be here the very next day between 10:00-11:00.   At 9:30 I was called to hear that they would be at our home at 10:30.  And they were.

Rick and his helper showed up and were very polite and professional.  They were careful to put on masks and booties.  Rick, who has 27 years plumbing experience, analyzed it and determined there was a blockage at the double handles.  

Rick needed to get an air compressor and then proceeded to work to remove the blockage.  And he succeeded -- our water flow was back to normal.  So I recommend the firm to others.  Excellent experience and reasonable cost.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Definitely took the customer service to another level with that. Plus, the 10% coupon helped..

It's not easy finding a good plumber but super glad we had a good experience with Scotty. The gentlemen is knowledgeable, inquisitive, listens, and gets to work. He is able to anticipate the problem, explain it directly, and offer suggestions and tips for maintenance.

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
