We finally found the handyman our dreams!  Ever since we moved out of the area six years ago and have been renting our condo out, it's been a struggle to find someone we can trust and rely on to make the necessary  home repairs, until hiring James the Canadian Handyman.   James takes great pride in the work he does and it shows.  The first job James did for us involved him solving and fixing a major bathroom sink and pipe problem that others, including plumbers, could not figure out. He is upfront and honest, not afraid to consult with other professionals as needed, familiar with building codes etc., professional/personable, which ultimately has provided us with the best quality service/repair for our condo,  we have found on Yelp.  We continue to use Jame's services as needed.

We've used Hotline Plumbing several times over the past years.  Back on Monday afternoon, Geovanni (the owner) sent a team member to fix our garbage disposal and found a dime inside, and not surprisingly charged us minimally for their SOP site visit fee.  They are excellent technicians with extremely fair pricing.  Great work again!

Thank you so much Mick for all of your help! My gardener had accidentally hit my earthquake gas shut off and turned it off. I called the gas company who said its gonna take a day to get someone out and it would cost me $80.00. I called another plumber who literally told me i feel bad charging you for something so small, but it would be my regular cost to come out $100. I called Right Price Rooter & Plumbing and Mick was so amazing he literally said Ill just walk you through it on the phone and in a minute I had my gas back on. It's not a matter of the charge I would have paid whatever it cost to have it done, but Mick's kindness, professionalism, and just plain humanity was so refreshing and nice that I will call him from here forward for any plumbing issues I have. I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

I've used Armando's services a couple of times now and he has been great every time. He is professional, honest, responds quickly, and offers competitive pricing. I would definitely use his services again.

We had two bathroom faucets  and a shower head replaced. Our plumbing is older and it wasn't easy to remove the old faucets, but he didn't complain, just did it.  He cleaned up the work space and left the bathroom better than when he arrived.

I had a garbage disposal that was no longer working properly and it was leaking, so I called Diaz Plumbing to come out and assess the situation. They were very responsive and worked with my schedule. When they came by, they told me the disposal just needed to be replaced, and quoted me a very reasonable price including actual cost of the replacement plus labor. When I indicated I was considering doing it myself instead, they didn't pressure me at all to use their services and just told me to call if I ran into problems. It seems to have gone smoothly and that won't be needed. But my positive experience and their goodwill has shot them to the top of my list of who to call next time I need plumbing services!

Pat and Jeff are plumbing gods.  After I did something really stupid...too stupid to mention here...Pat and Jeff came in a relieved a lot of stress with professionalism and humor.  If you need a plumber who's honest and gives it to you straight, look no further.  One of the biggest fears as a homeowner is not getting stiffed by plumbers, electricians, etc. because after 1 minute they know if you know anything about their craft and can take advantage.  Not these plumbers.  Great guys.  Thanks Pat and Jeff, you guys are fantastic, but I hope I don't see you again.  I mean that in the highest respect.

Mac answered my text within reasonable time. He asked about what was wrong and responded quickly. Although, I no longer needed him to come out, he was so cool and relatable and his quote was the best I've heard. We're new first-time homeowners and as such panicked when Sunday evening, we had sewage backing out of our 1st floor utility room drain. We called Rescue Plumbing and they showed up within an hour and Dex and his partner were friendly and professional. That was all the good part. What's very upsetting is, they led us to believe that insurance would cover the cost of clearing out the blockages. I asked them if they will bill the insurance directly and they said no you pay us and then claim it on insurance. They charged us over $2000 to clear the blockage! That's like 6x of what anyone else would have charged. I understand it was an emergency call on Sunday evening but still quite ridiculous! Figuring insurance would cover it, I went ahead with it because with 2 kids at home and a busy week ahead, I didn't want to wait and shop around. I might have if I knew insurance would cover it. Next day, another plumber from Rescue, Joey, came out to check the backflow valve which is in the garage. I was busy working in the other room and he called me over and showed me that the valve had come out and couldn't be replaced and the entire fixture would need to be excavated from the garage. He also said that it's pitching the wrong way so that would need to be corrected. Cost of that was an additional $7200 and that insurance would cover it. After he left, I called my claims adjuster and she said there's no way insurance covers this. What's worse is that he took away the broken parts with him so I couldn't even show it to another plumber and get a 2nd opinion or see if they could repair it etc. I had a drainage guy come and clean the catch basin and hydrojet the lines a few days later and I showed them the backflow valve fixture and they said the pitch is fine, it's flowing the right way. While they were prompt and courteous, I'm upset about their charges and misleading me into believing insurance covers things that they should know aren't covered. Insurance only covers damages and loss of property, not fixing plumbing issues.

They were respectful and did a great job fory Granny. I'll call you guys anytime.

Scotty's Plumbing must be on your go to list for plumbing service.  You will receive professional, friendly service with a contractor that actively communication with you.  Our issues were relatively minor.  A few photos shared with Scotty before his appointment allowed him to pre-diagnose the issue.  Pricing is more than fair.  Highly recommend Scotty!

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
