I interviewed several plumbing companies on this site. I offered pictures of the project that needed done. This was on a Friday and they not only gave me a price, they also told me they would arrive on Sunday at no extra cost. The workers did an excellent job and kept me informed of how things were going every step of the way. They customer service and the quality of the job were outstanding.

Along with 2 clogged sinks. Saturday night our toilet clogs and Sunday morning there's no sign of it getting better. So I looked for a local plumber and Macías comes up. He Answered our call said he would take 3 hrs for him to finish another job and would head on over. Unclogged everything. Price was reasonable for a Sunday emergency. Mr. Ros Macías was very nice and informative.

Thank you hotline plumbing team for coming out and checking out the problem in such short notice. I could not do another COLD shower... it's ok if it was summer.  
Mauricio and William were great and got the job done. Came with a replacement and got to work. Mauricio was very patient in answering all my questions. He also found a leak in our sprinkler and was able to fix it so we're not wasting water. We had a good laugh when he has explaining and teaching me about the water pipes. It showed how much I knew about plumbing.  Thank you I learned something today.  And he unclogged mom's sink. She is very happy! Thank you again, I know you guys were busy today but was able to squeeze us in. I will definitely reach out to you guys whenever I need your services. And will recommend you to family and friends. It's not often you find your go-to person or company that you feel comfortable with and can genuinely trust that they care and will do their job correctly.

Right Price Rooter isn't just focused on the right price but also focused on doing the right thing, the right way and right away. They show up on time. They're flexible with your scheduling limitations. They explain what needs to happen. They don't upsell you based on your future fear. I spoke with Mick personally and he even came to meet at the jobsite. He's polite and patient. His employees Fernando and Pablo (not Giovanni - corrected) are quick and accurate. No more pinhole leaks! They went over and above what I expected. All work has before and after photos which they show and explain which is helpful if the repair is in a space you can't get to or see easily. Mick even said, in a follow-up call, if I wanted to have him stop by, 3, 6 months down the road or at anytime for peace of mind, he would do that personally. These guys are awesome!

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

Fast, friendly, affordable, reliable service. Harry did a fantastic job and was able to diagnose the issue very quickly and without any headaches. He will be my go to plumber in the valley going forward.

2nd time posting a review for Armando and I'm going to give him and his team another 5 stars. I reached out to Armando on Sunday due to a toilet issue, his schedule was pretty full but he was able to come out Wednesday morning at 9am. His team arrived on time and had the problem fixed within 25 minutes. Armando is my go to plumber! Fast, reliable, and gets the job done.

We had two bathroom faucets  and a shower head replaced. Our plumbing is older and it wasn't easy to remove the old faucets, but he didn't complain, just did it.  He cleaned up the work space and left the bathroom better than when he arrived.
Teddy is honest, hardworking and a professional handyman.
We were very pleased with his work and his desire to help us.
He is definitely on my list to give him a call for more household work.

He diagnosed the issues we were having with an old regulator and replaced it for less than other quotes.

Can't say enough about the way he communicated the issue and fixed it. Will use him again when we have pipe, water heater, etc issues.

I had the opportunity to interact with Adrian and Thomas of Diaz Plumbing recently.  We had an emergency situation in our townhouse community with a natural gas leak in the underground.  The Gas Company came out and inspected the line and determined the leak was downstream of the meter which meant that it was our responsibility to get the repairs completed.  Our regular plumbing company, who had performed similar repairs for other homes in our community was booked, but told us that there was a chance they might be able to do the work, provided they complete one of their booked jobs earlier than scheduled.  

As a backup, I contacted Adrian by phone.  He was driving at the time, but took the time to listen to my description of the problem.  I explained to him that I needed a backup plumber in case our regular plumber was unable to do the work.  He said that it would not be a problem to come out and perform an inspection.  He asked me to text him the address and contact information and he would dispatch one of his supervisors as soon as he could.  Within 5 minutes, I received a call back from Thomas of Dias Plumbing and we quickly set up an appointment with a 30 minute ETA.  

When Thomas arrived, he was cordial and courteous.  He took a look at the damaged pipe, determined what needed to be done and gave me a quote and an estimated time of completion.  As I explained to him, I was awaiting a phone call from our regular plumber and that Diaz was #2 in line to perform the work if our regular plumber was unavailable to perform the work.  

As it turned out, our regular plumber was able to clear his calendar and perform the work for us.  I contacted Thomas and explained to him the situation.  While most plumbers would charge just for showing up, Thomas said there would be no charge for doing the inspection and instead thanked me for giving Diaz Plumbing the opportunity to provide a quote and if we ever needed any plumbing work, to give them a call.  Instead of being bitter and pissed off that I wasted an hour of his life, Thomas was bright and cheerful and he was thanking me!    

There are very few service companies that have this wonderful professionalism.  It doesn't happen very often.  When it does, I definitely take notice.

So while I did not have a chance to engage the services of Diaz Plumbing in actual work performed, just the great interaction that I had with Adrian and Thomas tells me that these guys are professionals in what they do.  This along with the many positive Yelp reviews of their work earns Diaz Plumbing a place on my contact list and at some point in time when we have another plumbing job to be done, I will try to send some work in their direction.  Having worked with many contractors through the years, my radar senses tells me that these are guys I can trust and work with.

Wow.  Drain-EEZ is amazing!  Having had toilet problems for nearly 5 years and multiple plumbers out to look at the issue, I finally found someone who could help us!  We've had TWO different plumbing companies out to fix the issue and we were told hold the flusher down longer and then told to replace the toilet-which another company quoted at $800 installed!?  I came across Drain-EEZ and put in a call this morning for a quote to install a toilet that we would purchase on our own.  A plumber called me back within a couple of hours and could not have been nicer!  He asked me all about the problems we were having, quoted WAYYYY less than I had recently been quoted then told me to text him a few pics of the toilet.  He called me back less than 5 minutes after I sent pictures and taught me over the phone how to fix my current toilet without replacing it for roughly $4 and trip to Home Depot.  He even offered to walk us through it over the phone after we go buy the part!  Seriously, so AMAZING.  I will definitely be using them anytime I have a future plumbing problem.  THANK YOU!

Couldn't be happier with the service we received from Mac and his team. I called them late afternoon when I discovered my hot water heater had blown and they came out that evening to drain the tank. The next morning they installed the new unit.  They are very extremely responsive and customer-focused, highly recommended!

Pete & Noah showed up right on time, and expertly replaced a broken garbage disposal and leaky pipe in ~30 minutes.  The cost sounded high to me at first, but they explained each step, and were very professional throughout -- careful, quick, and willing to adjust cost where possible. Many thanks!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Definitely took the customer service to another level with that. Plus, the 10% coupon helped..

We've used Scotty for years and absolutely love him.  He is super professional, prompt and great at what he does.

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
