I called ahead of time and got a quote for the services that I needed, and they gave me the best quote in town. Some time later I arranged the job and Alfredo was assigned to complete the job. Despite a few hiccups of needed parts and tools, Alfredo persevered and completed the job as we needed. Recommended

Harry (the owner) was very quick and responsive after I put out a request on Yelp for an urgent need for clearing a clogged sewer line.  He was able to snake the line and charged a very reasonable amount.  I did have another plumber from one of those franchise outfits come out to look at the problem before Harry contacted me.  The other guy, whose company advertises a $49 drain cleaning service, gave me a bunch of reasons why he couldn't snake the line and that I would need to have it hydro jetted for which he would charge $600.  What a scam.  Harry was able to do the job that the other guy said couldn't be done and charged far less.

I called Armando first thing in the morning for installation of my new toilet. It didn't have a flange or ring. He came out a few hours later to give me a quote. He was positive and reassuring about the job. In no time at all my new toilet was securely installed.

Mine was a short experience with Jay, but a great one.

It was a Wednesday morning and I called about 9:30 with a shower that wasn't getting hot. Jay told me he'd be in my hood for his next job, and to text him my address. He updated me by text, arrived at my place by 11, identified the problem and fixed it in 30 seconds - and didn't even charge!

I'll call Jay with all future problems. Nice to finally have a go-to plumber!

Our tankless water broke on a Monday. Called the Diaz plumbing guys cause they're right down the street from our house and I like to support local Highland Park businesses. They came out right away and provided a estimate. I contacted two other plumbing vendors that were not local to make sure I was getting a competitive price. Out of the three vendors Diaz plumbing provided the best customer service, the most competitive and detailed estimate, and the fastest turnaround. By Wednesday morning at 9 am Chris and Adrian from Diaz plumbing were at my house installing the brand new replacement water heater. Additionally, Diaz plumbing provided answers to all my questions. They were also knowledgeable enough to suggest that the water heater be serviced once a year as well as installing a de-scaler for our new water heater that will extend the life of the unit. Finally I want to say thank you for keeping a clean work area during and after the installation work. I will definitely call thaws guys back in the future for any plumbing needs. If you need a knowledgeable and reliable plumbing service Diaz plumbing are the guys you'll want to call. Thank Adrian and your team for the great work!!

Came out yesterday.  Friendly with very reasonable prices.  What else do you need to know?

Great company.  We had a surprise leak in our kitchen sink and needed it repaired that same day.  We called Mac and he was super helpful.  He tried to help us fix the problem over the phone and when it became clear that it could not be fixed, he went and got us a new faucet and had someone at our house replacing the broken faucet in a matter of a few hours.  Very fast and friendly service and they did a great job.  When you need someone who is good and fair and will get your work done quickly and well, give this company a call!

We had the worst experience with this company. The actual plumber that came out was great! He arrived early, was quick and helpful. Once we started talking to the admin staff to get everything in order due to our HOA specifications, it was a nightmare. There was zero organization, information kept getting lost and on the 4th day of trying to get things done, I got an email asking who I was and when they came out and got yelled at by a man over the phone.

Would not recommend. Other than the actual plumber, this company was awful.
