I called on a Sunday, not expecting All Service Plumbing to be open but Mike answered the phone and I could tell he was just trying to have some time to himself as he is open all the time.  I told him it wasn't an emergency so we scheduled an appointment for the next morning.  Mike and Manny showed up on time, looking as professional as ever! I briefly explained my situation, using my hopeful professional plumbing lingo, exactly what I wanted and needed.  They produced a complete job on releasing my sludge and took their time to make sure my main piping was cleaned out. Hope I didn't upset Mike and Manny watching them as I was very interested seeing the sludge my house was producing and with my dry humor...as I gave them trouble on their price but I know they did a great job. Thanks again, boys!

We just found Hotline Plumbing and are thrilled with them! Giovanni is always prompt to respond, and gracious with our needs, and Mauricio and Ben have given beyond excellent service with our new water heater and sink disposal. Washing machine drain had backed up because it was galvanized piping. Mick came out, saw the problem diagnosed it gave me the easy option- drain opener and the hard but long term solution- change the pipes.  I chose to change pipes. So glad i did. Robert came out the next morning and  after crawling under the house and breaking into the wall the pipe is changed.  Robert cleaned up after himself and worked as fast as humanly possible.  Thanks Right Price Rooter for getting it done right.

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

We used Sewerman for sewer inspection for a house purchase. The house was (is) in escrow. We emphasized the urgency of the report and asked if he is going to use the camera for his report.He said yes and yes.
Usually such reports sent in 24hrs.with the video of the sewer line and the conclusion of the inspector.This is the right way and the only way to have the view inside the sewer line,  otherwise how would we know he actually has the equipment and the information we need?
5 days calling/texting to retrieve the report (visit on 11/2; report on 11/8). I got an invoice and short confirmation: the overall sewer is good. Please pay the invoice.
I asked, where is the link to the camera video? Harry attacked, 'you didn't ask' and  immediately got defensive and raised his voice:'clearly insisting about the video i am being the most difficult client he EVER had and I have no idea what am I talking about!:)

We called Teddy in the morning with an urgent request that needed to be done before the day was over.  From the beginning he was responsive and offered a fair price to come out.  Once he arrived he was friendly and efficient.  He got on our roof to reposition a tarp that had blown over and also installed an exterior light fixture.  

He's both capable and reliable which is not always the case with some handymen.  We really appreciated him and will definitely consider him for future projects.  Thanks Teddy!

I called Pat yesterday about my garbage disposal. He took time to answer all of my questions and he helped me diagnose the problem. He told me what to do over the phone and I fixed it myself! Pat was extremely helpful and I would refer anyone to Drain-EEZ. I will be using them in the future.

Mac and Fast Plumbing 247 are the best! Our water heater stopped working at 5 p.m. on Saturday, and Mac had us taking hot showers by noon on Sunday! He was friendly, professional, efficient and honest. It was incredibly easy to schedule an appointment with him, even on a weekend before a holiday. And he came to the appointment prepared with all of the equipment and staff needed to quickly replace our water heater (even though we didn't know it would need to be replaced when we scheduled the appointment). Throughout the repair process, he kept me informed on what he was doing and explained things in a very simple, easy to understand manner. He was also very straightforward when explaining the cost and welcomed me to get other quotes. The entire process was much more painless than I could have expected, and I would highly recommend Mac & his team to other Yelpers!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
