I know 1 bad review does not make or break. However this is  NOT a good experience and this does deserves to be known.

Day 1 - After coming out with hydro-jetting and not clearing the plug completely or having their camera scope as advertised, tech said they would be back the next day.
Day 2 - scheduled between 2:00-4:00 after we called, Avant postponed again.
Day 3 - of stopped sewer main line.  Called the office with no return call, so texted their service text in the morning and to my surprise a reply from Yani. Yani confirmed Avant Head Tech would be out between 2:00-4:00 and have all the equipment necessary to complete the job.  Texted Yani again and Yani replied  that head tech would call soon.  To tech credit, communication was poor within their company. Head tech called at 4:30 is postponing for a 3rd time on Friday afternoon, as he was off for the day and had no access to camera scope. While on phone with head tech and my husband on phone speaker in my frustration I said WTF are we dealing with and from there the professional head tech went off and every other word was *uc* and yelling over the phone. LOL, I would say he was having a bad day. Unacceptable for a professional. We called Pro Rooter Services, Cesar, and Cesar cleared the blockage, on time and well prepared, where Avant could not.

Texted Yani, she texted back she would tell the manager of this experience.  Use Avant at your own risk. They are not prepared, organized with poor communications.

I appreciate Mike going the extra step to help us on short notice on a Saturday.  He sent Oscar and Henry.  They sent us updates and arrived ahead of schedule.  They were very professional and courteous.  They assessed the job walking through it with me.  They provided a fair estimate.  The provided updates through every step of the work.  They completed the hydro jet and camera inspection reviewing results.  They provided a fair estimate for the additional work required.  In addition, they provided recommendations for homeowner periodic maintenance.  My family and I were very comfortable with them.  My experience was good people taking pride in doing a good job and establishing a relationship. Pride and workmanship.  We are grateful.

James did an admirable job for me.  I hired him after having to fire a plumber I had worked with for years.  

I scheduled with the previous plumber twice and he wouldn't show up or even call to say he wasn't coming.  It was a tremendous inconvenience to my tenant, who needed a simple water leak fixed.

James scheduled an appointment with me online, showed up on time, and made a valiant effort to make the repair in a timely fashion.

But... There was a glitch in the installation, and I was really nervous about having already paid for the services when we discovered the issue a few hours later (anti-scalding temperature setting in the new shower valve didn't allow enough hot water).  

James demonstrated honor and integrity by volunteering to come back and fix the mistake at no additional charge, without me having to ask.  Do you have any idea how rare that is these days?

As a business owner who has had, on more than one occasion, to go back and correct a mistake at my own cost I was impressed by his willingness to do so, and frankly his eagerness to make it right.

I would recommend him to apartment owners looking for a reliable handyman.  

You get what you pay for, and the lowest bidder isn't always the best option.

James did good work, and when we discovered a mistake he made it right, right away.  Can't ask for more than that!

I needed a washing pan installed and my dish washer pipes unclogged. All I can say is that I experienced 5 star service and was charged fair prices compared to competing plumbers. Joshua was my plumber and he was very experienced and got the job done right. He even checked the rest of my house and gave me great advise on certain warranties the house builder should cover. He dropped such valuable knowledge on possible ways to save money on future plumbing services. Will call when I need future plumbing services.

My wife had complained to be that out garbage disposal was backing up. Reached out to Macias Plumbing and they responded very quickly to have someone come out. Ros showed up, inspected the situation and determined no repairs needed. I appreciate his honesty with the situation. I will be hiring him for all future plumbing needs.

My wife and I had to replace the water heater that came with the house we purchased.

After meeting with a few companies and getting quotes, we decided to go with Hotline. They were extremely communicative throughout the process, they gave us the most competitive bid for a tankless water heater and system, they were honest and upfront about what was needed.

Mauricio and William did a fantastic job. They were professional and we are very happy with their work.

Rite Price did a full re-piping of our building in summer of 2021. I'm a little late to review, but I've had a number of subsequent experiences with them for other plumbing needs, so I can speak to both a range of services and the longevity of the re-piping as well.

First off, Mick is very responsive and straight forward, and he takes customer satisfaction very seriously. He seems to take a lot of pride in having taken over the family business and often refers to the origins of the business and what his father did to build it, and I think that sense of responsibility is a source of his integrity. I say this all because if you've ever needed a large job done, you know dealing with contractors can be challenging, so integrity and trust are at the top of my list when I ask for quotes and price is second (which incidentally they are competitive on as well).

For the re-piping, they removed all the old piping in a 4-unit building and replaced it with American copper, which they cover with a warranty for so long I don't even remember. At least 25 years. They got in within the week, and finished the job in about a week as well, including drywall. We never had any complaints from tenants about anyone or anything. Basically, they got in, did their job, and got out. In a residential building, that is paramount. Mick even made sure they put in new faucets, etc, that may have had debris from the old pipes, which I thought was a nice touch. There were a few little touch-up things required after the fact, which is to be expected, and Mick immediately sent people out to attend to them without any hesitation. He even showed up himself on a Sunday to check a water heater issue. And we haven't had a single problem with the new pipes since.

Since then, Mick is always my first call when we need anything piping-related. They've unclogged multiple drains, fixed a leaky shower. I've never waited more than a couple hours for someone to show up, and everyone that's come through has been good at their jobs, efficient and just generally nice.

As a property owner, I don't want to shop around every time something comes up with 100 year old plumbing. I appreciate that I can trust Mick to do the job, do it efficiently, and to not rip me off in the process. Happy client here.

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

We used Sewerman for sewer inspection for a house purchase. The house was (is) in escrow. We emphasized the urgency of the report and asked if he is going to use the camera for his report.He said yes and yes.
Usually such reports sent in 24hrs.with the video of the sewer line and the conclusion of the inspector.This is the right way and the only way to have the view inside the sewer line,  otherwise how would we know he actually has the equipment and the information we need?
5 days calling/texting to retrieve the report (visit on 11/2; report on 11/8). I got an invoice and short confirmation: the overall sewer is good. Please pay the invoice.
I asked, where is the link to the camera video? Harry attacked, 'you didn't ask' and  immediately got defensive and raised his voice:'clearly insisting about the video i am being the most difficult client he EVER had and I have no idea what am I talking about!:)

2nd time posting a review for Armando and I'm going to give him and his team another 5 stars. I reached out to Armando on Sunday due to a toilet issue, his schedule was pretty full but he was able to come out Wednesday morning at 9am. His team arrived on time and had the problem fixed within 25 minutes. Armando is my go to plumber! Fast, reliable, and gets the job done.

We called Teddy in the morning with an urgent request that needed to be done before the day was over.  From the beginning he was responsive and offered a fair price to come out.  Once he arrived he was friendly and efficient.  He got on our roof to reposition a tarp that had blown over and also installed an exterior light fixture.  

He's both capable and reliable which is not always the case with some handymen.  We really appreciated him and will definitely consider him for future projects.  Thanks Teddy!

I clogged my kitchen sink and was panicking about when to get it fixed since my work days are very long. I decided to call Jay based off other yelp reviews and he did not disappoint! He was able to come at the time I requested (so ideal for an inflexible work schedule) and price was affordable and fair. He also gave me lots of advice on how to avoid a disaster in the future. I highly recommend calling him for plumbing needs!

I'm not tempted to write yelp reviews very often but the service from the guys over at Diaz Plumbing has been spectacular. We have called them out twice in the last week to help us with some problems we've been having with the pipes they diagnose the problem and tried to give us the most affordable option for a fix, when the problem proved worse than we first thought they sent the crew out again at no extra cost to weigh up our options. They are so knowledgeable and do their best to make you understand exactly what they are doing and what you are paying for. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Thanks!

Great service and quick response. I've had issues with the drain in my shower and searched on yelp for highly rated plumbing. Im very pleased with how Honest, fast and reasonably priced they were.

Best ever! We had a water heater crisis on Friday night of a holiday weekend. Mac and Jim answered the phone right away, talked us through the problem, and showed up first thing Saturday to install our new water heater. They are now my go-to experts for water heater plumbing and I can't recommend them highly enough. We are clean and decent again thanks to FastPlumbing247. These guys are professional, prompt, honest, and affordable and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Great group of people. I called for a catch basin repair and they came the next day and installed an entire new basin in one day. Pete was especially awesome and guided me through the process perfectly.

Scott responded right away, was very easy to work with, solved the problem and charged a very reasonable rate.

I've dealt with plumbers who are good at their work, but bad at communicating, and others that communicate well but don't do the job very effectively.  Scott is the best of both worlds.  He sent me several texts over the course of 24 hours updating his status and ETA.  That's a real comfort when you need the plumber there right away.  Highly recommended.

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
