Macias Plumbing is the best. I had a broken shower fixture and no one was available on a Sunday morning except for Macias. He gave up one of his employee to come and fix my shower. Teddy came by and helped me hang a large mirror and installed curtain rods. He was very quick and efficient. He also came right on time and was flexible with changing the time day of due to an emergency. He also helped me with a faucet and another minor furnishing in the bathroom.

They were GREAT! Hardworking and showed up twice over the week of Thanksgiving to check out a leak coming from the light fixture. They came after hours and took the time to find the real issue rather than just taking out the ceiling which would have been easy for them to do. I really appreciated them being careful and they ended up fixing the issue in 40 minutes without opening the ceiling at all! I love this father son duo. They were respectful and polite! I will definitely be using them for any future issues! They also called to follow up!

We had an issue with our toilet not seating right, when I removed it the ring wasn't properly secured to the floor and was damaged. I had to turn to the pros. I called them on the Friday before the long three day memorial weekend, I was surprised they said the would be at my house at 8 a.m. that Monday. They got everything corrected and installed a new toilet. The work was top tier, very professional. I recommend Diaz plumbing. My grandma used to have Adrian Diaz do our plumbing in El Sereno in the late 80's, great plumbers, truly reliable and most importantly they do a professional job. Great work, solid pricing and always helpful. Thanks again.

I highly recommeend this company.  From my first interaction Katrina i could tell this was a company I wanted to give my buisness to. Lou was also amazing.  He went out of his way to explain to me in layman's terms what the problems are, why they occurred and how they can be fixed.  If anything comes up in the future they will definitely be my first call.

I wasn't sure whether to be glad that Mac came back so many times to fix his poor work or if I should be upset that he couldn't get it right the first time. He is difficult to pin down on a time, even a loose window. He always seems in a rush and is less than patient. He has no attention to detail I can't recommend him. He is difficult to work with and schedule. The work itself was okay, but only after he fixed it three times. On top of all that, he is pretty darn expensive. I'd go with someone else if at all possible.

Bob and Tom were great.  They didn't charge us a service fee for coming out even though we had agreed to one.  There was a leak into unit below.  Another company put a toilet it's still under warranty so hopefully they fix it or we will call rescue back

Ultimately drain cleared so going to write this off to initial frustration

Owner has been highly professional

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
