Good company, they did not push to come see a problem that was easily explain by phone.  Also they did not attempt to act like they had to do way more than need for the job I need done which was to replace a main shutoff valve.  The plumber came out the next morning on time and got to work.  Last but not least, they were affordable.  I did not sense greed, and my job was done for a fair price.

I don't work with many plumbing companies, luckily, but I'm glad I found these guys on Yelp. When my hot water stopped working, it was easy to schedule a service appointment over the phone and then Mike was here to save the day! Very professional and easy to talk to. He explained & fixed the problem (my thermocouple) and I was showering again in no time. Thanks again!!

I had a kitchen that needed new cabinets, we were assuming it was going to be expensive. James came by and sanded down our cabinets and made them look like new. We didn't expect them to look as good as they did but he did a fantastic job. Very professional demeanor and he was the most polite handyman I've ever met.

We called early one morning after waking up to a pool of water on our floor. An Olson plumber came over immediately and discovered a slab leak. Things happened so fast from diagnosis to repair by these expert people. The leak caused major damage. The crew was informative, educated, patient, hard working with attitude plus. Our home is 40 + years old, so upon recommendations and some googling we asked Olson  after the repair to replace the rest our pipes with PEX pipes. They do quality work and we feel secure in this old house we love that we are leak free. The Olson team was reliable, responsive and took great care to protect our property and we were so lucky to have them take care of us.

Had an issue with our water heater and Ross came around in a couple of hours and got the pilot light started.

The only thing hot about hotline plumbing is their price and their lies. A company without honor or integrity.

I'm docking stars for the following:

1. Misleading- Quoted me a blind, over-the-phone price of $250 to a maximum $960 at my request for a pipe repair and the next day raised the price to $1500-$1800.

2. Overcharging - Ended up charging me $1800 when their worst case scenario price was not to exceed $960.

3. Unprepared- Told them to be prepared to finish the work at the newly quoted $1500-$1800 price after they expose the faulty pipe and they agreed. Once they located the faulty pipe and exposed it (demolitioned it), made me wait another day to finish repairs because they didn't have their tools with them.

4. Disrespectful - The repair guys spoke exclusively in Spanish in front of me thinking I didn't understand. They made it clear (of course in Spanish) that no matter what, they were going to replace two pipes. This was a logical continuation of their plan to nickel and dime me because the final price was $1800.

5. Without Honor - At the conclusion of their work, I asked if they would give me a military discount as advertised and they let me know that they wouldn't because they already gave me a discounted price at a whopping $1800. They also mentioned that they gave me free cement, when cementing a job site was an agreed upon item. They misuse their veteran discount as a ploy to benefit off of veterans who fought for their freedom.

Highly Encourage Using Another Company!

I hired Mick and his incredible crew to repipe my house. My house is slightly vintage and required some special attention.  The crew was very respectful and worked hard and clean as much as possible especially in an older home. I would recommend the Right Price team for your jobs Big or Small.

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

We had a problem with our service line and called Harry, who was so wonderful to work with. He came out right away and assessed the issue and explained what our options were. He used the newest tech to repair our failed pipe. We would 100% recommend him and his team to anyone needing help with plumbing .

Armando is hands down the BEST!  Super friendly and knows his stuff. I'd requested quotes from a few plumbers and he was the first to reply!  I had a toilet that wouldn't stop running, and it was driving me crazy.  Armando came out, same day, and got it fixed within minutes.  It was a super quick fix for him.  He restored my sanity, because that running toilet was driving me insane!  I told him when he left that he is now the official plumber for my house, and I meant it.  The next time I have ANY plumbing issue, Armando is the first and only person I'm calling!

Teddy actually saved me money by replacing parts of the bath doors and sliding doors instead of all of the doors. I needed the same day service and he was able to come same day. He is reliable and responsible. I will use him in the future.

I had some faulty shut off valves I discovered midway into remodeling my kitchen. Jay was able to come same day, within a few hours of calling him! He was professional, quick and reasonabley priced. He got me back on schedule with no trouble. I would definitley recomend these guys to anyone who needs a plumber.

Easy to schedule. Professional and excellent service.  I had them help out with a drain clog that was tricky due to the developer of my condo skimping out on a proper dual sink configuration but they were able to resolve the issue.  I want to add they took very good care of keeping the area tidy throughout the process which was not only impressive but much appreciated.  Overall pricing was completely reasonable.  Highly recommended for your residential plumbing needs.

AWESOME!!! I had clogs in both bathroom sinks and the upstairs shower. They came about 4 hours after I called when everyone else was too busy. They fixed everything!!! They're now in my contacts so I have their phone number at the ready. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

On Monday we had just replaced a 20-year-old furnace for our two-flat. On Wednesday morning we woke up to its sibling, the water heater, also dead. Since we're all home all day (pandemic), hot water is kind of important in our lives. What to do? Fastplumbing247 came up with some pretty great reviews here on Yelp and they seemed legit (I try to read between the lines with online reviews).

I gave them a call (after looking up prices on water heaters) and was pleasantly surprised that my experience matched the reviews I had read. I sent a couple photos of the old unit, and within 5 minutes I had an estimate, a lot of questions answered, and a plan to get a new water heater installed that day. They showed up on time (by noon, after I called around 9 am), got the job done (in a tight space), fixed a few additional items along the way, and got the old rusty monster (75 gal) out by 4 pm. The price was totally reasonable and better than I expected. The guy who installed it was friendly, professional, and respected our social-distancing and masking needs (again, the pandemic ...). We didn't go more than 8 hours without hot water. Could have been MUCH worse.

I asked if they do other plumbing work, and the answer was occasionally, but they pretty much just install water heaters all day around Chicago. I imagine that could indeed keep a company busy. Anyway, they've gotten really good at it - efficient, cost-effective, well-prepared, and competent. All the things you want for an appliance that could potentially explode or flood your house. I hope they're available 15-20 years from now when I need to do this again (knock wood).  All the 5-star reviews make sense to me, so I'm adding my own!

Dex and Brian are phenomenal. I've had them out a few times to solve a clogged pipe and they are always quick, efficient and friendly. They explain the problem and solve it. I would highly recommend Rescue Plumbing. Ask for Dex and Brian and you will not be disappointed!

Chris handled our indoor & outdoor needs knowledgeably and with a great can-do attitude. Prices were fair; he was on time all 3 occasions. I highly recommend Rocket.
