Hands down, the best plumber experience I've ever had. My kitchen sink backed up on a Sunday night. They answered my call immediately, with excellent communication. Within 15 minutes I had a confirmed appointment. Ivar arrived on time first thing this morning, took great care, and was done within minutes. Very friendly, and left the area 100% spotless. A full 35 ft snaking, yet charged exactly what I was quoted on the phone, only $69 -- no gimmicks, no games. They will definitely get my business again, and referrals.

Was referred to All Service by my home warranty company. Mike called me the same day to schedule an appointment (today, Saturday which is awesome I didn't have to take a day off).

Nonetheless, when he arrived he explained to me what was causing the dripping faucet in my bathroom and also gave me some tips on how to keep my drains clean and prevent slow drainage.

Mike was also willing to walk around my property with me to discuss re-piping options including the different materials that can be used. Extremely happy with the quote and will be scheduling the work in the next couple weeks.

Mike - thanks again for your patience with me being a new homeowner. If I could give you 5 starts, I would.

Plumber #1 said it was too difficult of a job.

Shame on me because I did the whole 'cart before the horse' and bought a sink I loved before properly measuring.  It looked good on paper in terms of measurement.  No, it did not fit.  

James made it happen.  A little more sweat than expected but he made it work and I am happy!!!

More importantly, James is on time, reliable and hard working.  I sincerely appreciate someone who makes it happen.

Wanted a leaky kitchen faucet changed. They were able to accommodate my request and scheduled it to be done asap. The work was done neatly and they were very professional.

Best by far of the 10 plumbers that contacted me. Ros had the best price, called me back quick and set up appointment right away. He was friendly and clean and I could not be happier. I still laugh at the crazy price for labor some others gave me.  This guy is # 1 !!!!

I scheduled an estimate visit with Mick from Right Price on a Monday at 7am. When 8 rolled around and nobody had showed up, I gave him a call and he thought it was scheduled for 1 or 2pm that day. He blamed a brain fart for the mix-up. That's fine, I understand that and it wasn't really a problem since I was just getting ready for work. We rescheduled for the following morning at 7:30am. Mick showed up on time, was very nice, looked at the project....totally normal and straight forward. When he was leaving I asked if we could have an estimate by the end of the week and he said I would have it to me by the end of the day. It's now Wednesday of the following week and I've heard nothing.

They might do great work, but it shouldn't be this difficult.

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

If you want to support a small family business support his work! You won't regret it!

Harry is very responsive during the quoting and provided a prompt service to fix my leaking shower. Price is very reasonable. It is a bless to have such good service during the pandemic time.

Armando came in on short notice to unclog our 2nd bathroom since it was backed up pretty bad .  He was very courteous and was able to get the job done in under 30 min . We definitely found our new go to plumber . Thanks again Armando !

Jay showed up incredibly quickly to our Los Feliz duplex to troubleshoot some water pressure issues and work on a gas line. He explained more to me in one hour than our contractors have in one year of work on this godforsaken remodel (kidding) (mostly) (help me). Will absolutely be using them again for any and all plumbing issues.

This company earned every star. Adrian and Hector are the most professional, reliable, and thorough plumbers I've hired. My family and I had an emergency yesterday morning (one of the sewage pipes was backed up) and they responded right away. They gave us a time of arrival, and they were punctual. They clearly explained the issue, gave recommendations (it's a bit more complicated because it's a recurring issue) but were able to address it at least for the time being. It was my first time going with Diaz and they were incredible. Fast, reliable service at a great price! Highly recommend.

Drain-EEZ didn't perform the service I needed, so I ended up not utilizing them.  However, I'm giving 5 stars to the 30 min conversation Pat's wife had with me about my situation and options.  I'd already been ripped off by another plumber and she was kind enough to share her thoughts and experiences.  She even offered to call back with a referral for someone who would do the job properly and ethically.  I've called dozens of plumbers, but none were willing to explain different terms and approaches to me with patience, let alone someone who was for sure not getting the job.  Great customer service!

This is the only company I will deal with moving forward. For starters: the quality of work and customer service is SUPERB. Mac is amazing and clearly an expert in every way. He takes pride in his work and wants to make sure you are taken care of and everything is done the right way. Initially, we exchanged some text messages and pictures to show him my issues, I felt like I was contacting my neighbor to get some help, he was so kind and very patient with me! You can tell he isn't trying to upsell you, or put you through the ringer (lets face it who can last very long with no hot water??).

I have had different water issues over the years and Fasterplumbing247 is the only one I have really trusted and felt really good about. I contacted him around 1pm on a Monday, by 8pm that SAME NIGHT he dropped off my new water heater and some stuff to protect my stairs so he could get started working first thing in the morning. Less than 24 hrs from my first phone call to him and I had a new water heater and ejector pump installed. AMAZING.

I also had some larger companies come by to look at my water heaters/give estimates and they all were going to charge me significantly more money for similar work, but not necessarily the same quality units. Mac uses only top line units - I got a Rheem water heater and a Zoller (sp?) ejector pump. He also included a drip tray and pipe to my drain for no charge - where with the other companies were trying to upsell me to a package that included it. The other large companies were trying to tell me they add in a 6 year warranty as if that was additional, Mac said all good quality units include a 6 year warranty already - just another example of why I trust him for not trying to upcharge me on things.

He is not just a great plumber but a really great human. We traded stories about our kids, he was very COVID aware and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done.

Pete and Noah were absolutely INCREDIBLE! What was thought to be a small clog ended up being a deep plumbing issue and they talked us through every step, tried the most effective methods which keeping the cost affordable. We called in the morning and they did everything that very day.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions.
