Evan visited our home, solved our problem with our two kitchen drains clogged. We are repeat customers with Avant, why? Very reasonable pricing and top notch service. Note also & very importantly, their response time is warp speed!  Try them & you won't shop around again.

We had hydro jetting done, it was $300.  Two months later we still have the same issue.  Not sure why we still have the problem.

My tenants' garbage disposal broke down late Friday and I called around for a plumber. James' pricing was the most reasonable and he also seemed the most knowledgeable so we decided to go with him. Jay was extremely professional, knowledgeable, speedy, and clear in his explanations. We had a 12 year old water heater with a major leak, and he quickly diagnosed the problem, proposed many different solutions. We determined it was not in the best interest to break down a bunch of walls or try to change to a tankless water heater, so we replaced it smoothly and a few hours later always done in better condition than it was before he got there.  I would highly recommend using Jay and the team!

Adrian is my new plumber. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very customer centered. I called on a Sunday expecting to get a recording, but Adrian answered and spelled out different options for my issue, without doing a hard sell. That impressed me. I called him the next day (a holiday), again he answered and within 20 minutes he was at my house giving me a very fair estimate. I called Drain-EEz today about a clogged garbage disposal, after listening to my issue on the phone, the gentleman on the other end of the phone diagnosed and let me know how to fix it myself.  And even offered for me to call back if it didn't work out.  5 min trip to the store to get the part, and it was fixed, saving me $$ from calling a plumber.  Awesome service in my opinion as he really didn't have to do that!

Mac was very accommodating and advised us to secure access to neighboring unit above us prior to booking to avoid a unproductive consultation. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive.

After reaching our neighbors and confirming accessibility, Mac was able to come out within 2 hours, extremely fast visit and fix the issue. We were very appreciative of the service and accommodation, especially on a Saturday. We would definitely use him in the future and recommend him to our friends and family.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Could not have asked for a better experience, especially for my first time needing a plumber in a high rise. Scotty was able to come out within 24 hours of the first call, and not only fixed our clogged sink but also gave us a few tips on other things around the sink that could be improved and even helped us do it right then and there. He was in and out, very nice, and charged a better rate than some of the other plumbers I talked to. Great experience and will use again for all plumbing issues!

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
