Had a leaky water heater and Mike was able to come out the same day. In about an hour a brand new one was in and operational, I will definitely use them again

I hired James to paint two rooms in my apartment recently and I was more than satisfied and impressed with the quality of work and how fast and efficient he was in completion. The Canadian handyman was very courteous and easy to work with and I will definitely be using his services for the next project I have to get done.

Had a sink garbage disposal and heavy leak issue on New Year's Eve! I looked up plumbing and found Macias Plumbing nearby with great reviews. I called and Mr. Macias personally answered himself and was also available with texts. He was extremely quick to respond and very polite. He sent two guys the day after New Year's and they fixed my kitchen sink and installed a new garbage disposal all within 1 hour. They were polite, quick and extremely helpful. Writing Yelp Reviews isn't necessarily on my top list of things to get done during the day. However, when I have an extremely good experience with a company, I want the world to know! I want to make it easier on everyone who's looking for what I was looking for, because honestly, I trust yelpers. Before my recent need for one, I can't remember the last time I needed a plumber. It's safe to say I was freaking out trying to find an affordable plumber who would do a great job. I guess you could say I hit the Jackpot with Jay. He's friendly, fast, and his work is amazing! I'm not sure how many people I've already referred him too! I can't help but to brag about my PLUMBER to my friends. I never thought that would come up in a conversation, but I was so satisfied with the work that I had to let all of my fellow homeowners know. I can honestly say he is the one you need to get the job done. We basically had him replace everything: faucets, toilets, and he's done a spotless job with all of them.On top of that, the bills we've received from him haven't had any surprises as his quotes were very accurate.  I'd highly recommend Jay.  We'll use him for all of our plumbing needs for as long as he's working as one!

Woo! I'm an idiot, and Drain-EEZ didn't punish me for it! I left them an e-mail at 9:30pm tonight because I didn't want to be terrible and call them about a leaky faucet, since it wasn't really an emergency.

I shot them an e-mail instead, and in 30m they called me! I had sent a picture and he immediately knew what the problem was. It was a super simple fix, and instead of taking the fee for just showing up and spending 10 seconds fixing it, he just told me what to do! Voila, all fixed and only 5 minutes of my time, and for free!

Mac and his team arrived at the start of the morning and were quick to install the water heater. He and his team wasted no time getting to work and knew exactly what needed to be done. There was no forgetting tools or constantly running down to the van for things, etc. This 'surgical operation' took them less than 1 hour and would've been faster if I drained my tank ahead of time.

Their team went over how the new tank operates, let me watch and ask questions throughout, and Mac had friendly banter/stories while working. Never once was I told I was in the way or got the feeling like my questions were being dismissed or bothersome. Also, my tank is kind of in a tight space and Mac was quick to tell his assistant Watch the walls and very courteous with the flooring (offered to clean/sweep), etc.

Their price quote was exactly on point (no 'added charges') to what we discussed over the phone. Mac even took the final bill down by suggesting that something he thought was needed originally turned out not to be (would not surprise me if some Companies would just install it anyway and charge).

100% professional and overall just great people. Their cost was FAR more practical than several Companies I spoke with. Will be recommending to neighbors and friends (family not in the area otherwise I'd recommend to them as well).

We had issues with dishwasher which overflowed onto our floor and nasty water was coming up through the sink drains.  Pete and Noah came out and were extremely professional and took care of the clog in no time.  They also let me know that our garbage disposal flange was rusted and would eventually needed to be replaced.  He didn't pressure me at all to replace just as an FYI which was super helpful.  If we ever need a plumber again, we'll  be sure to contact Rescue Plumbing.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Definitely took the customer service to another level with that. Plus, the 10% coupon helped..

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
