Best Plumbing Services in United States
Great work and great pricing. Fair honest and up front.
I've called Konstantin first for my water spigot breaking. He cut out the pipe and installed a shut off valve the next day.
Second; my water heater went out on a weekend. His guy came in and swapped it out quickly and made it so we could have warm showers for work the next day and the pricing was fantastic, plus they hauled away the old one.
Last night my drain backed up during a laundry cycle. He came out today and hydrojetted my sewer line and showed me video before and after of how many roots had invaded my clay pipes.
I would 100% recommend emergency plumbing for any job! It's worth every penny to find a good honest person so if your looking for a new plumber, this is the one!

I called them because they were in the area. They came fast and very convenient. Not sure if they where pricey but got the job in less than an hour from time of call.

The whole team was great with communication. The plumber arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. I'll definitely be using Excel Plumbing again!

My home warranty company had contracted with this plumbing company to repair my sump pump that malfunctioned causing some minor basement flooding. Your Helpful Plumber was scheduled to arrive between 9am and 11am. They never arrived, and I called and texted the company but did not receive a response. My situation is urgent as another severe rainstorm is forecasted for tonight. I called Choice Home Warranty at 4pm to let them know that I needed another plumbing company to come to my home and to cancel the request for Your Helpful Plumber. I went to Home Depot and purchased sand bags to put around my garage in case the rainfall tonight is heavy. NEVER rely on this company, as they are totally unresponsive.

We called for an emergency on a Saturday and he was here within 20 minutes. He took care of the problem in 5 minutes and everything was good. I would recommend them anytime.

I was very happy with the service. They were on time and explained everything up front so there wouldn't be any surprises. I had them install 2 new toilets that I had purchased and their work was very professional and when they were done they hauled away all the old toilets and left my bathrooms looking cleaner than before they were here! I highly recommend them and am happy to say I will use them for any future projects. Thanks to Tim and his workers for a job well done.

Body Plumbing did our City of Chicago Backflow Device testing for our house (we have a home sprinkler system). He came in about half the price of a few other places we called. He was on time, very nice and professional and did all the paperwork. Highly recommended, great experience.

Needed to find a new Backflow inspection company for our home - as our previous vendor chose to shoot up prices beyond our budget.
I was very pleased to have discovered Chicago Backflow.
People I dealt with like Nick, Tiffany, Jessica - and our technician Alan are all superb. I get the sense this company must be managed very well, because everyone has a very nice attitude and exudes warmth.
Alan showed up right on time at 7am (even with snow falling) and was efficient and had a very kind demeanor.
Price was appropriate.
I'll look forward to working with Chicago Backflow again on my annual inspection next year. Thanks again, Mark S.

John was amazing. Quick recap...I was remodeling a bathroom and stupidly hit a pipe with a drill bit. Dumb mistake. This resulted in water spewing out of the pipe and I had to shut down water to my condo.
John was actually out of town coming back to Chicago and referred me to another plumber. The timing didn't work out with that plumber but about an hour later, John told me he was available. He gets to my place faster than he told me (he said an hour but got there in 30 minutes). Then he literally gets the job down in less than 5 minutes. Keep in mind, he told me he could get it done in 10 minutes over the phone whereas other plumbers told me it would take a minimum of 1.5 hours. I was skeptical that he'd get it done but he really did. It comes down to this...if you hire an expert with a vast amount of experience and couple that with very high end and efficient tools (which John owns), you get extremely fast and high quality service.

Overall, just an unfortunate experience. I wish I could relate to some of the other ratings touting their professional, honest and timely work but while the initial conversation with them seemed promising the end result was far different. Repair was completed in two days but when it could have easily been completed in 1 day. They got there closer to 10 and were out by 3 on first day. Next, they didn't return on second day without any notice only to learn they would return an additional 2 days later but only after I reached out to them late in the afternoon on the day they were suppose to return. Changed the quote on me multiple times and got them to stick to original quote through end of project (with the understanding that i might go up which I was ok with) It turns out the items on the final invoice were ridiculously marked up . Im a project manager by trade and regularly work with contractors so was able to see through the BS during these conversations and low and behold was not far off...... $1500 to replace an ejector pump?
$600 for a pump they picked up at Home Depot for $418 + tax (another $250 was charged of supplies, materials, etc by the way), $300 to clean a sump pit (10 minute job at most w/ wet vac). Then another $600 to drop the sump pump in the pit and tie it up. When I disputed this I didnt even get the full conversation going when they quickly offered to reduce the cost by $200 and while it brought the cost down then you know when this happens you've been screwed. WTF, Im ok with extra costs but DAMMN!!. Wanted to trust these guys, really did but just another example of dishonest and shadey buisness practices. I can't recommend these people and please due your diligence when you get work like this done. DAMMMMN!!. Ill be more then happy to share the invoice if you want to see the details.

I have worked with these guys 3 times in the last few months, and always a very positive experience given the circumstances. 1 was a major and planned project that required excavation, permits, scheduling etc and all went off without a hitch and I felt that I got a good value. Second was some very small projects that were handled efficiently. Finally, during the recent flooding events Eric and crew were able to help me out with pumping what seemed like the entire Chicago river out of my garage. Clearly we were freaking out and Eric came back a few times to check and help out even though he was obviously very busy with all the other customers also with emergencies. Everyone that works for North Coast is a pro. I remember people that help me out when I'm in trouble, and reward them with my business for life.

We have loved the service from this company for a few years. However, with the issue we have currently, we needed to call all suburban 3 to 4 times to get them to actually show up at our house. We bought the specific items they recommended and said that they would install specifically. It has now been a month waiting and they apparently just don't value our business because they have completely ghosted us.

Jay with Pressure Pros was the best! I called yesterday and left a message. He called me yesterday night and scheduled me first thing this morning to fix the hot water pressure in my shower/tub. Jay was right on time, extremely friendly, and good with our dog. I highly recommend if you need good work done by someone who is nice and trustworthy. :)

Jeff did the work for my new master bathroom it turned out great. Since then he has done multiple jobs for us always on time and a good value. Jeff knows a lot about construction and home remodeling so his advice is always appreciated with good ideas for the average DIY guy

Darron is the best! Very responsive, professional and prompt, even on Sunday during a Bears game! He came out twice to Buffalo Grove to get the sewer line rodded. Hope it doesn't happen again soon, but now I know who to call.

I had a leaking garbage disposal that was installed incorrectly by another company. Go rooter responded very quickly to my call and fixed the problem almost immediately . The whole process took less than 24 hours. Talk about great service. They were very professional and I highly recommend. Thanks for giving me my sink back!

This is the way plumbing should be done! Best customer service I've ever experienced from a contractor.
Requested a quote thru Yelp and had a call-back within 5 minutes. FIVE MINUTES!
The plumber and apprentice showed up precisely when they said they would, found the cause for the problem and solved it right away.
And I really liked their new tech-based estimate tool. They look the problem up in their software and the fixed price displayed. No haggling.
Hopefully no more plumbing issues, but if something occurs I will be going back to J Blanton.
A new loyal customer.
