The best part of dealing with this company was them walking through everything with you step by step and answering all of your questions. Also, awesome emails showing who was arriving so you know who is walking up to your door and when. Otherwise: timely, excellent communication and service. I wasted time calling other places who just disappointed after dealing with Simple Electric. Can't say enough and will recommend and only use them in the future. Want it done right the first time? Here ya go folks!

These guys are super professional and perfectionist. Had new wires ran under ground to my pool area and afterwards couldn't even tell anyone was there. Everything works and looks better then before!!

I worked with both Daryl & Paul at Wiring Pros for a major project to trench and add a new 200a service for a pool at a small apartment complex. I met them for the initial site visit, and they were on time, polite, answered all my questions, and prompt with providing a written bid with a few options, and their bid was the most competitive.

When I authorized the work, despite some unexpected complications coming up with the permitting process, they both kept me appraised of the progress and stuck to their initial bid. And they delivered quality work on time.

This alone would be worth five stars, but I probably wouldn't have written a review but for two other points where they were great.

1) There was some modest other dead service mast removal and outlet repairs to complete; though they knew I was out of town and unlikely to do a competitive bid on this additional work, they gave a very fair and reasonable bid for these pieces so that there was no hesitation on my part in awarding that incremental work to them.

2) There was yet another piece of work in adding a new pole to adjust the position of the overhead utility line; though they gave a good bid which I approved, after I approved the bid, they started getting mixed signals from the utility on whether they could perform the work or the utility would only allow it to be done in-house.  Paul spent the next two weeks repeatedly calling and following up with the utility to resolve this confusion, rather than starting and charging me for work. We ultimately found out would not be able to be put into service, which was a lot of effort & research into something that didn't turn into a paid job. But yet Paul was incredibly helpful, communicative, and even apologetic for the hold-up (which was the utilities fault, not theirs) 'til the end.

So, if I could give it, six stars, for Paul & Daryl, I would: honest, fair, communicative, competitive, and good quality - a rare combination!

Rogoz to the rescue! SO.... on a COVID-19 weekend, I decided to upgrade to some dimmer switches. Once I tore the outlet box apart, I realized I had no idea what I was doing. Rogoz had competitive pricing and timely availability. Their staff were communicative and easy to work with. They quickly and neatlty completed the project. I really appreciate the time they took to educate me and answer my many  questions. Happy to now have a local, professional electrician I can count on.

My husband & I would HIGHLY recommend Gabe! I literally just searched for a repairman on google with highest reviews & I can attest as to why. He came to our home the SAME DAY we called him, on a Sunday no less, @ 6pm. Our washing machine was giving us issues & after taking a look at it he gave us honest advice about the issue we were having with our washing machine. Ryan just left our place and totally pleased with the outcome. We had an outdoor lighting sconce that was not working and I had narrowed it down to something in the wiring - AKA, call a professional.

I actually found and contacted Firefly Electric on Yelp and the entire process went smooth. They even send text alerts to confirm your appointment, also for when the technician is on the way.

Ryan explained the process and possible charges and then got to work. He was extremely friendly and professional, explaining it in terms that made sense to me. He found and repaired the problem in fairly short order, ended up being a disconnected wire inside the wall. He corrected everything, no surprise charges or fees, totally smooth transaction.

I noticed he even cleaned up the area he was working in. I know that sounds small, but to me it shows he takes pride in his work - in addition to his
positive attitude. I have had other technicians/contractors that just do the job and leave their mess for you to clean up. No huge deal but Ryan's professionalism was noticed and appreciated.

Like most anyone probably reading this, I was nervous for what an electrician might find, and how much it might cost me. I can tell you that my experience with Ryan and Firefly Electric was positive and the charges were fair. I also trust Ryan's work and it's hard to put a price on having piece of mind. Ryan knows what he is doing and it shows.

I wound up calling this company after another company dropped the ball when they came out and didn't solve my issue.  The Bolt Electric tech introduced himself and what company he was with.

I liked that this technician properly troubleshot, discussed with me what they were doing, what it would cost up front, and then solved the issue quickly and even provided me with an inspection of my circuit breaker box as my house is 24 years old.  I was having an issue with an intermittent on a circuit in the kitchen where the microwave or the refrigerator would die but then power would come back after a little bit?

I'd highly recommend this company.  It was $138 to diagnose the problem and install a new outlet.

JR from Affordable Electric Service provided excellent service from my initial phone call to the completion of my request installation of 3 dedicated 20A circuits. This is a New home purchase December 19, 2022. The master bedroom, and living room, were on one circuit breaker. When I used my floor heater would trip  the circuit breaker. JR from Affordable, Electric Service, installed (3) 20A to solve my problem. I now have peace of mind when turning on my floor heater. JR converted an already existing plate to have 20A and 15A plug.
Affordable electric service was polite, prompt, professional, dedicated, patient, courteous, cleanliness, fast and most importantly they live up to their  name affordable, they had a great price.

Absolutely fantastic service.  Contacted after 5 and they responded immediately and came out the next day to fix a neutral wire that was not put in by a previous electrician.  Price was very reasonable and would definitely use them again.  Thank you Mike for providing such great service.

Best service from any repairman in a long while.  Kevin showed up in the earlier part of the 8-12:00 window, which I really appreciated, repaired two ceiling fans, and was gone in less than  half hour. Of interest to me was a comment made by another repairman from a different company--you ought to just get a new fan.  Not needed!  Kevin replaced the capacitor and the fan works fine.  And, reasonably priced.  I will absolutely use them again.

I had an electrical issue I had tried to troubleshoot and fix myself for an entire Saturday. I couldn't figure it out and looked for an electrician. I hired Arc Electrical in the past and the pricing seemed fair so I decided to use them.
Alex replied quickly to text messages, arrived quickly and had my issue fixed in under an hour. It was truly amazing as I had spent an entire day trying to figure it out. I thought the pricing was very fair for calling an electrician.

These guys were great! Not only were the receptionists very helpful and nice, the guys that came out to my home were professional and did a wonderful job. I will be using them again in the future.

Mike did great work for us. We had 2 fans installed in place of recessed lighting in both the living room and dining room. He was professional and onetime. One fan had issues with the remote (both fans were identical and sharing the signal) and he came out quickly to fix the issue. Will use him for sure with any other electrical jobs we have.

James and David were very pleasant to work with.  I found them here on Yelp and decided to give them a go.  I just bought a house that had a laundry list of mostly minor issues that needed to be address.  They showed up when they said they would show up, offered a fair price and, as far as I can tell did everything they said they would do.  When I had questions they were happy to answer them.  I was also appreciative that they cleaned up their mess.  Will definitely go to again in the future.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
