Mike Johnston just left our home.  He is skilled, professional and efficient.  Mike quickly diagnosed our electrical problems and then did the necessary work. Mike is friendly, answered all of our questions and communicates well.  I like that the company sent us a reminder e-mail the day before our scheduled appointment.  Mike then called me when he was on the way to our home the day of our appointment.  He arrived on time (maybe even a bit early).  We will definitely use Simple Electric AZ for all of our future electrical problems.

Hubby had asked for my help in finding a good, reputable company to help him in installing some smart switches.  Hubby is handy with some things but when it comes to messing with electrical stuff, it was most prudent to have a trained professional do the work.  I wholeheartedly agree.

It was early in the morning when hubby made his call to TIO.  We were laying in bed together while he made the call and he did make his requests very clear - someone to come out preferably sooner rather than later to inspect some wiring and install the smart switches he bought.  The lady receptionist was able to have someone come out in about 2 hours.  Talk about FAST!  Hubby quickly agreed.  The tech assigned to us came out earlier than the quoted time frame.  How lucky of us to have 2 different companies come out to us sooner on the same day!

Our tech was polite and honest with his opinions.  He was able to recommend a cheaper alternative to achieve a goal hubby wanted for the kitchen instead of trying to steer us into doing a partial remodel to accommodate the space the wires would need. I strongly said no as soon as I heard the partial remodel was mentioned.  Sorry, not sorry!  The tech did install all the smart switches hubby wanted.  Thanks to TIO, he can relax knowing his goal has been reached.

I took off a star because the receptionist did not communicate to the tech the full request of hubby.  Tech believed he was only doing an estimate when it was supposed to be a full job.  Also, the tech made the same small error twice in 2 different switches.  This was caught before he left our house but as a trained professional, it was confusing that the error happened not once but twice.

Hubby and I appreciate how easy it was to get a hold of the company, the scheduling, and the promptness of the whole process.  Even with the small mishaps, we won't hesitate to use them again.

I needed an additional outlet and requested a quote online. I had all my questions answered within the hour and an appointment made same week! Kevin and Tom arrived before their hour window started and finished quickly, even when I requested additional work. The team was very friendly and did great work. I needed ceiling fans installed into two bedrooms that did not have existing fans or wiring in place. After putting out a RFP on Yelp for multiple bids I received a very fast response from Wiring Pros. They sent out David G. on my schedule and he showed up on time and with a smile on his face. He walked through the space and listened to my ideas because the rooms have lovely 80's popcorn ceilings I am too lazy to scrape off and I wanted to avoid cutting into that wherever possible because it is near impossible to repair and match. We agreed on a plan of attack and I had a written estimate in hand within 24 hours. This included all drywall repairs at the time of the work instead of requiring another subcontractor at a later date which was a key reason I chose them over other companies (I wanted it to be one-and-done.) I ordered a couple of fans (of course they weren't in stock) and Wiring Pros was patient with me as I waited for the fans to show up. Once I had the fans in-hand we scheduled a date and again their technicians showed up exactly when they said they would. They quickly got to work and followed the plan I discussed to get around the ceiling issue (only ceiling cut was a round cut to mount the fan box on the joists.) They covered everything in the rooms with plastic, and cleaned up after themselves before asking me to inspect the job. There was a minor miscommunication on the quote/work order (I wanted stacked dual switches to control fan/lights separately - I showed David G. the same setup I recently had installed in my bathrooms for the exhaust fan/light combo as a reference to make sure we were on the same page - was only listed as install switch) and when I asked about it they made a quick call to base to confirm what was required. I have experienced the hemming and hawing of its not on the work order, you need to reschedule, blah blah blah and I did sign off on that WO without questioning it before paying. After a fast confirmation and not having the right switches on hand they quickly hit the local big box hardware store and returned within 20 mins and installed what I needed with no more fuss. It was refreshing to work with a company that did what they said they would do, did it on time, did it at the cost they quoted AND cleaned up after themselves. I would (and will) recommend Wiring Pros to anyone needing any electrical work in the future.

I am excited and proud to echo the praises made by other yelpers for the team at Rogoz Electric!!! They solved a problem for us with an elegant solution! Called Alex and Arc Electrical and they were at my house at 6am the next morning to fix our electrical issues in no time! Super reliable and knowledgeable. Very friendly and professional as well!

If you're getting a Tesla or other electric vehicle soon you'll probably want a home charging solution.  After getting my Tesla I contacted 3-4 contractors, some who didn't even return my call.  

Matt at Empowered Electrical (EE) Solutions did a fantastic job in 2 days after calling.

It wasn't easy. Because my electrical box was on the other side of the house from my garage he had to thread the line under my entry walkway.  At 7pm I asked him if he just wanted to return the next day.  He was determined to finish and completed it with a headlamp on!  

You don't get service like that often so I just wanted to give Matt a great shout out!

Fast, reasonable, fantastic. Called, came over an hour later to take care of the issue. Had it all sorted in 15 minutes on a Sunday. Will be calling again.

I was very pleased by the quick response time: they came out the same day I contacted them, and quickly found a short behind one of the switch plates. They came out again the next day to install a new box for my ceiling fan.

I also like that they make payment very easy - can be done online with any credit card or PayPal.

I found my go-to electrician!

Had an electrical issue in our kitchen which we tried unsuccessfully to trouble shoot. Reedco quickly sent Wayman and Casey who were both very competent and professional. They fixed my issue quickly, and because there is a two hour minimum charge, they asked if there was anything else I needed to have done while they were there. They explained to me what was wrong and what they did to fix the issue. I would use again.

Showed up on time and knocked out every project on my list at a fair price. These guys run a good business. Won't ever install a fan via handyman again. Fan Dr. Is first class all the way.

Arc electric is simply fantastic!

Being a new home owner, I have learned quickly that it is hard to find good and reliable help.
I have no idea how to do any electrical work, therefore I called Arc Electrical, and Alex answered the phone. I expressed my issues, and he was so understanding of my incompetence of electricity, and assured me he would try his best to help me out!

He did help me out! And was there when he said he would be there. (Which is so refreshing to the 'I'll be there between 1:00 and 4:00)

Called them one afternoon - he came the next afternoon. Showed up early, fixed an odd ball problem, gone in less than a half hour! I had all ready checked the breakers, GFIS, metered the switches and outlets - and was comeplely stumped!!  That's what experience brings to the table!

Found Coltech from a neighborhood referral. Had a major wiring need and they came out promptly. Gave me a quote and when I told them I was getting other bids, they said, no problem. I received 3 other bids and Coltech was not the cheapest but my wife had such a good feeling from her meeting with them, she said go with Coltech, if they are close. I am so glad I did. They came out when promised, made suggestions and were extremely efficient. We like the work they did, as well as the follow up. No need to look elsewhere!

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
