I had such wonderful service from Robert, Jake and especially Jim.  The work took a while but it was all done well and with courtesy.  I love that there is such care taken of your house that the gentlemen wore booties and cleaned everything up.  I highly recommend Simple Electric!

I recently had a circuit with surge protector installed in my garage. The drywall was cut into and then the technician installed in different section until the install was completed. I was advised that I needed to just contact another company to repair the drywall damage by the technician after the install was performed. I followed up with customer service on this issue and they were slow to respond and required multiple follow ups and zero solutions. Find a company that values accountability, their clients, and stands behind their work.

Good communication with the owner and he arranged to replace digital timer for me in last minute.

Quick service!  I needed a NEMA outlet installed in my garage and received a recommendation from someone that just had the same job done by Wiring Pros.  I sent them a couple pictures and they gave me an estimate...two days later, they were here (and on time) and the job was finished in an hour.

Rogoz came out and ran the electric for a hot tub. They were very professional, reliable and completed the job in a timely manner. Would use them again!

Gabriel responded to my call Sunday morning immediately. I am completely satisfied with his work and customer service. He installed our new induction range and convection oven. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We will definitely be using Gabriel and One Shot Installation for all our home electrical needs.

4.5 stars hands down! I needed a complete house upgrade to copper wiring and knew it was going to be a large long project. I did a lot of research and I narrowed it down to three companies. I contacted Firefly and two others on Thanksgiving as a small electrical fire started and Ryan at Firefly was very professional even though I reached out on a Holiday. I recieved the different bids and Ryan came in much lower offering the same services. He didn't gouge me like the others. Ryans lead electrician Diante was fantastic and stayed late on various occasions to ensure things were completed even if it could of waited the following day. I highly recommend Ryan and I am a pretty picky person as the job was completed without any major hurdles. The half star was removed from a 5 star as one of the electricians had to be reminded to shut my front door and gate a few times as well as some uneven and not necessary cuts in the walls, but as soon as Ryan was informed he made sure that little glitch was handled. If you are looking for top notch work, Firefly is the ONLY company to use! Another plus was he didnt nickel and dime me, if something extra needed to be done that arisen they took care of it without adjusting the initial bid, now thats a outstanding company who goes above and beyond. I needed an EV Level 2 charger and a couple other minor electrical TODOs done. After putting out a call for price quotes through yelp, Alex from Arc was the first to respond. I had a pretty clear list of what I needed and he was able to quote me and schedule me all through yelp. We had a small scheduling issue (no ones fault) but rescheduling was a breeze and he showed up on time, was super professional, and friendly. I'm no electrician so he walked me through what he'd be doing which is always a nice so there are no surprises. He completed the job in no time and I've had zero issues since! Thanks Arc!

Gary did an outstanding job on installing our bathroom exhaust fans. He also got a GFI circuit working again which affected three electrical outlets.

Beyond grateful that I found ReedCo Electric!! I'm a permanently disabled veteran and just bought a house with a pool which was an exciting moment for me, even though the water temp of the pool was 55°. I needed the pool to be heated so I could continue my water therapy exercises without acquiring hypothermia. I explained my needs regarding a heated pool, and that I'm not trying to throw a pool party or anything during my initial call with sweet RoseMarie.

They literally dropped everything to help me when I informed them that I am a disabled veteran, and I need their help to continue my water therapy exercises! I can't thank the owner Michael and his sweet wife RoseMarie enough for figuring out how to fit my job in their busy schedule immediately. Tim arrived within a day or two to figure out a way for the water heater to have a plug in on the side of my house. It was a very complicated endeavor considering the materials and skills required. Tim, Michael. and RoseMarie were very generous with the quote offered. I am on a fixed income due to my disabilities, and there are no words that can express how much I appreciate their generosity. Derek arrived with another gentleman and they did a fabulous job installing everything within one day. Dereknwas very patient with me as he answered all of my many questions. They even cleaned up behind themselves when they accessed the attic. Everything has been working great for over 2 months now and it has been lovely to continue my physical therapy exercises in warm water! I am forever grateful and THANK YOU!!!

They were prompt when answering the phone and showing up to my house to balance/tweak our ceiling fans. They run beautifully now and also took the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. Highly recommend.

We hired Arc Electrical, Alex, to do recess lighting in our kitchen and hang and wire security cameras outside our house. He also put some electrical receptacles outside for Christmas lights. I was more than satisfied with the work he did and how he went the extra mile to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. He was prompt to reply to my inquiries and worked around my schedule. Definitely would hire Alex again as I was very pleased with the outcome of his work and his customer service.

Great people. Great service. Great results. Our remodel of a historic home was quite a challenge. Econolight handled the electrical: a complete rewire with a new panel (including outdoor and indoor low-voltage)---retaining some outlets, adding new ones, and replacing others. After the wiring was complete, they hung sconces, ceiling fixtures, hall lights, and chandeliers; hooked up TVs, stereos, and WiFi; and addressed a myriad of other items from dimmers to doorbells. They did it all. Brian was boots on the ground every step of the way, reviewing our initial plans and working with us through the unexpected changes and challenges of renovating an older home. And we cannot say enough good things about the crews: they were everything one would hope for---professional, clean, efficient, and on time. They cared for our home as we did. What a great feeling. Their customer service is worst than a cable company. I had a 4pm appointment. I get a call a 2pm from their tech telling me he was 30 mins away and he needed to come now because he wouldn't be able to make it at 4. I told him I needed to get back with him in 5 minutes to see if I could get someone there in 30 mins. It took me longer than the 5minutes, approximately 20, I called the guy back, only to be told I've missed the window and he can't come by for the appointment. THE APPOINTMENT THAT WAS SCHEDULED ORIGINALLY AT 4pm. He then acts like it's my fault I wasn't available at 2- 2:30pm. UNBELIEVABLE!  I'm so tired of businesses acting like the  customer doesn't matter and they're the only business in town.

Stay Away. Incompetence is the word that describes this company.  I had them do some simple electrical wiring.  Did not work.  They refused to fix the problem.  Finally, I had to hire another company to get it done correctly.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
