WOW!  Ramon and Shane just left our house, and we can't get over what GREAT work they do.  Both were meticulous from the time they came to the door to the time they left.  I have never experienced such friendly and knowledgeable electricians in my life!  What a wonderful experience.  They took their time on assembling my chandelier to make sure that it would hang perfectly.  Both were so friendly and actually FUN to have in our home.  Obviously, we will always use Simple Electric in the future, and we'll always request Ramon and Shane.  It's a rare thing to actually enjoy have workmen in your home!  They also helped us plan a few more projects.  Oh, they were sure to go over their estimate before they began the work, which we truly appreciated.  Now if I could only find a painter like these two.  Thanks so much for the superior work and customer service.  Too bad we can't give you 10 stars.

I was referred to this company by one of my contractors after an eight day journey to get a new water heater installed. When they finally had it all in, the electrical components didn't extend far enough and they advised me I would need an electrician. I was given Chad's info and he was immediately helpful to assess what would be required and the next morning they called me to try and fit me in. Lucky for me they had a cancellation and Ivan came out early enough to connect everything and allow plenty of time for the tank to heat up and give us hot water by 5pm! Super professional team, easy to work with, very reliable, and I will refer them to anyone who needs electrical work, never mind that I'll call them myself again!!!!

I needed an additional outlet and requested a quote online. I had all my questions answered within the hour and an appointment made same week! Kevin and Tom arrived before their hour window started and finished quickly, even when I requested additional work. The team was very friendly and did great work. Just hired Wiring Pros for the first time, to do a wide array of work on home I ust purchased:  new lighting fixtures, rewiring, exterior floodlights, ceiling fan installs, etc. etc.  They did a great work, all professionally completed on time and without issues. They rescheduled quickly and easily when I had an issue getting my ceiling fans shipped, and made an extra visit to do the install.  Very pleased and will hire them again.

I hired Rogoz Electric to repair a blown circuit in my house. Bryce and his apprentice arrived wearing their Covid mask and pleasant personalities. They were very professional and knowledgeable!  They immediately went about their business and repaired the problem.  Bryce explained and showed me the proper way things should be done to meet the current electrical codes. I found that very interesting and informative and I appreciated him explaining that to me. Now I can make informed decisions on any upcoming electrical projects. That being said, Rogoz Electric and Bryce will be the ones I call to complete any of those projects

This is a New home purchase December 19, 2022. The master bedroom, and living room, were on one circuit breaker. When I used my floor heater would trip  the circuit breaker. JR from Affordable, Electric Service, installed (3) 20A to solve my problem. I now have peace of mind when turning on my floor heater. JR converted an already existing plate to have 20A and 15A plug.

Called Alex and Arc Electrical and they were at my house at 6am the next morning to fix our electrical issues in no time! Super reliable and knowledgeable. Very friendly and professional as well!

Reading some of Gary's negative reviews it seems that a lot of people have had similar experiences. Gary might be able to do some quality work, but I wouldn't know because he's just not professional at all.

We reached out to Gary after buying a new house in Arcadia a while back and he told us that whenever we were ready he could help us with installing ceiling fans, blinds, and whatever we may need (score!) but when we called him back to schedule something he was sick and told me he would call me back in a week.

A week goes by with no phone call, so I call him-- but no answer... and his vm is full. so I waited a couple more days and called him again, still no answer; so this time I followed up with a text asking if he was still interested in helping us out with our handyman needs and he replied yes and to let him know when we would like him to come help.

Perfect! I called him when I got back to Phoenix and he didn't answer (of course), so I texted asking when he was available and he asked if he could schedule me in for between 1-2pm on Thursday. Yes I replied, then I texted asking him a couple questions about estimates for hanging large blinds and included photos. He ignored my texts that night about the quote/estimate altogether, so I texted asking if he received my messages requesting an estimate to which he replied Yes, I'll look at them when I'm at your house. (Not really an answer or estimate- kind of slippery).

So today rolls around and of course I'm at home waiting on this handyman to show up (of course I organized my day around him) 14 minutes before he was due for our appointment, he cancels.

He says: Can we meet Saturday 9-930? Caught up in work.
(No apology for the inconvenience, or wasting my time, just a crap text).

Me: You know Gary, let me talk to my boyfriend about it. After reading your Yelp! reviews we expected a little more professionalism to be honest.

He says: Well I've been sick for the last month and been out of commission. I've been trying to catch up on my jobs. Sorry if you feel that way. I know I can't make everyone happy.

Me: It's not a feeling. You cancelled 15 minutes before you were scheduled to show up and have been unresponsive and not very communicative with me. Those are facts. While I understand it's impossible to make everybody happy, you could do a much better job by being a little more professional.

Then-- radio silence.

Gary, you can make customers happy; how about apologizing when you're wrong and unprofessional instead of #1: making excuses, then #2: blaming me, or acting like I'm the one with unrealistic expectations when I've accommodated the date and time YOU chose and then flaked on. Would not recommend.

I have to borrow an expression that GM Trucks use in their commercials to describe the employees at Dodge Electric, they are Professional Grade. From setting an appointment with Jordan, having Preston at our home to determine what we wanted to have done, receiving an estimate from Mike, and having Ed and Taylor working for six hours straight to finish the job. We definitely made the right choice selecting Dodge to take care of all the electrical work we wanted done. I definitely will have them do any future work that we might need and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done. Thank you everyone for treating a customer the way they should be treated.

I have used Econolight a couple of times now. Moving into a new house and was looking for someone to do a couple of small items and called them again. The owner was super nice and gave me an appointment and a ballpark estimates even with my cryptic requirements. Jay and Kyle showed up at 9 on the dot as promised, they finished all the work I requested and Jay wrestled with a 10 yr old transformer to get the landscape lighting work. He could have taken the easy option and claimed that he could not fix, and made me buy a new one. He fixed every one of the landscape lighting and made sure that I am fully satisfied before he left. The work site was left in impeccable condition.  I will recommend them to anyone.

Had Coltech work on our older house renovation 4 years ago. They installed new breaker box and connections to electrical main.
This AM heard a loud boom and lost all electric. Turned out to be a transformer explosion. After SRP rectified the problem, Coltech came out to check our Main box & fuses promptly, and as usual were very courteous and helpfull. Great group that knows the meaning of customer service and suppoty. Would use no others!!!

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
