Our existing downdraft vent in the kitchen failed.  I purchased a new one from Lowes and had Response Crew install it.  Angel showed up on time and I assisted him in the installation of the new unit.  It required a bit of ingenuity to put in the new unit given the poor original installation of the old one.  Angel did a great job figuring out a work around that lead to a better installation than the original.  Since I worked with him during the installation I got a good look at his expertise - top notch!  I would highly recommend RC!.

Kyle is terrific and his business is well named.  He responds very promptly, is so professional, gives lots of information and is so reasonably priced.  And he'll do it all with a smile!  I will definitely be calling Kyle again and you should too.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! When most handymen wouldn't even return our call or respond to our messages, he did the same day and was able to accommodate our schedule right away. We had him fix a blind and install curtains/curtain rods in multiple bedrooms. Showed up on time and did a wonderful job. Will use him again for any of our handyman needs.

After a negative experience with a contractor who couldn't complete our renovation we were left with an assortment of tasks that included drywalling, installing wood trim to a door and window, grouting, painting, leveling a tub and finish tile work.  Russ responded immediately to our inquiry, came to SF to inspect the site and  submitted a proposal the next day. He's not cheap but considering the range of skills required I'd have been hiring multiple tradesman to do what he could.   It took him the better part of three days to complete everything.  (He brought a plumber with him one day to make sure the tub was properly installed and connected).   He demonstrated  versatility and professionalism wearing a mask and observing safety protocols at all times.  I highly recommend him.

I had a variety of things I needed done and Luis was really well rounded at being able to do everything I needed. He fixed my kitchen cabinets and installed new bathroom faucets at a very reasonable price. I was so happy with his work that I scheduled a follow up with him to fix some other things around my house.

We had a break-in where our assailant thoroughly messed up an exterior door frame.  This left us with a hole in the side of our house.  Kinda needed fixing, like, now-ish.

-Insurance company - "it'll be a couple days before we can come out to look at it."   To...LOOK...At...It!
-Other companies - "how's Tuesday for you?"  Door was broken on Thursday...
-Michele's Master Handymen - "We'll be there this afternoon."  

George came out and got that sucker swapped out in about 2 hours.  Workmanship was excellent and it was waaay under our deductible.

My new go to for help around the house. My job ended up being much bigger than I initially thought and they pivoted the scope of work quickly to ensure my project (a vanity installation) was completed on time. Luis did a wonderful job and Melissa, the owner, is quick to communicate and kept me well informed. The pricing is very for the quality of work.

I am so pleased with Stan's service!  First off, he returned my call.  I am actually shocked at how many independently owned businesses in this area won't do that much.  He stopped by the same day to look at the job.  After installing a new front door, I needed the ceramic tiles replaced along the threshold since the footprint of the new one was different.  Although he was busy, he told me he would follow-up the next week.  AND HE DID!  I didn't even have to call him back.

He came with an assistant because he was so busy and they got the old tiles removed and the new ones in within a few hours.  He didn't want to grout until the tile was well-set so he left for a few hours and came back to finish the job.  Although he doesn't do a lot of tile, Stan did an excellent job in matching the grout lines.  Not an easy feat given the idiot who installed it the first time failed to do that.

I have used this company a few times. Excellent service, on time, and great work. Most recently Eric Smith one of there techs replaced my garage door plastic that goes across on the bottom and replaced the sink cabinet. Very professional and clean work. Highly recommend this business!

Mark is the ideal guy for any job you might have. I had a whole list of tasks I needed help with as a put finishing touches on my rental before I started to rent. Mark helped me: attach cabinet pulls to all my cabinets (in the kitchen/master bathroom/guest bathroom), reattach the cabinet doors and drawer faces to the actual cabinets, caulk the edges of the new floor we installed, helped finish up some of the flooring install, installed a blind, checked a few outlets since they weren't working and a few other things!
He was pleasant, hard working, and very polite.

I highly recommend Mark for any job you might need help with!!

We do not have enough great things to say about Alejandro Garcia! He completed a whole guest bathroom remodel for us and it turned out perfectly. He was super patient and kind throughout the whole process- brought over tile trim samples when I was indecisive and listened to all my design ideas! He moved our shower drain, added plumbing for the vanity and rotated the toilet as well. He's definitely a Jack of all trades and does high quality work at a very reasonable price. We are recommending him to everyone we know!

Very late review, but that's on me.  I'm busy and forgot all about how Mike helped me when I bought my first house and he came over and just fixed all the little things that I never would have ever gotten to.  Now I need a little more things done, and I found his card, and it reminded me of the work he did.

I'll keep this short - the man is a jack of all trades, no surprises, and he just jumps in and starts to get things done, including running down the road a few blocks to get some things at Home Depot.

He even told me that one of the things I needed fixed, didn't need fixed, but just needed to be cleaned a bit.  He could have easily spent an hour fixing/replacing something that didn't need to be fixed - but he didn't.  It's stuff like that where you realize that you are dealing with someone who is just going to do his best and not try to rip anyone off.

We called a few guys (handymen) to get estimates for a fix it list we needed completed in order to sell our house. It was the buyers post inspection request list that we needed to fix up some things.

There were multiple things that I liked about THE Handyman! He promptly returned our call and came over to the house to go over the list. He didn't just ask for info over the phone but rather took the time to come and give an honest estimate in price and time. He was friendly and trustworthy. At no point did I feel as though I was getting overcharged.  

When it came time to do the repairs, he showed up on time, did quality work, was pleasent and easy to talk to. There were a few items he needed to get parts for. He took care of all the ordering and came back as planned and completed everything with ease.
I give THE Handyman a big 5 stars!

Great work and always kept in communication with me. We had some conflicts in timing but because he kept in constant contact we made it work. I had to have my subfloors in my bathroom repaired and he gave me a fair price and even went above and beyond in waterproofing the section. Highly recommended!
