I just needed a "safety" bar replaced that a tenant installed poorly.  $125 flat charge... good work!

I just thought it was a bit high for a simple job...

Needed an outdoor ceiling fan taken down and a new one installed - service was prompt, professional, and I can't recommend enough!  Will be using them for other things 100%.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! When most handymen wouldn't even return our call or respond to our messages, he did the same day and was able to accommodate our schedule right away. We had him fix a blind and install curtains/curtain rods in multiple bedrooms. Showed up on time and did a wonderful job. Will use him again for any of our handyman needs.

Russ does great work. He installed two fans (one high ceiling), cleaned the roof (lot of debris from the monsoon), fixed the lock on the fence, and refurbished our shed. All in one day. He responded the fastest when I put the project inquiry on yelp. Very professional, very friendly, very reasonable on the price as well. He will be our go-to handyman from now on. Thank you Russ!

Gary the Handyman responded right away to an inquiry. He fixed the light switch the next day because he says the house was on the way to his next job.
Why the 2 stars? The dishonesty in pricing. I asked what he thought how long it would take for the issue to be resolved, he said something along the lines that it may take an hour or it could take longer. He says his hourly rate is $65 an hour. I agreed. He shows up and fixes the light switch under an hour. He then charges me $195. His words "Service call is $65 to do that type of work is $195."

Luis is fantastic, friendly and respectful. He did an amazing job and we booked him on the spot for a second project. I won't use anyone else now that we found New Age Handyman!

Michele was great to work with in setting up my handyman appointment. Fair pricing, great professionalism, reliable service. Steve arrived on time and got the job done in the agreed upon time of 1.5 hour. My globe string lights look wonderful on my balcony patio. I like the follow up email Michele sent as well as the follow up text communications. Great communicator! This is now my go-to handyman service.

My new go to for help around the house. My job ended up being much bigger than I initially thought and they pivoted the scope of work quickly to ensure my project (a vanity installation) was completed on time. Luis did a wonderful job and Melissa, the owner, is quick to communicate and kept me well informed. The pricing is very for the quality of work.

I bought a dinner table online and needed someone to put it together. I found Stan on yelp, he had great reviews! He scheduled me and showed up perfectly on time. My table was a pain to put together! I think it took about 2 hours. Stan was a real trooper and one of the nicest guys! I now have a cute new table and I found a great handyman too! Hire Stan he's great! Highly recommend !

Chris of Hammertime Handyman is amazing. Full stop. I called him on a Saturday afternoon to help my renter out and he was available to come out the same day!

He is honest, efficient, and best of all a great communicator. While he wasn't able to address our specific situation he let us know what would need to be done and who we should contact. I would not hesitate to ask him to come out again for future issues.

Mike and his team did an amazing job extending unused floor-space, to make an office for us in our condo. They also added LED lighting to our home and did an excellent job. On top of that, the team was even able to add a baby-gate, as well as attaching a shelf to a wall for us. Besides the superb work, everyone was commutative, neat and meticulous. We will not hesitate to use Arizona Maintenance Service in the future!

He's the real deal. I've been looking for a simple next door neighbor type handy man and he's your guy. Friendly, helpful and smart. I will be using him in the future. Thanks again!

Mike went above and beyond helping me with several projects when I bought a new house. He showed up on time, provided great advice, completed quality work, and charged a reasonable price. I will continue to use his services, as I was extremely happy with the results.

I called Steve for an issue with my toilet that was just running consistently. He walked me through some steps over the phone, and when I got home I tried them, and it worked!!! He took time out of his day and could have easily charged me a service call to come out and do it himself, but he didn't! Although he did offer if those steps didn't work! Instantly gained my trust! Tom is a fantastic professional to work with and a gem to find in Anthem. I had a sliding door issue that many other handymen didn't think they could do, but Tom was able to fix the problem easily while charging a very reasonable price. On top of that, his professionalism is unmatched. He responds swiftly and politely as well as gave a specific time and window to when he would show up. I really appreciate working with Tom and will use his service any time in the future.
