I didn't even have the opportunity to use them but my experience was not great. I had submitted an inquiry online for an estimate. It took them days to get back to me to set something and never confirmed what day or time they were coming. The day before they were suppose to come (not that I was aware) I got a message that the landscaper wasn't able to come by due to severe dehydration. Whether or not he was under the weather, we have been burned by these excuses time and time again by other landscapers. Then at the end of it I got an email saying oh we don't service the Gilbert area. Wouldn't that be the first thing someone would check? Again never actually used them so don't know quality of their work but was not impressed with the communication at all.

I have had this company out two times and their work is great. They never try to fix things that don't need to be fixed but do proved suggestions. I will continue to use this company for all my sprinkler and lawn repairs.

We reached out to Rafa at Envision for some help with our backyard project and he was initially very responsive. He came out to our house a few days later for a free consultation, very friendly guy and gave us some good suggestions. He told me he'd be sending me a quote within 24 hrs.

Unfortunately I never got the quote, so I followed up with him 5 days later and asked for an update. He told me he'd have the quote for me by midday, which was about 4-5 hrs from then. I never got the quote. It was the 2nd time he had broken his promise. I texted him that night close to 8pm saying that I never got the quote, and he just left me on read. This was well over a week ago - I never heard from him again.

I really liked Rafa when we met in person, but it's really important not to overpromise. It would have been nice to get an explanation on why he never was able to send the quote. Was he too busy to take on the project? Not enough help? Whatever the reason, I'd recommend he try to be more honest and straightforward.

Can't recommend this company highly enough! They provided excellent service, quality product, skilled work, & great customer service. Really happy we went with this company for our turf installation!

Alex responded promptly. They did a very nice job. Cleaned up the landscaping and rock really nicely and did all as planned. Not a speck left behind.

They do monthly and sometimes bi-monthly service at my commercial building, depends on climate and the time of the year.    I don't even have to schedule it as they check the building intermittently on their own schedule and do the service in their own professional discretion.  I've never had to worry about weed growth and the rates are very reasonable. They have won my trust 100%.  Highly recommended for any commercial landlord or for residential maintenance.

Never showed up for the consultation. Also did not message. Unfortunate, because he was very responsive on yelp when I first inquired.

Hired Sam and Joanna the owners of Aispuros Landscaping to do Pavers for a walkway for the side of my house. I was very happy with how the job turned out, they are very reliable, responsive, and professional. I will definitely use them again for future jobs and yard maintenance.

Spring Landscaping was out within a week to trim some big branches from a tree in my backyard that were hanging over into my neighbors yard.   They did a excellent job and I would hire them again.

I have lived in my house for many years and have always been dissatisfied with my landscaping. I finally decided to do something about it when my neighbor pointed out damage in his garage from overspray from my irrigation. After requesting an estimate from Greenheart, I received a visit from Mike Dzinglewski, a design consultant who works with Irene. He suggested ideas for resolving my overspray problem. And he also walked around the yard, pointing out other things. A drainage problem that caused my garage to flood in storms. A bare concrete patio that could be covered with pavers. A walkway to the gate, again with pavers. A muddy area near the AC that could be filled with plants and gravel. Suddenly I saw the opportunity to solve problems that irritated me for years.

Mike didn't just suggest plants. He took me to the nursery and showed me the plants he recommended. I have a lot of shade, and plants always seem to be marked full sun. Many of those plants will do fine in shade. Mike knows which ones they are. He is also big on pots, boulders and mounds, which he insists be shaped just so.

I ended up with a good deal of masonry work, performed by Irene's crew. I was blown away by the quality of their work. The pavers come in several sizes. Irene's crew laid them out in beautiful patterns. The crew was always friendly and helpful -- really nice guys to deal with.

In a matter of a week, my yard was transformed from blah to WOW! I had tried for years to solve problems. That didn't work because I know so little about the details of landscaping. Having a designer like Mike suggest solutions was a godsend.

People often have mediocre landscaping because they don't know what is possible. A good designer like Mike can really turn things around. I had tried to do my own designing, but I needed guidance. Maybe you do, too. You wouldn't do your own brain surgery, would you?

Irene runs a tight ship. Top to bottom, her people know what they are doing. Spend some money with her. You won't be sorry.

We are so pleased with the new artificial turf, pavers and rock that Turf Monsters recently put in for us! We found out about Turf Monsters after reading so many great online reviews about their work and they were right! Mike was wonderful to work with. He was very friendly, informative and responsive. He answered all of our questions and pricing came in better than several other quotes we'd received. They finished the job as expected, within only a few days, and the quality of their work shows! I would highly recommend using them and I only wish we would have put in the artificial grass sooner than we did! Thank you Mike and Turf Monsters!

They were charging me 650 to clean my back and front yard. Found another that did it for 150. Thought the price was ridiculous. We did not get to do business. The guy just look in the air and pull down the price I think

Cristo was prompt!  They did a great job removing my tree (probably 15 years old) and grinding the stump.  Very professional.  Cleaned up their mess plus a little more!  I can actually see my rocks!  Would hire again and recommend.

strange company- I believe he is interested only in high priced items like pavers, lights, sprinklers and overpriced.  Once we said we wanted a second opinion he said he couldnt do our maintenance service and just stopped returning calls.  He had installed sprinklers and was demanding on wanting cash and not waiting.  Quoted a price for pavers and then when I hesitated dropped his price- always tells me he was overpricing me and cant be trusted.  Basic review- not trustworthy

Showed up on time, finished the job in the same day. Very easy to communicate with and I'm happy with the quality of work.

Left 2 messages no return call on Friday I guess they are not in business or too busy to return calls oh well find someone else. Ended up going with someone else.

Got a message through yelp changed the review ill be happy to get an estimate.
