The landscapers had to return several times to fix their work. The workmanship was below average. Got the impression they didn't care at all and I even tipped them well. We would schedule for a specific time but they would show up 3 hours earlier instead. By the end of it, I had to audit and micromanage for very basic things (such as the difference between 2 inches and 6 inches). By the time they were done and had already left, I realized they had messed with my drip lines and they were pointing away from my flowers instead of towards them so they weren't getting watered. The owners were very nice people and they were determined to keep sending people back until the job was done right, which is why I'm doing 2 stars instead of 1 but at the same time, this place was the most expensive out of all companies who quoted me. I was happy to pay the premium for good work but instead I had to be a micromanager for lackadaisical workers.

I called four companies to get a quote for weed removal and yard clean-up. Val actually answered my call, I never heard back from the other three. He came over, gave me a quote and then quickly fit us into his schedule.

I got home this afternoon and could tell right away that they had done an amazing job. Random weeds were pulled, the gravel was raked, dust and leaves were blown away/swept up. The front yard is now immaculate. However, the real work was in the back. We haven't landscaped yet, and the weeds had taken over. I don't know how they did it, but they are all gone. I am floating on air, it all looks so good!

Before they remodeled our backyard I told them what I was looking for (types of pavers, artificial turf, plants, etc.). Rafael guided me to what would look best for the size of our yard and he very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. I loved the blueprint video they sent to us before starting the project so we could get a picture of our backyard's potential. Prices for each detail in the remodel were written out clearly. Best part was they basically remodeled our entire yard within 2-3 days. They get the job done fast and do it well!

I highly recommend this company!  Got a quote on Friday and the job was completed by Tuesday the next week.  My new yard looks great and the pavers along the edge were meticulously placed.   The price was very reasonable and they did not leave behind a mess.

Two words, integrity & reliability. They honor their 6th month warranty, but make sure you know the difference between the coverage for annual vs perennial weeds. You can count on Ryan Kibner to get the job done. Additionally he knows his desert plants and offers reliable advice on how to care for them. Hire this company, you won't be sorry.

Never showed up for the consultation. Also did not message. Unfortunate, because he was very responsive on yelp when I first inquired.

FINALLY, we hired the best Landscaping company. Sam & JoAnna are amazing to work with, they take pride in their work and it shows . It's refreshing to do business with a company that cares.  Our back yard is finally done thanks to them. Please look no further, you won't be disappointed.

Spring Landscaping was out within a week to trim some big branches from a tree in my backyard that were hanging over into my neighbors yard.   They did a excellent job and I would hire them again.

Other landscape companies could learn from this team about quality service. Here's what we experienced.

1. They showed up for the estimate ready to take notes, photographs. They listened and provided helpful suggestions, without trying to balloon the budget.

2. They were clear at communicating throughout the process about unexpected costs and alternative solutions.

3. They provided helpful instructions about caring for our plants and yard after they were finished.

4. They made sure the job was DONE. Leaks fixed, clean up done.

I certainly hope for an opportunity to work with this team again in the future.

This is my first landscaping project, and I could not have asked for a better team to help me transform my backyard. Turf Monsters AZ, especially Mike and Ryan, have exceeded my expectations on landscaping knowledge/design, customer satisfaction, and professionalism.

I am an indecisive person with limited creativity for landscaping, but Mike and Ryan made the process so much easier. Turf Monsters AZ offered many options for design, types of artificial turf, pavers, plants, as well as lighting. I had simple ideas on the appearance of my backyard, but they are truly experts in landscaping and were able to transcend my vision. With their help, I was able to add pet turf, pavers, borders, AND lights! My backyard used to be my least favorite area, but now is my favorite. They did a fantastic job, and I could not be any happier!

Cost was a priority for me when finding a landscaping company to work with. As a customer, I wanted a low/fair price that was within my budget, but I understand that companies need to profit too. Quality work is not cheap, but Turf Monsters AZ made it possible to get quality service at a reasonable price! Gave me a quote for a cactus removal, came out next day, removed cactus quickly and did such an amazing job you couldn't tell one was ever there.  Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for any type of large removal.

I requested an estimate to have two large palm trees trimmed, and even though it was the weekend, he super responsive! We scheduled a time as soon as he had availability. He and his team came first thing Monday morning. They did a great job! Very fairly priced, very responsive, thorough, quick and clean - I would highly recommend.

Sal and his team did a fantastic job on our backyard adding about 1100 sqft of pet friendly turf.  He was responsive, punctual, and polite.  Each day, several times during the day they would pause to blow off sidewalks and were mindful of keeping things tidy.  This project took approximately 2 1/2 days.  Sal made sure that no detail was overlooked making the ending product outstanding.  We look forward to using him again for additional landscaping needs.

We LOVED working with Hector and his team on our new front patio! After shopping around and chatting with referrals from friends and family, we were a little disgruntled because all of the quotes came in pretty high - way more than we had budgeted for our 'simple' front patio job. So, I opened my handy dandy Yelp app and requested a quote from a few different highly rated landscapers. Hector replied immediately and was at our house within 48 hours to see the yard and give an accurate quote. He was incredibly professional and we immediately trusted him with our landscaping project needs.

His quote came in right at our budget, so we said YES! Lets do it. We had the project scheduled within 3 weeks of his initial visit, which unfortunately put it right in the middle of July. We felt so bad that they were working in the heat but don't fret, we kept them hydrated with lots of Powerade!

The project consisted of laid pavers for a walkway and patio, a rock border along the patio and house, and plants with irrigation. They had the job done within 4 days and it is all that we had dreamed of and more. {See before & after photo!} We'll definitely use Hector and his team for future landscaping projects. Most importantly, we can't wait for the weather to cool down so that we can sit outside and enjoy our gorgeous front patio! :)
