Very professional and did a great job on all aspects of our home from mowing, edging, weed removal, etc. 100% recommend and will continue to use their services.

Valentin and his crew did an amazing job!  We needed landscaping done sort of in a pinch and they got the job done.  Everything looked clean and manicured.  I would use them again in a heart beat!

Such a great company. We highly recommend. Everyone was super helpful, courteous and got back to us immediately with any questions and for scheduling. They were even able to schedule us for the following week after we signed up! We have guests coming to town so we wanted the yard done. Omg it's such a difference. They really go above and beyond with the quality of install and making sure it's perfect. If we ever need turf again we know who to call.

I did tell you and Ben that I did not like the finish of the concrete and you both blew me off about it. I also asked if the drainage is going to be done properly and as you can see it is not. I also reached out about the water issue and got no response on that. i know there were some changes, but most were an idea Ben had and said it would look better. I also had to have someone else plant the plants for a warranty. I made the change to put the wall on top of the pavers to help your guys not have to make so many cuts. I also wanted the Grass walkway in the front curved, but Ben said it was easier to do a straight one, so I agreed. There was a lot give and take on the job.

These Guys are amazing! They went above and beyond my expectations and Ana that did the estimate was friendly and professional. Highly recommend Velasco Landscaping!

Miguel responded quickly to my quote request through Yelp, showed up the next day to review the work and provide pricing. Crew showed up on time the following day. Nice guys who did a nice job and fixed the irrigation problems pretty quickly. They also pointed out some issues I may have in the future. Will definitely use them again!

I am very happy with Custom Weed. & Pest, Control found them thru NextDoor per another review.  They are reasonable. Schedule was within a week and they kill bugs! I can't rave enough!  Great job!

I was torn on exactly how to rate this company on a single grading scale. Overall, I'd say 3/5.

5/5 on the quality of the finished product so far. The yard turned out very well, and overall we are happy with it.

2/5 on their ability to keep to the schedule they told us. The turf was supposed to be done on a Friday, and it wasn't even close. So then they said their guys would be here on Saturday. That Saturday, nobody had shown up by 3pm, and then we were told that they weren't coming until Monday, but that it would be finished then. Long story short, the turf wasn't done until Wednesday. Their workers quite literally moved our patio furniture around and sat on the chairs for hours at a time playing on their phones. And then had the audacity to just leave the furniture without even putting the table and chairs back. I get it. It's Phoenix. But if you give us a schedule, we expect that schedule to be met. Especially when we see the workers sitting out back doing nothing, and they didn't get here until late in the day. We shouldn't have to cancel plans and reschedule our own things because they can't keep up with theirs.

3/5 customer service. We were told they would come back the following Sunday with the receipt for the final payment we gave them. They never showed up, and didn't bother letting us know they weren't bringing it. They also left bags of trash on the side of the house. This was a $20,000+ project for our backyard. Turf, gravel, pavers to extend the patio area, and planting bushes along the border. When I texted them to ask about the receipt for our tax records, all we got first was an email with the amounts. Not an actual receipt, and no response to the text messages. While they were always nice to talk to, their overall customer service was severely lacking. For over $20,000, I don't expect to find garbage bags on the side of the house, having to consistently ask for an actual receipt, and constant delays.

Yes, the work turned out nice. There's no complaints there. But with all of the other aggravations, I would go some place else in the future. I understand that they have other customers, but we shouldn't have to pay the price for them taking on more work than they are able to handle. Not sure where the issue is in their business line, but it needs work in that regard.

I hired Mike for my home in Az after he did an amazing job at both mine and my sister's homes in LA. My project wasn't a huge project but turned out amazing. I would highly recommend. He exceeded my expectations and I am so pleased with the outcome! Thanks Mike and crew!

Customer service and communication were great. We received prompt response for the landscape work estimate.  the personal showed up as promised and they showed up on time within a short time.   The landscape co. came to our home evaluated the needed work  and gave an estimate On the next day.  The company personal are exceptionally  nice and friendly, I recommend their work. The only draw back was that the received service landscape estimate for the full work operation was above the average that is going for our area of similar homes, and we're unable to hire the company to completed the landscape work at this time due to budgeting yet, we will consider hiring this company in the future for their customer friendly service, punctuality and prompt response.

I should have posted this review back in November when we had the work done, better late than never! First things first, because I am sure everyone wants to know, they are very reasonably priced and the price never changed. Cristo and his team are amazing, they took our cracked concrete driveway and turned it into something beautiful. They then continued with pavers into the backyard and around our pool. Cristo's design ideas were excellent and his entire team was professional. Even though the weather was not ideal, and we were so close to Thanksgiving, the team ensured we had a beautiful paved patio to enjoy with our extended family over the Thanksgiving weekend. Pictures were taken a day before they finished, so some end pieces are missing, but you get the point. I will use this company again, and I recommend you do too!

strange company- I believe he is interested only in high priced items like pavers, lights, sprinklers and overpriced.  Once we said we wanted a second opinion he said he couldnt do our maintenance service and just stopped returning calls.  He had installed sprinklers and was demanding on wanting cash and not waiting.  Quoted a price for pavers and then when I hesitated dropped his price- always tells me he was overpricing me and cant be trusted.  Basic review- not trustworthy

Once again, problem solved. They left it looking better than before and the leak is no more. Thanks Sal and assistant

I highly recommend Nevarez landscaping for any project you want to do. I hired Nevarez Landscaping for my backyard. I bought a new house so I needed the whole backyard landscaped. I contacted several companies for bids. Hector stood out among all the others because of his professionalism, responsiveness, knowledge, and pricing. I will never use anyone other than Hector and his team again. They got everything done in under 3 days, and I was kept in the loop the whole time.

Hector also went above and beyond when he heard about a problem we were having with the company that did our front yard. We had a leak in a pipe that a different company (one chosen by the home builder) put in for our front yard landscaping. They said it was under warranty, and they would fix it. However, they kept sending people out but it never got fixed. Hector stepped in and fixed the problem at no charge while they were working on the backyard. It just shows what kind of person he is and what kind of company Nevarez is. You will not be disappointed if you choose Hector and his team for your yard!
