Would give five stars except for the fact that Charlie, the charming and responsive owner, agreed a price of $2,600 to fix a portion of a wall/fence that had collapsed, but upon demolition found that there wasn't the foundation that he had expected.  

I was stuck with having to agree to pay an additional $1,200 for work that I am rather certain gave him a very substantial extra margin, since the work was completed within the same day with $300 of extra materials and no additional labor on site.  

I would suggest that potential customers ask Charlie up-front for a quote for contingencies like this.

Alfredo was quick to respond and provided a quote that beat the others that I got. There was a delay in the delivery of concrete, which has more to do with the current construction situation in Arizona and nothing to do with Alfredo. He was quick to explain the situation.
His work was high quality as it shows in the photos. I could tell he knows his stuff and the pads will hold up well.

I have used Silva Bros. for 2 separate driveway expansion projects at rental properties I own in Central Phoenix.

Jose is amazing. I've been using him now for over a year.  He responds in a timely manner and always shows up when he says he is going to.  He does do more than just concrete (although that's his specialty). I've used him now for several projects and he always does an amazing job. He's reasonable in price.  He's my official go-to guy for concrete, brick, gates, etc.

If you are looking for a company that is exemplary at pavers, this is the one to contact. They are a small business who do a very professional job. Everyone who visits comments on how nice the pavers look. Workmen who come to my house often ask for their contact details.

I had them widen my drive, replace the front sidewalk, add a sidewalk on the side, and expand the rear patio so I had more entertainment space.

My daughter had them replace her front walk and patio, plus the entertainment area in the back.

Both of these paver installations look great and upgrade the properties.

Reached out to many fence companies for quotes and Abraham not only responded quickly but came out the same week for a consult! It was Abraham himself who came out - friendly, knowledgeable and great ideas/thoughts about what was best!! We LOVE our new gate!!! Looks so good!!! The installers were super friendly and did a great job!!

Mike completed a highly technical hillside  concrete job to install a mountain side elevator(Hillhiker) He finished hillside excavation by hand to make sure his forms met the city approved plans. Coordinated the subs to help pump the concrete ect.

The rebar, and concrete passed a 3rd party special inspection and the city the first time. Pricing was reasonable.

Jordy and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. He had great communication throughout the entire project, he was professional and very knowledgeable about everything we asked. He wasn't bothered by my questions along the way and always explained everything. My wife and I could not be happier with the work that he did.

We had our driveway extended over to in front of our RV gate,we did a pad behind the RV gate for our trash cans and then a sidewalk that extended down the side of our house to the turf in the backyard. He quoted us for concrete and pavers and we went with pavers. The finished product looks phenomenal. Pictures do not do justice.

The price we were quoted we were very happy with, so much that we didn't even try to get a quote from anyone else. Very well priced. Do not look anywhere else. Let Jordy be your first and last quote.

Jordy did such a great job that we will be using him again to landscape the other half of our front yard. Can't wait!

We didn't have a big project, but Dave and his team treated us like we did.  They were communicative, on time, honest, reliable, and reasonably priced.

Their curbing is awesome.   It took my plain yard to awesome yard.   The curbing defines my grassy areas from my flower beds.

Rafael is the man. Great communication from start to finish. You can tell he wants to get it done right -- put in lots of extra time fixing little things to make his team's part of the job successful long term (e.g., rebuilding my irrigation valves/manifold).

I plan to contact them in a couple months for a pool install.

I contacted Green Valley via Yelp on Sunday to take care of a large downed limb and to do some cleanup around the same tree. I got a reply saying he would be there at 5pm to give me a quote. By 5:30, he hadn't shown up or messaged or anything, and it was starting to rain and blow. It is kind of hard to do a quote in those weather conditions, so I messaged him to see if he wanted to do it the next day. (If he had been there by 5:00 like he said, he would have missed the bad weather).  He asked me how early I could be available the next day, and I said 7:00 am. He replied that he would be there at 7am to give me a quote. By 8:00 am he hadn't shown up, no call or messages, so I headed in to work. He arrived at my house after 9:30am, and since I was already gone, my father-in-law had to give him the rundown of what I wanted done. He gave us a quote, we agreed, and he scheduled the work to be done at 1:00pm the next day.

The next day, I get home for lunch around noon and the crew is onsite and started. So they actually showed up early, which was great.  When they finished, we had to call in to make the payment. The lady we spoke to wasn't ready or able to take the payment, so she called us back later. Later, as we are about to make the payment, we find out they charge an 8% fee to use a credit card. This seems really high, and our original bill was $450, so it adds up quite a bit. This fee is also not advertised on their site anywhere. We asked if the fee could be waived, and we were told that the credit card processor they use charges them that much. I've worked in point-of-sale information technology and I can't say I've ever seen a fee that high. Even the big companies, like Square, charge around 3%. So this didn't seem right. I don't like the idea of paying extra on top of the quote. Obviously the business owner knows that the fee is 8%, so why not build that into the quote in the first place? This would be a better alternative to slapping the customer in the face with it at the end of the job. So we negotiated a bit and agreed on a total price of $430 if we pay in cash.

We agreed to this, and the lady said she would stop by our house between 8:00am and 8:30am to pick up the cash. Unsurprisingly, by 10:00am no one showed up. We went about our day, and got a call at noon from the lady saying she was at our house waiting to pick up the cash. Four hours late!

Based on the company tacking on fees on top of the quote and not seeming to be able to stick to a time commitment, we will not be using them in the future. These behaviors are all the things I don't like about working with these types of companies. I was hoping they would be different based on the reviews, but I was unfortunately disappointed.

They delivered a service that has earned me compliments from neighbors throughout our community. They supported me throughout the project from the beginning idea, through the HOA approval and the final execution.
It was truly a great experience, and you can hardly say that when your entire driveway gets torn apart. But these guys made sure I got progress reports along the way and was comfortable with everything they did.
Not knowing much about pavers myself, they were true craftsmen and even impressed my neighbor, who owns a landscaping business himself. So hats off to them and looking forward to doing more projects with them in the future.

I contacted Mr. Ramos after he was referred to me by another contractor that performed drywall repairs on my home. I mentioned that In needed my old driveway demo'ed and repoured and he said that he just had Ramos Concrete and Landscaping complete a much larger job for him a few weeks ago.

I called Mr Ramos and he was able to schedule an appointment to meet me at my home a few days later. I had already received about 3 quotes from other concrete companies and they were all fairly comparable.

Mr. Ramos came out (on time), measured my drivewway and told me exactly what would be done. He also explained how long the process would take, when I could walk on it, when it would be safe to drive on etc. His quote was also several hundred dollars less than some of the other contractors.

Knowing that he had done quality work for someone else, I went ahead and scheduled the work through Ramos Concrete and Landscaping. I paid the deposit (50%) and he arrived a few days later, on time to complete the demolition. After the demo and haul away was complete, the driveway was repoured. I couldn't believe how amazing the new driveway looked!

It's been a few weeks since the work has been completed and I have had Mr. Ramos come back to my home for a few other landscaping projects ( fill holes, repair sprinklers, lawn maintenance) and I will definitely be referring him to clients in the future.

CSI is the best contractor we've worked with. On time, on budget and great communicators.  The project turned out great and I couldn't be happier.  Highly recommended .

I've had New Generation Block Fence to my home twice to do repairs on my brick wall.  The work was outstanding, the service was great, and the price was very fair.  Highly recommend.

I met earlier in the week with the owner Miguel. He was polite and professional. Miguel took the time to listen to what I wanted (I don't prefer the sculpted ball bush look) and wanted something more natural. The team that came out to do the initial clean-up work was great. They were so thorough and must have been here at least an hour if not longer. I had had service 45 days earlier so my property wasn't  severely over grown. They did exactly as I asked, unlike any previous landscaper. Miguel even showed up to review the team's work.  I especially like the fact that I will have the same person who is assigned to my property so I can count on consistency!!! They were priced extremely reasonable against 3 other companies I vetted. I'm looking forward to a long reliable relationship with Natures Homes Landscaping.
