Look no further, Charlie and his team are the guys for the job. He always responded very quickly, gave me a great price, was always on time, friendly, professional, and the end result is amazing. We have wanted to extend our patio for a while, spoken with a few different concrete specialists and Charlie was by far the best person to work with. I was very happy with Lumby concrete as they constructed a beautiful basketball pad in my backyard. They were easy to work with, did what they said they would do, stayed in prompt communication along the way and provided their services at a very competitive price. I'd use them again for any other concrete needs, and don't see any reason to consider someone else.

I took off one star just because of how early they needed to start. I had workers in my yard at 4:30am, and it woke my kids up super early on a school day. One day was expected, but we had to do it all over again another day due to the cement provider having an issue that Lumby had no control over. I wouldn't want to work outside in the heat either, but gosh that was early. I should mention I had mad respect for them because when I went outside early to see how it was going, Travis was right there in the muck working with his employees. Kudos to him.

Mike and his team did an amazing job on our backyard from the initial consultation to the final outcome! He was easy to communicate with and was very fair in his pricing. So fair in fact that I decided to lump in the landscaping for the front yard of our new home as well. They put in concrete planters in the back, tile on our patio, a drip system for my plants, artificial turf, lighting, pavers for the trash cans and more! I was amazed at how quickly they worked to bring my vision to fruition and now everyone who comes over wants to spend time outdoors.

Got back to me with an estimate for adding blocks to our block fence within hours. Sent them pictures. Thank you.

Mike completed a highly technical hillside  concrete job to install a mountain side elevator(Hillhiker) He finished hillside excavation by hand to make sure his forms met the city approved plans. Coordinated the subs to help pump the concrete ect.

The rebar, and concrete passed a 3rd party special inspection and the city the first time. Pricing was reasonable.

Jordy and his team did a great job on installing pavers extending our driveway for guest parking.  I would highly recommend JM Landscaping Pros since they have excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and do high quality work.

If you're like me, you have no experience with doing a yard renovation and don't know who to trust. You've heard the nightmare stories and talked with at least 10 different businesses to find the right person to take on your project.

You can stop looking now. From our first interaction with Rafa, his professionalism and understanding was immediately evident. He spent most of the time listening, really listening, to what we were struggling with and what we wanted to see in our yard. He was responsive and provided extremely high-quality modern designs. We were very nervous about the design and materials, and Rafa came over to our house with a bunch of samples to sooth our nerves. Of the 5+ bids we got on the yard renovation, Envision was in the middle, but our relationship/trust with Rafa was one of the most important parts of our decision.

We were prepared to sign the project documents and get started when we received some news that changed our life situation, and had to scale back our budget and timeline significantly. Rafa handled the change with supreme professionalism and we were able to work out a new plan to fit the new budget. Rafa didn't have to do that, and we are very appreciative that he did.

For the project itself, we had the weeds/grass removed from our yard, an drip irrigation system installed, replaced our worn artificial turf, and covered the yard with existing rock. The workers were very professional and respectful of our property. When it came time to finalize the plan for the artificial turf, Alberto came to the property and marked out all the options and talked to us about each one. We had one small incident where our water was off for most of a day when installing the irrigation system, but I reached out to Rafa and he immediately resolved the delay.

Our project finished a few days ahead of time and on budget. Overall it was a great experience and we would recommend Envision Landscape and Design to friends and family looking for these services. I'll try to include some photos, but most of the work (weed/grass removal and irrigation system) can't be seen.

They quickly got us a great quote and were ready to start work the next weekend. They spent 2.5 full days, working tirelessly, removing 5 trees including a 75 ft pine tree. They went above and beyond cleaning up and hauling everything away, not to mention gladly setting aside some wood for our future firewood needs.

I had originally used Cristo about ten years ago for my annual palm tree trimming, and their excellent service has been consistent all of this time. We look forward to having them help us with our landscaping and paver projects coming up in the coming months.

Colorworks just redesigned my front yard and did additional work in my backyard! We couldn't be more pleased. They ripped up a mesquite tree, replaced our irrigation, replaced the rock in the front yard, new lighting in front and back, installed pavers and a pool fence and planted new plants. I loved their ideas and the execution of the work was flawless. They were so easy to deal with and were great with communication.  I received multiple quotes and liked them the best from the start. I highly recommend them for any of your design work.

I contacted Mr. Ramos after he was referred to me by another contractor that performed drywall repairs on my home. I mentioned that In needed my old driveway demo'ed and repoured and he said that he just had Ramos Concrete and Landscaping complete a much larger job for him a few weeks ago.

I called Mr Ramos and he was able to schedule an appointment to meet me at my home a few days later. I had already received about 3 quotes from other concrete companies and they were all fairly comparable.

Mr. Ramos came out (on time), measured my drivewway and told me exactly what would be done. He also explained how long the process would take, when I could walk on it, when it would be safe to drive on etc. His quote was also several hundred dollars less than some of the other contractors.

Knowing that he had done quality work for someone else, I went ahead and scheduled the work through Ramos Concrete and Landscaping. I paid the deposit (50%) and he arrived a few days later, on time to complete the demolition. After the demo and haul away was complete, the driveway was repoured. I couldn't believe how amazing the new driveway looked!

It's been a few weeks since the work has been completed and I have had Mr. Ramos come back to my home for a few other landscaping projects ( fill holes, repair sprinklers, lawn maintenance) and I will definitely be referring him to clients in the future.

Heath at CSI was the best contractor I've worked with on my residential projects.  He gave me a bid, then stuck to it even though there were some price overruns.  He said My bid is my bid and meant it!  The project was a larger one for $10,000.  It was a 1600 s.f. foundation pad for a 40' x 40' steel building.  It required a building permit and County inspections.  The County Inspector said, yYou've got a good contractor here.  He has gone beyond the safety specs I would have expected to see here.  No problems with this one!  Heath was on time, and finished the project when expected.

I've had New Generation Block Fence to my home twice to do repairs on my brick wall.  The work was outstanding, the service was great, and the price was very fair.  Highly recommend.

I used to deal with Manny who was a co-owner and Brother of Miguel, another co-owner. Manny left the business and I started to deal with Miguel. I won't work with this business after interacting with Miguel. While Manny was trustworthy specially that I am in San Diego and did remote work with him while he is at Phoenix, I did not feel the trust working with his brother Miguel. who was quick to dip into my pockets for landscaping job and got super irritated when asked about his prices. Despite doing so much work with them he told me if you don't like my prices leave, and this is poor customer service for someone who spend a lot of work and jobs with them.

For that particular job that caused the relationship to deteriorate, it was my first ever interaction with Miguel about irrigation not working at a house. He called me to tell me all valves are bad like four in the front and 3 in the rear, timer is bad, there is probably a broken pipe and he asked for over $1200 for the valves alone valves while he finds a timer and quote me a price. He told me this won't guarantee things to work as we will dig deep etc... as he thinks there is a broken pipe. I was surprised that everything went bad out of a sudden and I found his prices not reasonable too considering the parts are cheap per Home Depot.

To make story short, I hired another professional and he replaced two valves, a broken pipe for $266 and all is fine.

The conclusion is either Miguel is incompetent at the job or basically he wanted to dip deep into my pockets to take advantage of me being remote.
