We purchased a patio sliding door from Desert King windows along with several windows for our home.  The first door was installed incorrectly causing it to not close correctly. Desert King replaced the door as it was not repairable.  When they arrived with the replacement unfortunately the Installer dropped the door causing large scapes and dents in the frame.  The Installer named Mike informed us he would reorder another door.  This happened several months ago, we have reached out to Desert King multiple times requesting an update on the replacement.  To date our messages are not returned.  
We decided to go with Desert King as the sales person sold us on their reputation to stand behind their products, their tenure in the business, and  their customer service.
I would hope that they stand behind their warranty and take care of this issue as soon as possible.

Did the whole deal remotely for a rental I have in Mesa.  His price beat the pants off the competition plus Mike's customer service was second to none.  Installation went super smooth and he even went back to take pictures of the windows for me since I couldn't be there in person.  Financed the windows 18 months same as cash.  I even had questions after the install and Mike was quick to answer.  Excellent experience,  highly recommend them!

I thought this would be a safe bet based on reviews I read here on yelp, but I was wrong. I sent in a request for a quote, which came very quickly though it was by text message. I didn't really mind getting a text, but it did seem unprofessional to me. I scheduled an appointment two days from that time, and didn't get any kind of confirmation. I sent a text about an hour before the appointment asking if they would still be coming and got no response. No show, no call, and no respect. Choose someone more professional.

Where to begin!  K & J was a breeze to work with from start to finish.  We had several quotes from various companies and they were all high pressure and over priced.  Tony was laid back, very thorough and explained everything and had great suggestions on what windows to use.  Once we received our quote and accepted it, they immediately scheduled our windows for measurement.  I don't recall who measured them, but he also had great suggestions regarding the sliding doors and the type of finish.  (We thought we wanted French doors).  We opted not to go with a French slider.

Once the doors were ordered they immediately scheduled installation.  They called a couple days in advance of installation and went over what to expect and when they installers were going to arrive (7:30 a.m.).  

Promptly at 7:30 a.m. Dennis and Carlos were at our house Monday and started immediately with installation.  They were very professional and super easy to work with.  The installation was impeccable and they took great pride in the quality of their work.  They were thorough in finishing details with the sealing (inside and out), stucco around the sliding doors, colored screws to match the frames, window cleaning and were extremely spotless throughout the entire construction process.    

The entire process was a breeze from start to finish and I highly recommend K & J Windows for your window project!!!!!

I attempted to gather quotes from 3 companies for my new window screens. John was not the first to respond. We had already received a quote from another 5 star rated company and were ready to move forward when John came for an estimate. John's estimate was in line with our others. His had a couple of extra benefits, like screwing down the screens and a couple of nicer decorative touches for two of our windows.

All through the process, John was informative, responsive and just all around great. I would highly recommend him to anyone that would need screens.

We chose DunRite hands down over three other companies that bid on our project and couldn't be happier with the result and service received. We did a full overhaul of new windows and slider doors for our home and were completely overwhelmed with all the different reviews and information out there going into the process. Unlike other companies we looked at, DunRite did not have a one-size fits all approach to choosing the product for our project. Their offerings are much more robust and we were confident in the product recommended based on our priorities and budget. Installation was seamless and in the end we had a higher quality product than what competitors could offer at a better price. Can't beat that. Don't even bother calling anyone else!

Sunny State Glass, replaced a shattered Arcadia Door for me. He did an outstanding job, very little disruption of my time and left everything in good order, even cleaned the door in addition to the installed glass. I recommend using this service for any glass need.

Unfortunately, they are not so dependable in my case.

Got a quote from his company to replace some smaller roller windows for my 14th floor condo. After 10 days, I finally was able to reach someone at the office to find out they're refusing the job as they are no longer doing work at my building. I asked if anyone was ever gonna call to let me know this. I asked why somebody would've told me that from the very beginning as I referenced what building I'm in and that I'm on the 14th floor in every conversation. They did reference the flu going around the office, but they don't seem very organized and at this point I've wasted 3 weeks waiting for nothing.

Very frustrating!

Update - Owners responds seems to blame me for not knowing their schedule and that they were doing me a favor by not charging for their free estimate. I get people get sick and yes there are holidays, but every time I spoke to your company I referenced which building this was as it's not like Phoenix has a bunch of high rises. BTW - A more sincere apology and some accountability from the ownership is all that was needed to turn my experience around. Instead the response from ownership, which unlike the refusal of my quote was immediate, seems intentionally contentious and disingenuous.

My 58 x 30 double pane bedroom window had shattered. I called several glass companies and Apodaca's' Glass was the first to respond. They stopped by confirmed the dimensions and ordered the replacement glass that day. The installation was quick and I am very happy with the final results.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone hands down not only did an amazing job, but also showed me why and how the repair was needed. Add that he beat others prices by A LOT. He was a gentleman and went above and beyond. He will be my window guy from here on out. Thanks Tyrone!!

Nick and his team are first rate professionals.  I am extremely happy with his work and communication.  If I need glass done again, I will call Nick and his team first.  I am a loyal customer.

I was nervous about getting rain gutters but not ready to face another monsoon season without them.  I wasn't sure they would match my house or if there was even a way to get the water to drain toward the street in stead of flooding my backyard. Paul came out and walked with me around my house. He listened to my concerns and gave me options along with his professional opinion on what would work the best. He even helped me select the perfect colors to match my two-toned home. ECS also has a wonderful office manager who calls to schedule appointments, remind of service dates, etc., and get this... if you call them they either answer the phone or if you leave a message they call back almost immediately.
My work was completed promptly and professionally. I do not think the new gutters detract from the look of my home in any way. For the 1st time since I bought my house 9 years ago I can stay with confidence let it rain!

The installers were very personable and made sure everything was done exactly what we had wanted. Everything was on time, from the measuring appointment to the installation time. I will definitely go back to Superior Replacement Windows
if I needed windows put in.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Krasiva was a bit higher for an estimate than one I currently obtained, but they responded immediately via Yelp and scheduled the estimate right away.  I was given a time and they showed up on time.  They were very candid and let me know up front their estimate would be a little higher than the one I currently obtained from another local business.  Despite them not being able to assist me, they were forthright and professional about the project I wanted done.

That's the response I got  from their sales rep when I texted him and  asked  for 1 window measurement out of 10 windows Bill measured. I quickly called to explain why i needed the measurement, but my call went unanswered and un-returned.

Before Bill left, during the in-home presentation he was rude, but i shrugged it off. The previous company who came into my house made a big deal about window frames, so when i found out window world installs windows by method of  Window Encapsulation I had a lot of questions. After talking a bit, I kindly asked about window encapsulation and his response was As I've explained 5 times already windows encapsulation is ... ( if it takes you 5 times, maybe you're not explaining correctly!)  but I still didin't  fully understand and with his attitude i was afraid to ask again but still i wasn't as bothered. the icing on the cake was when he refused to provide that one window measurement.

I have to say I am so disappointed that Bill is not the team player i thought he was. Bill could have easily won me over by giving me the measurements, not like i cannot grab the same ladder i lend him to get up and measure myself.

I Think Window World has a great product no question about it, But if you get that one email confirming your appointment and your sales rep is William Stoutenger ...JUST RUN AWAY!
cancel or reschedule your appointment. after reading all these wonderful reviews, it makes me wonder how different my experience would have been had i gotten a different person.

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
