Greg and his team were fantastic to work with and quality of the windows and service were top notch. The installation of everything was efficient and quick, the guys were friendly and cleaned up nicely. As soon as our windows were put in we IMMEDIATELY felt the difference in insulation of heat/cold as well as SOUND (we didn't think about how much the windows helped with that). The installers were playing a radio that when sitting inside you could hear loud and clear and after window install, the radio noise was nearly silent. Totally recommend this company and the services they provide! Thanks Greg and team!

Mark pretty much saved the day for me. As a result of a storm last night (of course a Sunday night), my tenant informed me that a window in my condo got rattled off the track and ultimately shattered, cutting up her roommate's arm. I was a nervous wreck all night, so got on the phone first thing Monday morning with the HOA. I thought I had to replace a whole window and had to go through the process of getting approval, then finding the approved window, etc. I was told it would take 10-14 days for it all to get done through a big-box store. I thought that was unacceptable, so looked on Yelp for a small business. Garcia's was one of the first I saw, with excellent reviews. I left a message and within minutes Mark called me back, and it was obvious he wasn't trying to take advantage of my situation. He asked me if I needed the whole frame or just the glass. In my panic, I didn't even think of that! I sent him pictures, and he got back to me right away with the good news: I just needed to replace the glass and he could do it the same day.

Not only did he know his stuff, but he provided excellent, professional communication, was prompt, and didn't overcharge me. My tenant says it looks better than new. I'm so relieved that this is behind me, and am so grateful to have found this company.

We've been getting a lot of work done in the house my husband and I recently purchased and I must say these were the easiest contractors to work with. We quoted windows with 3 different companies but Tony gave us the best price for the product we were getting. We replaced 12 windows, 2 doors, and a sliding glass door and it was all done in one day! The crew arrived on time, were friendly with my dogs, cleaned up after themselves and left before the time they said they would finish. Sal is top notch! Very attentive to detail, meticulous, and a strong drive for giving the best customer service. Sal does not hesitate to prod for dynamic customer feedback and is willing to answer any questions. I had my Andersen windows installed by him and his team 2 years ago and with the quality work his team did under his direction, there have been absolutely no issues with any of them and all of the windows are better than expected. I would have easily given Sal 5 stars but had to give him 4 since on the second day of a 2 day project, his crew were no shows. Sal was very apologetic and assured me that this was the first time this had ever happened. The crew came back on the next business day to finish the job and Sal went above and beyond to make sure that everything was squared away with an additional follow up a couple days later. I will say if I ever need replacement windows installed again, I will not hesitate to call Sal!

These guys are quick and friendly! I called several people first that were very rude and seemed to have no idea what I was needing but these guys immediately understood and were ready to help. The customer service and technicians were both outstanding. They fixed my back sliding glass door and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Look no further for home glass repair! Seriously. This is the company you want. Tyrone came out the same day after providing a quote to replace a pane of glass in our front door. Very professional result! He definitely knows his craft and is extremely reasonable cost-wise. I would recommend Tyrone to anyone who needs this service!

Great people to work with. Paul is professional, personable and on time.  Prices are very competitive. We had skylights and attic insulation installed. And they are completing a small 'Alumawood' pergola. Would definitely recommend!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that both my husband and I need to be at home which is fine because I work from home anyways. Made our appointment at 11am on a Friday and the guy shows up 10 mins early. I'm in a meeting but I can hear him. I figured I should be done by 11. I come out and my husband told me that the guy left because I wasn't available. Are you kidding me? He couldn't wait 10 mins to do it at the time he was suppose to do it at? I was literally just at my desk taking a call. My husband said the rep looked like he didn't want to be there anyways. Fine. Guess we'll just go with another company.

We also later realized that another rep from the same company showed up at our door on Christmas eve trying to sell windows and tried to look around our house which made us feel uncomfortable. Who does that on Christmas eve anyways. If I had known it was this company, I wouldn't have scheduled in the first place.

Regardless of the situation you didn't handle the situation properly you still left me behind I don't think you're a Marine... asking the spell respect I don't even think he knows the meaning of it.. I hope everybody there is legitimate from this side of the world... let's not forget what led up to that day the complete screw up from you your people and it screwed up salesperson named Richard

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
