Best Windows Installations in United States

AZ window and doors came highly recommended from someone who got windows from them when they first opened for business. Purchasing an older home she highly recommended I replaced my sliding back door and all windows in my house with AZWD. The sales person was very friendly, however the installation was a complete joke! (Pic attached). When I realized what they did with the trim piece I went back to the person who referred them to me and she was also mortified. She helped me call the owner and he told her to call the office. I called the office twice, left a message. When I did get a call back they told me we have no idea what you're talking about; your sales guy quit and we can't help you!
Luckily for me the person who referred them to me is an amazing remodeling company who is willing to fix this incompetent workmanship for free!  Making a mistake or a bad judgement call (Aka take the towel bar off before you pretend you're in 3rd grade woodworking shop); but for the owner not to return a phone call or ANYONE in the office to not call knowing of this ridiculous quality is ridiculous and not acceptable! I also referred my mom to purchase windows from this company and now we are in the process trying to cancel! The company has obviously gone down hill; they've obviously grown too fast and they don't give a sh%t about the quality of work, a dissatisfied customer, or the ability for communication to fix the problem! I would NEVER recommend AZ Window and Doors...especially if there's a 3rd grader working at the company and won't fix their mistakes.

We needed windows for our home in Sun City and requested estimates from three companies.  We chose Desert King Windows Co. and are very happy with our decision.  We are so impressed with the owners, salesperson, installers, and of course, the windows.  I was very worried that the tint of the new windows would limit the natural sunlight.  (We're from Michigan and the sunny weather is one of the reasons we moved here.)  The salesperson (Dan) said I wouldn't notice the difference and the installer (James) said the same thing.  Happily...they are absolutely right.  Also, we now have the added benefit of people not being able to see into the house as easily.    My husband is pleased with the help he received from the co-owner (Jayson).  The installers (James and Richard) were hardworking, conscientious and efficient.  They even thoroughly cleaned up any mess that was caused throughout the process.  With the information James provided, we were able to save over $150 because James knew how to rearrange the patio blind to accommodate the new patio door opening from the right rather than the left.  Would we recommend this company to family and friends?  The answer is definitely yes.

Mark pretty much saved the day for me. As a result of a storm last night (of course a Sunday night), my tenant informed me that a window in my condo got rattled off the track and ultimately shattered, cutting up her roommate's arm. I was a nervous wreck all night, so got on the phone first thing Monday morning with the HOA. I thought I had to replace a whole window and had to go through the process of getting approval, then finding the approved window, etc. I was told it would take 10-14 days for it all to get done through a big-box store. I thought that was unacceptable, so looked on Yelp for a small business. Garcia's was one of the first I saw, with excellent reviews. I left a message and within minutes Mark called me back, and it was obvious he wasn't trying to take advantage of my situation. He asked me if I needed the whole frame or just the glass. In my panic, I didn't even think of that! I sent him pictures, and he got back to me right away with the good news: I just needed to replace the glass and he could do it the same day.

Not only did he know his stuff, but he provided excellent, professional communication, was prompt, and didn't overcharge me. My tenant says it looks better than new. I'm so relieved that this is behind me, and am so grateful to have found this company.

Fantastic company, incredible service, fully satisfied, would recommend to all friends with no doubt. First Ken arrived as promised, took all preliminary measurements and got us an estimate pretty quickly. Then, after we accepted, he sent one of his crew installers and John took the precise measurements. The order was done the same day. A few weeks later the windows and the door were ready and Ken contacted me and scheduled 3 days. The crew arrived as promised, did the job. They don't hesitate to help with blinds and other stuff, then returned everything back to the original stage. One of the windows was damaged during delivery and they made an emergency order, so it arrived and was installed next week. John and his crew were extremely detailed, answered all questions and we are the people enjoying the new just installed windows and one replaced garage door. Great job, guys, thanks!

I called this business and received a phone quote followed up with a visit the next day.  One of my sliding glass doors shattered and needed repair quickly.  They were very professional and upfront with their quote.  They called each time before showing up and within a week my window was repaired.  Juan and Julian were the technicians.  They kept the area clean while working and worked fast.  They forgot to move a heavy potted plant back to its position before leaving and offered to come back and move it at the end of the work day.  I declined the offer but were impressed they followed up.  This is a very honorable company.  I gladly recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

After calling 3 different glass companies that all gave me a 3-4 week installation date, I stumbled across Tyrone with apple high glass repair. He told me he could have it done in two weeks then turned around and did it in 5 days, the timeline he gave me exceeded expectation. I highly recommend Tyrone for all your glass instillation needs.

I went to AZ Xtreme glass when I was researching shower enclosures ahead of a bathroom remodel. I did all the remodeling work except counter tops and shower glass and it was my first time.

We went to their offices, just off I-10 and Chandler and Nick (the owner) spent a lot of time with us discussion design options and understanding our project. He then asked me a crucial question: Was I planning to put a 2x6 in the wall to support the shower door?. Well I wasn't. But thanks to Nick I did and now have a sound design. He also gave me a lot of information about offsets and spacing that enabled me to complete my design.

Then the shower pan arrived and the configuration was not what I expected. Bill at AZ Xtreme worked with me to ensure there was s design/configuration that worked before I went ahead with the shower install.

When the time came to install the glass, the team arrived on time and did a great job. However, there was a small fit problem with one of the pieces . Don't know whether it was a problem with the measurement of the manufacture.  The installers did their best but it just wasn't right. Two hours later, without me having to bug them, AZ Xtreme called me to tell me they had re-ordered the panel and would have it fixed within the week. (we were able to use the shower in the interim)

One week later the shower is now complete and looks great.

I would heartily recommend AZ Xtreme glass. Great pre-order support, great installation and great post-installation support. I do not know how any company could do a better job than they did.

From start to finish working with Paul and his crew/staff was a high level of professionalism and customer service! The installation crew of the gutters were very patient and helpful. They took much pride in their work and were very considerate of us and took the extra time to make sure everything was completed to our approval. We had a small added request at the last minute and they took great care of us! We would highly recommend this company for your gutter needs and all the services they offer! You won't be disappointed! Bring on the rain.......!

We could not be happier with SR Glass! We had three windows replaced and a sliding glass door fixed that did not want to slide. Angel was our installer and he was very professional and courteous. He did and exceptional job. When he left my husband made the comment you need to let the company know what a good job Angel does. There was no muss, no fuss, just a job well done.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

A rep from Krasiva came by and dropped of a flyer about the company being in our neighborhood.  We responded and arranged for a sit down with the company rep.  He took the time to make sure we  had all of our questions answered about the products and service.  After about 6 weeks our windows were ready and an appointment was made for the install.  The crew arrived and was ready to start on time.  They were clean, polite, professional and took the time to explain the process and address any questions we had during the instalation.  We had one window pain that was broken from the factory that was re-ordered and later replaced (took 10 minutes with cleaning).  We are very happy with the quality and appearance of our new Krasiva Windows and would not hesitate to reccomend them to anyone.

I paid for and had windows and doors installed over a year ago.  Still waiting on parts to complete a sliding glass door installation, screens don't fit and there is a large gap between the doors.  I keep getting the run around about the missing parts.  Every time I call they tell me it will be a couple weeks.  It shouldn't take over a year to get them.

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
