Arizona  Window & Door have met & EXCEEDED my hopes and desires from the initial consult to the final finishing touches.  Chad was my initial contact and the sales experience was exceptional without pressure, in addition to answering my questions which made me confident during my purchase decision process.  A follow up appointment was set with Greg about a week later per my request.  I did have a few additional items needing to be apart of order and he worked out the details with ease.   I had NO RUSH place upon the install per getting through Christmas and everyone was congenial and accommodating.  the master installer Miguel initiated the complete cut out / install / with re-stucco process.  Other members of the team were Luis, Joel and Marcelino.  Everyone was polite & professional!  Miguel was very patient with me and all my questions which were extensive as I worked in construction to get through school and every concern was answered to my complete satisfaction.  The stucco blending to match my current exterior & / or interior drywall needs were handled by Marcelino with astonishing match accuracy to the existing texture which is 30 years old in March, 2020!  I know I can get long winded but could go on for another couple of pages as to how pleased My Dear Bride and Myself are with this Company and the quality product we will enjoy for our life time!  We celebrate 40 years of marriage this March.

We really like the windows and the sliding doors. For the most part, the installers did a good job on the windows.
When it came to doing the caulk on new door casings, they fell flat.
The caulk beads were very thick and rounded outward. There was no way to get an acceptable paint line.
 The technician came out to re-key a couple of locks. He indicated that he could not improve on what was there, and it was normal work.
I then spoke to a company VP and he looked at the photos the tech. sent.
 He thought it looked very good on the photos. I decided to just do it myself. I don't appreciate it when a company tries to tell me it is acceptable. I have been in the commercial construction industry for 49 years. The painters would not even attempt to paint over that uneven caulk line.
Not a huge deal.
Would I recommend this company. Yes.
I looked at quite a few different windows and the ones at Desert King looked great, and they work great. Their price was fair.

Getting new windows from Windowz4less was a great experience. Mike was very responsive to e-mails/texts and was able to give me a competitive price on some high-end windows, even though I only needed to replace four total. He honored the original quote even though I had to wait several months to get HOA approval. The new windows have an excellent build quality and reflect the majority of the incoming sunlight. So far this summer, the west-facing rooms in my house have been several degrees cooler. I wish I had gotten these windows earlier. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend!! MARK called me immediately after i registered for a free estimated price for replacing the glass window on the Homedepot website. He quickly quoted me an affordable price over the messages. ​I had a phenomenal experience with K & J Windows.  I asked that I be given an estimate for window replacement for my new townhome.  I was across the country and hadn't even closed on my property.  I was also on a time crunch to have everything completed as soon as possible due to work constraints.  Cody very quickly coordinated with my realtor to visit the property and measure all of the windows.  He looked at other windows within my development and came up with a recommendation based on that and my HOA requirements.  He even filled out most of my HOA application paperwork.  After ordering the windows I called several times with questions regarding preparations for installation.  Each time I received very quick and thorough responses.  I had been warned by a handyman that window replacement could damage some of my exterior tile and interior paint and I might have to order additional casing for a sliding glass door.  I didn't have to worry about any of these things with K & J windows.  The installers were very professional and meticulous.  There was no mess inside or out.  There was no damage to any tile, and casing was included!  I was incredibly impressed with their customer service and work.  And my new windows look fantastic and save a ton of energy!  VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had three new windows installed last month and we are extremely satisfied. When I had initially inquired about a quote, Bob promptly responded and worked around our schedule to come to our home to provide us with a quote. Bob is not your typical pushy, annoying sales guy. He is very professional, informative and and friendly without being overly aggressive or pushy. My husband and I immediately agreed that this was the company we wanted to work with to replace our windows. Imperial's pricing is highly competitive. The installers were great as well. They were prompt, professional and friendly. Bob followed up with us to see if we were satisfied with our windows, and we are. They look fantastic. Where do I begin? My wife and I are new to home ownership and needed to have numerous windows replaced due to their age and failing seals, parts, locks, you name it. We reached out to a few window installation companies and quickly knew we liked DunRite.

Sal was from the get go very kind and flexible when it came to scheduling follow up meetings as we kept coming up with new questions every time we met, and he continued to have answers for us each time! Never once did he pressure us into buying his windows or services. We finally decided on moving forward with window installation using DunRite after reviewing the multiple bids we received from others in the valley, DunRite stood out as being the right choice for us. After  another measuring appointment or two they were ordered and then we waited for install!

After a couple of weeks the windows arrived and we were on the books for installation. The install crew were extremely polite, respectful, and did everything they could to keep our house and the surrounding areas near the windows as clean as possible. Collin was nothing but patient with us as my wife and I asked a million questions before, during, and after each day of install. They wrapped up pretty quick over all (roughly 3 days) and the windows look amazing! What a difference we are noticing in our house temperature wise and just the overall appearance of our house having been updated with these beautiful windows.

We have had some settling of stucco and the caulking used (inside and out) with the temperature changes but we were reassured this is normal and to our delight Sal was quick to respond and have JJ come out to do a once over of the windows and then fill in any openings from the material expanding and contracting. JJ by the way is just awesome, as well, having been here to measure in the beginning and now after the install was complete to ensure we are happy customers.

For two first time home owners and first time window project people DunRite has been there every step of the way for us. Sal, JJ, Collin, and the rest of the crew (sorry to not name all of you!) are some of the most trust worthy, professional, and truly customer oriented people I've had the pleasure of meeting. I feel confident that our windows will last for a long time to come and should something pop up, I know they are there to help. Keep it up and don't ever lose that customer focus. Stop by the Office and the staff was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Was able to answer all my concerns and even cut glass while i waited ( maybe 5 minutes) . The attentive office staff went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed at a reasonable price. I will be a continued customer I know found my glass retailer for all my home projects.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Great work, great person, great price.  Tyrone is wonderful to work with.  He did the job professionally, left a beautiful result on our broken windowpane that needed replacement, and communicated well throughout the ordering and scheduling process.  Would not hesitate to recommend him most highly or work with him again for any future glass needs.

Had windows ordered that were part of warranty work and needed installers to put the glass in. Bill, Rick, Nick and Cheryl went out of they're way to work with me and the warranty company. Installers worked on Saturday because my windows were delayed. Price very fair and can't say enough about the customer service.

We've had these guys come out to help n us with a core c of problem areas with our gutters. They were very responsive and did a great job. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.

This review is for my Angel Aro.  He installed 3 windows in my house.  He was polite, courteous and answered every question thoroughly.  More than that, he was so exceptionally kind to notice that my mother had a tire in very poor condition that was about to blow out--and he went so far as to put her spare on!!!  In this day and age, kindness,  courtesy and customer service are very much appreciated.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Watch out! High pressure sales!

Got an estimate scheduled. Instead it turned into an hour and a half sales pitch. He didn't measure anything and just said everything was standard sized and came back with a really high price (which in his favor he did say he was going to charge double then any other Joe Shmoe) then said he could make a deal etc, etc. and then said we had to decide right then and there on going with this company. After an hour and a half of non stop talking, most of which, I didn't give a crap about because I was concerned with how much everything was going to be. THE BIGGEST WASTE OF MY TIME EVER.

When calling and looking for an estimate it means just that. I'm shopping around not looking to be swindled into some deal by some dude sitting inside my house at my kitchen table.

I refuse to do business with any company that makes their sales team pressure people into a sale that they're not even sure they can afford and then offering financing on top of it to make it seem affordable.

You may have decent reviews from everyone else you pressured into buying from you but that still doesn't make the way you practice business, right.

My neighbors and I have both used Window World for our whole house. My husband and I replaced 6 windows and the back sliding glass door. The crew was on time, very friendly, and very fast. The house is noticeably quieter and cooler with our upgraded windows. My neighbors and my family all agree that they did a great job for a great price. A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
