I can't say enough good things about my recent experience with Arizona Window and Door! I needed an exterior door replaced and the company President and Owner, Greg McNamee, promptly returned my call and came out to give me a quote. Greg walked me through the various product options and helped me selected the right door for my needs. When it came time for the install, Davin Taylor, Operations Manager, showed up promptly at the appointed time. Davin is a true craftsman and did all the little extras like installing frame insulation (there was none around my original door) and a metal rain cap above the door. To say that I was impressed with Davin's work would be an understatement! I highly recommend Arizona Window and Door and thank them for a job very well done!

just WOW!!! my family Could not feel more happier and safer with the high quality Titan security screen doors that were installed to my home recently. I can now leave my front and back door unlocked and open for not only security but for serenity! We should have had these screen doors installed years ago! Mike was very knowledgeable about my sliding door issue. Was on time for the appointment and helped choose the right replacement door. The price was in line with what I thought it should cost and was about 75% of what others were wanting for the same product and installation cost

Marc Garcia is the ultimate in customer service. I had a house for sale that needed window replacements. I called Marc and he called me back within the hour. He went to the property the very next morning. The estimate was very reasonable and the windows were ordered and installed within a couple of days. All supplies were cleaned up and the installed windows were cleaned on the inside and out. Call Marc - you will be very happy.

Called four times and emailed and they never followed through in regards to a quote. If they can't call back now what will happen if they had my business and money.

John did a great job on our screens at a great price.  We highly recommend him and we will be using Imperial again in the future.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone is great!! We are selling our condo this month and needed to get a window with condensation fixed after our inspection and Tyrone was responsive, gave me the best quote & got it done so quickly! He is a super nice and personal guy too - added bonus! 10/10 recommend Tyrone. Thank you.

We recently bought our dream home and did a remodel. We had AZ extreme glass and mirror come out and replace some of the older class with new energy-efficient windows. The price was extremely fair the service was superb and overall experience was perfect. I highly recommend this company for all your glass needs in your home or office

I was nervous about getting rain gutters but not ready to face another monsoon season without them.  I wasn't sure they would match my house or if there was even a way to get the water to drain toward the street in stead of flooding my backyard. Paul came out and walked with me around my house. He listened to my concerns and gave me options along with his professional opinion on what would work the best. He even helped me select the perfect colors to match my two-toned home. ECS also has a wonderful office manager who calls to schedule appointments, remind of service dates, etc., and get this... if you call them they either answer the phone or if you leave a message they call back almost immediately.
My work was completed promptly and professionally. I do not think the new gutters detract from the look of my home in any way. For the 1st time since I bought my house 9 years ago I can stay with confidence let it rain!

We could not be happier with SR Glass! We had three windows replaced and a sliding glass door fixed that did not want to slide. Angel was our installer and he was very professional and courteous. He did and exceptional job. When he left my husband made the comment you need to let the company know what a good job Angel does. There was no muss, no fuss, just a job well done.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

I should have posted this review nearly a month ago as it is well deserved, but forgive me, I've been busy. I'll begin by describing the windows. To be brief, they are fantastic. This house is an older house in Central Phoenix that was built in 1959. The windows were those old timey steel casement crank out style windows. I didn't realize how bad those windows were until the new windows were installed. There used to be areas inside the house that were not functional or usable during the summer months because it was just too hot to be near one of these windows. When the sun came up, it was time to get up and out of bed because my bedroom heated up so rapidly it was impossible to be there. These windows have changed all of that. I won't pretend to understand what magic is happening with these windows, but it is a fact that the light comes through but the heat does not. This house is now a very different environment. There is an outside space, and an inside space, and these windows are the barrier between those two spaces.

As for the crew that showed up to install the windows, it would be impossible to ask for a better experience. There have been many projects at this house in the last few months and this window replacement project was the absolute best experience. These guys clearly knew what they were doing, and they did it quickly, efficiently and with a great deal of skill. It was a pleasure to have them here in my home, they were respectful and careful with my property, and we actually had fun. You really can't ask for more than that in a home renovation project.

Full disclosure, I was considering purchasing some standard Home Depot windows and hiring a contractor to install them. Greg somehow convinced me that was not the way to go. I was skeptical at first, but now that it is all said and done, he was correct. I am very happy and grateful that I invested in these windows. It ain't cheap, but it is worth it.

If Greg shows up at your house with his frames, panes, torches, and heat lamps to demonstrate his windows, stick with it to the end. It will be boring, unless you're a science geek, but in the end it gets interesting.

Just completed install of three doors and three windows. The product is far superior to many big brands and the installers were well equipped professional and courteous. Love them

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
