This company was very happy to give quote. Came out right away to measure the windows. Not all the information made it to the technician.  They repeatedly said 10 to 12 weeks. They knew  very early on it would be longer. They had my money and no longer had to communicate.  Interestingly,  when they re looked at 6 weeks later it got scheduled.  The day the salesman accidentally found the order. I got a call that day for scheduling.  Obviously it was lost.  Or hugh consequence.  They will not be doing the other 9 windows.  Yes I am stuck but in less you care about time I would not recommend them.

Stay far away from this business!! They lie!! We have waited for over a year for a replacement window and all we ever get is an email saying it was delayed again!! The owner is rude and the biggest liar of them all!! They sent a replacement glass and the installer showed up and the replacement was damaged and so he put the broken glass back in the frame only now it is wrapped in plastic and it it the front picture window of our home!  Stay very far away from this business!!

I made a purchase for window replacement on Jan5th. Typical 50% down and the rest on install .  The lead time is 8-10 weeks. I'm now close to the lead time and reached out to the window company for an install update. I cant seem to contact them. Have a bad feeling that maybe they are not in business anymore.

Contacted them for a window repair. They were very responsive and clear with communication.  They showed up when they said they would and offered a very fair price for the service. I will use them again if I need any window repairs!!

I had such a great experience with K&J windows from beginning to end. What I liked the most about K&J besides their great prices was how friendly everyone was. When they visit your home for the first time, it's simply an informative visit then they leave and send you a quote later. I really appreciated this approach as opposed to a different company in town who tried to make a sale before walking out the door. I also had a good experience with the installation crew. I highly recommend this company!

We got new windows and shutters from Imperial.  We got about 8 quotes and decided to go with Imperial. I am extremely happy with the product and the service. John is awesome and you get top notch service and price from someone who is local and is passionate about making his customers happy.  The installation team performed exceptionally and finished work on-time. We used DunRite about 3 years ago when we had a new sliding door installed; it's been beautiful and functional ever since. Our kids got something jammed in the mechanism recently that called for a service visit from Tyler who was so professional and so kind. The issue proved to be more complex and called for back up from his boss JJ, who was just as professional and kind. They fixed the issue quickly, they were so personable, and made my day with their kind service!

I needed a quick board up and new window as soon as possible. I called Sunny state glass and Dwayne came right out and did the board up and within 3 days installed my new beautiful window! needed a new glass shower door for a bathroom remodel. These guys did a great job. They showed up on time to give me a quote, and explained  everything clearly. I bid three companies, they were the middle bid, but after talking with them I felt they really knew their stuff. The installers were courteous and neat and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

These guys are quick and friendly! I called several people first that were very rude and seemed to have no idea what I was needing but these guys immediately understood and were ready to help. The customer service and technicians were both outstanding. They fixed my back sliding glass door and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I'm super happy with Tyrone and his installation of my bathroom mirror. He is responsive and is reasonable with price and great value. He even came back on a Saturday because there was something that needed done and he made everything right. Excellent work ethic.
He also did some work for my neighbor and he also was happy.

Everyone from this company is truly amazing to work with. So knowledgeable, and professional. I am so thankful we found them and we plan to continue to use them in the future!

I was nervous about getting rain gutters but not ready to face another monsoon season without them.  I wasn't sure they would match my house or if there was even a way to get the water to drain toward the street in stead of flooding my backyard. Paul came out and walked with me around my house. He listened to my concerns and gave me options along with his professional opinion on what would work the best. He even helped me select the perfect colors to match my two-toned home. ECS also has a wonderful office manager who calls to schedule appointments, remind of service dates, etc., and get this... if you call them they either answer the phone or if you leave a message they call back almost immediately.
My work was completed promptly and professionally. I do not think the new gutters detract from the look of my home in any way. For the 1st time since I bought my house 9 years ago I can stay with confidence let it rain!

This review is for my Angel Aro.  He installed 3 windows in my house.  He was polite, courteous and answered every question thoroughly.  More than that, he was so exceptionally kind to notice that my mother had a tire in very poor condition that was about to blow out--and he went so far as to put her spare on!!!  In this day and age, kindness,  courtesy and customer service are very much appreciated.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Watch out! High pressure sales!

Got an estimate scheduled. Instead it turned into an hour and a half sales pitch. He didn't measure anything and just said everything was standard sized and came back with a really high price (which in his favor he did say he was going to charge double then any other Joe Shmoe) then said he could make a deal etc, etc. and then said we had to decide right then and there on going with this company. After an hour and a half of non stop talking, most of which, I didn't give a crap about because I was concerned with how much everything was going to be. THE BIGGEST WASTE OF MY TIME EVER.

When calling and looking for an estimate it means just that. I'm shopping around not looking to be swindled into some deal by some dude sitting inside my house at my kitchen table.

I refuse to do business with any company that makes their sales team pressure people into a sale that they're not even sure they can afford and then offering financing on top of it to make it seem affordable.

You may have decent reviews from everyone else you pressured into buying from you but that still doesn't make the way you practice business, right.

We bought a property in Mesa that was very neglected by the previous owners, one of the big ticket repair/replacements was windows.  Jeff came out to our house one afternoon in April, inspected everything and had a concern about our Arizona room.

The wood under the windows was rotted substantially and he was concerned about there being enough left to hold and brace the large windows needed in that space.  We had conversations with several contractors about rebuilding/reframing the area and were so discouraged.

Jeff asked to come back, as he had another idea that might not only solve the issue, but save us some money in the mean time.  We were all in, signed the very reasonable quote, and paid the 50% deposit.  We knew there was an 8 - 14 week wait once they were ordered, as each window is custom made.

Final week of July, exactly as expected, we received the call that our windows were finished and ready to install.  The arrival appointment was set between 8 and 10 this morning.  We spent last night removing the blinds and moving furniture 2 feet away.

The crew showed up at 8:23 this morning.  The 3 gentlemen were polite, professional, lightning fast, and just downright awesome guys.  All three of them smiled, said Ma'am and Sir, and were ready to get the job done.  In less than three hours, they systematically removed the old windows and put the new ones in.  We have 3 very curious cats, and the crew was very conscientious about making sure they stayed inside.  

Everything was sealed and caulked, each and every window was cleaned, and we had the opportunity to inspect the work along the way.  

We couldn't be happier with our decision to use Window World.  We have a entirely new house with this one change.  The temperature in our bedroom dropped 15-20 degrees, we can finally feel the cool air in our living room, the kitchen is no longer an oven, and my Arizona room went from ragged to beautiful.

Trying to get him to come measure and it appears he  doesn't want the business. Keeps telling me I'll call you back....call never happens. Either too busy or don't care about more business. Secretary told me I could look somewhere else, since she doesn't know when he will be able to come measure.
