Greg & his crew do a wonderful job! We have used them twice already in the last 10 months. They replaced an old, worn out, wooden exterior door with a new beautiful fiberglass door, painted it to match both our exterior & interior colors, & repaired the framework around the door.  They also installed 4 additional deadbolts & hinges around our house.

They want to make sure the work is done right, that the customer is satisfied & that everything is clean & picked up when they finish. Their pricing is reasonable, as well. Greg & his workers are all great people to work with - polite, knowledgeable & service oriented.

We are very happy with their work. We will use them again!

We talked to several window replacement companies in the valley and settled on Desert King. The sales pitch was a total speech, which kinda turned me off initially, but we were definitely impressed by the non pushy approach. Yes they're proud of their windows, but they aren't so proud they needed to charge four times more than anyone. We are happy with our windows. The temperature difference is crazy in our 40+ year old home, and we hear less of the neighbors - bonus! It took much longer than they originally stated it would, but there was also a major glass and construction product problem that occurred shortly after we placed our order. The only thing I have a problem is that my slider door doesn't always close and lock the way it should, and the screen doesn't slide smoothly. We would recommend.

Wow. Speechless at how fantastic this company has been for me.

I moved into a new house a few months ago with TERRIBLE WINDOWS. Just awful. I started getting quotes from window installers for literal thousands (2-3k) of dollars per window. Windowz4less came in and blew away all the other competitors quotes.

The everybody was on time and responsive through the whole process.

After a 12 week wait (manufacturer covid delay) I got my brand new windows.

The installation was incredible. The two installers were thoughtful of our home and very polite. They made quick work of the house.

Mark did a great job replacing a broken window pane at my house.  He was professional, communicated well, showed up at the promised time and did a great job.  I would recommend him and will use him in the future when needed.

I wish I could give a long review about a positive experience with this company.  You certainly think you will when you pick the #1 yelp rated windows vendor.  Unfortunately, I never got that far.

I called approximately a month ahead of my appointment time due to the fact that we are not in town frequently.  We needed help with windows at a condo we just moved into.  After talking with the person answering the phones we scheduled an appointment for about 4 weeks away.  

One business day before install, I missed a call and had a voicemail from K&J cancelling my appointment.  They said They reviewed the job and it's not something they do.  They gave me a different business to call (who of course can't come out on one day's notice..and we leave town again the next day).  

If its not something they do, how did they figure that out when the person scheduling said that they DID do that?  Why wait until the day before?  

Unfortunately, just led to a frustrated potential customer.

My experience with imperial windows are absolutely perfect. I had all the windows replaced on my triplex. From the salesman to installers, everything turned out the way they said and I'm extremely happy. I highly recommend this company for any window replacement.

Our cat, Slinky, asked that I submit his notes from our installation. Though he was not permitted to oversee the installation process (he does not have any thumbs, is easily distracted, and likes to sit on things he shouldn't), Slinky highly approves of the visual clarity now afforded to him through the low-e kitchen window that lets in the light, keeps out the heat, and provides a fully optimized, high-def front-yard TV experience.

Slinky was so impressed by both the initial product performance and the installers who completed the project, that he requested we replace all remaining household windows immediately. This was a big hit with the rest of the cats, who can now enjoy high-def Pigeon TV on the big screen in both the kitchen and bedroom.

I needed a quick board up and new window as soon as possible. I called Sunny state glass and Dwayne came right out and did the board up and within 3 days installed my new beautiful window! I highly recommend Sunny State Glass and will be using them in the future! Thanks again for your great work Dwayne!!

It believe I was bait and switched with the height of the glass I requested. The water literally ricochets off the person showering and covers the bathroom. The install date was pushed back because they only have one supplier who provides the shower I ordered and the owner had a chance to make things right but charged me the full amount anyway. Not recommended

This has not been a great experience so maybe I just got a horrible sales person. My 81 yr aunt ordered 3 pieces of glass in early March at a cost of just under $1,500.00. The order was.paid in FULL the day the estimate was received.. After a minimum of 6 outgoing calls, 2 of 3 pieces were installed in June. I was told the 3rd piece was expected on that very day and might be installed the next day too. It wasn't. 2 wks later when I called to followup, I was told it was delivered. After 30 mins on hold, surprisingly it wasn't delivered but was expected to be received by the vendor that day (again) A wk later I called to followup again and was told it had just come in and would be installed the following Monday. The installer arrived at my aunts home and was let in by the housekeeper. A piece of glass was left on a chair next to the small table it was supposed to be installed into. Left on the chair because it didn't fit! I called that day when I found out what had been done. I was told they would look into it and get back with me. Surprise...they didnt. I called yesterday and without having to provide my name they knew why I was calling and said someone would come to her home today to rectify the problem.  I'm so over this and could and would not ever recommend this company to anyone.  I asked for a refund of the piece when it didn't come with the other 2 but being assured the glass was in the mail accepted that as truth. Who does business like this? Someone dumb enough to pay in full I guess.  Story to be continued

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Made it out fast, great communication and did a wonderful job with my glass replacement. Highly recommend!!

Not very happy with this company.  I paid them a total of $351.47 in November 2021,  $166.47 for 3 beveled strips of mirror and $185 to install the mirror.  Upon arrival and after looking at the mirror, the technician felt it would best be hung by using a french cleat rather than the clip that was originally quoted.  I gathered there would be an additional charge, but the owner wanted to charge me an additional $185.  When I asked why she was charging me another $185 she told me that the first $185 was for gluing the three pieces of mirror, really, how much can glue cost?  When pressed, she told me she would refund me the $185 and not to ever call again.  No problem of that ever happening.  The technician that came to hang the mirror was a gentleman and a professional and it was because of him that I gave this company 2 stars.

Have yet to be refunded despite the owner's same day response.  I filed a dispute with my bank on 1/20/2022.

Paul, and his team were awesome. Very responsive and clear communicators. They completed my job in no time. Even going the little extra mile by screwing my downpipes back up. Their roof inspection is trustworthy and I'll continue to use Paul and ECS on all future jobs.

Absolutely Fantastic,   The only company to deal with.  James was a complete professional, price was right and service was great. Up front and very honest people to work with

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Had our front door replaced with a custom made one. The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. The team at Krasiva was amazing. They clearly communicated each step with us, the teams involved with the work were always friendly and professional. They really went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the work being done. It completely changed the look of our home. I can't recommend Krasiva enough.

After searching for a company to replace my windows and doors, I decided to go with WW.
The windows are wonderful quality and have a great warranty.
Pricing was excellent (approx. 20k for 12 singles, 3 specials, 2 patio doors, an entry door, a large bay window AND a large garden window).
There has been an immediate improvement to my homes coolness; all the hotspots are gone!
I visited the showroom in Phoenix. Keith and others provided lots of information to made me feel confident with the purchase.
The installers were fast, professional and work very well as a team. Their foreman (Jay) even gave me some first-rate tips about some projects that I'm working on.
While there were a few ordering mistakes, both the foremen and owner were on top of it. They are in the process of re-ordering the new windows.
Jessica (office assistant) helped with coordinating the installation as well as answering questions that I had.
One critique would be their salesman (Tracy). While he made my wife and I comfortable with the initial presentation and contracting, he immediately went AWOL after the contract was signed. We feel the whole experience would have been enhanced if he would have given us periodic updates and called during the installation to insure we were happy with the progress.

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
