Very pleased with the service and craftsmanship of Arizona Window and Door Store.  We needed to replace our front door and door frame.  Dan was excellent in going over our options and fine-tuning what we wanted.  The installers Josh and Gary were fantastic, they did an amazing job, and the new door has transformed the outside and lets in so much more light.  The door also seals shut and is wonderfully weather guarded.  We love it, thank you all!

We needed windows for our home in Sun City and requested estimates from three companies.  We chose Desert King Windows Co. and are very happy with our decision.  We are so impressed with the owners, salesperson, installers, and of course, the windows.  I was very worried that the tint of the new windows would limit the natural sunlight.  (We're from Michigan and the sunny weather is one of the reasons we moved here.)  The salesperson (Dan) said I wouldn't notice the difference and the installer (James) said the same thing.  Happily...they are absolutely right.  Also, we now have the added benefit of people not being able to see into the house as easily.    My husband is pleased with the help he received from the co-owner (Jayson).  The installers (James and Richard) were hardworking, conscientious and efficient.  They even thoroughly cleaned up any mess that was caused throughout the process.  With the information James provided, we were able to save over $150 because James knew how to rearrange the patio blind to accommodate the new patio door opening from the right rather than the left.  Would we recommend this company to family and friends?  The answer is definitely yes.

Windows seem to be good quality and pricing is competitive, however- pretty negative experience from the time we signed the contract. No quality checks before arriving, so came twice with windows incorrectly manufactured. Quoted 2-3 weeks to get correct ones installed each time. Each time, we had to call 4 weeks later. One window was installed and unfinished- with insulation exposed- for 4 weeks. All in all it took over 3 months to get all correct windows installed. Delays would've been tolerable if we'd been treated better. Our salesman violated the contract, and his satisfaction guarantee, by charging us 2 months before the work was completed. When we brought up any of our concerns, he vacillated between saying he wanted to make it right and talking down to us/being passive aggressive/justifying poor service. It was strange and unsettling. I recommend giving your money to a company with a longer history and many more positive reviews (which illustrate customer experience as a key focus).

Looked at several window companies when the time came to replace all my single pane windows and the 2 doors leading to the patio.  Darin came out measured, showed me some options and even made a suggestion for changing the configuration in the front bay window.  It was a large slider, flanked by 2 solid panes and Darin suggested making the large a solid pane with sliders on the sides.  Cost would be a little less and we'd have an unobstructed view.  He also came out a second time when my SO was available, which was much appreciated.  Chris came out for measuring and was the lead installer.  They arrived on-time, found & replaced some damaged wood, pointed out other areas of potential water issues, and finished the job on-time.  Job site was cleaned as were the new windows & doors, which came out beautiful.  So glad we took Darin's suggestion on changing the bay configuration; it's really awesome!   Thanks to all!

Highly recommend Imperial for window replacement!  We replaced all of the windows in our house with Imperial, Jon Uptegrove.

We did it in 4 phases over a year period.  I wanted to pay cash and not finance or use credit.  Jon was great to work with.  He was very responsive and always on time.  The product is excellent.  The temperature improvement in my east exposure bedrooms is amazingly improved.
Jon gave the perfect recommendation to achieve the desired result in the various rooms with different exposures.

We don't need sunscreens!  The windows do it all.  And they give our 1980's home an updated look.  Couldn't be happier.

We hired DunRite to replace all our windows. From start to finish, communication was excellent. The salesman was not pushy..measuring and installing personal were friendly, kind and were a pleasure to have in our home. Kudos to Collin and  Matt for a great install and being so pleasant during the installation. I would highly recommend this company if you're in the market for new windows.

Dwayne was absolutely amazing. My glass door cracked over the weekend and he came out on Sunday the next day, boarded it up and removed the glass for no extra charge. He ordered my glass and a new screen door and had it installed within a week and a half. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. His prices are the best in the valley and he doesn't charge extra fees for removal.

We ordered an entirely new and complete shower enclosure because the original shower door fell and shattered.

Dependable Glass was highly recommended (by our son after they did glass work on his home) and they did not fall short of our expectations in the least.

From the admin folks (Kristen & Michelle) who we spoke on the phone with numerous times to the estimators and thru the installers, we received professional and courteous service through and through.

They were always punctual and thorough. The installers (Jeremy and Emilio) did an exceptional job of removal of the old shower enclosure and installation and area cleanup of the new product.

The finished product is beautiful.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Look no further for home glass repair! Seriously. This is the company you want. Tyrone came out the same day after providing a quote to replace a pane of glass in our front door. Very professional result! He definitely knows his craft and is extremely reasonable cost-wise. I would recommend Tyrone to anyone who needs this service!

These guys are wonderful! Cheryl was willing to work with me and talk things through and was very clear in her communication always. Their prices are absolutely fair, they have a show room, and I think that they are a very reliable,conscientious company.

Energy Conservation Specialist is a wonderful company to work with. They installed new gutters in areas we were experiencing heavy downpour during the rainy season. When I asked about additional sections to be guttered, Paul (owner), noted they were probably not required. What? No additional unnecessary sales? You don't hear that very often. I will monitor and see, however If I decide I want them installed, I will definitely call Paul and his team as they make sure is done right!

We could not be happier with SR Glass! We had three windows replaced and a sliding glass door fixed that did not want to slide. Angel was our installer and he was very professional and courteous. He did and exceptional job. When he left my husband made the comment you need to let the company know what a good job Angel does. There was no muss, no fuss, just a job well done.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

After being prompted by a random street walker, I agreed to have someone come out to give an estimate for windows as I was in the market anyways.  After several calls to make sure that BOTH my wife and I were going to be there, we established a date and time for the estimate.  Initially I was told that we both needed to be there to ensure that no decisions were made without the significant other also liking the product etc.  Right.

On the date of the estimate two guys showed up:  Trainer/Salesman and trainee.  First, the trainer totally removed himself from group conversations to face directly and speak to the trainee.  Way too much on the job training.  Aren't you here to waste MY time?  Secondly, the reason why the company was so in need of my wife to be there is so that the trainer/salesman could use his used car salesman techniques on her.  During our consult, this guy started explaining how complicated a job like this is as he listed the countless tools by name to my wife.  It was absolutely aparant to both my wife and I that the salesman was attempting to quickly overwhelm my wife with information.  However, she knows the difference between single pane and double pane and a cat claw and crowbar...because the salesman made no attempt to explain the difference or what the tools were for or why we would need to reframe....his only effort was in creating an atmosphere of uncertainty...then lets make a deal.  

Originally, we allowed the consult because over the phone we were told we lived in a new area where the company could use some homes as marketing tools with a significant discount given to us.  After waiting for the salesman to deliver his pitch (and train his trainee) I asked about the deal because he certainly was not going to bring it up.  Alas, in order to be part of the deal we would need to spend a bit longer discussing types of windows and, and, and, and....ever sat through a timeshare presentation to get that gift card or free trip?  Well, this was that only with less information given, no products shown, no measurements taken, and the tactics of a used car salesman.  No offense to used car salesman...you can at least see the product they have to offer.

I have no doubt they have excellent windows and do fine work based on the info from their website.  I just expect more from the person sent by the company I am supposed to make a deal with when spending 10-20,000$.

The Phoenix franchise of Window World has to be one of the few old-fashioned companies left who truly believe in customer service.

We had seven windows installed in August, and even though the installation itself went smoothly and the windows looked great, my new inside-mount blinds would not fit.  I live in an older brick house that had casement windows and a sloped outside window sill, as well as tile on the inside of the windows that was pretty fragile.  After writing a rather terse letter to the company, the installation manager called and arranged a meeting.  Not only did he show up, but the salesman, the installation supervisor who was on-site, and the owner of the company came as well.   They all brainstormed and came up with a solution to my problem.    Shortly thereafter, the installation crew was back again, removing and reinstalling the windows.  They did so without breaking any of the plaster, brick, or tile.  

In this age where it seems you have to fight for everything, this turned out to be a pleasant surprise.   I will call them again when I am ready to order the other windows for my house, and will certainly recommend them to others.

Kudos, Window World!

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
