Best Windows Installations in United States

We LOVE our new front door - the whole entryway looks brand new and we can't see any daylight through the door now!  Installer Nate was so thorough and clean.  They called on their way and arrived before their scheduled time to set up their tools (and to my delight all sorts of mats to protect our floor).  They wouldn't leave until all the trim was perfect and the handles functioned smoothly.  Our house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived.  Greg was constantly in touch with updates on the door arrival and followed up before and after install to make sure everything was to our liking.  I'd highly recommend working with the Arizona Door Store, it was really clear how much they cared about getting things right.

We ordered new doors January 15th...the front double doors were partially installed on March 31st...one of the doors is already losing the rubber seal on the bottom of the door...the front doors needed some additional materials for the installation to be completed but we still do not have this job completed...we had an appointment on June 29th only to receive a call that morning they would not be able to come which is the only time this company seems to have time to call.  

The back door ordered originally was the wrong size and had to be reordered...they had already removed the door trim so we elected not to have them put it back so no more damage would be done to the surrounding area, we never realized it would be 3 months later and we are still waiting...we have called weekly since May trying to get someone to complete the job.

See some people talking about fraud, maybe they were just impatient?  The Windows looked great.  They were definitely on the cheaper side I'd say, but pricewise they were around 30% the cost of what Andersson wanted to extort, and about 75% the cost of the same exact model offered from another door-to-door salesman even AFTER the stupid exercise of haggling.

Lead time is really long due to supply chain issues, welcome to the new world for the time being.

It isn't too good to be true, it's just a really messed up marketplace and Windowz4less seems to be an actual honest broker.

We had nine new windows installed yesterday and I couldn't be happier.  I'll admit I'm a very particular consumer which is what I told Tony the K&J sales rep when he arrived at my home.  I stressed that I didn't want any of the original brick surrounding the windows chipped or broken when the old crank out windows were removed.  I knew this was possible since I had replaced three windows myself without damage a few years ago.  I knew how much work it would be to remove and install nine and I wanted it done before the holidays.  K&J Windows was the right choice.
Tony was very helpful navigating through the choices available and explained the pro's and con's of various products.  After just an hour or so, I made my selections.  I was given a date to expect delivery and installation and much to my surprise, the crew showed up at 8:00am as expected with all the windows loaded on their trailer.  One of crew immediately began removing the old windows while the other two began placing the new windows in the right places.  
Before I knew it, the windows were installed, the guys cleaned up after themselves and loaded all the old windows onto the trailer for disposal.  They even went as far as to caulk around the outside of the windows I installed but I never finished the task.  All I had to do was ask and without hesitation it was done.
One huge difference my family noticed to our home which we hadn't thought of was how quiet our neighborhood suddenly became!  I can't get over the difference.  Secondly, we turned the furnace off while the crew was here and forgot to turn it on when we went to bed.  We slept comfortably all night and didn't even turn the heat on this morning.  All that hype about energy efficient windows being a good investment apparently isn't hype after all.
K&J Windows is the real deal.  It's not often that I would take the time to right a review like this for a company I may never need again.  I've written this in part for the consumers who are looking for a company that delivers without compromise.  Give Tony at K&J a call.  You won't regret it.

Called John Tuesday morning (because of the great reviews on yelp) on 3/8/16 he didn't answer so I left him a voice mail to call me back to set up an estimate.  Wednesday afternoon came and I hadn't received a call back so once again I called and this time John answered.  I informed John that he was rated very well on Yelp and I need 2 windows replaced and 2 sunscreens and would like him to come give me an estimate this weekend, John informed me that he has a minimum 4 windows to come out and also has a 7 sunscreen limit to come out and give an estimate.  John didn't seem like he wanted my business unless it was a large job consisting of at least 4 windows replaced or 7 sunscreens.  So I'm writing this review in the hopes that I can save someone else the head ache of dealing with John.  So unless you have a large job then don't bother calling John its a waste of time and based on what he said to me he doesn't do windows per say but does custom frames for windows and that's why its a 4 window minimum (meaning he doesn't just replace a broken window)!

On another note I ended up using Apache Glass who was very friendly and helpful and had no issues coming out and giving me an estimate on my small job (2 large windows replaces and 2 large custom sunscreens).  The price was very competitive as well.

One word. WOW. These guys are the real deal. From start to finish the job was outstanding. The install team was Mike and crew and were phenomenal the only negative was a slight lack of communication in scheduling install. I had to call them and follow up after 6 weeks. I chock it to COVID. The job Mike and crew did far made up for the communication error so all good in the end.

Sunny State Glass, replaced a shattered Arcadia Door for me. He did an outstanding job, very little disruption of my time and left everything in good order, even cleaned the door in addition to the installed glass. I recommend using this service for any glass need.

An appointment was scheduled, he called when he was on his way, arrived on time, took measurements, gave me the quote, took my deposit, and placed the glass order that same day!
The glass arrived and was installed within the promised timeframe (7-10 days).
The installers arrived within the scheduled time slot and were polite and efficient.
Our only complaints are that the installers didn't call when they were on their way as promised (which is very important to us because we have several large dogs that need to be contained first), and they left some silicone smudges on the glass (which was a little difficult to remove).
Despite the minor inconveniences, we would use this company again in the future.

After getting several quotes for a new window, many that were 3x more expensive than Apodaca's I have to say for the value and price it's well worth it. There were some office issues in terms of scheduling. On my appointment day there was no record of it and it eventually got sorted out but they also went above and beyond and came back after the installation to make sure the window install was to my liking and clean as I wasn't aware of how I could do so and it's 20 feet up. Definitely give them a call for a quote.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I'm super happy with Tyrone and his installation of my bathroom mirror. He is responsive and is reasonable with price and great value. He even came back on a Saturday because there was something that needed done and he made everything right. Excellent work ethic.
He also did some work for my neighbor and he also was happy.

Don't waste your time with the Craigslist crap shoot, nor dealing with unlicensed  
handymen, unlicensed contractors, fly-by-nighters, and rip-off scammers the

I was nervous about getting rain gutters but not ready to face another monsoon season without them.  I wasn't sure they would match my house or if there was even a way to get the water to drain toward the street in stead of flooding my backyard. Paul came out and walked with me around my house. He listened to my concerns and gave me options along with his professional opinion on what would work the best. He even helped me select the perfect colors to match my two-toned home. ECS also has a wonderful office manager who calls to schedule appointments, remind of service dates, etc., and get this... if you call them they either answer the phone or if you leave a message they call back almost immediately.
My work was completed promptly and professionally. I do not think the new gutters detract from the look of my home in any way. For the 1st time since I bought my house 9 years ago I can stay with confidence let it rain!

We could not be happier with SR Glass! We had three windows replaced and a sliding glass door fixed that did not want to slide. Angel was our installer and he was very professional and courteous. He did and exceptional job. When he left my husband made the comment you need to let the company know what a good job Angel does. There was no muss, no fuss, just a job well done.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

We just had our front double door installed and it looks great! We can already tell a difference in quality and also the fact that the front of our house is a lot cooler. The guys that came to install were nice and did their job in a timely manner. We will be replacing our back french doors next year and will use Krasiva again. We shopped a few other places and Krasiva was the best price and I thought the service was good too.

I paid for and had windows and doors installed over a year ago.  Still waiting on parts to complete a sliding glass door installation, screens don't fit and there is a large gap between the doors.  I keep getting the run around about the missing parts.  Every time I call they tell me it will be a couple weeks.  It shouldn't take over a year to get them.

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
