Best Windows Installations in United States

I had scheduled to have windows installed. Went through the process of payment. And then shortly after had a medical emergency. I needed to cancel the windows. When I called the sales rep and emailed the manager I thought I was getting bamboozled. I was told it was to late. I'm not from Arizona and was under the impression that if they were not installed that the service had not been completed. Which would allow me to exit the contract.

Needless to say I was very wrong. I would like to apologize for pushing back and for thinking that they were not being forthright. In Arizona you legally only have three days to cancel from when you made the payment.

Greg the owner called and was trying to work with me. The windows were already ordered and as small business owner this would impact him as well. I unfortunately was not in a position to make is offer work. He called the sales rep of the warehouse and they made magic happen.  

Ultimately I got my money back. This was only due to Greg wanting to work with me and the Sale's rep from the warehouse. He didn't have to go out of his way and legally could have said your stuck with it and out of your money. He went above and beyond! I greatly appreciate that and it speaks volumes of your character and how you run your company.

I'm sorry for any push back on my end and my lack of education. This will never happen again. I appreciate you and others involved.

We are absolutely thrilled with our selection of Desert King Windows! The whole process start to finish was about 5 weeks. The quality of the Amerimax windows they offer can't be beat. In just 2 days they removed 9 windows and 3 sliding doors and replaced them with incredibly robust fixtures. The install team of Landon, Bryar and Tim were fantastic, attentive and treated my home like their own personal project. If that wasn't enough, the value of their work will last a long time and cost half of what other vendors were quoting. If you are even just considering new windows ( mine were 50 year old originals) you must check out DKW. I know you wont be disappointed! (My review comes unsolicited,but I just gotta pass on the good news) Now the house is soooooo quiet!! Cheers!

Wow. Speechless at how fantastic this company has been for me.

I moved into a new house a few months ago with TERRIBLE WINDOWS. Just awful. I started getting quotes from window installers for literal thousands (2-3k) of dollars per window. Windowz4less came in and blew away all the other competitors quotes.

The everybody was on time and responsive through the whole process.

After a 12 week wait (manufacturer covid delay) I got my brand new windows.

The installation was incredible. The two installers were thoughtful of our home and very polite. They made quick work of the house.

Just accepted a contract to sell my home but had a cracked window needing repair. I found this co. from other reviews on Yelp.

On Friday, 8/21/15,  I called Garcia's Windows for a quote. Mark Garcia, the mgr. answered the phone, nice.  Initially, he quoted a few days lead time to come measure the window, pretty  standard. When I explained there was an imminent home inspection, he agreed to come out and measure the window late that same day, after business hours, on a Friday!  Done. Mark offered to call in the order first thing Sat. a.m. to help with delivery ASAP.  

On Tuesday, 8/25, Mark sent me a text msg. that the replacement glass had arrived and offered to come install at 5:30 p.m.that same day.  Again, the mgr., Mark, arrived promptly with an assistant. The installation was completed, cleaned up, and I am so Happy!  Also, Mark was very professional yet personable.

Maybe, I paid a little bit more for Garcia's service compared to the rock-bottom price of a competitor. I do know his competition quoted me 4-day lead times just to come measure the window. Plus,the competition gave excuses about delays from their manufacturer, etc., without any option for expediting an order.  For me, Garcia's windows was a bargain!  I will soooo call him back if I ever need glass/window repair again!

FYI, AFTER final payment with my credit card, on site, (with an email receipt to follow), I told Mark how appreciative I was of his service.  And, that I was going to write a glowing review on Yelp. I have not been compensated in any way for bragging on them... I just feel strongly that small business owners who provide exceptional service, deserve recognition.

Great experience from start to finish.

First I really liked the no pressure sales process. Tony came out and measured the windows and sent me a quote shortly thereafter via email giving me the chance to consider the quote and not be forced into making an on the spot choice I may not be comfortable with.

Price was reasonable, Windows came in on time, installers were efficient and left everything very clean and the windows look great. I highly recommend K&J.

I had energy efficient windows installed on my house. I received three bids and John seemed the most knowledgable and professional. I went with his bid and was very satisfied with the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Very knowledgeable. Thanks for the help. I asked these guys if they did small door jobs. They don't however explained exactly what I'd need to do to fix my door problem. In 5 minutes I had the doors working perfectly and the home owner was more than pleased that we took the time to correct the issue and has given our painting crew even more work to do. Again thanks

Dwayne was absolutely amazing. My glass door cracked over the weekend and he came out on Sunday the next day, boarded it up and removed the glass for no extra charge. He ordered my glass and a new screen door and had it installed within a week and a half. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. His prices are the best in the valley and he doesn't charge extra fees for removal.

Working with dependable glass is great! The ladies in the office are great and always helpful! Thanks Michelle, Silvia, Kristen and Teagan are all so great to work with, on top of it and super kind! Techs are great and super knowledgeable.

Apodacca Glass and Door is a great company.  I've referred them to my clients a few times and they get the job done and at the right price.  They are friendly and know their business.  They do windows in the Phoenix area and Tucson.  A great company to work with.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I can't say enough about Tyrone and Apple hi glass repair. He does excellent work but more importantly he's a really good person. Straightforward, walks you through the entire process, and lets you know where all the costs are coming from. He's a great dude and I can't recommend his company enough.

Called yesterday to get on the schedule, no one followed up after talking to a live person.  I do not enjoy wasting time dealing with companies that are not even interested in doing business.

Paul, and his team were awesome. Very responsive and clear communicators. They completed my job in no time. Even going the little extra mile by screwing my downpipes back up. Their roof inspection is trustworthy and I'll continue to use Paul and ECS on all future jobs.

We had them replace our springs in a window that went bad. They came in with the best price and I scheduled them for a week out. We had a change in our plans and asked them if they could come that day. They called me back and said they will have somebody out within the hour. Fantastic!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

In 2009 I had 2 windows and my front door replaced by Krasiva.  I have been very happy with the work and the product they sold me.  I had thought I was paying a lot for the windows until I spoke to my neighbor about a window he simply had new glass installed in.  Now I know I got a great deal and the windows are very energy efficient.  when there was a problem with first window installed (wrong size), the owner personnally came over to check things out and make things right.

I unfortunately did not have a good experience with this company, and would NOT recommend anyone use them.

Trying to get him to come measure and it appears he  doesn't want the business. Keeps telling me I'll call you back....call never happens. Either too busy or don't care about more business. Secretary told me I could look somewhere else, since she doesn't know when he will be able to come measure.
