Az door store has been great. We were lucky enough to work with the owner who also happens to be our neighbor.  He was very knowledgeable and friendly.   His prices were actually lower than Lowes, which we were surprised about. Definitely recommend them!!

We just had our windows installed yesterday and their service was excellent.  The crew, Jose, Alonzo, and on the last day Gabriel were on time, very polite, and very professional.  They were careful to cover everything inside the room they were working on and they never stopped moving.  They even helped move furniture and remove existing blinds.  They cleaned up after each room, sweeping floors and removing the plastic covers from the furniture.  Of course, the installation turned out to be on the hottest day of the year, so we supplied some Gatorade.  Didn't want anyone passing out!  They were in the sun and the heat all day.
Would definitely recommend Desert King.  From the first person that showed up to give us a quote to the installers, everything was perfect.

My old screens were tight weave sun shade material. Compared to that, the mesh on the new screens are larger and very small insects get through; the screens are industry standard and this issue should not be unique to Windows4Less. However, I contacted my sales guy, Mike, who was great at getting back to me. Sadly, they do not offer screens with smaller mesh, but he offered to look into replacing them with aftermarket screens at an additional cost. Still great service months after my purchase and install!!

Despite the fact that Garcia's quoted me a higher price for the same windows, I was going to go with them based on the high Yelp reviews. Well, maybe Garcia's treats their existing customers nicely, but they certainly treat their potential customers like complete garbage. I reached out to them a few weeks ago to get a quote for my windows. They texted me that they would get back to me later, then eventually sent a quote via text (all of my interactions have been via text. Um... okay). After a few days, I told them I would like to proceed and would they please come over and look at my windows. They said they would be able to come the following week.

They never came nor did they tell me why they never got back to me. So I texted them today asking if they were ever coming or if I should look elsewhere. They texted me back seven hours later that they now have a big job in Casa Grande that will take a month. Thanks. Buh-bye.

It's clear my small job isn't worth the time of Garcia's, but it's still possible to use manners and not waste people's time. I am now a couple of weeks behind on my window project, fixing the stucco, having my house painted afterward, which puts me going into hot weather--all because Garcia's didn't have the consideration to tell me from day one that my job was too small for their time. Thanks.

I wish I could give a long review about a positive experience with this company.  You certainly think you will when you pick the #1 yelp rated windows vendor.  Unfortunately, I never got that far.

I called approximately a month ahead of my appointment time due to the fact that we are not in town frequently.  We needed help with windows at a condo we just moved into.  After talking with the person answering the phones we scheduled an appointment for about 4 weeks away.  

One business day before install, I missed a call and had a voicemail from K&J cancelling my appointment.  They said They reviewed the job and it's not something they do.  They gave me a different business to call (who of course can't come out on one day's notice..and we leave town again the next day).  

If its not something they do, how did they figure that out when the person scheduling said that they DID do that?  Why wait until the day before?  

Unfortunately, just led to a frustrated potential customer.

Outstanding service!!! Showed up when they said they would. Terrific products and quick installation. Highly recommended and I'll definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

We went with a different company for purely subjective reasons. Give DunRite a try and they might click with you.

I needed a quick board up and new window as soon as possible. I called Sunny state glass and Dwayne came right out and did the board up and within 3 days installed my new beautiful window! We had Elvis from Dependable Glass come and fix our window and both Elvis and Dependable were great to work with.  Elvis came to check out the window, gave us an estimate, ordered the parts and within a day Dependable called us with a follow-up.  Elvis came back, arrived 10 minutes early and did a great job fixing our window.  We highly recommend Dependable Glass in Phoenix.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Made it out fast, great communication and did a wonderful job with my glass replacement. Highly recommend!!

Great company to deal with. Very organized from setting up appointment, to following up and reminding prior to the scheduled appointment. Estimate was provided in timely manner, very professional people not pushy at all.  I contacted another company and it was complete opposite. When I call the office I get the answering machine and no call backs.  we finally decided to go with AZ xtreme and the entire process went very smooth from the time I paid our deposit a week later they called for scheduling to install and our end product was beautiful! And follow up with the final payment and received an email confirmation not one not two but 3 emails. They were truly on top of it and made sure all bases were covered. Thank you AZ Xtreme! Highly recommend this company!

We've had these guys come out to help n us with a core c of problem areas with our gutters. They were very responsive and did a great job. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.

The installers were very personable and made sure everything was done exactly what we had wanted. Everything was on time, from the measuring appointment to the installation time. I will definitely go back to Superior Replacement Windows

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

The salesman for Kraisva windows and doors was very knowledgeable on their products and explained in detail all our options for window replacements.  The workers who installed our windows were also very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.  All work was done with skill and on time. My new windows look great and really change the appearance of my living room and bedrooms, inside and out.   We are happy with the quality of windows installed.   Thanks Kraisva for a job well done.

Been over a year since I got my doors and windows replaced by this company. The whole experience was great. From the sales rep to the installers. The windows and doors still look and work great. I'm saving a $100 A month on my electric bill as well. Would definitely recommend this company. And the price was $30000 cheaper then the other company I got a quote from.

Trying to get him to come measure and it appears he  doesn't want the business. Keeps telling me I'll call you back....call never happens. Either too busy or don't care about more business. Secretary told me I could look somewhere else, since she doesn't know when he will be able to come measure.
