A great experience!!

I don't say this often, but from the very start we had nothing but friendly and professional experience from everyone at Arizona Window and Door.
The person we talked to on the phone was very helpful and set up an appointment for a sales rep to show us their product in our home.  We just purchased this home in February and new that windows were going to be one of the first items we needed to address.  When our salesman Daniel Gordon showed up on time to our home and brought in the display products he asked where he could set up and proceeded to put a pad down to protect our table, he was very professional and knowledgeable and asked if we had any question throughout his presentation. Daniel was very caring of our house as we walked through and looked at each window and door that we were going to replace, very mindful of the blinds and curtains while he measured.  Daniel displayed how efficient the windows were to the heat and UV rays here in Arizona and how sturdy and well built the windows and doors were constructed.

After we decided to order Daniel stated that a final measurement will be needed by another person before the order goes in since the windows and doors will be made to what sizes we needed.  A few days later the final measure was done, again a very professional and caring experience.  Daniel followed up a day or two later to see if we had any questions and stated that the order was going in and he would follow up and keep us informed.

When the windows and door came in we were contacted by the office to set up a install date, again very friendly and professional and they were able to install in a few days.

The install was to take two days for the 6 windows and sliding door.  When Patrick and I believe Josh came to install they also were very caring and professional, informed us of the process and asked to see where the windows were were going, explained to us the game plan and started laying out tarps to protect the flooring and to catch any debris from the removal, they also took down all the blinds and draperies and protected them.  They were very concerned about our pet and we worked out a plan to finish a room first and then we could keep her in that room.  At the end of the day they cleaned up the mess and stated what time they would be back in the morning.
During the day our salesman Daniel, called to see how things were going and if we were happy with the install so far, we told him that we were and that we decided to replace the 4 patio doors in our Arizona room also, he stated that he would be able to stop by later in the day.  When Daniel arrived he asked again if everything was going good and if we were happy with the install.  We decided to replace 3 doors with windows and replace the last door, again the final measure will be done in a few days.

On time again, Patrick and Josh continued from where they left off again explaining what their game plan was for the day, they worked well together and finished the project and dis a great clean up of the areas they worked and the  areas outside and replaced all blinds and draperies.

Again on time,  When the final measure was done I believe his name was Mike, he to asked if we were satisfied with the windows and door, and looked at a few, asked if we had any questions.

Later in the day Daniel called to see if the measure was done, stated that the order was going in and about an estimated delivery.

We have nothing bad to say about Arizona Window and Door they are ON TIME, very professional, caring and clean.  They kept us informed throughout the job.

We look forward to the install of the windows and door in the arizona room.

Hands down best decision to use Desert King Windows for my windows!!
Initially met with Daniel Gordon to get an estimate. He was on time, and very knowledgeable about the different benefits/features of the windows we discussed. Answered all my questions, gave me my estimate and was on his way. Absolutely no pressure...
Fast forward to install day...David and Donovan showed up on time- we had to reschedule do to an unforeseen issue at no fault of theirs but they kept me up to speed on EVERYTHING- and got right to work. Kept the place clean, THOUROUGHLY cleaned when they were finished, and made sure I was happy before they left. Both guys were polite and professional during the entire day, and I am beyond elated with the quality of work they did!
Im actually blown away at the lighting and temperature differences the new windows and sliding door have made; I have 6 other windows that will need replacing in the near future and Desert King will get my business no doubt.

See some people talking about fraud, maybe they were just impatient?  The Windows looked great.  They were definitely on the cheaper side I'd say, but pricewise they were around 30% the cost of what Andersson wanted to extort, and about 75% the cost of the same exact model offered from another door-to-door salesman even AFTER the stupid exercise of haggling.

Lead time is really long due to supply chain issues, welcome to the new world for the time being.

It isn't too good to be true, it's just a really messed up marketplace and Windowz4less seems to be an actual honest broker.

Mark did a wonderful job replacing our patio doors.  He noticed a blemish in the first set and replaced the whole door with not much of a delay.   They are great to work with and we will be calling them for the next round of renovations.

First I really liked the no pressure sales process. Tony came out and measured the windows and sent me a quote shortly thereafter via email giving me the chance to consider the quote and not be forced into making an on the spot choice I may not be comfortable with.

Price was reasonable, Windows came in on time, installers were efficient and left everything very clean and the windows look great. I highly recommend K&J.

John and his crew just replaced 9 of our windows. We got quotes from a few companies and John gave us the most trustworthy feel. We were spot on. The windows were ready in 4 weeks as promised. We had a tight schedule for install and the deadline was easily met. The installation crew was top notch and professional. We will definitely call Imperial when we replace the rest of the windows.

When I requested a bid I was sure to add specific notes about what we were looking for AND asked the scheduler that the estimator was aware of our request so that we maximized our appt and he would be prepared. After I left a voicemail for the estimator making sure that he'd read the notes, so that we were on the same page, and ten minutes AFTER our scheduled appointment time, Sal called to tell me it wasn't going to work for them. I don't know which is worse, the lack of professionalism and arrogance in that statement or the lack of consideration for our time and the needs that were clearly stated two weeks ago. No doubt they will rationalize their bad behavior and try to flip it on me... Buyer beware. By the way, we did find an excellent custom installer with great communication and fair pricing. I was mowing my yard on a Sunday and a rock broke my Arcadia door into a MILLION pieces, it was a mess.

I called Sunny State Glass, they came over that day and boarded up the window for the evening, cleaned up the million pieces of glass inside my home and out, then ordered the glass. Within a couple of days the glass was installed and the door was completely repaired, like new. These folks are amazing, the workmanship was truly professional. The quality of the glass and materials was of the highest quality, the customer service was outstanding. They were there for me the day I needed them and they worked around my schedule. To top things off, the price great!

I highly recommend Sunny State Glass.

Not much else to say but wanting this to post and keeps making me write more. Ha

They set an appointment to give me an estimate for my broken outer pane window, and I was pleased that they showed up on time,for both the estimate and the instillation. It was also only 2 weeks from when they measured the window and when they installed it. The workmen were professional and courteous and the job they did was great.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone hands down not only did an amazing job, but also showed me why and how the repair was needed. Add that he beat others prices by A LOT. He was a gentleman and went above and beyond. He will be my window guy from here on out. Thanks Tyrone!!

These guys are awesome! They communicate, the on-site staff was very concerned with had the best option to meet our wants and needs and were very professional, timely and clean. Don't go anywhere else!!!

Great people to work with. Paul is professional, personable and on time.  Prices are very competitive. We had skylights and attic insulation installed. And they are completing a small 'Alumawood' pergola. Would definitely recommend!

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Only reason they get a 4 star is because they cant service me. The timely response and communication was on point. I can tell this is a good company to put your project in the hands of.

We've been upgrading our windows bit by bit over the last year and interviewed/had quotes from 3 companies before we started. We ultimately chose Window World and their representative Ryan because there was literally zero hard sell and the price was by far the best value. We didn't call them back for about 6 months after the initial quote as we saved for the purchase but he remembered me when I called and has been consistently courteous and professional. The windows are beautiful and I've definitely felt the difference in temperature within the house. The install team, Arturo and his father, were amazing, hard workers, friendly, considerate and great with my kids who were DEFINITELY in their way (3 boys!). In short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for price, quality, professionalism and their great communication.. when I texted a question Ryan would call or text back almost instantly. It's obvious they value their customers and I'm happy to recommend them.

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
