The door between our garage and condo interior suddenly fell totally apart and was totally unable to open. Greg and his staff quickly came out to give an estimate.  The price was great.  They then measured for and ordered the door and totally worked to accommodate our need for quick installation due to an upcoming trip.  They were all professional, knowledgeable, and great! New door fits perfectly!! Not always easy due to the condo being built in 1986!!

8 months and still no sliding door, just gets emails mostly saying it's delayed. Seriously 8 months!! Nothing is ever delayed for 8 months. Also I stalled my windows with no screens. Called them for the screens and they have no idea when I can get them. I called them and all they say is have patience the world is in a pandemic. Also they are not the manufacturer so the Waite is infinite

We've had a great experience overall with Windows4Less. We have an AZ room that had old windows that let all the heat in. It made the adjoining family room unbearable in the summer. We got lots of quotes from different companies but no one came even close, price wise, to Windowz4less. Not only did we get a good deal with the cost, but the windows are wonderful. They look sharp, fit perfect, and nearly cuts all the heat out of our AZ room! Mike was very nice and responsive through the whole process. Thanks for giving us a great product at a great price.

Mark and team were nothing but good straight from the start to the finish.  They came out quickly after our initial call and gave me a very fair quote.  We ordered the 90% screens for the back of the house as well as asked them to fix our sliding screen door.  Less than 2 weeks later they were back (today) and quickly installed all 7 screens and fixed the sliding door.  I think they were here for an hour tops.  Great people, I will definitely call on them again.

If there were more companies like Garcia's Windows the world would be a much happier place.  BTW, I'm still waiting for a call back from 2 different roofing companies.  They won't get the job!

Great service from start to finish!!!  Everyone involved brought their A game. We ordered four sliding glass doors for our 1970's home in North Central Phoenix. The quality of the doors and insulation was beyond our expectations.  Our home is so quiet now. We can't wait to realize the energy savings this summer.

Great experience all around with Imperial windows. The owner of the company called to let us know the status of our order and let us know a rough timeline and if we had any questions to call him personally. He was very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Our house in in a resi neighborhood but traffic blasts past at 50 when the posted limit is 25 and if you have any noise issues in your home, ask Sal about STC (Sound Transmission Class) rated windows.

needed a new glass shower door for a bathroom remodel. These guys did a great job. They showed up on time to give me a quote, and explained  everything clearly. I bid three companies, they were the middle bid, but after talking with them I felt they really knew their stuff. The installers were courteous and neat and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

What an experience.
- I originally took my removable window there myself as they quoted me a really good price just to have the glass replaced. They said they would call me once its done in a week or so.
- A week or so goes by, no contact. I had to phone them and they said that there technician 'misplaced' the window, they will call me back once they find it. A few days go by, I phone again and they have 'lost' my window. They said they will contact me to arrange a new window replacement.
- Another weeks goes by, I again had to contact them to see what the hold up is. They said they will have someone come out to measure the window frame and replace the whole thing, all I pay is labor.....fair enough i'm okay with that. Guy comes and measures window, he said they will call me with ETA of delivery dates/times.
- 4 weeks go past and they finally call, frame will be here Monday we will come and replace that day. Monday rolls around, no one shows up, no phone call, nothing. I call at 1500 and they say the window was damaged in delivery, 'we will call once we receive another new frame'.
- Another 4 weeks go by, nothing. I decided to go there myself and talk with them. Supposedly distributer didn't have any materials in stock to build the window so they couldn't give an estimated date when it was done. I suggested trying a different one as this has gone on for way longer than it needed to.
- The next day the called and scheduled it to be fitted. The came and fitted the frame, done quite a bit of damage to the wall but that was slightly expected. The next day a guy came out and filled in the damage with wall repair, which it cracked later when it dried so I had to fix it myself.

Overall view....this is the snippet version of what I went through, the customer service I received was very up and down. I had to do all the hassling and phoning them when it should be the other way around. How/why did they lose the window in the 1st place is beyond me. But, they sensed that and they helped by not charging for the frame.
But would I recommend using them on my experience? No.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Look no further for home glass repair! Seriously. This is the company you want. Tyrone came out the same day after providing a quote to replace a pane of glass in our front door. Very professional result! He definitely knows his craft and is extremely reasonable cost-wise. I would recommend Tyrone to anyone who needs this service!

My favorite mirror is officially up again...so excited 4 years, two moves and many attempts to fix it myself I finally brought it to the experts and I cuddnt be more happy...NO job is too small I was given the same genuine customer care as if I had a whole house of mirrors done.  Thank you Thank you Thank You

From start to finish working with Paul and his crew/staff was a high level of professionalism and customer service! The installation crew of the gutters were very patient and helpful. They took much pride in their work and were very considerate of us and took the extra time to make sure everything was completed to our approval. We had a small added request at the last minute and they took great care of us! We would highly recommend this company for your gutter needs and all the services they offer! We could not be happier with SR Glass! We had three windows replaced and a sliding glass door fixed that did not want to slide. Angel was our installer and he was very professional and courteous. He did and exceptional job. When he left my husband made the comment you need to let the company know what a good job Angel does. There was no muss, no fuss, just a job well done.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

My experience with Krasiva windows and doors was amazingly good. I was educated on the quality of the windows they sold and treated to expert installation. They are lovely. They changed the look of my older house for the better.  They work well and they are quiet and even keep my rooms a little cleaner!

It's always a worry to have new technology installed in your old house. You hope it doesn't open a whole can of worms..  I'm also picky about service. Krasiva exceeded my expectations.

We bought a property in Mesa that was very neglected by the previous owners, one of the big ticket repair/replacements was windows.  Jeff came out to our house one afternoon in April, inspected everything and had a concern about our Arizona room.

The wood under the windows was rotted substantially and he was concerned about there being enough left to hold and brace the large windows needed in that space.  We had conversations with several contractors about rebuilding/reframing the area and were so discouraged.

Jeff asked to come back, as he had another idea that might not only solve the issue, but save us some money in the mean time.  We were all in, signed the very reasonable quote, and paid the 50% deposit.  We knew there was an 8 - 14 week wait once they were ordered, as each window is custom made.

Final week of July, exactly as expected, we received the call that our windows were finished and ready to install.  The arrival appointment was set between 8 and 10 this morning.  We spent last night removing the blinds and moving furniture 2 feet away.

The crew showed up at 8:23 this morning.  The 3 gentlemen were polite, professional, lightning fast, and just downright awesome guys.  All three of them smiled, said Ma'am and Sir, and were ready to get the job done.  In less than three hours, they systematically removed the old windows and put the new ones in.  We have 3 very curious cats, and the crew was very conscientious about making sure they stayed inside.  

Everything was sealed and caulked, each and every window was cleaned, and we had the opportunity to inspect the work along the way.  

We couldn't be happier with our decision to use Window World.  We have a entirely new house with this one change.  The temperature in our bedroom dropped 15-20 degrees, we can finally feel the cool air in our living room, the kitchen is no longer an oven, and my Arizona room went from ragged to beautiful.

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
