Greg and his team did an outstanding job on our doors for our recent home renovation! They were very reliable, always showed up on time and maintained great communication. We will definitely use Arizona Door Store for our next project!

33 windows replaced and installed in 3 Days ! Just had new windows replaced and I must say we are more the pleased. From the start Dan Gorden  480-800-9707 our sales rep came out was so thorough with his whole presentation . We had several quotes but decided to go with this company . So professional and the install went so smooth. Couldn't be happier. These should be your choice if you want value and quality .

See some people talking about fraud, maybe they were just impatient?  The Windows looked great.  They were definitely on the cheaper side I'd say, but pricewise they were around 30% the cost of what Andersson wanted to extort, and about 75% the cost of the same exact model offered from another door-to-door salesman even AFTER the stupid exercise of haggling.

Lead time is really long due to supply chain issues, welcome to the new world for the time being.

It isn't too good to be true, it's just a really messed up marketplace and Windowz4less seems to be an actual honest broker.

This company was great! I had to replace a broken window after a tenant moved out and Mark was professional, efficient and fairly priced. He gave me quick pricing over the phone and was able to schedule me pretty quickly. He emailed me written estimates before the appointment so I would have it right away for my rental paperwork and was always very helpful, friendly and conscientious. For example, he even took his shoes off when coming to put the window in because the carpets had been cleaned  - something I hadn't even mentioned or would have asked! but he apparently noticed our shoes by the door and was considerate enough to emulate it.

Before leaving, I thanked him for his wonderful service and said that I would keep his card for any future needs. He replied, that he hoped I never needed to call him again but that I was welcome to refer him to others. Being interested in the greater good more than the bottom dollar - that is great customer experience in my book!  I will most definitely recommend him!

The Installation crew was knowledgeable and professional. Nick, Solo, Scott, Carlos, and Gary worked hard and efficient. They showed up on time and finished the installation when they predicted. They kept me informed as the project progressed and walked me through any unforeseen difficulties and how they were going resolve it.

I would recommend this company and I am excited to have nice and new windows.

Ken came out very quickly and gave me a quick estimate. He was neat, friendly, knowledgable and prompt. I had to reschedule once and they had to reschedule once. Both times the experience was customer centric and pleasant. The installers were also very personable, neat and professional. It is not easy having contractors in your home, because you never know how they are going to leave it. They left everything clean when they were done. I love my new windows. They look great and have reduced the noise in my rooms tremendously. Thanks for a great job!

Where do I begin? My wife and I are new to home ownership and needed to have numerous windows replaced due to their age and failing seals, parts, locks, you name it. We reached out to a few window installation companies and quickly knew we liked DunRite.

Sal was from the get go very kind and flexible when it came to scheduling follow up meetings as we kept coming up with new questions every time we met, and he continued to have answers for us each time! Never once did he pressure us into buying his windows or services. We finally decided on moving forward with window installation using DunRite after reviewing the multiple bids we received from others in the valley, DunRite stood out as being the right choice for us. After  another measuring appointment or two they were ordered and then we waited for install!

After a couple of weeks the windows arrived and we were on the books for installation. The install crew were extremely polite, respectful, and did everything they could to keep our house and the surrounding areas near the windows as clean as possible. Collin was nothing but patient with us as my wife and I asked a million questions before, during, and after each day of install. They wrapped up pretty quick over all (roughly 3 days) and the windows look amazing! What a difference we are noticing in our house temperature wise and just the overall appearance of our house having been updated with these beautiful windows.

We have had some settling of stucco and the caulking used (inside and out) with the temperature changes but we were reassured this is normal and to our delight Sal was quick to respond and have JJ come out to do a once over of the windows and then fill in any openings from the material expanding and contracting. JJ by the way is just awesome, as well, having been here to measure in the beginning and now after the install was complete to ensure we are happy customers.

For two first time home owners and first time window project people DunRite has been there every step of the way for us. Sal, JJ, Collin, and the rest of the crew (sorry to not name all of you!) are some of the most trust worthy, professional, and truly customer oriented people I've had the pleasure of meeting. I feel confident that our windows will last for a long time to come and should something pop up, I know they are there to help. Keep it up and don't ever lose that customer focus. I needed a quick board up and new window as soon as possible. I called Sunny state glass and Dwayne came right out and did the board up and within 3 days installed my new beautiful window! needed a new glass shower door for a bathroom remodel. These guys did a great job. They showed up on time to give me a quote, and explained  everything clearly. I bid three companies, they were the middle bid, but after talking with them I felt they really knew their stuff. The installers were courteous and neat and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

This has not been a great experience so maybe I just got a horrible sales person. My 81 yr aunt ordered 3 pieces of glass in early March at a cost of just under $1,500.00. The order was.paid in FULL the day the estimate was received.. After a minimum of 6 outgoing calls, 2 of 3 pieces were installed in June. I was told the 3rd piece was expected on that very day and might be installed the next day too. It wasn't. 2 wks later when I called to followup, I was told it was delivered. After 30 mins on hold, surprisingly it wasn't delivered but was expected to be received by the vendor that day (again) A wk later I called to followup again and was told it had just come in and would be installed the following Monday. The installer arrived at my aunts home and was let in by the housekeeper. A piece of glass was left on a chair next to the small table it was supposed to be installed into. Left on the chair because it didn't fit! I called that day when I found out what had been done. I was told they would look into it and get back with me. Surprise...they didnt. I called yesterday and without having to provide my name they knew why I was calling and said someone would come to her home today to rectify the problem.  I'm so over this and could and would not ever recommend this company to anyone.  I asked for a refund of the piece when it didn't come with the other 2 but being assured the glass was in the mail accepted that as truth. Who does business like this? Someone dumb enough to pay in full I guess.  Story to be continued

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Very happy with the work, Tyrone was on time, very hard worker. The price was very reasonable. The turn around time was fast.

I'd say middle of the road to a poor experience. Definitely not the attention to detail that I expected. Our original quote was fine, but they didn't get everything correct (hardware color).  That's minor (but sadly it all added up as you will see). We had them do 2 shower doors. For the master, the door was installed and after the fact, I was told that the manufacturer omitted the coating. They offered to come to my home to apply it. I opted to have it removed vs applying it onsite at my home (oddly enough, friends that used them said that the same thing happened to them - 3 to be exact - seems like a cost saving tactic). I even got a mistake call from the office saying that the coating was omitted by the manufacturer (call was for another client, but they mistakenly called me). I'm suspicious. None the less, they removed the door, had the coating corrected and reinstalled it the following week. The other shower door was also problematic. Upon install, one of them broke (literally shattered into a million pieces). I think those things happen - either a defect or install issues. The clean up of the shattered glass was poorly done. Very obviously pieces were stuck to the caulking on the wall. After several weeks, I called to see when it would be replaced. They said that the manufacturer was not being responsive to them and that they were going to use another manufacturer.  That prompted them to have to come out and remeasure. I was compensated with approximately a $100 discount (which was not communicated until later). Then on the day of install, they never showed up and I had to call to see what was going on. They rescheduled me for 3 hours later that day. Nice people, but a lot of missteps and a lot of effort on my part. By the time it came to pay my bill, I was plain out exhausted. Customer service was poor. Lots of blaming and lots of excuses. Not much ownership on their part. They were apologetic, but they definitely didn't own it. There are lots of choices in this space. I do not recommend AZ Xtreme Glass & Mirror.

Update: they completed the final shower door installation on Friday 8/13. When the installer asked for payment, I said no. He did not leave an invoice and did not have any history. They also took final payment on the first door, so I was suspicious of the amount that he told me. On Monday 8/16, I talked to the office. I was given the details on the discount. I did not pay at that time due to needing to compare my quote to the invoice, but more importantly to ensure that I was not double charged. I don't think they processed the payment.  On Tuesday (8/17), I paid the bill in full and Wednesday I received a notice of Lien filed on 8/16.  DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!  THEY COME ACROSS AS INEXPERIENCED.

Had a difficult gutter installation (2 story hillside house). Paul was able to quickly provide a completive quote. Crew was professional and did an amazing job. Fantastic customer service!

We could not be happier with SR Glass! We had three windows replaced and a sliding glass door fixed that did not want to slide. Angel was our installer and he was very professional and courteous. He did and exceptional job. When he left my husband made the comment you need to let the company know what a good job Angel does. There was no muss, no fuss, just a job well done.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Waited 5 months for new patio door for my Phoenix home.  First four months after Perry telling me it would be 10-12 weeks.  No real explanation.  After four months, installers arrived only to determine after half an hour that the wrong frame had been sent.  Yes, Derrick said manufacturer issue, but I had to wait another month for a frame from California.  Joe and Chris did a great installation job - put a barrier to keep dust out of house and cleaned up pretty well.  I do love the door.  Was a little disappointed in lack of finish work.  They did install new trim work on interior, but did not fill nail holes or caulk around the outside of the trim.  Apparently, the only had black caulk to match door.  Also, they cut my tile rather badly in a couple of places, but used my grout to cover the issue.

Only 4 stars because 5 months is too long to wait for a door from California, charge extra to use credit cards, completion work not up to my expectations, and paperwork using actual carbon (like from the 1970's).  

You guys need to move into the 21st century.  Last company I worked with used email for estimates and ongoing communications, used tablets to sign off on installation and accepted credit card payments.  Installers should not be collecting paper checks and getting blue/black fingers from carbon paper.

I give Lee Cook and the Window World team 5 star service from initial call, field measure all the way through the installation. This team is wonderful. I learned so much about windows and glass.

Initially I signed up with Renewal by Andersen. For 7 windows my quote with the home show discount was over $18K. So as soon as that sales rep left I called Lee from Window World to cancel because he was my next appointment. He said I was paying way too much and to give him a chance. I said if he could get to my house by end of day I would give him a chance to sell me. He came out and I got 7 windows PLUS a 3 window panel front door for less than $8K... that is a $10K savings plus a front door for free basically if you compare the quote to Andersen.

Lee Cook is great to work with and has always been responsive via text or call. I will most definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone that lives in the valley for a great quality window and best value.

BTW... my utility bill went down significantly... huge bonus!

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
