Best Windows Installations in United States
The best part about Yelp is that you can reach out to local businesses. Let's face it. We all work Monday thru Friday. We get up at the ass crack of dawn and after battling traffic in the afternoon, most of us get home well after most businesses are closed. I don't have means of stepping away from my desk at work to make a phone call to discuss a new patio door. It's much easier for me to drop an e-mail or message via Yelp. I did so and Greg, the owner, responded almost instantly. I was out of work early on a Friday and he sent a sales rep. to my house to discuss options.
Dan, the sale rep. for AZ Window & Door showed up promptly on a Friday and we had a very in-depth conversation with the products they used. He even brought a sample of the material and build quality. I did not take much searching online to see that Anlin Windows & Doors are among the best of the best. Try as you might, there aren't many other manufacturers that will beat our an Anlin when you look at spec for spec. After discussing this with Dan and seeing the samples he brought, I still took time to get a couple of other quotes from local Valley businesses. Needless to say, I wasted my time and theirs. I pulled up the quote I got from AZ Window & Door and accepted the quote they gave me.
The next step in the process after accepting the quote was to obtain a final measurement of the space for the new patio door. These are custom made by Anlin and they spare no expense. Another gentleman from AZ Window & Door came by on a separate visit and did the final measurement. He took all the specs, my deposit and my new Anlin patio door was officially on order!
I was advised a few weeks later that my door had arrived and we scheduled the installation! Bobby came out this morning and did the installation. The whole thing took three hours from the time he arrived until the moment he cleaned up and left. He covered everything in our living room in plastic to protect it and then laid down a drop cloth. He got rid of the old patio door which was a single-pane, builder-grade piece of junk that could not have been more inefficient if it tried. Bobby worked methodically and it was obvious he was proficient at what he was doing. This was not his first rodeo, to say the least. He installed the new patio door, re-insulated everything and re-installed the trim! He polished the glass after he was done, vacuumed everything and made sure everything was in awesome condition.
The new patio door, hardware and screen door is of the highest quality. My wife and I could not be happier! Obviously, we could have gone down to Lowe's and gotten a brand new piece of junk patio door for $800. I am of the: buy nice, don't buy twice philosophy. Not only is it more secure, not only does it look custom and awesome, but it's energy-efficient due to the high-quality glass and build quality! Everyone I've interacted with at AZ Window & Door has been professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. This is the meaning of customer service! Obviously, a 5-star review and highly recommended to friends, family or fellow Yelp'ers!

We had Windows installed that leaked... Caused damage to our house. Had to take them to small claims court to get $800 judgement.

John Uptegrove from Imperial does a great job! I've had him do sunscreens on 2 houses and plantation shutters on another home. His work is impeccable! The finished look really is dramatic. I can't recommend him highly enough! He has great attention to detail and his prices are more than fair for the quality he delivers.

very Happy with the service from Dunrite. they were the first to respond to our request for quote to replace all of our windows and a sliding door, and when one of their competitors came in with a lower quote they immediately matched it. There was no high pressure sales pitch like with every other company, and the sales rep, Sean, was very pleasant to have in our home, we felt like we had known him for years. The work crew who installed the new windows and door were not only on time, but a few minutes early! They started immediately and were done in record time. They laid drop clothes out to keep any materials off of carpet and flooring, and they cleaned up behind themselves as each room was completed. After 6 months of remodeling and dealing with contractors, I cannot express how absolutely amazing it was to have the experience we did with Dunrite from start to finish. Thank you Dunrite, I will be sure to tell everyone how awesome you guys are!

Very quick response to inquiries. Great, reasonable price for services rendered and friendly, helpful and understanding staff. Best experience I've had with home repairs, ever. If I ever need a similar service I will be using this company again. 10/10 would recommend.

They Guys just came out and Finished installing Mirrors across the wall being used for a Gym and Dance Studio as well as installing the Frame-less shower. We ordered the Rain Pattern as well as having the EuroShield Treatment. They did a great Job. They were prompt, and cleaned up after their work.
I would highly recommend them.
The only issue, but I wouldn't call it that is the shower hooks did not arrive the same time as the other parts. They said will come back and install those once they come in. With all of the other positive installations, I'm sure they will be prompt on that as well.
We are inquiring for them to install sliding glass doors as well since the great job they did for us today.

Great company to do business with!
They installed two frosted side lights for privacy that replaced the original clear ones.
They measured, we picked a style of frosted glass.
A week later they installed them. Took about 40 mins to remove the old glass and install the new ones. They were able to remove the old glass and install the new glass right into the original frames so there was no surrounding damage. YES! Not a scratch on anything, including the frames. No need to paint, etc.
They always came on time, were respectful, and called ahead to say they were on the way. Best of all, they were lower priced than two other glass companies.
Great quality too. The glass looks superb!

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors. He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation. His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process. I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Look no further for home glass repair! Seriously. This is the company you want. Tyrone came out the same day after providing a quote to replace a pane of glass in our front door. Very professional result! He definitely knows his craft and is extremely reasonable cost-wise. I would recommend Tyrone to anyone who needs this service!

We had them replace our springs in a window that went bad. They came in with the best price and I scheduled them for a week out. We had a change in our plans and asked them if they could come that day. They called me back and said they will have somebody out within the hour. Fantastic!

Only reason they get a 4 star is because they cant service me. The timely response and communication was on point. I can tell this is a good company to put your project in the hands of.

My salesman really enjoyed telling what I wanted, regardless of my opinion. I was wavering on grids in a patio door, when salesman decided I didn't want them. 2 days later, I contacted them and it was a huge hassle to change order, despite the fact they would not be made for 6 weeks. During installation, I found out that there were different types of grids available. Yup, I got the ugliest and cheapest ones without being given a choice (apparently there are several choices available).
The replacement patio door ended up leaving a strip of bare sub floor between the door frame and carpet. Now, I need to find someone to put in a patch. The door opens most of the way, before getting caught and rubbing on carpet. At least I don't need a door stop - just my carpet. Wish salesman had mentioned that I might want to replace the lock. I didn't think of it, and now have a new door with 20 year old handle and lock.
The living room had 2 floor to almost ceiling non-opening windows. Salesman did not want to waste time telling me prices of options. Sadly, I depended on his expert opinion. I have 2 windows attached together for each large single side replacement. They can open at top or bottom. There is one window screen (covers 1/2 of the full length of the opening), which can be placed top OR bottom. Due to thickness of safety glass, every time the window is opened, the screen is dragged and must be re-adjusted. If not adjusted, the screen is stuck between the upper and lower parts of the window. Hello bugs! Since these are windows, rain accumulates on the outside at the bottom where the window lip is.
Salesman also informed me that my prior custom window screens would not fit any longer but I would not need them. Due to 2 windows in upper part of vaulted ceiling, I got to order new ones to keep from being blinded by the sun in the AM. Thanks - more money.
The frames are large and the window portion reduced. My upstairs shower window glass is now about 2/3 of the size. Yup, salesman decided I did not want the frosted glass and was unable to change order 2 days after placing it.
During installation, some supervisor came walking through my home, reprimanding employee. It was quite unpleasant and he ignored my statements that employee was doing a good job. Perhaps this gentleman should take some management training so he could understand that employee matters are private and not to be done in front of customers. He was a very unwelcome addition to the process. My home is not his office. In simple words, he behaved like a jerk.
Would not recommend. I will feel resentful during the process of paying off the $10,000. On the plus side, the sliding patio door in bedroom is wonderful. Screen latch questionable. The majority of other windows are nice, with easy to operative locks.
