I needed help with a small installation of indoor/outdoor carpet in my garage.  I already had the carpet special ordered from Home Depot to match an adjacent piece.  I tried a lot of places and none of them would do the work because they could not sell me the carpet and it was only 400 square feet.  I found HM Flooring Group on Yelp and gave them a call.  Eduardo not only accepted the job, he arranged to have his crew pick up the carpet from Home Depot for me.
His installation crew did an excellent job of preparing the surface and putting down the carpet (it had to be glued down in the garage).  It looks great and the service I received was outstanding.  I highly recommend giving them a try.

The great reviews and Cosimo's helpful son led us to hire Paradise Tile.  We had 1,500 square feet of ceramic tile and baseboards removed and replaced with luxury vinyl floors and new baseboards.  The product selection, price, professionalism and workmanship was all spot on.  They even completed the job a week earlier than expected.  I am really particular and picky.  Cosimo listened to me and promised that everything would work out, especially around challenging areas like our built-in refrigerator and cabinets.  His suggestions were great.  The crew politely accommodated some of my special requests too, which makes me happy!  The new floors really look amazing!

Scott was very knowledgeable and provided a fair price. There are a lot of choices as far as colors and even texture, I did like non skid especially since it's for the walkway.

Very friendly and honest people. They don't try to up sell you on items you don't need and explain things to you without hesitation. Great communication!

My Dads house came out amazing. From start to finish the process was easy and enjoyable to watch the transformation. Todd from the main office kept us up date on the whole Process. I would highly recommend them.

I asked her to match existing tile. She said she found it and placed the order. She came out and installed it. We noticed it was dull and lacked the shine of our existing tile.  She said it was grout haze and it would clean up.  It never did after 5 through cleanings.  You can't even mop it because its so porous. Nothing like the original tile.  She said it was the tile companies fault and that they would replace it.  They came out and said it was what she ordered. What she ordered was more of an exterior tile.  SO now I have tile floors that can't be mopped, look dirty because of the finish, and she wont do anything or return my calls...She'll post excuses, but they are just excuses, she won't try and make this right...

I had my laminate floor installed in February 2014.  There were a couple of areas which needed replaced and the owner Tom came out personally to inspect the floor.  Everything that was promised was completed in a timely and professional manner. I am very happy with the results and will use Floor Source in the future when I have my carpets replaced.  Tom went above and beyond my expectations.

We would highly recommend this company.  The installation was perfect, Carl is a very experienced tile installer.

Mike was responsive and easy to communicate with. He did a backsplash for us and let us know that we were going to 7 tiles short so that we could get them early in the process instead of when he was already into. We also had purchased quick set grout and he helped us get that corrected too. Would definitely use Mike again.

The salesperson Daniel was very friendly and helpful the carpet looks beautiful exactly what I wanted and you can't beat the price. The installers we're quick and did a perfect job. Shamus and Travis are magicians at working on repairing anything stone. We have limestone floors that need a lot of attention and they perform miracles on the floor as well as our quartz countertops.

We had 1,500 square feet of ceramic tile and baseboards removed and they did an amazing job - all completed in ONE DAY!  A really hard working crew - the lead was easy to communicate with and each person worked incredibly hard and diligently.  Lance answered all of my questions up front and everything was left smooth and clean for my new floors.  Worth every penny.  No corners cut and my newer cabinets and other things were left in fine shape.

I can't recommend Matthew and his team enough! They showed up early and got right to work, and were finished within the quoted time! Super responsive and friendly as well. There was no mess made, and their work was flawless. I will definitely use them again for any future jobs!

Bruce restored my wife and I's faith in Arizona General Contractors and we couldn't have been happier with the results, all of the tradespeople Bruce uses are extremely talented and very personable. We did a guest bathroom project and not only was the outcome better than we expected but all of Bruce's staff offered up excellent suggestions throughout the project.

We had a house full of tile removed as well as carpet in three bedrooms and had vinyl plank flooring installed. Eduardo, Miguel, Juan and the crew are awesome!! They are excellent communicators, trustworthy, kind, and our floors look amazing! We will definitely be using them when we get ready to remodel our master bathroom. Highly recommend.

Vicki is very knowledgeable about flooring and is very interested in providing great service to her customers. We live in a condo with very strict but also difficult to understand noise ratings for flooring. Vicki dug in to get as much information on this as possible. This was after going all over town and not finding another carpet dealer that understood the sound ratings or that was willing to work with us to meet the requirements. Real pleased with J & B.

I had my floors completed about 6 months ago.  They did an awesome job and was very accommodating.  I was out of town and they finished the floors and sent picture the entire time.   They replied quickly to any questions we had and provided great feedback.   I would use them again.

Had them do my three car garage in October of 2014. Waited 10 days for the floor to cure before I brought a car in on it. We were not living in the house yet. The first time I brought a car in it left impressions in the epoxy. You can actually see where it sunk into the epoxy. 60's Camaro. Not a very heavy car. It took 2 plus months before you could go out in garage and not be knocked over by the smell of the solvent in the epoxy. Is that normal? The first time it rained, some rain water came in the garage by the garage door. It stained the floor. I have tried multiple times to call Eric about the staining and soft finish and have never received a response. My contract says I have a 15 year warranty, but I can't even get a call back.

I received a phone call from Eric in response to the review. Extremely hostile. Let me know that this review was "fu(ked up and he wanted it removed" and "if I was going to leave it fu(ked up he would fix the floor when he got to it".

Received text messages from Eric letting me know how this review is hurting him. 16 days from the initial review and still has not looked at the floor.

Received text message from Eric again letting me know that my review was a "d!ck thing to do". Also let me know that I have no proof that I attempted to contact him in the past. Still no attempt to inspect the floor to actually resolve the issue. Only profanity and accusations that I'm lying. Let me know that this review is "not motivating for him".

Contacted AZ registrar of contractors. Found that their contractors license is suspended and their bond is expired. From the looks of it, it's not the first time.

Eric finally contacted me to see the floor. Contacted me at 11:11am wanting to see the floor at 1:00pm. Was working and was not able to work it out to leave work with that short of a notice. He offered up a couple more times that were during my work hours, I offered times after work or on the weekend that he was not willing to agree to. Said I needed to compromise, which I guess means taking time off work to meet when it's convenient for him.

We absolutely love  our new shower!!! Alex & his team at Desert Custom Flooring did a wonderful job.  I am very particular....they met & surpassed my expectations!! They showed up on time & completed the job so quickly. It is absolutely beautiful!! Thanks
