Best Flooring Contractors in United States

They quoted $1800 for just the labor to put on 45 square feet of kitchen backsplashes.  We provide our own tiles, mortar and grouts.  They indicated on the quote that they added $300 for removing the granite border.  

We ended up doing the backsplashes ourselves.  It took my husband 30 minutes to remove three pieces of granite border which they charged $300 for 30 minutes' work.

I contacted Bram Flooring for a small floor repair and they came out, looked at it, provided a written estimate and scheduled a date and time for them to come out to do the work.  They never showed up not called, texted or emailed that they would be late, not come at all or to reschedule.  Very poor customer service.

The Quick Response Team of Alan, Jared, and Brandon showed up today on the early end of the window for arrival.  They went to work quickly and got the floor ground down to a nice surface in about an hour.  Without any breaks went into the surface skimming, then the initial coat of epoxy and then the flakes.  This part of the project had to dry out some so they took a lunch break and came back for the final glossy topcoat.
The final product is a high quality and strong surface.  I opted for the total broadcast in a nice gray.  It came out beautiful.  This is a large laundry room in our house and is a great upgrade.  I highly recommend Quick Response.  The estimate was exactly what I paid, the Team that did the work were superb and the price was absolutely worth it.  Super company and I will use them again for my next project.

I had luxury vinyl tile and new baseboard installed in my entire house. Beck's provided a quote very quickly and they were very reasonable.  They moved my furniture (I moved the knick-knacks, light stuff, they moved the sofas, tables, beds)  A crew of two - a father & son showed up on time every day, they worked the entire time and even sat on the bare floor while they ate lunch - I offered a table & chairs, but they insisted on sitting on the floor - they didn't want to get too comfortable and have a hard time going back to work.  They were polite professional and most importantly, the job they did is amazing.  I am still walking around the house trying to believe the difference.  The trim work is excellent and they were to handle the unexpected hiccups that every home improvement job has with ease - they have seen pretty much everything and know the best way to solve problems for a professional look that will last.  My hiccup happened to be a rusted toilet flange that was destroyed and could not be re-used - not their fault, not their job to replace.  I was notified immediately and called a plumber to replace the flange.  They secured the area, worked around the problem and made things easy for the plumber by removing some flooring so he had more room to work.  I enjoyed their company and even though I am ecstatic to have the new floor, I will honestly miss seeing the installers every day - yes, they were that good.  I highly recommend.

It was a pleasure working with Floor Source and their installation crew (Diaz Flooring).  We had a kitchen to redo because of water damage and we used them for the flooring (which extended throughout the living room) and backsplash.  Jarod was very helpful with our tile selection and very response to any questions we had throughout the process.  Diaz Flooring's workmanship is great and they accomplished all their work in a timely manner, making sure we were happy every step of the way.

Seamus is the best in the business at any kind of repair and restoration.  Don't hesitate calling Seamus for any kind of service having to do with stone.  If anyone can do anything to rectify a situation having to do with stone, this is your guy!

The people at DustSharkz impressed me from the initial phone call to when the crew left.  René answered all my questions on the phone and actually sounded like a normal person, rather than a salesman which I appreciated.  (Another company I called to get quotes went on and on about patents and how there would be half a million dollars worth of equipment out front.  Was this supposed to impress me or validate their higher price?  Didn't work...)

When the team of 4 arrived, they were very courteous and protected my new floors and carpet in other areas of the house.  Altogether about 850 square feet of tile was removed in a single day.  The job was very well done with only typical patches needed before installing my new floor.  It also was dust-free as advertised.

What really sets a company apart in my opinion is how they handle problems.  When resetting one of my toilets, the tank broke.  Without any argument or confusion, they kindly replaced my toilet with an equivalent the next day.  I've worked in the construction industry before and I know things can and do go wrong regularly.  A company like DustSharkz that handles problems professionally and quickly is one that I would recommend to any of my friends.

These guys are great! I reached out with the quote request feature here on Yelp and they were the first to respond and were upfront with their pricing. I needed about 200 SQ ft of poorly installed tile and an old built in vanity removed and booked an appointment. They arrived early for the appointment and finished quickly. They're a friendly and efficient crew who protected my kitchen cabinets with plastic before beginning and moved appliances and pulled/reinstalled the toilet to get all the tile out. They were very helpful, quick, and did a great job.

I highly recommend these guys for all your floor demo needs. If I ever need another floor ripped out I'll be using them again.

Bruce is awesome and very patient. Knew his product and made several suggestions that were very helpful. Installers were ok, my only frustration is they didn't speak English and it was hard to communicate what we wanted for transitions. They ended up not doing what was initially agreed but Bruce promptly had them come out and fix it. Overall very happy with the job. One last note if you do install tile against existing carpet make the sure installers have the ability to make the transition look good by tucking the carpet.

I am over the moon happy with the job done. The owner of the company is professional and polite and went above and beyond for us. Muletas Floor installed two full showers quickly and at a great price. Would highly recommend.

Thank you Vikki and Nola for your exceptional customer service!  After 28 years, it was time for new carpet in 4 BRs, LR and stairway and get it installed before xmas.  We spent about an hour at her showroom getting the choices down to a few.  A few days later, they brought samples to the house and the perfect one was chosen and deposit paid.  One week later, the carpet was completely installed - order shipped from Georgia, arrangements scheduled for the furniture movers, contact to move the pool table and of course the installers - a coordination nightmare.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!
On the day of install, the movers came at 8am and in less than an hour moved all the furniture. Couple hours later at 10am the installers came.  The entire install, ~1200 sq ft, was completed by 6pm.  As the installers were finishing, the movers came back to move the furniture back!  Vikki and Nola returned to inspect the install and instruct us in carpet care and stain removal.
The carpet looks great!  Appreciated the sparkling water and snacks too! Enjoyed the Greek food discussions and can't wait to use the vouchers.
May see you two in a few years for advice for the Tempe condo.

These guys are fantastic!  Denis arrived on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and finished ahead of schedule. Oh, and the floor looks amazing. I'm not sure what else you could ask for. Highly recommended!

I called First Class Coatings to get an estimate to have my 4 car garage floor professionally finished.  The owner Eric came to my house and went over all of the options available his company offers.  We agreed upon a price and he started work the next business day.  His crew showed up on time and were extremely professional.   They had a machine to grind down the concrete and cleaned up the entire area before applying the epoxy.  The crew did an amazing job and the floors turned out perfect.  I would highly recommend First Class Coatings as they are honest, reliable, and professional workers. I called several companies prior to choosing First Class Coatings and I am very happy I chose them to work on my floors. Some companies asked for a 50% deposit upfront while others said they were booked out for several weeks. Eric was great to work with and I felt that I could trust him. He didn't ask for payment until all work was done and I was 100% satisfied.  I will be calling Eric again soon to do some additional work for me in the near future.

Alex and his crew did 2 bathrooms for us.  Main and Master.  Both turned out just beautiful (IMHO).  Alex communicated with me promptly throughout the entire process.  He showed up when he said he was going to and worked hard to get the job completed as promised.  I would recommend him and his crew to anyone!
