I called Four Peaks to set up a roof inspection because they were close to my house and had great reviews. I have concrete tiles and a few of them were broken. Carl Elsik arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and took some pictures to show me what was going on with the roof. He took the time to explain my options and gave me some great advice on how to make sure my roof would be good for the long haul. Great interaction, five stars!

Multi pro was professional and efficient both in dealing with my insurance and our schedule for completing the roof.

I had a quote that was considerably lower than theirs. After speaking to the Hardacker team I knew they would be the best choice. They did not dissapoint. The work was done well and quickly. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done, and done right. Truly one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had.

A most excellent experience...
Our roof needed a major overhaul due to shoddy work by Circle G Roofing. Mikku was referred to us by a satisfied neighbor.
These men worked their fingers to the bone for three days to power-wash, repair, prep and foam seal our our roof.  Each morning they arrived promptly at 6am and worked through the afternoon with incredible diligence.  The roof is now leak free, properly graded, sleek and freshly sealed.
This level of competence is worth its weight in gold.

I give these guys 5 stars, and a huge thumbs up!

Excellent from start to finish. I am 2500 miles away from my home in Arizona and Josh handled everything. Arizona roofing came in well under the estimate and put better materials on the roof then I had before the damage. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Almeida. We had a few leaks after the big winter storms and called to ask them to take a look. They were responsive and worked with me via email (my preference) to find a good time. On the day of the visit, they showed up right at the start of their window and quickly assessed the damage and necessary repairs to my roof. It only took a few days to get a crew scheduled to do the repairs. They showed up early and put in a full 12 hour day the first day, needing only a few hours on day 2 to finish and clean up. They left the yard spotless, which was impressive considering the pile of debris, and the office was responsive to get the final invoice closed out. A great expwri3nce all around.

These guys came door to door searching for business! Very attentive before they get their money. Then they are slow to respond and after over 8 weeks we finally got our roof. Trying to finish up in the dark. Roofing materials sat for over a month before they came to do the roof. Tried to convince me to use screws to fix water damage in our garage instead of replacing sheet rock . Said it would be sufficient! Stay away from these scam artists! They have refused to send me an invoice for work done on our roof until I refused to sign off. Then the invoice is very vague! I would never recommend this company to anyone!

I have 2700 sq ft home that had renters in it... I had one week between tenants and found out that I'd need the ENTIRE interior repainted exactly 6 days before new tenants... I called on a holiday no less and within 20 minutes Jim was in touch and offered to come by same day. He was by to give me a free estimate within the hour and was very thorough and explained everything to me. Jim had guys out the next morning and helped me pick the perfect color, they had the doors, trim, and entire interior done in 72 hours. They were so thorough with the prep work I don't even know if they had any touch ups after the job. They left my house in perfect condition and made it look new again. I don't think I can say enough good things about McMillan Brothers and I can't wait to work with them again.

I'm leaving this review even though I didn't end up choosing L&R and the only reason I didn't was because another company happened to offer an additional unrelated service we needed at the time. I would have gone with L&R had that not been the case. They showed up quickly, didn't take up a bunch of time, and came back with a digital quote within a few hours. I can't believe these other guys are writing paper quotes like it's 1975 - some of the other quotes I had came from people who couldn't email and had to go to the fedex store to print my quote... ridiculous in this day and age. L&R was fairly priced and included a long warranty. I was thorough about comparing multiple quotes and had no reason not to go with L&R outside of the above reason.

I contacted Ruben, and he was able to set up the appointment right away. Honest quote and no surprising adds on. His crew Devin came to finish our roof work and provided with photos. Their team is Very responsive and reliable. We are happy with the final results. Thank you for your service! Highly recommended!

Don't bother contacting this company for just a repair, they have no time for you unless you plan to spend major cash.  I wasn't sure of what I needed (the reason for my call) but was informed that if I wasn't planning on a new roof I would need to wait until sometime in January.  There are plenty of companies out there who are more than happy to compete for my business.  Thank you!

I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to get their house painted or roof repaired.  John Baker was professional, courteous and completely delivered on his promises.  The paint crew was excellent, the work is top notch.  He even inspected my roof for free and gave me great advice about it.  You will not be unhappy if you hire this company to do a job for you.  by the look of the rest of these reviews, I have to say I am not alone in my opinion.

Fast, professional service from the Repair Guys!  We had a great experience working with Steve and Swan today.  Called late in the day and they were out early the next morning.  They were able to diagnose and fix a leak in our roof as well as several other items that needed repair.  They kept the job site clean and were a pleasure to work with.  We highly recommend them.

Called  State 48 Roofing after our roof started leaking during a storm in January as well as a couple of other companies for bids. Tanner was the only one to actually provide a quote and I am thankful that was our first impression with State 48. Contracting was simple, the crew showed up 2 days later to do the repairs. They were on time, professional, cleaned up after themselves plus some. It hasn't rained again yet so we shall see if this fixed it but all in all a great experience. When we get ready to do the rest of the roof, State 48 will be our first/only call.

These people are great to do business with. They don't try to sell you what you don't need. They do excellent work, and they give you a fair and reasonable price for the work that they do. If you need roof repair or a new roof I heartily recommend them.
