In preparation for installing solar panels on our roof, I invited 4 roofers to evaluate and improve the condition of our 27 year old roof to ensure optimum function and durability for the life of the new electrical system.  

Complicating factors included 5 existing skylights and the proposed addition of 3 solar tube light fixtures, to be integrated into the layout of 52 photovoltaic panels.  Also, due to the age of the roof, the original concrete tiles are no longer available on the market, so existing materials had to be recycled and supplemented with current tiles in such as a way as to be aesthetically unobtrusive.    

Clyde Hardacker's analysis and proposed solutions were the most practical.  His pricing was not the lowest, but was quite reasonable in the wide range of responses from the other contractors.  Going with the lowest bid would have certainly entailed sacrificing some degree of confidence in the quality of outcome.

Work was performed quickly and skillfully by his competent crew, with first-hand involvement by Clyde at critical milestones.  Clyde also personally performed finishing tasks to ensure the job was done to our complete satisfaction.

Had my roof replaced in 2019, then while selling the home in 2020 we had a buyer's inspector come out. While the inspector did find a few items for repair, though none were causing any issue with the roof, I got back in touch with Arizona Roofing Systems and Christina scheduled all of our repairs, which were covered under our warranty. This has been the 5th roofing job that Kevin and his team have done for me in the past 12 years. They were very clean with the tear off as well as the installation. Although it took me forever to decide what color and type of shingles I wanted, he worked with me to ensure I made the right choice. His prices were lower than other contractors bids. Since I have had zero issues with his other work, I knew he would be my first choice. He has always been very personable and very responsive.

We've had Prowest replace two roofs for us. They both look beautiful and went on quickly. We worked with 2 different supervisors for the 2 projects who were very communicative and responsive to our needs and questions. There were a few things that went a little wrong (as sometimes happens) and Prowest was quick to make everything right. Would recommend again.

We are disappointed with most contractors we hire these days. But McMillan Brothers Painting just finished a big job at our home and were truly awesome!! I was collecting bids on the roof for a new property I just purchased on 12/18/19 to replace the underlayment & fix a leak on an original roof since 1987.
Luis came on time & gave me his honest roof inspection report & explained in detail that it would be a waste of money just to fix only the leaked area. We chose L&R Roofing Solutions among 3 other companies. The estimate was fair. And since it was few days before new years, the work started on 01/06/20, Luis sent his crew with their Lead Victor & 3 other members, they were all professionals polite & cleaned everyday after themselves, work was done in 2 days. Victor and his team did an amazing job, even suggested that a side patio cover that was fixing to fall due to heavy Tiles and separation from the wall & cause injury to someone to be modified & built right with shingles instead of heavy tiles. End result was amazing. Victor matched the color of shingles with tiles color to avoid the HOA complain.
I would recommend L&R Roofing Solutions to Family & Friends & I will ask my realtor to post the company name on his website.
Over all I was comfortable dealing with Luis. He is a nice guy & always return the Text messages or phone calls right a way. There were no hidden fees, I just paid for one extra plywood sheet, 2X8 fascia & 1X4 Trim wood that was rotted from previous leaks.

We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

I had some leaks in my new roof and had Brown Roofing come by.  He look at the roof and said it's in good shape but I might be able to solve the problem.  He did so without charging me because he said , Craig Brown, that it would only take a few minutes to fix.  He said he would come by the following week and guess what he did and fixed it.  Unbelievable

The owner of this business, John, came by our residence the same day we requested a complete roof underlayment quote, even after a long day of working other jobs, and provided us with a quote that same evening. We were in need of an underlayment replacement as the recent monsoon storms revealed some pretty major leaks in several areas of our roof. Before John began our roof project, he answered all of our questions about the materials he used and why he used said materials, the length of time to complete the project, and he explained the reason why our roof was leaking. During the project, he kept us updated with the progress and pointed out some problem areas which arose as the project moved along. John's workers were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves before leaving the job site for the day, which was essential as we have a curious and adventurous dog. After commencement of the project, John gave us a final tour of all the work that was completed and explained anything extra that him and his crew needed to do (no, he didn't charge extra, he stuck to his quote and made the fixes). In the end, we are very happy with our new roof. John and his team made this project stress-free and a painless and pleasant experience. They were very honest and a pleasure to work with. We are in the process of selling our home and the inspector found some damaged tiles and a small leak. I called Jordon and he came out the next day to give me estimate. He completed the job a few days later, even finding the matching tiles on my roof! Jordon was very professional and did a great job on the repairs!

I can highly recommend the repair guys for roof repair.  After recent rains my roof developed a leak in one location.  I had two large local roofing companies come out.  Basically, they won't do anything other than replace a very large section of my roof.  Neither company made any attempt to actually diagnose the problem.  I knew the repair was more localized based on what I could see from my attic space.  I then called the repair guys.  Wade came out and in 10 minutes found the leak - showed me pictures.  Due to a cancellation, they were able to come out 10 days later and they repaired about 90sq ft of roof at a fraction of the cost these other companies required.  We had very heavy rains (3/12) shortly thereafter absolutely no leaks.  From my standpoint they're the best!

They were very quick to respond to my request to have somebody come out and look at my roof as well as very quick and responsive to get me my quote. It was a difficult decision for me to make but unfortunately I didn't get to use them due to the cost, but highly recommend them even though I didn't have the opportunity to use them.

We just had Estrella Roofing repair part of our roof. We are delighted with their work. They were always here on time, their work was excellent in every way, they cleaned everything and did more work that we expected on our rolled roof and everywhere else. Their prices can't be beat. We will definitely use them in a couple of years when we need to fix the rest of our roof. I would definitely recommend them.

My new roof is completed. Quick response to my initial inquiry for a quote. Prices are competitive with good quality work and absolutely the nicest friendliest people ever. Some miscommunication issues but company was fast and friendly to resolve them. Overall a positive experience. Good work, good prices, good people.

Didn't even show up for the appointment I had to wait a week for! I took the day off and everything! I called, no answer, left a message, call not returned. Called the next morning and still no answer. I will be shopping elsewhere.

Great company! I've requested an estimate for two houses and both came in below everyone's else estimate! They are fast to respond, very prompt to come out , never leave any questions unanswered ! I'll be using spartan roofing for all my rentals and my own house from now on!
