I was really impressed with the level of service, they showed up, did the work perfectly and cleaned up!

To begin with, I'm not one to write reviews, but I just wanted to express my gratitude for not only a job well done, in a timely matter and professionalism from Paul Gannon to the installer, such a great team all around. Thank you, Paul and the whole multi-Pro team for a job super well done

So we needed a new roof. Never a good thing to have done, but it was time after the monsoon season and a leak was found. I got 5 bids. Then I was driving home and a Hardacker truck was stopped at the light.
Later I saw online reviews were good and gave them a call. Clyde showed up a couple days later for the bid. It was the very busy season, post monsoon like us...and everyone was a few weeks out. After comparing bids, we chose Hardacker. They were not the cheapest or most expensive. I like that they are a smaller company. They showed up on time and did the work. There was an issue when his guys drove up on our yard and ended up breaking our irrigation line. But we notified them and they came back the next day and took care of it. At the end, Clyde stopped by to get paid and there were a few little things we pointed out. He got right on it, brought his ladder out and fixed things . Hoping this roof lasts a long time...looks great and appreciate the work and communication!

We had a leak develop in our roof at Christmas, I called 4 companies after Christmas, only Mikku & sons called back, they came2 days later, estimated to fix the leak & do the whole roof since I was planning this later in the year.  I decided on the whole roof, estimate came within 1 day, roof was scheduled 2 weeks later, amazing.  The crews were on time, every day, very professional, the place worked like a well oiled machine.  They set up a website to communicate & coordinate.  The end product is excellent.  Cleaned up, picked up debris, nails, I wish half the companies I hire worked this well.  You can not go wrong, really good guys too. BTW, only one of those 4 companies called me, it was 2 weeks later, and they said they could come in March.

I had a great experience with America Roofing. They went above and beyond our expectations. They showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The roof looks beautiful, and the best part is that we have no more leaks! They were friendly and helpful when I called to schedule. I would definitely recommend America Roofing to anyone.

One of the best roofing companies I've ever worked with! It is very refreshing to have a company actually pick up their phone and answer versus leave a voice mail and wait for a call back. I needed a roof estimate (patio roof area in particular) for home located in Mesa.  My client was under a time crunch and AZ Roofing was able to fit me in their schedule quickly able to take a look at the home and assess its condition. A very thorough inspection was done and common sense approach was taken (ran a hose on the roof to determine if any leaks were active or inactive leaks with old water stains). With their professional help and guidance with regard to the condition of the roof, we were able to move forward with the home purchase and know that any future roofing need (we'll soon need a new patio roof as they don't last long) in good hands with  no other company but AZ Roofing. Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

Some tiles fell off our roof during the monsoons this summer.  Our home is 20 years old and we were dreading what the roofer might tell us.  Craig Brown was so easy to deal with, very prompt, very friendly and repaired the tiles right away.  He told us the rest of our roof was in great condition.  Needless to say, we were thrilled and will definitely call Brown Roofing again if needed.

I wanted to include an update to my review because we ended up hiring Desert Eagle Home Improvements to re-do our entire roof after a series of bad storms left us with a damaged roof each and every storm this season. John B. pointed out that the contractors who last did the roof (prior to our purchase of the property) cut corners on the current roof leaving our shingles prone to releasing from the roof under monsoon winds and rain.

John is extraordinarily accommodating and extremely pleasant to work with. He helped educate me about different roofing materials and workmanship and once we had picked our roofing materials he had his team on site within the week to complete the tear down and removal of the old materials and the installation of the new materials.

We would recommend Desert Eagle to anyone we know, and will be using John's services in the future for all of our projects, not just the roof.

With the current housing market, we are forced to expedite things to make sure we end up with a home we love. I had to call a few places to have a roof inspection done since there were some concerns, and not a single answer from anyone.
I managed to call Jordan and he immediately answered and was able to come in and do an inspection the next morning.

Not only did he respond very quickly, but he also quoted us 5-7k less then the home inspector thought the repairs would cost!!! Got us all the info, pictures, and aggressive pricing in timely fashion and made us feel a lot safer with pursuing the home we chose.

We close on the home this week and we will deff. have him come in to do the necessary repairs.
Will 100% refer any friends or family to him.

5 Stars is simply not good enough.  They are WAY BETTER THAN ANY 5 STAR COMPANY out there!!!  The owner of this company (Ryan) and his workers (William, Kyle, and Westin) are incredible!  I have never encountered a company more knowledgeable, professional, caring, and easy to communicate with.  Ryan really truly cares about his company, his workers, and MOST OF ALL his clients!  I can easily say they went above and beyond.  The first time he came to my home to give me an estimate, he explained in great detail what would be done.  He even asked me to record it on my phone because he was giving me a ton of information.  That way I would able to listen to it again and remember everything he told me.  I quickly received my estimate along with an extensive amount of detailed pictures/video and explanations.   Each day they arrived on time and Will (the main guy for my job besides the owner)  would give me an update on what was done and what the next step was.  Ryan inspected the work along the way and again took extensive pictures on the finished product.  They did a beautiful job on my new roof.  These guys become family and are some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure to know.  Thank you so much Repair Guys for taking care of my home!

I called and they called back.  We're off to a good start and it only got better from here.  Geoff shows up when he said, he was easy to talk with and trust.   He gave me a great description of what was happening followed-up with photos showing me what he was telling me about the roof.  I had 5 broken tiles, missing half the tile basically and a couple cracked that they fixed.   Erica in the office handled the majority of my communication and she was clear and thorough; very easy to work with and understand.  Garrett handled the roof and while I did not meet him as First Response handled it while I was at work without me having to be there--how awesome! but anyway, he did take pictures of the things he fixed and they were included in the report.  Overall--excellent service, superb follow through and I would highly recommend doing business if repairs are needed for your roofing.  I will be telling any of my neighbors.

Had them do a leak repair on my tile roof.  Crew was very professional.  They arrived as scheduled, did the repair for the quoted price, and then cleanup up afterwards.  Highly recommend!

Very simple and smooth process with State 48. They showed up on time for inspections and the the day the work was performed. Tanner B. provided detailed scope of repairs/replacement along with potential additional fees depending on what was discovered while performing the work. Payment was very simple, photos were provided pre and post work being completed. Would highly recommend using State 48 for roofing repairs and replacements.

Didn't even show up for the appointment I had to wait a week for! I took the day off and everything! I called, no answer, left a message, call not returned. Called the next morning and still no answer. I will be shopping elsewhere.
