I've used this company in the past and they did a good job for me but this time I had another repair and instead of sending a person to repair five tiles of mine that come undone at the peak of my roof they sent One of the owners.  He didn't even fix the tiles and told me that you can't walk on them or you'll break them and tried to sell me a new roof.  So I just went down to Home Depot got the supplies went on my roof and fixed it myself and didn't break any tiles walking on them.

So I had a communication problem with this company. Although they said they left messages, I never received any. I was not going to use them but then John Haag called me from my house while I was at work. He was the person that was supposed to show up initially. I was not expecting anything from them but he took upon himself to rectify the situation. He explained his side which was perfectly understandable. He apologized for the miscommunication and got to work. He fixed the leak. He recommended some other work and advice which to my relief, it was not as bad as I thought.  He totally change my mind of this company because of his customer service.  Because of him I will end up using them again. Thanks John for saving the day.

Lack of response is very true from this company. I think they got too many referrals when they used to have good reviews and then couldn't keep up. Very sad. Signed a contract with them to have work done several weeks later, due to their scheduling which was ok, they promised to come and fix a small issue within a week and then start the actual work later....well, this was more than a year ago, without any word or sign from them. Very disappointing.

Selling a house, the Home Inspector found a few problem areas with roof. The roofers came in, not only doing a great job repairing areas identified in inspection report, but then checked entire roof to ensure there were no other problems not included in inspection.

I searched through Yelp to find a roofing company to fix the leak in my roof.  Az Roofing systems was the first to reply.  I exchanged information with them and got a call from Mike Fuller.  It was a Friday, so he asked if we could schedule for the following week, which was fine with me.  After some miscommunication, Mike came out and went above and beyond what I expected from any company.  This is the type of company I wish I could always work with.  Their care and sincere concern for my problem were
very much appreciated, and NO LEAKS!

We have had Almeida Roofing out to fix a few leaks, and they have always showed up promptly and done a good job at a reasonable price.

Prowest came through my neighborhood one day, as I was at my door they pointed out that my roof was in need of repair and that they could help get the roof and carport fixed. I was kind of reluctant to do anything. You always hear about those people that try to scam you out of money or the job. Therefore, Jimmy Rauch gave me several people as references to contact that they did in the neighborhood. I then called several people that gave Prowest a 5 out of 5 star and A+ rating and let me see the work that had been done. Prowest was even able to work with my insurance company as a winter storm had damaged areas of my carport and roof.  
What is cool about Prowest, they do not ask for the money up front. They will buy the material first and bring it to your house. Then you pay half of the money. The other half you do not give to them until the work is completed. We even had an issue with our roof A/C unit from it being moved in the roofing process and that issue was resolved quickly.
I am giving Prowest a 5 out of 5-star review and A+. I also told Jimmy that he could use me as a reference.

They were great! They were very responsive to our requests and even left the color handbook for us to use. The painters did a great job and we were very happy.

I called Luis to have them come take a look at my roof that needed some repairs. He came by that day to take a look and give us a quote. They came by and fixed it in the next few days. They did a great job and had a fair price. It's refreshing to deal with excellent work and customer service. I highly recommend L&R Roofing and will definitely use them again. Thanks!!

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

My roof looks amazing and they showed and explained to me what they did to my roof. By far one of the best companies I have used. You can tell that they really care about their work. Absolutely professional. Honest and trusted. I had a few roof leaks and they came out the same week and fixed it right. Needed a quick quote and subsequent repairs done as we were selling our home. Evelyn- the owner- sent out Jake for the estimate. They were quick to respond, polite, and prompt! Just waiting now to get the work done- busy monsoon season and all !!

Only 1 year after roofing our house, we decided to install solar. After the install, we found about 30 broken tiles. Since I did not want to loose my warranty, I had Estrella roofing come out to restore my roof after the work. Bart came by and grabbed a tile to try to find a match. He sent an estimate out and the week after accepting the estimate, the guys were on my roof! The tiles on my roof had been discontinued and the purchased tiles were not  an exact match, but they staggered them in, so they blend so well with what was there, they cannot be spotted. The solar company tried to replace the broken tiles, but didn't come close. My recommendation is if you are having solar installed, have the pro's repair the roof right! Bart even gave me some extra tiles and will honor the original warranty. Followup service with Estrella is top notch!

Now this is one company that was phenomenal from the start to the finish!   From calling Jason, to getting estimate from Marcos (who is great at explaining all that State 48 does), to Tim who delivered/placed the shingles, to the awesome work crew, Noah, Diego (whom I didn't meet but I was in contact by phone/email), to Shannon, Dory, and Samantha.  I was kept informed all the way either by phone or email.  

I had worried every time it was windy or rainy because of the condition of my roof and now I don't have to worry anymore, thanks to them!!

Didn't even show up for the appointment I had to wait a week for! I took the day off and everything! I called, no answer, left a message, call not returned. Called the next morning and still no answer. I will be shopping elsewhere.

Alex was quick to reply.  He came out to give me an estimate when he said he would.  Company was competitively priced.  Work started promptly on the day they said it would.   Job involved tile, foam and rolled roofing. They were professional, cleaned up after, went out of their way to make sure the job was done right. Highly recommend them.
