Four Peaks came out and reviewed the work and said a quote would be forthcoming. They were professional and knowledgeable. I did not receive a quote or further communication from their Project manager. The project was awarded today to another Company. Thank you!

IF you need or know someone that needs a new roof, we HIGHLY recommend MultiPro Roofing. Why you say? Here's a partial list. 

A: They were/are very patient in dealing with Insurance companies if you are filing a claim for damages. 

B: They ALWAYS answer their phone(s) and return texts and emails

C: They showed up on time

D: The Roof and new wind turbines look great!

Ok, big deal other roofers probably do that as well. Here's just a few things they did to set them apart.

1. They asked permission to go on our neighbors property a little to put down tarps and pick up any debris. Wasn't in the contract, they just did it. Neighbors impressed. 

2. They walked around the property and picked up ALL of the trash and debris from the removal.

3. They cleaned off the patio roof/cover. Didn't ask them to, wasn't in the contract - they just did it. 

4. One more biggie, we had dry rot on a portion of the fascia above the driveway. They DID NOT ask, nor even comment on it but they removed the old rotted fascia and patched in a new section. Was not in the contract. This was/is a tremendous blessing for us.

Hardacker Roofing replaced the underlayment for my tile roof in 2019. The owner Clyde Hardacker came out within a day or so and gave me the estimate, which was very reasonable and less than I expected even with the double underlayment I requested. Clyde was friendly and willing to take the time to answer my questions, which I find to be the exception rather than the norm these days. They did the job in the time frame promised, Clyde stopped by periodically to check on the crew. Was very pleased with the experience. I called yesterday to request a roof inspection to verify there were no problems after the high winds we had. They sent Ken out this morning! Less than 24 hours after my call! Ken got up and walked the roof and there were no issues. Again, another friendly and courteous person to deal with. I have recommended Hardacker Roofing to anyone who mentions they might be needing roof work, and I will continue to recommend this local family-owned company.

Lack of response is very true from this company. I think they got too many referrals when they used to have good reviews and then couldn't keep up. Very sad. Signed a contract with them to have work done several weeks later, due to their scheduling which was ok, they promised to come and fix a small issue within a week and then start the actual work later....well, this was more than a year ago, without any word or sign from them. Very disappointing.

I really love these guys they did a great job. My roof looks great! The guys were very courteous. They made sure my yard was clean every day. After the whole job I found two nails which is unbelievable. I used to be a roofer myself and we did not compare to the standard that these guys have. The superintendent Luis Hernandez called us every day to make sure we were happy. When he came in for the final inspection he fixed some of my facia that was not even their responsibility. He also noticed that they did not torch down my patio which is one of his expectations. That kind of roofing will usually seal on its own but, he came back to my house and made sure that it was up to his standards. America Roofing really has a great asset in this man. If he's ever looking for a job I'll hire him. Of course I don't think that will happen. Great job Luis!! You're a bad ass!!!

We had Mike Fuller give us a bid to re-coat our roof walk decks. He was professional and knowledgeable, and, gave us suggestions on what was best. They did a great job, neat and cleaned up after every step of the process. We would certainly use them again.

We've used this company twice for roof repairs. I would say there in the middle on price. Work was completed on a timely matter. I have recommended them to others and I would call them again if I needed repairs or a new roof.

I juat had my roof done, 1160 in Scottsdale, and I couldn't be happier with the work.  My roof is  beautiful and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a brandnew roof. My roof looks like it did when I first bought the home im so happy to look at it everyday!

McMiilan Brothers Painting did everything right.  They responded to my request for quote on line and did an in person inspection of the work and provided a quote same day.  The quote was more than fair but not the cheapest quote.  I felt based on conversation I could trust them and I was right.  I had major damage in garage from previous homeowner that required a 4'by 5' drywall repair.  Today after the work is completed I can't find where the damage had been.  The drywall man repaired multiple ceiling cracks some the length of a three car garage.  I had two rooms painted in addition to all three bays of the garage.  The workers had great attitudes, showed up on time and completed the job in schedule. I am 100% satisfied with their work and the price I paid.  I will use them for all future painting and roofing needs.

Wow! So impressed with this company. We are selling our house and needed to fix some things on the roof for the buyers per the inspection. I called at least 10 other companies who all told me sorry, we can't even come look at it for another 4-6 weeks. Not helpful since we were closing in 15 days. I called Luis and he answered immediately. Then came out to look at the roof within a couple days and our roof was fixed before close! Their communication is great and the roof looks great! Highly recommend this company!

Amazingly polite and courteous. The highlight of my day was working with SF and they have gained a customer for life for any of our roofing needs!
We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

Craig and his crew did a great job on our roof.  Initially we had a few companies come out thinking that we just needed to replace a few tiles and clean things up as that is what the inspector told us when we purchased our house.  Two of the companies including Brown Roofing told us we needed a new roof.  We weren't quite prepared to hear that and we waited almost a full year before contacting Craig again.  He is honest, knowledgeable, and does the work right.  He even went over to our neighbor's house in person to address some concerns she had with our roof removal and her pool equipment.  His price was better than the others and it was a fixed price.  He even honored the prior year quote for us which was so nice.

By far the best manager, John, and Service for painting. Would recommend and engage Desert Eagle Home Improvement on my next project. Price is fair and people are honest.  You get professional results! Thank you!

Jordon is amazing he's crew was not only fast and efficient but did the work right! he communicated with us and when he could come do our roof and was beyond reasonable with pricing. Would definitely be hiring him for future jobs.

I had a very little, but important job that I needed done.  Ryan was extremely diligent in coming over to inspect and get my job squeezed in between other bigger, probably more lucrative jobs.  Ryan treated my job as if I was the only client, with the largest job, and I am greatly appreciative of the attention he paid to making sure everything was completed timely, within budget and most importantly, it was repaired to the highest standard.  I would recommend Ryan and The Repair Guys to anyone who needs a roofing company!

We had first response complete an overhaul of our large patio awning that was leaking and they did an excellent job! The quote process was efficient, clear and multiple options for repair/replacement were provided. The team was prompt and quick with their work and everything was explained me to both before and after the job was done. The price was excellent, a very low pressure, no nonsense process that was welcomed. We will be using first response for any roofing needs moving forward!

I contacted Estrella Roofing and requested an estimate for a leak in my kitchen.  They sent Bart to my home on a Monday.  Bart indicated that would provide me the estimate via email on a Wednesday, which he did.  I sent them an email on Monday morning indicating I would like to move forward.  Tuesday morning they were at my home doing the repairs.  The job is now complete and they did a nice clean job.  They even went above and beyond by patching up other areas of my roof that may have caused issues in the future.  I would say the only down side is it did take approximately three (3) weeks to make the initial visit to my home.  All in all, I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them to others.

We can't recommend State 48 Roofing enough! The owner Jason beat out other quotes and was very thorough with how the process would go.

He walked us through every step and helped us find a good framer to add dormers *after* we signed a contract  He was very patient with our indecisiveness and helped guide us along the way.

We were impressed he came by after the crew was done to pick up hidden nails himself around the property and to double check the work.

We love the new roof and get compliments on it from neighbors even 6 months later! So happy with how it turned out

Had a roof in need of repair out of area. They did a great job, sent before and after photos, very pleased with the results.
