Highly recommend.   From start to finish, everything went incredibly smooth   Jason was wonderful, returning calls and texts promptly, keeping me in the loop with schedules, progress, etc.  Not only that, out of the four estimates we received they were the ONLY one who suggested I may have an insurance claim (I did...and it saved me thousands)  

The crews were on time, did an incredible job,  clean up was thorough--even going through driveway and yard with magnets daily.

Would not hesitate to recommend them!!!!!!  They were great.

our project manager was Zach. He kept me in the loop from the start by phone and text.  He also assured me the work would be done in one day so that was convenient.
It's the middle of summer and we have a newborn, so we left the house and waited for Zach to let us know when the work was completed so we could return home.
They had to get a crane to remove our AC on the roof during the process. Once the work was completed we came home, but AC wasn't working so we were extremely frustrated due to the heat in the home and concern for my newborn. I called Zach and he was very sincere and told me he would get the HVAC company back out asap. He also spoke to the owner Patrick, who offered to buy us dinner while we waited for the house to cool down after the HVAC company got the AC running again.
We went to dinner but didn't take them up on their offer. We understand things happen but appreciated them for offering! Thank you!  

Overall, the roof looks amazing, the previous owners had a sloppy job done, shingles weren't secured properly, so when the storm happened it pretty much ripped off the roof. Zach made sure the plywood was added and shingles were secured properly. We also got to choose the color of the new shingles and all the edges/trim to match. Just want to thank Zach for all your help! You've been amazing & so helpful during these stressful times!

I was referred to Hardacker Roofing by another contractor.  Back in March of 2020, I discovered a small leak in my master bedroom due to heavy rainfall.  I contacted Clyde Hardacker.  He went up on the roof, took pictures, and showed me that the underlayment was deteriorated.  He recommended that I replace the entire underlayment only underneath the tile roof since my house was almost 20 years old.  He informed me that my tile roof was still in good shape.

Although they were not able to get to my roof until May due to other customers were ahead of me and the City's delay in processing a permit, I was so glad when the job was finally done.  Ashley was great to work with and kept me abreast on the status as to when they were able to get to me and getting the permit.  The only disappointment I had is the fact that they did not send someone over to my house to cover the area with plastic where the roof was leaking to prevent more damage.  I had to have another contractor do it.  I hope they will consider making an improvement in this area.  With that said, thank you for all your help with my roof.  All the best.

If you need someone to repair your roof than look no more. I called because we noticed some tile on our roof that was about ready to call and within two hours give or take Josh had it repaired. He also took the time to repair other loose tiles along with checking the rest of the roof for anything that looked abnormal! Price was very affordable and I'm left as a very happy customer! I could not recommend this company enough! Go with Mikku & Sons Roofing, you won't regret it!

Just finished having some roof repairs (broken tiles and loose tiles) done by America Roofing.  They are one of two roofers used by the builder in our neighborhood.  The other roofer was the one who both did the original roof and then the repairs on closing.  America Roofing was able to replace the broken mud balls, the broken tiles we found and the other 15 broken or loose tiles the previous roofer didn't repair correctly or glued together (vs. replaced).  

Not sure about having a full roof done but for repairs, the crew that they sent out did a great job.  YMMV but they did good work on my house at a fair price.

We had Mike Fuller give us a bid to re-coat our roof walk decks. He was professional and knowledgeable, and, gave us suggestions on what was best. They did a great job, neat and cleaned up after every step of the process. We would certainly use them again.

I read the reviews and thought I'd give Almeida a try. Their estimate came way lower than the other companies I contacted (from Angie's list). Almeida was punctual, professional, and communicated effectively. When successive monsoon storms blew away some of the roofing as the work was being done, they came in early the day after each storm to make necessary repairs and complete the job. I am very impressed with this company and I highly recommend them!

I called these guys for a quote on a roof repair and I was quoted $1100. The day the guy came to fix it he only charged me $475. Initially we thought we needed to replace some underpayment but it was just the flashing around my chimney that had separated. I appreciate the honesty of these guys because quite honestly I wouldn't have known the difference. Thank you Prowest for a job well done. Several rain storms later and the leak is. Gone 2 thumbs up !

We were in need of an exterior paint job on our house which is a fairly good sized two story.  We met with Nelson who quoted what we felt to be a fair price.  Time estimate for the job was three days, they managed to get it completed in two.  This included pressure washing the exterior, scraping the foundation, applying sealant and caulk where needed, masking and taping off of all surfaces that needed to be protected, and shooting a two-tone paint scheme using Dunn Edwards paint. Nelson also made sure the one side of our block wall that faces out to the street was painted to match the primary color of the house.

Workers showed up on time when promised and were very conscientious.  The only hiccup, if you can call it that, was two ceiling mounted patio light fixtures that got dislodged during the pressure washing phase of the operation.  After the job was done, Nelson dispatched a crew with a promise that if they could not properly remount the lights, he would buy us new fixtures and have his guys install them. Fortunately, that wasn't necessary as his crew was able to re-anchor the lights to the underside of the patio roof and had everything looking just the way it should.

Although we could have gone with a different company and saved some money we went with McMillan because of their excellent online reviews and the fact that they are a larger, well established, licensed and bonded family owned company (three generations of painters).  

Although smaller independent companies can do good work, many of them often fly without insurance and are usually nowhere to be found if there are problems that need to be addressed after the job is done.  

The reputation of McMillan and Son's gave us full confidence the job would be done right, and that if there were any post-project issues they would be promptly addressed.

We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

I just got done doing about $60k in renovations to a house in Laveen Arizona, involving new windows, new landscaping and irrigation, new carpet, new countertops and new underlayment for my concrete tile roof. About a year ago, after a strong storm, I noticed a leak and decided I needed a roofer to take a look. After reviewing websites and reviews across the State and web, I chose 5 reputable companies to come out and give me a bid. HANDS DOWN Craig, Jesse, and Debbie at Browns Roofing, even before they came out to give me a quote, were different (and better). Jesse came out to give me a quote and was actually the last company to do so. This was more so that they just happened to be the last company i called of the group. Of the 5 companies, Brown was the only one to actually really talk to me about my issue - a leak I noticed after a strong storm. Most of the other companies showed up, threw a ladder up, and gave me a generic quote based solely on the size of my roof - none of the other 4 asked me about my issues or even talked to me above I will email you a quote in a few days. Jesse took some time with me to ask what i was experiencing, then after reviewing the roof, actually told me he might have fixed the problem for free. He had noticed a tile that had slid slightly out of place( I had thrown a tennis ball up on the roof for a puppy and didn't realize i had actually damaged the roof in doing so) and created a small pocket that was catching water behind the tile, and thus caused the leak over time. He advised that that might have fixed the issue, but to call him if i had any other issues. I didn't for about a year, until another strong storm hit and actually damaged the other part of my roof. Remembering my great experience, I called Brown Roofing again, and asked them to come out again and that I actually for sure needed repairs this time. They were happy to hear from me and set up a date to come out and give me a formal quote. As I still had the quotes from the other 4 companies, i was surprised to see that Brown was actually the best deal as well. With my great experience with them so far, and their stellar reviews online, I felt confident in moving forward. As they are really good at what they do, it was a month or so wait until they could get me on the schedule, as the same strong storm that hit my place, hit a bunch of other houses as well, so every roofing company was quite booked up. Once they came out, they made quick work of the job which took a total of 3 days. Every day, the team cleaned up before leaving for the day - very thoroughly. Other than when they were cleaning at the end of the days, they were basically in the front of the house and on the roof, and so my dogs were still able to go out in the backyard to use the bathroom, which was nice. After the job was done, Craig came out to do a thorough inspection and even found a few more nails and such that I didn't even see when I looked, that the crew had left after their last cleaning. I was amazed at how great their customer service was throughout the whole job, and even after. Of all the contractors I have ever worked with, I must say that Brown takes the cake. I only wish I had more jobs to give them, or that they did more than just roofing! Just use Brown Roofing - they are the best.

I wanted to give a shout out to Ryan and Steve for their excellent work repairing my roof.  The Repair guys were prompt in coming out to inspect my roof.  Ryan took pictures to show the areas that were in need of repair and was very thorough in explaining all the work needed.  They were able to get me in the schedule as a priority which I appreciated.  You can really tell Ryan cares about the quality of his work and the Repair Guys brand.  They followed up after completing my job to ensure everything was up to par and show commitment to ensuring their customers are satisfied.  Thanks guys!  - Schneckybear

I called and they called back.  We're off to a good start and it only got better from here.  Geoff shows up when he said, he was easy to talk with and trust.   He gave me a great description of what was happening followed-up with photos showing me what he was telling me about the roof.  I had 5 broken tiles, missing half the tile basically and a couple cracked that they fixed.   Erica in the office handled the majority of my communication and she was clear and thorough; very easy to work with and understand.  Garrett handled the roof and while I did not meet him as First Response handled it while I was at work without me having to be there--how awesome! but anyway, he did take pictures of the things he fixed and they were included in the report.  Overall--excellent service, superb follow through and I would highly recommend doing business if repairs are needed for your roofing.  I will be telling any of my neighbors.

We just had Estrella Roofing repair part of our roof. We are delighted with their work. They were always here on time, their work was excellent in every way, they cleaned everything and did more work that we expected on our rolled roof and everywhere else. Their prices can't be beat. We will definitely use them in a couple of years when we need to fix the rest of our roof. I would definitely recommend them.

State 48 Roofing did an outstanding job on my roof, delivering a quality and comprehensive repair of my roof. Not only did they perform the repair and maintenance in a professional manner, they were the only ones to supply a bid that showed all of the areas of concern, making their reasonable bid very easy to approve. When they finished, they sent another document showing the completed repairs. I would definitely recommend the State 48 team.

It's hard to find a roofing company that can be trusted and honest and experienced, and although my repairs aren't serious, they helped me with the repairs right away, thank you very much Robert and Dorothy, whose efforts and attitude can hold me to their trust.
