I was really impressed with the level of service, they showed up, did the work perfectly and cleaned up!

We chose Multi-Pro for our new roof after talking  to a couple of other contractors. They didn't tell us what they were going to do, rather listened to what we wanted and we agreed on the type of shingles, attic ventilation etc. They coordinated work with our HVAC Contractor as we were having a new heat pump installed as well. The roof was completed in one day and is beautiful.

I was really not looking forward to re-roofing our house, but after 25 years, the shingles were showing wear and needed to be replaced. I called three companies I found online and through friends' referrals, including the one I ultimately chose - a family-owned business called Hardacker Roofing, of Glendale, Az.  After speaking with the owners, Bonnie by phone and then meeting with Clyde in person for an estimate, as well as reading online reviews, I went with Hardacker Roofing! Both Bonnie and Clyde are friendly and conveyed their desire to do a quality re-roof, answering all my questions and providing a professional, on-time estimate and a thorough explanation of all work expected. They delivered and then some! When the day came to start the work, the crews showed up and all the work was completed that same day! My new roof looks fantastic and the crew cleaned up after themselves as they worked and then again when finished! I highly recommend Hardacker Roofing!

I have been trying to get this company to do the right thing for over 2 years now. I have filed a BBB complaint. Beware of this company!!! Originally in 2019 they said they would fix the leaks. They said they made multiple repairs; however, I still have a leak. And as you can see in the pictures it's terrible. The ceiling is caving in and the damage is even worse. I tried giving them a chance to even fix their mistakes. Don't hire them, they don't do quality work.

After their fixes and then another rainstorm I called again. This time they said it's not your roof it's your air conditioning lines. I had an HVAC company come out and said this is very common for any roofing company to blame the AC or other people just so they don't have to fix it. Well here we are almost 3 years later and take a look at the photos now. The coat job that they did for $5000 is completely bubbled all over because of the ponding water. Josh came over and said oh the roof warranty doesn't cover this. It's your original foam roof that is causing this and we were only paid to coat your roof and the warranty blah blah. I said no Josh your warranty covers the sealant and I called you repeatedly for years and you keep coming out and blaming something else. If you would've fixed the ponding water 3 years ago we would've never been in this situation. I will file another BBB these people have no ethical integrity. They are scam artists. Trash!

Quinn is the guy who answers calls but will never return your cal or pass down any messages to anyone else. All around this is a F company and they should not have a license to work on anyones home.

If you want to use your money wisely do not give them $1.

I've never done business with such an honest person as Steve. I originally thought I needed metal roof coating to stop leaks but he took the time to investigate and said the leak was elsewhere. Suggested I call the roofing company that recently reshingled my house and have them fix the flashing... under warranty too. Wow!

Had my roof replaced in 2019, then while selling the home in 2020 we had a buyer's inspector come out. While the inspector did find a few items for repair, though none were causing any issue with the roof, I got back in touch with Arizona Roofing Systems and Christina scheduled all of our repairs, which were covered under our warranty. Gives me and our buyer peace of mind! Thank you for getting us taken care of!

These guys were fast, efficient and clean!  My neighbor was using them and I noted how advanced their work flow was so I took a pic of their sign and sure enough needed a roof in a few years.  My typical roofer was much higher in price. The office was spot on with immediate follow up.  Highly recommended.

Simply put, the guys are ProWest were awesome. Every time I spoke with Jeff or Riley they were absolutely on top of their stuff. Their entire team was helpful, accommodating and patient every step of the way. Even as hidden issues popped up on the job they tackled everything like pros and kept their word. Go for it. Give them a call.

Great and fast work! They came out and repaired our patio roof and then painted our two story house all within 3 days.  They are very friendly to work with. They always answer their phone or call you right back. They left the extra paint in case we need any future touch ups. The couple who did the actual labor were two of the hardest working people I've seen. My only slight criticism was the communication of getting the actual start date of the job. (FYI, when they say they are coming out to power wash...this means they are starting the entire job that day.)  I definitely recommend them!

Luis is a genuine, honest, and nice guy. He came out to do a roof inspection as well and provided an estimate for my home that I purchased back in May this year. After collecting bids, we ended up choosing Luis and his team to do our roof repair after closing on our home. They were very professional and did an amazing job. Thank you so much Luis and team!

I contacted Ruben, and he was able to set up the appointment right away. Honest quote and no surprising adds on. His crew Devin came to finish our roof work and provided with photos. It took me a while to write this review because as soon as Craig's team finished the job it didn't rain (at least when I was home) for months.   I had waited too long to have my roof redone and it had several leaks.   I wanted to confirm the quality of the work before I wrote this.   I just got out of my attic during a rain storm and it was dry as a bone.  Craig's team started on the day he promised, they finished in two days, they were great about cleaning up after themselves and did quality work.  They even offered to paint the trim (and picked up a gallon when I bought the wrong color).  I couldn't ask for a better experience with a roofing company.

John was responsive and prices were reasonable. Fixed my roof leak quickly and even called the next day to follow up! I will use him again for my next project.

When it comes to home inspections and repairs copper west roofing is the company to call. When I reached out for a roof inspection he came out the next day and did the inspection and let us know that needed to been repaired or replaced.  Jordan also included pictures of the roof to show the issues with it.

I would gladly use him again and refer him to anyone who needs inspections or repairs!

Needed a quick quote and subsequent repairs done as we were selling our home. Evelyn- the owner- sent out Jake for the estimate. They were quick to respond, polite, and prompt! Just waiting now to get the work done- busy monsoon season and all !!

We had water damage from a storm and needed supplemental information multiple times to help with our insurance claim for coverage.  Each time I requested itemized charges, pictures, and an estimate, the office staff supplied it within a good timeframe.

We needed to have a professional look at our roof and identify any necessary repairs.  They were able to get us in the schedule and in just a few days we had an inspection and got good news.  Just a broken tile or two and that our under-paper was in pretty good shape.  They quickly got back out and replaced the broken tiles and did some seam sealing.  Honest assessment, quick scheduling and a fair price!

I contacted a number of roofing companies in my area and actually had four quotes given to me for the repair work I needed to be done on my home.   Robert and Jacob came out gave me a detailed explanation as to how they would fix my tile and foam roof and gave me a very fair estimate. It wasn't the cheapest estimate but it was the most detailed and what I believe to be the best repair for me and for the people who are purchasing my home. They came out a week after I signed the work order and started the job. Jacob was one of the hardest working people I have ever seen. His attention to detail and his work ethic alone would have me recommending this company to anyone who needs roofing repair. From start to finish each day they left my place as they found it, clean and orderly.
