I couldn't ask for a better experience. The entire experience was outstanding. Everyone was amazing. Jason from the start to the finish was friendly and keep us informed the entire time.  Our roof was so old and damaged they had to rebuild it. We love the quality of work. Not only did they do our roof they tore down and rebuilt out front patio. Love every bit of it. They offer the new venting system.  Thank you Four Peaks and Jason

I thought I had a few shingles come off the roof as there were multiple shingles in my yard. With all the monsoons, everyone's roof is taking a beating. I called around and roofing companies were 4-6 weeks out.  Which shows how busy it was.

But we keep getting monsoons and I was getting nervous that I would get a leak from missing shingles.

Multi-pro had great reviews on nextdoor app, so I decided to call. Chris just happened to be in the neighborhood and was at my house within 10 minutes! What a relief!

It was hot but he went up to the roof and the good news for me (bad for the neighbor) was the missing shingles were my neighbor's in the back. Chris said my roof was perfect and well made. He didn't even charge me!

Very friendly, professional, and very honest. Someone could have told me I was missing shingles and I would have not know. I easily would have paid for someone to climb on the roof with this heat, but he didn't charge. Great company and service!

Clyde did a fantastic job on my roof and patio When we thought there was an issue with the patio he was there wanting to make sure the job was done correctly I cannot say enough how professional and caring they were Great company I would recommend them highly

I selected Mikku and Sons to reroof a concrete tile roof on my home in North Scottsdale.  Mikku and Sons came in with a bid a couple thousand less than a few higher profile groups.  Most reviews on several sites are positive, so I contracted them for the job.  The roofers seemed to do a fine job.  The roof looks sharp and withstood the recent rains without issue.  We had a good experience with Mikku and sons.  Saved quite a bit.  I would recommend.

Just finished having some roof repairs (broken tiles and loose tiles) done by America Roofing.  They are one of two roofers used by the builder in our neighborhood.  The other roofer was the one who both did the original roof and then the repairs on closing.  America Roofing was able to replace the broken mud balls, the broken tiles we found and the other 15 broken or loose tiles the previous roofer didn't repair correctly or glued together (vs. replaced).  

Not sure about having a full roof done but for repairs, the crew that they sent out did a great job.  YMMV but they did good work on my house at a fair price.

My wife and I have been Zonies for almost 20 years now.  At least two of the things we learned over those years were Arizona roofs are different and home contractors (in general) can't be trusted. It's sad to say, really, really sad,  but a quick search on tha AZ Contractors Registration Site will show you thousands upon thousands of unregistred and scamming contractors that have been caught in the act. And thats not to show you those that have yet to be uncovered.
So, with that consideration in mind, we did some research and found Arizona Roofing Systems to be highly recommended, licensed, and free of complaints.  And to top it off they are on The Home Depot list of 'suggested' roofing contractors in our part of the East Valley. That does not mean they work for the HD, or even use HD products; but they are referred by HD and HD keeps track of their record. A big plus!  Just like YELP!
So far, they answered the inquiry quickly, showed up for the estimate exactly on time looking and sounding like a professional contractor. Todd (the estimator) answered all the questions properly and (with a huge consideration for sticker shock on our part) gave a fair estimate and a logical starting time.
So, as a long ago retired east coast roofer myself (from an era when ladders were made of wood) and an avid YELPER........we will certainly keep you all posted on how the job goes. From estimated starting time to actual starting time to finish time,  helpers, cleanup and quality of work.  K?
So far..........we are impressed

..2nd report:  They were actually one week ahead of their promised arrival schedule. That was a big plus because we are getting the house painted on the inside and we wanted to repair the ceiling ( from a leak) before the painters came. And with Monsoons peaking around the San Tans it was double important. So here they are, the whole crew neat and very, very professional working in the blazing sun and baking heat. They did a beautiful job with all the edges and keys lining up and without too much booming and ruckus. Cleanup was perfect and bushes and grass all left in good shape.
Now, lets wait for a rain......

I've been using Almeida Roofing on managed properties and my own home for years.  Kevin, Amanda and their team do outstanding work at a reasonable price.  They are on-time, on-budget, top quality and stand behind their work. I'm pleased to recommend them.

These guys came door to door searching for business! Very attentive before they get their money. Then they are slow to respond and after over 8 weeks we finally got our roof. Trying to finish up in the dark. Roofing materials sat for over a month before they came to do the roof. Tried to convince me to use screws to fix water damage in our garage instead of replacing sheet rock . Said it would be sufficient! Stay away from these scam artists! They have refused to send me an invoice for work done on our roof until I refused to sign off. Then the invoice is very vague! I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Charles and his brother George and their crew did a beautiful job on our 2 story house. The colors that we choose are stunning. They fixed issues we had with our stucco, high pressure washed all the walls and finished the job quickly. They are professional and solicitous. They ask for feedback and truly wanted us to be happy with the job. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Charles and crew.

I never gave anyone a 5 star review. I did for this company because they are rock solid.  
The reasons : of the several companies who bid on the job Luis was the only 'owner-estimator'. All the others had salesmen.
Their bid was very competitive.
The crew was on schedule, made minor changes that I requested with no resistance and did a great job.

But there is more to the story:

There was a fairly major screw up which resulted in an expensive repair, usually something like this would cause me to say something negative about the company ... but sometimes 's--t happens' and what matters is how you respond to it.
L&R did everything they could to make it right, no excuses, no hedging they just took the attitude of 'whatever it takes' and made it right.

Like I said : Rock Solid.

Amazingly polite and courteous. The highlight of my day was working with SF and they have gained a customer for life for any of our roofing needs!
We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

Not sure how I went from having such a great experience a few years  ago to such a bad one. Brown just doesn't seem to want my business.  After completing a  re-roof a few years back, I called brown to look at a patio roof we skipped at the time.  

After initially having a lot of trouble even getting in contact ( I emailed Dean multiple times , the person who originally ran my  project, but i guess he doesn't work there which is a shame  cuz now I realize he was the one who made it such a good experience) - no response from the emails to dean, no auto reply that the email isn't valid or Dean doesn't work there) I sent a yelp message and never got a reply. I work long hours, much longer then this office is open and it's hard for me to call during work, but i never got a response via email or yelp. eventually I was able to connect via phone and set up a time for someone to come out and provide an estimate

I was told I would get an email confirmation, I didn't. No reminder or confirmation call the day of, I called the office back to make sure they were still coming. This is really frustrating, I have to shift things around in my household and schedule to accommodate a mid day visit, so at least confirm your gonna be there.  I learn the visit is confirmed and someone comes out, looks at the roof, tells my wife this will be expensive and we will get an email estimate

I wait all day, no estimate. I call the office again the next day  and ask when am I going to get an estimate? I hear those aren't prepared for two business days ( would be great if that's what the guy told us) but ok fine. My estimate should have arrived on Monday, now it's Saturday.

For a company I previously spent like 15k with, and gave  5 stars on Yelp, I'm  shocked how disappointing this experience is and how little it seems they care about my experience as a customer , and a previous customer at that. If they are this flakey in winning my business, how well Will they actually do the job?

I'll find someone who wants my business -

We have had two painting jobs completed by Desert Eagle.  The first was completed several weeks ago, and the second one just today.  In both cases we were very pleased with the quality of the work, and feel like we received a great value for the money that we paid.  The first job was the painting of our front entry door (inside and outside) and the repainting of several kitchen cabinet doors.  The second job was painting the inside of the the perimeter wall around our yard, a concrete block wall that was recently re-stuccoed.  We made contact with co-owner John Baker after he painted the exterior of our neighbor's house.  He successfully bid on the front door/kitchen job, we had him back to do the fence work, and we plan to use him next year again when we paint the exterior of our home.  John performed the work himself on the fence, and one of his men did the door and cabinets.  Both were very professional and took care to work clean and neat.  We do not hesitate in recommending this business.

The work was done super fast and on budget. The crew was very professional and took care of everything. Definitely call them again I'm the future.

I hired The Repair Guys to resurface my entire flat roof after calling them to help with a leak. Ryan responded within a few hours of my call and came out the next day to repair my original leak in mid-February. No other company responded quickly, nor could come within 2 weeks, and some never called me back. Ryan and Gino took time to take pictures (LOTS!) and explain in detail to me what needed to be done.

After learning my roof needed some serious help (bought house less than 2 years prior) I looked for additional quotes. Again, responsiveness was poor from most companies. Only one other company actually took pictures so I could see what they thought needed to be done. Of those that offered quotes, no one knew what to do with the patch performed by The Repair Guys. One company wanted to rip it out, another wanted to paint over it with the standard cheap stuff most companies use. Pricing ranged from $5K to $27K with 3 to 10 year warranties.

I ultimately hired the Repair Guys even though their price was higher and knowing I had to wait about 6 weeks for them to start my job. Meanwhile another leak occurred on the opposite side of the house from the initial leak. The Repair guys came out almost immediately to fix it. Ultimately, the entire roof was done with some added work done to fix scuppers, trim intruding tree branches, and they even capped my dryer vent that the last vent cleaner left uncapped. Gino seemed to work tirelessly and clocked some very long days. I was always keep in the loop and the job was done early. They also worked around our Easter party plans, and even helped me set-up by moving some furniture. So nice!

Ryan and Gino are dedicated workers who could not be more responsive, polite and helpful. I never felt pressured and always felt they appreciated my business. With their product, I am trusting that I wont ever have to worry about my roof or interior repairs again, and I can transfer the warranty to the next home owner. Look no further for a superior roof experience!

They came to check my roof which needed absolutely nothing and they were honest about it. Really grateful for their honestly.

I met Juan when me came to our home for an estimate after damage to our roof from a micro-burst.  He was on time and very professional.  On the day the work was done, the crew completed the work in a very timely manner.  Everyone was very pleasant and a joy to work with.  Thank you for repairing our roof.

We needed to have a professional look at our roof and identify any necessary repairs.  They were able to get us in the schedule and in just a few days we had an inspection and got good news.  Just a broken tile or two and that our under-paper was in pretty good shape.  They quickly got back out and replaced the broken tiles and did some seam sealing.  Honest assessment, quick scheduling and a fair price!

Maria made the process super easy. Their prices were fair,  and they did what I needed promptly. Even painted the ceiling in my house to match the original color,  great work!

Both Kathy & Alex were super quick to respond to my request. Very professional & kind -- which makes a world of a difference especially in this industry.
