I got quotes from different companies before deciding on this one! Jason was very responsive and professional. His quote was very competitive and he understood the roof replacement process very well. He wasn't pushy or salesy. The crew showed up everyday and wrapped up the job right on schedule! Andrew was my project manager, he checked in daily to see if I had any concerns or questions.

I was referred to Hardacker Roofing by another contractor.  Back in March of 2020, I discovered a small leak in my master bedroom due to heavy rainfall.  I contacted Clyde Hardacker.  He went up on the roof, took pictures, and showed me that the underlayment was deteriorated.  He recommended that I replace the entire underlayment only underneath the tile roof since my house was almost 20 years old.  He informed me that my tile roof was still in good shape.

Although they were not able to get to my roof until May due to other customers were ahead of me and the City's delay in processing a permit, I was so glad when the job was finally done.  Ashley was great to work with and kept me abreast on the status as to when they were able to get to me and getting the permit.  The only disappointment I had is the fact that they did not send someone over to my house to cover the area with plastic where the roof was leaking to prevent more damage.  I had to have another contractor do it.  I hope they will consider making an improvement in this area.  With that said, thank you for all your help with my roof.  All the best.

After patching my roof for  5 years, it was time to bite the bullet and replace it. A realtor friend recommended Mikku roofers. Devin came and gave an estimate within 24 hours, which I found fair and  inclusive.
Work was started on time and completed on time. Josh, Devin's brother, always took my calls and patiently answered my worried phone conversations. I've never done business with such an honest person as Steve. I originally thought I needed metal roof coating to stop leaks but he took the time to investigate and said the leak was elsewhere. Suggested I call the roofing company that recently reshingled my house and have them fix the flashing... under warranty too. Wow!

Excellent from start to finish. I am 2500 miles away from my home in Arizona and Josh handled everything. Arizona roofing came in well under the estimate and put better materials on the roof then I had before the damage. I highly recommend them.

Almeida Roofing is amazing.   Personally we have had them do roof repair and they did our entire roof on our new build up in anew River.  They were on time, kept the job site clean and were reasonably priced.  Our roof looks amazing.  As a real estate agent, I have referred Almeida Roofing to my clients when issues and repairs come up during inspections.  They quick to respond and I can trust the work is done correctly so I can get the deal closed.  Their customer service is the best.  If you want to use a company that has integrity, is trustworthy and is reasonable, give Almeida Roofing a call.

Simply put, the guys are ProWest were awesome. Every time I spoke with Jeff or Riley they were absolutely on top of their stuff. Their entire team was helpful, accommodating and patient every step of the way. Even as hidden issues popped up on the job they tackled everything like pros and kept their word. Go for it. My sister, mom, and neighbor all had one of the McMillan Brothers come out and paint their homes between 2021-2022. My husband and I have been trying to decide on what we wanted to do, after the storms this year did a lot of damage to the paint on the outside of our home. After getting a few quotes and doing some research on Yelp we decided to call the McMillan Brothers. Nelson was able to come out the next day and give me a quote for the house. After we decided to move forward Nelson had his crew came out to our house the next day! So fast!!

They include just about everything in their service. They power wash the entire house, move the rock around the foundation, mask off and paint. We were very happy that they took the time to move the rock to paint the foundation and didn't get paint on the rock, or overspray it. They also took the time to mask off REALLY well and protect everything else we didn't want paint on. They covered our travertine, concrete, our outside ceiling fans and lights, and moved our patio furniture. Our house is pretty big so it took a full 2 days, but man they hustled in those 2 days!

The finished product is amazing! Our greens are so much deeper and richer, and I love the gloss finish, it really makes the house pop! I can't believe there is no overspray..... anywhere.... they masked everything off to have perfect lines and everything was covered beautifully! We will definitely be using them on our other properties.

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

Craig brown just finished replacing our tile roof. This was the best experience we have had with a contractor.  I am in my 70's and have had many contractors over the years.  Craig explained everything when I first met with him and gave us a start date.  Craig was here from day 1 and checked in person everyday to oversee the job.  His workers are polite, professional and did a great job.  From before start to finish we have not had one problem.  They left the property cleaner when they finished than when they began.

His pricing is more reasonable and the quality of work impeccable.  You won't regret hiring brown roofing.  No, I am not related to anyone at brown roofing.  It sounds like I am his mother.  I am just a totally satisfied customer!

I couldn't be happier with the work John did on our roof. We just bought our house from snowbirds who looked to have deferred some maintenance on the house (hardly occupied it during the last few years of their ownership). Our flat roof needed a bit of work - there was quite a bit of blistering, one big low area, and even exposed foam where the elastomeric completely wore off.

I got about 5 quotes, and John's was the most reasonable. A few other companies bid work that was unnecessary and one company bid work that wasn't adequate repair. That company wanted to do an elastomeric patch, after cutting off the blisters/bubbles. Everyone else bid spraying extra foam after repairing blisters/bubbles. My understanding is that elastomeric is meant to protect the foam and it is mean to reflect heat from the roof. The foam is actually what acts as the seal from water.

John bid what was required and had a very reasonable price.  He is conscientious and did the work right away. And his work is one of the best I've ever seen.  We haven't had any issues, and he warranties his work and we know we can contact him.

He also replaced one of the skylights for me at also a very low cost. There was a minor crack that I figured we might as well address.  I was on the roof when he replaced it, and it's a good thing I was there. I got to see that the crack was actually much worse once the window was removed (much of the crack was concealed while installed).

He is truly one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. I am happy that the skylight and roof are one of the things I can strike off the list of home repairs.  Best part - the white elastomeric has noticeably cooled down our house.
