I was really impressed with the level of service, they showed up, did the work perfectly and cleaned up!

It's really not fair for me to give a star rating here.  I contacted Multi-Pro through Yelp & they asked for my number to arrange a meeting to look at my roof. That's where all conversations ended.  I never heard from them & they never looked at my roof.  Unfortunately, from my experience this tends to be the norm across all contractors, not just roofers.  By no means was Multi-Pro the only roofer who did not call & it's understandable that contractors are busy with work sites spread out throughout the valley that an occasional customer slips through.  However, telling me you'll call & don't has delayed my project (leaky roof) by waiting for them (I would've liked to entertain as many estimates as possible).  I'm not angry at Multi-Pro & am sure they do quality work but I'm not going to chase any company to give them my business.

So I had a communication problem with this company. Although they said they left messages, I never received any. I was not going to use them but then John Haag called me from my house while I was at work. He was the person that was supposed to show up initially. I was not expecting anything from them but he took upon himself to rectify the situation. He explained his side which was perfectly understandable. He apologized for the miscommunication and got to work. He fixed the leak. He recommended some other work and advice which to my relief, it was not as bad as I thought.  He totally change my mind of this company because of his customer service.  Because of him I will end up using them again. Thanks John for saving the day.

We had a leak develop in our roof at Christmas, I called 4 companies after Christmas, only Mikku & sons called back, they came2 days later, estimated to fix the leak & do the whole roof since I was planning this later in the year.  I decided on the whole roof, estimate came within 1 day, roof was scheduled 2 weeks later, amazing.  The crews were on time, every day, very professional, the place worked like a well oiled machine.  They set up a website to communicate & coordinate.  The end product is excellent.  Cleaned up, picked up debris, nails, I wish half the companies I hire worked this well.  You can not go wrong, really good guys too. BTW, only one of those 4 companies called me, it was 2 weeks later, and they said they could come in March.

I really love these guys they did a great job. My roof looks great! The guys were very courteous. They made sure my yard was clean every day. After the whole job I found two nails which is unbelievable. I used to be a roofer myself and we did not compare to the standard that these guys have. The superintendent Luis Hernandez called us every day to make sure we were happy. When he came in for the final inspection he fixed some of my facia that was not even their responsibility. He also noticed that they did not torch down my patio which is one of his expectations. That kind of roofing will usually seal on its own but, he came back to my house and made sure that it was up to his standards. America Roofing really has a great asset in this man. If he's ever looking for a job I'll hire him. Of course I don't think that will happen. Great job Luis!! You're a bad ass!!!

I searched through Yelp to find a roofing company to fix the leak in my roof.  Az Roofing systems was the first to reply.  I exchanged information with them and got a call from Mike Fuller.  It was a Friday, so he asked if we could schedule for the following week, which was fine with me.  After some miscommunication, Mike came out and went above and beyond what I expected from any company.  This is the type of company I wish I could always work with.  Their care and sincere concern for my problem were
very much appreciated, and NO LEAKS!

$5k more expensive than 3 other roofing quotes using the same material and warranty.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needed a fantastic job done on their roof.  The work was done in exactly the amount of time I was told it would be--a day!  The workers were very respectful of our home and yard.  Everything was covered well, including my pool and plants.  No surprises in price or added charges.

omg! chuck and his crew was awesome and quick. they went above and beyond. he told me my tiles on my house were discontinued. he went to many tile places to find them...he finally found a place. they were honest about what they were going to do and stuck to it. you don't get those kind of companies anymore...

Outstanding character and integrity.  It's easy to earn a great review when everything goes right.  Very few can claim the same after an experience such as what I share here.  If you're looking for a great roofer that stands behind their word, Luis and L&R Roofing should be your choice. 

From Yelp, I interviewed 14 roofers.  Luis was the first I met.  He told me that the best solution in my case was to replace the existing three roofing systems with a foam roof.  All the other roofers agreed.

Regarding cost, Luis was in the middle of all quotes.  Which is exactly where he said he'd be.  He explained that he understands his market and prices fairly for a great product.  He went on to explain how important his reputation is and how he focuses first on customer results knowing that profits will follow.  Little did we know at the time just how much his words would be put to the test!

Since my home also had quite a bit of drywall repair on the ceilings going on, the underside of the roof could be seen in many areas from inside the house.  Showing Luis this, I negotiated with him.  Since his bid was in the middle and higher than my lowest bid, I suggested that I'd give him the business but asked in return that he include all wood that needs to be replaced.  From my perspective, being on a very tight budget, I wanted to limit my risk while choosing a quote that wasn't the lowest.  Being able to see so much of the roof top and bottom and wanting to help me out, Luis agreed.

Due to my business travel, I requested the crew begin upon my return.  I wanted to be there to understand and inspect the roof wood with Luis.

As I rolled up to my house after my trip I found a roofing crew started early.  They had already torn off the old roof and were just finishing spraying on the foam roof.  Oh no!!!  I stopped them and discovered that in addition to not addressing a number of items discussed with Luis, they hadn't replaced any of the roof's wood.

The crew made an honest mistake.  They showed me what Luis had texted them.  He properly told them what needed to happen, but they did not fully understand the importance of the start date until they read his note again.  Luis came over and first suggested that we tear off the foam just in the areas that we think had the largest issues.  Seeing my non-verbal response, Luis smiled and said, Ok Jack, I get it...we'll start over.  Without fighting, without being ugly, without being anything but a good man wanting to do the right thing, Luis in that moment committed to expanding a 2-3 day job to at least 6.  In that moment, I thought to myself, This job just became a financial loss for Luis.

For 2 days, the crew worked tirelessly removing the new foam.  It was hard work. Yet, they always were cheerful and apologetic that they had made the mistake.  After all the foam was off, I went up on the roof and to my somewhat horror, found the plywood underneath to be generally speaking...all in terrible condition.  The crew even mentioned to me how bad the wood was and that they too felt that a lot or even all of it needed to go.  Even to the extent that perhaps it's the worst they've ever seen.  Dread I thought.  Luis agreed to replace all wood that needed it and by the looks of it, ALL of it might need to be replaced.  With that prospect, I contacted my brother-in-law.  He's a supervisor on custom home construction sites.  A good man with a flair for no-BS.  I wanted to be fair to Luis so I needed a knowledgeable person to advise me on what needed to be done.  Early in the morning, he and I went on the roof.  A few walks around and he said, Jack, this is all crap and needs to be replaced.  So you understand, think about walking on plywood that is so dilapidated that you need to watch your step so you don't fall through.  

My heart sank.  Now, I would need to go to Luis and hope he would honor our agreement to replace 'all' the wood.  Luis and I spoke by phone.  Naturally, he was disappointed, but in that moment where a person has a number of options and ways to wiggle out of what was agreed, he didn't.  He essentially said that he made a deal that he probably should not had made, but would stand by his word.  He said, Jack, I want you to be happy and I want you to feel as though we delivered what was promised.  If you've read this far, I truly hope you understand the character and integrity it takes to say something like what Luis chose to say.

In the end, the crew replaced 70 sheets of plywood, put down an amazing roof and were the nicest group of workers a homeowner could ask for.  True to his word, the original contract price never changed!

I truly hope this review makes it easy for you to choose L&R Roofing.  Luis jokingly has assured me that he'll never deviate his negotiations this much from his standard business practices again.  However, while you might not get the same 'deal' I'm sure you'll get the same value, character and integrity.

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

I had the pleasure of working with Dean of Brown Roofing when my roof needed replacement in 2015.  After noticing some leaks on my ceiling, I called around and got estimates from several roofing companies.  The analysis Dean did of my roof was unmatched by any other company.  This is because he is an actual contractor as opposed to a sales rep, which every other company sent out.  Dean pointed out where the problem areas were, gave a very reasonable estimate, and even highlighted some additional issues with our skylight and chimney.  Needless to say we went with Dean.  

He and his crew were always on time and extremely respectful of my home. They cleaned up at the end of every day and stayed out of the way as much as possible.  Oftentimes repair work can drag on because only a few people are doing it at a time--not with Brown Roofing. They sent several guys out every day and were done in less than 3.  They even came back to do paint touch-up!

After the job was done, Dean personally walked me through everything they did. I was elated to see how much detail they put into the entire job and was pleasantly surprised when he pointed out some additional work they had done to help improve the flow of water (at no charge I might add) from our home--a big deal when it comes to those monsoon rains! Overall, I couldn't have asked more from Dean and this company. Dean knows what he is doing, is familiar with codes, and will treat your roof like it is his own.

Definitely go with him if you want the job done right!

We would absolutely recommend John. He is friendly, prompt and does excellent work. From the first time we met until the job was done, John was professional and caring. He patched our roof leak even sooner than expected.

Copper West Roofing took the time to explain the recommended work and answer my questions. They were courteous and prompt. There were no extra/hidden charges.

These guys just repaired my roof (May 23, 2019).  I had to wait a month, but it was totally worth it.  They did a fantastic job.  Devin and Rubin were unbelievable.  They gave me an estimate, and repaired the roof at that price.  They communicated with my by phone and email throughout the entire process.  I cannot say enough positive things about my entire experience with them.  I went on my roof to look at their work, and it was flawless.  These guys are way good!!  I was so impressed with everything, I asked them to perform an annual inspection on my roof.  I absolutely trust them.  Don't waste your time with anyone else.  Call these guys.

We got three bids to have our roof repaired. First response was the only one who actually got  ON the roof, took pictures and showed us what they said we needed. They arrived on time, worked hard, cleaned everything up when,they finished. We highly recommend them.

We had Estrella roofing repair the tile roof (missing tiles, a leak in the front) and replace the patio cover roof.  Estrella gave a competitive estimate and did a great job!

Our roof was about to reach 30 years old, and while there was nothing wrong with the current roof; we didn't want to take the chance to wait longer to replace. We called State 48 roofing, as I went to school with Jason and knew their reputation  - and they were fantastic! They were quick to provide an affordable quote, completed the job quickly, and was always timely and professional during the whole process. Would absolutely recommend to anyone we know looking to get a roof replaced!

It's hard to find a roofing company that can be trusted and honest and experienced, and although my repairs aren't serious, they helped me with the repairs right away, thank you very much Robert and Dorothy, whose efforts and attitude can hold me to their trust.

After getting a second leak after my HOA jokingly repaired my roof in 6 months, I knew it was time to get it done right. Alex came out on Monday and gave me a quote to clean, repair and apply the top coating to the roof of my townhome. His estimate was spot on what I was expecting after receiving quotes from two other companies and I appreciated his friendly attitude and promptness.  I was put on the schedule for Saturday that week and then notified they could do my job on Friday - awesome! His crew showed up and promptly went to work, putting mesh around my air conditioner to prevent the pigeons from nesting and reattached the plumbing for my a/c unit as well. I appreciated their ownership as they protected my interests and made sure my neighbor's a/c run off was routed away from my roof as well. I would recommend Alex and team for any roofing job!
