Found someone had been chewing on the wires going to one of the units. Caused a short... taking out the transformer and thermostat. Naturally it happened on the weekend and we got great service from Larson Air. Lesson learned. Protect those wires from critters.

Wednesday evening I discovered that my 15 year old water heater had been leaking for some time, flooding part of the garage floor.  I opted to purchase a new one and selected American Home Water & Air because of the great reviews, the quick email response from Tom, and the upfront and reasonable pricing.  They worked me in the next morning and had it replaced quickly.  The two technicians, Higinio and Mario, were professional, knowledgeable, and very nice.  They installed the water heater, turned everything back on, cleaned up all around the mess the leak had made. I feel like they thought of everything!  I am extremely satisfied and will use this company in the future.

Best company, hands down! Experienced, professional technicians with integrity, and exceptional customer service. So glad I found them!!

Nothing but good things to say about this company. Mike was able to come out less than 24 hours after I called about our air conditioner breaking (response time is so important when it's a million degrees outside!), and he was very helpful and told us exactly what was going on. The office staff was also very helpful and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quick and reliable service!

I spoke to Johnny over the phone.  I had had an air conditioning company come to my house and gotten some information I was not sure about.  I cold called Johnny.  Without even coming to my house or seeing me in person, he answered all my questions.  He gave me a lot of time and was very honest and all without knowing me or being hired by me.  He gave me valuable information, which I have been able to use to our benefit.  I am very appreciative to him for his time and knowledge.  It is very rare to find a professional who will help you for free.  Thank you, Johnny.  We will call you for our air conditioning needs in the future.

Hays was quick to set an appointment for my yearly AC check up and was great with communication. The tech was running a little behind the morning of my appointment but Hays was very proactive in contacting and updating me. To clarify, I was not bothered by the tech running behind--I have no doubt they are swamped with AC needs in the AZ heat! My tech, Sam, arrived and was super friendly then got right to work. He did a very thorough job, explained everything to me clearly and didn't pressure me at all. They honored the online coupon/discount and Sam told me about the yearly preventative maintenance plan they have but did not try to pressure or up sell me at all. I will for sure be contacting Hays in the future for my AC needs.

I would recommend this company to everyone! Caleb and Misty are awesome :-) Misty always called and kept me in the loop about our services and Caleb was always polite and very knowledgeable. Great family business! We had to wait for our new unit to be ordered and delivered but Caleb was nice enough to go back to his shop to see if he had portable ac units to make my family comfortable. We had a fantastic experience with Dave. He was friendly, informative and helpful. The technicians that did our install were also very friendly and polite. We talked to multiple other companies but decided to go with cool zone because of the amazing customer service experience and competitive prices. Dave even came out after the install to make sure everything was up and running and help us set up our new thermostat. We're glad we went with such a great company and will definitely use them in the future!

During the heat wave of the week of July 23, 2018 my heat pump would shut off at the hottest part of the day and then return to normal operation about two hours later. I called Arctic Fox and let Misty (the owner's wife)  know what was going on with my unit. I told her it was not an emergency, as the unit was running when I called. We scheduled Friday of that week for Heath (the owner) to come out and look at the heat pump. Misty stated if it got any worse to call and they would fit us in.

I called back on Thursday morning, as my wife was concerned about our dogs and cat. Heath arrived at our house and did some troubleshooting on the unit. He could find nothing wrong with the unit. After providing him with the symptoms that occurred each afternoon he determined it may be the motor for the fan that cools the coils. It has a thermostat that shuts down the motor at 200 degrees. It did not occur when he was there (naturally). He stated he would return the next day with a new motor. Friday he removed the old motor and lo and behold, the motor was leaking oil near the shaft. The motor was heating to shut down temperatures the previous days. Heath worked fast and diligently to replace the motor as the heat pump was shut down during this task.

When it was all said and done, the motor was under warranty and there was no charge for it. Heath said there was also no labor charge. I disagreed with the free labor, as he came out two days and I know the manufacturer was not going to reimburse him for his time.  I asked him what his labor rate was for the two days he was at my home. He provided me with the cost (I think he may have low balled it) and I gladly paid.

I cannot say enough of the integrity, customer service and genuine care this husband and wife company displays every time I use their services. The big name companies cannot even come close to Arctic Fox's business ethic.

The entire Gladiate crew is top notch. They were quick to respond to all of my questions and provided great and reasonably priced service. I'll definitely call them again the next time we need A/C work. Thanks guys.

My wife researched for an AC repair company for an AC checkup going through the neighborhood Facebook groups. Robert was honest and low-pressure, telling me my options and the risks, offering the choice that it *could* last past the coming summer, but there is a chance it would fail - my choice to replace or not.  Very good experience and I will hit them again.

David is the best and we would highly recommend him! He is reliable, extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He doesn't try to upsell and will tell you honestly what you need or don't need. We really appreciate his expertise and will be calling him for all our future HVAC needs.

Just an update the tech they sent out they let go, if there tech are highly competent as she said they were why would they have to let the guy go

I wouldn't believe a word you say Lisa you said you charge my credit card and it was never charged and then you were trying to give me a refund I don't think you know what's going on there you fired the tack you said he was no longer with your company and that came from you not from Carrie get your story straight your company sucks

I woke up and my A/C wasn't working. Called Mike and told him what was going on. He came and fixed things within 20 min. Sweet bliss in over 100 degree heat!

I have a business in Scottsdale, and when my air went out I called Alans Air and he came right out. Did a excellent job fixing my old 1988 air conditioner. Fast service, reasonable priced and friendly service. He's the only air conditioning guy I will ever use from now on. Don't call these big chain air guys when you can have a locally owned guy do it better and cheaper. And very honest

I came home to a very toasty house today - it was 10 degrees warmer than it should have been.  I called Ideal and they had Adam scheduled to arrive same day (thank goodness, it would have been a long hot night for me and my pup).   He diagnosed the issue (a dirty coil) and never tried to sell me anything extra or unneeded.  

I was a bit surprised because we had a company out not too long ago to clean the coil and service the unit but they obviously didn't do a thorough job.  

The house already feels cooler!   If you need heating or air work done call this company.   100% you won't regret it.

So I started calling them at 9 at night and after five phone calls trying to decide from two other AC guys fadal was able to locate the unit in minutes and had us cooling within hours.. I was handling this from another state and his communication was amazing. He was able to give us a service with a discount so that now gives us peace of mind for the next two years. Thank you for working those 18-hour days in the middle of the season to keep my elderly mother cool

If you go to their website, schedule an appointment based on the date and time provided evidently that is only a request . At least that is what I was told by dispatch. I had a scheduled appointment for Wednesday between noon and 4pm, again this is based on what their website provided. Dispatch calls me and informed me the earliest is April 8th. Absolutely a bait and switch.

Very happy with the service. The cost was good. And the service man Kevin was fabulous   I wanted them to come out to make sure my main ac was ready for summer. I had a mini split put in about a year ago by another company. It never worked. I really like it to be cold in my room at night. If needed Freon. Once in it works great. Thanks yoj

This company was outstanding! Very professional. Dominic came to my house to give me a quote. I wanted to replace and upgrade all my combo units in my 2-story home. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me. In fact he found all available rebates for me including SRP rebates and even took care of the paperwork. The workers were also very friendly and knowledgeable. They arrived early and worked their butts off. They were all following Covid procedure and were discrete throughout the day. Sometimes didn't even remember they were there. They set everything up and tested everything and got the job done on time. Highly Recommend!!! A pleasure to do business with
