Larson AC recently completed a large job for us - installing four new systems at our home.  We were especially pleased with Jason and Mike's work.  They are efficient, informative, polite and highly skilled installers.

Despite the size of the job, they managed to keep disruption to a minimum and left the house each day clean and usable in each affected room.

I highly recommend this company and Jason, Mike and Claude in particular.

Tomas was great, gloves and mask in the heat. He had to run across town to get a part but still got us back up and running in just a couple of hours. Thanks again, I will be using AHWA in the future!

Professional. That's the first thing that comes to mind. They have a real person that answers the phone that will help you with an appointment and answer questions. Not a phone tree that you have to leave a message. The technician's are all helpful and courteous. This is the way all companies should be. Very happy I chose them to install my new air conditioner.

Our AC unit was making a loud noise for a couple days, then stopped working. My normal AC repair guy was unavailable, and I was really worried I would have to pay extra for a Sunday job. But I'm really glad I called Johnny. He answered the phone right away, quoted me $80 for the diagnosis, and arrived in under an hour. He had the problem figured out within a few minutes. It was a loose wire that was touching the coolant pipe. He said we were lucky it didn't burn through the pipe. The total cost was only $150, which seemed totally reasonable to me. I checked in with my normal repair guy, and he agreed that Johnny did a great job.

Honest, Fast, Professional, and Reliable. After firing a previous plumbing company for a sewer line inspection, I hired Hays. I was on a very short inspection timeline so I needed them ASAP. I called on a Sunday morning and a tech was out the next day. The previous company tried to tell me I needed a complete sewer repipe in the house and Hays showed me and explained to me everything I was seeing, with their cameras, that the lines were fine.

There was a complete difference to the pictures the previous company showed and what I was actually seeing with Hays' sewer line cameras.

This company saved me a lot of stress and money!

When I called this morning at 6am, the man on the phone was very nice. I explained that I have 3 dogs, so I had to be home and safe. He told me to turn off my air conditioner and someone would be out by 9.

At 8:30am, I got a phone call from one of the rudest people I can remember speaking to. He asked if I had called other places. I said, 'No, I didn't know that I was supposed to.' At that point he got so argumentative with me, and every question he asked he got angrier at my responses. I cancelled the service. No way would I recommend that repairman. Based on the initial phone call, other repair people might be great, so I'm giving it a middle rating, in an attempt at fairness.

We had one of our a/cs go out, we called and they sent out a tech same day, he came within the time window provided and gave us a call when he was on his way.

The Arctic Fox team was very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, provided a very competitive bid, and did an excellent installation of two A/C and furnace units to replace old units. I highly recommend them.

I was incredibly impressed with Biltmore Mechanical!  David answered my call immediately and was able to come over the same day.  He diagnosed my problem within about 5 minutes and  discussed with me the deficiencies of my system.  He was able to get my system up and running that very same day and also  got me two new automated thermostats.  He was very reasonably priced.  I was extremely happy with him.  Biltmore Mechanical is now my go to HVAC company.  Highly recommend!!!!

Bumble bee was the original company who installed the ac unit at my house. I had a repair done last year and they were extremely prompt in getting out to my house and making the repair. This year I had a part go out and dealt with my home warranty fix it. After going 16 days without ac they fixed one part only to find another needed to be fixed. I called bumble bee and they were at my house in less than 2 hours and will be back tomorrow to repair the unit. Their staff, Nicole, and technicians, Adam, are always so kind and accommodating. Would recommend this company for any ac needs!

Update: This company truly went above and beyond when it came to my AC repair. Adam was on time and diligent with his work and thoroughly explained what he repaired and how it fixed the unit. I will be purchasing the maintenance plan with Bumble Bee and will continue to use them for all my AC needs moving forward.

Mike and Chase go above and beyond to ensure my AC problems are fixed. Prices are more than reasonable. I'm so thankful I found them.

Friday night around 10pm my air handler began making a clunking noise on startup.  I called Alan's air in the morning at 8am and they scheduled me for a visit in the next 3 hours.  Bill gave me a call around 10am and showed up as agreed about 30 minutes later.  He listened to the sound and immediately knew what was wrong.  30 minutes later he made the repair and the air handler was quieter than before the issue started.  The cost was under a $100 and I got back to my Saturday with no stress.  I will always call this company for my ac needs in the Scottsdale area.

Best service I've ever received from a service company. Their staff was friendly, professional and  very good at what they do!  I had them add more cellulose insulation, seal ducts, and add dampers for balancing and they did a great job!  Highly recommended!  Thank you Ideal Energy.

Fadel came out and serviced/assessed our aging swamp coolers (20+ years) a few months ago.  He was professional and honest.  Got our coolers as functional as possible and advised us on future replacement.  Once the unit threw the belt again, found the motor housing cracked, he said it was time to replace.  Doug was very helpful in ordering & scheduling replacement.  Shawn & Adam were here on time and got started ASAP. Install went smoothly and Fadel came out to double check.  He even communicated with the electrician to ensure that portion of the work was new, correct and up to standard for the new unit. Would recommend Desert Comfort Mechanical to anyone.  Our experience is based on commercial building swamp cooler, but have confidence in their skill & integrity and will certainly call for other issues in the future!!

I had attempted to install an ecobee3lite thermostat and had difficulty and was stuck.
We had previously had Rising Sun air, out for an unrelated problem so I called them for help.
Pam in the office said she thought a technician was currently in Scottsdale and asked if she should contact him, I told her that would be appreciated.
As it turned out the technician could be at my house within the hour (my lucky day) to help me out.
As it turned out he determined that my air conditioner was incompatible with the ecobee3lite themastat, so he reinstalled my original thermostat for a modest service fee.
I'm totally happy with their service and personal and will highly recommend them to family and friends.
