The Team at Larson Air Conditioning was wonderful to work with from start to finish.  The office staff was friendly and helpful and they kept me updated regarding my scheduled appointment.

Jon the service tech was on time , and was very friendly and knowledgeable--Jon has a great customer centric attitude and was very professional.

I intend to use Larson Air Conditioning for future AC services, and I will be requesting Jon for those future services!

They installed a water softener & RO system last July.  The installation went great and the pricing was very competitive.  Installers were friendly and efficient.  It has worked well with no issue over the past year.  Last week Luis came by for our yearly RO filter change.  He was friendly, well mannered, and efficient.  He also put up with my two nosy dogs wanted to see what he was doing.  I recommend their water systems.  I will be trying out their other services as we need them.

My experience with 1st Choice was fantastic.  The person answering the phones was very attentive and responsive and was able to get a technician out same day and rather quickly.  The father and son duo were extremely professional and polite and had diagnosed my units problem fairly quickly and even had the part already on hand in their work can so they were able to get my AC fixed very quickly.  I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for an future needs.

Called because our AC was having a hard time keeping cool. I get super stressed over these things but after dealing w Boldt felt much better! Fair, honest, and friendly. I have an old unit that will soon need replacing and I will definitely be calling them when that time I comes. Highly recommend this company!

Used another company with great reviews but had a little sticker shock when they quoted me on the repairs (recommend but necessary). Spent $250 to replace a compressor and was told it would be $650 for a motor. A little steep in my opinion. Got some quotes and found Johnny's reviews. Him and his coworker are definitely old school but it doesn't take away from their knowledge and expertise. They gave me a quote and were kind enough to allow me to contact them back a few days later when ready for the repair. I spent $200 less on the motor then with the high tech (iPad quotes with pics etc, emailed receipts) type guys. Highly recommend them if you like good quality service and honest people without all the bells and whistles many of us expect today (and that seems to increase the price of service).

I had a $6000 HVAC installed on my roof a couple of months ago. They showed up on time, were respectful, installed the unit in a timely manner, and had a very competitive price, (I got six bids for the job). After the initial installation, a quality control person came out and inspected the installers work. Then, six weeks or so later they came back to do a another maintenance on the unit. Nice job Hays!

Called and scheduled Caleb, the owner, to stop by for a check up before summer. Caleb is the owner if his own company so he does not work on commission. He is not trying to make a commissions and up-sell his customer. He wants the best so 'we' continue to call him back. I've had a quote from another reputable company and he completely invalidated the quote and when he looked further, advised that the parts are all fine and accomplished a minor fix that was much lower than the quote. Overall you can tell Caleb is a genuine good guy running a good company trying to provide exceptional professional service to his customers.

We had a fantastic experience with Dave. He was friendly, informative and helpful. The technicians that did our install were also very friendly and polite. We talked to multiple other companies but decided to go with cool zone because of the amazing customer service experience and competitive prices. Dave even came out after the install to make sure everything was up and running and help us set up our new thermostat. We're glad we went with such a great company and will definitely use them in the future!

You know when someone loves what he do the way he speak about it. We have been using Artic Fox Air Conditioning & Heating for over 15 years! David of Biltmore Mechanical is an absolute TREASURE! My A/C unit stopped working and I was completely gutted. David came out within a couple hours of my call and diagnosed my problem with integrity. He could have went the easy way out and told me my A/C was from the stone age (it's REALLY old) and there was no hope. Instead, he assessed and communicated the parts I needed in a step-wise fashion. He even changed them the SAME DAY!!! His personality, skill set, and pricing is why I would recommend him to anyone, anytime, and anywhere

Needed peace of mind that my old a.c. unit would last this summer and get an overall diagnosis on the unit. Finding bumble bee was   a great decision and will use them again. I had to call 3 times to make an appointment since my schedule is crazy each time the women who answered was professional and patient with me. Had krys come and he explained everything did not try to up sale.  They even called before my schedule time to let us know they could make it earlier.

Mike was super responsive and professional. Loved that his system texted me to confirm his appointment, tell me when he was on the way, and when he completed the work.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! If I could give 10 stars I would! I hired a contractor to build a recording studio in my garage. There were multiple issues with the build, but the biggest issue was the installation of the Samsung mini-split. The unit wouldn't keep the room cool (especially on hot days) even though it was brand new.

When I called Ideal Air Conditioning for help, Chris came out to troubleshoot the existing unit. He found multiple leaks and gave me a variety of options to repair/replace.

Ultimately, I decided to swap out the wall mounted mini split for a single cassette ceiling AC (less intrusive for my space). The team at Ideal was a breath of fresh air. When I let Chris know I was leaning towards a full replacement, he sent out an auditor (also named Chris and who was just as amazing) to ensure the unit would fit properly in the space.

The day of the installation, Chris and his team arrived right on time. They took painstaking efforts to wrap and protect all of my equipment and left the studio spotless. The installation went great and the room is cooling perfectly. The additional insulation they added in my ceiling has also been a game changer.

The quality of work is top notch - I just wish I would have hired them in the first place!! Huge thank you to both Chris', Elena, Maxine and the entire team at Ideal Air. I'm a very happy customer, can't recommend them highly enough!
