We just got back into our winter residence to realize the AC did not work. After phoning we were told that somebody would be out in the afternoon. Brad showed up and did a quick assessment and replaced the defective part. The service was fantastic and the bill was a lot lower than the one we paid last year to a company now out of business(so much for warranty). This company is highly recommended. Thank you.

A fantastic family owned company. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again in the future. I am very pleased with them. Tim and his father came out to repair our split HVAC system in 2020 which failed us right in the middle of Summer during the height of the Covid lock down and they were able to get us up and running in no time at all. Tim was very professional when he arrived to give me a quote on the replacement and was very well organized. Other companies that I had out for quotes just spit balled prices to me for low end HVAC systems where as Tim had his pricing in writing in a full color binder showing me all of the options that I had available to replace my system. Their pricing was also on point too and they came in lower than the other companies that I spoke with and offered a much better system. We had an older AC system from 1996 that ran on the more expensive r22 freon and it cost us an arm and a leg to repair or refill any time there was an issue. So we had Tim install a 14seer Trane unit with the newer r410 freon and we have had zero issues with it. Our new AC blows ice cold in the summer and our heater is nice and toasty in the winter. We are very happy with our decision to go with 1st Choice Mechanical and more than pleased with the quality of work that they did for us. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Phillip came out very last minute to run a diagnostic on our system that managed to give out just as the weather was getting very hot. Scheduling staff was quick and responsive and even gave me updates via text as to when I could expect someone to arrive. Phillip spent plenty of time with us going through our options for a new unit and I felt like he was very fair and honest. This was my first time using this company, and I am impressed.

My AC unit stopped working over the weekend and Johnny came out on Sunday, was there when he said he would be there and had it fixed quickly. He was very fair with what he charges and you don't feel like you were taken advantage of. Also gave me some additional tips that will help with cooling my house down better. Will continue to use him for all of my HVAC needs as well as recommend him family and friends.

Called around yesterday trying to find someone short notice to analyze sewer pipes on an older home (1950's) we are purchasing in downtown Phoenix.  They had one of their professionals (Nick) call and explain the process.  He was able to to do the camera inspection the following day.  The house had three separate additions with 3 different types of sewer pipes.  He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the pipe dating back to the 50's and what had been done over the years.  Super impressed with his report back and professionalism overall.

I live in Fl has a rental in Surprise AZ. The property needs an AC replacement. I found great reviews for Az Air expert so I gave them a chance and it was a great experience. Great service experience with Gabe and Christine of Gladiate AC. After reading all the positive reviews on Yelp I decided to try them out to service the AC units for my duplex in Phoenix. Gabe was extremely helpful in explaining the process and went above and beyond to get the job done. I will use their services again for regular AC maintenance in my duplex. Our first floor unit was blowing warm air, so after checking Yelp and seeing all the positive reviews for Dukes of Air I gave them a call.  Even after missing my appointment today, they quickly rescheduled and came out to repair.  Everyone was extremely courteous and accommodating. Dustin, the tech, explained the repair, showed me the bad capacitor, told me cost, and quickly repaired.  If I had a second set of hands, I would give them four thumbs up.

David was awesome! I called at 4:00p in a pinch with family in town and my AC was not cooling the house despite it running all day. David spent 2 hours fully investigating what the issue, beyond the obvious that it had frozen up. He found a small blockage in a part deep inside the unit, and was able to restore the unit's ability to cool the house. It's a 12 year old unit that has been rebuilt improperly and although the unit works, we are ultimately using David / Biltmore Mechanical to replace with an entirely new system. Great guy and great neighbor!

I use them for my rentals. They are a small enough shop to provide very good customer service yet big enough to always be available for emergencies. I have found them fair and honest. This is one of my go to companies that I trust.

After dealing with my home warranty company after 2 days being down in 112 degree temperatures, I got recommendations on Cave Creek Cooling Company.  Within 30 minutes of my call with Mike, he was here at my house and quickly diagnosing the issue and trying to get my ac back up and cooling.  He explained things in details along the way.  He was amazing as his driving factor was to get my 20 year old unit back and operational, which he did.  Mike saved me more the $5k and headaches associated to home warranty company and I would HIGHLY recommend Cave Creek Cooling for your needs.

Alan is the best! A/C went out on a Wednesday morning, I had another company come out that afternoon and tell me that the compressor and fan motor were broken and that I'd need a new $5,000 air conditioner. I called Alan's Air that night at about 5:00pm to get someone out there for a second opinion, and Alan was out there the next morning at 8am. Turns out the compressor was not broken at all and just the fan motor needed to be replaced, for a fraction of what an entire new A/C unit would have cost. Alan was prompt, professional, and excellent at his job. Alan is extremely trustworthy and will be my go to person from here on out, thank you Alan's Air!

Ideal Energy was one of the companies that provided me a quote to simply supplement insulation in my attic. The quote was over the phone with no visual inspection.  They recommended removing 1/2 the insulation in the attic with no clear explanation why that was recommended (at a cost of over $2K).  The quote was significantly higher (almost 5 times) than the other companies that quoted me.  My interactions with them were very limited, and they were professional.

I'm glad I found these guys, and you will be too.  There are 8 reviews hidden by the Yelp automated algorithm that you can read if you click on not recommended reviews and I'll save you the time- they are all 5 stars.  100% 5 stars out of 9 reviews, and now I'll add the 10th 5-star review.  

I hired these guys to convert my old drop-ceiling ductwork in my 8-year-old-store into the new open-ceiling style.  It's a big job.  Bottom line: they got the job done on time and on budget with no mistakes.  But there was so much more.  Sean is a master, he is the Jedi-Warrior of Duct Work.  He came in and looked at my system, pulled out his sorcerer's star chart, and started analyzing the flow.  Before these guys got to my store I could not get the AC to run below 82 degrees on a hot day.  There was a 5-ton unit and that should flow about 2000 cfm.  Sean quickly determined that with only 2 returns sized at 700 cfm each I was only inhaling about 1400 cfm.  My unit was asthmatic!  By adding a 3rd return now the unit can breath.  There were also some issues with the supply lines, again Sean and his chart showed that one of the trunks should have a maximum of 3 supplies on it but it had 6 which means it wasn't working properly either.  He removed and re-arranged some of the lines so they would be better spread out.  

Final result?  Not only do I have a beautiful aesthetic ceiling, but yesterday during nearly 110 degree weather it was 76 degrees in my store.  Will I save money?  I bet I will save so much money that this job might just pay for itself.  Thank you, once again Yelp helps me find a great company that restores my faith in humanity.  Desert Comfort Mechanical and Sean:  you guys are awesome!

Called Proskill hoping for a water softener repair but unfortunately it was not repairable.  Chance and Harlin were extremely professional, respectful and courteous.  They explained everything including showing us what was wrong with our old unit.  We are more than comfortable referring them into your home as well.  I know that is who we will call when the next thing needs repair or replacement.

I called Rising Sun Air to inquire about their seasonal tune up/winter check. I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day and the technicians that came out were great. They inspected my ac unit and made sure everything was functioning properly and running the way it is supposed to be before the colder months start rolling in. Rising Sun Air was fast, responsive, and professional. I definitely recommend using them and would give them my business in the future if I ever have any ac issues.

I can't speak highly enough about Sure Temp. I contacted them via yelp at 7:15am on a Sunday morning. I didn't expect an immediate response, so I didn't check my email right away. My mistake, as they responded in literally 1 minute. Due to scheduling challenges on my end, I wasn't able to follow up with them again until Monday morning. They sent a tech out same day, diagnosed the problem in minutes, sourced the replacement part locally, and had it installed in less than an hour. I was more than satisfied with the price and greatly appreciated their responsiveness with temps pushing into the 100's. What more can I say than Sure Temp executed flawlessly.
