Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

In the last 2 years I have purchased 3 new units with Larson Air Conditioning.  Great company and very reliable.

I have had only positive experiences with the folks who have come out to service my AC unit. They are easy to work with to schedule an appointment, communicate well and are super friendly.

Best company, hands down! Experienced, professional technicians with integrity, and exceptional customer service. So glad I found them!!

I came home from a vacation to find my AC was not working. I was concerned I would not be able to get a technician to repair this on a Sunday  afternoon (it was 114 out so it was hot!)  I contacted Boldt, and Phillip was here within the hour. He diagnosed the problem quickly, made the repair, and the prices were extremely affordable and fair! I will definitely used Boldt for any future HVAC needs.

We had an emergency issue with the heaters in our VRBO. We called several companies and due to the drop in temps we were told it would be next week. I called Johnny and he was amazing! He immediately looked at his schedule and said he could fit us in that day as we had tenants with a half working heater. Unfortunately it was raining at the time he was heading out so he had to cancel. However he promised 9am the following day.

The heater ended up fixing itself when he got out there but his excellent customer service and reliability made us fans. We will definitely be giving him our business on the next one. Thanks Johnny!

I would agree with many other reviewers that this is the company you want to be dealing with. Our sales rep, Bill, actually called to see if he could come out early because he promised to be at our house at a different time and he wanted to see if that was ok. Certainly different from other companies. I quoted. He was quick and efficient and made sure that we had plenty of time to ask as many questions as we wanted. At no point during the initial sales process did we feel rushed or more importantly pressured. Bill's professionalism and outstanding reviews led us to select Hays to replace both our A/C units (despite the fact that they were not the cheapest company to quote).

We called Bill on Monday and the crew showed up on schedule 3 days later Our install team was led by Jack who displayed the same professionalism that Bill did and had a great sense of humor (promised to make sure that anyone who fell off the roof would be dragged into the street so it wouldn't impact my homeowners insurance. Pleased to note that no tech's were harmed in this install). The crew replaced both units and removed an old Swamp Cooler in less than 4 hours. I was home working and barely heard them. The team even took time to talk a little Mario talk with my 4 year old son. When Jack wrapped everything up he mentioned that they noticed that some of my vents were blocked so his team went and fixed them for us.

I was very apprehensive about making such a big purchase and switching out A/C units just prior to summer here in Arizona but Hays made the process painless and easy. I will be using them for all maintenance and service issues for anything HVAC or Water heater related for as long as I live in Arizona. This company truly believes that the customer is the priority and everyone we dealt with lived that belief. If you want great service and peace of mind, call Hays.

I would recommend this company to everyone! Caleb and Misty are awesome :-) Misty always called and kept me in the loop about our services and Caleb was always polite and very knowledgeable. Great family business! We had to wait for our new unit to be ordered and delivered but Caleb was nice enough to go back to his shop to see if he had portable ac units to make my family comfortable. Thank you thank you!

We had one of our a/cs go out, we called and they sent out a tech same day, he came within the time window provided and gave us a call when he was on his way.

A friend referred Arctic Fox to me yesterday. I called this morning and talked to Tim. He answered the phone, listened to my problem, and had Steve come out almost immediately to look/fix the issue. Steve is very knowledgeable as is Tim. I will only call Arctic Fox from now on. They are reliable, friendly, on time, responsive, informative, helpful, honest, etc. Don't think twice! Call them today! A million thanks! A+++++ service!
Update - had a freeze up the day after and had to have the unit looked at again. Heath came out this time and located the problem and fixed it. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I will be calling him for any future tune up/repaires for sure! Great service. Never has our a/c worked as it does now. Thank you Heath!

They came out first thing in the morning after I left a message. Told me what was wrong and promptly fixed it. The technician explained everything to me what was wrong and why extremely helpful in just knowing what and why.

Excellent experience. Not sure how many people work at Dukes of Air but they need to just clone Dustin.  

My A/C was acting funny with all the condensation coming out of the overflow pans from higher level pipes on my house.  Years ago when this happened my 2nd floor ceiling fell in so I knew the backup pipes were not supposed to be leaky.  I tried to fix myself with the stuff I saw on youtube by shopvac'ing it out and no luck.  I tried a couple of other things as I have had some expensive A/C bills in the past for what seemed like 15 mins work  and really  didn't want to pay again.  

I needed someone on the weekend so I bite the bullet and called.  Dustin fixed the clog and the bill was less than $100.  That is the first time I have ever spent so little on an A/C tech.  I know problems can vary but even with those 15-30 minute fixes I have paid twice or triple that with no real explanation what they did.  Dustin explained everything and seemed like a genuine guy.

He was very professional and super polite.  Goes a long way in my book.  I threw out the business cards of the previous 2 places I used to toggle between based on when they could make time to come by.  Duke's is my new first choice for all future A/C needs.  Irrespective of the reasonable cost, it was simply the best service I have ever received for Air Conditioning so they desire 10 stars.  Great company, great service....no offense to anyone else at the company but clone Dustin :)

The quality of their work cannot be beat. When no other company could figure out what was going on with our A/C, they had it diagnosed and working in 20 minutes. They now have my total business for all A/C and Swamp Cooler problems as well as doing regular maintenance on the system for the future. I highly recommend them.

Michael has come to our house twice and by far undercut the prices of everyone else and the severity of what our problem was. He was out this week when we thought our air conditioner was done and he charged us $110. Basically a service charge to reconnect some wiring that we didn't know came loose. How many other companies would've tried to convince you that you needed a new air conditioning unit when yours is 20+ years old? He has my business for as long as I live here.

This company has been awesome to me from beginning to end. When my AC compressor went out in the middle of July, they were the only company that was able to come out same day. The tech that came out, Adam, was friendly and it was clear that he loves his job and did his best to take care of me as the customer. Brandon then came out to do my energy audit, also the same day, and was incredibly thorough in explaining my options and associated costs for replacing my AC system. I was worried about the steep costs, but was reassured about how it was a long term investment in efficiency and energy savings. When the installation team came out the next day, they were patient, meticulous, thorough and friendly. It took longer than expected, but they worked after hours to make sure I had my system set up that day. Overall, this is some of the best money I've spent, and I would recommend them to my family and friends in a heartbeat.

Fidel responded to me right away and had two of his techs come out and address my HVAC systems.  They are very honest and upfront about the issues your system has and what is wrong with it. I got a service plan because I found them trustworthy and reliable. I will see them back for years to come I am certain.

ProSkill rocks!!  First and foremost, they were on-time this morning. For me, that is very important.  Second, Joe introduced himself at the door and was ready to work. There was no waiting for Joe to get his stuff around and work. Joe came in and had our issue fixed within minutes.  Thank you Joe and ProSkill !!!!!!!!!

First I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. We HIGHLY recommend Rising Sun Air! The absolute phenomenal customer service we were offered for our AC repair will be the reason we come back time and time again to them! The team was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind! I called Sure Temp based on Yelp reviews in my area, due to furnace not working.  The technician, Bud, came within 2 hours.  Very pleasant, very knowledgeable.  Diagnosed problem with heat pump quickly - all was corrected within an hour or two.  Warm again!  I would call them again for any problem with HVAC.  They are licensed, bonded, and insured.
