I am long overdue for a review for this company! It is crucial that you find an HVAC company that you can trust in Arizona and I trust no one more than this company! We were fortunate enough to come across this company in our search for a new HVAC person several years ago, and we have not used anyone else since (All the previous claimed professionals would repair our system, but the fix would only be temporary before there was another issue!) Phil (He's the man!!!) and his team have serviced all of my family's houses and business. Our AC stopped blowing cool air last night (which in Arizona is a death sentence in the summer). I called seven different AC repair people that CLAIMED to be 24/7 and not a single one answered or called me back. Johnny answered on the first ring and came the FIRST thing the next morning. He saw the issue within 20 minutes and fixed the part we needed immediately and was gone in less than an hour. He also didn't overcharge us! He was so sweet and really knows what he's doing. Can't recommend him enough.

If I could give 10 stars to Hays Plumbing I would! On an early Sunday morning, my water heater had sprung a leak. After calls to 3 other Plumbing Companies that listed 24/7 emergency services & no response, I found Hays Plumbing with high approval ratings listed on my community NextDoor app. On the first call, I was directed to a live person who took down my information & sent a representative out in 40. Chas was the service technician & I couldn't have asked for better service............he was personable, professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain the problem & the solution & future options. A new water heater had to be installed. Although the price was a little more than I expected, I couldn't beat the prompt, excellent customer service. This was the easiest emergency I had ever dealt with on a weekend. THANK YOU Hays Plumbing & Chas Miller!!

Based on other Yelp reviews, we called Arizona Air Experts when our A/C unit was not performing well.  We were impressed with the response time and professionalism of their team.  We needed a new unit to replace the 19 year old unit we had.  They promised a date and time for the new unit and were there as scheduled to install the new unit.  We join the other Yelp reviewers in recommending Arizona Air Experts.

My Evaporative cooler was not working and causing a breaker to trip. I reported the problem to Danette at Cool Zone and made an appointment for repairs to be made.  On 04/25/2019 a technician (unknown name) arrived, and I told him to proceed with the repairs (without asking for a cost estimate).  He completed the work and presented me with an invoice for $826.97 which included the cost of a 3/4, 115V blower motor @ $666. I thought  the cost was extremely high, but paid it, as I had no idea how much the motor should cost. However, I later checked with Lo
we's and Home Depot and found the motors retail for between $85 and $150. I discussed the above with my niece, Kathy, who called Danette and suggested there may have been an error in the billing.  Kathy was told there was no mistake and they would not make any adjustments to the billing. I would not recommend doing business with Cool Zone.  I would be glad to re-think this review if CoolZone would furnish me with a copy of the invoice showing exactly how much they paid for the blower motor.

We own rental properties in Surprise and have had a need for a/c repair services on multiple occasions. Heath, Misti and their team are so incredibly responsive, day and night. They truly care about their customers, are extremely knowledgeable, and 100% trustworthy. It is always awesome to find a great small company with terrific people and fabulous service. I could not recommend Arctic Fox more highly!

Our AC stopped working Friday afternoon. It was 106 outside and 87 inside. I called Dukes of Air after reading other good Yelp reviews and Laura scheduled an appointment for the next morning between 7-9. The technician (Chris) called ten minutes before he arrived at about 7:30. It turned out we had a couple blown fuses. He replaced the fuses and checked some wiring and other connections. We had cool air blowing before 8:00 am. The tech was very professional and the repair/fuse replacement cost us less than $200. We will definitely call them again for future HVAC needs.

I called Biltmore Mechanical when my usual local AC company (Alan's Air) was swamped with breakdowns. I only needed a tune-up before the summer months so they couldnt get to me right away, understandable. I called several other highly rated companies I found on Yelp and all of them said the same thing. When I called David he said he could be there that same day, after hours. I told him later in the week would be fine and he was here as expected. He confirmed the appointment, service, and cost the same day we made the appointment. The day of he texted and called me to let me know we were on schedule. The service itself took less than an hour and he described in detail what he did, and answered all my questions. My unit is only a year or two old so I'm pretty picky about who I call to work on it, I would definitely call David again. Great customer communication and service.

They helped me the same day and were so friendly. They gave me good long term advice as well as offering short term fixes and solutions. Can't thank the bumble bee team enough!

It's hard to find trustworthy HVAC companies in the Phoenix area these days. Chase came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed a clogged condensate line. Scheduling was easy, he came out when promised, and the pricing was upfront and fair. Cave Creekers are fortunate to have such an honest and ethical local HVAC business!

Fast service and he was so HONEST. One of our units went out and our home warranty wouldn't get someone out till Monday. We called Alan and he was out within an hour and a half. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood what we needed and why. If we would have waited till Monday it would have been 1500 or more! SO GLAD we called him. He had the parts we needed and it took less than a hour. Thanks Alan!

Ideal Energy has excellent customer service.  I had my air ducts and insulation replaced and that went great. Everyone I worked with was great. The overall cost was pretty pricey but did fall in line with the other estimates I'd received. The only issue I had was after the air ducts and insulation had been replaced, by whole house smelled like gingerbread.  They came out to check it out and said everything was fine. I'm not sure where the smell was coming from but I do know it wasn't there before the ducts had been replaced.  It's since disappeared though so that's good.   Every so often, when the air kicks on, I'll hear crinkling noises coming from the vents but I think that just the new duct work moving.   I don't know how well I'll do on my electric bills as it's not peak time yet but time will tell if this was a good investment.

They are AWESOME! From scheduling to completing the work, everything was stress-free and efficient. My kitchen sink/countertop was leaking so decided to install new one. Leif came out to take a look and he inspected the leak and suggested the size of the sink that we should get. He explained every details thoroughly and was being honest with their cost and quality of service. After we decided to have the work done, they were able to schedule Leif to come out within few days. He came right on time, completed the job as scheduled and made sure all are good to go. Unfortunately, there was a little leak/drip so we called back and asked if he can come out. He came back the next day with his supervisor. They inspected everything again and did admit that there was some leaking. They spent good hour to repair and spent some more time to observe any issues. We are very happy with their work and service!
They are ON TIME. For the first appointment for estimate, they called me 2 hours before and asked if he can come by earlier and came within 20 minutes!
They'll get their work done as promised and will provide the quality of service they promised. They may not have the lowest cost, but with that service quality, I would be happy to paid that cost!

We took 3 estimates and Sure Temp had the best bid. The guys showed up on time and were ready to go. They were very professional and cleaned up their mess inside and out (even the attic area). We thought they were going to have to remove shelves and trim in the closet to get the equipment in and out, but they were careful and worked around it. In the past I did this kind of work and therefore really appreciated the small details they incorporated into the install. Many installers will skip these important details. If you are in need of any HVAC services, we highly recommend Keith and his team at Sure Temp. We could not be happier with the install process and love our new Trane unit.
