We have a maintenance agreement and are very satisfied with their attention to detail.  By keeping up with 2 maintenance checkups, their service allows us to maintain our system in near-new condition!

What an amazing company! Our water heater went out in January and they came over and installed a new one the same day. They arrived on time and had it working within a few hours.

It's now April 7th and we found water trickling outside the house from the pressure release valve. I called them again and they were out here within an hour to replace the defective valve. I truly couldn't be happier with their service.

Jared came out and did a complete tune-up on our system. He was very friendly and professional and did a great job. He explained everything he did along the way. He even went back and got a part he needed, and I wasn't charged extra. Very reliable, called ahead and was right on time. I can definitely recommend this company.

My AC has been struggling and running at 85-92 the past month so I had someone come out to check on it and they recommended a repair which I thought was a little high.  I then asked a friend's son who is out of market about his opinion on what they said (figuring it would be honest since he's not trying to get my business) and he recommended a new unit based on the costs involved with the motor and coils.  A local friend had Boldt come out to install their AC units, so I decided to schedule a second opinion with Boldt.  He found the same issues the original company did but also recommended a new unit, saying the original unit was not the right size for my place!  He was able to add some refrigerant and it's freezing cold inside now.  Will definitely be using these guys again!  Thanks.

Fantastic service! Our air conditioning completely went out yesterday. We sent messages to a few AC companies. We heard back from Johnny almost immediately. This morning at 9am, we called and got right through. He tried to talk me through it, but it still wouldn't work. Johnny was at my house by 10:45am and after replacing a part in our HVAC, the AC was working again by 11:30! Fast service, very accessible and fairly priced. He is our AC technician from now on!

Just as the Valley began to hit triple digits this year my a/c unit died. When I called this morning at 6am, the man on the phone was very nice. I explained that I have 3 dogs, so I had to be home and safe. He told me to turn off my air conditioner and someone would be out by 9.

At 8:30am, I got a phone call from one of the rudest people I can remember speaking to. He asked if I had called other places. I said, 'No, I didn't know that I was supposed to.' At that point he got so argumentative with me, and every question he asked he got angrier at my responses. I cancelled the service. No way would I recommend that repairman. Based on the initial phone call, other repair people might be great, so I'm giving it a middle rating, in an attempt at fairness.

Capacitor went out when we got back from being out of town. Set up an appt for the next day, which I was surprised at getting one that fast.
Replaced the capacitor in around a half hr and the house is finally cool again. I highly recommend Cool Zone Air.

You know when someone loves what he do the way he speak about it. We have been using Artic Fox Air Conditioning & Heating for over 15 years! Great service experience with Gabe and Christine of Gladiate AC. After reading all the positive reviews on Yelp I decided to try them out to service the AC units for my duplex in Phoenix. Gabe was extremely helpful in explaining the process and went above and beyond to get the job done. I will use their services again for regular AC maintenance in my duplex. These guys are the real deal! A/C started blowing warm air and they came out within an hour on a Saturday! They were already here by the time Goettl even called back to schedule an appointment. Todd Crawford was the most punctual and personable person. He made sure to educate us on the repair he would do. Pricing and customer service was great. If you're over 55, there is a seniors discount!!!

So I got home Wednesday from work and noticed it was still warm in my place. The thermostat read 85 and I was little concerned because the lower temperature wasn't holding. I emailed Lisa since it was a little late, and I received a response very early the next morning. She asked if I could set up an appointment so they could come out and ensure that they did the job correctly. I let them know I programmed the thermostat before I left and that I thought that was the issue, but would definitely let them know if that wasn't the case. Turns out I was a dum dum and didn't reprogram the thermostat, but I really appreciated her follow-up to make sure they had done the job right.

It was so nice to have someone come to the house and be so professional and honest. Mike was right on time and got right to work checking out my A/C units. They are 19 years old and he said they are still in good shape. He cleaned my units and checked them out completely. I would suggest Mike to anyone.

My compressor exploded Sunday afternoon. Bill was at my house 8:30am Monday. New compressor UP & RUNNING before 12:30. AMAZING!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this company and the people who represent it!  The entire staff, from the installers to the project coordinator to the estimator to the designer were all sensitive to our needs and truly concerned in reaching the best solution for our situation.  The attention to detail, the little things, set this company head and shoulders above their competitors.  It was noticed and very appreciated!  Thank you, all of you guys, for doing a spectacular job on our demo and install!

I was calling around to get estimates on having an evaporative cooler removed.  Desert Comfort Mechanical immediately stood out because the person answering the phone knew exactly what they were talking about.  We discussed capping or totally removing the system.  I appreciated a professional opinion.   They also gave me an instant quote. This gave me comfort that they must do this type of work frequently.   The other companies I contacted didn't know immediately if they did this type of work and of course couldn't give me a quote.
The crew showed up on schedule.  I had received a call letting me know they were on their way.  They were very professional and completed the work with the removal and capping.   Once the work was finished, one of the technicians showed me everything that had been done, making sure I was happy with the work.
Best part was that as I was paying my bill I was asked if I was a veteran.  I was using my USAA card.  I told him I was and he gave me a 10% discount off of the quoted price!
Finding honest, professional help isn't always easy.  I think I found a good one.  I would definitely use them again and would recommend them highly to others.

So far we have used ProSkill three times. Our latest call out was for a clogged drain. The technician was super nice and professional. No BS. No upsell. He was in and out in less than an hour and our drain is running great. He left zero mess behind. Also, the office does a great job of notifying you admit who is coming and when they will arrive.

I called Rising Sun Air to inquire about their seasonal tune up/winter check. I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day and the technicians that came out were great. They inspected my ac unit and made sure everything was functioning properly and running the way it is supposed to be before the colder months start rolling in. Rising Sun Air was fast, responsive, and professional. I definitely recommend using them and would give them my business in the future if I ever have any ac issues.

My mom's air went out and the end of June and her house was at 99 degrees inside- we called an A/C company that we have always used and they were responsive and came out that night to look at it- the problem was they couldn't fix the A/C and they didn't know when they could get a new unit- nothing was offered like a portable A/C unit etc. Thankfully she was able to stay with us while this was resolved. I called several companies and was super impressed with Sure Temp- they said they would come out the same day, take a look and bring a portable unit to help cool my mom's house down. They came out same day I called with the unit- SUPER Impressed with how responsive, awesome and helpful they were. My mom did need a new unit and they were able to replace it 2 days later!!!!!
