From our first phone call to owner Tom Acheson through completion of the job (President Water Softener and RO System), everything was done on time and on budget. We are very satisfied customers.

Jared came out and did a complete tune-up on our system. He was very friendly and professional and did a great job. He explained everything he did along the way. He even went back and got a part he needed, and I wasn't charged extra. Very reliable, called ahead and was right on time. I can definitely recommend this company.

What a JOKE!  Both the owner and his wife, LIED to me.  I called about a month ago, to have Mike, come back out for re-assessment of unit.  Mike helped last summer, and provided a band-aid to get me through the summer months.  Both Phillip and Fran, each said Mike no longer worked for them, and hadn't for some time.  They scheduled Phillip for the re-assessment, but low and behold MIKE showed up at my door!!  WOW!  Fran does a terrible job of denying any knowledge, and Phillip doesn't answer his phone.  How convenient for them.

Steer clear unless you're ready for games.

My AC unit stopped working over the weekend and Johnny came out on Sunday, was there when he said he would be there and had it fixed quickly. He was very fair with what he charges and you don't feel like you were taken advantage of. Also gave me some additional tips that will help with cooling my house down better. Will continue to use him for all of my HVAC needs as well as recommend him family and friends.

I would definitely recommend Hays to someone with heating or cooling issues.  Mike came out right away and fixed the a/c unit and explained exactly what the problem was.  We are in a condominium unit where the units are not easy to get to.  Mike had a 32 foot ladder which he used to climb up on the roof and take care of things.  We will certainly recommend Hays Cooling & Heating to our friends!

Called and scheduled Caleb, the owner, to stop by for a check up before summer. Caleb is the owner if his own company so he does not work on commission. He is not trying to make a commissions and up-sell his customer. He wants the best so 'we' continue to call him back. I've had a quote from another reputable company and he completely invalidated the quote and when he looked further, advised that the parts are all fine and accomplished a minor fix that was much lower than the quote. Overall you can tell Caleb is a genuine good guy running a good company trying to provide exceptional professional service to his customers.

Cool Zone is the BEST! Quick response time both in communication and service when needed. I've never had to wait for a tech. They make me feel like the most important person at the time and aim to please. They explain clearly, up front. They answer questions and address any concerns. I've price shopped and find them to be comparable or less expensive than other places but the customer service and integrity is top notch. They do what's best for me and don't try to sell me products or services I don't need, but let me know when I do need something and take the time to show me why. Highly, highly recommend! Don't waste your time or money going elsewhere!

Technician was great! He repaired my AC unit swiftly, even went  the extra mile to make a return visit later that evening  when the temperatures  the house was not holding. He ever contacted me the next morning  to assure my AC  system was working perfectly.

Once again Gladiate has delivered. Great pricing on my mid-summer checkup, that should have been done in April, yep I procrastinated again. I truly cannot express enough how happy I am to have them as my go to AC guys! Living in Phoenix, you just need that piece of mind that your AC will work...or get fixed in a pinch. Last year after interviewing 6 HVAC companies, I chose Dukes of Air to install a new HVAC system in my home.  Today Chris came to do the (included) maintenance just before AC season.  He was courteous, efficient and very professional and helpful.  He inspected my system inside and out and changed my air filters - even changed a light bulb in my (10 ft) ceiling for me while he had the ladder out.  Now that's great customer service!  So glad I chose Dukes of Air.  I highly recommend!

I used Bumble Bee for a repair last week. Lisa was great to work with to get someone scheduled. Craig and Chris came by to check out the job. They were able to schedule my repairs for the same day! They were detail oriented with the repair and did a fine job at a fair price. I'm very pleased with this company.

Huge shout out to Mike with Cave Creek Cooling who responded immediately to my AC/water leak problem. Came right out within an hour and took care of it. Very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend.

Have been using ProSkill for about two years now, and am always impressed by their courtesy, skill, and professionalism. The latest issue occurred when our A/C stopped working the evening before what was predicted to be a 109 degree day. The A/C unit was only 16 months old. The breaker hadn't shut off, so we couldn't figure out what happened. It was after hours, but the answering service got me in touch with a technician (Michael). We tried resetting the thermostat via over-the-phone directions, but with no luck. Instead of leaving us to sweat things out until the next day, Michael and Gavin came over that evening and were able to determine that the issue was caused by a faulty thermostat. They had a new thermostat with them and got the A/C up and running after installing the new thermostat. Awesome customer service is why we'll remain regular customers--thank you!

I scheduled an AC tune up with my home warranty company and Sure Temp AC was the provider selected. I was glad to see that they sent a company that had so many positive reviews and not someone less experienced. Kevin was the technician who came out for service. Kevin was friendly and prompt. He concluded his tune up and gave me the diagnostic report and told me there was a part that needed to be exchanged. He called my warranty company, got a work-order for it and completed it within a half hour. I probed him on questions regarding the part, why it was needed to be changed, what it did. He answered all of them, providing the back knowledge on not just why it needed to be replaced but why it was important overall. When completed, he made sure to recap, fill out paperwork and conclude service. I appreciate his professionalism and attitude toward the job. Kevin makes Sure Temp stand out for me!
