I have had my old air-conditioning unit approx 20 years now. I knew it was soon time to replace it, intermittent drips/leaks were starting and parts were rusting. I have used Larson for my maintenance services for a number of years. Always honest, fair priced and very ethical. Today, was no different. On time the crew came, and methodically, explained the process and did an excellent job. Putting a large cloth down to protect my floor etc. It took all day, as I had a new unit to put on the roof and also a new unit inside installed. Plus a new smart nest thermostat put in as well. Kyle and his partner were absolutely amazing, very professional, upbeat and very knowledgeable, they made a great team. Everything is in tip top shape. They also took the time to clean up really well, and disposed of all the old items. My place looked fabulous when they left. You could not get better prices or service, they truly go the extra mile. I was told to expect a quality service person to contact me in order to come out to inspect everything in a few weeks. I could not be happier with this great service and company. I walked into their showroom and was greeted by a very gracious pair of receptionists who explained quite a bit about water softeners to me. Then I was met by Tom, who did a great job at answering the questions I had developed while chatting with the receptionists. Then the next day before 8am, I was visited by Gerardo to come out and do a very professional installation and gave me the basic instructions and warranty info. The unit is more or less maintenance-free, except for the salt. One of my best experiences purchasing a major appliance for my home. Thank you!

My AC has been struggling and running at 85-92 the past month so I had someone come out to check on it and they recommended a repair which I thought was a little high. I then asked a friend's son who is out of market about his opinion on what they said (figuring it would be honest since he's not trying to get my business) and he recommended a new unit based on the costs involved with the motor and coils. A local friend had Boldt come out to install their AC units, so I decided to schedule a second opinion with Boldt. He found the same issues the original company did but also recommended a new unit, saying the original unit was not the right size for my place! He was able to add some refrigerant and it's freezing cold inside now. Will definitely be using these guys again! Thanks.

Had a pretty epic issue with the sewer line at my house. It couldn't have come at a worse time. My wife and I were in the process of finishing our costly landscaping project. Our sewer line stopped up in the house. No flooding which was good. We hired the first company that could come out( not Hay's). They removed the blockage and put a camera down the line. They located what they thought was Orangeburge sewer pipe. They quoted me an insane amount,$5000 to dig a 2ft x 2ft x 3ft hole to confirm their finding. I was floored, that is insanity. I started searching again and found Hay,s. Brett showed up and was ready to rock. I explained the time restraint concerning the schedule of landscapers and the issues with the sewer line. He assured me it wouldn't be an issue. After scoping the line and digging the initial hole, for a fraction of the price the other company quoted mind you, he confirmed it was Orangeburge. He gave me a quote and walked me thru the pipe bursting process. This was a Thursday. I accepted the quote with a fist bump( COVID protocol) Fast forward to Monday and I had a team of guys ready to go. They dug a hole in my front yard and one in my back yard, this is for pipe bursting. They also trenched a section in my back yard, to avoid damaging existing utilities. The pipe bursting process took a little over an hour. The trenched area was laid by hand. The entire process from digging to back filling took 3 days. You can barely tell they were here. Amazing to think I have a brand new main sewer line from the back yard to the city tie-in. The price was fair, the peace of mind is priceless. Thank you Brett , for leading the project start to finish and Nick, for answering all my stupid questions as well as the entire Hay's team for making a difficult situation truly painless.

And it was not the cheapest estimate I got but how they handled my business is what got them the 5 stars. On time with their estimated time with the phone call before letting us know they were on their way. Very honest with what needed to be done and not over priced. A friend referred Arctic Fox to me yesterday. I called this morning and talked to Tim. He answered the phone, listened to my problem, and had Steve come out almost immediately to look/fix the issue. David was awesome! I called at 4:00p in a pinch with family in town and my AC was not cooling the house despite it running all day. David spent 2 hours fully investigating what the issue, beyond the obvious that it had frozen up. He found a small blockage in a part deep inside the unit, and was able to restore the unit's ability to cool the house. It's a 12 year old unit that has been rebuilt improperly and although the unit works, we are ultimately using David / Biltmore Mechanical to replace with an entirely new system. Great guy and great neighbor!

About a month ago I had Bumblebee come out to my house, it is a rental and my daughter lives and manages the house, we rent by room. My daughter texted me that the air went out around 8am in the morning. So I wen to Yelp and started reading reviews, I was leaning to go with one of the big air conditioner companies in Phoenix which constantly advertise on TV. However when I checked their Yelp reviews the big AC companies had mediocre reviews even though their TV ads were pretty good. I checked out the top Yelp AC companies in Tempe Az and their was several with really good star ratings. Bumblebee reviews, not just the ratings, were fascinating to read, it really sounded like the owner's of this company knew, understood and practiced customer service, it wasn't just words. Anyways I emailed my daughter the several AC companies I was looking at on Yelp, she read the reviews and also decided on Bumblebee. Bumblebee came out to the house around 1pm and stated they needed to go into the house cause the AC problem wasn't on the unit on the roof. My daughter had left instructions to Bumblebee dispatcher to call me 30minutes before they reached my rental home and I would meet them but the dispatcher didn't relay that information, luckily the Bumblebee service technician (I believe it was Steve, but I am not sure of his name) had my phone # and texted me that he needed to get into the house. I thought it was awesome that the AC technician would text me instead of leaving, I texted the Bumblebee technician it would take 30 minutes for me to get their and he said he would wait. After arriving at my rental I opened the door and the Bumblebee technician found out it was a faulty thermostat, I payed something around $180 dollars for the new thermostat and to have it installed, which was what I was OK with.
However this is where the problems began, I asked Steve for a receipt (btw I was really impressed with Steve or what ever his name was, he gave me a biography of his work experience and what I was impressed with was that Bumblebee wanted and recruited the best technicians, which I consider awesome). I asked for a receipt, the problem was Steve couldn't give me a receipt then cause the billing company for some technical reason wouldn't allow Steve to email me a receipt, because of this I gave Steve my personal email address and he stated he would email the receipt later. After a couple of days waiting for the receipt and not getting any I called Bumblebee and the dispatcher told me they would relay the message to the owners, which I believe is Lisa, I said OK. However about 2 weeks went by and I had no receipt, so I called the dispatcher and told them I wanted a receipt that day or I was going to write up a bad Yelp review. I got a response very quickly from Lisa saying a receipt would be emailed to me, however I got no receipt, it turned out Bumblebee had been emailing my receipt to my daughter and not me, after this got cleared up Bumblebee emailed me an invoice which I finally got; again there was a problem because on the invoice there wasn't anything which could be plainly seen by the IRS or my accountant that the invoice had been payed. By this time Bumblebee was texting me and I was texting them and I was actually receiving several invoices in my email so several people at Bumblebee must of been trying to get me a receipt. I texted Bumblebee that the receipt was totally inadequate, that what I wanted is an invoice emailed to me with Payed in Full clearly stamped on it, some thing that the IRS would understand as a receipt. This was during lunch hour and I guess Bumblebee staff/owners were out to lunch but they said they would do this as soon as they got back. Within about 30minutes of Bumblebees text about being at lunch, I got several receipts with Payed in full stamped on it in my email. Lisa then texted me that the billing software and company, they had just recently gotten, fulfills all of Bumblebees internal accounting requirements, however she said my case clearly showed that they need a new billing software/company and she assured me they would fix this problem for future customers.
I tell this story not to discourage people to call Bumblebee, but quite the contrary, please call them they are a excellent company. It is very very very rare that you have a company that is truly concerned about their reputation and the service they provide each customer. Even though I had technical billing problems with Bumblebee, once they realized the problem they bent over backwards to fix it, it truly was a breath of fresh air to me. I wish this company ALL the SUCCESS in the world it was truly amazing to work with them.

I received 6 quotes. 1 contractor quoted Rheem, 2 Diakin, 1 American Standard, and 2 Trane. I also researched the different brands. Although there were many opinions, Trane seemed to be the highest rated.
Keith was the only one to give me both cash a financed prices. Financing was 0% for 4 years. He was the last to quote. His price was lower than even some of the lesser brands. He was quick and seemed knowledgeable. I didn't get the hour and a half sales pitch some of the other guys put me through.
Installers showed up on time. They did a nice install. Cleaned up after themselves. Took the time to explain the system and its controls.
Very good experience. I highly recommend Sure Temp.
