I will add to this review later but so far their customer service and attention to detail is sparkling. They were polite and got right back to me within 12 hours. Very upfront about their $79 visit fee which is fine, but i appreciate them letting me know up front. I might have found a gem! Let you know more later!

I called American Home Water and spoke to Tom about replacing a leaking water heater. After a very short conversation Tom knew exactly what I needed and set up a replacement that same day! AWESOME.

A couple of hours later Fidel came to the door to set up my new hot water heater. After asking Fidel some feeling out questions (not that I know what I'm talking about, but I know enough) I had a solid confidence in his knowledge to do this simple task.

After watching him go I soon realized that this guy is a pro, and I am sweating bullets about how close I was to doing, scratch that, trying this myself. Swapping out a gas hot water heater is no simple task. Forget what youtube tells you. He soldered in new lines, replaced the valve, everything was included, and Fidel could not have been nicer. He answered all of my questions as I hovered over him and watched.

I like to do projects around the house myself, but some things are better left to the pros. As I said, I am counting my stars (and saved dollars) that I didn't start that project on my own.

To start I was immediately seen as soon as they were available took less than an hour to get to my house and start investigating my issues! Then not only did they find out what was wrong but then fixed it properly quickly and affordably which is saying a lot these days! After the work was complete had no problem walking me up into my attic and explaining everything they replaced fixed and or repaired. Great communication and quality of work done!! Tim and Brandon were awesome dudes and made my shitty problem go away!

Called Hays today because my AC drain pan was leaking into my laundry room. Scheduled it in the morning for the afternoon and they came well within the window of time. The technician that arrived was knowledgeable, friendly, and let me know what he was doing as he was doing it. Would recommend this company to everyone! Refreshing to find a place you can trust

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I woke up to a hot house with my ac unit switching on and off. I found this company on yelp, received a quote, called and within 30 minutes a tech was out to diagnose and repair. Amazing and speedy service. They turned a helpless situation into a positive experience. Definitely will be using in the future and referring everyone I know to them.

Great service experience with Gabe and Christine of Gladiate AC. After reading all the positive reviews on Yelp I decided to try them out to service the AC units for my duplex in Phoenix. Gabe was extremely helpful in explaining the process and went above and beyond to get the job done. I will use their services again for regular AC maintenance in my duplex. Christine was very efficient in setting up the appointment and explaining the AC maintenance procedures. Thank you Gabe and Christine!

This update is to go over what happened after my install. We noticed a spot on the ceiling near the AC unit the day after our install. We called the Dukes and they sent out Kalem to investigate. He talked with Manny and found out water was spilled in the attic and that's where the stain came from. I was told I had the option of waiting for it to dry and they would send out a painter. Or they would send me a get a gift card and then I could go buy the supplies myself and take care of it. I opted for the gift card and said I would wait. The gift card arrived a week later and I was surprised because it was a gift card for the Cheesecake Factory. Not at all what I was expecting. Kalem and I had talked about something more along the lines of a Visa card that I could use at Lowes to buy the paint. I called the office and told them what happened and they apologized for the confusion. What I wanted somehow got lost in translation. I was told I would be receiving a Lowes gift card, because I said there was one close by to me. They asked me to just send back the other gift card and I said I would. I was set on mailing it back once I'd received the replacement card. So here it is 3 weeks later and no Lowes gift card. I decided to call in and see what was going on. The person I spoke with listened politely to my tale, but had no real sympathy for it. She told me they were waiting for the return of the gift card. Once it was received they would send out the replacement card. This must be their standard operating procedure because she never asked for my name to verify what I was talking about. If I had known that when I originally called I would have mailed it 3 weeks ago. I have now put the gift card in the mail back to the Dukes, but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I feel I have been very patient over this whole affair and I'm not sure if I would recommend them as easily or as quickly as I would have before.

I would have loved to provide a good rating, however, after waiting at home for 5 hours-they were a no show. Apparently they do not need the business.

After a near lightning strike, our AC was out - still running but icing over. Also electric out in 4 rooms. After doing as much as I could on my own (not much) I got a referral for Mike, here. What a great job he did - got us up and running with parts he had on the truck, showed me where the relay board was fried, installed new thermostats. Great guy, fast, knowledgeable, hard working, and (I kid you not) his eyes light up when he talks parts. You gotta love the enthusiasm. He even helped us figure out the electrical. We signed up for the maintenance/tune-up program - cheaper than the one we were using before and WAY cheaper that a new unit. Call Mike. You'll like him, and he will do a good job at a reasonable price.

we contacted Alan's air after having another company come out who quoted us 5 times to fix our AC unit.  The other company even suggested we replace our AC unit at $8k since they mentioned the repair costs would be over third of the cost for new unit.

Alan was able to just replace the capacitor in under 30 min and costs me 5 less than what AC by J quoted in shorter amount of time.

Chris was very professional and cleaned up after he was done. He brought plastic to cover the clothes in the closet, wore shoe covers when in the house, and vacuumed up after he was done. He explained what was wrong, how he fixed it, and prevention. I needed my primary drain cleaned out and had a secondary shut off switch installed. They are a local small business that I would support again! Thank you :)

I could not recommend this company more. My techs name was Fidel and he was very helpful considerate and took my call in the evening on a Saturday for an emergency. Not only was he able to help me on Sunday but he was actually early so fantastic company to work with!

We have had Nick W., Craig, Greg all come to our new house for different things we needed fixed over the past few weeks. They were excellent, professional and SAFE in these COVID-19 times. We have also been using ProSkill at our old house for 12 years, and have always had a great experience. They know what they are doing and keep you informed every step of the way what is needed, the cost, and time it will take for the repair. We are thinking about replacing our air conditioners now and no doubt will use ProSkill for that job. Keep up the good work!!

The front office is kind & did great follow up to let me know Matthew was running late from the last job. He arrived and was informative and worked top get me a lower price. I didn't go with them because I wanted a Trane and they don't have those but I would recommend them to anyone looking for servicing.

Sure Temp just replaced an AC for us and they did a great job at a very fair price. I referred them to my mom and she used them as well. Sure Temp gave us both a referral discount. Highly recommend!
