Larson is first class in their communication and service! We are so glad we went with them to service our HVAC system.

I recieved my second VIP service today for my A.C. units I bought last year. I'm very happy with how this company deals with its customers.  We didn't see eye to eye on one part of the service and they listened and made it right for me. It's appreciated. I also pointed out to Bill my serviceman for today, about a light fixture near the furnace in the attic or crawl space that was just hanging there with wires exposed. I noticed if it was on correctly it was touching some of my equipment that was installed. I'm only assuming the guys did this to make it fit,  but no one told me about it. With wires dangling near gas lines,  I'm a little concerned for my family's safety.  Bill said he took pictures and will let my sales guy Dave know about it. This was the only thing that wasn't perfect and I'm glad I noticed. I'm waiting to talk to Dave about it to see where we go from here. I do wish someone would have told me a year ago.  I'm not positive they did it to make it fit but either way it should have been brought to my attention either way.  Again,  I will update when I here back from them.  (update) The following week they sent Bill out and he made everything right. I sincerely appreciate the ownership of the mistake and the prompt fixing of it.  Back to 5 stars. Thanks Bill,  I feel safe again knowing that the light fixture is back together and no wires exposed.   I do feel like a VIP. Thanks again guys.

James came out right away and did an excellent job. Explained what the issue was and that is was a far less complex issue than we anticipated. Pricing was also better than other quotes received.

Phillip Boldt, from Boldt HVAC came and installed all necessary parts today and repaired our air conditioning.

This is the first time in 2 years that our office is cool and comfortable - thank you!!!

As a side note, Phillip Boldt provided excellent service and I would definitely recommend his company for future repairs/maintenance.

I recently came back from NYE vacation and found my HAVAC unit was only blowing cold air. It was working prior to my trip. After seeing the reviews for Johnny's page, I decided to each out. Described my issue and gave model info. He responded promptly with a service quote which was excellent. But also, gave troubleshooting recommendation for my issue. Needless to say, his suggestions fixed my issue without the need for a visit! I will definitely be using his service from now on when I need it! Great experience and honest service! Our air conditioning unit went out this summer, so we needed a brand new unit. After getting several quotes we chose to go with Arizona Air Experts, and we are glad we did. We spent lots of time researching air conditioning units and installers, and we feel we ended up with a great product for our needs, and also at a really great price.  Some other companies came and some sounded great and offered some white glove touches, but Arizona Air Experts also included pretty much all of the same things, but the cost for a great quality product (American Standard) was significantly less expensive. We ended up replacing two units because the cost was reasonable for both. Very happy with the service and care of the installers. Start to finish, it was a great experience.

I've been a customer since 2012 and have all the confidence in the world with Cool Zone and their team. Honest, professional, and reasonable. I would highly recommend!

They found what was wrong with my A/C and fixed it. The price didn't seem outrageous or anything compared to how much time and effort was put into the repair. I would recommend and hope to see them again if I have any future A/C issues.

I had a great experience with David with Biltmore Mechanical.  I called after hours and he answered the phone.  I was scheduled for next day service.  David was professional and prompt.  

The service was for a non functioning air conditioner in my rental property.  He was able to coordinate with the tenant a time and fixed the issue in a timely manner, for a fair price. I was able to pay electronically, which was very convenient.

This company was easy to work with. They responded fast to our quote and came out and did great work on our AC. The technicians came out and explained everything clearly. I will continue to use this company and I've referred them to family and friends!

After a near lightning strike, our AC was out - still running but icing over. Also electric out in 4 rooms. After doing as much as I could on my own (not much) I got a referral for Mike, here. What a great job he did - got us up and running with parts he had on the truck, showed me where the relay board was fried, installed new thermostats. Great guy, fast, knowledgeable, hard working, and (I kid you not) his eyes light up when he talks parts. You gotta love the enthusiasm. He even helped us figure out the electrical. We signed up for the maintenance/tune-up program - cheaper than the one we were using before and WAY cheaper that a new unit. Call Mike. You'll like him, and he will do a good job at a reasonable price.

Bill came out to my home today to install new Nest thermostats.  He was extremely knowledgeable and completed the work quickly.  Very impressed and I would highly recommend them!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! If I could give 10 stars I would! I hired a contractor to build a recording studio in my garage. There were multiple issues with the build, but the biggest issue was the installation of the Samsung mini-split. The unit wouldn't keep the room cool (especially on hot days) even though it was brand new.

When I called Ideal Air Conditioning for help, Chris came out to troubleshoot the existing unit. He found multiple leaks and gave me a variety of options to repair/replace.

Ultimately, I decided to swap out the wall mounted mini split for a single cassette ceiling AC (less intrusive for my space). The team at Ideal was a breath of fresh air. When I let Chris know I was leaning towards a full replacement, he sent out an auditor (also named Chris and who was just as amazing) to ensure the unit would fit properly in the space.

The day of the installation, Chris and his team arrived right on time. They took painstaking efforts to wrap and protect all of my equipment and left the studio spotless. The installation went great and the room is cooling perfectly. The additional insulation they added in my ceiling has also been a game changer.

The quality of work is top notch - I just wish I would have hired them in the first place!! Huge thank you to both Chris', Elena, Maxine and the entire team at Ideal Air. I'm a very happy customer, can't recommend them highly enough!

So I was in the cooking dinner and noticed it was getting a a little hotter in the kitchen than the usual. Turns out, the AC in our home is went out in the middle of summer. The thermostat was showing 92 degrees inside! So I turn on every fan we have (which was no help) felt like we were living inside an air fryer. Long story short I started calling a bunch AC repair places who claim to be 24/7 but the earliest they could come out was 2-3days later. -__-  Anyways I contacted Desert Comfort Mechanical around 11:30 pm and they were able to come out the following morning. The crew Fadel and Dennis are great guys and took really good care of us. They were knowledgeable courteous , Fast, and gave us a fair price. What I like most is that did not rip us off like the other AC company we've used before with the big ugly blue trucks with the goofy looking polar bear on the side. Desert Comfort Mechanical  will  definitely be my go to for any AC problems. 100% satisfied, Thank you guys again.

It doesn't surprise me that this company has a 5 star rating. I had Precision air and plumbing install 3 AC units for me last year. Over $15,000 spent with them. 1 year later my AC quits working. 90 degrees in the house on a friday afternoon. Called  Precision to get someone out to fix it. Monday of the next week was there response! Called ProSkill Services and spoke with a very friendly gal, who had a service tech at my door within the hour! Aiden arrived. What a professional, Intelligent and very friendly young man. Aiden explained everything to me and the entire bill was only $125.00. He had to replace a part, that they covered under warranty, and waived the trip charge! I was only charged labor. I have owned my own business for 25 years, and can't say enough about the professional way all of the staff treated me. I called Rising Sun Air to inquire about their seasonal tune up/winter check. I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day and the technicians that came out were great. They inspected my ac unit and made sure everything was functioning properly and running the way it is supposed to be before the colder months start rolling in. Rising Sun Air was fast, responsive, and professional. I definitely recommend using them and would give them my business in the future if I ever have any ac issues.

We wanted to put in a Nest thermostat to keep more programmable control on our air conditioning usage and purchased one at Costco.  We attempted to take off our older thermostat first, but it just wouldn't budge.  Since it was like welded on the wall, we really didn't want to risk damaging our older system's thermostat and wiring in case ours wasn't compatible with the Nest unit, so we decided to have a professional come out and check it out / install it for us.  After requesting quite a few quotes on Yelp, (All ranging from $100-$275 with the caveat that they also had to review the system and see what else had to be done with it besides just install a new thermostat), we decided to go with Sure Temp because they had awesome reviews on Yelp and had the most realistic and cost appropriate fee for the job.  (My husband said he wasn't gonna pay more than $100 bucks to put in a damn Nest! :)  )  We're so happy we called them!

Not only are their service calls very reasonable at $29.95, our technician, Ryan was really friendly and great.  He not only was knowledgeable about the Nest thermostat and troubleshooting its installation, but he took the time to help us with the setup and was patient while I downloaded the app and got the account registered.  He made sure that the thermostat was online and talking to the app before he left, which was really cool.  The unit is sensitive and Ryan said lots of people try to hook it up themselves but damage it with power surges from not turning off the electricity to the air handler first...I really like that Ryan took the time to tell us what he was doing and did the install carefully to avoid wall damage as well.  Once he finished, the unit looked like it had always been there.  Very chic! LOL

We're glad to have found Sure Temp, I know that we'll definitely be calling them first for any AC issues we have.  Wholeheartedly and highly recommended!  (My husband says this is how an AC company builds a business-with fair and reasonable pricing and honest friendly service technicians!)
