Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

Lyle IS the best part of Larson AC, and I would argue one of the best AC techs in the Valley!    He is worth 5+ stars, and I will be glad to have him service my units.  He is extremely polite, knowledgeable and detail orientated.  [Please do ask for him]  
   Alas, since review is for the entire business, which includes their installation of 2x new high end AC/Furnace units, with some of their other techs, who made critical mistakes, both as a group, and also individually,  caused minor damage, and forced re-do of critical AC Unit wiring, have to reduce score.  Pleasant phone switchboard and scheduling, which also keeps the score up.  Not just a Fan, as I am an MS/EE/CS Engineer who works in global data centers for the world's largest IT company; I am familiar with commerical grade AC units, due to the need for 24/7 cooling for mission critical gear for the Fortune 100.

These guys are far and above any company I have dealt with in customer service, overall value,and quality.  My water heater began leaking Wednesday,  I called them Thursday morning about 0800, and before noon my wife called to inform me that the water heater was installed and working, and all this at a good price.  I have some rental houses and they take care of them as well with the same service and quality level in Air Conditioning.  Why cant all businesses be like this?

So professional! I was able to schedule an service appointment online. On the day of service, I received two phone calls letting me know that they were understaffed and apologizing for the delay. I also got a text when the tech (Tim) was on his way. When he arrived, he did a great job explaining everything to me and asking questions. After the routine maintenance, he sat down with me and went over my options for my (very old) AC unit - breaking down the cost of repairs versus total replacement. He was friendly and efficient!

Read the reviews and thought, what the heck, I will try them.  Have had two companies out in the last 5 years to repair our A/C unit and both times felt I was over charged and not sure if they did much as the spiel was the same and I needed this and that and this was going out soon, etc. etc.  Lady who set the appointment was very pleasant and thought they would not be able to get out until after 7 pm and did I want to call someone else since it had been two days in the heat (holiday) but I said we would hold on.  Glad I did as they (2) came in, accessed the situation (which was not very bad although how is a homeowner supposed to know without getting multiple quotes while you are frying in the heat!!), fixed the problem in a short time and the bill was very reasonable.  Forgot to say that the office had called me back and said the previous jobs had gone faster than expected and would it be ok if they came earlier like in between 4-5 pm.  Well,Yes!!  Anyway, good experience and will call them again if needed (and in Arizona its not if but when!!).

My AC started blowing warm air on a 120+ degree day on a Sunday, the very next day i called various companies and they all put me off until the following business day. Johnny was able to come out the same day i called...

They climbed on my roof and had the issue fixed within 1/2 hour...I am very happy with the service & advice they provided....Not to mention a very, very reasonable price...

Highly recommended and will definitely call them back again in the future...

I am shocked at how many positive reviews there are because this place hosed me in terms of pricing.  I would urge you to fully read each five star review and look to see how many reviews the person writing actually has... if it's only one or two or three they are probably a friend or family member and not actually an honest reviewer.  Further, this company advertises with Yelp so perhaps they let them have wiggle room with iffy reviews.  I wish I would have read more of the one and two star reviews from real yelpers before choosing them.  Beware.

Caleb is simply the best in the business. He was extremely prompt and professional. He gave my full A/C and heating system a look over. His inspection lasted about an hour. He then gave me a full list of things that needed to be done, in order of precedence. He told me honestly what should be addressed and what could wait.

He is extremely cautions to work cleanly. When he brought in a ladder to access the attic, he laid down a rug so his ladder wouldn't touch our floors. When he came in to give us the bill, he took his shoes off.

I would highly recommend Arizona Air Experts to anyone. All said and done, and inspection plus cleaning only costed $90.

I requested quotes from several companies. Cool zone was the first to respond and had the soonest availability. I was told a tech would be to my house between 3-5pm the same day I requested the quote. I was delighted at 1:30pm when I got a call saying the tech could make it earlier. It was nearly 90 degrees inside my house when Ryan arrived. He got right to work and had the problem solved and repair completed before 3pm! He stuck around and chatted for a little while to make sure that the temp was dropping in my house. He was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend cool zone to anyone needing AC repairs!

We own rental properties in Surprise and have had a need for a/c repair services on multiple occasions. Heath, Misti and their team are so incredibly responsive, day and night. They truly care about their customers, are extremely knowledgeable, and 100% trustworthy. It is always awesome to find a great small company with terrific people and fabulous service. I could not recommend Arctic Fox more highly!

I am pleased to write a great review for the family run business of Gladiate Air Conditioning & Heating.  Dave and Gabriel called before our scheduled appointment.  They arrived on time.  They spent an hour servicing my air conditioner (that I should have had serviced sooner).  They replaced wires worn out by the sun.  As I vacuumed my pool, I could see on the roof how they checked everything thoroughly.  And their price for service was only $65.  I learned of the company through Yelp (5 stars).  I am now a loyal customer and want others to feel comfortable calling for service with Gladiator Air.

I can't say enough great things about this company. The front office girls, Liz and Christy, were just so much fun and helpful. The tech they sent out (Justin or Dustin) was professional and courteous. The other companies that came out treated me like a stupid woman. That was NOT the case with him. I had some concerns after the install and John the owner came out personally. He was so nice, addressed all of my concerns and we had a really nice conversation. I'm normally nervous about strange men in my home. Manny and the rest of the install team were so fantastic that I never felt uncomfortable. They have me a fair price and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I have recommended them on my Facebook page and to everyone else I know. You won't be disappointed with this company. Great service and quick response.  While David had appointments all day, he managed to find time and resolved our air conditioning problem.  Very knowledgeable, professional and we highly recommend.

After a routine check of our A/C units, Cave Creek Cooling Company recommended some important services.  We scheduled a return visit from them.
Chase arrived as scheduled calling us prior to his visit.  He worked quietly and efficiently.  When the work was completed, he went over what he did.  He again was very professional.

Alan's Air is Awesome!!!  I called Alan's Air on a Sunday morning when my air conditioning stopped working and temps had been in the triple digits for days. Alan answered the phone himself and when I told him the symptoms he first walked me thru what I could do myself to fix the problem, thinking it was one of the fuses to the compressor. I was so impressed and thankful to find a person who would even take the time to tell you what you could easily do yourself to avoid a service call. I did what he said and when that did not work he stopped by within an hour and solved the problem. Alan is a dedicated professional with 35 years of experience and a very kind and honest man who I will recommend over and over!

I've used Ideal at two separate properties and they provided excellent AC repair services at both.  Very happy with the work that was done and their responsiveness and professionalism.  They also have the best front office support I've ever experience with a contractor.  I will definitely keep using them.

My AC went out on Saturday evening, I called them and they replied within a few hours and came out to fix it first thing the next morning. Great responsiveness, the other company I called who said they do Emergency services didn't even respond to me. Thank goodness there are companies that won't leave you hanging when your AC goes out in 105 degree temps!!!!!

My baby pulled our thermostat off the wall, and disconnected the power to the AC. I wasn't able to connect it, so I called ProSkill services and the receptionist calmed me down right away and had someone at my door in 10 minutes! David came and fixed the issue ASAP. Amazing service. So happy!

My wife and I are first time homeowners and this was our first time buying an A/C unit. Had to do a lot of research to know what was good and bad and to understand some of the terminology. We had probably 6-7 quotes done before we decided. I knew I wanted to get it done before summer since our Carrier system was almost 20 years old...Wasn't going to let our system run through another summer. Like telling grandpa to run a triathlon.
Pam was friendly and reliable to count on, to get any questions answered and to get us on the schedule. Kevin was knowledgeable and fair with his quote when he came by to take a look at our system. Haven't really had the need to test out the system since it's still nice but so far I'm pretty happy with our system and can feel more relaxed about having a new system in place for summer. I am happy about the 10 year parts/compressor warranty and 1 year service included. The two installers worked hard and got it installed and running in about 4 hours. Good choice of a company to choose.

Great service! I requested a quote at 8:00pm and my air conditioning was fixed by 4:00pm the next day. They were super professional, answered all of our questions, and gave us a great price. We will use them again in the future!
