Their technician, Richard, was  courteous, professional, and efficient.  He took the time to explain each step of the service call.  Also, Cheryl, who facilitated the maintenance plan for us, was a pleasure to work with.

These guys have installed one water heater, one new AC system, and repaired another AC unit for me.  They do a great job.  The techs are friendly and professional and do great work.  The prices are competitive.  All three jobs they have done for me went perfect.  I highly recomend and will use them next time I have a need.

I get my AC checked out every year before summer and have used many different companies to take care of this task. I have to say, I have saved 1st Choice Mechanical in my contacts on my phone after today's visit. Tim showed up right on time, kept me in the loop as to what he and his trainee were doing and even showed me some tips to keep my unit running efficiently (no other company I have used have done that). They were courteous and covid safe. No mess after their work, it's like they weren't even here! I will definitely call on them again for next years service or any service in between! I found this company just by chance. But was very pleasantly surprised by professionalism, timeliness and quality of the service. Phillip was very prompt, provided good explanation of the issue and made the repairs with a reasonable price tags. I have used services of Boldt twice and am very satisfied. Would highly recommend.

This review is only based on customer service. I called johnny for a quote for a new unit for my casita. Unfortunately, they don't do install but he gave me some pointers on what to look out for and some other companies he recommended. He also, called me back after we hung up to give me some more suggestions. I'm amazed at how much time and consideration he gave me even when he knew he couldn't get any of my business.

Jerry was very thorough and professional.  I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again!

I met Caleb several years ago when I rented a house in surprise and he did all the spring checks on  my unit.
When I bought my home in 2012 I trusted him so much I had him come to check my AC for me. I use Caleb every year for my spring check ups and any other work that needs to get done that is not covered under my home warranty.
Recently my air went out and he had two portable units he let me borrow them while I waited for the warranty department to get back with me.
Caleb  and Misty have always been professional, on time and gone above and beyond for me .
I highly recommend AZ Air experts. If I did not have a warranty I would use them 100% for everything. I will NOT use anyone else.

So impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge of the company and tech who came to my home for the tune up. I didn't have any particular issues that warranted any maintenance, but I had a ton of questions that were all confidently answered and left me assured. I did ultimately move forward with some preventative maintenance, but did not feel pressure to do so. I'll continue to go to Cool Zone in the future for all my A/C needs.

The Arctic Fox team was very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, provided a very competitive bid, and did an excellent installation of two A/C and furnace units to replace old units. I highly recommend them.

They came out first thing in the morning after I left a message. Told me what was wrong and promptly fixed it. The technician explained everything to me what was wrong and why extremely helpful in just knowing what and why.

Both of our thermostats needed replacing for several years but we finally decided to call Duke's of Air after reading Yelp reviews. They were very polite and professional when I called and Justin showed up at the appointed time. He only had one thermostat on the truck of the kind we wanted but returned a few days later and installed the other. While he was here he checked over our old A/C units and found them in excellent shape except for one burned out capacitor which he replaced. We really appreciated Justin's honesty regarding both old Lennox A/C units that came with the house in 2003. Despite outlasting their life expectancy they are still working great. Thank you Justin for not telling us their time was up! By the way, Justin was more than polite and professional. We will use Dukes of Air from now on.

Biltmore Mechanical has been to my house twice now. Once for an AC leak and again when my AC stopped cooling my house. Both times I was extremely pleased. Not only are they quick to respond and schedule an appointment, they are also extremely reasonable. When my AC stopped cooling my house, they sent someone out on a Sunday morning-no outlandish last minute emergency fee-and when the issue couldn't be fixed right away because of frozen coils, they came back a few hours later after my unit defrosted to get the AC working again. Highly recommend for their great service!

The quality of their work cannot be beat. When no other company could figure out what was going on with our A/C, they had it diagnosed and working in 20 minutes. They now have my total business for all A/C and Swamp Cooler problems as well as doing regular maintenance on the system for the future. I highly recommend them.

It was so nice to have someone come to the house and be so professional and honest. Mike was right on time and got right to work checking out my A/C units. They are 19 years old and he said they are still in good shape. He cleaned my units and checked them out completely. I would suggest Mike to anyone.

My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air, I called Another LARGE company to come out and take a look. The other company's technician told me that the motor is completely fried and I have no Freon. He said it will cost me thousands to get up and running and because it's an old unit, it wouldn't be worth it. I asked him if he put Freon in it, if it would run, and he said no because the motor isn't running, and I would need 9 pounds of Freon. He said my only option is to get a new unit, and his supervisor will come tomorrow to give me a quote.... I paid the diagnostic fee and he left. I then called ALAN's AIR, told them that I would like a quote for a new AC, when the tech Bill arrived he asked me what I was diagnosed with, I explained the motor and Freon issue. He said he saw Freon in the unit, and the fan is blowing so the motor is fine. He said let me REALLY take a look. He found one of the wires was bad, and ONLY put a couple Pounds of Freon that it needed. After my AC was working like new... Alan's Air went above and beyond, I didn't even ask for a diagnosis or repair, only a quote for a whole new unit, they could have went the easy route but they were honest!!! The other large chain company blatantly lied to me, made up a complete false diagnosis, and insisted my only option was buying a brand new unit. Alan's Air saved me thousands, repaired my current unit, and had integrity! I would recommend them!!

After having scheduled a service appointment for a number of days, a representative contacted me by text and phone and wanted to reschedule the service appointment because of an unexpected heat wave and extreme demand. This is a total lack of respect for commitment to customers. In the end I had to cancel my appointment with this company.

I highly recommend DCM. We had them replace 2 AC units and put in some new ductwork for a home we purchased end of November.  Extremely professional, responsive, knowledgable.  They take pride in the quality of their work and the services they provide, and they do not disappoint.  Their rates are competitive as well (I had gotten quotes from a few other companies).  Joseph was absolutely wonderful to work with.  He is great with communication and following up throughout the entire process with thorough/detailed emails - from initial questions/estimates all the way to after install and setting up warranties for the units.  Shaun was also extremely helpful, detailed and took the time to answer many of our other questions about the home and HVAC.  And lastly, Fidel and his crew were wonderful - very hardworking, efficient and courteous.  My husband and I really appreciated the extra time Fidel spent over going the new systems with us.  Again, I am extremely satisfied with DCM and would highly recommend them.

Provided quote for the faucets, but needed to inspect toilets installation before quoting install price. Since their quote was much higher for the faucets I elected to go with a different company.

Such wonderful people, they were extremely thorough, and gave excellent customer service!

Keith Immediately responded on a hot Sunday morning and quickly diagnosed my AC problem.  He replaced the fan motor and capacitor, and topped off my Freon at a reasonable price.  Cool air blows again!!  Thanks Keith!
