Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

My AC System is an older not so efficient one, I maintain it but know it will not last many more seasons. That's why I'm looking now for a good company  for when I need to replace it. I've had negative experiences in the past with some companies and decided to have a couple companies out here and hired Larson to do a system check. Leo checked the system out advised me of a part that was not so strong, cleaned the coils checked refrigerant and all is good. I knew about the part that was failing so had no problem getting that replaced. All is running like it should, price was reasonable and Leo was professional. Larson is on my list to call when I need a new unit.

They gave me the best rate which is $500 less than all other competitors for the exact same services. The technician provided very detailed info while installing the water heater. And taught me how to maintenance it every year.

Professional. That's the first thing that comes to mind. They have a real person that answers the phone that will help you with an appointment and answer questions. Not a phone tree that you have to leave a message. The technician's are all helpful and courteous. This is the way all companies should be. Very happy I chose them to install my new air conditioner.

5 stars  is not a high enough rating for BOLDT !   I've delt with a few different   AC service providers and this company  is by far the best. You want honesty, integrity, reliable, and professional then you found it.  My AC went down and I was back up and running within an hour of  my call, I could not  believe  it.  I recommend  this company,  hands down  the best in the valley! Amazing and HONEST!!!! I called him in a panic early Sunday morning on a 106 degree day because our unit stopped working and had ice on it. I barely slept last night worried about the cost. Johnny picked up the phone at 7 AM and right away ran me through a series of troubleshooting steps, gave me excellent detailed information, and got my unit working on the phone for no fee. He saved me so much money and was so kind. You can tell he's a good honest man. I will be working with Johnny moving forward on any AC/Heating issues we may have in the future. If I had called someone else, they would have charged me a lot of fees and probably tried to sell me services or parts that I don't need. Thank you Johnny!!

I have been using Hays cooling and heating on my Personal residence and my rental properties.  Their techs are professional and experienced, and on time.  Their prices aren't the cheapest, but their work is 5 stars.

Great company. I called them on a Friday at 1:30 PM and the were able to get to my house at 6:30 PM. The blower motor on my second floor AC was out. They needed to get the part and were at my house by 11:00 on Saturday. Everything working great by 12:00. Great price, response, and service. We had a fantastic experience with Dave. He was friendly, informative and helpful. The technicians that did our install were also very friendly and polite. We talked to multiple other companies but decided to go with cool zone because of the amazing customer service experience and competitive prices. Dave even came out after the install to make sure everything was up and running and help us set up our new thermostat. We're glad we went with such a great company and will definitely use them in the future!

We had a packrat take up residence in our 8-year old Mitsubishi ductless mini-split HVAC unit to our bedroom. WTF??? Called the original contractor, their estimate for replacement was astronomical. My wife called her BFF for a referral, and she recommended Arctic Fox. Tim contacted us immediately, offered to replace the system for a reasonable cost, and was there two days later with everything ready to go. Tim and Keith spent literally the entire day installing the new system, including careful sealing of the required new access hole, making sure all wiring and connectors were weather (and rodent) proof, as well as completely repairing the old hole (which was a rough hole that the prior contractor had simply punched through the wall, without any finishing, sealing or weather-proofing). Fantastic! They came out on a Sunday morning and fixed my air conditioner in about an hour. Super professional! They are my new go to for my air conditioning needs!

I'm relatively new to the area and really didn't know what to expect from Dukes of Air.

I can say I'm am glad I tried this company and even happier that Kalem was the tech who came out to my home. He was very professional, timely, and courteous. Kalem troubleshot my problem in minutes. He was kind enough to show me what was wrong with my capacitor with the multimeter and educated me on the sound I should be hearing when the compressor kicks on.

The price of the repair was reasonable and I will definitely call Dukes of Air again should there be any problems with my units in the future.

I had a great experience with David with Biltmore Mechanical.  I called after hours and he answered the phone.  I was scheduled for next day service.  David was professional and prompt.  

The service was for a non functioning air conditioner in my rental property.  He was able to coordinate with the tenant a time and fixed the issue in a timely manner, for a fair price. I was able to pay electronically, which was very convenient.

I highly recommend Biltmore Mechanical for your heating and air condition needs.

Bumble bee was the original company who installed the ac unit at my house. I had a repair done last year and they were extremely prompt in getting out to my house and making the repair. This year I had a part go out and dealt with my home warranty fix it. After going 16 days without ac they fixed one part only to find another needed to be fixed. I called bumble bee and they were at my house in less than 2 hours and will be back tomorrow to repair the unit. Their staff, Nicole, and technicians, Adam, are always so kind and accommodating. Would recommend this company for any ac needs!

Update: This company truly went above and beyond when it came to my AC repair. Adam was on time and diligent with his work and thoroughly explained what he repaired and how it fixed the unit. I will be purchasing the maintenance plan with Bumble Bee and will continue to use them for all my AC needs moving forward.

WOW!!!  It doesn't get any better ~ came home on a Saturday afternoon to find that the AC unit wasn't working ~ during the hottest week of the summer!!!  Called Alan at 5 PM, he picked up the phone himself, said he was finishing up a job just 3 miles away and would be over.  At 5:40 PM he had been here, identified the problem, fixed it and was on his way home!  After a quick review, he determined it was a swollen capacitor ~ and then he opened the unit, and there was the swollen capacitor.  Friendly, pleasant, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable ~ exceptional service in every way ~ would highly recommend!!!

Best company to work with EVER!! I was spending $700 a month in the summer months on my A/C. I have a historic home and was bleeding money on my A/C bill every summer. Ideal Energy came out and was able to save me $100-$115 on my bill in the summer by making my home more efficient. I don't know if the savings will be as significant in the Winter. I am a curious person so I was asking a lot of questions and their rep Alex was super helpful and patient.

Great company. Had both Travis and Tyler out for a few issues over the past few years. Replaced our sewer injector when that went bad. Also diagnosed a leaky roof (I thought it was a leaky AC unit), and helped out with various other leaks and such. They keep everything clean. Honest, prompt. There are so many basic things you want out of a company and these guys meet all of those and more.

They were fast, friendly and professional. I felt like they gave a fair assessment of the issue and the options I had to remedy.
