My husband looked at 2 other water systems before finding this one on Yelp. He worked with Tom the owner who helped him understand which products would work best for us. We purchased The Patriot system along with the Reverse Osmosis system system for our kitchen sink and refrigerator water. This system was the best price of all the ones we looked at. Daniel and Gerardo did the installation. They were very professional, friendly and efficient. We are very pleased with the system so far.

My experience with 1st Choice was fantastic.  The person answering the phones was very attentive and responsive and was able to get a technician out same day and rather quickly.  The father and son duo were extremely professional and polite and had diagnosed my units problem fairly quickly and even had the part already on hand in their work can so they were able to get my AC fixed very quickly.  I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for an future needs.

I wanted a second opinion for AC unit that was not blowing cold air. when the first company I called wanted $1700 to just add gas to the unit. I called Johnny  He was very helpful straight forward and Honest. He recommend one of his friends. And he call me back the next day to make sure that I was able to fix my ac unit with his recommendation.
I SAVED $1400 just because I called Johnny. I wish I could give him 10 Stars. Thanks for being honest and a professional.

Our 13 year A/C stopped working last night, or should say the Blower stopped working.  I can do some A/C stuff, so went up on the roof, but couldn't get it working.  Called Hays at 7 AM, they said someone would be there between 9 and 11 AM.  They called back at 7:30 AM and asked if it would be ok if the guy showed up between 8:15-8:30 AM.  Of course I said no problem.   They were there at 8:25 AM, So time estimates where dead on!

I explained what was going on, we went up to the roof and they did a quick test to bypass the thermostat.   It worked, so I went back down and set the thermostat to on, it worked again.  They also recommended switch the fan motor for LOW to HIGH.  I inherited this A/C when I bought the house 3 years ago.  What great guys to explain how it was hooked up, I said let's do it. What a big difference that made in the house, really blows now, covers the rooms better (1954 house)!  They checked the freon, cap, etc and said it all tested good.  

They also told me, if it happened again most likely it means it's the circuit board, which I believe, he tapped the relay's on it before bypassing the thermostat.  The Circuit board is showing some burnt spots etc.  They did not recommend to replace it at this time, it might last 5 years, it might last 2 days they said.  If the issue occurs again, the board probably needs replaced.

They charged me standard $69 service fee, and 1/2 hour of labor.  Sounded right to me!  I cannot stress how great it was to find honest A/C service techs.  Hay's is my new #1 A/C company!

Based on other Yelp reviews, we called Arizona Air Experts when our A/C unit was not performing well.  We were impressed with the response time and professionalism of their team.  We needed a new unit to replace the 19 year old unit we had.  They promised a date and time for the new unit and were there as scheduled to install the new unit.  We join the other Yelp reviewers in recommending Arizona Air Experts.

My wife and I finally decided to kick on the heater and when we did it just kicked out cold air. I requested a few appointments first thing the following morning and cool zone responded first, the next call from another company was hours later. They had a tech here in my home within hours to see what the issue was. After the inspection was complete we were given the unfortunate news that the compressor had given out on us. Our tech verified the unit was under warranty still, gave us a quote on what we would have to pay and got us setup for the next day. To have a job be complete from diagnosis to complete in less than a day made us very happy. From quick response and job well done to having a warm house our experience couldn't have been better. I just had Arctic Fox A/C & Heating out to service my a/c for the summer. They were recommended to me by my brother.  These guys are GREAT! It was explained to me in detail what they were going to do. There was a part they suggested to replace - it would eventually stop working and I don't want to deal with a broken a/c unit in 116 degrees. They had the part on their truck and replaced it very fast. The technicians, Heath and William were very knowledgeable and professional.  I will use them again and I would highly recommend them.

We needed help completing the install of our range hood ventilation. Gabriel came out 2 days after I called and gave us a very fair price for the work. We were more than happy with the service we received.

This review was based on service in March of this year.  Temps hit 100 and our AC quit, go figure!  After calling them out they did a full assessment and gave me many options.  The best of which was to install two new units.  They brought over a portable AC unit as they couldn't do the install for a couple weeks. They then spent two days installing new units.  They took their time and did a fantastic job!  Never fun spending a ton of money on new units, but I felt I made a good investment with the Dukes.  Would recommend to them anyone based on their honesty, quality of work, and communication with their customer during all phases of the work done.

One man show, and looks like David will be at a good place in few years, given that he is very reasonable in price, knowledge and service principles!
Weekend problem with the AC, very courteous lady answered the phone,
promised to be at my house between 12-4 pm and followed up with a phone call to let me know that they are running a bit late, as they were the other side of the valley.  Problem solved in less than and hour,
I would recommend them to anyone who needs his AC work done!

My AC went out this morning. I called first thing about 7am to get someone out to hopefully take a look. Craig with Bumble Bee AC  was here by 945 am and my AC was blowing cold air within 20 minutes!!! I was extremely happy with Craig's friendly attitude and focus on safety. He was wearing a mask and didn't even need to come inside. On top of all of this, the price was very reasonable and i didn't feel like anyone was trying to charge me for something I didn't need. The feeling of cold air on a hot day is definitely priceless!

My husband and I highly recommend Cave Creek Cooling Company.  Mike came out within an hour of our telephone call.  He even called and let us know he was within 10 minutes of our home.  He replaced our blower motor and another part and was done in an hour.  Another company said it would take two and a half hours to replace the blower.  He also said he would not replace our 14 year old unit.  Saw his good reviews on Next Door Fantastic, Fair, Reliable. They were absolutely correct.  So glad we found him.  Linda R.

Our A/C stopped working and we came home from work to find our house at 90 degrees.  I called Alan's Air and they showed up within an hour to fix it.  They were very professional and honest.  Excellent service and they are now my go to for HVAC.  Very pleased and highly recommend.

My house was built in 81. On the suggestion of my electric company I decided to get my ductwork inspected. Alex came out and suggested a decent overhaul of the old system. New registers, new flex duct work, removal of swamp cooler ducts and sealed throughout. While the job wasn't cheap, I am amazed by the results. Mike Weaver and his crew came out and had a very professional, yet relaxed demeanor. He brought a crew of 6 young men who were very knowledgeable and allowed me to ask questions throughout. My AC units efficiency has improved dramatically. The amount of air I was losing has left me regretting not getting this done sooner. The sheer amount of new air being processed is unreal. Moreover, the noisy unit has become very calm and quiet. I cannot wait to see how much this also improves the quality of air in my home, as they removed old insulation and blew in 1400 more sq ft. Thank you to the crew. I highly recommend them. Top notch. They also left my home as it was before they came.

My AC went out on Saturday evening, I called them and they replied within a few hours and came out to fix it first thing the next morning. Great responsiveness, the other company I called who said they do Emergency services didn't even respond to me. Thank goodness there are companies that won't leave you hanging when your AC goes out in 105 degree temps!!!!!

This was the first time using them. I was impressed by the call by Greg reviewing the job, serviceman Aron was exceptional, good clean work in a very timely manner! Very polite and helpful!

I had attempted to install an ecobee3lite thermostat and had difficulty and was stuck.
We had previously had Rising Sun air, out for an unrelated problem so I called them for help.
Pam in the office said she thought a technician was currently in Scottsdale and asked if she should contact him, I told her that would be appreciated.
As it turned out the technician could be at my house within the hour (my lucky day) to help me out.
As it turned out he determined that my air conditioner was incompatible with the ecobee3lite themastat, so he reinstalled my original thermostat for a modest service fee.
I'm totally happy with their service and personal and will highly recommend them to family and friends.

The communication with the office and the field technician  could not have been better or clearer.  I'm very satisfied with the service and will be sure to highly recommend them to family and friends.

I have to admit it was nerve wracking selecting a company to replace our 3 existing air conditioning units. It was a big job and was quite an investment. I was very impressed with several A/C companies that I received quotes from.  I spent a lot of time researching the pros and cons of all the different air conditioning brands. After careful consideration we decided to go with Sure Temp Air Conditioning LLC. I believe we made a great decision and let me explain why.  

I have never worked with a company where every person was in tune with the rest of the employees. I saw a real respect for one another within the company.  The communication between all areas of the company was on point.  Each employee completed their job with the attitude that their goal was to have a happy customer after the completion of their specific job. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire job.

Chad was our technician who gave us a quote for the job. He explained why Trane was the right brand to install in our home and why Sure Temp was the perfect company for the job.  He gave us a fair contract price and was instrumental in getting the equipment ordered. He was available any time I had questions.

The day of the installment, Damien, Antonio, Josue and an apprentice showed up bright and early. They worked throughout the day, working hard to complete a large job. While completing the job they were respectful of our home placing tarps down across all areas of traffic, opening and closing doors quietly as to not disturb anyone in the home, and working in an efficient knowledgeable manner.  I was kept abreast of the status of the job throughout the day. Their goal was to complete the installation in one day and they stayed until this was completed. When they left our air conditioners were up and running, our new thermostats had been demonstrated to us and our home had no signs that they had ever been there.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Keith, and was very impressed with the respect he had for his employees and appreciated his assurance that our job was being completed by some of the best in the industry. I know he had several jobs going that day but he acted like our job was the most important, spending time answering any questions and making sure we were comfortable with the install.

The next day I called the office to pay.  I was met with a personable employee, Mary, who was expecting my call. Just another example of how excellent communication skills are key when running a business.

I have already recommended this company to a few neighbors. I know there are many great companies to choose from but I am very happy with our completed job and I would recommend this company to anyone IN A HEARTBEAT!
