From the first phone call, to the receipt of the invoice, confirmation of scheduling, to Sam's arrival and professional review and service of my a/c system ... ALL PERFECT! highly highly recommend this company!

Was not going to arrived during 1pm-5pm. Called at 4pm but reception states he would make it out till after 5:30pm. It would have been nice to be told about sooner.

My tenant called and said there AC went out. So I contacted Old Republic Warranty and turned in a priority claim since its 115 degrees in Surprise,AZ. This was the beginning of being introduced to Mike from 1st Choice Mechanical. Mike went above and beyond the call of duty to correct our problem. He reached out and made himself available that day. He discover that the compressor was bad. Now this is where things got interesting. The warranty company normally orders the parts which takes 8 to 10 days but because of Mike they allowed him to purchase the parts and fix it right away.
Hats off to both Mike and Old Republic. They worked together to fine the best solution. I highly recommend both for outstanding customer satisfaction.

Nothing but good things to say about this company. Mike was able to come out less than 24 hours after I called about our air conditioner breaking (response time is so important when it's a million degrees outside!), and he was very helpful and told us exactly what was going on. The office staff was also very helpful and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quick and reliable service!

Had a pretty epic issue with the sewer line at my house. It couldn't have come at a worse time. My wife and I were in the process of finishing our costly landscaping project. Our sewer line stopped up in the house. No flooding which was good. We hired the first company that could come out( not Hay's). They removed the blockage and put a camera down the line. They located what they thought was Orangeburge sewer pipe. They quoted me an insane amount,$5000 to dig a 2ft x 2ft x 3ft hole to confirm their finding. I was floored, that is insanity. I started searching again and found Hay,s. Brett showed up and was ready to rock. I explained the time restraint concerning the schedule of landscapers and the issues with the sewer line. He assured me it wouldn't be an issue. After scoping the line and digging the initial hole, for a fraction of the price the other company quoted mind you, he confirmed it was Orangeburge. He gave me a quote and walked  me thru the pipe bursting process. This was a Thursday. I accepted the quote with a fist bump( COVID protocol) Fast forward to Monday and I had a team of guys ready to go. They dug a hole in my front yard and one in my back yard, this is for pipe bursting. They also trenched a section in my back yard, to avoid damaging existing utilities. The pipe bursting process took a little over an hour. The trenched area was laid by hand. The entire process from digging to back filling took 3 days. You can barely tell they were here. Amazing to think I have a brand new main sewer line from the back yard to the city tie-in. The price was fair, the peace of mind is priceless. Thank you Brett , for leading the project start to finish and Nick, for answering all my stupid questions as well as the entire Hay's team for making a difficult situation truly painless.

My wife and I finally decided to kick on the heater and when we did it just kicked out cold air. I requested a few appointments first thing the following morning and cool zone responded first, the next call from another company was hours later. They had a tech here in my home within hours to see what the issue was. After the inspection was complete we were given the unfortunate news that the compressor had given out on us. Our tech verified the unit was under warranty still, gave us a quote on what we would have to pay and got us setup for the next day. To have a job be complete from diagnosis to complete in less than a day made us very happy. From quick response and job well done to having a warm house our experience couldn't have been better. Gave me an estimated quote without knowing exactly what I needed and didn't go over. Gabriel scheduled with me right away. He came out, hooked everything up and helped me get going with what I needed. Gabriel was quick, efficient, left the area clean, showed up on time  and was definitely affordable. I would definitely refer them to my friends and family

I would recommend this family company. I received a fall tune up yesterday for my furnaces on a service plan. The work was carried out in a timely manner with friendly service by Justin.

Long story shortened, had one of the big companies out for routine maintenance and quoted me and outlandish price to repair 4 items. A friend recommended David at Biltmore Mechanical, and I couldn't be more thankful he did! Basically he said 3 of the parts need to be monitored, but not replaced yet. I'm not kidding people, the big company quoted me $830 per capacitor to replace for a total of $3320 plus the $600 for the maintenance on my 5 units! David replaced one for a total of $299 including the trip charge.

David and Biltmore are definitely my heating and cooling people from now on!

Called Bumble Bee when I woke up to a 90 degree home. Repairman showed up within a few hours after call. After asking me a few questions about what was happening he had found the issue and repaired it within 30 minutes. I was happy to find out that the issue was not that big and not that expensive. Never once did he try to fix anything else or sell me on upgrades. But he answered all my questions when I asked about preventive maintenance. I would highly recommend Bumblebee to anybody with AC issues. I will have to let you use them for all my future issues.

I ordered two thermostats and Michael from Cave Creek Cooling agreed to install them for me. Unfortunately after installing the first device Mike determined that the thermostats were not comparable with my systems. He reinstalled my old thermostat and would not accept payment for his time.
Michael is an experienced professional. His gesture of good will has made me a customer of Cave Creek Cooling for all of my future HVAC needs.

Brandon provides a thorough estimate not only addressing our concerns but always detailing other issues. Other companies only wanted to blow insulation when we had other issues. If you live in North Phoenix or Anthem, these guys are the real deal. Recently purchased a no hassle / no haggle hot water heater with install from them. They cared more about me as a customer and getting it right rather than focusing on a sale, which they ended up getting anyways! Great job and will keep coming back.

My son was napping when they initially came out to inspect his room (his room is about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house) and they were so respectful he didn't even wake up! They installed a return in his room- quick, efficient and CLEAN! They left his room spotless even after installing the vent in a popcorn ceiling. Highly recommend!!!!

Pros:
Came out the same day and fixed my AC. GREAT!
They were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly.

Cons:
Not cheap. The guy was here for about an hour and replaced a $20 part (as seen on Amazon). My total bill was $185. Their bill read $29 for the visit and $155 for the part. I know the part cost them at most $20, so that comes out to about $136/hr labor + $29 for the drive out.
