Had a minor issue with HVAC and Larson got someone over here in a day and did a great job of getting everything working right away. Excellent service.

Had Brandan out to the house today to replace my R/O filters. As always, they were on time, courteous and cleaned up the work area. Another good experience.

These guys are AMAZING!  My mom's AC started to go out yesterday.  She is 82 years old and lives by herself.  AC was running all day but could not cool below 85'ish.  I needed to find her an AC company quick.

Had my mom call BOLDT HVAC based solely on their YELP reviews. I thought they would tell my mom sure, we'll be out there tomorrow, seeing how it is summer and she is calling late in the day.  NOPE!  They said we'll be there in 1.5 hours....at 5:30pm and THEY WERE!

My mom got concerned and asked if they're going charge her after hours emergency fee charge.  BOLDT said said no, but we'll be there.  

They got her fixed up, only charged a $65 trip charge and had the old type refrigerant on hand..for her old type AC.

My mom felt safe, they were there quick, serviced the AC quickly and got out quick.  What more could you ask for.

I have their number saved in my phone now....so does my mom!

Ahh Sunday. A day of rest and relaxation and also the ONLY day kids and pets seem to get sick or your AC breaks down.  After a 7am text from my tenant letting me know the AC had stopped working, I headed over to yelp to look for someone with top reviews who also happened to have emergency Sunday morning hours.
Johnny answered right away even though it was before 8am (and again, did I mention it was Sunday?) He told me he would be out to the house before noon, but would get there ASAP, which he did. He coordinated between the client and myself, got there earlier than promised, diagnosed the problem and has the parts available to fix it same day.  He did it for a very affordable price and I also thought I would have a service charge as well as the repair charge, but he had included it all in the repair price, so I was pleasantly surprised to get a lower bill than I expected. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend Johnny for fair and fast service!

I would recommend this company to everyone! Caleb and Misty are awesome :-) Misty always called and kept me in the loop about our services and Caleb was always polite and very knowledgeable. Great family business! We had to wait for our new unit to be ordered and delivered but Caleb was nice enough to go back to his shop to see if he had portable ac units to make my family comfortable. My wife and I finally decided to kick on the heater and when we did it just kicked out cold air. I requested a few appointments first thing the following morning and cool zone responded first, the next call from another company was hours later. They had a tech here in my home within hours to see what the issue was. After the inspection was complete we were given the unfortunate news that the compressor had given out on us. Our tech verified the unit was under warranty still, gave us a quote on what we would have to pay and got us setup for the next day. To have a job be complete from diagnosis to complete in less than a day made us very happy. From quick response and job well done to having a warm house our experience couldn't have been better. I am so blown away by the service we received from Arctic Fox, Heath is amazing!  We were so impressed with how fast he was able to diagnose and fix our ac...and in July!  Only waiting a few hours was a complete blessing in the middle of summer.  We are so thankful to Heath and will be only calling Arctic Fox from now on!

So glad I found Gladiate! We were told we needed our AC coil and blower cleaned by a technician from another company after a tune-up. The price they quoted was insane and they tried very hard to scare me into having it done on the spot.

I got quotes from half a dozen other places. All of them were way less than what the initial company wanted to charge, and Gladiate's was by far the best.

I appreciated the quick response from Gabriel and the immediate availability. When he came out he was punctual, professional and personable. I instantly knew Gladiate was going to be our go-to HVAC contractor from now on.

I told him how dirty our equipment supposedly was before he started. A less honest person could have come back and said, Yeah, it's worse than I thought. I'm gonna have to charge more than I initially quoted. But Gabriel confirmed with before and after pictures that our system was nowhere near that bad.  That other technician was exaggerating to justify overcharging us. With Gladiate we paid for only what was needed to get the job done right--an hour of labor and some coil cleaner.

We'll be trusting Gladiate with all our maintenance and repair needs going forward!

The tech was prompt and came out on a Saturday which was great. He was honest and ended up replacing a part that saved me from spending more than originally thought. He could have easily quoted me on parts I didn't need and I respect that type of honesty in a tech and company.

Great service and quick response.  While David had appointments all day, he managed to find time and resolved our air conditioning problem.  Very knowledgeable, professional and we highly recommend.

Getting repair work is always stressful for me. I'm not mechanically gifted so I rely on the professionals I choose to treat me right and set me straight. And there is no one I would trust more with my AC unit than Jimmy @ Bumble Bee. I know he's gonna tell me the real story about my unit, recommend service when it's needed, and give me the all clear when it's runnin' smooth. If you're looking for an AC guy you can trust, you've gotta use Bumble Bee.

Mike was outstanding - he came right on time and did a great job!  I really appreciated that since our HVAC systems are new, he suggested a lower tier of maintenance since all is well!  Definitely will use Cave Creek Cooling and will easily recommend!

I was referred to Alan by Johnny's Air, another local guy who does repair and had great reviews. Alans air fixed my ac problem with honestly and professionalism. I will use them again. Its not easy to find honest service providers you can trust. My first estimate from another company was $1700.00 but Bob came to the house and fixed my ac for $320.00. Thanks for being honest.

So just to be honest we haven't technically gotten any services besides a free quote done by Ideal Energy but after having NUMEROUS air conditioning repair guys out I just had to review to say how thorough and professional Tanner was. Some of the guys today didn't even look in our attic, let alone measure our windows. Tanner, however, provided pictures and gave me more information than any other company. I wish I had the ladies name who called us from Ideal bc she was also thorough and professional but she mostly spoke with my husband.

Having dealt with a home warranty who doesn't want to replace our unit, the multiple techs that they've sent out who also didn't want to do the work, and then the guys who have been out all day today giving us quotes, I can quite honestly say it was an absolute pleasure getting a quote from Ideal Energy. It seems like more than a few guys know we live in AZ and pretty much have no other choice (especially when your ac poops out and you're in a 89-94 degree house). Thank you again, if you haven't just gotten a new client, you have definitely gained a new cheerleader!

Doug at Desert Comfort answered on New Year's Eve, was able to come quickly AND get our heat on within a couple hours!

In the last two years we've had ProSkill replace our HVAC system, water heater, add an electrical outlet and install a water bypass valve to isolate our irrigation drip system.  Today we had the water heater replaced by Decio.  He was on-time, honest and did a great job.

My son was napping when they initially came out to inspect his room (his room is about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house) and they were so respectful he didn't even wake up! They installed a return in his room- quick, efficient and CLEAN! They left his room spotless even after installing the vent in a popcorn ceiling. Highly recommend!!!!

I asked Sure Temp to visit my house and give a second opinion and estimate on a repair that I was quoted by another AC repair shop.  Not only did they come out and verify the diagnosis for free (vs. a few hundred dollars charged by the other company for diagnosis and leak testing), their estimate for repair was also a few hundred dollars less than the other quotes I received.  The leak is now fixed and AC is running great!  Sure Temp was prompt, easy to work with, candid, and affordable.  Next time Sure Temp will be my first call.
