My air conditioning went out on Sunday evening.  I called Monday morning and had a technician (Leo) at my house by 1.    He was very thorough and did a great job of explaining the issue and my options.  There was never any pressure.   He fixed what was needed and my air is working great.  Thank you Larson Air and Leo

We had an issue with our heater blowing out cold air. This company was super responsive with getting us scheduled. We weren't in a hurry but it was nice that they did a same day visit! The tech was honest and no gimmicks. He didn't BS us on what we need to get fixed. He located the issue and fixed it. We didn't pay an arm and a leg either!!

I will definitely use them again and we have them coming back for AC tune up once it's warmer out.

We never had a fridge problem before, so this was our first time figuring out who to contact and eventually trust. The guy came early- within the 4 hour window. He was super nice and there's an $80 fee; however, it'll go towards the service. I'll definitely be using their service next time.

We needed service fast, they answered my inquiry within 10 minutes and were able to come out within 12 hours (that next morning). Service was reasonably priced and the technician was great! My fiancé said he (the tech) was able to use great analogies to explain what he was doing. I understand why they have all 5 star reviews!! Will be using them in the future if we need them.

Over the phone gave me an easy to do suggestion to try to solve my issue. Sure enough it worked! Most other companies wouldn't have done that!

Chas was Great...Water heater finally gave in; he was professional quickly assessed what needed to get done and very patient with all my questions.

Our air conditioning unit went out this summer, so we needed a brand new unit. After getting several quotes we chose to go with Arizona Air Experts, and we are glad we did. We spent lots of time researching air conditioning units and installers, and we feel we ended up with a great product for our needs, and also at a really great price.  Some other companies came and some sounded great and offered some white glove touches, but Arizona Air Experts also included pretty much all of the same things, but the cost for a great quality product (American Standard) was significantly less expensive. We ended up replacing two units because the cost was reasonable for both. Very happy with the service and care of the installers. Start to finish, it was a great experience.

So impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge of the company and tech who came to my home for the tune up. I didn't have any particular issues that warranted any maintenance, but I had a ton of questions that were all confidently answered and left me assured. I did ultimately move forward with some preventative maintenance, but did not feel pressure to do so. I'll continue to go to Cool Zone in the future for all my A/C needs.

I am pleased to write a great review for the family run business of Gladiate Air Conditioning & Heating.  Dave and Gabriel called before our scheduled appointment.  They arrived on time.  They spent an hour servicing my air conditioner (that I should have had serviced sooner).  They replaced wires worn out by the sun.  As I vacuumed my pool, I could see on the roof how they checked everything thoroughly.  And their price for service was only $65.  I learned of the company through Yelp (5 stars).  I am now a loyal customer and want others to feel comfortable calling for service with Gladiator Air.

If you want peace of mind that someone is looking out for you while performing a service for you, you have to get a team that has professionals like Luis, Freddie, Danny, Manny, and Beto of AZ Dukes of Air. I have never been more satisfied with the quality of work than today when these guys installed a complete HVAC system to replace a 24-year-old furnace and a 12-year-old condenser.

Robert Bowen, from AZ Dukes of Air, came to do the assessment and provide a quote on 8/11/2017. He took his time to check and verify everything that would be needed and asked us for any additional needs that we may have. We discussed adding another register in the kitchen and checked the issues with the two rooms where were not getting enough air flow. He assured us that the issues would be fixed by manipulating the exiting ducting when installing  the new system. Robert set up an appointment for installation within three business days. Thank you Robert for your great manners and impeccable professionalism.

On the day of the installation, as promised, I got a call from Luis at 5:05 am that they would be arriving at 5:30am. Luis, Freddie, and Danny arrived at the promised time and they got to work right away. The covered the entire floor area that they were going to walk on during the installation with blankets. They carefully measured all the dimensions to make sure that the equipment would fit through while hauling it to the attic. Freddie installed the condenser unit while Luis and Danny started working on the Furnace, Coil and air handler in the attic. I went outside and found Freddie looking at the copper fittings from a distance. He wanted to make sure they all look aesthetically pleasing.  That was impressive because one only does that when either doing work for oneself or taking great pride in the ones profession. Thank you Freddie for a job well done.

Luis and Danny worked nonstop in the heat of the attic. They even reattached the clothes dryer exhaust pipe that they noticed was loose in the attic. Thank you Luis and Danny for your kindness in taking the time to answer all of our questions.

Manny and Beto were working on another job elsewhere. However, they came over to help Luis, Freddie, and Danny. That is a great example of team work where instead of taking a break, Manny and Beto came to help their team.

I am really very happy with the entire 6 hour experience with these wonderful human beings who are extremely conscientious professionals, who take great pride in what they do. Their attention to detail was meticulous.  

Last but not the least, I have been on a twice-a-year maintenance contract with AZ Dukes of Air since 2012. The office staff is extremely courteous and they send reminders for the six month maintenance through emails and follow up with phone calls. Tanya and John, the owners,  are very honest people to do business with. They care about their customers and go the extra mile to exceed their expectations.  Thank you AZ Dukes of Air for a job well done!

David is the best and we would highly recommend him! He is reliable, extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He doesn't try to upsell and will tell you honestly what you need or don't need. We really appreciate his expertise and will be calling him for all our future HVAC needs.

Best service company I have dealt with in a long time. Mike was onsite in one hour when all the other companies I called said they couldn't be out any sooner than a day and a half. He diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it the same day. If I ever have any ac issues in the future it will be this company first.

Sometimes the best AC guy is the one you don't end up using. Our AC died the other day, obviously a huge problem if you live in Arizona. We didn't end up working with him, but I was super impressed with his honesty and advice. He made a real effort to get the AC manufacturer to get us a new unit via warranty. In the end, that wasn't successful, but he shared his insight into how much we should pay for a unit and how to proceed. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out if I needed AC help.

Great company. Had my AC replaced over the winter after a bad summer. Wanted to wait till summer for the review. Anyhow long story short more comfortable and a 40% reduction in cooling costs based on their recommendations.

My a/c stopped blowing cold air on the hottest day of the year, a Sunday, at 5:30pm. I tried calling multiple places that advertise same day service, not one of them could come before the next day. I called Desert Comfort Mechanical after searching 24/7 ac service on Yelp. As mentioned on their Yelp page, I was calling after hours so no one answered my call but I left a voicemail at 6:35pm, I received a call from Fadel 20 minutes later saying that he could be at my house within 20 minutes. He was very friendly and was able to get the ac working quickly. He also came back the next day to replace a part and was very quick. I felt the price was very fair and I am very happy with the service I received from Fadel. I will definitely be using Desert Comfort Mechanical for all my future ac needs!

Thrilled with the quick service and knowledge of the two plumbers this company provided me to solve a tricky issue of a bathtub clog on an older property. The first plumber came out and called another plumber at the company to get his take on the situation and next day the 2nd plumber came out and solved the issue. Very happy customer here!
