Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

I scheduled Larson Air Conditioning to perform a service check and maintenance on both of our air conditioning units. Ryan showed up on time, and performed the most thorough inspection I have ever experienced. Ryan checked both units, performed some minor repairs, thoroughly tested both units, cleaned both units, and took the time to explain what's working well, what needed to be repaired, and what to watch out for, but didn't need repair right away. Everything was clearly explained with pictures of each item that was inspected/checked/repaired.

Also appreciated was the phone calls and text messages, keeping me looped in on exactly when Ryan would arrive. Our units are over 20 years old, and will need to be replaced at some point. Based on this experience with Larson Air, they have earned an opportunity to bid when we're ready to replace!

They originally installed both my units 4 years ago. They did a great job, had them back out recently for a tune up and the tech was very nice, I signed up for the 2-visit yearly plan which was a great deal. The tech noticed our thermostat they installed wasn't functioning properly and they replaced it.

First Choice provided me the most economical of option of two quotes.  When Lennox blamed ADT for a coil issue on a three year old AC still under warranty and ADT blamed Lennox, 1st choice stepped in and met with Lennox directly to get a resolution.  The work is scheduled for completion later this week.  1st Choice are great at communicating and following up, regardless of the news.

I called early in the am because my AC was out on the hottest day of the year and my 80 mother lives with me. Boldt HVAC was the first company to call back and with in a few hours My technician arrived and found the issue in 10 min. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel informed as to what the problem was and how to prevent it in the future. On top of that the price was more than fair. Thank you for your great service.

Johnny's provided great service when my air conditioner died on a Sunday morning on the hottest day of the year. I called that morning and they came over as soon as they could, had the right parts on hand, and quoted me a fair price. They were friendly, professional, and upfront about the repairs needed and approximate timeframe required. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is having A/C or heating issues in their home. I will definitely be using them again for any A/C tuneups or future repairs!

Richard was out today to do my yearly check on my heater.  He was friendly & courteous & here when they said they would be.   They do a great job!

Great company. I called them on a Friday at 1:30 PM and the were able to get to my house at 6:30 PM. The blower motor on my second floor AC was out. They needed to get the part and were at my house by 11:00 on Saturday. Everything working great by 12:00. Great price, response, and service. I requested quotes from several companies. Cool zone was the first to respond and had the soonest availability. I was told a tech would be to my house between 3-5pm the same day I requested the quote. I was delighted at 1:30pm when I got a call saying the tech could make it earlier. It was nearly 90 degrees inside my house when Ryan arrived. He got right to work and had the problem solved and repair completed before 3pm! He stuck around and chatted for a little while to make sure that the temp was dropping in my house. He was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend cool zone to anyone needing AC repairs!

We decided to install a swamp cooler on our roof before the upcoming summer months. We found Arctic Fox online, requested contact through their website and were contacted back within one hour. Heath, the owner, came over to our house to discuss what we were looking for and to look at the existing system. He tied the swamp into the existing AC duct system, created custom duct panels to fit, and installed a custom water line. They showed up early in the morning, and worked throughout the day to get the system installed. They worked late to ensure the system was installed the same day. His quote for the work was right on and the entire team was very professional. We will, and already have, recommend Arctic Fox to anyone in the West Valley needing AC, heating, evap, or water heater work done. It was the best experience we have had with any company in this industry.

Apologies as I am a couple months late here but couldn't miss giving Gladiate Air a review... Back in early winter when we had a few cold snap days, I turned on the heat on our dual HVAC systems. I was surprised to see both systems failed exactly the same way. Not being an HVAC person, I was pretty well convinced the problem was in our thermostats since a coincidental furnace failure of the same type in both furnaces would be against the odds. After a week, I gave up being a furnace expert and called Gladiate Air (thank you, Yelp). A quick, smart professional showed up right away and diagnosed our problem as a faulty control panel on each furnace... most likely due to age (12 years) and dust accumulation. One panel dead and I sure appreciate his efforts to resurrect the second panel... but ultimately both replaced... and his supervisor stopped by to check on the work being done. Price seemed very fair and house was left clean by our polite, friendly fixer. Thanks Gladiate Air!

We have used Dukes of Air several times and they have been amazing every time. We had an issue with our AC system when we first moved in to our house and they were able to quickly identify and fix the problem. Since then we have had them out regularly to perform maintenance and checks and are always impressed with their customer service, knowledge, and timely-ness. Definitely recommend!

We used Bumble Bee to replace an AC unit on a commercial building. They were knowledgeable, professional, efficient and pleasant. I would highly recommend them to any other business looking to replace or repair a unit.  No pressure, no hard sell, just straight up facts. I appreciate their professionalism. Chris was very professional and cleaned up after he was done. He brought plastic to cover the clothes in the closet, wore shoe covers when in the house, and vacuumed up after he was done. He explained what was wrong, how he fixed it, and prevention. I needed my primary drain cleaned out and had a secondary shut off switch installed. They are a local small business that I would support again! Thank you :)

I just had the pleasure of having Fidel and his crew install a new AC Unit. I called on a Monday, and the next Saturday they installed the new Unit. There is a reason these guys have 5 stars here and on google. My AC went out and a tech was available shortly. They text you the tech's name and picture, which I thought was nice. He fully inspected and tested everything and quickly determined the problem. He replaced the part which he had in his truck immediately. My tech was Nate and he was amazing, knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely use them for any of my service needs.
