Josh and Jamie have been excellent resources for my recent remodel. They are professional, efficient, and service oriented. I would recommend anyone give them a chance to consult on your project.

I was in town for 3 days and I needed to get too many big ticket items or time consuming things done before the renters moved in.  Called them the first day in town, they scheduled a visit the next day.  I needed two complete HVAC systems put in. Pro skill gave me a quote the day earlier but couldn't get to it for 2.5-3 weeks which would inconvenience the renters.  American Home Water & Air gave me an awesome price on 2 Trane HVAC systems and installed it the VERY NEXT DAY.  The installation crew showed up early, were extremely pleasant, friendly, always smiling and worked like they were on a chain gang. They worked HARD. These guys are pretty awesome as they had their eye constantly on the fine details. They worked around me having the carpets cleaned in the entire house (which had to be a pain). Hell now that I think of it, they even helped him move a couple of things so he could clean!! They also cleaned up behind themselves in my side yard, I didn't even have to rake the rocks.  The interior was left spotless.  This was an extremely positive experience start to finish, which made the expense of it all not so bad.

Our experience with 1st Choice Mechanical was all around exceptional! Our AC unit went out mid-summer, just a few months after we purchased our home. I called 1st Choice Mechanical first because of how highly they were rated and despite it being a Sunday morning, they called me back within 20 minutes and were out at my house within a couple hours. They spent a lot of time trying everything they could to get our unit fixed, but ultimately we needed a new unit. They were able to get one for us quickly and got it installed for a reasonable price. Tim and Branden were incredibly kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process, making sure to provide frequent updates and doing what they could to keep us as cool as possible given the circumstances. All of this was just a few weeks before my daughter's first birthday, and they even sent her a birthday gift!

Today, about two months after they replaced our unit, our breaker that controls our AC unit went out (no fault of theirs, it was just old). I called and they were out at my house within about an hour and had it fixed in no time at an affordable price! This is a great family owned and operated company and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Our A.C. was not working.  We called late Sunday night.  They answered the phone asap..and scheduled an appt for 7am the next morning.  Juan arrived at 700 sharp put on booties as he went upstairs.... diaganksed the need to replace a part.  Total 130 for the part and 65 for labor.  Extremely satised.  Extremely.polite courteous explained everything.  I.would give this company 10 stars..  best a.c. repair experience ever. Thank you.

I woke very early Saturday to find both my AC units had failed.  Called Johnny at 4:30 AM expecting to get an answering machine but Johnny answered and said he would be there (a 45 minute drive from his location) by 9 AM.  He showed up an hour early and fixed both units quickly. Asked if he would mind checking my 3rd unit and he agreed.  Found that was going bad and fixed as well with no extra charge.  Gave me instructions on replacing some parts on my older units that could fail soon so as to not have another emergency this summer.

Best AC repair experience having lived in Phoenix for 30 years.

We called Hay's for an estimate on replacing our HVAC system.
The man (Michael) came on time and seemed nice.  He said he would give us three different quotes on three types of systems and would send them to our e-mail that night or the next day.
We keep checking our e-mail but nothing ever came in from Michael.
So after four days my husband called and spoke to the woman who answered the phone.  She was very nice and asked if we checked our spam, which we did, and then said she would speak to him and we should get the e-mail by the next day.
Again nothing, so we waited 2 more days and called again.  This time she seemed upset that we didn't get the quotes and said she would definitely talk to him and would call us back with the information.
We never heard from her or him, it's now a week later and for the first time in my life I'm writing a bad review, because I can't believe a company would do that to someone.
We got other quotes, very quickly, but I would have liked to have gotten one from Hay's because they were recommended by a friend.

Ok, I just purchased a home, shortly after my AC united pooped out. I had called 3 other people and then called Arizona Air Experts. I spoke to Misty in the office she was super warm and professional she scheduled my appointment for Caleb to come out. As soon as I spoke to him I knew they were the company I wanted to replace my old unit. Misty would always keep me posted on when and what was going on. She is on it and lets you know whats going on before you have time to even realize. When I met Caleb the owner, I knew he was confident and knowledgeable and just knew what was up. I hired him to replace my unit. Him and his crew were great. Even his crew was warm and professional I loved them. After they got the job done, Caleb explained things to me about my new unit and told me if I had any questions or concerns to call them. I know for a fact I picked the right people to do this job and to do business with. How often can you say that? So, if you want a company with integrity and professionalism that is unparalleled, look no further, these are the people. I am telling my neighbors about them and anyone else asking or looking for AC/Heating company. They are a phenomenal company!!!!!!!!!!!

5 stars to Cool Zone Air Conditioning and Heating! I attempted to install a new thermostat on Sunday and turned off the power like the directions said but  turned off to the AC, not the air handler and blew a fuse. My boyfriend found them on Yelp, have them a call and had David at my house within an hour and done in an hour, including the install of my new thermostat. David showed me how to program the new thermostat and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for quick service on a Sunday. Great service, Thank You!

Our HVAC had issues and Steve was quick to find the issue. I highly recommend this company for AC issues.

Great service experience with Gabe and Christine of Gladiate AC. After reading all the positive reviews on Yelp I decided to try them out to service the AC units for my duplex in Phoenix. Gabe was extremely helpful in explaining the process and went above and beyond to get the job done. I will use their services again for regular AC maintenance in my duplex. Christine was very efficient in setting up the appointment and explaining the AC maintenance procedures. Thank you Gabe and Christine!

Good service at a very competitive price. If you sign up for their service plan you apparently get some repairs done for free, so consider it. For me it basically meant free capacitor while I still get two services per year for the price of... Two services per year. I count this as a win.

Dave was super awesome!!! After another AC company said my heat pump wasn't working and needed to be replaced I reached out to Dave for a 2nd opinion. He came right over, inspected my unit and said it was fine and working properly.  So thankful for his honesty and integrity!  He's my new AC guy!

I sent an email that I needed service and was immediately called back. They had same day service appts available (in AZ in the SUMMER!!!) The tech arrived at the exact start of the time window I was given. He was friendly and informative about my AC unit. I will use this company from now on- thank you :)

My experience with CCC is the reason I am a YELP shareholder. 5 stars. Local. Small biz. When you get a combo like that you get an amazing experience. Mike was professional, on-time, clean, thorough and explained what was going on so I could understand it.

My experience...
1. Came out bc 2nd floor was not cooling down. Identified the problem, provided a quick fix while we waited for a part.
2. Literally 3 days later, the downstairs went out ! I called mike to see if he could stop by. He called me promptly, came by within hours and had the part to fix my downstairs. Problem solved !
3. He just came to finish the 2nd floor. Tough job getting to the part but he got it done and now our air is working great. BOTH up and down.

Forget home warranty companies. They send inferior tradesman to your house. Use YELP. 4-5 stars only. Have peace of mind the job will be done correctly.

I will be using CCC for all my air needs going forward. So happy I found Mike. Now I have my air guy !!!

WOW!!!  It doesn't get any better ~ came home on a Saturday afternoon to find that the AC unit wasn't working ~ during the hottest week of the summer!!!  Called Alan at 5 PM, he picked up the phone himself, said he was finishing up a job just 3 miles away and would be over.  At 5:40 PM he had been here, identified the problem, fixed it and was on his way home!  After a quick review, he determined it was a swollen capacitor ~ and then he opened the unit, and there was the swollen capacitor.  Friendly, pleasant, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable ~ exceptional service in every way ~ would highly recommend!!!

After having scheduled a service appointment for a number of days, a representative contacted me by text and phone and wanted to reschedule the service appointment because of an unexpected heat wave and extreme demand. This is a total lack of respect for commitment to customers. In the end I had to cancel my appointment with this company.

The A/C started blowing hot air late Friday night during the hottest Labor Day weekend in history.  On Saturday morning, I started calling around to 24/7 A/C service companies and no one was available until Monday or Tuesday.  I searched Yelp and found Desert Comfort Mechanical.  Fadel was able to come out and find the problem right away.  I highly recommend Desert Comfort Mechanical.

We called ProSkill Services when our AC went out Friday night and another company failed  us miserably. Our neighbor had recommended them and a few people on Nextdoor did as well. They were very responsive and came right out the next morning. Found the problem. Let us know that we may still be under warranty to save a lot of money. Ordered the parts. Called and got us scheduled as soon as the parts were in which lucky for us  we only had to wait two days.  Eric was great. Very professional  cleaned up well. The communication with this company is great! They let us know by calling, texting, and emailing whee we were in the process.  We will call these guys again for sure , they did not disappoint.

We had a great experience with Rising Sun Air. Will be using them again for any of our AC needs.
