I feel like I met a legend! I didn't know that was his last name when he came and fixed up our system. I'm a couple weeks behind writing this, but naturally my AC had gone out in the hottest part of Summer. I had trouble with other HVAC companies, and I finally got in touch with Boldt, told them my troubles and said they'd send their best tech. I thought, hell yeah, I'm getting star treatment. Phillip came in and within 30 mins he had the issue figured out. Always check the easy stuff first. Phillip is great because he teaches you about your system (if you want to learn). Phillip is professional and personable and reasonably priced. There's some places that are cheaper and some more expensive but you don't want to cheap out and you don't want to overpay. A+

Johnny was quick to respond and very friendly. I will definitely contact him again if I need his services.

Just the facts:
After reading this, also look at the PS that resulted from the owner's attention.  I was out of town and received a call that a heater in a rent house was not working.  Called Hays--first time I used them.  They told me that a service call was $70 plus repairs and that the technician would call to authorize repairs.  When the call did not come I called the tenant.  The technician had come and gone--discovered it was only the gas valve in the off position--turned it on, furnace was working, and left.  Got a call from Hays asking for $160.  According to the technician, the extra $90 was for the safety check.  I mailed a check so they have no cause for complaint.  
This does not square with all the previous glowing reviews.
Does this deserve one star?  Yes--they should have been more up front about the charges.

PS.  The owner called and admitted a mistake in the charges.  It has to do with what the technician writes down and this technician was new to the company.  A refund is being processed.  Will raise the rating another notch when received.  I will try them again and then Hays may deserve a 5 star rating.
PSS: Received a refund of $90.

These guys were awesome!  I originally called another company just to service the a/c and he was a no show so I forgot to call another company and today my air stopped working.  I called Arizona Air Experts and they came out and fixed my air.  They discovered there was a short that caused my thermostat to break.  They fixed the short and replaced my thermostat and didn't charge and arm and a leg.  I will only be using them in the future.

Developed a Freon leak on the hottest day of the year called and scheduled same day appt. Got a call that they could actually arrive sooner than scheduled. They arrived, and quickly found and repaired the leak. Dakota (the service tech) was pleasant as well, he actually adjusted my fan blade, tested the capacitors and compressor. I was back up and running in a couple of hours of his arrival! I have peace of mind that the job was done right and that I have an HVAC contractor that I can trust to call for any future problems. Keep up the good work!!!

We decided to install a swamp cooler on our roof before the upcoming summer months. We found Arctic Fox online, requested contact through their website and were contacted back within one hour. Heath, the owner, came over to our house to discuss what we were looking for and to look at the existing system. He tied the swamp into the existing AC duct system, created custom duct panels to fit, and installed a custom water line. They showed up early in the morning, and worked throughout the day to get the system installed. They worked late to ensure the system was installed the same day. His quote for the work was right on and the entire team was very professional. We will, and already have, recommend Arctic Fox to anyone in the West Valley needing AC, heating, evap, or water heater work done. It was the best experience we have had with any company in this industry.

So glad I found Gladiate! We were told we needed our AC coil and blower cleaned by a technician from another company after a tune-up. The price they quoted was insane and they tried very hard to scare me into having it done on the spot.

I got quotes from half a dozen other places. All of them were way less than what the initial company wanted to charge, and Gladiate's was by far the best.

I appreciated the quick response from Gabriel and the immediate availability. When he came out he was punctual, professional and personable. I instantly knew Gladiate was going to be our go-to HVAC contractor from now on.

I told him how dirty our equipment supposedly was before he started. A less honest person could have come back and said, Yeah, it's worse than I thought. I'm gonna have to charge more than I initially quoted. But Gabriel confirmed with before and after pictures that our system was nowhere near that bad.  That other technician was exaggerating to justify overcharging us. With Gladiate we paid for only what was needed to get the job done right--an hour of labor and some coil cleaner.

We'll be trusting Gladiate with all our maintenance and repair needs going forward!

Dave was super awesome!!! After another AC company said my heat pump wasn't working and needed to be replaced I reached out to Dave for a 2nd opinion. He came right over, inspected my unit and said it was fine and working properly.  So thankful for his honesty and integrity!  He's my new AC guy!

Mike is the best! My AC stopped working and he was able to come by same day and help fix the issue. My AC is now working perfectly! All other companies that I reached out to wanted me to wait days to fix - in this 106 degree heat. I am so thankful he was available to help so fast and fix the issue quickly. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend and will be using Cave Creek Cooling for all of my AC needs in the future!

we contacted Alan's air after having another company come out who quoted us 5 times to fix our AC unit.  The other company even suggested we replace our AC unit at $8k since they mentioned the repair costs would be over third of the cost for new unit.

Alan was able to just replace the capacitor in under 30 min and costs me 5 less than what AC by J quoted in shorter amount of time.

This recommendation is long over due. Alex and staff at Ideal Energy saved us from a pinch this summer when our AC unit stopped working. It was during the peak of the heat season at above 115. To top it off, the issue happened in the evening around 7pm. I contacted Alex that evening and he responded immediately. We were helped and a technician came by the next morning at 6am. We were so appreciative that we were seen so quickly and didn't have to suffer through the tough heat. Thank you!! Thank you!! Good people there and I highly recommend them for all your AC needs.

I just had the pleasure of having Fidel and his crew install a new AC Unit. I called on a Monday, and the next Saturday they installed the new Unit. Once again, the team at ProSkill exceeded my expectations!  We had a last minute plumbing emergency at our house and called as soon as they opened.  Jeff was dispatched to our house and arrived within 45 minutes of my call.  He diagnosed the problem, explained it to us (in words even I could understand lol!), and then took care of it calmly and efficiently.

I had attempted to install an ecobee3lite thermostat and had difficulty and was stuck.
We had previously had Rising Sun air, out for an unrelated problem so I called them for help.
Pam in the office said she thought a technician was currently in Scottsdale and asked if she should contact him, I told her that would be appreciated.
As it turned out the technician could be at my house within the hour (my lucky day) to help me out.
As it turned out he determined that my air conditioner was incompatible with the ecobee3lite themastat, so he reinstalled my original thermostat for a modest service fee.
I'm totally happy with their service and personal and will highly recommend them to family and friends.

After doing my homework and being uncomfortable being told I needed a new AC unit by another company, I reached out to Keith at Sure Temp. He literally responded to my Yelp message within minutes (probably less than 5 min!). He was very professional and courteous. I was able to schedule a diagnostic appt with him on the very next day. I told him my experience and he immediately agreed that I probably did not need a new unit. A quick look at the unit and the problem was diagnosed properly--a bad capacitor! He diagnosed AND replaced the capacitor in 15 minutes. WOW! I went from being quoted $7800 for a new unit that someone insisted I needed or a $1200 bill to fix the old one, to a 15min fix and very, very small fraction of the price.  Thanks Keith!
