My air conditioning had been out for over a week fooling around with my home warranty & finally got a negative response from them.
So I saw this company truck with all installation products on their truck around the corner from a friends house house & called them on Friday they came out Monday said they can can have the whole thing done by end of the week.

Awesome service and very reasonable! Our water softener needed repair, and they called with the time frame. Jose showed up on time, and changed the part that was cracked. They could have said we needed a new softener; so thankful for the wonderful customer service and honest and quick repair! Will be calling them in the future, and so glad to have found them!

We never had a fridge problem before, so this was our first time figuring out who to contact and eventually trust. The guy came early- within the 4 hour window. He was super nice and there's an $80 fee; however, it'll go towards the service. I'll definitely be using their service next time.

We purchased our current A/C unit from Boldt 3 years ago and cannot say enough about the integrity of this business.  No hidden costs.  No pressure.  No oversell.  And, any time, we have had a problem, someone has been here within a matter of hours to take care of it.  I called again this morning regarding a small issue.  Phillip was here to take care of it within an hour of the call.  I highly recommend this locally owned and operated business. They don't just SAY they care, they SHOW it!

My unit wasn't blowing cold air so I called Johnny's Air due to his high reviews here on Yelp.  My experience with Johnny was consistent with that of his other Yelp clients.  I found him honest and thorough.  He was extremely responsive (I left a message around 11pm on a Saturday night, and he called me back Sunday around 7am), moreso than the 2 or 3 other companies I reached out to.  He was available to swing by on a Sunday, and was running late but was really good with staying in communication so that I knew what was going on.  It ended up that my unit was well-beyond its years, and he wished he could have helped by refreshing it with freon, but was honest by stating that this would be a short-term fix and my money wouldn't be well-spent.  

Shortly after, I hired a company to install a new unit, and we had issues with the power to the second unit.  We actually called Johnny to see if he could help, and he took the time to help us troubleshoot the problem, which he had no obligation whatsoever to do.  

Johnny has definitely earned my trust and if I have any future concerns, I would call him first.

My split unit air conditioner needed to be replaced. When I called my regular ac guy, I learned he had passed away. So started the hunt for someone new. I asked for recommendations. I got a number of them. I ended up going with Hays. Bill answered all my questions. Even ones I didn't know to ask. Price was comparable to the others. We scheduled the install. The guys were on time. Nice guys. Couldn't be happier with the results. The Yelp reviews were a big reason I went with Hays.

I live in Fl has a rental in Surprise AZ. The property needs an AC replacement. I found great reviews for Az Air expert so I gave them a chance and it was a great experience. I got everything done the next day. Thank you Maria and the AC Tech Randy for making the process painless. And most of all the price was very fair.

I am pleased to write a great review for the family run business of Gladiate Air Conditioning & Heating.  Dave and Gabriel called before our scheduled appointment.  They arrived on time.  They spent an hour servicing my air conditioner (that I should have had serviced sooner).  They replaced wires worn out by the sun.  As I vacuumed my pool, I could see on the roof how they checked everything thoroughly.  And their price for service was only $65.  I learned of the company through Yelp (5 stars).  I am now a loyal customer and want others to feel comfortable calling for service with Gladiator Air.

I actually only called Arizona's Dukes of Air to make sure that the estimate I got from another A/C company was reasonable and the very friendly woman who answered the phone was able to confirm that it was. She didn't have to do that and I really appreciate it.

Since I already had the other guys out, I am going to stick with them, but based on this customer service, I may consider switching to Arizona's Dukes of Air in the future.

I found This company online after another HVAC company was unable to figure out why my AC unit was leaking from the return vent. David was able to figure it out and corrected the problem. After doing that I had him service the unit. He informed me at that time there were many issues with it. So I had him replace with a brand new one. Upon the first installation attempt, he was able to see a plumber was needed to cap a water line. He was able to refer a plumber who capped water lines and wound up replacing my hot heater that was in VERY bad shape. All this was especially helpful as I am an absentee landlord. Excellent service, great work and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

We have been a customer of Bumble Bee AC for about 4 years now and we have been meaning to write them a review!  We can't say enough good things.  We started by Having them install a new central air unit and insulting our attic.  From the consultation, quote, options and installation everything went well.  When the SRP rebate didn't come for the unit, BBAC even sent us that check to make it good.  The level of honesty is so appreciated.  We have been having them do twice a year maintenance to make sure our unit is working it's best as well.  
Today we had them come back to install a mini split unit on our addition and again, they sent enough people to do the job in an efficient manner.  This company is always there when they say as well and they have our confidence.  Hire them!!!

Our AC was acting up, so I called Cave Creek Cooling first thing the next morning. Mike came out a couple hours later; replaced a part, and took time to clean the units and saw the pressure was really high. He adjusted it and stayed to make sure it was running better. We now have cool air on this really hot AZ day.
Mike is so professional and wonderful, and so thankful to him for fixing our really old unit. He did not pressure us to replace them; fixed the problem, and we now have a new AC guy. He is awesome!

In town visiting my elderly father's house. AC was pumping heat not even room air temperature. I arrived to a 94 degree house on an 80 degree night.

Called at 9:15 AM. Got an 11:00 AM appt. Bill called first and then showed up exactly on time.

The AC unit is 25+ years old but Bill identified the unusual failure, ran to the shop to get the part and fixed it quickly.

Will definitely use them again. No brainer.

So just to be honest we haven't technically gotten any services besides a free quote done by Ideal Energy but after having NUMEROUS air conditioning repair guys out I just had to review to say how thorough and professional Tanner was. Some of the guys today didn't even look in our attic, let alone measure our windows. Tanner, however, provided pictures and gave me more information than any other company. I wish I had the ladies name who called us from Ideal bc she was also thorough and professional but she mostly spoke with my husband.

Having dealt with a home warranty who doesn't want to replace our unit, the multiple techs that they've sent out who also didn't want to do the work, and then the guys who have been out all day today giving us quotes, I can quite honestly say it was an absolute pleasure getting a quote from Ideal Energy. It seems like more than a few guys know we live in AZ and pretty much have no other choice (especially when your ac poops out and you're in a 89-94 degree house). Thank you again, if you haven't just gotten a new client, you have definitely gained a new cheerleader!

Have been very responsive with knowledgeable technicians. Did everything until they got it  just right. The techs were very personable and took great care of where they walked and worked

Our A/C went out when it was in the 100's, I called George Brazil to come out figuring they are larger and have less overhead. Their service was horrible, he kept telling me he had 5 more appts. that day and I needed to hurry and make some decisions on the new unit to purchase.... The service with them was sub par.

Proskill just happened to be tuning up my next door neighbors A/C on the same day and I went over to see if they could come look and give me a price for a new unit. My neighbor highly recommended them as he knew them personally. G.Brazil gave me a price for a 16 seer York for almost $10,000, the same seer unit except a Trane brand was thousands cheaper. Proskill came out the same day to look it all over and had it replaced within the next couple days. They did a beautiful job, they had to rebuild our attic access, it looks better than it did to start with, had to pour a larger slab and they went the extra mile on everything they touched. They kept my home super clean despite all the insulation up in the attic and the A/C is awesome!! These are my go-to guys from now on!! Highly recommended, so lucky I found them. :)

I have to admit it was nerve wracking selecting a company to replace our 3 existing air conditioning units. It was a big job and was quite an investment. I was very impressed with several A/C companies that I received quotes from.  I spent a lot of time researching the pros and cons of all the different air conditioning brands. After careful consideration we decided to go with Sure Temp Air Conditioning LLC. I believe we made a great decision and let me explain why.  

I have never worked with a company where every person was in tune with the rest of the employees. I saw a real respect for one another within the company.  The communication between all areas of the company was on point.  Each employee completed their job with the attitude that their goal was to have a happy customer after the completion of their specific job. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire job.

Chad was our technician who gave us a quote for the job. He explained why Trane was the right brand to install in our home and why Sure Temp was the perfect company for the job.  He gave us a fair contract price and was instrumental in getting the equipment ordered. He was available any time I had questions.

The day of the installment, Damien, Antonio, Josue and an apprentice showed up bright and early. They worked throughout the day, working hard to complete a large job. While completing the job they were respectful of our home placing tarps down across all areas of traffic, opening and closing doors quietly as to not disturb anyone in the home, and working in an efficient knowledgeable manner.  I was kept abreast of the status of the job throughout the day. Their goal was to complete the installation in one day and they stayed until this was completed. When they left our air conditioners were up and running, our new thermostats had been demonstrated to us and our home had no signs that they had ever been there.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Keith, and was very impressed with the respect he had for his employees and appreciated his assurance that our job was being completed by some of the best in the industry. I know he had several jobs going that day but he acted like our job was the most important, spending time answering any questions and making sure we were comfortable with the install.

The next day I called the office to pay.  I was met with a personable employee, Mary, who was expecting my call. Just another example of how excellent communication skills are key when running a business.

I have already recommended this company to a few neighbors. I know there are many great companies to choose from but I am very happy with our completed job and I would recommend this company to anyone IN A HEARTBEAT!
