Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

I've been in AZ all my adult life, and have worked with many HVAC contractors, these guys are the best by far.  They not only do what they say they will, but do it professionally and with attention to detail; for example, little things like not blocking the driveway with the van, and not leaving a mess around the attic access when they are done.  The detailed report, complete with photos, you get after service is completed is fantastic and should be the standard.  I cant recall the bame of the tech who helped us out in summer of 2021, but he was great, and Caleb who just completed a visit with us now was also excellent.  Again Im over the moon with these guys, call them now.

Being 8 months pregnant, I was totally dismayed when I discovered our water heater broke. It was late, but my husband found AHM on yelp. They were here by 8:30 a.m. and gone by 9:40 a.m. the very next morning! Tyler and Fidel worked quickly and efficiently. They were very clean and informative as well. They made sure I understood what was going on and even put everything back the way they found it (we store a lot in our garage lol). They were awesome and I definitely recommend this company. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you Tyler and Fidel!

I needed help with installing a nest thermostat and wasn't sure if pit was compatible so I messaged a few companies and Phillip responded right away with a few questions and sent Mike out the next day! I was really impressed how quick and affordable it was. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable and had my thermostat up in running in no time at all. Having been in real estate in the past, I have met or talked to dozens of hvac repair companies over the years.  Johnny is at the top of the list.  Honest (very important to me), reliable, knowledgeable and affordable.  If anyone can top that I'd be surprised.

Had tech Charlie out, I needed a new unit due to the hail damage, their install team of Chuck & Kenny were the fastest install team I have seen and unit is up working keeping it 75* in the house while it gets 100 * outside. Everyone there was great I will make Hays Cooling & Heating our go to guys!!!!!!!

Randy and his crew were extremely professional, honest, did a great job, cleaned up perfectly and were priced extremely reasonably. This is by far the best AC/Heating company in the valley. My fiancé and I have used them to repair our rental condo's AC that was acting up as well as our primary home. They are fast, professional, and high quality for the right price!

My evap motor finally failed and found Arctic Fox via the web. Showed up during the scheduled time and confirmed the motor needed replacement. Immediately after installation, a noticeable hum was coming from the motor as well as heard throughout the house. Arctic Fox returned the motor and installed another and the hum was still there. Obviously, no noise was heard from the motor before. The tech attempted several adjustments to the tension on the belt but still a noticeable hum and that is where it was left. Considering the cost and getting a new motor that sounded worse than the first, the service was sub-standard. The tech was there to install a motor and that happened. But, to troubleshoot with the customer interest in mind..unsatisfied. Over the week-end, my neighbor and I spent no more than an hour determining that the problem wasn't with the motor but with the vibration itself. We tightened the tension and the hum was gone. Arctic Fox will do the job it's called out to do but beyond that, doing the job right, not impressed. That might be enough for some, but based on my first experience with Arctic Fox, it will be my last

I have lived in the valley  for over 40 years. I have dealt with many air conditioning company's. Dave and Gabe were  by far the most professional and very fair with pricing. I have found my new air conditioning company go to.   I highly recommend these guys!! Very professional !!

I think I should just copy and paste the other reviews to save some time because my experience is the same as the the other 70+ people. Just moved here a year ago so I dont know who to call when my A/C goes out last night at 230in the morning. I found Dukes of Air on Yelp and apparently this Robert is an A/C wizard. I schedule the appointment at 5pm for when I return from work and YES the reviews dont lie. This guy explains EVERYTHING. Really nice guy and i enjoyed learning from him as he fixed my A/C.  I only got a band aid fix unfortunately and my A/C is on its last legs but itsbetter than the 98 degrees i walked into when i got home. When my system finally goes I will DEFINITELY buy from this company. 70+ 5 star reviews DO NOT LIE. 5 STARS!!!

I utilized Biltmore Mechanical to replace my unit on my condo. I based my decision on the paucity of negative reviews on yelp (people that are dissatisfied are much more likely to leave reviews than people that receive the level of service they expected). That and the fact that the other company that I had bid on the work only offered a 1 year warranty whereas Biltmore Mechanical offered a 10 year parts warranty (and I considered a 1 yr warranty unacceptable as a quality unit properly installed and maintained should last significantly more than 10 years in my opinion).  The job went perfectly, and I am confident that Biltmore Mechanical will assist me if I should have any difficulty with my AC in the next 15 years.

Our A/C unit hasn't worked so well in years. The Bumble Bee staff not only did a good job with their regular maintenance but correctly diagnosed some deficiencies, recommended corrective steps, and made the needed improvements, all at a reasonable price. We're very pleased-except my wife who thinks, It's too cold in here!

Technician skilled in their craft will always get my (repeat) business.

We were leaving for vacation when 1 of our AC's went out. I looked at reviews on Yelp and called when on vacation for an appointment. We arranged to have service immediately on our return. By 8:15 am after our return Mike arrived, by 8:45 he had completed our repair and we were back in action. A week later our 2nd AC went out. I called Cave Creek cooling immediately and they were able to come that same day to diagnose and repair. This time we had Chase who was just as pleasant and competent. I am so pleased to find a local company with such great service. I have already recommended them to friends.

My compressor exploded Sunday afternoon. Bill was at my house 8:30am Monday. New compressor UP & RUNNING before 12:30. AMAZING!!!!

Ideal Energy LLC sets the standard for a customer oriented business.  Forget those adds you see on TV Elena, Alex and thier crew are the real deal.  On time, fairly priced, and thorough.  They found things previous installers never even made us aware of.  The work this company performed was neat and clean and they went out of their way to explain every step of the process.  I also appreciate them coming all the way out towards Casa Grande to complete this work.

I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a home energy audit and the followup work to follow.

The A/C started blowing hot air late Friday night during the hottest Labor Day weekend in history.  On Saturday morning, I started calling around to 24/7 A/C service companies and no one was available until Monday or Tuesday.  I searched Yelp and found Desert Comfort Mechanical.  Fadel was able to come out and find the problem right away.  I highly recommend Desert Comfort Mechanical.

David S installed a new kitchen faucet for us this morning.  He was very personable and friendly. David was also very meticulous with his install and care of work area. He was professional and thorough from beginning to end.  
He noticed that our hot water took forever to get to our kitchen faucet and suggested a comfort series recirc pump.  I appreciated his knowledge and the efficiency in having an estimate before he left our home.

Great experience.  One of the rooms in our house was warmer than the others.  They came out, assessed the situation very thoroughly and were able to diagnose the problem very quickly.  The technician, Kevin, was a great guy - no pressure and did a great job explaining WHY something was needed instead of just telling us to buy it.

This was by far the best A/C company I've worked with and I've tried several others.

I am the original owner of my now 10 year old home and have always had issues with my A/C system. The builders put in a low grade system and the work was iffy at best. Over the years I've tried to improve the system as much as I could with other companies but with no success... it actually got worse.

Now 10 years later I was ready for a total overhaul. New everything. I also wanted to add a mini split to my home gym in my garage for the upcoming summer. I got quotes from 4 A/C companies and Sure Temp stood out from the others and they also had the lowest price!

Chad came to my house last week and spent the most time in my attic of anyone. I told him all the issues I've had and he took it very seriously and wanted to figure out how to fix it. Chad is a tall guy and my attic is small so for him to put that much effort up there was big for me. He explained all the current issues and had a plan that I felt made a lot of sense to solve everything. He even discovered a piece of the system that wasn't hooked up at all. Nobody else noticed that. Sure Temp also has a preferred partnership with Trane, which showed me they are trusted by the best. After I chose Sure Temp, Chad assured me that I would get their best team. He delivered on that promise.

A few days later Antonio and his team showed up to my house on time and got right to work. The first day they installed the mini split A/C in my garage and did a great job concealing everything with the outside unit and wiring. It's extremely clean and organized. The inside unit can really push air around. This summer I'll have a nice cool gym garage!

The next day Antonio and his larger crew showed up on time again and started on the attic. The removed every piece of the previous system. They worked all day and I don't think I even saw them take a break. The new parts were shiny and high end. The worked from 7am to 5pm. Antonio and his team acted like this was their house. The craftsmanship was amazing. My house is literally cleaner than when they arrived.

Antonio was up in my attic for hours and was in need of rest but he stayed to make sure everything was perfect and explain everything to me and answer all my questions. He's a legend.

After they left I immediately started testing out the new central A/C. I've always had issues with one room upstairs over my garage. It just never got any air from the vents. I cranked the cold and it was blowing strong air! I've never felt that in that room. I was so excited. I checked the other vents upstairs and everything was blowing way harder than the previous system! The 3rd zone they added will really help us this summer because we can give our kids more of the cold air since their rooms are warmer on the west facing side of the house.

I also went up into the attic and everything was way more clean and organized than before. This may not matter to most but for me it's important. The organization and care speaks to the overall quality of the system. There's way less clutter up there and more thought was put into how to get around in the attic for future work. The attic is now something I'm proud of in my house.

I usually dread summers here but this year I'm saying bring it on. I'm finally ready thanks to Sure Temp.
