Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

We have been a customer of Larson since we moved to Scottsdale in 2016 and they have always exceeded our expectations.  On the phone and in person, they have been professional, thorough, responsive, on time, courteous and friendly.  They replaced a mini-split in our garage and have serviced and repaired the A/C units in our house and casita and also replaced our thermostat.  First class service every time.  They are so far above the level of service from most businesses these days - five stars is not enough!

This is the first time I have explored the world of water softeners after mine required service.  Most companies simply want to sell you a new system for $3,000 to $4,000. My system had a carbon filter in it that no longer worked and needed to be replaced as I had carbon migrating into my water.  
American Home knew my system, knew my local water and explained options to me.
I wound up having my carbon filter removed (which I did not need) and my tank rebuilt with new resin for a fraction of replacement cost and for less than 1/2 what another local firm wanted for similar repairs.
Technician Higinio was great, he called before arriving and was quick and clean.
A real professional.

I can't say that I've ever worked with a more kind, honest and hardworking company. We filed a claim through Fidelity for our AC when it stopped working. Unfortunately, this happened during COVID, and everything is in shortage status or delayed. Tim worked with Fidelity to get us expedited on the process. Tori did an amazing job at keeping us updated throughout the waiting period. Mike (owner) called us to check in on things as well.  I truly believe that we would still be forced out of living in our home if this company wasn't involved in the process.  They originally replaced a compressor for us, and then we found out that the coil and condenser needed replaced as well (1997 unit). They got the order into Fidelity, and then came back and replaced the entire unit. The amount of hours and attention they put into this project were amazing. Every person we dealt with was top notch, and we would absolutely recommend using them in the future. Thank you for saving our sanity and getting us back to comfort!

Now here is a company that truly cares about there customers. Had to call about the initial visit from Hays because I was not fully explained the charges prior to the work. John was wonderful and sent Mike out to double check the previous work done. He was prompt, listened to my concerns and diagnosed my ac unit. He  fully explained to me the condition of the AC unit that I was having problems with and offered a credit on the previous work for my inconvenience. I will absolutely use Hays again and refer them to anyone needed there service. I will personally ask for Mike when I decide to upgrade my units next year. Thank you John and Mike for your attention and detail to customer service!

I met Caleb several years ago when I rented a house in surprise and he did all the spring checks on  my unit.
When I bought my home in 2012 I trusted him so much I had him come to check my AC for me. I use Caleb every year for my spring check ups and any other work that needs to get done that is not covered under my home warranty.
Recently my air went out and he had two portable units he let me borrow them while I waited for the warranty department to get back with me.
Caleb  and Misty have always been professional, on time and gone above and beyond for me .
I highly recommend AZ Air experts. If I did not have a warranty I would use them 100% for everything. I will NOT use anyone else.

My mom's AC/heater was acting up, blowing smoke all up in her home and Dave from Gladiate Air flew in to the rescue!!! Big thanks to Dave's wife for setting up the same day service!!

When Dave arrived and turned the on the heater, the smoke decided not to rear it's dark cloud, but instead, it stopped working. Dave found the problem & fixed the broken wiring in no time and quoted me with a reasonable price! He was very professional and explained everything to me every step of the way. He's an expert in his field and provided excellent service!

Hopefully my mom won't have much more AC/heating issues, but if she does, I trust Dave and Gladiate Air for all of our AC/heating problems! Thank you Dave, you're a life saver!!!

Dukes of Air was recommended to me by a friend. They were the third company I asked to come out to take a look at my AC that wasn't working after the first two companies gave bids that I didn't trust. They came out same day, had a lower service charge, provided a solution to fix it instead of total replacement, and bid lower than the other guys. I hired them on the spot to do the work. The last company that came out even left the unit taken apart and completely disconnected! The Dukes of Air tech cleaned up their mess and fixed my AC that day. The tech explained everything to me and was very polite and straight forward, which I appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have used David a couple of occasions. David is reliable, knowledgeable, and very responsive. My most recent air conditioning issue, I called David and told him the issue I was having. David was so nice and told me that it was an easy fix and actually walked me through how to do it on my own. My lack of knowledge, I took up 30 minutes of David's time on the phone and he was very patient with me. It is hard to find good knowledgeable people with integrity and David definitely has it. I would highly recommend David.

Called at 1:50 and technicians arrived just after 3:00 fixed some issues created by a poorly installed unit (another AC company) and charged a reasonable fee. The house is cooler, more efficient, and I'm very satisfied.

Mike is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.   Took the time to explain the problem and discuss different solutions.  Highly recommend this company!

A++++ all the way. Honest and friendly with great prices. Was quoted $2900 to fix a leaking coil and to place freon in. Alan's air did the same job for $550. Give them a try

Alex and Elena did an energy audit on our home. They are so professional and friendly. They did a great job explaining our options and informing us just where our problem areas were. We decided on replacing our very old A/C unit as well as insulating and adding ducts. Their crew led by Chis were efficient, knowledgeable and very clean. We now have a very comfortable home and an efficient system. We appreciate their suggestions and so very happy with the work they did. We highly recommend using Ideal Energy!

Almost immediate call back.  Doug was very helpful, went out the very next morning and had a repair plan and estimate the same day. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all my swamp cooler needs.

I had a clogging issue in the AC unit with water dripping from my ceiling this morning.  Sure Temp Air was able to come the same day which was a huge relief!   Austin was incredibly professional as he completed the work.  It wasn't as easy as we thought at first, but he did a great job of checking each location to find the issue (including the attic) .  Austin was also great at educating me about the AC set up and it's special issues the builder left behind.  The communication was great with a text message and email to let me know who was coming and Austin also gave me a phone call for an eta.  Pricing was incredibly reasonable especially everything he had to go through!  I will definitely keep them on my call list for issues and will be having them back for annual service.  I highly recommend Sure Temp AC.
