Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

My air conditioning had been out for over a week fooling around with my home warranty & finally got a negative response from them.
So I saw this company truck with all installation products on their truck around the corner from a friends house house & called them on Friday they came out Monday said they can can have the whole thing done by end of the week.

After noticing a strong smell emanating from the water softener and heater area, I called American Home and the technician was here within an hour. Higi was knowledgeable, respectful and informative realizing it was not a gas leak on the heater but burning and leakage on the older digital softener unit. He explained the process throughout and even cleaned up salt residue which had been leaking from the resin tank. I am now in the process of getting a new softener and will be using American Home from now on for any a/c or water unit needs. Well done! I am so glad I found American Home Water and Air.

Professional. That's the first thing that comes to mind. They have a real person that answers the phone that will help you with an appointment and answer questions. Not a phone tree that you have to leave a message. The technician's are all helpful and courteous. This is the way all companies should be. Very happy I chose them to install my new air conditioner.

We've been using Boldt HVAC for both heating and cooling for several years. They are so wonderful. We've had the same technician (Juan) every time - that's unheard of! He's polite, extremely knowledgeable and does a great job of keeping our systems up and running! Thank you to Boldt - it's nice to have a trusted company to call.

JOHNNY'S is the absolute BEST!  I called them at 8:30 AM and they were at my house by 9:10 AM. I am beyond thrilled with the their customer service, integrity and prices.   As a customer  you want to  feel important and Johnny's  did just that. I felt like they genuinely cared about me as a customer  especially when giving  me some tips  on how to care for my AC. I  not say enough good things about this company!

There seem to be some pretty scathing reviews on this company but my experience was excellent.  Brandon explained the condition of my system and said there were a couple of parts that should be replaced in the next couple of years.  No pressure to sell me more parts or service.  He spend quite a bit of time with me on the phone.  This guy seems like someone you can really trust to give you good advice.  Not wanting a breakdown in the middle of a heat wave, I opted to replace the parts now.  Brandon was great!  I did not have any scheduling problems and will be using this company again.

This is by far the best AC/Heating company in the valley. My fiancé and I have used them to repair our rental condo's AC that was acting up as well as our primary home. They are fast, professional, and high quality for the right price!

In the 5 years that I have used this company for my house remodeling they have earned this five Star rating - If you need ac or heating or evap cooler work or ductwork or plumbing from repairs to new install this company will not waste your time or money ,I shopped around a lot before my new install ac /gas  heat  combo  ,others wanted more for less work and or tried to lie to me about what all was needed to install unit I have built homes I know what's needed ,In my thirty years of owning homes for my self and several others I rented out to people ,This company is the best I have ever hired .Not a  greedy large company working on commission .

After another company spent a day playing Lucy-and-the-football with us, we called Gladiate. They responded immediately, showed up right away, had the right part, and installed it along with something else that needed attention, all for a reasonable price! Also friendly and courteous!

We are very happy with this company overall. From the friendly service when you call to our tech Kalem. He was on time and even called when he was on his way. We had our biannual service done and everything went smoothly. Kalem even explained what we should consider to prevent future issues. He was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile. David rocks! Our family are loyal customers of Biltmore Mechanical H&C.  We've used their service several times over the last 4-5 years and each time David 'shows up'!  - grateful he does.  He schedules promptly and comes out usually within a day or same day to fix our AC breakdowns. Was sitting here at home yesterday working when I notice my AC was no longer blowing cold air.  Naturally I panicked.  Weekend coming up, hotter than blazes outside.  So I called 3 different companies to be sure I was going to get someone in the next day or two before I turned into beef jerky sitting in my living room.  I texted Bumble Bee, they came over an hour later, found a blown fuse on the compressor up on the roof, replaced and voila! Winter is coming.....So so grateful for the rapid response and professional service...

An update. Mike came over, not due to a problem, but for Maintenance as we soon enter 'that Season' when Air Conditioning will likely be called on.
He throughly checked out, and cleaned each of my 3 Units, and determined that each, albeit over 20 years old, is functioning well. He is professional, and
gives one assurance. You cannot wish for more.

Asked them to fix my dripping A/C on roof. They quickly came out and fixed it. Next day it was still dripping. They came out a second time and fixed it and it continues to drip to this day. Asked at least 2 more times to fix but with no response.

The experience working with Ideal Energy to correct our dated builder grade duct system was amazing. From the beginning to end every individual team member excelled at there position for the front desk, duct design, to the 2 day installation. Most impressive was the installation team. Mikie Weaver and his crew were like the NASCAR crew of ductwork! There efficiency, communication, cleanliness, detail oriented service was exemplary. Doug called me back after I left a message regarding my evaporative cooler that I had issues with. After explaining what was going on he walked me thru the entire process of elimination to pinpoint the problem and after spending a good 25 min. on the phone with him the problem was solved and my cooler is working. Doug could have easily  turned this into a service call and made money on my issue but he didn't. He was patient and extremely professional. Thank you Doug for taking the time.
