Great service and very fair prices!  We have now had our RO filters changed by this company. Their prices were lower than the other companies I called and both times I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful the techs were.  They called ahead to give me a heads up that they were on their way in their time window.
Recently We had a water pressure issue with the RO.  Instead of charging me above and beyond the filter change fee they re-pressurized it free of charge and showed me how to check the pressure if it happens again.
We will use this company again!

My AC was on the fritz on the hottest day in AZ so far! Called Mike and he was able to help me get it back on its legs and it works like it never has before! Previously I was being serviced by a big name company who kept wanting me to buy a new unit....which I need, but just didnt have to dish out. Mike fixed the capacitor on my 17 year old unit and got her spinning again! I recommend 1st Choice Mech in your time of emergency! He was friendly, upfront, kind and knowledgeable!

We started having issues with our A/C unit about two months ago. We had only purchased our home a year ago so we were not happy about already having issues with the A/C. I asked for a bid from several companies to come out and see what the issue was with our unit. It had completely stopped working and the temp outside was 113 for the day so the house was getting hot quick. Philip jumped on our bid and offered to come out within two hours. He found the issues and quickly realized our unit had major problems from years of neglect. We had to get a new unit. Philip was able to get the unit running in the short term which lasted long enough for us to get financing in order. When we were ready to install the new unit they were quick to respond and came out the next business day. They had the installation complete in no time! The whole process was so simple thanks to Philip and Fran. I will be recommending Boldt HVAC to anyone and everyone that has a need and will be looking to use them for my companies work as well. In an industry where it can be hard to find a trustworthy company to do business with you can't go wrong with Boldt! Honest affordable pricing and great service!

Once again we had an AMAZING experience with this company. We received a brand new water heater 2 1/2 years ago, but the company that put it in did not do things correctly. We have had four issues with it since then. Hayes came out and noticed that the pipes were not even soldered  to the wall and fixed that. We then had an issue with it tripping the breaker. Hayes came back out and found that it was leaking from the way it was first installed and became rusted. They have switched out the old water heater and replaced it. Nick the manager was absolutely amazing and so kind.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Every time we interact with them everyone has been wonderful.

Called and scheduled Caleb, the owner, to stop by for a check up before summer. Caleb is the owner if his own company so he does not work on commission. He is not trying to make a commissions and up-sell his customer. He wants the best so 'we' continue to call him back. I've had a quote from another reputable company and he completely invalidated the quote and when he looked further, advised that the parts are all fine and accomplished a minor fix that was much lower than the quote. Overall you can tell Caleb is a genuine good guy running a good company trying to provide exceptional professional service to his customers.

I am late in writing this review. Cool Zone installed a new HVAC unit in August 2019. They gave me a great price and warranty but their service went above and beyond. They deserve 6 stars if I could. They also provided portable coolers while our unit was on order and installed. I was a Realtor for many years and dealt with many contractors, Cool Zone is one of the best from my experience. They did everything they could to make the installation as perfect as possible. Danette responds to calls quickly as does David and the contractors. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them.

You never want to find yourself with an AC issue on a weekend or after hours... but that's exactly the situation I found myself in recently.  

After some frantic calling around based on Yelp reviews, I discovered my new go-to heating and air guys -- Gladiate Air!  I worked with both of the owners, Gabe and Dave, and I have never felt more comfortable working with any company in the service industry!  They are both extremely personable, understanding, and genuine!  

Besides the quick accurate diagnosis and repair in my time of need, I love that they are not pushy!  I honestly cannot say enough positive things about these guys and this company, so if you have any AC needs AT ANY TIME, then do yourself a favor and contact Gladiate Air!

Calling an Air Conditioning company gets me all worked up because I never know what kind of business I am about to encounter on the other end of the line. Unfortunately, this kind of company has a really bad reputation by association.  I needed to call someone because (of course) our A/C stopped working on the day that Arizona had record temps for March! I called AZ Dukes of Air simply because of the Yelp reviews I read. I am so glad that I called this company! The appointment was set for two days later. They did call me the next day stating they could come earlier but unfortunately I was not able to be home. I want to let everyone who reads Yelp to know that every part of my experience has been outstanding; from the first call to the end of the service!  My husband and I felt the company had fair pricing and provided education on what was specifically wrong with our system.  We didn't feel like we were getting ripped off by being sold something we didn't need. You never know how things are going to turn out because there are many companies out there that don't care about the potential repeat business.  AZ Dukes of Air obviously does. It's obvious in the reviews here on Yelp and it's obvious with the service they provided to my family. I now have a VERY cool house thanks to AZ Dukes of Air. If you want great service, fair pricing and caring people to handle your A/C needs please stop looking, and stop reading and call them now! I want to thank everyone who helps make this business a success. My future business will be given to no one other than AZ DUKES of AIR! That's a promise!

So my AC broke suddenly and was no longer blowing out cool air. I picked Biltmore Mechanical because it was the only business listed as being right in my neighborhood. Well, I called the next day and David showed up after I got off work--in fact he happened to be early. Very un-repairman like, LOL.

Well, first off, David is a genuinely nice guy which is important to me. He also never made me feel weird as a female asking him to explain the mechanics of the problem and how the AC unit operates in general. I also feel that he charged me a fair price that included a new part and the labor. And there was definitely labor involved! He didn't complain when it was made clear that he would have to climb onto the roof of my complex in 108 degree heat to get to my AC unit. I would definitely call him the next time I'm in a bind.

Came promptly, fixed the problem - luckily it was just the thermostat!

We were leaving for vacation when 1 of our AC's went out. I looked at reviews on Yelp and called when on vacation for an appointment. We arranged to have service immediately on our return. By 8:15 am after our return Mike arrived, by 8:45 he had completed our repair and we were back in action. A week later our 2nd AC went out. I called Cave Creek cooling immediately and they were able to come that same day to diagnose and repair. This time we had Chase who was just as pleasant and competent. I am so pleased to find a local company with such great service. I have already recommended them to friends.

Our A/C stopped cooling in one of the units at our house in Scottsdale.  Prior to calling Allen we called a company who said they would arrive by 5 p.m.  They showed up at 9 p.m. and looked at the AC unit in the dark to tell us it would cost around $1500 to repair a leak  and recharge refrigerant.   We told him no thank you and the next day found Alan's number on line.  I called and left a message.  He responded immediately and was at our house in 30 minutes after giving me the choice of that appointment or the next day!!   It took him 20 minutes to test 4 units and recharge one  for a total cost of $200.  BUYER BEWARE of those other companies - call Allen, his service is beyond exceptional - what a difference.

Came out quick and got me up and running. Can't ask for more than that when the house is 100. The technician was kind and helpful.

So I was in the cooking dinner and noticed it was getting a a little hotter in the kitchen than the usual. Turns out, the AC in our home is went out in the middle of summer. The thermostat was showing 92 degrees inside! So I turn on every fan we have (which was no help) felt like we were living inside an air fryer. Long story short I started calling a bunch AC repair places who claim to be 24/7 but the earliest they could come out was 2-3days later. -__-  Anyways I contacted Desert Comfort Mechanical around 11:30 pm and they were able to come out the following morning. The crew Fadel and Dennis are great guys and took really good care of us. They were knowledgeable courteous , Fast, and gave us a fair price. What I like most is that did not rip us off like the other AC company we've used before with the big ugly blue trucks with the goofy looking polar bear on the side. Desert Comfort Mechanical  will  definitely be my go to for any AC problems. 100% satisfied, Thank you guys again.

They are AWESOME! From scheduling to completing the work, everything was stress-free and efficient. My kitchen sink/countertop was leaking so decided to install new one. Leif came out to take a look and he inspected the leak and suggested the size of the sink that we should get. He explained every details thoroughly and was being honest with their cost and quality of service. After we decided to have the work done, they were able to schedule Leif to come out within few days. He came right on time, completed the job as scheduled and made sure all are good to go. Unfortunately, there was a little leak/drip so we called back and asked if he can come out. He came back the next day with his supervisor. They inspected everything again and did admit that there was some leaking. They spent good hour to repair and spent some more time to observe any issues. We are very happy with their work and service!
They are ON TIME. For the first appointment for estimate, they called me 2 hours before and asked if he can come by earlier and came within 20 minutes!
They'll get their work done as promised and will provide the quality of service they promised. They may not have the lowest cost, but with that service quality, I would be happy to paid that cost!

My wife and I are first time homeowners and this was our first time buying an A/C unit. Had to do a lot of research to know what was good and bad and to understand some of the terminology. We had probably 6-7 quotes done before we decided. I knew I wanted to get it done before summer since our Carrier system was almost 20 years old...Wasn't going to let our system run through another summer. Like telling grandpa to run a triathlon.
Pam was friendly and reliable to count on, to get any questions answered and to get us on the schedule. Kevin was knowledgeable and fair with his quote when he came by to take a look at our system. Haven't really had the need to test out the system since it's still nice but so far I'm pretty happy with our system and can feel more relaxed about having a new system in place for summer. I am happy about the 10 year parts/compressor warranty and 1 year service included. The two installers worked hard and got it installed and running in about 4 hours. Good choice of a company to choose.

I had an issue with my AC unit and my home warranty vendor sent the work to Sure Temp. They were quick with their response and scheduled the appointment right away. What I liked most was the pressure free service. I've had to use George Brazil and Precision Air in the past and they bombard you with up-selling, recommending work to be completed, or trying to force you into buying a company maintenance package. Sure Temp fixed my issue and only bothered me with items needing repair in a pressure free way where you didn't have to sign up for some on-going maintenance plan. Great work and very friendly staff.
