It was refreshing to not have a technician tell me that I need to get a new unit or upsell me on other parts. He showed up on time, was very polite and friendly, fixed the unit and checked my coolant level and other parts I said were replaced by another company last summer. I've already recommended them to a friend.

American Home Water and Air is a PHENOMENAL company. My home air conditioner broke on a Friday morning in Phoenix in July. I contacted my home warranty company, and proceeded to wait for 48 frustrating hours for them to take action. My family had to stay in a hotel during this time because our house was unsafe at over 95 degrees inside (outside temperature was above 110 degrees all weekend). After multiple phone calls and no results from the home warranty, I decided to take matters into my own hands and I called AHWA. Within 1 hour of my call, Stan showed up and fixed the problem (blown capactior) for a very reasonable price. Stan was courteous, professional, and efficient. I cannot praise AHWA enough for helping us in this awful situation. We have a toddler and 2 dogs, and we all had to cram into a hotel room until the A/C was fixed. Coming home and feeling the cool air blowing is like a little slice of heaven after a fiery hot weekend in Phoenix. I will use AHWA for all future heating and cooling needs. These guys have got your back!!

we decided that with a 16 year old unit on the roof and the concern over availability during the phoenix summer if my a/c should conk out, it was time to start shopping for a replacement.  after reading the reviews and getting some quotes my first instinct was spot on.  don't bother dealing with the used car strategy that some of these other business' use.  1st choice came in with a good number without playing games and delivers an excellent customer experience as well as a quality product.  kept us in the loop and on time with a solid install job.  would highly recommend .

My AC went out last night, After calling a few places I found Fran from Boldt she was able to get someone out the same day as I called.  Juan and Phillip actually showed up earlier than the scheduled appointment time and although I didn't get to meet Phillip, Juan was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous while in my home.  Prices were reasonable and they fixed the issue within an hour from knocking on my door.  Boldt will be the only AC repair company I choose from now on.  Thanks again!

Johnny's was great to work with. My AC failed, called them up on a Sunday morning and they were here before 9AM. It needed a circuit board that they couldn't get till Monday morning, they were back first thing in the morning, installed in minutes and everything was good to go. Very reasonable, high quality servicing and repair, even warrantied the work for a year. Would use again for any HVAC repairs in the future!

Hays was quick to set an appointment for my yearly AC check up and was great with communication. The tech was running a little behind the morning of my appointment but Hays was very proactive in contacting and updating me. To clarify, I was not bothered by the tech running behind--I have no doubt they are swamped with AC needs in the AZ heat! My tech, Sam, arrived and was super friendly then got right to work. He did a very thorough job, explained everything to me clearly and didn't pressure me at all. They honored the online coupon/discount and Sam told me about the yearly preventative maintenance plan they have but did not try to pressure or up sell me at all. I will for sure be contacting Hays in the future for my AC needs.

Called and scheduled Caleb, the owner, to stop by for a check up before summer. Caleb is the owner if his own company so he does not work on commission. He is not trying to make a commissions and up-sell his customer. He wants the best so 'we' continue to call him back. I've had a quote from another reputable company and he completely invalidated the quote and when he looked further, advised that the parts are all fine and accomplished a minor fix that was much lower than the quote. Overall you can tell Caleb is a genuine good guy running a good company trying to provide exceptional professional service to his customers.

We set up a summer readiness appointment and Byron was the technician that showed up. We couldn't have been more happy with the check-up. He offered us simply the check-up but also made us aware of service plans that are very reasonable and also come with monthly payment options that make it very convenient if needed. Byron was very personable and great to talk to! There was no pressure to buy into anything and gave us a very thorough check-up and explanation of our systems. I highly recommend this company and Byron!

We own rental properties in Surprise and have had a need for a/c repair services on multiple occasions. Heath, Misti and their team are so incredibly responsive, day and night. They truly care about their customers, are extremely knowledgeable, and 100% trustworthy. It is always awesome to find a great small company with terrific people and fabulous service. I could not recommend Arctic Fox more highly!

My mom's AC/heater was acting up, blowing smoke all up in her home and Dave from Gladiate Air flew in to the rescue!!! Big thanks to Dave's wife for setting up the same day service!!

When Dave arrived and turned the on the heater, the smoke decided not to rear it's dark cloud, but instead, it stopped working. Dave found the problem & fixed the broken wiring in no time and quoted me with a reasonable price! He was very professional and explained everything to me every step of the way. He's an expert in his field and provided excellent service!

From our initial phone call to the completion of service, Arizona's Dukes of Air provided great service. Jenny, who took our call, was courteous and knowledgeable. The serviceman, Anthony, arrived prior to the scheduled time and quickly determined that a motor had failed. He went to a parts store to get a replacement and promptly returned. He also found out that even though the A\C system was not purchased from Dukes of Air, the motor was covered by a warranty. This saved us $1000. Overall, we were very pleased with Arizona's Dukes of Air and we highly recommend them.

Biltmore Mechanical is amazing! They are knowledge, efficient, timely, cost effective, and extremely nice. Highly recommend!

If you are looking to have a new A/C unit replaced or installed, you will not beat the quality, service, or price you will get from Bumble Bee Air Conditioning. They replaced my unit with a new high-efficiency Trane unit. Their price was literally several hundred dollars below the other quotes I received. These guys are awesome, honest, and great at what they do. I highly recommend this company!

Michael has come to our house twice and by far undercut the prices of everyone else and the severity of what our problem was. He was out this week when we thought our air conditioner was done and he charged us $110. Basically a service charge to reconnect some wiring that we didn't know came loose. How many other companies would've tried to convince you that you needed a new air conditioning unit when yours is 20+ years old? He has my business for as long as I live here.

Last week I had called another company (Day and Night) to come do a check on my unit, since I had just moved into my house and wanted to make sure there were no major issues before the summer heat really set in. They said the unit is working well, but was very dirty and needed to be cleaned soon to keep it from breaking and running at peak efficiency. The red flag came when they quoted a price - $800 to clean the blower fan and coils! Since that seemed very high I declined and called around to a few other companies.

Fortunately Alan's Air was one of these companies and quote me $250 to clean the indoor coil and blower fan (even I knew that the compressor coil was on the outside of the unit and easy to clean myself). Bill came out the next day, took a look at both parts of the unit, and found that the indoor coil was a little dirty but nothing major and the blower fan was nearly spotless. He cleaned the indoor coil, telling me that its actually very easy to do this unlike what Day and Night said, and since the blower fan was already clean and didn't need to be cleaned only charged me half of the original quote too! This is a perfect contrast of the best and worst in HVAC contractors.

I'm absolutely going to use Alan's Air for any maintenance or repairs of my system as long as I live in the area. I'd recommend everyone else do the same!

Contacted Ideal Energy for a service I needed done right away. The receptionist stated they were a week out but when she sensed the desperation in my voice she took my number and said she would call me back. Called back 15 minutes later a said a tech would be at my property within the next few hours. I received a text before arrival introducing the technician Chris along with a photo. Chris arrived on time and got right to work. Within an hour everything was solved. He was very professional, knowledgeable and his customer service was top notch. Ideal Energy has definitely earned my business. You'll be glad you used these guys!

Almost immediate call back.  Doug was very helpful, went out the very next morning and had a repair plan and estimate the same day. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all my swamp cooler needs.

Delivered as promised on short notice. Everyone was efficient snd professional and cleaned up their mess. No complaints and so far the unit is working great. These guys were a bit more expensive than one other quote but won on professionalism hands down.
