We contraced with American Home Water and Air to install a softwater system and Reverse Osmosis System.

During the estimate phase of the process, we were provided several options which were clear, including the price differential between options.

We selected the option appropriate for our needs.  The work was performed the day after the estimate.  The service was done professionally and without any issues.

Best company, hands down! Experienced, professional technicians with integrity, and exceptional customer service. So glad I found them!!

Our AC motor went out, Juan their repair technician replaced the motor, wanted $700 for the motor. The motor was way to loud and next day it started going out, so we were without the AC all night and next day thanks to their work. When I called the next day and complaint asking them what kind of motors do they install that only last one day, they told me they don't know and to find somebody ales to fix it. So this is what you gonna be dealing with if you go with them. Stay away from this company.

Look no further, these are the guys you want to call to come check out your AC unit. Johnny answered our call at 5:45am! He was professional, and I could immediately tell he knew what he was talking about. He instructed me to do a couple things over the phone to diagnose the problem, guaranteeing to have the parts needed when he came out within the hour! That immediately blew me away!! Within the hour ya'll! I can't hate on his hustle! He had my AC back running in an hour and a half! He also recommended filters I should use instead of the ones I had for my type of a/c. Plus he offered some helpful tips I can do yearly. They also told me they do AC checkups! I definitely will call them !

Super fast and friendly service. Didn't try and sell me a bunch of extra stuff. Tech took time to thoroughly explain the issue and show me stuff about my house I didn't know. I didn't think service like this existed these days anymore, but it does here.

15 days later a/c issues came back. Rescheduling was no problem except they gave me a window of 12-2 one afternoon and called me at 1 saying they would be there at two. That sounds an awful lot like a 12-3 window. Had to reschedule for another day.

These guys were awesome!  I originally called another company just to service the a/c and he was a no show so I forgot to call another company and today my air stopped working.  I called Arizona Air Experts and they came out and fixed my air.  They discovered there was a short that caused my thermostat to break.  They fixed the short and replaced my thermostat and didn't charge and arm and a leg.  I will only be using them in the future.

Dave came by the evening I called to give an estimate on a new unit. Of four estimates, his was the lowest. I don't usually go with the lowest, but I checked him out with BBB and Contractors and besides he's in my neighborhood. He and his crew did a great job, quick and clean. He also added dampers, moved the air handler up and over for easier filter access and sealed some areas that my previous AC guys had created. At no extra charge. Now all areas of the house are comfy and quiet. Great guys!

A friend referred Arctic Fox to me yesterday. I called this morning and talked to Tim. He answered the phone, listened to my problem, and had Steve come out almost immediately to look/fix the issue. Steve is very knowledgeable as is Tim. I will only call Arctic Fox from now on. They are reliable, friendly, on time, responsive, informative, helpful, honest, etc. Don't think twice! Call them today! A million thanks! A+++++ service!
Update - had a freeze up the day after and had to have the unit looked at again. Heath came out this time and located the problem and fixed it. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I will be calling him for any future tune up/repaires for sure! Great service. Never has our a/c worked as it does now. Thank you Heath!

Came out on time knocked out the job for a fair price and didn't get the runaround and bs with the last place I called that was advertised on tv

I think I should just copy and paste the other reviews to save some time because my experience is the same as the the other 70+ people. Just moved here a year ago so I dont know who to call when my A/C goes out last night at 230in the morning. I found Dukes of Air on Yelp and apparently this Robert is an A/C wizard. I schedule the appointment at 5pm for when I return from work and YES the reviews dont lie. This guy explains EVERYTHING. Really nice guy and i enjoyed learning from him as he fixed my A/C.  I only got a band aid fix unfortunately and my A/C is on its last legs but itsbetter than the 98 degrees i walked into when i got home. When my system finally goes I will DEFINITELY buy from this company. 70+ 5 star reviews DO NOT LIE. 5 STARS!!!

I have used Bumble Bee Air for many years now. Several years ago I called them to fix a 30 year old air conditioner. They found the part for me and the unit is still working!  Since then, they have provided emergency service for us at some condos we own and just recently came out to our house on a sweltering summer day to get our air conditioner working. They found a faulty switch on our electrical panel and replaced that too.  They are prompt, friendly, and do an amazing job for an excellent price.  We will never go anywhere else.

WOW! 10/10 service from Alan's Air!

Our AC broke around 7am and I called them around 8:30am. Alan's Air said they would come between 12-2pm. I assumed they said that time frame because they would be coming at 2 BUT NO they came at 12!! I was pleasantly surprised and soo happy that they were there- the man that came to fix the AC was so friendly and got right to the problem and knew how to fix it- he was probably here for 30-45 minutes max to fix everything we needed. He was interactive but also knew he was there to get a job done. I will be calling Alan's Air for the rest of my AC troubles because the process was so easy. I would give them more stars if I could! Our AC has been working since the moment he left. The pricing was reasonable and it was an overall great experience.

I downsized to a new house in September 2017. My previous house was 2 story but had a separate HVAC system for upstairs and downstairs. The new house is 2 story but only one HVAC system that was 11 years old but worked. I quickly noticed the house was very cold downstairs when the ac was on and much warmer upstairs...about a 6 degree very noticeable difference between upstairs and downstairs and and the master bedroom was about 3 degrees warmer than the rest of the upstairs and maybe 8 degrees warmer than the downstairs. I was told by another HVAC company that a variable speed unit would help with the uneven temperatures but they didn't recommend anything else and their price seemed high. So I started calling other companies and found the other HVAC company's price they quoted was truly high. I had Ideal Energy come out and they recommended remodeling and sealing the duct work and a few other things. I asked about a new system because the house has the original ac from the builder and probably would last another couple years at the most. I was advised that the Trane Variable Speed system would work best. And I was quoted a better price than the other company. So, I had all the work done...Duct work and Trane Variable speed system.
What an amazing difference! The house now has even temperatures...upstairs, downstairs, and master bedroom. You don't have to live with uneven temperatures in a 2 story house. It can be corrected!
All of the employees were very nice and polite. They covered my carpets and cleaned up everything very well when they were done...and I'm picky about cleaning so if I say it was done well that says a lot.

I had Desert Comfort Mechanical come out and clean my indoor evaporative coil. The representatives provided great service, arrived on time, and did an honest review of the state of the coils. A prior company I got an estimate from stated it was much worse than it really was. If you want a company you can really trust I would go with Desert Comfort Mechanical.

As usual ProSkill was there when we needed them. Same day service with very professional technicians. They are the best Air Condition Service I have ever had. On time and very knowledgeable. Got the job done!! Both technicians that did the work were great. Would highly recommend.

Keith, Kevin and Mary at Sure Temp air conditioning are amazing.  They are prompt and professional and honest.  I have them service the AC units at both of my houses.  My neighbors use them to service their AC units also. I recommend Sure Temp air conditioning to everyone.
