Great service.  Showed up on time, communicated throughout, did good work, and followed up well.

I found AHWA online and noticed how many 5 star reviews they had . Was in the hundreds, so I thought can't be that many people confused and unhappy. Gave them a call and they came out the next day, and gave me a quote that was suitable for a new Trane 2 ton heat pump. My original unit was still working but now is 14 yrs old, so wanted something newer and new refrigerant environmentally correct for the future.
Now to the installers...Nick, Jason and Sean. Called me on the way to our condo, were at my home before 8am, unloaded their equipment and began their work. Very kind, considerate and professional as they conducted themselves. Would not hesitate to recommend them individually and as a company. The install went forward flawlessly , (and they did have to customize a situation not expected) and all was finished by 4 pm that day. If you're looking for a company to purchase/install your next HVAC system, see these folks!

Our ac unit had been acting up for about a week (this was this past summer) and so I knew we had to hire a professional to fix our problem. Our thermostat was set to 79 between 12 and 7, but the inside air was getting warm, going from 80 to 83/484 and not cooling down until about 10pm at night. Our ac was just RUNNING for hours. My dad called these guys and they came out the same day and fixed our problem. We needed freon and our motor needed to be adjusted. They also dusted off our ac unit. Everything is working perfectly now! Thank you. Phillip, my dad has your number saved on his phone.. you got our business. Sorry for the late review.

Our AC unit was making a loud noise for a couple days, then stopped working. My normal AC repair guy was unavailable, and I was really worried I would have to pay extra for a Sunday job. But I'm really glad I called Johnny. He answered the phone right away, quoted me $80 for the diagnosis, and arrived in under an hour. He had the problem figured out within a few minutes. It was a loose wire that was touching the coolant pipe. He said we were lucky it didn't burn through the pipe. The total cost was only $150, which seemed totally reasonable to me. I checked in with my normal repair guy, and he agreed that Johnny did a great job.

Couldn't be happier with Hay's. Frank and Mike are excellent, very knowledgeable HVAC gurus and we're grateful for them. The supporting staff is also wonderful to work with. They ALL get the job done!! We made a switch from using a big well known company in the Valley, for many reasons, and Hays checked out. I was upfront about expectations and type of service my clients expect and they always make me proud. I'm a property manager and Hays makes my job easier. They deliver timely service, decent prices, and professionalism.  This is going to sound cheesy, but it it pays to call Hays.

I don't recommend their plumbing department. They couldn't figure out the most basic toilet issue. I ended up fixed my toilet myself by watching a YouTube video AND was still out $100+ for their fee.

Cannot give this local company enough compliments for its gold standards in customer service! They will go above and beyond for the customer. I have a rental property which needed an AC replacement, and needed prompt and reliable service. The tenant was not the most hospitable, but Randy, one of the co-owners of the company, was extremely professional in inspecting the property and getting back to me with his recommendations. Their pricing is extremely fair, but the communication and trustworthiness with their customers is what will always bring back repeat clients! So many businesses could learn from them! Cool Zone is the BEST! Quick response time both in communication and service when needed. I've never had to wait for a tech. They make me feel like the most important person at the time and aim to please. They explain clearly, up front. They answer questions and address any concerns. I've price shopped and find them to be comparable or less expensive than other places but the customer service and integrity is top notch. They do what's best for me and don't try to sell me products or services I don't need, but let me know when I do need something and take the time to show me why. Highly, highly recommend! Don't waste your time or money going elsewhere!

We own rental properties in Surprise and have had a need for a/c repair services on multiple occasions. Heath, Misti and their team are so incredibly responsive, day and night. They truly care about their customers, are extremely knowledgeable, and 100% trustworthy. It is always awesome to find a great small company with terrific people and fabulous service. After another company spent a day playing Lucy-and-the-football with us, we called Gladiate. They responded immediately, showed up right away, had the right part, and installed it along with something else that needed attention, all for a reasonable price! Also friendly and courteous!

I have used 'Dukes' for both my Commercial Business and also my Home... Both times they did not disappoint in doing a thorough estimate and repairing each of the nine units of my business suite - then 3 months later had them come out to my house and do a checkup there as well... I contacted Biltmore Mechanical and David came out the next day to troubleshoot my AC UNIT. It seems that the 2 stage function was unplugged and never wired inside the unit and my thermostat. David quickly troubleshooted and fixed the issue. Will use again for future needs.

I am thrilled about finding Mike and Chase at Cave Creek Cooling.  I had been using another company for service and maintenance program, and felt they were always trying to sell me something.  After receiving their outrageous estimate for a Duct Zone Damper on my A/C,  I called Cave Creek Cooling.  Mike diagnosed the problem on the phone, and Chase appeared at my home  with the fix 3 hours later. HALF the price and a tutorial on the mechanics of it all, which I greatly appreciated.  I'm now a happy subscriber to their Maintenance Program for my HVAC system.

Our ailing 15-year old AC unit finally reached end of life (i.e. bad compressor), so I logged into Yelp to search for options. I quickly identified 5 heating & air conditioning contractors with Yelp ratings of 4.5 or better, and 50 or more reviews. I also reached out to friends and family for recommendations.

Alan's Air presented with 91 Yelp reviews and a 5-star rating. A visit to the Better Business Bureau website revealed an A+ rating, and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors website showed no adverse actions. Alan's Air (Alan and Mike) was the first of the 5 candidates to respond by email, appear on the property for an inspection, and provide a written proposal. Y'day late evening my air-conditioner started blowing hot air. (110 degree outside)... I tried calling a few different local companies/ contractors here...Being Friday night, no one was available...
Luckily, I was able to reach Doug over the phone. First he also said that the soonest one of his men will be able to come over would be Saturday AM. THEN, he asked me a few questions about the situation I was in and said that he'd like me to perform a few steps....NO WONDER - within a couple of minutes of him walking me over the phone...the air conditioner started working! WOLAAAA! AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! Trust me Doug...I still owe you a case of beer! :-) Thank you Thank you Thank you! God Bless you!

In short order Pro Services had our plumbing problem diagnosed and fixed. The tech was so professional and quick. Love this company

Great experience.  One of the rooms in our house was warmer than the others.  They came out, assessed the situation very thoroughly and were able to diagnose the problem very quickly.  The technician, Kevin, was a great guy - no pressure and did a great job explaining WHY something was needed instead of just telling us to buy it.

So, we had an American Standard heat pump that came with the house which was 14 years old. Last spring, I got a quote from a company that came to our home to do one of those inexpensive tune-ups. He was a nice guy, said our unit was on its last legs and gave me a reasonable quote to replace it. When I told him we were trying to hold off before making that kind of an investment, he said we could probably make it another year without too many problems.

Well, just as we got through 2019, the unit stopped heating in the mornings so I called the same company for service but my buddy had moved on. They sent another guy over who charged us $300 and the unit still didn't put out any heat. 

So, then the dilemma, request another service call for, potentially more money or consider a new purchase?

Long story short, I requested some quotations from a number of reputable dealers but one company stood out. 

I contacted Sure Temp on a Saturday and the owner (Keith) texted me that he would have a tech out on Monday. I texted him Sunday morning to confirm and asked about a financing concern Minutes later, he asked me to call him. On the phone he said he would be over Monday morning. 

On Monday, he looked at my heat pump, told me it would just be a matter of setting the new unit in place and wiring it in so he could give me a great price. He did and I accepted his offer on the spot. Twenty minutes later, Mary called to get my credit information and a half hour later she called to let me know we had been approved.

Our Trane was ordered from the warehouse on Monday, received on Tuesday and installed on Wednesday. Kyle and Damion did a quick and excellent job on installation and by 11:00, we had heat again!

I very much appreciate what Keith did for us and would recommend Sure Temp Air to everyone. It's an excellent company with the best product and I expect to have them take good care of us for many years to come.
