We've never seen such good workmanship and attention to every detail. These two are knowledgeable and they are top notch installers! We enjoyed meeting them and highly recommend Larson and them! Eight years of horrible noise and vibration from the HVAC system.  After we unfortunately had a new unit installed by a cousin eight years ago (NEVER mix business and family!), it made such a huge vibration that it could be heard throughout the house, and one bedroom was so noisy it could not be slept in, even with ear plugs.  We honestly didn't know how we could sell or rent the house this way.  We had two AC companies out long ago, both of which said they improved the situation, liars!  I was reluctant to call AHWA because I mostly saw excellent reviews about water treatment systems and I needed a real HVAC EXPERT to get to the bottom of this problem.  But this was our only opportunity to work on it so I called.  They explained that there would be a $90 service charge no matter what.  I hate hearing that when you know there's a good chance they can't fix it.  Darrin came out and went up on the roof to see what was going on.  He was up there for quite a while.  Came back down and said he fixed it.  We turned on the AC and ...NO NOISE!!!  It did turn out to be an installation problem (stupid cousin!) that took an expert to diagnose.  Sooooo glad we called AHWA.  Oh, and the final bill, $90!

Nice to know there are people out there in the business world with the ethics of Mike. Very much appreciated his honesty...as well as his overall knowledge in terms of his work. HIGHLY recommend to anyone who has the I'm leery about hiring contractors...this guy is as good as they come.

I needed a diagnosis and repair on the blower on my HVAC system.  Boldt HVAC was great.  They were able to send out a technician 30 minutes after I called and he was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly.  This is why I prefer the Mom and Pop companies to the bigger ones; great customer service and a quick response.

I called because I had some concerns regarding my AC and they told me to check my filter. It was a simple fix and they saved me money and time. They said to call if it didn't fix the problem. I really appreciate their help! Honest and helpful! :)

Very professional and quick. I called first thing in the morning and was able to get an appointment that day. Also they were an hour earlier then originally planned but called to make sure it was okay first. Which was awesome when your ac unit is not working in the summer in Phoenix the earlier the better. And our technician was great! Frank was polite and got the job done fast. He was excellent at explaining to me what the problem was and gave me a few options for repairs. He went above and beyond getting our two units working perfectly and the expensive was less then expected. I also found it very useful that he gave me some tips on monthly maintenance I can be doing to keep my units running more efficiently. Being a first time home owner I really appreciated this. I will be using Hays for any of my future ac/heater needs.

Ok, I just purchased a home, shortly after my AC united pooped out. I had called 3 other people and then called Arizona Air Experts. I spoke to Misty in the office she was super warm and professional she scheduled my appointment for Caleb to come out. As soon as I spoke to him I knew they were the company I wanted to replace my old unit. Misty would always keep me posted on when and what was going on. She is on it and lets you know whats going on before you have time to even realize. When I met Caleb the owner, I knew he was confident and knowledgeable and just knew what was up. I hired him to replace my unit. Him and his crew were great. Even his crew was warm and professional I loved them. After they got the job done, Caleb explained things to me about my new unit and told me if I had any questions or concerns to call them. I know for a fact I picked the right people to do this job and to do business with. How often can you say that? So, if you want a company with integrity and professionalism that is unparalleled, look no further, these are the people. I am telling my neighbors about them and anyone else asking or looking for AC/Heating company. They are a phenomenal company!!!!!!!!!!!

We set up a summer readiness appointment and Byron was the technician that showed up. We couldn't have been more happy with the check-up. He offered us simply the check-up but also made us aware of service plans that are very reasonable and also come with monthly payment options that make it very convenient if needed. Byron was very personable and great to talk to! There was no pressure to buy into anything and gave us a very thorough check-up and explanation of our systems. I highly recommend this company and Byron!

We had a mini split installed in a guest house during renovation. It continued to fail in spite of being a new unit. The installer said nothing was wrong. We then asked Gladiate to come take a look at it. The issue was immediately identified and repaired. I was afraid our cost would soar, but the price was more than reasonable. I recommend Gladiate to everyone who needs a repair.

We have been using Duke's of Air since the summer of 2018, and every experience that we have had with them has been prompt and professional. We signed up for the service plan with our new home with an older ac, and at first I was very hesitant. I was thinking to myself am I getting taken advantage of. Looking back on that I now know that it was the right decision to get the plan and continue to work with Duke's of Air.

We had the technicians out several times for routine check ups and every time I was blown away. They all are complete experts, and their customer service was probably the best I have received. They even brought me on the roof to explain what they were seeing and took the time to educate me. Everyone went above and beyond to help me understand my current set up and maintenance to keep it running well. I never felt pressured, and if we ever needed someone to come out they stopped by same day. I highly recommend them!

I have used David a couple of occasions. David is reliable, knowledgeable, and very responsive. My most recent air conditioning issue, I called David and told him the issue I was having. David was so nice and told me that it was an easy fix and actually walked me through how to do it on my own. My lack of knowledge, I took up 30 minutes of David's time on the phone and he was very patient with me. It is hard to find good knowledgeable people with integrity and David definitely has it. I would highly recommend David.

My heater stopped working and I wanted to hire a local small business that didn't have a star fleet of vehicles with commercials and billboards all over the place.   Bumble Bee sounded like what I was looking for.  
I made an appointment, they arrived a few days later (it was not an emergency).  I got a text the day before, and when they were on their way.  
The tech was very nice and clearly enjoyed working for BBAC.    He also practiced safe social distancing and wore a mask.   He did not need to enter my home in this case.   Fortunately for me it was a simple fix.    They even showed me the old broken part that they replaced.    I was not pressured or offered at all to buy a new A/C or subscribe to a yearly service subscription which I appreciate.   To sum it up, they checked all the right boxes, and I'll use them again if (when) my A/C requires additional service.

An update. Mike came over, not due to a problem, but for Maintenance as we soon enter 'that Season' when Air Conditioning will likely be called on.
He throughly checked out, and cleaned each of my 3 Units, and determined that each, albeit over 20 years old, is functioning well. He is professional, and
gives one assurance. You cannot wish for more.

Fantastic service, timely work and arrival, great communication, will be using Alans air as long as they are around. Having a good AC guy in the state of Arizona is a lifeline in itself so do yourself a favor and give them a call if your AC needs servicing You will not regret it

Two years ago, Ideal Energy did some work on my old house to improve it's energy efficacy.  The results was lower bills this last summer.  So when my furnace started spewing carbon monoxide I called them and some other BBB A+ firms.  When the bids came in, not only were they more than a thousand dollars cheaper, they where able to install faster than the other firms--they had the furnace installed the next day. I highly recommend Elena, Alex, Chris and the crew if you need anything having to do with homes HVAC and saving energy (and money!)

Great company. Had both Travis and Tyler out for a few issues over the past few years. Replaced our sewer injector when that went bad. Also diagnosed a leaky roof (I thought it was a leaky AC unit), and helped out with various other leaks and such. They keep everything clean. Honest, prompt. There are so many basic things you want out of a company and these guys meet all of those and more.

I didn't get a chance to work with the company but Pam from customer service gets an A++ for her responsiveness and professionalism. Thank you Ms. Pam.

Matthew our technician was on time, knowledgeable, quick and very professional and patient. He walked into a zoo of kids and adults alike going all different directions! Very thorough!
