There is a reason it's five stars so rest assured when choosing this company.  From start to finish the process of getting my home a water softener was smooth as silk.  Jose was the guy who came to my house and took care of business and answered all of my questions handily and did a great job.  Great company and will recommend to friends/family with confidence.

Over past 5 years, today was the 2nd time having Johnnys out to my condo for emergency service. Both times they have been extremely fast to respond, arrive, and helpful and honest work. Recommend!

We spent a ton of money getting a completely new A/C/Heating System.  To thank us, they make us wait nearly 6 weeks for a Fall heating check up.  A company should never make good customers wait that long.  It tells me that they don't have enough workers to accommodate customer needs.  The gal on the other end wasn't too friendly and seemed like she couldn't care less.  Typical company - once they have your money, they don't care about you anymore.  We are very disappointed in them.

The technician Randy showed up to my home in less than an hour and it was a simple fix due to a wiring malfunction. He didnt try and up sell, he was in and out in less than 30 mins. Very satisfied and will defiantly use Arizona Experts in the future.

Developed a Freon leak on the hottest day of the year called and scheduled same day appt. Got a call that they could actually arrive sooner than scheduled. They arrived, and quickly found and repaired the leak. Dakota (the service tech) was pleasant as well, he actually adjusted my fan blade, tested the capacitors and compressor. I was back up and running in a couple of hours of his arrival! I have peace of mind that the job was done right and that I have an HVAC contractor that I can trust to call for any future problems. Keep up the good work!!!

Literally, the best AC company in AZ. I can't say enough good things about this company. We had an AC unit from 1998 that was on it's last leg. It wasn't going to last through the weekend. Friday I was calling companies and getting quotes, trying to figure out who could help us over the weekend. Not only was Arctic Fox a very competitive price, they were the ONLY company that could help us on Saturday. We had an AC unit installed the very NEXT day!!

Heath installed the unit with precision and the highest standards, everything works perfectly and looks great. His recommendation for units and standards for installation are far superior from other companies.

This is the only company we're ever going to use in the future and we will be telling everyone to do the same!

One minor issue with the company is not accepting AMEX as a credit card.

Dave was super awesome!!! After another AC company said my heat pump wasn't working and needed to be replaced I reached out to Dave for a 2nd opinion. He came right over, inspected my unit and said it was fine and working properly.  So thankful for his honesty and integrity!  He's my new AC guy!

Mike was outstanding - he came right on time and did a great job!  I really appreciated that since our HVAC systems are new, he suggested a lower tier of maintenance since all is well!  Definitely will use Cave Creek Cooling and will easily recommend!

Alan showed up wearing a mask and on time! We have had issues with our air conditioning off and on for 5 years now and havent had anyone out that I felt confident was giving me sound advise. I searched Yelp and found Alan's Air. I am happy to say that I finally feel like I have found a company that knows what they are doing, can do the work that needs to be done and offer great pricing! Would recommend giving them a call if you have HVAC problems.

I ordered a Home Energy Audit from Ideal Energy and was not all that impressed.

To start, the original appointment was canceled the day of, an hour before the appointment time for a truck being in the shop. While I understand that shit happens - if a truck is in the shop then you probably knew this before 1hr prior to my appointment. So why wait? Luckily I am very flexible and could do it the following day. The following day they were on time.

Secondly, prior to the appointment they want your SRP number and also a copy of the last year's bills. I gave them the number and a printout of 12 of my last bills. Once the final report was given, it seemed like absolutely no attention was given to all the past bills.

I'm not sure if I fully understood what the audit was supposed to be and not be. I expected a report to be given of this is your house, this is what you can do to save money, these are what things cost, and these are your best options with the best ROI. What I felt I received was here is a new quote for a new AC and new ducting

In their defense, I know that my A/C and ducting is rigged and not in the best shape. If it was in good shape, they probably wouldn't have been there doing an audit. What bothered me about their audit conclusion was that they estimated my A/C units age, SEER, and efficiency. It literally says estimated on the report. Why is it estimated? Because they didn't want to bother with finding out the details of what the condenser unit and air handler unit's SPECs were. The stickers for both are plainly visible on both units so why couldn't you do diligence and cross reference the serial numbers? I think the most they did was look at the units and say that one unit was a Rheem and one unit was a Ruud and therefore they were not a matched unit and therefore not compatible. Likewise, with the ducts - the ductwork is not top notch, so get new shit.

Again, for granted - I knew before the audit that the insulation and ductwork needed redone and that the AC was not top notch. But again my report was your AC is old, so you need new. Your ductwork is not how we do ductwork today, so it needs replaced. your insulation is not thick enough so get some more. There was no mention of other power sucking sources in the house, despite having a pool. No mention of the quality or presence of windows, sun shades, solar panels, water heaters, or energy saving devices... Just, you need a new A/C, new ducting, and new insulation.

What I wanted for was an audit. What I received was a quote for a new AC.

In August 2020 ProSkill sent Tyler E. to give us a quote on a complete new A.C. and Heating system for our house in Surprise. Tyler was knowledgeable, gave us a couple of recommendations and answered all of my questions. We had other A.C. companies give us quotes also. All the companies were basically in the same ballpark with pricing. The big difference to me was that Tyler called me back and asked if he could answer any more questions that I had. None of the other companies called me, never heard back from any of them. We waited till November when Tyler requoted us a price. We signed the contract on November 19th and on November 23rd Dave and Hunter came out and installed the complete unit in less then a day. They did a great job, explained everything to us, answered all of our questions, and cleaned up after they were done. On December 9th David came out to re-inspect the complete unit and made sure everything was 100 percent. David also went over everything and made sure we were comfortable with everything. After a very hot summer I know all A.C. companies are very busy.  The main reason I chose ProSkill was because of a simple phone callback by Tyler. He followed the three most important rules in business, Customer Service, Customer Service, and Customer Service. Great job, Tyler and the whole ProSkill team.

Great experience.  One of the rooms in our house was warmer than the others.  They came out, assessed the situation very thoroughly and were able to diagnose the problem very quickly.  The technician, Kevin, was a great guy - no pressure and did a great job explaining WHY something was needed instead of just telling us to buy it.

Our AC has been intermittently working,  we've had other companies repair, however they only provided a quick fix/ bandaid for the situation. Our tech Carson went into the attic, whereas the other companies never have. He identified and explained the issues and also resolved it quickly. I highly recommend this company.
