A year and a half later, still AMAZING! I called because I have been so cold downstairs at home. They scheduled someone to come out the same day. He was running early and I was not home yet. I spoke with Jamie several times that day and she was so accommodating with her schedule. She told me not to worry and to just give her a call when I was on my way home, because I was running late by that point. They're great and it was an easy fix.

I recieved my second VIP service today for my A.C. units I bought last year. I'm very happy with how this company deals with its customers.  We didn't see eye to eye on one part of the service and they listened and made it right for me. It's appreciated. I also pointed out to Bill my serviceman for today, about a light fixture near the furnace in the attic or crawl space that was just hanging there with wires exposed. I noticed if it was on correctly it was touching some of my equipment that was installed. I'm only assuming the guys did this to make it fit,  but no one told me about it. With wires dangling near gas lines,  I'm a little concerned for my family's safety.  Bill said he took pictures and will let my sales guy Dave know about it. This was the only thing that wasn't perfect and I'm glad I noticed. I'm waiting to talk to Dave about it to see where we go from here. I do wish someone would have told me a year ago.  I'm not positive they did it to make it fit but either way it should have been brought to my attention either way.  Again,  I will update when I here back from them.  (update) The following week they sent Bill out and he made everything right. I sincerely appreciate the ownership of the mistake and the prompt fixing of it.  Back to 5 stars. Thanks Bill,  I feel safe again knowing that the light fixture is back together and no wires exposed.   I do feel like a VIP. Thanks again guys.

we decided that with a 16 year old unit on the roof and the concern over availability during the phoenix summer if my a/c should conk out, it was time to start shopping for a replacement.  after reading the reviews and getting some quotes my first instinct was spot on.  don't bother dealing with the used car strategy that some of these other business' use.  1st choice came in with a good number without playing games and delivers an excellent customer experience as well as a quality product.  kept us in the loop and on time with a solid install job.  would highly recommend .

The reviews are worth the hype. The office support was friendly when scheduling the appointment, and Mike came out next day and saved me potentially hundreds had I gone with someone else. Mike is extremely transparent, and took the time to educate me on my system and how someone may have messed up a valve by glueing on a cap due to a previous potential leak. He was in and out in under 30-45 minutes. I would recommend this company to family and friends. (Water lines in blower cleaned out and freon added)

Highest possible recommendation. I called Johnny at 8:30 on a Monday morning in August and he arrived about an hour later!  It took him 5 minutes to determine the start capacitor was out on the compressor. He got a new capacitor from his truck, fabricated a new bracket, put everything back together and the unit was up and running by 10:30!  Johnny is honest, skips all the BS and his pricing is very, very fair.  I literally paid him more than he asked! He is basically the opposite of everyone trying to sell you a new unit. When I mentioned how old the AC units were, his reply was, hey, as long as they still keep the house cold - no need to replace them.   I've been in construction my whole life and this man is the real deal. - Thank you Johnny!

Jerry was a great technician and very helpful. Can't give 5 stars because my appointment was 2-4 pm and he didn't arrive until 6:30 pm.

Based on other Yelp reviews, we called Arizona Air Experts when our A/C unit was not performing well.  We were impressed with the response time and professionalism of their team.  We needed a new unit to replace the 19 year old unit we had.  They promised a date and time for the new unit and were there as scheduled to install the new unit.  We join the other Yelp reviewers in recommending Arizona Air Experts.

My wife and I finally decided to kick on the heater and when we did it just kicked out cold air. I requested a few appointments first thing the following morning and cool zone responded first, the next call from another company was hours later. They had a tech here in my home within hours to see what the issue was. After the inspection was complete we were given the unfortunate news that the compressor had given out on us. Our tech verified the unit was under warranty still, gave us a quote on what we would have to pay and got us setup for the next day. To have a job be complete from diagnosis to complete in less than a day made us very happy. From quick response and job well done to having a warm house our experience couldn't have been better. I contacted Arctic Fox AC through their website on a Sunday afternoon.  I had a non-functioning heat pump that I needed repaired.  I was wary about AC repair companies that charged additional fees for weekend work, so I expected that they would contact me the next day.  Heath, the owner, called me within one hour to talk to me about my specific needs.  He promised that a technician would be arriving at my house within one hour.  Will, the technician arrived exactly when promised.  He looked at my unit and was able to diagnose the problem within a few minutes  He had the part in his inventory on his van and was able to install the part within a few minutes.  It was dark outside where he was working and to add to the potential difficulties, it started to rain and the outlet from the roof poured directly on where he was working.  He told me that he would wait out the rain unless it got too late and return the next day.  The rain stopped within about 30 minutes while he waited for the roof to stop dumping the water right on top of the unit.  He finished the installation within a few minutes.  From the initial contact to the finished repair ended up being only about four hours and the price was exactly what was promised.  I even got a warranty on the work.
I will definitely use Arctic Fox AC again and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

So glad I found Gladiate! We were told we needed our AC coil and blower cleaned by a technician from another company after a tune-up. The price they quoted was insane and they tried very hard to scare me into having it done on the spot.

I got quotes from half a dozen other places. All of them were way less than what the initial company wanted to charge, and Gladiate's was by far the best.

I appreciated the quick response from Gabriel and the immediate availability. When he came out he was punctual, professional and personable. I instantly knew Gladiate was going to be our go-to HVAC contractor from now on.

I told him how dirty our equipment supposedly was before he started. A less honest person could have come back and said, Yeah, it's worse than I thought. I'm gonna have to charge more than I initially quoted. But Gabriel confirmed with before and after pictures that our system was nowhere near that bad.  That other technician was exaggerating to justify overcharging us. With Gladiate we paid for only what was needed to get the job done right--an hour of labor and some coil cleaner.

We'll be trusting Gladiate with all our maintenance and repair needs going forward!

We've had this company come out a couple times before at our old house to take a look and fix the air conditioner. They did a great job. Our new home we had a few issues. So we called him up and ask him to do a tuneup. They came out and just took a look around they didn't do anything else other than that and we paid them to pretty much give us a quote for a new air conditioner. When I pay you to do a tuneup do a tuneup.

They came back out and worked on it a bit and told us it has been tuned up but to expect it to quit working soon.

Dave was super awesome!!! After another AC company said my heat pump wasn't working and needed to be replaced I reached out to Dave for a 2nd opinion. He came right over, inspected my unit and said it was fine and working properly.  So thankful for his honesty and integrity!  He's my new AC guy!

These guys have helped me out of a jam twice. Quick service, fixes the problem and doesn't try to sell a bigger solution than what's needed. Will definitely call again! (Although I hope not to have to any time soon.)

I'm very happy with the service. They responded quickly and were friendly. The service lasted less than 20 minutes and they were all smiles and very educational. My AC stopped working and the house was 90 degrees. They came out and in less than 20 minutes it's up and running again for way less than I was expecting. Happy to recommend to anyone.

My house was built in 81. On the suggestion of my electric company I decided to get my ductwork inspected. Alex came out and suggested a decent overhaul of the old system. New registers, new flex duct work, removal of swamp cooler ducts and sealed throughout. While the job wasn't cheap, I am amazed by the results. Mike Weaver and his crew came out and had a very professional, yet relaxed demeanor. He brought a crew of 6 young men who were very knowledgeable and allowed me to ask questions throughout. My AC units efficiency has improved dramatically. The amount of air I was losing has left me regretting not getting this done sooner. The sheer amount of new air being processed is unreal. Moreover, the noisy unit has become very calm and quiet. I cannot wait to see how much this also improves the quality of air in my home, as they removed old insulation and blew in 1400 more sq ft. Thank you to the crew. I highly recommend them. Top notch. They also left my home as it was before they came.

My AC went out on Saturday evening, I called them and they replied within a few hours and came out to fix it first thing the next morning. Great responsiveness, the other company I called who said they do Emergency services didn't even respond to me. Thank goodness there are companies that won't leave you hanging when your AC goes out in 105 degree temps!!!!!

Another happy service today.  We had ProSkill install our water heater last year and I was VERY pleased with the technician and his work.  Today I signed up for their AC maintenance plan.  Hunter was my technician and he was wonderful.  He was thorough and honest.  He did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I did not need which other companies I have dealt with in the past have done.
Both visits the technician showed up on time.  Communication has been great from the start to finish.  
I do a lot of research before I chose a company to hire for anything.  I also chose companies that pay their employees hourly.  I have found that most companies in trades, such as AC/plumbing, pay their technicians commission for any service they can sell the homeowner.   I have always felt this compromises a company/technicians integrity.  
Proskills pays their employees hourly (not on commission).  It is such a different experience when you take commission out of the equation.  Both experiences with Proskills has been extremely positive.  I am so happy to have found them.  I plan to use them for all my plumbing and AC needs.  I also have referred them to family member who have been very happy.  
Their very detailed report they give you is also worth mentioning .  I was very impressed with my 11 page report, for my two ac units, which included pictures of all their readings.  This company is A+ in my book.

This place has a great service, and I liked many of the options they offer. I did  not  end up using them but they were the first place to show up with a bid, and only because of a discount available at my prior a/c company was their price slightly higher.
