Joe and Leo came out to see why our fan was no longer operating. Within a couple hours, they had it up and running again. Great experience from start to finish!

My AC went out in the middle of September at my house and I found out I needed to replace the entire unit. I called three companies to get a quote and American Home Water stood out from the rest.

They were very knowledgeable about what I needed to get my ac working and they were very comparable to the other repair companies.

I was even more impressed when they're crew showed up to my house 15 minutes early and got right to work.

The best part was that the job was done ahead of time and the house was just as clean when they left. Thank you for the excellent work and service!

I feel like I met a legend! I didn't know that was his last name when he came and fixed up our system. I'm a couple weeks behind writing this, but naturally my AC had gone out in the hottest part of Summer. I had trouble with other HVAC companies, and I finally got in touch with Boldt, told them my troubles and said they'd send their best tech. I thought, hell yeah, I'm getting star treatment. Phillip came in and within 30 mins he had the issue figured out. Always check the easy stuff first. Phillip is great because he teaches you about your system (if you want to learn). Phillip is professional and personable and reasonably priced. There's some places that are cheaper and some more expensive but you don't want to cheap out and you don't want to overpay. A+

Johnny is very honest and quick.  Tuned up the AC at a reasonable price without trying to sell us a new unit or service we didn't need.

On time, knowledgeable, and good communication make these guys the best I've seen. They take the time to explain the situation face to face in layman's terms and make recommendations. Unlike the other guys who mumble technical jargon while they're on the run and hand me a big bill. Hayes techs are invested in the work and seem happy to help. They also have expertise, and even corrected some issues created by previous companies.

I live in Fl has a rental in Surprise AZ. The property needs an AC replacement. I found great reviews for Az Air expert so I gave them a chance and it was a great experience. I contacted Arctic Fox per a recommendation from someone who had excellent feedback about the experience with the company, so naturally - I already felt a little bit more comfortable reaching out. I called about midday and nobody answered the call but we left a message for a call back, and we received a call back within 10 minutes. It was a Saturday and we scheduled for a Monday service call on the two units we have for the house. The upstairs unit was sporadically working and wasn't providing cold air so we wanted them to also take a look at that.

The person that came out at 9am was cordial, clear, and expansive in the sharing he provided about what he was doing, what he was looking for, and what we were hoping for. It was a bunch of gibberish to me because hvac isn't my jam but it was helpful information to have later so I could explain to my cousin who does know HVAC. By around noon he was able to determine what the issue was, tell us what part/s were needed and given us a quote for the service. He was going to be able to fix it before the end of the day and something excellent to note is that our old unit (original from '98) still had parts! (Something 2 other companies that had come out wanting us to purchase brand new units had boasted and made us fear!) That in itself made us trust that he was actually trying to help us and not just sell us a new AC unit in the middle of an AZ summer!

He left and came back with parts, a partner to help, and was finished right about 4pm or so. The price seemed fair for the service, parts, labor and overall the experience we had was positive so I was thrilled that by the end of the day, our old original unit (both of them for that matter) felt like they'd gotten a refresh and were back up and running again! Also, the warranty for service covered a year for the parts and 2 years for the service.

Overall a super positive experience and thrilled we didn't have to buy a new unit, that we fixed the issue, and that we feel covered for the next year! Thank you to Arctic Fox for the excellent service.

Being from Georgia, we were amused by the name of this company. The ratings made us confident that they would be just as awesome to do business with.  We had them do an inspection on a home we were purchasing and followed up with them to do the repairs after closing.  No hard up selling, very friendly and personable. Shows you what they are explaining and educated this southern girl on air filters in Arizona (dust!). Bought the service plan. Robert cleaned up any mess from going into the attic and made sure to close the gate. Small things that shows they care about the details.

I found This company online after another HVAC company was unable to figure out why my AC unit was leaking from the return vent. David was able to figure it out and corrected the problem. After doing that I had him service the unit. He informed me at that time there were many issues with it. So I had him replace with a brand new one. Upon the first installation attempt, he was able to see a plumber was needed to cap a water line. He was able to refer a plumber who capped water lines and wound up replacing my hot heater that was in VERY bad shape. All this was especially helpful as I am an absentee landlord. Excellent service, great work and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

Usually when I read a review, I am still a little skeptical. I have to say choosing Bumble Bee Air Conditioning to fix my A/C didn't disappoint me. First off, I called Bumble Bee and spoke with Lisa. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone. I instantly had a very good feeling.

I explained my A/C problem and Lisa said it could be one of two things. It wasn't more than an hour or so later when the technicians arrived at my home. I explained the situation and right away Ryan and Bronson were up on the roof to inspect and diagnose the problem.

I was presented with an itemized list (with prices) for an indoor fan motor, contactor, and coil cleaning. I was also shown a detail picture of what was wrong and how nasty the coils were. Ryan explained how the cleaning would be done and also informed me that he found the fan motor replacement at a very reasonable price.

I was like OK go for it!  

Have you ever had service men come over and say that they need to go get a part etc...and sucker you by their hourly rate, gas or mileage fees.

NOT Bumble Bee. They are honest, fair, professional, no up-selling, and no I'll tell you what, we have a special... type of BS. While one technician went to pick up the part(s), the other was up on the roof, removing the bad parts, cleaning the coils etc...

As soon as the part came all that was left to do was the install and they were done. At this point I was shown a picture of the end result. Ryan went above and beyond his original quote and cleaned out the condensation line that was clogged and cleaned the condenser coils at no additional cost while waiting for the part to arrive.

I'm not someone that writes reviews. I personally called Lisa to express my all-around satisfaction. I HIGHLY recommend Bumble Bee Air Conditioning to anyone that needs service, repair or replacement.

Once again Cave Creek was able to do a remarkable job on our washer and dryer duct work.  This Company is definitely a keeper.  Love doing business with such a class act.

Friday night around 10pm my air handler began making a clunking noise on startup.  I called Alan's air in the morning at 8am and they scheduled me for a visit in the next 3 hours.  Bill gave me a call around 10am and showed up as agreed about 30 minutes later.  He listened to the sound and immediately knew what was wrong.  30 minutes later he made the repair and the air handler was quieter than before the issue started.  The cost was under a $100 and I got back to my Saturday with no stress.  I will always call this company for my ac needs in the Scottsdale area.

My experience with Ideal Energy was very good from my first call to the arrival of Adam the tech. I liked that they sent a picture of their employee and also a little write up/resume on him, I was very impressed. I appreciate Adams honesty, knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend Ideal Energy!

I called Thursday because my furnace would not shut off.  Fadel was out in a couple hours to troubleshoot the problem.  He provided tons of advice and even offered to walk me through installing a new thermostat should I buy a new one.  He showed me what to do and offered to help over the phone if I had problems.  He would also come and install it if I wanted.  Amazing customer service and they are my go to and I will recommend to all my friends.

Our air conditioner went down and ProSkill came to the rescue!  Jeffrey was a rock star - on time, explained everything thouroughly, fixed the issue and reasonable charge.  Highly recommend this firm.

Called and they were out the next morning to service and inspect. Found an issue and unfortunately they are not on our home warranty list of contractors. Highly recommend honest, polite, good service

We called around to get quotes for a new A/C. Some companies we scheduled never even showed or called us back. I won't say names...oh wait yes I will Parker &Sons!.  We had to call Day & Night a couple of times to get a quote.  Guess they didn't want our money.  We contacted Keith from Sure Temp and he messaged us right away and scheduled an appointment. He was very professional and honest AND he gave us a price way under the others.  We were sold! His guys came on Friday and we now have a new A/C!! His guys were courteous, professional and quick.
