They were responsive. The repair was extensive and expensive so it is hard to know if they are a great value for certainty. But they did exactly what they said they would do and completed the job just as promised.

Crazy impressed with this company and their promptness & diligence.  I called yesterday and told them about the system I was replacing and what I wanted.  They did not attempt to upsell me but answered all my questions.  This morning, right on time, they called to tell me what time they would be out.  They arrived right when they said they would and got to work.  Two hours later, I'm done.  I had a great technician, Gerardo, and I'm grateful.  Nice warranty as well.  Thanks

Our AC stopped working when it was only 107 outside and First Choice was at our house within an hour and a half. They fixed the issue and Tim and Brandon were awesome. They were incredibly professional and efficient. We will be canceling our maintenance plan with another company so we can switch over to First Choice. We can't thank Tim and Brandon enough!

I decided to call this company because of their reviews on yelp. I texted the company for a quote and minutes later I received a text from Fran who set up an appointment immediately.
Phillip from Boldt HVAC & Repair went out to our house and told me he was fairly certain that he could fix our problems when 2 other companies told us that the parts they needed to access were inaccessible!
Our warranty company would not allow a third company to check the unit so I went elsewhere thinking spending $500 would be a lot less than $8000 to have a crane move the unit which is what I was told needed to happen.
Well after Philip took everything apart he found that the repair was different than what the warranty company had diagnosed.

Call these guys up. AC went out on a Saturday with pets in the house and Johnny came by with his partner in about an hour when 5-6 other companies had told me 5+ hours. They checked a few different things and had it fixed within 2 hours. They told me what parts were getting old but didn't try to push replacing everything to make more money. Honest dudes that know exactly what they're doing.

The company did a great job. The process starts with a quote, and I think this process was fair. Instead of just recommending the highest cost unit, they listened to how we will use the unit, and recommended one that will be cheaper to run and eventually fix. Ultimately they weren't the cheapest prices, but it was reasonable for the work they did.

Then install day arrived and I think they did a great job and it was a quality installation. Chris the owner also visited to check how things were going.

One negative is that after the unit was installed, they just closed the door and turned it on to measure the temperature. They were never in the attic after it was powered, nor did they check the outside unit.  Yes eventually they will come back a few months later to check it more, but I would have preferred more operational checks before they left. I've had my share of AC companies that said it was all fixed and left, only to find out it really wasn't really fixed. Only time will tell if everything is working perfectly, and I have no indication it isn't. If things should turn out differently I will update my review. But to date, all looks good.

This company is top notch. I'm also in a customer service business so have very high expectations. Randy and his crew were extremely professional, honest, did a great job, cleaned up perfectly and were priced extremely reasonably. My neighbor recommended them and I couldn't be happier to have this crew swap out 2 complete units for me. Thanks so much to the entire team!

This is by far the best AC/Heating company in the valley. My fiancé and I have used them to repair our rental condo's AC that was acting up as well as our primary home. They are fast, professional, and high quality for the right price!

I contacted Arctic Fox per a recommendation from someone who had excellent feedback about the experience with the company, so naturally - I already felt a little bit more comfortable reaching out. I called about midday and nobody answered the call but we left a message for a call back, and we received a call back within 10 minutes. It was a Saturday and we scheduled for a Monday service call on the two units we have for the house. The upstairs unit was sporadically working and wasn't providing cold air so we wanted them to also take a look at that.

The person that came out at 9am was cordial, clear, and expansive in the sharing he provided about what he was doing, what he was looking for, and what we were hoping for. It was a bunch of gibberish to me because hvac isn't my jam but it was helpful information to have later so I could explain to my cousin who does know HVAC. By around noon he was able to determine what the issue was, tell us what part/s were needed and given us a quote for the service. He was going to be able to fix it before the end of the day and something excellent to note is that our old unit (original from '98) still had parts! (Something 2 other companies that had come out wanting us to purchase brand new units had boasted and made us fear!) That in itself made us trust that he was actually trying to help us and not just sell us a new AC unit in the middle of an AZ summer!

He left and came back with parts, a partner to help, and was finished right about 4pm or so. The price seemed fair for the service, parts, labor and overall the experience we had was positive so I was thrilled that by the end of the day, our old original unit (both of them for that matter) felt like they'd gotten a refresh and were back up and running again! Also, the warranty for service covered a year for the parts and 2 years for the service.

Overall a super positive experience and thrilled we didn't have to buy a new unit, that we fixed the issue, and that we feel covered for the next year! Thank you to Arctic Fox for the excellent service.

You never want to find yourself with an AC issue on a weekend or after hours... but that's exactly the situation I found myself in recently.  

After some frantic calling around based on Yelp reviews, I discovered my new go-to heating and air guys -- Gladiate Air!  I worked with both of the owners, Gabe and Dave, and I have never felt more comfortable working with any company in the service industry!  They are both extremely personable, understanding, and genuine!  

Besides the quick accurate diagnosis and repair in my time of need, I love that they are not pushy!  I honestly cannot say enough positive things about these guys and this company, so if you have any AC needs AT ANY TIME, then do yourself a favor and contact Gladiate Air!

We needed an A/C and furnace tune up at our new house. We were able to schedule an appointment as quickly as the next day! The technician came out (Kalem) and was professional, knowledgable, friendly, and punctual. We ended up needing a few repairs, but he was able to get them done right then and there without requiring another appointment. The price was reasonable and the repairs were completed quickly. We will definitely use Duke's of Air as needed in the future!

I called Biltmore Mechanical when my usual local AC company (Alan's Air) was swamped with breakdowns. I only needed a tune-up before the summer months so they couldnt get to me right away, understandable. I called several other highly rated companies I found on Yelp and all of them said the same thing. When I called David he said he could be there that same day, after hours. I told him later in the week would be fine and he was here as expected. He confirmed the appointment, service, and cost the same day we made the appointment. The day of he texted and called me to let me know we were on schedule. The service itself took less than an hour and he described in detail what he did, and answered all my questions. My unit is only a year or two old so I'm pretty picky about who I call to work on it, I would definitely call David again. Great customer communication and service.

In July our AC unit was blowing only warm air - yuck! Bumble Bee was very quick to send a crew to assess the situation. A new unit was needed - we knew this was likely to be the year the AC died. The crew did a great job installing the new one and we were cool and comfortable in as short a time as possible! (Lots has been happening in our life since then so that's why the later than normal review!)

Mike @ Cave Creek Cooling is the best.  He was recommended to us by a friend and we couldn't be happier with the service that we have received. He is very honest and knowledgeable! If you have any HVAC needs Mike is your guy!! Don't use anyone else!!

Alan Schwandt showed a complete disrespect for my time and my property.  He arrived 32 minutes ahead of the appointment time and then called me to ask where I was.  I informed him that I was just 2 minutes away on my way home from an errand.  When I drove up, I  found him making himself comfortable on my front patio furniture (he set up cushions that I normally have folded away when not in use) instead of waiting in his van.  What a careless and disrespectful attitude, especially during this Covid spike!  I can't imagine what this guy would do once inside your house.

I could not of asked for a better experience than working with Ideal Energy. They communicated when they were coming they showed up went on time. They sent me text with pictures of the people that would be there. they perform the highest quality work that I've ever seen done by an AC service company no wonder they are nationally recognized for their work  I am so happy with the results my house went from a 5 ton unit to a 3 ton unit due to the improvements made in my ductwork and insulation. Plus and am saving lots of money on my electric bill  Alex Chris Kurt and the entire team did a phenomenal job. They made sure everything was exactly as I expected it at the end of the job. There is no reason to ever call someone else. 5 stars is not a high enough recommendation.

My AC went out on Saturday evening, I called them and they replied within a few hours and came out to fix it first thing the next morning. Great responsiveness, the other company I called who said they do Emergency services didn't even respond to me. Thank goodness there are companies that won't leave you hanging when your AC goes out in 105 degree temps!!!!!

Phenomenal!!!!! I don't have words for how fantastic this company and its employees are! We just purchased a whole new AC unit! From start to finish, they were amazing!

Tyler, comfort consultant, was/is awesome! He really took his time to go through all our concerns and answered all our questions. He took made sure our needs were met and that we were making the right choice in our purchase!

Kyle and Travis our install technicians were right on time, walked us through the process, and kept me informed during the whole instillation! They were very nice, easy to talk to and welcomed my questions when I had them. They cleaned up great and other than the house being cooler,  and a new unit outside, there is no trace that they were even here! Floors are clean and walls have no marks!

I work in customer service and when you do, you expect a level of service when dealing with products and services! These guys met and exceeded my expectations! They really are the best! Thank you ProSkill for hiring the best people and providing great products!

The technician was top notch.  In this day and age you get so many excuses for poor service.  I get tired of being told by a company we have issues due to the pandemic.  Rising Sun Air is old school.  They are honest on time and excellent at what they do.  I for sure will call them the next time I have issues with my AC.

Checked out both my AC units. Kept me informed on what was going on, what could wait and what couldn't and explained everything. I will be a returning customer.
