Really nice guys that came out within an hour of our air conditioning going out! Tried troubleshooting on the phone even in order to help us out in advance! Even though it looks like it needs to replace the units which they don't do, they helped steer us in the right direction with ballpark pricing and what to look for. Had Hayes out after another company told us we needed to replace an entire air-conditioning heat pump system for $11,000.  Hayes fixed what was broken for 1200.  Very knowledgeable and great service.

We had other companies come out and look at our AC unit because it had stopped working.  We were told by 3 different companies we had a bad unit, and a leak in our system because we were missing about 10 pounds of coolant.  All three companies recommended replacing the AC unit, which would have cost about $8000 to get our AC working again.

Upon a referral from a friend, we called Arizona Air Experts.  Caleb came out and spent almost 2 hours investigating the issue.  We had a value that was creating a blockage, so our system wasn't working correctly.

Caleb came by the next night after 6pm and stayed until he replaced the bad part in our system, and added the coolant that was needed.

He could have tried to up sell us like the 3 other companies with saying we needed 10 pounds of coolant, at $150 a pound.  He could have said we needed a whole new AC unit, which would have cost thousands of dollars, just like the other 3 companies said.

He didn't.  He simply was honest, found the root cause of our issue and fixed it.  The whole job was about 15% of what the 3 other companies wanted to charge.

It was great working with someone who really takes pride in their work, is knowledgable and honest.  I won't call any other AC company again, and will refer anyone and everyone I know to Arizona Air Experts!

We set up a summer readiness appointment and Byron was the technician that showed up. We couldn't have been more happy with the check-up. He offered us simply the check-up but also made us aware of service plans that are very reasonable and also come with monthly payment options that make it very convenient if needed. Byron was very personable and great to talk to! There was no pressure to buy into anything and gave us a very thorough check-up and explanation of our systems. I highly recommend this company and Byron!

Gabriel is a lifesaver! The AC went out in my Airbnb unit the morning before a guest was supposed to arrive, and Gabriel came out right away and fixed it within a couple of hours. Super professional and reliable--I would call them any time I need a repair and I recommend them to anyone!

Look, it's rare that you find a business on yelp that literally has 99% five star reviews, but these guys deserve it.  I originally called them because our dogs are chewed the wires of our airconditioning unit and I was worried for their safety and the safety of our airconditioner.  They patched us right up, even adding hard plastic tubing over the wires so they couldn't do it again, all at a reasonable price. When we were finishing up John the owner suggested that I sign up for their preventative maintenance plan which is 9.99/mo or $120/ yr-- bargain.  For that they'll come out twice a year to check everything out, make sure you're running well and make any recommendations.  Oh, and they'll check your furnace too, for good measure.  Sounded like a deal to me, especially in this climate.  

A few months later I finally got around to scheduling them to do their preventative maintenance visit.  This time my husband was home to take care of them and I was interested in his opinion.  He was equally impressed by their service and professionalism.  This time Robert came out and really helped us understand how our system was working and what we could do to make sure it has a long life.  

These guys are great, honest, knowledgeable folks.  Call them out for an emergency but really I would recommend signing up for their pm plan and keep them on speed dial all the time.  A great small local business!

David is fantastic. He knows what he is doing, he works hard, is extremely honest and he goes out of his way. We met him when he worked for another heating/cooling operation in town and we were so impressed by his honestly and work ethic that when he told us he was starting his own small business, we followed immediately and referred all of our friends. David has helped us when our air conditioning failed multiple times (often rearranging his entire schedule to come faster), when we realize that none of the ducts were sealed securely in our older house that had been remodeled, and just recently he put in an air scrubber for our home to help our sons immunosuppression issues. This is the first time we have ever turn on the heat without an asthma flareup in our house. And his prices are extremely fair.

If you are looking to have a new A/C unit replaced or installed, you will not beat the quality, service, or price you will get from Bumble Bee Air Conditioning. They replaced my unit with a new high-efficiency Trane unit. Their price was literally several hundred dollars below the other quotes I received. These guys are awesome, honest, and great at what they do. I highly recommend this company!

My upstairs A/C unit was making a louder than normal noise and I had to get someone out to take a look.  Called Alan's Air around 8 am and they were able to get someone out same morning.  Turns out Alan, the owner, came out along with another gentleman.  Alan immediately diagnosed an issue with the motor and said that it wasn't worth it to repair now.  It could last some time and when it goes out then replace the whole unit.  I also had water in the garage by the air handler.  This was not related to the A/C motor and as timing would have it, the drain pipe for the air handler was clogged which caused water to build up and spill out.  Alan was able to tell me what happened and fixed the issue.  What's most amazing about all this is that Alan did not charge me anything for the service and help.  Truly great customer service and someone I will definitely be calling in the future.  Thank you Alan for the help!

This company is simply amazing! It's the only AC company I trust anymore. I had issues with my AC not working at all today, I called them and they came out within an hour. They explained all the problems to me and were able to fix everything that was wrong. They are honest, reliable, and trustworthy people.

My a/c stopped blowing cold air on the hottest day of the year, a Sunday, at 5:30pm. I tried calling multiple places that advertise same day service, not one of them could come before the next day. I called Desert Comfort Mechanical after searching 24/7 ac service on Yelp. As mentioned on their Yelp page, I was calling after hours so no one answered my call but I left a voicemail at 6:35pm, I received a call from Fadel 20 minutes later saying that he could be at my house within 20 minutes. He was very friendly and was able to get the ac working quickly. He also came back the next day to replace a part and was very quick. I felt the price was very fair and I am very happy with the service I received from Fadel. I will definitely be using Desert Comfort Mechanical for all my future ac needs!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Scheduling was really easy and I appreciated the confirmation and reminder texts. On my scheduled day, I also received another text with the tech's name and picture prior to his arrival. Ryan even arrived 30 mins earlier than the estimated time frame. He was very professional, efficient and honest. I never felt like he was trying to up-sell me. In fact, he was quite honest as to whether something really needed to be repaired or replaced. Ryan also gave me various options and advice with another project. He laid out any concerns and even gave me time to research it further while he worked on something else. Overall, everything was completed in a timely and professional manner. I also found the fees to be very reasonable and competitive to other plumbing companies that I've dealt with in the past except these guys are more knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again for any future issues and projects!

I was pushing my 18 y/o Trane to try to make it through the summer. After a service call to another company and quote of just over $1K I knew it would be easier cheaper to replace it. I got quotes from three companies and was most impressed with Chad. He took the time to ask me questions about the unit, what issues I was having, what I was looking for in a new unit. He brought back a detailed estimate including all the work that would be done. I signed up and in less than a week I have the new system installed.
