Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

I had Larson come out and help us with our remodel project. They went above and beyond with their service. It took a little time to work through some things but once we got those things worked out the service was excellent. They did a complete duct renovation for us and as we are still working to complete our remodel. I will say, the duct work has been complemented on multiple times from the other contractors we have had working throughout the house. I would recommend Larson to anyone looking for AC service. I would assume their service is the same for all the products they offer.

Friday before Labor Day weekend and our A/C starts leaking through the roof and blowing hot air. We report it to our home warranty. We have American Home Shield (no relation to American Home Water). They couldn't care less. They never called. It's record heat in Phoenix. So we called American Home Water and Air because we drive past it every day on the I17. 6AM Saturday on Labor Day weekend we call American Home Water and Air. They answer the phone and I'm talking to Marc the on call tech in minutes. Later that morning he's at our house checking and repairing our air conditioning system. It's fixed. Great customer service. Prompt customer service. Thank you for helping us out. Marc did a great job.

What a great Company!! Very responsive and polite. They kept me well informed every step of the process. The Repair Person was kind, polite, and knowledgeable. 1st Choice Mechanical is going in the Contacts List on the cell phone. I will definitely be using them again.

These people are awesome.  My A/C wasn't cooling the house and of course it is never hot or anything outside when this happens, right!? (only about 113!!!).  Well, I called around to a couple of places that I had researched on yelp, also with positive reviews, and both told me that they had no time or anyone available to come out same day, and I get it.  It's mid summer and the busiest time of year for HVAC repairs.

Well I gave Boldt a call.  The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and got someone out to my house within a couple of hours, same day.  Awesome.  Fearing the worst, I was worried it would cost a lot to fix because 1. I know nothing about these systems and 2. there's always a fear that since I know nothing, that people will take advantage of my ignorance and charge me for things I don't really need.  Well fear not.  Mike came out, was very thorough with his assessment.  He first suspected I needed more refrigerant...so I trusted his word, and told him to do what he needed to do.  Later he came back with the final diagnosis and it was far far less cost for the repair than I thought and he told me that he checked the refrigerant and everything was fine, so he didn't need to add any.

It's this kind of honesty that makes me appreciate a business like this.  He could have told me anything.  Like I'm going to get a ladder, climb on the roof to make sure, right?  So I paid a very fair price for the work, my AC was up and running in less than an hour from his arrival and now I sit, writing this review in a nicely cooled house.  Thanks guys, you all are awesome.  Keep up the good work!

So my thoughts are when the house hits 102 degrees, call Heath at Arctic Fox Heating and Air, (623) 533-5718, because he is seriously the best - and honest - and reasonable - keeps you updated, and does what he says he's going to do. We've had experiences with less than honest technicians from other company's and it's just not worth it.  We just gave him keys to the house for three days, and we stayed in an air conditioned hotel!  We completely trust Heath and his team, and have total respect for what he does.

I am pleased to write a great review for the family run business of Gladiate Air Conditioning & Heating.  Dave and Gabriel called before our scheduled appointment.  They arrived on time.  They spent an hour servicing my air conditioner (that I should have had serviced sooner).  They replaced wires worn out by the sun.  As I vacuumed my pool, I could see on the roof how they checked everything thoroughly.  And their price for service was only $65.  I learned of the company through Yelp (5 stars).  I am now a loyal customer and want others to feel comfortable calling for service with Gladiator Air.

Called to schedule an estimate for an AC replacement.  Unfortunately I am out of their service area but I was so impressed by the professionalism of Tanya that I felt the need to write a review.  It's a wonderful surprise when someone takes the time to provide assistance when they already know they aren't able to serve you personally or sell you anything personally.  She gave me some great information and advice, which she certainly didn't have to take the time to do, and I really appreciate it.  Seems like a company with a lot of integrity.

It's a small but professional and affordable family company. I compared their work to two other highly rated organizations on Yelp. They were the most honest about the work I needed done.  (I had an air conditioning unit replaced with a train seer 16 system and I had the air intake moved about 20 feet.  Responsive, and very affordable when compared to other bids.

I am thrilled about finding Mike and Chase at Cave Creek Cooling.  I had been using another company for service and maintenance program, and felt they were always trying to sell me something.  After receiving their outrageous estimate for a Duct Zone Damper on my A/C,  I called Cave Creek Cooling.  Mike diagnosed the problem on the phone, and Chase appeared at my home  with the fix 3 hours later. HALF the price and a tutorial on the mechanics of it all, which I greatly appreciated.  I'm now a happy subscriber to their Maintenance Program for my HVAC system.

I called to have my ac/heating checked on my condo that I'm  purchasing. The seller or HOA couldn't be more helpful than Alan's Air! I just provided the address and was provided with details how it works.  Very impressive!  Highly recommend!

We (sort of randomly) picked Ideal Energy to conduct our SRP $99 home energy audit and Ben came out. He explained everything thoroughly and let us know the problem areas. He followed up promptly with a detailed description of our house and a quote, then again a few weeks later to let us know SRP had increased its rebates. Great customer service and we decided to contract with them to do the repairs they identified in our duct work and insulation. Chris and his crew did it all in one day and we've been super happy with the results so far. Hopefully we'll see energy savings next summer. Highly recommended!

Late in the evening noon on a Sat., my AC stopped working(temp was 110). A call was placed to a company to remain un-named. After more than 3 hours without a returned phone call. I called Doug who answered immediately.(I later found out that he had been working since 2:30 am) After explaining my situation, he informed me that he would have to call a co-worker to drive, (observing company safety regulations, regarding over stressing of techs) but, assured me that he would be out to fix my AC. In just over an hours time, Doug arrived with Dennis and they had my AC running in about 30 minutes. Despite of their grueling schedule, they were pleasant and professional. Don't hesitate to call DCM in a time of need.

Joseph Marcus was our technician for our water softener filters and Joseph not only did a thorough job, but actually came back a few days later to fix a problem that was not related to what he performed. I had a question about a possible future problem and he came that same day and did what needed to be done!!

The technician was top notch.  In this day and age you get so many excuses for poor service.  I get tired of being told by a company we have issues due to the pandemic.  Rising Sun Air is old school.  They are honest on time and excellent at what they do.  I for sure will call them the next time I have issues with my AC.

Well they just completed the install of my new Trane. Other companies didn't have or didn't offer Trane products. Keith even helped me get into an interest free option because who the heck has this kinda money around. John & his crew installed a beautiful new unit and I now have a fancy Dancy thermostat that I can adjust by phone. The customer service I've experienced was top notch from the office to the installation crew. I will update you if anything changes but if what they've showed me so far I don't think it'll be bad.
