Octavio was wonderful! Very kind and dedicated! He made sure we were informed of all the needed repairs and very satisfied with the work that needed to be completed! Very personable.

I called AHW&P last week for a quote and they didn't gat back to me. What's the point of going through Yelp process of getting information, calling and asking for a call back, then no one does it?

Nothing but good things to say about this company. Mike was able to come out less than 24 hours after I called about our air conditioner breaking (response time is so important when it's a million degrees outside!), and he was very helpful and told us exactly what was going on. The office staff was also very helpful and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quick and reliable service!

It was incredibly hot yesterday and my air went out. Found these fellows on yelp and wanted to give them a try. Today the two Johnny's came and to fix my air conditioning. They tried to save me money by going with the lesser option and offerred to apply the original payment in case I ended up needing a new fan motor. Worked great for a few hours before it went out again. The guys came back out immediately after I called and installed the fan applying the first call totals to the new fan motor. Excellent service and two super nice guys. Fairly priced as well. I am so freaking happy my house that felt like a sauna is starting to come back to life.

My AC died on Father's Day. I called Hays and they were quick to respond.

They called 30 minutes before they arrived so I wasn't sitting around waiting.

The tech was knowledgeable and courteous. He showed me why the unit stopped and then quoted me a price.  When he told me he didn't have the part on his truck I assumed it be another day without AC. Nope, the part was delivered to my home in less than 30 minutes.  

Great company. I highly recommend them.

When I called this morning at 6am, the man on the phone was very nice. I explained that I have 3 dogs, so I had to be home and safe. He told me to turn off my air conditioner and someone would be out by 9.

At 8:30am, I got a phone call from one of the rudest people I can remember speaking to. He asked if I had called other places. I said, 'No, I didn't know that I was supposed to.' At that point he got so argumentative with me, and every question he asked he got angrier at my responses. I cancelled the service. No way would I recommend that repairman. Based on the initial phone call, other repair people might be great, so I'm giving it a middle rating, in an attempt at fairness.

They came out and serviced my ac unit. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. I will be using their service if a problem comes up. Thanks for the hassle free checkup!

Technician was great! He repaired my AC unit swiftly, even went  the extra mile to make a return visit later that evening  when the temperatures  the house was not holding. He ever contacted me the next morning  to assure my AC  system was working perfectly.

I am pleased to write a great review for the family run business of Gladiate Air Conditioning & Heating.  Dave and Gabriel called before our scheduled appointment.  They arrived on time.  They spent an hour servicing my air conditioner (that I should have had serviced sooner).  They replaced wires worn out by the sun.  As I vacuumed my pool, I could see on the roof how they checked everything thoroughly.  And their price for service was only $65.  I learned of the company through Yelp (5 stars).  I am now a loyal customer and want others to feel comfortable calling for service with Gladiator Air.

AZ Dukes installed two new Trane systems for my house on Monday. Prices were reasonable, no high pressure tactics for unnecessary upgrades, and excellent service. Freddie, Jose, Beto, and Danny were all very professional and completed the work in under 7 hours which was impressive. Jose was especially personable and took the time to troubleshoot some airflow issues with me when I pointed out it wasn't balanced upstairs. They even showed me where to flip some dampers in the attic if I wanted to change airflow  between summer and winter to deal with uneven heating and cooling that's common in most AZ homes.

The only glitch was that they didn't set up the smart thermostat upstairs correctly to communicate with a wireless temperature sensor I had them place in another room. I called back about this today and a technician was at my house 30 minutes later to fix the problem. He also showed me how to configure the thermostat if I didn't want to use the sensor certain times of the year.

I'd definitely recommend this company and will start using them in the future for repairs and maintenance rather than the company I used to call that wanted to sell me lots of upgrades I don't need. Hopefully all will go well once AC season starts.

Honest and reliable. David inspected the AC unit on a house that we are buying.  He gave us an honest opinion without trying to upsell other unnecessary services. I highly recommend his services.

Called Bumble Bee when I woke up to a 90 degree home. Repairman showed up within a few hours after call. After asking me a few questions about what was happening he had found the issue and repaired it within 30 minutes. I was happy to find out that the issue was not that big and not that expensive. Never once did he try to fix anything else or sell me on upgrades. But he answered all my questions when I asked about preventive maintenance. I would highly recommend Bumblebee to anybody with AC issues. I will have to let you use them for all my future issues.

Our AC was acting up, so I called Cave Creek Cooling first thing the next morning. Mike came out a couple hours later; replaced a part, and took time to clean the units and saw the pressure was really high. He adjusted it and stayed to make sure it was running better. We now have cool air on this really hot AZ day.
Mike is so professional and wonderful, and so thankful to him for fixing our really old unit. He did not pressure us to replace them; fixed the problem, and we now have a new AC guy. He is awesome!

My compressor exploded Sunday afternoon. Bill was at my house 8:30am Monday. New compressor UP & RUNNING before 12:30. AMAZING!!!!

I would like to start off on saying that our overall experience with Ideal Energy was phenomenal! It's very hard to say that in this day and age but it's true.

Quote Process...
To start off, our first contact with the company was for an energy audit. We had planned to get a quote (winter project) for updated ducts and insulation for a 1983 house that had the original swamp cooler duct work and possibly the same insulation. I had an appointment scheduled with Wes for 8am. On the appointment day, I received the on my way call from him 30 min prior to arriving which was great and he was on-time. During his visit, he took his time, explained everything to us and happily answered all of our questions and offered recommendations on what to do even if we do not go with them or if we waited until winter when I had planned to do it. The day before, our AC unit had issues but we had another company out to fix that problem. Long story short, AC unit ended up needed to be replaced while we were waiting on the proposal from Wes. I texted Wes to add a AC unit onto the bid, he called me up and gave a few options and gave us 2 quotes. The quotes that were sent to us had write-ups for each picture that was taken during the audit (very detailed).  We ended up accepting one of the quotes for all the work (AC, duct work and insulation) and a time slot had opened up for us 4 days later. Alex (Owner) stopped by on Monday to get a few measurements and offered us a portable AC unit to get us by thru the whole process, which we gladly accepted.

Installation Process Day 1 (Tuesday)...
I was told Chris (Lead) would be doing the AC install and would be there at 5am to start removing the unit. Chris called to give me the on my way call and was there on-time as well. The rest of the workers (Marty and Ernesto) came by about an hour later as scheduled to start removing the duct work. They were very considerate, as I told them the family was getting ready and if they could wait about 15 minutes, which they had no problem. Once all was clear, they got to work, taped up the house, laid tarps and sheets everywhere to make the clean-up process easier. All workers busted their butts all day without even taking a lunch. After the 1st day, they got the AC up and running, got half the house going with AC (much better than it was when it was actually working), added 6 new registers and cleaned up everything.

Day 2 (Wednesday)...Workers got to the house very early and continued working hard. Once again, they waited until the family was done getting ready for work and school. This time Tony (Lead) was there along with Marty and Ernesto. They kept us updated on what was going on and what was expected of them to be completed by end of day. By end of day 2, the AC, all duct work was completed and old register holes were drywalled up. Once again, they cleaned everything up as if they weren't even in the house.

Day 3 (Thursday)...Tony, Marty and Andrew got there early once again and was hard at work. This ended up being only a half day of work. All registers were sealed, drywall was now all patched up, return vent upgraded and all the new insulation added. To top everything off, we had to have our pup at the house and she is a little crazy around strangers but she really warmed up to them being in the house after they took their time to let her sniff them out.  After everything was said and done, I received a call from Alex on how everything went and if we had any questions.

Summary...
We were so excited with how we were treated as person throughout this whole process. Not one worker showed disgust or any negativity with all the questions (there was many) that we asked during the 3 day process and even took their time to explain technical stuff very easy for us to understand. A week and half later our house is still freezing cold and it's amazing that the thermostat is set at a higher temp then it was before.

Fidel responded to me right away and had two of his techs come out and address my HVAC systems.  They are very honest and upfront about the issues your system has and what is wrong with it. I got a service plan because I found them trustworthy and reliable. I will see them back for years to come I am certain.

In short order Pro Services had our plumbing problem diagnosed and fixed. The tech was so professional and quick. Love this company

I had attempted to install an ecobee3lite thermostat and had difficulty and was stuck.
We had previously had Rising Sun air, out for an unrelated problem so I called them for help.
Pam in the office said she thought a technician was currently in Scottsdale and asked if she should contact him, I told her that would be appreciated.
As it turned out the technician could be at my house within the hour (my lucky day) to help me out.
As it turned out he determined that my air conditioner was incompatible with the ecobee3lite themastat, so he reinstalled my original thermostat for a modest service fee.
I'm totally happy with their service and personal and will highly recommend them to family and friends.

The communication with the office and the field technician  could not have been better or clearer.  I'm very satisfied with the service and will be sure to highly recommend them to family and friends.

The technician went above and beyond to fix the problem. The estimated costs were waived with the new thermostat I bought.
Now I'm not freezing at night. Thank you will use again.
