Great service deserves an acknowledgement.  I had my air conditioner replaced and a new duct less mini-split AC installed in the master bedroom. Jacob came to look at what I wanted to be done. My house has a very low pitched roof so I was concerned with how the lines for the duct less mini-split was going to to be installed on the particular wall that I wanted it to be on.  At the time, I was not able to give Jacob access to the attic for him to see how tight it was up there.  All I had were photos of the attic I had taken in the past.  Jacob reassured me that it could be done. He gave a fair estimate and took the time to answer all my questions.  

Mike, Caleb and Cane were very punctual on the day of installation. Jacob also came to make sure everyone was on the same page and to see if I had any other concerns before work began.  Jacob actually went up into the tight attic along with Mike to see if it was going to be feasible.  They had to literally crawl from the attic access which was in the garage all the way to the other end of the house where the master bedroom is located.  Thank goodness it was not extremely hot yet because the techs had to make a few trips up in the attic.

Mike, Caleb and Cane displayed great teamwork throughout the entire process.  They were polite and had a positive attitude.  I'm so appreciative that I have a nicely air conditioned home due to their diligent work.  Nothing but a wonderful experience with this crew!

We recently bought a 5-ton Trane A/C unit from American Home Water and Air.  Fantastic company!  Crew arrived on time and finished the job in a professional and efficient manner.  Price was very fair and the company went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.  In addition, the techs are very knowledgeable and honest.  I highly recommend their services.

We never had a fridge problem before, so this was our first time figuring out who to contact and eventually trust. The guy came early- within the 4 hour window. He was super nice and there's an $80 fee; however, it'll go towards the service. I'll definitely be using their service next time.

This is the first time I have been very impressed by a knowledgeable and helpful a/c repair company.  He got my a/c cooling quickly, and gave me some very important tips on cooling our condo down in the summer and saving us quite a bit of money doing it.  Thank you!

Caution! These people are shady. I had fan problems and asked them to check the freon level. They didn't even look at the fan, just told me I needed freon. I asked them to fix the fan first. They said they had to put freon in first. Initially they said the freon would be around $160/pound for reclaimed freon. When I complained about the price (knowing the price should be between $40-100 max), that's when they said I needed 3.5 lbs. I was not on the roof to verify anything! They wouldn't take a credit card so I had to go to the bank to get cash. By the time I got home, the unit wasn't working. I called them back, wherein they said Oh, you probably need a new fan.
I called a different company. They fixed the fan FIRST, then put in 5.5 pounds of freon! I witnessed this. They had a sensor that showed there is no leak in the coils. There is no evidence of a leak. I'd say I was ripped off by Johnny's.

Hays did a great job taking care of our A/C and heating problems.  Thank you to Frank and Thad for being professional and courteous.  The reason I'm not going with 5 stars is that I did have a little difficulty reaching someone after the initial fix had a problem that night night.    However, I did hear from the technician the next morning and he came back to work on the issue.

Great company. I called them on a Friday at 1:30 PM and the were able to get to my house at 6:30 PM. The blower motor on my second floor AC was out. They needed to get the part and were at my house by 11:00 on Saturday. Everything working great by 12:00. Great price, response, and service. Will definitely continue to do business with Arizona Air Experts. Thanks Jeff Lundy

The Arctic Fox team was very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, provided a very competitive bid, and did an excellent installation of two A/C and furnace units to replace old units. I highly recommend them.

You never want to find yourself with an AC issue on a weekend or after hours... but that's exactly the situation I found myself in recently.  

After some frantic calling around based on Yelp reviews, I discovered my new go-to heating and air guys -- Gladiate Air!  I worked with both of the owners, Gabe and Dave, and I have never felt more comfortable working with any company in the service industry!  They are both extremely personable, understanding, and genuine!  

Besides the quick accurate diagnosis and repair in my time of need, I love that they are not pushy!  I honestly cannot say enough positive things about these guys and this company, so if you have any AC needs AT ANY TIME, then do yourself a favor and contact Gladiate Air!

So of course Tanya has to get on YELP and start flapping her gums and defending their abysmal service check. Bottom line, there are lots of negative reviews about this company as of late. Mine is just one of them. They should have stood behind their work. And yes the new AC company who fixed my AC clearly stated that Dukes should have easily seen the the wheel had come loose from the housing had they done a proper inspection. Then to say she was trying to make things right, is completely untrue. She was rude and nasty and could care less if the inspection on my home was shoddy workmanship. The new AC guy clearly said that this break did not happen overnight. It was long time coming and it should have been noticed and noted in the inspection. These guys are not ethical and it all starts at the top. Thanks Tanya! Keep lying to your customers. Just my opinion.

I called David because the AC guy our contractor hired did a really poor job running new ductwork to our Master Bedroom. David was responsive and immediately knew how to fix the problem. On the day of our appointment, he was a bit under the weather but still made it a priority to make it happen. He did a great job and is just a great person in general. He has even been responsive to my questions after the job was finished. I highly recommend Biltmore Mechanical.

I needed a new air conditioner because mine was old, rusted and slowly leaking Freon.  I got three quotes and Bumble Bee came in the lowest.  When I was ready financially to have it installed they did it within just two days of me calling them.  Their customer service is great and they are very efficient and patient.

We have worked with Michael for years with his former company and we are excited to follow him to his own new company. He is trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable and great to work with!

Another great experience with Alan's Air. Alan is extremely fair and knows his stuff! I will definitely be using him again.

Ideal Air Conditioning just amazed us.  We had a new system put in several years ago but Ideal Energy and they did a great job installing the system at that time.  But fast forward to Tuesday this week and our AC went out!!  It is miserable in Phoenix right now and we were furious, stressed and miserable.  We called Ideal Air and Adam came out Wednesday to fix the system he did some repairs they system was up and running!  However, but the time we got home the system had gone down again.  We called Ideal Air again and they said they were going to have to replace the compressor but that would take a few weeks due to ordering and shipping.  We obviously can't wait 2 weeks for a compressor so we set up a call with the owner of Ideal Air Alex and we went over all the issues we were experiences and some were our fault (as the customer) not being timely replacing the filters but there was an error on the companies side as well with setting up maintenance.  So we did have quite a few issues to work through, but we did and Alex wanted to make us happy, and he succeeded!  He had Adam come out Thursday morning to replace the whole AC unit we have a brand new Tran AC unit and they (Adam and a few other technicians) installed in less then 4 hours.  We honestly could not be happier with this outcome.  Alex really made everything right for us.  We will not be using another company again, we will be customer's for life due to the companies hard work and dedication to us customers.   Thank you Ideal Air for getting us a new system, being so cooperative, responsive and customer friendly.  Alex and Adam have really gone above and beyond for us and we are beyond grateful.

Fidel responded to me right away and had two of his techs come out and address my HVAC systems.  They are very honest and upfront about the issues your system has and what is wrong with it. I got a service plan because I found them trustworthy and reliable. I will see them back for years to come I am certain.

Had our air conditioning serviced . They were on time ; did a thorough inspection of our system. Recommend a few things that needed to be fixed . Did the repair . Leonardo was very nice , explained everything with pictures of before and after work was completed. Definitely would recommend them .

The technician was top notch.  In this day and age you get so many excuses for poor service.  I get tired of being told by a company we have issues due to the pandemic.  Rising Sun Air is old school.  They are honest on time and excellent at what they do.  I for sure will call them the next time I have issues with my AC.

This was by far the best A/C company I've worked with and I've tried several others.

I am the original owner of my now 10 year old home and have always had issues with my A/C system. The builders put in a low grade system and the work was iffy at best. Over the years I've tried to improve the system as much as I could with other companies but with no success... it actually got worse.

Now 10 years later I was ready for a total overhaul. New everything. I also wanted to add a mini split to my home gym in my garage for the upcoming summer. I got quotes from 4 A/C companies and Sure Temp stood out from the others and they also had the lowest price!

Chad came to my house last week and spent the most time in my attic of anyone. I told him all the issues I've had and he took it very seriously and wanted to figure out how to fix it. Chad is a tall guy and my attic is small so for him to put that much effort up there was big for me. He explained all the current issues and had a plan that I felt made a lot of sense to solve everything. He even discovered a piece of the system that wasn't hooked up at all. Nobody else noticed that. Sure Temp also has a preferred partnership with Trane, which showed me they are trusted by the best. After I chose Sure Temp, Chad assured me that I would get their best team. He delivered on that promise.

A few days later Antonio and his team showed up to my house on time and got right to work. The first day they installed the mini split A/C in my garage and did a great job concealing everything with the outside unit and wiring. It's extremely clean and organized. The inside unit can really push air around. This summer I'll have a nice cool gym garage!

The next day Antonio and his larger crew showed up on time again and started on the attic. The removed every piece of the previous system. They worked all day and I don't think I even saw them take a break. The new parts were shiny and high end. The worked from 7am to 5pm. Antonio and his team acted like this was their house. The craftsmanship was amazing. My house is literally cleaner than when they arrived.

Antonio was up in my attic for hours and was in need of rest but he stayed to make sure everything was perfect and explain everything to me and answer all my questions. He's a legend.

After they left I immediately started testing out the new central A/C. I've always had issues with one room upstairs over my garage. It just never got any air from the vents. I cranked the cold and it was blowing strong air! I've never felt that in that room. I was so excited. I checked the other vents upstairs and everything was blowing way harder than the previous system! The 3rd zone they added will really help us this summer because we can give our kids more of the cold air since their rooms are warmer on the west facing side of the house.

I also went up into the attic and everything was way more clean and organized than before. This may not matter to most but for me it's important. The organization and care speaks to the overall quality of the system. There's way less clutter up there and more thought was put into how to get around in the attic for future work. The attic is now something I'm proud of in my house.

I usually dread summers here but this year I'm saying bring it on. I'm finally ready thanks to Sure Temp.
