Saved from the heat! When our AC stopped working, Larson sent someone right away to diagnose the problem (33-year-old unit!) and had a new system installed in days. Michael and Jason also installed and helped us set up a programmable thermostat. Highly recommend.

Every time we've called them for service, they've been out within hours of our call. After purchasing a water heater and water softener we didn't think the service could be better, until the air conditioner went out on a sweltering Friday night. They weren't taking new HVAC customers, because they were so booked up, but because we were water customers they squeezed us in. My husband called at 8 on Saturday morning, and by noon our tech Bill was fixing our unit. They fix what's broken, that's it. They don't tell you that you need a new unit unless it's a goner. $304 later and our 10 year old a/c was blowing icy cold air.  I adore this company, highly recommended, I've never had such honest, fast service in all my years of home ownership. Great job AHWA!!

Professional. That's the first thing that comes to mind. They have a real person that answers the phone that will help you with an appointment and answer questions. Not a phone tree that you have to leave a message. The technician's are all helpful and courteous. This is the way all companies should be. Very happy I chose them to install my new air conditioner.

Phillip is fantastic!!!!  He is quick, knowledgeable, polite, kind, fair, and compassionate.  My AC wasn't blowing cold air; I called him expecting to have to schedule a next day visit as it was 5:30pm but he came right over and took a look, explained what was wrong and what it would cost (it was really cheap to fix, btw) and I was back in business in no time.  He saved me from major costly repairs down the road.  He won't steer you wrong!  I highly recommend him!

My AC went out on Saturday night in the middle of Summer. I called Johnny Sunday morning at 7:30 AM and he was there by 9:00 AM. They fixed my AC at a reasonable cost, gave great advice for caring for the AC and seemed to care more about fixing the AC than making a profit. You will also get a couple of good laughs during your conversation with Johnny. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

I am shocked at how many positive reviews there are because this place hosed me in terms of pricing.  I would urge you to fully read each five star review and look to see how many reviews the person writing actually has... if it's only one or two or three they are probably a friend or family member and not actually an honest reviewer.  Further, this company advertises with Yelp so perhaps they let them have wiggle room with iffy reviews.  I wish I would have read more of the one and two star reviews from real yelpers before choosing them.  Beware.

Ok, I just purchased a home, shortly after my AC united pooped out. I had called 3 other people and then called Arizona Air Experts. I spoke to Misty in the office she was super warm and professional she scheduled my appointment for Caleb to come out. As soon as I spoke to him I knew they were the company I wanted to replace my old unit. Misty would always keep me posted on when and what was going on. She is on it and lets you know whats going on before you have time to even realize. When I met Caleb the owner, I knew he was confident and knowledgeable and just knew what was up. I hired him to replace my unit. Him and his crew were great. Even his crew was warm and professional I loved them. After they got the job done, Caleb explained things to me about my new unit and told me if I had any questions or concerns to call them. I know for a fact I picked the right people to do this job and to do business with. How often can you say that? So, if you want a company with integrity and professionalism that is unparalleled, look no further, these are the people. I am telling my neighbors about them and anyone else asking or looking for AC/Heating company. They are a phenomenal company!!!!!!!!!!!

The team at Cool Zone performed an AC inspection before I bought my new home. They identified a duct issue that would have cost me $4000; I was able to recoup it from the seller. Because of the inspection they performed, I had Cool Zone redo all of my duct work in the house. Dave was great and incredibly communicative. The work took a bit longer than planned, but it turned out great, the team took time to answer my questions, and they listened to my asks to move ducts around so I could raise ceilings. I'll likely need a new AC unit soon and I plan to go back to Cool Zone because of their quality work and professionalism. I definitely recommend them to others!

Appreciated the fast response when my system went down on a Friday night as guests were about to arrive.  System was restored quickly and the weekend was saved.

Very good service, great work and 1/2 the cost of the Parker & Sons estimate. I would definitely recommend them and feel comfortable in making the recommendation.

Dukes of Air is great!  I have had them install three units and had them come back for unit check-ups for three years now.
I originally called them for a second opinion after another company said that our units were leaking Freon and that our house could be condemned.  Duke of air assured us that this wasn't the case and work with us to get new units on our schedule.
The semi-annual check-ups are always very thorough and they never try to up-sell.

I was incredibly impressed with Biltmore Mechanical!  David answered my call immediately and was able to come over the same day.  He diagnosed my problem within about 5 minutes and  discussed with me the deficiencies of my system.  He was able to get my system up and running that very same day and also  got me two new automated thermostats.  He was very reasonably priced.  I was extremely happy with him.  Biltmore Mechanical is now my go to HVAC company.  Highly recommend!!!!

They came to our rescue!

We live in California and have a rental in Tempe. It is difficult to schedule urgent repairs so far away and having someone trustworthy is key.  Our tenant called in the morning stating the a/c wasn't working and needed it fixed ASAP since it was going to be about 116. We had actually called another company that we had used in the past for maintenance on the unit (AccuTemp). They arrived in afternoon and wanted almost $800 to repair the motor.  

My husband quickly got on the internet and found Bumblebee.  Lisa quoted half the price for the same repair!  She moved heaven and earth and got a repairmen out that same day as well as calmed down our agitated tenant.  They were professional, courteous, efficient, and reputable.  It was great to feel like they cared and that you weren't getting ripped off because you were stuck in a jam.  Excellent experience!

After a near lightning strike, our AC was out - still running but icing over. Also electric out in 4 rooms. After doing as much as I could on my own (not much) I got a referral for Mike, here. What a great job he did - got us up and running with parts he had on the truck, showed me where the relay board was fried, installed new thermostats. Great guy, fast, knowledgeable, hard working, and (I kid you not) his eyes light up when he talks parts. You gotta love the enthusiasm. He even helped us figure out the electrical. We signed up for the maintenance/tune-up program - cheaper than the one we were using before and WAY cheaper that a new unit. Call Mike. You'll like him, and he will do a good job at a reasonable price.

Had a longstanding service agreement with another company, and on their last visit the blower motor *coincidentally* went out.  They tried to sell me a new A/C unit (for more than $7k).  Thinking that I was getting conned by this other company, I called Alan to get a second opinion on the unit.  He came out promptly, and fixed my unit for $90 in less than an hour.  The service was prompt and on time, and he saved me a fortune.  Thank you Alan for being awesome and honest.

Contacted Ideal Energy through Yelp late in the evening looking for some attic insulation and bathroom exhaust fans installed.  They responded back to me first thing in the morning with a phone call and an email.  Extremely professional and gave me a ton of great info and even told me about some rebates that could save me a lot of money....which is actually a lot of extra paperwork for them but they are willing to do what is best for the customer.  I will always go to Ideal Energy for any estimates or service I need with my HVAC systems.

Thursday night, I returned home, and my house thermostat was showing 85 degrees. I tried everything I knew to do without success. My husband searched for an AC repair company, saw the 5-star reviews for Desert Comfort Mechanical, and gave them a call. He called three companies, and Desert Comfort was the only one to call him back. They called back within 30 minutes. It was 9:00 pm by this time. Fidel said they could be out that same night or at 5:00 am. Since it was so late, already I opted for the early morning appointment. Fidel and another gentleman arrived when they said they would and, within 20 minutes, knew what the trouble was. They were both extremely professional and offered several options with reasonable pricing. They made the repairs the same day, provided me with Duct Cleaning company referrals, and even checked on me that evening to see if everything had cooled down and was working great.

I will refer Desert Comfort to anyone asking if I know a good AC company and be a loyal customer from here on out. Desert Comfort is a perfect example of great customer service.

These guys are great!  ProSkill always provides exceptional service at my place of business and at my home.  Last night at our home all the showers/tubs, toilets and sinks were not draining and backing up.  I called Tyler and within 30 minutes Travis stopped by my house dressed in a suit and on his way home from bible study, to help me find the clean outs in front of the house to provide a temporary fix until today when they could replace the valve.  Just an honest and upstanding business.  I could have called another company to come take care of the issue last night, but I don't really trust anyone else.  Thank you ProSkill for being an honest company with friendly, hard working staff!!

My wife and I are first time homeowners and this was our first time buying an A/C unit. Had to do a lot of research to know what was good and bad and to understand some of the terminology. We had probably 6-7 quotes done before we decided. I knew I wanted to get it done before summer since our Carrier system was almost 20 years old...Wasn't going to let our system run through another summer. Like telling grandpa to run a triathlon.
Pam was friendly and reliable to count on, to get any questions answered and to get us on the schedule. Kevin was knowledgeable and fair with his quote when he came by to take a look at our system. Haven't really had the need to test out the system since it's still nice but so far I'm pretty happy with our system and can feel more relaxed about having a new system in place for summer. I am happy about the 10 year parts/compressor warranty and 1 year service included. The two installers worked hard and got it installed and running in about 4 hours. Good choice of a company to choose.

Well they just completed the install of my new Trane. Other companies didn't have or didn't offer Trane products. Keith even helped me get into an interest free option because who the heck has this kinda money around. John & his crew installed a beautiful new unit and I now have a fancy Dancy thermostat that I can adjust by phone. The customer service I've experienced was top notch from the office to the installation crew. I will update you if anything changes but if what they've showed me so far I don't think it'll be bad.
