Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

I had forgotten to schedule my fall maintenance. Larson A/C was polite but persistent in reminding me to schedule and when I finally responded they were able to send someone out right away. The technician (Sam N.) informed of what he was going to do before proceeding and checked with me more than once to see if he could answer any question. Excellent service.

We had them come out to do a duct cleaning and one of the techs noticed there was rust in our duct, turns out our coil was rusted through.  We got new a/c systems installed. They were great!

1st Choice did a great job.  The were professional, they were friendly, they delivered as promised.  They followed through.   I would definitely recommend and plan to use them again in the future for all our A/C needs.  Thanks Tori, Jimmy and the whole crew at 1st Choice

Phillip came out very last minute to run a diagnostic on our system that managed to give out just as the weather was getting very hot. Scheduling staff was quick and responsive and even gave me updates via text as to when I could expect someone to arrive. Phillip spent plenty of time with us going through our options for a new unit and I felt like he was very fair and honest. This was my first time using this company, and I am impressed.

Our AC stopped blowing cool air last night (which in Arizona is a death sentence in the summer). I called seven different AC repair people that CLAIMED to be 24/7 and not a single one answered or called me back. Johnny answered on the first ring and came the FIRST thing the next morning. He saw the issue within 20 minutes and fixed the part we needed immediately and was gone in less than an hour. He also didn't overcharge us! He was so sweet and really knows what he's doing. Can't recommend him enough.

I hope everyone sees this review.  I just moved to Arizona from Georgia, not knowing anyone.  The AC unit on the condo I purchased died a few weeks after I arrived.  I wasn't in a position to purchase a new unit, but with 106 degree temps I had to figure something out.  Not knowing who to call, I simply responded to an add on the radio and hoped for the best.  Hays immediately came out and did the best they could to keep my current unit running to help me have a little time to figure out what to do, then once it would no longer run they connected me with Jack Zwiers.  He immediately came to the rescue, did I mention it was July 4th, when every other company refused to work?  He was knowledgeable, professional, and was able to answer all of my questions.  Hays offers great financing and made it where I could get my new unit installed immediately. Their prices are competitive and the service you receive is outstanding.  My home has been wonderfully cool and just when I thought everything was done I receive a call from Hays scheduling a quality check. Even though everything is running good, they still come out afterwards and make certain everything is running properly.  I'm definitely one that believes if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't, but please believe me when I tell you Hays Cooling is legit.  I'm already recommending coworkers at my new job to them.

If there were more stars to give this company would have each one! From the star of contacting them till the end of the service, Arizona Air Experts were excellent! The lady who helped me get an appointment the same day was sweet and has great customer service and great communication, she called every step of the way. Darrin was our technician and he was AWESOME. Very honest, friendly and helpful. He showed us every step of the way of what he was doing and how to help the performance of our AC unit. He was also very patient with us as we had to go through our home warranty for authorization for our reimbursement process. Great company and I will most definitely be using them for our maintenance on our AC and any plumbing service! Thank you so much, your company made our day!

Cool Zone is the BEST! Quick response time both in communication and service when needed. I've never had to wait for a tech. They make me feel like the most important person at the time and aim to please. They explain clearly, up front. They answer questions and address any concerns. I've price shopped and find them to be comparable or less expensive than other places but the customer service and integrity is top notch. They do what's best for me and don't try to sell me products or services I don't need, but let me know when I do need something and take the time to show me why. Highly, highly recommend! Don't waste your time or money going elsewhere!

I contacted Arctic Fox per a recommendation from someone who had excellent feedback about the experience with the company, so naturally - I already felt a little bit more comfortable reaching out. I called about midday and nobody answered the call but we left a message for a call back, and we received a call back within 10 minutes. It was a Saturday and we scheduled for a Monday service call on the two units we have for the house. The upstairs unit was sporadically working and wasn't providing cold air so we wanted them to also take a look at that.

The person that came out at 9am was cordial, clear, and expansive in the sharing he provided about what he was doing, what he was looking for, and what we were hoping for. It was a bunch of gibberish to me because hvac isn't my jam but it was helpful information to have later so I could explain to my cousin who does know HVAC. By around noon he was able to determine what the issue was, tell us what part/s were needed and given us a quote for the service. He was going to be able to fix it before the end of the day and something excellent to note is that our old unit (original from '98) still had parts! (Something 2 other companies that had come out wanting us to purchase brand new units had boasted and made us fear!) That in itself made us trust that he was actually trying to help us and not just sell us a new AC unit in the middle of an AZ summer!

He left and came back with parts, a partner to help, and was finished right about 4pm or so. The price seemed fair for the service, parts, labor and overall the experience we had was positive so I was thrilled that by the end of the day, our old original unit (both of them for that matter) felt like they'd gotten a refresh and were back up and running again! Also, the warranty for service covered a year for the parts and 2 years for the service.

Overall a super positive experience and thrilled we didn't have to buy a new unit, that we fixed the issue, and that we feel covered for the next year! Thank you to Arctic Fox for the excellent service.

I am pleased to write a great review for the family run business of Gladiate Air Conditioning & Heating.  Dave and Gabriel called before our scheduled appointment.  They arrived on time.  They spent an hour servicing my air conditioner (that I should have had serviced sooner).  They replaced wires worn out by the sun.  As I vacuumed my pool, I could see on the roof how they checked everything thoroughly.  And their price for service was only $65.  I learned of the company through Yelp (5 stars).  I am now a loyal customer and want others to feel comfortable calling for service with Gladiator Air.

David came out today, on the same day we contacted him, on a Saturday, and fixed our issue (diagnosed and fixed I should say, as we had one a/c unit that was only sort of working, but we were not completely sure it was a problem).  He was a very nice guy and we are already enjoying our markedly cooler house.  We will definitely use him again!

After dubious interactions with a couple big names in town, Bumblebee came in and reminded me how companies should act. Professional, knowledgeable, and zero hard-sell (on the HVAC unit or on any extras). In fact, after one quote we did a lot of research and regretfully discovered we were lied to by another company. Bumblebee was honest and the price was right in line with what we figured a new gas pak 3.5 should cost including labor and all the rest. The team showed up on time and Kris was so easy to work with. He answered questions honestly and at the end of the day there wasn't a stray screw anywhere on my property. Efficient and easy going, not the cheapest but nowhere near the most expensive, we had a great experience. Installed within 2 days of initial appointment. I hope we don't need a new HVAC system for a long time but when we do we'll call these folks.

What a fantastic company!  I discovered one of my units not working on a Sunday.  I read several yelp reviews of AC companies, I chose Alan's Air to contact.  Alan promptly answered the phone and had one of his tech's, Phil, call me.  Phil was at my home quickly.  He was very friendly and informative.  He replaced my AC motor in less than an hour!  I felt that the price was very fair, and honest.  Phil was great!

Wow! Where do I begin with this company? A+++++ as far as honesty, caring, and customer service! We purchased a house last month, moved in, and voila! A/C stopped working.... of course! After tossing a guy out from George Brazil (do not use those guys....) who literally spent 5 minutes diagnosing the system and then immediately went into a sales pitch trying to sell me an $11,000 unit, I called Ideal Energy as they came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint! They got right in here and did an entire system evaluation (turns out we had several problems going on...) Because of the sweltering heat, they went above and beyond to make our repair top priority, even coming early mornings and on a Saturday to make sure we weren't without cooling. The communication and follow up were top notch! They may not be the least expensive operator out there, but they take pride in everything they do and provide a professional quality, honest work and service. Worth every penny for peace of mind and to know the job was done right! We won't use anyone else!

They are very professional and complete the task with a high level of expertise. They were prompt and thorough. The service man was very knowledgeable and took care of the problem quickly. This is the second time that we've use their services and will continue to do so in the future.

The front office is kind & did great follow up to let me know Matthew was running late from the last job. He arrived and was informative and worked top get me a lower price. I didn't go with them because I wanted a Trane and they don't have those but I would recommend them to anyone looking for servicing.

Could not be happier with Suretemp! Here it is almost 5pm on a Friday, and not just any Friday but Good Friday. Worried I would not have cold air till after Easter, I called up Suretemp. The owner actually sent someone out TODAY! When the technician arrived he was super friendly and explained everything to me in layman's terms since I don't speak AC tech. Turns out I needed a new fan, and Dominic was able to replace right then and there. I had cold air again by 6:30! Hallelujah! I whole heartily recommend them 100 times over! Call them, you won't be disappointed. Thanks for saving Easter weekend!
