They were responsive. The repair was extensive and expensive so it is hard to know if they are a great value for certainty. But they did exactly what they said they would do and completed the job just as promised.

I called because our water softener was continually draining and they were able to come out the same day. Higi showed up and was very knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done right away. Thank you!

James came out right away and did an excellent job. Explained what the issue was and that is was a far less complex issue than we anticipated. Pricing was also better than other quotes received.

I came home from a vacation to find my AC was not working. I was concerned I would not be able to get a technician to repair this on a Sunday  afternoon (it was 114 out so it was hot!)  I contacted Boldt, and Phillip was here within the hour. He diagnosed the problem quickly, made the repair, and the prices were extremely affordable and fair! I will definitely used Boldt for any future HVAC needs.

We arrived in Scottsdale to find our air not working. It of course was on a Saturday in September the temp was 107. We came across Johnnys number online, they called us right back and were at our house within 30 min the job took 20 min. Extremely knowledgeable!!!

I have a service contract with Hays. I contacted their call service at 8pm Friday after my rental tenant told me his AC was blowing heat. I was told a technican would call to let me know when they could schedule service. I followed up at noon Saturday, 5pm Saturday and 4pm today and still have yet to receive a call back to provide service as of 11pm Sunday.

I called several places when our AC stopped working at 8pm on a hot Phoenix June night. No one answered or called me back except Arizona Air Experts, they came out that next morning and fixed our unit in under 30minutes and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

So impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge of the company and tech who came to my home for the tune up. I didn't have any particular issues that warranted any maintenance, but I had a ton of questions that were all confidently answered and left me assured. I did ultimately move forward with some preventative maintenance, but did not feel pressure to do so. I'll continue to go to Cool Zone in the future for all my A/C needs.

Literally, the best AC company in AZ. I can't say enough good things about this company. We had an AC unit from 1998 that was on it's last leg. It wasn't going to last through the weekend. Friday I was calling companies and getting quotes, trying to figure out who could help us over the weekend. Not only was Arctic Fox a very competitive price, they were the ONLY company that could help us on Saturday. We had an AC unit installed the very NEXT day!!

Heath installed the unit with precision and the highest standards, everything works perfectly and looks great. His recommendation for units and standards for installation are far superior from other companies.

This is the only company we're ever going to use in the future and we will be telling everyone to do the same!

These guys are great. Found bubbles of paint full of water on an inside wall, below the attic air conditioner on a Sunday afternoon. Called first thing Monday and they had Kalem out that afternoon. He was very polite, clean cut, efficient and got to work right away. Fixed the issue and shared good information about their maintenance plans. The AC is 5 years old so I didn't think about maintenance but apparently it's a thing and would have prevented our issue. They proactively called me a couple weeks later to set up my next preventative maintenance. That was nice, as I assumed they'd put that on me. I was impressed at their proactive-ness. I also appreciated them leaving a message and then telling me they'd get Kalem out to do my maintenance if that's what I wanted. I appreciated that bc I don't really like strangers in my home. Definitely recommend. Ps they installed this unit 5 years ago and were wonderful then too.

David did an outstanding job.  Replaced our 16 year old hvac with a new one that is quieter and works like a dream.  Very professional, delivers what he promised on time and on budget.  Have recommended him to neighbors who have had the same experience.

After a great deal of research and a request for referrals for an AC repair company we decided to call Bumble Bee to inspect and maintenance our unit. We couldn't be happier with our choice! We just closed on our home and we knew that the AC unit was fairly old and would likely need replacement soon. Bumble Bee scheduled is within a week even during the peak busy time and massive heat wave in the Valley. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He let us know the unit was 20 years old and would likely stop working soon. He suggested either keeping it until it quit or replacement. We decided to go with replacement and are using Bumble Bee to do so. Lisa has been working with us on that and is so nice and helpful! She has answered all of our questions and has been patient with our decision making process. Our new ac will be installed tomorrow! I fully recommend this company!

My AC unit started dripping water and had another company come out to take a look. They charged me almost $600 for a recharge, and told me I'd need a new unit in another year or so.  A week later, the same issue started up again, and that company quoted me a new unit that I thought was priced high. After looking at some reviews, I called Alan's for another quote, and am I glad I did. Bill came out later that same day, explained the issue, and what was involved in replacement. They then told me it would be almost $2000 less! Unfortunately, I didn't call Alan's first, and paid the price. I couldn't be happier with Alan's honest, professional service, and will definitely use them for all future maintenance and repairs. They are the best, and I'd recommend them to everyone.

I'm so impressed! Same day service, incredibly friendly people all around from the girl I spoke to on the phone as well as Adam who serviced our unit. I also really appreciated getting a text with Adam's photo and some background information prior to him coming so I knew who to expect. Will definitely use Ideal Air again! Thanks!

I called Thursday because my furnace would not shut off.  Fadel was out in a couple hours to troubleshoot the problem.  He provided tons of advice and even offered to walk me through installing a new thermostat should I buy a new one.  He showed me what to do and offered to help over the phone if I had problems.  He would also come and install it if I wanted.  Amazing customer service and they are my go to and I will recommend to all my friends.

What a pleasure to deal with a company that communicates so thoroughly. I made the appointment and they scheduled a service call the very next day, immediately confirmed via text, with the name and photo of the service tech. Also, texted me when he was on his way. Joseph was one of the most professional service techs Ive dealt with in a very long time.
He completed every aspect of the serve call, explained each step and ensured that I had no questions before he left.

Much higher prices than my previous A/C provider.   But they did a great job getting the system ready for summer.   Had no problems since they did the maintenance.
