Lyle has been our technician since we bought our new Trane from Larson Air Conditioning. He has had to return for follow up repairs but each time he treats us with the upmost respect and professionalism.
Today he went above and beyond. He needed a new part. Instead of waiting for another week to go by for another appointment, he traveled to pick up the part and bring it back to replace it today! We do appreciate you Lyle and so should your employer. Thank You!!!!

All I can say is WOW. This company blows me a way. Call them, and you'll discover the same thing. If I could create my dream company as a consumer, this would be it.
We used this company a year ago for our RO system, which we love. I knew when we needed 2 A/C units that they would be first on our list to call. We did our due diligence and interviewed 3 companies, none of which could match the price or service of this one. Hands down, no contest. Brad came out for our estimate and was fantastic. Knowledgeable, kind and in no way pushy. He emailed back and forth several times with my husband, who is VERY thorough and particular, and my husband had excellent things to say about him.
The crew just left after installing our 2 units. This was a first class production!!! There were between 5 and 7 men onsite at all times. Jason did a fantastic job keeping me informed. They wore booties and laid down mats (a big deal in our home with little kids running around). Every man on the job was kind, respectful and incredibly talented. They did a great job educating me about what they do, why they do it, and more. No stone was left unturned.
This company is obviously invested in their staff, and they take great pride in their products, service and workmanship. They make sure to be as informative and preemptive as possible. As a female, I felt respected, safe and I trust them exclusively. Knowing that they did a phenomenal job with installation and that they will be there for us, day or night, whenever we need them helps me sleep better at night.
And one last example of the excellence of this company: We are having the exterior of our house painted in the near future. Brad is going to have his crew come and protect and cover the units before the painting company arrives to ensure they are kept in prime condition!
If you have even the slightest doubt as to whether or not you should choose this company, call them now. You will be thrilled you did! (And no, I get nothing other than the satisfaction of praising a well-run company from this review.)

When the compressor in our air conditioner failed, Mike worked hard with our home warranty company to ensure we were properly cared for. As soon as the parts were ordered, and work was authorized, Mike and Tim were at our home pulling out the old unit, just in time for the new unit to arrive. They plowed through the whole replacement of the split system in a single visit, getting it done in around 8 hours, in the middle of summer (I have no idea how they are able to stand the heat!). A huge thank you to Mike and Tim, for doing high quality work so quickly! Our family is enjoying the new A/C system.

Phillip is fantastic!!!! He is quick, knowledgeable, polite, kind, fair, and compassionate. My AC wasn't blowing cold air; I called him expecting to have to schedule a next day visit as it was 5:30pm but he came right over and took a look, explained what was wrong and what it would cost (it was really cheap to fix, btw) and I was back in business in no time. He saved me from major costly repairs down the road. He won't steer you wrong! I highly recommend him!

These guys are the best. Incredibly honest. My AC stopped working and it was just because of a filter. He checked the system to be sure, and said if the motor were to go out, the fee we paid for him to come out would be applied to the motor. Great experience. Highly recommended.

I have used Cool Zone for about a year and a half. They installed a split system (for the previous owners of our home), which I couldn't figure out how to use. I had another (redacted name company) out to replace a condensate line and to check the split system. The other company indicated that the split system wasn't working and that they'd need to fix it. I contacted Cool Zone since I found the split paperwork showing they had installed it and I was hoping it was under warranty. Dave (owner) came out and showed me how to use the split system (no charge) and that it was working fine. Since then, we've had them install a two stage system to address an issue with poor cooling of an area of the house, install Ecobee thermostats, do general checks and tune ups, and address a weird leak. I've got nothing but great things to say about this company. They are probably not the cheapest in town, but they show up on time, do the work correctly, and don't try to up sell. Their prices seem about average, and less than (redacted company). On a personal note, everyone I've interacted with in the company: Dave, Byron, Ryan, and Danette are great people as well.

We decided to install a swamp cooler on our roof before the upcoming summer months. We found Arctic Fox online, requested contact through their website and were contacted back within one hour. Heath, the owner, came over to our house to discuss what we were looking for and to look at the existing system. He tied the swamp into the existing AC duct system, created custom duct panels to fit, and installed a custom water line. They showed up early in the morning, and worked throughout the day to get the system installed. They worked late to ensure the system was installed the same day. His quote for the work was right on and the entire team was very professional. We will, and already have, recommend Arctic Fox to anyone in the West Valley needing AC, heating, evap, or water heater work done. It was the best experience we have had with any company in this industry.

We found Dukes of Air on Yelp about a year ago after having so-so experiences with other local HVAC businesses. We were pleased with their prompt, professional service in repairing a minor issue at the time. So when our heater went out in December and the entire unit needed to be replaced, we knew exactly who to call. Who wants to replace an entire system right before Christmas, right? But Dukes of Air made it as painless as possible. All the staff we encountered were pleasant to work with, clearly explained everything, and promptly had us up and running with a whole new unit. There was absolutely not a misunderstanding whatsoever, but rather a misrepresentation of the preventive maintenance membership that you sell, then unilaterally and retroactively revoke, simply to maliciously and unprofessionally, try to take money from your clients that were honest, communicated very clearly and just because you couldn't commit to the very specific request and you lost the business, you want to increase your cost and unilaterally terminate the membership.
I paid for the membership in full for one year and YOU cancelled it. That wasn't my choice.
You mention that I received a coil cleaning that was needed, yet the irony is that I just received a cleaning from a different provider that I can document.
I signed up for the membership to receive 10% off for future repairs but what you are DECEIVING your reviewers is that when YOU don't win a bid and cannot meet the clients request, as I have documented in writing, you will change the narrative and try to steal our money.
You cite that 90% of your business comes from referrals, and I was actually referred to you by a very well known property manager. I trusted his opinion, however, you have clearly demostrated that you are NOT a trustworthy company and more importantly, I don't you're a trustworthy employee given how you have misrepresented the facts. I will upload our text conversation which clearly contradicts what you say.
You allegedly have a recorded conversation that you DID NOT disclose, as you said you did, and and I would really appreciate if you would publish such a conversation so you can really expose how shady of a manager you are representing Bumble.
For your readers, I have paid for ALL services rendered, including a proration of the membership that was deceiving SOLD to me as it was something LISA cancelled and now wants to INCREASE the bill RETROACTIVELY which is shady in my opinion.
Lisa insist on collecting, retroactively by reversing the benefits I PAID for on the membership, to attempt to steal $145.58 MORE, simply because they could NOT meet the timeline I clearly have communicated in writing.

I was calling around to get estimates on having an evaporative cooler removed. Desert Comfort Mechanical immediately stood out because the person answering the phone knew exactly what they were talking about. We discussed capping or totally removing the system. I appreciated a professional opinion. They also gave me an instant quote. This gave me comfort that they must do this type of work frequently. The other companies I contacted didn't know immediately if they did this type of work and of course couldn't give me a quote.
The crew showed up on schedule. I had received a call letting me know they were on their way. They were very professional and completed the work with the removal and capping. Once the work was finished, one of the technicians showed me everything that had been done, making sure I was happy with the work.
Best part was that as I was paying my bill I was asked if I was a veteran. I was using my USAA card. I told him I was and he gave me a 10% discount off of the quoted price!

I've used ProSkill for years to service my HVAC system. When it came time to replace it, I called them as they always do quality work. Tyler E. did the estimate.. he checked the configuration of the existing system, inspected the floor layout and venting. He then recommended the replacement system and explained why. He went through the estimate and rebates. The pricing was good and what I had expected it to cost. Scheduling installation was easy. The installation crew (6 technician's-sorry I don't recall all 6 names, Carl, Dan, Cezar, Terrance) arrived on time. They began there work. Two were in the attic removing the old furnace, two were outside replacing the AC units and two were staging the new furnaces and removing the old. The teams worked effectively as a cohesive group. After installation they cleaned up the work area and you'd never know they were ever there if you hadn't seen them do the work... Everything was in order. They demonstrated the new system and answered any questions. I can't be more pleased with the work ProSkill has done. The technician's are true professionals. It easy to highly recommend their services. In addition to this review I called Tyler R. (One of the owners) and personally let him know how pleased I am with their service and the new units.

Side note: I had my air checked in July by a company (see my reviews) referred to me by American Home Shield, they neglected to secure my panel and due to monsoons my unit was destroyed ... beyond repair. I contacted them to voice my concerns and they couldn't have cared less. ........ Kevin came out right on time, did a diagnoses, tried his best to get it up and running but due to exposer to the environment my compressor burnt out along with several other issues. After seeing the pictures I was devastated. The previous company basically set me up, so they could come back and install a new one. smh... But Kevin was also concerned about us in the heat and came back with an amazing option to get me up and running by Monday. This happened on Saturday btw. Adrian the owner and Kevin showed up today 1hour earlier than scheduled, secured a payment that only an angel could do to help in this type of situation. Come to find out his middle name is Angel! From the first time speaking to him and his wife they have been nothing but kind, comforting and accommodating. I would highly recommend this team for your heating and air services, they will do it right the first time! ... and don't invest in American Home Shield... so ready!!!
