Had to replace central ac.  Larson AC was professional from start to finish.  All appointments on time.  I was working from home and they took care to make a loud job quiet.  Some adjustments needed to be made after installation and they were quick to return and adjust.  New ac is fantastic.  Claude was the project manager and the whole team did a great job.  Recommended

I requested quote on Yelp and and whomever replies through Yelp is great but the technician they sent to out Friday to check the system and see what was needed was very confusing to the point of frustrating. Monday I reached out stating I haven't received a quote and today Tuesday still no quote.  Unfortunately I can't hire a company based on how quick they reply to the Yelp messages. 4 days later They stated they could not find a tank my size, if I find one they will instal and if not they could insta a 40 gallon tank (it won't fit in the space but the tech that came out took no measurements what so ever) and when I asked for quote they said it's a verbal /not written quote. So the tech wants to do work he didn't measure for and. I thing in writing? Highly unconventional unless they are just contractors picked up from the corner of a hardware store. Very suspicious.

Awesome experience working with this family owned business ! I received a quote from another company to fix my AC unit for over $3,500. I reached out via Yelp for a second opinion and Boldt responded quickly and came out the next day! Philip was professional and kind and got my AC running that day for only $65!!! I was blown away! They were honest and took the time to explain to me what happened and how they fixed it. I cannot recommend this company enough and will definitely be using them in the future !!!!

Where to begin... If I could give 10 stars I would. Our outside condenser unit just stopped working yesterday afternoon when it was 116° and I called around to a bunch of other places and I either had to leave a message or couldn't get an appointment for a few days.

Then, I called Johnny. *The* Johnny answered the phone (what??) and was so nice. He said he was on another job and it was a big one but would call me back when he was done to see if we still needed him to come out.

Get this, he actually called back and asked if we still needed him. I said, yes! And he said he'd be to our house in about an hour...and he was...with an assistant. He was here for no more than 15 minutes in total and in those 15 minutes he figured out the problem, had the necessary parts on hand, and made the repair!  And the amount he charged us was beyond reasonable, especially considering it was an after hours emergency repair.

It does not get any better than Johnny's Air Conditioning and Heating.

On time, knowledgeable, and good communication make these guys the best I've seen. They take the time to explain the situation face to face in layman's terms and make recommendations. Unlike the other guys who mumble technical jargon while they're on the run and hand me a big bill. Hayes techs are invested in the work and seem happy to help. They also have expertise, and even corrected some issues created by previous companies.

Great company. I called them on a Friday at 1:30 PM and the were able to get to my house at 6:30 PM. The blower motor on my second floor AC was out. They needed to get the part and were at my house by 11:00 on Saturday. Everything working great by 12:00. Great price, response, and service. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I woke up to a hot house with my ac unit switching on and off. I found this company on yelp, received a quote, called and within 30 minutes a tech was out to diagnose and repair. Amazing and speedy service. They turned a helpless situation into a positive experience. Definitely will be using in the future and referring everyone I know to them.

My evap motor finally failed and found Arctic Fox via the web. Showed up during the scheduled time and confirmed the motor needed replacement. Immediately after installation, a noticeable hum was coming from the motor as well as heard throughout the house. Arctic Fox returned the motor and installed another and the hum was still there. Obviously, no noise was heard from the motor before. The tech attempted several adjustments to the tension on the belt but still a noticeable hum and that is where it was left. Considering the cost and getting a new motor that sounded worse than the first, the service was sub-standard. The tech was there to install a motor and that happened. But, to troubleshoot with the customer interest in mind..unsatisfied. Over the week-end, my neighbor and I spent no more than an hour determining that the problem wasn't with the motor but with the vibration itself. We tightened the tension and the hum was gone. Arctic Fox will do the job it's called out to do but beyond that, doing the job right, not impressed. That might be enough for some, but based on my first experience with Arctic Fox, it will be my last

We needed routine maintenance on our A/C unit & Gladiate Air offered great communication & service throughout the entire process.  Dave & his team are a pleasure to work with.

We have had Dukes of Air out several times and they have always been honest, informative and thorough!  This last visit was from Todd and Bray who ended up saving us a lot of money on what we thought was going to be an expensive replacement by identifying the root cause of the issue which were 2 internal parts.  We had some other temperature and duct issues with specific rooms upstairs and Bray identified a solution for that at the same time.  Couldn't be happier and we're a Dukes customer for life!

David is terrific. Super responsive, extremely knowledgeable and honest. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

It's a small but professional and affordable family company. I compared their work to two other highly rated organizations on Yelp. They were the most honest about the work I needed done.  (I had an air conditioning unit replaced with a train seer 16 system and I had the air intake moved about 20 feet.  Responsive, and very affordable when compared to other bids.

Great experience with this company. Took the time to complete the work I requested correctly and with high quality. I will be keeping this company in mind for future HVAC needs. Thank you!

I don't know where to start but long story short, I initially contacted Alex and Elena at ideal energy because my summer cooling bills were ridiculous and some rooms in the house were warmer than others. I was sent Theo for a 3 hour thorough inspection and analysis and Theo knew exactly what he was doing. This was a guy who was a subject matter expert and provided me with a dozen page report detailing everything. It turned out that my insulation in the attic and the duct system was all messed up. So I scheduled an appointment for them to take care of all of those issues.
A whole crew was sent out to my house, i think 6-7 people with the crew lead Kristian who is definitely an expert at what he does. Each and every one of them was professional and well mannered, very knowledgeable, they did an amazing job and an amazing cleanup after they were done and all with a smile on their faces, which you don't see too often these days. Alex contacted me later in the afternoon to make sure that everything went well as i would expect from any business that knows how to take of customers. I have noticed a big change with the added comfort and i will definitely be contacting them again in the future.

I really like this company!I was out of town and my moms ac just stopped working. The guy came out to the house and really helped my mom.He Fixed our issue real fast and even followed up the next day to see if everything was ok. He even applied a coupon for $50.00 off our repair! Really nice man. They are professional kind, honest and  seem to really care about people. I won't ever call another company. Thanks DCM your tops!

I had an issue with one the tech's that came out yesterday and I submitted a less than stellar review. I had used them in the past and they were very professional and got the job completed in a timely manner. Travis immediately called me personally to apologize and come up with a solution to my complaint. Two Tech's arrived today, were very helpful and resolved my issue. I was happy to get everything resolved and appreciate the response from the ownership. Very difficult to find companies now days that strive for great customer service. Proskill is a company that does.

Very happy with the service. The cost was good. And the service man Kevin was fabulous   I wanted them to come out to make sure my main ac was ready for summer. I had a mini split put in about a year ago by another company. It never worked. I really like it to be cold in my room at night. If needed Freon. Once in it works great. Thanks yoj

Kevin was great--professional but friendly and courteous. He arrived on time, did the work in a reasonable amount of time, and there was no pressure or up selling like many companies. Great experience and would not  hesitate to recommend them.
