I was visiting a friend's house when Jordan came by to replace the filters on the RO system. I was impressed by how professional and neat he was. The filters were quickly changed and he have great instructions on how to purge the system. I was really impressed.

A fantastic family owned company. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again in the future. I am very pleased with them. Tim and his father came out to repair our split HVAC system in 2020 which failed us right in the middle of Summer during the height of the Covid lock down and they were able to get us up and running in no time at all. Tim was very professional when he arrived to give me a quote on the replacement and was very well organized. Other companies that I had out for quotes just spit balled prices to me for low end HVAC systems where as Tim had his pricing in writing in a full color binder showing me all of the options that I had available to replace my system. Their pricing was also on point too and they came in lower than the other companies that I spoke with and offered a much better system. We had an older AC system from 1996 that ran on the more expensive r22 freon and it cost us an arm and a leg to repair or refill any time there was an issue. So we had Tim install a 14seer Trane unit with the newer r410 freon and we have had zero issues with it. Our new AC blows ice cold in the summer and our heater is nice and toasty in the winter. We are very happy with our decision to go with 1st Choice Mechanical and more than pleased with the quality of work that they did for us. I would definitely recommend these guys.

5 stars for Boldt AC Repair - service was quick and Mr. Boldt is genuine and seems to love the work involved with HVAC repair.  Service was prompt, Mr. Boldt was courteous and provided a clear assessment of our HVAC issue. His recommendations were helpful and rates reasonable.  He got us back up and running on a hot AZ weekend when most companies were closed or answered by bots.

Johnny's Air Conditioning is FANTASTIC!!  This is the second time I have had an A/C stop working on an extremely hot day.  The first call was in 2021 and, after calling several companies, I called Johnny and was delighted by the quick response, quality work, and fair pricing.

I had another breakdown today (different property), and this time, my first and only call was to Johnny's.  I called at 12:36 p.m. and Johnny arrived 30 minutes later.  He diagnosed the problem, replaced a part, and in under an hour, had my unit working again.

In today's world, service like Johnny's is almost unheard of.  He is the BEST and has my highest recommendation.  Thank you, Johnny!!

Every time we have an issue I call Hays! Almost 100% of the time they can make it out same day and if not, it's the next day. All of their employees I've met so far have been professional and friendly.

These guys were awesome!  I originally called another company just to service the a/c and he was a no show so I forgot to call another company and today my air stopped working.  I called Arizona Air Experts and they came out and fixed my air.  They discovered there was a short that caused my thermostat to break.  They fixed the short and replaced my thermostat and didn't charge and arm and a leg.  I will only be using them in the future.

We set up a summer readiness appointment and Byron was the technician that showed up. We couldn't have been more happy with the check-up. He offered us simply the check-up but also made us aware of service plans that are very reasonable and also come with monthly payment options that make it very convenient if needed. Byron was very personable and great to talk to! There was no pressure to buy into anything and gave us a very thorough check-up and explanation of our systems. I highly recommend this company and Byron!

We own rental properties in Surprise and have had a need for a/c repair services on multiple occasions. Heath, Misti and their team are so incredibly responsive, day and night. My mom's AC/heater was acting up, blowing smoke all up in her home and Dave from Gladiate Air flew in to the rescue!!! Big thanks to Dave's wife for setting up the same day service!!

When Dave arrived and turned the on the heater, the smoke decided not to rear it's dark cloud, but instead, it stopped working. Dave found the problem & fixed the broken wiring in no time and quoted me with a reasonable price! He was very professional and explained everything to me every step of the way. He's an expert in his field and provided excellent service!

Hopefully my mom won't have much more AC/heating issues, but if she does, I trust Dave and Gladiate Air for all of our AC/heating problems! Thank you Dave, you're a life saver!!!

Can't write enough good things about this company!  They are just as happy to repair your system as they are to replace it.  They are honest, knowledgeable, experienced and CLEAN! After using them for a couple of years for semi-annual maintenance, I finally bit the bullet and replaced my entire heat pump.  They only install Trane products and don't sell you more than what makes the most sense.  I have referred them to several others and everyone is thrilled!  You will be too!

You know that sinking feeling? It's 113 degrees outside when your air conditioner has stopped working?

My husband was out of town, I don't know sqaut about an air conditioning, and I'm dreading the news that I have to buy a new one?

At the recommendation of a friend, I called Jim at Bumble Bee and he was able to fit me in that afternoon. THANK GOD!

I know that this is shocking, but there actually is a Heating and Air Conditioning Company in town that is ...ready? HONEST!

Jim tested my capacitor (my neighbor had checked for everything else, so Jim didn't have to do a lot of testing on the unit)  and the capacitor had failed. He replaced it and added some freon.

I was slightly surprised by my bill, which was $280, because my neighbor had told me that a capacitor is a relatively inexpensive part ($25-$50), but I do believe Jim to be honest and capable..and who wants to argue that when it's 113 degrees?

This is THE company to call for HONEST repair and sales!

Thank you to Cave Creek Cooling Company! Approaching the hottest week of the year (just our luck on a Sunday late afternoon) and our AC stopped working. It was our first time using Michael and we are happy that we did! He was responsive and at our house in less than 30 minutes. After his assessment, he diagnosed the problem and explained it in detail. Our AC works even better than before.  He's honest, efficient and well priced. If you want a professional guy who you and trust- this is the company! We can't thank him enough.

In a world of HVAC companies that just want to sell you a new units Alan's air is the outlier. He has fixed three of my units which other companies just wanted to sell me a new unit. One unit I was told was leaking and it would be so expensive to find the leak and then if it leaked out again... Alan came out and put a starter kit on it (it was full of freon!) and now it's working perfectly.

Conducted an audit, identified a lack of insulation in a room that consistently was too hot (summer) or too cold (winter).  Professional staff, worked extremely hard to install a new unit.  Felt comfortable with them in the home around spouse and kids.

My AC went out on Saturday evening, I called them and they replied within a few hours and came out to fix it first thing the next morning. Great responsiveness, the other company I called who said they do Emergency services didn't even respond to me. Thank goodness there are companies that won't leave you hanging when your AC goes out in 105 degree temps!!!!!

After getting four estimates to obtain a two new HAVC systems I went with ProSkill.  Reasons:  Jason answered all questions and gave me a quote outlined with everything they would do. For my 2-Trane 15 sear units they were over $4000 below the highest bid. After checking with the ROC and several reviews I decided to go with them. Install date was set for the same week and work was to be done in one day (others wanted 2-2 1/2 days)

They showed up right on time with 5 vehicles and 6 technicians. Worked started right away with two techs unloading equipment, two working on the outside units and two working in the attic.  Everything was explained again to me.  Floor protectors were put down and closet draped to prevent damage from crawl space. Was told they would be done between 2:30 & 4:30. They didn't have to enlarge the crawl opening to they finished at 1;30. By the time they cleaned up everything with vacuum and broom, papers signed they were out before 2:30.  After they left I was sent photos of everything they had done.  Was MORE than pleased with their work and professionalism. Now I just hope this two new TRANE units last over 20 years like the old one's.

The front office is kind & did great follow up to let me know Matthew was running late from the last job. He arrived and was informative and worked top get me a lower price. I didn't go with them because I wanted a Trane and they don't have those but I would recommend them to anyone looking for servicing.

I just had an amazing experience working with Sure Temp. I was quickly scheduled after putting in a request here on Yelp. Speed is everything when you have 4 younger kids in the house and your heat isn't working. Justin was great quickly diagnosing my issue. He heard the sound my unit was making and I could tell he knew the answer on how to fix it but he waited until he got up on my roof and thoroughly investigated.

I need to replace two major parts and he got it done in a few hours even after going to the shop to actually the part.

I highly recommend this company.
