I am so glad I used Greenheart Landscaping. This was our first time hiring for a big design project (big for us that is). They were heads and tails above all the others with attention to detail and interest in making a cool design based on what we were thinking. None of the other companies we got quotes from were interested in doing something a little differently. Everyone was professional/not creepy which a huge plus when they're at your house all day. They came back and replanted when some plants didn't make it over the summer last year. I just realized that I didn't review them last year so I wanted to do that now. He only issue was some communication snags, which were annoying, but that happens on most projects. If we ever move I know who I will call to do the backyard again.

Turf Monsters just completed a major overhaul  and remodel of our front and backyard. We chose them after speaking to two other companies,  one never called us back and the other was 20K higher than Turf Monsters.

The reason we chose Turf Monsters was Ryan. He is a straight shooter,  no nonsense with him.  He instantly earned our trust, and he had great ideas to help us decide on the best design. He supervised the project from start to finish and never left us hanging.
Sam and his crew did high quality work as well.

The results speak for themselves.  We went from have a drop house vibe to having the most beautiful yard on the block.  

I should add we did this project because we have a dog that eats rocks and a dog that digs.  Thanks to Turf Monsters, our fur babies will enjoy many hours of running on the pet safe Turf, no rocks or holes in sight!

Customer service and communication were great. We received prompt response for the landscape work estimate.  the personal showed up as promised and they showed up on time within a short time.   The landscape co. came to our home evaluated the needed work  and gave an estimate On the next day.  The company personal are exceptionally  nice and friendly, I recommend their work. The only draw back was that the received service landscape estimate for the full work operation was above the average that is going for our area of similar homes, and we're unable to hire the company to completed the landscape work at this time due to budgeting yet, we will consider hiring this company in the future for their customer friendly service, punctuality and prompt response.

The owner was kind, the initial tree work was completed quickly. The removal of the bushes was also done well. However there were many moments of miss communication possibly due to the language barrier (promises were made within texts and email), that being said the owner Cristo offered us a discount on the next job because of this. We were told he would call or text to arrange a date and time.......it's been 3 weeks. So I guess we won't be getting the discount on the next job after all.

Miquel quoted a price to cleanup landscaping, next morning job was completed.  Affordable pricing.

Sal and his crew did a WONDERFUL job with trimming and cleaning up my yard. He's super responsive to communications and very professional. Highly recommend!

Nevarez Landscaping just finished work on our backyard today, and simply put it is FANTASTIC.  
From the start Hector was friendly and professional, he far exceeded the other companies from which we received quotes in both price and professionalism.  I was pleased to work with him.
Hector was very accommodating, incorporating our own ideas with his recommendations creating a beautiful and practical space. My wife and I had some very specific requests with regard to which plants we wanted and Hector delivered all on accounts.  He even took the time to explain the finer points of using my irrigation control including how and when to water the plants already in place in the front yard in addition to those he added to the back.
Communication was excellent with updates throughout the course of the project.
I would not hesitate for a single second to recommend Hector and his crew nor will I hesitate to contact him for additional projects in the future.

After getting multiple quotes we went with happy tree landscaping. They were awesome. Very professional and Paul was there with any issue or question we had. Fast and quality work for a fair price!  I called to get an estimate and he came out the same day to give me a quote and schedule for my yard to be done. They showed up exactly when they said and got my whole yard done in about  an hour and it looked 100% better. I will definitely have them come back and would recommend them to anyone!

I recently had a very small job to put in artificial turf for a dog run (5' x 30').  Naji responded to my request within hours. He also called me directly to follow up on some questions I had.  After I did some research, I decided to go with JNK.  The dog run was installed 2 days after I called Naji to confirm I wanted to proceed with JNK, and it looks great.  I give Naji 5 stars for customer service, responsiveness, quality of work, and timeliness of work.  I will call him again when we decide to add a putting green to our backyard.

I was really impressed working with this landscaping company. I've owned my home for 10 years and never seem to get my landscaping done correctly. It was time to find a landscaping company in Phoenix that knew how to consistently produce quality work and keep my yard looking great. After working with this landscaping company I am very impressed. I can't imagine not having a landscaping company

I have no reason to lie about your business. Everything I said was 100% accurate. Your guys did come back and trim the tree they missed BUT they did NOT return and rake the rocks again. My home surveillance will show that your lying about that. If your not lying about the gate code then your crew is lying to you. The code still works to this day. Your company now has a 2 star rating on Yelp which says a lot!!  You want better reviews and a more successful company then start being honest with your customers and NEVER lie or make promises you can not keep.

I asked All Terrain to do a clean-up on my front and backyard, and they did an amazing job! We have have used many different landscaping companies over the years, and I have never had a company that was so detail-oriented.  My yard looks amazing!  Communication with staff-- from scheduling to estimates to billing was all streamlined and very efficient. I will definitely be hiring again.

We hired this company after our landscaper stopped showing up. They get 3 stars because they did an excellent job when they came out to do the clean up, granted we did pay them $500

Today was the follow up to begin regular maintenance. Here is what sucked:

1. I had to contact them 4 weeks later. They did not proactively reach out to me.
2. They took a few days to respond but eventually gave me a time slot.
3. They were 2 hours late to the time slot with no communication which would not be a huge deal but considering they only accept cash I had to rush to the bank when they appeared.
4. I got told it would be $80 to maintain my yard. Then I got told $100 and today I got told $150. This is 3x higher than any other landscaper I have had.
5. I got told for the cost today it covered reseeding but it did not and when I explained that wasn't my understanding I got asked How long have you lived here, you don't reseed yourself?

Unprofessional, disrespectful, unreliable and unreasonable

I called Omar Flores Landscaping because I had a leak in my dripline.  The black tubing was breaking down due to sun and age.  Omar returned my call the same day and came out the next day.  We made an appointment the next week to replace my irrigation with plastic lines and add a second valve.  His workers showed up on time and completed the work the same day.  They tested the system and checked to make sure each plant was getting water.  The yard was cleaned up with no signs it had been dug up.  I am happy with the results.  The work was very good quality.

Honest, Professional, Respectful is what Windmill Landscaping is about. They are the only company that responded / kept appointment out of the 7 that I contacted on Yelp.   Juan is the most professional landscaper that you could hope to hire.  On time and follows up to all communications within a day.  He was infinitely patient with all of our changes, as our smallish project turned into a huge one.  Anything and everything I wanted a change on (many of those) was met with Juan's Not a problem, we can do that.  We ended up with two new fake grass areas (dogs LOVE their doggy grass), new back wall, huge paver patio, planting of my cocktail grove (lemon, orange and lime), many palms and most importantly, fixing my ancient irrigation system.  If Juan wasn't happy with the work done he would call it to my attention and have it fixed.  Worth every penny having the peace of mind that your contractor is ethical and knowing he expects the same amount of professionalism from his sub contractors.  Soon it is the front yard re-do and I would never use anyone else.  I have already referred him to a friend.

I'm so glad my neighbor gave me a referral for this business. They came out fast to give a quote and started within a couple days. They finished quickly and now I'm enjoying my backyard. I wish I would've done it sooner! Would definitely use them again and recommend!
