I lost my mailbox key and was looking for an affordable locksmith. I came across Superior View and although they had only 1 review, I decided to give them a shot because I saw the business' reply to the bad review and realized it wasn't fair to judge them based on this negative review. So, I was given a fair quote. Tim and his assistant came over and changed my lock out in a timely manner. They were both friendly and professional. The price I paid was the same as quoted. Overall, this was great service. I got what I needed at an affordable price.

I am a small business owner and often need to have keys made, door locks fixed, locks changed etc.   Often, the need arises when you least expect it.  Don has always been able to handle our requests in a timely manner.  He always has a great story to tell also!

An amazing family service, I called a few places and they had the best prices on a programed remote key! I was originally going to spend extra money on my car being towed to a Toyota dealership to have it made there but they helped me save on that by coming to me. I definitely recommend this locksmith

FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!! THIS GUY IS A TERRIBLE PERSON. My child had been admitted to Children's Hospital, upon being discharged I discovered I had lost my key. Placido told me he would arrive in 30 minutes or less. He showed up an hour and a half later, got out of his truck and said, "I know I told you $250 but I do not have the faub I can only do a regular key (he told me on the phone he had the faub). I told him I needed to call my husband and pulled out my phone. Placido then yells at me "SCREW YOU! I'm leaving!" He then got on his car and drove away.

Called and spoke to Tim there in-house "Hoppe" locks expert and explained that i had a broken lock mechanism on the bedroom door and a loose handle on the kitchen door" with exactly the same hardware. I emailed "pictures and video" to Tim he then replied to my email with a Hoppe form to fill in which i did and returned and then he said that i needed two internal gear replacement parts to fix the issues. After doing a little more research on the web i found that i could remove the lock tumbler with one screw and that one piece could be replaced for $94.00. Tim billed me for 2 complete internal locking mechanisins  at $126.49 a piece

I called back spoke to Tim re the incorrect diagnosis on the bedroom door and asked about sending one of the incorrect pieces back and was told he would not switch out the incorrect piece for the lock that i actually needed which came out to be $4 less than the wrong part he sent me and i payed for and that i would need to pay a 30% restocking fee on the returned part as they don't stock anything from Hoppe and place all orders directly.
So after sending pictures and video and still receiving an incorrect part as the customer im pretty much told to go pound sand its your problem, about as shitty service as you can get one this one.

This locksmith will access your property without ANY verification. Be careful. This is illegal business and a major security concern. The owner is also very unprofessional dealing with this when I asked for a refund (see screenshots of correspondence). The cops were notified and a case has been open but I want others to be aware. My vacation renter was stressed out because she had locked herself out of the house. She called Turn Key Locksmith who didn't verify that she was a renter and the locksmith entered my house without ANY permission, opened the back of the house which is not a part of the house I allow renters to access and has many of my valuables! He didn't ask for any proof she was a renter. She could have been anyone. I pay $60 a month for ADT security system, but this locksmith will just come and charge $85 without any verification or screening and let a stranger in my house or yours! Please do not use this company. I am shocked how this whole incident was handled as well.

called this company for a ignition lock. got a guy that the AZ heat was too much for.  he asked that he could return later in the evening to drill out the ignition and replace the lock.  I agreed because I don't feel like I am unreasonable. he came back 15 minutes late for our second appointment, charged me for a drill out and the only thing he did was shoot a little lubricant in the lock.  then the real nightmare started. I called right after he left the job and requested an itemized breakdown of the bill.  I was told that the ticket had to be closed then I would get an itemized bill via email...that was on Sunday.  I called again on Monday and was told that the ticket was closed and I would be getting my itemized bill.  I called again on Wednesday and was told that their computer system was down.  I called again on Wednesday (lunchtime) and talked to David Barack, who said he was the owner and insisted that I was not his client and I was not going to get an itemized bill of services provided. I let him know that I was going to dispute the charge with my bank and he said that he would crush me, after he was done crushing my bank and credit card company. I called the Attorney Generals office and filed a complaint...TO BE CONTINUED!

I had locked my keys in the car. I was quoted $50 over the phone. When the tech arrived it was $185. I just broke the window out and replaced it for $40.

I really should expand on how shady this company is. When the tech arrived he asked right away what my car insurance company was. He states my insurance will reimburse the lockout service. Maybe some insurance companies offer that type of coverage but I have never heard of it. If some insurance companies offer this type of coverage I would think $35 to $50 is what would be covered. Of course this is all done so you will go ahead with the overpriced service. Then later you find out you have little or no coverage and have already paid $185.

With the dozens of other choices in the Valley. It is just best to try someone else.
