I lost my mailbox key and was looking for an affordable locksmith. I came across Superior View and although they had only 1 review, I decided to give them a shot because I saw the business' reply to the bad review and realized it wasn't fair to judge them based on this negative review. So, I was given a fair quote. Tim and his assistant came over and changed my lock out in a timely manner. They were both friendly and professional. The price I paid was the same as quoted. Overall, this was great service. I got what I needed at an affordable price.

What a home run! Open on Saturday, had my key in stock, put me on his schedule right away and came over to my place and got the work done right away! Technician was neat and kind. Price was much cheaper than others quoted.

Locked myself out of my house. Called B1 locksmith and they came out in less than 10 min and made a new key on the spot. I was back in the house within a few minutes and now have a spare key. Friendly and fast service, highly recommend.

An amazing family service, I called a few places and they had the best prices on a programed remote key! I was originally going to spend extra money on my car being towed to a Toyota dealership to have it made there but they helped me save on that by coming to me. I definitely recommend this locksmith

Owner came out a few hours after I called him. I had accidentally thrown away my key to the back yard gate padlock. He was able to open it and I bought much more substantial padlock from him. Great service at a very fair price.

Used the request a quote feature - he responded almost immediately - came over to our office, fixed our locks and left. Process was super simple, quick and will definitely use him again if need be!

Finally, the service was wonderful. The woman who helped us wasn't trying too hard or fake at all, but she was polite, kind, knowledgeable, and PATIENT. We didn't feel like she was helping us just to get our business. She was just being a nice person. We didn't end up spending more than $40 there, and we feel like she would have treated us just the same had we spent $4,000. Another gentleman also came to check on us while she was out of the room and he was extremely respectful and nice. Our visit there was the highlight of our day.

Answered my call quickly, asked the questions he needed to know and was at my car in 30 minutes. I had two new keys 20 minutes after his arrival! Great service.

Not trustworthy. They milked extra time out of me and charged more than what was quoted over the phone. Will not use their services again.

If I could give zero stars I would! I locked myself out of my car while it was running and had to call this company and I was quoted $65 for a total fee which included the locksmith coming out to unlock it and some fee for the call. I asked after I was told the total I would be charged just to confirm it would be $65 and he said yes. Then when they got to me 30 minutes later he said the fee would be $159 total for everything. I then told the guy what I was quoted and he just said, well that's going to be a problem and said there's nothing he can do, the fee was $159. So I paid it and he got me into my car quickly. But when I called the company about it they said they would listen to the recording of my call with the quote and call me back within 15 minutes. Two hours later and no call. So I called back and apparently the manager didn't have time to address this situation until the next day so they said she would call me between 12 and 2! Well it is 630 pm the next day and no call so I made a call to them and she's not in he office today! I will be stopping in until I see her! I would recommend going with a different locksmith FOR SURE!!!

While on vacation a friend with a key to our house broke the key off in our front door. He called these guys and they came out and changed our front door locks without any I.D., questions, proof of residency, nothing. Charged him $140 for a couple mins labor with a screwdriver, then when we get back and call regarding this happening without our or our landlords authorization they DENY coming out and doing the job. Real class business, if I'm not bummed on the security of my house, its their business ethic and moral.
