I was looking for a few large jailer key rings which were just not available in the area. I called Jim's Lock Shop and asked him if he had them in stock. Although he did not have any, he took down the pertinent information and said he would make a couple of calls for me. Jim called me back and said that the one resource did not have any and he was waiting for the other resource to call him back. He called me back the next day and said he could order them for me. Although I have to wait about 10 days or so for the jailer key rings, I know that Jim went above and beyond to assist me with getting what I wanted. When I have any needs having to do with keys I will take all of my business to Jim's Lock and Key Shop. Thank you so much Jim!

Frankey Does It Locksmith came to my rescue when I was in need of a locksmith. All others said they were booked up or had other clients to see. They were able to unlock my car as I had left my keys inside and I was able to get to work on time. Superior view was very prompt in responding to my inquiry for a quote. Not only that, but he showed up right on time for our appointment to change out the locks in my house and he was very courteous/friendly and quick. His quote was accurate and it was a job well done! I will use him again in the future if needed.

My husband used Bulldog for duplicate keys for some work vehicles.  He received great service at his work location at a great price, in a timely fashion.  

I decided to get a spare fob for my car.  Again we received great service and best of all a great price compared to what we'd been quoted before.  I highly recommend Tomer and his Team.

Do not trust this company. They are a bait and switch type. I was charged $469 for a single lock to be rekeyed. Then when asked if I would write a review the technician pulled up the review page on my phone and filled it out himself. I then called the company to complain and spoke with owner Ben who was completely rude and unprofessional. Reading other reviews from this company they look like they were all written by the same person. DO NOT USE B1 LOCKSMITH.

I received a text from the Lock Co. in a very prompt manner after requesting a quote on Angi. Owner, Ollie was available to come out the next day (Sunday) to re-key my father's home and our house. We were extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and friendly manner. The job turned out to be quite an undertaking at both older homes with old hardware and a screen door that had not been installed properly. Ollie worked several hours to correct the issues and we now feel secure at both locations. The cost was very reasonable  (especially as the jobs were challenging) and he was always positive when speaking with us. I highly recommend The Lock Co for any locksmith jobs. Ollie was terrific and we will certainly call him in the future.

An amazing family service, I called a few places and they had the best prices on a programed remote key! I was originally going to spend extra money on my car being towed to a Toyota dealership to have it made there but they helped me save on that by coming to me. I definitely recommend this locksmith

Good availability.  Right on time for appt. Did what we needed done at a fair price.  Even helped me re-hang a mirror when he was done.  Recommended.

This is probably the best service I received. I had lost my keys to my Mercedes Benz and I called "Plácido" to come out and help me. Within 25 minutes he was outside my door step. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Pricing was fair and honest; the dealer tried to charge me 800$. Highly recommend Plácido! Best work in the valley.

Called and spoke to Tim there in-house "Hoppe" locks expert and explained that i had a broken lock mechanism on the bedroom door and a loose handle on the kitchen door" with exactly the same hardware. I emailed "pictures and video" to Tim he then replied to my email with a Hoppe form to fill in which i did and returned and then he said that i needed two internal gear replacement parts to fix the issues. After doing a little more research on the web i found that i could remove the lock tumbler with one screw and that one piece could be replaced for $94.00. Tim billed me for 2 complete internal locking mechanisins  at $126.49 a piece

I called back spoke to Tim re the incorrect diagnosis on the bedroom door and asked about sending one of the incorrect pieces back and was told he would not switch out the incorrect piece for the lock that i actually needed which came out to be $4 less than the wrong part he sent me and i payed for and that i would need to pay a 30% restocking fee on the returned part as they don't stock anything from Hoppe and place all orders directly.
So after sending pictures and video and still receiving an incorrect part as the customer im pretty much told to go pound sand its your problem, about as shitty service as you can get one this one.

Corey was professional, timely and very friendly! I had him to replace 2 deadbolts and re-key all locks. I would certainly use him in the future and would highly recommend him to all! Keep up the great service, Corey!

Not trustworthy. They milked extra time out of me and charged more than what was quoted over the phone. Will not use their services again.

One of our students locked her keys in her car and we called Call Orange.  Given a quote of 15.00 and student ended up paying 150.00.  The technician, David, got lost on the way; he didn't know which direction was N, S, E, or W and claimed his GPS wasn't showing our address.  He called several times, lost; and got ruder and ruder with our front desk staff, blaming her for giving him bad directions when he admitted to not knowing which direction he was going (N, S, E, or W).  When he finally did arrive, the student met him at her car and he proceeded to complain about us the whole time he worked on opening her door.  It was not quick; it took an excessive amount of time, and then he handed her a bill for $150.00!!!!  Not even remotely close to what our manager was quoted.  BAIT AND SWITCH EXPERTS!!!!!  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY; YOU WILL REGRET IT.

BEWARE!!!! This place is worse than one star. My elderly mother-in-law called these guys to have a dead bolt changed. The guy who came to her house installed a $20 lock and charged her almost $500. They deny it was them although phone records show otherwise. She was SCAMMED :(
