Frankey Does It Locksmith came to my rescue when I was in need of a locksmith. All others said they were booked up or had other clients to see. They were able to unlock my car as I had left my keys inside and I was able to get to work on time. The service was quick and hassle free and were extremely professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their door unlocked. They also install locks. I can't thank you guys enough,

I have had hired many landscapers in the 15 years I have been living in the house I live in. Compared to the work that Superior View-Property Physical Operations has done for me I do not think I ever had my yard done before. My yard looks better than when I moved in. My yard never looked this great! No one can beat thier above and beyond service for the fair price they offer. Best Landscaping company out there.

Called Bulldog after they closed and told them what happened to me with another company, Scottsdale Locksmithing. Long story short I was in somewhat of an emergency and when nobody else could help, Bulldog came out. Tomer is the guy that helped me out. He was funny, collected and obviously willing to help me way past business hours. He charged me $200 less than the other guys, and at the end of the day I saved a ton of money. Couldn't be happier.

I received a text from the Lock Co. in a very prompt manner after requesting a quote on Angi. Owner, Ollie was available to come out the next day (Sunday) to re-key my father's home and our house. We were extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and friendly manner. The job turned out to be quite an undertaking at both older homes with old hardware and a screen door that had not been installed properly. Ollie worked several hours to correct the issues and we now feel secure at both locations. The cost was very reasonable (especially as the jobs were challenging) and he was always positive when speaking with us. I highly recommend The Lock Co for any locksmith jobs. Ollie was terrific and we will certainly call him in the future.

An amazing family service, I called a few places and they had the best prices on a programed remote key! I was originally going to spend extra money on my car being towed to a Toyota dealership to have it made there but they helped me save on that by coming to me. I definitely recommend this locksmith

Owner came out a few hours after I called him. I had accidentally thrown away my key to the back yard gate padlock. He was able to open it and I bought much more substantial padlock from him. Great service at a very fair price.

Called and spoke to Tim there in-house "Hoppe" locks expert and explained that i had a broken lock mechanism on the bedroom door and a loose handle on the kitchen door" with exactly the same hardware. I emailed "pictures and video" to Tim he then replied to my email with a Hoppe form to fill in which i did and returned and then he said that i needed two internal gear replacement parts to fix the issues. After doing a little more research on the web i found that i could remove the lock tumbler with one screw and that one piece could be replaced for $94.00. Tim billed me for 2 complete internal locking mechanisins at $126.49 a piece
20 stainless chip board screws $6.40
A $10 dollar charge for a "signature" and $40 for shipping and handling,
$309.38
I called back spoke to Tim re the incorrect diagnosis on the bedroom door and asked about sending one of the incorrect pieces back and was told he would not switch out the incorrect piece for the lock that i actually needed which came out to be $4 less than the wrong part he sent me and i payed for and that i would need to pay a 30% restocking fee on the returned part as they don't stock anything from Hoppe and place all orders directly.
So after sending pictures and video and still receiving an incorrect part as the customer im pretty much told to go pound sand its your problem, about as shitty service as you can get one this one.

Got my key fixed by Corey in October 2015. Not only was he an hour late to the appointment I set, he super glued my key fob together. This left my key stuck out and not retracting in like it was meant to. To make matters worst my key battery died in December. So now I am out the 160 bucks I was charged to fix the key and the nice remote features don't work and I can't change the battery because it is super glued shut. So now I am faced with the choice of getting a whole new vw key programmed and being out the 500 bucks that will cost, or hacking my key apart now trying to Frankenstein it together. Paid for a new fob and got a massive head ace.

After a different safe mover flaked on me two days before our move, I contacted Arizona Lock and Safe and hoped they would be able to squeeze in our job.
I sent a (rather panicked) email at 9pm and received a response almost immediately. I was directed to call Scott in the morning to see if they could help. Scott got me scheduled for the next day. I couldn't believe it!
John and Brady arrived on time, explained everything, and got to work. They were quick, efficient, and super-careful moving a very large safe.
The price was reasonable, as well. The fee is by the hour, and these guys wasted no time. Great job! I would definitely use Arizona Lock and Safe again and highly recommend them.

We originally contacted them through their website on Jan 25 and we received no response. We then on February 6th we called and were hung up on twice. Finally we found their gmail address and emailed them that way. This has been ongoing for several months and we had hoped to resolve it but it has not happened so here is our review. They are also known as 247 Pro Locksmith based in Tempe.
This is the letter we wrote to them & their following correspondence.
"I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Ryan a locksmith who was recently sent out by CallOrange to help me get into my unit.
On Tuesday January 19, around 9pm, I contacted your call center and told them that I was locked out and needed a rekey at (my address) I told them I could not get into my unit. I then received a call back from a locksmith named Ryan who told me he was about 15 minutes away and that it would be a $19 service call and about $20 to get me a new key. He asked me what kind of lock it was an I told him it was a Schlage keyless entry. When he arrived he told me that it was not a rekey and because I was locked out it would be more expensive. He told me it would be $140 because it was the Schlage lock and it would be more work. It took him 5 minutes to unlock the door and and when I asked him if he would cut me a key he told me it would be $40 because it was more difficult to deal with. I do not understand how it went from $39 to over $180 to deal with this lock. I was very clear that I was locked out, I was very clear that it was a Schlage lock and he even asked me identifying questions about the lock so he knew what he would be dealing with. I have a Home Warranty and I could have called them for $69 to deal with this lock but when Ryan told me it would be $39 I decided to save myself $30 and go with Ryan.
I find this to be deplorable service and I feel taken advantage of. If he knew that Schlage locks were more expensive to work with he should have said so on the phone as he did ask me what type of a lock it was. I also said that I was locked out. How did a key being cut go from $20 to $40? How did letting me in all of a sudden turn into $120? This was a five minute job.
I would like the bill to be adjusted to what was originally described to me on the phone. I feel that Ryan saw that I was in a desperate situation and up-charged me and was untruthful with me or withheld information from me."
Their response was to request a copy of the receipt and when we sent it in, they replied with:
"It seems as the customer agreed to the price in writing as indicated by the
customer's signature on the invoice. Thanks."
Our response (My Assistant):
"She did agree to it at the time because she had no other choice but we
do feel we've been seriously overcharged if you reread what happened
in the first email."
Their response:
"The fee that was paid is a fair fee for this type of service. If the
customer felt he was over charged, he could have called another
company. Thanks."
We have tried to move this up the ladder but our messages are being ignored. We have called, emailed and sent messages to their Facebook page. The person with whom we were communicating never signed their name to their emails so we don't even know who was responding. The Call Orange website claims a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If I had read the reviews on these guys I would have never used them.

I had locked my keys in the car. I was quoted $50 over the phone. When the tech arrived it was $185. I just broke the window out and replaced it for $40.
I really should expand on how shady this company is. When the tech arrived he asked right away what my car insurance company was. He states my insurance will reimburse the lockout service. Maybe some insurance companies offer that type of coverage but I have never heard of it. If some insurance companies offer this type of coverage I would think $35 to $50 is what would be covered. Of course this is all done so you will go ahead with the overpriced service. Then later you find out you have little or no coverage and have already paid $185.
With the dozens of other choices in the Valley. It is just best to try someone else.
