They were able to unlock my car as I had left my keys inside and I was able to get to work on time. I lost my mailbox key and was looking for an affordable locksmith. I came across Superior View and although they had only 1 review, I decided to give them a shot because I saw the business' reply to the bad review and realized it wasn't fair to judge them based on this negative review. So, I was given a fair quote. Tim and his assistant came over and changed my lock out in a timely manner. They were both friendly and professional. The price I paid was the same as quoted. Overall, this was great service. I got what I needed at an affordable price.

My husband used Bulldog for duplicate keys for some work vehicles.  He received great service at his work location at a great price, in a timely fashion.  

I decided to get a spare fob for my car.  Again we received great service and best of all a great price compared to what we'd been quoted before.  I highly recommend Tomer and his Team.

Great, FAST and fair service.  Lost key to POD that was delivered.  Needed to have removed without damaging ( cutting lock ) or $500 fee from PODS for their door closing repair ( joke ) but BI came out.  Fast! and picked lock in .30 seconds, made sure door opened.   So many times I got the bait and switch in Chicago from Locksmiths - so just moving here - this guy gets a shout out for saying $65 for service on the call, 20 minutes to get here and .30 to fix it and was off again.  Very cool!

Exceptional work and great value. Was locked out of our car as son took only set of keys with him to boot camp accidentally. Aaron was immediately responsive and able to do the work. And the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

An amazing family service, I called a few places and they had the best prices on a programed remote key! I was originally going to spend extra money on my car being towed to a Toyota dealership to have it made there but they helped me save on that by coming to me. I definitely recommend this locksmith

Owner came out a few hours after I called him. I had accidentally thrown away my key to the back yard gate padlock. He was able to open it and I bought much more substantial padlock from him. Great service at a very fair price.

FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!! THIS GUY IS A TERRIBLE PERSON. My child had been admitted to Children's Hospital, upon being discharged I discovered I had lost my key. Placido told me he would arrive in 30 minutes or less. He showed up an hour and a half later, got out of his truck and said, "I know I told you $250 but I do not have the faub I can only do a regular key (he told me on the phone he had the faub). I told him I needed to call my husband and pulled out my phone. Placido then yells at me "SCREW YOU! I'm leaving!" He then got on his car and drove away.

Called and spoke to Tim there in-house "Hoppe" locks expert and explained that i had a broken lock mechanism on the bedroom door and a loose handle on the kitchen door" with exactly the same hardware. I emailed "pictures and video" to Tim he then replied to my email with a Hoppe form to fill in which i did and returned and then he said that i needed two internal gear replacement parts to fix the issues. After doing a little more research on the web i found that i could remove the lock tumbler with one screw and that one piece could be replaced for $94.00. Tim billed me for 2 complete internal locking mechanisins  at $126.49 a piece

I called back spoke to Tim re the incorrect diagnosis on the bedroom door and asked about sending one of the incorrect pieces back and was told he would not switch out the incorrect piece for the lock that i actually needed which came out to be $4 less than the wrong part he sent me and i payed for and that i would need to pay a 30% restocking fee on the returned part as they don't stock anything from Hoppe and place all orders directly.
So after sending pictures and video and still receiving an incorrect part as the customer im pretty much told to go pound sand its your problem, about as shitty service as you can get one this one.

Great guy. Really polite. Made two sets of keys in thirty minutes flat. Extremely affordable, I was expecting much more. Definitely recommend. Very satisfied. 5 stars!!!!

Not trustworthy. They milked extra time out of me and charged more than what was quoted over the phone. Will not use their services again.

Absolutely amazing company! They had a tech at my door within 30 minutes of my calling, and I do not live close to the city. Ayal was very professional and incredibly helpful regarding how to protect and secure our home. Cheers!

BEWARE!!!! This place is worse than one star. My elderly mother-in-law called these guys to have a dead bolt changed. The guy who came to her house installed a $20 lock and charged her almost $500. They deny it was them although phone records show otherwise. She was SCAMMED :(
