Not only that, but he showed up right on time for our appointment to change out the locks in my house and he was very courteous/friendly and quick. His quote was accurate and it was a job well done! What a home run! Open on Saturday, had my key in stock, put me on his schedule right away and came over to my place and got the work done right away! Technician was neat and kind. Price was much cheaper than others quoted.

Caught myself in a pretty bad situation by losing my keys to my car and not having a spare. I contacted B1 locksmith and Ben was at my door before I even had a chance to get dressed. He was extremely fast and diligent and I really appreciated how quickly he finished the job. Don just completed some work at our business and I couldn't wait to rave about him. I received a text from the Lock Co. in a very prompt manner after requesting a quote on Angi. Owner, Ollie was available to come out the next day (Sunday) to re-key my father's home and our house. We were extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and friendly manner. The job turned out to be quite an undertaking at both older homes with old hardware and a screen door that had not been installed properly. Ollie worked several hours to correct the issues and we now feel secure at both locations. The cost was very reasonable  (especially as the jobs were challenging) and he was always positive when speaking with us. I highly recommend The Lock Co for any locksmith jobs. Ollie was terrific and we will certainly call him in the future.

An amazing family service, I called a few places and they had the best prices on a programed remote key! I was originally going to spend extra money on my car being towed to a Toyota dealership to have it made there but they helped me save on that by coming to me. I definitely recommend this locksmith

I somehow lost or misplaced my housekeep I don'the housekeep I didn't know this until I came home 11 o'clock at night.  I called at least 10 other locksmith's that said on Google they were open 247 they weren't they were actually closed and refused to come.  Sean was very professional caring and didn't mind been woken up woken up so late he came out promptly, unlocked my door.    He even made me an extra key at no charge.
I recommend American Patriot locksmith.

Found this guy on Craigslist.  Or a phone number on Craigslist that dispatched him to my house to fix a stuck ignition and was supposed to fix my driver side door lock.  Long story short my car now has no alarm, the door panel is broken, he busted out my lock on my door and dented in my ignition. Now I can't use my fob to lock my doors or pop my trunk. He wanted 400.00 bucks to straight up damage my car.  He blamed it on the age of the car and now his dispatcher is harassing me.  If you need a locksmith please look elsewhere. Not only is my car not fixed now I have more parts to replace.  I will be taking this to the BBB at a minimum.

HORRIBLE service! Bill, one of the sales people was one of the rudest people I have ever met!!! Would not let me speak and kept telling me I could not say what I was saying when I complained about their return policy. I told him I can say and think what I want and he told me he can choose to accept my return or not and he doesn't have to do busy with me.  Zero value foe customers or women in general. I will NEVER do business with them and will share my experience with anyone I meet! HORRIBLE....RUDE...SERVICE!

I locked myself out of my office at 11pm. I called up the top 3 locksmiths on Yelp and felt really uneasy about the way that they talked to me. None of them gave me a definitive quote...It was always vague numbers and they were all really rushing to get me to give them my address. I felt like they were trying to trick me by saying "the call out fee is only $19". When I asked how much the actual labor would cost, they would say something like "it could be as cheap as $75, but it could also be $200."

When I called Turn Key, it was a much different conversion. He didn't try to pressure me at all. And he also gave me a set quote, and promised that it wouldn't go over unless I was completely wrong about the lock. He also asked me to text him pictures of the lock so that we could both be on the same page. He drove out to meet me very fast and was very professional. I can't recommend Turn Key enough!

I called Arizona Lock and Safe to move and install a safe for me and got great service for an excellent price. They did a really great job and their prices are excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them to all of my friends.

One of our students locked her keys in her car and we called Call Orange.  Given a quote of 15.00 and student ended up paying 150.00.  The technician, David, got lost on the way; he didn't know which direction was N, S, E, or W and claimed his GPS wasn't showing our address.  He called several times, lost; and got ruder and ruder with our front desk staff, blaming her for giving him bad directions when he admitted to not knowing which direction he was going (N, S, E, or W).  When he finally did arrive, the student met him at her car and he proceeded to complain about us the whole time he worked on opening her door.  It was not quick; it took an excessive amount of time, and then he handed her a bill for $150.00!!!!  Not even remotely close to what our manager was quoted.  BAIT AND SWITCH EXPERTS!!!!!  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY; YOU WILL REGRET IT.

While on vacation a friend with a key to our house broke the key off in our front door. He called these guys and they came out and changed our front door locks without any I.D., questions, proof of residency, nothing. Charged him $140 for a couple mins labor with a screwdriver, then when we get back and call regarding this happening without our or our landlords authorization they DENY coming out and doing the job. Real class business, if I'm not bummed on the security of my house, its their business ethic and moral.
