Had a great exsperence renting my storage uni at Security plus Self storage  they were convenent off 30th ave and grand and the mangers were very helpful

There is no question Aaron knows his locks. He was friendly, clearly an expert, and most importantly he has genuine concern and care for the safety and setup of his customers. The reviews are true, if you need a locksmith look no further. I hope I won't need his help again soon but I am very glad to have his number saved in case I do!

I have used Ben now more than once and he is nothing but a pleasure to work with. Professional, fairly priced, on time when he makes an appointment and knows exactly what he is doing. I will continue to use Maricopa Lock & Key and will highly recommend Ben to anyone in need of a locksmith.

Guy helped me back into my house . He was friendly and showed up at the appropriate agreed upon team.

Mohamed was great we locked ourselves out of the house and he came to my house and waited for me until I arrived since I was at work. He quickly got the door opened and saved the day. It only took him 2 minutes. He was so kind and professional. Very honest. If you are looking for a great locksmith he is your guy!

I called 5+ places, not only was he the most polite but the most knowledgeable. I needed my street bike rekeyed because someone had lost the last set I had. He was under five minutes and was a joy to be around. He complimented my art work, which is always awesome. He was great, fast, and very communicative. I really appreciated that, as sometimes, things happen and lack of communication makes the cir circumstance appear worse than it is- he was upfront and honest and made up for it right away! I spent awhile contacting them before finally someone responded they're out of the residential business.

I lost my only key to my car and was told by Toyota that I would have to tow my car to them and then pay for a new key but I did not believe that was my only option so I called The Lock Butler and asked if my problem could be solved. I mentioned it was my first time using a locksmith and wasn't aware of the pricing and such but I was told their prices are fixed and they don't try to sneak in additional costs like other locksmiths and I asked if I needed an appointment and Mendel told me he could be at my apartment in 20 minutes. Within 10 minutes, Mendel made a new key and programmed my entire car AND fixed my lights and sound when I unlock/lock my doors WHICH Toyota said they only can do with their computers and it would cost me more money. I would give 10 stars if possible but no one should ever use another locksmith besides The Lock Butler.

Just got off the phone with this company and he got frustrated when I asked for a price, basically hung up on me without saying goodbye. Customer service could use some fine tuning.

If there were TEN STARS i would give it.  I was referred to Scott by another company because of where we lived and i was not disappointed.  I was out of state and wife and children were at home when our house was broken into.  Scott and his wife came out as soon as they could and began to switch out our locks.  They were extremely professional and made my wife feel at ease with what they were doing.  They went ABOVE and BEYOND to fix some minor problems with our door knobs and made sure my wife was comfortable before they left.  I would recommend them to anyone WITHOUT HESITATION.  I cannot express my gratitude for their service and above all being personable and human in a situation that was very traumatic for my family.

Had trouble with car starting. They are VERY friendly! Great customer service. Kept me updated on their departure and arrival times. Made an annoying situation a lot more bearable.

The other night I locked myself out of my apartment when I was moving in. My phone was at 12% battery life and I only had enough time to search locksmith and call the first number listed - America's Locksmith Services. The technician arrived within the hour and was able to let me into my apartment in 15 minutes. He did not have to take of the door knob. I paid the whopping $119 for his services.

When I checked my phone after it had been charged some more I saw this. "Hey. This is Matt the locksmith. You're beautiful. Want to grab lunch or a drink sometime". I was uneasy for the next few weeks because the man who had broken into my house for me took my personal information the company provided to ask me on a date.

When I came home the next time after his services, the lock that he had opened for me no longer work. He did not check to ensure my lock worked upon his departure.

I called the company (The only line available - "General Inquiries")  to tell them about Matt texting me and they said their managers would not be in until Monday. I called Monday and the manager said that Matt would never call or contact me again. I said that the door was broken and the manager said that happens. I said that they should have checked before they left. I also said that I felt I should not pay for my services since their technician lifted my information. He said I knew I would have to pay for services and he would not cover it. He said I could have someone come to fix the door but would have to pay for that as well.

I told him that I was uncomfortable with the technician taking my information from the company provided file because I am a female and live by myself but the manager simply said he needed to get Matt's side of the story and would call me back. I never heard back from the company.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They do not protect your information and they are severely overpriced.
