Had a great exsperence renting my storage uni at Security plus Self storage  they were convenent off 30th ave and grand and the mangers were very helpful

Imagine arriving home Sunday evening at 9:15 PM after a week away and your garage door opener batteries are dead, locked out of your house with no idea who to call.  I phoned a couple locksmiths in the Chandler area and another in Maricopa 1 called back in about 30 minutes but couldn't give me a price which made me uncomfortable. Finally found Aaron on Yelp and he answered himself and gave me a price and was here in 10 minutes.  This guy is the real deal and does what he says for a reasonable price. Thanks!

This company is amazing the I lost my key at a restaurant as they were closing. Needless to say it was never found. I applied on the site at 11:30 pm. I was answered promptly within 30 minutes. Stating they would be out first thing in the morning to meet me at car. The arrived exactly on time, wearing a mask. Got the job done in a prompt time frame. Technician was courteous friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable given the circumstance. Lifesaver! I will call this company anytime I need a locksmith! Their website is user friendly, easy to understand (if like me it's an after hour event) 5 stars!!!

I called 5+ places, not only was he the most polite but the most knowledgeable. I needed my street bike rekeyed because someone had lost the last set I had. He was under five minutes and was a joy to be around. He complimented my art work, which is always awesome. He was great, fast, and very communicative. I really appreciated that, as sometimes, things happen and lack of communication makes the cir circumstance appear worse than it is- he was upfront and honest and made up for it right away! I called yesterday afternoon for a house rekey and this morning Robert arrived 15 minutes early.  He was nice and worked quickly to change out 14 locks. My crazy house (kids and dogs) didn't phase him one bit. I would absolutely recommend them and should the need ever arise again, they will be my first call!

Just got off the phone with this company and he got frustrated when I asked for a price, basically hung up on me without saying goodbye. Customer service could use some fine tuning.

I called this company at 5:40am and left them a message to call me as soon as they were open that me and my dog were locked out of my house since shortly after midnight and it's been consistently over 95 degrees the whole time! They never returned my call and it's almost noon! Don't waste your time you will die of heat exhaustion before they return your call!

When I locked my keys in my car the other day, my roadside service contacted this company for the lockout. I was told the locksmith would arrive in "no longer than 45 minutes" by the service. At 55 minutes past the time of the call, I received a phone call from Richard of Discount Lockout. During the conversation, there was some breaking up of the call (as I was near a mountain and a spot I know has terrible reception); so at some point during the conversation, I said, "Can you hear me?" He replied quite gruffly, "Yeah, but I'm trying to talk and you keep talking over me!". He proceeded to ask where I was. I told him the location, he groaned and said, "I'll be there shortly"; to which I replied, "I was told you'd arrive within 45 minutes and that has passed". He then went on a tyrant about that being an ETA and that he has to drive all over the valley and he only gets the location of one stop at a time.
When he arrived about 10 minutes later, he continued his tyrant about driving all over the place. (All I could think of was: Isn't the nature of your job??)
He was wearing a completely inappropriate t-shirt for someone who is dealing with the public that referred to his fondness for female genitalia.
When you're locked out of your house or your car, you're kind of in distress and you're definitely not having your best day. The least the locksmith can do is be pleasant and professional to minimize your stress.

The other night I locked myself out of my apartment when I was moving in. My phone was at 12% battery life and I only had enough time to search locksmith and call the first number listed - America's Locksmith Services. The technician arrived within the hour and was able to let me into my apartment in 15 minutes. He did not have to take of the door knob. I paid the whopping $119 for his services.

When I checked my phone after it had been charged some more I saw this. "Hey. This is Matt the locksmith. You're beautiful. Want to grab lunch or a drink sometime". I was uneasy for the next few weeks because the man who had broken into my house for me took my personal information the company provided to ask me on a date.

When I came home the next time after his services, the lock that he had opened for me no longer work. He did not check to ensure my lock worked upon his departure.

I called the company (The only line available - "General Inquiries")  to tell them about Matt texting me and they said their managers would not be in until Monday. I called Monday and the manager said that Matt would never call or contact me again. I said that the door was broken and the manager said that happens. I said that they should have checked before they left. I also said that I felt I should not pay for my services since their technician lifted my information. He said I knew I would have to pay for services and he would not cover it. He said I could have someone come to fix the door but would have to pay for that as well.

I told him that I was uncomfortable with the technician taking my information from the company provided file because I am a female and live by myself but the manager simply said he needed to get Matt's side of the story and would call me back. I never heard back from the company.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They do not protect your information and they are severely overpriced.
