Naji, is an Arizona native who has been doing landscaping design work since 2011. In his spare he likes to spend time with his family and kids, JNK was originated after his three kids initials.
Naji Warrayat was presented an opportunity to open up JNK Landscaping and Pools and decided to expand his business skills and venture into an area centered around families- the construction and maintenance of outdoor living areas!

JNK Landscaping did an amazing job on our backyard. After getting several estimates, we chose JNK because not only was the pricing reasonable, Devin's energy and professionalism really resonated with us. He listens to what we wanted and then literally walked through our backyard measuring the space, giving suggestions and asking questions. We have no experience in designing backyards and our backyard is small so we basically wanted to create an outdoor space for dining and hanging out by the fire. Devin was great in helping us throughout the process!!
From start to finish, it took about 8 days, the crew was always on time and always made sure to check in with us to confirm our decisions/preferences. We never used our backyard much at all and now we're enjoying the space daily! We are so happy with their service and work, I recommended them to my mother! Thanks again!!!
JNK did a fantastic job on our backyard remodel, which included tearing out a good-sized concrete patio and installing pavers in its place, along with additional paver areas/walkways.
Devin was a pleasure to work with; he understood what we wanted and balanced it with what we needed. The existing patio had terrible drainage and would form a pond with the slightest rain. JNK totally fixed this; we had our first heavy rain last night and zero ponding!
Sammy and the crew that did the work were friendly, fast, and took pride in their work. Everyone involved had a can do attitude; small changes or questions were alway met with no problem. Very confidence-inspiring. And Devin himself came out to repair a damaged irrigation line just a few days after we noticed the leak. All this, and at a fair price.
We've got plans for more work in the near future, and look forward to the opportunity to work with JNK on those projects as well.

Great craftsmanship, expedient, reliable, hard working, reasonable and great communication. Those are just a few words to describe my experience with JNK in our recent home project. We did an complete remodel of our front yard, added pavers, arch driveway, enclosed courtyard with pony wall, wrought iron fence, gate and all new desert landscaping. Lived in the valley for 22+ years and have taken on multiple (interior/exterior) home remodel projects and this has to be by far the most seamless and pleasant experience working with a contractor, thanks to Naji and his magnificent crew!
We have started discussions with Naji on a backyard remodel project, now that our front yard transformation is complete!! :)

JNK does great work at a fair price. I had them install turf, pavers, and quarter minus in my backyard. they were able to move up the expected time table by a few weeks and completed the work quickly and efficiently
There were a few minor issues during the job, but Devin was able to get them taken care of quickly.

We worked directly with Devin from JNK and he was excellent throughout the process. He helped us pick out plants and gave recommendations on the layout of the backyard. They were able to schedule us about one month out.
The crew arrived on time and finished the job in about 1.5 days. They worked efficiently and cleaned up everything at the end. Everything turned out exactly as we designed it and my family is very happy. The quality on the turf is much nicer than I thought it would be. My kids love it.
We had issues with our drip system previously so the crew also replaced the entire thing and set up a bluetooth automated drip system which is great for me to have more control.
I got a few other quotes and JNK was slightly cheaper than average but Devin was the reason we chose them ultimately.

JNK is a must use for your landscaping needs. We had turf, a barbecue grill and plants installed. Everything was installed quickly and looks great.
Additionally the Fire Department tore up some landscaping on our property after installation. JNK came back out and took care of us at no additional charge. Great company!!! Also they were way cheaper than their competitors.
JNK was great. Devin is very knowledgeable about landscaping. Had the work done within a very reasonable time frame. The workers on the team did a perfect job. I mention this because the last landscaper company that did work, I had to keep an eye out as they kept making mistakes.

Excellent quality, excellent service, and excellent value for the work done. Naji was I think the fourth person to give us an estimate on decorative (but functional) paving of our walkway and sides of our driveway: it was very reasonable for the work done, and his attention to detail, professionalism, ability to communicate, knowledge of all aspects of the work being done, and easygoing friendliness quickly made him our top choice--and seeing the results, the quality of the work and the people he works with far exceeded the cost.
Because of our great experience with the pathway, we then signed him on for a complete overhaul of our sloped gravel backyard--and could not have been a better decision. It was a big project, but the price was very fair and the teams he brought over (particularly Sammy and his guys, Baudilio and Gilberto, they're outstanding) blew us out of the water. They went above and beyond to ensure the end result was exactly what we wanted, and took the time to give options throughout the process (even if some of the options were more work-intensive). We currently just finished Phase 1, with Phase 2 being an outdoor grill and fireplace, and Phase 3 being a zero-entry pool, hot tub, and waterfall--the attached image was taken at the end of Phase 1, just before we had an extra center landing built down by the water.
For us, the results speak for themselves--we've had a ton of neighbors come over and ask for his info, and I believe a few are already trying to schedule him. Naji and his guys are great people who are also phenomenal at what they do, and we will be using JNK for likely all of our future landscaping projects.

JNK did a great job on my recent backyard renovation project. Devin was a pleasure to work with. They were very quick to repond to my request for an estimate, and helped me with the overall vision of how I wanted to renovate my back yard landscape beds. They were very clear and detailed in the breakdown of the estimate. The crew arrived on time, and everything was installed quickly, and looks wonderful. Great response time, service and follow up. Deven came out and gave us good ideas for design, plant material and future projects. He listened to our desires and presented us with a plan that we could work with. The crew showed up on time and got the job done in that included cleaning out old shrubs, installing a new drip line, planting trees and shrubs and laying new rock. It looks great. Highly recommend Deven and the crew. The plants are beautiful too.
Let me start off with saying JNK Is a phenomenal company to work with. Requested a quote and Devin came out quickly to give a free estimate. I had a vision for my yard and Devin made very good suggestions to make my vision even better. He has a real good eye for making things pleasing and functional. I had requested quotes from 3 different companies all around the same price and I went with JNK because I listened to my gut. There quote was just slightly higher but for good reason, the quality of design and work that went into giving me the yard of my dreams outweighs a small price difference.
I went with travertine pavers and synthetic grass with irrigation lines run to all plants. Joakim who was managing the irrigation/landscaping team and the paver team did a wonderful job. He was very friendly listened to a few of my concerns and quickly gave me a solution. Very professional as well. Daniel, David and Angel Jorge and Leo were also wonderful to have on the project. I was outside with them asking questions and making last minute changes without hesitation. Daniel noticed as he was putting in two new irrgation vavles that my other two vavles were very old and gave me the suggestion of replacing all at once. He even was patient and showed me how he was building out the vavles. David, Jorge, Leo and Angel helped me run irrigation lines to 40 of my container plants which to me they went above and beyond as certain ones were on one valve and the others were on the other vavle.
On the travertine and synthetic grass side Aldo and Saul were hands down awesome! They really know there craft and did a wonderful job laying the travertine pavers and working on the synthetic grass. Saul was even patient enough to answer questions when laying the travertine pavers.
After accepting the quote with Devin, he quickly got the project rolling the following week and the team had everything finished within 3 days. If I had to do another renovation or brand new yard, I will hands down choose JNK Landscaping and Pool. Here is a tip consider requesting a quote on switching out your front grass with synthetic. They did a wonderful job on my back yard grass and I am hoping in the future to get my front yard grass switched out.

It was a pleasure dealing with JNK. Our backyard landscape lighting suddenly failed, the landscaper who put it in last year wasn't responding, and Naji with JNK responded right away. We formed a plan to either repair or replace the whole thing, and they tried to get it to work again but it was toast. They were able to do the replacement the next day and in less than half a day. We are very pleased with the service, and I would highly recommend.
I recently had JNK add pavers to my side yard, improve the drainage and reinstall a new pool electrical line under my turf.
Pros:
They are pretty responsive with getting back to you and give a decent quote that's not outrageous compared to other companies. While the paver work looks great, there were finer details missed.
Cons:
Originally they stated Oct 11th but upon my outreach to Naji that morning, he called me back and stated it would be the WEEK of the 11th. Not a big deal but word of advice, just be slightly flexible within a few days of what they state. Especially if you're arranging PTO or have dogs that roam in your backyard.
If you have turf that's pulled up for any work, be sure to walk the area after. There was about a 20ish turf nails not picked up/placed back into the turf. Can you imagine your dogs playing in piles of nails?
I had follow up with them to get the pile of left over sand/trash/paver pallets cleaned up, which they stated they would have someone walk the completed project with me - no one walked it with me. I reached back out the following weekend to have someone walk it with me to address some concerns with how the drainage would work. While they weren't able to make the Thursday appointment it was rescheduled for Friday...success.... someone finally showed up.
Don't assume their expertise in this field, they installed the new drainage box a few feet away from the actual downspout of the gutter. Joaquin was sent out to look at this and stated it's normal. Unfortunately, I will need to fix the drainage since the water moves in the opposite direction from how the grading/pavers were done prior. Not sure why a drainage box wouldn't be installed right under the downspout?
Unfortunately, I can't say I would use them again for anything other than pavers.
Tip: be explicit with exactly where items will be installed and be flexible with your schedule.
Ultimately the best experience. Naji was very responsive and quick to get us an honest estimate. This company is five stars well deserved. Was quick to get us on schedule for a much needed driveway extension. The workers showed up earlier then expected worked their asses off in 110 degree weather .. They ended up finishing the job in one day . We will be using this company for more work at our home in the near future. Highly recommend this company !

Naji and his team at JNK were amazing. They were fair, honest, extremely accommodating and quick! In terms of price I would say they were somewhere in the middle from the bids we received but I couldn't be more glad that we went with them. We had friends who went with other landscaping companies who either showed up late, skipped days or were not great at responding to questions which sounded very stressful to me. Naji is super quick with responses on the many questions I had, had the team drop off various samples and continues to answer any questions even after completion. From our first initial deposit, we had a yard in less than two weeks. Our neighbors actually went on a quick vacation and when they got back we told them we had a yard!
We did a mixture of travertine, turf, pavers on side walkway, gravel, raised planter, lighting and plants. They also helped us add a water bib on the side of our yard at the last minute and added a pipe so that wires can be put underneath our travertine in case we decide to add an above ground spa later. They were even kind enough to help repurpose some of our plants from the front of our home to the back. We are so happy looking out the window now. Hope this review and photos help with your decision making.

I just recently had a paver walk way added to my existing pavers on the side gate area of my home on 1-04-23.That was continued to the back yard. Along with a drain pipe added & connected into my existing rain gutter drainage system on my home. As I had added some plants onto my already existing irrigation system. I was very pleased with the end results of the work that was provided. The work crew who came out to my home we're good workers who provided a good service & who were professional while working at my home.
So I had a positive experience & I & my wife like the end results of the product of the work that was provided for us in what we asked to have done.
So thank you to Devin in making this happen & being easy to work with. Thanks to you & the work crew in bringing another nice added piece of work done to enhance my landscape area of my home.

I wants to start mentioning that Naji and his team is so amazing. If there was option to give more starts I would give him for work and service they do.
He was very easily available, either via email/text/phone. I reached out to him in multiple ways at different times, he always make sure to respond in timely manner.
We had to delay start day 1 day before as of water leak, he was so easy to adjust schedule. During our project, he was constantly in contact and making sure work is done with quality. when we wants to change something after work started, he did not hesitate to re-do with our preference. This is what is called as SERVICE and make customers HAPPY. Naji make sure we are super happy, and we are :-).
His team showed up on time until the project was done and their craftsmanship was at the highest level.

Quotes were seriously extremely high. I would shop around. Neighbor had work done, but told me that they overpaid. Skip it. Its close to 25% more than others.
Devon and his crew did a great job I had it done in a day and a half and it really turned out nice would definitely recommend them in the future and use them if I have any other jobs. response time was quick they started the job two days after I gave the OK

We had at least 10 landscaping companies give us a quote over 3 years, on our total backyard renovation, but there was always a stumbling block. They either didn't see our vision, didn't want to do the involved demo, or deal with grading concerns. We are so grateful to Devin at JNK Landscaping in Gilbert for listening to what we wanted and for having the drive to want to see it through! Their crew was fantastic. Devin helped get us through design steps and got us out of a really bad 90's DIY design. Highly recommended!
I could not be happier with JNK Landscaping. They have the best products and best prices. They did a great job on our turf, palms, stones and rocks. The turf looks completely natural with no visible seams.
If possible, ask for Devin. He was our project lead and took superb care of us and made sure that we were completely satisfied.
We did a major update to our back patio, pool deck, added waterfalls, artificial turf, lighting and new front sidewalk/entry in the front.
The team were the hardest working crew I have ever seen. They are skilled craftsmen, professional, punctual and did a fantastic job. Naji is the owner and is very responsive and has great project management skills. He kept all the different parts of the project moving and has a good design eye, offering excellent suggestions.

Naji & his team were absolutely fantastic to work with. Every time I reached out, I was responded to same or next day. The project was done way faster and sooner than I expected, AND he still responded to my questions even after the project was done and they had been paid in full (I've had plenty of experiences where once they're paid, they're long gone).
JNK & Naji helped transform our front yard vision into a reality, would absolutely recommend them for your landscaping needs.
If anyone is curious, we had them tackle a handful of projects: changed front lawn to artificial turf, paver expansion on driveway, paver pathways to front door and back patio, completely redid my old/leaky irrigation system (front and backyard), and planted several beautiful new ficus trees.

Found this company on yelp! They were quick to respond! They were helpful with the best design for our front yard adding turf and pavers. They are very professional and our project was completed quickly!
Highly recommend! They were very easy to work with, efficient and we thought their pricing was fair. Materials arrived within 10 days and they completed the job in 2.5 days.
There's a reason these guys have 5-star reviews across the board. I worked with Devin and his team, and they did a wonderful job at realizing my backyard's vision. The initial consultation was around May 26th, and they were able to come out and finish the entire project under a month.
The end product is of absolute quality. They installed lovely green turf, a majestic fire pit with a bench, and clean-sexy pavers with a gravel border. I was out of town on military orders, but Devin proved this businesses' great communication with regular updates and pictures of the progress of our project.
I can't recommend these guys more and they deserve every positive review they've earned.

Great company to work with from start to finish. Devin was our project lead on this project and he was both extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to provide us with multiple ideas that hit our goals (re-landscaped entire front yard) within our budget. He provided us with some great ideas based on his past experience and the project came out great. The crew was awesome as well. They were extremely professional and respectful to our neighbors. High quality work and quick - they were in and out and left our property looking much, much better than when they started. Devin was in constant communication with us throughout the project. Amazing, 5 star experience from start to finish! JNK was the first company I called to get a quote for redoing my front and backyard. Devin came by within a couple of days and spent his entire morning walking through the project. Although I had a rough sketch in mind of what I wanted done, Devin made some thoughtful recommendations and we modified the plans accordingly. Based on my initial interaction with Devin and the numerous 5 star reviews on Yelp, I didn't bother to contact anyone else.
We started the project several weeks later as Naji and Devin had promised and their team worked extraordinarily fast. It's important to note that they paid very close attention to detail and their remarkable speed in completing the project didn't comprise the quality at all.
In the end, they installed travertine pavers in the front, side and backyard, turf in both the front and backyards, planted flowers and a tree, installed a new irrigation system, installed new track lighting and placed new rocks in both yards needed to complete the look.
Their entire team was amazing and the crew leader for our job, Joaquin was very courteous and easy to communicate with.
The pictures don't do it justice but I am so happy with the way the project turned out. Big thanks to Naji, Devin, Joaquin and their whole team for a job well done. Hire JNK Landscaping & Pools for any work you need done, you won't regret it!

Responsiveness was excellent. Very patient with my HOA process and held the bid for several months. Once I was ready to go materials were delivered and work was completed within a couple days. Workers communicated effectively and the whole process was very easy.
Highly recommend!! Devin was fantastic, he worked with me to itemize all of the things I wanted to do so I could plan and budget appropriately. He listened, asked questions, and had constant communication with me until the project was completed. The crew did an excellent job, I would highly recommend this company.

Naji and his crew did an amazing job! From the first contact Naji is professional, thorough and attentive. We wanted to change landscaping, replace our pool interior and tiles and I wanted to add a putting green and turf. Normally this would entail hiring three different companies, one for each. But JNK had such good reviews, I thought I'd try them. So glad I did. His crew is fast, efficient and competent. They cleaned up each day when they were done, and started the next day on time! They went out of their way to make it easier for us. Respectful of my property, and my neighbors they were a delight to work with as a entire team. Best of all, their work is top notch. I can't recommend them highly enough.
There are not enough words to describe how happy I am with hiring JNK Landscaping to install pavers in my backyard and a walk way on the side of my home. I first met with Devin on Saturday April 9th , Devin was very informative on his knowledge of landscaping materials. I did not end up using this service as the pricing was so far out from that of 3 other estimates I didn't even give serious consideration. The young man who came out was very personable and confident, but the whole time I felt like he was a fast talker. He did listen to our vision and made some very valid points but like I said he was almost double of that of the other services.
I'm not saying that they wouldn't have done a great job, I'm saying that if you are that much over that of your competitors some people may never have given them the opportunity ...like us
Naji turned my very vague request to totally transform our backyard from gravel into an oasis with a gorgeous spa, pool and backyard pergola. He was super responsive and our entire project was done months ahead of neighbors of ours using other vendors. Highly recommend!

JNK was awesome!! Devin helped me bring to life exactly what I envisioned but wasn't able to do myself. It was a 3 week estimated wait on the schedule yet yesterday I get a call from Devin saying they have a crew ready to go tomorrow!! (Today). We hired JNK Landscaping to give our backyard a remodel, and we are in love with the results. We had pavers, sod, gravel and landscaping services.
They were responsive, had great communication and the whole process from requesting a quote to relaxing in my beautiful backyard was easy.
The on-site crew were skilled, professional and very respectful of our neighbors.
We'd definitely recommend, and can't wait to use them for our next project.
Our HOA finally approved homeowners to be able to expand their driveways, so we jumped on our chance to increase the width and also use pavers instead of concrete. We had specifics we were looking for and also wanted a certain paver style so we reached out to three different companies on Yelp based on ratings and pictures we saw. I already gave a review on one company that apparently didn't want our business, JNK responded quickly and provided a great estimate, and the other company just gave us a ho-hum estimate and only really wanted to lay pavers over our existing concrete driveway. There was one big difference between all the companies and that was follow up and the ability to answer questions. We had Devin come out to our house and create the estimate. He was able to go over the design, show paver samples, explain the differences in pavers, give his personal opinion and why, and also my wife who teaches math was impressed with his math related answers.
For the most part everything was smooth as butter. They arrived according to plan, did the job quickly, and everything looks like it is pretty much flawless. The only incident that occurred was when we originally asked for rounded corners and the paver guy went with straight edges instead because he thought it looked the best. Well, the customer is always right... right? After Devin came by and gave his opinion and listened to what we wanted they re-made the edges rounded and it looks exactly what we wanted.

Absolutely like the completion of the project which we planned to remove all the grass and put down the weed prevention sheet and to install the gravels in front yard. The crews are professional and efficient. JNK Landscaping Company is Highly recommended.
I called six different companies for bids on my backyard. Pricing was very low to ridiculously high. Some didn't show up at all, some showed up but never followed up with a quote.
JNK was amazing from start to finish! Lisa came out and measured and even had helpful suggestions regarding my initial design. I was presented with a professional layout, instead of just some numbers scribbled on a piece of paper, like some of the other companies.
The day the crew started it was all hands on deck! They worked with purpose, and were respectful and helpful. Each stage of the project from taking down the awful and invasive tree, moving the gravel, to putting in the pavers, building the fire pit, installing the sod and rock to final clean up was professional and precise!
I highly recommend JNK, (I've already sent several friends their info) not only for a job very well done but for what I feel was a very fair price for the caliber of work that was done!!

Devon, in his young twenties, is very professional and knowable. His crew was Awsome! As they worked, I made several changes. They handled every request. There was no additional fee! The crew was very friendly and did not show any objection to my spontaneous requests. I can't say enough about JNK! I'll be working them again in the Spring for a pergola and our front yard. The fact that they requested a larger down payment than other companies got me concerned. They were very professional and trustworthy. WE HAD BIDS FROM SEVERAL OTHER COMPANIES! JNK. I understand why this company has five stars! I am SO PLEASED with my whole experience: start to finish. First, they responded quickly to my inquiry, and Devin came out right away to give me a quote. Having never done landscaping, I was a bit overwhelmed by the quote, so I communicated with Devin and Naji to work within my budget. Once that was taken care of, we set a date for cleaning up the yard (it was AWFUL) and adding the rocks and turf. The whole job was completed in 2 days, and I LOVE MY YARD!! The crew worked so hard in devastating heat; they were really nice, too.
When it was over, both Devin and Naji followed up to ensure I was happy. I am happy, and my dog loves his new yard (you can see by the pic that he's claimed it as his own).
I will always recommend JNK, and I will use them for all future projects.

After a year and a half, this is how our walkway looks. Any input? Maybe informing your customer that sealing it would've been a good idea? Absolute garbage.
Absolutely amazing experience for my first big home renovation ever! I reached out to JNK back in November 2020 to get an idea of what it would take redo my entire backyard. I wanted to do about 1400sqft of turf and about 350sqft of pavers in various places. Devin came out and we walked my backyard and I laid out the design plan I had. Devin provided some great recommendations for some areas that were a little tricky (I have palms trees very close to the rear wall so getting a paver border behind them wouldn't have worked).
I thought the initial quote was very reasonable, but since it was my first project I wanted to do my due diligence so I spoke with 2 other companies. JNK absolutely blew those quotes out of the water and I didn't feel as comfortable with either of those reps as I did with Devin. I reached back out to Devin on Thursday, February 25th (the delay from November to February was all on me, not on JNK) to let him know that I was ready to schedule my project, but that I had some changes to the design that I wanted to discuss.
Devin came back out to the property on Thursday, March 4thand we discussed the changes I wanted to make and an overall timeline of when the project could be completed. I also asked specifically about grey pavers because both of the other companies told us that it would take 4-6 weeks to get them due to the high demand. When I asked Devin about this, he assured me that they would be able to get them in a timely manner.
Let me tell you, a timely manner is completely underselling how fast we had them. I paid the deposit on Friday, March 5th and later that day 4 pallets of grey pavers arrived at my house. Devin reached out and told me that they would be installing them somewhere between Monday (March 8th) and Wednesday (March 10th). Devin and his crew arrived Tuesday, March 9th and installed all of the pavers. They then arrived on Wednesday, March 10th and installed all of the turf.
The whole yard was done in 2 days and in less than week after I paid the deposit to get on the schedule. These guys were so great and super communicative throughout the whole process! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to due a project on their yard. When I do the front yard next year I will definitely be calling JNK.
I can't Thank JNK enough for the work they've done at my home! They resurfaced my pool with a beautiful pebble Tec, retailed my waterline, transformed my backyard to one that I am proud to spend a lot of time in. The pricing what is very fair and reasonable for the resurfacing, Tile, turf, irrigation, and landscape plants; I didn't even have to look anywhere else because not only was the great they responded to my late fall inquiry And got everything done along with brand new quality pool equipment and plumbing before the new year! That definitely would not have happened with another company, as I asked and shopped around. It looks great, thank you so much guys! Thank you Devin! I wanted an old world cottage garden type patio so I had refurbished brick put down by JNK landscaping. Devin was great was always there for phone calls and on site checking things out . The crew were on time everyday work was Beautifully done .Im Thrilled! They removed a very large inground spa took out the cool decking had to refill the hole then lay the bricks. JNK was responsive, professional and fast. Their bid was not the cheapest we got, but we went with them based on their reviews and we don't regret it. The quality of their work is clear. They took steps that I'm confident not all landscapers would have, like precise measurements and leveling of the ground before installation of turf, tile and stones. Would highly recommend this company.
Naji and his team are outstanding and their work is fantastic! After contacting them, Naji got back to me quickly, came out soon after and walked my yard with me, and gave me a VERY competitive quote. His was the third of four quotes I received and easily the best. His team did the work over the course of two days as estimated and completed it exactly as I'd expected.
Naji as well as his team were polite, courteous, prompt, diligent in their work, and made sure to ask me for clarification on a couple issues before starting work on them. They even made a recommendation on how we were wanting our deck bordered with pavers. It was an excellent recommendation, cost us nothing extra to do, and we're very glad they did that.

Had artificial turf and paver blocks installed in our backyard. Devin came out to check our backyard. Within an hour, we had a quote in our email. Definitely not the cheapest quote but a very reasonable one. The work on our backyard started 1 week before the actual scheduled date which was a pleasant surprise. If I could give more than 5-stars, I would. Naji and his amazing team made every step of this process easy and we had an amazing backyard transformation in 1 week. Naji and his team do an incredible job. From the beginning, Naji was very responsive and got out to our home quickly to provide a quote. His pricing is fair and very reasonable for the detailed work his crew provides. Naji also helped us with the design when we weren't 100% sure on what we wanted. A kid for the company came out and gave me a ridiculous quote of $23K for which I went with another company for only $12K for the same thing. I later asked them for a quote on another service for which the owner set the appt and the night before, he sent me a message realizing I didn't go with their bid before and was butt hurt. He said they don't give free quotes and will charge $150 to give me a quote!!
If I could give 10 stars I would - this company is fantastic. Devin was our project manager and came out to the house to do the initial quote. I didn't know what I wanted and needed creative help and he had a ton of great ideas. He was very responsive and dependable as we had plenty of questions via text, phone call and email. He always responded in a timely manner and the work was done quickly. We were scheduled out a few weeks but they called early and told us there was a cancellation so our whole project was completed well before the original scheduling. Our yard was so hodge podge with landscaping before and now it looks clean and nice. They also did an exceptional job with the pavers and gave us a few things that weren't in the original contract - we asked for two different types of rock and they put a nice paver border between them; we had some leftover flagstone and they arranged it into a nice path to the door; and we had an old, broken storage shed that they were able to haul away. They even cleaned up the street and sidewalk from the dirt debris at the end. Would 10/10 recommend and will be a repeat customer if we move.

JNK is legitttttttt! Devin and his crew came in and did their thing! In and out from estimation to final product. Removed two large trees, several bushes and a lot of rocks. Only did part of the backyard. Will call again for other half and front yard design when I'm ready.

Naji and the crew at JNK were a pleasure to work with! We had about 200 sqft of pavers installed a few months ago and from quote to completion it was about a week and is exactly what we were looking for.
I was very disappointed with the first few interactions with Naji. I originally reached out to the company on Octotber 7 to request a quote on a large backyard remodel. We spoke on October 9 and due to his schedule he was unable to get out to provide a quote until 10/20. This is completely understandable and expected. When we discussed a time, he wanted to give me a 'window' of an entire day. I explained I had pockets of time during the day and I was free between 9 and 9:30. He said that would work and he would arrive at 9:00. I then provided my address and thanked him for understanding.
Today is the 20th, and we were scheduled for the consult at 9:00. at 9:15 I called just to check in and see if he was still planning on coming by. There was no answer. He then called me back about 5 minutes later and the conversation went south fast. Naji asked for the address. I had provided this when I scheduled the appointment. He also got heated pretty quickly when I asked if he was still coming because our appointment was at 9:00. He said 'I never promise i'll be anywhere at a specific time I give a window. Now, I need your address.
I asked where he was at so I would have an idea of how far out he was, but he wouldn't say. That is when I told him I would look elsewhere for work on the yard. If this is the way he communicates and works, I know it's not a good match for my expectations of someone I will be paying 10's of thousands of dollars.

Now that it's been awhile, our grass is pulling away from the edging (see photo) and the seam in our lawn is more pronounced (they didn't use one piece even though our lawn is less than 10x20 ft. Plus they didn't pack down our soil well and/or add enough of a sand base layer and we are starting to get depressions in our lawn. :(

They also didn't try to upscale us for a bunch of other things (bbq island etc) like some other companies did. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We agreed to a contract and 2 days later our backyard was turfed. The crew that came out was very pleasant and efficient (720 square feet in about 6.5 hours).
We will have JNK work on our front yard next and excited to see the plans and finished project.

One of the most rude vendors I have ever dealt with in my life. Naij told me because I was asking questions if I was through bitching about his over priced quote. I explained to him he is way more than any other licensed vendor & at a quote for an average yard he wanted me to pay $11,289 and still buy my own turf. This company is a total rip-off, rude and I would never do business with them unless you like to deal with a verbally insulting person who over charges. I have had many artificial turf installed as I am a Property Manager and I know his prices are a rip-off and he said I should stop bitching cuz he has many great Yelp reviews. Just awful customer service.
Devin did exactly what he said he would. The men that did the work were prompt and clean. I would definitely use them again.

We choose JNK for their positive reviews, and made the right choice. Naji responded to our quote request right away, and set us up with Devin (project manager). Devin did a great job helping complete the design and worked with us from start to finish. Along the way we adjusted the quote several times, as we changed our minds, and JNK worked with us to reduce cost as much as possible. JNK provided a scheduled up front, and met all their deadlines on-time. Their crews were on-time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up very well, they left our home looking very good. This company was absolutely amazing to work with. Clear and constant communication throughout the whole process and a wonderful end product! We had a pool installed so our backyard was left a mess. JNK put it right back to how it looked before and even better. We also had a large section of turf installed. We had this done in early February and so far is holding up and looks great. They even made sure after they left that there was no mess left behind from the piles of rocks etc. I highly recommend this company to anyone. One of the best experiences we have had.
We read so many bad reviews for landscapers and found a lot of them were not licensed. After researching a bit, I found JNK landscaping. I checked their ROC license and everything looked good. We contacted JNK for a landscaping and paver quote after our pool was completed. The owner Naji responded right away. I explained what we wanted done and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. He arrived for our appt on time. We walked the yard with Naji and showed him the area where we wanted pavers to extend from the driveway, down our side yard to the backyard. We also wanted a small paver pad done just inside of our gate for our trash cans. We asked him if he had an electrician who could install carriage lights on our patio that we had already purchased. We also discussed where we wanted plants and gravel in our backyard. He measured and then sent the estimate to me right away. I told Naji we wanted the pavers to match exactly what was installed on our driveway and gave him the name of the pavers. We gave him the green light to order materials and a few days later the pavers arrived. Wow, JNK does not fool around. Paver crew came out and installed the pavers. Up next was the landscaping. Naji came back out with his landscaping crew. We discussed the plants we wanted and the placement of the plants and lighting. One guy on his crew left to get the plants, the others started to trench around the perimeter of our side and backyard for the water line and electrical for our yard lights. They worked straight through and the crew knew exactly what they had to do. I was shocked at how quickly they worked and what a great job they did. They did a very professional job and best of all they were all so nice and respectful. We are very happy with JNK landscaping. Our yard is done, the paver walkway from front to back makes things look nice and is much easier to walk on versus the gravel. We love the landscaping lights. Our plants are thriving and not one plant died. We highly recommend JNK landscaping!! They are one of the best landscapers out there!!

I had a great experience with JNK Landscaping and Pools. Naji was extremely professional and above all patient. He gave us a quote way back in July and his rates were way better than a lot of other companies here on yelp. I ended up contacting him 3 months later in the end of October and I hoped to have the job done by Thanksgiving which he ended up delivering. We appreciated he didn't promise us he would have it done by Thanksgiving but instead told us right off bat he wouldn't be able to meet that deadline which was fine with us. I was happy with the no BS and the straight forward answers. He ended up getting the job done 3.5 weeks before Thanksgiving anyway.
His crew was extremely clean and personable. I had no issues and this whole process was stress free. We didn't feel rushed, we were able to explain our ideas and they exceeded our expectations. He gave us about 5 different quotes to help us stay in our budget which we really appreciated. This company can do a lot of different kind of work too. I had electricity ran out to the backyard and he beat out every quote on that job alone by a long shot. So, there was no need to hire multiple different companies to do different jobs because he was able to beat out everyone on travertine, turf and the stub out for electricity. Our yard looks sharp! The end product is perfect. We are very happy we picked this company. We highly recommend this company if you want a stress free experience.

We can't say enough great things about Naji and his crew at JNK. As everyone probably is aware, it is virtually impossible right now during COVID and the housing/remodeling frenzy to get anything done quickly, let alone high quality work. From the time we first contacted JNK for an estimate to put in a brand new back yard (think dirt lot) to the time it was fully completed less than a month later, we experienced nothing but professionalism. We received our estimate the same day Naji initially came out, which was reasonable and in line with other companies. However, his experience, reviews, and availability to begin working almost immediately tipped the scales in his favor. We were very surprised that from the time we signed with JNK to the time the crews started was less than a week, and the job was done in only five days. The crews showed up every day until the job was done, were very courteous, and knew what they were doing! They left our place very clean when the job was done, as well. Our project consisted of drainage, electrical, irrigation, pavers, rock, turf, and an Alumawood pergola. We anticipated waiting months for the pergola but, somehow, Naji did his magic and was able to source one quickly. One last thing. We experienced some unexpected family issues during the project but Naji was understanding, helpful, and immediately responded to a few additional frantic calls. Thank you, especially, for that! We are looking forward to working with JNK again very soon. You will be happy if you go with them!

When we reached out for a quote they were immediately responsive, their quote was competitive and their communication was great throughout the whole process. We had our backyard plants completely torn out and re done with turf, irrigation, and pavers within three days. I don't think 5 stars is high enough. Naji and his teams were all amazing. they helped us design and complete our backyard remodel. They were incredibly supportive and easy to work with. All work was done faster than expected and looks amazing. Had one repair that needed to be looked and after contacting Naji on the weekend, his guys were there Monday to fix it. They helped us spread out the project so that we could complete it according to our plan, financial situation, and uncertainty about what we wanted to do. Naji dealt with late night and weekend correspondence in a completely professional way, and every one of our changes, and last minute additions was dealt with without any issues. The yard looks amazing, and the pricing was awesome as well. We have recommended Naji to everyone in our neighborhood that asks for landscaping companies!

I wanted to landscape my entire backyard and make it more pet friendly after adopting two puppies last year. Naji and his landscaping and pool team were great to make it happen in a couple weeks timespan. I had a side yard fence with gate installed as well as pavers over my existing pool deck and a paver expansion. They also created a planter and installed artificial pet turf to add some greenery and a place for the dogs to run and play. Finally my pool was re-pebbled (I had plaster before). Everything turned out wonderful! Naji was great in answering any and all questions I had via email/text message, and was very prompt in replying. My yard is small, about 500 sq ft. It was not functional and was keep the blinds closed ugly. It had been done once years ago and it created so much mess that I tried to fix it on myself. I contacted JNK and Naji came over, took measurements and got an estimate to me within a few hours. It was a 2 day project, they were scheduled to come out both mornings at 6:30 and were early both days which is a huge plus in my opinion. They even moved the irrigation line as it was not in the most functional area or set up to be the most efficient. They worked continuously both days and when they were finished with the project they cleaned everything up, including the street. I am so impressed with the quality and with how fast and hard they worked. It turned out exactly how I wanted!
JNK Landscaping is hands down, the best. No bull. Found them via yelp and was not disappointed. From the first estimate, Naji was on-time, polite, knowledgeable and very friendly. On top of it all, priced very competitively! JNK did our paver driveway, paver patio, rod iron fence, pool equipment fence with gate and it all looks great! Naji answered every email, text and all the dumb questions I had. Just awesome to work with from beginning to end.
My only regret is that I did not find JNK sooner. You will not go wrong giving Naji a call. I cannot recommend him enough and he will have all my business in the future!

I usually don't write many reviews but I was so blown away by the work and service so I had to. I purchased a home in Gilbert back in may 2021. I am coming from seattle so I didn't have much knowledge on pools and what a proper Arizona backyard should consist of. After calling many pool and remodel companies who came out to bid the job and told me they can start in 6-10 months, I got back on yelp and stumbled across JNK landscape who responded to my inquiry on getting a quote within minutes. The owner Naji came to my house himself and gave me so much information on the things we could do to better our backyard and pool. What blew me away is he said we can start this in 3 weeks and his price was so much more fair than any of the other 10+ bids I got. In that 3 weeks I was able to work with naji on getting other things done like gas lines, and irrigation system to save time. Not only did these guys come in and start on time, they completely finished the project less than 2 weeks and the quality of the work was fantastic. Naji called me when they were done and I flew back into town from seattle and met him for a thorough walkthrough and I was just so blown away by the quality and detail. He made my vision of a backyard come to life. I highly recommend JNK for any pool or backyard remodel. Naji is a great guy and he runs a tight ship with his crews. I am so glad I got turf installed! My house now feels like a home and my daughter is able to enjoy the backyard. This is definitely an investment so I was nervous about the amount of money I was going to spend, but now that I see the results, it is worth every penny. I got quotes from three different companies and JNK was the highest rated company and the best deal! The guys came on time and completed the worth efficiently. I didn't know that windows could burn turf (I have since installed sunscreens) so it started to burn the next day. They even came back out to repair the burn. Overall, this is a great company!
This team did an outdoor kitchen for me and some grounds work and they did a great job. They are a bit on the pricey side. It their work is definitely worth it. They left a little debris after both jobs but nothing I couldn't clean up myself.
Naji and Devin were very responsive and easy to work with. From providing quotes to project completion, it was very smooth. They did an excellent job on our backyard! We wanted to remove the grass and install pavers, and do a cement patch on a little section. It looks so much better now! It only took them 3 days. I hired JNK to build a fireplace in our back yard and they were fantastic! I was initially impressed by how quickly they responded to my request for a quote. They reached out the next day and within a few days they were at my home to measure, then the bid came shortly after that. Their communication was great the entire time and their price was very fair. A few weeks later the project began and they finished in just a few days. Samuel was excellent and checked in multiple times a day to make sure it looked the way I wanted. He clearly takes great pride in his work and it showed! I also worked with Devin who was also fantastic! I am so happy with the fireplace and look forward to using them for projects in the future!

Naji was awesome and so easy to work with. He came in with the lowest bid and his team's work is quality. We wanted to repave the side of our driveway and give our backyard a bit of a makeover but nothing too fancy. Naji and his team came bright and early the next morning at 7 and worked for almost 10 hours straight and then finished the rest the next day. They put a lot of care into putting the turf down. We ran out of the existing pavers we wanted to use so Naji went to Lowe's and picked some more up. I would highly recommend him and his team for any landscaping design needs!

I have a small patio area that needed some TLC and in my search for landscapers, I came across JNK Landscaping. I'm so pleased that I found them! From the initial consultation through the installation the service was terrific! During the consultation with Devin on the project, he proposed a couple of ideas that I'd not thought of that turned out best. I was worried my project was too small but they treated it like I had an acre lot to landscape. The crew arrived early, worked diligently and completed the job in one day. I was especially impressed with the time they took to grade the slope from my gate up to the patio slab. I was very concerned about the gate dragging and they took the time, did the hard work to make sure it cleared freely over the pavers. Devin was very responsive to my emails and took the time to explain everything clearly.
JNK and Naji knocked of out of the park with our front and backyard redo. We are in love with the paver walkway and the turf is a dream! The work took less than 2 days and the cost was quite reasonable. Naji was great to work and super responsive. He turned our words and descriptions and delivered exactly what we envisioned
JNK just installed my fake grass, added 5 tons gravel, and planted a few plants for me today. Best prices in town, amazingly easy to work with and schedule; the owner is involved every step of the way and is always available to answer questions. We could not be happier with JNK and the work they did in our backyard. We had an old built in bbq grill that they removed and rebuilt. Devin and his team were incredible to work with. They went above and beyond-which seems so difficult to find these days. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend them for any yard or pool jobs.
Lots of little mistakes that I had to fix after they left, like plants not lined up correctly, lights not centered, but mainly there was no area left for drainage, so water has nowhere to go with installed turf and pavers (created some flooding). I am getting this done by a new company but had to pull up turf and some pavers to make it right. Also, base material under turf is caving a little with all the rain (as mentioned by another customer). I felt like I was supervising the job, providing design drawings, directing the work, calling to escalate problems, etc.

This company is amazing! We've hired them twice now. Once to do a portion of our back yard with pavers and a firepit. The next to do some additional pavers and lighting. Both times, the work was wonderfully done and very quick! In what felt like a couple of hours we had a new back yard. Love it!

Working with Naji and his crew was a really great experience. He wasn't the lowest bid, but we were impressed with his knowledge of the business and how quickly he could get the job done. We added a driveway extension and had to wait for HOA approval. Naji is very experienced with working in HOA communities which we greatly appreciated. He was also very patient with us as we waited for approval knowing it could take awhile and also put us further down the calendar for a start date. Once we got approval he ordered the material and work began a week later. The install crew worked diligently and got it down in less than two days. The driveway extension looks great and we will definitely call on JNK Landscaping in the future with other projects we have.

Naji and his crew recently installed three areas of pavers in my backyard - a sidewalk through my gravel....er, I mean desert landscape; a ramp to replace some crumbling steps; and a separate patio area on the other side of my house. They did a really nice job, and Naji even came up with some suggestions to improve on my ideas. His crew did some extra work based on those suggestions and I wasn't even charged extra, which was appreciated. I recommend JNK Landscaping for any paver work you may need!
Honestly, I am blown away at the amazing work JNK has done for our yard! The first photo is before they came and the rest are the final product. I needed a second RV gate added to my property. I spoke to a few different vendors on Yelp and in the end, decided to go with JNK. This turned out to be a great decision. Naji and his team responded to my questions quickly and all work was done to schedule (if not ahead of it). JNK even went out of their way to ensure the composite wood they could get would match the wood on the rest of the property. Overall, it was a great experience. If you're trying to decide on who to use for your next project, I'd definitely recommend JNK.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience with JNK landscaping. We have a pretty extensive list of items we need done to our yard but our top concern was that we were having issues with our drip system for months. As it turns out we had some pretty major leaks in the system (causing extremely high water bills) that we never caught ourselves because it ran during the day when no one was there to see the geyser of water in the back yard.
I reached out to multiple landscaping and irrigation companies looking for someone to just come take a look and give us a quote. Naji was by far one of the fastest to respond. Honestly I'm impatient and when I want something fixed I don't want to wait a week or two just to have someone give me an estimate which was what most of the irrigation companies told me the wait would be before they could come look. The fact that Naji replied within an hour and set up a time to come out right away was a huge plus.
The owner Naji is extremely professional, he is great to deal with, his prices are beyond fair and his constant communication is one of the biggest pluses. Any questions I had he answered right away. When we discovered that our drip timer box was also not working he told me if he could fix it and save me the money of buying a new one he would. Having a company that is in the business of making money who is actually offering to help me save money was a first!
I will absolutely be hiring JNK for the rest of the landscaping items we need to check off our list. They have done an amazing job and they prove that they know how to run a successful business putting quality work and customer satisfaction hand in hand.

Beautiful job by JNK! It was the BEST decision to have them remodel our backyard! Naji was professional and very informative when he came out to provide an estimate. He helped us to create the best use of the space and great advice on where to save and where to spend the money. We had to wait 3 months before we could move forward but he was able to recap everything like it was a week ago. He was sincere and honest from day 1 and set expectations perfectly. They started when promised and they finished ahead of expectation. They were very detailed and made sure that we got exactly what we wanted and accommodated adjustments for the extra mile. We were looking to bring some oomph to our backyard and got several quotes. Ended up using JNK and we are glad we did. Naji and his crew installed pavers, firepit and turf. They did an awesome job and Naji is great to work with. Very responsive and he actually listens to you and provides advice. His crew were super professional they even let my son help lay some pavers. Strongly recommend Naji you wont be disappointed. He is not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. They pay attention to details like getting the edges done right.
They did a marvelous landscaping our backyard and walkway. All work was completed on time and according to plan.

JNK just finished a fairly major landscape and patio installation in our newly built home. An excellent company to work with. First we did get various estimates and JNK came in well below the other contractors. Plus their bid included items the other bidders did not include. Owner Naji is very easy to work with and quick to respond to any of your requests. The project included half a yard of paver stones, large L-shaped gas BBQ and bar area with a refrigerator, a fire pit, side walk way, landscape stones, planting in the back and front yard along with the associated water system. He has a well qualified crew that shows up when he says they will and keeps the area clean. He also added little touches along the way at no more cost. I don't think you can go wrong with this company.
Naji and his crew we're amazing! They were the most affordable I could find but the quality of product, work and customer service was not compromised at all! I would recommend them to anyone! We absolutely love our backyard and can't wait to enjoy it for many years!

Naji and his team did a phenomenal job with our landscaping. He was very accommodating, offered great advise, took our vision and created a masterpiece. When we wanted to make some changes during the project, he worked with us to make it happen.
He is also very responsive, communicated very well and in our case worked with our schedule to get the job complete in about 3 days.
I very highly recommend him. If you are looking for a team that does great work, you can stop looking as you have found them.

We contacted JNK for a backyard re-do. We needed some cleaning up and we needed some replanting and possibly travertine install. We couldnt exactly figure out what we wanted to install in terms of trees/shrubs behind our pool and we were asking Naji for some suggestions and we were pretty disappointed when he suggested we put FAKE plants in our backyard.
In terms of designing and helping plan out a yard....I dont think this is a landscape company you want to use. Yes if you already know what you want or dont need much designing then maybe they will be ok.....but we wanted someone who give a good professional plan to help make our backyard look really nice....and fake plants was not our idea!
Cant attest to their workmanship since we decided against using this company. I dont know how many professional landscapers will recommend installing fake plants and trees in your backyard in this heat!
JNK Landscaping and Pools has a phenomenal crew! Naji is the owner and when I spoke to him on the phone, he was professional, thorough, and came out for an estimate on my property promptly. I called on Tuesday, and they were out Wed morning to give me a super fair quote.
I needed a large clean up and a few new installments. But let me tell you, they do everything from clean ups, maintenance, paver work, concrete, rocks, new build, and anything else you would need for a nice landscaping job.
Naji let me be a part of the process every step of the way! I felt very included and was able to tell him exactly what I wanted.
The crew was quick and the work was nice. Naji even came out to oversee the work and asked me if everything was to my liking before they left.
If anyone is looking for a professional in the business as well as not breaking the bank for exceptional high end landscaping, I would give Naji a call!

Naji is the best!!! I got several quote from other companies and Naji won by a landslide. He's extremely responsive, reliable, knowledgable, and affordable. We had JNK landscaping landscape our backyard and Naji & his crew did a great job. They were in & out in a week! I was a very painful client (haha) and went back and forth on design 8000 times. Naji was so patient and helpful and has even been so kind to help me with the front yard which he did not landscape. I'd highly recommend JNK to anyone in the Valley & will definitely use them again.

I had JNK put in a fire pit with pavers in my back yard, and lay turf. They were super fast, efficient, and the work was awesome. Naji was super easy to work with, great communicator and his team was on time, every time. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking to have work done

Naji was great to work with - extremely responsive, knowledgeable and fair. We had an artificial turf installation project. He listened to our needs, made recommendations, accommodated our requests and was able to install within a few days. The team did a great job. The price he quoted was fair, so we did not get other bids. If we have future landscaping needs, we will definitely use this company again. Very happy with the experience. My wife and I moved into a house that had a huge backyard that was filled with weeds and rocks. I had heard about this company through a co-worker and liked what I had seen on instagram. The owner Naji came out and gave me a quote and I was surprised by his professionalism and punctuality. I was honestly surprised that he was able to get me on the schedule so quickly. Even when they ran into an unforeseen issue caused by the previous owners he was thorough in explaining the issue and possible solutions.
He updated all of my systems and worked to explain everything I had questions about. I appreciate how quick his guys worked and that the yard looked amazing when they left. Naji and his team did a great job installing artificial grass and pavers for my new home for a very competitive price. Unlike other companies I had out, Naji was helpful in recommending materials and layouts based on my needs. Throughout the process Naji was easy to contact and returned calls promptly. I would highly recommend JNK to anyone looking for quality work!
I set up a consultation with Naji three weeks ago for landscape and pool estimate. He emailed me the night before our appointment that the minimum pool travertine they do is 500' (mine was 436). Then he just didn't show for the rest of the bid. There are a lot of new neighbors moving into Encanterra and I will not be referring anyone to Naji or his team. In the meantime, I have been lucky enough to stumble upon Best Deal Landscape Design and LOVE them. Steer clear of JNK...it seems they only want large projects and big money.
JNK Landscaping did a great job with the artificial grass installation and lighting on my backyard. My family and I are picky, but Naji and his crew worked diligently and made sure we were satisfied with their work. The owner Naji was very quick with communication. He responded promptly and answered all the questions we had. We are planning on doing the front yard in near future. I would recommend JNK Landscaping and Pools to anyone who needs artificial grass installation as well as landscaping lights.

I contacted Naji to come out and give me a quote on having pavers installed, trim up the palm trees and add more gravel. Naji quoted a very reasonable price and we scheduled a date for the work to begin. Naji was courteous and professional, he is extremely easy to work with and came up with some great suggestion on placing the pavers His crew showed up on time and did a remarkable job. The crew was friendly and cleaned up after they had finished. I defiantly will use them again for any furture projects. I highly recommend Naji and his crew.

I received a flyer from JNK Landscaping and Pools and needed some work done so I gave them a call. Naji is the owner and he answered the call and spoke to me very professionally. I got an appointment quickly and he was just as professional in person. The crew was quick and thorough and I had no problem communicating with them. I got on the monthly maintenance list a few months ago and have been satisfied every time! Highly recommend, Naji is very personable!

Look no further for your landscaping needs! Naji has been amazing to work with and his communication, status updates and consultative approach is what makes JNK one of the better landscaping companies in the valley. Naji and his lead Sammy & team are the best! After seeing their fabulous reviews online I am excited to add another. We selected them to do a travertine paver overlay on our backyard patio, pool surround and grass border (old saltillo tile was on the patio, cool deck was around the pool and red brick was the border around the grass). They are artists and it turned out beautiful, however, they are just as strong with customer service and responding to customers which I believe is very rare. No B.S. Started when they said they'd start and even completed the job ahead of the schedule given. In addition, I must admit I contacted Naji many times before the job started getting the tile selection in line and also after the job started with additional questions and he was so understanding and always supportive. He never indicated I was irritating (although I know I was-ha!). I have remodeled 2 homes in the last 15 years and worked with dozens of contractors. I can't say enough about Naji and his team. Professional, responsive and truly know what they are doing. They are the full package.

Not so impressed.. asked for a simple clean up and did not get what I asked for.. Sorry to say but spent $750.00 on something I could of done myself. I wish they could of done more what we agreed upont. On my hunt for a new landscaper to do some more major work.
Naji and his crew were unreal. On time, incredible and did amazing work. They delivered on every aspect, price, work and timing. If you choose another landscaping company, you are missing out.
I would give 6 stars if it were an option.
Very accessible and responsive to each call. Project completed in a timely manner. Workers were polite and owner allows you to envision your ideas and then offers suggestions. Great and trusting company to work with. Highly recommended!

My husband and I hired Naji and his team to landscape our backyard, and we could not have been more pleased! From beginning to end, the process was great. Naji was totally accommodating when I changed my plan more than a few times pre-contract. Once we were ready to move forward, everything moved quickly and easily for us. They poured a concrete patio extension, large concrete step stones and two other concrete pads, installed a custom-sized fence and laid gravel for a dog run, ran irrigation and installed a large area of turf with a concrete border. Everything looks AMAZING, and we're so happy with our new backyard! Did I mention his quote came in significantly lower than two others I received?! Not to mention, Naji was the only landscaper who actually took our budget into account and worked with us to design something we could actually afford. He was reliable the whole way through (and even after as questions have come up). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Naji and his team were great to work with! They went above and beyond to complete the backyard of our dreams! Pricing was competitive also. If they could start offering design and renderings in the future that would be great but the company he referred us to did a nice job with that also. Overall, very happy with how things turned out!

My husband and I purchased a new build, so we needed a total backyard landscaping install: paver, rock, artificial turf, pergola, outdoor kitchen, and spa electrical. We got a few quotes and JNK Landscaping was very reasonable. From the quote appointment to the day the project was completed, Naji was a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend JNK for landscaping services. Their monthly rates are very reasonable. Naji, the owner, is incredibly responsive and professional. He always keeps me up to date and informed via text message. He gave me a same day quote. I have been with JNK for 6 months now and, again, definitely recommend them!
I cannot say enough great things about this company! Unbelievable responsiveness, hard working, detail orientated, and did I mention FAST!! We recently purchase a home that needed a backyard upgrade. Too many plants and dirty trees. Naji and his team came in and over 1 week yanked out ~20 bushes, 3 mature trees (olive), removed a non-working water feature/fountain, installed paver patio, and artificial turf. AMAZING job! Talk about a true professional. Naji goes above and beyond to make sure home owners are completely satisfied with the services they provide. His crew was right on time and turned our yard from a disaster to a dream yard. I thought they job would take a couple of days to be done but they did it all in one day. They were at my house for over 12 hours. He had a crew of 7 men and every single one of them was professional and knew exactly what they were doing. We highly recommend you give them a call. One week ago tomorrow JNK and Naji completed my front yard project in 4 days. I chose JNK over one other firm primarily because Naji was more responsive to me than the other firm. His estimate was just a little higher but not enough to change my mind. I'm glad I went with him and his crew. On site Jesus was my conduit and he did a great job of understanding my concerns and needs each day we spoke. I created my own design and they did a great job of making my ideas come to life. JNK doesn't do the type of work I needed but gave me a referral to a good company who does. Referral came within an hour of my initial inquiry.
JNK Landscaping and Pools was amazing from start to finish. I have a very large yard and they were able to transform it into the backyard of my dreams. The biggest difference between JNK and other companies was the professionalism, customer service, and communication from Naji. I am a new homeowner and had a lot of questions. Naji took the time to answer all my emails, come to the house and show me the work, and explain everything about the job. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. If you are looking for a company that does it all, is honest, and fair, call JNK!

Naji and his crew were wonderful. They showed up on time and worked really hard to get our pavers and leveling done. Naji provided updates daily on how it was going and asked questions throughout the project. They were the first company/contractor we've had no issues dealing with. I would recommend them for any paver work needed. When we complete our next project, we will be contacting them.

Naji and his crew just completed our backyard, trash can area, side of the house and overall it was a very good experience. He was very timely, quick to respond, knowledgable, and personable. One of the main reasons we decided to go with him was because of his knowledge of proper drainage, as some houses in our neighborhood had recently flooded. At one point during the landscaping process he adjusted the plan. After the completion of our yard did we notice that the paver area was a little larger than expected. When we questioned the change, he informed us of the conversation with our builder and the recommendation they made. This lack of communication truly was the only issue with the project, other than that everything was fantastic, from his workers, to his professionalism and promptness. We would highly recommend him for any of your landscaping needs. We will be using him again for any future projects we have.
Amazing! Filled out the online request for a quote to replace our worn artificial turf with new. Naji called within a couple hours and came out that afternoon - he was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the process. The price was very competitive - this was a Thursday and he said they could do the job Saturday. The crew showed up Saturday morning and 6 hours later the old was gone and the new installed. The crew was great! Knew what they were doing and did a very thorough job cleaning everything up before they left - definitely recommend!,

I can't say enough great things about JNK Landscaping and owner Naji! From the moment we contacted him for a quote, Naji was super responsive and came out to our home the next morning to take a look and give us a quote. I recently had a very small job to put in artificial turf for a dog run (5' x 30'). Naji responded to my request within hours. He also called me directly to follow up on some questions I had. After I did some research, I decided to go with JNK. The dog run was installed 2 days after I called Naji to confirm I wanted to proceed with JNK, and it looks great. I give Naji 5 stars for customer service, responsiveness, quality of work, and timeliness of work. I will call him again when we decide to add a putting green to our backyard.

Contacted three companies for quotes on our new construction, all dirt backyard. All with five star yelp ratings. One never responded. Naji came out on a Saturday. We walked through what we had in mind for design and he gave a number of suggestions. Some of those ideas were to save us some money, not jack up the price! We asked to have pavers installed, a grass area, extend the irrigation system and landscape stone in all the other areas. It was a large amount of work. He gave us a final quote that we thought was a very fair price. We went with JNK even though they were higher than the other quote. Said he could have material delivered on the following Tuesday and his crew would be there on Wednesday to do the job and it would take 4-5 days. Material arrived on Tuesday and his crew started first thing Wednesday morning as discussed. They first walked through the whole project with us so there would be no issues. Then they got to work. Naji arrived later that morning and we walked through the plan again. Naji came everyday to ensure we were satisfied with the ongoing progress. His crew was very hardworking, professional, polite and very good at what they were doing. They made sure we were happy with the paver design before, and during installation. They knew this was important to us, as there was a lot of pavers being installed (two patio areas and walkways). They originally planned to complete the job on Sunday. But after long days Friday and Saturday they finished on Saturday (it was labor day weekend and we hosting a birthday party on Sunday so we really appreciated the extra effort). We couldn't be happier with our new backyard and JNK! We highly recommend them for any of your landscaping needs. Great communication, customer service and workmanship.They definitely deserve five stars (more if we could).

Naji was a pleasure to work with. I do not own my home, but it was in need of a really good cleanup, and that's EXACTLY what I received. I've had many flyers and business cards come to the house and left at the door, but his is the only one that seemed reasonable. And it was! Super competitive pricing! I called him up, he came to the house ASAP for a quick quote...and when the work was completed, I actually paid less than originally quoted amount due to his $25 off coupon--which converted into some of the crews tip. They trimmed 2 large trees, 2 small trees, 2 bushes, and extracted 4 roots from the yard that need to be taken away. They also mowed the lawn, blew & carried away all the debris, then sprayed the yard for future weeds. The only issue I had was they were not here on-time, but Naji made it up, and his crew was here the very next day really early, as he ensured my home would be the first stop of the day. In about 2 hours, my front/bark yard turned from a disaster, into an immaculate display again. Thank you Naji and your crew's hard work! Will be calling again!!! =)
