I had to have the locks changed on multiple entry doors of my rental property.  I selected Collins Locksmith Inc. from positive reviews I saw online.  I too, had a very positive experience with John Collins services, not once, but twice.  On the second occasion, John made the effort to adjust his busy schedule to help me in a last minute urgent situation.  He also honored a special rate for me that he had ran with Angie's List, and gave me additional advice about homeowner security.  Additionally, I live out of state and he promptly mailed me the new key to my property.  Collins Locksmith Inc. is very professional, responsive and trustworthy.  This is my "go to" locksmith for all my future needs.

Exactly all the things I checked off. Arrived as said and in a very timely manner (in his bad a$$ ambulance turned into locksmith truck.) Has a great personality. Knows his field. I could go on but all in all a great guy/company/locksmith! I would refer to anyone in the East Valley. Side note I have a relative who is a locksmith but lives out in Glendale. However, I liked this guy's knowledge, experience, and up to date in technology. (Shhh... I didnt say that haha)

I was recommended Rocky by a good friend of mine, called him around 4 pm since my truck key got wet and I couldn't start my truck. Lucky I was at home, so not a huge rush. He showed up around 6:30, cut my key, programmed it. Price was fair and service was good! Will absolutely be using him again in the future! Thanks Señor Rocky!

Drove there at 4:46 pm to have keys copied on Friday. Was told they're closed. I know you want to cut out early on a Friday, but you need to not advertise that you are open till 10 pm. I will continue to give the locksmith in Tempe on University my business. They are much more customer focused!

technician to my home within the hour. The technician arrived promptly and was able to replace the broken lock quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and even gave me some tips on how to maintain the lock. The service was excellent and the price was very fair.

Alon is the best locksmith. Period. If you're as lousy as me at remembering where you left your keys you better have this contact stored in your phone.

I needed to replace a lost vehicle key that had a chip. Local Ace Hardware had to order the key and it would take 5 days to arrive. They wanted $90. Local auto dealer wanted $150 and would need to have the vehicle for a couple hours. I called Dave and he was available in less than 2 hours, came to my location, made the necessary key in less than 10 minutes, and total cost was $75!!
Excellent timely, convenient service for a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended!!!!

Called the office for a vehicle lockout. Was told a $25 trip charge, plus $38 - $99 fee to unlock the car.  The tech comes out and says it will be the 1st 2 fees PLUS another $125 fee.  No idea why the 3rd fee that wasn't disclosed.  I had a but of a discussion about how they charge with the office so this was not just an accident.  When I said forget it, the jerk tech called his office and got it reduced to $125 total.   Quite a racket to make someone wait and then add an extra undisclosed fee AFTER you arrive and they've already waited because they know you're unlikely at that point to cancel the service.  The tech told me that Dollar Locksmith is a lead agency and passes the clients to various locksmiths and that it is their fault.  Never again. Next time I'll call a company with an actual local street address.

We are new to town and had no idea where to start in our search for a locksmith, so we put out a quote request on Yelp, and Phillip was very quick to reach out and get us a quote.

We felt his prices were fair, and someone was able to come out same day. They replaced and/or rekeyed 6 door locks for us along with a gate and programming a key fob for our truck.

The rep wore a mask the entire time during service. He was prompt, professional, and respectful of our time and our home. We definitely recommend this company for any of your locksmith needs.

Shon showed up really quickly and was able to give me a completely new replacement key for my car (I lost the original at home somewhere lol). The key was immediately usable and of high quality. He obviously knew what he was doing and was quick and efficient about resolving my issue. I couldn't be any more satisfied with his work. Thank you so much Shon.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are scam artist.
I got lock out of my house. They said it would be $15.00 trip charge, $35.00 service fee and could go up from there depending on complexity. They were suppose to be here in 15 minutes, it was over a half hour. They told me that they would help me reprogram my garage door, he was too busy after I paid him, he had to get to another job.
He was here a total of 10 minutes. The only thing he did was push a gap at the top of my garage door and hooked the cord and open the door. No locks were removed.

Of course they have you over a barrel you either have to pay them or you can't get into your house. He charged me $200.00. I called the office to speak to the owner to have him justify the cost to me. He said he'd check into it and call me the next day, never did. I tried calling the number I called before and kept getting a recording that I couldn't reach this number from my calling area. Strange since I had gotten through twice before. I had to call ATT and have them patch me through, they had my number blocked.

First time owner wasn't there. I left my name and number he never called back. I called again via ATT and got him. Every time I try to get an answer out of him he said just a minute and put me on hold. I asked what his mailing address was he said 7502 Main St. and put me on hold. I waited on hold for over a half hour he never came back. That address is not the same as the one their phone number is with 623-209-8934 that address is 17650 Elliot Rd Goodyear. This phone number also goes by the name of Goodyear Lock & Key, yet the name on my bill said A1 24 hour Locksmith.
These are awful people to work with, no customer service, and their charges are ridiculous.
So, beware never call 623-209-8934 if you are locked out. My only regret is I wished I had paid by credit card so I could have stopped the payment over the original $55.00 quote.
