Hired Lucas lawn to trim our 30 foot mesquite and removed a nearly fallen 15 mesquite in our newly purchased house. They did stump removal as well which is why we chose them.
After agreeing to the price they showed up about 3 weeks later with no prior warning. Trimmed and removed the trees causing damage to The surrounding plants and yard lights which I did not know about until getting home after work.
When calling to discuss the damages, instead of taking ownership of the damages or offering any solutions it was quickly dismissed and stated that the damages were not possibly done by the trimmers and that I obviously was crazy. The damages was not extensive, but being dismissed so quickly left a truly bitter taste and I would not recommend them to any family or friends and will not be using them on the future.

What I like best about BV Lawn Care is that they show up when they say! I have tried so many who left cards on my door and proceeded to no show me or only come after I chase them. I called Billy because he was reliable last time and he has done that again along with doing a great job. I'm keeping BV monthly now!  Glad to have found him on Yelp!  If you want reliable and a nice job then call or text BV!

Our experience with Alberto and his team was excellent. They provided a very competitive quote and were able to do the work on the same day. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

This is a review of my attempt to do business with Think Green. Originally, they were quick to respond. The individual I spoke to was professional and courteous. We talked about what I was looking for and I was very specific about the products I wanted used in my irrigation system (specifically, water efficient products made by Hunter).

The rep that came to my house was also timely, professional and courteous. I reiterated my specific requirements about the products to be used. I had a general quote the next day. After having several companies out, I was ready to go with Think Green, but I did not have a line item quote from them. I requested that and it came back without the products I requested. I asked if the products they were quoting were comparable to the Hunter products and never received a response.

So I went with a competitor.

Nice people. Lack of attention to detail and unresponsive in the end.

I'm so happy with our service.  Brandon gave us a great price on tree trimming and bi monthly lawn service and Zach and his crew worked hard to get our yard looking manicured again.  My previous service company was terrible and had let everything get overgrow over the last 2 months.  But now everything looks great again.  They also did our next door neighbors lawn and tree cutting as well as we both needed service and they did a great job on her lawn too. .Excellent rates and service.  Give them a try!

Appreciated the meeting in person and liked what the friendly guy had to offer regarding our paver driveway but I never received a call or text back!

Last Friday, I decided I couldn't wait to have a couple date palms trimmed. My normal tree guy was letting me down, so i found Jose's company here on Yelp.

Jose answered his phone and requested that I send pictures. He viewed the pic's and responded. After a quick price negotiation, we agreed and he said his crew would appear in 20 minutes. Voila,.....they appeared. Within 4 hours of contact,......job done!

Jose's son, Joseph, arrived later and helped with the job. There were two tree climbers, and the job progressed with dispatch. They did 2 date palms, and a couple of fan palms. These are big trees, and there was a lot of debris that needed to be stacked in the street for the city's bulk pickup. I was consulted, and we left just as many frawns at the top as I wanted.

Good communication, fair price, sufficient clean-up, knowledgeable assistance. Pretty darn good first time experience. I've kept the contact info, and may well seek out their help again!

We have been working with Lucio for several years now and he has been great! He takes care of several of my properties. He is friendly and comes around the same day each month to complete all the yards. He lets me know when he will be coming and texts me when there are any issues.  Reasonable pricing too.

I asked yelp for help getting a quote.  This company responded.  They were always very responsive to messages.  
They ended up not coming because a truck needed repairs.  However the fact that they messaged me and let me know... was a big plus in my book.  
So this review is of their business practices... and not of their actual work.  
Responsive, and cares about customers time.

Wish there were more stars.  Urban Oasis was the most responsive landscaper I called for a quote and am so glad I did.  Austin was always attentive to our needs.  I cannot say enough good things about this company.  They kept us in the loop the entire time and continually followed up and addressed our needs and/or concerns.  What great customer service and professionalism.  I'm so glad we found them.  Thanks Austin.

I highly recommend Juan and his crew. They were punctual, affordable, efficient, and friendly. My yard and trees got a major clean up and Juan even fixed one of my sprinkler heads that was broken. These guys go above and beyond. 5 stars!

I was losing thousands of gallons of water (and hundreds of dollars) through our aged drip irrigation system.  Sonoran diagnosed the situation, engineered and installed a solution, all within the span of one week.  Fast, effective, and very professional.  James is very pleasant to deal with and very responsive.  His crew who did the work were also very professional; they treated our yard as if it were their own.  Great work.  Very happy with the result.

KO's comes through again! My backyard was essentially a giant, weedy dirt pit. Way too big for me to maintain grass, especially in the summer, so KO's worked with me to install a nice wide gravel perimeter to mitigate some of the hassle of maintaining grass. I gave Eduardo a mock up of what I was looking for and he and his crew delivered...the results were even better than I could have imagined! Awesome price considering we got over 10 tons of gravel PLUS curbing. My yard is transformed...I seriously just go back there and stare at how lovely it looks now! Will update with photos once we have winter grass placed for full effect. Thanks again, Eduardo! Looking forward to collaborating again in the future.

They were so nice and was able to come swing by to take a look, then did my yard the same day. I'm happy that they were able to come out and now I have a landscaper I can count on

Jose is the guy if you want any landscaping work done.  I called Jose on trimming the trees and doing a desert landscaping.  He took time out from his busy schedule and came over to give me an overall estimate for tree trimming.  His price and service were both exceptional.  Jose is an honest person with a lot of experience.  Overall, I am a very satisfied customer.

I was scammed by him and his Mexican partner Anthony Diaz. Took my deposit $3,500. And never returned.. they've blocked me. I'm elderly and saved for years to get my backyard / sideyard landscaped only for these heartless excuse for human beings to take advantage of me.
There are many scammed in Phoenix. mesa. Maricopa by them.. many police reports and small claims filings. The DO NOT TRUST THEIR SAD SCAMMER STORIES TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE PRICES BECAUSE THEY'RE SCAMMETS

I would not recommend this company to do anything remotely related to landscaping and sprinklers. After spending $5000 to $6000 with them on basic grass and a sprinkler system I now have to spend $8200 to remove and replace their horrible work. STAY CLEAR
