I highly recommend Lucas Lawn Care. We worked with Ryan on designing and implementing a very large job at our home (new construction, so NO landscaping so far) Ryan had a lot of great ideas and implemented them perfectly. He always called and/or showed up when he said he would.  Very pleasant to work with and his entire team was as good. Negotiated great prices on our behalf with the various vendors and delivered on all of it! We would absolutely use Ryan and Lucas Lawn Care again and plan to in the near future. What I like best about BV Lawn Care is that they show up when they say! I have tried so many who left cards on my door and proceeded to no show me or only come after I chase them. I called Billy because he was reliable last time and he has done that again along with doing a great job. I'm keeping BV monthly now!  Glad to have found him on Yelp!  If you want reliable and a nice job then call or text BV!

We worked with Think Green on our front yard renovation this summer.  Caitlin was our landscape designer and Jon the Vice President and lead designer was also very involved with the planning of the project.  They came to our home to take pictures, discuss our wish list and provided a detailed estimate that same afternoon. Jon and Caity came back to sit down with my husband and I to pick out plants and settle on specifics before the project began.  Since they run 3 crews at a time, they were able to begin within a week of us deciding go with them for our project.  They worked with our budget to come up with a bid that was a bit higher (18%) than another company that we had give us an estimate.  The extra cost is so worth it in my opinion for the peace of mind that they would do quality work and complete the project on schedule.  They came highly recommended by Sprinkler World (where I first got their name for a repair on our irrigation system last year) and KTAR's Rosie on the House a radio show for homeowners and DIY-ers.  Rosie on the House maintains a referral network of top rated contractors with excellent customer service, credit records and are in good standing with the AZ board of contractors.

It was such a pleasure working with Jon and Caity.  I felt so comfortable talking with them and asking questions.  They are both very kind, patient, and easy to talk to.  They both very competent and knowledgeable but are also good listeners...and take into account all your ideas and questions.  I sent a bunch of email and texts and they got back to be right away each time.  I also appreciated the flexibility in making a few changes along the way as the project came together (like adding a few extra lights, moving plants around, and checking on options/pricing for additional work).  I tend to focus on small details and worry that it won't be received well. But Think Green was so responsive and made me feel at ease. Everyone on the crew is really hardworking, kind, and easy to talk to as well. The crew was professional throughout the whole project and took great pride in their work.  

I would definitely recommend Think Green to my friends and neighbors.  We will be contacting them again in a year or so when we do our backyard next!

My backyard was a mess, but Pristine Green cleaned it up very thoroughly and for a great price!

I saw the impressive pictures on the website and decided to call Isai. I was really excited about upgrading my patio and was impressed with the work he had done with other small spaces.

It went horribly down hill from there. I scheduled for a quote and he did not show. I was told family emergency, no problem. I scheduled a second time. No show. I was told he was still away on emergency family business. Okay. I scheduled a 3rd time. He showed up an hour late and joked that he was playing in the snow with his grandkids in Flagstaff. I let it go.

He looked around my back patio and was extremely dismissive, saying I should wait 6 months until prices go down. What? I had not even discussed my budget or my needs. He begins telling me about all of the expensive houses he has done.

I ignored him and began telling him what I wanted done. He wrote nothing down except for a few measurements. Almost  10 days later he sends me a quote with nothing on it that I asked for. I immediately write him back to ask about the litany of other things I had told him I wanted.

He wrote me back two weeks later and said all of the things I wanted were included in the quote. Great. I asked him to put it in writing in a new quote and I would like to get started.

He then proceeded to call me multiple times, while I was at work. I emailed him back and said I would like everything in writing.

He then emailed me back and said the things he told me were included are no longer included.

This guy is a shady, condescending asshole who only takes on million dollar homes. If anyone from his company is reading this, my house may not be huge and expensive, but my husband and I both do really well and have a ton of discretionary income. Big mistake. Huge. I have to go shopping now!

Stephen and his crew are great. Used them for trimming our four 40'+ palm trees and wrapping them in lights. They also wrapped our three 20'+ cactus in lights. Excellent job. They arrived as scheduled, communicated any questions, cleaned up after, and had fun while doing it. I highly recommend them!

Called him on December 31st to do a yard cleanup around 11am. That is right New Years Eve. He got back to me in about 45 minutes. Told me he would be over shortly, and it was shortly. Gave me an estimate (obviously looked at the front yard before I answered the door) appreciated as I do not need to be walked thru the steps.
I said lets do this, and 3 hours later (yard needed more work than usual) it was done. Go outside and it is drizzling rain. Just made it under the wire, Place looks Excellent! Gave him his due plus a nice tip. Recommend him because, who else comes out on New Years Eve towards 2 pm? for Anything?. Give this Guy and his team your Business. I know I will.

I asked yelp for help getting a quote.  This company responded.  They were always very responsive to messages.  
They ended up not coming because a truck needed repairs.  However the fact that they messaged me and let me know... was a big plus in my book.  
So this review is of their business practices... and not of their actual work.  
Responsive, and cares about customers time.

Wish there were more stars.  Urban Oasis was the most responsive landscaper I called for a quote and am so glad I did.  Austin was always attentive to our needs.  I cannot say enough good things about this company.  They kept us in the loop the entire time and continually followed up and addressed our needs and/or concerns.  What great customer service and professionalism.  I'm so glad we found them.  Thanks Austin.

Manny was quick to respond when I was looking for some basic cleanup and planting, trimming and scheduled and showed up when scheduled.  The guys did a great job.

Juan came and saved my irrigation system. The system was leaking and needed some tweaks. He had it fixed and new parts in about an hour. Highly recommend for any landscaping / irrigation system needs.

James & his crew just finished re-doing  our rear yard with artificial turf, a pvc irrigation system & new rock. They did an excellent job, were always on time & when finished made sure everything was cleaned up & working.  What I especially liked was that James always promptly returned my calls  & visited a few times with us prior to beginning the job to make sure we were all on the same page. Would highly recommend him.

I am the type of person who will research a company/person till the ends of the earth before I hire them, so naturally I did the same with KO's landscaping.  We have had Eduardo and his team work on our yard for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier.  They are very professional and we absolutely love their work.  Our yard is always looking pristine and he charges very reasonably.  He and his team just put in plants into our backyard to make it more lush and it is beautiful! We had the most horrendous backyard when we bought the house including a weed jungle that could rival with the greenery of the Amazon as well as a poor excuse of a sectioned grassy area that resembled more like an abandoned putting green in the middle of the the yard.  On top of that we had a drip irrigation that was more temperamental than a hormonal teenager.  Needless to say, he fixed all that hot mess and made it look wonderful.  Furthermore, he always comes on time and very thorough with his work.  Don't look any further, I promise you KO is really as good as the reviews state.  I wouldn't know what to do without Eduardo and his team (we probably would be living in what looks like a ghetto abandoned mini golf course in the middle of the jungle?).

Ana and Delmer were great since requesting service. Very responsive to questions. They were able to work on my yard the day after my request.   They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy during final walk thru. Charged a good price. Excellent service & friendly.

Jose, the owner of C & A Landscapes responded to my quote quickly and was in contact via text. For my yard clean-up, he had to give and estimate and he told me that he was in the area. When, he came, he gave me 3 prices for different levels of cleaning; it was $95.00, which I thought was a decent price for the amount of work needed. And, he fixed a big leak in my drip system line for $45.00.

He scheduled it for 3 days out and told me that his crew would be out here at 8:00AM. Well, on the day of the work, I looked out the window and I saw Jose. When, I asked what happened to the crew, he told me that they were on another job that took longer than expected and he didn't want to have to reschedule me because of that. So, he did it himself. 8)

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I made a huge mistake by giving them a deposit to grade my backyard and take out my tree. They asked me to Venmo them $1500 to get a bobcat to my house which they never came back with. I have been begging for a refund and just get false promises of them showing back up.

These people have stolen my money and won't refund me for not coming back to do the work. I feel stupid for having sent them money that I worked so hard for to get nothing in return.

Huge mistake sending them any money and I hope you take caution because to this.

Below is the plants they took out that cost me $1500 due to me sending money too early. They promised to also take out the tree, flatten the dirt, and take out the rocks. All of which didn't happen. I'm very sad to have lost the money I paid.

I would not recommend this company to do anything remotely related to landscaping and sprinklers. After spending $5000 to $6000 with them on basic grass and a sprinkler system I now have to spend $8200 to remove and replace their horrible work. STAY CLEAR
