Littering my neighborhood with stupid flyers stuffed into front doors is not welcome.  I called and asked for someone come remove the unsolicited flyers.  I was transferred to someone else who said it would be easier to just throw it away.  When I said I'd report it as littering as they were blown about the neighborhood, he said I'd like to see how that goes for you.  That's a great way to earn business.

These flyers are unwanted, a total waste and create a more negative brand impressions than positive.

Good job, well done and in a timely manner. Some confusion and delay, but an appropriate discount was provided. I will use them again.

Alberto was super responsive and quick to resolve and projects I had for him. He finished in a timely manner and just kept to the work. Though I'm new to paying for landscaping I believe the price he gave me was fair.

This is a review of my attempt to do business with Think Green. Originally, they were quick to respond. The individual I spoke to was professional and courteous. We talked about what I was looking for and I was very specific about the products I wanted used in my irrigation system (specifically, water efficient products made by Hunter).

The rep that came to my house was also timely, professional and courteous. I reiterated my specific requirements about the products to be used. I had a general quote the next day. After having several companies out, I was ready to go with Think Green, but I did not have a line item quote from them. I requested that and it came back without the products I requested. I asked if the products they were quoting were comparable to the Hunter products and never received a response.

So I went with a competitor.

Nice people. Lack of attention to detail and unresponsive in the end.

We are new to the area and wanted to add some AstroTurf to our backyard. Not a big job but definitely needed it to be done. I worked with Dallon, he came out and listened to what I wanted , took his measurements and got back to me with an estimate within 4 days. I was put on the schedule and had my new backyard in 2.5 working days. The workers were excellent and worked hard. You cannot go wrong with this company. Our experience was awesome.

Individual from bless tierra was very responsive initially by scheduling a time to come look at my BIG project. He had great idea and suggestions which made me feel great about them. But then that was it, like every other landscaper I've ran into, did not bother sending back an estimate (going on 3 weeks now) and did not respond to my last text about the estimate.

I contacted Stephen for a quote to thin and trim our sissoo tree, he got back to me within the hour. He let me know that they would be able to take care of everything the very next day!

He communicated very well, let me know when they were on their way. It was all finished in a hour or so! They worked very efficiently and cleaned everything up great.

I will certainly be using them moving forward for yearly maintenance.

We attempted to use Gonzalez Landscaping for basic yard maintenance (trim branches, kill weeds, blow shit, you know...the usual), but Lucio has been impossible to work with. To me, he ranks higher than Farmer Juan but lower than not hiring a landscaper at all. Here are some tips to help him with potential future customers and to give customers insight on what they'll be dealing with when using this guy.

1. Write down appointments. This will allow Lucio to know things like the fact that he has made an appointment, the location of that appointment, and when that appointment takes place. This is essential to running a business and making money. He could accomplish this by using a pen and paper or even by adding a reminder on his phone.

2. Have landscaping equipment. I probably could have listed this one first, but there are times where Lucio didn't have his landscaping equipment. That makes it difficult to trim branches, kill weeds, and blow shit.

3. Respond to customers. When a customer calls you or sends you a text message, it is important to communicate with them. This allows you to setup appointments, keep customers notified of any updates or changes, and also retain existing customers to find out if they have any landscaping needs.

If you can find anyone in Maricopa that meets any one of these criteria, please let me know.

In his comment below, he makes it sound like this was a one-time thing. This has been ongoing for weeks and months. He has a new excuse every time. Congrats to all the happy customers who have such low expectations.

Was supposed to come last week, but didn't.

Was supposed to come this week but he texted on Friday saying they couldn't make it. They offered to come between 6 and 7 am today (Saturday), and I agreed. They did not show up. I waited for over an hour past the appointment time, then I texted to ask if they were still coming. No response for over an hour now. I'm assuming they are not coming.

If you need something done, you cannot rely on these guys to show up when they say they will.

Wish there were more stars.  Urban Oasis was the most responsive landscaper I called for a quote and am so glad I did.  Austin was always attentive to our needs.  I cannot say enough good things about this company.  They kept us in the loop the entire time and continually followed up and addressed our needs and/or concerns.  What great customer service and professionalism.  I'm so glad we found them.  Thanks Austin.

Listen, they're great! the crew are hard workers, neat & clean, they enjoy worker with each other, I told & showed him what I wanted then, he designed my front yard..., I knew what plants he was placing where an he accompanied what he said.I felt good working with the best landscaper designers New Creations Landscape!
P.S. I could always reach Manny by phone an or text messages..never left him a message... there when you needed him.

Juan and his team did a great job removing a very large tree in front of my home.  I also had Juan do a full yard cleanup at my previous home and could not be happier.  I highly recommend Happy Grounds Landscaping.

They did a great job on my yard.  Their prices were very competitive and they always stayed in contact with me to let me know how the job was going. Would use them for future jobs and would recommend them.

With excellence in mind, KO's Landscaping service knocked me out!  It's especially rare to run across such quality work, the kind of work that inspires one to do more.  KO's Landscaping is that kind of company and remains truly in a class by itself.

Product:
They were kind enough to clean up a 10,000 square foot property on short notice, and proved especially thorough while weeding, repairing the irrigation system, trimming several tall Ficus and queen palm trees. Their cleanup was pristine.  I also tried to stump the owner with lots of detailed questions, but he had sensible responses to all of them.  

People:
The crew was large, on time, and all about business.  What would have taken me at least a week alone, they completed in no time with a professional's touch that I couldn't match.  KO's Landscaping surely logged their 10,000 expert hours evidenced by the finished product.  One caveat, it seems that Eduardo is the premiere contact person for English.  Spanglish may be helpful if you're strictly working with the KO crew.

Process:
Headache free.  I did not have to make a percentage payment up front.  Eduardo had his crew show up on time and manicure my landscape with future maintenance in mind.  Impressed, I paid a premium for his services.

Ultimately, I recommend KO's Landscaping without reservation, and trust you will be impressed with their rates, work ethic, knowledge, and experience.  I sincerely hope they expand their services to painting and flooring, as Eduardo and company set a high standard for others to follow.

Meza landscaping did an amazing job on our backyard. They were very patient with us getting our materials in. Would recommend them.

These guys rock!  I'd been trying to get a landscaper for several weeks and never got a call back.  Jose called me back within a couple of hours of me leaving a message.  He came by THAT EVENING to give me a quote.  And came out to do the work 2 days later.  When he and his crew came to do the job, I really that I was getting a huge amount of work for a very reasonable price.  It was awesome!  They really went above and beyond, doing way more than I thought would get done.  I will definitely use this company again and will recommend them to all my friends.

BE CAUTIOUS!!!! I paid deposit by Venmo $2,000 which was to complete HOA paperwork. This wasn't completed correctly so I ended up measuring and submitting my own forms. Then was asked to pay $5,000 but I was starting to get nervous (& suspicious) but still agreed to send another $3,000 through Venmo to start project.
Now I've paid $5,000 -
SO for $5,000 I basically got some gravel raked and moved around my backyard. See attached pictures-
I am hopeful this post will help someone save their hard earned money from this dishonest company. I suspect we won't see or hear from Anthony or anyone else at TreetopLandscaping. We really wanted to trust & help out small company by giving them business. SO DISAPPOINTED.

I would not recommend this company to do anything remotely related to landscaping and sprinklers. After spending $5000 to $6000 with them on basic grass and a sprinkler system I now have to spend $8200 to remove and replace their horrible work. STAY CLEAR
