Things were fine until they weren't. When I sent pictures of what I had a problem with, Ryan Lucas didn't even come to see it, but told me he didn't need to, because he saw the pictures. So now I'm looking for a new lawn service.

When I used this company the sales person was very pushy I felt like I was buying a used car.

If we could give 20 stars I surely would. Dallon and his crew have worked at 2 of our homes and we can't say enough about the quality work on our zero landscaping front yard and just this week 2 patios installed to extend the living area around our pool. Anyone who would like to come and see the beautiful and creative workmanship is welcome. There is no reason the look any further. We couldn't be happier with the communication, quality work, attention to detail, cleanliness during the installation, and the final finished patio.  We are so proud to show off the work of Pristene Green LLC has done for our home and in the coming weeks we will be having a new front yard patio installed and continue to rave about the new love and comfort we have for our home. Bless Tierra completely remodeled my front yard, and it looks phenomenal! Isai and I sketched out the concept from scratch, and the end result matches perfectly. Replaced the grass with a paver walkway, desert plants, rock, and synthetic grass - also added some beautiful stucco/tile benches. Work was done quickly, the crew was friendly, and my front yard is absolutely gorgeous - especially at night, due to the lighting in the planter beds and the benches. The cost was very reasonable and didn't vary from the initial estimate. I'm very impressed and recommend Bless Tierra highly!

Excellent communication.  I needed to fan palms trimmed and a diagnosis of my tree in the front yard.  Stephen showed up promptly, worked diligently and have my trees looking excellent, all for a reasonable cost.  Will use him annually to maintain my palms.

Trimmed up my trees in the backyard and they look amazing! Will definitely be using this company for future landscaping services.

Was supposed to come last week, but didn't.

Was supposed to come this week but he texted on Friday saying they couldn't make it. They offered to come between 6 and 7 am today (Saturday), and I agreed. They did not show up. I waited for over an hour past the appointment time, then I texted to ask if they were still coming. No response for over an hour now. I'm assuming they are not coming.

If you need something done, you cannot rely on these guys to show up when they say they will.

Wish there were more stars.  Urban Oasis was the most responsive landscaper I called for a quote and am so glad I did.  Austin was always attentive to our needs.  I cannot say enough good things about this company.  They kept us in the loop the entire time and continually followed up and addressed our needs and/or concerns.  What great customer service and professionalism.  I'm so glad we found them.  Thanks Austin.

I had such an amazing consultation this morning. Love that he was  on time with a mask seemed very honest and knowledgeable. Extremely courteous I just lived the ideas and consideration for my family and my needs due to allergies and design. I'm so sad l didn't find them sooner. I'm looking forward to a long term contract  for all of my properties in addition to biweekly or monthly services.

Said he would stop by two different times and he no showed and didn't communicate. I like to do business with people who keep their word.

UPDATE:   ***After owners arrogant response, I'll just give them 2 stars like they deserve, I shouldn't have to supervise your crews, that is YOUR job. I am not a tree arborist, But, the professional tree arborist who looked at them days after you guys did it said it looked like crap, and took the time to explain the proper way to cut tree branches, being not too close to damage the branch collar or too long so that the branch stubs will not allow the branch collar to heal itself... both types of bad cuts being evident all over the tree and he graciously pointed them out to me and I will happily send you photos of all the bad cuts, if you want. These are the types of things you hire a professional for. So yes, I thought it was fine at the time, but a professional seems to think otherwise. So I am going to trust his opinion. Don't try and make me sound unreasonable for expecting a good job, especially when the job wasn't completed the first time. Hiring you was a mistake and just goes to show that yelp reviews can easily be pumped up by friends, business networks, and down right phony reviews by fake profiles that only have one single review ever written***

I called them because of all the stellar reviews here, so how could they not be awesome, right? Well.. I don't know. I am not convinced. They are OK. I called them to fix my sprinkler system and get a full service lawn care in the front and back yards, as well as some tree trimming. James came out to bid the job, quoted $350 and we shook hands. He also replaced a leaky end cap on a drip system line while he was there. He didn't investigate the drip system that much and it turned out that a 24V solenoid needed to be changed on the front system which was causing constant water flow. I figured that out on my own a week later as I will still having drip system issues and didn't feel like calling them back a third time, and repaired it on my own. The lawn care and tree trimming were done when I was out of town, I came home that night and it hadn't looked like my yard had really been touched at all. Weeds were still everywhere, the grass in the back hadn't been mowed or trimmed, and the trees didn't look trimmed. I contacted James and he sent his crew out to make the job right. They showed up and re-did the work and it looked better when they came out. I will say we had another landscape company come out a few days later to quote some monthly/quarterly maintenance and they said our trees looked like crap. I am dissapointed overall. Oh well. Lesson learned. Another Anthem company that gets great reviews from their business network circles and friends, but the work never meets review expectations. I would give 2 stars, but I will give 3 since he made an attempt to make things right.

My yard looks great and the crew from this landscaping company were fabulous!! Not only did they save me money but they did a fantastic professional job. They came when they said they would come... And my yard looks fantastic. I have sent many of my friends who are looking for Artificial Turf to this company.

A landscaper that didn't cut the grass....
Yes. We hired Meza landscaping and actually had to ask them to come back to cut the yard.  When we hired them for the job we asked them to trim the trees and bushes, as well as kill the weeds along with the normal things included with a service. They did a fantastic job trimming the trees and then when they were leaving I noticed the yard had not been cut and the weeds were not treated.  The man delivered a nice attitude (pun intended) when he had to come back and finish the job.

Look here.  Jose was an amazing guy.  I was extremely satisfied with their work, and he was prompt, and kept in touch with me the whole time.  I've dealt with more than one shady landscaper before and I am super happy to have found Jose and his team.  I recommend him to all my friends and family and I would certainly recommend him to you, if you are looking for a new guy for your personal or commercial property.  These guys are fantastic.

I was scammed by him and his Mexican partner Anthony Diaz. Took my deposit $3,500. And never returned.. they've blocked me. I'm elderly and saved for years to get my backyard / sideyard landscaped only for these heartless excuse for human beings to take advantage of me.
There are many scammed in Phoenix. mesa. Maricopa by them.. many police reports and small claims filings. The DO NOT TRUST THEIR SAD SCAMMER STORIES TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE PRICES BECAUSE THEY'RE SCAMMETS

I would not recommend this company to do anything remotely related to landscaping and sprinklers. After spending $5000 to $6000 with them on basic grass and a sprinkler system I now have to spend $8200 to remove and replace their horrible work. STAY CLEAR
