Welcome to the epitome of The Customer is ALWAYS Wrong! .........I have been with these guys for about 6 months. Where to start....well, first let's start with Ryan Lucas (owner). He doesn't take responsibility for ANYTHING.  Any I mean ANYTHING. .....Cigarette butts in the yard? Not his guys. .....Halfway uprooted trees sticking out of the ground for your kids to impale themselves on? My guys ran out of time (they were there 15 minutes)......Leaves blown everywhere except into a trash can and any outdoor furniture overturned and flung about like a hurricane rolled through?.....Broken irrigation lines, trash left behind, rude workers, sloppy work?!?  They've got it ALL! .....Ryan will deny any and all of it til you bang your head against the wall because you've decided you can't listen to one more second of him droning on and on about how he and his crew are the dream team of lawn care......I've never called someone a worm before, but that's the term that's coming to mind....Or weasel. Call and talk to him and you'll understand.  What you WON'T understand are the likely undocumented illegal aliens that come to demolish your yard on a biweekly basis. Every time these guys come, a new GEYSER is spraying out of my irrigation line. Pics to prove it--and every Thursday after they come, magically I go outside to see Ol' Faithful sprung from one of the lines. Maybe it's just a coincidence?  I could seriously go on for pages of how bad the quality of the work is, or how they are more expensive than almost any other yard service, but you can just take my word for it (and ALL these other Yelpers), that this is a sham.  His last voicemail to me after I called to talk to him after a newly terrible job was bestowed upon my yard was I think we should part ways since you're not happy with us...HA!  He fired me as a client for complaining that his crew destroys my yard!!!  Honestly so bad--he's a pathetic excuse for a business owner--and a man for that matter. Worm. And again, first time I've ever even thought to call someone that 1940's term of endearment.  I think I'll report him to the BBB. AWFUL.  Oh, and it looks like he always responds to people's terrible reviews on here (notice the theme yet of how he's never wrong?)--I can't wait to see what he says about me. I'll post pics of their work so everyone can see what they deem as acceptable work. This isn't just the worst lawn care company--it's the worst anything company.

As I rely on Yelp ratings when picking a service provider  - my first call was to BV given their glowing reviews.  From start to finish - all interactions were excellent.  Billy got someone out promptly to provide an estimate - the price was very reasonable in my opinion.  Most appreciated was the fact that Billy/Cory were able to work me into the schedule quickly as my needs were time sensitive.  The crew showed up on time and were professional x10 - my project scope was full yard cleanup (trimming everything that the extreme heat allows, removing all the leaves/petal debris, remove a dead tree, planting a few new plants, etc).  

Further illustrating Billy's commitment to customer satisfaction/excellence - there was a minor issue with the removed tree (hidden drip line that was causing pooled water / and a low spot) - I called Billy and he had these items corrected the very next morning.  

Everything looks nicely manicured and tidy now - two thumbs up!  Would not hesitate to use Billy and his excellent team again; and would refer them to anyone looking for quality / reliable service at a fair price.  (Added bonus - every single person working for BV was SUPER nice/polite, and clearly committed to exception service/quality of work).

Alberto and his crew are a godsend when it comes to landscaping needs. I texted him over the weekend and he gave me a rough estimate via text for all the clean up I needed done at my property. He did say he'd prefer to come out early Monday morning (today) to give me a more realistic price. Him and his crew just departed my property and I couldn't be happier for the service they provided today.

I appreciated:
-The responsiveness via text. He texted me ten minutes before he arrived and also texted me while they were tidying up and clearing things out to ensure I liked how everything looked
-The detail work they do, every little weed was picked (like a fine tooth comb)
-The flexibility he has when it comes to what needs to be done

I am glad I went with Alberto for my yard needs. Will most likely hire him to do the artificial turf in my backyard in the near future.

This was a painful experience. I worked with Jon for 3 months on a design for a water feature, waiting weeks between responses from him and I almost always had to reach out twice before he would answer. I got many, many excuses about how busy they were. Then one day he popped in with a detail that made the entire project untenable because he was unaware of the county regulations. When we pivoted to a solution to the project, he promised to get to work on a new proposal. A week later I hadn't heard anything (again) and when I reached out, he indicated that he'd tested positive for Covid and disappeared. I wished him well and sat back to wait. Today (more than a month later) I got a cancellation of our project proposal. No phone call, no email, nothing. This company has lots of great reviews from previous years, but this year is apparently a different story for them.

Brandon and Dallon and the team at Pristine Green did a great job on our backyard. They installed over 1,200 sq. ft. of pavers, added a fire pit, planted three trees and shrubs and installed new irrigation lines. Their workmanship was very good quality, and everyone who worked on our backyard was respectful and knew what they were doing. I would recommend Pristine Green to anyone looking to update their landscaping. If you are trying to find an honest and reasonably priced company that does quality work you can trust, look no further. They also do a solid job on the monthly landscape maintenance work.

I contacted Isai about a week and a half ago. In addition I contacted two other landscapers. Bless Tierra was the better deal. The other companies wanted about $500+ more, just because they would be wheelbarrowing in all of the materials they needed to build the wall.
Isai and his team built a wall against an existing wall, so I can fill with soil and add plants. They also repaired sprinklers and moved them about 5' out in front of the wall so we could water our grass. They did all of this in a single day, about 8 hours.  
My husband had constant questions about other landscaping projects he had in mind. Isai was patient with him and gave him his opinion and advice.
While he was here, Isai gave us a quote on another project we have in mind. When we are ready we will definitely be having Bless Tierra back to do the work. Thank you guys!!!

Excellent communication.  I needed to fan palms trimmed and a diagnosis of my tree in the front yard.  Stephen showed up promptly, worked diligently and have my trees looking excellent, all for a reasonable cost.  Will use him annually to maintain my palms.

This team is the BOMB. Can in and got down to business...Two Days and done! Great work ethic and affordable and I LOVE MY BACKYARD!!

I would highly recommend this service!! My yards are always on point and create great curb appeal especially,  being a corner home. They provide great communication, consistent satisfaction and good customer service. Again, I would highly recommend their service!!!

Wish there were more stars.  Urban Oasis was the most responsive landscaper I called for a quote and am so glad I did.  Austin was always attentive to our needs.  I cannot say enough good things about this company.  They kept us in the loop the entire time and continually followed up and addressed our needs and/or concerns.  What great customer service and professionalism.  I'm so glad we found them.  Thanks Austin.

Listen, they're great! the crew are hard workers, neat & clean, they enjoy worker with each other, I told & showed him what I wanted then, he designed my front yard..., I knew what plants he was placing where an he accompanied what he said.I felt good working with the best landscaper designers New Creations Landscape!
P.S. I could always reach Manny by phone an or text messages..never left him a message... there when you needed him.

I needed a palm trimmed and a large Palo Verde tree removed. Mauro did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him, and will use his services again.

Once again, I had a great experience working with James and his crew. I had some emergency irrigation work that needed to be done at my home and James showed up on time and in person. When you're on a well, it's really nerve-wrecking to see so much water standing in your yard. Take it from me, call SonoranScapes for those emergency situations that some other, less-educated workmen (not least of all is me) may cause. You can trust these guys to fix the problem when the situation is sensitive.

I hired KO's Landscaping to treat the weeds at my business which is a large construction yard, primarily dirt.  After hiring two other landscaping companies and being thoroughly disappointing with their work and professionalism, I am extremely happy I called Eduardo at KO's. He came out the same day to look at our property and send me a quote. They performed the work the same week, showed up on time and did EXACTLY what I had been wanting.

It amazes me how hard it is to find a good landscaping company but if you have struggled like I have, I definitely recommend giving KO's a call.

They were so nice and was able to come swing by to take a look, then did my yard the same day. I'm happy that they were able to come out and now I have a landscaper I can count on

Jose and his team did an excellent job removing several trees from our property and re-planting new ones. He was reliable, efficient and priced fairly. We would definitely use him again. We definitely recommend C&A Landscaping.

BE CAUTIOUS!!!! I paid deposit by Venmo $2,000 which was to complete HOA paperwork. This wasn't completed correctly so I ended up measuring and submitting my own forms. Then was asked to pay $5,000 but I was starting to get nervous (& suspicious) but still agreed to send another $3,000 through Venmo to start project.
Now I've paid $5,000 -
SO for $5,000 I basically got some gravel raked and moved around my backyard. See attached pictures-
I am hopeful this post will help someone save their hard earned money from this dishonest company. I suspect we won't see or hear from Anthony or anyone else at TreetopLandscaping. We really wanted to trust & help out small company by giving them business. SO DISAPPOINTED.

I would not recommend this company to do anything remotely related to landscaping and sprinklers. After spending $5000 to $6000 with them on basic grass and a sprinkler system I now have to spend $8200 to remove and replace their horrible work. STAY CLEAR
