Company reached out stating they wanted to come do a walkthrough and provide estimate; advised I am anytime during week. They asked for cross streets , of which I provided, and after that never heard back from the company.

I've had Liliana/Jesse over to perform an initial cleanup, planter wall repair, some tree removal/planting, and monthly maintenance cleanup twice since the initial visit. The yard has come out looking very clean every time, and the brick/stucco repair along the planter wall looked fantastic after the work was complete! Great communication as well. Thank you!!
We have had Sun of the Valley out multiple times and they are always prompt and professional and friendly and most importantly they are really passionate about leaving the yard looking perfect. When they are done servicing our yard it looks like brand new landscaping that could be featured in photos for a housing development and there is nothing that they don't do. They leave our yard spotless every time even when our weeds are really overgrown and there is torn up trash and droppings from our dog in the back , and they don't even mention it or stress about it because they are just great people that do awesome work! They came out today and did a yard clean up. They did great work and used eco friendly techniques. I am very pleased. Also, they were singing for a bit while they were working which was very pleasant. I feel like my plants are happy and so am I.
Sun of the Valley Landscaping is amazing!!!! They are prompt to respond, do an awesome job, and they do it for very good price. Definitely will be calling them for future landscaping needs.
I did not think it was possible to clean my yard in one day and what do you know, they do it in just 4 hours!

I have had a difficult time replacing my landscaper. People do not show, can't give me an estimate and open times.
My yard was out of control! Sun of the Valley provided a prompt and reasonable quote!
Communication was top notch, I knew what to expect and they are very polite and friendly.
My tree was taken care of and beautiful clean up.

Sun of the Valley Landscaping: Liliana and Jesse along with their crew, did a fantastic job of putting the customer first. They planted Pygmy palms for us, discussed how to improve our other trees, had suggestions for future design. They were patient in scheduling and professional once they arrived. They were efficient and effective in communicating with us in regard to our vision. I would recommend Sun Of The Valley Landscaping for your tree and landscaping needs.

Thanks to Sun of the Valley for the pavers addition to driveway and for completing our Landscaping at a very affordable rate. Lili and Jesus are very professional and most of all honest people who care about there customers.
Lilian's employees were on time and did a cleanup job. Also, had some irrigation work that needed to be inspected and they did all that was promised. Paid a little more but also seemed to get what I invested into it. Will be using SOTVL'ing again. Thank you for your help in keeping my property looking great!
I have no reason to lie about your business. Everything I said was 100% accurate. Your guys did come back and trim the tree they missed BUT they did NOT return and rake the rocks again. My home surveillance will show that your lying about that. If your not lying about the gate code then your crew is lying to you. The code still works to this day. Your company now has a 2 star rating on Yelp which says a lot!! You want better reviews and a more successful company then start being honest with your customers and NEVER lie or make promises you can not keep.

We couldn't be happier with our new backyard -- it looks beautiful! Lili, JJesse, and crew did a wonderderful job! They were very easy to work with and did all that they could to be sure we got everything we wanted. Great people -- great work!
Called for a consultation. The reply was rather vague in that no committment was made except they would call this morning and it would be between 8 and 11. I never received a call or visit.
Owner's reply confirms, an unprofessional company.
They did an excellent job getting our yard back under control. We were amazed at how efficient they worked. Lilly was on site to answer any questions we had and to communicate between myself and the landscapers. They offered recommendations for other items that need work in the future which is good for budget planning. They were not the lowest bid however because they were responsive and took their time giving us a true estimate we went with their company. Glad we chose them!

We purchased a home and moved in 3 weeks ago. The home was vacant for months, which meant the front and backyard were not being taken care of. We had several companies come out and give us a quote. We ended up going with Lili and her team and we are so glad we did. They gave us a very fair price (less than any other company) and did an amazing job. We will be using them for our monthly service and any landscaping job we may need in the future.

Needed someone to come out and trim palm tree before all the pods opened and fell into our pool. I immediately got a reply from Liliana, her estimate was great and I even added on skinning the tree. They were at my house the next day and before I knew it they were done and everything was cleaned up. I will definitely be using Sun of the Valley Landscaping again!
Great work and reasonable prices, the crew's attention to detail and pride in their work was refreshing. They were open to design ideas and changes to make sure I was pleased with the results. Lili and Jesus were very easy to work with and I will gladly call them for future projects
Lulu and Jesse are great. They showed up when they said they were going to- which is huge for me. Very response via email, phone, text. A great team. They started working at 10 AM and finished at 6:00 PM. They care about details and try to make their work as best as possible. On top of that, the price was great. Now, my neighbors are asking for the company number because they loved their work.
After 2 years of neglecting our yard, we finally decided to do something about our forrest of weeds. I sent pictures and requested quotes from several places and Liliana responded within the hour with a very reasonable quote. They did an amazing job of getting our backyard cleaned up! The before and after pictures speak for themselves! We're planning on doing some hardscape and landscape in the future and definitely planning to use Sun of the Valley Landscaping to continue our backyard transformation.
Excellent work at a good price. Showed up on time, removed the stump, and left my yard clean as a whistle. I will use them again for any tree/stump removing services.

This is our go to place for my landscaping needs. We recently moved into our new home and our backyard needed a lot of work. Lili and her team were amazing. They provided amazing customer service in a timely manner. I would recommend their services to anyone.
We scheduled an in-person estimate and they did not show up. As a result, I did not feel comfortable using their services as I was not confident that they would show up to complete the work.

Lili and Jesse are by far the best landscaping business in the valley. Lili was on-time and delivered on every promise she made. Her crew was affordable and did a fantastic job on our yard. It was an easy decision to sign up for her monthly cleanup after the first interaction!

Responded to my request and we set an appointment via email for 11am 9/4/18. At 940am on 9/4 I receive an email from Lillian asking if I was available the next day. Since this appointment was set up a week ago I had put aside the 4th from my work schedule and was not available on the 5th.I responded at 10am explaining i was not available on the 5th and if she was cancelling today's appointment. I received no response..or phone call explaining anything. While I understand last minute issues can happen but not to contact me or respond to 2 emails is not the way to conduct a business. Like your time Lillian, mine is of equal value

Lili was very nice and met me at the house at the time we arranged for an estimate. I had several tall palms that hadn't been cut back in a few years and the front and back yard had become overgrown. It was a very big job. Their estimate was reasonable. They were back in a few days when they said they would be to complete the job. Lili then sent me photos of the completed work. I was very satisfied with the results and would use them again.
Setting a poor standard right from the beginning ~ set up an appointment for an estimate and review of what needed to be done ~ told someone would be here between 8-9 am ~ even called the business day before to confirm ~ just called them at 9:30 wondering what happened ~ Oh, I should have called you, the guy is going to be late ~ how about this afternoon? AND YOU WANT OUR BUSINESS???? I guess anytime works for retired or unemployed but for those of us who arrange work schedules to accommodate vendors ~ not a way to run a successful business.

Sun of the Valley did an amazing job on our yard! Their employees were so quiet working on our yard first thing this morning. I had no idea they were there until they used the leaf blower towards the end.
The owner, Lili, was able to swing by my house last minute to give an estimate on the yard. She took the time to understand what we wanted done, and also provided some recommendations on what would look good in the yard. Then she was able to fit my project in her schedule very quickly. Great customer service! Their prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend hiring them!

You may have to reschedule a couple times to get a quote, but it's absolutely worth it. They did an amazing job cleaning up my front yard of leaves and weeds, trimming the plants, and filling in a small sinkhole.

The property I manage really needed an overall facelift and I'm glad Son of the Valley was able to help me out. I initially just wanted the weeds pulled and sprayed for, but after showing them the front and back yards, they had recommended some other work that could be done for a minimal increase in price.
They were able to weed, spray, trim bushes, and remove and haul a few dying trees for a very reasonable price...and all in one day! The property now looks 100% better than before and I will easily do business with them in the future for palm/tree trimmings and yard maintenance. I can't thank them enough!
This is an awesome company! They worked so hard on my yard!! It was full of weeds/trash, they turned my embarrassing ugly backyard into a clean and functional yard. Didn't do any business with them as they didn't seem to want my business... I asked for an estimate through the easy to use yelp app and I was immediately contacted back that they needed more information. I then sent more information including pictures when all I really wanted was somebody to come out and actually do an estimate... I got no response or call or anything.
This company is incredible to work with! Lili is the absolute sweetest person and her customer service is amazing. Lili and Jesse went above and beyond at the job I hired them for and I couldn't be more happy with their crew.
