Very poor customer service.  They will overcharge you and literally do nothing in your yard other than move leaves around. I strongly suggest to look at other companies that value you as a customer; while having a fair market rate.

After moving into a new house, I contacted them on Thursday.  Phillip came out on Friday to give me quote and came back Saturday to do the work. Very happy with their service and reasonable prices.

I had been working on my yard for some length of time on my own.  I finally got tired of that and these guys came to the rescue.  They worked fast and they worked very professionally.  EVERYTHING is exactly how I wanted it.  They followed the requested plan to the letter and let me know every step of the way what they were doing and answered each of my questions.  They even went above and beyond answering questions and making suggestion on work that I had already done or am planning to do on my own.  Going as far as to offer to answer any question I had about those plans in the future should I find a need for further information.  If you are looking for a friendly and professional team then these are the people you need to get to work for you.  They are very, very busy but worth the wait in line.

I am very satisfied with the job!  Jonathan, took the time and is very detailed with the requests. He understood exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend him!

Stay away!!! Beware!!! I would give zero stars if I could. The owner didn't install irrigation like we asked so they came back out to route it correctly the day our $8000 worth of landscaping was installed along with a new water timer which we have on video the owner telling us his crew set up the timer and then he did on video as well. After two weeks our cacti and palms were all dying and drooping. They sent a tech out who explained the owner didn't know they had programmed the lines the opposite of what he thought because they switched them to correct them when they came out the second time. As a result there was no water for some and some were being completely overwatered and drowned. The tech told us this was our error and the water timer was double programmed. I cleared everything out and now it will work. Don't worry our owner is a good guy and will replace your stuff I am sure. He will contact you on July 6. This never happened. We finally got David, the owner, to call us back and he blamed us and said we must have messed with the programming and he was taking no responsibility for the plants and tried to blame the nursery that installed the landscaping as well. It's basically everyone's fault but his. He is unethical and we have the videos to back it up. We filed with the BBB and are seeking legal counsel to take him to small claims court. We sent him video proving it wasn't working correctly and gave him a chance to have integrity and he stopped responding. This is my first review because I have never been so blatantly screwed by a business with no remorse or care. Buyer beware. He responded saying my husband put in writing that he programmed the timer. This is straight up a lie. My husband tested your programming because the plants weren't getting water and we recorded our testing on video. We both know you are manipulating your response to look like it was our incompetence. The mountain aloe was not the issue though you keep bringing it up because it sounds good. You are the one who has to sleep at night with integrity, or apparently, without. I stand by my review and it's sad that you couldn't own your mistakes. At least other consumers will have been warned that you probably do great work, but if you screw up they can expect lies and excuses and to be blamed.

I asked them to come and install new irrigation lines to feed some new ficus columns and bugambilia vines I am having installed in my back yard. They were on time, efficient, did great work and are super friendly to boot. They have a vested interest in water conservation being Phoenix natives and truly care about the quality of their work while managing the environmental impact. Super knowledgeable on all things landscaping too. Having them back in a week to de-thatch, aerate, and seed my dying front & back lawns.

Definitely recommend.

They did an amazing job on our turf! We had gotten a few estimates prior to talking to them, but they had the best warranty on their product. They came out the day they said they would and said it would take a couple of days to do the installation. Much to my surprise, when I woke up in the afternoon to go to work the whole yard was done that first day! The yard looks beautiful and I love that we have a nice space for our daughter and dogs to play.

This company was professional all the way.  Bobby came to the house and was very informative about turf products.  He submitted his proposal along with samples that he recommended to accommodate our needs.  We scheduled the install the following Monday and the crew showed up on time along with Bobby to go over the project.  So, that everyone was on the same page.  They installed a large grass area for the dogs and a putting green for my husband all in one day!  They cleaned up after themselves and explained how to maintain the yard.  I would highly recommend these guys.

Scheduled with me for a quote for biweekly yard maintenance and then never showed up when I waited at home for him. Never answered my text. Look elsewhere for a reliable company.

Bob and his team are professional, efficient, and very hardworking. Was on time and communication was excellent throughout. They were very careful during the work to avoid damaging anything. I am so grateful as they saved me a lot of money instead of going through a general contractor. Definitely will be hiring them again for my future projects!

Super glad i found this service last summer (2017) the crew is amazing. They come and evaluate the job first , and every time im impressed ! The quality of the work is outstanding . I have had two clean ups and again i am impressed . They got rid of an annoying amount of dirt i had piled up, which i am so grateful for. Dirt can be annoying haha. Anyway I definitely recommend their services !! Professional and quality work !

Troy was super knowledgeable and willing to walk through things with me every step of the way. He not only did the work, but was willing to explain things along the way, make recommendations and went above and beyond what was asked of him. I consider more of a Troy a partner in the quality of my yard as opposed to just a hired company to do some work.

Craig, my review was not done with pleasure.  Your previous reviews are all from before my project. To this day we are irritated daily when we have to look at the terrible rock installation which contained 30-40% dirt and an irrigation system to our shrubs we are still correcting.   Maybe instead of being sad you can reflect on why you weren't here to supervise the members of your crew that are not skilled and address your anger issues.  When you yelled at me in my front yard because I spoke to one of your crew members I should have fired you on the spot.  Scope of Work was not being communicated to your crew, you were not showing up the way you promised and when you were here you were on the phone dealing with your girlfriends legal issues.

Arizona landscaping recently finished a project in my backyard and I am very satisfied with the work. Everything turned out amazing and beautiful! I am a very happy customer !

Zero stars .

We were told our work order was received and understood this morning . After waiting many hours - I called to check the status of the work order .

The front desk ( jisselle )  kept saying the wrong address . I corrected her 3 times . She places me on hold . Comes back and says the work order was completed yesterday.

She said she would call me back within 5 minutes.  I called back about 30 minutes later because she did not call back . She said Vin knows how to fix and he's on the line with his personal bank & can't be fully reached .  She said she can only text him because he's busy .

I waited 1.5 hours , and told her no one has called me .
Then was told they can't do the job .

I waited hours . I missed work . I was lied to . I wasted time .

I wouldn't trust this company . I'm sure their reviews are mostly from staff , friends & family .

If you are reading , keep searching . Very poor communication. You will find the right place somewhere else .

I signed up with citiscapes last year and they came to the house once a month for about 6 months. The last 4 times they came they blew all the debris into the pool, but never decided that was their job to clean up. I messaged the office and they said they'd send a team back to clean it up and never did. After that they said they would clean it if there was tools back there (there was a net sitting right next to the pool). Never done.

After 6 months they just stopped coming, no notfication, no nothing. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, especially with the quality of landscapers in the valley.
