I contacted Paseo through Yelp and Robert responded to set up an appointment at 10 on Thursday, which I approved. I received an email the next day stating that he did not get a response from me and if 8am on Friday would work. I said it would. Friday morning at 10 minutes before 8 I get another message that he is running late and will arrive at 9:30. That time came and went and at 10 I called and left a voicemail asking to be notified as to when I should expect him. It is now noon and I still haven't had a response.
If I can't trust someone to communicate effectively, I surely can't trust them to do a good job.
Please save yourself wasted time and energy by NOT using this company.

I initially requested a quote to trim a few trees and overall maintenance to my backyard. Ivan responded right away and was very transparent from the beginning. He provided me with a quote and told me what to expect. He told me he would be at my place Monday morning and was right on time! He and his dad were very genuine and so nice. I appreciated the transparency and overall excellent communication. I will be contacting them regularly for maintenance now. Thank you both so much!

They provided a quote for a tree stump removal that was anticipated to be a 1-2 hour job. The stump ended up taking all day to remove. But they kept their original quote even though they had to stay longer. Great guys!

We bought a house which had a leak at the water main/irrigation main. These guys did their best, y'all. They came back a 2nd time, because their fix didn't fix it, and no extra charge. Prices were already reasonable.

It's ok, because it really was a VERY VERY OLD plumbing line (1985) and needed to be brought up to current specs, and needed an actual plumber.

I would use this company again in a heartbeat. They were prompt and professional and neat and friendly. And came quickly, within a couple days.

I don't post much on Yelp, but felt I should bases on my recent experience with Chance and this company.  

I like this guy and his employees/partners were good as well.  We hired him for a big job and their work was great, thorough and professional.  

Chance makes it easy to do business, work is quality and the team is reliable.

The job was in Glendale, I myself live out in Gilbert and was kinda bummed he can't do my landscaping as well (I think he only does west valley).

This company scheduled a consult and never showed up or called to cancel. I rushed home from work and missed out on a couple of hours pay for a company that didn't even bother to let me know they weren't coming.

After having unreliable service from two other landscapers, I reached out to Mr. Sergio Villa for his services. He provided a very reasonable estimate for bi-weekly and monthly maintenance. He has been working for us a few months now and I am quite impressed with his work. Like clock work, we can count on him every month to show up when he says he will and makes our front and back yards look amazing.  Despite a recent incident with a wasp while cutting a bush on my property (reason why I wanted the bush cut down), Sergio returned to finish the job the same day and only an hour (or two) later. Again, amazing person with strong work ethic and goes the extra mile to provide superior customer service. I highly recommend his services to family, friends, and neighbors. Now, my 75-year-old Dad has reached out to Sergio for complete landscaping maintenance. If you're looking for quality, Sergio is your guy! Keep up the great work Sergio!

Synlawn just did an backyard artificial turf install for us in Scottsdale.  They were very professional and got the job done on schedule and on budget.  I was pleasantly surprised with the pricing of their products.  I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install artificial turf.

One of the best landscaper I have so far. They came the same day and gave me the reasonable quote compared to others.  Once agreed came other day to complete the job. They went above and beyond to make sure job is done right. I will be working with him again and highly recommend him.

They were quick to respond and answered all my questions. They were patient while I collected additional quotes and weren't high pressure. When I decided to go with them to remove a tree, I also got a quote for additional yard clean up. They got me on the schedule right away. The crew called the morning of and were easy to talk to. They did a great job. I will use them again.

John is a seasoned professional and tremendous gentleman.  Their team of landscapers are hard working, efficient and quick!  I am so pleased with the outcome. They took our dirt lot and turned it into a backyard dream.  They even installed the putting green we have always wished for. We asked for a specific plant and Kristin called around the valley until she found it. She went way above and beyond by driving from Buckeye out to Cave Creek to get it. So impressive.  They listened to all our ideas and incorporated everything at a reasonable price.  Kristin and John really made this process smooth during a very busy time.  If you want integrity, smooth process, pride of work and awesome communication then please give them a call. Wow our yard has not looked this good in many years!!! They did a superb job!! We had to have our rock lawn redone. We chose fabric instead of plastic. They took care of the weeds, removed the existing rock, laid the fabric and re-rocked the yard. They removed the stepping stones to do underneath them, trimmed our palm trees, and trimmed the  bougainvillea. They had to work around the existing split rail fencing as well. I highly recommend them as we are so happy with their work.

Quick response and fair price! Even have him coming back for another job (tree trimming)

Don't hire just any landscaping company

Trying to hire a quality landscaping company takes time. Between phone calls, meetings, contractors who fail to show up, research, and quotes, a lot of your valuable time is taken away.

When I decided it was time to install a front yard, I made exhaustive phone calls, researched reporting bureau's, contacted Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and spoke with a dozen contractors. I was so glad, after all my hard work I came across Scott, with AZ Dreamscapes

My experience with AZ Dreamscapes was exceptional, from my estimate to the completion of the job. Scott was professional in every sense of the word. Scott came out to my residence, listened to the vision I had for my front yard, gave suggestions, and even gave me drawings to summit to my HOA. Scott, the folks in the office, and the working crew exceeded all my expectations.

I had several other estimates however, AZ Dresmscapes was the only Landscapping Company that took the time to answer all my questions and work with my schedule to get the job done. My yard looks amazing, and I appreciate all the hard work and attention to detail that was put into the installation of my yard.
