Robert communicated very well and was on time and did an awesome job. Although our job was small compared to some of his others jobs Robert took the time to do precision work and it turned out beautifully. We will be calling him back for more in the future.

I initially requested a quote to trim a few trees and overall maintenance to my backyard. Ivan responded right away and was very transparent from the beginning. He provided me with a quote and told me what to expect. He told me he would be at my place Monday morning and was right on time! He and his dad were very genuine and so nice. I appreciated the transparency and overall excellent communication. I will be contacting them regularly for maintenance now. Thank you both so much!

This is hands down the best company I've ever hired. My yard has seriously never looked better. They are so professional and friendly, and they care so much about the quality of their work. They have been maintaining my parents yard for years, and just helped me with mine today, and I'm definitely going to be hiring them to keep up with the monthly maintenance. And on top of all that, they gave me the best price for the best work ever. Definitely give them a call if your yard needs as much love as mine did, or if you want to just keep your beautiful yard maintained. They provided a quote for a tree stump removal that was anticipated to be a 1-2 hour job. The stump ended up taking all day to remove. But they kept their original quote even though they had to stay longer. Great guys!

When I came back from a month's vacation, I found that someone had turned my irrigation water off at the backflow valve, and found my grass and plants rather crispy and browning.  I was mad till I found out that one of the valves was stuck on ON, and the water must have flooded the street for days.  

My hands could not unscrew the valve cover crammed inside that box.  I read about Sprinkler Doctor on Yelp, arranging Sprinkler Repair by highest ratings first.  SD was able to schedule me in the morning of the next working day.   Jason came out to my house on June 1, 2015, to replace the diaphragm in my sprinkler valve, and since I knew I had an hour of his time, I had him repair other broken sprinkler risers and elbows, subject to my loathing and procrastination to fix myself.   I also showed him where an area of my lawn was not receiving enough water.   He changed 2 sprinkler heads from fixed to adjustable so that the area would have more water.  

What struck me was Jason was most conscientious about telling ways I could save my money by providing him with my own parts, or even my own plumbers tape, that he said he would have to charge me for, if he used their supplies.  He also surprised me by not charging me for the 2 sprinkler head parts because he did an exchange with mine (which were clean and in great condition) and said he could use them elsewhere.  And he told me to save the rubber diaphragm he took out of the valve, so next time I would have a reference to buy the correct one (I bought the 3 that HD had, but Jason said Orbit makes 4 different ones, and HD only had the 3 wrong ones).  What a good idea I hadn't thought of!  He suggested I could change the rest of them myself and save money and be sure they will not fail during another vacation.  

Jason told me he has been working for SD for 2.5 years.  He got the job when he was doing door-to-door pest control sales and knocked on the owner of SD's door, Eldon.  Owner asked Jason if he had 15 min to listen to a proposal in return, and he told him about Sprinkler Doctors and then hired Jason.   Jason said he likes a job where people are happy to see him at their door instead of vice-versa doing door-to-door cold canvassing.  

I am very happy with Jason's diligent service and pleasant nature, and I cannot think of any business that will show up at my door and give me one hours service for $65. labor charge.    Weight lifted off my mind, that my sprinkler issues are now all taken care off, in that Jason stayed the full hour to do the dirty work for me.   No more procrastinating!

These guys are the best! They always show up on the day they're supposed to, they always do a fabulous job, and the owner is very easy to work with and is very responsive. I have never had any issues. I'd recommend them to anyone that needs landscaping services!

We hired Moises and his son Alexandro and partner Chano to take out our front yard grass and replace it with desert landscape and rock. We also had them turn a barren area of our backyard that was dirt and replace it with giant pavers and desert rock and landscaping. I posted before and after pictures of both projects. In both cases Moises and his crew were very responsive, very competitive with there price, were on time and did any outstanding job. I couldn't believe how hard they worked and how quickly they got each job done! In both projects they added plants and adjusted all the irrigation systems as needed. Their attention to detail to make sure everything looked just right before they wrapped up was impressive. We will hire Moises and his crew without hesitation for future landscaping projects! Needless to say, I would highly recommend Moises and his crew!

I didn't get a chance to actual use them for my project but for two weeks we communicated back an forth, he responded in a timely manner.  Never kept me waiting for an answer, his meeting with me were professional an on point.

asked to get an in-home review and estimate of xeriscaping our front yard. Sergio sent a appointment request via Yelp, I accepted... and he didn't show up.
Hired another company (Perez Landscapeing) and they are starting next week.

Justin and his team were very responsive throughout the process. Our new artificial grass looks great and the installation crew was very professional.

I looked around on Yelp for quotes and they were very responsive and one of the lowest priced quotes. They even said they could come the next day and messaged me when they were close to my home. I had 3 bushes and 1 cactus removed this morning and they were super efficient and stayed for an hour also cleaning my front yard. They had great attention to detail and went above and beyond. I would definitely use them again for future landscaping and will recommend them to all my neighbors/friends. I noticed they cleaned up my extra leaf debris and hauled it away too, which I appreciate. Overall great experience.

They were quick to respond and answered all my questions. They were patient while I collected additional quotes and weren't high pressure. When I decided to go with them to remove a tree, I also got a quote for additional yard clean up. They got me on the schedule right away. The crew called the morning of and were easy to talk to. They did a great job. I will use them again.

Kristen and her team showed up to our house with a positive attitude, she stayed in our budget and created a great design  for us to see and use. The crew that installed everything was polite and friendly and did a fantastic job on everything. The kitchen came out better than I expected and  the fire pit and sitting area is a hit with everyone.  I would recommend Four sons landscaping on any job small or large.

Nine months ago I gave Jose and his team a five star review. He came back out and did another job for us that I would have given him a five star review for too. Unfortunately, last week I called him out to help repair some sprinkler systems that our dog damaged, remove a bush, and help wrap bushes with a protective fencing already purchased to prevent the dog from access. Via text he told me he could do the job last Monday after 1:00PM. He showed up around 3, told me how much he would charge, then when I went back inside he texted me that he didn't have the proper materials, apologized, and left and said he would be back Wednesday. He has not shown back up nor replied to any texts since then. This is highly unexpected based on the previous interactions, but left me having to find alternative options for the sprinkler repair.  I decided to post this new review vs. removing my five star review since that review reflected the work hid did, and this review reflects our most recent interaction.

Quick response and fair price! Even have him coming back for another job (tree trimming)

Very disappointed. Scott initially missed our first appointment but called to reschedule. When he did come, he walked through our yard, took pictures, and said he'd work up a design. He never called back, no email, no communication. I called a couple of times but figure something happened. Better than the 2 other guys who made appointments but never showed, but not by much.

Really frustrated with this company. They cancelled on us the day before our quote appointment and didn't come out until the following week. They came out on the 10th to give us a quote to get turf, pavers and rocks put in our new construction yard. When they finally did show up, 45 minute after our scheduled appointment time, The gentleman was nice and said he would have a quote for us by end of day or early the next morning. He just took measurements of the yard and that was about it. It's now the 14th and there has been no communication from them at all. We were expecting to spend around $15k on our yard but we will be taking our business elsewhere. Green Forever Turf came out with all of their samples ready to look at, and was able to calculate a quote before leaving our home. When spending that kind of money, it's nice to feel like our business is important to them, Tough Turtle Turf did not make us feel this way at all.
