I initially requested a quote to trim a few trees and overall maintenance to my backyard. Ivan responded right away and was very transparent from the beginning. He provided me with a quote and told me what to expect. He told me he would be at my place Monday morning and was right on time! He and his dad were very genuine and so nice. I appreciated the transparency and overall excellent communication. I will be contacting them regularly for maintenance now. Thank you both so much!

It was time for spring cleanup!!! I decided I'd sort through Yelp, look at a few reviews. I had a few landscaping companies in mind. I'm so happy Nick responded to my request for a quote promptly.  Nick met with me first, we walked around the property to discuss the mode of weed clean up. His team did an excellent job. They were fast, thorough, and careful not to step on my existing flowers. He hauled all the tree and plant debris away. Thank you for all your hard work.

They provided a quote for a tree stump removal that was anticipated to be a 1-2 hour job. The stump ended up taking all day to remove. But they kept their original quote even though they had to stay longer. Great guys!

Prices aren't too crazy. Showed up on time. fixed the problem and answered a bunch of questions for me. Ill call them again if there's a problem.

PROFESSIONAL PLUS!!  I had issues with a number of landscape companies, especially being out of town and owning a property in Glendale, Arizona.  When I hooked up with Chance and Rockwell Landscape Maintenance, it was like night and day compared to ALL the others I have dealt with over the years.  Communication was exceptional.  

As the property was approaching close of escrow and sale, I had some special needs that Chance rearranged his schedule for.  At the commencement of our business relationship, where others did not trust my payment (as I was out of town), Chance made this situation so simple.

Communication was great.  Quality of work is, and has been outstanding.  I wish I would have found Rockwell Landscape Maintenance and Chance years ago.  

My only disheartening concern is that when this property changes ownership later today, the new owners have elected to perform their own landscaping and not to continue the service.  Oh well.  That is their loss.  Perhaps they will come back to Chance once they realize that landscape maintenance takes time and effort in the extreme heat which accompanies residing in the Valley of the Sun.

My advice for anyone reading this review is... if you are in need of reasonably priced and excellent quality landscape service, USE CHANCE AND ROCKWELL LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE.  I promise that you will only be disappointed if you do not allow this man and his company the opportunity to bid your project or work.

We hired Moises and his son Alexandro and partner Chano to take out our front yard grass and replace it with desert landscape and rock. We also had them turn a barren area of our backyard that was dirt and replace it with giant pavers and desert rock and landscaping. I posted before and after pictures of both projects. In both cases Moises and his crew were very responsive, very competitive with there price, were on time and did any outstanding job. I couldn't believe how hard they worked and how quickly they got each job done! In both projects they added plants and adjusted all the irrigation systems as needed. Their attention to detail to make sure everything looked just right before they wrapped up was impressive. We will hire Moises and his crew without hesitation for future landscaping projects! Needless to say, I would highly recommend Moises and his crew!

They did a small-ish job for me, but they were fast and efficient and for a decent price. Really happy with the result and I will definitely use them again,

Sergio always does an incredible job on our yard. He has helped us with a one time clean up, sprinkler issues, and ongoing maintenance-each time providing awesome service. I can't recommend his company enough!

Jim's crew of 8 consisted of hard and skilled workers.   They were very professional and friendly and easy to work with during the day.  They even moved one of our huge rocks to better center it in the front.  Final install looks absolutely beautiful.  Talk about a drastic change and now we have curb appeal.  I'm sure glad we chose the 124 Oz weight.  The turf looks like natural grass.  Great job.  I definitely recommend this company for your future turf needs.  Should we decide to do the other side of the house, we'll choose AZ Artificial Lawns again.

Gabriel and his son Cesar responded to my inquiry immediately, and were at my home to provide an estimate within a few hours. Came the next day as promised, and did an AMAZING job! Trimmed all of the trees and bushes and cleared the weeds out. It had grown in pretty bad due the the house being empty over a month before I moved in. From someone that is hard to please, these guys not only impressed the sh** out of me, but also won my monthly business.

When I decided to go with them to remove a tree, I also got a quote for additional yard clean up. They got me on the schedule right away. The crew called the morning of and were easy to talk to. They did a great job. I will use them again.

Jose and his partner originally gave me a quote on a new sprinkler system installation. It was far below other quotes I received. He was available the next week and stated it would take a few days for the install. Before the project I asked Jose to take a separate project in addition to run metal edging around my yard and add mulch. He didn't bat an eye and finished everything on time and on budget and did an incredible job. I ended up seeing photos on his page for a paver project he did. I reached out since we were working with a designer that was estimating over $10k. Jose's estimate and completed paver job was incredible. He has seriously revitalized our backyard to an oasis that we want to use all the time. He was on time, on budget, efficient and really went above and beyond. He even landscaped everything upon completion so I could see the beauty of the project. I would highly recommend!

I was extremely satisfied and impressed with the cleanup/trim job that Marvin and his crew completed at my home. I was so impressed that I hired him for a monthly maintenance service.   He is extremely detailed and reasonably priced.  It is difficult to get that combination.  I will be recommending him to everyone.  Thank you Marvin!

Already having problems with this company and Keith, and our job hasn't even started.  They use protractors and stencils which in sub standard for big companies.  Starting to look like a court case for me.
