It was easy to arrange my appointment. He was very professional and polite. As you can see from the before and after pics my backyard was really bad. He did a really good job and i would use his company again.

I initially requested a quote to trim a few trees and overall maintenance to my backyard. Ivan responded right away and was very transparent from the beginning. He provided me with a quote and told me what to expect. He told me he would be at my place Monday morning and was right on time! He and his dad were very genuine and so nice. I appreciated the transparency and overall excellent communication. I will be contacting them regularly for maintenance now. Thank you both so much!

They provided a quote for a tree stump removal that was anticipated to be a 1-2 hour job. The stump ended up taking all day to remove. But they kept their original quote even though they had to stay longer. Great guys!

To be honest, I don't know what the part was that they repaired, it was a few months ago and I don't remember. But the gentleman that came out did an amazing job, quickly got the part repaired for a super reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

We had been working with Chance and his company for about 5 years. At first his caliber of work was fantastic! We was responsive, have great quality control of his team, and we were very happy. Over time his quality had faded. There seems to be a lack of attention to detail. Essentially we are just paying him to come and cut the grass and use a leaf blower. Occasionally we will see that bush maintenance has been done but not regularly, and we have noticed that there is watering issues. We have communicated the water issue and it has yet to be resolved. There is flooding constantly in our yard, and sprinkler heads are never checked unless we ask them to come back to fix it, but by the time they return, other sprinklers are broken and there is zero communication about it.

For me, the biggest issue is that the crew keeps leaving gates propped open. I understand that accidents can happen, but I've had to communicate this issue in the past. Lately, for months now, I have come home to discover our gates propped open and our dogs trying to escape. We have two small schnauzers, and they are older dogs, and it seems that Chances team does not listen when we beg them to be more careful.

Today, our dogs were nowhere to be found and again the gate left wide open. It's a self latch gate, so the yard guys had to move our rocks around to force the gate to stay open. I texted the owner, Chance and stated that we cannot have people working here that do not respect our home and family and that our pets are missing and that among other issues, our missing dogs was reason enough to no longer work with his company.

His response: my apologies, I'll remove you from the schedule.

We found our dogs, thankfully! My frustration mainly stems from a perceived lack of empathy, customer service, and own ship of the problem that this company has caused. I would have hoped that after years of work, there would be more of a response to the compromised safety of our pets. To be fair, I did respond to Chances text in a rude manner, and then he texted back expressing concern for our pets, but I felt it was too late.

At the end of the day, there is both good and bad in working with this company.

Good: he is professional when he responds to our concerns. He has competitive pricing. His workers are reliable by showing up when scheduled.

Needs improvement: lacks control of his workers quality. Lacks follow through on our flooding issue that has lasted almost 6 months. His service is not standardized such as trees/bushes are not always trimmed. Does not ensure our feedback is followed, hence his workers continued to let the watering go unfixed and compromise our dogs safety.

Overall, we felt that we were just paying for regularly scheduled grass cutting and leaf blowing, while we believed that more could have been done. We wanted to have a service where we didn't have to worry about yard maintenance, and we felt that we were not getting that on top of the team not being careful with our pets safety. I know other companies can be unreliable and cancel last minute. Chance's company always showed up, and if they couldn't, it was communicated. So, it's a balance of what you want from your yard maintenance company. Unfortunately, this wasn't a good fit for us any more.

I highly recommend Moises. Reasonably priced, but best of all his work is perfect. Fast, he has 10 tons of gravel hauled into the back yard and our turf grass done all in 5 days! Pictures say it all. Posting before and after. He actually got 3 jobs just from people driving by to look at our yard.

This company scheduled a consult and never showed up or called to cancel. I rushed home from work and missed out on a couple of hours pay for a company that didn't even bother to let me know they weren't coming.

Sergio is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, detailed and thorough in every aspect of his work. Excellent quality and amazing value. We had a full landscape cleanup and now have ongoing maintenance. We are consistently impressed w his work!

Loving my new, beautiful, amazing backyard. More importantly, my little dog is in grass  heaven. She actually  runs and runs then rolls around in the grass. It is backyard  heaven.  It was an 11 year dream that finally happened.  Oscar and his team transformed my yard from ugly, rocks, to plush, green and perfect in every way. The men worked very hard, it was a huge undertaking with perfect results.  I highly recommend this company. Will not disappoint.  Love it or list it?  I love it

Cesar and Gabriel are great landscapers.  I needed several large oleanders and privet plants that needed to be cut back.  They provided a very reasonable estimate for the work and scheduled a day to come back.  They showed up when expected and knocked out the work in a few hours.  They did an incredible job trimming and cleaned up nicely.  I would definitely recommend these guys for any type of landscape work, large or small.

They were quick to respond and answered all my questions. They were patient while I collected additional quotes and weren't high pressure. When I decided to go with them to remove a tree, I also got a quote for additional yard clean up. They got me on the schedule right away. The crew called the morning of and were easy to talk to. They did a great job. I will use them again.

Four Sons was great to work with! They made an excellent, detailed proposal/design for our backyard & then made it happen very quickly. Our sons have loved running around on the beautiful travertine & turf & it's been a great place to play. They even went above & beyond to order custom planters for the space. They were quick to address any concerns we had & have been very flexible with us. We are actually getting them out to complete two other sections of our yard. Highly recommend.

Jose and his partner originally gave me a quote on a new sprinkler system installation. It was far below other quotes I received. He was available the next week and stated it would take a few days for the install. Before the project I asked Jose to take a separate project in addition to run metal edging around my yard and add mulch. He didn't bat an eye and finished everything on time and on budget and did an incredible job. I ended up seeing photos on his page for a paver project he did. I reached out since we were working with a designer that was estimating over $10k. Jose's estimate and completed paver job was incredible. He has seriously revitalized our backyard to an oasis that we want to use all the time. He was on time, on budget, efficient and really went above and beyond. He even landscaped everything upon completion so I could see the beauty of the project. I would highly recommend!

Scott gave us a good price for the additional driveway, stone work and short retaining wall. The work turned out great would recommend him to others. Sometimes he gets overbooked, cut him some slack. He has a good team working for him.

Tough turtle is a great company to have install your turf. Our salesperson Seth was knowledgeable and very responsive through the whole process. We are very happy with our putting green and turf and our dogs love it! It's much cooler than many other turfs I have looked at and we have not been disappointed by the quality once.
