Robert with Paseo was amazing to work with.  He was responsive, did an amazing job and worked around my schedule. A car ran into my block wall taking out half of the wall facing a busy street.  Robert wasn't able to start the repair until a couple days after the quote, but he immediately came by to board the fence up which was a lifesaver. Once he started the job he worked quickly and with high quality standards. My wall looks great, and Robert went above and beyond my expectations.  I highly recommend Paseo Hardscape.

I initially requested a quote to trim a few trees and overall maintenance to my backyard. Ivan responded right away and was very transparent from the beginning. He provided me with a quote and told me what to expect. He told me he would be at my place Monday morning and was right on time! He and his dad were very genuine and so nice. I appreciated the transparency and overall excellent communication. I will be contacting them regularly for maintenance now. Thank you both so much!

These guys did a great job! I called then and were ready to come out for an estimate the same day. When they came for our appointment they were on time and quick! They did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend them!

They provided a quote for a tree stump removal that was anticipated to be a 1-2 hour job. The stump ended up taking all day to remove. But they kept their original quote even though they had to stay longer. Great guys!

Very happy with the service from this company. After others have tried to resolve the problems we were having Jon V seemed to know just what to do right away. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to let me know what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. We are looking forward to seeing our flowers bloom again.

We had been working with Chance and his company for about 5 years. At first his caliber of work was fantastic! We was responsive, have great quality control of his team, and we were very happy. Over time his quality had faded. There seems to be a lack of attention to detail. Essentially we are just paying him to come and cut the grass and use a leaf blower. Occasionally we will see that bush maintenance has been done but not regularly, and we have noticed that there is watering issues. We have communicated the water issue and it has yet to be resolved. There is flooding constantly in our yard, and sprinkler heads are never checked unless we ask them to come back to fix it, but by the time they return, other sprinklers are broken and there is zero communication about it.

For me, the biggest issue is that the crew keeps leaving gates propped open. I understand that accidents can happen, but I've had to communicate this issue in the past. Lately, for months now, I have come home to discover our gates propped open and our dogs trying to escape. We have two small schnauzers, and they are older dogs, and it seems that Chances team does not listen when we beg them to be more careful.

Today, our dogs were nowhere to be found and again the gate left wide open. It's a self latch gate, so the yard guys had to move our rocks around to force the gate to stay open. I texted the owner, Chance and stated that we cannot have people working here that do not respect our home and family and that our pets are missing and that among other issues, our missing dogs was reason enough to no longer work with his company.

His response: my apologies, I'll remove you from the schedule.

We found our dogs, thankfully! My frustration mainly stems from a perceived lack of empathy, customer service, and own ship of the problem that this company has caused. I would have hoped that after years of work, there would be more of a response to the compromised safety of our pets. To be fair, I did respond to Chances text in a rude manner, and then he texted back expressing concern for our pets, but I felt it was too late.

At the end of the day, there is both good and bad in working with this company.

Good: he is professional when he responds to our concerns. He has competitive pricing. His workers are reliable by showing up when scheduled.

Needs improvement: lacks control of his workers quality. Lacks follow through on our flooding issue that has lasted almost 6 months. His service is not standardized such as trees/bushes are not always trimmed. Does not ensure our feedback is followed, hence his workers continued to let the watering go unfixed and compromise our dogs safety.

Overall, we felt that we were just paying for regularly scheduled grass cutting and leaf blowing, while we believed that more could have been done. We wanted to have a service where we didn't have to worry about yard maintenance, and we felt that we were not getting that on top of the team not being careful with our pets safety. I know other companies can be unreliable and cancel last minute. Chance's company always showed up, and if they couldn't, it was communicated. So, it's a balance of what you want from your yard maintenance company. Unfortunately, this wasn't a good fit for us any more.

I didn't get a chance to actual use them for my project but for two weeks we communicated back an forth, he responded in a timely manner.  Never kept me waiting for an answer, his meeting with me were professional an on point.

asked to get an in-home review and estimate of xeriscaping our front yard. Sergio sent a appointment request via Yelp, I accepted... and he didn't show up.
Hired another company (Perez Landscapeing) and they are starting next week.

I was a little apprehensive thinking this might look more like indoor/outdoor carpet than grass.  Actually, the more it wears, the better it looks.  So a few leaves from the neighbors' trees or an Arizona dust storm actually improve the look!

As for the process, Synlawn does it right.  I met Sina at the showroom, and he showed me lots of different grasses.  He came to my house and gave me an estimate.  And finally, he visited the day of installation to ensure everything went just right.  And it did.  My lawn looks great, and the installers were courteous and professional, as well.  And by the way, I watched the install, and even if I owned the tools, it is well worth the price to have someone else do the work!

Gabriel and Caesar are great to work with. I found them on Yelp and asked them to come by for an estimate. They were in the area and came by that very same day with a reasonable quote. They came back the following day to do the work and did a great job. We decided to use them on an ongoing basis to trim and clean up our yard every other month. I'm also now using them for another house we have in Tempe. So glad I found them! And, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They were quick to respond and answered all my questions. They were patient while I collected additional quotes and weren't high pressure. When I decided to go with them to remove a tree, I also got a quote for additional yard clean up. They got me on the schedule right away. The crew called the morning of and were easy to talk to. They did a great job. I will use them again.

Kristen and her team showed up to our house with a positive attitude, she stayed in our budget and created a great design  for us to see and use. The crew that installed everything was polite and friendly and did a fantastic job on everything. The kitchen came out better than I expected and  the fire pit and sitting area is a hit with everyone.  I would recommend Four sons landscaping on any job small or large.

Jose and his team have been providing yard maintenance for us on and off for the last couple of years. Anytime we reach out, Jose is quick to respond and can often get us on the schedule in a couple days. The team works quickly and is very good with communicating any questions that arise to ensure they are delivering on our needs. Our yard always looks so clean once they come through. I would absolutely recommend Desert Lawn and Landscaping.

I was extremely satisfied and impressed with the cleanup/trim job that Marvin and his crew completed at my home. I was so impressed that I hired him for a monthly maintenance service.   He is extremely detailed and reasonably priced.  It is difficult to get that combination.  I will be recommending him to everyone.  Thank you Marvin!

Scott was very professional and helpful with coming up with a design that we would love and be happy with. When I called if he didn't answer he would call me back in a reasonable amount of time nor did miss an appointment. His workers were always prompt and did an excellent job they also didn't mind if I'd stop them with question, they were very helpful. I'm glad we went with them and the pricing was very reasonable.

Had a small job but met minimum sqf threshold for their minimum job. It took me sending a DM to the Instagram account to get my quote 2 weeks after the rep came out. The rep sent me a quote for 4 times the cost of the job that he initially quoted me and when I responded saying such called me to apologize he sent the wrong quote. I asked him to follow up on the earliest install date and he never sent me anything.

I think they may have a good product but at a premium cost to the competition. When you pay a premium cost you expect customer service (even for a small job) and you don't get that with Tough Turtle Turf.
