Robert communicated very well and was on time and did an awesome job. Although our job was small compared to some of his others jobs Robert took the time to do precision work and it turned out beautifully. We will be calling him back for more in the future.

I initially requested a quote to trim a few trees and overall maintenance to my backyard. Ivan responded right away and was very transparent from the beginning. He provided me with a quote and told me what to expect. He told me he would be at my place Monday morning and was right on time! He and his dad were very genuine and so nice. I appreciated the transparency and overall excellent communication. I will be contacting them regularly for maintenance now. Thank you both so much!

This is hands down the best company I've ever hired. My yard has seriously never looked better. They are so professional and friendly, and they care so much about the quality of their work. They have been maintaining my parents yard for years, and just helped me with mine today, and I'm definitely going to be hiring them to keep up with the monthly maintenance. And on top of all that, they gave me the best price for the best work ever. Definitely give them a call if your yard needs as much love as mine did, or if you want to just keep your beautiful yard maintained. They're the best, I'm just so unbelievably impressed with their work and how awesome of people they are. You definitely won't regret giving them a call.

They provided a quote for a tree stump removal that was anticipated to be a 1-2 hour job. The stump ended up taking all day to remove. But they kept their original quote even though they had to stay longer. Great guys!

Prices aren't too crazy. Showed up on time. fixed the problem and answered a bunch of questions for me. Ill call them again if there's a problem.

We had been working with Chance and his company for about 5 years. At first his caliber of work was fantastic! We was responsive, have great quality control of his team, and we were very happy. Over time his quality had faded. There seems to be a lack of attention to detail. Essentially we are just paying him to come and cut the grass and use a leaf blower. Occasionally we will see that bush maintenance has been done but not regularly, and we have noticed that there is watering issues. We have communicated the water issue and it has yet to be resolved. There is flooding constantly in our yard, and sprinkler heads are never checked unless we ask them to come back to fix it, but by the time they return, other sprinklers are broken and there is zero communication about it.

For me, the biggest issue is that the crew keeps leaving gates propped open. I understand that accidents can happen, but I've had to communicate this issue in the past. Lately, for months now, I have come home to discover our gates propped open and our dogs trying to escape. We have two small schnauzers, and they are older dogs, and it seems that Chances team does not listen when we beg them to be more careful.

Today, our dogs were nowhere to be found and again the gate left wide open. It's a self latch gate, so the yard guys had to move our rocks around to force the gate to stay open. I texted the owner, Chance and stated that we cannot have people working here that do not respect our home and family and that our pets are missing and that among other issues, our missing dogs was reason enough to no longer work with his company.

His response: my apologies, I'll remove you from the schedule.

We found our dogs, thankfully! My frustration mainly stems from a perceived lack of empathy, customer service, and own ship of the problem that this company has caused. I would have hoped that after years of work, there would be more of a response to the compromised safety of our pets. To be fair, I did respond to Chances text in a rude manner, and then he texted back expressing concern for our pets, but I felt it was too late.

At the end of the day, there is both good and bad in working with this company.

Good: he is professional when he responds to our concerns. He has competitive pricing. His workers are reliable by showing up when scheduled.

Needs improvement: lacks control of his workers quality. Lacks follow through on our flooding issue that has lasted almost 6 months. His service is not standardized such as trees/bushes are not always trimmed. Does not ensure our feedback is followed, hence his workers continued to let the watering go unfixed and compromise our dogs safety.

Overall, we felt that we were just paying for regularly scheduled grass cutting and leaf blowing, while we believed that more could have been done. We wanted to have a service where we didn't have to worry about yard maintenance, and we felt that we were not getting that on top of the team not being careful with our pets safety. I know other companies can be unreliable and cancel last minute. Chance's company always showed up, and if they couldn't, it was communicated. So, it's a balance of what you want from your yard maintenance company. Unfortunately, this wasn't a good fit for us any more.

Excellent work at a very reasonable price!  We converted our grass lawn to xeriscape.  Moises and his crew came out and cleared our old rocks and curbing, then installed new river rock, gravel and added some pavers.  The pavers are especially nice.  Crew was very nice and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.  Will hire again.

Alvaro returned our call promptly. He FaceTimed owners and kept providing updates without being asked. Crew is detailed orientated and driven. Project was completed on time! Update is breathtaking! I am happy to refer Gaytan's Landscape and Tree Service for all of your landscaping needs!

We decided to go with Arizona Artificial Lawns for our backyard turf after receiving three different quotes from local companies. Arizona Artificial Lawns had the best pricing and what felt and looked like the best quality of them all. The workers showed up early and completed the job in half a day. They were thorough and made sure our yard looked immaculate. We are very happy with how our yard looks and will be recommending this company to any of our friends who need turf!

I looked around on Yelp for quotes and they were very responsive and one of the lowest priced quotes. They even said they could come the next day and messaged me when they were close to my home. I had 3 bushes and 1 cactus removed this morning and they were super efficient and stayed for an hour also cleaning my front yard. They had great attention to detail and went above and beyond. I would definitely use them again for future landscaping and will recommend them to all my neighbors/friends. I noticed they cleaned up my extra leaf debris and hauled it away too, which I appreciate. Overall great experience.

They were quick to respond and answered all my questions. They were patient while I collected additional quotes and weren't high pressure. When I decided to go with them to remove a tree, I also got a quote for additional yard clean up. They got me on the schedule right away. The crew called the morning of and were easy to talk to. They did a great job. I will use them again.

It has been our pleasure to work with 4 Sons recently on our back yard landscaping project.  The work they did exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them.  To provide some context, we purchased a new built home and based on recommendations from friends in the area, we contacted 4 Sons.

We started with Kristen and her designs.  She is terrific to work with and is very professional, friendly, patient and exceptionally talented, creating amazing designs and 3-D 'fly-throughs' that took our ideas and gave them life.  She was exceptional to work with throughout the process and took my wife's ideas and changes in stride, providing us with all the information on costs, schedules and any issues that came up with sourcing materials along the way.

Once construction began, the crew from 4 Sons was outstanding.  They are a small, family owned and operated company and once our pool was done, they started on our back yard working through some brutally hot weather.  We were provided a high-level estimate on the work completion and indeed, the final result was done within the timeframe we expected.  Johnny was terrific to work with, making sure we knew what was going on and answering any questions we had, while making suggestions along the way to ensure we were happy.  All of the people working on our project were great - especially Jonathon.

We've dealt with a number of landscape / home improvement companies over the last 20 years here in the Phoenix area and 4 Sons was one of the best.  They gave us a quality product and their professionalism showed every day.  We have referred them to a number of our neighbors and friends and will do so again.  If you are looking for a landscape company in the West Valley, these are the people to work with!

Did a nice job replacing backyard rock landscape with sod. Fair pricing and great about making adjustments to the original plan. They were efficient and made sure to take care and clean up each day. Would highly recommend Jose and Moises.

Fast, great service and reasonable pricing!

Very disappointed. Scott initially missed our first appointment but called to reschedule. When he did come, he walked through our yard, took pictures, and said he'd work up a design. He never called back, no email, no communication. I called a couple of times but figure something happened. Better than the 2 other guys who made appointments but never showed, but not by much.

Working with Brian Kelly from start to finish was a pleasure. He took my original ideas and added his artistic experience to make it even better. The entire project (4000+sq') was started on schedule and completed start to finish in just under 3 days. Tom was one of the best project managers I've worked with, and his crew was amazing!

I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends!
