Rick was friendly, professional, and on-time. I needed my bushes and plants trimmed and gave an excellent quote! I will definitely give him a call again next time I need some landscaping done!

Great guys, took care of my yard. Everything came out just the way I wanted it. They were always on time and took the time to make sure I was 100% satisfied before I left.

After a recommendation from a neighbor in 2016 I decided to call Erik. He promptly answered the phone and recommended I fill out a form on his website with what we wanted. Erik scheduled a no cost estimate and came by and walked the yard and made suggestions that were within our budget. We wanted plants, trees, artificial grass, and built in BBQ/eating area and fire pit. We had other estimates but we felt comfortable dealing with Erik. We agreed on everything and he sent us a design and estimate in writing via email. We didn't have to pay the full amount up front either. We paid installments depending on work completed! The job was completed in a timely fashion. His workers were polite, hard working and cleaned up after they finished. Erik doesn't SUB out his work. It's him and his own guys on the job. His masonry guys do top notch work! We had one tree die due to the Arizona heat and Erik promptly replaced it no questions asked! This work was all done 3 years ago! Fast forward to 2019 we needed more masonry and landscape work done. We called Erik. He's really busy and is booking 9-10 weeks out! We agreed to that! Erik showed up this past Monday with his crew promptly at 7am! It was the same crew that did our yard 3 years ago! It's obvious that Erik is s great boss and takes care of his workers! It's nice to see the same guys do great work again! The yard looks amazing! Thank you again Erik! We will use you again for the other ideas we have!

I was impressed with this business because they responded to my request for service right away.  Marcus showed up the next day to estimate the project at the scheduled time. He quoted me a price for the work he planned to perform , and it seemed reasonable.    He removed weeds, treated for weeds, trimmed trees (hanging on the house), trimmed bushes, and hauled off previously cut tree trimmings.    I wish I had taken a picture before he performed the work.   It looks great after.   I will definitely hire them again, and I would recommend them.

My experience with this company should have and could have been so much better!
I contacted them about weeds and spraying weeds and sent a picture. They replied quickly and clarified the photos (where they would be working based on the photo etc.). I got home and took better pictures, showing them more of the space. They said nothing. I messaged again, making sure we were all still set on the agreed date and price. They said yes still on. They came and the part of the yard they worked on looks good. However, they didn't do all of the space that was agreed upon and they broke one of my small solar lights by the sidewalk. I messaged again to clarify what happened. He messaged me back saying the newest pictures included more space to be worked on, so they didn't work on the area we talked about. Needless to say, I was really frustrated that wasn't communicated at all to me. I told him that and he said they'd come by Sunday to finish it. Sunday comes and goes and no show. I yet again message the company and was told they had a job that took 13 hours so they weren't able to come by, but would for sure come by Monday. Once again, Monday came and went (today's Thursday). I haven't heard anything. I was giving them the opportunity to fix it before I wrote my review, however that was never done. Terrible communication, not professional. Disappointing, look elsewhere.

After several disappointing landscapers I found Shrub it off and could not be happier.  Coming from a very picky woman, I promise you will not be disappointed with Marcos.  He and his team are professional, attentive, responsible, respectful and customer service oriented.  

Addditional work requests are met with a prompt response, quote and work.

The team is also wonderful to give advice when you need a little extra help with flowers, garden or trees.

I recommend Shrub it off to anyone looking for the best.

Valley Vista Landscaping redesigned our backyard this last month. They came to the house talked to us about our ideas and gave their professional input on what would work and what might need to be tweaked. They gave us an estimate in a timely manner along with suggestions to keep the cost down by using different materials where possible. They set a day the work would start and gave us an idea when they thought the work should be finished. Valley Vista Landscaping was honest, prompt, friendly, cleaned up after them selves and professional. We will use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

Saul Vilasco is an excellent landscaper! He and his crew are knowledgeable , thorough, skilled, responsive to needs, resourceful,  come when they say,  return calls, easy to work with, have great ideas and are fairly priced for their work.  Hire them! You won't be disappointed!!!

Agustin was awesome! He made the trip quickly and assessed the work fairly. He got to work and completed the work right on time! I have more work to have done and I'll be going with A & S!

My yard has been badly neglected for years and I'm finally in a position to clean it up. First, he sent me an estimate for someone else's yard. When I got the right one, I got a bit of sticker shock, but I knew the yard was pretty bad so I accepted it.

To be fair, he did do a lot of work. However the work was mediocre: tree branches were left on the roof, other branches were broken off rather than sawed, a bush that was visibly damaging a window screen wasn't fully trimmed, and so on. I let it go, again because the yard is so bad. It's not going to get cleaned up right away.

He said he'd put me on the biweekly schedule. Six weeks later, he hadn't been back and the weeds were rampant. I contacted him and he said he had thought the yard would be fine for a month after the cleanup, which doesn't explain why a month and a half later he still hadn't come out. He said he'd come out the following week, making me wait even longer. And then he didn't show up for that one either.

To be fair, he offered to come out for free after that. I didn't take him up on it because I don't trust him anymore, but at least he made the offer.

I would recommend Premier / Jarrod to anyone in the East Valley. I submitted a quote request through Yelp on a Sunday assuming we would have messages filter in through the week. To my surprise, Jarrod messaged back within 15 minutes and was at my door for a quote within an hour!

He did a great job with the yard, going above and beyond to make sure it looked great. Pricing is beyond fair for the attention to detail and the work that is done.

It is great to work with an individual who not only owns the company but also shows up to work along his employees. You can see the pride in his work shine through!

They reached out to me after a request for lawn service after my mower was in the shop. First off communication was top notch from both the business owner and his wife/business manager...

Was told right away that they were running 20-30 mins behind and they were spot on.

The work itself was phenomenal! I would highly recommend this company as they take pride in their work and do a stellar job .

Our yard had been completely taken over by grass and weeds after all the rain this winter. I reached out to Moises on Yelp and he got back to me immediately, came out the next day and gave me a very reasonable quote and came back two days later to do the job. The work was done quickly and efficiently and these guys are hard workers. I would definitely use Moises again in the future.

Nowadays it's hard to find somebody that takes pride in their work, I'm grateful I was able to find them.  They've done a great job keeping my yard looking clean and have the best customer service.

We called Ed with Innovative Pool Systems on February 5th. He was excited about the project but then within a week we found out that we think the Son David took it over. We got measurements about 3 weeks later and then we waited, then finally got our first initial consult and cad drawing with Sonja on March 19 and were told that we would get updated drawings and numbers the next week. I have been emailing and asking for updates since that date. Last week I got a hold of Nalanie and was promised the drawing last Friday. I received them at 8:30 p.m. I spent the weekend putting questions together and going over proposal. Just now I received this email.

We have determined at this time we will have to respectfully decline this project.

We appreciate you offering us the chance to work with you.

So here I have been patiently waiting for drawings and proposals and they pull this. Consider them at your own Risk. This was very unprofessional and not respectful. BE CAREFUL
